You're listening to the Jeff Fisher Show.
Don't miss.
Pat and Stu.
All mass shootings happen in zones that take legal guns out.
And all mass shootings end when police show up and bring legal guns back in.
That's the only reason they stop.
It's because guns do stop these things.
Force does work.
Pat and Stu.
Weekdays at 5 p.m. East.
on the Blaze Radio Network.
Welcome to week number two.
Talking.
Walking.
Dead.
Thank you so much for listening.
I am joined by Aaron Hernandez.
I've read all the comic books.
I know all the characters.
I know exactly what's going on.
So, anyway, Aaron.
Thanks.
I t-s-s-you're welcome.
No problem.
Welcome to the broadcast.
What's up?
I know you've very.
read all the coming books I got it and I appreciate that you have because I don't want to
but well I do kind of actually want to if you could send me all the copies the 8000 copies
that would be great okay episode two I have a couple of things that I believe are you know
I think I think we I think we learned also that my theory on the baby is correct
Wait, what?
Go ahead, and then you were complaining about something
as we were getting ready to do the broad.
You were complaining about something about the, what was it?
Oh, yeah, the beginning of the show.
It was boring.
Oh, come on.
We got a little backstory on your girl.
It was so boring.
We don't need no backstory.
It was so boring.
We got a little backstory on your girl.
We got a backstory on her family.
We didn't know how she got to the, we did CSS.
Do we really need it?
Right?
Do we really need a little?
Yes.
and we've got, we got, we had, we had some turtle soup, right, some raw turtle.
That was a little cool.
Some turtle sushi.
But still, nonetheless, super slow.
I fell asleep.
They got to speed it up in those beginnings.
I'm tired of it, man.
They got to speed it up.
And then I saw I read some review somewhere that talked about now.
They just milk it.
They don't get to the point.
I mean, they didn't milk.
This is the point.
This was ongoing.
week they left us with the cliffhanger of the horn
blowing. Yeah. We didn't know what
the horn was and that the walkers
were headed toward Alexandria
even though they had planned this
big plan of the walkers, if you
didn't see it, going in another direction.
Now, now we know
what was going on back at Alexandria
to create the horn
blowing which screwed him up
on the other end. However, I might say
while I love the, what
was going on in Alexandria was
you know, frightening and good at the same time,
depending on how you want to look at it, you know,
as far as a fan of the show, good.
It, I don't think,
it didn't feel like the horn blew as long as it did in the first,
you know, when they were getting the walkers.
Yeah, it seemed like, you know,
it seemed like it was just going on and on and on and on and on.
Yeah.
I mean, I kept waiting for maybe something else to happen
where the horn would keep going
or start up again or something,
like we missed something,
but it just seemed that the horn did not go up as,
go on as long as it did in episode one.
But maybe it's me.
Maybe it did.
I don't know.
It just felt like it didn't.
Yeah.
One thing that I did like about it was
it showed you how incompetent
the original inhabitants of Alexander.
Boy, that's for sure.
Because that dude was like, should we do anything here right now?
Should I?
Yes.
Yes.
Stop it right there.
You got to stop it.
I mean, it just shows you how.
Yeah, that's for sure.
They don't know.
They don't know.
They need help.
Yeah, they need help bad.
They're wearing helmets to school.
I mean, they got problems, you know.
Yeah, they need help bad.
Now, what else happened in?
And I felt like I kind of got the impression and it didn't pan out that way while she just left the girl that you, you know, got to start it off on the episode.
Why can't I think of her silly name.
Inid, some of it, Ingrid, Ingrid.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
What's her stupid name?
Yeah, Enid.
Eden.
There we go.
Enid.
Enid.
Enid.
She, I kind of felt like that she knew that this was.
going to happen and I kind of felt like our boy was in danger when they were guarding with the
baby.
I got the impression like when she said goodbye, when she came to say goodbye and he wouldn't let her leave
and then he said you can't say goodbye and they were sitting back to back and she said, you know,
okay, well then I won't say goodbye.
Man, it felt like she was going to turn around and stab him right there.
Yeah, so he's up with her, man.
I think she might be a plant.
I don't know.
It just did not feel right.
I mean, she just did not feel right at all.
And I think that if she is a spy, then she knows that she's on the wrong team now.
And she has to find a way to get out.
Because a spy on this team, to quote Rick from a couple of seasons ago,
they're messing with the wrong group of people.
They really are.
And, you know, the wolves men.
And they came out quick, they came out hard.
They took out several of the survivors there.
Not the big ones, though.
Not the big ones.
No.
It was almost kind of like you saw them thinning out the herd.
You know, you see the...
Yeah, that's true.
In the scene with Carol, and they were just talking about, you know, noodles and how I'm going to go to Tuscany to get noodles.
And she's just like, dude, I've been eating rats for the last, you know, year and a half, you know.
Calm down.
Relax.
They're good.
I don't care if it's two years old.
They're still good.
good. That was really good.
Carol was, I mean, she was
quick to flip, man.
The switch, okay,
they're here, they're attacking us, I got
to go. It was amazing to
see her dynamic with
Morgan. Morgan is, there's
something there, right?
I thought he might actually
die last night. I thought so, too.
I think that his, like, past
this point of view
is going to be, you already see it's already
starting to conflict with the group.
Yeah, because he doesn't look.
Look, he's not afraid to kill someone,
but he wants to go the farthest way possible
before you have to kill them.
And there's no way that this group is going to allow that.
Yeah.
Rick is not going to allow that.
They were all very trigger-happy.
When he said, you know, I don't take chances, he meant it.
You know, Rick said I don't take chances anymore.
Does he the entire first episode?
All he did was take chances.
Well, he did, but they were chances that he knew.
knew that he could make up for quickly.
Yeah.
Okay, so there was, there's a difference.
When he came on to an opportunity to, you know, where, I don't know how to explain it.
It's just that he were, there were opportunities for him to have those chances, but he could
have rendered them quickly.
It could have been over with, just death over, you're done.
So it wasn't really a chance to him.
He felt like that wasn't a chance.
the chance is coming across somebody
they don't even have any idea
who they are
and you're going to try to be nice to them
no way
not going to happen
so we found the
at the end of the episode
we found the photographs
of the entire layout
and it was a clean bag
you know what I mean
a nice clean bag
it wasn't like what the
wolves were wearing
and our boy was shaking
yeah so you know
there there is evidence that
There was a spy, and, you know, it's in a clean bag, so I'm thinking it's somebody within the facility.
You know what I mean?
And it might be that.
That might be that girl.
It might be the girl.
Yeah, well, she was always sneaking out from time to time.
We caught her doing that, right?
Yeah, always sneaking out.
I'm pretty sure.
I'm pretty sure for her to get to all the way to Alexandria from wherever she was at, she needed help.
So I think somewhere after the death of her parents, she came across this.
group they took her in and she's kind of loyal to that group.
I will say one of my favorite parts of the Walking Dead episodes, especially these Walking
Dead episodes, the originals now.
We're in season six, episode two.
And I just want to say that we ran into our first really big run in with the wolves last
night. And I just want to say that I am one to say I appreciate the dental hygiene our group is still
taking care of. Okay? I just want to know that I am the one that is saying, you know what,
Rick, thank you for making people brush their teeth and floss and take care.
Otherwise, you start turning into these, the wolf people. And I don't boo to the wolf people
in their dental hygiene.
Bad.
Mr. Cleod will help, yeah.
That was rough.
Yeah.
I don't want, no, no.
And I believe that I had,
I loved how they ended it with,
you know, Carol's, it was one hour,
55 minutes now,
bing, we're done cooking.
We're done cooking, man.
There's the food.
And our boy is just picking it up,
taking it out of the oven.
Oh, time to take it out of the oven.
Time to eat.
And I believe that I had my proof.
of how they protected the baby, which they always do.
And he had, you know, with him to protect the baby and stuff.
And that's where she couldn't double cross him more than she already had.
So she just left at the end.
But I think that that is showing signs of my theory that the baby is actually the savior.
The baby's the savior.
I don't think so.
I don't think so at all.
But it definitely saved him.
that, you know, last night.
And we could also see, too, like, with Carl's interaction with one of the wolves there,
how, you know, quick these people are, you know what I mean?
They start literally crying wolf when the guy gets shot in the leg.
And then as soon as he gets a moment, man, he turns on you.
Right.
So this is definitely a different type of enemy.
Yes, but also, though, this is a different type of enemy, no question.
but it also appears that they have not really come across our group.
No, not at all.
You know what I mean?
They've dealt with people that are maybe a little bit stronger than Alexandria,
but they aren't our people.
No, you could tell that it's been kind of easy pickings.
Yeah, you're darn right.
For them, for the last, you know, however long it's been now, about a year.
Oh, oh, I'm shot, I'm shot, and then turn, yeah, no, I'm still going to shoot you in the head.
Yeah.
I've been messing around a little bit too much.
He gave you a little bit of a chance, and that was.
was it. So I think what we're going to see
here is, you know,
it's going to come down to a big clash
between the two groups.
Oh, no question.
And, I mean, first we've got to go
through what we're going to do with the
walkers, right, coming from the road.
Yeah. That's going to be, that's not
going to be pretty.
No. That can't be
pretty. And you know they're coming.
So now... Right. So now they've been
attacked inside. They're going to have to deal with
the walkers. We have
of, you know, this thing with Morgan, you know, is he going to be with us or against us?
He's all pissed at Carol. Carol saving your butt.
And it was even almost very symbolic the way they ended the episode where they kind of walked their separate ways.
I mean, look, you've been following us this whole time, dude.
Yeah.
You've been following us because Rick saved your butt more than once.
It was interesting to see how Carol, though, literally took off.
the clothing of the wolves.
Love it.
And it's almost like you could be this person.
Love it.
Given enough, you know, whatever.
You'd have to be to survive, right?
Carol is doing what she has to do to survive.
And she knows it.
And she knows that, look, she's part of this group.
No matter what.
She's got Darrell and she's got Rick.
And Rick has welcomed her back, even though he kicked her out.
She knew why she had to get kicked out.
But he kicked her out with an opportunity to survive, which she did.
He didn't just throw her out to the wolves, so to speak.
And so, I mean, we're good.
I mean, Carol is with us.
So no matter, she's there to survive and we're going to survive.
And Darrell and Rick, those three, those three take on.
That's a show, man.
Mishon, too.
Oh, yeah, I'm not even forgetting about her.
I mean, my gosh.
So Morgan needs to
You know snap up a little barrel
If not hit the road
I think he is
I think he's gonna assimilate with the group
One of my favorite scenes though
The entire episode was the scene with Jesse
Which she was in the closet
Protecting her son
And just how she exploded
On that wolf
Yes
That was awesome
She took it all out on him
Yeah
On the wolf
Yeah she did
She did not mess around
And that kid's going to have to go.
Her kid's going to have to go.
Who, Ron?
The teenage kid.
Yeah, Rod, this whole teenage angst thing that is going on?
Yeah, get over it quickly.
Look around, pal.
Look around.
And he needs what Carol said to the little one with the...
Snap out of it.
It's over.
So you got...
So what?
Snap out of it.
Get over it.
or move on.
It's true, man.
Tremendous.
I'm going to have to find the exact quote.
But, I mean, she was not messing around with a little kid.
She's going to make that kid tough.
That kid's going to be one of the group, man.
I think she might, like, adopt him.
Yeah, she's going to go, look.
This is what we're going to do.
Yeah, you leave all pansy alone.
Yeah, yeah.
How are you doing, kid?
That's fine.
Yeah, what about your dad?
Yeah, he died.
You see, that guy over there that's coming at me.
I'm going to shoot him right in the head.
I don't care.
And the new doc, we got a new doctor.
She's, I mean, who knows?
I mean.
You know, one of the things that really surprised me in this episode was the death of
Holly.
Holly plays a really big role in the comic book.
So it was just kind of like, yeah, it was just kind of like for me.
I was like, whoa, that was sudden.
They gave her like two lines to talk about, you know, and then now she's dead.
So that, you know, stuff like that is what makes this TV series so cool.
It's throwing you out.
You're like, what?
What's going on here?
And I love the fact that while Carol was going through the stash on the shelves,
they did show some packs of cigarettes stacked up,
and then she bitched at the lady for smoking.
And then that lady gets killed,
and Carol sits down ready to fire up that butt.
Yo, man, that's, you know, you look at prison,
that's worth, like, what, triple, quadruple?
Why are you looking at me when you ask about prison?
I mean, it's been a long time since I've been in prison, okay?
Anyway, so it was very exciting.
Episode two I thought was really, really good.
Whether you thought the beginning was a little bit slow or not,
I disagree with that.
It gave us a little insight into her and how she got there.
And, you know, it's always good to watch someone have a little bit of turtle sushi.
And at the beginning, which gives you that little bit of gross of got to do what you've got to survive.
Which leads me, I think they would have, if she was some kind of spy,
I don't know. It just seemed like they would have told us that.
There's some kind of issue with Edid, man.
I don't know what's her deal.
Something's up.
Something's up.
I can't figure it out.
And also, too, like, the idea, okay, the one hiccup in my idea that she is a spy, right, that the wolves don't really seem that sophisticated.
No, they do not.
So they were, you know, you're just like, these guys got, got, what?
You coming out with a knife?
I got an AK, calm down with that.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
And that's what you guys have guns.
That's what I mean, that's one of the times is we have guns, they don't.
Yeah.
But that's what I think that perhaps we're going to find out that these guys that attacked Alexandria are, you know, foot dangleberries for the real wolves.
Oh, that makes sense.
So, you know, like the guy that's in charge of the wolves that has the weapons and everything, why waste ammo when he can send in these dangleberries who are expendable?
That makes sense, right?
I mean, that's the way I would do it.
Right?
I mean, why would you, why else?
Why would you waste that ammo?
Sometimes, and I know it's TV, I got it, and we can get as much ammo as we want,
because we're a televisioners not really, we can get as much ammo as we want.
But once in a while, I get the feeling that, hey, stop shooting so many damn bullets.
Yeah, right?
These things don't come back.
Yeah, they're not growing on trees, all right?
The limb that's going to stab that guy in the head does grow in that tree.
So also, too, like we also saw kind of like a, uh,
a viewpoint of the way that the wolves think when Morgan attacked,
now I'm sorry, when one of the wolves attacked Gabriel,
Morgan came to the rescue.
And he was saying that we're, you know,
this is the way that we have to do, we're saving you.
Like, what do you think is behind that thought process?
Do you think they just kind of lost it, this group?
Or they have some type of weird, like, cult-like mentality
that's making them go around killing people like this?
That's possible, yeah.
Well, you know, look, it's, look, it's,
presumably the end of the world, right?
Yeah.
And everybody's trying to deal with what the heck is going on.
And so we've gone on long enough now that the groups that are surviving are the strong ones.
Yeah.
They're the ones.
And just like our group, they're the strong ones.
They're the ones that have already survived and been through quite a bit and have seen quite a bit and know that, you know, look, it knows what it takes and they're not trusting too much, if anything.
So, yeah, it's very possible that, you know, I mean, you could say that our group is kind of cultish with Rick and the group, right?
I mean, that's their, that's just their deal, man.
That's us.
That's the way I got there.
And we're, you're not getting in.
You're not getting in.
So I'm really looking forward.
Is it next week yet?
Soon.
And that's the only thing that I kind of like about Netflix is that when they drop all the episodes, I can just binge and be done.
It's amazing.
But it does make me look forward to waiting a few days to catch the next episode.

The latest failure of VF35 is lighter pilots, those who weigh less,
could, when they eject, have their neck snap.
Generally speaking, when you eject from a plane, you don't want the neck to snap.
Right, you're ejecting to save the life of the pilot.
Yeah, because, I mean, if the neck was just going to snap,
they could just stay in the plane that's going down.
The Morning Blaze with Doc and Skip.
