Oh, my God. Me? I think she's a co-host on this podcast. I normally am very excited for my birthday. This has a different feel this year, obviously, for all the reasons everybody can assume. But on top of that, I am turning 26. and I've been with my parents.

And this is like the first year that I'm like, fuck. Only because, you know, this set is going to sound ridiculous. But, you know, I'm turning 26. I got the email from my dad being like, hey, you better enroll in your health insurance because you can no longer be on your,

you can no longer be on my policy. So it just feels very grown up, which is ridiculous. like I am 25. I'm not exactly, I'm not like 15, but there's just some grown up things. I'm like, wow, I'm turning 26, got to start paying for my own health insurance. Yeah, you're a full grown adult now. Wow. I mean, the thing is, I feel like. No longer on that family plan. No. So now once you do it, then you can teach me how to enroll. So yeah, except you won't have to do it for, for, for, like three more years. Well, you know what, Francesca, in my eyes, we're the same age. So that makes me

23. Oh, yeah. Do you want to do this with me also? No. I mean, I probably should. Like, why am I still on my parents insurance? I don't have to be. But I guess it's like why, you know. You don't have to be, but why would you not, if they're not asking you to be off of it, you know? I guess so, just to be a grown up. Like now I'm getting jealous. You're doing grown-up things. And I want to be a I know. Sometimes our parents just have such great coverage, though, depending on what they're, it's like, you know, now I'm going to be a worrying insurance talk. I'm ending this talk. No, I got to make sure that I have the best coverage in case something happens. You know, you've got to make sure you're okay. But yeah, we don't have to keep talking about insurance policies.

No, what's more important is your birthday coming up Sunday. So everyone can wish you a happy birthday. So that's beautiful. I know. I'm, I'm, excited. Like I said, I'm excited, but it could end up being like, we'll see what happens with the Eagles. But like, normally I'm so excited when my birthday's on a Sunday. I get to watch football a day, but I don't really want it to bring my mood down. But I do like also love having my birthday on a weekend weekend. Because you really get to celebrate all weekend long. Also, just remember that everybody who's had a birthday in the past eight months has probably had a shitty birthday. Oh yeah. We're all, exactly. Like it's nobody special. So actually everybody.

Nobody's really special in a birthday pandemic. It's just everybody has to deal with it in the same way. Exactly. But you are special to us and we're happy you're born. Norman is trying to tell you that as well. He's making noises in the background and he is like tell Aunt Fran that I think she's special and a gift to this earth on her birthday. I appreciate that.

The Bachelorette is coming back only a short month away at this point. So great things happening. Great things coming for our future. Exactly. We're super excited. And, you know, in the moment right now, like, we're having a day. I think we're going to get through it. But it's now 4.15. And we said we were going to start the podcast at 3 o'clock. So, We've been on a journey. Ria dealing with recording and having a dog that just wants to be loved all the time is, you could just hear him squeaking. Squeak, speak.

Listen, I love Norman, and I did this. I got a dog, and I'm, I know that. I feel bad for you guys when I'm doing something, and then Norman starts barking, and I'm like, oh, there's something I can do to stop it. But, you know, soon we're going to end up recording again in the office. So this won't be an issue. And Norman's not going to be an issue right now because he knows. He's going to get some good treats after right.

He's going to be a perfect angel. I feel like he might have gotten a little spoiled after the Tyra Banks moment. You know, he's decided that he's got to keep barking if Tyra's going to bark back at him. Right. He thinks he's, you know, I hyped him up too much. I'll say, oh, you're a star, Norman, you're a star. And now he just wants to be known on the podcast. But that's got to come to an end.

His head is getting too big at this point. Yeah, I'm having a straight-up bad day. Like, I don't think I'm having a good one. But that's okay. I feel better when I'm talking to you, of course, because it's like a pop culture. It's a therapy session. We're not talking about our lives. We're talking about other people.

Chris Evans responded to his leak this past weekend in the best Chris Evans way possible. Demi Lovato is dealing with drama from fans who are invading her privacy with her fiance. They're finding old tweets of his about Selena Gomez. He may or may not have had a Selena Gomez obsession. Who really knows? We're going to talk about dancing with the stars. Carol Baskin, Caitlin Bristow, Nelly. Kanye West is going off on Twitter. He's leaking people's phone

numbers. He's dropping contracts. We're going to dive all into that. And of course, we have a Love Island U.S. recap. So let's get into it starting off with Cardi B and offset. It has been revealed that Cardi B and Offset will officially be getting a divorce. It looks like Cardi B has filed. You know, we've seen some things about Offset in the past, a lot of cheating rumors. He's not faithful. For some reason, me and you both, we've talked about this, Fran. We thought Cardi B an offset, we're going to make it.

We thought, silly us. We thought Cardi B an offset we're going to make it. I just thought that all the shit they've been through. and the cheating rumors and all of that. Like they would just be, I don't know, okay with it. I know that sounds really bad, but I feel like Cardi B came to that decision of, you know, I'm going to choose to forgive and move on.

But I totally understand if there was no progress after that. If Cardi B had said all those things, I'm going to forgive him, we're going to be okay, and they tried to make it work. And Offset was still off doing who knows what. recently there has allegedly been girls in the picture or she has heard more rumors about his infidelity. So she has filed. She said that their union is now quote, irretrivable, oh my God, I can't say this word, irretrievably broken and no prospects for reconciliation. So she's saying straight up

that this is done and they have no shot of getting back together in the future. Listen, like I said in the beginning, for some reason we were shocked but also not shocked. Yeah. I almost tweeted the other day about Cardi Bian Offset being the couple that made it in Hollywood. I just was like

thinking about them and I was like, wow, you know what? Cardi being offset still together throughout this whole thing because we saw a lot of breakups happen, I feel like, towards the end of quarantine and you know, things were blowing up. But Cardi Bion offset, we didn't hear a peep. Now it makes sense. The divorce was happening. They were fighting behind

the scenes. Cardi B's done. There are certain people that I can't picture having relations with other people. Just like Cardi B. I feel like she's Cardi B. She is so famous and just so herself and just loves herself, which is awesome. And she's just like this confident woman that I can't even picture with her with another person. Like, same thing with Kylie Jenner. I can't picture Kylie Jenner, like going on dates. I don't know if it's weird that I think that, but I'm just like, they're such powerful women that they don't even need to be with anybody. Like, why wouldn't they just be alone? Like, who do they need? Which, you know, everybody needs some compassion and love in their life. But isn't it weird? Like, I just, I don't know if that's a weird thing to think,

but it's something that I have thought about often. Yeah. I understand where you're coming from. with that. They're just such a presence that it's hard to fathom anyone being able to match the like light and power that they have because they're just such explosive people. And it makes sense when they find someone who is on their same level. But sometimes that doesn't work. Like Cardi being offset, it makes, it makes sense, but also those are the kind of relationships that can be the hardest and most futile because they're very similar and they're in the same industry and that can end up blowing up in your face. A source sold either of the divorce is very shocking to everyone around them. They have been

living together, parenting culture and seem to be doing fine from an outsider's perspective. She is also requesting legal and physical custody of culture. So I just hope that this doesn't get messy because not only is she requesting for, you know, basically, you know, full custody of culture. Their TMZ is also speculating that there's possibly no pre-up between the two of them. TMZ wrote that she is asking for an equitable division of all marital assets, which kind of alludes to there being no pre-up or like, you know, predetermined degree. between them. I do not know how these celebrities do that. Yeah, I know. With the record that they have, they have so many assets. So many assets. So many assets. And it is a weird conversation because I feel

like something with pre-ups, some people think, oh, you don't think you're going to be with me forever. Right. But I think that there's always, you should always be in the back of your mind. Even if you think you're going to be with somebody forever, everybody thinks they're going to be with somebody forever. but then something just happens. It could be anything. You know what I mean? All of a sudden, they flip a switch.

They don't like you anymore. They cheat on you, whatever it is. Now you're fucked. So I think especially in celebrity relationships where we see that happen more often, you have to be a really big idiot in that moment to not get a pre-up.

Like you just have to be totally hypnotized with lust or love to just be like, fuck the pre-nup. I don't care. my money goes. So I'd imagine it's, it's not good for either of them. Like, I don't, I don't think so, but I'm confused, because I'm not exactly sure how it works out. They're both insanely rich. So, like, who's it, who's it worth for? What happens? What do you think? I mean, I know that, I know that normally these things are totally wrong, right? So, because I'm trying to think of, like,

who has more money. This, Cardi B, they say that Cardi B is worth $25.000. million dollars is her net worth. Offsets net worth is listed at $26 million. So they're both pretty close to each other, which makes it seem like maybe it makes sense for just a split down the middle. Like a, like she said, an equitable division of all marital assets if they are both around the same amount. But once again, these things are always wrong, right? Like, Chee-Sheep posted an article saying, you know, who has more, you know, more money, I guess. And they're basically, you know, they wrote the same thing that I had just said.

So they wrote, they're working out the same info, 26 million for offset, 24 million for Cardi B. So if that's the case, I don't know, then that maybe that makes sense. they just try and split it somehow. I understand that offset has been doing it longer, so it makes sense that he has more money, but I think that Cardi B is about to have more money. I would have guessed that Cardi B was worth more. But yeah, I definitely agree with you on that.

But I guess that's something that they don't have to worry about because they're getting the divorce now. But that would make sense on why they would sign a pre-up if they were to be married longer and eventually if Cardi B had more money. But, you know, three years. That's, they were, they were about to celebrate their three year wedding anniversary.

So, you know what? That might as well be 25 years. 25 years in real people time. So, you know, congrats to Cardi B an offset that they made it this far. They tried to make it work and it just, just isn't going to work. And that's, you know what, that's okay.

Cardi B. I can't wait to see the next person that Cardi B dates. I'm not going to lie. Chris Evans reacted to the news of his camera roll leaking this past weekend in the best Chris Evans way possible. Truly, number one Chris,

He, and who knows. if he got help on this decision, I'm sure he did, but he addressed it in a great way so that now you can say, oh, he responded and maybe, and people just move on. Sometimes when these things don't get addressed, it lingers for forever, and there's always people talking about it, he immediately gave a reaction pretty much. He went on the Tameran Hall show. He joked about like, oh, something happened this weekend. And then he, he,

had said that it was an interesting weekend full of lessons learned, a lot of teachable moments. Things happen and it's embarrassing and you have to roll with the punches. And he said that he has some pretty fantastic fans that came to support him. He also tweeted, now that I have your attention, vote November 3rd. So he handled it all truly in the best way possible. And I think it also corresponded a lot with what we said when we talked about this the first time, you know, a lot of teachable moments for Chris in this in this scenario and just for celebrities in general with keeping photos like that on their phones and I also feel like him addressing this is pretty much confirmation that that is his penis I know I know it obviously was but but there's there was some

doubt that like maybe it wasn't but then it'd be like why would he have someone else's penis on his phone so who knows it could have been there was a there was a theory that it was like did somebody send him a dick pick and he say it. it. So either way, but yes, it does seem like it was definitely, definitely him at this point. There's literally no, there's no, like, actual truth behind any of these. But that was a turn that I was not expecting. I have two things to say about that. He doesn't say their facts. Number two, somebody messaged me recently and was like, you were mentioned on NT lawyer's podcast. Somebody asked if you went yachting. And honestly, I didn't know if I should be offended or really honored.

it is our job to talk about pop culture news. And you know what? This is in the news. Her Instagram story, the tweets and videos themselves. Very confusing situation because it seems like her fiance, Max, very much had a crush on Selena Gomez because not only are there tweets that may or may not have been Photoshopped, there are a clear-cut video evidence of him speaking about Selena Gomez. Right. So here's the thing that I didn't realize.

I guess these videos were unearthed by. Selena and Demi fans around the time the engagement had happened. But these tweets went viral. You know, I want to marry Slena Gomez. Slena Gomez so hot. But these videos are him on Instagram live. He's talking about how Selena is extraordinary. And he has a giant crush on Selena.

know you've had one since 2010. She's extremely, extremely, extremely talented. And it's all, it's, I want to believe the best because it's Demi, I want the best for her. I want this guy to love her and be totally dedicated to her. All of these tweet, you know, fan tweets and these unearth things make it a little shady only because he is now believed to be kind of like a big time fame horror social climber kind of situation like he's trying to hitch his wagon to whatever a list celebrity he can get you know that's that those are the rumors that that I have seen

about him now and there are screenshots of him commenting on like ari-line is in scramping Miley's Instagrams, Bel Hadid's Instagrams, like really just everyone. And people assume that means that he's kind of like this guy who's always been trying to attach to these really famous women. But I don't know. I try and think about it if I was in his shoes. And, you know, he's famous, but he's not super famous. He's not a crazy big celebrity.

If he had all these crushes on these famous girls and then ends up marrying Demi Lovato, it's like, okay, say myself, for example, was to end up dating someone famous famous musician, maybe, who knows? doesn't even matter who it is, could pick anybody. And fans of that person went back and found every post I commented on, or every video I talked about Nick Jonas or Justin Pied Perman. And they're like, look at this girl. So I'm like, maybe you just really had crushes on all these famous girls. I totally understand where you're coming from. I totally put out, I'm picking it up. Now let me play devil's advocate for a second. Say it's Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas. Yeah, let's go Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas. And they're in the stages where they're in fight mode. They don't like each other.

The Jonases are not fucking with each other. And you start dating Joe Jonas. And now Joe Jonas is seeing all the tweets about how much you love Nick Jonas and how Nick Jonas is hotter and Nick Jonas is better. Now, how is Joe Jonas going to feel? Because Selena and Demi were close like sisters. Correct. Yeah. And he was comparing the two of them in two.

Right. Right. But I totally get what you're saying. I totally get what you're saying. 100%. I'm trying to do maybe a little bit more of a defense on Max's side. Now, for Demi, totally, that's a different story, right? Like now Demi has to see that once upon a time her now fiance was like obsessed with Selena Gomez.

And that's hard, but also it seems like he was maybe obsessed with Demi Lovato too. Like there's little tweets of him talking about Demi and saying that like he wanted to date Demi. So I feel like he just was just throwing that out for everybody and hoping maybe one stuck. So I understand that it is definitely a harder situation for Demi, I think, because her and Selena have such a history, and so people freak out about it. You know, she posted on her Instagram story saying, it's really sad when people

fake images to put women against each other. If women have conflict, that's between them, not you. And then she continued to talk about how, isn't there anything better to talk about? And shouldn't all these tabloids be talking about Brianna Taylor and continuing discussing that and just not, you know, she's like, I get it. It's hard right now. She's like, we don't, I don't want to look at what's happening in this world either, but we got to do it and stop caring so much about what, what she's doing. So she has got to be pretty fed up with the constant Selena connections. Because it's endless. At what point is she, just like, I really wish people could talk about me without having to talk about

Slita Gomez also. Yeah, I feel like it probably drives her insane at this point, but it's also one of those things that it has to be tough for Demi either way, because on one hand, she doesn't want people to talk about it. She doesn't want people to keep talking about her and Selena Gomez and comparing the two. But in the inside, she probably is upset at those past tweets. She probably is upset at those videos, because when you have concrete video evidence of somebody, talking about their love for your enemy, basically, that's got to hurt. And, you know, if the tweets are real about him saying Selena is cuter, like, that's got to hurt. So I feel like it's just, she's getting it from all angles and she'd rather just deal with it privately and not have everybody

else be like, that's weird. Unfortunately, because we are given this information, we're going to be like, that's kind of weird. Yeah. Yeah. It's, right. It's just, It's hard because no matter what it always gets connected, the Selena stands and the Demi stands go at it in this way. And when there is real video evidence of Max talking about how much you love Selena Gomez, the fans are going to freak out about that. It's inevitable. The new season of Dancing with the Stars kicked off this week.

We got two hours live from the ballroom. It was definitely a different feel. One, because obviously new host, Tyra Banks, who's coming out, she came out stunting, big red dress, she looked amazing. But all in all, I liked the feel of it. It's definitely hard where there's no audience. I didn't necessarily love the fake noise that was plugged in because, like, the fake booze at judges' scores just felt kind of weird because there's no one actually there.

booing. I know Tyra got some criticism online, which is, of course, a given. I thought Tyra did a great job. That's a really hard job, especially when there is no audience and it's your first live show. And you haven't done this. You have not hosted this show before. I think she'll really get into her rhythm and it'll be great. Yeah, I agree with you. I think it's Tara Banks. Anything she does, she's going to be great at it. It's obviously the initial first show. There were sometimes that she slipped up her words. And I think it was just because you're right. There's no audience. It's the first time doing it. She's not going to be the best on her first day. She's going to get better. She's going to be a good host. I have three or four main things that stuck out to me during dancing

with the stars. Number one being Caitlin Bristow, absolutely glowing. Like looking so stunning, my jaw dropped. When they were just showing her walking into the rehearsal for the first time, I was like, holy shit, she looks gorgeous. And then her dancing. And so happy. And so happy, right. Her smile. It just looked like she was in her element and just really happy. And it made me, I was crying. I just, I was ecstatic. I could not, like, I can't even express how happy I was watching her, no joke. Neve from Catfish. Yep. Better dancer than I wanted him to be. I had the same thought. I was like, why is he good?

Can he stop smiling like that? Right. And then Nelly, who is just hot as fuck, like we just need to put that out there. I've been actually watching a lot of old Nelly music videos lately, and I think that's why I'm on such a Nelly kick. But when I saw him, I was just like, oh my God, let's not forget how hot Nellie is.

Shorter than I thought, though. Like he looked kind of short on the dance floor. I'm not going to lie. I was afraid you were going to bring that up. I was afraid of that. I think it had to do with like the full red outfit. I don't know. It just made him look a little short.

I'm looking up his height. I googled it already. It says he's five. Oh, so that means he's like five seven. Which is right. Exactly. That is tough, but he's fucking Nelly, but whatever. Oh, one hundred percent.

He stands into his own song and he did a backflip. And he did a backflip. So whatever. I was thinking about how tragic it is when you are casted. and you're picked with your partner, like the person who fucking ended up with Carol Baskin, which is a travesty. Pasha.

Poor guy. Poor guy. Imagine getting Neve over Nelly. And I tweeted that out. And girls were like, no, I'd want Neve over Nelly. And that's where I really had a problem. I was like, that's borderline criminal. If you would rather Neve Shulman from Catfish,

the creator of Catfish on MTV, be your partner rather than Nelly. Like, I don't even need to explain who Nellie is. No, that is, it's, you're very right. I just was thinking about getting your partner and you get Nieve and your friend gets fucking Nelly. And you're just like, why? Why did I get Nieve and you got Nellie?

I know. And I just, I kind of burst out laughing when Pasha had met Carol Baskin and was just like, because it's one thing it's one thing if you are paired with a celebrity that stinks at dancing but is fun to be around and you create a relationship and you have a good time because you get that sometimes

with maybe some of these athletes or people who have never danced before and they're out there trying their best they can't really do it but they have a good attitude and they're fun and you get along well picturing Carol Baskin in the rehearsal studio every day, I want to, like, delete my brain.

I can't, because just from the interaction of her after she danced and Tyra asking her a question, and Carol Bassett's being an absolute mute, not opening her mouth or answering, like, she must be so uncomfortable to be around on a daily basis that Pasha has to teach this woman how to dance every, like, so much so much one-on-one time together. Not only is she uncomfortable to be around and right,

they have to spend too much time together. He's probably hoping they go home soon because he doesn't want to be there spending time with her. Imagine having to breathe that close to Carol Baskin. Not only is she in the same room as you, your guys necks are touching, you're necking Carol Baskin. Like, it disturbs me. I wouldn't even want to touch her. I wouldn't want to touch her. I wouldn't want to touch her. and she or breathe the same air, especially that close. Yeah. I couldn't want her to go home anymore. I can't take it.

I know. And on top of that, if you, I don't know if it played everywhere or if you saw it or not or saw it on social media, the family of Don Lewis, who is Carol Baskin's husband that went missing and was declared dead. They ran a commercial in the middle of the, the episode, basically asking for any information on his whereabouts or anything you know about his disappearance. Honestly, Noah, play the commercial because I can't even do it justice with how like intense it was. I'm Gail, one of Don Lewis's daughters. We are a real family. And to us,

he was daddy. I'm Linda, one of Don Lewis's daughters. and we miss our dad. I'm Donna. I'm Don Lewis's oldest daughter. We need to know what happened to our father. I'm Ann, Don's former assistance. All we're asking is justice for Don. Don Lewis mysteriously disappeared in 1997. His family deserves answers. They deserve justice.

is that she probably wasn't the only fact but she definitely brought eyeballs because I think Dancing with the Stars, the premiere was up like 30% from the last season that premiered. So that's frustrating because you know that definitely a lot more people I would think watch than they, than who normally watch because of Carol Baskin. And the rest of this cast I really love. I really enjoyed watching everybody.

and I think it's going to be a great season. I have some other comments, because obviously we also found out who everyone was paired with. Sky Jackson and Alan obsessed. They're so cute. She's so little. You forget, I forget how small she is,

but she did such a good job. I hope they go really far. Jesse Metcalfe and Sharna, if those two aren't doing something on the side, I would be floored. They're way too hot and they're both, I believe, single. I agree about both of those things. Love Sky Jackson, huge Sky Jackson fan. And yeah, I was looking at them and I was like, yeah, they are hot and single. Why wouldn't they just hook up with each other? They're dancing. Like I said on Carol, the judges were already talking about

their chemistry. Yeah. Yeah. Breathing heavily on each other. Getting all hot and steamy. you're going to want to be like, let's take our clothes off. I'm 100%. They're both very attractive people, so I feel like that just makes sense. You had texted me about Gleb because Creschelle is paired with Gleb, and Gleb is one of the hotter human beings on this planet,

but Gleb is married with two children, which I think every... It's funny because every season he gets paired, normally, I think, with an attractive woman. And everyone's like, oh, my God, what's going to happen? And everybody Googles in there like, oh, he's married. Shout out to Glob for being so hot and married. Hot and married. Yeah, exactly. That's it.

I'm with you. And because he and Criselle, they looked, they looked great, you know, not the best scores, but I think she will get better. Everybody was pretty impressive. Like, I thought everybody did a great job. Caitlin, like you said, Caitlin was amazing. Sky was great. Justina Machado brought the energy. Like, she was really fun.

And everybody, I think, got pretty great scores. There were obviously some fours flying around. I loved Charles Oakley and Emma got all fours. And Emma, after every four, Emma was like, yes. She is a team player. And then Carol Bassin got one three. I wish she got all threes. I really do.

If she got a single digit score, she deserved all three. She did. She absolutely did. And that's really, that's really bad. There was no, you know, no vote yet that hasn't begun.

We were just initially seeing everybody's partnership. So that may factor into our Carol Basket deadline because technically she is making it to week two, but that's because there was no week one. votes. Something to consider. No one, Mitch. Kanye's back on Twitter, and right now it's, you know, Wednesday at 5 p.m., who knows what could

happen after we record this, there could be more. But as of right now, he has tweeted screenshots of all of his contracts with record labels. He has tweeted out the phone number of the editor of Forbes. He tweeted a video of him peeing on his Grammy. So he's very adamant right now about the contracts that artists sign with record labels and how he is comparing them to slave labor pretty much. And he wants out of his contracts, he wants his children to own his masters. and he says that these record labels won't even give him a price

because they know that he can afford to buy his masters from them. I don't know how to feel when Kanye gets back on Twitter. I don't because I'm like, I know that there's something going on that we're not seeing behind the scenes on why he's acting this way, right? And he's dealing with these personal issues. He has some mental health issues he works on. I don't know how to feel when he does this because I'm like, this is out of control,

but then I feel bad saying that he's out of control because he is. Right. It's a confusing situation because you don't. Yeah. Does he know that he's being this way or you know what I mean? Like it's hard to navigate. Yeah. I understand what you're saying.

It is interesting now that he is on this journey or, claims he's now on this journey to get his masters and bring awareness to this situation when this is something that we know Taylor Swift has been dealing with publicly for quite some time. You know, Taylor was referenced in his screenshot from texts. And he's tweeting like, hey, like, can you read? He's like, retweet this celebrity, insert celebrity name. Then at the end, he was like, even Taylor, like, we need all the help we can get right now.

He wrote, Love you, Drake. Yeah. Love you, Kendrick. Love you, Drake. That's how I know something's up right now, because you don't love Drake. Yeah. We know you don't love Drake. You've told us that you don't love Drake.

So now you're asking for Drake's up. Why would Drake help you right now? Why would Taylor Swift help you when you fucked her over so many times? Like, I just... I know. I... Look, he does have... He has a point, yes.

Because... And I wish I could explain whatever his contracts say. He tweeted. did out no joke like a hundred pages worth of his contracts. It's all that's way above Ria and I's pay rate. Yeah, we don't

understand that. Of explaining what exactly is going on in his contracts. But the producer Hit Boy posted in support of what Kanye was doing and was just saying that like you know, the contract that he's been under with Universal has been insane and he

has been locked down for so many years and that has been so hard for him and not making, I guess, the money that he potentially could be. So the idea behind what he's saying definitely makes sense. The way he's going about it is in a very, you know, Kanye fashion. Well, that's what it is. It's like I get what you're saying. I get contracts are a messy situation and people get locked down.

They get into these things and they feel like they're being controlled. but I think he's going to get himself sued. Like I, you know what I mean? Like when you start leaking all these pictures of your contracts and then you're tweeting out the guy from Forbes's number and you're just like doxing people left and right and all this stuff, it becomes a way messier situation. Now I understand he's trying to get people's attention on it

because he wants it to be talked about. So how else do you do that besides causing a shitstorm? So it is a very confusing situation. Right. You know, he has a tweet kind of explaining some of this, say, you know, 90% of the record contracts on the planet are still on a royalty. A standard record deal is a trap to never have you recoup. And there's all these hidden costs like the distribution fees, many labels put in their contract to make even more money off of your work without even trying. He also referred to himself as baby Putin in a tweet as well.

So there is a lot going on. We'll see where this goes. if he does try and buy his masters, if that's even a possibility. We obviously watched all of that go down with Taylor Swift. So of course, Kanye is now being the voice of, like, I've just pictured Taylor Swift being like, really, I have been the one who has been trying to fight against this

and be the voice for artists who want to own their own music. and now I got Kanye a click who's now trying to join in on this. Right. And it's going to be worse when say somebody does listen to Kanye. It's just going to prove Taylor's point that they'll listen to a powerful man and not Taylor Swift when Taylor Swift has just as much, if not more, of a say. Yeah. You know, like I'm just... I know, exactly. So we'll see what happens. And if he gets anything going with these record labels or against these record labels. It's definitely ongoing. We're getting into fall. If you don't want anything spoiled, we're going to talk about the cost of more recoupling and the recoupling that happened. Tuesday night. Let's start with Casa Moore and just say that, thank God they did a Casa Moore because it definitely brought the drama. It was definitely necessary. I'm very glad they did it because it gave us a great recoupling. What did you think about the ladies in Casa Moore? They didn't excite me. I wasn't really like blown. away by any of the ladies in Casa or not by their personalities or really anything.

So I was just like, I'm interested in some drama. Yeah, I felt like they came in with a lot of excitement, which I did like. I feel like they really wanted to make the guys forget about all the girls in the villa, which is probably the best strategy you can take at that time. And it clearly worked for the boys that were interested in finding someone new. and didn't work for the guys that were locked down and then kind of in between because we saw Johnny and Mercedes,

they're kissing, they're making out, they're in bed together, even though Johnny still went back to Sally in the villa, realizing that Sally was the one for her. And the same with the new boys coming in. The new boys didn't really do much for me. either. Jalen obviously came in with a lot of confidence and Aaron and I don't even really remember the other ones because they did not make it past the costume or they didn't make it

past that recoupling. So what did you think about McKenzie having no problem moving on to Jalen? I thought it was suss. Like I just thought that she was obsessed with Connor. and then all of a sudden she had no problem moving on. I wanted Connor to move on because of what we were seeing from McKenzie. And I was honestly shocked at the same time that she picked somebody other than Connor. Like I just for some reason thought at some point she'd go back to Connor being like, what am I doing here and would go back to Connor? But then she just full on picked another person and acted so close with this guy,

acted like her and Connor had nothing. And now we're seeing she wants Connor back because Jalen's not giving her the attention that she wanted. Exactly. So do you cost some more recoupling? Moira and Calvin, we know they weren't really feeling it. So she ends up recoupling with Aaron and Calvin came back with Cher,

who I really like, by the way. I feel like Cher is really cool. She seems like a very chill, cool chick. Kirsten decided to pick no one even though she and Carrington had the discussion about being just friends. So obviously Carrington was going into Casa Moore ready to pick a new lady. We know that he was very excited about Casa Moore. Carrington came back with Laurel,

and one of the more ruthless moves came down the stairs alone first where it seemed like he was coming back without anyone and then signaled for Laurel to come. down the stairs, which was pretty cruel. I would hope that maybe that wasn't Carrington's original idea, but who knows? Yeah, I'm shocked he's still on the show, but I feel like he's going to be on the show for a while. Now that he's made it this far, it seems like he's sticking around. That was ruthless. I also am just like, you know, first of all, Kirsten is so hot that every time I look at her, I'm just like, you're just one of the hottest girls ever. But I was shocked that

she didn't just pick somebody else because she knew her and Carrington, weren't. getting, you know, going to be together. She knew he was probably going to come back with somebody else because they decided they were not going to be together. Why not just bring back another guy for the sake of it? For the sake of it, yeah. And I'm with you on that, but I also think that's one of the reasons why I really like Kirsten

because she totally makes her own decisions and does that while also being respectful. And she knew that she was not into any of those guys And she was like, I'm just not going to fake it. I don't want to pick any of these guys. So she took a risk. And hopefully it works out for her. But there was only, you know, a couple new boys that came in.

And because Sally and Johnny stayed together. And Justine and Caleb stayed together. Love Justine and Caleb. I really, if these two don't win, then. what are we doing? I agree. I agree. Nobody else.

They see the most real. Right. They really like each other. The recoupling from Tuesday where, you know, he was saying that he was picturing them growing old together. I mean, it was very cute. They really seemed like they click. And the more we watch them, you can see them getting more comfortable with each other, which I like. I felt like at the beginning, Caleb was really shy and we didn't see his personality as much.

But when he's with Justine, he's chatty and funny and really feels like Justine brings out the best of him. And then the last, for the cost of more recoupling, the last thing we saw was McKenzie picking Jalen and Connor coming in alone with the teddy bear, which was really quite, quite brutal to watch. Honestly, just absolutely ruthless. Like I just couldn't, we've seen worse, Casa Morris on Love Island, but this one was pretty bad. It was bad because I'm just rooting against McKenzie at this point. I realize I don't like her. I don't like her attitude, how she thinks people are always against her. She's going back and forth.

I just don't feel like she's real. Like, I just don't. Right. There is a little bit too much of a woe is me. Right. Yeah. I'm with you on that. And having to watch poor Connor stand there holding the teddy bear.

hand was was tough and immediately mackenzie already got into problems with jalen he she claims he didn't give her enough attention on the on the first day and that that was a problem however in mackenzie's defense i do think she is very needy yes and needs that attention but i also think she was trying to bring up not a major problem and jaylon immediately immediately used it as his out to get away from McKenzie. Like he, you know, he got into the villa,

he's good to go, but one conversation with McKenzie, and he's like, oh, the red flags, I'm done, I can't do this. Like I,

and because I feel like he had his eyes for other people the whole time anyway. Yeah, I, I just feel like he was trying to get into the show. That's really what it is. Yeah, I'm with you on that. He,

he saw the opening, And he took it because we see how interested he is in Kirsten or Cher, whoever the heck he wants to be with now. There's definitely some other situations going on. Tuesday's recoupling. We saw Carrington and Laurel, Johnny and Sally, Caleb and Justine, obviously, they went on a very cute date this week. Calvin and Kirsten, which is interesting.

Kirsten, I feel like, has a type. Like, not that Karendon and Calvin are, like, look very similar, but they're just, I don't know, kind of like basic white boys, you know? Like, they're just, they have that similarity between them, but I don't know. I was talking to Alex and Elizabeth from the first season of Love Island, and they said that everyone that they have interviewed who has left the show says that Calvin just, like has some kind of swag about him that they can't really describe, but it's just there, which you can clearly see because all these girls like him.

A Cher, Kirsten, and it's like, what is Calvin, what's Calvin got? You know, Kelly Keeks texted me last night at like 2.30 a.m. That she loves Calvin. So I feel like he would love Calvin. So I just feel like he's just, some people are attracted to him. He's got something about him. And I will say, at the beginning, I was like, oh, not for me. But as the episodes have gone on, I feel like I have liked Calvin a little bit more.

So Calvin and Kirsten recoupled, Jalen and Cher recoupled. And then Connor, it came down to Moira and McKenzie. And everybody, you could tell everybody was freaking out that he was going to pick McKenzie, had been trying to talk to Connor. You could see that maybe she was hoping there would be some kind of rekindling maybe. But Connor and Moira have also been getting to know each other. And he ended up picking Moira. Thank God.

I think Connor and Moira could be a great couple. I really thought he was about to pick McKenzie again. I know, I was going to be so shocked. So I was so happy with this. I know. I really thought the same. same thing. And you can just tell it from the boys' face, the boy's faces, like, I thought that if he picked McKenzie, the boys would have been like, no. Like, I thought, like, they would have stood up and

be like, no, you're not allowed to, you can't pick her. We won't, we won't let you pick her. So he picks Moira. I would, I'm excited to see what could happen between those two, which left Aaron and McKenzie as the last couple. And then people were asked to vote for their favorite couple. So I think we're going to lose Aaron and McKenzie would be my guess. I just think that unless maybe more people are going home because it looks like three new boys are coming in at the end of this week. But they have to be the bottom. They have to be. There's no way people are voting for them.
