We love the police here, Jeff Fisher. No one loves the police more than we do on this program. And for sure, on this network, no one loves the police more than me. 100%. So the Los Angeles Police Department has now opened an... inquiry because a recruitment ad went up on what they're calling a right wing website, Bright Bart. Okay, so, all right, let's just go with Bright Bart is a right wing website.

Let's go with that. All right, I'll let that one slide. But so, so after being peppered with questions on social media, the police chief Michael Moore, no, not that one, said, hey, the LAPD did not purchase ad space from the site, and we're trying to determine whether the posting was meant to discredit the department. Do they know how the internet works? They know how, you know, you buy ads, you have a company that purchases ads. Yeah, you go to a PR company and the marketing company and they purchase, hey, I have $100,

what can I buy for $100? Right. Well, we can put you out. These four sites and you'll be running. these two days and we'll do these times. Between these two times. Right. Yeah. I don't think he understands how the internet works.

I don't think Michael Moore does. I also don't think that just because someone on Twitter didn't like to see the ad on Breitbart, what are you doing on Breitbart? Are you just trolling it? And second, why is that such a big deal? So what you're telling me is I'm to assume that

you put an ad on Breitbart someone sees it, applies for the job they're automatically hired. They're now on the police department. Police department is trying to suck up with white supremacy. Right. That's what they're trying to make me believe. Yep, like you go to Breitbart, only on people will go is white supremac will get hired and the KKK will come back and boom, Donald Trump is president and his king of United States.

Do you work for the anti-bright bar people? This is ridiculous. No, well, that's how that. I know that. You have to think that you have to think that crazy in order to make sense of it. Ridiculous. So there's a police department in Mississippi, South Haven, fine city of South Haven, I don't know if you've ever been there, but this time of the year, it's gorgeous. This is a time to go? Yeah. Nice. You want to go to Mississippi, South Haven, Mississippi. September 30.

So this police department, uh, went to a server warrant at, uh, at a particular resident. and they went to the wrong place. They didn't even knock.

Okay, this broke down the door. I'd be happy with them. Hello. Yeah, police. This is police. We're looking for a bill. Oh, no, no bill here. No.

Only Ismail Lopez here, okay? That's what would have happened. But they didn't. They just broke in. Oops. So they break into the wrong place. after a commotion, this is the police report, after a commotion,

Lopez is shot in the back of the head. What? Now, how does that happen? Who got shot? The guy in the house that was the wrong house that the police broke into. Get shots in the head.

Back of the head. Isn't that kind of like, after one, well, there was a commotion. Yeah, there was a commotion. So, so. Isn't that like, how you say that, like, assassin kind of thing? Right.

Isn't that like? Kind of is. Like, you know, when the big Papa drug lords make you take a niece and says, you're done. Yeah. It kind of is. Isn't it? Yes. It kind of is.

So the family. Can I say, what kind of commotion? Because I feel like the people need more than a commotion. There was a commotion. Yeah, but like what the details? Like, what's there a fight? Was there some loud noises? Did the guy bring out a gun?

How about you not bogging me down with facts? Oh, I'm sorry. And just know that there was a commotion. See, I just don't feel like that's enough for me. Well, hey, tough. Okay, it was enough for the South Haven of Mississippi Police Department. To shoot a guy in the back of the head? Because there was a commotion, so there must have been a heck of a commotion.

That's a nice commotion. But it doesn't say a hell of a guy that got shot in the head, though. So the family, now this happened back in a couple years ago now. I mean, they've been fighting the police department for a couple years now. All right, so the family is suing the city for 20 million. Not enough. Okay. the police are arguing, oh, you know what?

Hey, sorry, we didn't mean to shoot him, but he was an undocumented immigrant. We're not, we don't have to worry about it. His death doesn't count. Go ahead. Let's hear it. I know. Go ahead because it does count. Yes, it does.

An attorney for the city has denied that Lopez was protected by the Fourth Amendment and the 14th Amendment, which protect against unreasonable surges and seizures and guarantee equal protection under the law.

because he was faintly shot by police he doesn't have any constitutional protections he was an undocumented man don't worry about never mind that we broke into the wrong house to serve a warrant

might have been him trying to get the hell away. True. Because he's an undocumented immigrant. He doesn't know what's going on. He thinks they're coming to arrest. So we know that he's already a criminal because he broke the law. He came here illegally.

Does that deserve a shot in the back of the head? We don't know. That's why I want information about what happened in the commotion. Did the guy start threatening? Did he have a machete? Is there a commotion big enough? Yes. To get shot in the back of the head.

And when they took her down. She was at the strip club, right? Right. Yeah. And they had, you know, it was all undercover officers there. Yeah. They charged her and arrested her and made a big deal about it. She just agreed to a $450,000 settlement.

So don't worry about it. I'm sorry. No, no, no. Hold on. She was arrested. She was doing something in the strip club. Uh-huh. Was falsely arrested.

For what? In this strip club. I thought she was like getting naked and she was unsupposed to get. naked. Okay, first of all, so? Well, you know, you have to have your paces. If you don't have paces, you can't show your nipples. So.

Actually, she was accused of inappropriately touching a female undercover officer. That's why they, uh, is why they arrest. Isn't that what you go to a circuit before? Apparently not in Ohio. It's apparently not in Ohio. You know, you can strip a walk around on the stage, but, yeah, no touching. No touching. No touching.

And why was there another cover cop in there? Because they were all there to bus Stormy Daniels. That was the whole point, which is why she settled for the $450,000. They weren't there as just a, oh, it's, you know, it's another night at the strip club bust. Was this part of her tour, make America horny again? Yes. Okay. So about $450,000.

Oh, because I know there's some illegals that are on the run right now. Uh, these, uh, four men broke out of the, uh, county jail Sunday after overpowering two female guards.

Four men overpowered two female guards, just to be clear about that. I do we have female guards in there. Because it's all the same, Chris. It is not the same. It's absolutely all the same. Obviously, that story shows that a female guard cannot keep four inmates. Nope. It's just a, that's just a, that's just a.

Oh, it's just a. an accident. A rare occurrence. That this could have happened. Okay. All right. Just a rare occurrence. So they've established that the inmates did have assistance in escaping.

They always do. Have we not seen the prison break? They always have help. It's usually the nurse or the orderly. It's one of those two. So look for the nurse and the orderly. Look for them and you find that they did it. Or the janitor.

You choose the janitor, you know, because you have free pass for everything. Right. The janitor has a set of keys. Yes, the janitor has to set keys for everything. So look for the janitor, the orderly, or the nurse. They might have fall in love with the nurse. Yeah. Oh, looking for female cops.

Right. Overpowered by the female cops. Could have been the cops. Oh, he overpowered me. Go, baby, go, baby, go, go, go, go, go, go. All right. Oh, you don't hit me that hard. No, baby, I have to punch you in the face, okay?

They're still on loose if you're in that neck of the woods of Ohio, man. According to the old man behind us, it caught three, one is still on the loose.

That just happened then. Yeah. Because they had one guy they found out a mall. They shut down a mall yesterday because they thought he was in the mall or at least he was. Well, you know, he needs to purchase some new kicks for the. Right. Where else are you supposed to get new kicks, Jeffie? MS.

M.S. Anderson delivered to the jail. Right? They're not a, they might. I mean, maybe that's what the drone. We got the last week we talked. But the drone was with drugs, wasn't it? Same thing. Shoes, drugs. Same thing. Once again, I'm bringing you done with facts.

I'm so sorry. Now, we also have another convicted murderer. What is going on? In Arkansas, who just escaped for the second time. What is this guy? Al Chapo? Right. Is it a cousin of Chapo? What's his name?

He's serving a life sentence without the chance of parole. He escaped from prison for the second time in the last 10 years. Oh, okay. I mean, it takes some 10 years to figure out how to get out of a joint. Again, I've not seen prison break. He somehow made it past the electric fence and is outside the perimeter. Again, yeah. Ortely, nurse, or janitor.

Do he overpower some female cops too? No, I mean, they don't know. They don't know. This one, they do not know how he escaped. He's just gone. Maybe he's still inside. They're making you think that he escaped. he's still inside.

Right? The last time he escaped, he escaped in 2009, him and another inmate walked out wearing guard uniforms. Now, isn't that what the Brazil guy did? Yes. Oh no,

that, no, he did with his daughter. And they drove away. Yeah. He changed with his daughter. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Now they drove, and they drove where they had a vehicle that was left for them.

Right. By the nurse. So the nurse. And then they ended up being arrested like four days later. Come on. What are you doing? Okay.

So, I don't know. If you were in, so this, this curbed him, though, because after that, he was sentenced to another 10 years on his life sentence. How does that work, Jeffrey?

Well, because he got, after, after, so he got life sentence. Once life is served, then he has to serve another 10 years. So that really shut him down, made him think for 10 years, and then he said,

you know what? I don't think it matters. I don't think it matters. I'm going to break out again. And he did. So apparently what they did prior in 2009, the way he got the uniforms.

He said that the prison has stopped the practice of having inmates so guard uniforms. Ah, so he was taking a little bit of here, a little bit over there. Boom. Hey, could you sew my shirt? Yeah, yeah, I got you. No, you know what? It's too bad.

Oh, when they say, you get two life sentences. You know he only gets one life. Everybody gets one life and that's it. Wow, are you dumb? Seriously, stop talking. Okay, so as long as we're on crime, we've talked on this very show about how I now have started when I get gas.

You pull into the gas station. And I make sure the doors are locked. Yes, so those videos. Remember the videos? The guys opening the door slowly and stealing purses. and wallets and stuff out of the cars and then close the door and they can leave.

You never notice. Didn't know so. I mean, I seriously watch that video and I do not pump gas anymore without making sure that my car is locked. Yeah, no, no. Oh, yeah. So this lady pulls it to get gas.

And in Shameless, one of the episodes, which is one of my, I was early on, one of the early episodes. They show them stealing big rolls of toilet paper from stores, which I remember seeing that the first time going. It's a tremendous idea.

Yep. Well, apparently thieves have done it in real life. Oh, oh. And how did that work out for them? In Wisconsin. Is that grand that? Is that granted that? Not been caught.

No, it's only 300 bucks. Oh, okay. So they just. They haven't been caught. And they said, according to the report, nearly all the dispensers will need to be replaced, will they? What's wrong? Did the little screw at the top get bent?

They don't know what happened, but they're trying to identify this woman's body who was found inside an exploded port-a-potty. Horrible disaster. A poor party exploding?
