Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners. You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music. This is... What's up, everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Ria and Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Thursday, presented by... On a Monday. Oh.
Starting point is 00:00:33 My bad. What day of the week is it? I totally don't. It was Thursday. Fuck. Beep, beep, beep, beep. Beep, beep, beep, rewind. This is...
Starting point is 00:00:53 What's up, everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Rianne Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Monday. Yes, nailed it. Presented by our favorite sponsor, Macy's. We absolutely love Macy's guys. All of the outfits that I have received online at my door are coming from Macy's.
Starting point is 00:01:14 I've been wearing them, great lounge pair. I got a few sweatpants from Nike that I love. and so, so many cute outfits that I can't wait to wear once we get out of here. And of course, my favorite earrings that I wear all the time are from Macy's as well. But it looks like those might have sold out. I don't know if there's more now, but people were really excited when I posted link. But they have so many more earrings that look exactly like that and so many other options that you can choose from as well as really cute clothes, guys.
Starting point is 00:01:42 Like your favorite brands, our favorite brands, like free people and guests, all you have to do is type it in you'll find everything trust me and the shoes i like where else would i buy sneakers you know what i mean just get them on macy's i got a new pair of adidas white sneakers they're perfect with every outfit um and i got a few cute handbags as well from michael corse i got these like uh these like coral colored ones because i feel like you know once we get out of here it could maybe be summer hopefully it won't be the fall like i'm just hoping for the best and they'll go great with the outfits I got from Macy's as well. Exactly. We have loved all the stuff that we've ordered and it's so easy. It's coming right to the right to your door. Obviously, retail therapy is a real thing.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Like you go, you shop, you feel good, you get new stuff. It's how I feel online shopping. Like Ria said, we've gotten a lot of really cute stuff. I've gotten so many, I have so many like new spring dresses. I'm so excited to wear once we are able to be. be outside again and socializing. And also, you know, some of these days I might just put it on just just because, just because I want to, you know, just to feel that, Fran. Just to like have that time where you're like, you know what? I did my hair. I did my makeup. I put on a cute outfit. I'm going to wear it all day in the house no matter what. And if you do that, you should get it from Macy's. Yes. Me and Fran have both collectively picked out a bunch of outfits that we love and really go
Starting point is 00:03:12 with our personal styles that you guys will be able to shop from soon. So that's really exciting. And like I said, just search for your favorite brands and they'll come up on Macy's and you'll find what you're looking for. So go to Macy's.com, shop away, do some retail therapy like France said. I've been doing that. I've been doing that this weekend because I didn't do much of it besides Macy's. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:36 But I did that this weekend. I have to. It's something I did also a few weeks back. if you guys remember, when I talked about redoing my room and it was right before this crisis happened, which I feel so psychic that I just all of a sudden started to redo my room in a time where I'd be stuck in my room. Like, my gosh, I'm so thankful I did that. But I talked about buying a fireplace, right? That was like, I don't know, maybe $200 something cheap. It was on Amazon. It was like, this will fit the room nice. But if you've ordered furniture from like,
Starting point is 00:04:12 Amazon Wayfair, whatever it is, you know that it's not going to be, it's good enough quality, but it's not going to be like the best furniture. It's a surprise. It's a surprise every time. It's kind of like a like, right. You could get something that's so great and be like, wow, how did I find this? And you could get something that you thought was going to be amazing and it's not amazing. Exactly. And sometimes because it's like mass production, sometimes the holes don't line up because they're just making a ton of them. So Saturday, Hank and I decided to clean the entire apartment because, I mean, it was a disaster. Like, truly, I couldn't even live in it anymore. I was like, this is so gross. What else we have to do? Yeah, exactly. Because I'm sick of the internet sometimes, just can't, can't keep reading the internet sometimes.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Got to put the phone away. So I'm like, you know what? I'm done cleaning. One last thing to do. The fireplace, we haven't built that. It's been like four weeks now. He's been sitting here. So I'm like, you know what, Hank? I'm going to take this on. He was going on Zoom with his family. I was like, I'm going to go take on the fireplace while you do that. Because around this household, I will say I am very handy.
Starting point is 00:05:23 And Hank is good with the tech stuff. I'm good with handiwork because I watched my dad do it growing up. And I would help him. So I just kind of know, kind of know what to do. I've hung all the TVs here. It's great. this fireplace was a son of a bitch i could not get things to to to stay in place there's i i don't i don't know how many people listening to this are going to understand what i'm saying or even
Starting point is 00:05:53 care but yeah there's but first like it was like i'm trying to think of it's an electric fireplace it's an electric fireplace but it's also like a tv stand yeah yeah so like if it's a tv stand yes yes i'm trying to get ever so i'm trying to get ever so i'm trying to get ever so i'm everyone can picture it in their heads. Yes. The fireplace part is fine, but the TV stand part, like the screws, they just wouldn't, it wouldn't click together. You have to put this little bolt in into a hole and then put the screw in and then twist it so it locks in. But it just wasn't locking in no matter what I did. It just wouldn't lock in. I face-time with my dad. I was like, dad, please, please show me what to do. He's telling me what to do. It's not working. After like three
Starting point is 00:06:35 hours, I just fucking quit. I took apart all the pieces I already put together, which was a lot. And I just threw it to the side of the room. And I said, let's fucking get rid of that thing. I never want to see it again. So that's where I'm out with the fireplace. And I don't think I'll be ordering a new one until somebody can come build it for me because I'm fucking sick of it. I don't even, I'm done with the story. I don't even want to continue further talking about. It makes me angry. So I'm very angry. I'm just picturing. I know this isn't exactly what happened, but I'm really, I'm just picturing you, like, taking a sledgehammer and being like, I'm done with this. That's not what happened, but Hank was on Zoom with his family, and I was, like, in the other room going,
Starting point is 00:07:15 Motherfucker! And I realized, I was like, oh, shit, I should not be screaming on the other room. I sound like a psychopath. But it happened. Oh, don't worry. That's just Maria. She's just building a fireplace. But usually it just bothered me so much because usually I'm good with that stuff, and I just couldn't do it.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Yeah, yeah. And I just couldn't persevere. So I just fucking ripped it apart and threw it to the side of the room because I was done with it. That's how I felt about that. It's fine. I'll just go in a dumpster. Yeah. It's getting out of here as soon as possible.
Starting point is 00:07:47 I don't want to see it ever again. Yeah. I'm seeing like that is, there's a level of handy that I can, that I can get to. Like, I'm not going full crazy craft. Like my friend Bridget and her dad built. a bar on their little porch at their house over the weekend and it like it looked fantastic but i just don't have those kinds of skills like they're using a hand saw and they're met they got wood pieces and everything and it looked fantastic but but i'm like you know let me do um puzzles and um maybe arts
Starting point is 00:08:26 and crafts yeah that's that's more of where yeah like i ordered a new coloring book i actually order this new coloring book, I'm very excited. It's like a coloring book that has, it's a motivational coloring book, you know? Like, it's like each page is like, you're fucking awesome and then it has cool designs and you like colored it. I'm like, that's what I need right now. Yeah, I love those colors. I'm like, you know what? Yeah, I am. Now I'm going to finish coloring this whole page. I also ordered Jessica Simpson's book. I feel like we got to read it. Everybody's talking to, The people I know who have read it all said it was really good. Okay, so maybe I'll order it as well.
Starting point is 00:09:06 I don't know. Right? I don't know. I feel like that's something that you could get through pretty easily. Yeah, I mean, I'm not like an anti-reader. I used to read all the time. It's just like I feel like before the quarantine, I just wasn't really for like maybe the past two years.
Starting point is 00:09:22 But before that I was. I have been playing Animal Crossing, which I love. You're in on the Animal Crossing craze. Yeah, for people who want to watch, part of my take got a switch where, not a switch, a Twitch, where Hank streams every night, multiple times a day. I heard. Yes, but I'll be on there sometimes. So if you guys want to go subscribe to that, if you're on Twitch. And Fran will be joining as well because we play Mario Kart together.
Starting point is 00:09:49 Although I've taken a break for Mario Kart just because I didn't want to start hating Mario Kart like I hate the fire. I was going through a slump for two days with my Mario Kart skills until I realized that. I had tilt controls on and the bumper's on and it was ruining my driving. I was like, oh, that's what's wrong. Fucked up. But we'll get back into it. No, it's tough. And I feel like I really settled on my character early on.
Starting point is 00:10:13 Like, I was playing as Rose Gold, like, metal peach who, you know, she didn't let me down. She was a good, a good driver. But then I started experimenting with other ones. And I'm like, damn, this is why. like Hank started playing a shy guy and then Joe started playing a shy guy and then I was like you know what I'm gonna try a shy guy because all the boys love shy guy shy guy is fantastic I'm like no wonder are these idiots keep winning because this person is so much better than the rest of them so do you think I should play with shy guy because I'm telling you so I feel the difference my every every time I play Mario card in my life I always played as peach and then you started playing as golden peach and I was like well now my My peach feels lesser than. And she doesn't want, she doesn't want to race anymore. She can tell that she's regular peach and not golden peach.
Starting point is 00:11:06 So I'm, you know, I'm done with her. I tossed her to the side. I moved on to Todette. So I realized Chodette's speed was only a two compared to Rosalina, who is a four. So then I moved to Rosalina. And now I think I just have to go to Shot Guy, like everyone else. So it's a fair race. I'm telling you.
Starting point is 00:11:22 I think everyone races shot guy. I think we just all, exactly. Exactly. Like we all races to say people. Roy, remember? He did. He did. But I, that's because he can't, that's because he just can't, like, pick one person and stick to it. He keeps, he keeps experimenting as well, just because we just, there's just so much playing to do. But, um, yeah, it's just, this is another one of those, it was another one of those weekends where it was like, wow, another weekend. There's just,
Starting point is 00:11:52 one in the books. Another one. We're, we're all still really doing the same thing. I did something new. Oh, okay. I forgot. I was watching Sunny with the Chance all weekend. Oh, yes. I'd like to say it's pretty funny. Like I was not, I was expecting to cringe out of my skin because watching some of these Disney shows back,
Starting point is 00:12:20 I think some episodes can be pretty brutal. I think I cringe harder at Hannah Montana than I do Sweet Live is Zach and Cody. So we live as Akken Cody. I don't think I cringe as hard watching it back. And I still do enjoy Haddon Montana, but there's some things where I'm just like, oh, man, that was so cringy. The same thing with Sonny with a chance, but for some reason, Sunny with a chance was like a little more adult, it seemed. And yeah, it's making me laugh. If you're just like trying to put on TV that you don't have to pay attention to it, but you look up and you kind of get caught into the storylines, which I was doing, I would look at my phone and all of a sudden.
Starting point is 00:12:55 I'm like, oh my God, wait, is that a prank? Or is that not a prank? And I was super into Sunny with the chance. So if you're looking for a show like that. They had pretty good sketch. Like sometimes the sketches were actually really funny. And I did really like the, the Demi Lovato, Sterling Night dynamic. Yeah, they're in a will, they, won't they stage right now.
Starting point is 00:13:13 Yeah, you know, you know that's exactly. You're a big will they won't they. Give me a will they won't they for literally any age range of television and I will watch it. Like, you love that. I didn't even talk about this. The tension. Yeah, I didn't even talk about this, but when Joe's nieces were here, we were watching one night they put on zombies, like the Disney Channel movie with the Miles What's His Face,
Starting point is 00:13:40 who was on Dance with the Stars, the one that, with Alexis Wren. And Milo, Milo, what did I call him? Miles. Yeah, Milo. I was like, Teller? Yeah, that's not right. Milo. He is, so he's that movie, Zonelow.
Starting point is 00:13:55 And I think there's a zombies too. But like we were eating dinner and the girls were watching it in the back. And I kept like turning my head and Joe kept looking at me. He was like, you really want to watch this movie. Don't you? I was like, yeah, I really do. I mean, of course. Yeah. I mean, was Milo the zombie going to end up with the girl that wasn't a zombie? I needed to know. You always have to know a will they won't they story. Everybody wants to know the ending to that. Another will. It really got me. The last song is on Desmondie. Disney Plus and oh man Hank and I watched the other night and oh my god oh my god did Hank cry a lot I've watched it so many times that I forget how emotional it is but like I'm tearing up right now there is a picture of me that I think I have posted before because I'm in a Jonas Brothers t-shirt um but like the first time I wash it at home I'm I sobbed so much. And I think probably the first 10 to 15 times of watching it, like I would cry.
Starting point is 00:15:04 But then it gets to the point where you've watched it so many times that you get desensitized a little bit. But just thinking about Hank, like watching it for the first time and I was remembering everything that happened. I was like, yeah, no wonder you, like there would have been something wrong if you didn't cry. Oh yeah, I would have been concerned. I was sobbing too.
Starting point is 00:15:24 I mean, that movie is really fucking sad. Yeah. Everyone's like, oh, I love the last song, which I do, but it's also extremely sad. Oh, but her little brother. Oh, God. Her little brother is so cute. Oh, it breaks my heart. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:39 All right. The last thing I wanted to mention, because, like you said, it kind of was another weekend and we're starting to really go through the motions here of just, like, doing the same shit. But I started Love Island Australia season two. I have watched season one. And I was a little hesitant about season two because season one was fine, but I really didn't like the people.
Starting point is 00:16:02 Like the people were super annoying. And I started season two. And a lot of people are saying season two is fantastic. Jack Vannick, who I consider a Love Island expert, said that she absolutely loved season two. It was like one of her favorite Love Island seasons ever across the board. And so I was like, damn, okay, definitely going to watch it. And so I'm starting that.
Starting point is 00:16:25 I'm very excited. For those who maybe are looking for a Love Island season to watch, you can watch Australia's season two. I've also seen a lot of people asking us what order you should watch Love Island, UK, or what seasons are our favorites. So I figured I would ask you, because I watched in, like, I would probably recommend watching in the order that I watched just because I enjoyed watching in the order that I watched, but we watch different seasons.
Starting point is 00:16:53 So, Ria, why don't you give your favorite seasons and which ones to watch first? Well, Fran, I would say that I do the same thing where I'm like, you should just watch in the order I watch. But I don't think that's correct. I think that three, four, and five are the best seasons and you should just watch it from three, four, and five. Just go back to three and just know that season five is. really, really good. And so is season four and so is season three. Yeah. So really just so you're
Starting point is 00:17:24 recommending watching an order three, four, five, six. Yeah, watch them in order three, four, five, six. I haven't seen one and two. People say one and two are great. Personally, I didn't watch one and two either. Five. I think five was my favorite. But that's the first one I watched. I got so attached to it. Right. For five. So same with me and four. Like four was the first one I watched and that's same. Personally, I think, I definitely agree with you. If you're going to, if you're going to commit to watching all of them, I think you go three, four, five, six.
Starting point is 00:17:58 Just watch them in order. One and two, I just, we've talked about this before. They've happened so long ago that it feels like kind of weird watching now. But I would say, I would say four and five were definitely my favorites.
Starting point is 00:18:16 If that makes a difference. Like if maybe you want to go four, five, six, three. 5, 4, 6, 3, 5, 4, 3, 6. I would also say that, not that this matters, but just throwing it out there, 5 had the hottest group of people. Five had the hottest group of people. I think that's fair. Four?
Starting point is 00:18:40 They're not pretty hot and four. Yeah, but think about Mora and Molly Mae. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tommy Fury, like they're just... I'm not going to lie, sometimes it all... stunning mates. Yeah, it all kind of blends to. in my head of what, like, I forget who was on what season. And at least the people from
Starting point is 00:18:58 season five still look like themselves. Right, right, right. The people from season four, I come across, um, Meg's Instagram sometimes from season four. And she's just an entirely different person. It makes me so sad. This girl, Meg, if you haven't watched season four, she looks like Margar Robbie in season four. And then she just, she's gotten some work done. She's gotten a lot some. She's gotten a whole bunch of it. I also, I forgot Georgia's in four. And people hate Georgia by fucking love Georgia.
Starting point is 00:19:29 Like just for entertainment purposes. Oh, right. I keep forgetting, yes, Georgia was four. Yeah. One of the best people on a reality TV show. Right. And not the, not the challenge Georgia. That Georgia was on season three.
Starting point is 00:19:45 Oh, yeah. Not the challenge Georgia. Just to clarify. Georgia from season four. Yes. Loyal. Jeff. She is, she's very very entertaining. Very entertaining.
Starting point is 00:19:54 Yes. But yeah, so I mean, if you're going to commit, I would say watch an order. If not, I would probably say four and five are our favorites, I think. Yes. And I didn't love six that much, but it was good. Yeah. I actually really enjoyed six. Which we haven't talked about, which we will talk about.
Starting point is 00:20:13 Yeah. All right. Well, oh, one more thing. I got a new mic, guys. Let me know if I sound better when you listen to us. I'm feeling very proud of it. That's true. I'm actually pumped up because it sounds so good. Really? No. Wow. Love to hear that, Noah.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Are you going to advertise on your Twitter how good it sounds? Maybe. Like put out one tweet. You never tweet. Just put out one tweet. I never tweet. Yeah. Okay. I'd be like, wow. If you listen to one chicks in the office episode, let it be this one because Ria's mic, it's popping. So much better. I just want to say that Noah is also whatever way you're sitting with the light coming
Starting point is 00:20:46 into your room, like you look like Jesus. And it's also blinding me. Yeah. How are you? I'm sure the people want to hear about you. I'm good. Yeah. Nothing much has changed.
Starting point is 00:20:57 You want to spice it up every once in a while? Noah. Give us something other than good. Maybe wonderful. I'm fantastic. You know what my acting teacher taught me when I was younger is that when somebody asks you, how are you? Never say good because everyone always says good.
Starting point is 00:21:11 Say something else. Make people remember you. But I really am good. Like, it's just like, but not that. Yeah. I mean, obviously you're not going to be fantastic. steak so I guess you're right. There were a lot of ladies asking about you on our Instagram live on Thursday night
Starting point is 00:21:26 and your sister, now I remember, your sister did say you trimmed up your beard, which you did. I've noticed that. I did. Yeah. It was getting proud of much. She told me she commented afterwards and I was like, I wish you hadn't. Oh, she did. We saw it and we talked about her because we saw it was there.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Yeah. Noah, did you watch us or are you not a fan? I was on and off. I was on and off. Oh, you were on and off. I was on and off. I tweeted a clip. Yeah, he did tweet.
Starting point is 00:21:54 Did you see when the girls were asking about you? There's a lot of ladies in the comments. I did not. You missed that point. You missed that point. A lot of people had asked us if you were single. Oh, okay. Well, yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Yeah. I love when Noah confirms he is because we don't know. So thank you. I said, I think, yes. I was like, I don't want to assume anything, but I think yes. I love when I, I love when I post a picture of Noah. and the amount of replies I get and they were like, oh my God, I thought, like, I thought Noah looked like such a nerd.
Starting point is 00:22:25 We've, I think Rowan said it on the show once. It's like, my voice just doesn't match up with like, yeah, people have a different, they visualize you very differently, I guess. Some people were calling you Zaddy in my. Yeah. Not even daddy, zaddy. That's like, that's when you, that's like, Noah, I don't even know, but it's a good thing. Okay.
Starting point is 00:22:47 Just know that it's a good thing. Actually, Fran, congrats. My mom wanted to do a congratulate you on your puzzle. Oh. She's been doing a puzzle. I really appreciate that. I really appreciate that. I took for like a month to do the puzzle.
Starting point is 00:22:59 And my dog ate like three pieces. Oh, God. That would have really tore me apart. I, yeah, I finished my puzzle on Friday. And now I'm, I don't know what I'm going to do. I need a new puzzle. Everyone was chirping you about your tablecloth. I saw people.
Starting point is 00:23:15 Yeah. Everybody. Every reply. There was a million replies. What can I say, guys? It's not my, not my house, not my tablecloth. Like, I can't, I can't criticize it. I'm not going to criticize it. It does the job. Yeah, where are you supposed to tell Joe's mom to replace the tablecloth? Yeah, like, oh, excuse me, can you please take this off the tablecloth? Because I need to do my puzzle on something that's not a tablecloth. That would be ridiculous. Imagine how absurd. That would be as a girlfriend. Like, I feel like my mom would just,
Starting point is 00:23:47 I'll, no, I don't know. I think my mom would do that. My mom's very sweet. I would never. That would be so stupid. All right, friend. Let's get into topics. We get into some topics, okay? Okay. Got Kelly and Peter quarantined together. We'll talk about all the content we've been getting from them. Noah Cyrus and Little Zan were spotted together again. Selena Gomez revealed that she is bipolar on Miley Cyrus's Instagram live. Jeff Lowe, not Jeff D. Lowe, announced that there were be a new episode of Tiger King coming to Netflix. And 6-9 was released from prison, and we get some comments from him on Instagram,
Starting point is 00:24:27 and we got some feel-good stories in our segment. And Tori Deal from The Challenge joins us. Absolutely love her. Recommend listening to that. If you are a big challenge fan, we'll be watching it all season. We'll be talking about it. So let's get into it, starting off with Kelly and Peter.
Starting point is 00:24:47 As you all should know by now if you are loyal chicks in the office fans, if you are loyal pop culture fans, if you're on the internet at all, you should know that Kelly and Pilot Pete, aka Peter the Bachelor, are quarantined together in what looks like Kelly's department in Chicago, and they now have made themselves the quarantine crew 2.0, just not as good as the quarantine crew at all, just like the Walmart version of them. Yeah, this is, it's interesting because we've seen so much of, first of all, we saw a lot of Tyler and Hannah together when they were quarantined together. Now there is an update because it seems like Hannah has now gone home. She is, she's in Alabama. She's not in Florida anymore. If I had to take a guess, I would say that, you know,
Starting point is 00:26:14 Hannah went down there at a time when things were like kind of iffy, you know, it was like, should you be traveling? Should you not be traveling? And she was there and then everything went on lockdown. So they, she quarantined for 14 days like she was supposed to before she could travel again and then she went home. And so now they're, now she's home. We're missing out on Hannah Tyler TikToks. That's for sure. She's making her own TikToks. and so was Tyler. But then as this happened, we started seeing TikToks of Pete and Kelly together.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Dustin is kind of involved. I feel like Clay has kind of started to get involved. It's just like now a Chicago crew instead of like a Jupiter, Florida crew. Yeah, I want to say that I think I was a little ruthless when I described it in the beginning and called them the Walmart version. But I also like to add that I think being in quarantine
Starting point is 00:27:10 and being behind a laptop makes me feel like I could just, say what's coming out of my mouth. You know, like, what's at the tip of my tongue? And that's what was on the tip of my tongue. I, it just feels... You're not the only person that said that. Because it feels just like...
Starting point is 00:27:28 And listen, I don't even hate Peter. Like, people give Peter so much hate. And I feel like some of it is warranted and some of it just like a little much. Like, oh, right, who cares now? Just let them be. But I think what's really getting people annoyed is like the non-stander.
Starting point is 00:27:44 inside type of thing and like it just seems like there's more people going in and out kind of the same thing with with hannah though like yeah it was iffy but it wasn't really iffy it was like don't go anywhere unless you really have to you know what i mean so like when she left that day i don't i don't know why i would believe she didn't know she was going to get stuck like i think well maybe she went like ha like not saying oh i'm coming for 14 days but it'll be maybe in the back of her head she was like wouldn't suck if I got stuck here you know who good point good point solid point there um but yes I mean probably knowing like how long it's going to be she probably got out of there as as fast as possible because there is something about like being in a
Starting point is 00:28:31 house with people for that many days in a row especially like who knows what's going on with Tyler and Hannah but like if they're going to try anything like right I don't know they're also surrounded with other people like there's no you can't really get like not really private especially when they're making so many tic-tok's yeah and is i thought the same thing with peter and kelly it's like peter showed up in chicago at a very weird time we obviously saw the pictures of them outside it seems like they're now inside or at least from the tic-ttox we've seen and then clay went on instagram live with um goose who let me tell you let's talk about goose is the clip the clip is the clip is brutal.
Starting point is 00:29:15 Like the, I watched, I wasn't watching the live, but I saw the clip on Twitter. And he asked about Kelly, because obviously Clay also lives in Chicago. And he asked about Kelly, and then, like, Clay answered,
Starting point is 00:29:33 and then he was like, Homegirl's date and Pete, no? Like, the way he asked it was so ridiculous. Number one, just calling her Homegirl. I was like, oh, God, Almighty. It was terrible. To, like, reenact it. Oh, my.
Starting point is 00:29:49 Like, it was like, Homegirls, J&P. And then Clay was like, real quick. Clay was like, let's get into, Clay was like, yes, we'll talk about that a second. We'll talk about it a second. So everybody was like, oh, Clay confirmed that they're dating. They're dating. So that's straight from Clay,
Starting point is 00:30:04 who has obviously spent some time with them recently. Actually, friend, you know what? We have to bring Trent in because this doesn't feel right. Every time we talk about Bachelor stuff, I feel like Trent needs to be here. He needs to voice his opinion. So let's get him in here. Trent, are you with us? Are you here? I am. I'm here. Oh, my God. You made it so fast. I know. Wow. It's crazy how that works. That was crazy. Unbelievable. You just bam. You guys actually caught me in the middle of reading Colton Underwood's book. That's not a joke. I was really. It actually is in your hands. It really is. Hard copy. I was sitting here reading this and then you guys asked me if I could come on. And like everybody else, I'm not doing much of anything, so here I am. That is amazing. Well, it's hilarious that people probably think that was a joke that you just said,
Starting point is 00:30:48 but you really are reading called on. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. We visually see it in your hands. So we were talking about Clay, Clay went on Instagram live with Goose, and that's when he asked about Kelly and Peter, and everyone was like,
Starting point is 00:31:03 Clay confirmed that Kelly and Peter are dating because Goose, I mean, no, just play the clip in here, but... Homegirls date and Peter, right? Yes, we'll talk more about that in a second We'll talk more about that in a second It really was funny Like Goose was he brought up Kelly Because obviously Kelly is from Chicago also
Starting point is 00:31:23 And Clay was talking about knowing her from Chicago And then Goose was like Homegirl's date and Pete right Like the way he asked it was so absurd And he called Kelly Homegirl And it was atrocious And then Clay And Clay was like
Starting point is 00:31:38 He basically just said yes We'll talk about it in a second and then and then that was that was kind of it. But that reminded Ria of Goose's tweet that everybody was talking about from this weekend. Why don't you, why don't you pull it up and read it for everyone? Read it to the class, Trent. Oh, I've got it pulled up right here.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Oh, wow, crazy. Yeah. Chris Randone, at Chris Randone said, if you're asking for nudes during this pandemic, you still haven't learned. That shit has played out. have a girl send you a picture of her reading a book out loud or listening to a podcast so you can know they're not dumb. It's not about physical, connect with them mentally.
Starting point is 00:32:19 Hashtag dig deep. There's so many, there are so many different, like, parts of this tweet to break down. The first one that just made me laugh was take a picture of, of yourself reading a book out loud. What does that mean? That's not a video. If you took, like, I can have my book in front of me and take a picture.
Starting point is 00:32:51 Am I reading it out loud? He doesn't know. Listen, listen, we all might be living in an audio, video world. Chris Randolph is living in like a third, fourth, fifth dimension where you take a picture of someone reading a book out loud. That's what's going on right here. Quarantine could begin to Chris. Why can't we do it all, Chris?
Starting point is 00:33:11 Why can't we read and also send nudes? You know who said we, you know, who said that nudes are especially okay in quarantine? John Mayer. John Mayer said that right now, if you were to send nudes, because he was on with Cassie David, he said, in October, say your nudes leak. And somehow you could see the date. And it dates back to March 31st. It's like, oh, okay, they were in quarantine.
Starting point is 00:33:40 you know i think that makes it you're just like immediately off the they said yeah like they amnesty yes so that's fair i can i understand that i don't know what goose is is trying to gain here okay goose you're not what were the replies what were the replies we're also a picture a picture of listening to a podcast hold on let me try to pull up the replies here i remember i went through them last night just and just laughed and laughed and anybody is If anybody wants to make us laugh or just, I don't know, for yourself, take a selfie of yourself listening to Chicks in the Office right now and tweet it at Chris Reynolds.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Absolutely. Yes. She's like, you know what? I'm listening to a podcast, Chris. My favorite response was somebody said, I hope she sees this bro. Yeah. I love those kind of tweets.
Starting point is 00:34:36 They always hit. Whenever you see that reply, it makes sense every time. It's perfect. for this one too because he clearly wants nudes. Like he's being like, he's trying to be like, no, no, it's about her brain. It's not about her body. But then he's hoping that it'll come back and they'll be like, I'm so turned on by you wanting me to be intellectual. Here's a picture of my boobs.
Starting point is 00:34:58 Yes. Yes, Trent. Exactly. It's so funny. It's like it's white knighting in like the most roundabout crazy tweet way. The part about him being like, have a girl send you a picture of her reading a book out loud or listening to a podcast so you know they're not dumb what are you what are you talking about dude what are you talking about dude what are you
Starting point is 00:35:21 that is also another part of it like does that just automatically make you super smart or i mean like open a humble dumb in anyway yeah like a dumb girl could just open up a book and be like hey i'm i'm reading you're either sending nudes and you're an idiot or you're reading a book and you're albert einstein like That's it. There's no middle ground for Goose. In Chris Randone's world, that's it. That tweet is just, it's really, it's like, it's a masterpiece almost. It really was.
Starting point is 00:35:52 In all the wrong ways. It was expertly crafted because it makes absolutely no logical sense. If it was anybody but Goose, I would think it was a troll. Right. Like that's something KB tweets. Exactly. And I had, um, our guy Nate Dogg, who we work with, he was like, because I was texting him about it, I was like, can you believe this tweet? And he was like, is he trolling? And I had to be like, no. People who aren't familiar with Goose think he's trolling, but he's 100% serious about that tweet. Yes. Yeah. And if he hears this podcast, he is 100% going to be mad about it. Oh, he's going to be very mad about this. He already hates me. And people probably know, or maybe they don't. I made fun of him during his season. Was it Becca's season? I
Starting point is 00:36:39 believe. Yeah. Where I just made fun of him a bunch because he is a little crazy, I think, and he made fun of my hair line, and I got a bad hairline, which is true. But like, so, so we kind of had a beef about that. But I said at the time, it's water under the bridge. I don't think he thinks that. I think he still hates him. I think he definitely does. Definitely. That's okay. That's okay. Like, I feel like when I saw this tweet, I was like, I feel okay being on that guy's shit list. 100%. I feel okay making front of him for this. I do.
Starting point is 00:37:14 I'm not like, sometimes you look back on things and you're like, oh, should I not have said that? That was too mean. This one, no. No, this is, I'm now, the way I feel has now been confirmed and I feel okay about it.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Very fair. Trent, while we have you here, do you have any thoughts on Peter and Kelly seemingly being to a couple at this point? I don't feel strongly either way about it. I like it now gives me an opportunity to talk about Barb again. I've sort of while we've been in quarantine dealing with this pandemic, it feels like everybody wants to be like,
Starting point is 00:37:53 hey, let's all come together. And I agree with that completely. But I still like opportunities to take shots at Barb. So them doing TikToks together, them seeming to be a couple now, it sort of reinvigorates that. But other than that, like, I'm okay with them being together. We knew something was up when they were, when Kelly was in the crowd at the final rose.
Starting point is 00:38:13 We didn't know what it was. We know now. But otherwise, like, I wish them the best. I think, you know, Pete had a tough season, and it would have been a real downer for him to come out of it with no prospects of a girlfriend going forward. But it seems like him and Kelly are happy. That's, you're right.
Starting point is 00:38:31 I agree with you. It's just like at this point, I feel like because it was Hannah Ann and it was Madison. Now it's Kelly. It's just like he could date a. another girl from his season after this. And I would be like, okay, like, make sense. Like, he just, he's just,
Starting point is 00:38:48 it, it, just the way the season went and how every, like, every story that's been around him is just like, you're just like, oh, Pete, yeah, Pete's gonna peep. That's it. So you guys, you guys are down on it. I'm fine with it. I just don't, like, yeah. It's not that I don't care either way,
Starting point is 00:39:06 but that's kind of how I feel about it. Like, they're together, they're not together either way. you know, Pete's season didn't turn out that great for him. I personally think Kelly is... At this point, whatever. Yeah, I personally think Kelly is probably a little bit better than him. Now, if she wants to date Peter, that's her decision. So I'm just going to have to go with it.
Starting point is 00:39:27 But that's kind of where I'm staying with it. It does make Pete's season feel like even more of a waste in the sense that Pete and Kelly knew each other before. Right. And there was a chance that they could, like, say, the show never happened. Say the show never happened. They could be dating still. Yeah. They could be dating anyway. Say the show never happens. They could run into each other at another wedding and be like, hey, how long the time we hung out? Let's, you know, let's keep doing that. And it's like the entire eight week process of everything with Hannah Ann with Victoria F. It just didn't even happen.
Starting point is 00:39:59 Yeah. I feel like that's probably how they're, they're acting as a couple. Like, I feel like they probably sat down and discussed this and was like let's just pretend we never went on that TV show like let's just pretend we met in that hotel and and we're still dating and let's just erase the last like eight months from our mind I think you're right you guys know that barb is on cameo what's her rate yeah how much she's sergeant I didn't look honestly but I saw somebody sent it to us and was like oh my god my friends bought me a cameo from barb that's very Barb Weber cameo. I got to Google it because I got to know.
Starting point is 00:40:37 25 bucks? 40. Wow. Count of seat. That's a little pricey Barb. Yeah. I don't know if a Barb cameo is worth my 40 bucks. Actually, it wouldn't be worth any of my bucks, but anybody else is.
Starting point is 00:40:55 That's really something. People have to be on there. Like, she's not, they have to be like, it can't be that positive. of cameos like her, I don't know, I don't know what I would have her say on my cameo. It's a strange. That is true. It's a good point.
Starting point is 00:41:09 I don't know what you yell at you about the girl you're seeing. Right. Like it's like, happy birthday or congratulations on the new job. This one would be like, I hate my, you know, son's new girlfriend and I need you to rip her a new one because it'll be kind of funny.
Starting point is 00:41:25 There are some examples on here. I'm obviously not going to play them now, but she has, she has, you know, she sent a bunch. Like there are some example ones that you can, that you can see. You know, good for Barb. I'm happy that she's,
Starting point is 00:41:39 I bet she's making a living off cameo. I'm not going to lie. Get some good, get some good dough. It's a nice little revenue stream. Yeah. All right, Barb. You know what, Barb, you do you.
Starting point is 00:41:51 People love Barb and they want a cameo. Buy it. Yeah, you guys just gave a lot of publicity. We did. Trent, thank you for, popping on here and giving us your thoughts. We appreciate you. My pleasure. Any thought. Looks like quarantine is making exes reunite, including Noah Cyrus and Little Zan.
Starting point is 00:42:33 What a throwback. We're talking about Diego. He's back in the picture. We thought we would talk about him again. But here we are. We have to mention it. It looks like they're back together. Yeah, it was something that obviously we spent a lot of time talking about when they were together. so we have to mention that they were spotted in a car together in L.A. She and Diego were spotted driving around in L.A. Friday afternoon. Obviously, there is the stay-at-home order, so you're kind of wondering what's going on here. Are they staying together?
Starting point is 00:43:07 Maybe they were both in their own homes, and now they're just hanging out in the car together. I don't know. but it's clearly they are finding they're bonding together at this time like little zan had posted a picture of himself on instagram and wrote coronavirus is probably the most lonely thing l-o-l how are you guys coping with it uh so it seems like this is the time that they could be could be working things out I personally would prefer if Noah Cyrus was not with Little Zan because I think Lerzan seems like a bad guy. I remember when he fake that pregnancy with his other girlfriend?
Starting point is 00:43:52 Like I just don't think Little Zan could be trusted, aka Diego. But these are hard times. I know I'm referring to John Mayer is live again. But this is something he mentioned with Cazie David is that they do think, I'm acting like they're experts, but just feel like it's a common thing. that exes are getting back together because it's comforting and it's familiar. You know, to be alone. And in Kazi David's words, why not welcome some toxicity? Is that the word?
Starting point is 00:44:26 Yeah. In your life. Toxicity in your life during this time, just to spice it up. Right. I mean, it made me laugh, but I feel like there's a line. Like if someone is actually going to put you in danger in which I feel like Little Zand, is it dangerous, maybe stay away with, stay away from that. I agree with you on that.
Starting point is 00:44:49 And it is, it is a crazy time because I feel like if you are alone, then you are maybe thinking about reaching out to that person who at once upon a time made you feel comfortable. Now, these two, it's tough because I just feel like she went through so much. and after the relationship was over, she expressed it. She had so many emotional songs, and she felt like she was in a good headspace. Like when we interviewed her,
Starting point is 00:45:19 she felt like she had gone through that time in her life and was ready to kind of move on. And I would hope that, you know, he has proven that he has changed, if that's possible for her, if she is, you know, spending time with him. but they're also young and it's a crazy time, but I am with you.
Starting point is 00:45:45 I would also prefer Diego. Go Diego, go Diego, go out of here. Yep, nailed it. I just want to end on that note. I think that was perfect. Just see you later. Go, Diego, go. Out of here.

If you've been following Miley Cyrus on Instagram, then you know that she has been doing a daily show called Bright Minded. Every day on her Instagram live, she has many guests. I mean, I can't even keep track now with the amount of guests. It just ended. This was the finale. Or for now, I guess. But the Friday's big show was like the Friday finale.
Starting point is 00:48:50 I think she said that she's taking a week off because Instagram is like not working. Yeah. Yeah. We went on Instagram live. We had some complications as well. I think a lot of people are. Because I think everyone's going on live. I don't think Instagram live. Right. It's funny. People would be on live at that point. But yeah, like you said, finale. But she had so many guests on. And she actually had Selena Gomez on, which was. was shocking to me, or I just dropped something, sorry. She had Selena Gomez on, which was actually shocking to me. I'm sure it was shocking to you as well, Fran, and our listeners.
Starting point is 00:49:21 Because you always think that Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez don't really interact because you never really see that. And Miley was on with Demi, and we don't really know Demi and Selena's relationship besides that Selena had posted Demi on her story when she performed for the first time in a while. So we saw that happen. But I had been wondering about Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez's relationship because I was watching old episodes of Hannah Montana and I got to the ones where Michaela was in it. I was like, wow. I started getting chills.
Starting point is 00:49:51 I was like, oh, that's so weird watching Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez together. I wonder if they still talk. Boom. Selena Gomez is on her Instagram live. It really is crazy, but it is nice. I feel like Miley has brought all these people on her show that you might not have expected. and has tried to create a positive conversation with these people that she may, you know, that she's had a pass with or maybe a complicated pass with.
Starting point is 00:50:18 And like you said, we in recent years have not really seen any kind of interaction between Miley and Selena. But Selena went on Miley's show and they really were talking about just mental health and that whole topic. And Selena revealed that when she was. was in a facility in Massachusetts, I believe, she had realized that she was bipolar. Why don't we play the clip of this quickly? Recently, I went to one of the best mental hospitals in the world, but definitely in America,
Starting point is 00:51:02 McLean's Hospital. And I discussed that after years of going through a lot of different things, I realized that I was bipolar. And so when I go to know more information, it actually helps me. It doesn't scare me once I know it. And I think people get scared of that, right? They're like, oh, and I've seen it. And I've seen some of it even in my own family where I'm like, what's going on?
Starting point is 00:51:30 Where it's just I'm from Texas. It's not known to talk about your mental health or you've got to seem cool. and then I see anger built up in children, teenagers or whatever young adults, because they are wanting that so badly. And so I just feel like when I finally said what I was going to say, I wanted to know everything about it, and it took the fear away. It was like when my mom, well, when I was younger, I was scared of thunderstorms. And my mom bought me all these different books on thunderstorms.
Starting point is 00:52:00 So she's like, the more that you educate yourself on this, the more that you're not going to be afraid. And it completely worked. that's kind of something that helps me big time. Yeah, so I thought it was wild that this was the first time we were really hearing Selena Gomez talk about this, especially on Miley Cyrus's Instagram Live. But I do think it was also kind of the best possible way to talk about it because it's a personal setting. People feel like they're in the house with you. They feel comfortable.
Starting point is 00:52:30 And just watching an Instagram Live gives me FaceTime feels. And it feels like Selena Gomez is talking to you personally. and it could comfort people who are also dealing with the same thing. Rather than it being like a big interview spread where you're just reading it, it just feels way more personal. Right. And we have, it seems like Selena has sort of alluded to this in the past.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Like in an interview with the Wall Street Journal magazine in January, she talked about how her highs are really low. And she's in my highs are really low. My lows would take me out for weeks at a time. I found out I do suffer for mental. health issues. She said noting it was such a relief. I got on the right medication and my life has been completely changed. At that time, she didn't exactly say that it was bipolar, but she did obviously disclose that during this Instagram live with Miley. And like you said,
Starting point is 00:53:23 I just feel like Miley has created it. It's been a comfortable environment where people are opening up about these very personal topics. And Selena must have decided that this was the right time that she wanted to tell people that that is what she was going through and just and I think it was I'm sure she was probably figuring out like how she wanted to discuss this or figure out how she wanted to discuss this and I this this feels like a good time to discuss her more like of her the mental health issues that she's gone through and it's just crazy you see you saw like so much of the, I don't know, like, I'm trying to think of the right word. Like, just the, the hardships that she went through as when she obviously was not aware of this and all the, you know, crazy
Starting point is 00:54:23 stories and rumors and being with Justin Bieber or not being with Justin Bieber and where this all kind of led up to her basically being in this mental health hospital, which she talked about where everyone was like, oh, damn, that it's, it's at that point. But it seems like it was all for a good thing because she got the answers that she needed. Yeah, I agree with you. And I also think right now is a very vulnerable time, especially people that do deal with mental health issues. Yeah. You know, if you're sick, if your loved ones are sick, if you're stuck inside and you don't, you can't get the help that you usually do get. It's definitely a hard time. So I feel like somebody, like a big name like Selena Gomez going on such a big platform actually will help a lot of people
Starting point is 00:55:10 hopefully and hopefully maybe help herself a little bit because I think talking about things and also having people receive that information and it goes both ways making each other feel better. It appears that we are getting another episode of Tiger King possibly. I'm not quite sure the details. one, because can you ever really trust Jeff Lowe is the question. I feel like that is, he is not a trustworthy person. But according to him, Netflix is recording or they're filming at his house or they did it over this weekend.
Starting point is 00:56:28 And he, they're releasing one new episode or something next week is basically, is basically what he said that they heard the footage will be used for a new episode dropping next weekend that they would be Netflix producers will be shooting at his home on Sunday. So I guess that's already happened. Yeah, I mean, I feel like this is what people, I guess, need right now is another episode. People, I think, are excited about this. I don't know what the episode's going to entail. Maybe just like a follow up on their lives now. I don't know if they'll do like, I mean, because everyone's in quarantine, like, what are they supposed to do about they can't get people's reactions, you know what I mean, to like what Tiger King has done. Yeah. And it's,
Starting point is 00:57:15 it, it is smart because it obviously blew up so much that there probably has been so many things that happened since the end of the documentary from what we saw, you know, from when filming ended, there's been, I feel like a lot more that's happened and maybe they want to give everybody some sort of update on like, oh, this is what's happening now. Here they all, here they all are now because Netflix knows that everybody watched this documentary and they want to know what's going on. So that would be my guess that would probably get an update on everybody or if everybody wanted to talk about how they were seen in the documentary,
Starting point is 00:57:52 if they maybe disagreed. I wonder if Carol will pop into it because I don't think Carol liked how she was portrayed. Yeah, I hope so. And you know what? You know what's making me mad? Like they're all profiting off of this, right? Like Jeff Lowe is probably getting a big chunk of change from this. Isn't that ridiculous too?
Starting point is 00:58:13 Because when I was thinking about this, I'm thinking of Jeff Lowe, who I feel like has got to be skating on thin ice legally. Like there's no way that the feds are not looking at this guy's every move. Like he's one of those guys where they're like, we can't really arrest him yet. But whatever he does wrong, the first time we can actually mark it down as a criminal offense, he will be arrested. We're waiting for him to do something stupid and here he's going on TV. I feel like he said so many problematic things during the documentary anyway. Right. But can you arrest somebody just like on things they say? No, but I just feel like. It's so confusing to me, the law system because you hear people get arrested for certain things and not get arrested for other things. And you're like,
Starting point is 00:58:59 how can somebody get arrested for that, but not for that. Yeah. Yeah. I think I meant the justice system. Yeah, you did. Yeah. But no. But no. you're very right and it is it's just also I think the level of stupidity of these people I don't think jeffloa Jeff Lowe is now probably getting that fame and that uh notoriety that he's always wanted so he doesn't really give a shit about what he's saying he just knows that he's going to be back on on TV when pretty much I felt like he was incriminating himself and the more he talked the worse it was going to get so who knows what he could possibly keep saying But I'm sure it'll be, I'm sure it'll be interesting because it really just absolutely took over.
Starting point is 00:59:45 And everybody wants to know what's going on. And maybe Jeff Lowe wants to show off that nanny. When do you ever watch a full show and then when you're like, oh, I wish there was more episodes, another episode magically appears? Right. This is probably the first time that has happened. I feel like Netflix just realizes, is what situation we're all in right now and that everybody is watch it and like why would they not but then again how are they filming this are they like is yeah i don't get it crew at jeff low's
Starting point is 01:00:21 house because that's not smart yeah that's not smart but also it's jeff low so he probably doesn't care do we expect any of them to be smart yeah no absolutely not so i and who knows that this is even real like this can be true jeff low could have been talking out of his ass and maybe he's like filming something personally that he's putting out on his own that he just like wanted to say Netflix was putting out or it could be nothing at all. Very good point. That is something to look out for us. You don't say that we definitely said another one's coming. Right. I was going to say like everybody looks out for that next step but who knows? I'm steady trying to find the motive. Why do what I do?
Starting point is 01:01:01 Freedom ain't get no closer. No. Stole it. Stole it. Stolen. For registration, Traged For anybody who has been following, and that it doesn't stop me and I get locked up. They won't let me out. They won't let me, won't let me. Won't let me.
Starting point is 01:01:29 For anybody who has been following Takashi 6'9, he is officially out of prison. Yeah. But he is in prison in his house, not like the way we are, because he's also like that, but the fact that he actually does have to stay there four months.
Starting point is 01:01:56 It is. Legally. Yes. It's obviously a crazy situation and we've seen a lot of stories like this right now because of the coronavirus that people in these prisons in fear of obviously overcrowding and people getting sick that those who can serve out their sentences at home or, you know, in other areas are doing that. So obviously this is and it appears that his first move out of jail has been
Starting point is 01:02:32 out of, is basically been to comment on Instagram. So we've seen that his social media is back. He's on his, he's on his account. And the Shade Room posted an Instagram that said the Los Angeles mayor is offering rewards for snitching on businesses, violating the city's stay-at-home order.
Starting point is 01:02:56 And Takashi flew right in and commented coming to the rescue. It's interesting. I think Takashi thinks he's safe right now because people are supposed to be staying inside and he thinks that people are not going to have a hit out on him because everyone's inside. I don't think those people listen or follow rules very much. People who murder people, I think they're pretty much. used to go against the law and breaking rules. So I think if somebody is going to murder Takashi 6-9,
Starting point is 01:03:28 it's going to happen. And I think that Takashi 6-9, and I know that's a very like blunt thing to say, but when we are talking about gangs, that's just the way it goes. That's what happened. Takashi 6-9 snitched on people, said they were in gangs. And when you're in gangs, murder happens. That's why Takashi 6-9 was in jail. So I think that Takashi 6-9, because he's invincible right now because he's in his home, but he's, he's not. He's definitely not invincible, but he's acting on Instagram like he is, but that's classy, classic, not classy, it's not classy at all. It's classic Takashi 6-9 behavior to just be acting up on Instagram like this. And making a joke about himself snitching when the snitchers are not going to be pleased. I mean,
Starting point is 01:04:15 the snitches, he's the snitcher. They're not going to be pleased. That was, that was my first thought. I was like, what is this kid doing? Because he already knows that he is enemy number one. And you think the people of the family and friends of the family and friends of the people that he snitched on are going to laugh at that comment. No, they're not going to like that comment. They, it's insanity. I mean, he snitched on Cardi B. Yeah. Obviously, he is, under strict watch at this point being in his house. But I don't, it's, I just don't think. People who murder people are capable of anything.
Starting point is 01:05:07 Yeah. That's my thought on it. Like, Takashi 69, he may have security. But if somebody is going to go after Takashi 69, unfortunately, I think they will find a way. People are definitely going to try, obviously. So, you know, he got out last week and the judge had said that they believe that Takashi is no longer considered a threat to society and that he already served most of his sentence. So that's where we're at.
Starting point is 01:05:40 They've deemed him no longer a threat to society. I would still consider him a threat to society just as a person. A menace one might say. A menace to society. And you know what makes me mad about? Takashi 69 is that same thing with Chris Brown is that I like their music
Starting point is 01:05:57 and I don't want to. You know, like Takashi 69, when his new album came out, I was like, God damn it, why am I bopping my head to these songs? It's true. I mean, I don't know what the solution is for that. It's a tough one. I will say I haven't listened to Takashi 69 recently.
Starting point is 01:06:22 I think you have to decide you're not going to listen. He's out. See ya. If he puts new music, you don't hit play. Don't give him that satisfaction. Yeah, that's a good point. Because it's tough. There are, and you think about that, obviously,
Starting point is 01:06:38 because now it's like people are really discussing what his next move in music is going to be and if he's what he's going to be releasing, if he's going to be releasing anything. He's obviously home now, and I'm sure he has the ability to do that. And he obviously claims that his music career will be just as successful as it was before he was in jail.
Starting point is 01:07:04 So we'll see what happens. I don't know about that, especially right now. That's what he's claimed. And I remember seeing that like kind of before he even went to jail. You know, he had prison. He had said, you know, I'll be back. Well, of course. What is he supposed to say? No, my music's going to suck. Yeah. Yeah. He's got to go at the angle that it's going to be good.
Starting point is 01:07:28 Yeah. It's going to be very interesting. I just really can't believe he commented that publicly on Instagram. I get like the ha. I can't believe he's allowed to have a public Instagram. Right. Like the ha ha laughs. Like, oh, good one. But like it's just joking about something. That's so serious. Right. And just like not funny. and life threatening to him. Life threatening to those people and to yourself. Yeah, exactly. So, um, Ticcacacchi 69. Let's reel it in. Don't make that many appearances on comments by celebs.
Starting point is 01:08:00 I know that's your goal, but yeah, try to keep it inside. Okay, for our feel good segment of the day, we have some great stuff. I will say that I got a couple of, um, suggestions, I would say from all. might just hit the microphone. Hold on. I will say that I got a couple of suggestions from listeners, which was great. People who had saw really nice stories and they wanted to acknowledge, obviously I have to share this one. So I have a couple. But one was Courtney, she's a listener. If she's listening, hi Courtney. And we're very thankful for what you're doing. She's a nurse at the Hackensack University of Medical Center.
Starting point is 01:09:10 So number one, shout out, Courtney, we love you. And yes, Courtney. All the hard work you're doing. But she messaged me and said that she had a Jones brother story and that obviously work has been super crazy, but that the Jonas family sent the hospital staff catered food for all their hard work. And she just wanted to pass that along and make sure that we know that, that the journalists did that.
Starting point is 01:09:38 Now, see, I love this movie. It was clearly a private thing. Like, they didn't post about it. They didn't share it, but they sent this to these healthcare workers. And that is, that's fantastic. I just, I love to see that. And it's very similar to, um, the other thing that I wanted to mention was Miley, Cyrus,
Starting point is 01:09:58 and Cody Simpson bringing tacos to healthcare workers in L.A. as well, which I thought was really, really nice. Uh, yes. I first of all, sorry, I said that wrong. First of all, I want to clap it up for the Jonas Fathers. Our guys, we know that they're good guys. And like you said, the fact that they didn't put out in the public, they're doing this really because they want to help people. And we just... And their home state. And their home state, New Jersey. And we know that the Jonas Bellers are great guys. So thank you to them. And thank you to all of our health care workers. We'll never stop thanking them. I know we say it every podcast. We thank them. But that's because they do deserve this thank you. And
Starting point is 01:10:36 And to the teachers and to everybody who is still going to work right now. We seriously thank you. And yeah, like you said, Myos Iris and Cody Simpson, they deliver tacos to healthcare workers as well, which I thought was extremely nice and generous. And if you are somebody who is able to help other people, you should take that opportunity to do so. Right. Because you love seeing celebrities do it because they, you know, they have the means.
Starting point is 01:11:03 And they're, you know, hopefully bringing a smile to a lot of these people. people's faces with what they're doing. And the last thing, which was also sent to us, but I saw, was Pink and her son, Jameson, were actually both diagnosed with coronavirus. They got tests. She tested positive. She said that they're feeling okay now, but she wrote on Instagram, it's an absolute travesty and failure of our government to not make testing more widely accessible.
Starting point is 01:11:34 This illness is serious and real. need to know that the illness affects the young and old, healthy and unhealthy, rich and poor, and we must make testing free and more widely accessible to protect our children, our families, our friends, and our communities. In an effort to support the healthcare professionals who are battling on the front lines every day, I am donating $500,000 to the Temple University Hospital Emergency Fund in Philadelphia in honor of my mother, Judy Moore, who worked there for 18 years in the cardiomyopathy and heart transplant center. And additionally, she's donating $500,000 to the of Los Angeles mayor's emergency COVID-19 crisis fund.
Starting point is 01:12:10 And then she's saying, you know, thank you to all of our healthcare professionals. You are the heroes. Please stay home. I just thought that was really nice because pink little, little thank you to her roots, her Philly roots. So she's sending money to Temple in honor of her mom and L.A., which obviously she's in California now. But like she said, it's affecting so many people and so many different ways.
Starting point is 01:12:36 and I'm happy that these celebrities are putting their money where their mouth is, you know? Right. And just because we are so used to hearing bad news right now, hearing these good stories also helps and makes you feel a little uplifted. Yeah, definitely. You know that these celebrities are doing good things. Yeah, for sure. We talked about this in the beginning of the podcast.
Starting point is 01:13:18 Obviously, retail therapy is a real thing. thing right now. Maybe you're just shopping online, just waiting for the moment that we are allowed outside. Starting point is 01:14:04 So just this is all it takes is you go to Honey, you download it. Imagine you're shopping on one of your favorite websites like we mentioned in the beginning. Maybe it's Macy's. Maybe it's another store that you're finding all your cute outfits at. When you click checkout, the little box drops down and all you have to do is click apply coupons. Starting point is 01:14:50 dot com slash chicks once again guys if you just want to save money it's free you get coupons on your favorite sites go to join honey dot com slash chicks we are here with toory deal from the challenge we are so excited to have her a little fun fact she was actually one of our first guests ever on chicks in the office not the podcast just the instagram like three years ago podcast didn't even exist. And we are, we're so glad to have you. We've been,
Starting point is 01:15:25 the thing is we, I remember talking to you. I'm like, you have to come on the podcast. And then obviously things didn't line up, but now the new season just started. Watched the episode. So good.
Starting point is 01:15:36 So excited. So we're going to talk all about that. I don't even know where to begin. Obviously, the cast is my favorite in a while, I will say. Nice Do you agree, Fran?
Starting point is 01:15:51 I would say, yeah, I did I did really enjoy everybody that is on this season I liked a lot of like newcomers like Big T and people like that who have been back again I feel like they're great
Starting point is 01:16:03 and I'm not gonna lie after last season I was pretty happy to not see Kar and Polly back I don't know I don't know why but I was just like I could use a break from them So that was nice. I really feel like from somebody who's in that world so much, if you don't take a season off every now and then, you're just going to like turn into a monster and not even on purpose.
Starting point is 01:16:31 It's just like you've seen it with a lot of challengers. It's just kind of like the trajectory if you don't give yourself that mental health break. So I think it's good for everybody to take a break every once in a while, including Kar and Polly. Yeah. Yeah, I think they definitely needed it. Have you taken any breaks recently? I feel like you've been on most of the seasons I've watched. I wasn't on War of the Worlds One.
Starting point is 01:16:54 So I took a break between Final Reckoning and War the Worlds Two. And that for me was everything. Because Final Reckoning was just like a bad season for me. I had a bad partner. I like shit the bed. You know what I mean? You're just like, all right, I'm going to go hide my face for a while. And then people will forget I had a really bad challenge.
Starting point is 01:17:16 you know, serious. So, yeah, it took a break. But I'm back now. I feel like I'm ready to go at it for as long as I can until I need another break. Yeah. And I like the, there seems like there's a lot of great rookies on this season, a lot of people that are going to be legit competitors. Now, what was your, what were your first thoughts about the rookie cast?
Starting point is 01:17:40 Oh, my God. I mean, I think I was most intimidated by Casey. She's from Big Brother. Her personality is so likable. And that is a huge threat politically for me because, you know, like that's one of the things I hold on to. I'm like, oh, people will be my friend. So hopefully I'll get far, you know. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:58 But for her, she's so likable. So, and she also plays football. She plays in a woman's football league. It's like nobody wants to see that girl on a field, you know? And if you do see her, it's not going to be easy. So her and then obviously, Bailey came in hot. Oh my God. Like she is just scary woman. You know, like yeah, her intro stared me right away or like one of the first things she said. She was like, well, if you think
Starting point is 01:18:27 you're going to beat me, just know that you're wrong or something like that. That's usually pretty simple. But like the way she said it, I was like, oh shit, she could be anybody at this point. Right. Super feisty. And also in the first, you know, the first house vote for who was going into elimination and just Jay had said one thing about her fiance and she was like what did you just say I was like oh boy this is those two together like clearly nobody wants to mess with him because she will take your head off but what did you think about the boy uh rookies um I think immediately everybody was really scared of fessy you know and I especially eye up guys in a different way because I'm like okay I have Jordan in the house so how is this person
Starting point is 01:19:13 going to affect my fiance's game. Like, is he a threat for him? So I'm not just worried about girls. I'm worried about guys just as much. So immediately, I'm like, all right, how can I cut his Achilles tendon? He's sleeping. You know? I'm like, make sure that he's never on the show again.
Starting point is 01:19:32 But, yeah, so he was scary. And Swaggy is also, like, you don't even get to see, like, behind the scenes of Swaggy. They don't really show, but he's really good at Matt. You know, so there was really, and like, this is just stuff that we found out coming into the house. So everybody has their own threat in a certain way. What do you think about the people who, like Jay, for instance, he was talking about how he was on Survivor and he's like, I slept in dirt for 40 days.
Starting point is 01:19:57 Like, I can do the challenge. What do you think about the people who come in and think automatically like, oh, this is the challenge. I got this because you guys obviously know how hard it actually is. Yeah. I mean, I definitely think Survivor is probably just as hard, you know? So I think maybe if you come from like bad girls club and you're like, I've been on a show before. Or Love Island.
Starting point is 01:20:19 Yeah, or Love Island, right? Like maybe it's going to take a little bit of time to get used to. But like for Survivor, I don't know. And, you know, Jay really proved himself yesterday. Yeah. So it was, you can't, I mean, you can't sleep on the kid. No. And, you know, I feel like maybe it was a strategic thing or I don't know why like production it wasn't in any of the stuff.
Starting point is 01:20:42 because I feel like there's a lot of background kind of drama that has not been addressed at all. Obviously, Jay has been on, you know, X on the Beach with Morgan and Morgan and Johnny and, like, all these connections that I was watching. I was like, I can't believe nobody's talking about this, but I'm hopeful that that'll happen eventually. And A-Saf was on your season of Ari the One. That just didn't come up at all. I know. I know.
Starting point is 01:21:08 Everyone keeps tweeting me that. They're like, it's like, you guys weren't even like, it's like you guys never kiss. I'm like, honestly, now he's like my brother, so I'm really happy that we don't talk about it. You know? But I think that's just what happens when you go through so many like storylines in reality TV. Like producers can really only focus on so many. Right. Like he had so many other shows that I forgot. And I didn't even realize until I was on social media because with his long hair and everything, I was like, this guy looks so familiar. But, but I haven't watched like big brother Israel. Like why, why do I know who this is? Finally, it connected. Right. And they were more focused on
Starting point is 01:21:45 showing him and Nani, which, you know, he got sent home. So Nani, I don't know what happened with them now. But we saw the first challenge and you really struggled with the math, which I really relate to because I'm so fucking bad at math. Like, I can't, I can't do any math. There's just my worst subject. And I have always been like, oh, I want to go on the challenge, not literally, just like when people are like, oh, reality show, what would you pick? I'm like the challenge. Watching you deal with that immediately took that thought out of my head. I was, never mind. Never mind. How did you, I mean, what was going through your head at the time? Because you said you weren't focusing on the math problems. I mean, math is something I'm terrible at. I've taken algebra
Starting point is 01:22:28 three times. And I'm not stupid, you know? It just like, it doesn't click. It takes me a lot of effort and a lot of practice. It's like, I don't understand why they don't have like a write a poem contest in the challenge. I would crush that. I'm a great creative thinker, but like, you put me in front of numbers, the numbers start to dance and they start to like do things. I'm like, this doesn't make sense. So the moment I try to compute it and then I see a camera on my face and then people are screaming like, you got this, Tori. I'm like, I cannot think when you're screaming at me, you got this. Like, that's not good encouragement when somebody's trying to go through a math problem. Right. You need like absolute silence. I mean, like, I feel like,
Starting point is 01:23:08 it would obviously they can't do this but like if you just had like a little piece of paper that you just scratch it you know what I mean would help a little bit but obviously that takes away from the challenge it makes it way easier because you have to visualize in your head it's way tougher but after you guys went through that first challenge you finally got to see where you would be staying for this season and it is underground it's a bunker it looked absolutely terrifying do you guys have any idea that you would be staying in a bunker? Were you expecting like the normal nice challenge house? Totally. I mean, I think that's like one of the cool things and one of the enticing things about the challenge is like, all right, you know, I get to go and I might have to do some crazy
Starting point is 01:23:51 shit. But at the same time, at least I get to be in this awesome house by like a pool and like, you know, wear a bathing suit and just like a little bit on a vacation. You know, it always has that feel to it. Absolutely not. This time, it was like, it was just, there's nothing that can explain how bad it was. I wish, I wish you knew what the toilet situation was like, oh, God. I wish you knew. No air, right? Like, no ventilation. No ventilation. It was like a five minute round trip to the bathroom. I'm not kidding. So like if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of night, like forget, forget drinking at a bar and coming home and like having a midnight pee. Absolutely not. You'd be stumbling for an hour and a half trying to get to the
Starting point is 01:24:28 bathroom and you'd get lost. And that's why you see me walk around with toilet paper. That was literally our life, you know. It was really. It was really. intense. That was so fitting for like this moment, you walking around with toilet paper, like ironically, just having that while we're all stuck inside and everyone's running out of toilet paper, it just fit. And you're so right about the fact that it does seem kind of like a mixture. Obviously, you're doing the challenge, but a vacation, whereas this one just seems like you are strictly there for the challenge. They put a gym in there. They put the track in there. Did you guys have any hint whatsoever that this was going to be it? Or did you guys all really think, oh, we're going to
Starting point is 01:25:08 another nice house where we could sit in the sun? There was absolutely no hint at all. I mean, like, maybe because we were in a colder climate, but then I'm like, oh, cute, I'm going to be a snow bunny. You know? Like, right. I had a beauty by the hot tub type of picture with the snow. Totally. Not, like, didn't think that the pool was going to be freezing and it was going to be a polar plunge every morning. You know what I mean? Like, I had to whim off my way through. through the challenge. It was, it was not, nobody had any idea. It was going to be that bad. That sucks for the rookies, because you guys at least, you know, got to experience some nice houses. They think they're getting that. Totally. Oh, my God. And you know what? For viewers at home,
Starting point is 01:25:50 like, I just feel like it's so fitting that, like, we were quarantined in this, like, bunker and now everybody has to stay home and do things from home. And, like, it's like, everyone has this weird vibe right now. I was like, oh, my gosh, like, life feels weird. I'm getting a little bit of anxiety. And I'm like, this is exactly what it feels like in a challenge. Just take your phone and like your entertainment away and then like fight your roommate for a million dollars and then you're in the challenge. You know, that's basically what's happening. I know. I see your Instagram posts made me laugh like, oh, if you think, you know, this is, this is tough. We were stuck in a bunker, so pretty prepared to deal with a quarantine situation right now. Totally. Like of course,
Starting point is 01:26:28 only the challenge would prepare you guys for what we're living in right now. It's just, It's just insane. And on top of that, TJ dropped another huge twist at the end of the first episode. You guys have skulls and daggers on the helmets now,
Starting point is 01:26:46 and if you win in elimination, you get a red skull, and a red skull means you can go to the finale. And if you don't have one, you can't go. What did you think about that? I was pumped.
Starting point is 01:27:00 We saw you screaming. You were like, I think I was the only one who was happy about that. But that's clearly because I came off of last season. Yeah, where you, I mean, you were in like a billion eliminations. Totally. And so many people got to go to the final that didn't have to be an elimination. Three people that won the final didn't have to go into an elimination.
Starting point is 01:27:25 Like, to me, I wish this would have been like a thing last season because I would be walking around with like 87 Red Skulls right now. You know, but like this season I was totally prepared for it because I'm not afraid of going into elimination and I think so many people are. And I just loved that feeling. It's like watching all these people come in here and want to skate by like, nope, this is not the one. You're going to have to boss up right now. You have to go down there no matter what. So I just kind of love seeing people like stick their tail between their butt, you know? Yeah. And and from a viewer's perspective, It's awesome because obviously it's frustrating for you guys to be in the competition and watch people skate by.
Starting point is 01:28:09 It's also frustrating for viewers to be like, that person, they just made it throughout the entire season, make it to the end. Like, why are they even there? How do you prepare, though, for an elimination? Obviously, you don't know what's coming until, like, the day of how do you get yourself in that mindset? It's tricky, you know, and it can happen one of two ways you could be voted in or you could be blindsided or you could know your job. going in basically, right? Like the house is going to vote you in or you're going to be blindsided. So you kind of have to prepare for both ways. But at this point in the game, it's not about if, it's about when, right? Because no matter what you're going in. So the moment we heard that,
Starting point is 01:28:47 everybody had to start preparing to go into an elimination. And that's when you started to see everybody working out. Like, it was like such an interesting change in the house. People were going home, they're like, all right, maybe I won't have this glass of wine tonight. And like, I'll go on 30 minutes on the treadmill. So it definitely had an effect on people for about a day. And then you'll see how it all kind of transforms. It changes people's games completely. And the cool thing about it is I think you are going to see some of the coolest eliminations this season, some of the matchups that are things that you just wished you would have saw in earlier seasons, but people were just hiding. So this season is going to have some of the coolest matchups. And I think that's going to be so dope about it.
Starting point is 01:29:27 I'm really excited for all that, just knowing that everybody is going to have to face that elimination floor. We also saw Johnny and Wes seem to team up. Did you ever think in a million years that would happen? Absolutely not. And they played it so well because watching that episode back, I was like, no way. No way. Like, I was just hanging out with Johnny together. He didn't say anything about that.
Starting point is 01:29:55 Like, yeah. What? Pulled a fast one on everyone. That's what they're good at. I feel like at this point in time, though, is kind of inevitable for Johnny and West. Like, okay, how many seasons can we go on with you guys hating each other? Like, we, what hate is there anymore? I'm sure maybe later on in the season, we'll see it again.
Starting point is 01:30:17 But I kind of just felt like that had to be playing at some point. And on top of that, like. And for game. Yes. I'm saying they they probably realize that they could potentially be stronger together because the last couple seasons they've been against each other and they get eliminated eliminated pretty early on so I guess this when Johnny gets eliminated early I'm like because we love Johnny obviously but I'm just like that sucks but we'll see um obviously Polly and Kara are not on this season either um we talked about
Starting point is 01:30:52 that because you said they wanted to take a break but we also saw a lot of drama with them the past season. I'm just curious as to who you are friends with in the challenge, who's not friends, because it's so hard to keep up, especially with everybody fighting on Twitter all the time. Right. You never know when they're joking or serious. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:31:13 Yeah, definitely. And I feel like some people are that fight on the show are still friends in real life. Sometimes, no. I think it definitely in the moment, and while I, it's on air, tensions are so high. So if you have a little bit of animosity towards somebody, you're probably not making that up. In that moment, it's very real. But I think when it's all said and done and the show ends, both of you kind of have to, or if you're mature enough, except the fact that we're on a TV show, we're trying to make it really interesting. At the same
Starting point is 01:31:45 time, we're competing for a lot of money. So people are going to say things that they don't mean to hurt you, but in that moment, they probably mean. So in terms of who I'm still friends, with, I've squashed my beef with Klara and Polly because I'm just not one of those people that can walk around and like kind of feel that. I don't want to know that somebody out on the world hates me for absolutely no reason. So, and I also feel bad seeing all the hate that people have for them. Like, it's, I don't know. It just, it's not fun to watch, like watch a cast make it roasted like that. So I'm, I'm just cool with everybody. It's also part of my political game to be cool with everybody. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:32:25 Let's just keep a chill for a little bit. Just wear that pink blazer and have everybody just. I mean, it's very inviting. Yeah, thank you so much. Honestly, my mom loves you and she was like, please tell her she's my favorite on this season. I'll tell her that. I'll give her the virtual hug for you.
Starting point is 01:32:46 Because you're just so nice and positive and friendly and inviting. And we see that on your social media a lot as well. Like you just always are putting out this positive vibe that even I read sometimes. I'm like, you know what? I like, I love your social media. I'm like, oh my God, I really felt that. Where did you get all this positivity from? That makes sense.
Starting point is 01:33:09 I will totally tell you it damned and it really grew from being on the bad side of negative comments from reality TV fans, honestly, because I was just there would, I would do something stupid or dumb or like, you know, I had that whole. whole thing with me, Derek and Jordan, and then like, people would say things to me that I was like, I can't believe that people can't make a mistake or do something without getting some of the messages I got from people. And it just made me want to fight back with so much love that it's like, if you're going to hate me, then you have to hate me for making a mistake. And then you're going to hate yourself for making a mistake. Because all I'm doing and all I want to put out into the world now
Starting point is 01:33:50 are positive thoughts and positive vibes. There's just so much hate out there. There's just an endless amount. So it's like I just want to fight it. I want to challenge it back with love, baby. Yeah. And what you're saying is so true. Like I could never, if somebody were to say they hated you, which I've never heard before.
Starting point is 01:34:07 But if they would, I would be like, what are you talking about? She's so positive. She's so nice. Like, so I see what you mean by that. And it's so true with the comments. Like the people who comment about what you're really. relationship or whatever it is, act like they've never done something in their life. Like, imagine we watch their TV show. I'm sure it's way worse. Totally. I mean, like, you just,
Starting point is 01:34:31 it's just important to be forgiving of yourself. And if you're going to like bash somebody else for doing something crazy, it's like, would you do that? Would you bash yourself like that? Would you treat yourself that badly? And so, I don't know. I think it's just trying to flip the script and just make everybody realize, like, hey, we're all humans here. And we all have a different part in this. So let's be as nice as we can. I also love kind of the body image positivity you have on your Instagram also because Instagram is so full of Photoshop and edits and things that we young girls see and think that those are real life bodies. And you have shown kind of like both sides. You're like, okay, here's me flexing at a good angle. And here's me five minutes later, just like still the same person, but like it looks
Starting point is 01:35:15 totally different. And it's just like a dose of realness that I think a lot of people need to see. And I really appreciate that from you. But like doing those posts, like, does it still kind of scare you to post things like that? Oh my God. Yes. You know, because I look at it and immediately I want to see that photo of me and be like, I'm ugly.
Starting point is 01:35:37 Like everybody does that to themselves. And then I have to be like, I'm not doing this for me. You know, I'm doing this for anybody. who fights that feeling because at the end of the day, what do I care if a guy out there doesn't like want to have sex with me? Like I have a fiance. And like, she's good with it. So it's like, I have nothing to lose. And I want to help other people feel more confident as well as I, need to feel more confident too. So when I put out something like that and I see the reaction I get from women, I get more likes on those posts than I do on really sexy photos. And
Starting point is 01:36:15 there's a reason for that. It's because people are craving for a dose of reality. Honestly. So I, I feeling the support I get from like my female audience when I do that, even some of my male audience. It's, it makes it worth it. And it feels great. Well, keep doing that because we appreciate it. And there are a lot of people who appreciate it. We also love following you and Jordan's relationship. You guys are obviously engaged, congrats. And you guys are on the show together. So what is that like, quote unquote, working with your fiancé?
Starting point is 01:36:54 I work with my boyfriend. People always ask me this question as well. But obviously, this is a TV show, totally new game. Yeah, it's tricky, you know? And it's because, I mean, thank God we met on the show. So it's not like we're trying to act like where people were not. We're totally ourselves on that show. I've seen the worst of him and he has seen the worst of me, you know?
Starting point is 01:37:19 So we're used to it and we're supportive of each other and friends no matter what, but being on the same show with the person you love, you just have double the emotions. Now I'm just as scared if you get voted in. I'm just constantly on edge. So the anxiety is just tripled, you know? It's just like out of this world. And other than that, we absolutely love doing it together. And I love watching him compete on challenges.
Starting point is 01:37:43 There's nobody who can break. down a challenge like him. I'm not kidding. When TJ reads the rules for the challenge, everybody will run up to Jordan and be like, okay, so how do we do this one? Like, it's like, it's like, it's like, yeah, he's our, so everybody goes to him. You could tell Jordan is locked in. As I was watching an episode, that's one thing I noticed. I was like, I'm watching, watching everybody's faces to see how they're paying attention. And Jordan is just stone cold, like, taking it all in. I remember when he first joined the show, I was like, damn, this guy is competitive as fuck. And he's good. Like, yeah. It's crazy. Yeah, it's yeah, no, I'll back you up on that, Maria.
Starting point is 01:38:21 Sorry, I'm, I have so many questions about this, but like, yeah, you guys are now competing against each other, though, at the same time. It's true. And he knows that if it ever comes time, he needs to let me win. I need to get my first win, you know. So, uh, I think ultimately, you know, everybody's competing against each other, but you need your ally. You need allies. in that game. Nobody goes in that game and has everybody against them that actually makes it, well, I guess kind of last season that was me in Jordan. But we still had each other, you know? So you do have somebody there for you. And yeah, even though, you know, yeah, I don't know. And so, yeah, we see, like, we see couples who have obviously met on the show or, you know, now are together and
Starting point is 01:39:09 they compete together on the show. But like somebody like Jenna, who is on this, season, but Zach is not, things I'm sure are going to get complicated. Would you ever do a season now that you are engaged without Jordan? Hell no. No, I told him this last night. Absolutely not. You are crazy. I will be there. My ass is there. You are not going on a challenge about me. Because you know what happens in that house. That's smart. That's smart. Like we, we, I know. I obviously we don't know the details yet, but we did see just in the promo for the season of Zach on FaceTime,
Starting point is 01:39:49 and they're yelling about something, and it's like, oh, God, like clearly they both have to do it or neither of them do it. Oh, it's so stressful. Yeah, absolutely not. And, like, we were with Zach the season before when he wasn't with Jenna.
Starting point is 01:40:04 Yeah. And the entire season, I mean, he just stayed in his bed, you know? He, like, didn't want to be caught socializing too much on, because it's like, God forbid something was shown me by a pool next to this girl while like like you don't want those problems. Right.
Starting point is 01:40:21 And things can be taken out of context. Like you would just be seen standing next to somebody and then all of a sudden it's like, you were flirting with them, but really, you know, you're living in a house together. Totally. And then like the thing is that's the only people you have to talk to. So you get close to people. You know, I mean, it's definitely tricky. I think for relationships.
Starting point is 01:40:39 And I mean, Jordan's like, yeah, go back without you. I don't promise that. I'm fucking. really. No, you won't. That is so funny. Now, are you guys in the wedding planning process or do you guys just go and chill with it? Oh my God, we're so chill with it. I mean, like, at one point in time, we were like, let's have a huge wedding and like invite all our family. I have a lot of family. And then I was like, nah, I think maybe we should just elope, you know? And I think that's kind of where we're at right now. And honestly, with everything going on in the world, so many people are having to cancel weddings or try to, and move them. They're like, it's a mess. So I'm so happy that we haven't started planning. Yeah, that's very true.
Starting point is 01:41:20 What are you guys doing now in quarantine together? Well, we're eating salads. No, we're, you know, I think we have a lot of work cut out for us still on other creative projects that we're working on. I recently wrote a book and so I'm in the process of getting that published. That's amazing. Very nice. Yeah, so that's going to be really cool. And Jordan has his movie that he's putting out. And we also make music together. So anytime we get bored, we just do stuff together.
Starting point is 01:41:54 And we just create projects. And we work from home anyway, really. I have a lot of work online. And, you know, he just wins a challenge and then doesn't work again. So, like, that's just kind of his thing. And so, like, that's kind of our vibe. We just, this is kind of what we do anyway. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:10 Well, that's really nice. You guys can make it all work. And you guys recently got your cat, who I feel like is a social media star. Thank you. She was on the table a little bit ago. I had to like slowly move her off. Now, so she's like, I don't know what the, what's the proper breed for them? Because they're hairless cats.
Starting point is 01:42:33 She's a sphinx. Yes, a sphinx. That's the word. Yep. Yes. Yes. And where did you guys adopt her? Where did she come from? Believe or not, we found her on Craigslist.
Starting point is 01:42:44 Oh my God. We were like, we're totally snagging her. I've always wanted a cat. I put five of them on my vision board for 2020. Four days later, I showed Jordan my vision board. I said, Jordan, I want you to count how many cats I put on my vision board. He said, Tori, you're not going to get a cat if it has hair. I said, great.
Starting point is 01:43:04 There's a breed called a sphinx. I want to introduce you. And so it was like, just like that. He was like, all right, let's do it. He is obsessed with her. He literally takes her for walks around our apartment building. She just follows him around the building. It is the cutest thing.
Starting point is 01:43:22 Oh, that's so cute. So do you recommend those kind of cats or? Oh, absolutely. If you were going to get a cat and you're not allergic, because they're still, I'm allergic to cats. So that's the problem. Oh, damn. But if you weren't allergic, if you're not allergic to the people listening. They are the most friendly cats in the world if you want a cuddly cat.
Starting point is 01:43:43 cat because they're so cold all the time so they really rely on like heat so they sell yeah so you have to hold them nisa wears a sock all of her sweaters are cut from socks that's so cute oh man that is that is really so cute um well we're glad that you guys are doing well and you guys are cat parents now and that's super exciting um we're we were so happy to see your face we've missed you i know like you used to be in new york now you guys are are gone Are you guys running in L.A.?
