Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners. You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music. This is state of emergency. What's up, everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Ria and Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Wednesday. Honestly, I am confused on what day of the week it is these days. Like, I'm like, Wednesday is a Friday?
Starting point is 00:00:34 What day is it? But we're giving you that Friday energy on a Wednesday. and I just had a chicken salad on a bagel, just in case anyone thought I wouldn't be eating that this week. I still am, but I got the messages about the tuna salad, and I will not be eating it more than once a week going forward. I'm going to take a few weeks off from the tuna. I walked into the studio and you had the chicken salad on a bagel,
Starting point is 00:00:55 and I audibly was like, because I thought you were eating tuna salad again. I was like, you can't possibly be eating tuna salad again. No, no. You were in physical pain. trust me, I debated it. But I went, nope, I'm going to go for the chicken salad. It was delightful.
Starting point is 00:01:11 But I will be taking a break. Huge announcement. I will be taking a break from tuna salad going forward. I sent Ria tweet. It was like a tweet that was turned into a meme on Instagram of like my toxic trait is eating a food that I know hurts my stomach but saying maybe, you know, maybe today it'll be fine. Yeah. That is me. Yes.
Starting point is 00:01:33 I know a lot of foods that hurt my stomach and I continue to eat them. I can't quit him. I can't quit. I just can't quit. Yeah. I like what I like. I am... I am uncontrollable when it comes to food.
Starting point is 00:01:48 I am. I really... Like, I can't cut soda out of my life. Like, I really have no willpower. Yeah. There was an episode of Full House about willpower. And it always... You learned a lesson from that one, or...
Starting point is 00:02:02 No, I didn't because I have none. I have no willpower. I continue to eat things. that hurt my stomach and are bad for me and I have no shame in it I will probably continue to do that yeah how are you doing Fran you were worked up about something before we started the show today I was and I'll get into it but I want to ask you a question I got a new phone yesterday and I'm I feel like I need to return it like I I'm worried about the battery power what do you mean because like everyone's like oh the iPhone 13 like the battery lasts me all day I don't have to charge it like it's so good
Starting point is 00:02:35 and I just got brand new phone and I charged it overnight How many gigs? 128 Whatever the low one is rookie numbers It is but it's also like My whole life I've only ever had 64
Starting point is 00:02:47 Like my last phone was 64 So this feels like a major opportunity I have the same thing as you Yeah And I charged it overnight And it's I unplugged it at
Starting point is 00:03:00 9 a.m. 9.30 and it is now 5 p.m. and it's at 27%. Well, you've been on it all day. Yeah, but not that much. Wait, I'm just confused. There's another phone that has better battery.
Starting point is 00:03:18 No, I've just heard, like, people who are like, oh, the iPhone 13 has a great battery on it to charge it all day long. It lasts me all day. No, I... But like, it has to be better than what you already have. No, friend. No, but this is, this is lasting me, like, my iPhone. I had the 11 Pro Max, and, like, this is also...
Starting point is 00:03:33 I would also unplug at like 9, 930 and it would lack like this. I'm on the same timeline as my old phone. I will say my phone was on the exact same timeline. I unplugged mine around nineish, I would say. Am I just on it that much? By the time I walked in here, which is around 4 o'clock, my phone was on like 20-something percent. I think you have to get in the habit of just charging whenever you're near a charger.
Starting point is 00:03:59 That's what I do. Yeah, but I don't like to do that. I think that your phone battery is what it should be. I think you were on it a lot today more than you think. Yeah. I'm a big always on yellow. Always? I only do it when I really do to.
Starting point is 00:04:14 No, like all throughout the whole day. Oh. Like, why not? Yeah, I guess. Yeah, I guess you're right. I think you used it today more than you think. Probably. What have you been using it for?
Starting point is 00:04:25 Because certain things burn the battery more. Sometimes I, I'm worried that I got it yesterday and then was on it, like a immediately too much without charging it that I like didn't exist. And I think this is like something I got for my dad that might like to fully charge before you use it. Yeah. That it was like to really get the best out of your battery life. You got to like charge it to its maximum amount when you first get it.
Starting point is 00:04:49 And I like was on it all day yesterday and then like drained it all the way down. And a lot of that was playing. Well, the myth for a while was that you're supposed to let it fully die so that it knows its full battery, not like let it go halfway and then charge it back. Like, you're supposed to let it fully die. These are all myths. Yeah, I don't really know what, I don't really know what it actually is, but I did look and I like looked at the battery health because it can show you that in the phone. It says 100%. So I'm like, all right, I guess it's just what it is. But then I also saw that I used 39% of my battery life yesterday on Candy Crush. Okay. It's so maybe I just, we take a break.
Starting point is 00:05:32 You know what I... From the Candy Crush. You know what I did. You're 10 years behind. I know. You know what I did recently that I have to do on this phone that this is why. I didn't set it up on this phone. My old phone, I had a 15 minute timer per day that I, like, was allowed, allowed 15 minutes to play.
Starting point is 00:05:53 And then when it would, I'd get the 15 minutes, I'd be like, oh, that's it. Time to get off the app. Let's start doing that again. I haven't put it, I haven't put that back on. So I got to get back on that I mean, speaking of phones I asked the guy in the Verizon store I was like well my
Starting point is 00:06:06 when you transfer like my levels are going to transfer over rights My God You're what? My levels Or candy crush levels obviously I mean
Starting point is 00:06:15 Duh I can't be losing 6,000 plus levels No you can't be That's cool You would have to keep your other phone I know I know That's your candy crush phone
Starting point is 00:06:26 I gotta trade the old phone in Your brine outside That's the whole deal Your burner phone is just for candy crush Yeah, yeah. So it probably would be lasting me the way longer. What were you going to say now? So over the week, just because you remind me of this with your phone talk,
Starting point is 00:06:40 we went to the Yankee game with my grandma. Yeah, that was sad for the first baseball game. Yeah, she was like bored like halfway through. Yeah. She was like, disboring. The fight didn't get her attention? We left in the sixth inning. No, you know what's funny?
Starting point is 00:06:53 She thought that when everyone was running on the field, she thought that like a famous person was just like walked out and that everyone got excited and ran on the field. Like, not... Truly has never been to a baseball game. Like, they would just stop the game. Seems like you guys are more like entertainment world people. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:09 But while we were there, my grandpa didn't go. He stayed and he like goes on these walks like in the park. And he, we got back and he's like, oh, you know what I found in the park? Like, I found this great new phone. And he like took it out of his bag. He's like, look, like brand new great eye. And I was like, what? like that's someone's phone and he's like yeah it was on the ground and I'm like and there were like a million
Starting point is 00:07:34 texts like calls like people trying to like find the phone I'm like you can't so you just took someone's phone and my sister was like you stole that like you can't you get to like and he was so offended like it would cause the biggest fight ever I think there's still like a fight and he's like no like it's my property like it's my phone like I'm not giving it back and like had this whole fight he had he went full finders keepers mentally that's what I was saying I was just like feeding it to it. I'm like, yeah, like, we could charge these people if they're going to get a bad. That's really fucking. He was like, yeah. He was like, he was like, I was dying laughing. I was, I thought it was hilarious. But he was like yelling at my sister. Like, I can't believe
Starting point is 00:08:10 that you would like interfere with my like like, like, this is my property. And she took the phone and like called the people. They eventually came to our house, like came to his house. Like, they didn't even tell my grandpa. Like they were there. They just like gave it down. But the people had already bought a new phone because they like lost faith. They just already went to their store. They were going to return it, but they already bought a new phone. They were like, thank you so much. Like, they made a whole eye of like my grandpa like. I mean, that's some severe. Oh, I mean, how long was, like, did they fucking rush to the store? Was this, I don't know. I think, like, a full day or? I mean, I'm sure like, it was like hours.
Starting point is 00:08:43 Like, I had gone like four. Like, I don't know. Yeah. If I go to a park and I'm, I'm out with, my phone's gone, that's it. No, I was thinking. No, I know, but I'm saying you got to be like, really, you got to be really addicted slash desperate and need a phone where like, if you lost your phone three hours before you've already bought it. No, I said that too, but also I'm like, I'd probably be like, I need a new phone now. Like, I can't go another day without a phone. Yeah. If I'm not going to find it. Yeah, I guess. But we were joking like, what if they had find my phone on and, like, went to his house? And he's just like, no. Like, it's my phone. It's my phone now. Nine of skippers. It's his week first. That's really funny. That's really funny.
Starting point is 00:09:20 It's very funny because it's your grandpa. Yeah. Like, how old's your grandpa? Like almost 90. Yeah. Like, he's like, like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, like I found this phone. It's mine. And I was like, what are you going to do with it? You don't even know how to get in. You don't have the code. He's like, oh no, your mom will fix it. You'll erase it. We'll do a, we'll do a reset. We'll do a reset. We'll do a reset. We'll wipe this thing clean. You have a phone. That's so funny. Really, really funny. That is very, very funny. What I was getting worked up about before this is, you know, we've spoken a lot about Harry Styles last week. And obviously that's going to happen. He has a new album out. And he's doing all these shows.
Starting point is 00:09:57 10 MSG shows, 10 LA shows, etc. And he, they just added five more shows. But the pre-sale, the way that, like, I almost don't even want to say their name. Like, it's like they're just like, like, bleat master. Yep. Bleet master. Unnamed.
Starting point is 00:10:18 Cricket master. Yeah. Unnamed website, bleatmaster, where you can purchase tickets. You just add. is some people still won't be able to figure it out. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just like when we said we had a big announcement on the two podcasts ago and people were like, where's the big announcement?
Starting point is 00:10:36 It's like, you didn't pick up on the joke. That was a joke. Some just fly over some heads. Sometimes it just does. And so I register for the presale, which is how they do it now. And I get the text Monday night that I am set for the 2 p.m. time to enter the presale for the Wednesday, September 20. first show and they only like you can't look at all 10 shows they only give you the one show and if
Starting point is 00:11:03 you're lucky like you could also have gotten more shows it would have been a different link and so i just i get the one i go on at the you know 2 p.m this is the waiting room opens at 150 i'm on at 150 go through the whole thing the queue 2000 plus you watch a little line go finally get in at like 218 and then you just go the half hour of clicking on tickets oops sorry those are gone clicking on tickets. Oops, sorry, those are gone. Sorry, another fan got those. Sorry another fan got those. And now they have this official platinum
Starting point is 00:11:34 thing that is the biggest scam. Bleatmaster is big oil. They got a monopoly and we got to take it down. I don't know how. Artists have to start saying we're selling our tickets on something else. I don't know how they do that, but they should do it. Because now with
Starting point is 00:11:51 official platinum, they say oh, due to demand, the ticket prices could go up or down. The pre-sales So it's like, okay, verified fan pre-sale, MX, official platinum ticket. The ticket was started at the price of the other tickets, you know, 69, 90, 89, 90. The pit tickets were like $200 to start. And because the demand is so high, they just bump them to however much they want. Like, they just fucking pick a number.
Starting point is 00:12:18 And those are the ones like you can get, but you're spending. No, it's insane. It's insane. I'm sorry. like this is I finally got through and I like clicked it because I was like oh I wonder if I could even just buy this right like I'm like let me just see if it even goes through
Starting point is 00:12:32 so I click on it and it's like the lower level fifth row I'm like these are great tickets but I don't see that it's the official platinum they're $1,117 each so I click on it just to see I'm like oh well is it going to tell me like sorry if fan already got these no it goes through and it's like two tickets for $2,500, like when you add up the fees and everything. No, they're not resale. It's the official platinum because they just say the demand so high that they get up the price to whatever amount they want.
Starting point is 00:13:05 I'm like, this is fucking wild. They were trending on Twitter all day. It's still there. I see it Blightmaster trending 28,000 tweets. The problem with a big oil company like this is that no matter how angry people get at them, they will always be the ticket site. I know. Like that's going to be the site. It's just...
Starting point is 00:13:24 Until... Until... No, I'm just... I'm secondhand now. I'm going to be... I'm just going to wait and get them on game time. That's what I'm going to do. I don't have a choice now because...
Starting point is 00:13:34 Yeah, that's a smart way to go. You can't do it anymore. This is... This tweet, Bleetmaster would be like, we do exclusive presales to protect against scalpers. Dot, dot, dot, dot. Bay, the call is coming directly from inside the house.
Starting point is 00:13:48 The only thing that can unite every single fandom is the hate for Bleepmaster You're right That's a great tweet The thing that can Unite every single Fandom You got the believers
Starting point is 00:14:00 And the Swifties Being like At least we both Hate Bleatmaster This person said That they would love For all artists To band together
Starting point is 00:14:07 To do a short YouTube series Where the artist themselves tried to get tickets to their own shows Because they wouldn't be able to
Starting point is 00:14:14 Yeah Like it's It's so It's insane They The tweets are cracking me up but it's just like there's like the price range
Starting point is 00:14:25 New York it was supposed to be 3950 for the cheapest ticket and 199 50 for the best ticket and they're on there for thousand plus dollars and people and that's supposed to be the pre-sale type and it is from bleatmasters and people will
Starting point is 00:14:43 fucking Bleatmaster pay the thousands of dollars to go that's that's why they're doing it I know they can get away with it big oil I'm telling you it's just they got the monopoly. Uh, anyway. Although hair and I was just playing 15 shows at MSG.
Starting point is 00:14:59 I know, but I'm telling you like, that's, hopefully that's why when Maybe that's why he added five today. Like the other ones, it'll be more reasonable, like, maybe it'll be more reasonable secondhand, but it's just like. I just think, do you think there's people out there who are going to go to all 15? Yes. Yeah. That is crazy.
Starting point is 00:15:16 Absolutely. Do you think he's going to change? I feel like he's a type of guy who will probably. have the same show every show. Like maybe he'll have a guest, but like I think the set list will probably It'll be pretty similar. Yeah, so like you're just gonna go.
Starting point is 00:15:29 You just never know. No, I know. When something crazy could happen. I know, that's why I went to Tyler the Creator two nights in a row. And the second night, I was like, this is the exact same thing. I don't know why I'm here.
Starting point is 00:15:40 John Mayer, I know changes the show. Yeah, yeah. No, there definitely will be. So, yeah, I mean, there's no way I don't go to a show. It's just. Are you going to go to multiple? Probably not multiple Over 15 enough time has passed
Starting point is 00:15:55 Where maybe you go to like the first and the last Yeah You know I'll go to at least one August 20th and September 21st You see like a huge guess come out Yeah Four shows later
Starting point is 00:16:07 Right like you were at one but that two John Mayer comes out It is right by my birthday So I would It would be fun to go So yeah We'll just Maybe have to
Starting point is 00:16:16 Call our friends at game time and figure something out. Because that was terrible. So like I said, guys, there's got to be a better, there's got to be a better place to go because you want to go see these shows.
Starting point is 00:16:33 I need to go to a Harry-style show. So when time comes, I'm going to check out game time. It's a new ticketing app that makes it easier than ever to score last minute deals on tickets to sports, concerts, and shows, and they guarantee the lowest price. There's also some Bieber shows. shows coming up. He's going to be all over the place. I think Barclays, MSG, Prudential Center.
Starting point is 00:16:54 He's all over. And there's plenty of shows you can go to. I know that MSG ticket is going to be a hot ticket. So if you're looking for Justin Bieber, that's a great one. Like I said, 15 Harry Style shows in August and September. Game time is for the people who are spontaneous. You know, you're walking around. You see the afternoon. You're like, oh, there's maybe. maybe there's something going on tonight. You check the app. It's that easy. You can see everything that's happening in the city. And bam, you're good to go. You can get tickets. You can get into the venue. Quick, easy all through the Game Time app. You just have to download the Game Time app. Go to the account tab to create a login and redeem code Chicks for $20 off your first purchase. Terms do apply.
Starting point is 00:17:40 So download Game Time last minute tickets, lowest price guaranteed. We got new merch. We do have new merch. We do have new merch. Side note before the new merch. do a tally for the next episode on how many times my parents have called me this week. I will because they just called me again. I was home before at this. Yeah, yeah. I was home. And then I spoke to them twice on my car right here, which only was an hour long, spoke to them twice. Sitting here recording, my mom has called me again. That's three times today I've received a phone call from them and I was at home with them. Yep. So I'm going to do a tally at the end of the week on how many times I have talked to them on the phone because it's reaching unspeakable numbers.
Starting point is 00:18:19 Yeah. It's reaching numbers that are unheard of of how many times people have talked to their parents. Yeah. I love them. But then nothing has changed from 40 minutes ago to now. Yeah. Nothing. So I love them, but, you know, maybe they should go back to Florida.
Starting point is 00:18:32 I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I love having them home, but I think they're bored. How is the Norman, like, him? Oh, so happy. So I, Nano's dog is with us, Romeo. My parents took Romeo. weird how Romeo was allowed to come here
Starting point is 00:18:47 but Norman wasn't allowed to go there but Romeo came with my parents and Norman and Romeo are inseparable like they're dating and it's incest but they are obsessed with each other
Starting point is 00:19:03 and this is inappropriate the red rocket's come out every it's it's yeah he's excited No, no, they're more so Romeo. It's something I've never seen before. Wait, Romeo is a boy dog.
Starting point is 00:19:24 And they get very excited around each other. You know what I mean. And they're around each other 24-7. Perfect. At least they have each other. I said, you know what, Norman, at least you have a best friend now. Are they the same size? Around the same size.
Starting point is 00:19:39 So at least you have a best friend now that is an animal. and not one of us because he gets very attached to people very easily. Doesn't matter him. Walking to my house one time, he's obsessed with you. Which is a great trait for a dog to have because you don't want them to be mean. But it's good that he has a dog friend to hang out with because Oreo is, he's got nothing left to him. Love him. But yeah, he's on his last night.
Starting point is 00:20:05 As exciting as Romeo is. No, not at all. Anyways, we do have new merch. It's going to be on sale Thursday. this is my favorite sweatshirt that we have maybe ever put out. Definitely recently. I like this one a lot and I do. We got a lot of people that really liked this design.
Starting point is 00:20:23 I got so many compliments when I wore it the other day. Yeah. So we, so they're from the t-shirts. Hold that sucker up. Yeah, I was being gentle. Yeah. And we put it on, we slap that bad boy in a sweatshirt and it's yellow. You guys know I'm fucking loving yellow this summer.
Starting point is 00:20:38 Love yellow. Very cool design. Very comfortable sweatshirt. Yeah. And a bunch of cute new little. pastel hats. Love it. I wear a size large sweatshirt and it's an oversized fit. Yeah. I love the way it fits. I love an oversized sweatshirt. I normally go medium. I'm, I need my sweatshirts to be extra extra big. I like, I don't like a snug fit. So I wear a size large in this. It's, it's, it is large on me. Yeah. But it's very
Starting point is 00:21:04 comfortable. Is there the good for them merch is sitting in that box right there? Yeah, do you want that too? That's already on to, obviously. No, it is. Yeah, we also have good for them merch. We haven't shown it on the podcast. For people who don't follow us on social. Yeah. Very casual. There it is. Comfortable crew neck. Show that off. Good for them. Very cute. Little
Starting point is 00:21:27 stitched in there. What is that called? Embroidered. Embroiterery. That's the word I'm looking for. Then we got the hat as well. I'm showing it off in that camera, but I also think Noah's blocking it. So now I'll show it again. Now I'll show it again. Good for them. Good for them.
Starting point is 00:21:45 The Good for Them hats are actually, I really like those hats. Really like those hats. I saw someone in their baby posted on their story today. Someone had their baby. Well, someone was holding a baby and we're wearing the Good For Them hat. And someone responded to the story saying, why does that baby look like Fran? Does the baby look like me? It's on the story.
Starting point is 00:22:05 You know, these are really great. Classic gray color. I really like these ones. So we got a bunch of really great stuff, guys. A lot of stuff coming. Check them out. things for the support. We love the merch and seeing you guys in the merch.
Starting point is 00:22:19 When you get the merch, tag us. Yeah, put it on, tag us in it. Tag us. We love reposting. We share it. Tag chicks, tag us. Sometimes I see people who tag just chicks, which, you know, makes sense. I don't think it looks like Fran.
Starting point is 00:22:31 I just looked. Interesting. It's a cute baby. Very, very cute baby. I'll take it. I just didn't think it looked like. Yeah, but tag, like, you know, tag us. Tag all of us.
Starting point is 00:22:43 Tag Noah, tag Natalie. Don't leave us out. Don't leave us out. Because we see it. Only on chicks in the office. And then we're like, what about us? You forgot about us? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:22:51 All right. Let's get into the topics. Let's do it. We will be talking about Scott Dissick hidden up the strip club this past weekend. Everyone was wondering where he was and he was at the strip club in New York City. Sapphire, been there. Liam Payne and his fiancee or ex-fiancee now, Maya Henry have ended their relationship due to, I think, maybe Liam Payne cheating or moving on.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Who knows? Maybe he just moved on really fast. Yeah, something's going on. We'll dive into it. Halsey has made it public on TikTok that her record label is telling her that she has to use TikTok to promote new music. And Florence Pew clears up any confusion with her relationship with Will Polter and Zach Braff.
Starting point is 00:23:29 She cleared that up on her Instagram story. So let's get into it starting off with Scott Disick. Scott Disick was at the strip club this past weekend where everybody was wondering where he was due to Courtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's wedding. He wasn't invited to the one in Italy. He posted on his story, Where 2. He went to Sapphire. New York City Strip Club.
Starting point is 00:23:49 Been there. Love it. Yeah, it's just, it checks out. Page 6 says that he was spotted at Sapphire in the wee hours of Monday morning, 2.30 a.m. So he just was Sunday night.
Starting point is 00:24:05 2.30 a.m., which included a nearly equal split of male and female friends. He stayed for an hour, chatting with one woman in particular. before heading out. Quick visit, seems like. He also went out to dinner that night. You know, it feels appropriate. It's the night. It's literally the night that Courtney is getting married. It's happened. It's over. They're six hours ahead. So everybody's sleeping in Italy and he's in the
Starting point is 00:24:35 strip club. Feels like the move Scott Dissick would make. Right. I don't think it's a sad, move? I think it's an appropriate move. Go to the strip club and celebrate your ex getting married. He's single? I feel like he's just like talking to one of the strippers like about his problems. Isn't there a movie or TV show where that happens? He's like, I don't know. Like she's, I know exactly what we were talking about.
Starting point is 00:24:57 He's just like crying to the stripper. And the stripper's like, all right, just you're going to have to pay me on the side for this because whatever you pay me right now is not enough to hear about your problems. But I think it's a fine move. I think that he probably had a good laugh about. it like some people be like oh it's so sad to go to this trip club whatever it's like
Starting point is 00:25:15 let him do what he wants at this point you know and I also it is kind of annoying I think for both them that they can't do anything without the other one being mentioned and here we are mentioning it but that was the conversation around but it's also I think in the future yes I agree with you when it comes down to like the actual day of the wedding I think it's valid to wonder to wonder especially when he is and what he's doing Especially when he was wondering himself if he would be at the wedding. Like that was a big conversation this season. Yeah, I mean, he hasn't shut up about it all season long on Kardashians.
Starting point is 00:25:52 Some might say, whining about what's, you know, his relationship with everyone and being a part of that family and what it means with Courtney getting married. So in this situation, yeah, I get it's probably going to be in, like now that Courtney and Travis are, you know, fully really like married. and everything. I get it. But it's like for this, you know, you can mention it. And then now it's after that, it's like now they can kind of work on the co-parenting thing. Like they said, they want to get to like the Bruce Jenner, Rob Kardashian senior level if that's attainable. Right. I think that he will be at the L.A. wedding, though.
Starting point is 00:26:38 Or at least some part of it. I would think so, too. How many weddings are there? As many as they want at this point. The big party. Like it's a party. Yeah. So you say they got some,
Starting point is 00:26:50 they got some flack from the Catholics about the ceremony. Really? I didn't see that. Disrespectful. What did they find to be disrespectful about it? Barker has spoken publicly about his ties with Catholic faith.
Starting point is 00:27:10 It's unclear whether Kardashian is a member of the, of the, the church. We know that she does like, obviously she does have like a Christian faith would be my best. She's always, she has the pastor. She does share a lot of that.
Starting point is 00:27:26 People on Twitter. Kind of weird that Courtney's wedding is like this Catholic aesthetic, like the Virgin Marianna or dress in her wedding veil. The second said, I just really feel like Travis and Courtney's wedding is mocking the Catholic religion. They don't symbolize religious people at all. It just feels like mockery.
Starting point is 00:27:43 I'm not Catholic, but just doesn't sit right with me. As we all know. One person said they were offended by her short dress. I went to Catholic school my entire life. Yep. I think the Catholic Church has far more to worry about than Travis and Cornie's wedding. Mm-hmm. I think the Catholic Church got a lot of problems.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Look inward. Yeah. This is a look at yourself in the mirror situation. I also think the veil was also more of a. a homage to Travis himself. You know, like Travis has that on the top of his head with the word faith. Family loyalty. Yes, that's it.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Sounds like a mob saying. Yeah, it does. And so that's what's on the veil. So I don't know how much of that is like that's more her element of Travis in her outfit. Yeah, I think so. Yeah. I mean, there's a ton of people who get married in the Catholic. Catholic church that don't necessarily represent religious people.
Starting point is 00:28:48 Yeah. He was, and Travis was brought up Catholic. Right. I mean. If they were wearing yarmica, I wouldn't care. Like,
Starting point is 00:28:55 do whatever you want to do. I think it's just the public, whereas if only they knew the people who were getting married in a Catholic church, what those people, tons of bad people get married in the Catholic church. They're just not famous. And I don't think they're bad people.
Starting point is 00:29:12 I think. That people just want to get upset. Do you think they're on the Pope's radar? Like the Pope knew. Yeah, the Pope, I think the Pope knows who they are. I think the Pope was probably upset he wasn't invited. Yeah. The, um, I saw something to that was like,
Starting point is 00:29:30 the Dolcangabana got like millions of dollars worth of ad, you know, marketing, I guess one might call it. Which, yeah, makes sense. Like they were where ever, the whole wedding. was everything. Apparently, Kylie's dress was more than $10,000. I would hope.
Starting point is 00:29:53 Kylie. No, no, I'm saying like, she's a billionaire. Like, $10,000 seems a low. Yeah, you're going to show up to your sister's wedding and it dressed us less than $10,000. I would have thought you were going to say like $100,000 or something. Oh, my God. Well, you can't, you can't upstage your sister like that.
Starting point is 00:30:10 That's a... Remember when what dress Kylie wore to Haley Peeber's wedding? It was like all gold. Yeah, I did. That was absurd. Now that's a, I'm upstaging the bride dress. Sometimes this stuff, like the money, the dollar sign that they put on this, like, I feel like is made up. The brand was quick to shut down reports that had sponsored the festivities.
Starting point is 00:30:33 The designers were happy to host this very special occasion. A rep for Doljean Gabbana tells page six style. The wedding has already earned the company a whopping 25.4 million in media. impact value according to brand performance firm launch metrics. The hell does that mean. More than half of the total 47 million generated by the event thus far. Like I don't know how. This is this launch metric CMO said media impact value is how we assign a monetary value to brand performance.
Starting point is 00:31:05 It calculates the value of every post, every interaction, every article. The numbers are super preliminary and will continue to grow. over the course of the week. Yeah. They compared it to saying that Priyanka and Nick, that their wedding at a high point was $91 million. I don't know where they're... That's not quite sure how they're coming up with those numbers.
Starting point is 00:31:35 But like they said, I guess they put a monetary value on like every post, every news article. And that makes sense. I mean, they were wearing... They were wearing the dresses all weekend long. So it's a big win. That's a lot of money. Pink Whitney was a great part of our West Coast tour.
Starting point is 00:31:56 We made sure we had those Pink Whitney shots to start off every show. We made sure everyone in the crowd had them to have a great start to our show. And when we go out on the weekends, go out during the week, we always ask for a nice pink Whitney shot at the bar. You go into a store, get a Pink Whitney bottle. It's everyone's favorite because it's pink lemonade vodka, all combined. it to one and there is no better taste than that. Right now you can find Pink Whitney at your local bar. Just order at your local bar. Get a shot of it. Get a drink of it. Whatever you want.
Starting point is 00:32:25 Or find it at a local store. You can pregame with it. You can make it your going out drink, whatever it is. Make sure you try Pink Whitney in your life. You will not regret it. It always gets the party started. It looks like it's over for Liam Payne and his fiancee now ex-fiancee Maya Henry. Confusing story here. Yeah. This is they've been on and off for for a while I would say they've now a rep for the singer did confirm two people that he and his fiancee have split for the second time people wrote that they learned the pair broke up over a month ago she has not Maya has not addressed the breakup though we know that she commented on a fan account's photo of Liam Arroydon
Starting point is 00:33:15 around a woman that the account thought was Maya. And so, like, they had posted and it was getting tons of comments. And she wrote, I love all the fans so much, please stop sending me these pictures of my fiance wrapped around another woman. This is not me. And it's hard enough knowing this has happened without seeing it enough now. So I don't know if maybe he has already moved on to somebody else. Like they had already been broken up and now he's with someone else.
Starting point is 00:33:47 Or if there was a cheating thing and that led to them breaking up. Like the accountant wrote, Update Liam, like me, like Liam and Maya looks so cute here. Like that's not Maya. Yeah, you would have to imagine that he wouldn't be taking pictures with somebody if they weren't split up. Right. Like what I'm gathering from this is that they split up. He moved on very quickly. and people weren't aware they split up
Starting point is 00:34:17 and so now it looks like he cheated. Right. And I think that, I do think it is interesting that the, like, I don't, it's coming from his rep that the timeline was like, oh, they broke up a month ago. Yeah. So I feel like you could be saving face a little bit there. But they started dating in 2018.
Starting point is 00:34:37 Um, they were public in like late 2019. And then he. proposed in August of 2020. And then they broke up in June of 2021 where he had said in a podcast, Liam had said he's just like not good at relationships. And then two months later, they were spotted out again in Santa Fe. And then they were back on the red carpet together shortly after that. And in March, he attended the taste, the future luncheon at the four seasons in Beverly Hills. And he did say like she's still my fiance. That's when he had said, here together. We're very, very happy at the moment, probably the happiest we've been.
Starting point is 00:35:18 I think we ran through a lot in COVID. I feel like we've come out the other side of it a bit stronger. That was March. It is past March? Yeah. It's May. Oh, okay. Yeah, no, that was not great. Yeah, no, that was March. Yeah. For them, for him to say in March, we're really happy. And then March 25th to be exact. Oh, okay. Okay. So that that's very recently actually. Yeah. Super recently. Yeah. Yeah. That's. very suspicious timing definitely suspicious timing yeah he does seem
Starting point is 00:35:50 to not be great at relationships yep I think that these two shouldn't be together from the looks of it seems like the on and off relationship isn't going to work out that stuff and that like that breaks my heart because for a picture like that where you know their faces are kind of covered you can't really see too much of them
Starting point is 00:36:08 to be in Maya's shoes and like see the picture everywhere and have people be like, oh my God, Liam and Maya, they're so cute together and be like, that's not fucking me. Yeah, it would lose my mind. And then you also have it on your mind to be like, oh, he's with someone that fucking looks like me. Yeah, like not only is he with someone else.
Starting point is 00:36:32 She looks like me because everyone thinks it's me. People are mistaking her for me. Yeah. Yeah, in that picture, it does kind of look like her. It does. It does. I mean, it's like, but it's a very bottom half, but you could. I could see how some people may think it was her.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Yeah. I totally could too. I don't know much about it. That could be you. That could be me. It's like it could be anybody. It's like her cheek and like half a pair of lips. But Maya has very distinct cheeks.
Starting point is 00:37:00 She does. Yeah. So I feel like the fact that this girl's cheeks looks like hers is like, whoa. Yeah. I don't know much about Liam Payne at all. I really don't. the only thing I'm gathering is that it doesn't seem like he's great at relationships. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:17 Yeah. In my One Direction days, I did, he was never really high on my list. Where did he rank in the group? I was a. Was Harry always number one? He might have been at the bottom. Uh, number four spot? Zane.
Starting point is 00:37:40 Oh, Zane was? Zane was your least favorite in One Direction. Yeah, because he was just always more shot. Like, he was just always more shy. Like, I just feel like he was, when the band was at the peak band, like, doing all, doing their YouTube videos and X-Fad. No, of course. Like, if that's your type, sure, people fucking love that. Like George Harrison was the shy one.
Starting point is 00:37:58 Yeah, I mean, that's what, I mean, there's five of them. Everybody had a favorite. Oh, I said number four spot. I meant five. Yeah. So for me. You didn't even know there was five. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:38:08 Actually, Harry wasn't always my favorite. I wasn't really a big one direction. Who was your favorite? I weirdly, I guess not that weird. I'm trying to think, like, at the time, I think it might have been Louis. Interesting. Who's the Ringo? Louis Harry.
Starting point is 00:38:24 I would say I went Louis Harry Nile, Liam Zane was my, was, like, my ranking when I was really listening to One Direction. In terms of popularity now, is he the least, Louis? Like, relevant. Be careful what you say. Yeah, watch yourself. Just asking. Remember what? Watch yourself.
Starting point is 00:38:46 Never forget. Watch yourself. I guess. Like, Zane doesn't do anything, but he's still Zane. Yeah. I mean, music, they all put out their own stuff. I actually really liked not, like, I like Niles solo stuff. Never heard anything.
Starting point is 00:39:08 Zane put out a song like last year or something that I thought was good. I like Zane's solo stuff too. Zane had a very successful solo career. Louis has 18.3 million Instagram followers. and Liam has 24.3 million. And I wonder, so he's at 19, 18. What does Zane? Niles at 29.7.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Zane has an Instagram. He doesn't. Zane is at 45. He has an Instagram. And Harry has 45. And Harry has 45. Well, 451. And Zane is
Starting point is 00:39:48 45. I swear I checked the other name. Same has more followers and Harry Styles. Yeah. I swear I checked the other day Harry is at like 44 so he just went up too.
Starting point is 00:39:56 Yeah. Interesting. That is a Hadee effect. That is very interesting, right? So it's really like... I guess if you think about it, think about how far like people's solo careers and just like
Starting point is 00:40:08 fame wise since One Direction has ended, I would say those two are the most famous. Also they're both of very... Yeah, yeah, by far. But I'm shocked that... It's crazy. that's so close.
Starting point is 00:40:19 Also, they're both very inactive. Like, neither of them posts a lot. No, I mean, no, but Harry is definitely more than Zane. I feel like he only posts about like being on tour or like having a new album. He doesn't post a post. No, he doesn't post too many personal stuff. Zane has posted a little bit more recently, I would say. Not recently.
Starting point is 00:40:38 Maybe that's why I thought he didn't have an Instagram. You're not one of the 45.4. I'm not, chalky enough. April, there's one, there's three, four. five multiple post he also had a new collab with a company that he was posting a lot too because there was a time because the last he posted uh he's he's good for like whatever happened with a couple a month with this whole like jiji's mom thing it's just quieted down there i i've i've seen that they just successfully co-parent now.
Starting point is 00:41:21 And that's it. Without the help of Yolanda. Yeah. It's just a, they successfully co-parent now. So, yeah, that's, that is very surprising. Although I guess it doesn't make sense. That would have been a good trivia question. Damn. Yeah, rank the members of One Direction by who has the most amount of Instagram followers. You would have definitely put Harry first.
Starting point is 00:41:40 Yeah, I would. Totally would put Harry first. I would. I would win Harry, Zane, Nile, I think I would have done, I think, I think we would have been exactly. that but we would have switched harry and zane harry zane nile leum yeah louis we just would have had the top two wrong yeah would have been like what yeah and then we would have sparked a whole conversation about how zane has more yeah than harry and all we'd be right back we'd be right back here yeah i would say like in the next month harry will pass them just with like the torn everything yes yeah unless zane wants to get super personal yeah yeah unless he gets into another five we go along unless something crazy happens for zane so yeah but at the end of a uh uh
Starting point is 00:42:18 another relationship for Liam, I think. We all know life can be very overwhelming and people get burnt out. They get tired. They don't know where to turn to. You're telling your friends your problems and they don't seem to have a solution for you. You're telling your family. They don't seem to have a solution. Sometimes you just want to talk to somebody that doesn't even know you. Right. Sometimes you just need an outside source that doesn't know you, doesn't know your friends, doesn't know your family, a complete stranger that can also help you. And that's where better help comes into play. They can help with the lack of motivation, feeling helpless, trapped, whatever it is that you need.
Starting point is 00:42:52 Better help is online therapy that offers video, phone, and even live chat sessions with your therapist, so you don't have to see anyone on camera if you don't want to. Sometimes that could be uncomfortable for somebody if you don't want to talk about it on camera. You don't want to meet up with in person. Better help helps with all of that. It's much more affordable than in-person therapy and can be matched with a therapist in under 48 hours. Also, therapy can be expensive. It can be hard to see if somebody takes your insurance. There's a whole list of things that go into finding a therapist, and that's where BetterHelp
Starting point is 00:43:24 comes into play. This podcast is sponsored by BetterHelp and Chicks in the Office listeners get 10% off their first month at BetterHelp.com slash office. Once again, that is BetterHelp.com and you'll get 10% off your first month. That's B-E-T-T-E-R-H-E-L-P dot com slash office and you'll get 10% off your first month at BetterHelp.com. com. Very interesting situation going on with music, artists, and TikTok and labels right now that I think is part of a very big conversation about like what TikTok means for musicians these days artists. Because Halsey, you know, she posted a TikTok where it's like, I have a new song that I want to put out, but my label won't let me put it out unless it's paired with like a viral
Starting point is 00:44:15 TikTok moment or like you know the sound goes viral something like that and it opened that discussion of like wow labels are really making these artists commit to all these TikToks and other people have done it like I think Charlie XX had posted and then there was a there is a few others
Starting point is 00:44:37 that have also oh Florence from Florence in the machine she had posted one as well where they're just like all their labels are saying oh you got it everything needs to be paired with ticot and you also went back to that interview with um adele i think it was saying low and adele and she was like they my label is telling me i need i need ticot for the i need this younger generation audience and she's like well they all they have moms yeah like what do i don't need them all their moms listen to me and she said if if everyone's making music for the younger generation who's making music for my
Starting point is 00:45:14 generation. Who's making music for the older? She's like, Dale is so smart. I know, exactly. So it is, um, it's sad. It's actually. It's crazy. Crazy. It's sad. It's a blessing. It's a curse for some people. Some people, it's a blessing. TikTok has taken over the world. And if you're not on it, then you seem to be missing out in all different job aspects of it, especially musicians, because the sounds go so viral. And if you are a young person trying to break into music, it's, I think it's a great
Starting point is 00:45:44 way for you to get your song out there. Jack Harlow. You can see how, I mean, Dixie Demalio, like all these people. Whereas you're somebody like Halsey, Adele, where you're like, you've never had to make music for TikTok. You've only made music for yourself and for your fans and to put it out in the normal way. And now it's like, oh, you got to cater. Then you're not going to be putting out music for yourself. Yeah. And what you like, you're only going to be putting out music that you think is going to go viral on TikTok. What label is she?
Starting point is 00:46:20 Halsey? Yeah. It's a good question. John Mayer, like, made all these TikToks when his album was coming out. And it was, like, kind of weird. And she put out the conversation that she had with the guy. Capital. She put out the conversation.
Starting point is 00:46:33 She was just like, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, saying she hates it. And he was like, I hate it too. It now makes me realize that when as it was came out and it was blowing up on TikTok. talk obviously done by the by the label to make it you know a well-known song i think it's i think it goes both ways like i think it's sad that that's what artists have to do now but with the industry changing it also in some way makes sense but also you shouldn't have to only make music for people on ticot yeah so halsey's label put out a statement on monday they said our belief in halsey as a as a or an important artist is total and unwavering.
Starting point is 00:47:18 We can't wait for the world to hear their brilliant new music. And I think, like, then it also opened up the discussion of, well, was Halsey posting about needing a viral TikTok moment, complaining about her label, creating the viral TikTok moment that she needed. She openly said that. Yes, which is what she said.
Starting point is 00:47:43 She said they didn't say what the TikTok had to be. Exactly. So she did that. People were commenting like, this is all part of the plan. And she was like, LMAO, trust me, no. Like, yeah, she said that they said, wow, the TikTok is going really strong. And I was like, okay, cool. So can I release my new song?
Starting point is 00:48:03 They said, we'll see. Tell me again how I'm making this up. See, I think that's nuts. Like, you should be able to, if you're Halsey, you should be able to release the fucking song when you want to release it. Yeah, that's crazy. Not depending on if it's going viral on TikTok. Like, if all. And people said drop it anyway.
Starting point is 00:48:18 and she's like, I can't, they own my master's. If all success is measured based on if it's going viral on TikTok, that's fucking sad. Like, put the song out and let it catch on. I feel like certain artists should just be able to do whatever they're. Yeah. Like Halsey, should be able to put out music whenever she wants to. It's so crazy. Yeah, it's so she actually put, she tweeted a ton, you know, the label owns a song. I've been minding my own business on tour, taking care of my baby, four albums deep, coasting.
Starting point is 00:48:47 I'm way to establish to stir something that's up for no reason or resort to this as a marketing tactic but now I'm in too deep so there's no going back. Do you see Charlie X-CX like posted the same thing but then said it was a joke? Yeah, yeah. She probably got in trouble. She then wrote at this point I don't know what to do
Starting point is 00:49:05 because I told the truth about what's happening and now I still don't have a release date and some of you think I'm lying about this whole fiasco so I'm double-fucked, L.O.L. If you have questions, I have answers. I have nothing to hide. Someone asks, is there any way to release it a different label. She said, no, I'm in a contract. For how long have you had the song ready?
Starting point is 00:49:22 I wrote it in January and then I had to reproduce it a few times to get the label on board, but in its current state, mixed and mastered and ready to drop over a month. Have there been other songs you haven't been able to release as of now because of the same reason? How many do you have on a list? Never been stopped from a release like this. It almost happened with nightmare, but they blocked 3 a.m. as a single as well and the manic era got cut short. That sucks too because 3M is a great song. And that album was so good. I loved that album. Someone else said, what can we do to help? Like for real, can we do anything to make this better? Halsey said, honestly, I don't know that TikTok is already viral and I still don't have a release date. I would say just do what you guys normally are amazing at doing when I announce a song under better circumstances.
Starting point is 00:50:12 They haven't given me a date and I want to release at ASAP. So that's really the holdup. Can we talk about the song? Like what's about it's about a love. It's so nice. Part of the story of how we met, went from meeting, keeping touch randomly for years to realizing we were each other's person all along,
Starting point is 00:50:29 right person, wrong time type of song. That sounds like a beautiful song. Yeah, I think that's beautiful. I think that, like I said, Halsey should be able to release a song whatever the fuck she wants, not, let's see if it catches on on TikTok. I think it should be the opposite.
Starting point is 00:50:43 Release the song and then see if it catches on. And if it catches on, that's great. but if not, the song is still going to make money and the song is still going to be available to people. Yeah. I like what you really said too. Marin Morris responded to one of her tweets being like, I just don't, you know, the one that's like,
Starting point is 00:51:00 if you have questions, I'll answer them. I've got nothing to hide the one I read before. Marron Morris said, I feel the relevancy is the same either way. Artists in a partnership with the label can listen to algorithm, virality data, look at their charts, but we get to criticize it's one size fits all grip on our art. also we created the sound they're trying to make go viral so Halsey said 100% I agree
Starting point is 00:51:23 I valued the expertise and work of all the amazing people on my label there are so many talented professionals there but surely we can have an opinion on the entry point of consumption they're trying to enforce a suggestion a suggestion is great an ultimatum not so much um harry hill also wrote back like also was wondering why 3 a m was not the biggest hit of 2020 same and Halsey said there was a music video concept that was camp horror like scream with the killer calling everyone and a reveal on will you please pick up the fucking phone with a bunch of guest stars. Shit, that sounds so good. Sometimes you realize, especially in moments like this, that there's so much that people want to do that just gets cut. Like, think about all the ideas and songs, music that artists come up with that they just get told no because they're signed to a contract. I know. She also said that she,
Starting point is 00:52:13 been upstreamed to capital Astral Works is the label that signed her and they were the one that I read the statement that they like they have all the belief in Halsey this quote came from the company who believed in me from the jump not the company I'm wrestling with right now
Starting point is 00:52:29 damn imagine if they told like Beyonce like no you can't put something like right like it's just so crazy that it's like yeah it's like you can't release your song unless it has this many
Starting point is 00:52:45 re-s, like sound shares on TikTok. And I'm also sure that artists probably sign into a contract. Halsey, maybe before, she's as big as she is now, and then are still in some sort of contract that they were in the beginning. And then they have to wait to get out of it.
Starting point is 00:53:02 And now that they've gotten so big, they're like, why can't we just do what we want? But then they sign a contract. The music industry is wild. It's really tough. It's really, it's really well. singers. It's also like, I know there's some people, for some people
Starting point is 00:53:16 that makes sense who they have that younger demographic and they want to push their stuff on TikTok, like Florence, Florence in the machine, like, she's good. Poor Florence. Leave her be. What does she need to be
Starting point is 00:53:33 posting TikToks for? I saw that. I was like, why? Yeah, like, she doesn't need to be on TikTok. She's a fucking legend. She doesn't need to be posting on TikTok. Yeah, that was nuts. Oh, man. He's kind of sad because now I'm thinking about the John Mayer thing. And remember when he first joined? It was clearly to promote his album, but everyone's shit on him.
Starting point is 00:53:50 Yeah. And it's like, that's only because the record label made him do that. Right. And he's probably like, I'm never doing this again. He literally stopped after the album. Yeah. Yeah. So I let Halsey release the song. Come on.
Starting point is 00:54:03 What are we doing? This is, this is, it's crazy. Like, and I'm re-pissed about what she said about Manick because that was a great album. And it definitely did not pop off. I feel like maybe like it could have. And yes, granted, it did like that album came out in January of 2020. So it's not like she couldn't tour with that album. Two months later we were in lockdown and yeah. And then you know, she released another album after that. But
Starting point is 00:54:36 damn, that is that's crazy. So TikTok taken over, truly taking over the world in every way. I've been debating. Deleting it? Getting on TikTok. Oh, getting on. You should. Myself.
Starting point is 00:54:53 Like, I don't post, like, I have a TikTok. I just don't post anything. I'm like, maybe I'll start posting stuff. I debate the same thing every day. I don't know. I'm so involved. I watch so many, I watch so many TikToks, you know? Like, I watch them all the time on the app all the time.
Starting point is 00:55:09 I just don't post anything myself. I buy all these beauty products. Maybe I should talk about them. I read all these books. Maybe I should talk about it. Rhea made fun of my TikTok name the other day because she found it out. Oh, did you know? Well, yeah, because when you send us a TikTok now it comes up in the app.
Starting point is 00:55:23 Yeah, his name comes up. Like it says blank, sent you like, because it gives you the option to watch and follow or to watch only. I forget that sometimes. So, yes, it did. It did pop up. I thought it was funny. I wasn't being funny. No, I chuckled.
Starting point is 00:55:35 It's funny. It's funny. You're trying to get that follow. You don't. Poison knives is a great name. You're going to start posting Zoom TikTokists? No, I'm not. I'm not.
Starting point is 00:55:44 Don't follow me. There's nothing there. There's nothing on mind. They're going to follow you anyway. I even have like it on private so people can't follow me because I just knew I wasn't posting anything. But, you know, maybe I will. Maybe we'll drop a song. Maybe we will.
Starting point is 00:55:59 I absolutely love my Roeback hoodies, my Roeback performance teas. Roeback is a great company. Love working with them. I love all the stuff they make. What's Father's Day? Father's Day is not far away. Just a reminder to everyone out there. A little Father's Day,
Starting point is 00:56:16 Roback gift is the perfect Father's Day gift. I honestly get it from my dad every year because he loves his polos. He loves his quarter zips. The women's gear is so great. They have the performance hoodies, which are soft and stretchy. They're perfect for any activity in any season.
Starting point is 00:56:32 They're actually great for the weather right now where you know, oh, it could be a little chilly in the morning and then hot in the afternoon, where you could wear it for both. It keeps you nice in. warm in the morning and still you don't feel you're sweating like crazy when you're coming home and it's warm out. So they're designed to transition seamlessly like I said from one activity to the next. So whether it's, you know, traveling or sports or just when the weather is changing,
Starting point is 00:56:59 Roebuck has all the best hoodies. They're made with moisture wicking performance fabric and they're tagless so they never itch, which is great. You can use the code chicks on rowback.com for 20% off your first order of performance. Hoodies, polos, quarter zips, and t's. That's r-h-o-b-a-c-k.com. I love these guys. I truly do get these for all the men of my life and everybody loves it.
Starting point is 00:57:26 It's 20% off with the code chicks at rowback.com. A lot of buzz around Florence Pugh and her dating life right now. We all know she has been or is, dating Zach Brath. It's been quite some time. And I feel like Doom-Law is always sharing stuff about Florence and Zach. People are always asking
Starting point is 00:57:48 questions about them. From what she says, it seems like it's like kind of a on-off situation. Sometimes they're good. Sometimes they're not. And I guess there were some rumors that maybe in the last month or so they were off. I don't know. That's complete speculation.
Starting point is 00:58:05 But she was on a trip in a Beazoo. Abiza. Abitha. Abita. And she's with Will Poulter, if you don't know Will Poulter, co-star of Florence Pugh, also the kid from Where the Millers. It's probably his most well-known role, I would think. No, regret.
Starting point is 00:58:24 Is that him? No, that's a different person. No, he's the waterfalls when he wraps. Yeah. And he has, I know this has been discussed many times, but he's had quite a glow-up. and the two of them are on this getaway and everyone's like oh my god look at these pictures of Florence and Will together
Starting point is 00:58:46 and there must be something going on and it exploded so much the paparazzi photos are everywhere that she put out a statement on her Instagram where she wrote wrote she wrote she wrote
Starting point is 00:59:03 all right giddy up she wrote Okay man This is getting a little silly now No Will Poulter and I are not dating We went to the beach with our friends Who are always about half a meter away from us
Starting point is 00:59:16 In every picture But I've been cleverly cut out Slash framed out so that it looks otherwise You can literally see my best friend In the corner of so many shots And Archie's arms at the sides I understand that the nature of this job Is that you sometimes get your privacy
Starting point is 00:59:30 Completely bulldozed by paparazzi But to fabricate this stuff Actually does more damage than good Thanks for saying we look sexy, dot, dot, dot doesn't mean we're doing the sexy. Great statement. Yeah, I thought that. It sucks that she had to put that out, but it's funny.
Starting point is 00:59:45 Like, you know, that's, I like that last line. And it's just like, we're friends on a trip. You guys don't know all the people around us in the pictures, but like, we do. Right, exactly. Like, just because they're not recognizable to you doesn't mean they're nobody. Yes. Like, we are friends with them. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:00 Yeah, I thought that was interesting over the last couple days because it's been all over the place and people are like, is she not with Zach Braff anymore? And it's like, well, nobody knows that. And it's not like these two are kissing in anything in the pictures. They're like really barely even. They're just next to each other. They're like next to each other. They're not even like, it doesn't seem that romantic.
Starting point is 01:00:23 And if they're friends and co-stars. It's just too hot people standing close together, you know, I guess. People want them to. Yeah. I think people want them to be together. Totally. So that's why. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:34 Remember when people thought that. I don't know. That's the thing. I don't know what's going on with Zach Braff. People thought that Florence was going to end up with Harry. Yeah. But then Harry ended up with Olivia. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:42 Because of the movie. You're right. Everyone joked like, uh-oh. Look out Zach Braff. Yeah. Didn't he make a joke? What? Didn't he make a joke too?
Starting point is 01:00:49 I think. Zach Braff? I think so. They're friendly. I'm pretty sure. Zach Braff and Harry, friendly guy. Keep your enemies close.
Starting point is 01:00:58 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Completely. So yeah, that would totally make sense. sense, but I don't know much about Florence Pugh, but I like her. I like her too.
Starting point is 01:01:11 From what I've seen of her, I like her. I like her movies. I think she's a great actress. I've never seen a movie by there. Yeah, yeah, you have. Oh, well, did you see Midsomner? Oh, I think I walked in on my mom watching it. I think I walked in on my mom watching.
Starting point is 01:01:30 It's a crazy one. That is a crazy movie, huh? I've never watched it, but I've heard. Black Widow. She was Scarjo. Damn. So she, I thought she's really young. Maybe she's not as young as I thought. Little women. She was in, which was great. Because Black Widow's like, oh, wait, Black Widow. I thought you're saying Black Swan. Oh, no, no. Also a great film. She's 26 years old.
Starting point is 01:01:51 Oh, so she is, yeah. She's also British, which is maybe that's why I ever shot. Maybe that's why that accent came out before I read her statement. Wrote, because she's British. Yeah. Because she spelled meter, M-E-T-R-E. in their statement. British has so much better ways of spelling things than us. You think a meter is spelled better
Starting point is 01:02:11 with an R-E? And color with a U? Like it just looks better. Color. Yeah. Like with a U. Or gray and gray. Is that a British name?
Starting point is 01:02:18 I don't know if that's gray. Gray is G-R-E-Y is more of a British. Yeah, I think. Yeah. I like spelling gray with an E. Me too. Yeah. I just depends on the day.
Starting point is 01:02:29 I go back and forth. I spell it differently every time I think I said it. But don't you think a word like color, where like color, is like everything. It should... Favorite, they have the U and favorite as well. But like U makes it...
Starting point is 01:02:41 Yeah, like it makes it look prettier. Fancy. Yeah. Yeah. Sure. Classy. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:47 Color with a U is very classy. Yeah. Yeah. So guys, Florence and Will are just on vacation with their pals splashing around in Abiza, having a great time. They're probably having a blast in Abiza. Yeah. Abitha.
Starting point is 01:03:00 I would think so too. And that would be that. They're just friends. All right, that wraps up today's episode of Chicks in the Office.
