Starting point is 00:00:34 Picture, if you will, a world where Cinco de Mayo falls on Taco Tuesday, only to be ruined by a virus called Corona. Welcome to it. I know it's Cinco de Mayo. I got it. I got it. It doesn't even, you know what? It doesn't even, everybody thinks that it's part of Mexico's Independence Day. Nope, that's in September.
Starting point is 00:01:18 It's just a celebration for all things, Mexican America, and the U.S. So, break out the Kiva, break out the talk of. Right? Just party, party, party. But beware, if you're thinking about celebrating at some fast food places, I guess Taco Bell still has meat or beef, because plenty of places McDonald's and Wendy's
Starting point is 00:01:52 are starting to pull back the curtain, baby. No burgers. Sorry, we're out of meat. I know. We're getting reports from different places. around the country. McDonald's said they were going to cut back just on the orders, right?
Starting point is 00:02:09 So you couldn't order too far ahead. So if you sold more than what you had, you're going to have to wait to get your beef in. We're seeing reports now where Wendy's, some Wendy's around the country is saying, oops, hey, sorry, we're out of burgers.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Wendy's, you know, the hamburger company. Out of beef. we're going to have to start killing dogs. We're going to have to start using it. It's going to happen. It's going to happen. I guarantee we're going to start breeding dogs.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Are you going to, if you do it, now those of us that want to believe that they don't do that in today's world. Okay. I feel like we had this conversation already. We all know that General Soul Chicken is General Soul Dog. We just don't want to know about it. We just don't want to know about it. Correct. But we do know about it.
Starting point is 00:03:07 No, we don't. But we do. Deep inside, we know that every Chinese restaurant that has General Soe chicken is selling us General So fluffy from the back. General So grass-fed beef. That's all they have. Grass-fed beef. Well, I hope that the General-So chicken is not graph-fed beef because I will take the fluffy over. grass fed beef on my
Starting point is 00:03:35 general sewed chicken definitely I mean it's just going to happen now that we just know right it's just going to I don't care out here just give me the meat I just want the meat I just want the burger it's okay it doesn't matter
Starting point is 00:03:51 I just want the taco I don't care it doesn't matter because now it's like well we know but we don't we don't we don't want to know So that's where we're at. That's where we're at. Now, I want to talk a little bit about California's zero bail policy.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Now, a couple of things. No one supports law enforcement more than this program. 100%. No one supports criminals more than this podcast. but it seems to be causing a little bit of an issue with their zero bail policy. I read a story last night about a gentleman who last Wednesday at 8.28 a.m. officers responded to a call of a man who was attempting to break into a vehicle. All right. He was, when they pulled up, he was attempting to drive away in that stolen vehicle.
Starting point is 00:04:58 The vehicle had been stolen out of East Los Angeles. In addition to driving a stolen vehicle, he had stolen property and narcotics with him. He was arrested. Due to the zero bail policy, they wrote him a citation and released him. About six hours later, at 2.20 p.m., they received a call of a man carrying a box. He was walking through front yards of residences. He appeared to, he was placing items in his box and walking through the properties. It was the same man that they had dealt with at 8.28 a.m.
Starting point is 00:05:31 Due to California's zero bail policy, he was issued a citation and let go. A few hours later, that same day, 8.49 p.m., they received a call of a vehicle that had just been stolen from a parking lot. They were able to track the vehicle. They pursued him. They, in fact, brought in other police departments to pursue this stolen vehicle with the chase. they pursued him, they captured him. It was the same man that had been dealt with in the morning and the afternoon, now being dealt with again for possession of a stolen vehicle
Starting point is 00:06:13 and evading police officers due to the zero bail policy, got his third citation of the day and set free. Maybe, maybe, just maybe, we should rethink the zero bail policy. just a thought. Okay, so the big news today, really. I know that it's, you know, it's, it's, it's, uh, Cinco de Mayo or Cinco de Mayo or whatever, however you want to pronounce it. And, uh, I know that it's giving Tuesday as well today.
Starting point is 00:06:46 So, you know, if you have the urge to give in this time of, uh, struggle for many people, you can go to Mercury 1.org slash donate. you can go to Our Rescue.org. O-U-R, a great team at OU-R, and I'm hoping to talk to Tim Ballard sometime this week to see how it's going for OUR during all this time. I mean, I'm sure that the slave and sex trade is still going on, but with travel down,
Starting point is 00:07:24 I don't know, I'd just be interested to talk to Tim, see how that's going. But the big news today that everybody's talking about. Tom Cruise, working with Elon Musk's SpaceX to shoot a movie in space. You know, in real space.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Okay. Cool. I love it. You know, Tom's going to do it. You know he's going to do it. It's huge news. But the real movie, the real series story today is Nicholas Cage
Starting point is 00:07:56 looking to put together a Tiger King series. So if Nicholas Cage is going to be Joe Exotic, tell me you're not going to watch it. That's what I thought. That's what I thought. You can't tell me that. It's going to be huge.
Starting point is 00:08:12 He needs to, and that needs to get out like right now. Don't mess around. Fly to go out in the desert, social distance, shooting. I don't care how you do it. Get it out now. Because Joe Exotic is going to, When we start going back outside and breaking away from our Netflix viewing for a while,
Starting point is 00:08:35 the Tiger King is going away. And I don't want to have, you know, I feel bad for Nicholas Cage. You know what I mean? He's been a struggle in his life. He's been in eight billion movies. He still doesn't have any money. And life's tough. He's still marrying people in Vegas for a couple of days and then getting divorced.
Starting point is 00:08:54 So I want to see him do well. I have no idea why. I want to see him do well as the, you know, Joe Exotic, Cowboy with a Mullet, gay, doing math, I don't know, other people around him were doing drugs, not him, of course. Wait, Joe Exotic is gay?
Starting point is 00:09:14 What's that? Joe Exotic is gay? Yeah, that's his deal. So how did he kill the woman? Gay people don't kill people? He didn't kill the woman. The woman killed the husband. Whose husband?
Starting point is 00:09:30 Oh my gosh. Wait. So Joe Exotic is gay. And the chick killed his husband and he's in jail? The chick didn't kill his husband. So whose husband did he kill? Okay. The chick killed her husband.
Starting point is 00:09:53 Okay. All right. He. Attempted to kill her. Okay. Okay. Did, was he having a thing with her husband? Not that I'm aware of.
Starting point is 00:10:07 So why is King in jail? I feel distraught right now. When is you supposed to be this event to break him out of jail? I don't know. I don't remember. It may have already passed. I think it already passed too. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:22 Yeah, I think it already passed. So, I mean, good luck. God bless. Did we get him out? No, he's still there as far as I know. Okay. Yeah, there wasn't any big news story. Wow.
Starting point is 00:10:31 So I thought you were supposed to go down there and cover it. Oh, I didn't. I went. Not a lot of things happened. Yeah, not a lot happened. Yeah, not a lot of anybody there. Yeah, I mean, for a guy that I went to cover that event. You're right.
Starting point is 00:10:42 Yes. Right. So he's gay? Yes. Wow. This just changes the whole thing about Tiger King. He's, he's gay. He's got two husbands.
Starting point is 00:10:54 Oh, hello. I mean. Two boyfriends, two husbands, two wives, whatever they want to call themselves. I mean, he's a, you know, polygamist. Yeah. Wow. That's the whole point of Mr. Weirdo Joe Exotic. Oh, yeah, because having tigers in the back, it's not weird enough.
Starting point is 00:11:15 We just have to, you know, put him gay too. Yes. You know, that makes me think, were those guys in Vegas also gay with the white tiger, the performers? Yeah. They're gay too? Yeah, yeah. Huh. Okay.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Yeah, those people, yeah. Magillard magicians. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. What the heck is their stupid names? So they're gay. Tiger King is gay.
Starting point is 00:11:39 I'm seeing a common factor here that gay dudes, they own big cats. It's Siegfried and Roy. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. I believe I could be wrong. Sigfried and Roy may, you know, get pissed and attack me.
Starting point is 00:12:00 But I believe. They're gay. Yeah, I believe that. Yeah, me too. And by the way, they're like, what, 70 right now? Yeah, they're old now. Sigfried and Roy gay. Siegfried are myself making silence on time.
Starting point is 00:12:17 It's all the musicians. The duo have never denied their past romantic relationship. Yeah. They've never denied their past romantic relationship. So even if they're not gay, they gave it a shot. Speaking to Elon, a little earlier, did you see where Elon just had a new baby boy or a girl? We're not quite sure what it was. Yeah, I've been following. We knew she was pregnant.
Starting point is 00:12:45 Yeah, we've been following that. Yeah, because she posted some weird photos of an embryo, and then she posted her herself fully naked with the big belly and a silhouette of a baby inside her. And he did make the announcement during his Freedom America tweets that he was doing. Someone asked, hey, what's up with you, baby? He said sometime this week, and I guess sometimes this week is last night. Yeah, he posted a picture of him and the baby.
Starting point is 00:13:19 Which, by the way, that's a weird. That's a weird couple. She's like a hardcore rock, you know, emo girl. And Elon Musk is like completely the opposite. Yeah, I know. You know, he has five children with his first wife. So this is number six. Wow.
Starting point is 00:13:40 I mean, Elon's cranking him out. Wow, that's six kids. So, I mean, he's got to earn money, right? You get six kids. You got to start making some money. No wonder he's like. everybody should go back to work I need to do some work
Starting point is 00:13:55 that's right I got six mouths to feed I got a tweet every once in a while how bad my stock is so it goes down and I make some more money I thought it's supposed to go up oh wait yeah no yeah oh never mind so
Starting point is 00:14:11 they asked them about the name and I not he posted the name some weird equation oh God x a e a dash 12 musk as the kid's name and people are trying to guess what that means
Starting point is 00:14:34 give it to me one more time okay so it's a or i mean it's x a e and i don't know if that's called an a in math. Oh, we're talking about, yeah. Dash 1-2, 12. Musk for the last name. Oh, that's Savior. Savior Musk.
Starting point is 00:15:00 Well, other people have posted it might be Ash. So, you know, I don't know. Elon, dude, I love you. Okay. And, you know, I appreciate what you're doing, but just give us the kid's name. I don't care what you call it. Just tell us what you want to call it.
Starting point is 00:15:19 Is he the new baby Archie? Yes, that's what it is. It could stand for Archie. He's just mad because the royals took it from him. And so he's now got to give it in numbers. I don't know. Because the other kid's names, right, didn't it tell me the name of his other kids in the stupid story? Yeah, X, A-E-A-11.
Starting point is 00:15:43 X-A-E-A-10, right? yeah that's what it is yeah yeah the first one was 11 so on yeah that's right it's exactly right no shoot what really gave me this kid's stupid names are you ready i got them Nevada Alexander musk Damian musk Griffin musk Savior mux Saxon musk and kai musk and of course and of course ash I mean, X A-E-A-12. Elon.
Starting point is 00:16:27 Get back to work. Okay, we have to be on the lookout for the full transcript from a call. call from Trenton, New Jersey. All right. So there was a councilwoman, and there was a bunch of other people on the call. But the councilwoman says, since I don't have the privilege of having friends who are owners and or editors of newspapers who will only write good things about me or my side of
Starting point is 00:17:06 the story, she's referring to the mayor, I will request a full audio or transcript to be released. so they can have the full context of the conference call because I want to know if she actually if she actually said this. Okay, so Councilwoman Robin Vaughn from New Jersey, Trenton, and Mayor Reed Gussosauria, I don't know how you pronounce his last name,
Starting point is 00:17:38 G-U-S-C-I-O-R-A, G-G-S-R-R-A, yeah, it's close enough. They had a 54-4-4-1-1-4-1-0. They had a 54-minute call to update legislatures on the number of coronavirus cases in the state. And then all of a sudden the New Jersey Councilwoman is under fire. Because, of course, the mayor of Trenton, the first openly gay mayor of Trenton, she called him a pedophile and a bitch ass. And she called him worse than that.
Starting point is 00:18:12 She said, the only thing he brought to City Hall was a bunch of young boys, and they're sitting up there in the mayor's suite before calling him a drudic drug addict pebbler. Now, and the mayor is like, I shouldn't have gone to her. I shouldn't have brought her up. She has a history of causing disruptions. I shouldn't even have talked to her. So does she have evidence of all this stuff? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:18:40 Can you go down the list one more time? because that is some serious charges. Well, she's going to say, I was not charges. I was just, you know, talking off the top of my head. You know,
Starting point is 00:18:50 that's the gossip. That's the gossip that everybody's talking about between secretaries. The drug addict pedophile. Mm-hmm. You know, he's sitting up at City Hall
Starting point is 00:18:57 with a bunch of young boys. He needs to get his beach ass. I guess I can't say, ah, who to care cares. It doesn't matter. And he's called,
Starting point is 00:19:10 I mean, that's really, those are some serious. charges, right? No matter what, against anyone. Anyone. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like, do we have And her history, I mean, her history one time and it could be more. She talked to, she originally in September, she defended a city council president. Uh, no, one person defended her because she said she used the phrase
Starting point is 00:19:40 Jew her down is that the same councilwoman bad phrase to use yes okay do I need to bleep that you know what yes no it's in context of a news story okay I'm telling you that's what she said
Starting point is 00:19:56 that's not what you said you did not say that even though it came out of your mouth you did not say it I'm guessing uh-huh I mean I can't even tell you what it means cheap I can't even tell you what it means because I don't even know phrases like that in my in my lexicon of verbiage just means that you you know you wielded dealed and I got the price to be cheaper oh like a gypsy that's what I'm told like a gypsy dude would you stop that actually that's not part of the news story you can't be saying things like that I can't say gypsy no holy cow no And the advocacy groups are going to be all over us. You know what?
Starting point is 00:20:39 Good. Good. This podcast is starting great. We have. I mean, okay. Awesome. I know that, well, A, I'm not even going to stick up for it for her stupid anti-Semitic remarks because I want to see if it was for real. I was going to say.
Starting point is 00:21:02 She's trying to say that it could be taken out of context. in the conference call. You start talking about young boys and pedophiles and sex with young kids. That's going to have to take some doing to be out of context against the mayor. How dare you? How much is this mayor paying you to defend his gay butt? I am part of the LGBTQ Trenton community. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:21:38 I mean, I did go into Trenton, New Jersey, every day. You did? I don't know how many years. Three or four, something like that. Oof. Paid the, you know, the government money. Did you know this gay boy lover, drug? He did not.
Starting point is 00:21:55 He did not get elected until after I was gone. So I don't know, Reed, the Socoria, whatever you pronounce his last name. I don't know, Reed. he may be a nice guy but according to councilwoman robin vaughan uh he doesn't sound like that good a guy well you know if he's bringing all these young boys to the i sure he's just young boys there's not the boy scouts doing you know a tour of the uh
Starting point is 00:22:23 stop talking what do not start bringing up boy scouts no i'm saying you're talking about councilwoman robin vaughn and the mayor of trenton i know but usually boy scouts they have like a a tour of City Hall and maybe she got the days confused of like, oh, look at all those gay boys, like, no, cancel woman, they're sorry. Yeah, okay. Boy Scouts of America.
Starting point is 00:22:49 Okay. She could be, you know, a little bit blind and getting her... It's possible. Getting her days confused. It is possible. There are plenty of blind people out there. I noticed that you have some neighbors
Starting point is 00:23:02 that apparently are blind. Yes, yes. Because, or you've pissed them off. You know, you've already kicked out. We've already covered this that you've kicked out like three people already since you've moved into the house. You haven't even lived there a year. Maybe you have. You've lived there about a year, right?
Starting point is 00:23:18 But a year, yeah. And three neighbors have moved out. I feel like Karen, the new Karen across the street has it for me. So you got the letter from the city. Yes. From the city because you technically live in. Fort Worth. Fort Worth, Texas.
Starting point is 00:23:35 Yes. So do I. As a matter of fact, technically, that's the city I live in here in the DFW Metroplex. But I don't live in Fort Worth, though. But you do. My address is not even Fort Worth address is another address. But somehow I thought. That's what I thought.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Yes. I saw that last night. I know. I almost said something like, you don't live. I don't live in Fort Worth. I don't live in Fort Worth. My city is another city next to Fort Worth. That's what I thought.
Starting point is 00:24:04 But anyways. Fort Worth has been annexing properties. Yes. I mean, they are here. And I mean, the house that got tornadoed was when we first looked at it was in another city. And then by the time we moved in, Fort Worth had annexed the block. But your address. A little bit more than the block.
Starting point is 00:24:25 So was the old city. And around the corner, we lived the first house on the street. When you turned the corner, there was a, you know, the house, the other house, the first house. the first house on the block faced the other street. Yes. So then it was there. So you turned the corner. It was their side yard.
Starting point is 00:24:41 And then our house was the first house that faced our street. And that house around the corner was still the old, the other city. It was just incredible. And the other house, the other house next door, they never could figure out they were fighting both cities because both cities were saying the address was theirs. Wow. I was just incredible. I was just incredible. I mean, Fort Worth, and what Fort Worth is done, and this is actually pretty smart on their part, although it's kind of crappy, is that they've been annexing all this property on the what's now, you know, would be considered the outskirts of Fort Worth, Texas.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Because they're getting all these little municipalities. And then they're allowing these little municipalities to build all these apartment complexes. So they're in Fort Worth and they're upping their tax base, but they're not in Fort Worth. That's just incredible. So I got a letter dated on April 29, certified mail, certified mail, saying a notice of violation of grass slash weed slash nuance code. And what is a nuance code? It is nuance to permit weeds or grass to exceed 12 inches in height. You just had the kid cut the front of the house.
Starting point is 00:26:05 What are they talking about? I have no idea. So I don't know. But the thing that bothers me of this whole thing is this line. And Jeffrey, tell me if this is fair because this is really frustrating. How I want to be out the city of Florida side. I know you do. I know you do.
Starting point is 00:26:23 I know you do. But listen to this. In accordance with the state law, the city is only required to provide notice to the property owners once within any 12-month period. And then? This means that if property is found to be in violation again within the 12 consecutive month from the date. 12 months?
Starting point is 00:26:48 Yes. From the date of this letter, the city can correct and bill for the violation without further notice. So they send it their yard workers. So let me tell you what they're going to charge me. They're going to charge me for the contractor expense to cut my yard, plus a $200 fee. And if I don't pay that bill, within 30 days, a lien may be filed against a property in the county. If that happens, you need an attorney.
Starting point is 00:27:21 But the thing that bothers me is, Jeff, if this happened, according to them, this happened on April 29, a Thursday. We were on lockdown. Yeah, I mean, we've been on lockdown the whole time. So, and the lockdown did not get lifted until Friday. So this is what I believe that a complaint was called. And I don't think this was a city worker driving by. Well, was your grass high? No, I have pictures.
Starting point is 00:27:50 It wasn't 12 inches high. It was never 12 inches high. It was high. I like my grass high. I don't like my grass. No, but yes. Yes, but it was not 12 inches. I like my, I like to see my, my stupid grass.
Starting point is 00:28:03 I mean, you could go back and look at the videos you've posted with the delivery workers coming into the house. And I looked and I'm going to go back on the 429. I want to see who came to my property and measured my grass. It was Karen. Karen from the, but that one paragraph, it's so upsetting. This is why I decided not to live in a HOA. I guess I live in a HOA. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Control by the city. Yeah. Have you ever gotten this? Because I know the only thing you've gotten was the recycling. That was you, right? Yeah, they had the recycling battle with the recycling police. I have those, and I seen those ladies. They're in a city official car.
Starting point is 00:28:48 They're checking through your garbage, and I've seen them. And I don't take it out until later because I don't want to receive one. I may be in violation in there too. I may be in violation in there too So Oh and by the way I'm sorry correction The 29 was a Wednesday The lift just got
Starting point is 00:29:07 Happened on that Friday Like the first You were correct The other was the 30th So You want me to go outside and get sick Okay Well A
Starting point is 00:29:17 You don't leave your home No I couldn't Go outside Yes you can Who said that I don't want to be shot by the drones That they have you know Police in this area
Starting point is 00:29:27 Yeah, I don't want you to get shot by the drones either, but give it a shot. By the way, I'm not the only one that the city got. Hillary sent me a message saying they got me too. Okay. So then what they're doing is... Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:29:49 Yes. That's exactly what they're doing. Which is why I put on the tweet, I wonder how many houses got a certified level. because now since the city is open and everything's to the new normal, I wonder how many letters has the city of Fort Worth and Dallas. Think of the revenue. Revenue. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:30:13 All kinds of road violations have gone down dramatically almost probably to zero. Yeah. And so that's a lot of money. So once Hillary sent me that message, I was like, okay. So my grass was that in violation. It looked like it's in violation, but we need a quota. And then now I'm on, I am on warning into next year. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:38 So if my grass now that I, girls any higher than 12 inches, $200 automatically. I will say, though, if your grass was 12 inches. Or let's say it was 10. That's too high. Is it? I like it high. Yes. No.
Starting point is 00:30:53 If you like it that high, move out to a ranch. and have some fields. You live in the city. I don't live in the city, Jeff Fisher. Keep that crap trim up. Fisher, you've been to my house. You've been to my house. Do I live in the city?
Starting point is 00:31:07 Yes. You know what? Yes. Such a dick. All right. Let's go to the break room. I need a Coca-Cola zero sugar and Thursday. Oh.
Starting point is 00:31:34 I don't know if I've told you this before. But, Coca-Cola zero-sugar cold is so good, so good. You know what else is so good? This podcast, which is why you should subscribe. Chewing the fat. Very simple. Just subscribe.

Starting point is 00:32:29 Let's do a coronavirus update. Before we do the coronavirus update, I just want to talk about Bluebell ice cream quick. They pled guilty to two misdemeanors from the 2015 Listeria outbreak that left three people dead. It's former CEO charged with conspiracy in a scheme to cover up the incident. Wow. They are going to pay $19.3 million in fines for shipping the contaminated ice cream. they have to pay a criminal fine of 17.25 million, 2.1 million to settle civil claims.
Starting point is 00:33:16 I mean, it makes me want to go out and buy some Bluebell, just to help them out a little bit. Just to help out a little bit. Okay, coronavirus update. 3,688, 103 total cases worldwide. 255,174 total deaths at the time of this recording worldwide. Here in the United States of America, 1,218,968 total cases, 70,759 total deaths nationwide. Wow, numbers gone up a lot. China is still under 83,000, which is their...
Starting point is 00:34:03 which is their breakpoint, 82,881. They do have a reported one new case as of this recording. So there's still, you know, it hasn't ended. The outbreak has not ended in China. So there's that. TSA checkpoint numbers. Yesterday, 163,692 people through the turnstiles. You know, that's still, you know, the day before was one seven.
Starting point is 00:34:33 So it's down, you know, six or seven thousand. But it's still still up there a little bit. You know, you're still pressing, we're getting closer to that 200,000 mark. So, you know, that's a good deal for the TSA and travel numbers and the airline industry who are now, you know, making everyone wear their masks. And they're telling people that they have to, you know, hey, they're not going to be able to board the plane. unless they have their mask on. Everybody have to wear a mask. And it's just, I guess, you know,
Starting point is 00:35:12 you walk into the airport now, and if you don't have a mask, you get shot. I guess that's the new plan. The TSA will all be issued a non-wask mask-wearing weapon. And as soon as you walk, you pass the doorways into the homeless sleeping area on a on uh on uh on uh on on e no that's a terminal a terminal at dfdb if you don't have a mask shot and the homeless people get to have your clothes so that's what happens from now on if you're not
Starting point is 00:35:46 wearing a mask at the airport it's just incredible congratulations to the texas strip club that went up against uh the city uh in the courts because uh police raided the club threatened owner with arrest if he didn't remain shuttered during the coronavirus lockdown measures. All right? It opened its doors on Friday after Governor Abbott issued an order allowing some businesses, including restaurants and retail stores, to reopen. The owner said he was operating his business as a full-service restaurant with strippers providing entertainment for diners at the club in the same way a piano player might
Starting point is 00:36:31 entertain people at a steakhouse. Bless his heart. Because they were going to, they shut him down. He took him to court. The judge said, we're giving you a temporary restraining order. He could reopen. And the order is also prohibiting you
Starting point is 00:36:53 from arresting employees as well. Take that. Now they're still doing, you know, social distancing inside the restaurant. They have extra sanitation guidelines, no touching between customers and entertainment.
Starting point is 00:37:11 So there's that. So you can still go out to eat and have entertainment in Houston, which I'm a fan of. Good for that. And I joked around about getting and it was just a joke. Okay, the TSA aren't going to be shooting people as you walk into
Starting point is 00:37:29 the airport. it if you're not wearing a mask. It was just a ha ha ha. But there was in Flint, Michigan, three family members are charged into the shooting of a security guard because the security guard was telling them to put masks on in a family dollar store. And they were not happy about that. And so they left, came back, shot the security guard. They got into a fight with him after he told them to put out a mask. This is why they, I mean, they deserve to be in big trouble, right?
Starting point is 00:38:03 I mean, it's just crazy. I can see arguing with the guy for a while or a woman. I apologize. I don't know. Security guard was female or male. And so he came back and then they shot him after they left and came back. Incredible. So over a, over a mask.
Starting point is 00:38:23 Just incredible. And some good news. Let's do that. You know, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's end pre-podiness. podcast stories with some good news. A Pennsylvania dairy farmer was told, hey, we can't take all your milk. I don't know what to tell you. Dump it.
Starting point is 00:38:40 Be done with it, but we can't buy it. So it's going to go bad. We don't have anything to do with it. Just I can't just be dump it, be done with it. He said, no, I don't want to dump my milk. So he's got a 300-year-old. dairy farm, and he's been working around the clock to bottle his own milk from his own processor. And he put it out there that he was going to, you could come and get milk from him, Ben lining up, lining up.
Starting point is 00:39:17 Ben Brown's dairy, but just lining up at Woe Nelly Dairy, you can get fresh milk from him processed there. instead of dumping the milk he decided to sell it. Good for him. He's been pasteurizing it in small batches, and he just got another processor so he could process some more at Woe Nelly Daries. I'm wondering just how long they're going to allow him to do it. And when I say they, Pennsylvania is, it wouldn't surprise me if he got a letter from the city of Fort Worth, Texas.
Starting point is 00:39:55 saying his grass was too high and he's going to be fined if he doesn't shut down and that's what's going to happen to whoa Nelly Derry he's going to be on the hook for a bunch of cash from the city of Fort Worth. No, I know he lives in Pennsylvania that's not my point. Don't worry about it. Okay, I was going to say, I thought you're going to end in good news and now you just, that's not good news.
Starting point is 00:40:20 That one bit. You know, he doesn't have to pay and he doesn't live in Fort Worth. I'm just saying Fort Worth is going to, you know, trying to hurt me. Dude, you got to go cut your lawn, man. Download and subscribe to more content at the blaze.com slash podcasts. Okay, I've got entertainment news that we're going to get to on the podcast here, but I'm still bogged down with the Chris Cruz letter from the city of Fort Worth on his lawn. Okay, so I know. You brought up a good point. You brought a good point and thank you for bringing it up on
Starting point is 00:40:55 the podcast because I'm very curious to know in our audience we might have people that work for the city so they might know this answer so you've got you're you've got your you've got your warning letter yes you're shot across the bow yes and it says you now now you're on the hook for 12 months yes so if if uh Juanita who works for the city of Fort Worth oh no it's Karen Karen works for the city yeah one need to got you know one need to got furloughed yes it's a Karen Karen drives by and she says, ooh, and she decides that your lawn's too long. All right, let's say we had a big rain, which we did,
Starting point is 00:41:32 but a big storm fly through here last night. And the only reason I know that is because my wife was out taking pictures of lightning probably until the wee hours of the morning. And so the grass gets up. You get up in the morning and you go, oh, man, I need to mow my lawn. You do your job because you're working from home, or even if you're not working from home, you get, you pull out of your, driveway and you go, oh man, I got to mow my lawn when I get home today. So you go to work.
Starting point is 00:42:00 Karen drives by before you get home from work and says, oh, lawn too long and cites you and calls Bill the city contractor. Contractor. And says, get over to get over to the cruise residence, this address because it's too long and, you know, we're billing you. Okay. So Bill shows up tomorrow morning. You have come home from work in the afternoon, mowed your lawn, trim, did whatever you're supposed to do. It's all done. Looks great. Bill shows up tomorrow morning.
Starting point is 00:42:34 You get charged for that? That's a good question. And I feel because is the government I am. You absolutely do. You may just get charged for him having to come out. Yes, plus a $200 administration fee. And what if you back out of your driveway and say, man I got them on my lawn tonight and you go to work you go do your deed for society
Starting point is 00:42:59 and bill on call is sitting there and gets a call and I mean he's just out there yeah bill gets a call and he sends his crew out there uh no I know and the thing about it too is I could see this could go very wrong or very very very very very very very very. wrong. I know. Because if Karen calls Bill and I hear
Starting point is 00:43:36 a lot more in front of my house at 6 o'clock in the morning or 7 o'clock in the morning shots will be fired. Or 7 or 8 o'clock at night. Yes. Oh, that is trespassing.
Starting point is 00:43:49 You're trespassing in my property. Oh, and that will go from horrible to very, very bad. Because one, why are you cutting my grass? My grass is cut. So do they still cut the grass? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:44:08 And make it. If they show up tomorrow morning after you've done it. But their deal is they have to show up and do it, right? Yes. So, I mean, do they bulldoze your plants down and bulldoze the yard? I tell you this, that simply save will say. my butt once again. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:28 Because that's where I have cameras. The cameras in the front. I have cameras on the side, in the back, on the front, on the rear, everywhere, there's cameras. It's just upsetting that I have that letter. And then now that I complied, because they give you 10 days. So in 10 days, it's my grass, you know, grows again because that's what they gave me. They gave me 10 days to fix the issue.
Starting point is 00:44:54 and they come out and in 10 days my grass says not high but you can call it high enough do I have to worry now and put an alarm and cut it on the night day if you complain about this does and they say okay yeah no sorry no problem are you still on the hook for a year I'm going to call today because I did not notice that at the bottom it says if you believe that this notice was an error contact us immediately and I am going to call and if you want, I could give you an update to Mark. We absolutely need to know. I want to know if you're still on the hook.
Starting point is 00:45:30 I want to know how they charge. I mean, all this is is a revenue enhancer. Absolutely. Or the city of Fort Worth. Yep. And it just is absolutely agonizing. I really want to know. We have listeners here in the area because I've got to Kroger and they come up to me and
Starting point is 00:45:45 said, hey, I recognize your voice. I'm like, dude, back off. I mean, I did not say that to him. I did not say that to him. Social distance, dude. Back up. But I want to know if you're in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, did you get a letter? Even in the Dallas area because Hillary's in Dallas.
Starting point is 00:46:05 Yeah. So they're all on the same page of revenue, finding ways to enhance the revenue. Absolutely. Absolutely. So I want to know who else got. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to drop around. I wonder if.
Starting point is 00:46:19 The neighbor across and the neighbor here, the one that has not left yet. and he's holding out. I want to see his grass is longer than mine, was longer than mine. See if he got one. I want to know if he got one. Because I did, I did, I did, I did, he mow his own lawn? He does mow his own lawn. Because I wonder if this has to do with the yard care mafia.
Starting point is 00:46:41 Oh, they're calling out so that you call them to do your yard. Yeah. I like that idea. I like that idea. Keep you safe. I like that idea. But I'm going to, I'm going to knock on my neighbor's door. because I did cut his side because it was bothering me.
Starting point is 00:46:58 So I did cut the side of the house because I was already cut in the grass. So I cut the side. But I want to know if he got a certified letter. If he didn't, then he did not write me out. The other than you guys I used to live at, the one house I used to live at the side between the driveway at my house was open because the fence of the backyard was back away. So there was a grassy area between the driveway at my house. house that was an open area. And every time the kid mowed next door, he would just mow the line.
Starting point is 00:47:29 He used to tick me off. I was like, dude, just go do this whole thing here. What do you, what are you doing? That used to tick me off. Just the side, no. Because that makes you look bad. I'm very curious. Yes, absolutely. If you're going to cut the side, do the neighbor's side too. Don't do the line. No, no, no. The kid didn't want to mow the lawn anyway. So the kids out there, like, I'm only doing what I have to do. I have to do. Yes. I don't care about you, fat man. Okay. Well, you had people.
Starting point is 00:47:56 You had Juan and Rodrigo doing your yard, right? Well, yeah. Okay, that's not the point. No. Fat man is not out there cutting his grass. That's not the point. So I don't feel like you're, you don't have a leg to stand down right now.
Starting point is 00:48:14 Okay. Okay. So a long time, so I've mowed a lawn, huh? I love moorn the lawn. I love. I used to when it was riding a little more. I used it to do. That's not cutting the grass, baby.
Starting point is 00:48:28 You just ride in a car. It sure is. That is not. What is the stupid one that Glenn keeps pushing? No, although I wouldn't mind using a hustler. Hustler, yes. I'm a fan of hustler equipment. That is not more in the grass.
Starting point is 00:48:46 He's just sitting in a car driving around. I know. I like it. No. But I love cutting the grass. No wonder my people love doing yard work. I was thinking about that with the weekend because on Saturday, I cut the blood. Yes.
Starting point is 00:49:02 It's in the DNA. Fisher. Fisher, you give me a trimmer and I can cut a grass in 30 minutes with just a trimmer. I did it. I was so proud of myself. It looks nice and even. The corners are sharp. I felt like I was giving a haircut to Mother Earth.
Starting point is 00:49:19 The one guy, I don't know that these is better here. the one guy used to run. Yes, you told me about him. One guy used to run. He was badass. Well, you know, Juan and Rodrigo, you know, they have like six houses to do in two hours. So. You don't run.
Starting point is 00:49:39 You don't stay in the country. As far as I know, they're legal. Don't leave me alone. Well, you don't ask questions. You don't ask, it's like a lawyer. That's not my responsibility. Absolutely not. It's the company's responsibility.
Starting point is 00:49:50 Absolutely. I've hired a company. Yep. And that's where the box stops right there. Yes. Yes. But just like a lawyer, you never ask a question. You do not know the answer.
Starting point is 00:50:01 No, no, no, no. You don't go. Hey, Rodrigo. What's your green card? I will say that there, you know, when companies have come to the house, it does seem like only one of them will speak English. Oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:18 And the rest of the team just does what that person says. Yes. Yes. So if you're going to come into this country and want a powerful position, speak English and the other language. Spanish? Whatever language that is. Spanish? Mexican, whatever it is.
Starting point is 00:50:40 Oh! We're done. No, I've got entertainment. No, we're done. I've got entertainment stories. We can do tomorrow. Tomorrow's a new day. It's Wednesday.
Starting point is 00:50:53 But there's stuff How about this? We do a midweek fat pile Just headlines Midweek fat pile Tomorrow Wednesday The 6th of May Done
