We're not headed right to the airport, but we will be at the airport tonight too. Keep it going. So it must be confusing when people listen on Monday or Tuesday because we record on Friday. We let them know that every time because we say Friday and or do you on Monday. That's our whole thing.

That's our whole thing. It's actually our entire motto. So people know that we are recording on Friday. And the thing is, we probably had a great time in Florida. Now past people are listening. You know, we talked about we're going to Florida this weekend. So do we want to talk about it as if we are going or as if it is past? No, we got to talk about it as if we're going.

Okay. So tonight, Friday night, we are flying to Florida. Yeah. I am so excited because I get to go along with France family, her boyfriend, or brother, sister, grandparents. Everyone. I'm coming along for the ride. Yeah.

Family friends. I think my aunt might be down there. Oh my God. Everybody's in town. Everybody. Yep. Everybody. My sister just turned, like I said, I think I mentioned in the last podcast.

My little sister just turned 21. Yep. So we can all legally drink. It was very exciting. My mom texted us last night. Like, what's your alcohol choice for the weekend? She went shopping. Laura.

It was all great choices. I know that you're, she was like, I already have wine and tequila. What beer would everybody want? Oh, God bless her. We're good to go. I think we're actually doing, I think we're actually ordering food on Saturday for the barbecue. Wonderful.

But barbecue. Like a, Oh, we're ordering chicken, mac and cheese. We're going to go in. We're going in on some barbecue. This is going to be a great Florida weekend. It is. I'm really excited.

I'm actually so excited. I don't know why we're giggling, but we are. It's just a giggly day. It is. And we're just excited to go to Florida. And as they say, This is Friday energy on Monday. And I also really love the West Palm Beach Airport, and that might sound weird.

But I do because I also have family in Florida. I have a house in, well, I always say I have a house. It's hard to explain. Now I'm about to get into this. So it's technically our house now split with my, yes, it is. My grandpa lives there, and he lived there with my grandma, who unfortunately passed away a few years ago. So now it's just him there. But we've always said it's our.

house because we've always, I've been going there since I was younger, spending multiple weeks a year. And I honestly haven't been because we are so busy with work that I haven't really had the chance to go visit in a while. Honestly, my cousin Francesca, which is kind of weird, we've talked about this, who is also my best friend on this planet besides you, Francesca. She's also from Florida. So like, we both have, it's weird. We both have connections to Florida. Is other Francesca coming to Nicole's Bachelorette? Unfortunately, she will not be. I know. It's very upsetting. I know, but she will be here for the wedding.

Okay, okay. All right. I'll take that. She's coming for an... I'm dying to meet other Francesca. You guys also kind of look alike, which throws me off. It's going to be weird when you guys are next to each other. We have kind of similar last names. Yes, you have very similar last names. Both start with an M and she's Melina. You're Mariano. It's honestly threw me for a loop when I first met you because it's just weird. But yeah, she's from Florida. But she will be coming for the entire week. for the wedding so you will meet her. I did try to get her to come to the bachelor party. Trust me, I did. But it just couldn't work out. She's still finishing college, although she is my...

Fair, fair, fair, yep, fair. She's got schoolwork to do. You know, it is what it is. But, yeah, so I went back to the West Palm Beach Airport. I'm really excited to make our way back there because I haven't seen it in probably over a year or two. Did your grandparents? Multiple times a year for weeks. I would go for three weeks at a time.

in the summer. Did your grandparents used to wait for you in that little glass waiting area with all the other old people? No, they just pull up in their car. They didn't get out of their car. They just pulled up in their car. Well, my grandparents only did it like twice when I was, there was a couple of times I went down alone when I was with my parents.

They wouldn't do it. But I just remember, like, it's the cutest little waiting area because it's all older people normally who are just waiting for loved ones to come visit and they're waiting in the little glass waiting area. They also have a great chilies in the West Palm Beach. airport. I don't know if you've ever been there. It's not a great Chili's that sounded strange. It's just great that they have a Chili's in the airport to go before your flight. If it's, you know, in the afternoon and whatnot, yeah, we would always go to that Chili's on our way home.

I just miss it and I'm really excited to be back. Although I won't be reunited soon. I feel bad about that. My mom was kind of unhappy with me that I had told her because West Palm Beach and Jupiter are very close. Very close. Yeah. Our house is in West Palm Beach. Yours is in Jupiter. Yeah. But. I was like, I'm not going to leave and go take an Uber to that house. Then I've got to get my way back. Like, I'm going to go a different weekend. And you'll come with me. We just will go to separate, different house.

Perfect. I'm very excited. This is a, it's a great day, like we said, Friday. But it's also February 28th. Yes. Which marks a great day in history. National history. It should be a holiday, to be honest.

This, we are one year since the journalist brothers announced that they were getting back together. I've honestly been pretty emotional all day. I'm not going to lie. Because just thinking about all the opportunities and the cool things that we got to do this whole year, just because the Jonas brothers decided to get back together. It's all because of them. Truly because they decided to become a band again. We got to go to shows. We got to go to Penn State. We got to hang out with them. We got to interview them. Like the whole thing is just, it was crazy. I was looking back at pictures this morning, getting a little teary-eyed. Yeah, because the Jonas brothers got back together. they changed our lives forever.

Our lives will never be the same because of the Jonas brothers. So we thank you. We really do. It's really crazy. February 28th was when they got back together. March 1st was when we went to their secret show at the box.

It was life-changing. For real. It was honestly life-changing. Now I'm tearing up thinking about this. I know. We got to have them back on the show soon. I don't know how, but we got to get them back on here.

I would love that, Ria. We should have coordinated that they would be back on. Locked him in for like a long- term contracts. No, for the one year. What did they say? They said 150 episodes.

What has it been? Who knows? I think we're at like 139, 138. Okay. All right. Well, it would have been perfect to match it up to the one year and then, but we didn't do that, unfortunately. I feel like it's might, it could be too soon.

We might have to wait for 200. But I will, either way. We might have to wait for 200. Or, you know what? Whatever number they decided they're available. But it really it really is crazy how much just

them reuniting affected so much of what we did this year and so much of like the really cool stuff that we got to do. And just on a personal note, like I made a lot of really great friends this year with the Jones brothers getting back together, which have been awesome. Love you guys. And it's been it's just like so much fun. We've just gotten to do so much, so many fun things. And It's all because on this day, they said, we're coming back. Bless you, Jonas Brothers. You are the reason we continue to live. I know.

No. No, I've seen a lot of really cute, like, Jonas Brothers tattoos that they got and that are, that fans have gotten that are very simple, like kind of like outlines of different stuff that I really like, which maybe, I wouldn't go something like that. And Sky Jackson is filing a lawsuit against bad baby, Holbeck thing. And we also quiz Noah on Mean Girls because he finally watched and we're going to quiz him on it to see if he actually did watch. He said he's feeling confident. We'll see about that.

Let's get into it. Starting off with the Love is Blind finale recap. We have fake people showing fake love to me. We have our love is blind. Full recap. We watched the finale and everything. I didn't know I was going to get sucked in this fast. All of a sudden. I blinked. I was on episode nine. Amazing. I just, I was locked as I watched it so fast. It's like stupid. What had happened with the couples. And I had expressed to you that last time I talked about Love is Blind, I didn't know that. they would be like actually moving into the real world. I was kind of just not really paying attention that much, thinking that they would only be in the pods.

I didn't realize that they move into the real world. They move into houses. They meet the family. They're with social media. They're on their phones. Like they live as if it's real life with cameras surrounding them. So I can see your point now of thinking why not all of them, but maybe one might end up lasting in the long run.

Right. So let's go through. wedding by wedding of the Love is Blind season finale. Okay. First, first of all, if you haven't watched the finale, maybe change the channel because Change the channel, shut us off. Yeah, or, you know, just pause because, you know, not pause, skip, skip, yep, skip, whatever, whatever it is that you, however it is, you go back your business. Yeah, yep. Um, I will say, okay, I want to talk about, I want to talk about Diamond and Clayton

first because there were six couples that got engaged. One of them, there was only one that didn't make it to the end, and that was Diamond and Clayton. They got to, they went through the pods, the proposal, meeting each other. They got to the Mexican vacation, and that was where it ended. because Clayton had said that you know he had dated men and women in the past

Oh am I calling him Clayton Carlton I was God I don't know any of their names I honestly thought for a second For some reason I thought I thought it was Clayton No it's Carlton I thought I was not paying attention Diamond Diamond Carlton I was like rats I didn't want to say it because I thought that I was just not

paying attention correctly because I told you that I didn't really watch The whole time I kept thinking this guy's name was Clayton Okay, Carlton. Carlton, yes. Sorry, Carlton. Carlton has dated women and men in the past. And he is just a problem.

Like, so he and Diamond makes to this point. They're engaged. And, oh my God, I almost said Clayton again. Carlton loses his shit kind of when he, you know, he finally tells Diamond that he's dated men and women in the past. And she was kind of like, okay, let me think about. this and I don't know what to immediately say. It turned into this huge fight.

It was crazy. They were screaming at each other. And this was the one part that I thought was unreal from Carlton. Throughout the pods and everything before, Carlton was like, I have dated men and women before. It has been a problem in my past. It has been a problem in past relationships. He said it's so many times that it's been a problem in past relationships.

he gets to this fight with Diamond and Diamond's like Get me to I got to think about it And he's like This has never been a problem in my relationships before Like making Diamond feel so bad That this was her fault Because it's never been a problem

And I was just like It's just straight up not what he said This is when I knew I was locked into the show When Carlton and Diamond Got into the huge fight Where Carlton said to her I think I retweeted the clip Noah YP tweeted it out

and the caption to the clip was Love is Blind equal pure electricity with all these lightning bolts. You have to play this clip because when I saw this, this is when I knew, this show was for me. Because there really wasn't... That's why I don't deal with bitches like you. Oh, I don't deal with women like me. Fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck us.

So, honestly, I wanted, like, it was a, not that this was a good, necessarily, but like the show needed one big blowup moment because all the other couples were pretty calm, I would say. Like there was obviously fighting, but there was no like big blowup. There was this was this was what I needed to be pulled in. This was the big moment. And it just, it really blew me away. Call it her a bitch. They're yelling back and forth to each other.

It was, it was insane. So obviously that was the end of them. And we didn't see anybody left. We didn't see like no other couples left after that. They all made it. all the way to the wedding. There's five couples. Damian and Gianina,

Kenny and Kelly. I'm really quizzing myself if I remember. Mark and Jessica, Amber and Barnett, and Lauren and Cameron. Nailed it. Okay. They all make it to their wedding day.

There was so much drama. Let's just go. We can go couple by a couple. That's probably be easiest. So Damian and Giannina, they have, had a lot of issues. They had a lot of issues because they, they would fight. And Damien was just like, seemed very calm, cool and collected, like did not react back. Like, Gianina, I felt like had

these big blowups and he just kind of took them. And it was, it was kind of sad at certain points. Like when she was like, you ever, like you say that it's the best sex of your life, you ever wonder why I don't say that back? Like, oh, God. That was a fatal blow. That was fatal. I couldn't believe what I was watching. But I also kind of expected Damien to end up saying no at the altar because of how things were going. I thought they were both going to say no.

It is very hard. Why can it just be Gianna? Giannina. Giannina is difficult. But yeah, it just seemed like they kept having blowout fights that just, you know, you can't get married. when you are having those every single day. Like everything they did was a fight. And then they got up there and he said he couldn't.

And Gianina ran away in her wedding dress. It was this whole big commotion. She fell that people were wondering who would be the one to fall in the previews. I thought maybe Jessica, nope, Giannina. Yeah. Yeah, so they didn't make it, which I'm not shocked about. I, no, not at all. But I don't know.

I don't know if I should talk about this or let it go. what I'm not because I don't want to spoil it for anybody and there is going to be a reunion show which I'm sure they'll talk about everything because I did read I read an article that had like all the information on if couples were together still or if they broke up or if you know couples that broke up got back together or whatever um so I have that information I read it if you want to know you can Google it I'm not going to say it because I if people don't want to know I don't want to fuck that up because they are doing a reunion show on March 5th on the Netflix YouTube page because they filmed the show in 2018 at the end of 2018 so it's been a it's been a really long time

yeah Gianina and Damien just did not it's in there are some couples that I was like oh okay like I can see it maybe there's some sort of chemistry like the two of them I just didn't see it at all and on top of that the moment when when Damien's parents were like fuck you were not meeting this girl. I was like, oh, there's no way he's marrying her. And then Giannino was like, didn't they know, which I kind of agreed with like why, didn't they know what was going on? He said no. It just seemed like a train wreck from that. It really seemed like all of these people went on the show and did not tell their loved ones what the show entails. Well, I think they told them they were doing like a love experiment and didn't tell them. Did not say that this could end in a wedding.

They probably couldn't upset that. I'm sure they signed papers where they didn't tell people. I guess because it was filmed so long ago that it doesn't even Right. Because when you see all these videos like when you see all the clips of them telling their friends and family like I'm this is my fiance They're all like what? Like what fucking show did you go on?

What happened? And it was also a new show so clearly nobody really had any idea what it was going to be like. Okay so that was Damien and Gianina they did not not marry

Not married. Not married. I would also like to say whatever these minister pastors who officiated these weddings would love to see their credentials. Just because I'm like, are these real people? Are they signing marriage licenses at the end of this thing? We'll find out. No, we'll find out on the reunion. We'll find out.

And the reunion will find out also because Lauren and Cameron are coming next week. Oh, I forgot about that. And we can ask them. Yes. Fun fact. Fun fact. So we'll be able to ask that. That'll be great.

Okay, and then after that was, I don't know if I'm going in order or not, I think I am. Amber and Barnett. Amber and Barnett just seemed like the hot mess couple just on from both standpoints. Like I was like, ah, these guys don't really seem like they're, neither one of them really seem ready to get married. Barnett liked multiple women in the pods. He like told Jessica he loved her and then it was like, ah, just that was awkward. So uncomfortable.

I thought that Jessica would want it to be with him. It was very confusing. The fact that Jessica even stayed like past that and accepted Mark's proposal was unreal because she liked Barnett so much. Like it was so clear that she wanted it to be Barnett and was just like settling for Mark. I couldn't believe that when we just like skated by that. It was just all of a sudden Barnett and Amber were together. I know.

There was like a few awkward conversations between Barnett and Jessica. I was expecting a blowup where Jessica and Barnett end up to together. Yeah. Which was, I was kind of rooting for that, but it didn't happen. Didn't happen. They ended up getting married. He really stuck with Amber. And they really went through with it. They both said yes. They're both married. Both of their families were there, their friends. I talked about this last time we talked about love is blind. Like Amber just cracked me up because she was like, I don't have a job. I have a lot of student debt. I don't want to get a job. I want to be a stay-at-home mom.

I want, like, let's go let me get married right now because that'll solve all my problems. Yeah. And it seems like they left that road. And it seemed like that's what she got. So good for her. Congrats to them. She got exactly what she wanted. I could not believe that those two actually said yes.

I really thought Barnett was going to say no. I really thought that he was going to maybe be like, this is ridiculous. But he did not. I was not. He said yes. And then Kenny, and Kelly, who I just don't care about. I'm sorry. Yeah, Kenny and Kelly were pretty boring.

This sounds fucked up, but Kevin also wrote a whole blog about the ranking the biggest assholes in Love Island and he wrote about Kenny and Kelly. He was like, sorry. Oh, sorry. I mean, close enough. Love is blind, Love Island. And he wrote, sorry to Kenny and Kelly, but just nobody cares about you. I even caught myself as I was watching them being like, wait, what are their names? I don't even know who these people are. Right. And when Kelly, when Kelly basically, this is the thing, I kind of thought Kenny and Kelly would be good because when they met their families, like their families all met together.

Both of their parents had gotten engaged and married like pretty quickly. So everyone was on board. I was like, oh, they have all the support of their family and friends. Like this could actually be something that works, except for the fact that Kelly just straight up didn't really like Kenny. Yeah, it just didn't end up working out really. Kelly, she couldn't do it. She just wasn't attracted to him, really.

it seemed it really came to when it came down to it when it came down to it seemed like she was just not sexually attracted him at all and was like I can't like they were all like he's great he's got a great personality like her whole family loved him but she was like I don't want to have sex with him I think she might have said the words I can't come not actually but that's what she was thinking she she said that about like a past relationship all of her relationships yeah she might just have to maybe talk to somebody about that figure it out yeah it's a that's a that's a that's a problem Yeah, maybe it's not just anything. Yeah, so Kelly said no.

Kelly said no. No marriage for them. Then we had Jessica and Mark, which was the wedding I was waiting for for this entire finale. Oh, my God. I needed to see what happens with Jessica and Mark because I couldn't. Something about them made me think, not that they should be together because I was like, they absolutely shouldn't be together. Jessica keeps bringing up the fact that she's 10 years older than Mark.

And nobody gave a shit. Nobody cared. Nobody cared. KB, what the fuck are you? doing in here. Get the fuck out of this room. All right. Oh, they're being weird. No, she, Jessica was the whole beginning, like Jessica was like the age difference, the age

difference, age difference. Nobody cared about the age difference. Nobody cared. Except Jessica really cared about the age difference because she kept bringing it up. She kept wanting people to talk about it. She needed somebody to say, don't do it, but nobody was saying that. Mark just seemed like a genuinely nice guy. And in the end, this is great for him because now girls are going to love Mark. I hope so because Jessica, it really seems like Jessica signed up for the show and was like determined to make it to the end. Just so that she could be on TV or something for the longest amount of time. Because when she didn't get Barnett, it seemed like she settled for Mark even though she seemed like she did not really like Mark.

And then she went on and on. She just there was problem after problem. And then at the end, she was just like. Was there any way I was actually going to get married? No. It was like, and in that moment I was like, damn, I kind of respect. Like at first I was mad. Like I was like, oh, you know, Jessica, you're so annoying.

And then I thought about it and was like, it's pretty rational of Jessica. Yeah, I respected her for that. It was kind of shitty. I feel like she just led Mark along for this whole time so that like it seemed like in love. She is a shitty human being. She sucks. She.

It was crazy. I was like she, she sucks. She was feeding her dog wine at some point, which I mean, listen, I'm all for having fun. Right. She was also so just straight up, like, mean to him. Like, when they would have conversations, I remember the one conversation where they were talking and she was like, he was just talking about how much she loves and respects his mom. She was like, I'm not your mom. Like, I'm never going to be your mom.

I don't want to be her mom. And I were like, whoa, calm down. Nobody wants you to be his mom. Like just saying that he loves his mom. It's super fair. But she just had this like weird complex. I think it was more she was insecure about how old she was. I think it's a problem within herself where she is now fighting this between like wanting to be with somebody who's younger but also not really thinking that she's drunk.

Jessica. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Poor fun. But yeah.

She got up there. She said no. Mark was upset. His mom. Mark's mom scared the show. out of me, honestly. I thought Mark's mom was going to tackle Jessica off that altar, like just stampy, full full speed ahead, take her out. If she wanted Mark to get married or didn't want Mark to get married, I couldn't tell. Yeah. I think she just, it was one of those weird things where I feel

like the families maybe did not want them to get married, but did not want their child to be the one that got dumped. You know? know, like, I could see the mom being like, ah, you know what? I don't, I don't really want Mark to get married, but I also, like, hope that Mark's the one to dump Jessica, and Jessica isn't the one to dump Mark because now, you know. Yeah. And it was weird because Jessica's friends were, were sitting there and she broke, you know, she ended it and her friend was like, this is so embarrassing for her. That actually really made me laugh. I thought it was more embarrassing for Mark. Yeah. When her friends said, this is so embarrassing for her, I was like, this is kind of

more embarrassing for Mark to be left on the altar. I feel like that might have just been, this is so embarrassing for her just as a whole. Just in general. The whole process. And then I also noticed that like Jessica's parents were not involved in any of this at all. Like she did say that her parents were divorced, but like she, they had no part of the show.

It didn't look like they were at the wedding. Like just seemed like maybe something, something Jessica was doing. I don't know. Crazy. I just, that one. was nuts. It really was. It was nuts, but also predictable that they would not get married. Not predictable on how it would end up. They wouldn't get married. Well, just felt bad for me. I kind of felt like Jessica was going to pull out. I felt that for Mark, but I also was like,

dude, wake up. Like what, like, why are you like, why are you just like going along with this? Why are you blinded by Jessica? You've got you got to realize that she doesn't really like you that much. It's just really like, he's just not that in. She's just not that in too. Mark's going to realize now that the show is over and he's not with Jessica and all these girls are feeling bad for and wanting to be with Mark. He'll be very happy with what happened. That's very true.

And then the last couple to actually got married was Cameron and Lauren, who I think are probably the fan favorites. They were. They're the realest out of the whole crew. For sure. So cute. Cameron loved Lauren so loves Lauren so much. It seemed like their families were really involved.

Like seeing her dad like crying. It was just so cute. I was like, wow. It feels like they're actually. going to get the support of their families. And they just seemed like really happy and they really and they really went for it. And it was great. And the clip of Cameron's mom rap, I mean the clip of Cameron rapping in front of Lauren and

Lauren's mom was one of the best parts of the show. Yeah, it was. I'm happy for them. This is the couple I think you were talking about that you really see making. Yes. I was like there is possibly some that could make it and this was my top. Lauren was the most normal on the show by far. Yeah.

Like out of every single cast member, she was the most normal. So I'm happy for them. I hope that they, it would be a love story for the ages if Lauren and Cameron just stuck it through. Yeah. And we're married forever. I know. I can't wait to talk to them also just to discuss like the structure of the show because there was a BuzzFeed article that came out with one of the guys who did propose in the pods,

but they got cut out of the show because the producers didn't think that so many people were going to propose. eight people ended up being engaged and they had to cut them out because they weren't prepared. But they said like towards the end of the pod process, you were talking to these people for like 19 hours a day. That's what I figured by how much, how emotion was. Yeah, yeah. And crying because you don't get that way unless you're talking for that period of time.

I feel like if I were to talk to somebody for 19 hours a day, I would also end up telling them things that I've never told anybody else. and you break down that wall and you just become closer than ever. So I'm rooting for Lauren and Cameron and I can't wait to talk to them. Me too. And I'm very excited for this reunion show that we're going to get because like we said, it's been over a year since they filmed this show. So who knows what could be happening with all these people.

It would be fun to find out. Very excited. Harry Styles released a new music video for Falling. Yep, no way you could play it. So the whole video was just beautiful. It's just everything he does. now just feels like a work of

art. Not just art but fine art. Classiest shit art. Right. And I just, I said this on the group chat. I want to have that hanging up on my wall if I could, if it wasn't a video. Just that picture of him floating in the water. It's gorgeous. The one that he used for like promo for the video.
