Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners.
You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube.
Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music.
What's up, everyone?
It's Chicks in the Office with Rianne Friend.
We are giving you that Friday energy on a Thursday like usual.
We're feeling great today.
I hope you're feeling great too.
Getting ready for the weekend.
This summer has been fantastic so far.
I can't believe it's already July.
I can't believe it's so deep in January.
And deep in July. And my birthday's coming up. It is. I'm very excited about that. July 26 in case
anybody was out there was wondering. Just in case you want to be prepared to wish me a happy
birthday. But Fran, you brought this up the other day. You said that maybe for your birthday will
get tattoos. Yeah. And then I said, hmm, but maybe for my birthday because my birthday's sooner.
Yeah, that's really soon. I get so nervous. Don't be nervous. There's not to be nervous about,
Fran. Yeah, yeah. We'll discuss later. But if you guys are listening, just maybe shoot Fran a
tweet or a DM and say, hey, you should get a cute little tattoo. Yeah. Or there might be some people out there
who feel strongly against it. Yeah, people might be like, no, don't do that. Don't do that. People might be
like, that's a horrible idea, friend. Yeah. Well, you know what? If that's what you think, just don't tell her that.
Keep those thoughts to yourself. But we wanted to start off this podcast by mentioning the U.S.
Women's Soccer team. Because it's been so hype. It's been amazing. The parade was today. The parade was
was today. Well, now that you're listening, it was yesterday. Yeah, it was yesterday. But the videos of
these women just having the time of their lives, they're on a, just like a bender, a bender of winning.
They're on an epic bender. These girls, they got to New York, they've been doing press,
but they also, like, had a pool party at Jimmy at the James, like last night before they,
before they went out. I actually have a friend who lives down by the hotel that they're staying in,
and she saw them all leave the hotel. And she sent a very,
video was just epic they all still had like glasses of champagne like they were ready to go
uh and they went on a mega mega yacht Tuesday night like insane they were out on the hudson at the
statue of liberty they're just drinking so much champagne i love them i love the videos i love
the celebration they deserve to be celebrating their asses off for weeks on end i hope that they
they at least celebrate until September.
Because if I was them, I would be drinking every day.
We're the champs.
They just make me feel like proud.
Every time I watch videos of them and I just, I don't know, it makes me very happy.
So do I.
And I, if you haven't been following Ashton Harris's Instagram stories, you are seriously missing out.
Because she does this thing where she just says like bitch a bunch and it's just,
every time it makes me laugh.
She's just like, we're the champions, bitch.
I love that.
I'm on a yacht, bitch.
It's funny every time.
No matter what.
She also wore a unbelievably awesome outfit last night.
She and her partner, Allie, who's also on the team, they are just both gorgeous and amazing.
And they're having so much fun.
They're just all drinking so much.
Alex Morgan spraying everybody with champagne on the float.
It's so great.
I wish that we can get them in here and just talk to them, party with them, hang out with them.
They just seem like the best group of people.
My girl, Julie Ertz, I fucking love her so much.
Oh, yeah. I knew that was going to make you emotional.
Well, Julie and Zach are just the first couple of Philadelphia.
Right.
Well, Zach, you know, he got a championship last year.
Now Julie is kind of better than Zach.
Yeah, she's got two.
She's got two.
And I just, I don't know, there's something about them that I just love because even before,
obviously, she's Julie Johnson.
So it's like, she hasn't always been Julie Hertz.
Right.
And now, I don't know.
there's something very cool about just like, I don't know,
they're just such a phenomenal athletic powerhouse power couple that I am just obsessed
with.
And I've only heard very nice things about the both of them.
They seem like great people.
They really do.
And the parade was amazing.
So I wish we were able to go down there.
It was hard.
We just because of work and Snapchat, the timing doesn't work.
But just like the ticker tape parades look so cool with all the confetti.
everybody's having a blast
and they all got introduced
to Cahill and Megan Rapino
had such a fucking awesome
speech like
Pump me up
such a great speech
if you haven't listened to it
go listen to it because
we should play a little
just fired up to be alive
we should play a little part here
for our intro because we like to pump you guys up
in the morning to get you ready for your day
get you ready for your weekend
and this this speech is Friday energy
it describes it so we'll put a little bit in there
to get you guys pumped up
I hope they all just keep drinking
Vuv or Don or whatever it is for weeks. The most expensive champagne you can find.
The most expensive champagne they can get and just keep drinking.
Like just have an IV of it being just in your system at all times.
Exactly. You keep doing you ladies because it's awesome. They're amazing.
Makes me feel great. But we have a great episode for you today. Like usual, Fran.
So let's get into it with the topics. We got Beyonce's new song for the Lion King.
Love Island. We got into it. We're into the U.S. version.
Ariana Grande's Vogue interview.
Kim Kardashian has renamed her shapewear a line.
A sap Rocky is still in prison.
Olivia Copo has moved on with Christian McCaffrey.
Kara Delavine and Ashley Benson are in France, living it up.
We got The Bachelorette recap.
And we have Dix in the office.
So let's get into it starting off with Beyonce.
We got a brand new song from Beyonce from the new soundtrack that she's coming out with.
It's amazing.
That's what I have to say about it.
The song is breathtaking.
I have to say, like I played it as I was walking to work or, you know, getting on the subway, whatever.
And it's so hot in New York right now.
Like, it's very, very hot.
And I just got goosebumps all over my entire body.
Like, you know, it's too hot for goosebumps, but Beyonce gave me all the goosebumps.
It's so good.
It's so good.
You said that you were crying listening to it on the subway.
I really did tear up on the subway.
It's just beautiful.
Which is why I waited to listen to it until I got into work from the subway
because I've cried on the subway too many times listening to music.
I was like, I'm going to wait.
I got into work after we filmed our video.
I sat at the desk.
I put it on.
My hands went clapping in the air.
I couldn't stop.
It's so good.
It makes you feel so good.
I just think that this whole album or soundtrack,
whatever we're getting from Beyonce, is going to be amazing.
comes out tomorrow. Right. So the actual
Lion King soundtrack is being
released tomorrow, which is just unbelievable.
Because can you feel the love tonight with Beyonce
and Donald Glover is just going to be next world?
I really, I'm going to be listening to the soundtrack.
I am because you know how much I love movie soundtracks.
And this is just going to be so good.
Big movie soundtrack, girl. Massive.
No, what?
normally from musicals?
Because you're the one who is against.
I'm excited about this one.
I'm still kind of worried about like the original, you know.
What do you guys think about the Lion King itself, the new one?
Because I saw a lot of very positive thoughts on Twitter.
I'm talked about it, but a lot of people have been saying how creepy it is.
I didn't see anything about creepy.
I saw that the visual effects are so amazing.
Maybe that's what people are saying.
Nothing we've ever seen before.
Because it's like so realistic that it.
It's kind of scary.
Like that lions are talking.
I think that's what people are saying like,
hey, my animals don't speak.
This is freaking me out.
But at the same time, I think that's fucking cool.
Like, it's crazy they could do that.
Right.
I did see some things that said,
obviously it's way harder
with this kind of
live action animation
that you don't see
as much of the emotion
on the animal's face.
Like the cartoon, when Simba says,
It's a sad cartoon.
You can't really do that on an actual lion.
Yeah, it's kind of hard.
They're saying it may lack some of that emotion.
However, we'll have to wait and see for ourselves because I think with the music and just the sound and just visually how beautiful it is going to be, I think you will feel it just from what you're looking at.
I think watching
Mufasa die
in live action
is going to be enough emotion for me
because they're saying, you know, you won't see the emotion on their face.
I mean, we're going to watch a huge lion die.
Yeah.
And I cry when that happens on like the discovery channel.
Yeah.
When it's real animals.
Now they have voices.
It's going emotional.
I think we're going together.
Yeah, if you decided to join us.
No, I told you I had to do something at home.
but if I can get out of that, then I will join.
I'm just, I'm very, very excited.
Circle of Life, it's just, I'm going to, I truly think I'm going to cry the entire time.
My family went to go see the Lion King on Broadway fairly recently, like the last, maybe four, in the last five years at least.
Do you forget about me?
Yeah, yeah, no, I remember.
And so my, and my sister just cried so much during just the opening circle of life.
I wish I was seeing it with her because I do think she's going to sob the entire movie.
Yeah, I mean, I feel that.
But I'm probably going to sob the entire movie.
I hope that we all sobbed the entire movie because I saw it also on Broadway and I cried and I couldn't stop for days.
Yeah.
For days singing the music.
God, I'm so excited for the soundtrack.
It really is.
I forget that Eric Andre is in it.
Yeah.
I'm, like, every time I see his face, I'm like, oh shit, Eric Andre.
He is.
I don't know if I'm excited that the soundtrack comes out a week before the movie or not,
just because there's something so cool about watching the movie and hearing the music for the first time before,
instead of listening to the music and then, you know, watching, which is what I did for Mama Mia.
This is not a great comparison, but it's what I did for Mama Mia, too, because the soundtrack came out,
and everybody was talking about how great the soundtrack is.
I was like, I'm not listening to it until I actually see the movie.
Wait, does this mean that Seth Rogen is going to be singing?
Akuna Matata?
Yes.
I believe so.
That's exciting.
That is what's happening.
I believe that is what's happening.
That was such a great Noah deadpan.
That's exciting.
Yeah, like, oh, you sound really thrilled, though.
Wow.
That is exciting.
Yeah, like, Noah has no emotion in his voice.
It's my mom's favorite thing about Noah.
She's always like, I want Noah to talk more on radio.
He has such a great deadpan.
I'm so happy right now.
Yeah, like that's no.
That is, that is exciting.
Shut up.
Anyway, I'm super excited for the movie.
She looked amazing at the premiere Blue Ivy.
It looked amazing.
Blue Ivy is getting so old, so fast, I feel like.
She's turning into such a little lady.
Yeah, she is.
Well, it's like Northwest.
We don't all have the same hair.
So why should we all use the same shampoo and conditioner?

We do. Love Island, which people have been telling us to watch for a while. They've been saying to
watch the UK version. Everyone's like, it's the greatest reality show. When I started watching Paradise Hotel,
which I only caught the end of, and it was too late by the time I told you, watch this. It's good.
I had missed like 15 episodes. You missed. I caught up like.
in the middle and I was catching the end, so I caught it in a good time.
And I was telling people how much I love Paradise Hotel.
And they were like, you haven't seen nothing yet if you haven't watched Love Island.
Yeah.
But I wasn't going to go back and watch the UK versions of Love Island that already ended because I knew that Love Island America was coming.
Right. Apparently all the UK ones are on Hulu as well.
Well, that's what I heard.
People are like, go back and watch the UK version so great.
So it's hard because we can't compare the U.S. version to the U.K.
version, you know, which one's better, which one's out.
We also have only gotten one episode.
But I think we're committed to the U.S.
version. I think I'm committed to it.
I think I'm all in. I love, love, love the fact that it's
every night and that it's within 24 hours.
And a lot of people... I don't know if I love that.
That's just so much... I watch so much TV already.
See, I think that's why I love it is that there's a lot of TV shows that you watch that
I don't. And on those nights, sometimes I'm like,
oh, I got nothing to watch. Well, now...
APM comes around.
I got Love Island.
It's great for the summer.
And this is normally when people don't have a lot of shows to watch is during the summer, probably except for me.
I'm so behind.
I have stranger things, big little lies.
I'm just, I'm behind on everything.
Euphoria.
Oh, we're away.
Well, we also have to watch Euphoria.
Oh, I'm watching it.
I've already watched the first three episodes.
You watch the first three episodes?
Okay.
I'm going to catch up so that we could talk about it.
It is wild.
So that we could talk about it because people want us to talk about it.
Euphoria is wild.
Yeah.
That's what I heard.
Zenddaia?
I like want to kiss the ground she walks on.
She is so talented.
It's unbelievable.
Yeah, I got to watch that.
And what's his face from the kissing booth is in it?
He plays a giant dickhead, but.
That's fine.
Jacob Lardy.
Oh, right, right.
You love him.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, yeah, I need to watch that so we can talk about it.
And so many people have told me to watch it by now that I have to.
Oh, that's an easy one to catch up.
Yeah, it's only a few episodes.
There's only more episodes.
I haven't watched a fourth one yet.
But Love Island is on every single night until August 7th, I think,
it started last night.
Which is perfect because it'll end right when Bachelor in Paradise is starting.
Oh my God.
So much reality TV.
So much reality TV.
I couldn't handle Bachelor in Paradise and Love Island together.
Too much beach romance going on for me.
Way too much beach romance.
But back to what I was saying, people were telling me you need to watch Love Island.
It's so much better than Paradise Hotel.
Paradise Hotel straight up stole the premise of Love Island.
Oh, yeah.
Just a knockoff, Love Island.
Just completely knocked it off.
Even the intro.
If you watch the intro.
to Paradise Hotel and the intro to Love Island,
it's fairly similar
the way, you know, the key, everything about it.
I mean, just the name of it is hilarious.
They just like Paradise Hotel, Love Island.
They just kind of...
It's like London Tipton and Paris Hilton.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
That type of thing.
But Love Island, it's great.
I like the first episode a lot.
I mean, I'm confused by the whole premise of it still
because I don't know if there's like games
that they compete in or how you...
I'm just along for the ride at this point.
I love the fact that say you, because we were confused about this,
so I want to explain to some people who don't know Love Island,
they record stuff on Monday, and then the stuff from Monday will come out on Tuesday.
So it's not like months and months.
No.
You're waiting.
We're seeing this happen basically live.
It's very Big Brother-esque, and we don't watch Big Brother.
So this is kind of our first taste of like that kind of TV.
that kind of TV where it's really happening in real time and it's they're they're really on
Fiji this shit's happening right now yeah they're there right now we're going to see the footage
from tonight tomorrow which i think is adds such a different element because even with the bachelor
bachelor bachelor paradise filming's over it's been over it's like it's by the time it comes out it's
been a while right and that's how spoilers come out and all that so this is so great because there's
not even enough time for it to get spoiled. Yeah, we got no spoilers happening. We all know what
happened to The Bachelorette. People's spoiled left or right. It's impossible to not see spoilers for
those shows now. So this is great. You just like have no choice. You have no choice on every night.
And so it's great and it's also bad because I wake up in the morning, well, for today, I woke up
this morning. I thought, fuck yeah, Love Island's on today. I can't watch it tonight because I'm going to go
to the KFC radio thing, but I'm recording it. I'm like, fuck yeah. When I get home, I'm going to watch
Love Island. And then I think to myself, but then they always leave you with a cliffhanger.
So all day long, you're just thinking, oh my God, Love Island's on tonight. Yeah. The cliffhanger
last night? The cliffhanger was wild. So I guess we can kind of talk about the episode.
They introduced the five single girls, very beautiful, all of them, young, young and beautiful.
Young and beautiful. They just have to prance around in bikinis, just like all the men prance around
and the bathing suits.
And they have to wear these, like, giant microphone things, which aren't very attractive.
I would think that there's a way to just have better microphones.
But I guess that's the only choice that they have.
I don't really know the tech behind it.
It's like distracting.
It's distracting, but I think it's also because of the bathing suits.
It's really hard to have a mic on your bathing suit.
Because even the mics we wear, if we were carrying that shit on our bathing suits,
our bottoms would fall off because it's so big.
And they wear like a belt and then it's like a giant.
Anyway, that's besides the point.
Anyway, I don't know why the microphones were like the one thing that really stuck with me.
But the five girls, they get introduced.
They line up.
They bring five guys in one by one.
And if the girls have a immediate attraction, they can step forward.
And if they don't, they stay back in their spot.
And then the guy picks what girl he would like to be paired with, I guess, for the first foreseeable future.
This part had me on the edge of my seat.
I can't even imagine being put in this position and not having somebody step forward for you or not having a guy pick you.
Right.
Because, well, first off, this was Alex, one of the girl Alex on the show, she wasn't standing up for anybody.
Each guy that came out, she was not stepping up saying she was interested.
So it is kind of different.
I was going to say, oh, it would have been bad if no guy picked her.
But she also wasn't stepping up for any guy.
She clearly wasn't interested.
No, she wasn't interested.
If it was like you stepped forward for every guy and they didn't, and you just kept not, you were not picked.
That, I would not be able to handle.
That just would crush me.
Yeah.
It was a lot.
And, you know, they all paired up.
I truly, I don't remember all of their names.
But I, none of the guys really stood out for me where I was like, oh, I like that guy, you know.
Not even looks wise.
I'm just, they, none of them really were.
I would say none of them really were.
I would say none of them really.
popped and there was also
with each one of them there was something
that you liked and there was something you didn't like
I liked Michael until he opened his mouth
right he has an interesting voice
no not because of his voice but he was like I'm a model
but I'm not into myself
and everything is just like his poses
with his cheekbones and all of us and like
and he did say he hasn't had sex in a year
which I was like yeah well no
see it could be just because he's so into himself
he hasn't had sex that's true
some people are like that that's true
It was wild, and it's a very interesting group of people.
And then they brought in a sixth girl.
And so that's like the drama.
Kira, she had to pick.
Sturred shit up.
She had to pick one of the guys to be paired up with,
which would leave one of the other ladies hanging.
Now, this is what we're going to have to see tonight,
who she picks because they left us on a cliffhanger
on who she was going to pick.
But then what happens to that girl that has her man taken?
Like, does she just go home?
No, she doesn't go home.
Is she voted off the island?
No, there's like another, there's another twist that comes, but we haven't gotten to that
episode yet so we don't figure out what happens.
But she doesn't just get voted off.
I mean, that would suck.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
Is that, like, you're, that's it.
You're off the island.
Her name is Caro, right?
Caro, yeah.
Caro.
She is cray-cray.
They all have some random-assed names.
Caro, Cashel.
Yeah, Karon, Cashel are paired up.
Yaman?
Yes.
Right?
Yaman.
Yaman. Yaman.
Raman.
That's just wild.
Yeah. I mean, listen, the thing I love about the show is that I say, oh, we'll see what happens.
We'll see what happens tonight because every single night you get the show.
Right. So I hope everybody's watching.
I hope everyone's watching because we're all on board.
We're going to be starting our show with every day for the next two weeks.
Yeah, I mean, I hope everybody gets on board. If you're not watching, you should start watching.
I saw a lot of, you know, usually The Bachelorette.
it's a lot of girls tweeting to me.
Last night when I tweeted I was all in on Love Island.
I had a lot of guys.
Yeah, it seems like guys like love.
A lot of guys quote tweeting me, tagging their friends being like, fuck yeah, she's in.
I'm like, how many guys love Love Island?
And then we found out that Cody Coe is coming on the podcast.
So I was like researching him and his co-host.
And the first thing that pops up is them like endorsing Love Island and people tagging them
in Love Island.
Like thank you for like getting us into the show.
show. So I think guys love Love Island, too. They were probably doing ads for Love Island.
Probably. Probably. But yeah, I mean, it is what it is. And I do like the host. I like the host. I think the host is kind of a
big deal because I don't know who the host is. She's funny. I don't know who the host is for the UK version,
but I feel like it's an important role because I saw a lot of people on Twitter talking about how
important the host is. I don't know. But I love Ariel. I think she's very funny. She's very funny.
So I think it's going to be good. Listen, I love Kristen Cavalieri, but I have to be honest, not
a fantastic host on Paradise Hotel.
She kind of just is like, she's...
She's a little too zen to host a show like that.
She's given lines and she says them.
There's no like joking around.
Ariel, she's got some jokes in there.
Yeah, she's a little more...
She's like quirky.
Yeah, yeah. So this one I have to say to the people who told me that Love Island is better
than Paradise Hotel, you were right.
Yeah, definitely.
And I'm excited.
And that's just the U.S. version because who knows how good the U.K., everybody, I saw
everybody talking about how they wish there was accents and the U.K.
just have these really, you know, funny lines that obviously Americans don't use and it just makes
the show funnier. But we'll see. Yeah, we'll see. I'm, I'm into it. I mean, we are, the U.S.
version, we are, we're going to have drama because this girl, uh, Caros already got her teeth
like sunk into this boy deep. Stage five, stage five clinger status. We'll see what happens, Fran.
Yeah. She's only 21. It's just like, so, yeah. Just feel like, I'm 21. So I know, but.
there and be like, she's so young, she's 21.
But you're an old 21.
People always say that to me and I appreciate that a lot because when I watch this 21 year
old, I'm like, I would never act that way.
Yeah, yeah.
There's just, I think you can tell off the bat a lot of times with people what their
maturity level is and even without knowing their age.
And then for her to be like, yeah, I'm 21.
It's like, okay, yeah.
Yeah, okay.
That checks out.
Right, right.
Yep.
That's why when you say people are like, what?
Yeah, I guess.
I guess it's like a different reaction.
People aren't like, oh, yeah, that makes sense.
Oh, my God.
You're only 21.
You know, so, but with that girl, I'm like, she's 21.
They're like, oh, yeah.
I'm turning, I'm turning 22 very soon.
Yeah.
And it kind of has me a little sad that people won't be like, 21, but I still be like
22 is still very, it's still very.
Yeah, like, I think once I get to 23 in my way.
Honestly, 22 is like the coolest number in my mind.
22 is a cool.
I'd rather be 22 than 23 right now.
Really?
Yeah.
Are you 23 right now?
I'm 23.
So you miss being 22.
It's just a cool thing to say, like 22.
Yeah, I'm 22.
Why?
Just because of the double number?
Did you feel that way when you turn 12?
Well, it's not the same number.
11 maybe.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
When you turn 12, or you're like, I really wish I was still 11.
Yeah, I did.
Oh, wow.
But I don't want to be 33.
I'll just skip to 44.
Wow.
Okay.
You're very specific about your numbers.
You just want to skip your 30s.
Forget it.
I think Noah just hates the number three because I was talking about followers with him once,
and he was like, I think it's cooler to have.
like 200,000 followers than 300,000?
I do.
I am anti-3.
Are you an even number guy?
Is that the thing?
Two or fours?
No, it's just three.
It's just three.
Three is kind of an ugly number.
Huh, interesting.
It's always been like an unlucky number in my family.
Oh.
I don't know why.
It's all coming together.
That makes a lot of sense.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, anyways.
Brings poor fortune to the Ives family.
Yes.
We will remember that and we will never speak of the number three again.
Even though there's three of us, which is, oh.
Well, you know what they always say.
three is never good
which is fun
I'm not
I'm not
I could also argue that you two are like one
and I'm one
I would say we're kind of one as well
yeah that's fair
I think that's a fair assessment to make
it makes a lot of sense
it's like the producer
and the talent
and the talent yes
do you remember when you were younger
I don't know if your parents
ever said this to you
but when you were younger
did anyone ever say like you know
three's a problem
like hanging out in a group of three girls
no
I, for some reason, have always, like, three's a problem because when you're in a group of three people,
somebody's always left out. There's always the third, you know, two people are always clicking more than the third person.
Yeah. No, that's fair. My two, I had two, like, still best friends growing up, and there was the three of us, and one of us, no matter, like, it would always change.
Like, one of us would always have a night where we'd be, like, feeling left out.
Right. I mean, I felt that same way, too. So you got to add, like, a few months.
more into the group. Once you get to high school
and there's a big group, that's great. But middle
school and elementary school, it's a gray area.
Well, anyways, Love Island.
We'll be tuning in tonight. We'll be tuning
every night. We'll just keep chugging along. So you know what?
You guys tune in to. To August 7th.
Yep. Tune in so you guys can chug along with us.
Wow. Just so you guys know. Sounds like an ad. We're not doing
an ad. We're not doing an ad. We're not doing an ad for Love Island.
I'm just saying if everybody wants to enjoy the journey with us.
Yeah. The journey is on CBS. Come on the journey to Love Island.
Hop on the boat.
Let's go.
Ariana Grande did an interview with Vogue and a cover shoot.
She had her dog in the cover, her mom and her nana.
It was so adorable.
And the interview itself really gives us an insight to Ariana Grande's life.
Of course, we know that she's been dealing with a lot the past year to both years.
Yeah.
You know, she just always has a lot going on.
But it seems like she really...
It was wild because she doesn't really do big...
interviews like this.
You know, sit like this was...
And she did tweet, like, thank you.
Let me see if I can find it.
Because she definitely seemed very nervous
about doing this, having this come out,
what kind of reaction it was going to get
anything of that nature.
Oh, no.
Oh, maybe she deleted it.
I know.
She's always on Twitter.
She's off Twitter.
She deletes things.
But she was just saying, like, thank you so much.
She was nervous for this.
And the reaction.
has been great.
And it is so funny.
Her dog kind of looks like he's photoshopped on the...
I thought he was photoshopped at first.
But I guess he's just sitting on his lap.
He looks very attentive.
And she looks beautiful.
Stunning with her.
And the pictures with her mom and her grandma are beautiful.
All the pictures are stunning.
The cover with the dog is just iconic.
Oh, yeah.
You know, I love that she had the dog.
in it. Yeah. Anytime you can do a Vogue cover shoot with your dog.
By Annie Leibowitz and you're going to say yes. Right. Of course. But she also talks a lot about
of course, Mac Miller and Pete Davidson and Manchester and all that stuff that happened. And
I think it was pretty interesting. One of the things she talked about was how when she recorded
Thank You Next, her album, she was just drunk the entire time and she was sad the entire time. So she
doesn't remember those months of her life. It's crazy because you think
think you see everything from the outside and when you hear her actually talk about this and her
saying like look I I was so sad I was drinking like and we just see her create this amazing album
and you don't even think like oh she just she's she just made this amazing album she's I'm sure
she's fine right like meanwhile she's like I don't even remember making most of the album which is
crazy because she was blacked out the entire time and made one of the best albums it's just it's a
She had three songs.
Yeah.
All on the top 10 chart, I think, at one point from this album.
And, I mean, obviously, it was insane because she just blew up this year.
She was all the chart she was on number one on everything.
She beat the Beatles record.
It's insane.
And, like, so sad.
Yeah, it's sad because she doesn't even remember.
Well, it's the same argument that people make all the time where people are like,
oh, rich and famous people, you know, they can't get upset.
because they don't have real problems.
But at the same time, they do have real problems.
And, you know, they're fortunate enough to have fame and money and success.
But at the same time, like, their life just because they have that doesn't mean they can't be sad.
And we see that because we saw such a great album, but she talks about she was so sad.
She dated Pete Davidson because, you know, it was fun and it was a distraction.
But she said, she didn't know him.
Yeah.
She was like, I didn't know him at all.
She said, she said her words exactly, I don't remember those months of my life because I was A, so
drunk and be so sad. This was about
making thank you next. I don't
really remember how it started or how it finished
or how all of a sudden there were 10 songs on the board.
So it's just wild that
had it just happened like that.
She said, I think that this is the first
album and also the first year of my life
when I'm realizing that I can no longer put off
spending time with myself just
as me. I've been booed up my
entire adult life. I've always
had someone to say goodnight too. So thank you
next was this moment of self-realization.
It was a scary moment of, wow, you have to face all this stuff now.
No more distractions.
You have to heal all this shit.
Which is interesting because we've always talked about.
She always went from boyfriend to boyfriend.
She never really had a lot of single time, which I think has been really good for her just as a person to figure out who you are.
That's good for anybody.
Yeah.
Any person.
I remember when I was younger and I had a boyfriend and we broke up, I thought it was like the end of the world.
But I remember, I was just so young, obviously.
but I remember reading so many things that were like,
you need to be okay with yourself.
But it sounds cheesy, but it's so true
because when you're dating so many people for a long time,
you always have somebody.
You don't really know how to be your own person.
So it's good that she has that now.
And she said that her friends said to her,
come, we're going to have a fun summer,
move to New York, get away from L.A.,
which I think is...
Met Pete Davidson and got engaged.
And then she met Pete Davidson and got engaged.
So it was like, okay, you got away from the crazy L.A.
lifestyle, but then you moved to New York
and got engaged to Pete Davidson.
And she said it was an amazing distract.
It was frivolous and fun and insane and highly unrealistic and I loved him and I didn't know him.
And that makes a ton of sense.
It's one of those.
Yeah, it happens so fast.
It's a crush.
Crush mode.
People.
It's lust.
Yes.
Sometimes when you get a crush on somebody, you think you're in love with them because it's a crush.
That's why it's a crush.
You're not actually in love with them because you probably don't know them at all.
That's why it is called a crush.
So it was probably they just had a crush on each other and then they realized, oh shit, you are really not the person I thought you were.
It's like having an open wound and just putting a Band-Aid on it, you know?
Right.
Like eventually the Band-It's going to fall off and you have to deal with the original wound,
which is what, you know, she was going through all of this stuff and then she was able to kind of use Pete to just cover it all up.
And she had to address what else was going on.
What I thought was really interesting was, you know, when Mac Miller passed away, a lot of people blamed it on Ariana Grande, which was so fucked up.
And she mentions that in here.
And she was like, it was really frustrating to me because people don't know about all the times when we were dating that I wouldn't sleep because I was always trying to help him get clean. Yeah, she was always, and she was like, I just found myself getting less and less sticky. Like, I couldn't keep it together anymore. They said that on her dangerous woman tour, she was up at all hours of the night trying to keep tabs on Mac Miller. And so it seemed like she tried her best. And at some point, then for herself, she just couldn't do it anymore. You have, you have to take a step back and say, okay, I can't keep.
trying to help somebody who clearly is not going to take my help. So I thought that was,
you know, really brave of her to open up about because she should, because there were so many
people that were giving her shit for it, she has to explain, explain herself. But all in all,
I thought it was a great interview. And you're right, it's crazy she never really does these
big interviews. So it was really good that she did this. And the pictures are great. Have you ever
stared at a full closet and realized I have nothing to wear? You're not alone. Refreshing your

Important news.
Kim Kardashian.
She named her shapewear a line kimono and people were pissed.
Yeah.
And we were, you know, we were wondering, is Kim Kardashian going to take the advice of other
people and listen to her audience when they're saying, hey, Kim, don't do this, change it.
And she did.
And I think that's great that Kim Kardashian, you know, actually took the feedback from everybody
and said, I'm going to change us.
And that's what she's doing.
Yeah, she is.
So for a while, I think everybody thought it was going to be called solution wear.
but she then tweeted that that's not actually going to be the name.
She also asked for fans to send stuff
because outlets were reporting that she changed it to solutionware
that that was going to be the name.
But she tweeted, we haven't renamed it,
but do you guys like the name solutionware?
Any other names you're liking.
So she was taking lots of suggestions from people
and I got to say just going through the replies,
people came up with a lot of good stuff.
So, and I'm,
Obviously, I just, I feel like she's got to go with something with her name in it.
I think it's kind of dumb when you're Kim Kardashian to not put your name in the brand.
Yeah.
Solutionware is kind of boring.
Solutionware is boring.
That sounds like any other brand.
I think, yeah.
I think when you have a name like Kardashian, you should use that name to your full advantage.
Yeah.
Every brand, everything that you sell should be Kardashian something.
You know, she does the KKW beauty, the sunglasses.
A lot of people are saying Kim Ware, Kim, Kim Body.
I think she should have her name in it.
Kim body is good.
I like curve with a K.
Kimtimate.
Which is kind of a mouthful to say.
That one's a little tongue twister for me.
But in writing, it looks nice.
Yeah, I like curve with a K.
Yeah.
That's a good one people I've come up with.
She, KKW Curve.
She also, she retweeted somebody who drew like a cool design.
And it was like a back to K's touching.
And it was Kim.
and, you know, obviously a play on symbolic, but a K to start and a K to end.
He created something that super cool looking.
Yeah, it is really cool.
And Kim retweeted and said, thank you for sending this.
So maybe she'll take inspiration from that.
Yes.
But I also want to note, I hope that Kim Kardashian gives credit to the right person,
whoever sends her a name if she takes a name from somebody.
I hope that she reaches out to them on the side and maybe just gives them a little paycheck.
If she picks a name that like one person came up with.
Right.
Because if she does like curve.
If she does curve, there's many people that are applying that.
There's thousands of people who are giving her.
And it's going to be funny because whatever she does say, somebody's going to be like,
I told you that name.
But so many, you know, so many people have said it.
So that's the problem with asking for suggestions.
Yeah.
But when you ask for suggestions, you got to know that people are going to say, hey, I gave
Ken Gradashian that name.
Exactly.
So hopefully, you know, she figures that out.
But I'm happy that she took the right stuff.
of renaming it. Yeah, I think that was a better idea anyway. And I never liked Camono to begin with.
Yeah. And I think that it's not going to hurt her brand at all. People are still going to buy it. So good for her. Asap Rocky update.
This is, I just put this on here for you, really. It's really just for me. Explain my thoughts. And I'm here to listen.
So I don't really want to talk about it for too long because people are going to be like, you're so annoying, Ria. Like, you don't know ASAP Rocky. But ASAP Rocky really is one of my favorite rappers. I've talked about this before. But I hate talking about that because then people are
like, oh, you know, you know, when you say you like something and then people automatically
have to be like, no, you don't?
Like, what's your favorite song then?
Have you heard this song?
And I'm just like, chill.
So anyways, Aesap Rocky, one of my favorite rappers.
He is living in inhumane conditions.
Allegedly.
Allegedly.
This is what they're saying.
His people are saying that he is in a Swedish prison where he is sleeping on a yoga mat with no
blankets.
He's eating only an apple a day.
He doesn't have drinking water.
They can't drink it.
They have an edible food.
He has a guy living next to him, one of his cellmates that just bangs his head against
the wall and, like, throws poop everywhere, apparently.
And it's bad.
It's bad conditions.
But there are some people that are saying that this has to be wrong because Swedish
prisons are really nice.
And now, no one said that.
Obviously, the Swedish prison, like, guard, I don't know, the guy who's in charge said
that this wasn't true.
But then I get confused because they also said that he has no way of communicating with anybody on the outside.
So how does anybody know this?
So how does anybody know what's going on in there?
Right.
Because ASAP FERG said there's no phone calls, no visits.
Right.
So how do people know that he's like having poop thrown at him?
And I'm laughing because my brother made a funny joke.
He said ASAP cocky.
I mean, it's a bad joke.
But, like, Noah, he wants to laugh at that.
But anyways, Noah, Noah.
Noah heard that Swedish prisons are nice.
It's not that I heard.
And I was talking to other people about it.
It's like a known thing in the world that they have really nice prisons.
Right. So a lot of people have been writing under, you know, the articles that say this and a lot of comments are like, guys, the Swedish prisons are really nice.
They're lying.
Yeah.
I don't think that they have any reason to lie because.
Well, they do.
because if his people or his manager, whoever, is saying things like he's living in such inhumane
conditions, it gets the people going, hopefully gets him out faster.
Right.
Well, listen, I'm going to believe the people.
Yeah, I mean, we want it out.
That'd be crazy.
What if he comes out and he's like, that was an amazing experience?
Like, it was such a nice jail.
It was like a spa.
I mean, I don't know, but they're saying it's just absolutely disgusting.
And it would be different.
I think, you know, obviously if people felt like he really did something.
wrong, you deserve to be there.
But he was really just defending himself in these videos, although you are very much against
the violence that have happened in these videos.
I'm just anti-violence in general.
And the people following them were annoying as shit.
Like, they clearly had an agenda.
They were doing it on purpose.
And then you could hear the girls at, like, the end of one video, there were two girls
come up to the group and was like, that guy, like, he slapped my ass and my friend's
ass.
And so clearly these guys...
They were clearly a problem.
They were trouble, big time trouble.
But, yeah, I mean, the Rocky's squad beat the shit out of the guy.
Yeah, they did.
They did.
But in, I feel like in Aesap Rocky's defense, it really was, he really was just defending
himself because when you're put in that situation and somebody is nonstop harassing you,
following you, your bodyguard steps in.
And then this guy throws his, blocks and blocks.
Throws his headphones at the bodyguard, breaks it.
himself and then is trying to accuse them of breaking the headphones like this guy was just clearly
you know he ace up rock he's a celebrity he's like how can I get money from this guy if I keep harassing
them I'll you know I feel like he felt oh I'm going to keep harassing them they're going to do something
and then I'm going to get money from this there was a language like I don't feel like they had no
idea what each other was saying and it was just a disaster and he just was following them for blocks
and then of course the people at the end they were like he slapped my ass which obviously is a big
problem. This guy's been causing problems on the streets of Sweden for no reason at all.
People are mining their business. So it makes sense why ASAP Rocky would defend himself.
Asap Rocky even started. He tossed the kid. Oh yeah. It was like a WWE move. He fucking
picked up the kid and chuffed him. Yeah. The thing is, ASAP Rocky wanted it on video. He was like,
record this because you know we're going to get in trouble. And he went peacefully, I think. It said
that he went peacefully to the police and then he was there and then they arrested him he willingly went
that's what's crazy is that he willingly showed up to be questioned and then they arrested him like
he probably thought oh hey you know i have a video it's very clear what happened i'm going to show up i'll be
fine he was you know following the rules and following the law he showed up and yet it seems like
they're gutting for him i mean it's crazy because if you watch the whole video you see
AASAP Rocky say to them multiple times like, listen, you go that way, we'll go this way.
And yet the people follow. And then he's like, all right, get this on video. They won't stop following us.
And there's a clear, the craziest thing is that there's a clear shot of the guy breaking his headphones on Aesop Rocky's bodyguard. And then the next shot, the guy being like, you broke my headphones.
Like, no, we see it on video. You broke your headphones. So I don't know what videos they're watching in Sweden.
but I feel like, I don't know, I just feel like he was defending himself.
And it seems like every single, not every single celebrity, but a lot are all rallying online
to sign this petition.
Yeah.
I signed.
I signed as well.
I was shocked Fran signed.
I'm going to be honest.
I didn't think she was as into it, but she signed.
No, a sign too.
I said it to him.
I did sign, yeah.
But, yeah, I'm surprised too because it sounds like Fran is like in the middle.
I don't think she's anti.
I don't think he should be in jail.
I'm just saying
I was like oh shit
You're just like
Why can't we all be peaceful
It was way more aggressive
That I thought it was
What I actually
I mean like
Like I had not watched the full video
Because like
I felt like
I was like oh wasn't that bad
Maybe just because Ria was downed
I think it's worse
Because it's like a whole group of people
I kind of was
Like Ria downplayed
They were like yeah
The guy was they were awful
And then you know
They didn't beat him out
I said
I was like hey
I picked him up
And he threw him
I didn't see like
He was on the ground
They were kicking him
I was like, oh my God.
Yes.
And that, I obviously I don't agree with like, okay, you pick them up and you toss them.
But when you like constantly are like kicking the shit out of somebody, yeah, I mean, I don't agree with that.
But at the same time, when you're in that situation and somebody is literally harassing you, not stop.
They won't leave you alone.
I definitely don't think he deserves to stay in jail for six years.
That's absurd.
He shouldn't even be in jail now.
Well, that's the crazy part is that he's in jail for defending himself and that he might be there for six years because they got no plans of letting him out.
all, it seems. They signed
the U.S. and foreign countries have a treaty where a
foreigner gets arrested in another country. They can meet with a U.S. representative.
They didn't allow him to do that. And then finally, after two days of them
begging for him to do that, they allowed him and they said that
there was just Swedish bodyguards surrounding like the whole room. They couldn't
have a conversation one on one. And that it was very clear that they're trying to
I saw that prosecution is trying to extend the two-week.
Yeah, they're trying to extend it.
They're trying to intimidate him.
So it's more of just like, obviously he's being treated unfairly.
And we need Kim Kardashian to step in.
Yeah.
People are tweeting at Kim to get involved.
So we'll see.
Listen, she's, I'm pretty sure they're friends with ASAP Rocky.
They definitely know him.
They definitely know him.
Kettle jaded him.
So, you know.
Does he have a relationship with Kanye?
I think so.
I'm sure he does.
It seems like he has a, you know, every.
Not every rapper. I always say every, but a lot of rappers and entertainers have been posting about it.
So we'll see what happens. But I feel, you know, it sucks. He's just stuck in there.
Definitely. He's just stuck. All right, we have an Olivia Copo love life update. She was in Mexico
with Christian McCaffrey, young football stud looking good. They're holding hands. She's in a bathing
suit. He's a bathing suit. The shirts are off. It's spicy. Yeah. It looks like they're on some kind of
couples trip. I think they're with one of Olivia's friends and her husband, who is a former
NFL player. So they got that connection there. There's just, she's posting her friends posting
Instagram videos. There's Christian. He's got a shirt off. At first, you don't really know if they
were together. Like Olivia's not posting anything with him. He's not posting. You kind of had to
put the puzzle pieces together. And it was Olivia's friend who was very clearly there with her husband
and Olivia. And then they were in Cabo and it looked like very, very,
spring breaky
I love it
They had all these people on stage
And at one point
Like her husband and Christian
Were on stage
They both took their shirts off
The crowd went wild
There was like a bachelor at party
Everybody's cheering
So it was very clear
You see him
You see Christian
You see Olivia
And I'm spacing on her
On her friend's name
But it was very clear
Kristen yes
It's very clear
That the four of them
Are there together
It was confirmed
By those pictures of them
Hold in hands
Yeah I mean
Good for her
younger model.
Yeah, we went from Danny Mendola to Zed, to Christian McCaffrey, which I got to say, big upgrade
from Z.
Went back to the football.
When we're just, when we're just pure like look standpoint, I'm going to say, you know,
I'm not going to shit on Zed here, but I'm going to say that Christian McCaffrey is an upgrade.
Honestly, I don't even really think the Zed thing was like a real thing.
You know, I feel like it was just like a quick hookup thing to make Danny jealous.
Like I don't think they were ever actually.
you know, maybe, I feel like with Christian, she might actually be looking for something.
Well, yeah, he's a football player. It's her type.
Yeah.
Although she does know that the schedule wise, it's like a nightmare every time.
That's why her and Danny had so many issues, they were always traveling so much, well, as I imagine.
Yeah, I heard other things about their relationship and why they had problems.
So, who knows? I mean, Danny told us why they had problems.
Yeah, Danny revealed a lot.
He revealed a lot. I'm sure them not being in the same place.
A huge problem. But either way, Olivia Cropo,
is going to be traveling all the time.
So having a football player boyfriend isn't really going to do much damage to her.
Because she's already traveling.
It's not like she's worrying about her significant other traveling.
She's also traveling.
Exactly.
So maybe she's just having a little fun summer fling with Christian Caffrey.
I mean, hey, good for her.
And good for him.
He got lucky here.
Olivia Copp is an absolute prize.
Yeah, exactly.
Like the two of them together just look beautiful and they're just stunning.
Just gracing.
the beaches of Cabo with their presence.
Right?
Cabo's so lucky.
Lucky brats.

This is something that has me so excited.
Cara Delavine and Ashley Benson. They are in France. They're on vacation.
And somebody had DM'd us before these pictures came out and said, listen, guys, you need to beware of the vacation pictures that are about to hit of Kara and Ashley.
And I think they're engaged. And I have no idea why that person DM does that. And I kind of, I didn't even show you.
I saw it and I just like move past it.
I don't know why.
I was like, okay, yeah, whatever.
The pictures really did come out and people think that they might be engaged.
Yeah, so, you know, they're both wearing gold bands on their left hand, you know, the finger.
So everybody's freaking out that something happened on that finger.
And they were seen kissing inside some nightclub in Santropay.
so they're like are they celebrating something
Are they not?
I don't know
But it's also like
It's tough because girls
Sometimes just wear rings
Like when you wear
And also when you wear a bunch of rings
Just from a fashion standpoint
Sometimes you wear one on that finger
My sister wears one sometimes
And my mom's like why are you doing that?
And she's like I don't know
Because it fits that finger
It doesn't fit any of the other ones
I totally feel that sometimes I wear rings
And it only fits my ring finger
And then people will be like
you're engaged. I'm like, no, I'm not engaged.
No, that's not an engagement ring, that's just a ring.
So I do understand, you know, the,
why people might think they're engaged, but I don't think it's a confirmation
because they could have just, you know, been away on vacation and have bought
matching rings that they were wearing together. And for them to be like in a club
kissing, like, yeah, they're dating. They're on vacation. They're having fun.
Of course, they're in a club kissing. Like, they're having a great time. So good for
them. And if they are engaged, that's fucking awesome. But we don't know if that's a fact.
So I don't want to say, I don't want to say that that's definitely happening.
Yeah.
I would say it's probably not.
And Ashley Benson's mom wrote on Instagram and said how easy it is for so many of us today
to be undoubtedly full of information yet fully deprived of accurate information.
Yeah.
So that would probably.
Sounds like a big fat denial to me.
Exactly.
That sounds like no, they're probably not engaged.
But good for them living it up.
I love these pictures of them kissing and hugging and having the best time.
They're having an amazing vacation.
I mean, how did you not?
They're in Santribal.
and having a great time. And it looks like these two, you know, we've, we've seen them date other people before, but it seems like this relationship, they're the happiest. Yeah, they do look super happy together. They just look so happy together. We've seen Kara with multiple people, Paris Jackson. Ashley Benson had another boyfriend in the past. I remember she was dating for a while. She dated the guy in Justin Bieber's squad.
Yes. Ryan. Ryan Good. Ryan Good. Yes. She dated Ryan Good for a while. And it just seems like this relationship is really great for them. So I'm very very.
very, very happy for them.
All right, we are back with Dix in the office, Caleb and Rohn.
Welcome back, guys.
How are you doing?
How are you feeling today?
Really good.
Really great.
That's fantastic.
You both said you brought something to the table today.
We also took out Noah to lunch today.
Yes, thank you again.
Thank you again.
Wow.
Lunch actually happened?
Yeah, really?
We sat down.
I thought it was just going to take it back.
I was ready to get the takeout thing.
Went to Mulberry and Vaughn.
Noah had a chicken and some mashed mashed potato.
It was, it was, you went with your dads to lunch and you ate all your vegetables.
Oh, you had the sweet potato mash?
Yes, it was very, yeah.
I know, I know that place.
Oh, this brings a tear to my eye.
I'm so happy for you.
Noah has a tiny stomach, though.
He has a little bit of a child's stomach.
I told him, I'm like, I'm not going to finish a chicken.
I didn't finish the chicken.
Yeah, he doesn't have a huge appetite.
But he'll work his way up there.
Is this the first lunch you guys have gone on?
Yes.
Yeah, it was.
And if he misses from now on.
Brown treated all of us.
Yes, it was a small gift because I owed Caleb a lunch.
So I said, you know.
Actually, yesterday I made a bet with Roan about how many pushups Noah could do.
Yes, we saw that on your Instagram.
And so I bet 31 and Roan bet 32.
And I won the bet because I think he did 29.
I haven't done pushups in a while.
It's just PSA.
So then Ron O'd be launched today.
He was just looking strong.
Noah was just looking strong.
We just like Noah.
We're Noah fans.
Yeah, I could tell.
I added that story to our story and checks in the office.
A lot of girls were talking about your butt, Noah.
Oh, my God.
I would say that too.
Okay.
Rone said that right after.
He's like, you got a big butt.
Oh my God, I didn't think about that.
I almost didn't post that because I was self-conscious about it.
That dude is.
No.
At Rones' defense, he didn't say that.
He said, I didn't look, but it seems like you might have a big butt.
He said I didn't look.
I definitely didn't look.
No, I got a sense of it.
It was like you see the sun out of the corner of your eye.
It's like, oh, the sun's over there.
It was like, wow, that's big and round.
Yeah, no, you definitely looked at it because you guys posted videos.
And girls were DMing left and right.
Girls DM in me.
No one.
No one.
No.
There are girls
who were like
begging me to post.
I mean,
no,
I'm not like,
begging you to post what?
No,
he doesn't use Instagram.
No,
no,
like I'm not trying,
because you haven't probably,
you probably don't listen,
but like,
I'm not trying to brag here.
No,
we know you're not trying to brag
because we're just saying,
we try to gas on his Instagram.
But look at this picture.
And girls are trying to get him
to start posting.
Why don't you post?
Try,
we're trying to get Noah to post on Instagram.
Look at this picture of Noah.
The Duncan Awards.
Yes,
this picture of Noah.
Popped up and we said,
We said what a great picture that is.
Why don't you post that?
I made it my profile picture.
He made his profile picture, but he won't post.
Dude, you got to, you have posting anxiety.
You got to get over there.
He's playing hard to get.
No, I just don't like the post.
He doesn't like the post.
I like posts on my Instagram story.
Yeah.
But you're not going to post a picture like that in your Instagram story.
I would be weird.
This doesn't make sense that you're posting strategy.
It doesn't make sense.
I just don't use social media, really.
I don't tweet a lot either.
Well, now that we're on the topic of social media,
Fran was doing something very important early.
She was unfollowing people on Instagram.
Well, I realized that I was following a thousand people.
Like, I hit a thousand and I was like, I don't know if I liked that.
That seems like a lot of people.
Why?
Because of how it looks or how many, how much is in your feed?
Just like aesthetically the way it looks.
Like four numbers instead of three numbers.
You're starting to feel like a fan instead of someone who has fans.
No, not even that.
Like, it wasn't even that because it wasn't even that because it's not like the number.
You know how when you were, like I remember in high school, we,
would always freak out that we couldn't follow more people than followed us.
Like the people that followed you had to be higher than the people you followed.
Absolutely.
The ratio is important.
that I don't really care about. But it's like, I don't, the number, it was just a big change in numbers. Just looking at it, it looked different. And also I was starting to think like, wow, I probably follow a lot of people that either don't post that I don't need to follow or maybe. And there's actually, I've noticed that I've followed.
accidentally follow people a lot, like just scrolling.
Sometimes I hit it by accident.
And I found a few accounts.
But those people are probably pretty psyched about that.
Well, I found, like, some stupid account.
Like, there was, like, some stupid account that had, like, eight followers that was not
a person.
Like, it was, like, a robot.
And I followed them.
But what if that robot was bragging to their robot friends, like a Barclosport's
employee follows me?
I already am followed, so it's too late.
And that robot is going to go and try and show his phone to a robot today and try and brag.
Yeah.
And it's not going to be there anymore.
And Fran took it away from that.
Yeah.
Fran took away.
I'm sorry, but I have to say unfollowing sometimes feels very freeing because maybe there's
people that either are toxic that you don't want to follow anymore or people that you just never post.
You're like, I don't, why do I follow this person that I met one time when I was 15?
See, those are the people I stay following because if I met you once or twice, I don't really know what you think about me.
You know, you weren't that close with me.
You could have some type of opinion about me.
And then I go in unfollow you.
And then that probably leaves like a dirty taste in your mouth on top.
You know what I mean?
Like just in case, I'm like, why would I unfollow that person?
You know, they were nice to me when I met them.
Cutting them off.
Yeah.
You're cutting them off.
Exactly.
I'm not saying they're not nice people, but they don't post on Instagram.
Like I've clicked on one person and they hadn't posted since 2015.
I was like, why don't I don't follow?
That means you would cut off Noah.
No, Noah was posted more recently than 2015.
Well, Noah posted last time 2017.
No, no, last summer.
Last summer.
It was last year, 2018.
It was at the pop punk thing, I think.
Yep.
Last, that's like a whole year.
I know.
2018 is still recent.
Every time I posted, it's been like a joke.
2015 is you haven't been on Instagram.
Exactly.
That's how you went unfollow.
But does not use social media.
What about how you started unfollowing people that you realized were on following you?
Well, see, this was where I started to realize that.
On Instagram?
No, because I realized as I was going, I was like, wow, I haven't talked to a lot of these
people in a long time.
and I went to look if they still followed me.
How?
And a lot of them didn't search it.
You could go and you can type in their followers.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Yeah.
So I searched to see if some of these people still followed me.
Many unfollowed.
Therefore, I unfollowed.
Yeah, fuck that.
That's fair.
That's fair.
If they were going to say fuck you.
They unfollow me.
Right.
I was the second person to unfollow.
I made the second move.
They made the first move.
And therefore, they'll never know.
Exactly.
They already unfollow me.
They already unfollowed you.
They don't.
don't care. But they probably thought it was cool. They're probably like, oh, Fran follows me and I don't
even follow her. But you took that right away from them. I did some unfollowing on Instagram this
week, but it was not that type. What type was yours? I did unfollowing this week of all hot girls
that I follow that I don't know. Because I realized that I was following a lot of girls that I don't know.
I've actually done that before too, gone through them and like I follow a lot of celebrities that I
probably don't need to follow. If it was a girl who I have never talked to, I pretty much
unfollowed her and there was more than I'm happy to.
So you were just unfollowing all the Instagram models that you had followed.
Yeah, over the years I've accumulated quite few. What spurred this? What spurred this? I just did. I was
like, I looked through my feed and I was like, am I looking at porn or Instagram? And I was like, I got to
get off this and then I just, and then I just did one and then I said the other. And then now
I don't even look at its Instagram as much. That's so funny. I had that conversation
with my boyfriend and a bunch of his friends recently because we were joking.
about how, like, I would always go,
if I was, and looking at an Instagram model or something,
one of my guy friends' names would always pop up first.
Always be followed by, like, no matter what.
I was like, dude, you follow.
I was thinking it too.
You click any girls, like, Glennie balls follows.
Every Instagram model, like, all of them.
How is that possible?
And they're like, I don't know, that's just.
I feel like they all start to look the same after you're following a bunch of them.
Yeah.
And the way that the algorithm works too
That like it's like you want to see this kind of thing
So it's only going to give you that
Like I feel like I find people on Instagram
It's like I forgot you existed
Like you've been tucked away in my Instagram
Like 800 followers down
And you're not ever even coming across my algorithm
Well that's the thing with Instagram lately
Is that it's not in order anymore
It's been that way for a while
But it's gotten so much worse
Where I go on Instagram right now
I'll refresh and pictures come up from three days ago
I'm not gonna like your picture
three days ago because now it's weird but this is the first time I'm seeing your picture because
that's the Instagram algorithm. I also really hate now if you follow somebody new. It's like you go,
you follow them, then you refresh your timeline. The first like three posts are always of the person
that you just followed and you're like, I don't need to see these. I just saw them because I just followed
them and it'll be like their last three posts all in a row from that person. This is a gripe that I have to
pick with Twitter and Instagram. They give me what I want.
want to see, but sometimes I don't want to see what I want to see.
I want to see something different.
Exactly, Rhea.
Do you ever unfollow people wrong?
From time to time.
Yeah.
I haven't really gone on an unfollowing.
Sometimes it feels really nice.
I have to do it.
I stayed on radio to Ria that I haven't done it on Facebook in a while and I have to do
on Facebook.
Nobody uses Facebook anymore.
I deleted my Facebook.
But I've realized there's probably so many people that I'm friends with on Facebook that
I do not need to be friends with on Facebook.
Because now all my all my stuff
Recent stuff on Facebook
Are pictures that like my mom puts up
And my it's only family stuff
I'm never even going on Facebook
It could be there could be crazy shit going on over there
I said this on radio too
Do you guys he still have a Facebook?
I deleted mine because
Reyes is gone
Kail doesn't even know
I said this on radio my
I didn't really care about Facebook
Like when I was in high school
Middle school elementary school
I wasn't hiding shit from my parents ever
So they wanted to play candy crash
So I'm like oh you can use my Facebook
Take my password whatever
But then my parents would start having conversations with like my family members under my name.
And my family members, they knew that my parents would be using my Facebook.
So they would start tagging my parents in pictures.
I'm like, this wasn't even my Facebook anymore.
So I just deleted it on them.
I'm like, you guys go get your own Facebook.
Play your own candy crush.
Right.
Play it on your own time.
I deleted it because it became my parents' Facebook under my name and it was a problem.
That's weird.
It was weird.
It was very weird.
But I'm glad we got this social media conversation out there.
Maybe Instagram will listen.
and change the algorithm.
I know they're out there listening.
People watching.
Yeah, they're listening to us right now,
our every second.
But people complain constantly.
I just want to end on this note.
People complain constantly about the algorithm
and they won't change it.
Just fucking change it.
That's all I have to say.
Yes.
I also, before we switched to Caleb's topic,
we got a lot of people telling us
that they don't know which one of you is which,
I guess, voice to person.
So Ron.
I am Caleb.
Roaned.
No, I'm wrong.
I'm sorry.
I'm Roaned.
And Caleb's Caleb.
And Caleb's Caleb, which is me.
Okay.
Right.
Hopefully that's, that works for people.
I kind of think they were more so.
I guess they are talking about their voices,
but I think they're also talking about just like as people.
Right.
Well, anytime we put them up, they're tagged in.
We are.
It's the same.
Yeah.
I think if there was more confusion, it would have to be via voice because you don't know
which one's which.
People say that to us all the time.
They don't know which one we are.
Yeah.
and we're the host of the show.
I'm Fran.
I'm Ria.
Yeah, there we go.
Okay.
Caleb, what's the topic you brought to our table?
Well, it's funny you guys.
So my topic is kind of different this week, and it has, it's, it has to do with something
I've been working on recently, which is Miss Erica, our CEO of Barstool, gave me a Spotify
account on the company.
And her requirement is that I have to post a playlist, one playlist.
every single week of, she didn't say of what,
but what I've just chosen to do is my favorite 10 songs from that week.
What I'm trying to do is 10 new songs.
I'm not trying to do like this.
And I'm also not trying to do like the top 40 hits,
like just the top 10 and top 40 like Taylor Swift.
I'm trying to find songs that people might not have already heard.
In this week's exploration of the internet and Spotify and finding songs,
I found two songs that I love both of.
I can't they sound very similar
I think only one of them is going to be able to make it
both songs
I'm not going to say they're songs for girls
but they're definitely like I feel like you two
will one appreciate them and two
maybe will be able to help me decide
which one to lead in
and which one's got to go
well okay first where can people find this playlist
because I think people will be interested
yeah so I'm doing a place every Thursday on Spotify
and under what
Under what's your name?
Freak, I don't know how to do it.
Oh, this is perfect because this comes out on Thursday,
so people will hear this and think, oh shit, Caleb has a new playlist.
This will be out.
But I don't know how to find it.
That's not good.
Well, what's your spot?
Do you don't have a name?
Can I mean, Caleb?
What's the name with the playlist?
Are we putting it through bar stools?
Oh, and also, Rohn, I was going to ask you this.
So right now the playlist name is my pen.
I hate that.
But I need your help because you're good with titles.
I'm going to come in.
I'm going to pitch a bunch of names.
But I feel like I pitch some names to the chicks in the office.
and they didn't really fly.
That was not our fault.
We got shut down and we got told
this will be your name.
Oh, that's what happened.
That's what happened.
Not for Chicks in the office.
No, no, no, this was for Snapchat.
They said the group chat will be your name.
Yeah, we were told that that was the name.
We did not get to pick that.
I want this playlist to have something.
Okay, Caleb Presley, is this you on Spotify?
Does it look like me?
There's a picture of me?
The picture isn't loading.
Nope.
Nope.
I think I got a thousand.
Hell yeah.
Yeah, bro.
All right, well, I'm,
hopefully you can figure out that name because...
Can we figure out, like, you don't have a username?
Yeah, my username is like U-5-5-2-111-21-2-3-4-8.
So how do people...
Well, Caleb, nobody's going to listen here.
Do you blog the playlist?
Do you blog the playlist?
I just tweet it out, yeah, blog.
All right, let's go to his Twitter.
I mean, this is just...
Thank you guys for trying to get to the bottom of this,
because we would have just let it go.
We would have just move past it.
I feel like Caleb's losing a lot of ears
by not, no...
with the name of the player.
And I'm sure.
My name on Spotify is just Caleb.
Caleb, you got your name as your, for Twitter.
Yeah.
At Caleb Presley.
Oh, I like that you put this Milo Cyrus song on last week.
It's so good.
It's good song.
What makes a song a song for girls, Caleb?
You said that you thought that this song might be a song for girls.
Yeah, we got to listen to both songs.
Does that mean that they're singing about a boy love interest or is it like the type of music?
All right.
So one of the, so it's not the type of music.
It's the attitude behind it.
Mm, okay.
Is this a song?
about going down on a girl?
No, but that's a good song,
and that's my favorite song so far that I found.
Yeah.
Is that the one I don't like?
No, you never heard.
I don't know if you've heard it.
I didn't know if that was the one that you played
that I didn't like.
Oh, no, that's Megan Vestalian.
You don't like that.
No, but the one that I'm talking about,
it's called Go to Town by Doja Cat.
Fire.
Yeah, that's a good song.
Maybe you can play a snippet of that now.
In the meantime.
All right, so these are the two songs.
All right.
I'm going to play this one first.
First, this one's called XXXTC.
Okay.
A lot of letters.
Ecstasy.
Dope.
Oh, Charlie X, the X is on it.
Now I get why you said it's a girl song.
Yeah, I understand.
Is that answer your question, Rhone?
So girl song is where she's, they say stuff like that, pushy's like gravy.
So it's kind of got that.
Yeah, like I'm feeling good.
Okay.
Like I'm getting ready to go out and I'm just going out song.
I'm not saying you're going to write down the lyrics and show them to your mom.
No, no.
I'm not listening to this on, like, maybe my train ride to work, but when I'm going out, I'm putting that on.
All right.
Now, here's it.
This song is the next song.
It's similar.
What's this one called?
This one's called Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels.
Okay.
Now I'm getting it.
Why, these are both girls' songs.
And the vibe is similar, too.
The vibe similar, too.
All right.
Oh, well, this is Todra Kahl.
I've heard this.
Yeah.
I like this one better.
Oh, I love this one.
This one's great.
I like this one better.
Is Tadry Call super famous?
Toddrick Hall is like one of Taylor Swift's best friends
I'm sorry is that a guy or girl is that an ignorant question
Guy into some beef with Scooter Braun
Yeah
That's definitely a girl right
A guy
Toddra call yeah he's a guy
So what I'm doing right now is I'm deleting the XXXTC
From the contention
Get that one the fuck out of here
That one was trying so hard to be
To be sexual
Like she was just like
All right
In Taylor Swift's
She's um
She's her last music video
The one that has all of them
know that. Yeah, they're good friends.
Yeah, that song's a hit.
Down to 13, so I got to go. Oh, I actually really want to watch the music. Oh, you got to take away three
more? Really want to watch a music video for that song. Which ones are on the chopping block?
I mean, I'll tell you after because it will take a long time out of the song.
Yeah. All I'm glad we can make that decision for you because that song definitely deserves to be on.
You see why I asked now? It does it make sense. It makes so much sense.
It they had a very similar underlying like beat to it. Yeah. And we all had a unanimous decision.
So I'm really happy that we figured that out. Right away, we all knew that.
The first one was jarring.
And the other one, and the one we picked was my favorite going into it as well.
Oh, good.
Oh, good.
So we're all on the same page.
That's great.
All right.
So why were you even considering the other one?
Just because you felt.
I like it, too, though.
I didn't think it was bad.
I thought it was a good vibe.
It's just like a little bit much, you know.
It's a little bit, they're really shoving as.
Some of these girls are like that.
But I don't think even people who are like that talk like that.
But that's neither here nor there.
Yeah.
I'm glad we, I'm glad we could help you, Caleb.
Thank you for helping me.
You're welcome.
Now, hopefully everybody can listen to this playlist,
My 10 under the name.
It's called My 10 under Calib.
My name is just Caleb.
Well, my username is like literally a bunch of letters,
so I have to figure it out.
So just type in My 10.
Hopefully you don't change it by tomorrow.
I won't change it for tomorrow.
What did you have to ask Eric before?
Do you have your picture?
Like, is your picture on it?
Okay.
So Caleb's thinker, his pictures on it.
There's flamingos behind.
You?
Yeah.
If you see that picture, that's him.
Go check that out.
Thank you.
What if you called it like intense,
but with the number 10 somewhere in the word intense or something like that?
That's not going to be it, but that's better than my 10.
Intensity, intensities.
Intensities.
Intensities.
It takes place all over the United States.
Yeah.
Each song is from a different artist from a different state.
That would be cool.
That's not going to be it either, but I like where our heads are at.
I'm glad that we're getting creative with it.
Yeah, that's great.
Well, thank you guys for joining the show.
It was a pleasure.
Oh, Roan, no, your topic was the Instagram.
We talked about Ron's topic.
We've spoken.
He was talking about unfollowing people.
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
That was Fran's topic.
No, no, no.
No, it was a joint topic.
Fram was doing it.
I was like, you know, we should talk about that on the show because it's mentally
stimulating and I go to chicks in the office to get my mind stimulated and talk about
the stuff that is weighing on me.
Yes.
I hope that's why everyone comes to this podcast.
Oh, yeah.
Thank you guys.
Thank you.

All right, it's time to talk about the Bachelorette with our favorite Bachelor correspondent, Trent Ryan.
Wow, you went with the full name there.
I really get thrown off every time I introduce somebody in this office.
I go to introduce the first names.
Obviously, me and Trent are good pals.
I could have just said Trent, but I just wanted to give him that respect.
I appreciate that.
I'm very happy to be here, very excited.
Thank you, very excited to talk.
I know you're lying to my face, but that's what much.
Trent loves talking about the Bachelorette.
This is the best part of my day.
Are you lying?
No.
Okay.
No, I would not.
I actually see it in your eyes right now.
We're giving Trent an outlet to get all of his feelings out on the back threat.
Correct.
Correct.
Otherwise I have to text people or I just have to tweet out to the world and hope that they hear me and understand what I'm saying.
So this is, it is nice to be able to talk about it with you guys.
You know what?
I really like him joining it.
That makes me feel great, Trent.
The male perspective is always good.
Honestly, sometimes I feel like, you know, it's pulling teeth.
I'm like, oh, I feel bad.
We're asking Trent to come on the show.
but to get that confirmation that you're happy to be here,
that makes me feel great.
Last week, we're on vacation.
I don't think.
I just didn't even watch.
Trent was watching, right?
Oh, yeah.
You were watching last week.
We didn't even watch it.
It seemed very frustrating.
The whole season has been very frustrating.
And I said on this show just the last time we did it that I love this show unconditionally.
And this season is really a test of that because if I didn't love this show unconditionally,
I would have bailed on it.
I really would have because it's very frustrating.
We are still dealing with Luke P.
We're obviously going to get into it.
But yeah, every week the scenes with the people who are still on the show who we hate, it is.
It's pulling teeth.
It's something that you just don't want to watch and you can't believe that it's happening.
But yeah, I still watched.
Do you guys feel like The Bachelorette is becoming a chore to you because it feels like it's becoming a chore to me?
No.
We love the show.
You don't love it.
But no, here's the thing.
The past few episodes.
No.
Next week I'm excited for it.
But the past few have been kind of like headache inducing.
It's actually a little sick because it doesn't feel like a chore.
But the worse it gets, the more that I can get into it and be like and be mad about it.
Like if everything was going great, if it was a bunch of Tyler C's or if it was a bunch of Pete the pilots, it would somehow be less interesting.
Yes.
I agree with that.
But at the same time, just like, all right, I need to switch up the drama.
Like I like the drama and I like when people fight and they hate people.
But it's just now we're just focusing on this one guy, Luke P.
And then we're not even getting the hate from Jed because nobody knows.
Nobody knows.
So that's what I'm frustrated because there's so much more that happened.
Now we're watching basically an old show.
We're watching reruns at this point.
Well, normally at this point in the season, it's not this interesting because they're all guys like Luke P.
They're all nice.
Yeah.
Guys like Luke P don't make it this far.
That's a great point.
That's a great point.
We don't usually see a villain in the hometown.
Normally hometown, the most you can hope for is, like,
like an angry dad for hometowns.
And I feel like we got a good mix of both good and bad.
Jet is a whole new wrinkle because you're right.
Nobody knows on the show.
And nobody knows.
Everybody else knows. Everybody watching knows.
It's a strange dynamic where.
And his family.
And his family.
Which makes watching almost more addictive because it's like you know you're watching just a train wreck
because you know that you know the truth.
You know what he's hiding.
But you're watching them fall in love and you're like, you don't know, Hannah, you don't know.
It is.
It's like a TV show or a play where the people watching know what's going on and we're like, we can see so we can pick out things that the people who are involved in it can't because they're just watching it.
It's very strange.
It's very, very odd.
I agree.
I can't sit there and watch without laughing at the TV.
Jed, any point he's on the screen.
I just laugh.
I can't watch it seriously.
I honestly tune everything they can't.
say out now. Like everything Jed says, I can't tell you one sentence he said last night on the show
because I'm too worried thinking about everything else. The thing about Jed is I couldn't tell you
anything he said, but I could tell you the lyrics to that stupid song that they came up. Cobblestone streets.
Like, come on. What are we doing here? That's so basic. It was. All right. Let's start from the
beginning so we don't get all mum. Let's start from the beginning. You don't, I'm not calling you out,
but you didn't have a blog today. And I went to go pull it up and I was no, fuck. No. I'm just,
you know, I've decided that I think I liked writing the blogs, but I feel like now I can just
be like you have to listen to radio or you have to listen to our podcast to know our thoughts.
That's a great point because when you were giving everything away in the blog.
You were giving the thoughts away and we talk about on radio and we talk on podcasts, but also people,
you know, some people don't even like to listen.
And as a person, that is true. And as a person who's written a few of those recaps myself,
it's a bit of a bear.
Oh, it is.
It is.
It's, it's. And I like doing it when there's, it's, and I like doing it when there's,
so many more people on the show
because it's just like kind of easier
to write like a little bit about each person
and when it starts to get towards the end
I get way too passionate about it
and all of a sudden I see myself like writing
these massive paragraphs
I'm like this would just be so much easier to talk it out
yeah so let's talk it out let's start
let's start from the top okay hometowns
hometown number one
I love when they go to their hometowns
not when Hannah introduces them to her parents
or like vice versa
I love when they're going to the contestant's home
Oh yeah, we went to California to hang out with Pete's family. Pilot Pete, Trent calls him Pete's pilot. Is it Pete the pilot or Pilot Pete? Let's settle this. I personally like Pilot Pete. It just rolls off the tongue better. I sub-tweeted
Trent. You did. I felt it. I couldn't have voted on that thing fast. We've all been there. I'm a big sub-tweeter towards you guys during the Bachelor. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Like there is, I'm not
sub-tweeting often the last time I sub-tweeted people was in high school. It's just us. And I did it. I sub-tweeter. I sub-ststst,
I sub-tweeted people in high school all the time.
I was basically the worst at that.
And not mean sub-tweets, just like, you know, to get my ex-boyfriend's attention, just
like crying faces, stuff like that.
Just sad stuff.
Anyways, I sub-tweet you guys during The Bachelorette because sometimes you guys
frustrate me.
And Trent, I kept reading your tweet that kept saying every time you tweet about him,
you write Peter the pilot.
Well, I do.
I read it.
And I've gotten to the point where I, I,
want to put it as many times in one tweet as I can.
I'll say Pete the pilot loves flying.
Pete the pilot doesn't do it for the paycheck.
Pete the pilot does it for the love of the game.
I find the words Pete the pilot to be very funny.
And there's really no other reason.
It could be pilot Pete.
They both essentially mean the same thing.
But Pete the pilot makes me chuckled to myself and that's why I go with it.
There's no other reason.
Because it makes you happy.
Well, I'm looking at the poll that I put up.
I wrote, are we going with Pilot Peter, Pete the Pilot?
Let's settle this once and for all.
Which was funny because when I wrote this out, I just had
Trent in the back of my mind. Like there was nobody else I was talking to. I was just like,
I'm firing this off.
Directed at Trent. I won't tag him. The final was, well, there's four hours left, but anyways,
65% pilot, Pete, 35% Pete the pilot. I do understand what you're saying.
It's closer than I thought. When you say, Pete the pilot. Pete the pilot is so funny. Pete the pilot.
Pete the pilot. Yeah. Pete the pilot. And I don't care what the internet says. I'm going with
mine. I don't care that the voting was against me. I will continue to use Pete the pilot. You guys are free to do
whatever you want. That's the beauty of the internet. Hey, there's people out there that are just
straight up calling him Peter. Which is ridiculous. Ridiculous. Honestly, that's the one I have the biggest
problem with. I was going to say, Peter. Peter. Peter. Peter. Peter the pilot. Anything with
Peter. We got to cut that off. It's just Peter. Yeah, I like Pete. Pilot Pete.
So, alliteration is great. Yeah, it is. Especially because everything that this guy does
relates to him being a pilot. Right. If he had everything. If he had, if he, if he, if he,
If he had gotten out of the limo and been like, I'm a pilot, that's sort of what I do.
I do this for a living.
That's kind of how I pay my bills and that was the end of it.
Fine.
We wouldn't call him pilot Peter Pete to pilot.
But he integrates it into every part of the show.
And within 40 seconds of him taking Hannah to his hometown, well, they got into Mercedes.
And they drove to an airport where they found a condom on the way, which is very interesting.
Yeah, we got to talk about that for a second.
First of all, he called his Mercedes his baby, which normally I don't love.
when guys referred to their cars as their baby.
How do you feel about that?
The only way I would have been okay with it is when, if the camera had panned over and it was a plane.
I don't like that it was a vehicle with four wheels.
Right, because he is Pete the pilot.
And it was like a boozy Mercedes and he's like, this is my baby.
It was like all black with tinted windows.
It was like, who is this guy?
I'm like, this is not the pilot Pete that I know.
He doesn't drive this like swanky Mercedes.
I was a bit offended when they found a condom in there.
I was like, this isn't.
Yeah.
Like, why are we?
we now in a rap video with Pete the Pilot.
I was called him Pilot Pete.
Oh my God, I caught that.
And Hannah, when she found the condom, she goes, that's amazing.
Like, she was relieved to find out that he might be having sex.
Might.
I don't want to say definitely.
It does show like a side of Pete the Pilot where it's like, I have sex.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, Trojan commented back to France tweet.
Oh, yeah.
They liked a bunch of my tweets.
Trojan was all over our Twitter's last night.
All over.
They also like the Bachelor Recap video.
Oh, wow. Shout out to Trojan.
Whoever's running Trojan social media, they're big fans.
Yes.
Give us money and we'll keep shouting out those tweets.
Yes.
I see what you're doing.
So they want to, you know, make everybody aware that it is actually very unsafe to leave
your condoms in the car.
Correct.
Because then they're not.
Yeah.
Or, you know, people forget this.
Also in wallets.
Like, those are places you shouldn't store them and people think that's where you should
store them.
Yeah.
No, you shouldn't store condoms in a wallet.
safety talk, but, you know, it's too hot in there, the wallet, the car.
Yes, they wanted to make sure that everybody heard them loud and clear last night that
hopefully Pilot Pete wasn't using that condom because you should not keep them in there,
in your car like that.
Well, that's a lesson for Pete.
He needs to call his plane baby and not his car baby.
Definitely.
That's what comes down to.
But they get to Pete's house and his family is just precious.
They're precious.
I want to say, before we talk about his family,
Hannah pointed out to, she's like it was very sexy,
him flying the plane and everything.
Right.
It was very sexy.
I actually forgot about the part when they flew in the plane.
I've seen pilot Pete as like this wholesome, kind of like this wholesome kind of like
quirky doesn't really know what he's doing situation.
Like every time he tries like be sexy with Hannah,
it's like a fail with the pool table or he's knocking a rover or whatever.
But he just, it was smooth sailing, just brought that plane down.
He's like kissing Hannah where they're flying.
He's just, I was like, wow, he knows what he's doing.
That's pretty attractive.
Do you think it's like one of those movies, though, where the guy has one thing, you know, he's super awkward.
I don't know what movie I'm thinking of, but he's super awkward.
And then he's just like one thing that he's obsessed with, he gets him going.
I feel like that's piloting for Pete.
Like whenever he gets in a helicopter or something that he's flying, just like he turns into like.
How many times has he said like he's, I can't wait for Hannah and I are, you know, love to soar.
He said sore
He loves flying
In relation to his relationship
But if he loves flying so much
Why not call that the baby?
I know.
That's what's confusing to me.
I'm glad to hear you guys say that you found that attractive
Because when I think of
That seems like a nightmare to me
Like if I was up in a plane
Like with a date
I just feel like we're going to die
And this is going to be a bad thing
That's going to happen to us
Well he just exuded like all this confidence
That he just knew what he was doing
And that's and Hannah seemed like
Like she felt fine.
Right.
It would be different if he was like, oh, shit, I'm nervous about this.
Yeah.
Like, hopefully this goes, okay.
Yeah, no.
But he was, he was very confident.
Probably the most confident he's been all season was when he was flying.
No doubt about it.
Yeah.
Beautiful.
Romantic.
Your tweet about that, I shook my head so hard.
It was like, oh, a flight above the Bachelor Mansion.
I'd marry that guy.
Over the Bachelor Mansion?
Right.
You could fly anywhere.
I would love to see the Bachelor Mansion.
Mansion in real life.
I think I'd like, yeah, but I'd like to fly over a place that I haven't been.
Right?
Like, I want to fly over some tropical islands.
I don't want to fly over the Bachelor Mansion.
Maybe you're reading way too much into my tweets.
Like, that was just like, I was really talking about Pete.
Like, it was like, oh, that was a smooth move.
Here's the Bachelor Mansion.
Here's where we first met.
I read what I read.
And I said what I said.
And what I said was I would fly anywhere over the Bachelor Mansion.
Like, give me water over the Bachelor Mansion.
Okay.
I think we got a little bit of water too.
Yeah, that's fine.
It was a good move by now.
But it's actually, it's on a, I don't know why I feel like I'm being cynical about everything.
It's on brand.
They are on The Bachelorette.
Yeah.
So.
Maybe they, that was like a contractual obligation.
That's what I'm thinking.
Maybe they said, okay, you can have this plane and whatnot.
Get a good aerial shot.
Right.
And get a good shot of the mansion.
Yeah.
That's fair.
But we got to talk about Pete's family.
Yeah.
because they were very precious.
So precious.
That's the only way I could really put it an emotional.
An emotional bunch.
Precious and a very emotional bunch, which I wanted to judge.
I wanted to be like, all right, this family is a little too emotional for me.
But I tweeted, every time I come home, my mom cries.
And I'm 40 minutes away from her.
So, you know, moms are emotional.
The thing that struck me with the dad being so emotional.
Yeah.
It was, I thought it was very heartwarming.
And plus, normally they go and they meet all these people.
when it was, I thought it was nice.
It was just his parents and his brother and that was it.
And it was very, it seemed very intimate and they actually like got to talk.
But both of his parents just crying and it was so cute.
His little Cuban mom is so cute.
And then Pete cried too.
Everybody cried.
Everybody cried.
And then he did that, that uproarous German chant before the dinner.
What do you guys think?
Do you think that's something they do every time where they made that up before they came?
No, no. I'm sure that's something that they actually...
Maybe not for every meal, but I don't think you just...
That's not something. It didn't sound like that. You just make it up.
That's cynical Ria. I think she thinks that was the first time they'd ever done that.
No, no, I don't. Jeff D. Lowe said that to me out there. I was just proposing the question from him.
He texted that to me. He was like, I don't want to tweet this, but I bet that was the first time they did that.
So he said, that really bothered him.
So he said the same thing to me, which is why I asked you guys, do you think... I don't think it was.
I was just asking...
Everything that happened in that episode, that was probably the last thing that bothered me.
Yeah, no, it didn't bother me at all.
I was like, okay, this is happy.
Yeah, it was.
It was joyous.
Everything was very joyous.
Pete's house made me feel warm and welcoming.
Made me feel good.
Yeah.
I really hoped that Pete was going to give more of a love proclamation as she was leaving,
what she didn't do, but that's okay.
Because for a second, when he didn't do that, I was like, oh, no.
I hope she doesn't send him home because she wasn't, because, because,
he wasn't like, I'm in love with you or whatever, because
the other guys, they always say
I gotta be honest. But I guess
I respected he wasn't there yet. After
I saw
them leaving, Hannah
leaving Pete, I said to myself,
she just, she's just not feeling it.
Yeah, she's just not feeling it. I am not gonna lie.
I did really think he was going home last night.
I thought he was going home because when they
were kissing and he was just like, I'm just
you know, he was pouring out his emotions. Yeah.
And instead of saying anything back,
Hannah just kissed him.
Yeah.
Which is like, you know, obviously, yes, kissing is very nice, but it almost like like a,
I don't want to say any of this back.
I'm just going to kiss them.
Yeah.
That's what I got from it.
What do you think?
Well, I think you guys are right.
And unfortunately, we are, we have a bachelorette who I don't trust her decision making.
Right.
So to me and to a lot of people, Pete is the guy.
Pete is the guy that she should be falling in love with.
Marriage material.
Marriage material.
Great guy.
Great family.
Great profession.
And then every time I think she's going to make the right.
decision she just doesn't. So I share your guys as concerned because he seems like the perfect
guy and she'll, you know, she'll end up picking Luke Pete. Yeah. You know, I never even really gave
much of a thought to Pete being the bachelor, but I guess he probably has a really good chance,
right? I don't think he's good looking enough. That sounds mean. He looks like a blonde Ben Higgins
to me though. Like they have the same face, kind of. A little bit they do. Like they kind of have the same
face.
I wonder.
Maybe it's possible.
They just need to like sex him up a little bit.
I think they could.
He needs to like get a little.
It's almost too cute.
Like Nick Viol got sexed up before he was the bachelor.
He kind of needs to get sexed up a little bit.
That's very true.
Maybe he just needs like a new hairstyle.
Maybe put him on Paradise for a season.
Get him a tan.
Get him some weights.
And then I think you could definitely see a piece of.
the pilot workout.
All right.
Well, there's somebody
who definitely doesn't have
to hit the weights
because he already looks amazing
and that is Tyler C.
who got the second
hometown date.
They went to Jupiter, Florida.
They were on a bode.
They were drinking.
They were rubbing sunscreen
all over each other.
It was hot.
It was hot.
It was so hot.
Tyler C is an incredibly
good looking individual.
Every time we get to
like a Tyler part of our recaps,
it's just we have
we always have to mention.
how good looking he has to dial it back sometimes because honestly what I
last night I feel like is the time to really jump yeah hype it up because he was
shirtless the entire hometown date yeah what I really wanted to tweet last night was I am
incredibly turned on by the Bachelorette for the first time like I have never watched
that show and I've thought I'm in the mood yeah no no no that the show actually makes me
feel like however Tyler C oh my God I was believe
lushing uncontrollably to the point where I don't usually make like Tyler C is hot.
I was on the edge of my seed tweets.
I don't, I'm not usually doing that.
I leave that to Fran.
That's my job.
Yes, that's Fran's job.
But last night I had to go on chicks in the office and make a Tyler C is really hot reference.
I switched accounts.
Tyler C's got reiss switching accounts.
Yeah, Tyler C has me.
I didn't want to seem too thirsty so I went on chicks in the office.
And I tweeted a Hannah, quote, I don't see a clear front runner.
end quote, everyone else's minds
and just the picture of Tyler C with a shirt off
because, I mean, the fact that she keeps saying that
and then I have the visuals of Tyler C in my head
that she was actually in person with,
I'm stunned.
Stunt.
Oh, I totally agree.
And it's maybe we just need to both tweet all of our thirsty Tyler thoughts
from chicks in the office so that everybody thinks it's Noah.
Yeah.
Well, last night.
I was worried about that last night, you know.
Noah, when you saw that tweet last night,
what was your first reaction?
Well, you texted me for, like, a picture of him,
and I didn't know what you were talking about,
and then I saw that tweet,
and my first reaction was like,
Fran's going to think that I tweeted.
I'm not going to lie.
At first, I really did.
I was like, all right, no, he's really,
he's going for it.
I was going for it.
I texted Fran.
I'm like, I just want to make sure you know.
I tweeted that.
Not know.
Yeah, she did text me to clarify.
Because it would seem a little, you know,
coming from Noah,
tweeting pictures of time.
I mean, it would be me, like,
trying to go for the likes.
Right.
It worked.
I was going to say, if Noah tweeted that, that's a guy who understands the voice of the Twitter account.
And he does, I have to say, a fantastic job.
Everybody was tweeting back to the account last night.
Please tell me this is Noah killing the tweets.
There you go.
Props to Noah, but he really was.
And I was reading it like in our voices.
The one where it was like, Luke P, we've heard this story before.
Blah, blah, blah.
Oh, I do.
I'm not tweeting like my, I'm tweeting like what I think you would say like that.
Noah is inside our brains.
Yeah.
That's what you need.
He hears us way too much.
Yeah, exactly.
But also.
just the right about.
And I hit that retweet button so fast when I see those tweets.
I'm like, yes, Noah.
Oh, the one about the grandma.
We'll get to that.
We'll get to that when we talk about it.
The thing about Tyler C is, well, there's two things.
One, he's incredibly good looking, as you guys have stated.
And two, he's like, he's a good guy.
Yeah.
He's a genuine person.
The trip that he took her on with the boat and showing him or showing her
where he grew up and all these different spots and bars that he kind of knew.
He's, he's not, he has a brain.
And it's like, you feel like.
Sometimes on this show, they'll have guys who are extremely attractive, but there's just
nothing there.
Right.
There's nothing going on.
But with Tyler C, he's kind of the whole package.
Yeah.
And every time he's on the screen, it's great.
It's an enjoyable experience.
And that's what I felt watching the hometown last night.
I thought the whole thing was enjoyable.
Just him, you know, he's not the smoothest talker, but he is the smoothest talker.
It's something about the way he's genuine.
I say it every time.
He's like a real person when he speaks.
He doesn't sound like a robot.
You don't feel like you're getting that.
The hot guy lines.
Just like the hot guy.
And I think a lot of people at the beginning of the show were skeptical about him because of how good looking is it.
They were like, oh, this is like some fuck boy, whatever.
Yeah.
But now I think, and I saw a lot of past like Bachelor and Bachelor of people like even like Jade posted on her Instagram story like that she was nervous about Tyler's intentions and whatnot.
But seeing him with his family and his dad really showed what kind of guy he is.
And now everybody, I mean, Choochoo.
hop on the Tyler C train all aboard.
Not to generalize attractive people too much, but they do have,
you get everything a little bit handed to you so you don't have to have a personality.
You don't have a sense of humor.
And it's like hot guy football player.
Right.
But Tyler C for whatever reason, maybe he doesn't realize how good looking he is, which is unlikely.
He does now.
Yeah, the whole world is telling him now.
But he's just like he's funny and he's interesting.
And when he talks, I'm like, oh, that's actually a good point.
And like, he's, I just like Tyler C.
He's a very nice guy.
He reminds me of Jason just.
They're different, but they're kind of the same in their morals.
When he hugged his dad, when he hugged his dad, and he was like, I love you look good buddy.
And he's like, I love you too, man.
I mean, that had been, oh, my God, it was so emotional.
I was bawling into my dinner.
Just tears flowing.
I'm about to cry right now.
I'm thinking about it because it was so, so precious.
It was so precious.
It was the greatest moment of the episode for me.
You don't really think about these people's, like, actual real lives.
you know and when you're watching and so for him to kind of explain to Hannah on their date
at the at square grouper which is a great bar I'm very that was good glad he took her there
I've been there before it's a good spot anyway he he was like look I haven't seen I haven't
seen my dad like I left he was still really struggling and he you know his dad told him to go
so it's all like very very emotional and you don't really you don't realize he hasn't seen his dad
in so long.
Yep.
And he doesn't really have any way to communicate with him.
So it's like he's kind of been.
Yeah,
I always wonder what the sort of what the communication is with the family.
Right.
And I was thinking, you know, maybe because of,
because of the situation he was in,
maybe they would let him just get updates about his dad or something, you know?
I would be cruel otherwise.
I would hope.
But if,
but he was very,
he's like, look,
I haven't seen my dad since I,
since we left.
I haven't really been able to talk to him.
So that moment was just, it was so much.
And it was just, and the buddy is like, how are you doing buddy?
I couldn't believe that Hannah just didn't propose him right there.
That Hannah didn't just get down on one knee and just say Tyler.
I think I would have.
I personally would have.
Tyler's dad was such a sweetheart and he kept calling her Miss Hannah and Miss Hannah B.
I was like, oh.
And he just knew he was like, I haven't seen Tyler like this.
He's so happy.
Even Tyler's little brothers were like he's.
He's ready.
Like, obviously, his dad, their dad getting sick, I maybe made him grow up.
A lot of, he mentioned that.
And I thought that was really nice.
He was like, it really put it in perspective for me, you know, I want to, yeah.
I want my dad to see me get married.
Yeah.
So I think it really put in perspective for him and now he's ready to settle down.
And oh, my God.
I'm crying.
I can't.
I can't.
I just, the day that Tyler, girl in America just drooling.
The day that Tyler C walks into this building, because we know he's coming on this show
when the season ends.
We just know it.
He doesn't really have a choice.
He doesn't have a choice.
And I just,
I think we're just going to have to read him a flood of people's DMs to our account.
Or just have to be like,
DM us what you want to say to Tyler and we'll just sit there and read it to him.
He deserves it.
He does deserve it.
It was the hometown was great.
Couldn't have gone any better.
The Pete's,
Pete's the pilots obviously went really well.
And Tyler C somehow was even better.
And then just to top it off, he said goodbye to Hannah.
And Hannah was like, they were like,
oh no, and he just hopped in the car with her for a quick, like, straddle makeout sesh. Unreal.
Hannah tweeted afterwards because she was, I know.
Yeah, it was good.
It was some good stuff.
But she was live tweeting last night.
And Hannah tweeted after that scene, yes, the driver was in the car.
And yes, he unfortunately could not control himself and chuckled, he's a lucky boy.
Good night, huh?
Jeez.
I mean, hey, when you witness whatever was going on between.
the two of them?
Listen.
Steamy.
I love the steam between the two of them.
I love the precious moments.
It just, he has everything, the hotness, the, you know, emotions, nice guy.
Tyler C's the winner in my eyes.
Yeah.
That's just me and friend.
I think he's the winner in everyone's eyes.
Besides Pete the pilot, who's, you know, just a little more of like a guy.
Kind of an average joke.
An average joke.
Yeah.
And Tyler C. has that about him.
It just so happens that he is incredibly hot.
Right.
Not to say Pilot Pete is.
cute. Tyler C. is just exceptionally hot. Yeah. Yeah, you're playing in different leagues.
I feel like we should just jump into Luke P's hometown. Where does he live? I'm honestly really...
Gainesville, Georgia. Georgia. It was definitely Georgia.
Gainesville, Georgia. Luke P. brings Hannah to his religious group, I would call it.
Yeah. His church. His church. His people. Yeah. I don't know what kind of church he's a part of.
So I don't want to say the wrong thing.
It's a cult.
All right.
It's a cold.
So he brings Hannah there, and it seems like these people were paid to talk about how great Luke is.
Because we've heard time and time again how horrible he is, how nobody likes him in the house, not even one person in the house likes him.
Luke always says, everybody I've ever met always likes me.
He had to prove that there are some people who can say good things about him.
Hannah was just rubbing sunscreen on Tyler C's body.
And now Luke P.
This was what we had to watch.
Is bringing Hannah to his church group to meet with all these people who are trying to, you know, tell Hannah all these great stories about Luke.
Say how kind he is.
Say, you know, right when they first met, they were friends.
I was freaked out by the whole thing.
Yeah, the whole thing made me pretty uncomfortable.
And I, one of the first things that happened is Luke gets in front of the group and once again tells his,
shower coming to Jesus, finding the Lord moment.
And why did he do that again?
I don't know, but it was so uncomfortable having it be like, then I went to coffee.
Like then I'm experimented with alcohol and college and just like girls and sex.
Like so much sex.
But my thing is everyone in that room knows that story.
If he goes to church to these people, this is clearly was his come to Jesus moment and he's told
them about it.
He's obviously told it to handle before.
Why is he standing up there yet again being like, I was in the shape?
hour and then it's it's I felt this you know let go and I don't want to hear that story anymore
no I don't want to hear it again I could I could I could resent I could tell it myself I've heard it
right it felt like AA but like but like you're talking about why you join the church
I probably told that story a billion times we've heard the story way too many times now he
he went into the shower he found God he found Jesus I don't know what that means but he keeps
saying it. He keeps saying he literally saw him come down and tell him.
They were, I mean, and they were talking to like all these children. Yeah, I, I, I don't know what
was going on. And everything, everything, everything about Luke P to me is fraudulent. Everything is,
is like this act that he's, and that might be the reason why these people like him, because
he continues to act like this. And then, but when he gets in close quarters, he becomes a
manipulator. I don't know what it is, but everything about him to me seems phony and fake. And the reason
that he doesn't isn't because he feels a certain way or he actually.
loves the church and the community surrounding it,
it's that it just is able to,
he can just be a manipulative person
and that is just the way he does it.
He uses what he's found in that sort of space
to do things that we've watched him do to handle all season.
Right. I mean, listen, I don't know what was going on here.
I do know that at one point, they all had their hands on Luke.
Like, I tweeted it looked like the exorcist.
It looked like they were performing an exorcism.
And I don't want to hate on any, like, you know,
if you're religious, I went to Catholic school my whole life.
Like, it's not what I'm saying.
I've been to a few CCD calls.
This was just creepy.
Like, this was, it was not anything I've seen before.
It was weird.
Yeah, no, the religious stuff is fine.
It's that I don't think Luke is genuine.
Yes, that's what it is to me.
It's like this is, you're putting on a play right now.
Like, I feel like I'm watching you on stage.
Like, this is not how you're second guessing all the other people that were there.
It's like it's Luke that is suspect.
Exactly.
However, there was.
one kid who was like, I just, I heard so much about Luke and that he was like this giant,
you know, big guy.
And I was just all the short jokes ran through my head.
All of them.
He's so short.
He's so short.
Trent, one of your tweets was just like, do you think, do you think Luke's feet are hitting
the ground right now?
It was unbelievable.
I was dying.
They were sitting on the couches in the living room and I was like, I wonder if his feet are
touching the ground as he sits there.
Now that he, now that he's like, you know, towards the end.
and these rose ceremonies of him only standing next to a few other guys does not help for,
especially next to Tyler, he looked so small.
He looks so small.
But after the, after the church gathering, which is house.
Which ended with the picture I tweeted of all their hands on Luke, which once again,
I didn't understand what was going on there.
It was definitely a sight to see.
They go to his house.
And I don't know.
It was just kind of weird.
It was weird.
His dad was weird.
It's the only way to describe it.
His mom was very sweet.
I feel bad calling somebody's family weird because, you know, everybody has, you know,
you think about your family and it's like, what if somebody was filming your family and people
were like, oh, your family's weird?
Like, that sucks.
But at the same time, it was weird.
Sometimes it kind of gives you an insight to like the person is that way.
And I got to say, Luke seems like he was very similar to his father.
And Hannah was like, Hannah basically told him all straight up that he made no friends.
and that he's not liked.
Nobody, like that they really struggled because nobody liked him and he,
and he got very cocky.
And I, and it's just, just the way that they edit the show once again, it's just phenomenal.
Because you had, you cut from Luke being like, this is my wife.
Like, I see her being Mrs. Parker.
I'm so creeped out by that sentence.
Like immediately to Hannah explaining to his family why she got.
like kind of irked that he got so cocky and that was like a turn off for her.
Right.
And it was just,
they just put those two things back to back.
It was,
it was great.
And Luke's dad's like,
what?
Wow,
that doesn't sound like him.
Like,
oh my God.
And they kept saying like,
oh,
you know,
Luke acts out and then after he,
he becomes humble and he realizes.
It's like,
hey,
maybe don't be an asshole in the first boss.
That's a horrible way to behave.
Right.
Like, it's fine.
He's just like an idiot to begin with.
And then he figures it out,
but he just,
you know,
he keeps doing it.
It's like,
yeah,
he punched the guy in the face, but he apologized right after.
It's like maybe they just don't punch me.
Yeah.
Just don't do that.
So it seemed like they're the least self-aware family of all time.
His mom.
I had to say his mom.
Yeah, his mom was very sweet.
And I felt like, you know, she had a nice conversation with Hannah.
But it was just.
I do.
The way that I, they reacted, it does seem that they have genuinely never seen the side
of Luke that now the rest of the country has seen.
Right.
Like he's, I don't know if he's ever showed them like when he's yelling.
at the other guys in the house being like, don't mess this up for me and like talking shit about
the other contestants. Maybe he just legitimately hasn't shown that to them because when he's
around their family, he's just like, I'm Luke, I'm the nice guy, I make friends with everybody.
And then when he goes on national TV, he makes an ass of himself. I don't know.
That is very, very possible. Yeah, because why do you think the brother broke his arm?
It's a great question. I wish they told us.
Why are you giggling? It's just a mystery to me. I just wanted to know so badly because the way that
Luke acts, I'm just like,
why's that guy got a broken arm?
Yeah, yeah.
Hey, Luke, why's that guy got a broken arm away?
They should have said why.
Right, because now it's up to me
to fill in the blanks and they're probably not going to like that as much.
And they probably haven't seen each other in a while.
So, you know, dude, why is your arm broken?
I think Luke knows.
I think Luke knows why that arm is broken.
Takes a long time for an arm to heal.
And it's just like, I feel like Luke,
because of where he is right now in his life,
like there's, he doesn't know who he is.
Like he just made this massive transition
Because he's still
He's our age, is he not?
How old is this kid?
I don't know about our age
When I say our age
I mean my age
I don't know who's
A realer just looked at me like I should be put in a nursing home
Yeah yeah
Yeah he's 24
Okay
So he's like are you okay
Are you all right?
Hey do you remember where you are?
Yeah I totally did look at you like that
Like not my age
Yeah
He's my age
He's in the middle
I'm on the way out, I guess.
No, he's 24.
We're lined up perfectly right now, youngest oldest.
Yes, we are.
But I was saying...
It's like cell phone bars.
Yes.
I was saying it because he had this moment when he was at school or finishing school, right?
Or was it like towards the end of college?
I don't know.
I think it was towards the end of college.
It must have been because he had that wild college life.
I kind of feel like he was during a day drink.
He had a few beers.
He smoked a little and got in the shower.
And then he realized, damn, I just...
I've been talking to everybody.
The whole coming to Jesus.
this thing. I think he's very new to it
and he's pushing it way too hard. Do you think that he literally
came to Jesus? Oh,
Ria, that's... That was great.
I enjoyed that quite a bit. That was
very funny. You know who's not going to like that? Your poor
mother.
No, she is going to go
home and she's going to be like, I can't believe he said that.
You know what the thing is about... Jesus. I'm so
sorry. I think I might have just figured out why Luke P
tells the story so often. I think it's because he likes
to brag about his past.
Being like, I slept with all these girls. Yeah,
I drink. Yeah, I do crazy things.
and now he gets to be on the other side.
Because it feels like it makes him a better person.
Like it excuses all the bad behavior.
It makes him seem like I'm a better person,
but I'm also like I got that edge to me.
I got that side of me where I could just snap and go crazy.
Right.
And she left, I don't know what was going through Hannah's head.
Hannah said that he was falling in love.
She was falling in love with Luke P.
She must be watching this and wanting to literally just scratch her eyeballs out.
She tweeted afterward,
I was on meds.
I was sick.
I went to the urgent care.
I don't know the things I said while in Georgia.
Well, thank God because when I heard her say I'm falling in love with him,
I couldn't have been more confused at the show I was watching.
I had no idea if Hannah is.
I think Hannah might have been living a totally different life than what we're seeing.
Yeah.
Because I don't know how we could keep watching this guy and then have Hannah be like I'm falling in love with him.
Yeah.
It is one of the great mysteries.
of the show that not even of just this season,
which it's clearly the number one mystery,
but we've watched the show for a long time.
And I can never remember someone this hated in the house
still being a part of the show
and the bachelor or the bachelorette, not seeing it.
Like eventually they see it.
And she's been shown this by the other contestants
throughout the season.
Like Luke P is the worst.
Everyone doesn't like him.
He's a manipulator.
The things he says are not true.
And Hannah, for whatever reason, it's just like,
I just, he feels like last night she said he's a jigsaw puzzle
that I have the edges
but I don't have the middle
like what are you talking about
he's just an asshole
yeah like the middle
is the assholeness of him
the middle is the part that you're
refusing to see
you don't want the edges yeah
you don't I don't in this metaphor
I don't think you want any of it
I don't think you want to throw
a little puzzle way
there's a bunch of pieces missing
and you're never going to be able to finish
you want to swipe them off the table
and put them in the trash
I feel like this is we're now
in the switching lanes metaphors
which I love yeah
there was one last night too
he was like standing your lane
I was like yes
I forgot what I was going to say
oh never mind
They're making Hannah seem like a crazy person.
I'll say that much.
The editing they're giving her is making Hannah seem crazy.
Just for the fact that she's saying she's in love with Luke P.
Everything else she is doing is perfect to me.
I think she's been a great bachelorette.
The one problem and it's a big problem is that she's saying she's in love with this guy who clearly we all hate.
But she seems to get it because she tweeted like I have no idea what I was thinking.
Yeah.
She gets it now.
Which kind of ruined.
She kind of ruined the show.
I was surprised that she tweeted.
She tweeted that.
The trailer is out and everybody knows he's going home.
You know?
They already revealed that he's going to do the whole sex thing and it's going to be a problem and she's going to be like, get out.
So it's like if that was not public and she tweeted that, then that would be weird.
But I feel like we're all just waiting for Luke to go home and probably so is she.
So it's like, and I'm sure it's frustrating for her.
She's like maybe actually, I don't know, falling in love with some of these other guys.
and everybody is just paying attention to the fact that she says that she likes Luke
and I'm sure in her head she's like, I like the other ones too.
But Luke is just, it was tough.
And then we, Jed's hometown, they obviously wrote a song, of course, because it was music.
I mean, I want to take his guitar and smash it.
I want to smash the guitar.
I know.
And then I was going to say over his head, that would be violent very close.
to him. Oh, before we move on from
Jedd, the cute grandma thing.
Oh. Luke's, that was
the one saving grace. Luke had a very
cute great grandma. Great grandma.
She was adorable. Yeah.
Old people were adorable. Exactly. That was a smart movie.
Okay. So back to Jed.
At one point when Luke was talking about his great grandma
or he mentioned it at the show
and I was like, I hope that great grandma's not cute.
You said that? I think I'm pretty
sure I said that. Do you remember this conversation?
I don't, but maybe subconsciously that was like in my head.
tweeted.
No, yeah.
I'm saying like you might have said that.
I'm fairly confident.
I did say that.
We'll see if the listeners can confirm that for me.
Old people are adorable.
Even, you know, grandparents of people like Luke P.
Right.
It's true.
And so, yes, you wanted to smash Jed's guitar.
I wanted to smash his guitar.
So bad.
Every single thing we haven't seen Jed talk at all.
They just sing.
All he does is sing.
I can't, like I said in the beginning of this, I couldn't tell you one word,
but you said you could tell us all the lyrics of the stupid songs.
Cobblestone streets, baby.
I mean, that's it.
That's what I was like those are the lyrics that I remember.
I don't remember anything besides dumb music being played.
Yeah.
Me wanting to smash the guitar.
Well, I think that it's so weird to me because they always,
especially with the guys that maybe have bad shit come out about them before.
It's like the same with Becca and Garrett.
Like everybody was out on Garrett, but then Garrett got like the best edit ever
because they wanted people to like Garrett.
So it's like, I don't know why they haven't thrown.
in some scenes of, like, if they want us to believe that she, that, that we're supposed to like Jed
or any of these guys, he's, and it's just, it's really annoying.
I mean, the whole thing is just, hey, look at me.
I could play music.
Somebody out there, pay attention to me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I guess each of these dates at the beginning, you sort of get a taste of what the guy
has been about all season, like Pete the pilot, we get on a plane right away.
Tyler C, he's this incredibly good looking guy and he takes his shirt off on a boat.
I forget about, oh, Luke B.
We went to the church.
And then with Jed,
Jed, you go straight to the studio.
It's just with Jed's,
it's so self-serving and it's so obvious that he just wants to be a famous singer
that it's so annoying that the first thing they do is they go write a song,
cobblestone streets,
and they're just doing all this stuff.
And it's just very,
it's so transparent.
It was bad.
The singing was bad.
I love that everybody now is joining in on,
hey, you know,
we're not hating on Jed because of the music.
We're hating on him because he's just bad.
Like,
do you think people would have been saying he was bad if we all liked Jed?
I don't know.
The, like, pure form just singing into the microphone was not good.
It's an interesting question.
Like, if we didn't know.
If we all love Jed, would we be like, oh, my God, that's such a good singer.
Or even if we didn't love him, if we just didn't know what we'd know, would we hate him or dislike him?
I think we would still hate him because the music stuff is so annoyed.
I think I never liked him from the beginning.
Just because of the, like, just because of the music thing, I never liked him from the beginning because I was like,
always be careful for the singer-songwriters to go on the show, they want the fame.
And even without the ex-girlfriend thing, I think I would have been so annoyed by him already.
Well, and he said that at the beginning on one of their first one-on-ones.
He was like, oh, I saw this opportunity to go on the show with a huge platform.
And I'm a singer-songwriter.
And maybe it could blow up my career.
And then he flipped it around and was like, but now I'm falling for you.
That's why I'm here.
So he even admitted it.
And that's what his family was basically saying.
I think his parents and his sister were so.
confused that he made it this far and was like, I just felt like his parents kept looking at him,
like blink twice if you're, if you're like being held hostage.
Oh, the family screamed.
The family was like, what are you doing?
On their faces, it screamed exactly what was going on.
Like, what is happening here?
Why is he here with this woman?
Yeah.
Like, we knew that this was just for his career.
Once the mom said, speak your truth.
Yeah.
And it was just like, and she stumbled over the words, like, but whatever you've done before
the bachelor.
It was so weird because you know his family knows that he was dating somebody else before he went on.
Now he's all of a sudden in love.
It's just, it's crazy.
And it's like, I don't know, Jed's going to have to double down, I feel like,
because he did post on, he posted on Instagram for like the first time in a while since everything came out because he said that, you know,
everybody's been getting, his family's been getting attacked.
He just said, please know I'm not able to answer right now, but as soon as I'm able to, I will.
Until then, I ask you, please understand how much the action is being taken towards myself, my family.
The men on the show and above all, Hannah, are affecting all of our mental and physical health.
It goes beyond what is said online.
Threatening letters and phone calls have been sent to our homes.
My parents and sister are being verbally attacked in public.
I beg you to remember what seems like a harmless action is damaging to real people.
I want to thank all of you who have reached out a reserved judgment until I am able to speak openly
and I can ask for your patience and kindness until return.
All right.
So if all that's true, that's fucked up.
No, I mean, it's like yelling shit at his family.
It is so extreme.
And I just don't know how people think that that's like, okay.
I'm going to shit on Jed on this podcast or in this radio show because I think what he did was
really shitty.
But I'm not going to follow his mom to the grocery store and be like, your son sucks.
Right.
Like, I'm not even going to go out of my way to figure out who your family members are,
what kind of siblings you have.
Like, I don't care about your.
family actually whatsoever.
I care about you.
I think that you're a scumbag and I'll say that.
But your family, I mean, you know, they're not the ones who had a girlfriend and left
her for the bachelorette.
And if all that stuff is true, it's shitty and that shouldn't happen.
But that doesn't take away from the fact that there's a reason there's a lot of people mad
of you on the internet.
Right.
It's because you were an asshole.
Yes.
That's the thing.
Like, okay, defend your family all you want.
I understand that.
When people on the internet start talking about your family, I hate that shit.
People do it to people here.
It's so annoying.
It's just like, why you bring my family into?
this. Jed, I understand him being like, why you bring my family into this, but say,
hey, you know what, put it on me. Forget my family. I do deserve this. But it doesn't seem
like he says that. I guess he really can't say anything yet. But if he goes home next week,
or the only route I think he has to take is to be like, I really did fall in love with it.
Well, that's what he's going to say. He's going to have to push it so hard or else. It just,
I don't know. It just obviously is going to look really bad.
and it does look really bad.
It's still going to look really bad.
I really thought Hannah was going to send both of them home
when she had that rose and she didn't want to,
she couldn't pick between Luke or Jed to be the last one.
She already gave roses to Pete and Tyler.
I was like, yeah, send them both home to do it.
Instead, they just let her keep both of them.
You can't do that.
I feel like they broke so many rules for Hannah.
No cocktail parties.
Now she's keeping people.
There's things that I'm also.
You know what also they've dismissed the,
oh no, or was there a two?
two on one date while,
uh,
while,
the one on the episode we missed?
Yes.
There was.
Yeah,
there was.
Okay.
That's what we missed.
There was.
Yeah.
Trim,
what were you going to say?
I was going to say that there are rules on the show that you can break.
Like guys or girls,
depending on the season,
we'll go to the hotel room of the person.
Like,
if you're trying to get time with them,
do it.
You can interrupt a person as many times as you want.
There's no rule on that.
There needs to be one rule and the rule has to be no extra roses.
Yeah.
No extra roses.
Either you.
You have the one rose and you give it to nobody or you give it to one person.
You can't then say, oh, I want to keep these two people.
I don't want to eliminate them.
I think that's the only thing on the show that you have to put a cap on because otherwise,
what are we doing?
Like, otherwise, why don't we take 35?
You can never send anybody home.
Why don't we take 30 guys to the fancy sweet week?
Like, why don't we, like you can blow it out.
Like, I don't understand.
It seems like a crazy thing to get upset about, but you just one rose.
You can't do two roses.
I think that's the moral of the story.
And that's the way we end this on.
No extra roses.
No extra roses.
Now we're going to see them in the fantasy suites.
And now we get four fantasy suite dates, which will be interesting.
Which is kind of exciting.
Which is kind of exciting because, I mean, it's annoying with Jed, but we will get,
I thought maybe Pete was going to get sent home.
So we're going to get, we'll probably go like Pete, Tyler, Jed,
and then it'll finish with Luke and he's just going to explode.
We'll see, but there's one thing.
She cannot have an extra rose.
No.
She can't.
No, she just can't.
No, she's going to.
I think she's got to send home two people.
You have to.
For sure.
You got to respect the roses.
And Luke's going to go.
So the thing Luke says, he's just going to, I don't know, we'll see.
But I would let, hopefully maybe she sends two people home.
I think she has to.
Well, to make up for last night.
Yeah, exactly.
All right, that wraps up today's episode.
We hope you had a great time listening.
We hope you have a fantastic weekend.
Just a reminder.
Send me your woe.
Did I just send that?
We'll do two next.
We'll do two next week to make up for the times we didn't do it.
You guys have been sending me great ones.
And the merch link is in the bio.
So go check that out.
Everybody have a great weekend.
