Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners. You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music. This is... What's up, everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Rian Friend. We are giving you that Friday energy on a Thursday. We have a fantastic episode for you today.
Starting point is 00:00:33 I'm not exaggerating that. I say that every show. I mean it every show, but I really mean it. Yeah. Things have just been heating up in the Bachelor world. Bachelor Nation is heating up. We got just drama all over the place. We explain all of that.
Starting point is 00:00:48 And of course, we talk about, we have Bella Thorne on this week's podcast. Yeah, we got to clarify. We have to clarify what happened. So we interviewed Bella Thorne last Friday. And then the next day is when she posted her nudes. And then everything happened with Whoopi Goldberg. So unfortunately, we couldn't talk to her about that. but we did talk to her about a lot of stuff that happened in her book.
Starting point is 00:01:11 Yes. A lot of personal things that happened in her life that's very serious. We also talk about her weed company. We talk about Tanna. We talk about Jake Paul. We talk about all that good stuff. Yeah. So make sure you listen to that.
Starting point is 00:01:23 Fran, what do you got to say? I feel like I'm talking a lot now. Well, you said it all. I know. I tried to chime in. Like, sometimes when you're on a roll, I just kind of like throw in. Like, uh-huh. Yep.
Starting point is 00:01:35 We're doing that. Yeah. You are right. Like a hype man. I know I can't really fit. I don't want to cut you off, but I'm going to, so I'm good. Right. I was just on a roll for a second, you know, and I felt, and I turned over.
Starting point is 00:01:46 I honestly was just facing my laptop and I wasn't even facing you for a second. I felt bad. Yeah, we're sitting in a weird position. That's why I got distracted. I felt like I was doing a solo show. Yeah. Because we are not in our normal seats. We're not in our normal seats.
Starting point is 00:01:59 I'm not even facing Fran really. So I got caught up in the moment and the excitement of the podcast. Yes, definitely. going to mention Caleb and Rohn, Dix in the office. It's short, but it's sweet, and we're just clear in the air, and hopefully next week, everything will be sorted out. But this is the first time they've been back together on the show, so we just wanted them to discuss their trips, and then we'll have a bigger segment next week. Because honestly, once again, another long podcast between all the Bachelor stuff and the recap and Bell Thorne.
Starting point is 00:02:32 Yes, but it's a great episode. Oh, and we have something very exciting for our listeners here at home. If you've ever wanted to be on our show before, if you've ever wanted to come to the bar still office and hang out, meet everybody here. We have an auction. Yes, this is your opportunity to do so. We're doing an auction right now, the whole company, for social teas, Animal Rescue. It's based in New York City. This is like our big blogs for dogs campaign.
Starting point is 00:03:01 We're doing an event. We're doing fundraise. You can buy T-shirts. But the auction is really the main thing driving donation. So we really, really, really want to, you know, get a lot of money for them, obviously. So you can bid to hang out with us, merch basket, come on the podcast, sit with the radio. Yeah. And it doesn't just have to be one person.
Starting point is 00:03:23 You can grab your friends, bid together, pool your money, whatever you want to do. And then you could come as a group if you want. And one of the things we're going to do, you can come on the podcast and you'll get to sit and ask, questions for 10 minutes. So it'll be a little flipperoo, switcheroo. Fliparoo. Yeah, that's a new one. You'll be able to sit on the radio show. Obviously, we'll show you around the office here. You'll meet the people here. Free merch. Yeah, free merch. So like we said, you could bid yourself or you could bid with your friends, make it a group thing. You guys can come here. Yeah. But we want to raise as much money as possible for the dogs.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Yeah. Because, of course, we love the dogs. Right. And for some background, social T's animal rescue is a not-for-profit strictly no-kill 501C3 organization. They're based out of New York. They take abandoned animals from kill shelters and provide them with the save haven and the vet care they need before placing them in their forever homes. Every year they rescue, rehabilitate, and place over 3,000 dogs, cats, birds, and exotics. So it's not just dogs. It's tons of animals. We love the animals.
Starting point is 00:04:26 But this is really our, we're really fighting for this right now. We want to raise a lot of money. Yes. And it ends Wednesday. June 26. So get your bids in before then. And we'll put the link in the description. So all you got to do right now is if you want to come hang out with me and Fran, be on the podcast. See, see Barclay H.Q. All you got to do is go to the link in the description. And you could bid. Also, if you want to just say the link, Fran. The link is very long. Yeah, that probably won't work. So just go to the link. I'm not going to read the link.
Starting point is 00:04:57 But it's on eBay. And we've, no one will put it in. It's going to be in the podcast. It's description. I'm not going to read out loud. You won't read that loud. Yeah, yeah. eBay.com slash Barstools underscore. Yeah, it's, yeah. Go to the link in the description or just go to our social media handles. At Barcelria, at Barstle Fran on Twitter. We've tweeted about it at Chicks in the Off. Yes. Yeah, I see. He doesn't fit. We've tweeted about it there all on Twitter. And on our Instagrams, we've posted about it. So just go find those links. Bid, bid, bid. We've got to raise money for the Pups. Perfect. All right. So since.
Starting point is 00:05:32 we have a lot going on in this podcast, I'm going to lay it out for everybody. I'm going to name the topics in the order. Because recording-wise, things came at different times. Right. So, we're going to talk about this from Whoopi Goldberg and Bella Thorne. Then we got the Bachelorette recap. Then
Starting point is 00:05:51 we have the batch... Which we filmed, I mean, which we recorded after the episode. Before the drama. So that comes first. That comes first. Then we got the Bachelor drama. And then we got Diccler. And then we got Dix in the office with Caleb Rohn to lighten up the mood a little bit. And then we end it with our fantastic interview with Bella Thorne. Right. So that came that we actually recorded last
Starting point is 00:06:12 Friday. That we recorded last Friday before the Whoopi Goldberg drama. Right. So everything, the time. Timing is all over the place. Timing is all over the place. But everything is great. So let's get into it, starting off with Whoopi Goldberg. Lisa knows how important rest is to a better life. Lisa is the foundation of a healthier, happier you. Starting point is 00:08:07 Whoopi Goldberg made a huge mistake. We'll start off by saying that. Bella Thorne released her own nudes because a hacker was blackmailing her with videos and pictures that she took of herself and she wanted to take the power back, which she did. And she posted herself and she said, I'm not going to let this guy get to me. I'm not going to let him post this. I'm going to post it myself.
Starting point is 00:08:29 And it was a really empowering moment for her, although it took a lot of courage and, you know, obviously she was not embarrassed about it, but it was not. She got put in an impossible situation. Because obviously those pictures are not meant for everybody, but at the same time, she doesn't want this hacker to have the power over her. She knew they were going to come out. Right. And it was either do it yourself so you kind of control it or let somebody else control you
Starting point is 00:09:00 and control these pictures. Right. So she put it out herself. She was very open about it. Obviously, you know, she's talked about, she's been very open about her past and everything she's gone through. And the ladies on the view spoke about it. Yeah, the ladies on the view spoke about it. Whoopi Goldberg had her opinion. Bella didn't agree.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Calling out of a skin. I do, Whoopi. I just feel that if you don't put them, if you don't take them and put him in it, listen, if you're famous, I don't care how old you. are. You don't take new pictures of yourself. But she only wants to share with one person. But she should, listen, when they're hacking you, they're hacking all of your stuff. So whether it's one picture or a million pictures, once you take that picture, it goes into the cloud and it's available to any hacker who wants it. And if you don't know that in 2019, that this is an issue, You, you, I'm sorry, your age does not, you don't get to do that.
Starting point is 00:10:04 But why not just make a hard copy and put it in a frame and send it? Why does it have to be out there like that? I don't understand that. Well, the problem with the hard copy is that the person who has made the picture appear on your thing also has a copy. But she's not the blame, it's a guy that's going to export her. I'm not going to lie, I want to say that I feel pretty disgusting. You know, I feel pretty disgusting, whoopee knowing everyone's seen, like, you know, my shit.
Starting point is 00:10:32 And I just want to say that me watching this interview made me feel really bad about myself. And I hope you're happy. I really do. I really hope you're so fucking happy because I can only imagine all of the kids who have their shit release and then they commit suicide.
Starting point is 00:10:47 And, you know, you're so crazy for thinking such terrible things on such an awful situation. Like, you know, I don't really want to go the view anymore because I don't really want to be beaten down by a bunch of older women for my body and my sexuality. I don't really feel like that. And so I'm going to cancel my interview because you guys talking about your views to young girls because I would not want my daughter to learn that and I would never say that to her. Okay, I'm done. Yeah. So obviously what Whoopie said, we don't agree with. Yeah. I mean, we're in a
Starting point is 00:11:30 time where you should be able to do whatever you want on your phone. It's your privacy. You want to take pictures of yourself. Go ahead. You do you. You know what I mean? Right. The problem is the hackers and the blackmailers. The problem is not Bella Thorne. Right. You know, that's where the problem lied with what, what be and what they were talking about is that Belethorn shouldn't have to feel scared. And that's what the problem is nowadays that we're, we feel scared and other people feel scared because they're like, oh no somebody's going to steal this from me. Yeah. We should be talking about the people who are stealing it.
Starting point is 00:12:04 They're the problem. Not the people who are taking the pictures. Let's tell people to not extort other people. Like it's tough because Whoopi is saying it's so hard for, you know, if you're famous, you just have to know you can't be doing this. And obviously when you're famous, there's a different set of rules.
Starting point is 00:12:24 Your life is very different. But your body is still your body. You know, like she, yes, she is a famous person, but that, so that means because she's famous, she can't do these things, she can't take a picture of herself, she can't send her a boyfriend. Look, she's dating somebody right now that lives across the fucking Atlantic Ocean. Right. So it's like he, yeah, maybe she wanted to send him a picture.
Starting point is 00:12:51 She should be allowed to do that without worrying that somebody is going to hack her stuff and try and get into her things. It is such a horrible invasion of privacy for anybody. We are, the two of us, we're so below this level. But we have, like, I get people trying to hack into my personal Snapchat account all the time. Like I get text messages. They want me to send a code. Like, I know they're just trying to hack into my Snapchat account.
Starting point is 00:13:18 And it's like, what do you? I'm not allowed to have a personal Snapchat account yet. I'm going to because I want to. and just because I have some I don't even you know what I'm saying just because I'm somewhat of a public figure I can't do that
Starting point is 00:13:35 I mean yeah that happens to us all the time it's like somebody literally called my phone company trying to get my phone code to just hack into my phone to literally take my phone and have it on their phone what am I supposed to just not have a phone you know what I mean like that we're not the problem
Starting point is 00:13:51 Bella Thorne is not the problem for taking pictures of herself like that She feels good. She wants to take pictures of herself. Good for her. The problem is the people that are hacking and trying to do this. And listen, it is the internet. You're not going to stop these crazy people.
Starting point is 00:14:04 But we should be putting the blame on them, not on Bella. And I understand her frustration completely. And she's in such a vulnerable position. And I understand why she had to, you know, she had to go on Instagram and show her in that state and show her being upset by this because, you know, Whoopi needs to know that her comments affect people. And she is older and there are older women on the view. And we talk about this all the time.
Starting point is 00:14:30 We say, you know, we like what we do because we're younger and we feel like we relate to the people listening to us. These, like Bell said, I don't want to go on the show and get beaten up by older women. Right. Because their views are just, you know, they're not thinking in this time. They're just like, oh, put it in a picture frame and give it to them. Are you kidding me? Yeah. You sound 80 years old.
Starting point is 00:14:55 It's crazy because obviously it's like it's just you're getting yelled at about the cloud. And we make jokes about it all the time. Yeah, we say, you know, the cloud exists. You know, if you're going to, if you take the pictures, it's hard to think that nobody else could ever see them. You just have to be aware of that, which is fine. But when you send something to your boyfriend, which is obviously meant for one person, and you trust that person not to be showing that to anybody else. That's like that's in between you guys.
Starting point is 00:15:31 You shouldn't have to worry about other people trying to see that. But she wrote, she wrote on her notes first that she said, Dear Whoopee, I have loved you for so long, but honestly, I'm so displeased and saddened by your response to my leak. Blaming girls for taking the photo in the first place is sick and honestly disgusting. So what? A girl can't send her boyfriend that she misses photos of her that are sexy, things he's already seen. I as a woman should be so scared walking around my home being on my phone
Starting point is 00:15:58 doing anything. Is that what you want our women to be like? Scared of the masses for our sexuality? Is that what you want? I don't. I'm offended for anyone out there who has ever taken a sexy photo. I'm offended for Jennifer Lawrence who feels publicly raped. I'm offended for every person who has committed suicide for someone leaking their nudes. Your view on this matter is honestly awful and I hope you change your mindset as you are on a show talking to young girls. Yeah, I mean, I agree with that. Because I think she brings up a great point because people have killed themselves over situations like this. And it's a very serious situation. And at the end of the day, all they're doing is taking a picture of their body because they want to.
Starting point is 00:16:35 That's not something that people should be making you feel bad about. And we're past that time. And it was even worse for Bella, because not only was she hacked, but this person was using it to extort her, harass her, use her own pictures against her. which is so, I just think it's almost different than getting hacked or one of these mass kind of like celebrity hackings where it all goes up on a website and everything and all of a sudden those pictures are there. This guy, person, whoever it was, was harassing her for so, was harassing her being texting her over and over, sending her own pictures. Right. That is why it's so scary and freaky. On such a big platform like the view, you would think that they would make.
Starting point is 00:17:22 at a point to talk about how scary it is that somebody was trying to extort her and blackmail her and how creepy it is of that person to be texting Bella those videos. Instead, they went the other direction with it. When in reality, the hacker is the problem, which we said. That's disgusting, blackmailing somebody like that is disgusting. And they're the problem. Belethorn is not the problem. But I do have to say, I love how much of a bad bitch she is because she really just stands up for herself. She doesn't let anybody take her down. She's going to put on Instagram herself crying and she's not going to care. You know what I mean? Like she's just very real. Everything she does is real. And even though she's so upset about this, she's still letting everyone know
Starting point is 00:18:03 those feelings. She's not hiding from it. She's saying, because it helps other people in these situations. Right. And she's been posting a lot of responses that she's been getting from other young famous people, young famous women who are supporting her to show that obviously it's not just women, like older women's opinions that are the end-all be-all. It's not what Whoopi Goldberg says that's the end-lb-all. So, you know, like Lucy Hale reached out to her and said, good for you, baby girl. I'm so proud of you for speaking up. This breaks my heart,
Starting point is 00:18:37 but you're making a difference for other girls and women. Lily Rose Depp said, proud of you for what you did and how you're speaking out about it. absolutely right. Anyone who says otherwise is just wrong, living in another century, and clearly completely unconcerned by what repercussions words like that might have as it relates to young people and how they view their sexuality and bodies. Sending you love and I would have done the same thing. Madison Beer. She said, thank you, thank you, thank you. Why aren't we talking about the men who betrayed our trust and humiliated us? Why aren't we saying shame on them for doing something so nasty and mean? We clearly trust those we send anything risky to as people in the public. So thank you
Starting point is 00:19:14 for saying this. The conversation should be about our trust being betrayed and being humiliated. Even Logan Paul reached out and was like, saw your post. I feel very empathetic. Then I saw you talking about the paparazzi and about being molested when you were younger. And she said, you're a real bad bitch. Like, you're a fucking badass. Harry Hudson reached out. And there's, you know, honestly, Dove Cameron has been pushing a lot for this. Like Dove posted on her own story. I mean, on her own Instagram on her own Twitter. On her own Twitter. She said, where's the support for young women? I love women.
Starting point is 00:19:47 Everyone should love women. Don't be an asshole. Sexuality is part of being human. But judgment and objectification is not ugh. I can't handle too ugly. Whoopi Goldberg, please be better. I don't even have any kind words for you. Yeah, that's what just be better, Whoopi Goldberg.
Starting point is 00:20:02 I mean, just being so blind and not putting yourself in that person's position, I mean, how would whoopee feel if somebody was blackmailing her like that? Probably not great. So put yourself in Bella's position. don't blame her. I mean, who cares? The fact that would be, you know what I mean? Like, just who cares?
Starting point is 00:20:21 She could do whatever she wants. That's the moral of the story. And fuck anybody who says otherwise. I'm glad that she's getting all the support. Yeah. And I think that all these things make Bella Thorne stronger and who she is. You know what I mean? She's just so real and open and honest with people.
Starting point is 00:20:39 And that's why people love it and support her. Yeah, 100%. And it's actually really nice to see her. post all these people reaching out to her, some she's worked with before, some she hasn't. Because it is a feeling that when this horrible shit happens to you, you're not alone, you have people to support you. Tyler Posey texted her and was like, yo, Bell, I read a little about your new thing. Really fucking cool what you did. Fuck that guy.
Starting point is 00:21:01 She was like, thank you. She's like, badass, really cool of you. She was like, I do feel a little weird. Everyone's seeing my boobies, but it is what it is. Zendaya texted her and said, just a reminder that you are strong and create. and beautiful inside it out. You fucking broke my heart with that damn IG post. But anyway, just being a fucking sap right now, LMAO,
Starting point is 00:21:21 just letting you know you're a light and I'm super proud. Love you. Yeah, I mean, I love all the support that she's getting. I do feel bad because she mentioned, she's asking everyone, oh, so you've seen my nudes too. And she mentioned I feel weird that everybody's seen me. Right. But also, you know what?
Starting point is 00:21:37 At the end of the day, yes, if this is myself or you, you would feel weird about it. But having that people that love you reach out to you. And all that empowering energy will help her in the end. So I think it's good that she did what she did. And fuck whatever Wopi Goldberg says. Who cares? Yeah. I know you'd like to thank your shit don't stay.

So I want to say that I was done with the episode before it even started. So I had misconceived. Yeah, you went in with negative. Is that what it, misconceived notions? Is that the phrase? That's what I would say I went in with last night because I wasn't really in the mood to watch.
Starting point is 00:24:42 And I kind of had a feeling it was going to be a sucky episode for some reason. I was just like, Luke P. sticking around, you know, we knew that was going to happen because of the trailer from last week. Yeah. And I just went in thinking this episode's going to suck. Yeah, you shut it off. I know. I got a nice sub-tweet midway through the Bacheloret episode. I was like, damn, all right.
Starting point is 00:25:03 I sub-tweeted the fuck out of you. Kelly Keynes on purpose. I knew that I was sub-tweeting you guys and still wanted to do it. Pretty sassy. Yeah, it was. Like I like to be. Yeah. But and it's sassy because you know I'm watching because it's my job. Yes, I know that. So which is why it was funny. Like, wow, how can anybody leave this on? Well, it's my job. I was going to respond that. Yeah. Honestly, Fran and I are like committed to the job. Yeah, fuck you guys. Say you're, say you're, I'm not committed to the job. Get the fuck out of here. Just because I didn't want to watch that boring ass recap for an hour? Get out of here with shit I already seen. I was going to write back
Starting point is 00:25:40 and people were like, oh no, you took a shot at Fran. I was going to say, Fran, Fran doesn't care that I'm not watching this stupid recap for an hour. But let's talk about the first hour first. Let's talk about the first hour first. Okay. No, I don't think I don't think I don't think any of the first hour. I watch the first hour and I don't think anybody would blame me for shutting off the second hour to be completely honest that watched the second hour. You really didn't miss anything. Exactly. That's exactly why I started off. The preview at the end was basically the biggest thing,
Starting point is 00:26:08 and there was a couple, yeah, there really wasn't even anything that it was just something to complain about, which is fun. Everybody likes to complain about things. It just was stupid. So I don't know if that's why. I think this was the worst episode in Bachelor Art History,
Starting point is 00:26:22 or because it actually was. I mean, there's been some really bad episodes in the past. The first... This one was pretty freaking bad, friend. Well, the first hour was not bad. That this is the thing. They balanced it out and had the first hour of fighting and the second hour of like an actual one-on-one date or something, group date, anything. Why was there in Latvia?
Starting point is 00:26:44 There was no dates. So I'm just guessing that they, and somebody tweeted me out this as well, that everything got pushed back a week. The finale date and the premiere Bachelor of Paradise all got pushed back a week. so they had to throw in some filler. Like they legitimately probably just straight up ran out of footage. And I guess they couldn't drag it out long enough. But how do you run out of footage? Because they've finished filming the show months ago.
Starting point is 00:27:17 Crazy. It's just crazy to me. I feel like you should have extra footage just in case something like this happens. Not enough dates, I guess. I don't know. So they threw this, the filler in. Okay. Let's take it from the top, though.
Starting point is 00:27:30 Take it from the top. She sends Luke P. home. But not really. Well, he left and then he came back. So he, so they're, you know, this is a continuation of last week. They're on the one-on-one date. She can't decide whether or not to give Luke P. the rose. They're fighting back and forth.
Starting point is 00:27:45 She decides she's not going to give him the rose. She's going to send him home. Luke P leaves. And he says, no, no, no. I'm coming back. I'm coming back. I got to fight for Hannah. And this is when I threw up all over my floor because I'm like, oh, no.
Starting point is 00:27:58 he is going to stay. And I ate my words because I tweeted out like I was right. He's going home within the first five minutes. And then a second later he stayed and I was, fuck me. Of course he was going to stay. They need him until the end of the season. Yeah. They need him on the show because he's creating all this nonsense.
Starting point is 00:28:16 Right. So he comes back. He once again, I wrote this in my blog. I cannot tell you like one sentence that actually came out of his mouth. Because I feel like I just black out every time I want to move mountains for you. I hate this. I can't stand it. Seriously.
Starting point is 00:28:37 I cannot stand it. That was genuinely one of the worst things I've seen on my TV. I'm not kidding. It was so cringe. I was cringing out of my skin, getting secondhand embarrassment. I wrote this on Twitter. He seemed like just a terrible Broadway actor. When he's like, just play it back one more time.
Starting point is 00:28:54 He sounds like he's reading a script. I want to move mountains. mountains for you. I hate this. Like, he couldn't get, I hate this out. It was like he was practicing lines. There was a producer with a cute card behind Hannah that we didn't see. Right. Like, okay, I hate this.
Starting point is 00:29:11 And maybe he stumbled on hey, he can't really, he didn't read it right. Right. I hate, I hate this. It was like an actor trying to read lines that he couldn't get out. It was so crinkervy. And he just, like I said, I just,
Starting point is 00:29:25 he spews the same bullshit And it's just like nonsense of saying, he just finds different ways of saying, I like you over and over again, but not actually saying anything else. So he, Hannah's like, I want you to yell. Like, I want you to do something. And that was, that was his response.
Starting point is 00:29:44 I'll move mountains. I want to move mountains. Shut up. Shut up. That's not the way to do it. At one point he said, I genuinely want to marry you. I was like, shut up. No, you don't.
Starting point is 00:29:56 You liar. You have no idea. It was just absolutely crazy to watch. The weirdest part about it was when he goes, before he starts yelling all that nonsense, he's like, you mind if I step back here to yell? Yeah. Just like, what? Get off the show, but he won't get off the show because Hannah lets him stay.
Starting point is 00:30:15 She doesn't give him a rose, but she wants him to be here. So he goes back to the guys. They're pissed. And he's like, so she didn't give me a rose, but she wants me to stay. Yeah. And these guys are just pissed. You posted a tweet of. some guy's faces and all of them are just absolutely disturbed that Lopez sticking around.
Starting point is 00:30:33 They want nothing to do with him. Absolutely nothing to do with him. He doesn't have one friend. And that's the biggest telltale sign is that there's 15 guys in the house still right now, however many. Not one of those guys likes him. Right. You know, maybe if there was one or two that kind of saw the other side of Luke, I'd be like, all right, maybe there's something. Not one of them like him. No, and we're down. Yeah, I mean, actually I wonder how many it is exactly. It's like 10. Wow, we're moving that fast. So, or at least after the three got sent home last night.
Starting point is 00:31:07 But it's crazy to me because I got multiple people and saw some people on Twitter saying that if Luke wasn't there, the guys would just be ganging up on somebody else because that's what they've been doing this season. and they kind of pointed fingers and then get that person eliminated. But I just think that's absolutely wrong. Like I really think if Luke was gone, they would not be fighting. They all, everybody else gets along. They all seem to like each other. I don't think anybody would be fighting, but it's easy to say that when Luke P is the problem. Take Luke P out of the situation.
Starting point is 00:31:46 Now, who do they focus on? They're focusing on each other. So more problems could happen from them focusing on each other and not just focusing on Luke P. But right now they're all focusing on Luke P, so it's hard to fight with each other because they're focused on fighting. Everybody has a common enemy. But it's like, I just, I don't know, it's very bizarre to me. And also
Starting point is 00:32:02 just because on that group date last week, without Luke P, Hannah was like, this was the best day ever, best date, like, everybody got along so well. They had such a great time. Everyone was respectful and Luke just wasn't there. I'm like, how do you have to see that Luke is the problem? There's zero
Starting point is 00:32:18 redeeming qualities about Luke. I want to say that because it would be different. if say Luke P was just like absolutely horrendous human being everything he does is annoying but he was super hot like say Luke P was just so so hot undeniably hot but had a sucky personality and Hannah just kept him around I could maybe see that well Hannah thinks he's that that's the thing he's not that hot like but I don't want to say that because he's an attractive guy he is hot but he's not hot enough to cover up all these see problems I think we're blinded by how annoying he is now you know what I think
Starting point is 00:32:52 I think objectively he is a very hot guy. You really think so? He just has annoyed the shit out of us so much. Then now we don't think he's hot. That now we're like, he's not even that hot. Just because he's so annoying. You think if we didn't think he was annoying? We would think he's super hot because I still don't think I think he was like, whoa, oh my God.
Starting point is 00:33:08 You're so hot. I don't think I would. Maybe, but I'm not sure. We got to go back to, you know, what we first said about the guys and see what we said about him. Yeah. Because I don't even remember what I said about him at first before I realized how annoying he was. We could have said he was really hot. I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:33:24 I can't look at him without seeing just pest written on his face. Christoph from Frozen now. I think they look exactly the same. Yeah, I guess so. That's all I'm seeing. Yeah, every time I see his dumb face, I think of Christoph from Frozen. Yeah, that is a good comparison. Now I'm thinking of it.
Starting point is 00:33:41 It's like the same eyebrows and no, I don't know what it is. They look the same. Yeah, I called Luke Pee a pusty little bug and that's what he is. Luke Pest. Yeah, Luke Pest. Perfect. It's just what he is. He's just a pest.
Starting point is 00:33:53 So now he's back. Everybody's pissed. Now Hannah can't control her emotions at this point in time because she, a lot is going on for her. Luke P is causing problems. She thinks it's all the guys that are making her crazy. Yeah. And it's tough because they are all so focused on Luke.
Starting point is 00:34:10 Well, not all of them. But like Garrett is so caught up in Luke that he can't get out of his own way, which is always tough to watch because I like Garrett a lot. I think Garrett's a good guy. But he just is caught up. hating Luke so much that this is the classic shooting yourself in the foot situation. He goes to, like, you know, he told Luke, don't mention any of our names on your date. Luke comes back.
Starting point is 00:34:34 He said he didn't say any of their names. Garrett goes to Hannah, asks if Luke's mentioned any of their names. Hannah's like, yeah, we talked about Mike. We talked about Devin and Dylan. But I asked. Garrett immediately goes back to the guys and is like, why did you talk about us? I told you not talk about us. who lied to our face.
Starting point is 00:34:52 So Garrett's whole morality lying high horse thing was tiring. Because he was like, I don't even care that you talked about people's names is because you lied about it.
Starting point is 00:35:06 You looked at all of us straight in the faces that you didn't talk about any of us. So I was like, all right, chill out. Like Hannah asked him, Hannah got pissed. It's different. If Hannah asked, nobody's going to say,
Starting point is 00:35:15 no, we can't tell you. Right. She's the bachelor's right. That's the one point. We're like, if Hannah's going to ask Luke a direct question about the house and what's going on in the house, what is he going to say? Well, Hannah, you know,
Starting point is 00:35:25 Garrett told me not to talk about any of the boys. And Hannah would say, well, you're competing for me, not for Garrett. Exactly. So that's, it's very weird, but Hannah hears them all yelling. She's about to have some time with Connor S. Poor Conner S. He keeps getting, like, cucked out of time. It's really annoying me. I just want more. Conor S. Yeah. I'm not getting enough.
Starting point is 00:35:45 I don't think Connor S is really going to make it on this show, to be honest. No, for a second, I thought Connor S was going to go home. last night. I got real nervous. I don't think he's going to make it that far. Do you think he's on paradise or no? I hope so. I hope he is. He would be great on paradise. But, um, so he, so yeah, Louis time with Conner, ass, Hannah B goes back to the guys. And she's basically just like, shut the fuck on. That makes me feel freaking psycho and irritated right now. It's all of you. It's truly all of you. That makes me feel this way.
Starting point is 00:36:20 and although like I came in here like so ready to like get to know you and like start sharing things about me that none of you know. None of you know anything about me and why I'm here and what makes me me and things that I've gone through. And so like I don't feel comfortable in any of this because nobody's even asked because all we do is talk about stupid shit. And so, like, I don't want to talk to anybody. Because at this point, like, I'm just like... She was really, really upset. Which is fair. She probably thinks she just has a bunch of surface-level relationships right now
Starting point is 00:37:07 and nobody's really trying to dig deep. You know, she's kind of making out with everybody having a good time. But it's not gone deeper than that with anybody yet. So she's obviously fed up. The boys were being super catty. My problem with what Hannah B said there was she was like, you're all the problem. You're all making me crazy.
Starting point is 00:37:28 It's like, but are they all the problem? Right. No, because there's some sweethearts in that bunch. And the pro, like, if they're, if you're saying everybody is too focused on hating Luke P. Or Luke P is not the only one that it's annoying me. You're annoyed because. All the guys are annoyed by Luke P, so just get rid of Luke P.
Starting point is 00:37:50 That's what I don't get. There's so many other guys that are so great. I'm not trying to hate on Hannah at all because I really like Hannah and I like how she's been handling herself this season. But the one problem that I have with her is that the fact she can't figure out that Luke P shouldn't be there. Right. It's like it's really frustrating to watch from the outside. And I almost feel like I'm watching a friend who is dating a guy. that all my friends hate, you know?
Starting point is 00:38:19 Right. It's like where time and time again, we can tell her over and over how bad the guy is, but she just can't get out of her own way. And it's, it's hard, it really is hard to watch. And Hannah is such a strong woman, and she's like, look, let me figure this shit out for myself. Don't talk about my other relationships.
Starting point is 00:38:38 I'll worry about that. I'll worry about Luke. You worry about yourself. But it's so hard watching because it's like, he's the problem, but. And she's so strong, like, I can figure it out. But you're not figuring it out. It's just frustrated.
Starting point is 00:38:52 And everybody here is trying to tell you, but you're not figuring it out. Yeah. And it's, it's, that's basically what happened for the first hour, if we're being honest. Like, it just was a lot of Hannah being fed up and Luke P staying and the guy's being fed up with Luke P. Somebody tweeted to me, I want to read it. It was a funny tweet. She said, when Hannah said, it's all of you, I about kicked my TV. Tyler C is an angel.
Starting point is 00:39:15 You leave him alone. I felt that. Felt that completely. Well, there's some of the guys who just sat there in total silence. Like, this is not what they were wanting to deal with. Right. So it's frustrating. It sucks for the guys that are there that actually do want to take it seriously and want to be with Hannah and whatnot.
Starting point is 00:39:30 And then they're just, Luke P's taken up all the time. Yeah. It really is. And, you know, they're still going back and forth. I still have no idea what the hell Luke P. was even saying in his argument. He just says the same shit over and over again. Right. I couldn't repeat one word.
Starting point is 00:39:46 Right. I don't even know what he said to Garrett. The only sentence I remember from Luke P the entire night was, I would move mountains for you. Yeah. I hate this. That's the only thing that's replaying in my brain because it was so bad. It's just the same shit over and over.
Starting point is 00:40:02 They have the same conversation over and over. Hannah at one point literally looked at Luke and went, like we're on radio so you can't see him, but he zipped. It was like a teacher. It was like zip your lips. And he looked like a kid, skull. Right, like a kid scolded by the teacher. He was told to shut up.
Starting point is 00:40:20 Well, he needs to just do that. Like, he needs to listen to what Hannah said, take constructive criticism, shut up, be a good person. Yeah. And maybe you'll come out looking good in the end. Exactly. Probably not. She told everybody to stay in your freaking lane. That part cracked me out because it was, she was trying to be so intimidating.
Starting point is 00:40:42 And she was like, stay in your freaking lane. And anytime somebody says freaking, it's not intimidating, but she couldn't say fucking because that would have been. Yeah, yeah. But it would have been so funny if she was like, stay in your fucking lane and they had to bleep it out because you would not expect that from Hannah. That would have been super badass. We really needed a fucking from there in that moment just for the bleep. Like I feel like she wanted to do it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:04 Like when Chris Harrison said, he jumped over the fucking wall. I think you're allowed at least one fucking with the bloke. I think she's already cursed a ton this season. So I think she was watching yourself. Remember when Jed walked in on her and Luke and she was like, it was just beep, beep, beep, beep. Right, right. Like she wears the shit done. It actually just be her brand.
Starting point is 00:41:23 Hannah, you don't expect her curse a lot, but she does. There was also a moment where she chugs her drink completely before she went back in, which I took a notice of. Fighting. It was so annoying. It was so annoying. But she did one of those that everybody can relate to. Everybody has been in this position where you're out drinking somewhere and you're annoyed at the situation, whatever's going around around you. and you just absolutely chug your drink.
Starting point is 00:41:46 Like every last step of it, you make that face, that annoyed face, and you take down the drink like you're in a movie. Definitely. It's very true. And it was so sad because she had Chris Harrison kind of comfort her, and she was very upset. She was crying.
Starting point is 00:42:00 And Chris was like, hey, these guys really like you, which checks out because poor Pilot Pete, like his little, I don't even know if I want to call it a speech. Like his little speech for the group, of him being like, this sucks, guys. Like, it was so cute. He's like, can't we all just get it? It was very sweet, innocent pilot Pete,
Starting point is 00:42:22 wholesome pilot Pete just trying to get everybody to pay attention to Hannah and not pay attention to Luke. The Bachelorette is never going to be like a campfire. Everybody's sitting around roasts of marshmals. It's never going to be that way. There's always going to be one person that, you know, people are annoyed by. But it seems like this season, Luke P is extra annoying. You know, because.
Starting point is 00:42:43 On Colton season, people wanted Demi to be the villain role, but she turned out to be really funny. Yeah. So it kind of, not backfired, but it was like, she was funny. So it wasn't annoying. Luke P is actually annoying. Like, just annoying to watch. Luke P. is just like freaking gaslighting in every chance he can get. It's just, it's so hard to watch.
Starting point is 00:43:06 And then I, at this point, I actually almost like spit out my drink at my television when they were talking about. being petty and he were like, yeah, guys, you know, we're being petty. Things are getting petty. And he, Garrett apologized. He's like, I want to apologize to the group. You know, I was definitely petty. I just going to apologize to y'all. And Luke goes, you know what?
Starting point is 00:43:29 I personally appreciate your apology. I was like, are you fucking kidding me? He is not apologizing to you. He's like, yeah, you know, I had important things to tell Hannah. Hannah had things that she wanted to tell me. Like I, I, I could not believe that he thinks. thought Garrett was apologizing to him. It's just proof of how crazy he is that he thinks everything is about him.
Starting point is 00:43:51 Just oblivious. Oblivious to the world. He thinks that this show is a show based on a relationship between Luke and Hannah. Not The Bachelorette. It's a relationship between Luke and Hannah. And that's what's being filmed. Absolutely. All right.
Starting point is 00:44:07 Let's get into the second hour of The Bachelorette, which doesn't really matter at all. It doesn't, but I want to tell everybody first who went home in the row ceremony because Luke stayed again. Get to that. Kevin, Grant, and Devin all went home. And we're still, this is, I wrote this in my blog. We're still like on the outskirts. Ria, you have no idea who all three of those people are. That's exactly what I was going to say. I couldn't even tell you who Kevin Grant and Dylan. Yeah. Devin? Nope, Devin. Devin couldn't tell you who those people are. Yeah, I didn't think he would. So it's like, this is the thing. The road ceremony is now. I'm like, she's kind of she's cutting guys that I know she wouldn't end up with right so it's like okay you know
Starting point is 00:44:50 these guys are going home whatever yeah we knew they weren't going to last because i mean they haven't i don't even know who they are exactly once once we keep going and he look p he he stays on the show she's going to have to start sending home guys that we like in favor of keeping luke p and that's going to be hard is when I'm going to freak out because I can envision the time that she's going to send home Connor S in order to save Luke P or literally any of the other guys that are left. Like I actually, I basically like almost all the other guys that are left. When she sends any of these guys home over Luke P, it's going to be so incredibly frustrating. It is going to be very annoying. And, you know, Kevin, Kevin had a good clip where he went home.
Starting point is 00:45:41 me was just like when Hannah doesn't realize what's going on with Luke P. It's just he. And Kevin is the one who is like a behavioral specialist. So I feel like he really nailed it on the head with what he said. I forget what it was exactly. The clip was in my blog. Oh, can we play the clip then? I tweeted it.
Starting point is 00:46:04 It's a clip. I tweeted a video. It's probably going to be really low volume because I filmed it from my television. but it was Kevin. I said, Amen, Kevin, a video of him talking about Luke P and I forget exactly what it was.
Starting point is 00:46:19 But when you find it, you can play it. At this point, it was now like 9-15 and there still wasn't a date, but they were like, we're going to Latvia. I was like, okay, Lotvia. Okay, cool. I don't think anybody on this show has been to Latvia before.
Starting point is 00:46:31 Yeah, I mean, we wanted them to, you know, get out there. Get out there, and that's what they're doing. I have the clip if you want. Please play it, Noah. As Luke, it breaks my heart to see that she likes him that much that she's not saying that he's the issue here. He likes to win no matter what the cost. And the cost right now is Hannah's happiness and sanity probably.
Starting point is 00:46:52 Great clip. He's like, Hannah likes him so much. All he wants to do is win. And right now, what's on the line is her happiness and probably her sanity. Very fair, Kevin. Very fair. Sad to see you go. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:08 Sad to see you go. but thanks for the words of wisdom on your way out. Very nice of you. But friend, let's talk about what happened in the second hour after the Rose ceremony. Let's explain because I saw where this was heading and I said I got to shut this off. I'm not sticking around for this little play-by-play halftime report show with Chris Harrison. I'm putting on the MTV and Movie Awards. Yeah, Chris.
Starting point is 00:47:29 Well, Chris and Hannah sat down in Lafayette. And even at that point, I was like, okay, we're really dragging this along. Chris is like, do you think this process is going to work? Like, what are you feeling? And I was like, what is she going to leave? That's not a thing. She's not just going to, you know, so it's like having the idea of, oh, is she just going to quit the show? No, she's not going to quit the show.
Starting point is 00:47:49 Whenever, there's always a part in the season where the Bachelor or the Bachelorette says, I can't do this anymore. I don't want to do this anymore. And for like a quick second in your brain, you think, are they going to quit the show right now? But they're not allowed to quit the show. They have a contract. They can't quit the show. So we go to commercial and it comes back to Chris. outside the mansion, they're back in L.A.
Starting point is 00:48:12 It was this, we're now clearly watching footage that was filmed after the season ended, would be my guess. Hannah and Chris having a sit-down chat. They're just going through everything that's happened in the last five weeks, up until literally the footage we watched at the beginning of this episode.
Starting point is 00:48:31 Like, they were recapping what we watched in the first half hour of the show. We just watched this. You could have not watched any episodes of The Bachelorette the season and have been all caught up last night. I'm confused why I wasted my time watching week to week when I You could have just watched last night. I just picked it up from there.
Starting point is 00:48:47 Although, you know, we wouldn't do that because we like to give people of the Bachelorette recaps. You know, Fran, like you said, do our job. Somebody tweeted at me because I was like, wow, I just wasted five weeks. I could have just watched this. She was like, yeah, but you wouldn't have seen all the makeouts. True. We would have missed the makeouts. We would have lost a lot of good Tyler C footage.
Starting point is 00:49:05 I was going to say, we need to see the Tyler C makeout footage. and it would have been upsetting to not to that. We wouldn't have even known about it. So good on us for watching. Except they did this stupid bullshit play-by-play. Oh, look what happened in the season. Nobody cares. Like showing clips of hair.
Starting point is 00:49:22 Because we've seen it already. And our inside jokes, like never before seeing footage with Jonathan. Nobody cares. Nobody cares. Nobody even remembers who Jonathan is. Who's Jonathan? I don't even know who Jonathan is. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:49:34 Nobody even remembers who Jonathan is. We're going to spend five minutes talking about Jonathan. Yeah, like, come on, you're wasting up precious time, Chris Harrison. Now, listen, Chris Harrison, I love you. We have the same birthday. We're birthday twins. I respect you in every way. But wasting our precious time on this.
Starting point is 00:49:52 But at the same time, it goes back and forth because you say you wasted our precious time. But also, you got all these people to watch that. So you are really great at your job. Yeah, he is. He is. The man conducts a great interview. Yeah, he really does. And, you know, he asked Hannah, who.
Starting point is 00:50:07 who she would like to kiss all day long. She said Luke, so that was a barf moment. Oh, God. I see, I missed that part. Oh, yeah, she did. If I would have watched, I would have saw that part. He asked her who was the best kisser and he was like, oh, like, I can't. Not that she didn't want to say, she just, I think everybody's a different kisser, I guess, basically was what she was saying.
Starting point is 00:50:26 And then he was like, well, who would you want to kiss all the time? And then she said Luke, which was just. It's just disappointing. It's just disappointing. It is. Like you said before, it's like a friend of yours who's dating a guy that you just hate. You just hate it. And every time they talk about them, you just have a bad taste in your mouth.
Starting point is 00:50:44 You just can't accept the nice things that they say about that person. Yeah. And Chris brought up the fact that Hannah has only kissed five boys before going on this show. In her lifetime? Apparently. Wow. And now she's just maybe that's why she's kissing everybody because she's had lost time to make up on. Five boys.
Starting point is 00:51:02 It actually explains a lot of why she's making. making out with everybody. How old is she 20? She's horny as fuck. She's only made out with five boys her whole life. Yeah, I would bet that she probably sees all these guys in the room. She's like, she's my age.
Starting point is 00:51:14 That's crazy. That's crazy. Well, I don't want to judge anybody. Like now people are going to think, oh, Rhea thinks if you don't make out with that many people. But I'm just saying I would not expect that. Maybe her views have changed. Yeah. Obviously, as she's gotten older, so it's different.
Starting point is 00:51:29 If, like, if that's how you're going to act your whole life and that's maybe just your beliefs. your religion or whatever. That's fine. But that's not the life Hannah's living. So it's funny now seeing her, like making out with everybody. Because she's just. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:51:44 It's funny to hear that she changed her way. She's now super horny. Right. It's funny to hear that she's only made out with five people and then she gets on the show and makes out with five people in one night. Right. It's very impressive. I applaud her for it.
Starting point is 00:51:55 Yeah. So, you know, they keep talking. We're seeing stupid clips. We had like 10 minutes on a pimple that Hannah had that she named. Like we just don't need that. It was so. It was really dumb. need that. It's unnecessary precious time
Starting point is 00:52:07 that you're taking up out of our lives. We don't need it. So let's talk about the preview for the rest of the season. Because honestly, they basically just gave everything. Like, I think they just wanted to confirm to everybody that Luke P is going to self-destruct. But it was just even more frustrating because now it's like how many episodes do we have to watch to see this happen? Because it could be weeks before we finally see this.
Starting point is 00:52:28 He could make it all the way to the end. I know. Like this could be... Which is the scary part. That conversation could have been on fantasy. In which case, I am going to be so pissed because there's better guys on the show that deserve the spot way more than he does. He said to her, the marriage bed should be kept pure. What?
Starting point is 00:52:50 I just, I struggle with this because he has had a lot of sex in his life. Yeah. And he changed his ways because he found Jesus in the shower. In the shower. I just don't get it. I don't get it. I can't... I can't deal with him judging Hannah
Starting point is 00:53:11 when he has this past and he's decided to change his ways. That's fine. Good for you. But don't shame Hannah for how she feels about it. And he was like, look, if she's sleeping with guys, like, I'm out. I'm done.
Starting point is 00:53:24 So leave. So... Clearly, she freaks the fuck out. She was like, I can't believe you even just said that to me. She goes naked bungee jumping with Garrett. Love that. Love that. But I don't think that's that well.
Starting point is 00:53:36 Luke P either. So, you know, Luke P's not her dad or her boyfriend. And then she says, like, she's like, that's when she drops, you know, I've had sex and Jesus still loves me.
Starting point is 00:53:46 So I'm interested to see if this is like, I've had sex on this show, you know? Because did you see her? She's like, I'm going to get down in the fancy sweet. She's looking at sex. Listen, I don't blame her because you're so,
Starting point is 00:54:00 you know, no, not at all. You're weeks with these people. You have all these guys, these great guys in front of you. Do you see that hot? Makeout, right. At the beginning with Tyler C. Yes.
Starting point is 00:54:09 Like, she's talking about each other's bodies. Like, she's obviously attracted to them. She's going to be attracted to them. She wants to have sex with them. So good for her. At least it's not like Colton season where we don't even know what I mean, he didn't have sex in the fantasy suites. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:22 And we just waited the whole season for him to lose his virginity in this fantasy sweets. It didn't happen. At least we get Hannah being like, I'm ready to get down because I'm rooting for her to do that. Absolutely 100% rooting for her to do that. I'm rooting for it even more because I know once it happens, you send in Luke P. Exactly. See you, Luke P. P. off. Who cares? Yeah. See ya. Yeah. If he can't support it, then get out of here.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Totally. And then to end, most of the Bachelor in Paradise cast has come out. They've dropped 19 names. I'll read them. Annalise, Bibiana, Blake, Kalin, Cam, Chris Bukowski, Clay, Demi, Derek, Hannah G, Jane, John Paul Jones, Katie, Kevin, Nicole, Anyaka, Sydney, Tasha, and Wills. I was waiting for Amanda Stan's name to be on this list. Like, if she pops up. She could. If she pops up, I'll just die laughing.
Starting point is 00:55:20 I have no other reaction to just start cracking up when she pops up on Bachelor and Paradise because I know Trent is going to have some funny shit to say about her. Totally. Her not being on with her kids. She just doesn't want to be with them. She wants to be on Bachelor of Paradise. I'm expecting her to show up. I think that Demi and John Paul Jones.
Starting point is 00:55:36 are going to have some. They may not leave together, but they're going to have some sort of connection. John Paul Jones actually looks so cute in his little Bachelor Bachelor in Paradise cast photo. I'm rooting for John Paul Jones. Oh, rooting so hard.
Starting point is 00:55:47 So he, like I said, he was an enemy in the beginning, which I completely take back. I wish I never said that because I am now fully rooting for John Paul Jones. Yeah, 100%. For some background
Starting point is 00:55:57 because you were not watching when Chris McCowski was around. No. This man is worse than Nick Vile. He, and just appearance-wise. He appeared on two seasons of the Bachelorette. Two seasons. Yeah, he was on one season of The Bachelorette and then I think it was Andy's season of the Bachelorette.
Starting point is 00:56:17 He just showed up because he liked Andy and wanted to join the cast. Andy was like, get out of here so he never actually did. But that counts as an appearance. Yeah. Bachelor pad. And then he was on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise. And now he's going on a third. Yes.
Starting point is 00:56:33 I just don't think it's cut out for you, Chris. sixth time going on a Bachelor franchise show. And the last thing that I heard from him was like a couple years ago where he said that reality TV like ruined his life, ruined his career. So I guess I don't know. He's really just thrown in the towel. He's going for the sixth try. Yeah. I mean, I don't know how well it's going to work out for him. Because if I was any of the people on Bachelor in Paradise, I wouldn't want anything to do with him, to be honest. Yeah. I would be like, all right, this guy's had six chances and he hasn't left with anybody. I don't want anything to do with you. Yeah, 100%.
Starting point is 00:57:07 I don't know why I just feel like maybe Annalise is going to like him, but I also think Annalise might like Cam. I just feel like Cam and Annalise might get along, which... Yeah, and I actually, it's kind of like a crystal and goose situation where, you know, you don't... They're now happily married. Yeah, they're just... Yeah, they're happily married.
Starting point is 00:57:27 They're not married. Congrats to them. On the... I think we're going to see it on the seasons. Don't love them both personally, but, you know, good for them for finding happiness together. So Annalise and Cam don't love them personally. But if they end up together, good for them. Totally. And going through the cast photos, I was reminded of how annoying Nicole and Noghaka's drama was like, oh, we're going to get their stupid drama that nobody cares about. They're just
Starting point is 00:57:51 going to be calling each other. Nicole's going to cry again. You're a bully. You're a bully. You're sensitive. You're sensitive. This one's crying. I hope not. I hope not. It's 100% happening. I'm sure there will be drama between the two of them. I kind of forgot about that. I'm already dreading that happening. I'm excited just for Demi because I think that she's going to be very funny. And this will be a lot funnier than obviously the Bachelorette and Bachelor are funny. But Demi and John Paul Jones would actually think about their like beautiful long hair blonde babies.
Starting point is 00:58:22 Oh my God. The babies would have beautiful hair. The best hair with those two combined. They both have great hair. And I do like that Will's is back on this cast too. I feel like Will's didn't really get a fair shot last time when he wanted. Paradise he came in so late. So I feel like he could definitely vibe with some of these girls.
Starting point is 00:58:41 And then we'll see who gets added, obviously, from the rest of this season. Yeah, because people just come on. Because there's only, there's 11 girls listed and eight boys. So obviously more boys are going to have to come in. I'm sure people are going to flock to Kalin and Hannah G. Yeah, Kailen Hanagy. I actually like everybody from Colton's season, those girls are between. All of them are great.
Starting point is 00:59:02 Tasia. Tasha. Hannah Jeep Awesome Bibiana's back I would love for Bibiana to find somebody Finally I don't really know if her guy is in this squad
Starting point is 00:59:12 Yeah Derek Peth is back in the show And you know he got engaged After he won on Bachelor Paradise to Taylor And that just that's it and works He was going for round two Yeah maybe Good luck
Starting point is 00:59:24 Who knows I like like you said I don't really see the guy in there for Bibiana But somebody could be Yeah definitely Maybe somebody from the new cast I don't know. It's fair.
Starting point is 00:59:34 We'll have to wait and see. Jane is also on this season. She got sent home the first week of Colton season. Oh, I remember Jane because Jane during the woman tell all was trying to make a name for herself. She was getting really sassy. And we were like, all right, she's fighting for Bachelor in Paradise. And look, look how it turned out. I guess it worked.
Starting point is 00:59:53 She proved herself. She went home the first week. We wouldn't have been talking about her. So she proved her worth on the show there. Bachelor in Paradise is my favorite. I'm very excited. Very, very excited. I think we'll see a lot of cameos, obviously.
Starting point is 01:00:05 Ashley and Charit are getting married soon. But I think a lot of also alum went back for Goose and Crystal getting married. Yeah, I guess we'll see that. They love throwing a wedding like mid-season. Yeah, they have to. To remind people that the show works. Yeah, exactly. Work for Goose and Crystal can work for anyone.
Starting point is 01:00:25 Yeah, or else they wouldn't keep doing the show. True. Baby, tell me how did you get so. Figuring out how student loans work shouldn't require a finance degree. We have so much going on. How explosive Bachelor Nation has been in the last couple days. Like there's just, it's just story after story. People are getting pregnant.
Starting point is 01:02:14 People are getting engaged. People are getting married. There's drama. There's hidden girlfriends. It's crazy. Listen, I'm not wishing bad on any Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants, but I do love when the Bachelor Nation pops off with some drama. It's popping off right now. Like when we had, what was it?
Starting point is 01:02:32 It was the, you know, Ari and Becca and that whole situation. But then there were stories coming out left and right. I love that time of life. Now we're back with so many stories popping out, whatever. I want to start off with the nice story first. So we can get that out of the way. Lauren. Lauren, yes.
Starting point is 01:02:49 Lauren Bushnell. And Chris Lane. Engaged. Fran made me watch their engagement video. He wrote a song for her big, big plans. In the whole song, he's preparing to propose. And then at the end of the video, he actually does it. I sobbed.
Starting point is 01:03:02 Yeah. I sobbed. I didn't even want Fran to show me because I knew that would happen. And we were about to record our podcast. And I was sobbing. Well, it got to me. So I knew it was going to get to you. And honestly, a lot of times when I see something really sad, but like happy sad,
Starting point is 01:03:17 I want to show it to you because you always give the best reaction. So I watched this and was like, oh my God, he wrote this whole song. Let's play a little bit of it. That's like about proposing while he's proposing, which it was very like in the moment. The whole setup was beautiful. Just very kind of like a meta situation where it's just he was playing all these videos of Lauren that he's taken. Videos of them together, pictures of them together. Fran, I feel like you're a big country.
Starting point is 01:03:54 I am. I like the love songs. So he's singing this and he's actually showing like where he hid the ring. It's like it was very cute and he has the ring and he's playing this for Lauren in her family's backyard in Oregon. And then it just cuts to them actually listening to the song again. She realizes what's happening because in the song he's like, I'm about to propose. And so she starts crying. He pulls her out to the backyard.
Starting point is 01:04:33 Gets down on one knee. Whips out the ring. It had me all messed up. You know, you know when you feel your face and you feel the tears in your eyes start to water up, they start to build up a little bit. A tear dropped onto your computer. And then I watched it. Yeah. I watched the tear drop.
Starting point is 01:04:50 And then all of a sudden it was explosive. I couldn't see out of my eyes. The windshields were way too blurry. And I couldn't control myself. Couldn't control myself. It was a beautiful, beautiful video. Congrats to them. I'm sure Ben Higgins is fine.
Starting point is 01:05:03 I said to Fran, how do you think Ben Higgins feels? She said he's fine. He's fine. So I think he's fine. I just feel like getting proposed to by a country singer is as good as it gets. All they do is write love songs. Yeah. And it's like now that love song is just about you.
Starting point is 01:05:24 It's awesome you have that for the rest of your life that he made this whole song about proposing. It's so beautiful. Her ring is beautiful. Will their wedding song be? Because when you're a country singer and you... I'm sure he'll write another song about them actually getting married. That would be nice. That would be really nice.
Starting point is 01:05:43 I feel like when you start dating a country singer, you're bound to have a song written about you. I feel like that's like in the contract of dating them. Just one song automatically gets written about you. It could just be inspired by you. And sorry, Jared just gave me. a dirty look, so I just had to shoot one back. It could be
Starting point is 01:06:03 inspired by you. They're probably not, you know, this one is just so dead set. This is about her. But you could listen to the song and be like, yeah, that was about me. Even if you break up, you look back, that one was about me. It really, totally was. And it's so nice. But like you said, obviously Ben Higgins and
Starting point is 01:06:19 Lauren were engaged after his season of The Bachelor, but they broke up. Ben has a new girlfriend now. He seems very happy. He said on his podcast that he actually hopes that this is like kind of the last time people will talk about them in the same airspace situation. Like he said, I hope for Lauren and for myself is that my life isn't as closely tied to Lauren anymore. I hope that people aren't reaching out. I hope this is a chapter being closed completely
Starting point is 01:06:46 because I don't know Lauren anymore and my life isn't tied to her. So he's just saying that he's like ready for them to be separated from each other, you know? I agree with that because I mean, even I did it, I said, that does Benfield? But we have to just separate them. They're not together anymore and just realize they both moved on. Exactly. He said, it brings joy to me because I am so happy. I am so fulfilled and I found an amazing woman to spend my time with.
Starting point is 01:07:14 And Lauren has found an amazing man to spend her life with. And we're going to move on and it's good for all. Lauren, congrats. Chris, congrats. I wish you the best. Oh, good for them. That's great. That's very sweet.
Starting point is 01:07:27 Ben Higgins has always been a class. act so good for him yeah he's obviously very happy in his life Lauren very happy in her life so it's good so they're engaged that's great that's great and we got to move on to something not so great well I'm gonna throw in really quick another great thing Catherine Sean having a third baby oh yes congrats to them we could throw that in real fast they just have the cutest little nugget babies of all time they're having baby number three they have two boys already I'm hoping I hope they have a girl that's just a selfish thing for me like or three boys would be adorable because all their boys are so freaking cute, but
Starting point is 01:08:01 throw a girl in the mix. We'll see very happy for them. We're acting like they could just do that. Like, yeah, just throw a girl on there. You can just see no planet. Obviously, it is not up to them. But they have such an adorable family. And it's nice to see, you know, contestants from the show
Starting point is 01:08:23 actually have a longstanding marriage and family and they just keep popping out kids left and right. Yeah, good for them. And you know what? That's the positive side of the bachelor and bachelorette. It is. You got them popping out kids. Lauren, she's moved on even though it's not with somebody with The Bachelor.
Starting point is 01:08:38 It's okay. We're happy for her. Yeah. She probably found Chris Lane through, you know, her platform. Yeah, yeah. I'm not sure how exactly they met, but it's been fast. Like, they, I don't think I've been really dating for that long. But, you know, when you know, you know, I.
Starting point is 01:08:54 Chris made it very clear. When you're a country singer, I think you know even harder. Right. Your emotions are just. Your emotions are heightened. Yeah, for sure. But we got to move on to the bad news of Bachelor Nation. So as we all know, Jed, who is on Hannah's season of the Bachelorette is still on.
Starting point is 01:09:14 He's still on the show. He's doing well. You know, he had that great one-on-one date. They were playing basketball. They kissed. He got the shot in. I always go back to that point. It has come out that he has a girlfriend.
Starting point is 01:09:27 Had a girlfriend. Let me rephrase that. had a girlfriend back home for four months before he went to the Bachelorette, and they spent the whole night together before he left. And he told her that this is just an obstacle. They're going to come out stronger on the other side. And then he completely ghosted her. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:43 So it's interesting because I'll give credit, Kelly Keeges had this scoop couple weeks ago. She talked about it on her Instagram live. So when I saw it officially out, you know, People magazine official, the whole thing. I was like, well, you know, it was only a matter of time because if it's rumbling in our DMs and Kelly, like people are putting Kelly onto it, it's bound to come out eventually. So this was the moment. After we saw Jed tell Hannah on their one-on-one date, you know, I did come on the show for my music, blah, blah, blah. That's fine. That's like half of it, though, because you didn't tell her the whole story.
Starting point is 01:10:24 Obviously didn't say I was dating somebody. Right. So this girl, Haley Stevens, they were dating for about four months, apparently, before he left for the show. She told people that they spent the night together, the night before he headed to L.A. He told her that the show was just an obstacle, and they'd be stronger on the other side because of it. He told her early on that he had applied. He said it's probably not going to happen, but it's a huge opportunity. I'm only doing this for my music, only doing it for his career.
Starting point is 01:10:56 They weren't dating when he applied for the show, but obviously when he realized he was on the show, they were. He said he was going to do it. She said he wanted a platform. He kept telling her, I don't want my dad to help me pay rent anymore. He said he only wanted to be top five to be a major player
Starting point is 01:11:15 so that it would be beneficial. That was the quote that stuck with me the most because I was like, see, that's where it's really shady because it's like you use it. And that, to me, sounds like I'm going to manipulate the shit out of Hannah so I can be top five. So he, what he, you know, we'll finish the article. But from what I get from that quote is that he said to himself, you know, I'm going to be here for the music. But then he got to the show and he realized that Hannah wasn't fucking around. And he said to himself, you know what, I'm going to use, I'm just going to tell her and I'm going to manipulate her by telling her because then she'll think I'm honest by because I'm telling her.
Starting point is 01:11:52 So he said, okay, I'm going to tell her that I was here for my music before it gets out. Yeah. Because I'm sure he was worried that was going to get out. And then he didn't think about the fact that some, his girlfriend back at home would say something. It's all a little dirty. Or maybe he did and he was just like, you know, you're living with that moment where you just know it's going to come out eventually. It's like that fear that you just try and hide. Because let's think about it timeline wise.
Starting point is 01:12:20 he spends his last night with Haley, goes out to L.A., calls her, and is like, I'll see you when I get home. It was probably only a couple weeks-ish, maybe, when he had that one-on-one date with Hannah and was like, I came here for my music, but he said, every moment that we've had has taken that away and show me that now more than anything, I want to be with you. That's what's crazy to me because you can't just forget about something. somebody you were dating two weeks ago just like that who you told you were like in love with unless he was faking it the whole time with Haley that which was a real girl he was dating it's like you don't just you don't just say that you're 100% committed to somebody you're not like
Starting point is 01:13:07 it's I just you have to be crazy to not have that other person in the back of your head because it's only been weeks and that other person thinks that you're coming back to her right I don't know how you can you know not have a guilty conscious about that yeah um exactly I mean, we would, but we're good people, Fran. I'm not saying that Jed is the worst person, but at the same time, when you're not going to have a guilty conscience about that, I question you. Totally.
Starting point is 01:13:31 Because anybody else, I feel like what, not anybody else, but a lot of people would have a guilty conscience, and they would feel bad about doing that to somebody and hurting people. But it seems like Jed really doesn't care. He was going to hurt Haley, he's going to hurt Hannah. No matter who it is, he's going to hurt people to get his music to the top. Guess what, Jed? I don't really think your music is going to be doing that well.
Starting point is 01:13:50 after everything that's happened because now you have Bachelor Nation pissed at you because they're hearing this. And I feel like it hints to the fact that he goes far on the show because I don't think it would have been this big of a story. I don't think that he would be ghosting her. So I think that there's other stuff that happened. Why would he not reach out to her? Why would he reach out to her and be like, listen, I made it back. He was ghosting her. So there's clearly, it's fucked up and I don't think.
Starting point is 01:14:16 It makes you want to look up the spoilers. So bad, Fran. It's driving. me fucking nuts because I want to look up the spoiler so bad, but I won't look it up for you because I appreciate you, but I really want to fucking look it up because I'm dying to know, dying to know who the winner is. Say Jed is the winner. It's going to be a real tough situation. It's going to be interesting because they're probably, you know, what is Hannah, we don't know what's going to happen. What does Hannah do? What does Hannah do in that situation? She can't just be like,
Starting point is 01:14:47 oh, just kidding, Jed, I pick somebody else now. because the show's over. And she was so pissed at Scott in the first episode when everybody was like, Scott has a girlfriend back home. She was so mad. So pissed. So disgusted. It sucks for her because if he is at the end of this or whatever,
Starting point is 01:15:03 even if he's not at the end of this, it still makes her look so hypocritical for getting so mad about this, but like maybe giving Jed a pass. It's like, how do you just say, you know what? Actually, I don't really care anymore that much about that. People will be pissed at Hannah if, you know, who knows what's going to happen. Right.
Starting point is 01:15:26 If she keeps Jedda long, which obviously, you know, the show's over now. So her finding this out now is not going to make him be sent home next week or whatnot. Exactly. But it does suck because now she will be put into the hypocritical situation. But she also didn't know. Yeah. You know, she's on the show. She didn't know Jed had a girlfriend back home.
Starting point is 01:15:45 So we'll see what happens because honestly I'm dying to look up the spoilers, but I won't. And also, don't send us the spoilers. Like, just don't do that. Yeah. Just don't do that. I just caught something because I opened a DM. Oh, you did? No, like, you know what I'm talking about from like Patch on Paradise stuff.
Starting point is 01:16:02 Like I, right, right, right. Just because I opened a DM and got hit right in the face with it. I didn't want to see it, but. Right. Well, okay. But I want to finish talking about. Okay. I want to finish talking about the details of Jet because there's some very important, like I feel like very important
Starting point is 01:16:18 words that she used. Yep. She said that he kept reassuring her that it was not real and it was just acting. Very interesting. And that they had said, I love you. Damn. He called her when he landed in L.A. and said, I love you. I'll call you when I get back.
Starting point is 01:16:41 She said that she was following on the spoiler accounts trying to figure out when her boyfriend was coming home. and then she said as the show kept going she was terrified that he was going to fall in love with Hannah and then she said in the beginning I felt bad watching the show because I thought he loved me and was fake dating her but then I thought my boyfriend could be engaged to someone else seeing him kiss her for the first time was the worst day
Starting point is 01:17:02 this poor girl that is like so traumatizing like she might actually watch her boyfriend her boyfriend who she thought was her boyfriend proposed to this girl on TV or tell her like watch him say that he's in love with her or anything fantasy sweets like who knows i would be puking but at the same time at the same time now listen i don't like i'm not saying that this girl did anything wrong because she clearly didn't but i'm saying if i was in the position where my boyfriend was saying i'm going on the bachelor to you know i'm just doing this for my career and whatnot i i would
Starting point is 01:17:39 be like okay well then we're done because i'm not going to have you go fight for another woman on a show even if you are acting like, you know, you may be with her. He was probably very convincing. You're going to be on dates with her. You know, he's probably very convincing. But at the same time, I'm not standing for that bullshit. No, I totally, I totally get that. But it's like, then you get put in that position where your boyfriend's like,
Starting point is 01:17:58 you're really going to jeopardize my career right now. Like, because he's all this, like this is all about the music. We don't know how their conversation went. Exactly. Exactly. And I'm not saying it's totally impossible that Jed did fall in love with Hannah. He could have. He could have.
Starting point is 01:18:11 And she's saying in here. But it's just. it just feels like it fell in love with an asterisk, you know? Yeah. Like there's just like, there's an a, there's an asterisk on it. Like it's not, it's not totally, feels totally genuine. Right. It's, it's kind of the same thing that happened with Colton and Cassie.
Starting point is 01:18:31 You know, you hear that she has wrong intentions and then she goes home and then Colton begs for her back and then you question, um, you question Cassie and how she feels about it. and if she's genuine or not. And it seems like they're genuine now. Right. But the same thing with Jed. We won't know if he's being genuine on the show.
Starting point is 01:18:51 And at the same time, he did say he was there for his music, but he was also hiding the fact that he had a girlfriend at home. Right. So, you know, he was honest, but he wasn't fully honest. And who knows if he was lying because he said he wanted to make it far on the show, said top five was the goal. They saw each other in, they saw each other at some music venue recently, recently and like this month,
Starting point is 01:19:13 because obviously he's home from filming now. And she was like, you don't think I deserve a phone call? And apparently he just said, I didn't know what to say. So once again, pretty telling. And also, she has a note from him. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:30 The note from him says, Haley, you're truly an amazing person. Someday we will be thankful for all of this. You know where my heart will be. See you at the dock. Yeah. Dash J. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:40 Just really. Really tough. Just really tough when you have a handwritten. I just knew I never trusted this guy. His name's Jed. Have you ever met a Jed? Have you ever met a Jed before? No, I haven't.
Starting point is 01:19:50 And neither have I. And I think if I met a Jed, I'd be like, what's up with you? I knew it. I just, there was from the beginning. You did say that. Don't you remember when we were reading their bios and I was like, a musician from Nashville. Keep our eye on this guy. You did say that.
Starting point is 01:20:07 You said we have to keep an eye on for the musicians. Yep. So I don't know. We thought that that could have been a good thing or a bad thing. And it seems like maybe a bad thing. Yes. But for Haley here, she, like I said, the note is allegedly written to Haley from Jed. I don't think Haley would write this note herself.
Starting point is 01:20:25 It looks like a guy's handwriting if I had to say it, to be honest. And it's just sad. It's sad to see because it sucks because. It's definitely like she didn't just make this up because with Kelly or other people getting into the DMs. Like they had people in Nashville who were aware of their relationship reach out to Kelly like, yo, Jed had a girlfriend, like, blah, blah, blah. So it's not like she pulled this out of her ass. There were other people that knew they were dating.
Starting point is 01:20:52 Yeah, there were sources coming from everywhere from the beginning of the season. Yeah. It sucks because it's she was the girl who was there for you, supporting you before you were on the Bachelor and Bachelorette. And then all of a sudden you make it, you make it far on the Bachelorette. Yeah. And all of a sudden, you're. Mr. Ted with your music and then you can't even give her a phone call.
Starting point is 01:21:11 Like that makes you a coward. It makes you an... Totally. It just makes you an asshole. And honestly... Even if he did fall in love with Hannah and called her and was like, you know what, I didn't expect this to happen. I'm so, so sorry, but this is what happened.
Starting point is 01:21:23 It makes him seem like a bad fit for Hannah because if he's going to do... Yeah. Chicken. If he can't call this girl up and say that he's with Hannah now, then what is he going to lie to Hannah about? Yeah. You know, he's a serial liar. at this point in time.
Starting point is 01:21:39 So she's got to be aware. We don't know what's going to happen. Like we said, do not send us the fucking spoilers. We'll see how it unfolds. We've got to have a month left here to see what happens. But it's going to be funny that we're all watching this, knowing this information now. Definitely. It's going to be interesting.
Starting point is 01:21:54 I don't know. I don't know how I'm going to feel about it. And once again, I just want to know the spoilers. Yeah. We won't. We can make it. It's only like one more month. One more month.
Starting point is 01:22:05 How many more episodes is that? Four? Oh, four more episodes? Well, maybe more. When you say month, it sounds so much longer than the act. It's only once a week. I don't know. I think the finale is July 22nd.
Starting point is 01:22:19 How much do you think? Do you think people pays Haley for this story? That's where I always question. All facts aside. Probably. Maybe. I don't know. I mean, if they do, she deserves it.
Starting point is 01:22:33 Yeah, I think she deserves a little money. She doesn't have her boyfriend anymore. Why not get some cash? She's telling the story. story because she said she wanted to just get out in front of it, you know? It was just like... Right. So he can't control the narrative because if people say, oh, Jed had a girlfriend,
Starting point is 01:22:48 then he could speak up and say, oh, no, I didn't have a girlfriend. But if she gets out and says the story first, it's hard for him to dispute the facts. Because she said other outlets have reached out to her already wanting the story. Yeah. So she decided to speak on it herself. People probably had the biggest price. Yeah, and also they're kind of like the most legitimate. You're most legit.
Starting point is 01:23:08 If it was anybody else, I probably would be hesitant. But since it's like people exclusive, I believe it right away. It'll be interesting because obviously Jed is not going to be able to really speak about it now. You know, it's a tough, because then I feel like the whole season is about to be ruined. I just feel like this season is going to be spoiled for everybody really soon. It's another season that kind of has an asterisk on. There's too much going on the internet for us to not know what's going on. and people, you know, so many sources,
Starting point is 01:23:38 everybody knows everybody. Reality Steve's all over the place. There's other accounts that are all over the place. You know what I've been getting now? Bachelor accounts on Instagram on my Explorer page. That's, we don't need that.
Starting point is 01:23:51 It's brutal. That's how the spoilers pop up unwarranted. We don't want spoilers pop up. There should be a rule on Instagram that the spoilers cannot pop up on your explore page. I know. That shouldn't be allowed. It really is brutal.
Starting point is 01:24:03 They need a sensitive, you know, when you scroll past something to sensitive content. Put that on the spoilers, please. Totally. I wish they would do that. But let's end, close it with her with the last quote that Haley said, because I think it shows what kind of person she is. She said, everything in me wants to believe that he meant everything he said and just
Starting point is 01:24:22 got caught up in the show. I don't believe he's a terrible person, but it's a terrible situation. And part of me thinks I was the backup plan and he wanted me to be here in case it didn't work out. I feel 100% betrayed. Damn. I mean, I would feel betrayed too. Definitely. I don't know if I would, I don't know what I would do, honestly. I can't say anything. Oh, I am blabbing my mouth to People Magazine left and right. That's for sure.
Starting point is 01:24:46 I would blab to everybody. I'm not sure if I would like go to a news source, but I would probably like blow it up on my Instagram or something. But at the same time it reached out to me, it was like, you want an exclusive tell us the story. And I already knew people were already talking about it. True. And they were also like, here's five or 10K for this. I would hand over the story in a second. Yeah. Just because you're already portrayed, so fuck them. Yeah, definitely.
Starting point is 01:25:08 Why not? We also have reality Steve spoiled something from Bachelor in Paradise, which we don't think was his place to spoil. And people were sending it to us. But we don't want to talk about it because we don't want to spread it further. And I know this is like the worst thing ever when you hear people talk about spoilers. And then you're like, oh, fuck, now I need to go see it. But when it comes out, you'll understand.
Starting point is 01:25:29 And we'll obviously talk about it when we actually see it on Bachelor and paradise, but I don't feel like it was his place. We don't feel like it was his place to spoil it now, and so we're just going to, we're just going to let it slide. It's not his story to tell, and it's not our story to tell. It's the person's story to tell. So when that happens, we'll talk about it. If you want to go find it, you can go find it. He's obviously, he's the spoilers guy. Yeah. He always, you know, that's, this is what he does. He spoils everything on the show, and he just felt like he got the green light for this, I guess, because he found out that it would be discussed on Bachelor in Paradise.
Starting point is 01:26:06 But the general public still hasn't seen it. So yes, he is still spoiling it. And so we're just, we're going to wait to talk about it when the show actually airs because people have been DMing us about it. And if you want to look it up, go for it. But we're not going to talk about it. All right. We are here with Dix in the office.
Starting point is 01:26:46 Caleb Miron, they're back. It's been quite some time. We had letters from each. You're in the same room right now. Everyone say hello. Hello. Yep. Or were you telling the listeners to say hello to us?
Starting point is 01:26:56 No, no. They could say hello to them. I hope they have. Yeah, I hope they're all saying hi to their phone right now. Hello. Hello. We just wanted to welcome you back to the show. It's been a little bit.
Starting point is 01:27:05 World travelers. Yeah. You guys both traveled the world. How was that? It was nice. You didn't get our letters? We got your letters. We got your letters.
Starting point is 01:27:16 We got your letters. They were great. But I think. there's a fast one pulled on us. Well, whose letter did you like better? Okay. I don't know because I don't know who wrote what letter. So that would be the decision if you knew.
Starting point is 01:27:29 Wait, so you're saying if you knew. No, no, because I can't say like Caleb's letter because Caleb's letter. Oh, got it, got it, got it. I was saying. I don't know if Caleb wrote Caleb's letter. I was thinking that you're trying to choose one specific person. I don't know. No, I'm saying just like the name.
Starting point is 01:27:45 Got it. Can we back up a minute? Why are you guys confused? We're confused because on the show with Roan, Roan read a short story, perhaps. I had a theme. Five bullet points. It was great.
Starting point is 01:27:58 He said it was from Caleb, and it was fantastic. Now, when you came back from vacation, you said you didn't write it. Wow. You said Roan wrote back. He was jet lag, though. Who knows it? He can't be responsible for what he was saying.
Starting point is 01:28:13 Well, yeah, I mean, Roan was, you know, he was here, and I was on vacation. And so it just made more sense for him to write it. But it was not that, you know, it wasn't that I wasn't thinking about you guys. The thought that counts kind of situation. You were thinking it and it presented to Roan. He said you have any notes for your letter?
Starting point is 01:28:30 I know. Did you do that? I did that. I did that. I did that. Do you have the proof? Remember it was like Caleb didn't answer. I have the proof.
Starting point is 01:28:34 I'd like to see the proof right now. There would be a lull in our conversation. Yeah, yeah. I believe you because I remember you say, he did say to us like I texted him. I'll be her back. And then Caleb comes on the show and he reads this 10 minute long letter. It took him basically 10 minutes to read the whole thing. And we were like, oh, that's fantastic.
Starting point is 01:28:52 From Roan. The one wrote me from. Dubai wrote. Yesterday, I'm sitting on my desk. And I was talking to Roan about the letter. I said it was so good. I even had Hank listen to a voice memo of it because I was so, I was like, wow, this letter was so long and good.
Starting point is 01:29:07 And then he tells me that Caleb wrote it. Is that true or is that false? I might have said something like that, but I'm also jet lag. So I can't, I don't, I'm not responsible for what I've been saying. Well, I would, I think it would be better if, I think it's almost better if you guys just wrote each other's letters instead of one of you writing both letters. It would be impressive if Roan wrote both. Because we were given Roan all the credit after, because you went on vacation after Caleb. So that was the second reading.
Starting point is 01:29:38 So when Roan came on to read your letter, we were like, wow, Roan wrote this and he wrote. We were like, he really loves chicks in the office. What if I told you guys that Caleb wrote both letters? And we would say Caleb is super dedicated. But we think you guys are lying to us. And how are we supposed to trust you to keep coming on the show if you're going to lie to our faces? How about this? Let's back up.
Starting point is 01:30:00 Okay. Let's back up to the moment when we made our contract together that said, Ron and I were going to be a part of this show as the Dix in the office segment. if we fulfilled some contractual obligations, and then if you also fulfilled your side. Our side was that when we went on our vacations, each of us going on one apiece. Roans could be considered probably more than one apiece, but we both left.
Starting point is 01:30:27 It was long. And we both fulfilled our obligation to have reports ready for you both weeks that we were gone. Is that true? You did. That is true. So that's what you asked of us. All right.
Starting point is 01:30:39 So what we asked of you in return is that your producer, Noah, Noah would go to lunch with us before our future appearances on the show. Now this is our first time back since then. Even though we did come in earlier, but we could see how Noah wouldn't come to lunch when it was only one of us. No one didn't come to lunch. Honestly, I don't even know if you guys were here today. I didn't even know if we were doing this until when I came into that.
Starting point is 01:31:02 Rome was gone for so long. You were gone. The opportunity for you two to take him to lunch, I don't think it has arisen yet. Let me say this. that's okay, but for you two to attack me and Rhone for not fulfilling our obligations. No, no, no.
Starting point is 01:31:19 You're not attacking. To like the endth degree. It was phenomenal. Fran loves saying to the end degree. I do. It's such a good degree. It's such a good degree. Because no number makes sense.
Starting point is 01:31:30 Like the hundredth degree. Yeah, like if I was like the thousandth degree, that's, no. I need a cut up video of Fran saying to the end degree. She says it all the time. It's a good degree. It really is. Can you say in a thousandth. any situation that you want to say a lot?
Starting point is 01:31:42 Oh, you could say it in the nth situation. 100%. To the endth percent. That's fine. The nth percent. All right. Back to this. We appreciate everything.
Starting point is 01:31:53 We just want clarity because we don't appreciate being lied to. I don't even think anyone was lying. I think everyone was just saying, well, maybe it was this. Maybe it was, or like people are asking questions. Have you ever considered? I just noticed one shirt. I used to have a sticker on my desk. You know, I don't have it anymore.
Starting point is 01:32:10 What did it say? What did it say? Exactly that. How's your pinini? How's your pinini? Yeah, I just got this shirt yesterday. There was this pinini shop and they sell green sweatshirts. And every day I would go in there and be like, ooh, I'm going to get one of those green sweatshirts someday.
Starting point is 01:32:26 And yesterday I went into the shop. All the green sweatshirts were gone. And I had this crazy buyer's remorse. So I was like, oh, I'm buying up everything that I can in here. And so I got the t-shirt of the how's you a panini shirt. It's a great t-shirt, really strong t-shirt. I'm glad you noticed it for the podcast. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:43 Everybody can see it. Appreciate this in this audio medium. Back to the lying. Sorry. That was my bad. Yeah, I don't even remember what we're talking about anymore. Sorry. I was going to say something to the beginning of my story was going to be like this.
Starting point is 01:32:56 It was going to be prior to this show, literally moments before, both of us receive word. Ron and I and then you and Fran receive word that we were each individually up for best, duo. So I guess individually is maybe not the best word. But we are, both us groups are up for the same award and actually could be competing against one another. At the Duncan Awards this year through Barstool Sports. Right.
Starting point is 01:33:21 Yes. Just to clarify, this is the Barstleau Sports Duncan Awards. Duncan Awards. I'm just saying it's not like an MTV movie award. No, no. For best duo. Which will be occurring on June 26th. June 25th.
Starting point is 01:33:35 June and Tenth. Yeah. The nth degree of June. The nth of June. And who cares? But what I was going to say... But we'll all be there and we're all competing for this award. I mean, tune in to tune in.
Starting point is 01:33:46 But what I was going to say is that maybe since Ron and I, you guys are obviously a good duo. You have a podcast. We've talked about it many times. Snapchat show. Serious XM show. I mean, you are doing it all. Now, Ron and I don't have quite as many things going on.
Starting point is 01:34:01 But one thing we do have is we can fill in for each other and we will be there for each other when needed. And maybe this was a situation. where, you know, it doesn't matter how it got done, it got done, and we filled in for each other when it was needed, and it doesn't matter who did what. Okay, I'll respect that. And I really enjoyed both pieces.
Starting point is 01:34:20 Different scale. I don't think we can grade. We can't grade them, but you guys did the job. That sounds cowardly, honestly. That sounds like you guys are taking the cowardly way out. One was long form and one was short form. Yeah. One was a short story and one was an essay. The way that was so powerful.
Starting point is 01:34:34 I hope that there's video of that because the way that she said that was powerful. They were two very different. submissions. Yes. This gal knows her types of literature. But you're not going to tell us
Starting point is 01:34:46 who wrote what? No, that's what we just, we just came to the conclusion that it doesn't matter because at the end of the day, Roan and Camer have each other's back. But you're not going to pick your favorite?
Starting point is 01:34:58 That's what I'm saying. I'll be my favorite. I liked Rohn's letter that came from Rone's vacation. I liked the short story with the cigarettes. See, there's some. We have two different opinions.
Starting point is 01:35:10 But I also did like the long one too. It's just they were too different. Way to go on a limb there. I know. Do you think that those two letters complimented one another? Yes. And that together may be best duo. You're right.
Starting point is 01:35:22 Wow. There you go, Caleb. I could say that short form and that long form could possibly be in a book together. Oh, wow. Yeah. Think about that. The long and short of it. Long and short of books.
Starting point is 01:35:35 That's what we're going to call the books. All right. Hopefully you guys will. be back next week. I'm not going to guarantee it. I'm not going to lock it in. But it depends on if Noah can go to lunch. Okay, so hopefully Noah
Starting point is 01:35:48 could go to lunch before and that'll make you guys come on next week because honestly we're getting kicked out of the podcast studio right now. So this is the all the time we got. Next week, listen, next week, enough about the controversies. We're going to come together and we're going to talk about pop culture. A show about unity and pop culture. Great. I love it. Thank you.

Starting point is 01:38:26 What I'm not about is how tall this mic is right now. I'm just like, I feel so awkward. There you go. Our producer, Nella is fixing it. Aw. That's so sweet. Thanks, thanks, because I'm just, clearly I don't. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:40 I don't know how to do it either. When? Awesome. All right, we're all set. All right, your new book, The Life of a WANDAB mogul. It's out July 23rd, but it's at number one now for a few weeks. It's been there for like, I think we're going on a monthish. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:38:58 Nobody's counting for me. What do I got to do all the work? Well, it's just amazing because we honestly thought that the book was out already. I thought the book was out. It's not even out yet. And people are so excited about it. I was worried I wasn't going to sell 6,000 copies to be able to contend for a New York Times bestseller. So I'm pretty surprised and happy.
Starting point is 01:39:23 as well. Why did you want to write this book? Well, originally I needed some money. Yeah. Fair. I actually wrote these other two books, all handwritten. I wrote them over like three tours or something. I left them on a Delta flight. Oh my God. And they didn't, they couldn't find it for you. And so they're forever to be a loss, like in the abyss, never to be appreciated. Somebody totally has them and they're like, this is amazing. and they just kept it. I mean, if they have it, damn, they got some real shit in there.
Starting point is 01:39:58 Or like years from now, there's going to be a tell-all Bella Thorne book just from this person. They got a lot of things in there. There's a lot of things in there. So where did you write this book? I wrote this while I was shooting the show. I was on set and I wrote it in two weeks on a typewriter.
Starting point is 01:40:13 So I was just walking around set or the big-ass typewriter, just literally like, oh, yeah, no, I can walk over there. Yeah, you're going to put a mark down? Cool, cool. carrying your typewriter everywhere. And what, so a lot of it is poetry, right? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:40:30 What inspired that? Well, after I wrote the first two bucks, I was like, I'm not rewriting them. So then I was like, fuck me, what do I do? And then I knew I wanted to call it mental disarray. And so I was like, hmm, mental disarray. What's that? So you came up with that name first And then you're like
Starting point is 01:40:55 How do I explain mental disarray? I literally always do that It is very catchy Yeah I have to say I was I mean I'm captivated by it I also don't know what it means What does it mean to you now? Literally mental disarray
Starting point is 01:41:09 My mind in this book is It's like it made sense that this is the first one in the series Because this one explains how literally My mental disarray My whole brain and things that are in there and just shudged and packed it in there. Yeah. And so then I was like, well, that's, that's, that's, that's perfect start of it because the whole
Starting point is 01:41:29 series is not about like poetry. It's not actually poetry base. It's more about how to be a mogul. Yeah. The life of a wannabe mogul. How to literally do shit that people were like, you couldn't do that. And then you were like, oh, watch me. So cool.
Starting point is 01:41:42 Right. What are some of the main points in the book that, like you said, you're like, I did this? Well, I mean, I don't talk about it in this one, but in the third book, it would be the fact that I never learned how to read and I learned how to read from reading scripts. I never learned how to count and I learned how to count from counting my dad's cash, so I'm obsessed with money and literal cash. I didn't know how to dance. I had two left feet and I couldn't even bounce on the same rhythm and I did a dance show about dancing. I was tone deaf and I own a record label and I'm signed with Sony as an artist and I can fucking sing off a bell like a bitch ass now. So fuck with me.
Starting point is 01:42:27 Fuck yeah. Like I had literally $200 to my name basically when I turned 18 and I bought a house by the time I was 19. Everybody told me you were not going to be able to do that. Watch me. Everyone said you can't buy another house. I said watch me. 21 bought another one. Like, you know, I just like you tell me I can't.
Starting point is 01:42:47 it like you know literally i never learned how to write a script i'm writing a series now and i've got it just attached an oscar winner to play my mom i'm out here just like literally doing shit that you were like that's impossible you can't here's how you do it right this is how you do it and it's literally it's basically a step by step of how to do it envision it do it the steps the mental training that you have to do to really keep all this on your plate you know that the seven passive incomes to becoming a billionaire. There's a lot that goes in the whole life of a want to be mogul. But that's the third book. And the first one is more of just like all my fucked up shit and my mind and the way I think about things and the way I see things and the way I saw things that I don't
Starting point is 01:43:29 see them now like that anymore. And that's why I put a lot of dates throughout the book. So you can see some of the shits were written when I first turned 18. And you know, I'm like 18 to 19 was a really interesting year for me to kind of figure my shit out and who I wanted to be and who I did not want to be anymore. And so that there's a lot of dates that I had to put in there so that people know when you figure it out. Yeah. This is all. Okay. I don't think this anymore. And so, yeah, it was just, it was an interesting process. I shed some tears while writing it. I've shed tears while reading it out loud. Yeah. It almost sounds like a little diary entry like, which is really cool. It's out there like that. Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely in that vibe.
Starting point is 01:44:17 Your thoughts in that moment on the page. And it's all spelled so wrong that you're like, oh, like there's no, like, I didn't let an editor touch one piece of it. So you're just like, wow, this is real. When Tanner read it, she was like, she didn't even read the whole thing. She just read like, I think maybe a chapterish worth. She was like, whoa, B, I don't even know like a lot of this shit about you. Like, what the fuck? Are you sure you want to even put this out there? Right. We don't even talk about some of this stuff. And I'm like, yeah, I'm going to open a book. Read me bitch. Right. So you're just being completely real with your fans. Just being real with yourself. Because like you said, when you were 18, is that when you were like, fuck this person who people want me to be. I'm going to be myself. Yeah. Well, it was more of like, who do I even want to be? Is the person that everyone wants me to be? Can I be that person? Because it would work better for me. People like that person so much. I would make more money being that. stupid fucking person, but yet it took me a while to be like, I literally can't be though. That's exhausting. I can't be this thing. I'm just too lazy to keep up with that. And I'm not a liar.
Starting point is 01:45:28 I've been a liar so long I refuse to lie. So then it would be like I have to lie to be not who I am to be some this other fucking person that would make me more money. And that bitch is so annoying over there, that Bella Thorne bitch. right but you're just being yourself now and you're getting shit done being yourself I mean it's like you be yourself you learn you you change you like this you only like that and now you like something different like I mean who is yourself really but right I mean am I doing anything extra to make anybody's opinion about me change to I don't know no that I'm not
Starting point is 01:46:10 doing that because that's just I'm not doing that. Right. Right. Tires read some of the book. Has anybody else read the book? Um, not. The people that have the quotes, you guys see all the quote pages in the beginning. They read different parts throughout the book and I read the book to Mod. So I read it when we were together.
Starting point is 01:46:36 Yeah. Yeah, that's it. Yeah. Because you and I correct me if I'm wrong, but you've read the book to Mod. read it to you were at Carnegie and you read it I read parts of it
Starting point is 01:46:51 excerpts from it yeah which was amazing you look stunning like it was like I almost looked like you were about to have like an opera performance and it was like amazing that was just your book I thought it was awesome thank you a lot of people cried it was very cool a lot of people
Starting point is 01:47:06 cried a lot of people fucking cried yeah I did you handle that I was it made me feel good because I was like at least I invoked a really strong emotion because that's the one thing I never want to do in life is be anywhere in the middle. Yeah, strongly just like the middle. The middle is not a place for me to be. So if you're angry with me because of some of the shit that I wrote, great.
Starting point is 01:47:27 If you're crying hard, great. If you're really happy and you're laughing, great. If you're just like, this was good, that's the worst thing you can give me. You want the extremes. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, I always want the extreme. Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:47:39 And so I was really happy that they were all crying. but also when I read some of it at MCM, the event that we hosted together for Pride, a lot of girls came up to me to talk about them being rape or molested in their life. And like a lot of girls, like a lot of people at the party came up to me. And it's such an interesting thing to talk about in a party setting, man, you're like, oh, oh, you got rape too. Bro, pound it. Cool. That's so fucking crazy, man.
Starting point is 01:48:10 as happens to everyone it seems what the fuck oh my god so many people came up to me right i literally was like oh my god there's so many people in this whole fucking room right now and this is just one fucking room that we're in oh my god it's just a small little part of it was making me so feel some type of real strong way over there i was like whew but it made me really man and obviously it made me really happy in the sense that some of the girls were like, you know, I don't know why I'm going to tell you this. Maybe it's because I literally don't know you and you'll never know me. So maybe that's why, but this.
Starting point is 01:48:49 And then so it was good that I had some open communication, you know, that's great. But man, it made me angry. I was just like, you fucking dick. Right. These people in one room. This is crazy. It's crazy. But at the same time, I bet it helps you and helps them just talking it out with each other.
Starting point is 01:49:09 It totally does. Like that's like the whole best part about it. Right. But there's obviously the worst part about it is literally just bringing it up and being like, wow. That this actually happened. This happened. And it has happened to so many people in this one fucking room. What the fuck people?
Starting point is 01:49:24 Oh my God. It was disturbing. Yeah. Totally. But it's nice that these people who are obviously fans of you feel comfortable talking to you about it. And that's just because of how you are with people. Like, you know, you don't hold back. So people respect that.
Starting point is 01:49:39 And they feel like they can do the same with you. And I think that when I talk about that stuff in the book, it's like the way that I think that I talk about it is like I'm always talking about the right and the wrong and the feeling gross and the feeling bad. And, you know, I'm not just talking about it like, this is what happened to me. I'm talking about all the questions that happen after this happens to you. Right. And that is what you're left with. That's the most important part. The aftermath.
Starting point is 01:50:04 And I think that a lot of people hear the questions that I say that I say that I'm, asking the book and the things that I say that's like you're like wow that's like people don't just say that like a bruised fruit like you don't want to pick me up because I'm just bruised on like the other ones and that analogy always just people look at me like wow I feel like that's so much like because nobody says that but it's really what you feel like after a situation like this it's such a powerful statement and you know we're all around the same age and I feel like it's very inspiring for you to see you just be so open about that and it makes all of us want to be open and just you know you see another side of it that maybe
Starting point is 01:50:50 we wouldn't see before and we appreciate it you talking about it. Thanks. Thanks. I want to switch a little bit maybe a little lighter. You have you've been posting a lot about this and we want to talk about it. This is what I'm trying to talk about right now. Cannabis line. Oh yeah. Yeah. I didn't know what the fuck you guys We're gonna ask We can't know We're like We got our eyes on the cannabis
Starting point is 01:51:15 company What are you talking about What are the names gonna be? Oh, I'm pretty excited Can we get some ship to us? Definitely Definitely I was gonna say I could bring it
Starting point is 01:51:25 Do a little like group Yeah It's like taste test If we were at our own office right now I would have a blunt role for you But we are not in our office We're at serious XM And I can't smoke in here
Starting point is 01:51:36 I know I know Unfortunately Snoop was here. Yeah. Snoop would be able to do it, but chicks in the office, we can't really break out once around here. That's so fucked up. Why not our old office we can?
Starting point is 01:51:49 I feel like it's Snoop. It's a right of passage. Like, you just has to be. Yeah. And you're just like, I don't want to tell you know. Yeah. Yeah. But what is.
Starting point is 01:51:58 So what is this? It's just cannabis, man. It's just weed. It's fucking weed, bro. It's, uh, it, I'm really excited because, I met with quite a few brands and tried out a lot of weed. More weed that I really wanted to try, which is really surprising because I'm a pretty big stuff. On a scale of 1 to 10, how high are you right now?
Starting point is 01:52:22 No, not high. I wish I was high right now. I think I smoke so much I don't really get high. Feel is kind of like, you know, where you're just like... Yeah, they... Sounds familiar. They say this to me too, because I'll just keep going and I'm like, I'm not high. Yeah, but I'm not...
Starting point is 01:52:37 And Fran's just dead. because I can't, I have got a low tolerance. It's, I'm a baby. But she, like, it's so funny because people are like, no way she can do that. I'm like, just watch her. Like, she'll be just fine. Snoop told me that I'm the only person he's ever met that can keep up with him. Wow.
Starting point is 01:52:52 That's like an amazing tagline. Great accomplishment. I need to get in the room with you and Snoop Dog. I know, because I can be like, I can hurt, though. Yeah, yeah. Give me a shot. Yeah, give me the honor. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:53:04 Totally. But, yeah, so I met with so many places. And, you know, I realized, like, I really hated that everything was grown inside, and I really didn't like this, like, filtered air and the this and that. It just felt so, like, not real, like, it's just so unnatural and just very, I don't know. Like, even when you're not, and it's not pesticides, and it's organic and blah, blah, blah, whatever, but it just still feels like these poor plants, they don't look happy. Yeah. They just look all, like, yeah.
Starting point is 01:53:35 And so then I met this one place, and they literally grow it. in a glass house and it's so amazing and they're so tall and they look like the leit they look happy it's a crazy thing to describe but like you walk in there and all the plants they're just like what up bro come smoke me bro it's cool like it's cool man yeah and they want to be smoked they're asking for it exactly they're not just like yeah i'm out here um and then i tried it tried their weed uh and first i was just like whoa this is like taste different. This smells different. Like this is fucking just different. And then I don't want to say exactly because they said what it is and I don't want to say what it is
Starting point is 01:54:23 exactly because what if I get it wrong? But basically we have like the highest strain of CBD. Wow. Yeah. Boom. I smoked that and I was. I was. I was watching Netflix, and I just opened a beer. I'm like, I don't sleep very well. I'm not really a good sleeper on that way. I'm always just like bags into my eyes. Yeah, yeah. And I'm smoking the CBD drive, bro.
Starting point is 01:54:51 I just opened this beer. Yeah. I'm going to drink this fucking beer. Yeah. Oh my God. Passed out. woke up. The beer is completely on my keyboard.
Starting point is 01:55:01 Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Yeah. And the computer's still sitting on the fucking thing. Yeah. And I'm literally like, I pick up the beer and there's still beer in the beard. And I'm like, oh my God, what the fuck?
Starting point is 01:55:15 The CBD is so good. We're going to make some bath bombs, bro. It's really fuck you up. Like, we're going to be out here with the CBD. My ears are perking up right now. I'm feeling relaxed already. I can't wait. There's this one flower and it's so purple that you're like, this is lies.
Starting point is 01:55:33 And then what are we doing to the wheat again that we make the hairs a bit more red? It's a certain way that you grow it or something. I want to call one of my strains Firecotch and so there's like this thing you can do to weed It's like just the way you grow it or the way you put like you put more air or less air or something They explained it to me but I forget And it makes the hairs perk up bit more in color
Starting point is 01:55:52 And so it's it's gonna be like orange fire on like the ends of the weed When you break the weed apart it's so purple And it's so dang It sounds beautiful. That does. It's so fucking pretty Our problem is like how do we get this? Because we're in New York
Starting point is 01:56:06 You're in L.A. We're gonna have to fly to L.A. We're going to have to pick up a shitman. Eventually, like eventually. Eventually, we can do it here, but we'll just have to fly to L.A. and bring it back. That's fine. That's all right. We'll make it work.
Starting point is 01:56:18 It's going to be kind of hard. We'll make it work. No, but I'm going to make it work. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I mean, we could just always legally do it. Yeah. Yeah, true.
Starting point is 01:56:25 Nobody lives on us right now. Bell is going to send us legally. It's going to be fantastic. No problem. Nobody heard that. Yeah, no, no. We'll just skate on by. Yeah, perfect.
Starting point is 01:56:35 I also want to talk about your super hot Italian boy? Who is this dude? He just texted me right? Like I feel like, do you remember the Lizzie McGuire movie? Him looking so cute. Oh, last text is a picture. It's like just an Italian pop star.
Starting point is 01:56:54 Yeah, it is the Lizzie McGuire movie. Paolo. Paolo. It's your palo. That's funny. That was my first thought. But how did you guys meet? I guess we met fans have screenshotsed like
Starting point is 01:57:07 DMs from like 2016 which is crazy we commented on each other's photo or something and then like this whole entire time every time we've tried to meet up or like hang out he's always like I'm literally helping on my flight I'm not doing like that's not happening I'm done I'm speaking with American it's not happening and then I'd be like oh I literally just landed and so it would always be like that literally always yeah and then
Starting point is 01:57:34 it just it just lined up one time and then it was like, oh. It's on. Yeah. Oh, it's on now. First, I was like, you don't speak English. And then I was like, you're really good at learning. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:57:47 Yeah. Bro, seriously. Good for you. Yeah. What's that like? Because obviously there's a barrier. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:57:53 No, he's just really smart. I really respect it because when we first met, he just would say no when he disagreed with things because he didn't really know how to say anything else like, like explaining no. Yeah. And so I'd say something. and he'd just be like, no. I'm like, what do you know?
Starting point is 01:58:13 It's like so cute but also like shit, I'm trying to tell you something. You're frustrating me, but you're really cute. Yeah, and then the next time I saw him, like, oh my God, I was like, we're having such long, in-depth, deep, dark conversations.
Starting point is 01:58:27 I was like, whoa, you're really smart because you just like picked it up like literally so quickly. It's weird. Yeah. So now it's not so hard, the language barrier. Love it. something so you're like oh what's this
Starting point is 01:58:37 I'm like it's this or like trying to explain really stupid things that we don't have to explain because we already all know what it is and then you think about it and you're like oh yeah what does that yeah let me look it up real quick yeah that's so true and it was so cute we saw his story the other day that he was like I don't know
Starting point is 01:58:54 if I said it right I was just trying to say you're sexy all the time but like I don't know if I fucked that up that was my point it was very cute do you think you're going to go to Italy at all and spend time I go to Italy in July. Amazing. Right before I leave to do this movie and then he comes down while I'm filming. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:59:13 I feel like I always see you posting about new movies, new projects. Obviously, you're always on that grind. That's how I study. What's coming up in the next few months? Oh, for myself. Yeah, for you. Oh, I thought you were talking about all the things I talk about watching all the time. You're just like, bro, did anybody see this movie?
Starting point is 01:59:32 No, for you. Like, what are you going to be in? Oh, my goodness. Let me think. Okay. I've got, like, two films that are going to come out. I don't know when they're going to come out, but, like, supposedly sometime this year. Okay.
Starting point is 01:59:47 I've got, like, four fish, four or five movies? Yeah. As I'm saying, I always see, like, Bell Thorne in a new movie. Bellthorn, new movie. Yeah, I just filmed a show, a series. Now I'm writing. and directing, co-directing a series and I'm very excited about
Starting point is 02:00:07 that announcement's coming out soon so that you guys will be like, oh, that's what you did. Don't bitch, that's awesome. Can you give us a little hint of what it's going to be about? It's very dark. It's got a little bit of some dark comedy in there.
Starting point is 02:00:25 And that's it. It's dark. Say too. It's fucked up. I like that. Yeah, that's good. Well, back to the relationship. You're with Ben now.
Starting point is 02:00:35 What about Tanna? You guys are still friends, but you guys were in a relationship. Now what's that like? You know, she's a confusing little bunny. Yeah. You know. Is she with Jake Paul?
Starting point is 02:00:48 She is. See, I can't keep up. We can't keep up. She is. She's with him. Yeah. Yep. That's a thing that's happening.
Starting point is 02:00:58 That is. But, you know, I think they're just like having fun. and doing whatever. But, yeah, we, you know, I don't know. Also, she's so, sorry, Hannah, you're going to see this. And you're going to be, Bill, I'm getting all these tweets about how unreliable I am where you are. But, you know, it's like, it's a tough one. Besides the fact that I never have any time to do anything, then if I do make time and you don't show up.
Starting point is 02:01:33 nothing ever happens. There you go. We're going to put that out there because we saw her comment on your picture before saying, I'm going to come to New York and you were like, no, you're not. Literally, like stop lying to me. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:01:44 It's not even funny too joke. It's like you're flirting, but like shut the fuck up and get here. Get on a plane, get your ass here. Literally, you're supposed to come up at my house the other night. Like, what are you doing? Yeah. What the fuck, Dana?
Starting point is 02:01:57 Yeah. Well, you know what? Hopefully we'll put this out. And Tanna will have some answers. That's what. That's what I'm picking up. Yep. Definitely.
Starting point is 02:02:05 Oh, man. Well, this has been so much fun. Yes. You got the book. We got movies. She's got so many movies. I know. I was going to say, what's next?
Starting point is 02:02:14 But I feel like we all know. Acne line. Oh, yeah. And redoing my whole makeup line. I'm redoing all the product, everything, all the formulas, everything. And starting fresh with my makeup. And then I'm also. Oh, you know, I'm signed with Sony.
Starting point is 02:02:35 I have like an EP coming out and shit. I just actually re-recorded, remade, completely remade my whole EP in a week. Wow. Oh, wow. Recently. Just recently. Yep.
Starting point is 02:02:48 Just, I love you just threw that in there. Yeah, it was like a week. I redid my whole EP. That's like something that I did. It's amazing. It's actually Sony didn't turn down not one song. Wow. So every song that I recorded in that week is actually going on the EP,
Starting point is 02:03:01 which is like really fucking rare. It's pretty weird actually. Very cool. When is that coming out? You know, it depends. There's this one song we really want to drop. I get to co-direct with Brett Ratner. I'm really excited because I've loved him for a very long time. And obviously, I mean co-directing with him is a huge deal for my directing career.
Starting point is 02:03:22 Right. Very exciting. But we want to do this other, this video, because I have to do it before I leave. I only have three days off before the two movies. And I'm gone for both of them. And then I come back and I do the third one. And that one I probably only have like another three or four days off too. And so then I'll be gone until like October, September.
Starting point is 02:03:42 And so it's kind of like if I don't shoot this music video fucking now, I'm going to be gone. Like I'm not going to be able to do anything. Yeah. So it's a little hard. I don't know how I'm going to really make all my dad like. Yeah. The life of a wannabe mogul. Truly.
Starting point is 02:03:59 That's a great way to go forward to. Yeah. great way to wrap it up. I know. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. The book is out July 23rd. You can pre-order it. Everybody's pre-ordering it. It hasn't left the charts. So make sure you get it. And then you'll get to read it July 23rd. Sounds pretty cool when you say that. Yeah. Thanks for coming, Bella. Thanks, guys. All right, everybody, that wraps up this insane episode. A lot going on. But we're here to give you all of that news. By the way, keep sending. me your mishap text at Maria Chiffo and follow Fran at Francesca Mariano. I feel like it's unfair for me to shout out my handle and not shout out Fran's handle. That's very nice to you. Yes. Everybody have a fantastic weekend and we'll give you that Friday energy again on Monday. What's wrong with the world mama? People living like they ain't got no mamas. I think the whole world's addicted to the drama. Only attracted to the things that have bring the trauma. Oversee's yeah, we're trying to stop terrorism. But we still I got terrorists here living in the USA, the big CIA, the bloods and the crips and the KKK. But if you only have love for your own race, then you only leave space to discriminate,
Starting point is 02:05:12 and to discriminate only generates hate, and when you hate, then you're bound to get all right. Badness is what you demonstrate, and that's exactly how anger works and operates. Then you've got to have love that to set it straight, take control of your mind and meditate. Let you so gravitate to the love, y'all, y'all. people dying children hurt when you hear them crying when you practice what you preach and won't you turn the other cheek
Starting point is 02:05:39 father father father of signs and guidance from above these people got me got me questioning where is love two days are strange is the world insane if love in peace is so strong why are the pieces of love that don't belong nations rock the bombs
Starting point is 02:06:09 chemical gases filling lungs of little ones with ongoing suffering as the youth are young so ask yourself is the love is really gone so i could ask myself really what is going wrong in this world that we living in people keep on giving in making wrong decisions only visions of them divinity i'm expecting each other denies our brother a war's going on but the reasons under cover the truth is kept secret it swept under the rug if you never know truth then you never know love what's the love y'all come on what's the truth y'all come on what's the love y'all heart being in and crying when you practice what you teach and then you turn me by the cheek
Starting point is 02:06:50 father father father numbers the way of the wall on my shoulder as i'm getting older y'all people get colder most of us only care about money making selfishness got us following the wrong direction wrong information always shown by the media negative images is the main criteria infecting the young minds faster than bacteria kids want to act like what they see in this middle Whatever happened through the values of humanity Whatever happened through the fairness inequality Instead of spreading love, we're spreading animosity Lack of understanding leading us away from unity
Starting point is 02:08:02 That's the reason why sometimes I'm feeling under That's the reason why sometimes I'm filling down It's no wonder why sometimes I'm feeling under Gotta keep my faith alive love is found To hash yourself Here is the love The question we are One world, one one
Starting point is 02:08:37 We only got one one one That's all we got. But a moon, but no. That's something's wrong with it. Yeah. We only got...
