Blaze Radio Network And now, chewing the fat with Jeff Fisher. Wives all over Austria are bringing their husband to the penny market in Crems on Dinau, which is about 45 minutes west of Vienna, if you didn't know. It's been closed now for a couple of days.
Starting point is 00:00:53 But wives are still bringing their husbands there because a couple of days ago, a venomous Brazilian wandering spider was spotted wandering in the bananas and people got all freaked out if you were to get bit by this spider the wander the Brazilian wandering spider it can cause long lasting painful erections and so
Starting point is 00:01:20 wives are lining up with their husbands in front of this grocery store go in and find it, would you? Oh yeah. Go get bid by that spider. The Brazilian wandering spider, would you please? Okay, so apparently the venom makes it, gives the man, you know, a full business thing. Four hours or more.
Starting point is 00:01:48 Okay, now it's very painful, I guess. Of course it is. Of course it is. And most wise would say, Tough. All right. It's painful me being with you without one. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:03 So it can also, oh no. It'll give you high blood pressure and pain throughout your body. The only, I mean, the other side effect is the erection. Oh, you're going to have some pain. All right. Okay. You're going to have some pain for a whole four hours. so the spider
Starting point is 00:02:26 they've been working with the spider as a matter of fact they say that they're trying to work it into the next Viagra to help men with ED but we'll see how that works out so apparently the spider is still at large they haven't caught it so it's still
Starting point is 00:02:43 wandering around it's not only now the Brazilian wandering spider it's turned into the Austrian wandering spider the family who lives at the store above the store have evacuated the house okay
Starting point is 00:02:59 a lot of a bunch of frady cats so just let the wives let their husbands in and go get it for you they'll find it the Brazilian wandering bidness spider welcome be careful in Austria though
Starting point is 00:03:19 because you don't want to get bitten by that thing It's terrible. It's terrible. The pain you get is almost unbearable. Almost unbearable. But you go take one
Starting point is 00:03:32 for the team, honey, okay? I'll be waiting right here. Welcome! Welcome to chewing the fat. All right, yesterday we talked about the Tori Lannas being convicted and sent to 10 years in prison for the shooting of
Starting point is 00:03:51 Megan the stallion. I remember he was getting out of the car. was in a swimsuit and he took his gun and he shot it on the ground telling her to dance. Now I took that as that means he was a dance bitch
Starting point is 00:04:07 and bullet fragments went in her feet all right and she's you know it's a problem she said that she's you know hasn't had a day of peace since and he was the conviction was for assault with a semi-automatic firearm having a loaded unregistered firearm
Starting point is 00:04:24 in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. So, and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Now, I don't necessarily agree with 10 years in prison for this guy. I believe, you know, there should have been some jail sentence. No problem. He's already been in jail for 10 months. The dad hollered out wicked system.
Starting point is 00:04:52 And then he apologized to the court, sorry for the outburst, as soon as they, the judge, sentenced him. Really, under California law, I started reading deeper into this case after we were talking about it, and I was joking around about dance, bitch. Is that the new Alec Baldwin now,
Starting point is 00:05:10 every time I mention? Okay, so that rule has not gone away. You hear Alec Baldwin, you're going to hear the gunshot. So now, when you hear dance, bitch, you'll hear that as well. Okay, enough. All right, I got to watch what I say now.
Starting point is 00:05:27 So under California law, Lana was only allowed probation in a case if the judge found unusual circumstances. Now, the judge found that the case was only unusual because the two people were famous, which he said was not a factor. And he should not be treated severely because he's a celebrity, nor should he be treated with leniency
Starting point is 00:05:50 because he's a celebrity. So there's no unusual circumstances. So he doesn't he's not up for probation. It was 10 years. Other than the 10 months, you know, that he's already served. That's it though.
Starting point is 00:06:05 Oh, that's it. Don't worry about it, though. So then we find out that they talked about this being misogineur. M-I-S-O-G-Y-N-O-I-R, misogy noir.
Starting point is 00:06:22 And it's contempt, dislike, or mistreatment of black women. That's what Taya Tiree, a professor at Howard University, described misogy noir. Now you can say, okay, stop it. But her research says representations of black women and mass media, social media, and hip-hop culture, emphasized that misogy noir has been part of the black female experience in the U.S. for a century.
Starting point is 00:06:53 has it. Well, yes, dating back to the beginning of American slavery, according to Tyree. Many people see the term and they're intrigued by it. Yeah, many people think, wow, is that dumb? That's just me, though. The many people, not me. I'm just saying people think that. They think, wow, is that a new thing happening to black women? Yes, that's a new term. That's what it is. Just made-up term. And that's disappointing to Tyree because that's part of the narrative. There's nothing new about the mistreatment and disrespect of black women in the United States. Okay. So, Megan, the stallion, said she did not tell Los Angeles police responding to the scene until three months after the shooting because she was afraid for her safety.
Starting point is 00:07:44 I mean, he just wanted you to dance, bitch. Anyway, so, she had fragments in her feet. I mean, the shooting happened on July 12, 2020, less than two months after George Floyd died at the hands of the Minneapolis Police Department. Okay. All right. Fear of police violence could have played a role in her reluctance to share specifics with officers,
Starting point is 00:08:10 adding that black women are expected to protect black men in society. Okay. All right. Just really agonizing, the whole thing is very, very agonizing. another thing that's kind of agonizing. I see where my man, O.J. Simpson. He can't figure it out either. He can't figure it out either.
Starting point is 00:08:32 So Henry Ruggs, right? Henry Ruggs, that's his name. He was driving 160 miles an hour on a public street, killing a girl and her dog. And every story mentions the girl and the dog. We can't live without mentioning the girl and the dog. Okay. He's a former NFL player, played for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Starting point is 00:08:54 dismissed from the Raiders, and he was sentenced to three years in prison. He will have to serve at least three years in prison for the fatal DUI crash. Now, what's interesting is that the judge said that he had never, or she, right, Judge Jennifer Schwartz, said this was one of the more tragic cases that I've seen more formally sentencing rugs in Clark County District. The judge said her sentence adhered to the terms of the plea agreement. So he gets three to ten years in prison for the deadly crash. And he pled guilty, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence resulting
Starting point is 00:09:41 in death, a felony, and one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in the 2021 crash in which he killed, the 23-year-old woman and her dog. that's why he's going to jail for three to nine years because he killed a dog but OJ Simpson you know he exed he doesn't tweet anymore
Starting point is 00:10:03 it used to be hey Twitter world yours truly here so Hey Twitter world this is yours truly Yeah he can't say that anymore Okay But he did He did tweet
Starting point is 00:10:14 I'm sorry he did X His his He couldn't cipher, Rick, quite right. It wasn't sitting right, this Henry Rugg's three to nine years with my man OJ. Hey, X-World, it's me, yours
Starting point is 00:10:32 truly. I know I went to college on a football scholarship. Uh-huh. Yeah, we all know that. Somehow this map is not adding up to me. Okay. You're driving a car in roughly 160 miles an hour on
Starting point is 00:10:47 a public street. Right. And killing a girl and her dog. Even O.J. mentions the dog. And you get three to ten years. Right. You go to a hotel room that you're invited to to retrieve your own personal stolen property. Property I now have because it was rule to be mine by the state of California.
Starting point is 00:11:13 And this happened in Vegas. And you get nine to 33 years. Same courthouse, same city, same state. I don't know. Somehow it just does not add up to me. I'm just saying. It's funny, because he served nine years. For the botched robbery attempt that he claims.
Starting point is 00:11:44 It was all his stuff. It was all his stuff. Did I bring some people with me? Yes. Was I armed? Yes. I was just getting my stuff back. But the math sometimes just doesn't add up, does it?
Starting point is 00:11:59 No, it doesn't. You want to know why? You don't know why? Messagin noir. All right. Let's go to the break room. I need something cold to drink. Desperately.
Starting point is 00:12:17 Oh, and yesterday we talked about how Disney and Hulu are going to be raising their prices. Verizon. It's going to raise their prices too. So just letting you know. Everybody wants a mo money. And I know we decided yesterday, more money, more problems. But really, more money, more problems. No money.
Starting point is 00:12:37 More problems. Think about it. So I see where Elon Musk and Zuck fight is. Looks like it's back on. So maybe he's not getting the surgery or he's going to get the surgery and then have the fight. I still, I question the validity of the. this fight actually happening. But Elon X'd.
Starting point is 00:12:58 The fight's going to be managed by my and Zuck's foundations, not UFC. I know Dana White was trying to get his fingers involved saying that he was talking to the Coliseum, trying to make it happen. Elon's like, yo Dana. Why don't you just back off over there, okay? Oh, we got this.
Starting point is 00:13:17 The live stream will be on this platform and meta. Thank you. That's what I said. They're going to double stream it. going to wear their own little headsets on their heads. X is streaming from Elon's head. Zuck is going to be streaming from what? Meta or threads. Whatever. So according to Elon,
Starting point is 00:13:40 everything in camera frame will be ancient Rome. So nothing modern at all. I spoke to the Prime Minister of Italy and Minister of Culture. I love them. have agreed on an epic location. So it's going to be the Coliseum, right? I did not know man could build such things. Name that movie.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Elon also said, everything done will pay respect to the past and present of Italy. And all right. So all proceeds go to veterans. So are we going to have bloodletting? Are we going to have some bloodletting? Is this a fight to the death? If it's a fight to the death I'm in, it needs to happen.
Starting point is 00:14:26 I want a fight to the death. It's not going to be a fight to the death, but it would be fun. It would be fun. It would be fun. I know you could have the animals show up, the chained lions, all of it. Oh, come on now. my name is Maximus Don't get me started with Maximus Desmus
Starting point is 00:14:56 Meridius I already did though with the I already named the movie right Come on now I did not know man could build such things My name is Maximus Desmus Meridius Commander to the armies of the north General to the Felix Legion Loyal servant to the true emperor
Starting point is 00:15:14 Marcus Aurel but I will have my vengeance In this life or the next there I got out of my system Okay so Speaking of X I see where a grind Oh, there's a huge interview We've got to talk about this at some point
Starting point is 00:15:28 I haven't read the entire article yet Or the interview So I don't I'm just giving you a tease now of the article But I see where Claire Elise Boucher Who is Grimes You know, she's Elon's Momma baby
Starting point is 00:15:44 No, baby mama Yeah, baby's mama And she had a big interview And she's talking about the inside scoop on Elon and her life. And she's a strange cat too. So maybe a weird bird. She's a strange cat and a weird bird, a strange bird, weird.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Anyway, so I'm looking forward to that. We'll be able to talk about that. But I saw where the ex-CEO, Linda Ayakarino, was on CNBC, the Squawk on the Street show. I'm not sure who the host of that is because I, I mean, it's not that I miss every show, but I don't watch it often. And it talks about how she has autonomy from owner Elon Musk, who despite, you know, stepping down as chief executive still appears at times to be running the ship. Yeah, it's his deal.
Starting point is 00:16:34 Okay. Yacarino knows that. She also said that the social media company was pretty close to breaking even. Advertises, including Coca-Cola and the state farm, had returned. And after gutting its workforce, they're back in hiring mode. so that's good that's good news and part of that is because of me so you're welcome okay you're welcome linda and Elon and uh baby mama grimes with your kids that Elon's paying for uh so one of the part of that interview also she talked about uh how uh you know people need to be
Starting point is 00:17:14 heard and she wanted to define healthy uh is porn healthy and I would, let me answer that for you, Linda. Yes, but let her answer. Do you define healthy, though? Is porn healthy? Our conspiracy theory is healthy? I already said it was yes. What are we talking about?
Starting point is 00:17:31 You know, it goes back to my point about our success with freedom of speech, not reach. And if it's, if it is lawful, but it's awful, it's extraordinarily difficult for you to see it. But how many millions of people follow Kanye West? But tough. So get over at Squawk Box. And he's allowed back on. You know, Kanye, who hasn't rejoined the platform. Yeah, we'll pause for about it.
Starting point is 00:18:00 One second, please. It's Yee. Okay, he changed his name to Ye. He's not Kanye. Okay? You can call him Yee if you want. I call him Yee. Okay.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Kanye, Y, E. Yay. Okay, go ahead. planning to do so will operate within the very specific policies that we have established that we've got on that everyone's watching this or listening on spaces can access themselves and we have an extraordinary team of people who are overseeing hands-on keyboards monitoring all day every day to make sure that that 99.99% of impressions remain at that number. But we also have to remember what's at the core of free expression.
Starting point is 00:19:00 You might not agree with what everyone is saying. We want to make it a healthy debate and discourse. But free expression at its core will really, really only survive when someone you don't agree with says something. How many times you've got to say the squat box? Thank you, Linda. Thank you. Appreciate it. Appreciate you coming on. Squatbox. No. It's your ass out of here. We're busy. It's because Squawkbox doesn't want to hear that.
Starting point is 00:19:29 It doesn't want to hear that from Linda. They want to hear about why we would stop people from tweeting. I'm sorry, Xing. Stop it. That's what they care about. And speaking of X, follow me on X at Jeffie JFR. You can follow me on Facebook and Instagram, Jeff Fisher Radio. You can always email the show Chewing the Fat at the Blaze.com.
Starting point is 00:19:50 You can follow my YouTube channel, Chewing the Fat with Jeff Fisher. and you can always order a cameo from me at Jeffrey JFR. That's not free, but you just order a cameo and, you know, happy, glad, sad, mad mean, happy birthday, happy anniversary, take a hike. We talked about some of the stories where people were getting a divorce or breaking up or quitting a job. I have not done those. I have not done those.
Starting point is 00:20:15 I did do an anniversary one last week where the person forgot their anniversary. and I had to make it right for him. I mean, I haven't heard back whether it worked or not. But no, well, maybe. Maybe that's why I haven't heard back because it worked and they're full of business. But, you know, I hope it did. I hope it made everybody happy and we're back to being good. But I haven't actually said, hey, I just need to talk to you a little bit.
Starting point is 00:20:46 Okay. Come here. I need to talk to you a little bit. Look, it's not you. it's me. Okay. But I hate you. I don't want to be around you anymore. No, we're not killing people on
Starting point is 00:21:00 cameo. What are you talking about? No, I'm not, no, that's not happening. And don't go to rent a hitman either because that's a setup and you're going to be arrested. However, just, I haven't done that yet. I hate you. Get out of here. Get out. Okay? Get out. You're watching this, if you're
Starting point is 00:21:16 watching this cameo right now, that means you're still sitting in the apartment. That's mine. So, get out. I haven't done that yet. So you can always order a cameo ad, Jeffie, JFR. And it looks like the writers and the producers and
Starting point is 00:21:32 the networks and the studios are going to start talking again. So that's what they said a few days ago and now they're saying, yeah, we're going to sit down and revisit things and we'll see how it goes. I mean, they're feeling pretty good about it. The Emmy Awards
Starting point is 00:21:48 finally set a date. You know, they postponed it, but we never did get a date. But they postponed it until January 15th. I mean, that's awful ways, right? January 15th, not going to be this year. We're moving on from this year. We already forgot about that. So we'll see.
Starting point is 00:22:06 I know they're supposed to resume their negotiations. So I just, you know, let's hop to it. Let's make sure everybody gets what they deserve. Please. Oh, this will be fun too. I can't wait for the footage coming from San Francisco. Waymo and Cruz have gotten permission from California to be able to run robotaxies 24-7 in San Francisco.
Starting point is 00:22:37 The footage coming out of San Francisco with these robotaxies is going to be awesome. So just look forward to that. Along with me. Oh, and you Amazon employees. Yeah, you have an Azon employees that haven't been coming to work three days a week. Like we mandated by its company policy, that email that we sent you is just a warning. Okay. Get your ass to work.
Starting point is 00:23:07 All right. We told you you needed to be here three days a week. Okay. Yeah, the rest of the time you could work from home. But I want to see that card. Boop, slacking in the doorway when you coming in. Okay. now I guess some of the employees were a little upset
Starting point is 00:23:24 when they received that email because they were like I have been and the machine must be off or you're not doing it right because I have been there and then Amazon was like oh yeah but I mean maybe maybe it could have been off
Starting point is 00:23:44 we could be we could have miscalculated it You're not sure? You just sent the email to bitch him out, tell them they had to go, we're tracking you. Oh, it could be wrong, though.
Starting point is 00:24:00 It could be wrong. Don't worry about it. Sorry, don't worry about it. You guys are going to walk out and protest? Yeah, well, good luck with that.
Starting point is 00:24:08 But, you know, we'll let it slide this time. Okay. That's awesome. Come on, Amazon. You can do better. You can do better.
Starting point is 00:24:30 When I go, a great deal on a great gift at Winners, I started wondering, could I get fabulous gifts for everyone on my list? Like this designer fragrance for my daughter. At just $39.99? How could I resist? This luxurious wool throw for my sister? This gold watch for my partner? A wooden puzzle for my niece? Leather gloves for my boss? Ooh, European chocolate for the crossing guard? At these prices, could I find something for everyone at Winners? Stop wondering. Start gifting. Winners find fabulous for less. Who died today? Who died today?
Starting point is 00:25:05 Well, first and foremost, let's start with someone who died yesterday. All right. Craig Robertson. He was a Trump supporter, so you understand why the FBI shot and killed him, period. Craig Robertson, 75, dead. Don't even get me started on that.
Starting point is 00:25:29 That story is absolutely. Absolutely agonizing. But it worked. It worked. It has everyone concerned about what they're going to say about the president. And, you know, it really did work. And they left them out in the street, drug them out to the curb and let them lay there and bleed out on the curb. And for the world to see.
Starting point is 00:25:53 I mean, rest in peace. Rest in peace, sir. Dead at the age of 75. And then we have King of the Hill Star, Johnny Hardwick. King of the Hill star, Johnny Hardwick, dead. You know the voice of Dale Gribble, that Johnny Hardwick. Dead at the age of 64. Very sad.
Starting point is 00:26:23 He died. He was found in his Texas home by law enforcement officers who were there to perform a welfare check. He lived in Austin. he was pronounced dead on the scene. Police do not suspect any foul play, and homicide is not, well, it's not being investigated as a homicide. The cause of death will be determined.
Starting point is 00:26:49 Wow. So it's either that. Yeah, like you think, it's either that. I know what you're thinking it is. Or it could have been something even, well, is there any horrible, I guess there's horrible ways to die. It could have been that.
Starting point is 00:27:07 Or it could have been, you know, he took his own life, which is just sad, but really, really sad. I mean, I just saw where the number of U.S. suicides reached a record high last year. That's according to the CDC and whether we believe what the CDC tells us or not.
Starting point is 00:27:26 But they're admitting to having a record high suicides last year. That's not funny, Jeffey. Don't laugh. Suicide is a serious issue that all Americans are suffering in today's world. I know that's what I said. If you know that you're killing themselves, it is not funny. I wasn't laughing. You were. At that.
Starting point is 00:27:47 At that. It was something else completely. Because I know how important it is. Look, hey, we created the 9-88 line for the Suicidal Crisis Lifeline. Use that if you're having problems. Aren't you a person that wants a camera in bridges? Oh my gosh. That's a genius idea and still work today.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Okay. I wanted the suicide app on bridges all over America. And so when people want to jump off, you'd build the platform for them to jump off. And when they would stand on it, it would alert you. If you were a subscriber to the app, it would alert you.
Starting point is 00:28:23 And you go, oh, somebody's jumping. And you'd be able to click on the app and you'd watch them jump off. I've wanted that app for, I don't know how many, years I fought for that. You know what? Now if somebody if somebody patents it and uses it, you're welcome. Okay, you're welcome. Because it all started. I worked in Florida
Starting point is 00:28:42 people would jump off the Skyway Bridge. And then they were pissed because people were jumping off the Skyway Bridge and living because they were saying that the skyway bridge was sinking. And when the water levels were high, you got to jump at low tide. When the water levels were high, people would survive. So why waste time and manpower trying to figure out we think someone jumped we have to go see try to find the body
Starting point is 00:29:08 we don't know who it is we got to identify them look if you're going to jump if you're going to jump leave your wallet in the little box there on my platform step on the platform and then that will alert my app that somebody's on the platform and people can log in and watch you jump for a small fee novenile fee every month.
Starting point is 00:29:32 Hey, it was just an idea. It was just an idea. I don't know why. I mean, everybody thinks that's crazy, but I don't. Look, we don't know that he committed suicide. All of that. We don't know that he did.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Do we just know that he was dead in his home and it's not a murder? Also, we have a horrible, This mom collapses and dies from drinking too much water. Ashley Summers, dead at the age of 35, mother of two from Indiana, complained to her family that she couldn't quench her thirst, no matter how much water she drank, while spending time at Lake Freeman with her husband and young daughters
Starting point is 00:30:18 over the 4th of July weekend. We're just finding out about this now. She consumed a staggering amount of water in a short span, four bottles and just 20 minutes, totally. 64 ounces. The excessive intake led to severe dehydration and other symptoms like lightheadedness
Starting point is 00:30:37 and headaches upon returning from the trip. She collapsed in her garage and rushed to the hospital. So don't drink too much water. Now some people may consider that it was something else that the killed her and not
Starting point is 00:30:52 the excessive amount of water. Not me though. Not me. I'm going. with what they tell me. Okay? Also, so Ashley, dead the age of 35. Also, this is good news. We're pulling somebody out of the Who Died Today segment.
Starting point is 00:31:12 Okay, yesterday we put... No, no, no. Yeah, we brought them back to life. We CPR them. I mean, that's how good this show is. We brought her back to life and her brother. All right, so yesterday we told you that Lil Tay and her brother Jerome.
Starting point is 00:31:29 Was that his name? Jason. That's what I said. Her brother Jason, who's 21, had died. And we thought that it was probably a murder-suicide. We didn't know, but we thought, because there was no reports. It was just that Lil Tay and brother is, bro, is dead. Jason, Jared.
Starting point is 00:31:50 What? That's her brother who's name? Jason. That's what I said. Jason. He died. And that's what we thought. So now we come to find out, no, she's not dead and neither is bro.
Starting point is 00:32:02 Okay. So according to her, the Instagram account was unfortunately hacked, leading to the spread of inaccurate reports regarding her passing. It's a false statement. Both Lute and her brother, Jason, that's what I said. It's still alive. Okay. So she wants to make a clear. that her brother and her,
Starting point is 00:32:32 Lutei, alive and safe. I'm completely heartbroken and struggling to even find the right words to say. It's been very traumatizing 24 hours all day yesterday. I was bombarded with endless heartbreaking and tearful phone calls from loved ones. Why were they... Hey, Lute, you're dead.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Why are you talking to me on the phone? What do we... Anyway, my Instagram. Instagram account was compromised by a third party and used to spread this jarring misinformation and rumors regarding me to the point that even my name was wrong. My legal name is Tay Tien, not Claire Hope, okay? So, and I go by L'OTay, and my brother's name is, thank you. That's what I said, Jason.
Starting point is 00:33:20 So, uh, Lill Tay is alive. Hoof, good, man, that is awesome. I mean, that's good to hear. And I'm sure this was because her account was hacked. It by no means could be that she needed some publicity. So she just did this for publicity to get back in the news and be little Tay again. That could not have happened.
