Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners. You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music. This is state of emergency. What's up, everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Rianne Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Wednesday. Hopefully everyone is having an amazing start to their week and is ready for the weekend. And we're already ready for the weekend?
Starting point is 00:00:35 Oh, my God. It's Wednesday. Sorry, beep, beep, rewind. You're not done yet. The week is not over. You giddy on up. It's only Tuesday. Yeah, for our recording.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Wow. One of those weeks. Feels like... I guess it was because it was a long Monday. I don't know. It was like we're like in the end of the week already, but we're not. Anyway, we just hit 150. What?
Starting point is 00:00:59 Did it happen? Right now? Hey! Whoa! Noah was bleaching his hair. People are going to think we plan. No, we didn't. Well, we kind of did.
Starting point is 00:01:09 But now we're going to bleach those hair. Yeah. This is always my worst fear. That was like when you just get over the hump and then you post about getting over the hump and then people just... Don't post it yet. Yeah, don't post it. Don't post it until we have like a 50 person. Don't post it until we get to 151.
Starting point is 00:01:25 Yeah, because then it goes back. Because then people just to spite you, they'll unsubscribe. Right. And then you're under. So don't know. What if we bleached my hair and then it went back under? I would have to unbleach my hair. You know, just red dye it.
Starting point is 00:01:36 How do you feel about this? Are you excited? I'm excited. I told you all want to do it this week, but we're going to do it next week. He's been in here for the last hour, like, really debating. He said that he said that he just wants to make sure that the person knows what they're doing because he wants there to be a transition into his sideburns into his beard. He doesn't want to just be a straight line. Sarah and I were like, oh, you want a little ombre for your beard?
Starting point is 00:02:03 Give me the Adam Levine special. Yes. I'm so excited He's been watching pictures I mean watching videos and looking at pictures of Adam Levine We're gonna have a totally new producer sitting in this studio
Starting point is 00:02:14 Oh I think like maybe I'll get like some tattoos Like I might just become a different person Joe messaged me and he was like Jokes aside Noah's gonna look sick With the time I actually think he may look good Well people are like
Starting point is 00:02:27 That's the only reason you like agree to this Yeah you are right The possibility of me looking good I've never done anything It could look sick Yeah And that's why he agreed to do it He's like, I could look really cool.
Starting point is 00:02:36 You're going to have like a whole new influx of girls that are into that type of thing. You know what I mean? The way he just is a subtle nod. It opens up a whole new, you know. Yeah. That's not, I never think of girls like, because, you know, guys like, like, it's like blonde. Like some guys just like only blondes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:52 There are girls who are just like only blondes. Yeah. There could be, there are girls who are like guys that just bleach, have bleached blonde hair. Yeah. That have dark. And I like that if anyone was to, it's like I have this built-in excuse of like, I know, I had to do it. It's not like I'm trying to be cool.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Right, right. But even if you were trying to be cool, that's all right. Yeah. Who knows? You're trying something new. It's all right to try something new. I've never done anything with my hair. Because we hit 150.
Starting point is 00:03:17 Now, what are we going to do for 200? I don't know. I was, Noah made a joke. Oh, my, bless you. Oh, that just came out of nowhere. This is the second time's happened to me. Oh, my God. Like, took my breath away.
Starting point is 00:03:31 Yeah. This is the second time happened to me. Normally, you have more of a warning. this morning this happened to me out of the blue sneeze I think I got the wind knocked out of me from that sneeze holy shit
Starting point is 00:03:42 sorry I'm so so sorry to everybody listening in your ear drums and like I said I've been fighting off a fucking illness God bless so thank you you better thank me for being here fighting off this illness yeah you've been battling
Starting point is 00:03:56 I'm happy I'm really happy and excited for this for this new NOAA I know maybe I won't wear it hat as often once like Yeah I mean We should set a ground rule
Starting point is 00:04:10 For the first week You can't wear a hat On the podcast We just gonna look like Daddy Phantom In general for the first week You can't wear a hat Like ever Like outside of the podcast
Starting point is 00:04:20 I mean if we don't see you It's fine But in this Because I do think that like When I wear a hat Like you'll see some of it That'll look kind of cool Yeah yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:04:29 I don't know like The full bleach I'm still kind of like trying to mentally. You won't know until... My cousin did say, I hope Noah's not allergic to bleach, because you don't know until you do it. What?
Starting point is 00:04:39 Like for hair dye. You really don't know if you have a reaction to it. What happens to you're allergic? No, we could do like a little test. Yeah. It's like test it on your leg or something. Is there any other way, like any other product? No.
Starting point is 00:04:50 I mean, my sister gets like allergic to hair dye and it's fine, but... You might get a little stuffed up or like, yeah. That sometimes happens to me when I bleach my hair. Hey, you'll be fine. You'll be fine. It's going to be great, kid. I'm excited, yeah. I'm excited too.
Starting point is 00:05:07 It's going to be excited. Die sour's hair black. I know. You're right. Just go opposite. We can't personally do anything to ourselves. We're getting married. Yeah, no, we cannot.
Starting point is 00:05:16 We cannot play around with that. We dye our hair blue. No. Yeah. What else could we do? I did have a thought the other day where I, like, I am not going to cut my hair, but I was on the way to get my hair done. And I was like, what if I cut it?
Starting point is 00:05:30 And then I was like, no, no. I've spent too long You can't cut it before you get married Even though I have a lot of time A few trims You know Yeah I have a lot of time before my big day But I am not gonna plan on making any drastic changes before then
Starting point is 00:05:45 I've been thinking about that Like hair What length I want my hair to be you know Instead I'm like if I want it up down Right But if it's short enough it could probably stay down But I don't know I don't know
Starting point is 00:05:56 I do have like so many off Got plenty of time to pick I have weddings coming up so I'm kind of like Oh my god Your hair is gonna be blonde? I'm a groomsman Well it's the wedding's in October
Starting point is 00:06:07 Early October Oh okay I was gonna say If you like it sure But if you don't like it Don't be a groomsman You cannot show up as a groomsman With your hair bleached blonde
Starting point is 00:06:17 Really? Why? What if that was just like what I already like had? Because I'm kind of take too much attention Listen all I know is my When my sister was getting married And unfortunately she couldn't have her big wedding
Starting point is 00:06:30 because of COVID, so she ended up having something way smaller. But at the time, my brother, like, dyed his hair blonde, and he is very dark hair. And my sister was losing her shit. Like, she was, like, leading up to it. Family is different. She was, like, telling my brother what to do with his hair. And he was like, it's my hair. And I kind of saw both sides.
Starting point is 00:06:48 I was like, it is his hair. He can do whatever he wants with it. But I do understand my sister's, like, looking back on the family photos, you're going to have bleached blonde hair. So. Pictures lost a lifetime. They do. I'll be like, that was a great phase. In 20 years, I'll be like...
Starting point is 00:07:04 That is true, too. Anyways, I'm excited. I think it's going to be really fun. Definitely. What else is going on? Not much. Regular week. I'm seeing Mount Choi, Central Park.
Starting point is 00:07:15 Very excited. Love them. Great band, if you are unfamiliar. Great guys. Great band. I know I said it, but the... I was trying to think of the right word. Because it's like, you know, pianist, but she's like the keyboard.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Keys, she plays the keys. The keyboardist? She's unreal. Yeah, yeah. So the whole band's really cool. They're playing in Central Park, which is awesome. Fun. Wednesday and Thursday, so we're going, I'm going Wednesday night. Fun.
Starting point is 00:07:46 Yes. That's exciting. Siblings. I've never been to a Central Park show. Everybody's going. Um, you never been to a show at Central Park? I'm always, whenever I'm running, I can hear it, like, concert. It's really cool.
Starting point is 00:07:59 Very, like, cool venue. There's some people coming up that I would see. Yeah. My sister, speaking of, my sister screwed me. Invited your brother instead of you? No. My graduation gift to her was to go to this festival in Martha's Vineyard. Payed for tickets.
Starting point is 00:08:18 France going. Yeah. She is going. They were like, oh, we'll meet your sister or whatever. Then yesterday she's like, I can't go anymore. So now I just have, I'm screwed it. Like, I just have an extra ticket. So bring a, bring a, bring a.
Starting point is 00:08:30 friend well i was going to say you're going to have a lot of suitors now wanting that ticket let me know anyway is it just for is it just it's just the saturday so i was going to go i don't even know what my plan because like how late do you think it goes like could i get a ferry like like afterwards oh okay i mean i don't you could definitely get a ferry to woods hole i don't know like where would you normally go hiannis but either way there might be it's i mean there's noise rules like like everything ends pretty early so um well yeah anyone wants to go to the vineyard you are unavailable that weekend
Starting point is 00:09:07 I am I'm gonna be in Punta Cana woohoo you know maybe I'm so excited I know maybe yeah oh I'm in Puntacona I'm sorry I was gonna I was gonna say what about me and then I remember it was gonna be away I'm so excited for my friend's bachelor party I cannot wait we were talking yesterday it's gonna be so much fun we got the itinerary it's gonna be a freaking blast can we say this I think we can I think we can I don't know if we can.
Starting point is 00:09:32 We've said it this now, we've said it on Monday. We're not going to say, whatever. What I'm going to say is Hannah and Dylan. Oh. Are getting married soon. They posted it.
Starting point is 00:09:41 They're getting married soon, but I don't think there's any other details. I don't think they've shared. No, I wasn't going to share any details. I was just going to say that we were invited and we can't go. Oh, no, yes.
Starting point is 00:09:55 It is honestly, I'm devastated about it. I really, really, really wanted to go. Yes, there was an initial excitement and we, there's been a work event attached to the date, not the wedding, but, you know, now we have something that we must be at for work on the date of their wedding, which is devastating because their wedding is going to be out of this world. And I think it's probably going to be our only chances in our lifetimes to go to a wedding like that. Yeah. And like none of my friends are going to have a wedding like that. Yeah, I mean, yeah, we, it's devastating.
Starting point is 00:10:34 It is devastating. It is. It's devastating that we can't go. I know. And I just feel like we put that out there so much. We just like poked and poked and poked. Like we better be appointed. Yeah. And they really did invite us.
Starting point is 00:10:45 Yeah. Which was so nice. Like they really did invite us after we put it out in the universe nine million times. And they really did invite us. And we can't be there. Like it's just worst case scenario. No. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:55 Yeah. I mean, we talk to them directly. Yeah. Like we are SPP, but we are. I think we just ghosted and said we couldn't be there? No, no. This is us RSDPing right now. By the way, we're not coming.
Starting point is 00:11:07 Yeah. So that's disappointing. I am very, I'm very actually so sad about that. But anyways, should we get on the rest of the show? There's really, like, sometimes we say this, but when we talk to you guys three times a week, sometimes there's not much to update on. Yeah, slower morning day afternoon. But we're down to the end of the Bachelorette, so really that's the juicy stuff.
Starting point is 00:11:29 So we have cutting stems because Trent was unavailable to record the podcast today. So it's all of us, which is great. So you do get a little taste of Trent. Yes. All right. So let's get into the rest of the show. We are going to be talking about Nick Vial and Natalie have announced that they are having a baby. And Alex Cooper released an announcement about her new network on Well.
Starting point is 00:11:49 And she signed people to that. And we have a great interview with Robin Del Monte, aka Girl Bossetown. And we have a great cutting stems for you guys to listen. to because Trent is not here today. Anyways, let's get into it starting with the topics. I just recently went to the Drake and 21 Savage concert MSG. Thanks to GameTime. It was so much fun. It was awesome. I got to bring my sister. The graphics were insane. I had such a good time. If you have the opportunity to go see it, I recommend using GameTime. It's the exclusive ticketing partner of Barstle Sports. Created by fans, for fans, GameTime is the ticketing app that makes it
Starting point is 00:12:25 easier than ever to score last minute deals on tickets to sports, concerts, and shows. And they guarantee the lowest price. We've all been to many of events, thanks to GameTime. Most recently, like I said, for me, was Drake and 21 Savage. Starting point is 00:13:00 email and redeem code chicks for $20 off your first purchase terms do apply once again download the game time app or go to the website enter your email and redeem code chicks for $20 off your first purchase terms apply all right let's get into the topics um big congratulations to nick and natalie they announced they're having a baby beautiful photos they shared on instagram they did a whole photo shoot they they both look great and i'm so happy for them they seem so happy and just great news lately yeah so many so many life updates I will say the the photos were um what's the word ethereal very ethereal yeah the black white in the field absolutely stunning so that's major major news for them they are engaged I am just out of personal uh nosy curiosity would love to know
Starting point is 00:13:54 what this what this does you know for like where where are they what's what's what coming first? Are they going to get married? Whereas, you know, that's my own, you know, a little nosy would love to know. But of course, they're just incredibly excited about having a baby. Super exciting news. Tons of baby news. I don't know what it is. I was just saying this to you before, but like the baby marriage, engagement on divorce,
Starting point is 00:14:25 like there's been a lot of like life update news where it's hard to, there's a lot of, there's not much speculation or ha ha funniness to go along with that because it's like hey this is happening right right it's just like you're either happy for people or you're upset for them and there's really no in between i'm so happy for them i i love how happy they seem and i'm sure pictures are so beautiful yeah i'm sure i'm sure this has been an itch for nick you know nick's from a huge family he has a lot of siblings so and you i think you know nieces nephews all that stuff so i think he's, I would assume, absolutely fucking pumped.
Starting point is 00:15:02 And I'm sure Natalie is as well. Super, super exciting. Yeah, speaking of Natalie's, we didn't talk about Natalie Portman getting a divorce. I know. Well, that's what I'm saying. Divorce news is.
Starting point is 00:15:13 Just either stuff's really happy or really sad. Death, like, I mean, I know I just said the word death so aggressively. But Sandra Bullock's partner, dying from ALS, it's devastating. So sad.
Starting point is 00:15:27 And I can't believe, like, kept that a secret. You've been battling battling for the last three years. The public had no idea. That news just came out. So it's just like life events whether they're happy or there's a lot going on. Really sad.
Starting point is 00:15:43 The Natalie Porman stuff you know we have known for a while that her husband cheated. Right? Yeah I think that was rumors for a while but it wasn't like confirmed like there were speculation she's leaving yeah. And then because she like wasn't wearing a ring that she was wearing a ring. And then the rumors were that she was trying,
Starting point is 00:16:01 they were trying to make it work, but now it feels like, you know, just couldn't make it work, which totally understandable. Something like that happens, maybe you say to yourself, I really want to try and make it work. And at the end of the day,
Starting point is 00:16:12 just can't get over that hump. So they're getting divorced. After, I think, 11 years. Hate to see it. I think it said that it was 11 years, right? It's a long time. She went to Harvard, Natalie Portman. Really?
Starting point is 00:16:28 Yeah. I feel like I remember reading that. Went to four years. Went to Harvard. All four years. Theater? Uh, hmm. Good question.
Starting point is 00:16:42 Does it say? Let me see. I'm just always curious, like, what you graduated from Harvard, like, with what, do, what was your degree for you're Natalie Porman? Porman. Oh, no. Bachelor degree in psychology. Oh. Oh, interesting.
Starting point is 00:16:59 I do remember reading that. That fits. Yeah. I feel like that suits her. On top of that divorce, Sophia Bush got a divorce after 13 months of marriage. Oh, my God. Out of nowhere. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:17:11 I can't believe I can't believe I forgot about that. It just happened out of nowhere. And apparently. That rocked me over the weekend. And I completely forgot on Monday also. I think the speculation is it's something not good because, like, at one moment, they were fine. There was nothing. And then the next was, boom.
Starting point is 00:17:27 they're getting divorced. I don't know what. Yeah, there's something, there's something going on underneath the surface there. I don't know what. With Sophia Bush? Yeah, like, I don't like, or just, I don't know, I don't know. I don't know. Like there's, they got married. Like you said, it was literally like a year ago. And then they put out a statement that was like, you know, it was met in COVID and they have bonded over their love for philanthropy and all these things. And then it was just like bam but they are they remain friends like one of those kinds of statements and it was also their one year anniversary like the beginning of july they both see that's where it's like how do you post like a love you can't wait to spend the rest of eternity with you and then get
Starting point is 00:18:16 divorced a month later that's crazy yeah it's something must have happened that's why i think like I know. There's speculation, something not good happened. Which would make me sad because if that was something, like I just feel like she's had a lot of ups and downs in her love life, you know? And I thought like this seemed like such a good match for her. And she always spoke so highly of him, even like on the podcast and all the other things she did. So that's very sad.
Starting point is 00:18:44 That was a total Friday afternoon at like 4 p.m. post. Like you know the publicists were like, all right, Friday, five. four or five p.m. Let's put this out there. Hopefully people forget. And look what happened. I completely forgot. And they were like maybe somebody else will announce a divorce and they did. Yeah. There's been a lot. There's been a lot. A lot of divorce.
Starting point is 00:19:05 A lot of beautiful starts as well. A lot of engagements. A lot of engagements. A lot of life. It is. It is, Noah. All right, moving on to the last topic. Alex Cooper announced this big announcement yesterday. And today she has launched her own network called Onwell.
Starting point is 00:19:23 There were reports about her and her fiance doing their own network. It is. It is. This is under trending. Okay. So Unwell is under Trending. The Unwell Network is under the trending parent company. They are so smart.
Starting point is 00:19:40 I'm not going to lie. Like, I saw this and I was like, genius. And so she signed Alex Earle and Madeline Argy. That was the first time I've heard of her. I think she is a UK-based influence. influencer. Yeah, she's massive. She's huge. I looked her up after. And then Alex Earl, of course, is huge. We know that. And now they are assigned to the Unwell Network, also with their agents, but through that, I'm sure Alex and whoever else works at the network is going to develop
Starting point is 00:20:08 shows around them and for them. And I think that's really cool. I think this is really smart of Alex and like a great next step. I mean, Caller Daddy is huge and awesome. But I think like, it's such a great step for her to like have her own thing. And total boss bitch move. Yeah. Really just like running her own running her own network I believe there The deadline article did have I forget the name of the person that will now be
Starting point is 00:20:33 Running the network But strategically it's just It's genius Is what I was saying to you Where it's just like Watching the video right now Sorry The next move I know and I believe Alex is at UTA
Starting point is 00:20:51 Yeah So it's like Where they film the video. Yeah, and they can just have like all, obviously they have that network to help them, but the Unwell Network is a new subsidiary of trending, which we, I said, you know, that's the Gen Z media company that she started with her fiance. And so the Unwell Network is under that. The Deadline article says it will work with nascent creators to create projects and content across a variety of mediums focusing on genres such as pop culture, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, and will be
Starting point is 00:21:22 run by former studio 71 executive Maria Mangeli Moria interesting M-O-O-R-E-A Maria Maria
Starting point is 00:21:37 Maria yeah ooh right Maria Maria which is really cool so Alex said
Starting point is 00:21:44 I have an uncommon and amazing relationship with my audience we have this connection in bond built upon trust that's allowed us to cover all sorts of topics
Starting point is 00:21:50 in a way that isn't exclusive or intrusive we live in a world where we inundated with content, but the Unwell Network will be the source everyone can go to for unique perspectives exploring what's top of mind today for this generation. So like you said, Madeline has over six million
Starting point is 00:22:03 followers on TikTok, I believe TikTok and Instagram. She's massive. She's very calming. People love listening to her voice. She talks in her, she talks in her car, which people love. She like really captivates people. And Alex Earl obviously has taken the world by storm as well. So.
Starting point is 00:22:23 You know who Madeline's dating? I was telling Fran. No. You would probably know her. You know the freestyle Drake just did with the British rapper. Central C. Yeah. Her ham.
Starting point is 00:22:31 Oh, really? Yeah. Yeah, Noah told me that. I was kind of like, I don't really know what that is. You know that's cool. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. So, two massive names and also so smart because it's like one big, one big, like, one big, like,
Starting point is 00:22:45 name in the U.S. And then obviously, like, also doing a little international vibe is so smart. So smart. So smart. I'm so happy for her. I feel like this is such a cool move and I think it's really a great next step and she clearly knows what she's doing. She learned a lot in the past few years of, you know, taking Caller Daddy on her own.
Starting point is 00:23:04 I know. What a fucking move. So impressive. Yeah, it is. I really think it's so cool. And I think that it's a great opportunity for these women as well who are joining the network. Like, obviously they're big on their own. But just being able to be under that Alex Cooper umbrella, I think is only going to make them bigger.
Starting point is 00:23:20 Yeah. I think it's really cool. Yeah. All right. That's it for topics for today. And then we have a great interview on cutting stems. All right, let's get into cutting stems. We're talking about the Bachelorette.
Starting point is 00:23:33 But first, I'm going to crack open my nice cold cores light. Yeah, there we go. Crisp. That was a good sk. Look at that blue, chill. We're relaxing. We're hanging out. We're going to talk about fantasy sweets for the Bachelorette
Starting point is 00:23:49 because, guys, we just want to sit back, relax. I'm sure you're thinking about it. Who's not thinking about it? where everybody maybe daydreams about the day that they'll eventually get to retire and enjoy all the freedoms that come with it. Starting point is 00:24:05 Take advantage of that free will and spend the summer chilling like a retiree and pair those moments with Corslight, the beer that's made to chill. Pair as well with the retired state of mind. The mounds on the bottles and cans, even turn blue when your beer is cold, so you know when it's time to grab another. Starting point is 00:25:06 our after show for the Batserette with the whole gang. Everybody's here. Trent is here. We're in studio and Trent does officially owe $15 to the jar. Pop the top. Pay up, broke ass.
Starting point is 00:25:20 I don't have any cash on me because it's 2023. We got Venmo. I do have Venmo. No, no, we need the cash. All right. There's something about putting the cash in the jar. As a man, you should be walking around
Starting point is 00:25:32 with cash. You know so? Yeah. Is that right? Yeah. I never need it. I think all guys should walk around with cash. Call me sexist.
Starting point is 00:25:40 I think all guys should walk around cash. Personally, I like to walk around a little bit of cash as well. You know what? Forgive me. Let me take myself back. Everybody should walk around with a little bit of cash. I can spy you that 15.
Starting point is 00:25:51 I am, I feel like I'm missing something if I don't have my emergency 20 in my bag. That's what it's always an emergency 20 or emergency 40. Yeah. You take a woman out on a date. You don't have cash in your wallet? I might have cash then, yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:05 Okay, good. But I don't like on a regular day, I don't have cash on me. And I don't ever find my... What if you're going to bind? But I don't... Your credit card stops working. You lose your, you lose... Well, then you would lose your cash too, but your credit card stops working.
Starting point is 00:26:18 Your Apple pay stops. Let the Lord take me. I don't know. Take me on... I'll step in front of a bus. You pass a sweet man on the street begging you for money. What? Then I'm selling my body on the street for a couple dollars.
Starting point is 00:26:30 No, I rarely find myself in a bind, I will say. When I don't have cash, I don't ever find myself being like, well... I wish I had to have a child. Okay, well, when we're in the studio live for the finale in two weeks, which you will be at. Yeah. Okay. Just making sure. Yes.
Starting point is 00:26:47 August 21st. I will be here. We have a Barstall classic on Long Island, but then I'm coming in from the class. Perfect. I'll be here. Next week's the men's tell all, which, you know, we'll talk about, but nobody really cares that much. Everybody click your feet together out of happiness. You know what's crazy is they gave us such a short season, and normally the other seasons, they combine, like,
Starting point is 00:27:06 one hour of an episode and one hour of Mentel All. They've been doing it all in one night. Yeah. And now I think next week is just really only Men Tell All before the finale. It's like a true Men Tell All. So they're trying to stretch it out a little bit. Well, they're going to stretch it out because we're going to be seeing,
Starting point is 00:27:20 they're bringing out Gary. We saw that preview for the Men Tell All. And Sean's really piping up about this being Charity's journey. I can't wait to roll my eyes at everything he says. Do we know if he went to Paradise? For sure, right? He had to have. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:37 I'm not 100% positive, but I'm pretty positive. I mean, yeah, if he's putting on a show at the mental law, I can only assume. And I will say, I haven't agreed with one thing Braden's done, but I think he said something along, in the trailer, he said something along the lines of, like, you were ready to marry, or like, you were ready to get engaged to whoever was the Bachelorette. I was like, totally, 100%.
Starting point is 00:27:56 No matter who was the bachelorette, Sean was going to come on and be like, I'm ready to marry you. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. This is the person. For sure. Definitely selling that, sell that narrative. But it was, it was. Fantasy sweets, big episode.
Starting point is 00:28:09 We're all pretty locked in, I will say. I know it's tough because, and it feels this way. I think with the general public, you guys can correct me if you think differently, but the initial 9 to 11 change, I think stopped a lot of people from watching it live. Like I actually have talked to a lot of people that are like, I really like charity season.
Starting point is 00:28:29 I'm like a couple episodes behind or like I've just been watching on Hulu or whatever because they were like, it was on so too late. So people weren't watching live. I mean, they're back to 8 o'clock now, but the majority of the season was 9 to 11. But people are, I think, invested in charity season. This girl being the number one.
Starting point is 00:28:48 I couldn't believe it. She's texting us. None of us have even watched the episode yet. Oh, yeah. She's ahead of the game. I was so disappointed. I was ready to talk so much shit. And I was texting in the group show yesterday.
Starting point is 00:29:00 Yeah, I'll save it. But I was like ready and nobody had watched yet. No, I couldn't. I was in. But you're locked in. I am locked in. I have a lot to say about this episode. I thought it was a really great episode.
Starting point is 00:29:11 And not what I was expecting at all to happen. Yeah, me neither. I mean, we started off with Xavier's fantasy sweet date. And oh my God. Is he like the biggest red flag ever? Holy shit. Terrible. What if I'm with my boys on vacation?
Starting point is 00:29:27 He's like, all right, listen, listen, I'll be faithful to you. Well, when me and my boys go on vacation, it's a different. I swear to God, I couldn't stop laughing yesterday because I was watching, I was cleaning and I was watching it on my laptop. And Marty was in the living room and I was in our room like cleaning. And I just started cracking up and I just walked out and I was like, I can't believe what I just watched on this show. And he doesn't watch anything. And I was like, this guy just said like he cheated in his past relationship. And Charity was like looking for him to be like, no, I will never do it again.
Starting point is 00:30:01 I will never do that to you. And he was like, but if I go on vacation, we'll be. my boys. I could not stop laughing. This guy, and I said this to you earlier, it's like, any other person would be like, no, I'm never going to do that again. You know, it wasn't the right relationship. I've learned, you know, it's just not who I am, blah, blah, blah, made a mistake.
Starting point is 00:30:21 He couldn't, he could not say that he would not do it again. And honestly, I was like, this is horrible and he seems like a shitty person. Yeah. But like, he's kind of being honest right now. Oh, he was. He's like, he's showing who. he is and he's like, yeah, I might do it again. I will say he waited a little too long until he told her that.
Starting point is 00:30:41 Right. We're at Fantasy Suites now. Yeah, agreed. Probably should have said this like a month ago. And Charity gave him every opening in that dinner to like say the right thing. Like she was waiting for, she just needed one tidbit for her to hold on to to be like, okay, maybe this could work. And he just didn't.
Starting point is 00:30:59 Like there was one part where he, she asked him like if he thinks he could like do it again or something and he was like, I don't want to do it again. He's like, but if my hands are out, I'm on a boy's trip. He was like, no, no, what you say in that situation is I promise I will never do this again. He couldn't do it. Like what he is saying, like kind of respect, honesty. He's like, let's be real. I don't want it to happen again, but could.
Starting point is 00:31:22 He's like, I probably will. Like, I was, I couldn't believe where it was going because any other conversation we've seen of this on the show, the person who has cheated in the past always says like, you know, that relationship. I just wasn't, you know, I made a mistake. I will never do it again.
Starting point is 00:31:38 Like, blah, blah. He couldn't do it. And she was like, how have you worked on yourself or learned? And he was like, I've become a lot more introspective.
Starting point is 00:31:50 I don't even think he used like words. I noticed two things about him. One, the first, uh, or yeah, the first thing that I knew it was all going to go downhill
Starting point is 00:31:59 is when she came out, they had to go their separate ways to get, put their like outfits on, their Fiji outfits on. and they brought her out on the thing. And he was like, damn, that's low-key my queen right there. Low-key.
Starting point is 00:32:11 I was like, where's the romance in this? He just was like, oh, that's my, that's low-key, my queen. And I was like, come on, dude. Be a little more. I mean, he has felt extremely casual throughout this entire process. There's not a very casual moment I want to bring up later. And he's like, whoa, I'm like, this is it? But then also, when they're having the conversation and he's talking about the cheating
Starting point is 00:32:30 and he's being like, I might. And he, then at the end of it, What I think really was like the final nail in his coffin was when they were talking. And then she was clearly upset by the information she just received, clearly like triggered by it. Another thing about that is that she went she was in an abuse or not abusive, sorry. In a like, what's the word? I mean, cheating relationship for six years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:54 Yeah. I was like, damn, six years. On and off for six years. That's crazy. Dumbled ass. For real. Get rid of him. But whatever.
Starting point is 00:33:01 You know, who might have thrown stones. But I think that after. that he started talking about how she wasn't giving him enough. It was almost like, oh, you know, I'm gonna need more than that. I was like, dude, you just said that you cheated before and you might do it again, but that was
Starting point is 00:33:16 for more from her. Because you know what he was really saying? He was like, I gotta see like, are you worth it? I got to see if we're like gonna have sex. Yeah, he's like, fucking crazy. Like I really think that's one. Because he was like, I can't make a decision right now.
Starting point is 00:33:28 He's like, he's like, you know, I think I really have to feel it. I need to see more. And that needs to come tonight. That which will come tonight. How's that head though? That's insane. Like he literally was like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:33:39 It's like, maybe I won't cheat anymore at that dome. I'm good. Like he literally was like, and that needs to happen tonight. And you see, I had the same exact. I was like, is he really saying? He was like, I'm going to need to see more. I was like, oh my God, this man's horrible. Like I was like, wait.
Starting point is 00:33:56 I stopped out in my tracks. I stopped everything I was doing to watch him because I was like, did I miss hear what I just fucking heard? I was so passionate about like how. Oh, I was by exactly. I was like, have we not seen this the whole season that he is just like not a great guy? Well, and if you go back and watch the one-on-ones that Charity had with Xavier, she has doubts. She's like, he's so charming. And he is like my old boyfriends.
Starting point is 00:34:17 But she's like, oh, he seems serious about it. And then when they went to the hometowns, the family was like, he's ready. He wants an engagement. He wants to have kids. And so she had her doubts early on. And then it just came full circle at that dinner where it was chaos. Charity had that moment where I think every. in that moment too.
Starting point is 00:34:35 Everybody has that or like every girl has had that moment before where you like your hands cramp up and you're like no like this isn't gonna work whatever you're saying
Starting point is 00:34:43 like it hit her she was like oh no like we're cutting this off right now because whatever you are saying is crazy I was proud of her for recognizing that at first though at first she was like when he was like
Starting point is 00:34:53 I'm gonna need more and she was like she was giving him every chance to say the right things like they were talking in circles and then and then she finally had to be like okay no it was one of the more insane conversations
Starting point is 00:35:04 I've seen on the show. Like, I was really blown away by this one. At one point, she asked him, are you ready? Are you going to be faithful? And he said, in my heart, I 100% think so. And I was like, all right,
Starting point is 00:35:16 he's going to turn this around. And then he goes, but in my head, I don't know if I can give you that. And I was like, this is crazy. I'm a logical guy. You know, I'm a really logical guy, right? That was him. Yes.
Starting point is 00:35:27 Basically, he was saying, like, if I see titties in the wilderness, it's over. Like, I can't stand up on me at the club. There's actually nothing more disgusting of a guy who can't control themselves and their sexual needs. No, it's gross. Like, like, figure it out. Are you a child?
Starting point is 00:35:43 Are you a horny teenager? Yeah, like, figure it out. I will say it gave us the best episode in like three years. No, true. It was excellent. Everything else, like, I feel like the show for the last couple of years, everything that I thought was going to happen would happen. I was just like, all right, they're going to go on this date. Oh, you know, he's a nice guy, so he's going to get the rose.
Starting point is 00:36:00 Or like, oh, we have our doubts about this guy. she'll probably send him home whatever. Last night, or tonight was completely unexpected. Which is something I feel like we don't get all the time anymore. Agreed, agreed. So I love, I mean. Yeah, we'll try everybody out. Well, you know what?
Starting point is 00:36:12 I bet and we'll talk about this later. I bet it was, you know, easy, quick for them to get rid of him when we've got Aaron who literally took the same flight over and a disguise in the back of the plane. Yeah. Right. You know, like 100%. Yeah. It was wild. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:36:25 And like. Good ridden. I was glad that she sent him home in that moment also because they, like, you know, And he just, you can't accept what he was saying. Mm-mm. And it really was crazy that even just explaining what the last, like what the cheating was. And it was like, hey, you know, it was multiple times. Over five days.
Starting point is 00:36:48 And then it was like, you know, when I'm on vacate with my boys. Like it's like, oh, weird. So you went on a. It was so specific thing. So, like, you went on a boys. So you went on a boys trip and met a girl clearly. or multiple girls and hooked up with all of them
Starting point is 00:37:05 or one of them over the span of your vacation. I'm done in over the vacation last Vegas. Right. It's like, where was this? You don't know if you won't do that again? It was so specific. Did you pay them?
Starting point is 00:37:15 There is nothing worse than like a guy who's like, yeah, I'm going to trip with my boys. Who knows what will happen? Who's to say? It's gross. Just be, you don't have to be a weirdo. I've been on a million about showy parties, obviously.
Starting point is 00:37:27 Never once has there been a, oh, is she going to fuck somebody at the pot? Like, never, never. Like, they'll always be just like, oh, hot guys, ooh, watch out. Never once. This has been an actual serious consideration that they were going to fuck somebody. I feel like with Bachelor parties, and I just assume this, this boy's trip was like the same vibe as Bachelor party. Always, it's the Bachelor, they try to get the Bachelor to cheat and it makes no sense to me.
Starting point is 00:37:48 Why are some guys such fucking weirdos? It's gross. Not you, Trent, you're a good one. Yeah, try. Well, we don't know about your extracurriculars. You would never force somebody to cheat on your family. I would not. I'm just going to plead the fifth of all of it.
Starting point is 00:38:00 Have you ever gone on a bachelor party where you wanted the best? Whoa. Have you ever forced one of your sex? I'll just say I've been on bachelor's parties. Then we can move on if we went up with that. Okay. The other two dates honestly went swimmingly. There hasn't been one complaint about Dot and that's been their whole thing is like the whole fairy tale situation.
Starting point is 00:38:21 I love them together. I love them. They're such a fairy tale to me. And Joey, I think Joey redeemed himself post hometown. and also was like explained himself very well in a way that charity could understand and they got back on track. The craziest thing to me for both of these, right,
Starting point is 00:38:42 is like it used to be the biggest thing ever. Now it's just you tell them all you love them and that's just how it goes. Not only that, she says she's fully in love with both of them. Ben Higgins was dragged through the cold. Multiple I love you. For loving too. Love you, love you, love you, love you, love you, love you.
Starting point is 00:39:00 you oh love you love you love you like so much so casual usually it's it's i'm falling in love with two or three of them yeah yeah charity is fully in love with two of them which seems crazy i just don't buy that i think you can i actually don't either i think you like i love all of you you know i love this couch like you can love a lot of things but like in love it's a whole other thing In love. It makes me think that she's never been in love. That's what makes me think. Because it's like if you can love,
Starting point is 00:39:31 because you can, yes, you can have feelings for multiple people at one time. You can care about people. Like you're in love with one person. Then, yes, you have fun with another person, but you're still kind of thinking about the person that you're like in love with. But how about Joey?
Starting point is 00:39:44 The first second he got, and he won me right back over immediately with this, through his Uncle Joe under the bus in two seconds flat. And I said, yes, good. He was like, he showed up. I didn't expect him to be there. He was like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:39:55 it was a little much, a little weird. I loved that. And I appreciated that he acknowledged it. It was fucking weird. I wasn't here for when you guys talked about that last episode, hometowns. That uncle was a weird guy. Weird as fuck. We talked shit about him for the whole episode. Okay, good. Because he was like, he's one of those like, I'm the cool uncle. I'm wise. I know everything about Joey.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Like, it was like, dude, just relax. He said he was overshed up his bounds. Wait. Also something we didn't talk about. And we talked about this in the chat, I think. Joey's dad was there. And I guess, I didn't know this. And I must have missed this at some point. Joey's dad is. is gay and came out as gay is no longer with his mother, blah, blah, the whole thing. So, but they didn't, maybe they mentioned, I don't even know when they mentioned that. I think
Starting point is 00:40:33 Joey told Charity on their first one-on-one date, which is an episode that we missed. Oh, got it. Like, I think that was the Fourth of July. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Now that you say that I actually do remember that moment. Yes. And I think Trent was literally the only one that watched the episode. I do remember that. I definitely didn't watch that.
Starting point is 00:40:50 Why didn't they show his dad then? That's what I mean. What's weird about that? That makes me think that that was a choice. That makes me think that that was a family choice. Maybe. It could be a family choice. Like they didn't want that to be the theme of the hometown. Sure. And maybe that's why Uncle Joe stepped in to be the bad guy.
Starting point is 00:41:07 Which is fair. Right. Totally. And that's why, right. Makes sense totally for Uncle Joe to show up, blah, blah, whatever. But then again, like, I just hated how much Uncle Joe is acting like his dad. Right. And he could still be his uncle, his confidant, whatever. Right. He's not replacing his dad.
Starting point is 00:41:19 And parents, like, always end up talking about themselves or there's so much more parent content. Yeah. And Joey's parents were barely in the home. hometown. Yeah, I mean, that could be a family decision. I just hope it's not an ABC decision because if it was an ABC decision, they can't have his parents. Like, those are his parents. I can't imagine. I would imagine it's a family thing I hope. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because people were like, calling out ABC. They were like, are they not? Right. That's what I saw. I saw people calling them out. I was like, I didn't even, I missed this entirely. We completely missed it. We just straight
Starting point is 00:41:47 up didn't watch that episode. Yeah. Because we were all on vacation. I know. I didn't even realize. But anyway. Now, when we came back, we were like, yeah. Yeah. But I was happy that, that Joey threw him under the bus. He's back on my side, or I'm back on his side, I should say. I thought that their date, their conversations, everything was cute, cutesy, cutesy. But I won't lie. I think Dotten's running away with this, especially after this. Me too.
Starting point is 00:42:10 She likes Joey a lot, but I think that she is like flirty and cutesy and almost like childlike with him. She's like, I think she's going to be afraid about the whole, they really have not had one problem. Dotten and her. Yeah, that's true. But you know what? Like that would scare me. When they had their date, which was sweet. But maybe they just weren't really meant to be together.
Starting point is 00:42:30 I loved that he said to her. He was like, yeah, like he just seems like such a chill guy. Totally. He's just a chill guy. I know. But I like that he said to her. He was like, yeah, after being here for a couple weeks, I didn't really know like what was going to be at the end of this? Like I asked everybody and I was like, what are we working towards?
Starting point is 00:42:43 Yeah. Can we break that down? Yes. No way. No way? I feel. I don't know. How do you sign up to go on the Bachelorette and you don't know that it ends in anything?
Starting point is 00:42:52 You don't Google the show you're about to go on? Honestly, though, I'm sure you Google it, but I also, it's, it's marketed as a dating show. It's not literally a, if they don't say, like, Bachelor, you get engaged, you know what I mean? There's engagement rings on everything. Yeah, you know, you know. True. But I just, I just, I just like, dot, I trust on. And you're like, I'm choosing not to look at this.
Starting point is 00:43:11 Yeah. That's how I felt about the situation with Dot. I'm like, I love them so much together. Oh my God. Like, literally I got butterflies watching them together. No, I agree. But I would love to just believe that. to me is like there's no fucking way.
Starting point is 00:43:25 He was on the show and then only three weeks ago or four weeks ago. So how does this end? There's no way you sign up for a show not knowing what the ending could possibly be. And if you are, what's wrong with you? Why are you signing up for a show where you don't know the ending? In my head, I have him as like, I can't imagine he submitted himself. I'm sure like his friends or siblings, whatever. We don't ask questions.
Starting point is 00:43:46 True. But I guess like, I don't know, if you're told like, oh, you're going to go on the dating show, it's a really popular show, The Bachelorette, it's been going on for years and it's a dating show. I think if I knew nothing about it, I'd be like, all right, I'm going to find like a boyfriend. Like, we will get together at the end and then maybe in the future, like, whatever. I guess,
Starting point is 00:44:02 I don't know, maybe I am being. But the casting directors, the casting directors ask you questions like, are you ready to find marriage? He just seems so, like, offline. You know what I mean? I will agree. Yeah. 100%. But I'll also say I have blinders on when it comes to Don. I like him. I want to believe everything he says. Right. I'm just like,
Starting point is 00:44:20 everything he says, I'm with. But I agree that's what crazy. I liked, though, that he spun that moment. He, like, told her that whether this was all one big elaborate, like, line, if that was the case, then he got me. But he said, like, yeah, I found this information out. And at first, when I heard it, I was like, oh, my God. And then I was like, oh, you know what, that would be okay. Like, that'd be fine.
Starting point is 00:44:38 Like, charity is cool, whatever. And this was, like, you know, earlier on. So I think that it was good of him to be like, yes, I was initially like, oh, shit. But then realize it was you. And now I'm not worried about it. Which, again, he might have just sold me, sold me that love story. but I was, I bought it. I mean, they do feel smitten with each other.
Starting point is 00:44:55 I also love the charity said that she prayed with his mom. That was really nice. I was like that is beautiful. I just feel like they, like charity and his family, I felt like had such a great connection. Yeah. That it just, but like, I mean, could it all be too good to be true, you know? But I just, they, I am rooting for him.
Starting point is 00:45:17 Yeah, me too. I'm rooting for them as a couple. I really love them together. I'm like I was like smiling. Yeah. Oh yeah. At the two of them. I did like,
Starting point is 00:45:26 I like Joey too though. And his honest. Joey just seems like, send him to paradise. He'll be, you know, I know, he seems a little,
Starting point is 00:45:33 yeah, something about him. You know, and I've always kind of felt that way. Like, I liked him. I've always liked him.
Starting point is 00:45:37 He's a cutie pie, but he meant well and I always think he's being sincere. Yes. So do I. And he's a cutie pie. I think that he wants,
Starting point is 00:45:44 like he wants love. He wants whatever. I think he is trying to like make this work with charity. I don't know if it's necessary. He gives me... He gives me Tyler vibes. Like Rachel's Tyler.
Starting point is 00:45:57 No, no, no. Norris. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, you know, good guy, cute, means well. Intentions are there. Yeah, like, the love is there, but like, is it strong? Like, is it actually strong enough in that kind of sense? But what about Aaron B?
Starting point is 00:46:15 Yes, so Aaron, go home. Aaron comes in. how you feel about it? Yeah, that's how I feel about it. Yeah. Well, I just like, you know, I was all gung-ho about Aaron's family last week. Right, of course. But now it's just like, you missed it, the boat.
Starting point is 00:46:27 I know. The whole thing was just awkward more, too, you know. She's on to Dot in now, stop. He's got a little awkward in him. Yeah, he's kind of, the way he, he's a little robotic. Yeah. So I think that brings it on, but I think she's going to bring him back. I think she is too, but it's like, if she's like, I don't know, maybe she was just so
Starting point is 00:46:44 surprised, but it was kind of awkward to watch. If she immediately was like, like so excited, I would have been like, okay, maybe this guy's like still in the mix. Right. But when there's any hesitation, to me, it's like, oh, I'm just, it's just happening for the drama and she has no intention of picking him. Like, I just would assume if she does keep him that the odds of him being the one are just so slim compared to the other two.
Starting point is 00:47:12 Right. Like, what is she going to do? Are they going to give her a fantasy sweet date with him or are they just going to pick up right at the end because then he's toast. I would have thought that, well, I would have thought the same where she was like feeling weird and whatever, blah, blah. I do feel like she said multiple times how happy
Starting point is 00:47:27 she was to see him, how she had been thinking about it nonstop. She said that. She's like, I've been thinking about it every day and whatever. And that to me, like, yes, she's surprised in the moment and she's like, I think that's because she's so indecisive. I think I, true. I think that I would act that way too because, you know, it's like hard to, when you're overwhelmed, it's like a little hard to show all the emotion. And so it's just like, no, yeah, I'm like, sight you're
Starting point is 00:47:47 here. I don't know what to say. Like, this is crazy. You know what I mean? I feel like that's kind of how she was acting. But I also bet she was probably thinking about Joey and Don who she just had lovely times with and is she going to add another, you know, wrench to the occasion. I kind of think that she may not actually keep him. Like I feel like the trailer made a scene like that because he changes outfits.
Starting point is 00:48:08 I feel like maybe he just changed outfits. Maybe they just meet on the beach to talk, you know. Or maybe she lets him come to the Rose Ceremony. Imagine she lets him come to the Rose Ceremony and then just sends him home twice. Oh my God. No, I just... That would be cool. That would be cool.
Starting point is 00:48:20 I don't know. I just kind of feel like maybe they just had him change. Was it definitely like a new... He's been in suits all season. Yeah. They showed him like thinking on the balcony. Yeah. They really made it seem like he was a part of the finale.
Starting point is 00:48:36 You know what though? And something that we didn't have happened this time around. She has to tell the other guys that he came back. Oh, yeah. And I wonder how they're going to react. Because that always shakes shot. Yeah. Hey, guys.
Starting point is 00:48:46 Just want to let you know. Xavier gone, Aaron back. Do we think that Joey or Doughton would have such a problem with, you know how that always happens where they come back and they let them come back? And there's always one or two guys who are like, fuck this, like fuck this, that guy gets to come back? What the hell? Do you think either of those guys would react that way?
Starting point is 00:49:02 Joey, maybe. I think Joey a little bit more. Don has no idea how the show works. Yeah, he doesn't know. He's like, oh, I just figure. He'd be like, don't, you always get to bring one guy back. That's how it goes. Like a producer would be like, oh, the Bacheloret actually gets to bring.
Starting point is 00:49:15 it's like a save. You get one save. Don't be like, that's pretty cool. You get to bring one guy. You get to bring one guy back. This always happens. I'll be like, okay, girl, I'll love you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:27 No, literally. I think that if I was in the position of Joey and Don, I would go, why is she bringing him back? Does she want him? Like, I would make she wants him clearly if she's bringing him back. Yeah. But like honestly, just stay home, Aaron. Like the fact that they even let him come to Fiji, why?
Starting point is 00:49:41 Like, she's clearly very into Joey and Don. She's in love with them. She's in love of them. We don't need to bring Aaron back and then have him go to the front desk and fucking fake ask where her room is. And then the front desk lady go, I can't give that information. That was terrible. Oh, please. It was so cheesy.
Starting point is 00:49:56 Do you think that if you were on the show, if any of us were on the show and we were voted off like this right before fantasy sweets and had the opportunity to, they're like, listen, do you want to go back? Do you want to fly to Fiji? Because we will let you. Do you think you would? No, because I would be like it's embarrassing. They sent me home. I would be embarrassed. Now I look desperate.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Totally agree. Like Charity has done such a good job this season that I really think. that the producers were like, we got to do something to shake it up here at the end, you know? I think there's a line between, I don't know how to explain this, but like, all right, you watch a romantic comedy film. It's a romance and desperation. Right. Like there's like a rom-com where one person ends something with the other, but they don't,
Starting point is 00:50:33 they actually don't want to. You see that play out and then the other person has to beg for them and they get back together. Fine, because you can see the other person clearly wanted to be with that person. They're just ending it for whatever reason. And then there's real life where like when somebody ends something with you, they probably just want to break up with you. And then when the other person's begging like to be with you, there's a line between like you said, romantic and desperation. Because most of the time, sometimes people will get back because they feel bad because you're like begging them. Or then or just like no, then they're like, no, I don't want to be with you.
Starting point is 00:51:06 I broke up with you for a reason. But I guess if you give, if you gave charity a redo at the last row of ceremony, knowing what she knows now, she will. would have kept Aaron and sent Xavier home. Right, but the thing is she didn't know, so you can't redo it. But if, but if you look at it that way. And that's just because she has to keep three. No, no, no, but I'm saying. And just because she has to keep three.
Starting point is 00:51:24 But I'm saying you're in a position where. Aaron's gone and Xavier's gone. Where you have to, no, I know, but you are in a position where you have to have to send someone home. And she's like, oh, I have my doubts about Aaron. So I'm going to keep Xavier. But I think, I think it means something that if with what she knows now, she would have kept Aaron. So he would have been there anyway.
Starting point is 00:51:43 Right. but then still, I think Aaron is at the bottom of the three. Like, I think even with Joey and Don and Aaron, even if she's still not, she's still having gotten. Like Xavier being a weirdo cheater guy doesn't make her doubts with Aaron go up because she still has Joey and Dotten. But she got extra time with Xavier that she would have liked to have had with Aaron. True.
Starting point is 00:52:05 So what you're saying is like if he's in Fiji now, it would make sense for her to have a date with him to really confirm that yes, they should have been or he would be the next one to go or even if he had come on this trip he would have been the next one to go like what if he shows up and she has a date with him and it ends up being better than her date with Joey his family is great like if they actually had that time together
Starting point is 00:52:26 that Aaron had been wanting. That's right. This is also why I feel like could be but I don't know. This is also why I feel like he just kind of might be sent home because it's mental all next week and it's just that. And then we'll have the you know, whatever
Starting point is 00:52:41 three hour finale as always. Right. to me, if she gave him another chance and they, like, had another date or, like, if she gives him another chance and they don't have another date, it just feels pointless because it's like, okay, now she's going to go into her final dates with all of them, but one is so clearly behind.
Starting point is 00:53:02 I don't know. We'll see. But for that two hours, I feel like it's always so much more on the proposal that it's going to be like, oh, a little half-hour blip. I bet they wrap up the air and stuff during the menthol next week. They can't.
Starting point is 00:53:15 Why? Because there's no episode. There's not a bit of episode. There's not a bit of new charity stuff. It's just mental. Yeah. Because sometimes they like, That's what I said.
Starting point is 00:53:25 They're not doing it. I don't think so. I feel like they're money. Jesse Palmer said next week, the men are tell all. Yeah, yeah. And it looks like Xavier says something crazy. And then he said in two weeks, the finale use for two weeks from now is when he's wearing the suit.
Starting point is 00:53:41 Gotcha. All I know is. It looks like next week, Xavier says something nuts at the mental law, and I'm dying. When he storms off the stage, oh, dying. He's like, listen, I couldn't even control myself. I hooked up with a producer. Right. Yeah, I got to go.
Starting point is 00:53:55 He could say anything. I mean, as, obviously, it's a shitty situation. Charity's just going to grill him and he's going to not know what to do and get up. Yeah. It's a shitty situation for Charity, obviously, because she brought him so far to the final three. And then he was like, he acted crazy at that dinner. Undercover scornback. But it's incredible television.
Starting point is 00:54:13 I will say also super underrated scumbag move to know that Charity's like biggest thing is cheating because she's been very open about that and to save that little tidbit to right before the fantasy suite. I bet his ex was watching like damn strange you said it.
Starting point is 00:54:30 Right, he probably didn't want to have to say it and then he got so far he was like shit. I'm going to have to say. She's going to find this out eventually. Or else it's going to be on us weekly. Right, right. Xavier's ex speaks up. The X will always come forward. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:54:40 I almost wish it played out like that. I would have the X to come forward. but then I wouldn't want charity. Right. I mean, it's like, you know, Jedd situation like that somebody's talking in the background. I mean, I can't believe Judd just had like a full girlfriend. Like we, like that really flies under the radar. We never talk about it anymore.
Starting point is 00:54:55 Had a whole girlfriend. Where's he been? But like, did he have a girlfriend or did he have a girlfriend that he broke up with to go on the show? Well, that's always the line. That was always like, she claims that he was like, I'm just going on the show to like get famous. Remember? Oh, for his music for his music. Yeah, for his music.
Starting point is 00:55:11 And I'm not going to like fall in love. or go far or anything and she was like, all right, babe, like, have fun. Like, I trust you. And he, like, you know, he was like, he was like, not funny. Yeah. It's not funny.
Starting point is 00:55:19 It's not funny. He made a dog food jingle. Do you guys remember that? He made like, yeah, like a, yeah, like a. I think it was. The last time we heard from him, we didn't. True. He was supposed to speak and then he didn't.
Starting point is 00:55:30 Jed talk. Sorry, he was supposed to talk and then he never. We thought he was in a talk. The most anticipated podcast of all time. That never came. Well, I think he did put the podcast out. Did he? I mean, I would have known.
Starting point is 00:55:41 I'm pretty sure the podcast exists. It's just like he was not able to like really share his first episode. I think that he recorded and then like wasn't allowed to because it was like we, all right, I don't care past that. I think you got ABC shut it down. Right. Powerful. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Let's cut some stems. Let's give out some roses. Stems and roses. Yeah. Stems and roses. Who wants to go first. Ooh. I'll go first.
Starting point is 00:56:06 This is crisp. I think I always go first, but whatever. You know what you want. All right, I am going to It's like one of those things It's like I want to cut the stem of Xavier Talking about his boys' night But like I also want to give it a rose
Starting point is 00:56:21 Because it was hilarious It was like one of the crazier things ever But I'll cut it because like It's principle It yes, yes morals It deserves to be cut But like for television purposes I was dying laughing
Starting point is 00:56:35 I might rewatch it The dinner is insane Yeah, yeah It really is They keep cutting to him And the look on his face is just like, you know what I mean? He looks a boy's vacation. And like, what do you think?
Starting point is 00:56:48 We're in New Orleans. I don't want it to happen again. But my brain. It's unreal. My brain can see boobies, Charlie. I don't want to. But again, also super honest. Just the most honest.
Starting point is 00:57:00 A little too late. So I'll cut that. And then I'm going to give my rose to, oh, so simple this week. I'm just going to give it to Dot and N charity combined as a couple. cute that's a good one not just don alone I love that them as a couple when he we never normally do that when he when he looked at charity their love their love story yeah when he looked at charity
Starting point is 00:57:20 and she was like I'm in love with you and she was like I'm in love with you like she was so excited I was like I love you she was like oh my god I was like oh my god they are like yes she was I'm ignoring that I really watching it like I felt the connection with her and Don me too really like I just I really enjoy their love story which is crazy for me to say because usually
Starting point is 00:57:44 I don't enjoy any love stories on this show besides Joe and Serena so I'm rooting for them. Oh, I ran into them on the high line the other day. They're everywhere. Oh, I ran into them on the high line the other day. I did, I did, I was walking on the high line. I sat down for a second. They walked by and joked up waved to my face and I went, what? You know when
Starting point is 00:58:01 you like don't expect to see you? Someone and I chatted with them for a little while. Yeah, they were on their way to get ice cream and I was doing the same. We were going to different places. I had an alcoholic ice cream. They're getting married. There's a new bar. We all have to go. Well, they're married again. They're married.
Starting point is 00:58:12 Their wedding is very soon. There's a new place in, this is so not even relevant, but there's a new place on a Little West 12th Street. It's called, it's got a funky name, but it's an ice cream bar and it's a bar, but there's no, there's no drinks. It's all alcoholic ice cream. Does it give you a buzzer or no? Yes, it's like white Russian and like old fashion. And it's, they give you little pints and you eat them and they give you like alcoholic sauce as well. Ooh.
Starting point is 00:58:39 Ooh. It was perfect tree. Wow. I told them about it after. They also told me about their gelato place that they were headed to. It was great. Anyway, anyway. Do you have, oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:48 Oh, I forgot we're doing something. I was just telling you guys about my weekend. Okay, let's see. I'm going to cut the stem of, I would add to the Xavier train, his, that's low-key, my queen right there. That was not exciting enough. She walked out on a throne carried by like 20 people. It was an unbelievable scene.
Starting point is 00:59:08 and he barely barely moved the needle for him. Like he just didn't even... Like if I saw any of you guys or like even a guy I'm dating like anybody coming out, I'd be freaking out. I'd be like,
Starting point is 00:59:17 oh my God, this is crazy. Can you put me up there? Well, you're like the biggest hype person of all time. Sure, I love to get excited.
Starting point is 00:59:22 I love to get excited. You're like, you can't even tell if you genuinely think something's funny because you will throw a capital letter LMAO at anything.
Starting point is 00:59:29 I love an LMA. It's really, same like a lowercase one. It's hard to decipher when you when you really think you got something or not when it comes to I love it, but at the same on time, I'm like, LMAO for me is like, ha ha ha, like, that's how I'm saying it.
Starting point is 00:59:42 If I type all caps, ha ha ha ha ha's, ha's, I'm crying laughing. Like, that's real. Yeah, I was, ah, ha ha ha ha. It's like, I'm really laughing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, same. Same. That's me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:53 Capital ha ha ha haas. LMAO is always like, yeah, it's a ha ha ha ha. Yeah, like, ah. Ah, got me like a little bit. Tickle my funny bone. Yeah. You are giving your rose to. I'm giving my rose to.
Starting point is 01:00:04 Sorry, I don't know what's wrong with me. I'll shut up. I had one. one of course light. We have an interview to do right now. That's why I'm sorry. Shoot, shoot, pressure. Fuck.
Starting point is 01:00:14 Hmm. You know what? Because we're going to give Dot and a lot of love today, I will give my rose to Joey for throwing Uncle Joe under the bus. Yeah. I appreciate that. Trent. I'm going to cut the stem.
Starting point is 01:00:26 Crazy question. Uncle Joe and Joey come to you three some. You're doing it? No. Uncle Joe can take a fucking hike. Joey, though. Joey can stick around. Uncle Joe, get out of.
Starting point is 01:00:36 I'm going to cut the stem of the double love thing. Yeah. I know it's a Xavier heavy stem cut episode, but the double love thing, it's just not going to end well. Never does, never will. So I'm going to cut that. And then my rose, man, when you get down to, there's just not a ton. There's not a ton of content to give it out to. Quick jump, we got to go.
Starting point is 01:00:59 I was going to say something about the knitting, but that just didn't end well. Because it was, right? Was that this episode? That was last episode. Last week. Welcome to the fucking show. I'm sorry. Did you watch two at once?
Starting point is 01:01:08 I did. Yeah, I knew it. Watch them right back to back. Oh my God. But we all love the knitting as well. You know, we liked it. I actually gave a rose to the knitting last week. You were going to cut the knitting?
Starting point is 01:01:16 No, I was going to give a rose to it. Oh, oh, oh, my God. Sue me. I'm the one that's behind now. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I don't know what I'm going to give my rose to. I really don't. You can think about it.
Starting point is 01:01:25 Okay, great. I will be cutting. Please do it. I don't know what you're talking about. But I will be cutting the stem of Aaron poor Aaron having to go fake-ass for Charity's room number at the front desk. That was a producer skit that did not.
Starting point is 01:01:44 Like the producers did not have to make him do that. No. Like that was, I honestly was so confused by that whole thing because then it was also like, who was Charity sitting out there with at the pool? Like there was two people with their faces. I thought she was like with Doughton or something.
Starting point is 01:01:57 Like, if she just had like her pals there? Like who were they producers that they didn't want to see their faces? They were also in bathing suits. I don't know. Like it was just like, who were those? people that it was also like was charity just fucking sitting by the pool what was going on
Starting point is 01:02:09 I needed so much more information about it was downtime it was it was down time hated that whole entrance really just I'd be pissed if someone ruined the down I just really hated that whole entrance I thought I was off the clock I'm gonna give my rose I'm gonna give my rose it's tough it is tough it is tough yeah it is tough because it's really
Starting point is 01:02:27 you know it's just been choose wisely tough I you know I'm gonna get my rose to just not even one of the guys but just to charity because She's done a really great job. I think she's been a great bachelorette, truly. She has. She actually really has.
Starting point is 01:02:43 She has. She handled that Xavier's stuff well. She is, and she's being very open, clearly. Like, she's in love and she's sharing that. I'm just afraid of her being a little too indecisive because in the preview, it looked like her mom is yelling at her. Her mom's like, you know, deep down. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:03:02 I think her mom also thought they were like off camera. Like, it's like a secret hidden camera. I felt bad about that. And her mom's like, make a fucking decision. Mom, I'm yelling at me. She's like,
Starting point is 01:03:11 basically, it's like, how do you not know? Crazy. Anything true? I'm going to give my rose to Kelly's official Taylor Swift merch that she's wearing.
Starting point is 01:03:19 Thank you. Really beautiful. It's nice. Speaking out, Taylor's version of my name. I love it. In case you thought it was some dingy merch. I thought it was bootleg off Etsy.
Starting point is 01:03:28 I thought maybe, look, that it's official merch. Guys, knock off. It's official merch. I don't know about you, but I buy a lot of merch off Etsy. I don't know. Try out your Jones, by Jack.
Starting point is 01:03:37 I'm coming soon. Trent, I just have, you know, you've been gone for a while, and I would like to just end with one, do you have one final thought on your appearance this season? Oh, my God. Well, I thought it went great. I was very happy with how it came out. You were happy with the results?
Starting point is 01:03:50 Yeah, and I mean, I don't know how much time you guys have, but I. Not a lot, but honestly, the people should, the people need to know. It's been a while, it's like. Well, I did run into Hot Sean when I was in New Orleans. Oh, yeah. When I flew in, I was in Augusta for the Masters,
Starting point is 01:04:04 and I got hit up by the bachelor. people and they were like hey can you come to New Orleans to do a luggage pole and I was like absolutely because I was flying home the next day anyway and when I got to New Orleans I was getting there at this very same time as the whole production like they were just getting there and I followed charity basically to the front desk to check in and there was a problem with my room so I was standing off to the side and Sean came up to me it was like oh my gosh Trent how you doing I was like I'm great and he was like what are you doing here and I was like I'm here for a bachelor party I'm here for a boys Lime.
Starting point is 01:04:35 I'm a little bit of my boys. And it's also one of those things, too, because he introduced me to somebody who he was with, like another contestant, but I don't remember who it was. Because at the time, I have no idea who these people are. So I definitely met somebody else. He was like, this is my friend, you know, who I'm here with. And I asked him what he was doing there. He was like, I'm here for a bachelor party, too.
Starting point is 01:04:54 So we both lied to each other. You guys want to link up? Right. We both lied to each other why we were there. And then, yeah, I spent like three days in New Orleans. Because as you see on the episode, it doesn't end up happening. Yeah. So I was just.
Starting point is 01:05:04 waiting and waiting and waiting and then we shot the thing that we shot. But yeah, it was quite a trip. Yeah. It was quite a trip. Well, I'm glad that we still got that final results. But I will say you're now in the red on luggage poles, which is not good. No, I want to do one. Like, how do we get you more?
Starting point is 01:05:23 How do you, like, we're going far too long without an actual luggage pole. It's crazy. I will say it's less organized than I originally thought with. The first time I did it, I was like, how do they know when there's going to be a luggage pole? And they kind of have an idea when it's going to be. But it doesn't always happen. The last two times I've been there, they don't actually do them. So, no, I would love to do another one.
Starting point is 01:05:43 I'll be waiting, I guess. I'll fly pretty much anywhere except. Threatening. Trent will be standing by that phone waiting for Justice Palmer's call. I'll fly anywhere. Anywhere in the Continental 48, I'm good to fly. I don't want to fly to Australia and then not do one. Right.
Starting point is 01:05:58 Yeah, true. That'd be crazy. It has to be. But you would fly to Australia if it was guaranteed pull. I think I would. That's a long flight. I mean, where'd you have the first time? You've been there.
Starting point is 01:06:08 I went to Lima, Peru. No, you went to Peru. The first pole. That was the first one. No, one where you flew and you didn't was Vienna. Vienna, Austria. Yeah. So that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:06:18 I don't want to do that again. Yeah. That was too much. I have been Australia. It's a long flight. Right, right, right. But I'll do anywhere in the continental 4-8. We've got so many places, Trent.
Starting point is 01:06:27 We travel a lot. You are world-renowned. Cheers to Trent. Cheers to Trent. Trent is not everywhere. Cheers to Trent. Honestly, Trent, I'm really proud of you. I'm trying to throw a lot.
Starting point is 01:06:35 You guys have thrown a lot of compliments. No, no, like you are. We have a great. Don't forget to bring your $15 next week's episode. You have a great career ahead of you. You've been doing great and we're just proud of you. I'm tired of rags on you all the time. Why can't we be?
Starting point is 01:06:49 I'll be honest. I prefer getting ragged on me. Here's the thing. At the beginning of his career. Here's the thing. Why can we be happy for our friends? Hey, we are. Great question.
Starting point is 01:06:57 Why? We are in this room. I'm so uncomfortable. I would prefer if you make fun of me. I actually think I'm just. going to end this right now. I'm just going to wrap it up because Maria starting to cry and it's going to make everything weird. So I'm going to say, because we should be happy for our friends more often. Cunning Stems, we'll be back for the mental aisle next week. Thank you guys. Bye, everybody. Bye.
