And we'll talk about it more because for obviously, we can touch on it quickly. We'll have an episode on Monday. And then we're off through Christmas and New Year's. So we won't be back till January 6th, I think.

Yeah, January 6th. And that's the day of the Bachelor premiering. So we are going to be well-rested and ready to give you our recaps. I'm really, really excited about The Bachelor coming back because you know the recaps are our favorite thing to do. I got so excited going through these bios. It's just a thrill. And of course, Love Island is coming back.

The Bachelor of Love Island on at the same time, I don't really know how I'm going to be able to handle it because this will be the first time we're actually trying to watch Love Island live. It's obviously the UK version, so we're trying to watch it. It won't be live, but we'll be watching it day to day. So it's like a whole different ballgame. I don't know how we tackle that. It's just a giant monster. A giant monster, but we're going to tackle it.

We're going to do it for the fans. We're going to do it for ourselves because we love both shows. I know. We really do. So what are we supposed to do? I feel like we're going to end up making so many people. have to buy VPN so that they can watch. Yeah, sorry guys.

So that they can watch Love Island. Everybody has to make their computer think that they're in London so that they can watch Love Island. Right. You need to follow along with us. Yep. So, of course, this podcast is going to be dedicated to those two shows. Those two shows.

And we did this when the Bachelor at premiered. We went through the guys. We rated them off their bios. Judge them off their bios. We're doing that again. We will be going through every single Bachelor contestant, their bios, telling you how we feel about them right off the bat. Pick and our, I think we'll maybe like pick. Should we pick like a team like a chicks in the office top five?

Yeah, chicks in the office top five. Like a group top five. Yes. We'll do that. We also will be talking about the Love Island scandal with Caroline Flack. She was arrested and now she is stepping down from Love Island. We also have a great interview with Jamie Lynn Siegler who I've been a fan of for a long time. I wish we had her for longer. But we'll talk to her again in the future. Yeah. She's definitely going to come back. Hopefully we loved having her. And like you said, unfortunately. We had to cut it quickly only because she was going to catch a flight that she would have missed. So we didn't have too long, but it was fantastic. And I want to just talk to her. And, of course, we're going to do our new segment, the Celeb Conspiracy Corner. We didn't do it on Monday. We didn't do it on Monday. We're doing it here.

you got to deal with it it's just the bio we don't we don't know these people it's just the bio I mean we've done it we did it last time with all the boys it's I think people think think of it a little differently though like when it's guys versus girls they're like oh when it's a guy they think it's funny when it's a girl it's a little meaner you know what I mean but it is what it is I'm not I'm not sorry in each one by saying oh this girl's hot this girl's no yeah we can't do that we just got that's not the point that's not the point of this um so Fran did a wonderful job going through each bio I have read everybody's bios writing down all of the names I said that I didn't want to read them because I would like to give my first impression

right off the bat. Whatever I think of first, that's going to come out of my mouth. So I went through everybody's bios. I also watched Chris Harrison's little preview that he does. They do a little Facebook video where Chris Harrison announces each person. And sometimes he drops little hints, little Easter eggs here and there, which he actually did a lot this time. I'm kind of surprised.

Like he didn't really spoil anything, but if you're in a Bachelor Fantasy League, he gave you some good hints to get to have a leg up like some really good some good tips good tips but i don't know if i want to know no it really wasn't like anything crazy but like he he he revealed like you know who got the first one-on-one day and like you know some some little things like that but we'll start at the beginning it's always an alphabetical order number one is alaya a lea is a 24 year old from San Antonio, Texas. She was Miss Texas 2019, Seraanov hot with the pageant girl.

She competed three times before for Miss Texas, before she finally got it this year. Congrats. She enjoys hanging out with the gals, drinking wine, and giving back to her community. She's looking for a man with strong goals who won't hold her back. She's ready for a family.

And then they wrote, will this pageant girl be on good terms with the other ladies, or will familiar faces from her past resurface. Love when they drop pins like that. It's because there's probably other pageant girls. Right. So we're going to get more pageant drama.

Or somebody else shows up. Oh. I know what's going to happen. Duh. Hannah comes back. Oh. We've seen her in the preview. Right, right.

Okay. Right off the bat. Right off the bat. Because there is other pageant girls, but like this girl is the same age as Hannah Brown, you know. So there's got to be some kind of connection. Okay. She studied English in college and she writes poetry. tree.

Her favorite social media, okay, this is when I looked at you and I was like, contestant number one, my boo serial killer. Favorite social media, Reddit. Questionable.

Questionable. Fran, I like this girl and now I hate her. I hate her automatically. She was in my top. I mean, she still is. And her spirit animal is the Texas Longhorn, obviously.

Now Chris Harrison said, she's part of the pageant world. It's a huge, probably biggest of the season, controversy, emotion, something that's never happened before. Of course. So keep that in mind. Reddit is her favorite social media page. That is the biggest red flag somebody can give you.

I'm pretty concerned for that. Because Reddit is just based off of people talking shit. Yeah. Like it's just we're going to get on behind a computer with no name attached to it. And also just like zero facts. Right. Okay. The next one is Alexa.

She's from Chicago, Illinois. literally everybody's from Texas or Chicago. Like it's insane. It's everybody's from Texas or Chicago. She, oh, I also want to mention that very nice. They've changed up the cast photos this year. So like these girls are rocking their own poses. They got a white background.

Everybody looks great. Alexis rocking like an over the shoulder smile, you know. She is a, oh God, I always say this word wrong. Esthetician. Esthetician. Yes. Estetician. There we go.

She has her own wax. Salaam. She grew up hunting on a farm in Springfield, Illinois, with her mom, dad, and brother. Six years ago, she broke up with her high school sweetheart of seven years and moved to Chicago where she opened her own waxing salon. She is a free spirit that has a lot of hippie in her. She's all about love, acceptance, but has opinions, and she's not afraid to express them. She prides herself on being the type of person to call people out to their face rather than behind their back. Great for drama on reality TV. She's looking for physical and emotional chemistry, but she has struggled to be vulnerable because in the past, and they wrote, we have a

feeling Peter will be able to break down those walls. Chris Harrison described her as reserved yet outrageous. I like her. Yeah. She's cute. And she has like a sassy photo. I like it. Okay. The next girl is Avenly. I don't know how to how the heck to say some of these people's names. A-V-O-N-L-E-A. And I listen to Chris Harrison say it. It was like, Avenly. Avonle. Like. Something like that. Avonlea. Sure.

27 from Fort Worth, Texas. She's also got like a behind the shoulder laughing picture. She is a cattle rancher and model. Combo. Of course the model. She lives in the big city now, but she lived on a ranch until she was 13 and she has a degree in ranch management. She models for local Texas designers.

And she said there are days when I'm bailing hay in the morning and going and doing a runway show at night. Her ideal husband knows what he wants and goes for it, values family above all, and believes in romantic signs from above. Her parents met when her mom was a flight attendant. She is a certified scuba diver. She's traveled to almost all 50 states in an RV. After she milks cows, she thanks the cow for its hard work. And she plays guitar. Love snuggling by the fire to listen to a good audiobook. Now somehow this girl has included like everything in one bio. I was going to I'm going to say this girl sounds fantastic. She's traveled the world in an RV.

She scuba dive. She milks a couch. She plays guitar. She models. She reads. She does it all. She does it all. Do we believe she does it all?

Probably not, but her bio says she does. That's a lot to do. A lot. It is certainly a lot to do. Okay. Next, we have Courtney. She is a 26-year-old cosmetologist from Venice, Florida. She is a Florida girl who loves boating with friends,

tanning at the beach. going out for drinks. She's been in two serious relationships before, but she is done wasting her time with boys. She is ready for a man. She said, I am genuinely looking to get married because I believe everyone has a soulmate out there in the world, and I unfortunately have yet to find mine.

Her ideal man is tall, athletic, has a bright smile and can make her laugh. She is extremely claustrophobic. Nothing makes her happier than drinking a nice glass of wine while taking in a gorgeous view. And her biggest turn on is men in cowboy boots. Chris Harrison says she makes a lot of aviation references this season. So she's trying to pander.

She's trying to pander to Pete. Yeah. I kind of think that she could be... I can't tell if she's going to sneak through or if she's like a night one see ya. That's where I'm a little confused on this one. I think that she can either make it to the end. Like she's going far because pilot Pete sees her as a wife. I'm looking at this picture of her.

Kind of screams wife to me. But I can also see her. being maybe just a little boring and then she goes home. I could see it too. Okay. DeAndra is next. She is a 23-year-old home care coordinator from Plano, Texas. She is an independent, intelligent woman who comes from a diverse background and isn't

afraid to be herself. She was born in Texas but grew up in Maine and she also spent a lot of time in Nigeria where her father was born. Chris Harrison said that her father was very big in Nigerian politics, so they traveled a lot. He also said that she is very important. expressive eyes and face. Great for TV.

Yep. She loves bar hopping and trying new restaurants in Texas. She grew up with 10 siblings so she knows how to stand out. This one was a little bit of a red flag for me. Her favorite feeling in the world is being the center of attention and according to her mom, she thrives in the spotlight. Oh. So your favorite, like if you were to ask somebody or if I were to ask you or you would ask me,

what is your favorite feeling in the world? I would say. Being the center of attention. attention. Like I would give an actual feeling like, oh, that feeling after you eat a really great meal after Thanksgiving and then you sleep on the couch. A little bit of a self-centered answer, I would say, for sure. Well, that's why she's on The Bachelor. Yep. She's been in one series relationship before. She's looking for loyalty. She wants a man who will kill. She's loyal babes. She wants a man who will kill a spider for her as she runs away screaming. This one also, this one's also very interesting. Must spend holidays with her family. it's non-negotiable. Okay, so I don't like this girl. I don't like this girl. Must.

Number one, the center of attention thing is a huge red flag. She's clearly just trying to get on the show, but obviously they got to put somebody on the show like that. It makes it good. Number two, you want a man to kill a spider for you as you run away screaming. Yeah, I guess you hate spiders, wants a man to step in, really take the kill. That's just such a weird ask. It's a weird.

You know what I mean? If we're in a room and there is a spider and maybe I'd be like, oh, can you kill that? Yeah. But to just want that? your life like oh I just really want somebody to kill a spider for me and what was the third one that I um she you have to spend holidays with oh you have to spend holidays with a family non-negotiable non-negotiable so it seems like a lot of things are not going to be negotiable yeah if that one right off the bat is not negotiable I wonder how fun or family parties are then I mean 10 siblings

she said it's like the it's the holidays are favorite times she can't miss it uh she considers herself a farmer's market officiato she hates edm And she still cries when she gets her blood drawn. She sounds like a little baby. A little, yeah, yeah. I mean, she's 23, I think. Let me look back at my notes. She is 23.

Yeah, she's young. Okay. Eunice. Unfortunate name. Unfortunate name, but she's very cute. She's the man. I will never be able to hear the name Eunice without thinking of she's the man. It's impossible.

It is absolutely impossible. It's very unfortunate for the Eunice is out there. It really is. But she's got a super cute, like, you know, over the shoulder smile pick as well. She's from Chicago, Illinois. She's a flight attendant. She... Score.

Yeah. She is a reformed party girl who is ready to get serious about settling down. She has left her sorority party days behind her. She wants a quality man with a good heart. She's never dated a guy who's put her first. She's made poor decisions with her past relationships.

Her family has never met any of her boyfriends because she's dated bad boys. But she sees that as a positive. And they wrote, We have a feeling if Eunice gets the chance to bring Peter home, it will be smooth skies from here on out. Her favorite holiday is Christmas because of Christmas music.

Her favorite country to visit is Greece. She can drink Uzo, like alcohol, like water. And her signature dance move is the ponytail helicopter. Chris Harrison said, she doesn't like to fly, but she likes the flight attendant lifestyle. Therefore, she is a flight attendant. She also knows another flight attendant

who is on this season. They work for the same airline. There's multiple flight attendants. There's like three or four flight attendants. So they're really pushing the pilot Pete narrative on this story. Also, because if we recall, Pete's parents met because Pete's dad was a pilot and Pete's mom was a flight attendant. So they're trying to re-create this.

Kind of creeps me out. I'm not going to lie. It creeps me out. It is a little weird. There's a lot. So apparently she knows another flight attendant. That could maybe be some flight attendant drama. I can get down with some flight attendant drama.

Like I said, I'd love for there to be a show. a reality show about flight attendants and like TSA. Like that would, the drama would be unreal. Their attitudes are out of this world. They'd be fantastic. I think that the flight attendant and pilot thing though

might get a little confusing because they're both going to be off schedules. One's flying the other way. Oh yeah. The other one's flying this way. But you know Pete and his mom, Pete's mom and dad made it work. Right, but does Pete really want the same exact love story as his parents? Hannah Ann. 23 years old

I've had my eyes on Hannah-Hann We have all had her eyes on Hannah-Anne Hannah-Anne's gorgeous She is She looks like one of my friends She's like one of my friends She's like one of the only ones That I've shocked her Instagram

She already has like 75,000 followers And she She looks very young She is 23 She's beautiful But she looks very young She's a model She was born in Knoxville

Grew up with the younger brother And younger sister Her parents are her role models And landlords Because she still lives at home She's a talented painter and dabbles in interior decorating when she's not modeling. She travels the world for work and wants a man who can come along for the adventure.

She has a southern accent. Her last relationship was all chemistry with little friendship. And she wants a man who can be her best friend but still have a steamy romance. And they wrote, we have a feeling. This won't be a problem for Pete. So sounds like maybe Pete might be all over Hannah Ann. She said she could watch home improvement shows all day when she's nervous, she becomes very talkative, and her home is decorated with artwork she painted.

Chris Harrison told us a little tidbit that they were turned on to Hannah Ann from Hannah G. I guess Hannah G. and Hannah Ann are friends. They know each other. So Hannah G. recommended her, and she is now on the season. Chris Harrison said Hannah Ann is a part of all the drama, deep in the drama, all season long, but then he said that she's got a good backbone. So, I am skeptical about Hannah Ann because when I first saw her picture I was like oh my god she's absolutely gorgeous who is this girl looked her up immediately I followed her of course because she's so pretty I don't think that she is going to win though so fair so I think that she will make it far though for sure she's definitely going far there's definitely going to be drama she's definitely going to be involved yeah I don't think she will win because I think she will be a very key bachelor bachelor at a bachelor at and Paradise player later on. She's just going to stay in the franchise. Maybe she'll date somebody after.

She seems like a good Paradise player. Right, for sure. Okay, Jade is next. Jade is a 26-year-old flight attendant. Oh, my gosh. Mesa, Arizona, not the flight attendant that Eunice knows, different flight attendant.

Jade grew up a Mormon, and by 22, she was already married and divorced. She has a new outlook on love. She knows what she is looking for. She's working to get her private pilots license. She loves line dancing. She says she's the two-step queen. Says she hosts the best game night in town.

She's afraid of heights. If she could title her, you know, she'd give an aesthetic to her life. It would be organized chaos. Chris Harrison asked the very important question. Can you have two pilots fall in love? Are these two maybe too similar? I was just going to ask that same question, Chris Harrison.

Chris Harrison, I mean, that's why he's the man. Took the words right out of my mouth. Yeah. I have a question for you. Yep. So, I don't know if I'm, like, contradicting myself or whatnot because me and Hank work in the same place, but we do different jobs. No, I was going to, it's exactly what I was going to say.

I don't think I could do work with somebody. I mean, I don't think I could marry somebody who did exactly the same thing I did. I don't think that I can, I would be dating Hank if he was the host of part of my take. Right, right. Like, there's just no way. There would just, I'm sorry. I see it. I think you're right. I think that you need to have a little different perspective on things.

For sure. So I feel like two pilots in the world. They only know about being pilots. Yeah. Will they have anything else to talk about? Right. Yeah. Okay.

Jasmine. She is a 25-year-old client relations manager from Houston, Texas. She has had one serious relationship in the past that lasted three years. But he shocked her when he told her that he didn't want kids. And that was a deal breaker. She enjoys traveling, book club cooking, rock clients. volunteering at church every Sunday. She wants to travel the world,

especially Vietnam, where her family is from. She speaks Vietnamese fluently. She is looking for loyalty, integrity, and honesty. We'll consider proposing herself if she finds a man who can get her chick-fil-a on a Sunday. Her turn-off is guys who sit on the couch all day and play video games. The man of her dreams will help her build the table. And her best friend is her golden retriever,

Narls Barkley. Obviously, this is, without even saying what Chris Harrison said, we see this, speaks Vietnamese fluently, we would automatically say, oh, she's totally speaking Vietnamese out of the limo. Chris Harrison confirmed she speaks Vietnamese right out of the limo. Apparently says

something pretty dirty. Oh. But in Vietnamese. I can get down with that. I don't love the she wants a man to build her a table. Yeah, I don't really get that. Let's have some bigger expectations people. Right. Right. Like, let's have some higher standards that the man of her dreams will help her build a table. Like, what?

Come on. That's all you want him to do. build a fucking table. Right. Anybody could build a table. That one was tough. The other one that I was like, huh, was the proposing herself if she finds a man who can bring her chickfly on a Sunday.

That'll never happen. That'll never happen. They're closed on Sundays. It's just the way chickfly is. Okay. Next is Jenna. She is a 22-year-old. A lot of youngings.

They're all really young. There's a few older ones, but like the older ones are the outliers. Like I can't imagine going on this show. I'm 22 and I don't think I'd be like, yeah, let me go get engaged. Well, you know, we all know what they're really on the show for. Jenna, 22 from New Lennox, Illinois. She's a nursing student.

She's a fun down-to-earth, Midwestern girl who wants someone kind, nurturing, but also spontaneous and adventurous. She went on a life-changing trip to Africa for a medical mission when she realized she needed to be, you know, wanted to make herself happy and did not be such a pushover. She loves the Chicago nightlife. She does trivia and likes shooting darts. Her biggest fear on the show is being sent home before Pete gets the chance to know her.

They wrote, we don't think she has any reason to be worried. Interesting. She is a passionate foodie who wants to eat pasta with Chrissy Teigen. Her goldfish is named George, and he gives great advice. And she likes to bowl and knit. Chris Harrison said she's bold, funny, comes on. strong and that apparently she arrives night one with another lady that's something that they've never seen before oh yeah what does that mean she shows up with another lady he said who she leaves with

pete maybe it's an animal maybe it's actually a lady maybe it's her mom maybe it's her grandma maybe it's a friend i don't know her meet her meet pete right on the first thing as her entrance that would be something we've never seen before yeah that's what that's what you know Chris said something we haven't seen before. I feel like she stays around though because they kind of just gave us that answer by saying we don't think she has any reason to be worried. Sometimes they say that shit and it's also just like to get

us off the tracks, you know? Okay. Katrina Am I skipping one? No, I'm in the right place. Okay. Katrina is a 28 year old pro sports dancer from Chicago, Illinois. Literally everybody is from Chicago. Everybody. It's insane.

Is he from Chicago? No, he's from California. Oh. Southern California. Okay. Marriage is a huge topic in her life. Her parents are high school sweethearts. They've been together for 40 years. Her younger brother is marrying his high school sweetheart next April,

and they're expecting her younger sister to be getting engaged next. I guess she's also in a very serious relationship. And her mom says she needs to settle down soon because, quote, her biological clock is ticking. Thanks, Mom. Always love to hear that to a 28-year-old. I love when a mom says that. Yeah.

She says she's the life of the party, loves to take over the dance floor. She hopes to one day be a college dance coach. Now, this is where things get kind of weird. She has a hairless cat named Jasmine. It's her favorite princess. They do everything together. They're a package deal.

Last Halloween, she dressed up as her cat and her cat dressed up as her. That's too much for me. That's way too much for me. Katrina, I could not be more out. beautiful but if you're dressing up for your hairless like your hairless cat for Halloween

I'm out do you have any friends I'm out I hope so I mean she says she's the life of the party it doesn't seem that way well her best friend is also her cat so right like if you if you're the life of the party yeah that means you should have a bunch of friends everybody loves hanging out with you they want to invite you to everything they want you know what I mean you're the life of the party. I know. You don't dress up with your cat for Halloween. That's weird.

Very strange. That's so weird. Sorry if you dress up with your cat on Halloween. That's fucking strange. Yeah. Although on the weekend, she loves to stay up late and eat chunk food. With her cat? I feel you a sister.

She works for a real estate company. She grew up in Jacksonville, Florida with six siblings. She went to FSU and she graduated with a very serious boyfriend. But I think they broke up after the move to New York, couldn't make it work. She's been on a lot of bad and mediocre dates in New York City. I'm sure a lot of people feel that pain. She says dating a redhead is hard. She would rather be buried alive

and then be trapped in a room full of frogs. Hates frogs. She loves Florida but has too much sass for the suburb life and she is turned off by desperate people. Chris Harrison said she had a great entrance, very cool, calm, impressed Pete. So good for her.

That's crushing it already. I'm kind of rooting for her because of the whole she doesn't think people like the red hair thing. Like, you know what, you own that red hair. Yeah. I like Lexie. Okay, Madison. She is a 23-year-old foster parent recruiter from Auburn, Alabama.

She is an insanely good basketball player. She led her high school basketball team to four state championships, and she was the state MVP one year. Her dad was her coach. She wants a man to prioritize faith and family before everything else. and wants to find somebody with the same religious values who must want kids. Her dream is to travel the world

and spread love through missionary work. If she was stranded on an island and could only bring one book, it would be the Bible. Oh. She loves working with foster kids and wants to open an orphanage and she'd rather wear Jordan's than heels.

Chris Harrison said this girl has a heart of gold and to look out for her early on. I think she's going to go home early on. Sorry. Okay. I think, I don't know, that's my initial reaction. I think she's going to go home early. Okay.

There were some things that Chris Harrison said that I didn't necessarily want to say. Oh, so now I'm wrong. The way you're looking at me is just like, oh, you're wrong. You should have said it. Well, yeah. I didn't know if I wanted to say. Because like I said at the beginning, like Chris Harrison was like, oh, this person is doing this and that other thing. And I was kind of surprised he said it all.

But I don't know how far she'll go. but she's definitely making it through night one. She seems like kind of too good to be true almost. You know what I'm saying? That's why I feel like she's going to go home early on. Like she's beautiful. She's athletic. She plays basketball.

She is, you know, very faith-oriented. She loves taking care of people. I mean, she wants to open an orphanage. Like, she just seems like she really does have a heart of goal. She's also pageant girl, which is not as high level as some of the other ones. In high school, she competed in the Miss Teen USA pageants. She was crowned Miss Teen Montana, but she says it was one of the worst times in her life. She said she was an average size for a teenage girl, but the pageant world made her feel so insecure about her weight, which led her to struggle with body image issues. Marissa was in a five-year relationship during that time with her high school sweetheart.

He was always someone who encouraged her to feel beautiful, and she thought she was going to marry him. But the two of them had conflicting ideas for the future, and they broke up when Marissa realized that she did not want to get married as soon, that he did not want to get married as soon as she did. Soon after their breakup, she moved to Atlanta, stepped up the finish. She lost 80 pounds. She feels great.

She said for the last four years she's dated around but hasn't found anything as serious. She's looking for a man who's fun-spirited, ready for commitment. She hopes she hits it off with Pete. She said she recently left the United States for the first time for a girl's trip to the Caribbean. When she's feeling confident, she breaks into song, and she prefers to surround herself with people who have a more mature outlook on life. All of her best friends are at least 10 years older than her. Interesting. Interesting. I'm not going to put her in as well, and that goes far. Yeah. I mean, you can't have too many pageant girls going far. Right. There is a lot.

Now, this is the other flight attendant that Eunice knows that they work together, I guess. Flight attendant, her mom and her grandmother were flight attendants also with the goal of seeing the world. Her parents split up when she was 18, but Megan still considers herself the definition of a hopeless romantic. She's grateful that things worked out the way they did because she's gotten to see her mom fall in love again with her amazing stepdad. she says she's been in a few serious relationships but only during one year long affair

was she say that she was ever truly in love when she's not flying she loves hiking, skiing, hitting the dog park with her dog bear. She would love to find a man who loves his career as much as she does and who can join her for spontaneous trips back to Portland to spend time with her family. Megan's mother is her best friend.

They talk every day. Megan is a face mask enthusiast. And one day she hopes to travel to Zion National Park. I got nothing bad to say about Megan. I could see Pete and Megan Megan hitting it off. Right. We have another flight attendant.

Like we said, the flight attendant, we can't. But she's from California. I know. And this, the story of like her parents, her mom and her grandma

that are being flight attendants, like, but it's also like, is it too close? Like Pete's mom being a flight attendant. Like, is it all just too similar? There might be too many flight attendants

or he just eliminates all of them. You know, but you say too many cooks in the kitchen. Yeah. Too many flight attendants on the plane. Right. Like just eliminate all the flight attendants right out of the bat. He's not trying to marry a flight attendant.

Right. If, you know, if he was trying to date a flight attendant, he probably would have already done that. Consider it. I mean, he actually probably has. What am I saying? Okay. Next up after Megan is McKenna. McKenna is Canadian.

She's a 22-year-old fashion blogger. Chris Harrison says, you know, those Canadian girls always little nutty. Shout out, Caitlin Bristow. She said McKenna loves to curate chic outfits. but she's way more than a pretty girl in a photo. She's here to find love and isn't going to settle for anyone who won't impress her family. She loves her family, super close with her parents, constantly inspired by her grandparents' love. They were together for 61 years and her grandpa proposed to her grandma on their first date.

Well, that is just adorable. That's so nice. You don't see that nowadays. No, you really don't. McKenna has been in one relationship, but she ended it because he was too controlling. She's looking for someone who will surprise her with romantic adventures, but will also be okay. if she wants to go out drinking and dancing with her friends. McKenna said, I want the good and the bad.

I want to laugh, be goofy, and be spontaneous with my person. But I also want a relationship where we challenge each other. I don't want an easy love. McKenna's obsessed with Grey's Anatomy. Her dream job is to start her own charity. And she loves to go to car shows with her dad. So I like McKenna because she's a fashion blogger, which they all turn into fashion bloggers slash influencers anyway.

So you might as well just get it right off the bat. Pete knows what he's dealing with here. He knows when the show ends that whoever he ends with is going to turn into a fashion blogger. So you know what? Get it out of the way. She's already a fashion blogger. I like this girl too because I think this one,

I think she also fits in the Paradise narrative where I think eventually she'll be a big player just in the universe as a whole. Chris Harrison said she wears her heart on her sleeve and face. She's always making funny faces or she's very expressive. I like that. We said, great for reality TV. Could totally see her.

like being great on Paradise. And she's 22. I think she might be a little too young to be the potential, you know, person that he proposes to. That's why she'd be good for later on. Okay. Natasha, she is a 31-year-old event planner

from New York City. She is the oldest woman on the show at 31. Natasha is, she makes her presence known whenever she enters a room. She plans parties for a living but loves her quiet time when she can meditate and focus on her spirituality. A normal Saturday night is either a big dinner with her friends or she's home watching a movie or reading. Natasha has been in two serious relationships but neither one was ever close to marriage. She wants someone who is

kind, smart, and lay back but also knows how to have a good time. She prides herself on being someone you can count on and would always be there for her man. She says she has never been the type to approach a guy first, but since that hasn't been working, she's looking to change things up and take the bull by the horns. If she could pioneer her own fitness movement, it would be disco yoga. Sounds awesome. Whatever that disco yoga sounds great. Natasha loves her legs and her back where she has a cross and dagger tattoo.

She's afraid of rats, mice, spiders, and anything that crawls. Chris Harrison said she has extreme wit. She never holds back. She speaks her mind. Like I said, she's the oldest woman on the show. I think she's too old for. Pete right off the bat like I don't think it's going to work and I think that she might just like provide some wisdom maybe she'll just she's definitely not going to work with Pete I feel like we can get

that right off the bat because like you said older I don't think it's going to work that way but I could see her sticking around for just a little bit and I feel like she can maybe be like a mother figure to the other girls in the show okay which is just like so sad because they've just everybody's so young now that you're like oh the 31 year old she's like a mother figure because everybody's 20. two or 23. Meanwhile, it's so young still. I know, so young. But compare it to everybody else. Yes. Okay. Next, we have Peyton. She's a 23-year-old business development rep from Wellesley, Massachusetts. She is the type of woman who goes into a bar alone and leaves with a hundred new best

friends. She grew up in Ohio with her four siblings. And thanks to some serious Facebooking, she recently discovered that she has a fifth. Interesting. After a stranger messager, she found out that she had a long-lost sister. Oh, shit. Peyton had a serious boyfriend in college and says that they were in love. They dated for three years, but by her junior year, he started getting jealous of her social life and tried to control her. She lost herself and trying to please him and ended that relationship so she could spend time in college having fun. She describes herself as outgoing and very fun. She is not very athletic, but loves to be outdoors.

Her favorite way to socialize is over a good glass of wine, and she is coming into this with two glasses. Peyton loves to be the life of the party and her biggest fear is missing out. Not afraid of talking to strangers. She actually likes it. is a cute bulldog named Luis. So I feel like she's either going to be friends with everybody or she's going to fight with everybody. Because they're giving us clues that she, you know,

loves to talk to people. She can make a hundred best friends. Life of the party. She's a life of the party, this, that, the other thing. Can go either way. It could be that she is friends with everybody and it could be that she fights with everybody. So I'm interested to see.

I definitely feel like she could go, you know, far-ish, I'm not going to say to the end. We'll see. I need more. I need more from the first night. Definitely. Okay. Sarah. Sarah right now I think is my favorite to win. I'm not going to lie.

Sarah may be a Southern Bell, but she dreams of a life outside Tennessee. After coming close to an engagement with her last boyfriend,

friend Sarah is single and ready to grab life by the horns. She enjoys being outdoors, paddleboarding, reading, listening to podcasts, and binge watching a good series on a rainy day. She loves to cook and find fun healthy recipes to make throughout the week. She hates slugs and she loves listening to electronic music. There's something about Sarah. And, uh, Chris Harrison said that she is a favorite from the start. She loves traveling to foreign countries and competitive horseback riding. She describes herself as a caring, loyal, and understanding partner who when she loves, she loves hard. She said falling in love has been hard.

The best part of her body is her lower back. She wants to go skydiving and she was a competitive horseback rider growing up. Chris Harrison said she is a favorite of the. crew just I guess, you know, like the crew. Amongst friends. Yeah. Lower back is your favorite. Did she mean to say but?

ever since graduating high school. Tammy tried to join the boys' wrestling team in high school as a junior but was turned away. She responded by showing up to every practice and pushing forward on a Title IX complaint until they accepted her. Good thing they did because once on the team, she went on to have a 7-1 record wrestling on the boys varsity team. I like this girl. I know, I like this girl too. I think she's awesome. And last is Victoria P. 27-year-old nurse from Louisiana. that she lost her father at a young age and both her mother and sister struggled with drug addiction so she grew up very fast. Her mother and sister are now both sober. They have a very strong family bond.

Victoria's on the bachelor because she's never given herself a fair shot at finding love. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she would go to Italy. Nothing upsets her more than finding raisins in her cookies. Chris Harrison called her strong, independent, quick with her emotions, and apparently falls for Pete very fast.

the UK tabloids. Shit hit the fan this weekend. Caroline Flack arrested. Arrested. Arrested for domestic violence. Yeah, I mean, she assaulted her boyfriend. They were in a fight. Assault charges. Yeah, she got it. Sorry, maybe not. Yeah. I really jump

the gun there. So there was assault charges. And it happened at their home. And apparently there was blood. Apparently it was really bad. And we don't know all the details because, of course, Caroline Flack put out a statement in which she also let everyone know that she will not be doing the next season of Love Island. She's stepping down.

People are in shambles about this. And I get it. Caroline Flack. When Caroline comes, it's a big thing. But how often is Caroline really? really even in the show. She's in there. She maybe gets 10 minutes of airtime

throughout the entire season. 100%, but there is something about the host that is weirdly important. Like even in the U.S. version, like I like Ariel. But there's still something that was kind of off with her hosting. I didn't fully click for me. But the host doesn't do much ever.

There's some episodes where the host isn't even there. They get text messages. Oh, totally. Yes, but I feel like Caroline just really, like, works the role very well, you know. So she posts on her Instagram story. She said, there have been a significant number of media reports, allegations in regards to my personal life. While matters were not as have been reported, I'm committed to co-operating with the appropriate authorities, and I can't comment further on these matters until the legal process is over.

However, Love Island has been my world for the last five years. It's the best show on telly. In order to not detract attention from the upcoming series, I feel the best thing I can do is to stand down for series six. I want to wish the incredible team working on the show a fantastic series in Cape Town. So whether this was her decision or the network's decision, she is not doing this next season, they're going to have to find somebody obviously quick

because it's literally in like two weeks that they start filming or whatever that people have to be in Cape Town. so they got to figure out what the next step is. Yeah, there was rumors about Mora, which really, really, really excited me. But turns out she's doing dancing on ice. So she will not be doing that. Fun fact, Caroline Flack dated Harry Stiles like in the early 2000, like 2011, I think. Disgusting.

Sorry. She was, it was funny because I forgot. I forgot about that. because at the time I was like you know I don't even know how old I was 16. Well Harry Stiles was 17

she was 31 Right right right right To me that's just bizarre I remember being a fan of one direction And being like this is weird And obviously not knowing who the heck she was Because it was just like she's a British You know a television host

And kind of like you know That correspondent that kind of role So I was like I don't really know who this person is And then I totally forgot watching Love Island And when I kept hearing Caroline Fogg, I was like, that name sounds really familiar, but I can't really put my finger on it. And then when all these articles came out about the situation that happened, it's like Caroline Flag, also known for, you know, dating Harry Styles and dating, I forgot who else the other person was. But I was like, oh, shit, I forgot about that. Kind of weird, though.

Yeah. You know, like, looking back on it, it was like, you're 31. He's 17. Yeah. Although he, you know, although he wanted to date Caroline Flack, it's just like, for her, doesn't she think, oh, this guy's 17? You know, he is Harry Stiles. Oh, yeah, I saw all of them.

She looks like his mother. The pictures of them really always make me laugh. I don't know. It's just kind of weird to me because I feel like, I don't know. I don't know. I just think that even though he's Harry Stiles, you have to be like, oh, he's 17. Did you see Harry's interview with The Guardian where he was just like kind of talking about like his sexuality and his clothes and everything. I just love everything that comes out of that man's mouth.

Everything he says, I'm like, fuck yeah, Harry Styles. I love you. No matter what you say, I'm with it. He's like, I understand that people are going to ask me about my sexuality, but also like, I don't care because I don't care. Like, who cares? Right. He's just like, who cares about any of this? Who cares? Which is so true. He's just, I feel like we have really been on a Harry Stiles kick as of late where we've talked about him for weeks on end, but it's well deserved. Well, I've moved him up to my number one

spot. Right, you did. Of course. I mean, you, like, it was, he sang the, uh, he sang his new album in order at, at the show on Friday night. So like song two was watermelon sugar and you just looked at me and went, I'm in love with Harry

Seiles, I decided. In that moment, yeah, I heard one song And I thought, you're perfect. Yeah. You are perfect. You could sing. You could dance.

You seem like a lovely guy. Right. And I love you. He had told the Guardian, I'm not just sprinkling in sexual ambiguity to be interesting. He's just... He's just himself. Like, if he likes something, he's going to wear it. If he doesn't like something, he won't wear it.

If he wants to paint his nails, funky colors, he's going to do that because he thinks it looks cool. Yep. Like, fuck yeah. Do whatever you want. His nails did look cool. When they were, like, zooming in on the on stage, on the microphone. And he just... He just lights up a room. He's dancing. Everything about him is I am now a huge Harry Styles fan. I can honestly say I was not prior to this album. Obviously, looking at him, I was. And I knew what he was all about. But I didn't really dive into his music.

Yeah. Until now. And I love it. It's all I've listened to. Besides, I have sprinkled in some ASAP Rocky because I like to relive the live performance. Yeah. You know, when you see somebody and you just like to think about, oh, you think about the performance, the song, you picture them dancing to it. I know. And a lot of people have been talking about just like how other, like, Liam's reaction to him and his style now and everything. And they wrote in this article from The Guardian that obviously this big feature that he, of his solo career has been his fashion, his clothing and what has been deemed like, you know, unconventional. he said what women wear what men wear for me it's not a question of that if i see a nice shirt and get told but it's for ladies i think okay doesn't make me want to wear it less though i think the moment you feel more comfortable with yourself it all becomes a lot easier uh then the he said what do you do you know author wrote what do you mean he said uh a part of it was having like a big moment of

self-reflection and self-acceptance he has a habit when he's made a definitive of statement of raising his chin and nodding a little as if to decide whether he still agrees with himself. He said, I think it's a very free and freeing time. I think people are asking, why not a lot more, which excites me. It's not just clothes where lines have been blurred. It's going across so many things. I think you've related to music and how genres are blurring. Sexuality to the author says, he says, yep, yep. And then he wrote, there's a popular perception, I say that you don't define his trait. The lyrics to your songs, the clothes you choose to wear, even the sleeve of your new record, all these things get picked apart for clues that you're bisexual.

Has anyone ever asked you, though? He said, I guess I have been asked, but I don't know why. He goes, you mean why asked the question? He goes, yeah, I think I do mean that. It's not like I'm sitting on an answer and protecting it and holding it back. It's not a case of, I'm not telling you because I don't want to tell you. It's not, oh, this is mine and it's not yours. And then he was asked, what is it then? He goes, who cares? Does that make sense? It's just who cares? Yeah, and then he talked about how he was told by, you know, the guy he works with to just date men, women, whoever. He was like, he said, I just think sexuality is something that's fun. Yeah.

I agree with that. Yeah. Harry Stiles. Sexuality. He goes, I can't say I've given it any more thought than that. See, that's where I don't know. That's where I don't really, like, believe Harry Styles. Because I definitely think he's given it some thought more than that.

But I like, I like where he's headed. You know what I mean? I just like his very. vibe that he gives off. He's just like, who cares? Let's just be happy. Do whatever you want. I'm going to do me. I'm going to wear whatever I want. Yeah. And who really cares? I know. I love reading these profiles on him because I just feel like they are, they're always pretty fascinating and they've done a great, like, job of looking at him personally. Like the Rolling Stone when he was on the Rolling Stone cover and that article was really great. So how do we get back to

talking about Harry Styles? Caroline Flack. Caroline Flack. Arrested. It just always goes. back to him. It really does. That's fine by me. I'm so excited to do they release the cat. I guess they don't do that, huh? They don't like release the cast of Love Island before the show starts or maybe they do. You can't because the new, because it's like a surprise, you know, when they come down and it's like, oh, who you like? Right. Duh. Come on. And it's alive. I truly forget. They don't even know who the cast is. I truly forget who, like what happens at the beginning because I always just think about what happens at the end. Um, No, you're very right.

Well, I'm sure it's cast, but they just don't know about each other. Like, they don't have, the contestants have not actually met each other yet. Oh, man, I'm excited. We got to figure out how to get the- January 12th. I'm glad we have a little bit more time, which was good to hear. Yeah. Like I thought maybe January 8th, January 12th.

And I think we'll get it for another six weeks, hopefully, right? Six or eight weeks? I think, I don't know. Wasn't it eight weeks for the fifth season? Was it eight weeks? It just seemed like it went up every season. I don't know. All I know is that it's just a bunch of episodes.

It's 50 episodes. It's definitely 50 days worth. Right. So, seven, no, no, not seven, five, ten, 15, 20. Seven. We're doing terrible mental half in our heads. I mean, obviously, it's less than two. months because, you know, that's 60 days, so it's less than two months.

So definitely less than eight weeks. Plus, they throw in those filler episodes of, you know, recap, recap episodes. Oh, like the weekly hotline. The week in review or whatever the heck they do. Where they give a. That airs on whatever it is. Never before and see footage, whatever that is. Yeah, exactly.

Exactly. So no Caroline Flack. We'll see who they. Hopefully it's somebody from this season. Get to replace her. Fifth season. I feel like they probably are just going to get some other, I would assume like television host.

I would think that, but I also think that maybe instead of making people mad, like bringing somebody that's been on Love Island before. Like if they brought back Kemp and he was the host, you know what I mean? People would go nuts. Right. Definitely. So maybe if they just bring back a cast member or some sort or maybe a new host, we'll see, see what happens.

And it kind of went along with a podcast where we talked about, you know, Leah and Michelle may be canceling on us.

But that's okay, that's okay. We don't hold it against her. Maybe not. Maybe a little bit. Who cares? But this conspiracy is about Leah Michelle not being able to read. Yeah. So the Liam Michelle is illiterate conspiracy took off after basically like this podcast made a Facebook video where two fans who are like big fans, Lee Michelle.

Jay Hunt and Robert Ackerman They host the podcast called One More Thing And this was, I guess, a few years back A couple years back, not that far Where they like broke down this whole theory That she could not read her right It was a 40-minute long video They had all these different examples

One of the biggest ones was in Naya Rivera's book They felt like she alluded to this Right, well we'll just go through it from the beginning because that's the best way to go about this. So the pair, they discussed why they thought she was illiterate. And they started off with Leah Michelle being a young girl. She was a young girl on Broadway or not Broadway, whatever it was. Yeah, I mean, she was a young girl on Broadway.

She did many musicals, plays. And, you know, when you start off young, it's like, are you in school? What's going on? So they said in ragtime, she played a little girl. and the only words it consisted of were Papa or Mama or just very small words. She didn't have to speak a lot. Then she was in Les Miz where all she had to sing was Castle on a Cloud, which apparently they say everyone can sing Castle on a Cloud.

It's very easy to sing she didn't have to learn much. Then it goes on to talk about her glee days where this is where Naya Rivera's book comes in. Right. Because apparently she. she like refused to improvise lines and there was some other stuff that she was talking about and people began to believe that Leah Michelle was illiterate because she didn't read her music. She would just like hear the song and be able to do it. And Instagram captions, she doesn't write.

She just uses emojis and they thought that Ryan Murphy was trying to teach her how to read on the set of Glee because she didn't learn as a young girl because she was too busy on Broadway. Yeah, it's crazy. So they referenced this part in Naya's book that said she would like, she would often refuse to improvise her line. She would only speak exactly what was written for her, like, you know, straight up memorized. And so then they also said, you know, after the book was released in 2016, people would

ask Leah about it and she would just say, read the book. And they were like, what's going on here? what it is so then uh they also pointed out that they you know watch watch videos saw pictures of her at album signings and book signings and they said that she almost never was photographed touching her pen to the paper saying that like either she faked her signature or was already on there and they faked it for the picture um and then this was also kind of one of the funniest parts of this whole thing to me was they talked about how she doesn't ever really write long Instagram captions. And that like she always says she usually just uses emojis or with the ones that have long captions were taken by somebody else or ran by somebody else.

Which that one just makes me laugh because that's just it's so preposterous. Like I never post long captions. Like all my captions are emojis because I can never think of a caption. Right. But I feel like it's a little different with Leah Michelle because she has so many people working for her. Like somebody can come up with a caption, somebody can write it for her.

They also said that fans speculated that Naya Rivera wrote about Leah Michelle because Leah Michelle wouldn't be able to read it. Right. Which is where I'm like, eh, because somebody obviously was going to read it to her. I mean, somebody could tell her what happened. But when they talk about how when she was a young girl and she was working and she didn't have a lot of lines and that's where I start to believe it a little bit more. But then when they mentioned like,

she'd read the book like okay well if there was a book trash talking you well no i would read it see that or at least have somebody but she's not admitting that she read it no but she has talked about this conspiracy before she has talked about it uh you can also watch this video of um a 2015 interview with the glee cast on ellen and they played cards against humanity and the they claimed that she did so poorly during the game because she couldn't read the cards. And the host of the podcast who made this well video also said that there was another segment where they played most likely to and that it appeared the actress was struggling to write down

her castmate's names. So you can go back, watch those videos. Those videos do exist on YouTube if you want to watch them. The cast of Glee plays cards against humanity and the other one is Glee Caste. Glee cast playing game Class superlatives And just you know Their observation was that

She was moving a little slow You know after watching them It's a little slow But it's not like alarmingly slow Right when you hear the conspiracy And then you look at the videos You're like oh But if you just saw the video

Without hearing the conspiracy Then you probably wouldn't think twice about it If you watch the video with it in your head like All right we're going to see if she can read Yeah. You're thinking about it and you're like, wow, that was slow. But if you were just watching it, you probably want to know this. Right. But then Leah Michelle addressed this and she wrote, loved reading this tweet and wanted to write you back, literally laughing out loud at all of this. Love you. I love that she addressed this because when we talked about Aver Levine and the way that Ava Levine addressed her conspiracy was strange. It was strange. She wasn't like, I'm laughing at all of this. I think this is really funny. Avrilavine was just like, Weird, huh? Yeah. And that was it.

At least Leah Michelle wrote back something funny and witty. Right. Although, was it her assistant that came up with this? Well, she, Andy Cohen also asked her about it on Watch What Happens Live, which we can probably maybe, like, put a quick clip in here of Andy asking her about it, where she just totally laughed about it, too. What are your thoughts on those conspiracy videos saying that you're illiterate? Did you hear about this?

No. What? You don't know about this? How long did I have? I woke up one day and all of a sudden, all online, someone had made like a conspiracy video, 45-minute long video, trying to prove that I can't read or write.

All right. What is this saying? What is that word? Well, it's Durinda. Sounded out. No, I... Dorinda. But by the way, not only do I have to memorize pages and pages,

they said that Ryan Murphy would have to read the lines to me. Yes. Ryan called me, he's like, Do people think that I have the time in my life to come and do this? He's like a billionaire. I got accepted to NYU. Like, I mean, it's the most bizarre thing that's ever happened in my life. But just on curiosity, what was their proof?

So the proof was when I go on like book tours, like book signing, but I'd be signing my name, but I wouldn't actually be writing it. I'd just be like posed. Oh, you also don't know how to write your own name. I don't know. Yes, no, nothing. Yes. It was like that.

It was like, I think that. My signature was sloppy. I mean, it all tracks. It all tracks. Right. It's just, have you ever had anything like that happen? Like something just so... I always say it, and I don't know why I give it more, that I made out with the situation.

I don't understand it. I don't even know. It's so random. It's so... It's so... It's so ridiculous. Just like mine. I did.

Like, mine was like... It wasn't the only thing I did. I came a blow job right afterwards. Right. I mean, I feel better. I feel better. Sorry, Dennis. I apologize.

Someone tried to start that. That's very funny. So, I mean, it's clear that she obviously just thinks this is funny. It's like not a serious thing. But it's, I think it's even more interesting to see, like, what conspiracies people pick up and don't pick up, right? Because this blew up on Twitter where everyone just thought it was the funniest thing. And it grew because so many people were tweeting about it. Well, the memes are hilarious.

Yeah, like, the memes and, like, that set fire to this conspiracy when there's so. many other like little ones if you see tweets of like such random shit and you're like uh that makes no sense but it's just i don't know it doesn't maybe it just doesn't have like the humor factor to it but this became like a social media movement almost that really helped feel the conspiracy that got like you know andy cohen asking her if she can read her right right and it made me go to lia michel's instagram because then i started thinking oh that is kind of like a weird caption you know why didn't she write something down? But what you said was true with Instagram,

everybody struggles with writing captions. Oh, I mean, trying to figure out what to write is so hard because every caption is basic nowadays. And if you put an emoji, but her captions are short. Yeah. And they do just have emojis. A lot of emojis.

And it does seem like she's not the one writing the captions. That's also very possible. very possible. I could also see um, um, Lee Michelle having somebody who runs her Instagram for her. For sure. You know? I don't think Leah Michelle runs her Instagram. Like I could like,

it's the, it was like the kind of situation with, um, a bad example. But like when Kristen Cavalary posted that picture from New York on 9-11, there was that like ridiculous caption and she said she like, she like, she blamed it on like somebody who worked for her social media who wrote the caption. Like that to me just confirmed. Like that to me just confirm that people of like Kristen Cavalry's caliber like probably aren't running their own

Instagram. Right, because they're busy running around doing other things. And like maybe, you know, they approved the photo. They're like, yes, I like that photo. Post it. And then somebody else posted and puts a caption on it. So. But there's other things to support the fact that this is not true because, you know, she was a star of Glee. And she had to learn lines. She had to memorize lines. I bet Ryan Murphy was too busy to be sitting with Lee and Michelle every day trying to teach her out to read. That's, I mean, look, that's honestly why this is one of my favorite conspiracies, because it's so ridiculous to me and, like, so far-fetched that there's not even, like, a little part of my brain that's like, maybe she can't read, you know? Like, there's other conspiracies and we'll talk about

them as we get to them on, on this segment. But there have been times where, like, if you dive in deep enough, like, even with Avrilavine, like, I felt deep into videos where I was like, I don't know. Right. Like, it could be Melissa. But this one to me. just feels impossible because she just wouldn't be able to do anything. Right. Like the job that she has, like it would truly be impossible. It would be impossible. But I felt like we had to do this one because so many people DM us about it.

It was on brand. It was timely. It was on brand. As much as I'd like to say that Leah Michelle can't read and write. Right. I can't with a clear conscience say that I believe this. She 100% can read and write. Like I don't believe this conspiracy one bit, but it is funny.

I want to talk about because you were in two of my favorite shows of all time. Yeah. One being the Spranos, obviously. I want to know if you get annoyed, the fact that everyone is always bringing up the Sopranos to you and calling you Meadow or if you just like embrace it. I would never say annoyed. I mean, you can't ever like have a negative.

about being involved with a show like that. I just, the only thing is sometimes I wonder, I'm like, will it ever not be mentioned? Like, I don't know. I don't know if it will, it will always just be a point of conversation in every interview or anything that I ever do. But that's okay. Yeah. I'm okay with it. Because it's such an iconic show.

And I think it's like, you kind of have to embrace that. I mean. Of course. Happily. Oh, my God. So I have to. She has to watch. Yeah.

I have never watched the surprise. Me neither. So I'm with you. So you've never watched it? No. Not one episode? When I was little, not that little, but my parents watched every episode.

And I think like I still have it ingrained in my brain. Like I would try and peek around the corner when they were watching. And they would be like, get out, you can't watch this. This is inappropriate. And like in my, like I got yelled at so many times for like trying to sneak in and watch. It's the forbidden show for you. It is a forbidden show. I'm like, I can't watch.

I'll get in trouble. See, that's like the opposite of my parents. They kind of just, I'm the third child. So they just let me watch whatever. and that was Sopranos and Entourage, which Entrage is my favorite show of all time. So I remember as a kid watching them. And then when I grew up, I rewatched it all back

and I finally understood what was going on. I feel like I was just watching and was entertained, but didn't really get it. Yeah. Now I get it. Yeah. Did you love or like, or was it super weird to be playing yourself?

Like kind of. Well, I was a huge fan of Entourage. And I kept asking to be. on it and when Sopranos was airing they wouldn't let me which I understood why and I'd become friendly with the guys because of being at HBO events and whatnot and Doug Ellen who's a creator

and so when Sopranos was finished Doug said Jamie HBO is clear dude you want to come on the show and I'm like yes and he's like all right I'm writing something a little racy like tell me if you're down for it I'm like well it's clearly a fictionalized version of me sure this sounds I would love to be instead of like Vinnie

or Vince's you know love interest to be with Turtle And so it was supposed to be just like a one-off. And then we had some chemistry and they invited me back. And then it turned into like a season and a half gig. So it was awesome. That was like my favorite season. I have to say I'm obsessed with the show.

Did you ever feel like people were confusing you and your character as Jamie Lynn Siegler on the show considering you were playing yourself? I think because I also in real life started dating Jerry. But yes, I think some lines got a little blurred there. But I mean, I would like to say, like, I obviously would never jerk off a stranger in a plane. Just make that clear. I'm not going to buy my boyfriend's Porsches. Like, that's not me.

Right. And it's, that is funny. But I feel like everybody kind of has that persona on the show. Like, just because the show was so popular and so funny. Like, you see any of those, even those guys who weren't playing themselves. Totally. You see Jerry Ferrar and you're like, your name isn't Jerry. Yes.

Of course. And everyone assumes he's like, has like, a hundred. joints in his pocket. And I was like, I don't smoke weed at all. Right. And it's kind of like seeing Mark Wahlberg on the show. I feel like Mark Wahlberg was kind of a dick in Entourage. Right.

Yeah, Bob Saggett. Well, Bob Saggett is Bob Saggett. That is Bob Sagget. Although he didn't show that side to us, but that is Bob Saggett. But like Mark Wahlberg, I'd watch it. I'd be like, damn, he's a real dick on the show. But I bet he's not like that in your life. Totally.

Because they're playing yourself within a character. Exactly. What was it like, back to Sopranos? What was it like being on set and kind of behind the scenes because obviously you're a younger girl and all these grown men around you. What was that like? I was the princess. I mean, and they all treated me like that. I mean, there were some times where I like wish that like I was, you know, not treated so much like the kid, but in hindsight, I appreciate it. They were so protective of me and loving.

And the whole experience in general, like I always look back at it and I understand now and I appreciate what I got to be a part of. But it's the only thing I can really connect to it in my memories is the personal experience. Like I went through so much. I was 16 when we started. I was 26 when it was done. I went through an eating disorder. I went through a marriage and a divorce and like a lot of ups and downs. And those people were the people other than my family that were like really there for me. They didn't care what I look like, what I was going through season after season. They just wanted me to be the best I could be. And that's, I'll take with me forever, you know? Right. And with a show that went on for so long, it's hard not to become just like one big family. Completely. And you're playing a family.

Yeah. So not near Jericho. Yeah. Yeah. Fran brought this up before. Do you get annoyed that people think you're Italian all the time or probably soon because you're Italian? Well, because I was saying that I didn't even really realize until I was kind of reading

about you. And I was like, oh my God, she's not Italian. Because like, you know, you meadow Soprano and then you're in this new movie. mob town and playing a mob boss like wife so it's like you and you pull off the role so well so i think people just assume like ah yeah she's got to be italian i'm happy i'm happy for people to assume i'm italian and i think like when you mix my background all together i kind of look italian but no i'm a nice jewish girl from long islands who's also my mom's cuban yeah um so i have that side and then my dad together. Exactly. Yeah. Oh my gosh. So you are also in the new movie Mob Times and Town.

Town. Sorry. And you're playing the wife. So it's upgraded from the daughter. Yes. You're playing a wife. What attracted you to this role? Danny, who is the director of the film and also plays my husband in it, is a friend of mine from forever. When I was a teenager, he was a club promoter in New York City. Like, who would call me to come to his club. So I've known him through many incarnations of life and through him, and acting and directing, and he sent me this movie. I had actually quit acting for a little while and was taking a break, and he sent me the script. It's a true story, which I didn't know about. And he's like, I think you and I would have a lot of fun together. You're going to play like the quintessential mob wife and, you know, in the 1950s. And I just kind of jumped at the chance to like get in that hair and that makeup and throw

on that accent and be outrageous and ferocious and ridiculous. It just sounded like a fun two weeks of my life away from like. mommyhood. Right, right. And so obviously you had to take a break from be, not, sounds bad, sounds bad, take a break from being a mom, but take a break. You had to go back to work and you took a break from acting. How difficult was that? It wasn't as hard as I thought then. Because it was, it was a welcome reprieve, but it also reminded me like, oh, wait, I think I still really like doing this. Right. So it was kind of what like catapulted. me into realizing I wanted to get back and work more.

And so I waited for my youngest son to get a little bit older. And now since June, I've just kind of been working nonstop, which has been great. And I have the mom gil, but somebody once told me something and I'm trying to remember it is like, just try and be where my feet are. And so, you know, I can, every time I'm home, I wish I was working. And when I'm working, I wish I was with them. So I'm just trying to enjoy all aspects of what I've got going on. Definitely.

The podcast must be nice because you do your mama said podcast. And it's about being a mom. What made you want to do that? And pair with Lady Gang. Yes. Yes. So I love Lady Gang. I love those girls.

When I had my first son, I had all these feelings about motherhood that weren't all good. Like I loved my son more than anything. But it was hard. And I thought there was something wrong with me that maybe I wasn't a good mom because I wasn't enjoying every single moment of it. And when I was pregnant with my second, I reached out to my friend Jenna, who was also pregnant with her second and started to like kind of voice what I was going through again. And she was like, oh my God, me too.

I've done that. I've done that, thought that. And I was like, really? Yeah. I didn't realize I was alone. So that's when we decided to start the podcast. And we kind of coined it like the pretty and the shitty of motherhood. Like it's all encompassing.

It's so many things we talk about our husbands and sex and every. I mean, sometimes I forget that it's going to, people are actually going to listen to it. You know? That's, those are the best part about it. Because then people really obviously relate to it because they know. know there's a little less of a filter. Yes, and no one's exempt from like, you know, a blowout shit diaper and like, you know, tantrums. And that's what we love is when we have these celebrities and actresses and dads come on to talk about it.

Like nobody's safe. You know, but we all have the same fears and wins and fails when it comes to parenting. And, you know, we're all trying to do the best we can. Yeah. I saw your merch and it was like shitty mommy. And I thought that was hilarious. Yeah. Because you're just owning the fact that not every mom is going to be perfect.

I feel like on social media nowadays, we see so much mom shaming going on. It's terrible. Shea Mitchell, right, posted the picture the other day. I saw that. And somebody commented, like, you're looking into the camera, not even into your baby's eyes. Like, why aren't you enjoying the moment? She's like, what are you talking about? It's a photo shoot.

The most ridiculous comment I've ever heard in my life. Yeah. It's like free reign with social media. And that's, yeah, we're trying to create a community of safe place for moms to be. we have a segment every week called shitty mommy where somebody confesses like a mommy sin you know or something that you did by accident and it's the best part and we all either like I said have done there been there thought that right wanted to do that you know yeah yeah yeah what do you think is the biggest mommy sin that you've done so I would say the first four months of both my son's

lives were very dark and I'm I'm not it's not a representation of who I am but it's amazing what true lack of sleep can do to a person. I'm like not the same human. And I've, I've definitely, like, called my kids when they're waking up a hundred times in the night, like assholes and things like that.

But I'm very glad they don't understand English yet to remember. In the back of your brain, you're like, they're too, they'll never remember this. I know, but still, and then you feel so good. And then you just cry more because you said that. Yeah.

I feel like that's going to be me as a mom, just like constantly cursing under my breath without my kid hearing. Well, We'll have you on mama's saying. Yeah, yeah. I mean, that's like years and years and years from now. Let's pause for a second. So funny.

But that's amazing. Go ahead. No, I was going to say, you mentioned that your husband is a big Barstle fan. Yes. What we have to ask. I mean, how do you marry into the, to the Dykstra family? Well, Cutter when I met him, was a minor league baseball player. I met Lenny the first week that I met Cutter.

And then he went to jail. right after that. So it was a very intense beginning to our relationship. I know many sides of Lenny, the sober Lenny, the lucid Lenny is an amazing human being and great person and somebody I love to be around, but there's another other sides of him that are just unfortunate that right now we're just not around and kind of talk to. But with my husband, I got, you know, he doesn't play baseball anymore, but the first three years of our relationship, I lived on the road with him. when we play minor league baseball and it's like a badge of honor that I wear was like tough years but a grind and we had our newborn with us and it was great and so yeah baseball my my older son

is like freakishly athletically gifted oh yeah there's a baseball star or hockey he loves ice hockey too yeah yeah yeah and how old is he sick i wouldn't know which one to go with wow i'm there's something incredibly cute about young boys playing or girls whatever playing playing playing ice hockey Yeah, not to be, it's just so cute because all the pads and everything. I know. He's been ice skating since he's two and like on the Little Kings because we live in LA's with the Little Kings. That's adorable.

It's so cute. A athlete star on the rise. Very, I mean, his name is Bo Dykstra. That's like such a like, right? He has the only thing he can be. He's destined for greatness. Exactly. He has to be a baseball player.

Yeah. I feel like there's so many Bo baseball players. Yeah. That's just like the name. Totally. Does that worry you though a little bit? because I feel like sometimes moms get worried when their kids are so young playing like a sport that's like a little bit dangerous.

I don't really get it because I'm like, then you're just going to shelter your kid for your whole life. My husband's the helicopter dad. He's like the one that's like, you're going to get hurt. And I'm like, he's fine. If he gets hurt, that's what part of being a kid is, especially a little boy. Totally. I'm so easy going when it comes to that kind of stuff and he's like the nervous.

Right. Right. And boys are probably easier anyway. Well, maybe. I hear as they get older. When they're young, they're a lot of energy. Like, they never sit down.

Just, like, bouncing off the walls at all time. There's so many days where I'm like, I wish one of you just, like, wanted me to braid your hair. At least, someone wanted to play dolls. Like, I just don't feel like throwing a football anymore. Paging each other's nails or something like that. Something like that. That would be nice.
