Jeff Fisher here along with Aaron Hernandez for our weekly recap and kind of rewind last night's Walking Dead episode and look ahead to the future. But first, Talking Walking Dead intro. I've got to use my phone app. Yeah. It's the high-brow production we have here at Talking Walking Dead. Welcome to it.

Aaron, how are you, my man? I'm doing good. How are you doing? Oh, fantastic. And last night's episode was pretty exciting. And before we even get into some of the other intricacies of the show, I just want to start with the favorite scene of the night, bedtime stories with Carol. And as she's taking guns from the town stash, the little kid catches her in the act and asks, what are you doing?

Sam, what are you doing here? I followed you, hoping you were going to make more cookies, but then you came here. Well, I could make more. I could make a whole batch just for you. Would you like that? Yes. I mean, yes, please. Okay.

Well, you've got to promise me you can keep it secret that I came here. But I have to tell my mom. I tell my mom everything. You can never tell anyone, especially your mom. And then she gives up this long stare. She's backing them up against the wall. Because if you do, one morning, you'll wake up and you won't be in your bed. Where will I be?

You'll be outside the walls, far, far away, tied to a tree. And you'll scream and scream because you'll be something. so afraid, no one will come to help because no one will hear you. Well, something will hear you. The monsters will come, the ones out there. You won't be able to run away when they come for you. They will tear you apart and eat you up all while you're still alive, all while you can still feel it. and then afterwards no one will ever know what happened to you or

you can promise not to ever tell anyone what you saw here and then nothing will happen and who get cookies lots of cookies and then Carol smiles I know what I think you should do fantastic

who fantastic if that woman ever comes to you with flowers or cookies run It's a tough road just to get some cookies. Oh. Kid, I just want to cookies.

I have to tell my mommy. No, you don't. He's such a nice kid. He's like, I do what my mom tells me. I'm a good kid. And then she's just like, yeah, but you'll be dead. Don't tell anybody. Secret.

You got to keep the secret, dude. I have to tell my mom. Okay. Well, that's fine. That was so good. Such a good scene. And while that was going on, we had to be. big the town party.

Yeah. The town will get together, which, I don't know. Was awkward at best. Yeah. I guess it's good to get to see everybody and know what's a little bit of what's going on. I noticed Carl, you know, Carl, I thought he would be busy trying to do a little business with the girl, but, you know, not at the party. No, not at the party. He's still, I think he's still a little young, but he got to eye, you know.

where did you grow up still a little young this is a new world that is true and plus you've got you know the doc's wife all hot and heavy for rick oh yeah and rick and rick is pretty hot for her i mean they had a moment yeah rick's rick's about it and uh you know i was thinking like do you think this is almost like almost a justification because like Shane did that to me and my wife so in this world what does that matter oh that's getting kind of deep on rick just having a moment and wanted to have a little business with the wife. All right. I like to think deeper, you know.

She likes my kids, so what? I like you. We're about ready to take this town. I'm going to take you along with it. Yeah. And you've got Daryl, one over by the gay couple. Yeah, they did a number on him. They sure did, man.

We give him a little food. We make them feel full. And then we bring them out in the garage and show him a bike. Here's a motorcycle. They're smooth operators. I got to miss. No doubt. You know, you noticed that we noticed that you didn't get any kind of job from the new boss lady because I want you to help me.

Yeah. That's fantastic. We'll see how that goes. And then Sasha, she needs to go bad. She needs a sedative and there are no sedatives. Sorry, you need to go. Yeah. She could use a drink or two.

I know. She just needs to go away. She definitely, I feel, is going to be the major, I think she's going to be the major force for the group to either be kicked out of that sanctuary, you know, from that town, or they're going to take over. I think she's going to play a really important role in the next coming episodes. Oh, that I would like to see. If they're going to take the town or if something bad happens, then, you know, then she's going to be justified. And it's going to be, you know, I was trying, I was freaked out of my mind that's a new world and you want to talk about, you know, table decorations. Yeah.

Yeah, she even snapped at the party. She was like, this is what you're worrying about. I know. We just want to get used to the right food. I don't want to serve you anything you don't like. Yeah. I don't think Sasha realizes it sucks getting free food you don't like. Okay?

I mean, I'm just saying, I don't care what kind of world we're living in. That's true. Possum's delicious. And, you know, so I'm a little, I don't know, you said, okay, we'll do another quick word, Michelle hanging up the sword. Yeah, that's pretty big because you think about what that sword means for that woman. Yeah, and not to mention, that's the same sword that decapitated Herschel. I know.

So there's a lot of meaning. Obviously, she's not getting rid of it, but I mean, she is not going to, you know, carry it with her. feeling the need, the urge to just leave it hanging up over the mantle. I don't know. Yeah, we'll see how that goes. I think she's really trying. She really has hope for this place. Yeah, she wants, no question.

She really wants too bad. Yeah, she wants to go back to, you know, normal life. Yeah, well, good luck with that. Yeah. Yeah, because they've been out there for a while and the world's changed for sure. Oh, my gosh. I know. I'm not quite sure what to make of Alexandria.

I know you've tried to, you know, curb your spoilers, but keep waiting for it to get dark and let's go. You'll get there. It's growing. It's definitely growing. I mean, the end with Rick up against the wall as the Walker is there. You know, he's just hearing the walker out there. And he's really getting a, really what's happening is he's getting a feel for what it sounds like for walkers up against the wall.

Yeah. And for real people who are up against the wall. you know, alive people that aren't walkers. Yeah. What my thing is, is that that wall looks pretty good, but they are literally right outside Washington, D.C. You know, we saw what happened in Atlanta. How many hordes of zombies, like massive amounts of zombies,

are in that area. I know. And if they're just a little too loud, you see how they react to sound, maybe there might be a giant incident with a lot of zombies. Yeah, no kidding. I mean, if that happens, and they start, they're like, you know, they're like, start freaking them out, man.

Yeah. You can't go crazy with the shooting them. You've got to be quiet or they start freaking out. Start spazzing out. They start letting off Walker Fairness all over to place and they start stinking more than once. And then we lost the horse. We did lose the horse. We lost buttons.

Buttons. Very sad. Oh, that was sad. That hurt a little bit. Very sad. This is very sad. I don't know why it hurt a little. bit because it was just a stupid horse, but go ahead.

Well, it's just because you're like, look, there's this really, you know, pure animal, right? Like this majestic animal. I know. And then he's hamburgers. I know. And he was just, I actually, I was thinking that it's possible that Darrell and Aaron actually killed the horse. Totally.

It's their fault because they, you know, the horse always ran. Even Aaron said the horse always ran. I don't know what the deal was. he always ran away. And so when Daryl was trying to catch him, there for that split second, the horse, having been domesticated prior to the end of times,

you know, said, oh, you know, they aren't all bad. I could maybe get some food, or go back to being the horse that I usually was. So when he got to the point where he usually ran away, he turned around. Wrong.

Bad move. Bad move. Yeah, that was a dumb horse move. Yeah, I think they definitely got him killed. It's too bad. And I was actually looking forward to maybe them not killing the horse.

So maybe we could see, you know, like Walker Horse. See if the horse would turn. You know, I don't think animals, I don't think they could do it. But that'll be crazy to see. I don't think they can either. But it was just, I kept waiting. Don't kill it. Don't kill it.

See if it turns. See if it turns. That's the next spin-off. Zombie horse. And we saw some more W signs. Yes. I'm really, really fascinated by that. I think they're leading up to revealing what's going on there.

What's up with that? Well, first of all, why are we putting markers on lockers? That's a good point. We don't know. I'm not quite sure I get that. We don't know. But what we do know is that we saw at the party, the kid, Jesse's kid, was like, hi, here's a stamp and there was an A.

And Rick looked at it like, okay, what's going on here? I know. Mommy, he doesn't have a stamp. He doesn't have a stamp. So what does that be? And I'm not going to get one either, you little brat. Go get some cookies. Yeah, and that looked awfully similar to the same symbol.

So what I'm thinking is, is there another community out there that uses another symbol that they maybe broke away from? Yeah, very possible, which they haven't mentioned yet. Yeah. And they also, she did mention a boss lady who wants to control the government now from the very beginning. there's going to be government and I'm going to be in charge she mentioned some castaways right yes so they're still out there

where they go did they I mean we were just kind of guessing that they died that people who didn't survive we threw them out of the town and now they're dead I don't think so yeah so maybe they might be you know out there and their whole resentment and I also think maybe that makes sense

because why would they be so eager to take in another group why would they, they seen what they can do so they know we need these people. Yeah. So they might need them for a reason more than just, you know, protection from zombies. No question about that. They definitely need them. And it's going to, you know, it's time to, they're going to have to get rid.

I don't know. I don't know. It's just, I don't know who's going to all have to die and who's going to have to live. But it's going to have to be some kind of. some kind of death party soon. Yeah, I think it's going to get up here, and people are going to definitely be, you know, lying down forever. And also I saw where AMC tweeted last night, does the A look familiar, the stamp A, and they showed the train car that they were stuck in with the head that was the big A. Oh.

So going back to Terminus. Yeah. Ooh. So could it be... They were like flashbacks, anyone? Wow. So could it be that maybe members of Terminus is also part of this whole thing? It's possible. I mean, I'm just saying what they tweeted was having flashbacks anyone. Ooh, wow. All right. So, yeah, I definitely think we'd be seen another group real soon.

And then just as a side note, first of all, the episode was great. We got three more episodes left. Yeah. And it better, you know, while this season has been good. Good. No question. It's been very good. Let's pick it up. I agree. It's time to pick it up. Let's let Rick take care of a little business with the doc wife. That dude's going to get a hurting. You can already tell that their marriage is strained, right? Oh, yeah.

He's acting all funny. Don't forget he was the homeboy on the porch, right? So you're Rick. I think maybe, you know, they might be hanging out and he's going to see a bruise. or something, and Rick's going to go bananas. You saw how at the end, when they were out for the little walk, he reached for the throwaway gun. He's ready to go, man.

For the stash gun, he's ready to take care of a lot of them to take that. Yeah, that was intense. You're my woman now. My baby needs a woman. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, boy. You know, and you could tell, too, that something's going to go down soon.

Like, they got the guns. I know. They're ready to take it. Yeah, something's got to happen. No question. And it was good to finally see a little hinting. We knew that, you know, that Carol hasn't gone off the deep end. She's still whacked out of her mind.

She's off the deep end the other way. Yeah. She didn't go back in the off the deep end as, you know, the desperate housewives of Alexandria. Yeah, she's definitely going to be vital, I feel. at the end of this season. I think she's going to be really important in whatever battles take place forward.

Wow, you are just, you're not giving up anything today. It's hard. It's hard. I expect you, Mr. I've read every comic book and I know what's coming. I expect a little more insight and you're just giving me the round of it. I don't want to spoil the surprise.

Let's just put it that way. It's a big one. Okay, whatever. Whatever. And I see that we've started, we've got new spinoff from Walking Dead. Yes. Spinoff coming. They've signed up for a couple years, which they talked about, which one of the interviews with the producers,

he had teased that two or three weeks ago, that it was coming. And I would just like to say that's exactly when I said, I don't want to be a walker on any of the spinoffs. I said that I want to be a walker on the original show. So there must be some reason that you must be sending it to the wrong email address Walking Dead. So it's Jeffie at Glenbeck.com, J-E-F-F-F-Y, and, you know, we can work something out because I don't want to be a walker in the spinoff series, you know, Walking Dead Memphis. Sorry.

Don't want that. So you don't want to get, you know, acts murdered by nobody. That's correct. That's correct. If you're looking for somebody for Michone to use the first person to use the sword on it, she takes it down over the mantle, I'm it. I'm in. I don't want to be the eight,

and the known for his portrayal of the 18,000th Walker dying. Jeff Fisher, no. I don't want to be that person. We're pulling for you, man. Hopefully you'll get decapitated by Michoen. Thank you. Well, you know, whatever. I don't care if she does it, but I'm just giving you an example.

of how they could actually work me in to the Walking Dead. And this has been talking Walking Dead.
