Starting point is 00:00:00 Well, look who it is in the break room. Mindy Robinson, actress, patriot, and host of Red White and F you. How are you, Mindy? Thanks for, thanks for joining us today. I'm pretty good. I'm sorry. I forget about the time. It's all good.
Starting point is 00:00:14 It's all good. It's not a problem at all. Listen, anyone that's been in CSI and Shark Nato 4, you are on the top of the list, Mindy. Don't even worry about it. You're with me, okay? It's all good. Okay. I understand.
Starting point is 00:00:30 So, I know you have, I was looking as I was perusing your, you know, I know this is not what we have you on to talk about, but I was looking at your IMDB page. And you've got all kinds of stuff in pre and post production going to work. I mean, you're a hardworking woman. Good to see it. Well, you kind of have to be when you're a vocal conservative actor in my industry. You know, it comes to the point where directors, I guess, could not use me on principle, but they'd lose out on half, more than half the fan base.
Starting point is 00:00:59 So luckily, I still get work. It's not going to be studio films. That's still very nepotistic and leftist. Right. But I do find a good home in an independent film and fun movies. I mean, oh, so good, right? I mean, at least you're working and, you know, you're creating some content and being able to use your art.
Starting point is 00:01:16 That's, I mean, that's worth something. So the reason I wanted to talk to you a little bit is that not long ago, a guy, and we'll call him, you, you'd, tell me, you're the professional, so you tell me how to pronounce his last name. Is it Pilates, is it Pulte? Is it Pulte? I've been saying Pulte. My phone keeps trying to put like a bunch of other things, but it's Pulte. And he refers to himself in third person as Pulte. So I'm guessing. Okay. So it's Bill Pulte. And it's at Pulte on Twitter. And not long ago, he started being the social media Twitter philanthropist
Starting point is 00:01:54 saying that, I should say the proposed social media Twitter philanthropist. And who didn't say, sure, I'll follow you and retweet this? I mean, we're all guilty of you're going to give me some money for doing this. Okay, sure.
Starting point is 00:02:11 I mean, that's why the lottery exists, right? But we do know, at least in most states, when you play a lottery ticket, if you win, you're going to get paid. And I was under the impression that you don't necessarily believe people, you know, are possibly getting paid from a Bill's upfront philanthropy party that he's throwing. Yeah. Well, first of, I'm not sure why philanthropy is void in certain states,
Starting point is 00:02:43 roadway prohibited no purchase necessary and not random. Like, that's not philanthropy. Plancy is helping people in need and not virtue signaling about it. You know, that's the whole point of doing charity. You do it right of the goodness of your heart, not to be famous. So it was already, it just seems so disingenuine from the get-go. You claimed it was going to give money to people need it, and he had all these people begging and all these heart-breaking stories,
Starting point is 00:03:07 and then he would ignore them and give, you know, someone like $50, just random. People were like, okay, like this is really weird. And I first noticed that there were lots of large prizes that had the contest whose time had run up, who were not awarded. And I'm like, no one sees him.
Starting point is 00:03:25 And so it was set up in a manner where anyone that had asked Pulte, a question, would get blocked. If they had questioned him, challenged him, even brought up a legitimate idea no matter how polite
Starting point is 00:03:35 they would get blocked. So no one wanted to be like, hey, you didn't give that prize out. They couldn't say it because they were so needy and they were still hoping to be the next one to get it.
Starting point is 00:03:45 So just to be clear, I just want to be clear, I'm being forced into this interview. And I have not questioning Bill Pulte at all, man. Wow, this is, I don't even know what I'm doing here. You know, so I did that article, I found about half a dozen large price. Like, he was giving small prizes. The thing was a small prize of the way that it was a cash app thing.
Starting point is 00:04:09 Cash app last year gave $100,000 to some no-name rapper I never heard of to kind of do the same follow retreat, sweepstakes, and you had to be on cash app to get the prize. Okay. That's what was in it for cash up. It was a crappy PayPal thing. No one wanted to use it. It's been like there's so much fraud going on it. No one wants to touch it.
Starting point is 00:04:25 But that was the deal. So that was the deal when I saw these $100, $50 giveaways. I assumed, hey, they're going to give a no-name rapper. They're going to give this guy pretending to be a Twitter philanthropist, billionaire, you know, money. So the small prizes, that's what I assumed those were. But the big prizes, I found about seven at the time that had not been awarded, and no one could question about it without getting blocked.
Starting point is 00:04:46 And so I did the article, and then suddenly, you know, he would reward it, but he wouldn't, you know, the person's entire tweets were protected or the person no longer existed on Twitter. It was just really shady. And that's not how a sweepstakes work. That's illegal. You have to post who the winners are if people asked, like, within 30 days. And, you know, I didn't see that happening.
Starting point is 00:05:05 And the only reason anyone get anything awarded, if they did, who knows at this point, was because I had brought it up and a lot of people had put pressure on it. I'm like, hey, you're right. This was never awarded. You know what I mean? This is big money. And the people that were awarded, I don't see how it was philanthropy. I think two of them were published authors.
Starting point is 00:05:21 Like, one was in jail. Like, it just wasn't, it just didn't have a thing. I mean, if it was a random thing, I mean, if I retweeted the one say that just went up within the last 24 hours for $10,000. And I retweeted that. And he gave it to me, the, you know, the odds of, I can't believe this guy who's working and has a family and, you know, has a job. You know, he's giving him the $10,000. when he could be giving, you know, a homeless person with $10,000. I mean, so if it's random, right?
Starting point is 00:05:52 I mean, if it's random. Because, I mean, I'm, look, if he picks me, I'm taking it. I'm saying, Bill, thank you. Thank you. I'll take the 10 grand. But I realize that's not going to happen. How's I working out for you, Jeffrey? How many sense have you retweeted and followed him?
Starting point is 00:06:07 Bill is, I mean, he's just handing out cash left and right to me. So do we know anyone at all that has actually won? I mean, there are people that have come forward, but just the way it's done and the way, I mean, originally he just picked people, but there was no explanation on how. And the way Twitter works, it only shows you the last 200 people that retweet your tweet. So, and there's no deadline for the contest. So, you know, it was just, it was a crap show. Like, there was just no rhyme or reason.
Starting point is 00:06:37 There was no questioning. There was no transparency in any of this. And it was very suspect. A lot of the people that were awarded these prizes weren't. needy and desperate and the people that were begging, they were kind of awful people. They had racist things in their timeline. They had vile things in their timeline. They had really inappropriate sexual comments about having sex with their daughters and mother.
Starting point is 00:07:00 These are the people he rewarded. And obviously his followers seen it and raised questions like, how are you picking these? Are these real people? Are they real people? You know, and it raises a lot of questions. And if the answer is it's at random, then I mean, I can understand that. if it's a if it is legitimately a random way. But it's not philanthropy though, is it?
Starting point is 00:07:19 It is not charity nor philanthropy though. No, it's just a contest. At its best, it is random, but it's still not philanthropy. Yeah, it's just a contest. And that's the masquerading. And I don't know if you noticed, but this week there was a very sketching. He's got a couple of Twitter accounts. When he slandered me and several other people and Marines and charities, he bled followers.
Starting point is 00:07:39 And then he mysteriously gained 50,000 one night. He learned he could not be negative on his main account because, People were asking, well, why? Why are these people saying these things they were learning? Mr. Philanthropist, Mr. Nice Guy, why are you being so nasty? Yeah. Exactly. And so he created a second account for which to trash people.
Starting point is 00:07:57 He's gone after two charities already, several veterans. I mean, you saw some of the stuff that he said about me. He was just vile and vulgar. And it cost them people when he does that, which is why he has the second account. Now, what his second account did this week, you have to understand a few things. He works with some very shady fake conservatives. One of them slandered me. He admitted to other people.
Starting point is 00:08:16 He got paid by this guy to slander me. Wow. And he slanted several other people. He got served 24 hours within the time that this little punk got served. Pulte was asking for legal fees on Twitter, asking people to donate. Now, think about this. From his main account? Yeah, I thought he was a millionaire.
Starting point is 00:08:33 Why does he need legal fees? And, you know, people are asking. Yeah. Well, I mean, he's supposed to be, right? I mean, he's the grandson of the, of the, well, I mean, I think he is. I don't have a DNA test, but I mean, I don't know that he got, I don't know that he got any grandpa's money, but I mean, his grandfather was a billionaire. But there's like 28 grandkids and stuff.
Starting point is 00:08:56 Like, you can be a billionaire. You start spending it. You start being unwise. How much is left? Yeah, well, I mean, the grandfather actually had nine kids himself. So, I mean, you just dropped that down. Anyway. It's being broken up.
Starting point is 00:09:09 So who knows what he has? But if he is self-reclaimed millionaire, why is he begging for legal? fees. This raised a lot of questions. Now, a couple days ago, he did it again, but he did it trickily. He asked people, like, you know, yes, I like that. You're welcome. Trickly. He asked people to donate money for needy children for toys for Christmas. Oh, right? Right. And at the bottom of this post, it said the first $2,000 will go toward legal fees and everything else will go to these toys. Oh, yes. That's shady. That is beyond the end.
Starting point is 00:09:46 It was raised. And as soon as it was raised, it gets about 2,159. They shut it off. Now, think about that. You're going to minus the GoFundMe fees. About $80 is going to go to toys. And all the rest goes in his pocket for legal fees. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:10:03 It's like a weird money laundering thing. Like part of it shows him donating to himself, which is not make sense. You know, I'm like, you still got to pay taxes. Like, I don't know what you're doing, bro, but this isn't wise. but people donated thinking they were buying toys for needy children, and barely any of it was going to go through that. At the bottom, the disclaimer was, and I can send it to you guys. I had posted it just the other day was actually going to go to his own legal fees.
Starting point is 00:10:25 What a great millionaire. What a great philanthropist. So, we should, I mean, we should reach out and try to talk to this guy, right? I mean, why have I seen an interview with this guy? Has he done interviews? He's been on the news. Can you believe it? You know, and you can get really far in life.
Starting point is 00:10:42 I call it fake it to make it. It's actually very common in my industry. We pretend to be something, and you can get pretty far on that. It looks legit on paper until you start looking in and asking questions. And I don't know if you've seen some of those tweets, but they are very bizarre. You know what I mean? Like, I like yellow Gatorade. I have two scoops of ice cream.
Starting point is 00:11:00 And then the referrals are a third person. Do you guys love me? I love you. Like, it's bizarre. It's creepy. And the only people left commenting at this point because they're either blocked or wizened up are just like just the people begging, begging for anything. They beg every day.
Starting point is 00:11:17 And sometimes it's bad because there are people in need. And sometimes you just want to be like, get a job. I have friends with missing limbs that work. What is your issue, boy? Go out and get a job. You know, every day they're begging and begging. And then the stories don't match. And he's attracted a lot of scam artists.
Starting point is 00:11:32 And because he doesn't like to answer questions, people are getting screwed over by people pretending to be him, people taking advantage of the cash app, other contests like that and he's collecting all our info so the longest time he did not have the rules of his sweepstakes they made up not really philanthropy
Starting point is 00:11:50 he did not have the rules post and the rules was he has the rights to your data and all your information and he can use it any way he wishes and that was mysteriously you know it would always be a 404 error every time someone looked at it for about a month until he just copied and pasted someone else's rules
Starting point is 00:12:05 it's just bizarre it's completely illegal it's immoral and it's just killed me that no one wants to say anything because they're just like, oh, charity. Okay. Like, there's better charity out there, I assure you. I agree. But since there's less people asking him for money these days, I mean, Bill, until you block me, if you want to give me the $10,000, I'm here for you. You probably will. You bought a lot of people off, unfortunately. There's not a chance in hell of that happening, Mindy. Don't worry about it. It's okay. I understand. I'm really surprised, though, that with your
Starting point is 00:12:40 You know, with your background, your reach and your, your, your, your, your, your, your, your, I mean, for lack of a better term, deep dive, uh, into Bill Pulte. Uh, I mean, uh, your, your, your main article, um, I didn't think I was ever going to get through. I mean, every time I scrolled down to another page, you load it up, load it up, load it up. I mean, holy cow, it was never freaking ending. And that's a while ago. It's much worse now. Uh, no one will touch this story. I've been threatened by my peers.
Starting point is 00:13:07 I've been told to back off by, by people lower than me. me and a couple of people above me. And they were all paid off in one way or manner by this guy. And I don't think those are conservative. And everyone's like, how can you chew out another Trump? He's not a Trump. This guy is not political. He's bizarre.
Starting point is 00:13:24 He's taking advantage of Trump supporters, you know. But he's crapped on veterans. I mean, he's harassed and docs veterans. Two different charities run by veterans. Me, anyone that comes against him, he's not a nice guy. He's not a nice guy. and no one was really sticking up for me. So the people that have seen the truth who don't believe in those things anyway,
Starting point is 00:13:45 they're well aware of what's going on and they see it. Will anyone else care? I don't know at this point. I did everything I could. I did everything I could, but there's not much I can do when you have Fox and, you know, other people supporting this guy and retweeting them. And what's interesting is when another conservative retweets this guy and shows support, it's all negative by their own followers because they have caught on.
Starting point is 00:14:06 So I think the real people that matter have caught on, And unfortunately, there's going to be some, you know, desperate people that have to keep following this guy for crumbs, just waiting for the day that they get something. And it's really sad. And obviously, they're probably getting scammed by someone else that's doing the same thing. But I've done everything I can at this point. So you're, you've washed your hands now. We're at the, we're at the end.
Starting point is 00:14:26 You've done everything you can. You're going to worry. You're going to read the script for Shark Nato 5 and you're going to accept it or not. And we're just going to move on. I've still become the center point for this because there's a lot of people. people that don't like this guy that can't say anything. And there's a lot of people that don't have the voice or the platform. And, you know, they send me everything. And I'm blocked by every single person involved at this. So they have to send me the screenshots and stuff. So I'm keeping up on it.
Starting point is 00:14:51 I'm keeping track. I'm a researcher by trade. So, you know, this stuff is going to get by me. I'm just collecting, collecting. The guy's building a huge hole for himself. Every day you're like, oh, I can't believe you just, oh, that's illegal. Like, I can't wait for IRS to come knocking on this door. That's inevitable. I mean, just the way it's just not set up right, and it's just a mess. You know, it's going to implode, and I'm going to have everything ready when more people are ready to listen. I think people are educated as it is. You give away free money, and he lost thousands of followers for a few days.
Starting point is 00:15:25 I mean, that says a lot. This is a lot of people are really catching on if he's going to buy them. Mindy Robinson. You can follow her at IHeart Mindy on Twitter, and that's the way to keep up with the happening. of Mindy Robinson, Mindy, thank you so much for joining us today, and I appreciate it. You're great. I really, I really appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:15:42 And if anything breaks, like, you know, if Bill does something that you're not happy with, or, you know, you want to promote the new Shark Nato 5 or 6 that you're coming in. Hey, I'm in a new Christmas movie. I'm in a new Christmas movie with John Schneider. Nice. What is it called? Christmas cards.
Starting point is 00:16:03 It's got the General Lee in it. It's a family-friendly Christmas movie set in the, Louisiana and I think you guys are going to love it. I love it. I mean, we're, I mean, we're, no one supports Christmas movies more than this show. You're talking to a guy that made a movie. I've been, I've been in my own Christmas movie. What was the movie called? The Christmas twist. Yeah, I mean, my, my movie is the Christmas twist. My movie that I'm in, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't to step over my, my, my stardom. Now you're ticking me off, all right? Now you're, now you're
Starting point is 00:16:34 going to get blocked by Jeff. Yeah, no, now you're, now you're, now you're, now you're You're sticking me off, okay. So, I mean, I can well understand how important it is to be in Christmas movies. I have a fan. I love it. Thank you so much. I appreciate it. No worry.
Starting point is 00:16:47 We'll see you, Mindy. Thanks.
