Blaze Radio Network And now, Chewing the Fat with Jeff Fisher. Well, now we're in the month of December. The year 2024 is almost over. What, 23 days. If you're listening live today is the 2nd of December, 24, 23 days until Christmas,
Starting point is 00:00:51 29, 30 days until the first of the year. I know it's 29 to the last day of December. and then 30 will be January 1st. Thank you. I can read a calendar. But we have some things to look forward to. As we were, you know, sitting back, feeling full and lazy over the Thanksgiving holiday, we had one person who believes that they are a time traveler.
Starting point is 00:01:16 And that time traveler wanted to remind us what is going to happen in 2025. According to the time traveler, January 20th. The earth begins growing a shell around the outside, sending our world underground. A new ecosystem begins on the outside. This has happened before with a world before humans, and this era ends humanity. January 27th, the first ever F-6 tornado runs through Dallas, Texas. It's 18 miles wide. That's a little disconcerting since this show originates from DFW.
Starting point is 00:02:05 I don't know how close I'll be to this F6 tornado. Hopefully I'm, you know, in another county. Because it's going to travel at about 450 miles per hour and lasts for two hours destroying the city. And it's given the name Goliath. Now remember, this is from our time traveler that I saw on the Internet. I don't know the time traveler's name either in this timeline or in his timeline. March 5th, the cure for most types of cancers is found at the UCLA Medical Center.
Starting point is 00:02:49 That's kind of good news. Human trials are immediately successful. Certain people try to hide that it was found. Riots the size of cities begin. That is not good news. March 30th, an asteroid that is one mile wide appears out of nowhere and hits Central America, causing a 400 mile wide crater. It causes some southern states of the U.S., Mexico, and much of South America,
Starting point is 00:03:21 to be uninhabitable for years. Yeah, that's getting pretty close to. to home again. Now, according to this time traveler, they say that many of you still don't believe I'm a real time traveler. So remember, these major events to come early in 2025.
Starting point is 00:03:41 So while he's saying is that, hey, this is going to happen. And when it does, then you're going to come back to me and say, oh, you are right. But I don't even know who this time traveler is. I will say this, that if the earth begins growing a shell on January 20th, I'm going to go out of my way to find this time traveler. Welcome.
Starting point is 00:04:06 Welcome to chewing the fat. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Man, it felt like forever since you and I have last talked, so it's good to be back. I watched the Thanksgiving Day parade, of course, the Macy's Thanksgiving. Day parade. And according to all reports, it drew the largest cross-platform audience on record. NBC says 31.3 million viewers watch the parade on NBC and Peacock. Okay. I will say, I watch it every year. I always watch it. I've been to one. It's a great experience. I love it. I will say this year seemed less Christmassy. Maybe it was just me. I just feel like there was less. Less.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Christmasy songs from the floats and it was just a just a weird experience everyone in our household was like well where's the Christmas stuff oh Santa Claus is coming yeah we know so we're looking forward to Santa's gonna gonna show up so like I said 31.3 million viewers watch the parade across all their streaming figures those are the numbers that they gave us so good for good for you then of course we have the dog show yeah baby I love the dog show the National show, sponsored by Perina. I'm a big fan. We watch the dog show every year.
Starting point is 00:05:33 We do our own judging. You know, always make fun of or, you know, I joke a kid about the walkers. We talked about that before our previous episodes. I love the walkers. I love to see what shoes they're wearing. Who has the best walk, that kind of thing, given their dogs little treats. It's funny to me, okay? So they had a huge audience as well.
Starting point is 00:05:56 The dog show said they averaged two. 12.2 million across platform viewers, which was a four-year high. And, you know, congratulations to the national dog show winner this year. I mean, we had, I think, 205 different breeds, 1900 dogs were on display at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania. And, you know, it's a fun little thing. But congratulations to the winner. of the 2024
Starting point is 00:06:29 Perina National Dog Show, the 92nd National Dog Show, presented by Perina. I got to make sure I say that correctly. Vito the Pug. Vito the Pug was crowned best in show. Congratulations to Vito the Pug. You know, he was fine.
Starting point is 00:06:49 He was a fine dog. He's under three years old. I don't know that I would have given it to him if I was the judge, but I wasn't. So congratulations to Vito. The Pug for the first time in 20 years, a Pug has won the prestigious title. And Vito previously claimed the best of breed at the Westminster Dog Show and at the AKC National Show,
Starting point is 00:07:11 racking up 25 total best in shows, despite, like I said, just being under three years old. So Vito is going to have a nice, sweet life, taking care of a little pug business, creating some Vito offspring for other dog shows. in the future. So congratulations. I also saw, uh, then we, of course, I mean, this weekend was, uh, you know, nothing but, uh, football for all for all the last past week. It's been nothing but football between the NFL and college. And, uh, I could, you know, go on and on. There were
Starting point is 00:07:44 so, so much that happened in the last week and a half, uh, over the NFL and the, uh, and college. But I know they had, uh, 38, over 38 million for the Cowboys Giants games. And they had, uh, I think 26 to 27 million for the Packers in Miami. I didn't see any numbers for the Lions Bears games. But what a way to, oh, the Bears, that game. That game alone caused a coach to be fired because of the way they handled the end of the game. Just incredible. I mean, it's been all kinds of stuff happening.
Starting point is 00:08:16 Plus this weekend, we had, you know, the college rivalry games, and we had the college rivalry fights for teams putting their flag and their, and their pitchfork in the center because they were owning the team and tradition. It's just incredible the fights that happen. And it shouldn't happen. It's not about the game. I know.
Starting point is 00:08:42 I know. And the police used mace to quell some of the violence in the Ohio State Michigan game. They were fined like, I don't know, $100,000 of school or whatever. Big deal. And, you know, are they going to ban teams from putting their flag
Starting point is 00:08:57 in the mid-midfield of their opponent, if they're in the away stadium and they win? Who knows? The thought on that is probably no. It's going to be up to the coaches and the teams to make sure that that doesn't happen. Ha! Yeah, that'll work.
Starting point is 00:09:16 But anyway, so I'm glad to be back, and I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving day with your family and friends, and you had plenty of turkey. And if you're... Turkey... Turkey is a few days old now. So maybe you're, you know, hanging on to that final turkey sandwich might be time to move on.
Starting point is 00:09:34 And, you know, it is that time of year when you start thinking about moving on. Like, you know, maybe you need to move from the house that you're living in. And any time that you have to make a big change, it's hard. Especially when it's, you know, trying to buy or sell a home. It's really complicated. It takes a lot of time, a lot of jumping through hoops. And the stakes are just, you know, just. about as high as they've ever been in terms of financial decisions that you make.
Starting point is 00:10:01 So obviously, you need a real estate agent to help you with that. And you don't want just some ordinary agent that doesn't know what they're doing. You want someone that's on your side. You want the best. That's where real estate agents I trust comes in. Real estate agents I trust pairs you with the top selling real estate agent in your area. The hooking up part is on you. Not them. They're going to provide you with the best real estate agent in your area, someone who can help you sell your house for the highest amount possible

Starting point is 00:11:53 Be sure to follow me on my social media accounts at Jeffrey JFR on X. Speaking of X, I see where, this is kind of sad news, I had to break it to you, but Alyssa Milano has deactivated her account on X. I know. Again, she lied, because that. At one point, she said she was never going to leave X. And it was a battle. And she thought it was a fight between her and Trump.
Starting point is 00:12:20 I mean, her and Musk. And now she lied. Amazingly, she lied. And now she's given up her ex account. Interesting. Because before, she said that she was not going to leave X. And she sold her Tesla. and she bought a VW, an electric VW,
Starting point is 00:12:47 and I guess she didn't realize that she thought she was making a strong point, and people pointed out that you'd realize that the VW was actually, you know, started under the leadership of Hitler's Nazi party, but that doesn't matter. Don't worry about all that because she said she was never going to leave Twitter slash X, and that she has now. So her feud is over. We don't have to see her stuff on X anymore.
Starting point is 00:13:13 I know. It's sad. It's sad. I don't know if we'll be able to handle our social media accounts without Alyssa. It didn't say whether she's going to blue sky or whether she's going to stay on Instagram. I'm sure that she is. Plus, she uses, you know, social media to hawk her wares too. She's got her, I think it's called Touch.
Starting point is 00:13:32 She's made a fortune with, you know, selling merchandise with all the professional sports team logos on it. and she made a small fortune, and yet she still was able to ask for you to give money from her GoFundMe to send her kid to some baseball camp or some baseball championship game. Alyssa, you couldn't foot the bill yourself for the team to go. Oh, no, we've got to need a GoFundMe. Anyway, sad news.
Starting point is 00:13:57 And she lied to us. Of course, she lied to us and said she would never leave, and she has now, because it's just too darn toxic to be on X. But you can follow me on X at Jeffie JFR. of course, you know, we're used to getting lied to like we were lied to from our president. President Joseph Robinette Biden, who said he would never pardon his son Hunter. Well, except that he has. It must be pretty sweet to be Hunter Biden and know that any crimes that you have committed
Starting point is 00:14:25 from 2014 to 2024, January 1st, 2014 through December 1st, 24, 24, you are now pardoned for. Don't worry about it. They can't do anything for you. They can't do anything to you. It's all good. And you can go smile. Oh, and that's special. Our president, or I guess he's still the president of the United States Hunter's father, said in a statement, I believe in the justice system. But as much as I have wrestled with this, I also believe that my son, my son was selectively and unfairly prosecuted. Really?
Starting point is 00:15:06 Hunter was treated differently from people who commit similar crimes. Yes, I know. The president said his political opponents in Congress instigated the charges to attack me and oppose my election. What? What? That could never happen in the United States? Could it? He said in his statement, I believe in the justice system, but I've wrestled with this.
Starting point is 00:15:34 I believe raw politics is. infected this process and led to a miscarriage of justice. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a president would come to this decision. And you know what? I don't. I do understand that you don't want to be tried for crimes that you helped with Hunter. And so you want to get rid of Hunter's crimes as well. I do understand that.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Anyway, you know, again, he lied because he said that he would never pardon Hunter. And he did. So we just have another person. lying to us. Huh, weird how that happens, isn't it? It is. It really is. Anyway, you can follow me. I said you can follow me on X at Jeffrey JFR. You can follow me on my Instagram, Jeff Fisher Radio. Facebook is Jeff Fisher Radio. You can follow me on YouTube, chewing the fat with Jeff Fisher. You can follow me on Cameo at Jeffy JFR. Now, if you want to order a cameo, that, of course, is not free at Jeffey JFR, but I'm happy to do it for you,
Starting point is 00:16:33 and it's worth every darn penny at Jeffey Jif. Jifr. on Cameo. And you can always email myself, i.e. the show, chewing the fat at the blaze.com. Chewing the fat at the blaze.com. I see them all. I don't respond to them all, but I do see them all. And thank you very much for all your emails, Chewing the Fat at the Blaze.com. We did lose another one, too.
Starting point is 00:16:56 She didn't lie to us, but we did lose another one. Adele has finally wrapped up her contractual agreements to do all her shows. And now her two-year residency at the Coliseum at Caesar's Palace is over. And the final show of her weekends with Adele is done. The 16-time Grammy winner shared an emotional moment with the audience, paying tribute to her son and her partner rich and reflecting on what's next, while admitting she's uncertain about her future plans. She assured fans that she'll return to the stage when the time is right.
Starting point is 00:17:35 that's when she needs more money, expressing how much she'll miss performing in Las Vegas. And she said, I don't know what I'm going to do next to perform again. I'm not doing anything else. I'm actually, you know,
Starting point is 00:17:49 sing myself about what I'm going to do. I don't have any effing plans. Well, actually, I don't believe that. But, you know, I do believe that she's tired of performing and she's going to give up performing and spend the millions that she has. And when those millions start to dry up,
Starting point is 00:18:13 it looks like those payments are going to start dwindling down a little bit. You'll hear a massive Adele come back and we'll be back into making some more money. But right now, she's going to take a little bit of a break. Well, as long as we're all taking a break, let's go to the break room. I need something cold to drink desperately. So today is Cyber Monday, Cyber Monday, the biggest shopping day of the year.
Starting point is 00:18:49 So you can, apparently spending on the e-commerce day has increased every year since 2019 and is projected to rise again this year to a record $13.2 billion. Well, yeah, because Black Friday Americans spent, I think, 10.8 billion online. And so the brick and mortar stores were not that good. Well, I mean, they've been going down anyway. But Black Friday online deals were huge. So Cyber Monday deals will definitely continue to rise.
Starting point is 00:19:28 They're saying 13.2 billion, probably more than that. We'll see. And then tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, which is a global movement that encourages donations to nonprofits. and other charitable organizations of the day after Cyber Monday. So they're looking for like $3 billion on Giving Tuesday, and look, America, you know, gives most of that as it stands. So we're the, you know, the most giving country in the world.
Starting point is 00:19:57 That is for sure. So anyway, go out and look for deals wherever you want to look for deals. You can go to www.com slash jeffy. You can get your $30 off for an annual. subscription. It is Cyber Monday at the Blaze merchandise shop. I don't know what kind of amazing deals they've got
Starting point is 00:20:16 going on over there, but you can go to shop blazedmedia.com. Shopblazemedia.com. I don't know if there's better deals than my Blaze 10 promo code, but Blaze 10 promo code gets you at least 10% off at
Starting point is 00:20:32 shopblazmedia.com on this Cyber Monday. Oh, and I said brick and mortar when down. They did not go down. They did go up 0.7% year over year. So they haven't gone down. I apologize to the brick and mortar stores. You did go up in sales
Starting point is 00:20:51 0.7%. But the e-commerce sales increased by 14.6% year over year. So there's that. And we have a new world record. Yes, a new world record thanks to social media star
Starting point is 00:21:10 Nick Gidevani and Duncan they have set a new Guinness World Record for the largest iced latte Now Nick has been on this show quite a quite some time ago
Starting point is 00:21:23 but he's a chef and social media influencer and they got together with he Duncan got together with Nick and they built an 11 foot high Duncan Cup with ice, milk, and espresso to take the record.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Guinness World Records confirmed the resulting 276-gallon beverage was the world's largest iced latte. So congratulations to Duncan and Nick DiGiovanni for setting a new world record with the largest iced latte ever made. And then they broke it down and gave everybody a cup
Starting point is 00:22:06 at the corporate offices of Duncan. So everybody got the sip their own little latte from the largest mixed latte. Congratulations, though. It's a world record. You see where the guy in the UK got money for his Mars bar that he took a picture of
Starting point is 00:22:28 that didn't have the swirl on the top? So apparently this guy was on his way to some car show and he friends or he picked up a Mars bar to eat on the way and when he opened it up it was just a straight flat Mars bar didn't have the little little swirls the little wind blown whiffs of chocolate on the outskirts of the bar so he took a picture of it and said hey Mars what up and Mars was like they didn't answer happen. Now, there were some people who commented on his post that said, hey, I used to
Starting point is 00:23:09 work at Mars, and that bar didn't go through the air blowing system that they have. So, oh, okay. So, that's how they're made? Yes, that's how they're made. They
Starting point is 00:23:25 go through a thing called an enrobber, an enrobor. E-N-R-B-E-R is the way it's spelled in the story, an en-rober. I have not worked in Mars. I do not, am not familiar with this machine, and which is like a waterfall that the bars go through. And when the waterfall, you know, hits the bars, then it gets blown with air along the top. And that's how it comes up with this, you know, with the, with the waves of air on the top of the bars. And then if it doesn't make it,
Starting point is 00:23:54 you know, if it comes through the machine and it's still flat like this guy's bar, before it gets wrapped, they take it off. You know, it's imperfection. And I guess they, you know, make it part of whatever other products that Mars uses their product for, you know, other treats and all that stuff. So they didn't ever respond to this guy. Apparently, they did say in, in some, I don't know, some reporter asked them about it and said, yeah, it slipped to our production line and the swirl is being kept. We're not, this isn't a new candy bar. The swirl is being kept. This one just made it through the production line. They're not going to, you know, not going to do anything.
Starting point is 00:24:35 However, they did send this guy a two euro voucher. Whoa. Hey, huh? How about that? He said that, hey, the two euros is great. And it will be two free Mars bars. Maybe they could have sent me more. I'm not being ungrateful.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I think it's amazing after everything that's happened that I got a $2, a two euro voucher. Is it amazing? No, you took a picture of it and all Mars did. They could have sent you at least, I don't know what, a box. However, there's ship, not a pallet, but, you know, at least a box of 24 Mars bars or whatever it is here. Sorry about the imperfections and enjoy these Mars bars without any imperfections.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Nope, not doing that. Sorry, here's a $2 voucher. And it's not even, I mean, it's two euros. That's like $2.10 in the United States. So in the United Kingdom, he gets a two-dollar voucher. voucher. So anyway, I mean, good for him, I guess. But Mars, a little stingy. This episode is brought to you by Peloton. A new era of fitness is here. Introducing the new Peloton Cross Training Tread Plus, powered by Peloton IQ, built for breakthroughs with personalized workout

Let yourself run, lift, flow, and go. Explore the new Peloton cross-training treadplus at one peloton.ca. The list is, I don't know, quite extensive today on who died today? Who died today?
Starting point is 00:26:36 It's been a long Thanksgiving holiday. We begin with Jim Abrams. Jim Abrams, brilliant director, airplane, naked gun. Those were his movies. dead at the age of 80. I know, very sad. He died at his home in Santa Monica.
Starting point is 00:26:52 No cause of death was given. But rest in peace to Jim Abrams, dead at the age of 80. I mean, he and his brothers were the one that did, I mean, a Kentucky Fried movie, and then, of course, Airplane. And that was the hit that put them over the top, where they just had hundreds of jokes and parodies
Starting point is 00:27:15 and all the actors. were, you know, making slide jokes on themselves without looking like they were making slide jokes on themselves. Really funny stuff. And so, I mean, they created that. You know, anyway, rest in peace to Jim Abrams.
Starting point is 00:27:30 Dead at the age of 80. Then Marshall Brickman, Marshall Brickman, the Oscar-winning screenwriter on Annie Hall. I mean, he was a former Tonight Show headwriter, dueling banjo's performer, partnered with Woody Allen, and a couple of films, I think two or three films, actually.
Starting point is 00:27:49 And he is dead at the age of 85. And then there was no cause of death given for Marshall Brickman. But rest in peace to him, he died in Manhattan, according to his daughter, Sophie Brickman. So rest in peace, Marshall Brickman dead at the age of 85. Then we move on to Vic Flick. Vic Flick, dead at the age of 87. Now, Vic had a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease, and that's finally ended for him.
Starting point is 00:28:27 I don't wish that on anyone. Well, honestly, I don't wish any illness on anyone. However, Alzheimer's is just horrible, horrible, horrible. Anyway, Vic Flick dead at the age of 87. And you ask yourself, Vic Flick, is that the guy that we knew for the guitar riff in the James Bond theme? Yes, yes, that is Vic Flick. So rest in peace to Vic dead at the age of 87.
Starting point is 00:28:54 Then we move on to Lou Carnescica. Lou Carnestica. He's a Hall of Famer, a college basketball coach. He won more than 500 games, led St. John's to two big East tournament titles, and in 1985, a final four appearance. He died at the age of... 99. Rest in peace. He was, according to all, treasured figure in New York sports in his day, and they all loved him as a coach, and he was a witty charming man back in his day. Rest in peace
Starting point is 00:29:30 to Lou Karnesica dead at the age of 99. He almost made it to 100, too. It was just a few weeks away from his 100th birthday. So rest in peace, Lou. Then, speaking of old, yes, 99 is getting up there in age. The oldest living person, who is now dead, passed away. John Tenniswood died at the age of 112. 112. He said that he attributed his long life to luck and simple habits
Starting point is 00:30:10 like weekly fish and chips. So if you're feeling like, man, I want to live to be 112 years old, then you need to have weekly fish and chips. He served in World War II. He managed logistical task for the Royal Army Pay Corps. He was celebrated as the world's oldest validated man in 2024, remembered for his sharp mind and passion for Liverpool. soccer. Anyway, so
Starting point is 00:30:44 Liverpool, FC, I got it. So, rest in peace, John Tenniswood dead at the age of 112. So I guess that means that we have, well, not I guess. I mean, of course, we have the new oldest living person in the world because John bit the dust, right?
Starting point is 00:31:06 Because this, if you look, it has, the Wikipedia has not even been updated yet. So they still say John Tenniswood is the oldest guy. And no, he is not the oldest living guy. He's now dead, rest in peace. So I guess that means that the oldest living man now is a centurino di La Fuente Garcia from Spain. He's 112 and 211 days.
Starting point is 00:31:32 Then we have Emilio Flores Marquez from Puerto Rico, 112 years, and 326 days. And we have Modesto Lopez-Bautista. born in, wait, he would be the oldest. This guy was born in 1909. That makes him the oldest. But I guess this is verified, so I don't know that these are, I'm sorry, not verified,
Starting point is 00:31:58 validated from Guinness, Book of World Records. So, I mean, if you're not validated by Guinness, then you're not real. Sorry about it. John Tennis, who just passed away at the age of 112, was validated by Guinness. So rest in peace to John Tiviswood.
Starting point is 00:32:15 Good luck to the rest of you, trying to be the oldest living man. Get validated. And from our not dead yet file, Nissan said that they are facing critical moment as financial troubles mount. According to a report from the Financial Times, two unnamed executives warned that the company has 12 to 14 months to survive unless drastic action is taken. Wow. Slow sales in key markets like the U.S. and Japan have forced Nissan to cut over 9,000 jobs, reduced production by 20%. Despite these measures, the company reported that an 85% drop in operating profit during the third quarter and a net loss of $60.1 million. So they are out looking for money, looking for, I'm sorry, for new investment options and selling a majority stake to Honda, with whom the company recently partnered on EV development alongside Mitsubesi.
Starting point is 00:33:14 Maybe that's your problem, Nissan, partnering with all these other companies for EVs. Perhaps you go back to being a really cool non-EV vehicle. Perhaps that's just me, though. I don't know. You didn't ask. And, you know, I certainly, you know, I'm certainly not an automotive expert by any means,
Starting point is 00:33:37 but I just, you know, I have some ideas. So their cost-cutting measures are trying to save billions and keep the company afloat. Okay. You know, good luck. God bless. I mean, maybe you can go to the Biden administration and say, hey, could you give us a loan, too? They just loaned Rivian, you know, the, you know, the EV startup company. Yeah, they have a startup.
Starting point is 00:34:02 They've got some good-looking cars. That's fine. But they're, you know, they need a new electric car factory, which they had started to build. and then they said, oh, yeah, no, that's going to cost too much money. We can't do that. Well, the Biden administration just gave them $6.6 billion. And we'll go ahead and get that factory built in Georgia as fast as we can. Okay, maybe Nissan could ask for a few billion to help them out too and keep them afloat.
Starting point is 00:34:31 We'll see. We'll see if that actually happens. I'm just going to go out on a limb and say, no, it won't. When I got a great deal on a great gift at Winners, I started wondering, could I get fabulous gifts for everyone on my list? Like this designer fragrance for my daughter. At just $39.99, how could I resist? This luxurious will throw for my sister.
Starting point is 00:35:06 This gold watch for my partner? A wooden puzzle for my niece? Leather gloves for my boss? Ooh, European chocolate for the crossing guard? At these prices, could I find something for everyone at winters? Stop wondering. Gifting. Winners find fabulous for less. So a couple of things to be worried about in Texas and DFW.
Starting point is 00:35:28 First, let's start off with Texas officials announcing the first locally acquired case of dengue fever. I'm sorry, the dengue virus. I don't think you want any of that. It's normally in South Pacific and Asia, the Caribbean, South and Central America. and Africa. It's transmitted by mosquitoes. Now, we've had some kind of cold weather in Texas as of late, as most places around the United States has had cold weather. And so hopefully it's killed off the dengue virus mosquitoes. But if you can be treated by a medical professional, it's very rare. But if you find yourself with a sudden onset of very high fever, severe headache, usually at the back of the eyes, muscles and joints become painful, development of skin ratches, fatigue, vomiting, mild bleeding. Go ahead, get yourself checked out.
Starting point is 00:36:31 I mean, no matter where you live, if you have some of those symptoms, you may want to get yourself checked out. It could be a dengue virus. You know, you just don't know. Then, remember, I mean, a couple weeks ago, we talked about the mountain lion spotted in DFW, more specifically in Texas. now the DFW area. And then they said they spotted this mountain lion and they didn't know, you know, could be just wandering, passing by.
Starting point is 00:36:57 And then a couple days later, some guy killed a mountain lion and they believed that that was the mountain lion that was wandering around DFW. Well, now this weekend, we find another video from this park, this RV park at Lake Dallas
Starting point is 00:37:14 that has a video of a mountain lion wandering around. and they said, I knew it was a big cat. I was bigger than a bobcat. Yeah, it's a lot clearer video than the first one. And Texas wildlife officials said, it's very likely it's the same mountain lion seen in Frisco. I thought they killed that mountain lion.
Starting point is 00:37:36 So now we've got multiple sightings of a mountain lion. Did we kill the first one we saw? Is this the same one? And the guy killed another one? I don't know. They claimed that there was, I think the number of the sticks in my head was 5,000, right? That's the number I was questioning that if there were 5,000,
Starting point is 00:37:55 there were 5,000 mountain lions in Texas, we'd know it. Maybe there is, because maybe they're starting to fight back now. I don't know. Heads up, though, in the DFW and the state of Texas for a dengue virus and wandering mountain lions. There's gold in them in our hills. Yes, there is, if you believe it. They claim that the world's largest gold deposit has been found worth over $80 billion, and it's found in China.
Starting point is 00:38:27 So it's worth $600 billion. And it was discovered the largest lucrative reservoir of gold ever uncovered, surpassing the 900 metric tons estimated to lie within the mother of all gold reserves in the South Deep Mine in South Africa. So we'll see if it's true. It's in China. They claim the core samples suggest every metric ton of ore could contain as much as 138 grams of gold. It's an extraordinary level. China already dominates the world's gold market with reserves considered to be in excess of 2,000 tons.
Starting point is 00:39:07 They claim that their experts found this gold in the Hunan province. sorry not the Hunan province it was found in the Hunan county of Pingxing so that's what the geological bureau of Hunan province announced okay so that's where I got the Hunan province from it was announced that it was found in northeast Hunan County of Pingyang so do you believe it if so more gold in them there hills of China. All right, let's get out of here. I'll leave you with the joke of the day.
Starting point is 00:39:49 And I'm going to, I was thinking to do this joke of the day because of the gold in them there hills with China got me thinking about this joke. But I think I did this joke already. So I'm going to do it. If I've already done it, you know what, I'm still laughing at it. So, you know, you can laugh again with it. Okay, because I think I, like I did this joke, you know, before. But since I'm going to talk.
Starting point is 00:40:14 tied in with there's gold in them there, hills of China. According to this, apparently one in five people in the world are Chinese, and there are five people in my family, and so it must be one of them. That's what the joke teller is saying. So it's either my mom or my dad, or my older brother, Colin, or my younger brother, Ho-Canchu. But he thinks that it's Colin. See, the joke is that it's either mom or dad or my older brother Colin or my younger brother,
Starting point is 00:40:52 Ho-Janch-N-Cchu, but I think it's Colin. See, that was the joke. All right, I'm out of here. Stream and subscribe to more Blaze Media content at theblaze.com slash podcasts.
