Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners.
You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube.
Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music.
This is state of America.
What's up, everyone?
It's Chicks in the Office with Ria and Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Thursday.
As always, this podcast is presented to you by Macy's, our favorite place to shop right now.
We are getting all of our loungewear, all of our cute outfits that we can't really
wear outside, but we're wearing them inside anyway. At Macy's, we got stuff for our moms for Mother's Day.
I got my mom a few new handbags and some sunglasses that she is absolutely rocking.
And Fran, you've been talking about the beauty products that you got for Macy's that you love.
I have gotten some amazing things. Like I said, I got my Fourier, Foreo, however the heck you say it.
Face cleanser. Just out for the people.
F-O-R-E-O. They have tons of different ones.
I got the Luna 2
and honestly
my skin has been amazing
it's like I felt like my skin's been the best
it's been a long time
so that's great
and they also have so many great
makeup products
the tooth faced
mascara the better than sex one
always use that
it's an iconic mascara
they have that in the pack
with the eyeliner
everything that you need
they have it all tart
all the best tart products
they have everything
so if you need
you just one swoop, you go in, you order, you get clothes, shoes, bags, sunglasses,
makeup, skincare stuff, all at one time. It's amazing. It is fantastic. Like you said, Fran,
and you can also go to macy's.com slash chicks in the office, and you will see all of the clothes
that we bought, and you could shop it for yourself. Get there before things sell out. Do it.
You know, I'm wearing these earrings that I love for Macy's right now. I wear them all the time,
and I don't know if they're still around guys, but I would check it out because they're great.
And that's what you've got to do right now because, Fran, I am obsessed with clothes right now.
I really am.
Yeah.
Because I'm finding, I think it's just a hobby.
Like, I'm looking for a hobby that actually interests me.
And, you know, I could read, I guess.
I ordered some paint stuff.
Nothing's really clicking, but shopping.
and making outfits, that's what's clicking for me. I highly recommend, if you're bored right now,
just take all your clothes, take pictures of your clothes, buy some new clothes, whatever it is,
make, you know, a document on your laptop. This is what I did. I call it a lookbook,
but it's really just a pages on my computer. And I made outfits with all of my clothes. I just made
30 plus outfits of clothes that I have that I can now wear in the future. I wake up, I look at this thing.
I'm like, oh, I'll put that on.
It's great.
It's fantastic.
It took up a lot of my time.
And I highly recommend it to people who are bored right now.
And they want something fun to do.
That's like very inner stylist of you.
Like who needs a stylist when you're putting together your own lookbook?
It makes me think of those high tech.
That was my thought.
Yeah.
Well, it makes me think of like those machines that you would always see in like TV and TV shows
and movies where like the celebrity or the rich person or whatever,
what has that closet where you could just like press the buttons.
Yep, like clueless.
And yeah, and your outfit would just come right out.
Yes.
That's what I'm thinking.
Like when you wake up now, when we're able to be outside again,
and you can just be like, I'm wearing an option, 27 today.
And bam, there you have it.
It's ready for me.
It's ready to go.
Yes, that was exactly my thought.
And I, you know, it's something that actually interests me.
So it takes up my time.
I enjoy it.
And there's something fun about, now this may help people because laundry is annoying.
But if you think about yourself as your own stylist, laundry becomes less annoying because you're
doing your laundry and you're thinking in your mind, I am a stylist for myself.
I'm going to present myself with the best clothing options as possible.
And that includes clean clothing as well.
So it's just, it's all about the mindset, guys, all about the mindset.
Wow.
That's a great fun thing to be doing for sure.
and I feel like you're going to be able to have like really nice curated looks when it ends.
There won't be like throwing it.
I'm just going to throw this on.
Like you would have it all planned out.
Yeah, I'm really excited about it.
You know you're going to have to actually go outside is the thing.
Like I feel like you probably created a lot of super cute going out outfits,
which means you have to go out now when it's time to go out.
Oh yeah.
I definitely will. Even just going to work, I enjoy wearing a nice outfit at work. But I realize in the
winter, this is just me talking about my own thoughts, but I look back on the winter and what I wore in the
winter and I can never get winter style right. I just can't because it's cold. It's uncomfortable.
And, you know, I hate buying like a ton of sweaters when I already have. I'm like, I'll just wear the
sweater. I already have. So I was just disgusting. Not like me. Sweater queen. Yeah, you are the
sweater queen. I'm addicted to buying
sweaters. Right. You have a ton of sweaters and
that works great for you. But I
just, I look back
in the winter and I'm just like, oh, get yourself
together. Get some good outfits on, Ria.
So that's what I did.
How are you doing, Fran?
I am doing very well, Ria. Thank you.
I feel like this week is flying by
and not like all the weeks have been flying by, but
now
It's just, it's, it's, I'm good.
I'm, I don't really have anything else.
That doesn't sound entirely too confident, but you know what?
No, no.
If you want to say you're good, you're good.
Yes.
I, I bought some more books.
Wonderful.
I'm in a weird situation because like, everybody realizes things are taking longer to ship,
you know?
So like, you order from Amazon and you normally get it the next day.
And this is not me complaining about how long it's taking.
It's just a fact.
but I have
like I read books on my iPad
occasionally but I don't love it
like I just I love having the feel of the actual book
so I've just been kind of sitting here
I ordered a ton but like they're all coming on different days
I ordered a book that I thought was normal size
but it's actually large print
so it's like no it's like the Bible
like it looks like that's how big it is
and the font is like
size 20. So it's, it's kind of, but the Bible has really small font. Yes, but I'm like, it's,
it's real thick. Like really thick. Okay. Like really. And, and I'm thinking, wait, like, it's really
heavy. But because, you know, it is getting nicer out, just going to be trying to, trying to read,
be outside if I can. And yeah, I've just been watching, we've watched so much TV. It's unbelievable.
So much TV. Cannot stop.
much TV.
Watching TV.
I've watched, I'm trying to think about in the last week or so.
New Girl, I got up to season five,
and then I kind of took a break because I had watched
five straight seasons, and I thought, okay, that's enough.
Yeah.
I'm not like dying to know what happens to the characters.
I kind of get the gist of it.
It's just funny.
Then I started watching Greek, which I absolutely love.
I've never watched before.
Hank recommended it to me.
He was like, I know that you would love.
break you have to watch it you have to watch it you have to watch it finally i was like fine i'll watch
it and ended up loving it dead to me uh i watched the first season last year and i was so pumped
to watch it again fucking love christina applegate and uh linda cardolini amazing actresses and then you
recommended uh middle ditch and swartz on netflix the improv special fucking hilarious so good so good um
Joe and Noah recommended
have a nice trip about these celebrities
taking psychedelics, which was also very enjoyable.
There's just been so much.
And Joe and I are saving the other two episodes
of Metal Ditchin Sports because we watched the first one
and we were laughing so much that we were like,
we don't want to use this all up tonight,
so we're going to save the other ones.
But the first one was so, I thought it was hilarious.
And I don't know how, like improv is one of those things
that you watch and you're just like, how the fuck are these people doing this? Like, it's so
impressive. I started to tear up a little bit because I was so proud of them. I know it's their,
I know it's their job. I'm like getting teary-eyed about it now. Yeah. I know it sounds annoying
when I'm always like, oh, I was a child actress, but I swear to you guys, like, I really did this
shit. Like every single week when I went to my acting class, the beginning of the class was
improv. Everyone would get in a circle. And I was in an old.
older person class. I was like the youngest person in my class. Um, and I despise doing it, not because I
didn't think it was funny or whatnot, but it made me so nervous because some people are so good at it.
And it's, it's so intimidating. And this is exactly what that was. Like, they are just so, so,
so good at it that I honestly started to tear up. I was so happy for them. I was like, that's amazing.
They're, they're so good at their craft. It's incredible. It really was. It's there, it
I thought it was really, really funny.
I did all of Never Have I Ever, Mindy Kaling's show, which I thought was really cute.
I didn't love it.
Like, people really loved it.
I thought it was cute.
Like, it's a very cute, you know, teen, whatever you want to call it, series.
And I love everything Mindy Kaling does when it comes to, like, representation.
and diversity.
Like she is so great, so great with that.
And the show I thought was really great with that.
But, and there was some very funny moments.
But then there was also some, which was on purpose, I'm sure,
obviously some very, very cringe moments.
I didn't love the main character.
Like, she was just kind of a pain in the ass,
which was on purpose.
Like, she was supposed to be a pain in the ass.
But I thought,
it was very, it was very, very cute.
And I just started Hollywood,
which,
honestly,
threw me for a loop the first episode,
because I,
I knew what it was about.
I've only watched two episodes, so I can't,
I won't ruin it for anybody, anybody.
But I,
I knew the gist of it like,
oh, Ryan Murphy, they made a new show,
Hollywood,
you know, after the war.
It's all about kind of representation.
and if the
if discrimination wasn't as big
but it's weird because it's still happening
but it's like I don't know
and they're playing real people like they're like Rock Hudson
and I didn't really realize everything that was going on
and I thought it was more like
maybe biopic type situation
and then I watched the first episode
and was like oh shit
there's there's a lot of sex
a lot of sex
lots of six.
Like, not that
they are showing everything, but it was just
way more intense
than I, than I thought it was going to be.
But, that's just, they threw it right off
the deep end in the first episode.
So now
all the, like, they had to make all the characters
come together. Now all the characters are together.
So I'm excited to finish it.
It's short. It's only seven episodes.
Yeah, I'm thinking about watching that. You started
watching it. My parents watched it
and really, really liked it. So
they keep telling me to watch it as well.
So I think that might be my next.
My grandma is also a big fan of that show.
Oh, okay.
I love Hollywood.
Yeah.
I'll take your grandma's suggestion as well, Noah.
You know what?
I've actually bet my grandma would really like that show as well.
And she asked me for a new recommendation,
so maybe that's what I'll tell her.
Yeah.
Noah, how are you doing?
Any good TV shows?
No, I've been playing a lot of video games.
And, yeah.
Classic boy.
Not much.
Not much.
I haven't really made any drinks recently either.
Oh, slacking.
Lazy.
Oh, well, that's okay.
I think really, I think a lot of people feel that way at this point that it's just.
I look back on like the early part of quarantine when I was like making drinks and like, I'm like, that feels like two years ago.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like I agree with you.
Like I was painting a picture at the beginning of quarantine.
Yeah, like Fran was doing like, are you still doing puzzles?
No.
I did.
I did one.
I think everyone has given up those like new hobbies.
They're talking.
Oh, you know who picked up a new hobby?
I don't think he'll get mad at me at saying this.
Joe?
Is it hitting?
No, he bought a guitar.
Oh, that's a good hobby.
And he used to, like, he used to play when he was younger.
So he can do, like, basic things.
But he was just like, fuck it, I'm buying a guitar and, like, going to teach myself again and learn new songs.
And I was like, power to you.
Good for you.
Oh, yeah.
That's great.
Yeah.
And then he could serenade.
Yeah, exactly, right?
I'm not going to complain about that.
Yeah, that sounds beautiful.
Yeah.
All right, well, I think that's it.
I think that's all we had to catch up on,
unless there's anything else you guys wanted to add.
I'm trying to think.
I feel like I had something, but I just can't remember.
I, guys, I truly have done nothing in the last few days,
but eat, walk outside, and watch television.
And so, so that's it.
Yeah, that sums it up for me as well.
Yeah.
There's so much TV.
I'm trying to think about what I'll watch next.
I'm getting rid of my trust issues thing with TV shows now, though.
Like, I used to really harvest on a TV show and think about it for a long time before starting a new one.
And then after Outer Banks happened, I was like, okay, you need to get the show off.
your mind. You have to start watching other stuff because this is a problem. You're thinking about
the show too much. It's all you care about. So now I'm just jumping into new things left and right.
I'll watch whatever. Yep. Bouncing around. Great. Amazing. I also want to give a special shout
out to A. Sap Rocky in that Have a Nice Trip documentary where he said he saw a rainbow shoot out
of his dick. I was dying laughing. It was a great surprise to see that documentary. And,
Noah, I thank you for recommending that because I don't think I would have watched it otherwise. He's
mute, but. Yeah, no, it was, it was very well done. Like, I think Fran would even enjoy it. And I've never
done, yeah, I think so too. Psychedelic, so I don't. Neither have I. I, I think that friend would
it as well. It has to do with celebrities, I'm probably going to enjoy it. I think that you should
watch it because, remember when we had that talk that you would, um, like,
parent you guys, you would parent us if we did shrooms. Yes. I think you should watch it so you can
educate yourself as well to know what you might have to do. Right. Right. Right.
That's true, like just a good life lesson.
Yeah, exactly.
All right, let's get into today's topics.
We have the Vanderpump Rules editor drama with Sheena Shea.
This editor has been making Sheena Shea purposely look bad.
We have new pictures of Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner that, you know, might point to Sophie Turner being pregnant, actually, definitely.
And Chloe Kardashian is pissed at people on the internet that assumed she was pregnant with Tristan,
It's a lie and she's mad about it. We also have Kyle Richards joining the show from Beverly Hills
Housewives. You guys know it. You probably love it. Big fan. And we also have our Listen to Your
Heart recap with Trent. So let's get into it starting off with the Vanderpump Rules drama.
All right. We have some hilarious but mean Vanderpump Rules drama going on right now.
Page six posted an article yesterday. Van der Pumpump Rules editor,
admits to personal vendetta against Sheena Shea.
Immediately when I saw this, I thought,
what the hell an editor is actually admitting
to having a personal vendetta against somebody on the show?
I feel like that's never heard of.
The producers, they do it behind the scenes,
try to sneak it in, but no producer has ever openly been like,
yes, I gave this person a bad edit because I don't like them.
But this editor, Bree Dellinger, Dillinger, I don't know how to pronounce her,
last name. She went on a podcast called the Twisted Plot podcast with Evelyn Marley and she revealed that
she makes Sheena Shea look embarrassing on the show. So I think we all had our suspicions that this
was going on with Sheena because as the show has gone on, she has gotten more and more ridiculous
edits and storylines that have been blatant.
obvious and you're like wow they're really doing this to her again right like it's crazy so this girl brie
actually said if sheena knows what's good for her she'd befriend me because my favorite game is finding
all the embarrassing things that sheena does and putting them all in she later joked up so fucked up
she said she later joked that if sheena was to write a memoir the title should be death by a million
embarrassments.
That is so mean.
What has Sheena Shea
done to this editor specifically
for her to be saying,
if Sheena Shea knows what's good for her,
she'd befriend me.
And it's like, is this girl just jealous
that Sheena Shea is not friends with her,
so she's just out to get her for no good reason?
And she goes on to continue saying,
it was so funny when they made
Sheena Shea looked like she was
flirting with Stasi's younger brother.
and she said, we're watching the scene and we were like, okay, this is over the top.
I realized that, but how can we resist?
Yes, I said it to funny music and I added a funny sound bite, but she did that.
We asked her in the interview, how young would you go?
And we didn't tell her it was for the Nikolai scene, of course.
That is just grade A manipulation by producers, which you have to, if you're in the producer game and reality TV game,
then I guess you have to like applaud that if you're doing the same thing.
but on the outside looking in, I just feel so bad for Sheena that this woman is just openly saying, yes, if you continue to start in this show, I will continue to edit the show to make you look bad.
Yeah. And it's crazy because, yes, there has definitely been some funny moments that you're like, oh, okay, that have been pretty harmless, but yes, obviously don't make Sheena look great.
but using it for that scene with Nikolai was so uncomfortable where like I can't believe she even said like had said oh this is how could we resist it's so funny what do you mean they made Sheena look like she was legitimately thinking about going out with Nikolai like it was so preposterous right that it was just it was it was just me at that point and I would I would guess that sheena
would obviously be pissed about this.
And they...
The most evil part about the article was this part.
She's been assured by the network and production
that she's part of the charade.
The insider added,
she's going to be absolutely crushed
by hearing that she's actually the butt of the joke.
That is just downright evil
to be saying this on a podcast publicly
where Sheena's going to hear it.
Now, I haven't seen Sheena reply to anything on Twitter, but I think she did like a tweet.
Yeah, she liked a tweet because I think right now it says that Bravo's asked her like not to comment on any of it.
But if she did like a tweet that like basically said that that Bree should be demoted or something.
I think so too.
I think that's kind of fucked to go around to interviews saying, yeah, I edit this first.
person to look bad. Number one, because now you're admitting that the show is not entirely real,
and they don't want people to know that. Reality shows want you to believe that everything they're
putting out there is real. And now Sheena is not going to want to, well, I'm sure she'll still want to be in
the show, but I'm sure she's going to be pissed at Bravo, and she's a cast member of the show. So,
I mean, I feel like she's priority over the editor who's making her look bad. Right. And it's obviously
these podcast episodes have been deleted.
But these, I feel like there's been a couple more quotes that I've come out to.
They're just like, clearly this woman has something up her ass.
I don't know, I don't know if it's like jealousy or she thought like she was going to be best friends with all these people.
Like she had said, she also said, she said that the cast does not go out of their way to become friends with her.
She said, they don't really think about or talk to us at all.
I feel like they should totally want to be friends with me.
I know everything about them.
Oh, wait, maybe that's why they don't want to be friends with them.
me. Like it almost seems like she was mad that none of them have like tried to be nice to her.
I don't know. Seems like she jealous that they're not like kissing her ass because she
had to go. That I guess she thought that maybe she would have been friends with Stasi. She said
I was like, I'm totally going to be friends with Stasi. No, that didn't happen. Like I met her
at the premiere parties and she doesn't care about me nor does anybody.
So this girl just wants attention. She just felt neglected so she just decided to rip on everyone.
She sounds like she wants a part in the show.
Yeah.
Because now there's drama about her editing the show
that they're going to add, like, a producer drama aspect to an episode, maybe.
Right.
And it's like she also claimed that now they've wanted to make Stasi and Bo,
like the stars of the show and everything.
And it's just, I feel like she definitely did not get the green light
to reveal this information.
on a podcast publicly.
Yeah, definitely a bad idea.
So new pictures came out this week of Joe Jonas
and Sophie Turner on their walk.
It's a weird situation
because it feels we were talking about it
because Joe and Sophie both have not talked about this pregnancy.
So it still has kind of felt
potentially not real.
I know that sounds crazy,
but without them actually saying anything,
In the back of my mind, it's like, huh, well, is that definitely true?
I don't know.
And if you've had those thoughts where like, oh, maybe it's not true, well, these pictures
confirmed that is true.
That's just where we're at.
It's clear as day.
She's pregnant.
That's, you can't deny it.
Right.
It feels wrong because obviously when people make the mistake of thinking a celebrity is
pregnant when they see a photo of them and then they turn out to not be pregnant, it's a whole big thing.
and obviously something you want to avoid.
But I feel like with these pictures,
it's just way too noticeable of a baby bump
to not be a baby bump.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you could tell the difference,
I think, between somebody putting on weight
and getting a baby bump.
Right, right.
She, it's definitely, it's definitely a baby bump.
And also, not that they plan any of this stuff out,
Because look, they're also in quarantine right now.
Like, I'm sure these walks that they go on is like the only time that they're getting outside.
Well, besides like maybe being in their yard.
But like walking around and being out in public, just like how I love to go walk around town.
Like, I'm sure they feel the same way.
But when they do it, they get photographed every time.
Like, we've been seeing pictures of them on walks for weeks, weeks now.
Like they've been, their, their pictures of them on walks every week, they're with their dogs,
they're not with their dogs.
And every time Sophie had been kind of wearing baggy clothes where you were like, I don't know,
I don't know.
But these ones, it's like you said, it's just clear as day.
So I have to think that in their heads, they knew like, all right, we're going for this walk.
Probably we're going to get photographed because we've been photographed every other time we've gone on a walk.
people are, people are going to notice.
Right. This whole, this whole topic makes me feel uncomfortable to talk about.
I have to be honest. It's very, it's very hard to navigate because it's something so private,
but so many other news outlets are talking about it and the pictures are right there.
So it's hard to just ignore it. Yeah, right. Definitely. And there's no reason to speculate any
further on it besides, like, the pictures that were, that we got.
They're, all right, there we go.
That's it.
So, because you see people like analyze every aspect and question them or question the way they've
been doing things.
But when you just see the picture, that's all we got.
If they announce anything, they probably won't at this point, I feel like.
And maybe we'll just find out in a couple months.
bam, baby.
I feel like that's probably
what's going to happen. Boom, baby.
Kind of the same thing with Gigi Hedeed,
although she has addressed it
in her caption on Mother's Day.
So, you know, that was kind of
I guess her post about it.
But you don't need to make a whole big post when you're pregnant.
I mean,
no, it's their choice to keep it.
Yeah, totally. Like their choice to keep it private,
it just sucks because obviously
if they want to be outside,
they're probably going to get photographed.
So even if they do want to keep their pregnancy private,
that's very hard to do when there's paparazzi
that follow you everywhere you go.
Can we just talk about how Kylie Jenner
kept her pregnancy private for nine months?
The only way to do it-
It's quite impossible to actually think about that.
The only way...
For nine months.
Nobody saw a picture of her pregnant.
Maybe there was one time in the picture,
was so far away and everybody freaked out, but that was it. She stayed in her house for so long.
That's the only way you could do it. That is truly the only way that you're able to pull it off
at this point. And clearly, some people just can't do that, which is so fair. For your sanity,
you've got to get outside sometimes. You can't just be in your home. If you can do that, great.
but if you can't, then you're going to have to be outside.
People are going to see you.
But look, the pictures, I will say,
maybe very happy.
And I feel like they are just going to be
the absolute cutest parents of all time.
Oh, of course.
I cannot wait for that.
And then, you know, we're just going to see it all go down.
Nick and Priyanka will have a baby.
And then we'll get documentaries about the families and their kids.
It's going to be fantastic.
People were speculating all over the internet about rumors that Chloe Kardashian was pregnant with her second child from Tristan Thompson.
These have been proven to be absolute rumors, and Chloe Kardashian is pissed off.
Yeah, this was all pretty strange and feels like it came out of nowhere.
All of a sudden, Chloe was trending on Twitter, and everyone was freaking out about her being pregnant.
it seemed like the only evidence people had was that she was posting a lot of pink flowers
and that she was cropping photos where it was waist up and you weren't seeing her whole body.
It seemed kind of ridiculous because when I looked at her Instagram,
she was posting other things too.
So I don't know.
It came out of absolutely nowhere.
And then people freaked out, like all of these tweets that are like,
like can't believe Chloe would have another baby with Tristan after the shit they pulled with Jordan.
Like they ruined Jordan's life and now look what she's doing.
And I like, it took me by surprise how pissed people were at the potential of Chloe being pregnant again.
Right.
Right. People were pissed, but they were, like, pissed off because they thought it would be with Tristan Thompson, and they were like, we're never feeling bad for her again over what Jordan did.
Kind of a sticky situation. He is the father of her other child. So, you know, if she wants the children to have the same dad, then maybe she could have a child with Tristan again. They talked about that on the Kardashians. I'm not just making that up.
But no, no, that's a real thing.
Yes, but people were going overboard to the point where Chloe tweeted,
I don't go on social platforms much these days.
And this is one of the main reasons why, as to why I stay away.
The sick and hurtful things people say,
I am disgusted by so many things I am seeing.
SMH, people swear they know everything about me,
including my uterus, sick.
The nasty things you're saying about me over a rumor.
I have seen so many hurtful, despicable stories and tweets about me over a false story.
And if it were true, it's my life, not yours.
Funny how picky and choosy some can be with who and how you feel others should live their lives.
I believe people should focus on their own lives slash families, put energy into bettering the scary world we are currently living in, and try projecting positivity as opposed to nastiness.
It's as simple as that.
She's pissed off that people are ripping her apart about a pregnancy that's not even happened.
And even if she was pregnant, it'd be kind of strange to be like, fuck you, you're pregnant.
I mean, you know, whoever tells a pregnant person like, fuck off for being pregnant.
That's kind of crazy.
And I also think a lot of people assumed that if she was pregnant with Tristan's baby,
that would mean that she and Tristan were back together, you know, or they would be together
in the future or right now.
And, I mean, obviously there's rumors about that all the time.
But because they talked about it on the show, it does seem possible.
that she would just have another baby with Tristan, regardless of their relationship status.
Right.
That doesn't even matter.
So it seemed like a lot of people were freaking out that it meant that maybe she had taken Tristan
back, but I don't know.
People freaked the fuck out about it.
It was crazy for a few hours before Chloe tweeted her very direct clarification.
Right.
And I'm not saying that people should be saying the stuff they're saying because they absolutely
should not be like they're going way overboard.
But this is the reason why people are tweeting so much about it is because it's a reality
show about their lives and drama.
You know what I mean?
Like it's it's kind of hard to because people are obviously going to have opinions about
the shows which just is about their lives.
So people now think every aspect of their lives.
can be talked about because it's on the show.
Totally.
So kind of a tough situation,
but I do feel bad for Chloe Kardashian,
basically at all times.
Yeah, and it's also tough because
now she knows what the reaction would be
if she actually did have another baby with Tristan.
Like, wow, that's how the world's going to react
if I actually have another baby,
kind of a shitty situation.
Yeah,
reminds me of a better not.
Is that perfect or bridesmeans, whichever one it is?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I don't know.
I forget, but yeah, I know what you're thinking of.
Rebel Wilson?
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Better not.
Better not.

The world's most refreshing podcast.
Yes.
All right, this is our week five, listen to your heart recap.
We're almost at the end, guys.
Thankfully, this show is six weeks.
And look, I have enjoyed watching it.
I'm glad that I've had something to do on my Monday nights.
But we have gone to the point of the show now where obviously it's towards the end.
And I was just saying to both of you that if this was maybe longer,
and we were a little bit more invested in the people.
If we've just known them for longer,
maybe I would care more about, like, if they really found love.
So, and maybe it's also just because, like,
with The Bachelor or The Bachelorette, they always pick somebody who's from the show,
so we've known them for so long that we, like, actually care if they fall in love or not.
And these people, we don't really know them that well.
So we're at this stage,
and there's only,
there's only four couples left on,
on this episode.
And that was,
and it was really, like,
now it's so focused on them as couples
and their performances,
it's kind of taken away
a little bit of the petty drama
that makes these shows so great.
And the format says me for a loop
in the sense that I'd like to know,
like, when they were making it,
what weight they were putting on what?
Like how much are they focusing on?
We want you to find love and that's how you're going to advance in this.
Or what is your actual raw musical talent?
And I don't want to jump all the way to the end.
But we did see Natasha go home when it's pretty clear that she is right up there with Rudy
in terms of the most purely raw talented person on the show.
Right, right.
But that's where I get a little confused.
Again, it seems weird to critique something where we're in the middle of the pandemic.
and I just need something to watch.
And I think that was my attitude going into it.
But we're still going to watch it and we're going to see things that we like
and see things that we don't like.
The formats sometimes I get a little confused by,
but it's still, it's something to watch.
I did not watch it this week.
I did put it on.
Appreciate your honesty.
Yes.
I did put it on, but my tension span just wasn't there and I couldn't do it.
I tried guys, and I ultimately gave up.
And yes, I'm a quitter and you can yell at me for such, but I'm proud of it.
I feel pretty confident in my decision to not watch it.
And I'm excited to hear you guys recap this episode.
I got to say, it's almost like your hatred for Ryan was powering you through.
And then when he was like, by the way, I didn't like to tell you to settle down.
And you're like, well, now I don't want to watch you.
Yeah, I guess I should bring that up.
Right, right.
Talk to Ryan because he DMed.
and said, you know, hey, I heard you guys hate me.
Sorry.
And this really nice message, I'm not going to read the whole thing.
And it was just really nice.
And I felt like a piece of shit because honestly, like we were joking.
I don't ask.
Yeah, like we don't hate that.
He don't hate him.
I think that people get confused, obviously, sometimes because it's not like we're
a comedy podcast, but we, you know, it's not, we do try to be funny, too.
Like, I'm not trying to be serious at all times.
So I've talked about this before, like having to clear up when I'm joking versus not joking.
And I would like to clear up that I did not actually hate Ryan.
I just thought it was funny to like go along with his Instagram story.
And it made for good, like, content, in my opinion, just to be like, fuck Ryan.
But yeah, and then he reached out.
And I was like, Ryan, I don't actually hate you.
I was kidding.
I feel bad that you thought that.
He was like, oh, my God, thank God.
I thought I would never like, you know, make it up to you guys.
I was like, no, it's completely fine.
I've actually been rooting for you.
like you're my favorite so um yeah after that i kind of was like what's my point of watching this show
now Trevor's not doing anything bad i thought he was going to be terrible uh i don't have any hate
for ryan anymore i can't make any funny jokes about that so like we're just watching people
be in love okay cool right and the other two like it's it's going to be interesting because
Trent i think it comes down to like why you were just saying too with like how the way
is going to be determined because like I love chris and brie i think they're super cute but
they in my personal opinion um i enjoy matt and rudy they're singing more than i enjoy chris and
brie singing like not not that they're bad they're all good singers but i prefer like mad
and rudy um and so it'll be interesting because like if matt and rudy kind of implode and they have
problems, but they're like so clearly the more like talented duo and Chris and Brie are like
ready to get married like in the finale, but aren't as good. Like, did they win because they're more
in love? Or do Matt and Rudy win because they're more talented? I don't know. And the other thing
is like, so when you're watching a bachelor season or a bachelorette season, you know, okay, Pete is
the guy in control of giving out these roles. He is making the decision. And we all question. And we all
you know, Pete's decision-making or whoever the bachelor or bachelor's
is. With this, it's Chris Harrison standing at a podium. And the criteria for
who's going home and who's not seems a little, like it's solely based, obviously,
on their performances and all that. But like it does seem like we can't critique the person
making decisions because there isn't a person. It's just like this
amount of judges. Again, I like the show. I'm going to finish it out. But those are
just some of the things I've been thinking. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. So they,
went to Vegas on this
episode. They got to go on
tour buses and
travel to Vegas and
each couple had their on tour bus
which was cute. I mean the tour bus life
seems fun. I'm not gonna
lie. Watching it made me think like
wow, Ria and I would have a really good time
on a tour bus.
But then I was like, would we
like would it be fun for like four
days and then like not fun at all?
Tour buses are fun for like a night.
Yeah. You get invited on a tour
bus, shit's popping. But the whole time, no, thank you. Right, right, right. That's fair.
I've always said, like, I wish, because I think it would be fun. I like that, like, you can just
live in this thing on four wheels. I would love to tour around the country, but I have nothing
to tour around the country. Like, I don't, I have no, none of my, I'm not a performer. I have no
skill. What's that? A podcast live show. Yeah, what if, if four play hit the road?
I guess I never really thought about it. I always looked at it. And you took your tour bus to
different golf courses. That's like not a bad idea. I guess now now you got me thinking. I was always
thinking clearly like I can't sing. I'm not like a stand-up comedian. I wouldn't have anything to
tour but the tour life seems awesome. You just drive around. And also LA to Las Vegas is like three
hours I think so they didn't have to be on it for very long. Right. And then it was interesting
because they had every couple actually go straight to Vegas. But because there seems to be some
hesitations between Matt and Rudy.
Like, Rudy is all in on Matt, but Matt seems like maybe he's not all in or he's moving
slow.
So they let Matt and Rudy just like straight up pull over somewhere and get out.
And they got to like go on a date kind of.
Like, and they slept, I don't know, in a hotel.
Where were they?
They just pulled over and they, and they were like, everyone else in Vegas was like,
where's Matt and Rudy?
And they just stayed somewhere else.
Yeah, they...
I don't know why they got to do that.
It's like there are no rules situation.
They just kind of let them know whatever they want.
Do we think that they had sex?
Probably.
No?
Like, I just...
I feel like maybe sex is got to be way more...
Not acceptable, but like it makes me think of paradise, kind of.
Like, people are going to have sex.
I agree with that.
That was my inclination, but yeah, it was just...
They just got to pull over somewhere in between Las Vegas and Los Angeles and just have a night together.
Very bizarre.
And then each couple, they, you know, got a date before their performance.
And I will say there's, like I said, there's just not too much to dive in with each couple.
I mean, Trevor and Jamie, Jamie is, Jamie is so sweet, but she's just like a baby deer.
Like it's like everything
It's a little too Disney princess
Like she would be a great Disney princess
She has the voice
She can sing like the whole thing
But when all like
I still hear her in my head being like
Like I'm just so scared
Like it's just very scary
Like it's just very scary
She said it a billion times
About telling Trevor that she was falling in love with him
And it all got very serious
But in the end
She said she was falling in love
with him. He said he was falling in love with her. I think if these two are still together,
I will be floored. I mean, I will be absolutely floored. Less than zero percent chance
of these two are still. And, and other, I don't know, Trent. She, he commented like some flirty
comment on one of her Instagrams recently. If, hmm, that would be very interesting. What I was
going to say is, I think Chris and Bree are accelerating everyone else's relationship in the house,
because Chris and Bree, I don't know if they knew each other in a before this or in a past life or what.
Yeah, right.
Yeah.
Because they are, I mean, they are moving so quickly.
They said they love each other in a guitar center, which feels like a month ago.
And then I think all of the other people in the house look at that.
Jamie in particular, who is very young and seems very impressionable, it seems like she is like, oh, I need to move my relationship forward with Trevor if they're moving that quickly.
And it did end up working out because despite Trevor,
saying, I've only said the L word to a couple of people in my life. It's a very important word to me,
which seemed like a setup for, I'm not there with you yet. For some reason, he, he, you know,
said I'm falling in love with you after Jamie did. I don't think that relationship is going to work,
and I worry for Jamie. Yeah, yeah, I'm with you on that. Chris and Bree had their date, like,
literally in at Las Vegas wedding chapel. I kind of thought they were maybe like going to get married for a
hot second, but they were just the musical act for a random couple getting married, which was
quite bizarre.
The best part is the producers being like, all right, we're going to send Chris and Bree
to a wedding chapel and, you know, go there, see what happens.
Maybe wear white if you want to, Bree, and we'll just kind of see what happens.
Yeah.
That really is a testament to how far their relationship has come along in that we all just assumed
seeing the promo that they were going to get married.
Yeah.
That's how far along they are.
Yeah, I'm with you.
And then Ryan and Natasha had a very normal date.
Like I was a fan.
This episode made me more of a fan of Ryan and Natasha because I was like,
this feels like an appropriate relationship at this time.
Like they like each other.
They enjoy spending time together.
They're not confessing their love to each other.
But they're just like having a good time.
They have good chemistry and are enjoying their time together.
So that was, I mean,
that, like I said, probably the most normal date.
And then probably the most uncomfortable situation was the date with Matt and Rudy.
Right.
Ria, I'm so fucked because I say Matt and Rudy and literally all I hear is Max and Ruby.
You just, you, it's, I, you ruined it.
I'm over.
It's, all I think of is Max and Ruby.
Okay.
So, Rudy has been debating telling Matt how she feels.
feels that she's falling in love with him she's going to jamie for advice worst terrible person to go
to for advice on this situation this is another thing like how i was saying with chris and brie how they are
they sort of are encouraging not consciously but they're for people to go further in their relationships
jamie's night with trevor inexplicably went so well so then jamie meets up with rudy and is like you
should do it just it's great for me so you should probably do it and that's really not great advice
Not great advice.
And basically, Rudy lays it all out there.
She says that she's falling for him.
And he says,
You're very courageous for speaking your truth.
And she basically immediately burst into tears.
There was no like in-between conversation time.
None.
That hit her like a Mac Trump.
just hearing him say, you're very courageous for telling your truth.
And then really not saying anything else.
And she immediately burst into tears.
I want to defend Matt for a second because, no, he didn't say the right thing or in the right way.
That word combination with that tone and those pause breaks, none of that was good.
But I look at it from a perspective of we watched Trevor and Jamie on their date.
And Jamie says, I'm falling in love with you.
Trevor says, I'm also falling in love with you.
They embrace.
They're very giggly.
And I tweeted that it felt like Peter and Hannah-Anne,
where they were saying these words,
but in no way shape or form did they mean.
It doesn't feel real.
It doesn't feel right.
So then you go back to Rudy and Matt.
And Rudy is saying, I'm falling for you.
I really like you.
We seem pretty compatible.
And so I think it's actually more mature for Matt,
who if he's not feeling that way, to say,
that's very nice of you to say,
but I don't think I'm in that place yet.
Like, as bad as for Matt,
I actually believed that situation
far more than I believed
the Jamie and Trevor situation.
Right. It's much more realistic
that Matt would be hesitant
to express himself in that way
and, you know, say he's falling in love,
especially if he's someone that moves a little bit slower.
And, you know, also I do think in the back of his head,
he's like, this girl is one of the best singers here.
Just keep that in mind.
Although, but like I think that, but then I think that with the idea in my head that like
they're winning some grand prize, like if this was like money or something.
Yeah.
But like you, if you win, you're spending more time with that person.
So you really, I think you really do have to have that connection and actually like each other.
Matt has his reservations for sure because I think it was the first night where he was.
him and Rudy, oh, there was the whole disaster about Matt got a date card, and Rudy thought
that he said he was going to take her, and it didn't go. And even, like, they're always on the
verge of fighting or being very lovey-dubby. And even when Rudy told Matt that she was falling for
him, she put it off, put it off, and then basically yelled at him, like, I'm falling for you.
I'm falling for you. I really like you. I think we're compatible. So I get what Matt is coming
from where he's like, boy, I don't know, but like you said, Rudy is a really,
really good thing. Yeah, and so they all got to sign their song for this big moment in Vegas to
the last, whatever, one of their last performances. And Ryan and Natasha got perfect. Ed Shear and
Beyonce, a beautiful song, absolutely beautiful. Song that you don't change the way that they did.
And I don't know, they obviously thought it was a good idea.
The performance was kind of a train wreck, which was sad because I really liked them together
and I was rooting for them and they're both extremely, extremely talented.
But they fucked up.
Natasha said she sang the wrong part.
She was trying to hand him a microphone while he was playing the guitar.
Like the whole thing was a disaster.
And then they just, they tried to like turn this song into like a, like just like a Latin
upbeat dance song and it's just not that.
I could not believe when Ryan was trying to put a guitar on in the middle of it.
Like, yeah, it was a, I know they were trying to do something different and Ryan's like,
oh, let's flip it and it'll be really cool.
It was tough because he was trying to get the guitar on and then Natasha's handing him
a microphone while he's got the guitar.
He's holding the microphone and the guitar.
It just did not work.
It was so funny.
The guy from Train, one of the judges, he just looked at them and was like, do you?
think you nailed it? Like, how do you think that went? That's never, that's never good.
No, never good. Jamie and Trevor, I thought they did a, they did a good job. I personally still think
they're very awkward to watch, but the judges kind of felt that way too and could see it.
The judges this time around were, yeah, the lead singer from Trane do not know his, do not know his name.
I mean, I heard it. It went in one ear and went out the other.
I was watching.
Yes.
No idea.
Ashley Simpson and Evan Ross,
her husband,
and Ari and Lauren,
who,
let me tell you,
they couldn't find another bash or a couple.
Like when I saw Caitlin and Jason
in the preview for the finale,
I was like,
thank God.
Thank God.
Because, give me something.
Ari and Lauren were atrocious judges.
Like Lauren,
and I'm happy for them,
that's nice that, you know, they're a happy couple and they're married and they love each other
and they have a child and that's great. But like after performance and Lauren's just like,
yeah, I really think that, um, you guys have a connection. And like, it was like, it was just,
yeah, I was just, I really think that you guys have something here. And it was just like,
there was no, there was nothing. Give me a little something. Guys, come on. And then,
give me a little excitement, little energy. After one of the performance, you know, after one of the
I forget which one it was, Ari said, that felt like a performance and it felt like a performance.
And I think he felt like he was Socrates.
Like you get it?
Like I'm deep, baby.
I'm deep.
And it was just like, yeah, they definitely started Jojo and Jordan were pretty good.
I thought they were pretty good.
Yeah.
And then they should have saved Jojo and Jordan for closer to the end, I think.
Yeah, they could have put Ari and Lauren and one of earlier.
Yeah, for sure.
and so I was like they were good uh christen brie like they're always great christ and brie i think are
always great when they perform they always sound great and matt and rudy sang shallow and rudy just
crushed it like rudy was amazing and it's so funny because clearly singing together does something
to to the couple does it does something to each other when they finish matt
was looking at Rudy like she was the most amazing thing he's ever seen.
Like his eye, like the love was in his eyes.
He was like, that was so good.
Yeah.
Because she's so good.
It did.
Like beforehand, he was like, I don't know if I want to stay in this relationship.
I don't want to commit to anything.
Yeah.
And as soon as they got done, there was a sparkle in his eye where it almost looked like
he was going to get down on one knee.
I mean, it makes sense, right?
If you are singing, even if you hate somebody, if you hate somebody and you hate somebody
and you are put in a position where you have to sing love songs to each other.
Like there has to be some sort of connection there's no way there can't be.
Definitely.
And they don't hate each other.
They don't hate each other.
They seemingly like each other a lot.
So of course it's going to intensify things.
Yeah.
So obviously Ryan and Natasha were sent home because it was very clear that they had the worst performance.
There was really no doubt about it.
Like when I went into this episode, I thought, wow, I wonder who's going to go home
because at this stage they're all pretty good
and somebody would have to really fuck up
to be like the obvious choice.
And I didn't know if that was going to happen,
but it did.
They figured it out themselves.
So Ryan and Natasha were sent home.
It's the end.
So the finale will be Jamie and Trevor.
Yep.
Well, what I was going to say is,
go ahead, go ahead, try.
If you're looking at those four groups, if you're looking at those four
groups purely from a singing and talent perspective, who do you think should have gone home?
I mean, personally, I think Ryan and Natasha were the best ones.
Just I think, like, for me, of those four groups, when it actually came to their singing and talent,
in my personal opinion, it would have gone Ryan Natasha, Matt Rudy,
Chris Brie,
Jamie, Trevor.
I'm in the exact same boat.
I don't think Trevor can sing.
I do not think you can't.
Like, I've been saying all season
that I can't tell
when someone is a good singer
and a bad singer.
Trevor has made me flip that
because I watch him up there
and there's just nothing there.
Jamie can definitely sing
at least a little bit.
Trevor seems like
he's a placeholder at best.
Right.
Jamie and Trevor have an ability
of like,
they've really sang the same kind of songs
every week.
and their range isn't crazy, which is fine,
because there are so many very amazing singers
that don't have an insane range,
and that's their wheelhouse.
But like, when it comes to a singing competition,
it's always the people who have more of like the big blowout voices
that shock people and do well.
So that's kind of just how I would think about it.
But.
It is just strange.
Yeah, Natasha and Ryan,
easily the top two in terms of couples on the show.
And Natasha, like I said earlier,
might be the number one talent on the show,
but just because you mess up one performance pretty brutally,
but it was still like Natasha,
you almost got to keep them around,
but they screwed up and they had to go home.
Exactly.
So the finale, they're going to Nashville,
Bill. It is, like I said, Jamie and Trevor, Chris and Bree, and Matt and Rudy will see what happens.
But that'll be it. That's next week, the grand finale.
Is there any way Chris and Bree lose this thing?
Yeah. Matt and Rudy could win, I think. I feel like they've wanted us to think that Matt is going to have this big breakdown moment.
but if that doesn't happen or if maybe he does come to the conclusion that he
like is totally in it with Rudy that that could kind of put them over the top but
we'll see it's going to be it'll be very hard to be chris and breed just because of how much
they're in love right like if they're weighing the relationship and how in love people are
like chris and brie are running away i can't believe before we're done i can't believe we didn't
get the Trevor asshole episode.
At least maybe we'll get it next week,
but I thought for sure this was going to be the one.
And he's still just kind of like
at least coming across as a nice guy.
Stunning. Yeah. Yeah,
it is stunning. I really thought that this
was going to be the one too. But... I thought he was going to
shut down poor Jamie, but he
was like, I'm falling in love with you too.
And away that went. Crazy.
It'll really be shocking
if those two are still together, we'll have
to see. I mean, they're not
they're obviously not winning.
Trent, knock on wood, because it's very possible.
You think so?
At this point, I feel like they could just give it to any of them.
You know, like, I don't think people will be like outrage.
Right.
It's like, oh, Jamie and Trevor, they want to listen to your heart.
I was thinking about that too.
That's the other thing like, I'll be mad if Jamie and Trevor win,
but I'm not going to like riot in the streets.
Like I'll be like, oh, all right.
That's probably not how it should have ended,
but I'm not going to go crazy.
Yeah, especially if they think Jamie and Trevor
have the most,
like the most potential to be in like the Bachelor world, you know?
Yeah, to me that would be Matt and Rudy.
Yeah.
They seem like the most Bachelor universe like.
I don't know, we'll see.
We'll see.
Finale next week.
We are here with a very special guest, Kyle Richards, from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Welcome to the show.
We are huge fans of you.
And my family is going to kill me if I, like, don't start off the interview by saying this.
But I told them I was interviewing you and they're like, oh, my God, you have to tell her.
She's our favorite.
My dad, my mom, my sister.
So there you go.
That's so sweet.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I needed that today.
Yeah. They're going to be excited to hear that. Definitely. Tell them I said hello and thank you.
I will. I'm actually going to. They're going to freak out. That's so funny. Honestly, Kyle, we,
your life, nothing has slowed down, maybe even just gotten more crazy. The show has, like, just when you think, like, oh, what could possibly happen that hasn't already happened?
Something absolutely absurd goes down.
This season has already started off with a ton of drama.
And I will say we were recording this on Wednesday,
so obviously a new episode airs tonight,
but it'll be released tomorrow.
So by the time everyone's listening,
they'll have seen Wednesday night's episode.
And honestly, like, when you went into filming this season,
did you think that everything was just going to be flipped on?
its head. No, you never know what's going to happen. That's the thing with the show, you know,
sometimes it takes a while and all of a sudden, you know, things that start trickling in. Other times
you start out with a bang, like last season, we just started. And usually we're just catching
up with the women, what they've been doing recently, and then the whole Puppie Gate thing happens.
You just never know what is going to happen with the show and just like life because this is our
life. And, you know, we're opening it up for those, you know, options to happen.
Have you been watching the show now that, you know, everybody's home?
Of course I've been watching the show.
I mean, I need to know what everyone's saying about me.
Yeah, no, we watch the show because, well, obviously, we want to know what, you know,
what parks they use, you know, and all that stuff because we don't see it until, you know,
really only a few days before the show airs.
So, you know, we're very curious.
And obviously, we started things that we're already over with six months ago.
We start seeing in the show.
show and people get upset again and see an interview with things people are saying people's feelings
get hurt again and more fights start it's very um it's not fun to watch honestly but we have to see it
yeah yeah how do you now deal with everyone watching the show and then the rest of the cast and
everyone live tweeting and then getting their opinions off on social media because sometimes you you know
so months have passed since these things were happening,
but emotions get stirred up again,
and then the tweets go out,
and just the drama escalates.
Have you had those conversations
with the other women being like,
well, why did you just tweet that?
Well, what happens is,
well, we used to write a blog,
so that was the blog.
And then sometimes people would like, you know,
say things on Twitter,
but I actually didn't really, you know,
do too much of that.
But now we don't write blog, so now we're live tweeting.
So it's opened up a whole other box of problems.
So like when this season first started, I kind of sent a text of the, you know, the women that I'm closest with.
And I said, listen, guys, obviously we've had, you know, our issues to the season.
And we've all said things.
Our feelings are going to be hurt.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And everyone kind of was like, I know, I know.
And then the show aired and who's the first person upset?
Me.
Because I was like, why would Doreet say that?
about my business. She has no idea what I did with this business to get it to New York City
for Fashion Week. I know nothing about a fashion show, but the business I've worked on for over
a year, I don't talk about her businesses. So I was really upset about that. So then the tweets
were like, yeah. And now that, you know, you've seen what she said and you're seeing it all play
out and you guys have gotten into fights on the show now, is she somebody that you reached out to,
like you said when you text to everyone and like, hey, everyone, like, let's, you know, beware of what's
about to happen. Was she in that group or is that just like your closest people?
No, she, no, because she is one of the people that I'm closest with. You know, there's, I would say,
you know, five of us that are very tight. And, yes, she was one of those people that I messaged.
But since then, it's sort of been, like, indirect and like a group texting because obviously I know
she's upset about things. I know that I'm upset about things.
But now we're rolling in to, you know, other stuff now.
But it's what's really frustrated about the show
and the only reason I would even go on Twitter now
because it's so dark and mean and nasty,
but is to explain certain things, you know,
that we can't say or explain in the show.
And what's really, you know, this season,
although we have broken what we call as the fourth wall,
you know, when Denise said, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo,
you know, and then the temptation
to have them not use that footage.
Yeah.
You know, we don't acknowledge when we're shooting the show
that we're on a show or the cameras are there.
So, you know, so when I was talking about Dorit and the glam,
was I mad that Doreet just showed up when glam?
No, it wasn't about that.
You know, we all signed up to do this.
You know, we all made a commitment to the real houses of Beverly Hills
to be here and open up our lives.
And it's a very big commitment.
to make. I flew back from North Carolina filming the movie Halloween just to shoot for a few days
and then fly back to do Halloween. So that meant very little time with my family, not being
able to take portion of the school because the day of Teddy's retreat, they told me I had to be
picked up at 5 a.m. Meet Teddy, sorry, meet Sutton and Erica and like out in the middle of nowhere
where we all got into one car and they would help us all together. So it's like a whole thing.
And then when you're like, oh, well, Doreet's not coming until late. Well, why?
because she wants to have her hair and makeup done for the workout look.
And I was like, what are you talking about?
So it was like, if you can't do it for Teddy as a friend to be in support,
can you not do it for your commitment to the real house?
Why is that, you know, we've all made.
Because in 10 years, we've never done that kind of stuff.
Right.
And I have to be honest, I agreed with you on that
because I feel like, like you said,
people on the internet, they have a hard time,
like separating themselves from watching a TV show
to actually putting themselves in the situation
if this was their real life.
I'm sure if everybody reflected and put themselves in their real life position and noticed their
friend showed up late because they were getting glam, but everybody else had to be on time somewhere,
they would also be pissed off as well.
Yeah. And if we were going to a black tie and she wanted to be late for the glam, maybe it would
be different. But for a retreat, for meditating and working, I was like working out. I was like,
I cannot with any of this. And I couldn't wrap my head around that obviously, you know,
the others know that I'm not going to address the on camera or commitment, whatever.
So then they kind of take advantage.
What do you care?
And she showed up looking like a model.
I'm like, are you kidding me?
You know exactly what I'm talking about.
So like everyone was coming at me and I was exhausted, flying back and forth.
It's like the Kardashians kind of broke the fourth wall this season when they talk a lot about
Courtney Kardashian not wanting to film the show.
And I feel like that's kind of like where you're at where you're like you want to mention,
hey, we have responsibilities, but you also don't want to like ruin the show.
not ruin the show, but you don't want to take away the TV magic.
Yeah.
Well, yeah, I mean, yes.
And to me, you know, someone who, to me, it was frustrating because also,
if you're showing, you know, we all know that if we're going to go,
work out for a friend's retreat, you're not getting your hair and makeup time.
And anyone who says that that's normal is lying.
People don't go to hair and makeup to go to work out.
And I live in the most ridiculous city in the world.
Yeah, you're actually told not to do that because, you know, that's how your face breaks down.
You'll get acne, you don't want that.
You know, it's ridiculous.
Yeah.
So, I mean, anyway, so I was just like, okay, everybody's coming at me.
It's just frustrating.
I'm not going to address the elephant in the room, but whatever.
Okay.
And it was tough again tonight, by the way.
Yeah, well, it's tough because the last few, the last few episodes have definitely, I would say,
some of the women have picked on you a little bit.
There was just like a weird situation at Denise's pizza party.
And sometimes I feel like Rina and I love Rina,
but I feel like sometimes Rina adds that extra comment
that just is sometimes unnecessary.
Like when you guys were sitting at that table
and you had said you would always defend these girls
and she was like, well, you didn't with your sister.
I'm like, come on.
Like that's, that's, I don't really get that because,
that's your family, that's your sister.
You're supposed to defend your sister over your friends.
Well, yes, absolutely.
And also, people just left it between Dorit and me instead of, you know,
Rina chiming in and saying something that wasn't true and hurt me.
And then Denise chiming in where I'm like,
you were like the one who said you don't believe and get all this whole glam thing.
It's ridiculous.
And now you're like, what do you care she has glam for the thing?
Meanwhile, she had us all waiting for her own party
because she was getting glam to her pizza party,
but whatever.
and then Erica, who would actually agree with me about Doreet, was like, well, Doreet doesn't feel.
I was like, okay, everybody wants to come up me tonight. I have not slept. I flew here from North Carolina
to have, you know, everybody turn on me. I just, I can't do it. You know, and just sometimes you're just like,
I'm human. I'm too tired to deal with this and I started crying. Yeah. Very understandable.
And like you said, you're watching this all back and now you're feeling these emotions again.
Have you and Doreet talked or is there something where it's like, okay, the cameras aren't on.
Let's not even discuss this right now.
We're not going to talk to each other.
No, well, we haven't spoken directly since the show aired.
When I say that is because there's a group text, you know, between all of us, some of us, not all of us.
And so we haven't spoken directly.
But, you know, Dorete and I will clash at times.
We're very different people.
We, you know, we're just completely different.
You know, we're definitely not going to see eye to eye sometimes.
But, you know, I have fun with her.
We laugh together.
So, you know, we always seem to work it out and come back around.
We see a little time.
Yeah, definitely.
And so, like you said, with this group chat, you have your people that you talk to.
And then it's crazy because we watch maybe Denise kind of, like,
I feel like last season, Denise, everyone was like, wow,
Denise Richards, she's so cool. She's so laid back.
Like, she had this like chill vibe.
And then this season, she's like a different person.
I don't know what's been going on.
But I will say one of the most bizarre moments that I have seen and laughed at was at your dinner party, at your house.
And Aaron was talking about whatever it is that he does.
I don't, I don't want to be followed.
So I don't know what is.
Like, how did you guys handle that moment?
crew guys. Yeah, right. Like, or paparazzi, I don't know. I don't know. Yeah. How did you guys even, like,
in that moment at that dinner, how do you even keep it together when that is coming out of his mouth?
Well, I actually, I know that, you know, people come on and they have a business. Obviously,
the show can help at times. And I'm thinking, well, let's have him, you know, give him a chance
to talk about what he does, you know, because we're always hearing about it and didn't really
understand. I had no idea that would be the answer or whatever that was called that was done and said.
I don't know. So I mean, obviously, you know, obviously you're trying not, I don't want to be
disrespectful, but I'm also trying not to laugh. And I'm watching everyone's faces. And that in itself
was making me laugh. So I was just trying to keep it together. And everybody was like, oh,
and the person was just like, yeah, that's really cool. Wow, that's amazing. Thank you.
Yeah. He handled that very well.
Yeah. I mean, it does make me laugh.
Fran brought up Denise, obviously, you know,
we're seeing very different sides of her this season.
And there's also a lot of drama going on.
There are rumors that Denise and Brandy were sleeping together
and now trying to figure out if that's true.
Can you tell us anything about that?
Well, first of all, another thing that, you know,
when we don't always address certain things on camera,
I mean, we put everything out there, but there's a couple of things you kind of go, well, I can't really say this, but like, when I walked into her pizza party, and, you know, like I said, she was late, she was getting glam. My first thought was like, she never does that. Like, it's not really how she was before. And a lot of times people come in and people will make comments, so then they start to change. And then you kind of go, oh, damn, that's too bad type of thing. And then when I saw the diamond ice sculptor, I was like, this is like hashtag R-H-O-B-H.
It was weird.
You know what I was like?
I was like, expected to pick up an ice skin and be like,
yeah.
So I was like, what is going on with Denise?
This is totally a different Denise than I'm kind of used to.
And then when she made the comment about like, who cares
if she's getting glam to go to the workout thing?
I was just like, none of this is ringing true to me, whatever.
So, yes, I see and I think that people are kind of seeing that,
even just like the way she's talking is very different to me this season.
So, um, and regarding the branding and Denise, that's coming up.
So, um, yeah.
Yeah.
That's, you know, that's, we'll see.
A bomb was dropped.
Right, right.
And like, obviously, I mean, it was an absolute bomb trailer for the season when,
and now it's funny because your audio has been, like,
is being used everywhere, like on TikTok and everything.
Like, and then we never knew, like, what would happen.
And it's, it's funny because it was like, the audio is now
becomes such like this relatable thing where like all of a sudden,
everything changes.
We were all in place then.
Yes, yes.
We're all such good friends and then, bam.
2020 happened.
Exactly, exactly.
And so I want to ask you, was there a moment when you kind of thought, like,
Denise might quit this show or like, because we know that she stopped filming at some point.
Like, did you think, like, in times when you were all together as a group, like, maybe she could leave?
Yeah.
I mean, there was a period of time.
I think, you know, everyone's words have been, like, twisted and, you know, misconstrued.
But she didn't quit, but she, like, didn't show up for a while and at very important events.
you know, that like I said, in 10 years of doing the show,
I never did that.
You know, and I'm just like, when you stop, start, you know,
to like important events, you know, like all, you know,
all the cast is there or whatever, it's, you know,
you're making a big statement by that.
So people were just assuming, like, I don't know.
And then, you know, I, you know, she just sort of like vanished for a while.
But then obviously, as you saw in the trailer,
she came back to do her interviews and stuff like that.
So she is there.
Does it annoy you as like an OG person on the show that when somebody new comes in,
it seems like there's a different set of rules for them versus you?
I don't think there's a different set of rules.
I think they think there aren't no rules for them.
I mean, when you see things like that, I mean, I don't want to say,
because now that I'm the only OG left on the show,
it's hard for me to sort of comment with that.
I don't want to come across like I'm saying, well, I've been there.
but right it's just like those moments like with the coming late for like you know glam and stuff and
not showing up with the you know season finale and things like that where I'm just like you know
we made a commitment to this show you know and the show's been successful for 10 years and
yeah I mean that doesn't you know sit well with with me always but I mean for a lot of us you know
that were they're like hey we're all showing up here we're opening up our lives and it's not easy
to do and if we all ran when the going got tough,
we don't have a show.
Like, you know, we've got to stick around.
And there's been so many things over this decade that I would have loved to have,
A, not shown up or come, you know, when it was halfway over or just said, you know,
braba, blah, blah, blah, blah, I'm not doing that.
And it's just, it never happened.
Exactly.
And that's why I respect you so much.
And I think everybody should respect you for this is the fact that.
you know, you are an OG and you've stuck with it for this long and you keep on going and
you're still on the show and you're not leaving as far as we know.
Well, I don't know. Today I'm like, I'm so over this.
It's just some days is really hard, honestly. Like, it can be the littlest thing. Like, I have
had, like, I've been really, I have really bad anxiety. People, you know, no, I share a little bit
on the show, but they don't really focus on that much. But, and I joke about it, which is my way of
dealing with anxiety.
But I've been unusually calm during this whole quarantine and pandemic.
And I think it's because, you know, as a mom, having all my children and my husband,
my family under one roof makes me feel safe.
So that's been, you know, keeping me sane.
And then the tiniest little thing that happened regarding the show.
And I'm like, and it's like, that'll be the straw that broke the camel's back.
And today was kind of one of those days in the morning.
So I was like, I went on a run.
And then I did yoga.
and then that wasn't cutting it.
So then I did meditating and then swimming.
I've done all of this before I talk to you girls today.
Trying to do it all.
Maybe a drink later.
I mean, I'm getting desperate here, okay?
Yeah.
Definitely.
Kyle, we asked our listeners for a few fan questions.
People were so excited that you were coming on the show.
And one of them, I'll start the first one,
since you mentioned you are with your family during this time.
we had a lot of people asking about your relationship with Maurizio,
how you guys have kept it together and still seem like you are so incredibly in love.
Oh, you know what?
I think that we're just, I don't know, it's like you really got to pick a partner
that you feel really solid and strong with it.
You're pretty much a perfect match.
And I know people think like, you know, that's, you know, easier so than done, obviously,
which it is, but I'll meet people that are dating and they're like,
well, we're in couples therapy and I'm like, listen.
if you're already in couple of ceremony,
you don't know what's coming your way.
You know, you know, pregnancies, you know, losing my parents,
like life, you know, ups and downs, financial.
Life is going to throw you a lot of curveballs.
You have to have a really solid foundation.
And my husband and I, you know, we're actually opposites.
And I think the yin and the yang really works for us.
I always say if it wasn't for me, my husband would be dead.
And if it wasn't for my husband, I would never take a chance in life.
So, but the one thing that we are exactly,
alike with is our goals and raising our children and the kind of family we want to have.
So, plus we just like hanging out together. So that's always nice. You guys, like our relationship goals.
Yeah, we love watching you guys. I always have because obviously when you watch these shows,
you see a lot of relationships ends and a lot of divorces. And it's just been nice to see you guys stay
together. Thank you. I know. We're pretty lucky on our trip. I have to say, you know, like Lisa and
Harry are really strong and
Lisa Van der Pomp
and Ken were super strong and
you know I just like there's a lot of good
solid marriages there so it makes
me and Erica and Tom and now
we've got three and PK
so you know it's nice to see that
not everybody falls apart
right it definitely is
another question that everyone
is asking obviously we saw
last season what happened with LVP
you know what's coming
Um, no, no, with, uh, has there been any contact with Lisa Vanderpump or has that just met its end?
You know, I bumped into her twice at Neiman Marcus and then once at a restaurant.
But one time at Neiman Marcus, I, I think I saw, the second time I saw her, the third, I like, saw her, but like, duck.
Yeah.
To be honest, I was like, we've all been there.
I don't have it in me right now.
I was like on the top floor and I looked out.
I was like,
oh,
I'm running into the shoe section.
But I saw her at a restaurant and I kind of like on the red carpet
explained what happened and she didn't want to talk,
but Ken did and then I gave Ken a hug.
I said,
can I give you a hug?
And he said,
why do you want to hug me?
I kicked you out of our house.
And I said,
well, I can still give you a hug.
I mean,
I cared about them both for so long and so much that,
you know,
don't hold on to things. So I'm like, let bygones be bygones. But then she just walked out of
the restaurant. So they asked me about on the red carpet. I just told it, you know, as it was. And then
she's like, dump a lot of your stuff done. And then I was like, okay. I was just, I was just telling
what happened. Yeah. It is what it is. I mean, the respect is obviously still there on your end. And I'm
sure she feels it too, but she went through some hard stuff. And, you know, I feel like with Lisa,
she um and i i love lisa i feel like she just has this you know aura about herself and she thinks so highly
of herself and she doesn't really want to let that guard down so if she wants to feel that way
it is what it is i mean exactly she changed her phone numbers that's not even like i could try to
reach out if i wanted to sound yeah at least you got a hug until the next run in a name and marcus
right exactly from ken yes right right
Ken. So we just watched your episode of Bar Architecture on Quibi with Tyler Cameron and Tyler is a
friend of ours. And we actually had so many people want to know what your first impression of
Tyler Cameron was. Well, okay, so they reached out to me. I was like doing the housewives,
whatever. I obviously didn't know what Quibi was. I didn't know the show. It didn't even exist or anything
like that. So I, let me see this weird thing here, sorry. So I, they mentioned the dog house and I had
always seen my niece Paris having this, you know, great dog house with all her dogs. I always wanted
one like that. But my husband was like, always like, what do you need? That's silly. I'm like,
no, I want that. So I said, yes, of course, great. I'd love to do that. I don't, I didn't know
who he was. I didn't know. I didn't Google. I have never seen The Bachelor. I didn't ask. So he came
my house and my first thought was like, that's a good-looking guy.
And then I find out later, I have four daughters, okay?
They were not happy with me for not telling them, but I didn't know.
And then my daughter's friends are messaging me, how could you not have told us?
We could have been there.
What was I going to do?
30 girls working in the garden that day.
But he was so sweet.
I can only imagine their reaction.
And I feel like that's something like Tyler would have been used to.
If you just had them in your back, in your backyard, you'd be like, yep, I expect this.
I remember we actually-
I would have, I just didn't know.
Yeah.
We hung out with him like right after he was at your house or did your house.
And we were like, what, Kyle Richards?
So it was like, we were freaking out about him.
He probably didn't know who I was either.
I was like, he cannot watch a house.
Although tonight, he said he would live tweet and he's seen Kyle.
So, I mean, who knows?
Ooh.
He's a good, we've taught him everything he knows when it comes to live tweeting because we got him into the live tweeting game because he wasn't doing it for The Bachelor. We got him into it. Yes. Well, maybe that's why he said he was going to jump in tonight. I'm going to have to send him a text and remind him to help me out. You definitely will. He's so sweet. Just such a sweet guy. He really is. He's the best. We love him. And then I think the last thing was honestly, I got a question that said,
Kyle is the female Benjamin Button.
What are her secrets?
You look amazing.
Well, that's so nice.
You're glowing right now.
I've actually been thinking it this whole time.
Yeah.
Well, that's actually very nice.
Well, let me think.
My mom had really good skin.
You know, if you look at my niece, Paris,
she's got that sort of like,
doesn't even have one poor on her face.
She gets that from my mom.
But I, you know, I take really good care of my skin.
And obviously I do Botox.
I don't do filler.
I do lots of downtime lasers,
which, you know, you literally go in and they zap, zap, zap,
and you can go out to lunch after.
And I noticed that really, really, really make the difference.
However, you know, this season on the show,
I did not do Botox for six months
because I wanted my face to be able to move
for the movie Halloween and, you know, I didn't want,
I mean, I was like, okay,
they're bringing my character back.
I want to be taken seriously.
Right.
be scared if your face doesn't say that you're scared.
Yeah, I'm like, oh, there's Michael Myers.
I don't go.
I don't want to do that.
So, and then between that, the no-botox in the bank,
every time I watch the show, I'm like, well.
And now I am, once again,
haven't had Botox for six months because I was due right before the quarantine,
and I stopped going out in public like in February
because of my paranoia.
Yes.
So I'm back to no-botox in my body.
And I'm like, eh, whatever, if everyone,
I mean, my nails are like, it's a situation over here.
We got it, too.
And you look beautiful.
Thank you.
I'm feeling more like the portrait of Dorian Gray than Benjamin Button, but not that you guys know what that is, but I was going to say, yeah, sure.
Sure.
Yeah.
I remember as a kid people talk about it was like a portrait of this girl that she would, like, turn into like an old wrecked and scary-looking witch at the end.
Yeah.
Well, no.
You, not even close, not even close. Thank you. Thank you.
I want to say, I said last thing, but I totally forgot. The last, this is the last thing I want to say.
Tons of people also asked about the new cast, Sutton, Garcel. How did they fit in and how was your relationship with them?
I have gotten very close with Sutton, who I absolutely adore. I love that she's just this, um,
kind of like,
scooky and different vibe
to our group.
And, you know, when I first met her,
I was, you know,
I didn't know how I was going to get along with her.
I mean, contrary to popular belief,
I usually get along with most women
because I come from a family of all women.
I have all daughters.
But you never know.
And she's just really sweet,
genuine, honest,
and she's funny and quirky.
And I talk to her all the time.
I really liked Garcel.
I thought, you know,
she was a great addition.
she's beautiful and I thought she was fun
and then she went to watch up on live and wasn't nice about me
and I was like oh is this an example of some like new person coming in
and thinking they have to have an issue with someone like just be honest
like if you felt like that say to me when we're shooting but I don't know
so now I'm just like okay whatever
yeah that could possibly be I mean because you feel like you need to add something
to the show and you get on a talk show and you think oh I'll say this
so it'll be spicy and people will like it.
And then she probably regrets it after anyway.
So I was like, okay, if you're going to say one thing,
but it was like, and then even when she went to give me a compliment,
they're like, who's the funniest?
She's like, Kyle, surprise.
And I was like, okay, just.
Right.
Just give the compliment.
It doesn't need the back hand.
I was like, bye, see you at the reunion.
Yeah.
Amazing.
Well, Kyle, thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us.
Like Ria said, we love you.
You have been our favor on this show.

The summer's over.
This town is closing.
They're waving people out of the ocean.
We had the feeling like we were floating.
We never noticed where time was going.
remember we first got here the days were longer the nights were hard here now it's september the engine started
you're empty-handed and heavy-hearted just remember all the way home to feel alone it's a little while but you'd be fine that's sweet house that light is greener that makes remember all the way
Life ain't short, but it sure is small.
You get forever, but nobody at all.
Life ain't short, but it sure is small.
You get for ever, but nobody at all.
Don't come off hunting and don't stay long.
