Starting point is 00:00:00 When I got a great deal on a great gift at Winners, I started wondering, could I get fabulous gifts for everyone on my list? Like this designer fragrance for my daughter. At just $39.99, how could I resist? This luxurious will throw for my sister. This gold watch for my partner? A wooden puzzle for my niece? Leather gloves for my boss?
Starting point is 00:00:19 Ooh, European chocolate for the crossing guard? At these prices, could I find something for everyone at Winners? Stop wondering. Start gifting. Winners, find fabulous for less. Blaze Radio Network And now, chewing the fat with Jeff Fisher. Testing on the sewage water in Nantucket Island, or on Nantucket Island, has discovered cocaine levels 50% higher than the U.S. average,
Starting point is 00:00:49 according to data published by the local health officials. Levels of cocaine in the wastewater tested around the wealthy Massachusetts enclave. measured over 1.5,000 nanograms per liter NGL, compared to the national average of 1,000 NGLs, according to the testing results on the town's website. The result is based on testing carried out over six weeks between June 18th and July 28th, also detected traces of fentanyl, methamphetamine, xylazine,
Starting point is 00:01:24 that's only an animal tranquilizer, along with prescription opioids, including codeine, morphine, and oxygen. codone. Although the fentanyl and the methamphetamine levels were lower than the national average and the average for the Northeast. I wills that means that the cocaine is pure. Less people use in meth and less people using cocaine cut with fentanyl. So it's pure on Nantucket. So I, you know, I guess it's among the wealthy residents there, they're enjoying a little cocaine.
Starting point is 00:02:01 The experts say that further testing will be carried out in the winter, and that's when we'll find out if it was the visitors, those damned tourists coming to Nantucket for the summertime. So good luck to Nantucket because everybody will be, you know, a tad bit more sober during the wintertime. We're back to drinking alcohol during the wintertime because there's less to do and why get all amped up on coke and meth, Zylazine, when you can just drink.
Starting point is 00:02:36 Am I right? Right. So apparently there's a Cambridge-based startup Biobot Analytics that is going around and testing samples of sewage water collected in Nantucket at their treatment facility. Or, you know, they're probably doing it around the country. So good, good, good for that.
Starting point is 00:02:59 the Biobot Analytics for testing wastewater just to find out what drugs America is on. Welcome. Thanks to them for keeping us updated on that information. Welcome. Welcome to chewing the fat. I know we're all worried about the crime in Chicago these days, right? Yeah, of course you are, especially those of you living in Chicago. and we've got everybody fighting over whether our president is going to send in the National Guard troops to keep crime down.
Starting point is 00:03:37 But, you know, last week a diving team that travels the country, they go around looking for submerged cars involved in cold cases. And they were in Chicago. They were searching the Chicago River. And toward this, the chaos drivers team, a divers team, that's what they do. They go around and they look for. they look for submerged vehicles because they are looking for missing persons. And according to their team manager, they've got 10 missing persons in Chicago. So they're hoping that they find submerged cars in these areas where they will have bodies in them and then solve the missing persons case.
Starting point is 00:04:18 And so there you go. They were diving around and solved some of these cases. Then they ran across dozens of other cars. once we kind of reached that 50-60 number point, then it was kind of like, okay, this is even a little bit more than we had expected to find. They found over 90 cars in the depths of the Chicago River over a few days last week.
Starting point is 00:04:49 90 cars. Wow. To find the cars, the team has sonar set up in the command center. so they're able to find the vehicles before they dive in. And there's only so much that we can tell you from this, about the sonar equipment. If you locate a car, they could retrieve it themselves. But on Wednesday afternoon, they called the Chicago police to take out this Nissan sedan
Starting point is 00:05:14 that was damaging boats. Well, it was actually a stolen car from 2023. However, there are times they do solve decades-old cases. Thankfully, they said they had the opportunity to bring 20 people home over the last four years, which is awesome. And two of those recoveries were in the Chicago area. So the team found a car in the Fox River in Elgin this spring inside were skeletal remains of Karen Shepers, who went missing in 1983.
Starting point is 00:05:42 We may have actually talked about that. But Chicago Police and Illinois Department of Natural Resources did not immediately detail what the next step is for the 90-plus cars in the water. They're just using that river to drop people off, steal a car, drive it into the river and be done with it. That is incredible. I mean, we don't know how many bodies they're going to pull out of these cars. We don't know what crimes these cars were used to commit prior to being driven into the river. Just amazing.
Starting point is 00:06:18 And this is one section of the Chicago River, and it has over 90 cars. cars in it? Wow. Good times. Good times in the Chicago River. And speaking of both stolen cars, I see where eight men have been indicted in what prosecutors say was a $40 million car theft and smuggling ring that moved hundreds of high-end vehicles from Michigan to the Middle East. Federal prosecutors say that between July 23 and August of this year, 2025, about four 400 stolen cars were collected at lots in the Detroit area, loaded into shipping containers, and sent overseas. False paperwork disguised the shipments as auto parts or other goods.
Starting point is 00:07:07 Well, I mean, it was auto parts. Those charged are this, let's see, they have charged eight people. Yeah, we don't need to. They're all from Dearborn with Dearborn names, Middle East names. And some of the American names are in this list as well. So they allege that Davis and Williams worked as brokers to source stolen cars while the others handled shipments abroad. In one case, a BMW and Chevrolet Camaro were packed into a container bound for Iraq
Starting point is 00:07:43 with documents claiming the cargo was auto parts. So if convicted, the men face up to five years in prison on conspiracy charges and up to 10 years for transporting stolen vehicles. Wow. So they've got these eight guys all in their 30s and 40s, and they are going down for this. And there's no telling what else they're smuggling into the country, let alone out of the country.
Starting point is 00:08:10 So they just got us a small portion. But if, if allegedly, allegedly these guys were smuggling hundreds of high-end vehicles from Michigan to the Middle East. So good times. Good times in, well, I guess Chicago and Michigan are more of the Midwest than the Northeast, right? Yeah, okay. So good times in the Midwest.
Starting point is 00:08:34 And for those of you that don't know, Dearborn is right here on the Hand Michigan map. Yeah, it's right there. You know where it's right there outside of Detroit. All right, let me take a minute and tell you about Oracle OCI. In business, they say you can have better, cheaper or faster, but you only get to pick two. What if you could have all three at the same time?
Starting point is 00:08:57 That's exactly what co-hear Thompson Reuters and specialized bikes have since they upgraded to the next generation of the cloud, Oracle Cloud infrastructure. OCI is the blazing fast platform for your infrastructure, database, application development, and AI needs, where you can run any workload in a high availability, consistently high performance environment, and spend less than you would with other clouds. How is it faster? Well, OCI's block shortage gives you more operations per second. Cheaper. OCI costs up to 50% less for compute, 70% less for storage and 80% less for networking.
Starting point is 00:09:41 Better? You bet. In test after test, OCI customers report lower latency and high. bandwidth versus other clouds. This is the cloud built for AI and all your biggest workloads. Right now with zero commitment, try O-C-I for free. Head to oracle.com slash jeff. That's Oracle, O-R-A-C-L-E dot com slash Jeff.

And yesterday, that would make it the seventh. And on that day, I woke up and I was drinking my coffee and I thought, oh my gosh, the powerball drawing was last night. So I went to the friendly help of the internet and I looked up powerball jackpot. and yes, lo and behold, there were two winners.
Starting point is 00:11:40 Two winners, one from Missouri and one from Texas. I stopped right there, sipping my coffee. I set the cup down and I just took a deep breath because in that moment, it was possible that I was going to share in the $1.78 billion jackpot. The two tickets I'm willing to share, They get to choose between a lump sum cash payment of $410.3 million or $893.5 million spread out over 30 annual payments that increase 5% each year. And I looked and I thought, well, okay, so let's take a second and think, well, if you didn't win that, there was someone from Texas who won $2 million, and there was a couple of people who won $1 million in the Powerball. And there I stopped again
Starting point is 00:12:36 And I thought Okay, I'm sure If I didn't win the Jackpot I would be willing to accept The 2 million or the 1 million And then thanks to My friend
Starting point is 00:12:51 The Internet I found out that I didn't have to check my tickets At all Because the jackpot Was sold at a convenience store In Fredericksburg Which is not where I
Starting point is 00:13:04 purchased my tickets. So, so much for that. Well, how about the, how about the millions and, oh, yeah, the two million, uh, that was purchased at a superfood mart in Tyler, Texas. Yeah, I don't buy my tickets there either. What about the million dollar one? Yeah, that was a ticket at a 7-11 on Lake Creek Parkway in Austin. Yep. I didn't buy my ticket there either. What about the other ticket? Yeah, that was a million dollar tickets sold at a Murphy USA on Walton Way and Midlothian.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Yeah, I don't buy my tickets there either. I didn't win. I was so disappointed. I haven't checked my ticket yet. I mean, I may have won. I'll let you know if I win any money at all. I could have won, you know, maybe a few thousand. I could have won maybe 20 or 30 bucks.
Starting point is 00:14:00 I could have won maybe five bucks. That's possible. But as far as the big money, no, not a single stinking dime. It's just, there for a while I wanted to believe. I wanted to believe and I did believe what would happen. Oh, I don't even want to. I just want to relax and think about, oh my gosh. That would be just incredible until, well, it wasn't.
Starting point is 00:14:25 And so, hey, congratulations to the person or persons who purchased their ticket in Fredericksburg. Congratulations to the people who bought the $2 million ticket there at the Superfood Mart or the Lake Creek Parkway 7-11 or the Murphy USA and Walton Way and Midloth. And congratulations to all of you. I am really happy for you. Does it sound like it? Because I am. I mean, it was good for them. But I, you know, right now I'm still hurt.
Starting point is 00:15:03 It ended up being the second largest jackpot. Because remember we had the one in 2022 that went over $2 billion. And that went to a winner in California. So the second largest jackpot, one seven. They say here 179. I thought it was $1.787 billion. I guess they're just rounding up to 1.79. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:32 Either way, even at 1-7-8-7, that's still the second largest jackpot in the last, for sure, in the last few years. So, you know, we still, and then now it's back to $20 million. It's embarrassing to even look at what the jackpot is with like $9 million payout. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Okay, congratulations, that'd be great. We sell it to the mega millions, and that drawing, is tomorrow night. You get $358 million in that jackpot, which would be $164.5 million cash payout. Yeah, I mean, okay.
Starting point is 00:16:08 Good luck. But, you know, hey, congratulations to everybody else. I'm really happy for you. No, I am. And we just found out that federal appeals court rejected President Donald Trump's appeal of writer E. Jean Carroll's defamation verdict
Starting point is 00:16:25 against him, or the president, leaving him on the hook for the $83 million judgment. I cannot believe that this lady is going to be due all of this money. The court said that Trump has failed to identify any grounds that would warrant reconsidering our prior holding on presidential immunity. We also conclude that the district court did not err in any of the challenge rulings and that the jury's damages awards are fair and reason. Wow, that's the second U.S. Court of Appeals.
Starting point is 00:17:01 Holy cow. So Trump's attorneys had argued the verdict needed to be tossed because it was severely damaged the presidency and great miscarriage of justice. Obviously, Carol's lawyers were against that saying the president is not above the law. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So they returned this verdict awarding her 83.3 million in damages for Trump repeatedly defaming her in his first term in his first term in office and in the three years that followed, including during their defamation trial.
Starting point is 00:17:33 The amount Trump has to pay has increased in the last few months because of New York's 9% annual interest rate on such awards. And so he first went out and called her a liar. When she went public, she wanted to, he was saying that she just wanted to sell books. Yeah, it was all, she couldn't remember the day, the time, any of it, but he defamed her. Okay. And the verdict said that Trump owes her $83 million. Now, the other case where Trump was liable for sexually abusing Carol and defaming her, that award was $5 million in damages in May of 2023.
Starting point is 00:18:12 Those findings wound up focusing on the second trial solely on damages. Okay, so I think he still owes her money, and I don't know he's paid it, still owes her money from that as well. So she's going to get, well, at least $83 million and maybe, you know, $88 or $9 more because of claiming that Trump defamed her. And holy cow, it's just the whole, and the whole thing is a hoax. She couldn't remember anything. It was all BS. And there's no way that it could have happened in Bergdorf-Goodman's.
Starting point is 00:18:52 like she said. Just incredible. But they found Trump still owes her the money. And we'll see what happens now. She can just go away for all I care about. She's a crazy whack job. And she can just go away. And now I don't know.
Starting point is 00:19:12 Does this make, because the first, the other trial, the $5 million trial, that was the one that was about the rape, right? But that case is under appeal. guess we're taking that right to the Supreme Court. We're probably going to take this other one to the Supreme Court, too, if he can. But holy cow, what a nightmare this has been for him. And she will say that it was a nightmare for her.

Starting point is 00:22:20 of the year also presented to her two days after she was forced to cancel her show in Miami. I hadn't heard about that, so she canceled her show in Miami due to an extremely strained voice. She said in her acceptance speech that she couldn't stick around for the rest of the VMAs as she
Starting point is 00:22:38 had to get to Madison Square Garden where she was scheduled to perform. And about 90 minutes later, the VMA's broadcast cut into her performance at Madison Square Garden, where she performed abracadabra and the dead dance from her from her show that's kind of cool uh supreme car uh Sabrina carpenter took home three uh VMAs and uh she got the uh including album of the year that's awesome and uh the others uh i wanted to uh Bruno Mars uh I guess her oh that was
Starting point is 00:23:11 with uh with Rose A one song of the year for Apt with her co-lab with Bruno Mars. Yeah. Okay. Mariah Carey was presented with the Video Vanguard Award. Buster Rhymes received an inaugural Rock the Bell's Visionary Award, and Ricky Martin accepted the inaugural Latin Icon Award. All these artists also performed. Yay! I think they had a big montage from Mariah Carey, too,
Starting point is 00:23:43 and they didn't do the Christmas song. One story I read talked about she didn't do her Christmas song. What? I mean, that's her hit. That's how she eats all year long. Okay. All right. Whatever. Congratulations to all the winners of this year's VMAs. And I'm sure it was great. I'm sorry, there was football this weekend. And then we had Daryl Dixon, season three of Walking Dead Daryl Dixon. The Talking Walking Dead show that I do with Jason Buttrill and my son Maximus will be up later today. probably it will be up after this show drops so you can look for it it'll be under the chewing the fat umbrella but it's called Talking Walking Dead and that will be out later on today after
Starting point is 00:24:32 this show drops and I'm looking forward to that because season three of Daryl Dixon is going to be awesome. Next week we have the Emmys right so we have uh because they had the they had the big jury awards this weekend and that was recorded and then that's going to air on Saturday of this coming Saturday, which will be, wow, great. And then we'll have the actual Emmy Awards taking place next Sunday. That'll be fun. I enjoy the Emmys because some of the shows that I like should be getting awards.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Season 5 of Only Murders in the Building drops tomorrow on Hulu. That should be fun. I will say this about football this weekend. It got me thinking about what I'm watching. Because L.L. Kouje did the VMAs. I guess he was fine. I didn't see any reports that he screwed up or did anything terrible.
Starting point is 00:25:32 So good for him. Congratulations. And I know that what's his face? Nate Bargazzi, the comedian, he's going to host the Emmy Awards on Sunday. So that, you know, will he give us anything? worthy to remember. I mean, maybe he'll try.
Starting point is 00:25:51 Maybe he won't. Maybe he'll just try to keep it as even keeled as possible. We'll see. But because of the new Disney NFL deal with my Hulu Live and my ESPN Plus, I get
Starting point is 00:26:06 NFL Red Zone. In the past, all I got was the NFL Game Day channel, which is similar. to Red Zone, but not the same. And Red Zone was awesome. So we get it this year now, I guess, for free.
Starting point is 00:26:32 But it's part of the package that I have now, so I'm able to get it, which, I mean, it was awesome. Because I watched Game Day, and I thought Game Day was fun, and it's not as cool as Red Zone. So you watch all the games and all the highlights of all the games. It was really just a lot of fun yesterday watching Red Zone instead of just focusing on one game and, you know, looking at the scroll to find out if there,
Starting point is 00:27:00 what's going on in the other games. And then, you know, having to either switch channels or they wait for them to give you the highlights. Just it was all there on Red Zone. So it was a lot of fun. And this weekend, I mean, college football was awesome. again. My Missouri Tigers won. I see they snuck into the top 25 this week, so that'll be good.
Starting point is 00:27:22 They'll be there, and hopefully they don't overlook. They're going to play Louisiana this weekend. Hopefully they don't overlook Louisiana because the next week they have South Carolina coming in, and the Gamecocks are pretty darn good, pretty darn good football team. We better be ready for a battle there. So they better not overlook Louisiana this week, and that would mean that when South Carolina comes to town, that'll be two top ranked teams.
Starting point is 00:27:51 So that'll be primetime viewing right there. Can't wait. Can't wait. Who died today? Who died today? Well, we'll begin with Davy Johnson. Davey Johnson, former World Series manager of the New York Mets,
Starting point is 00:28:25 dead at the age of 80. Davey arrived You know I mean he was the man In 86 Took them to game seven And they won He was He was a 43 year old manager at the time
Starting point is 00:28:43 It was a big deal He passed away After a long illness And was at a hospital in Sarasota Florida Rest in peace to Davy Johnson Dead at the age of 82.
Starting point is 00:29:00 Then we are going to have to talk at length about something and not today because I don't have all the information, but I was this weekend, I'm reading about an unknown pyramid complex buried in Peru. And there's video of these mass graves that contain elongated skulls. Now, is it real? I don't know. We'll see. but they claim that they're discovering these undocumented buried pyramids in Peru, mass graves in the middle of nowhere with elongated skulls.
Starting point is 00:29:38 Okay. So if it's true, I'm in. I want to know about it. And, you know, history is changing in real time. If it's another, hey, we found all this stuff underneath the pyramid story that isn't really true, then I think everyone needs to just. kind of calmed down a little bit. But they claim, I mean, I saw the pictures in the video, and does that make it real? No.
Starting point is 00:30:06 Does it make me want to believe that it's real? Yes. Then we got news that Scotty Gardner, Scotty Gardner, who is on death row in Arkansas, 65-year-old Scotty Gardner now on death row. He's been there for seven years now for strangling his girlfriend to death. He has now asked a judge to speed up his execution. I will accept any of the five executions. Gun, gas, rope, chair, drugs, set a date and let's do it.
Starting point is 00:30:39 Execute me. Do whatever. I'm not trying to make it hard on nobody. I would say, go ahead. What, stop, I mean, let's get it going. No problem. Scotty, you want to do it? Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:30:55 step on over here and there you go you've been executed we're done with it ship him off take care we're done i mean why are we why they don't make this into a bigger deal than it all than it is the man's on death row he's already been convicted and now he's ready to face his ultimate end but he just wants to pick up the pace a little bit and i say let's do it let's save the state let's save the uh let's save the federal government Let's save everybody some time and some money. And let's go ahead and wrap this thing up, shall we? Oh, and this one, oh, and this one just coming across the wire,
Starting point is 00:31:36 Rick Davies, the singer and keyboardist founding member of Super Tramp. It has passed away at the age of 81. Wow, I was hooked on Super Tramp for a long time, man. that used to be a definite uh definite bong firing up ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha was super tramp
Starting point is 00:32:05 uh yeah i mean you put on super tramp and you're gonna get yeah put it on do dreamer nothing but a dreamer oh yeah and you put your hands in your head. Oh, no. Wow. Super
Starting point is 00:32:34 Tray. Anyway, Ray Davies. I mean, this guy was the mastermind behind Super Tramp. You know, they'll say, no, he was the co-founder. Okay. He had a long illness. And while they've been, I mean, Super Tramp was around for a long time. He was battling multiple myeloma, a blood. cancer for over a decade multiple myeloma that does not sound good although he was he was battling for a for a decade so good for him uh and the guy was i mean his that goodbye stranger breakfast in america the sixth album i mean that was a grammy winner quadruple platinum i mean that album was a monster for them breakfast in america wow uh so rest and peace
Starting point is 00:33:27 Wow, no kidding. Rest in peace to Rick Davies, singer, keyboardist, founding member of Super Tramp. Dead at the age of 81. We spend a lot of time talking about what's going on in the culture and in politics, the battles, the noise, the craziness. But here's something different. If you're a woman listening right now, or if there's a woman in your life you care about, you need to hear about this. It's called Share the Arrows. and it's happening October 11th in Dallas, Texas. It's hosted by Blaze TV's own Allie Beth Stucky,
Starting point is 00:34:18 and it's designed to encourage, equip, and speak truth into women who are trying to stand firm in this world. It's a full day of worship, teaching, and real conversations with bold voices. The worship will be led by Francesca Batticelli, and it's going to be an incredible experience. So if you're a woman who's been craving encouragement and biblical truth, this is for you. And if your husband, dad or brother listening, think about your wife, daughter, or sister in your life who needs this.
Starting point is 00:34:53 In a culture that's constantly pulling in the wrong direction, this is a chance to stop, reset, and get grounded in biblical truth. Tickets and details are at sharethe arrows.com. And yes, of course, there are VIP options still available. Share the arrows.com. So I guess we'll find out sooner than later, but I know Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has raised the alarm about, you know,
Starting point is 00:35:24 autism. We know that for sure. Well, now they're saying that it's possible that Tylenol is, you know, the cause. They're saying that that was one of the only prescribed to drugs, to pregnant women and that was causing the autism in the unborn child. Wow. Okay. I mean, the autism spectrum disorder prevalence rate in 8-year-olds is now 1 in 31.
Starting point is 00:35:57 Wow. Okay. So the Kennedy mentioned that the American boys face an extreme risk of ending up with autism, starting that they have a one-in-year-old. 20 chance of being diagnosed with the condition or a 1 and 12.5 chance in California. Oh, wow. So we're going to find out. He said we're going to find out this month in September.
Starting point is 00:36:20 We'll know what caused the autism epidemic and we'll be able to eliminate the exposures. All right. Let's make that happen. We're in September. Today I said, if you're listening live today is the 8th of September. How much? How will we got to wait for the whole month? Let's get this going.
Starting point is 00:36:37 these studies that they're doing the researchers from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Love them. The University of California, Los Angeles School of Public Health. Love them. The ICANN School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Love them. Systematically reviewed 46 well-designed studies
Starting point is 00:36:59 incorporating data from over 100,000 participants regarding the relationship between neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and prenatal exposure to acetamin. Okay. So if that's true, wow. We will wait for the report coming sometime this month is what we were told. Now, there's a story about Russia that talks about they have a new cancer vaccine.
Starting point is 00:37:35 and cancer vaccines are not a new concept. Preventative vaccines like the HPV vaccine already protect against virus-length cancers, while therapeutic vaccines exist for prostate and bladder cancers. However, most cancer vaccines so far have faced limitations in efficacy and so scalability. Russia says they have a new MRNA cancer vaccine. Are you ready to take it? I don't think I am. I don't think I want the Russian
Starting point is 00:38:09 mRNA-based cancer vaccine called entromics. It's demonstrated 100% efficacy and safety and clinical trials, sparking optimism that a new era of personalized oncology treatment may be within reach. Okay. I mean, I'm okay.
Starting point is 00:38:29 Look, if it makes the chemotherapy and the radiation go away, good. But enteromix, the MRNA vaccine makes me a little nervous. I know that's just me, but it just makes me a tad bit nervous. That's all.
Starting point is 00:38:46 So if you want to take it and Russia says, come on over and take it, go ahead. It's all on you. Also, you know, last we were talking about how Microsoft employees
Starting point is 00:38:58 had been protesting about their Azure cloud program that was they were letting Israel use it and the employees were pissed because Israel was using it to kill innocent Gazans when Microsoft's like, no, that's not what they're using it for.
Starting point is 00:39:17 And even if they were, so, get over it, okay? Well, come to find out this weekend and I'm sure it's just a coincidence, a complete coincidence. Multiple international sub-sea cables were cut in the Red Sea impacting the Azure Cloud platform. Oh, I sure, it's just a coincidence.
Starting point is 00:39:42 Now, Microsoft says they're on it. They know about it. The traffic traversing through the Middle East originating and or terminating in Asia or Europe regions may experience increased latency due to multiple undersea fiber cuts in the Red Sea. The disruption has required rerouting through alternate paths, which may lead to a higher
Starting point is 00:40:03 than normal latencies. This advisory is intended to raise awareness ahead of increased demand as the regions enter the start of the work week. So multiple international subsea cables were cut in the Red Sea. The engineering teams are actively managing the interruption via diverse capacity and traffic rerouting while also discussing alternate capacity options and providers in the region. Undersea fiber cuts can take time to repair, you think? As such as we will continuously monitor rebounds and optimize routing to reduce customer impact in the meantime. We'll continue to provide daily updates or sooner if conditions change. So just a coincidence, but Microsoft is on it.
Starting point is 00:40:43 So for those of you involved in the, I'm sure, what is an accidental multiple international subsidy cable cuts there in the Red Sea, you didn't stop the work, but you just made it a little bit more difficult to have happen. so sure it was just a coincidence though I'm sure no one at Microsoft had anything to do with it at all absolutely all right let's get out here leave you with the joke of the day
Starting point is 00:41:14 joke of the day today comes from just dad jokes I read this this weekend and I thought that that's interesting and I wish I would have thought of it and I mean we've made jokes about it around the edges of this particular joke but this is a good joke I feel bad for parents nowadays
Starting point is 00:41:32 You have to be able to explain the birds and the bees The bees and the bees The birds and the birds The birds that used to be bees The bees that used to be birds The birds that look like bees Plus bees that look like birds But still got a stinger
