I just bought that I'm really excited about?
Tell me.
New pillows.
That's delightful.
You know, sometimes you don't really think because they got pillowcases on them and you're like,
I've had these pillows for a long time.
And pillows do last a long time.
But when you change the pillow cases and you're looking at the actual pillow and you're like,
I could do better than this.
Absolutely.
Macy's has great options.
You can always do better with pillows.
You can always up your pillow game.
It's good for the neck.
You want to be getting a good sleep.
I may do the same.
What did you think about the jacket I wore to the office?
tonight. Very fashionable.
Very stylish. Love free people.
I myself got a jacket
from free people from Macy's.com.
So if you want to be
rocking a cool ass jacket like France,
then go to Macy's.com slash chicks in the office.
Also use promo code chicks 30% off.
Guys, it's Bachelorette time.
Happy to have you the hell back, Trent.
People don't like us without you. They don't like us without you.
That's not true.
No, it's like, it's true.
Actually, a little frightening because if we ever do reach a point where, like, God forbid, you're unavailable to recap this show with us.
I don't think that'll happen as long as you like doing it with us because we're screwed.
People really just want to listen to us, talk about The Bachelorette or Bachelor with you on the show.
Listen, that's very nice.
And I'm not going anywhere.
This is maybe my favorite thing that I do at this company.
So I'm just, I'm not going anywhere.
I will refuse if they, they'll have to rip me out of this building before I stop doing this recap.
But I'm very excited to be back and doing the show.
Amazing.
Yes.
I've talked to you guys about this before.
Specifically, you, Trent, I remember telling you this situation that I have within myself where before I, you know, see a group of people or whatever it may be.
And I'm feeling a little angsty or whatever it is, I'm getting in my feels.
I'm getting self-conscious.
I'm like, I'm not going to talk tonight.
Like, that's it.
I'm not going to talk tonight.
Yeah.
After last week's recap and seeing the amount of people asking for.
for Trent, I'm like, I'm not going to talk on the next week.
I'm just going to let Trent do all the talking.
So tonight's your night, Trent.
Tonight is your night.
No, it's a group effort.
Shock full of takes.
No, it's a group effort.
We're good as a trio.
We're good trio.
Three amigos, one might say.
Yeah.
Some of the musketeers.
Many people will call us and refer to us as the three amigos.
Many.
I see that everywhere.
Everywhere.
Stop stop.
Please stop calling us that.
I get stopped on the street.
They're like, oh, oh my God, you're part of the three amigos.
Yep, that's me.
That's me.
They're like, where's Trent and Fran?
Aren't you guys connected at all time?
So like, no, no.
If only.
Just constantly talking about The Bachelorette wherever we go.
I can't even go anywhere anymore.
It's constant.
Constant.
It's really crazy.
This episode, guys, how do we feel?
This was, we're really deep into Tasia's season now.
I will say programming announcement alert.
I don't really know if anybody cares about this.
But Mike, Jackass,
Fleiss tweeted.
What?
No, continue.
Look, I love everybody that has something to do with The Bachelor of the Bachelorette.
Mike, not so much.
I understand where you're coming from.
Listen, he's done some things that we really don't agree with at all.
We really, we've shit on him pretty hard.
I think he's just kind of a jackass.
I think he's kind of a jackass as well.
And he's a little reckless on Twitter.
That would, that would be my critique.
He is.
He says that there's like things coming, big announcements coming.
He teases things.
Yeah.
And then there's nothing.
There's no.
And he did give me a heart attack, and I'm sure this is what we're talking about.
He gave me a heart attack this week being like, oh, it's Monday.
Bachelor at Mondays are back.
And I was like, oh, my God.
Like, we're supposed to be doing this telethon here at the office.
Like, I got things I got to be doing.
And then it just turns out to not be true.
I just want to say this probably ruins our chances of us getting on the show.
Okay.
Maybe, but I will say this.
Which is fine.
You know, we like to be honorable people.
I feel like he is the man in his office with his doors closed.
and he does his own thing.
And Rob Mills is really the guy running the show.
And they're kind of like,
just keep Mike happy in his office.
And like, you know, you know.
Like he's got the title.
They have like a love for the show.
But it's like who's really running the show.
Yeah.
Chris Harrison.
Yeah.
And Rob.
Yeah.
We love you, Chris.
We love you, Rob.
And yes, Mike, this was his original idea.
But, you know, whatever.
It is what it is.
Anyway, he did say that it is coming back to Monday's December 14th.
So I believe the week of December 14th and the week of December 21st, there will be two episodes, Monday and Tuesday of both of those weeks.
That is not totally confirmed, but it seems like that is what is happening.
And if that is the case, our recaps will continue to be on Wednesdays, obviously, and we'll have both episodes.
and we'll do cutting stems Tuesday nights because it's just far too much, far too much.
It also just doesn't make sense.
Like if we know that we're getting another episode the next day, it only makes sense to recap.
It has life for 12 hours before a new episode comes out and cutting stems may end up being
way longer than usual and so will this recap.
Yeah, all of a sudden we're going to have four hours of television to talk about in one episode.
So let's start off.
this week.
It was a great episode.
And that's not a complaint, by the way.
Like, the fact that we get to watch TV and talk about it is a fucking joy.
And right by Christmas.
We've never really had The Bachelor of The Bachelor at right by Christmas time.
That doesn't happen as much.
You can get our Bachelor Christmas sweatshirt, which I feel like is perfect to wear for the Christmas season and watching The Bachelor on store.
at barstlesports.com and just really feel the holiday spirit as while we watch tasha hopefully
find her guy. I have a question before we talk about the episode. Do you think Tasia will be or do you
think Tasia is engaged? Yes. Yes. You think someone got down on one knee? Yeah. Okay.
I would have said no until I saw a picture of her today wearing a ring. Oh. What?
What? Yeah. You guys didn't see that? No.
No, I mean.
It was on her story.
It was on our story?
The Chicks in the After Story.
No, it was on Tisha's story.
Oh, it was on Tasha's story.
Nobody.
No, but I think it got taken down.
I don't know.
I just thought, oh, it's probably nothing.
Nobody sent it to me.
Nobody told me about this.
It was kind of just like, I was like, oh, I should have shown you guys.
I don't know why I didn't.
I don't know why I didn't.
We have a whole group chat for these things.
No, it was during the show.
And I think it was, we're watching the show together.
There's a lot happening.
Yes, yes.
And a lot of interrupting.
There's a lot going on.
it's like when you see something and it was on it's not immediate yeah oh devon's got it yeah oh perfect
when you don't say it immediately when we're all watching the show together it kind of just gets lost so it is
something i saw and then forgot about until now so i would like to say definitely yes yeah well take a look
at that but i can't decide what what hand it's on because it looks like it's on the right hand it is on
the right but it flips i think that's on her left hand yeah and that looks like an engagement ring
it does look like an engagement that's not a i bought myself this ring to commit to myself
That's...
Shots fired.
That does appear like an engagement ring.
So, interesting.
I'd like to keep my answer as yes.
I have an investigative...
The letters on her keyboard are backwards.
Oh, so it is her left hand.
That's good investigative journalism right there.
I'm going to say what Devin just said.
The letters on her keyboard are backwards.
So that means it's flipped in the picture.
It's in her right hand.
But it's actually in her left hand because of the flippage.
I'm not surprised by that.
And the reason we can get into the episode as well,
just because,
What we saw tonight was really a shift from, you know, these are just guys.
We're kind of getting to know them.
Some of them are interesting.
Tations into a few of them to now she's invested in four or five of these guys.
Yeah.
So I would have been disappointed if we came to the end of this and she wasn't engaged.
Yeah.
So I'm not surprised by that picture at all.
I was a little skeptical about it only because she has been married before.
And I think so many times on the show so far she's talked about.
how getting married again is such a big step for her and getting engaged and getting to that
point again that I almost was like, huh, I wonder if like she'll just pick a guy and not get
engaged or they'll date or whatever, whatever. But it seems like maybe she's engaged.
Why do I feel like it's a scenario where she doesn't get engaged necessarily?
No, because after the final rose is live, right?
Because I was going to say she doesn't get engaged on the show, but then she gets engaged after that.
Yeah.
That could happen.
But the ring, yeah, there's the ring situation right now.
But then you have the ring and you're like, she definitely got engaged at some point.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So yes, Tasha, I think is engaged.
Well, I like that.
That's good.
That's good.
So let's start off this episode.
Tasha has her first group, first 101.
Also, wait, before we still do that.
People are going to shut this off there and be like, are they ever going to fucking recap this episode?
Chris Harrison.
Chris Harrison, this is his time.
He's taking his leave to take his son to college.
And Jojo has stepped in.
I just want to throw that out there in the beginning.
101 first,
Zach C,
they have a whole wedding,
photo shoot,
the dresses,
the suits,
the whole shebang,
and Tasia,
rightfully so she's nervous.
She gets a little anxious around.
You know,
the wedding dresses.
She's done it before,
but Zaxi was her support.
He did a great job,
and they looked fabulous.
He's a gentleman.
Zaxi's a gentleman.
He made her feel very comfortable.
These dates,
I don't know about these days.
I don't like having the fake wedding.
Then you,
you have the fake wedding pictures.
Right.
Like, let's say that her and Zach C end up together, which we could all see at this point.
Yeah.
So then they end up having a wedding someday.
And then they have these fake wedding photos and then these real wedding photos.
I don't know.
I think when you want to do it that way, if you are potentially going to marry this person,
you want to have one shot at it.
I think you tweeted this for you.
You said it's like bad luck.
It feels like bad luck that they're doing this.
And I sort of felt that way too.
Well, because on the day of your wedding, on the day of your wedding,
the groom is not supposed to see the bride in her dress before she walks down the aisle.
And I felt like being in a wedding dress and being in a tux, it just felt like bad luck to me.
I personally would not love that date.
These kind of dates, they make me uncomfortable.
I know you brought this up.
When it gets like too real like this, I'm like, okay, well, why don't we go on a date where
they can actually figure each other out and have a little fun and just have a good time?
Whereas when you throw the wedding stuff in right away, it's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, we're going fast here.
but they did seem like they had a good time.
So all in all, I guess it did work out.
Yeah, definitely.
And it became way more serious, too, when you just know the history that both of them have now and the wedding and the whole thing.
And I would be remiss if I don't mention Franco.
I was going to say, we have to mention.
I just have to mention Franco.
The creative director here who had the tiniest short shorts on.
He was dressed for Palm Springs.
Like he was ready to live it up in Palm Springs.
his purple loafers. He looked fantastic.
The more Franco we get in the future, the better.
I can't stress that enough. We'd love to know more about him.
Did he come in just for that date? Is he always there?
Yeah, were they like, all right, we're going to put you on camera today.
Yeah, has he been around for a while and they've just put him there or is he new?
I want more Franco. I want to know more about him. And I think we've got a star in the making.
So if they just keep putting him on, I think he could become a character just like anybody
else on the show. Yeah. Now, Trin, I ask you this on cutting stems, but I enjoyed your
answer. So I want you to tell it here on the podcast.
I asked you, when you see something like Franco, now that you were a luggage guy, Trent, you get annoyed, you're like, oh, another one's coming in.
But you just said you like to see them bring in other characters.
Yeah, I like when the show builds up new characters.
Like you got Neil Lane.
You know, so I got Chris Harrison.
You've got like people who are always around.
The bartender in paradise.
Yeah, the bartender in paradise.
These familiar faces that when you watch a season of the show, you know we're going to show up at one point or another.
I think that's great.
The bigger the universe gets, the bigger the Bachelor's cinematic.
universe gets, the better for everybody.
Side characters that come in.
It just makes it funnier.
It makes it lighthearted.
It's fun.
Right.
Because when you see that person, you're like, oh, there's Franco.
Oh, there's Wells behind the bar.
Oh, there's that person.
Like, I think that's great.
And the fact that we, like, know his name is Franco and he had such a small part.
It must make his night.
It's like, oh, we're all talking about Franco.
Right.
It was just a little part of the episode.
And that's why I, when I was the luggage guy, like that, I thought that was perfect.
Like, people would always ask me, do you want to be a contestant, this and that?
No, I just want to be like a small recurring character.
in the universe and that's all I've ever wanted.
So to have a guy like Franco show up out of nowhere,
I hope they see how popular he's getting on the internet,
and they keep putting him on the show.
I'm going to pause because I know we're filming this,
and I don't know what, Trent,
you got something on your glasses or,
no, it's literally on your eyelash.
Do you see it, Ria?
We're keeping all this in now because.
Do you see what I'm talking about?
Yeah, but it's on the edge of his eyelash.
It's really not distracting whatsoever.
And I honestly don't want to pull it.
It's on your left eye on the top eyelash.
No, the top.
It's just a little flake up there.
Oh, you got it.
It was a little crusty.
A little crusty.
You're a little tired.
That's okay.
It's a long night.
Long day, long night.
Hey, this is going on YouTube.
I just want to try to make sure it looks pretty.
We should have a makeup time before this.
Every other part of me is perfect, so I wanted to be perfect.
Let's mention that Noah told you you looked like Chad Michael Murray with your hat on today.
Oh, yeah.
I stand by that.
That's a compliment.
Which I really appreciate.
Although.
He doesn't know who Chad Michael Murray is.
Let's not talk about it because then we're going to go into.
at this whole thing where we call Trent Old, and I don't want to keep doing that to him.
It's, like, offensive at this point.
We know he's old.
He's aware of Wentry Hill, but not specifically Chad Michael.
I really aged myself when you guys are talking about Chad Michael Murray, and I brought up
the name Jonathan Taylor Thomas.
I was like, that was like the young sitcom Harthrob when I was growing up, and Fran,
you knew who it was, but everybody else in the room gave me blank looks.
So, yeah, I'm old.
I don't really know who Chad Michael Murray is, but apparently, according to Noah, I kind
of look like him, so I'm going to take that.
Well, I don't, I didn't really know him either.
I'm not going to like pretend that I did.
I just, we had him on an interview.
Okay, but you've seen Freaky Friday.
I have.
Like, I know him from that.
Yes.
But I wouldn't know the name.
Fair, but you've seen one of his things.
Yeah.
Yes.
That's an iconic name.
But Trent,
you said you saw Freaky Friday.
No, he did not.
I think I did a long time ago.
That came out a while ago, right?
He had 2003.
You know what the name Chad Michael,
what's his name?
Chad Michael Murray.
Chad Michael Murray reminds me of...
Even some dammer spectring.
Well, the reason is, is it reminds me of Chaz Michael Michaels.
Yes.
Okay.
All right.
Now we're all back on the same page, right?
When you guys first told me earlier today that you were interviewing a person named Chad Michael
Murray, the first thing that popped in my head was Will Ferrell's character in Blades of Glory.
That's just what it was.
And you know what?
I think they got Chas Michael Michaels from Chad Michael Murray.
Yeah.
Entirely possible.
Yeah.
Chad Michael Murray will be on the show on Friday.
That's just going to let's get that out there.
Now I have my hump suck in my head.
It's a whole thing.
It was a great interview.
Compare his look on Friday to Trent's look today.
That'll make it make sense because people hearing that Noah said that Trent's look.
It looks like Chad and Michael Murray.
No.
Yeah.
People would be like, wait.
He did the interview in a hat.
Well, no.
Hold on a minute.
You were like, they'd be like, whoa.
He did the interview in a hat.
What?
It's the most animated I've ever seen Trent ever.
That was like a cartoon.
Oh, that's a gift for the ages.
Trent's put on a show that now we put our podcast on YouTube is getting animated.
All of a sudden, he becomes an entertainer.
We've gotten some slapstick up in here.
Oh, I feel like I'm having a heart attack.
Oh, man.
You know what?
Thank you, Noah for the compliment.
And also, if you're listening to this, normally like you normally do, our podcast in full
will now be on YouTube if you want to watch that whole thing.
If you want to know why Trent is acted the way you did was to put on a goddamn show for you guys.
So go to the Chicks in the Office YouTube and watch this whole podcast there.
We got to go back to the show, guys.
Yes, I'm saying.
It'll be on, like, around 8 p.m.
The day of release.
Okay.
Like 7.8 p.m. is when it will come out on YouTube.
Got it.
Right.
So if you're listening to this now and you want to go back later in the day and be like,
I need to see what Trent just did right there.
Go watch on YouTube.
It's a must see.
Thank you for doing that, Trent.
No problem.
Are we good?
I'm good.
Yeah, no, we're good.
Okay.
Are you good?
So good.
Let's go back to Zach St.
Okay.
Definitely.
I thought we were talking about The Bachelorette.
As did I.
I was just having a good time.
We were just three amigos chats.
You know us.
Okay.
Zach C.
I'm sweating.
You told me.
We all missed this part of the episode.
That was like the most workout you've gotten in years.
Definitely.
Certainly since quarantine started.
I had to pick myself off the ground.
I'm sorry.
Do I have to separate you two?
All right.
Zach C.
Yes, teacher.
Go ahead.
Okay.
After the photo shoot, they have a lovely chat.
where very quickly they both mentioned to each other that they had been married before if you blinked you
would have missed it it was very quick um but zaxi says he was married tasha oh i was married you forget
that the guys don't know everything about tasha so he didn't know that she didn't know that and he's just
he whispered because he he kept looking away and tasha was like oh like what you know you keep looking
away and he was like looking in the ground he's like well you're sometimes you're just so
breathtaking that it's hard for me to look at you and talk at the same time.
And, you know, if that doesn't make you swoon, I don't know what will.
I don't know what will.
And he did the thing where he leaned in and whispered to her.
Like we weren't going to be able to hear despite them being miced up.
But it's still nice for her that he's like trying to have like a little intimate moment
with her.
I mean, Zach C just can't miss.
I know Fran, you've been into him for basically the whole time he's been on the show.
But he is a smooth operator.
He knows what he's doing.
Smooth operator.
Silky slimy cat.
No, that's not it.
Anyways, I do think that that was a really nice compliment.
I think that if somebody says that to you, they can't even look at you.
You're so beautiful.
You're so breathtaking.
That's a really nice compliment.
Better than Smok Show.
Yep.
You know, it's up there.
So I think that this date was really, really good for Zaxi, especially because besides that
really nice compliment to Tatia, he really opened up.
about a lot massively so we haven't really heard all of this about zaxi and he also it's
funny that he has stayed zack see despite there being no other zach on the show like i was there was
maybe one other zack at some point maybe they just like c last names just the just throwing c on
right he's just he's zack c forever yeah exactly forever so he tells tasha his whole story
right he's got the brain tumor which he had needed to get surgery for which then introduced him to you know pain killers which was opening and opening into the drug world and kind of abusing some substances drinking too much didn't really know where to go in his life at that point so he was like ah probably should get married got married shouldn't have done that divorced he said that his wife uh left him and then there was a arrest there was a DUI there he told a story
about how he had taken one of his dad's checks to go cash it at the bank and the teller had called
his dad and going through all that he had this epiphany moment of like what am I doing?
He went to rehab, went to rehab again.
He said, I think four and a half months after that.
And then he wrapped up by saying like, look, now I'm on the board of that facility.
So he has really turned it all around.
and I think Tasha learned so much about him as a person
and kind of just like how much life he has lived
that he now is in this place where he seems healthy and established
and happy in his life and his career and everything
after going through all of that is crazy.
Yeah, we all like Zach C before this, obviously,
but now that he's got some depth, we know his whole story.
And this was sort of a precursor to the rest of the episode
where all the guys start opening up
and showing a deeper side of themselves.
And yeah, it's great to see Zach C able to open up to Tasha like that.
I mean, just one of those things would have been a big deal to open up about.
So to open up about all of those things, I mean, it was just, it was really a cool thing to see.
And I think Tasha really connected with that and was really open about the idea of him opening up to her.
So I think these two, they have a, I think Zaxie's going to go pretty far.
Right.
And I think Zaxi talking about this on this big of a show just makes other people feel comfortable
that I've gone through the same thing because, you know, there's millions of people who are in the same boat as Zach C who have gone through these things.
They've come out on the other side. They're improving themselves, working on being a better person. And you can't really hold that all against him. You know what I mean? I saw some people calling it red flags and whatnot. And I don't really think it's a red flag. I think it's admirable that Zach C went on this show is telling not only Tasha but the world about his mistakes. And he's saying, hey, I did this. But you know what? It was a ride. He's called it the best ride, which I wouldn't say.
say, I enjoyed the enthusiasm, but he called it the best ride.
Best journey.
Yeah, good for him.
You know what I mean?
Like, he went through this.
He came out on the other side.
I think it'd be a red flag if he was like, I, you know, I am a drug addict right now.
I, you know, I'm on probation.
I'm currently stealing my dad's money.
I'm in the middle of a divorce.
You know, it's not finalized.
Yeah.
Those red flags.
But the fact that he's, you know, he's chilling now.
Yeah.
Not a red flag at all.
I actually really like Zaxi even more than.
And I did because we're learning a lot about him.
Yeah.
He posted a screenshot on his Instagram.
That was very funny.
It looked like it was text between him.
And I believe his sister who had submitted him to be on the show.
And this was in March.
So March 19th, which was like right at the beginning of lockdown.
Oh, a couple days.
Yeah.
Like that was right at the beginning.
And she said, Zach, what's your height and wait?
and he said 6-1-182,
getting me a date, question mark.
And she said, I'm going to send an app in for Bachelorette.
They're recasting.
And he goes, LOL, well, better be funny.
Have fun.
So, see, that's cute because I was going to say,
you know, those are not red flags,
and I'm rooting for Zach C totally.
But I kind of was thinking like,
huh, went through a lot.
Right.
I don't know if reality TV is the best answer to those issues,
but knowing that his sister is the one that submitted him.
Yeah.
makes me like him even more.
I'm like, that's so fun.
His sister was like, hey, you know, maybe this will be good for you.
Let me submit you.
I really like that story.
There really is nothing better than a contestant that is on the show because someone else submitted them.
Yes.
Because everyone else, it's like, all right, what are you doing here?
What do you want Instagram followers?
You want internet clout.
But like, you're saying, Rhea, this is the best way.
His sister was like, no, I'm going to put you on the show.
It'll be a fun thing.
And look where we are now.
Right.
Exactly.
Tasia seemed to really be into a, you know, they go on this, they have this Ferris wheel pop up
out of nowhere and they get to ride the ferris wheel and she's talking about she's got butterflies.
Like she seems kind of giddy with Zach C right now, especially after that date.
And it was fireworks.
Absolute fireworks between them.
It was like watching.
Fireworks in your pants, friend.
Take it easy.
It's like watching a beautiful, it reminds you.
Like the notebook, them riding the Ferris wheel.
Like it's just.
Is this the part where you got goosebumps?
Yes, it was.
She got more than goosebumps.
bumps.
Yes, it was.
The Ferris wheel
popping up.
They're falling in love.
They are.
No, they are.
I agree with that.
And the Ferris wheel in the middle of nowhere was great.
The giant lever that they pulled and all the lights came on.
That was hilarious.
But, you know, they seem to be, you know, moving right along into the love category.
Yeah.
They stopped the Ferris wheel right at the top and they were kissing up there.
It was right out of a movie.
Yep.
Yep.
I just, the, it's hard to, it's hard to, not hate.
but it's hard to not see the joy on their faces.
And then even in his interview,
he's like smiling from ear to ear.
He's like, hey, who says he can't go on TV and find love?
Like he's so into it right now and so about Tasha
and the process and everything that just kind of hope that it works out for them.
And obviously he got the rose and went very well.
And then we had this group date situation.
And the group date was, you know, opening up and showing more of yourself, which has obviously been a very ongoing theme this season.
And more nudity.
Just walk in.
They've got nude models.
They're getting ready to sketch these nude models.
It's just hilarious that they can't go anywhere.
And it's like, hey, you know, what is going to get the people going?
And it is nudity.
Absolutely.
Yeah, we've had naked dodgeball.
What was the, what's the one that I can't think of?
Slicked up oil.
Oiled up with big paint brushes.
And now we've got nude models, new painting.
It puts asses in the seats.
Yep.
Absolutely.
And I love that this season of The Bachelorette, we're getting emotion, we're getting nudity.
That's the two main topics of conversation.
Very important in relationships.
Very important.
One might say the most important things in a relationship, maybe how you guys feel about
each other naked and your emotions.
You know, I hadn't thought about it that way.
Yeah.
But you might be right.
The back's red is genius.
If that's not what they were going for, they're now going to claim that that's what they
were going for.
Yeah, absolutely.
Because that's smart.
Yep.
Exactly.
Exactly.
Sexual chemistry as well as within the mind.
Emotional chemistry.
Yeah.
My brain couldn't think of the next one.
So I went with something a little more philosophical.
Yeah.
Oh, boy.
Oh, boy.
that was just i'm too tired that was not did you say philosophy
move on move on move on let's act like that didn't happen no cut that out
and cut it out of this video as well don't no it was like i'm doing that um okay whoa all right
god damn it i hate when i do that i get so embarrassed and i act like i'm not embarrassed but
I'm like, oh my God.
Here comes the heater too.
Yeah.
Yep.
People trying to get out of the heaters here, Parcel HQ.
Oh, yeah.
Maybe Ria should have finished college.
I get it, guys.
No, we moved down to the heaters.
It's okay.
We tried to change the subject and you went back to it.
Okay.
They're painting.
They're making clay figures was the second part.
Everybody, none of them are really artists.
The naked models, nobody did it.
I got to say, Bennett's, I don't know who's
in Bennett's ear or if Bennett thinks he's
being funny or what's happening, but
Bennett's constant
chirping of Noah is getting very, was
getting very annoying, got annoying at the end, it got annoying
during this, annoying during this date
where he, when he
came and presented his
drawing, he was like, and in the
back is the drama, because the drama
always seems to be following us. And like, Tatea's looking at him, like,
what the fuck are you talking about? They got into this
privilege off because Noah
didn't spell privilege and I don't
I don't know.
It's getting,
it was getting very petty for,
for Bennett.
Yeah,
and I know we're going to talk about Bennett more later on,
but the thing that drove me the most crazy about him this episode is whenever,
because he would throw those shots at Noah throughout the entire episode.
But then when Tasha would approach them or when Jojo had that conversation with them
later on again,
not to jump too far forward,
he would say there's no tension.
I don't know what you're talking about.
Where everything's fine,
I'm just as confused as you are,
when he's clearly the one sort of instigating it and throwing these shots at Noah.
So, yeah, that was just the beginning of Bennett
sort of being annoying this episode.
Yeah, yeah.
Bennett in this episode was like Jacob and Twilight
when he would talk to Bella versus when he would talk to Edward.
When he would talk to Edward, he was feisty.
He was mean, he was petty.
And then around Bella, he'd be like, oh, Bella, I love you.
Yeah, I agree.
I almost forgot to throw a Twilight reference in here.
I'm glad you picked up on that.
Yeah, thank God.
It was spot on too.
Yeah.
Nailed it.
Fran, the only way I was able to make that comment about Twilight was because I had energy.
And I had that energy for Monster Energy Ultra, which that is where I get my energy from.
My main source of energy income is from Monster Energy Ultra.
It gives me that Friday energy anytime, any day of the week.
And they have a new flavor, which is the Ultra Watermelon.
It tastes like summertime and it can.
I know it's wintertime.
I know we're getting to that time period.
But you can't forget about summer.
Everybody wants to remember summer.
So why not just remember it while you drink in a Monster Energy Ultra.
And of course, they have all the other flavors that we love so much.
The Ultra Violet, which tastes like a purple pixie stick, my personal favorite.
The Ultra Watermelon's getting up there, though.
It's quickly becoming a favorite for me.
I really, really enjoy it.
It tastes very, very good, as well as the Ultra Rosa and the Ultra Fiesta, the Ultra Paradise.
We got the red can, the blue can.
They have it all.
The Ultra watermelon, now, I know it's not when you say like tastes.
like summertime and it can can sometimes feel cliche but it really does because it gives you that
watermelon burst which is so it's so light it's so summertime it's like watermelon is a
summertime fruit it is it is it absolutely is and it has that um at water i mean watermelon flavored
stuff is amazing watermelon sour patch watermelon uh lollipops so like really good kind of falls into
that category because i think that a lot of the monster energy ultras have that
great taste along with, you know, the zero calories and zero sugar.
And so it's taste amazing and you'll get the boast, the boost that you need.
So on the rest of the date, they had to make clay figures.
People were making, you know, little bowls, silverware, stories upon it.
Blake Moyens made a penis, which for some reason they had to black out.
No clay penises are allowed to be shown on The Bachelor.
I think we're about done with Blake.
I think Blake is about to be going on his merry way.
I don't know if he has a connection with Tasia.
I feel like we haven't seen them have any sort of interaction recently.
It started really well for Blake, I think.
But with Claire and different Bachelorette and different story.
Yeah, I think Blake is well on his way to becoming a porn star.
I think after this, he should take that avenue.
He's been naked on TV a few times now.
Maybe not his full genitalia out on display.
But at this point, he's been in front of the cameras.
Go make a living off of it, Blake.
Yeah.
When he was like, if I have to be weird for the third time, I am not down.
My mind just went to a weird place.
I felt that coming as we started talking about it.
Roan called him a Siberian husky last week.
Yeah.
That's interesting.
He does have that look to him.
He does, yeah.
Put a collar and a leash on him.
Okay.
Yep.
Yep.
Yep.
Moving on.
So Blake, and also.
Good plot line.
We have, well, yeah.
For porno.
For sure.
You could go in many directions with that.
Many.
Many directions.
But it seems like.
Dominatrix.
Yep.
It seems like Blake is not getting, obviously, as much screen time as he did when Claire was around.
This episode, we really saw like the penis thing with that.
And then like Spencer.
said that Blake only talks about sex like all the time or so I don't know what's going on with Blake.
I don't know what's going on with Spencer.
Spencer got the first impression rose and we really have seen nothing of Spencer.
He's been on group dates but like there he hasn't been given any time which makes me think
that Spencer is just like a regular ass dude with like no story because all these other guys
have so much to share and because they have these stories.
It's like, Spencer, you're not getting any of these moments on the group date.
Sorry.
Like, we got Riley, we got Ben.
Like, we don't really need whatever story you have to tell because it's probably stupid.
Same goes for Ed.
Same goes for Ed.
Ed and Spencer, like, they were on this date.
I'm pretty sure.
Spencer obviously was.
I'm pretty sure Ed was.
Ed was as well.
That's right.
But like there's.
Fern, yes.
And they were like, they were like, here's Ed.
Here's Spencer.
You can kind of see them in the background.
But like you're saying, Fran, we are going to focus on the guys who
actually have good stories.
Yeah.
So I think those three, Blake Moynes, Ed, and Spencer, they're just regular ass dudes.
It's just crazy because it's been pretty consistent with Bacheloretts giving the first
impression rose to either the winner or someone who goes really far.
And I'm not getting those vibes from Spencer as of right now.
But maybe things will change as it goes on.
He's like a first round pick that flops.
Yeah.
You know?
All the other ones usually, if you get drafted first, they go pretty far.
But Spencer, he's, you know, he's a bit of a disappointment in that regard.
Maybe Tasha has a little Howie Roseman in her.
That's the Eagles GM.
Okay.
I didn't track that reference, but I'm with you.
Only the Eagles fans will get that.
And I just shared it for myself.
You got something to say.
I can tell from your face.
I'm not saying it.
I can't say it.
Oh, you just had a dirty thought pop in your head.
Not a dirty thought, a mean thought.
Oh, mean.
I'm going to keep going, though.
Okay.
You sure you don't want to share it or is it that mean?
I am very sure.
Oh, wow.
Let us know when we're done here.
Oh, absolutely.
Okay.
Wow.
Okay.
All right.
That's where we're at with this.
Okay.
And then they had to do self portraits, which some were confused by.
Some were not.
Look like Ben was very worried for this.
But a lot of the guys did really nice work.
Like they're very open.
They're very expressive.
And even Tasha was very surprised by how open all these guys were that she literally
started crying at the end of the date.
Like she was overwhelmed by how much these guys were sharing.
you had Brendan do his very cute, you know, he just held the frame to himself and he had beautiful words for Tasia.
Brendan is adorable.
Brendan is a sweet.
He's just quiet and sweet.
Yeah.
And I like the frame thing as well.
He's a bit, he's kind of low energy compared to the rest of the guys.
It's a nice change of pace.
It is.
I really like Brendan.
I hope he goes far.
I, are you still thinking about it?
No, I was looking at Transmedian.
What?
Oh, it's almost worse because I was like you, I was about to say you kind of look like you smelled something bad.
Like, are you okay?
You were making a little bit of like a stank face.
These are my hands.
You know I'm kidding with you.
I can't do anything about my hands.
I had to say something there and that just came out.
It's totally fun.
Okay, cool.
It's all good.
I know.
I know.
Definitely.
Good friends.
Yeah, we are.
We can move fast.
Good friends.
We are actually best friends.
Really good friends.
I want that out there.
Me and trying to are really good friends.
I will say though, Tisha.
She, like you said, Fran, she was overwhelmed by this date that she ran out of there.
But it was right after that Ben had gotten completely naked in front of her.
And then they had this hug where, you know, hugs, you need hands.
His dick was just out.
He got completely naked.
He looks good.
We have to point that out.
He looked really good.
I'm a big fan of Ben.
Big fan of his TikToks.
Yeah, he's got good.
People love his TikToks these days.
I haven't really dove in, but I do see people sending them all the time.
He's like a bodybuilder.
So people like that.
He's jacked.
Yeah, great body, like we said, he got completely naked.
So he felt confident in that moment later to talk about his eating disorder.
We'll get to that.
But when Tisha ran out after that, I had tweeted like, holy shit, Ben Wins.
And then I was like, wait a second.
Was that a little too much?
Like, was Tisha overwhelmed by him just getting completely naked in front of her?
But then he got the roast.
I was like, oh, okay.
Okay, okay.
Cool.
Yeah.
I think it was all just a lot at one time.
Like, you know, Ivan's got her completing his.
puzzle and Riley is just talking about how he wants quality time with his future children.
He didn't have that in the past.
So these guys are really like diving into their lives.
And I think Tasha had a moment like, holy shit, I'm learning a lot.
These guys are giving me a lot.
Like I'm going to have to send all of them home.
Like what is happening?
Right.
Like you were saying, Fran, you kept like, she's clearly becoming emotionally attached to these guys.
And it becomes much, much, much harder to see.
send those people home.
Way harder when they're telling their whole story.
Stop looking at Trent.
No, I saw you looking at them.
No,
you were looking at them.
No,
I started laughing because you were looking at them.
I saw your eyes.
Okay, fine.
It was you.
I thought Trent was hiding his hands for a second.
I was like,
is he hiding them now?
I'm not self-conscious about my hands.
No.
Trent,
you have perfectly great hands for your body type.
Oh,
shit.
Trent is being slandered.
Yeah.
Am I being,
am I being ashamed?
Okay, I need to make this clear.
People probably think I'm being so mean to you,
and they really don't understand how good of friends we are.
Oh, it's true.
Like I was at your apartment the other night.
Yeah, we watched the undoing.
Me, her, Robbie.
But you could still be attacking someone even if you're friends.
But that's the thing.
That's what I do with my friends.
I like to shit on my friends because it's comfortable.
If you can't shit on your friends, you're not friends.
Yeah, and I think it's great.
I'm not going to, I think my hands are fine.
Yeah.
But it's fun.
No.
I can take it.
I did see Fran glance at them.
though and then I lost that. I couldn't hold it together anymore. I was like, she's looking.
She kept looking at me and then the hands and the back of me. I was like, all right. I wasn't trying
to do that. I tried to hold it in, but I was like about, I don't. Okay. But the girls who listen is positive, oh, Trent, we need to be nice to him. Good for you. They're very nice to me. We're all very good friends. Yeah. We're, it's all good in the hood.
Three megos.
Three megos.
Okay.
The thing is now we know this we're on camera.
We're literally talking about these guys pouring their hearts out.
Right.
And it makes it hard to send those people home.
I mean,
easy's a little bit later on,
although it's pretty close.
But like clearly she didn't have an emotional connection with him,
get them out of here.
But these guys who she does have an emotional attachment with
because they bared their souls during this art show,
that's going to be hard to send those guys home.
Yeah, it definitely is.
and it all made more sense, Ria, like you said before,
with what Ben did and stripping down
and kind of talking about like being comfortable
in his own skin and fully as himself.
Because at first it was like,
this is kind of cocky, like what is happening?
Like it's just where, you know,
the other stories that the guys were sharing
just felt a little deeper than what was happening with Ben.
But we didn't realize because it flip-flopped, really.
Like that happened.
before he actually explained more of why that was what he shared.
When he sat down with Tasha later, he had said, you know, in his 20s, he battled an eating
disorder.
He was bulimic, like, his sister was really like the only one who knew and really opened up
about that experience, which was really nice to see just because, like, now we're talking
about addiction, we're talking about eating disorders.
and this is coming from the guys.
You know, this is really nice that these guys are comfortable telling their stories
and shining a light on things that might be a little taboo to talk about
or people think that they are when they shouldn't be.
And, you know, when do you really have a guy like Ben going on TV and talking about being bulimic?
It doesn't happen very often.
So it was really nice to see him share that story.
And it made, him shedding the robe makes a lot.
more sense now of why he's comfortable
with his body now. Yeah,
and I think that this was a
really great episode and the last episode
with Ivan talking about George Floyd and
Black Lives Matter and this episode where Zach C
opened up about everything about his life.
Now, Ben, it shows that these strong guys,
these confident guys, they're like, these are
great men, they also are comfortable
opening up, being vulnerable.
I feel like sometimes
guys out there, they get a little
they don't want to talk about these things.
Maybe they get a little close.
off. Maybe they get a little embarrassed about it. But I feel like they're maybe, or hopefully,
making people more comfortable with talking about it, especially on such a huge platform like
The Bachelorette, where, you know, they do talk about serious topics from time to time,
but I feel like on this season especially, they're covering it way more. Yeah, definitely,
definitely way more. And then Tasia, you know, she had great conversations with a lot of the guys.
And she continues to have really nice conversations with these guys and these group dates.
and then does the
Rose fake out
where it's like
Riley, thank you so much
for opening up
you were so great
and Brendan,
thank you for opening up
like you were so great
and Ben thank you
and the rose goes to Ben
like it's like
she holds the rose
right in their faces
to be like
and the next guy
and the next guy
because she picks up
that's what it is
if she explained it
if she said that to the guys
before she picked up the rose
like if she was sitting there
and was like
saying all these compliments
hands
you know, close to her body, not holding the rose.
And then when, and because that's, I feel like how guys and gals on the show normally do it where it's like,
and Ben, Rose picks up simultaneously.
You get the rose and explanation.
Instead, she picks it up and shows it to everyone.
She's like, why don't you smell this rose real quick?
You're a really nice guy.
I'm going to bring us back towards me.
Next guy.
You'll smell on the rose there.
Ben, you're great.
Here's the rose.
Like, that's what it is.
If she was empty handed while giving out those compliments,
it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
Yes. It puts it in her hand and it's like, who is getting this rose?
That's probably one of the hardest group day roses ever given out.
Like that everyone was so open and there were so many like Rose, so many guys that Rose could have gone to.
Ben, it was a good choice, but it could have gone to Riley.
It could have gone to Brendan.
It could have gone to a bunch of guys.
So that was probably a tough one to give out.
I think so.
It's going to get harder and harder.
But the last one-on-one date was with Easy.
And look, I don't.
don't really know what has happened with Easy, right?
Like we've talked about on the show where reality Steve had talked about some allegations
about Easy and like was he going to be phased out of the show.
And we really haven't gotten any more information since that came out.
There wasn't, we don't know if there was an investigation.
We don't know if there's been any answers from any of this.
But we do know that obviously they have continued.
to show easy on the show, obviously.
They had this whole date.
And not quite sure what the timeline is either.
Reality Steve had posted this, I don't know, a monthish or so ago.
So obviously they were done filming.
So it wasn't like, I know I saw some people saying,
oh, well, maybe Tisha sent him home after this date because maybe the, you know,
B, the bachelor found out about this situation, whatever was going on and told her she had to send him home.
But that didn't really seem like the case to me because it feels like this came out
way after that.
And I'm unsure, but that's kind of all, there's no really updates.
We don't really have any other information on it.
So, you know, Easy and Tisha went on this date.
That was a haunted house that, you know, the producers had to really get their
ghost writing practice in here where they made up a full-blown ghost story about
Lakeinta Resort and Spy.
I mean, they're building Ferris wheels in the middle of nowhere.
They're now they're doing ghost stories.
Yeah, this day was, they really had to think outside the box on this one.
And do you guys believe in ghosts?
Let's talk about that for a second.
Not bad ones.
No?
No.
I believe in like spirits of people who passed away in my life creeping around me.
Like I think my grandma hangs out.
Yeah?
Yeah.
What up, Betty?
She's sitting right here.
She's listening.
Shout out to Betty.
I think that.
I don't like to think about ghosts in like a negative way where it like might fuck with me.
Right.
I like to think that this is what I think just because I've been to a few mediums before where they like talk to the dead.
And it's like they give you messages.
And it, I've heard a lot of spot on shit that you just would not know about my life or my family that they know.
Right.
So I do believe in like an afterlife sort of thing where they're like spirits are hanging around a little bit.
Right.
But I don't.
You don't think of it in the traditional scary movie sense.
Yes.
I do think those exist.
I don't like to think about it much.
I actually do think, you know, obviously there were some evil people that have passed on.
Right.
They're probably creeping on as well.
Because that day got me thinking about ghosts.
And my conclusion always has been, I say I don't believe in ghosts, but I think I secretly do.
And I say I don't convince myself that they don't exist.
Right.
Yeah.
That makes perfect sense.
I think I'm on the same page
where you want to say like,
oh no,
ghosts don't exist,
but then you're kind of like,
when it's 3 a.m.
and I got to get up and take a piss
and I'm like,
maybe there's a ghost outside my door.
I'm just going to lay here and deal with it.
Yeah.
And also there have been many,
many shows and many documented cases of,
you know,
that seems like a fucking ghost.
Yeah.
So there's definitely some activity now.
Do I think that the resort is haunted?
No, I do not.
Well, that was my problem that.
I talk to you about, to you, Trent, about this when I watch a TV show or something and then I start thinking I'm in it.
You know, like with the undoing.
I'm like, oh my God, now I think a sociopath is in my life and is going to murder something.
Well, I'm going to get involved in this somehow.
Hearing like a haunted story written about Lakita, I probably wouldn't be able to sleep that night.
I'm going to be thinking about the story that was just told and we just had to go on the scavenor.
People are jumping out.
She's scared.
Like, it's going to be a long night.
Right.
I have to go to Chris Harrison's room.
Right.
I talk tough about ghosts until the chips are down and I start thinking about them that they're around.
And then I start to get scared.
Exactly.
That's just what it is.
Yeah.
The whole date was kind of hard to watch from a visual standpoint.
You know, I don't really love the whole ghost hunting visual where it feels like we're watching a show on the Discovery Channel.
Like it's like the, you know, night mode, night vision.
And they're running around.
They're scared.
and it seemed like they had a good time.
Now, that is not necessarily the case.
You know, they went to dinner afterwards and Easy was opening up and tried to say, like,
hey, I'm falling in love with you.
Tisha had none of that.
You could just tell from her face as soon as he said it and you looked at her face,
there was no, like, smile or acknowledgement.
It was pretty stone cold where it seemed like, oh, she did not like.
that. And she did not. You know, she basically said, I, I can't give you this rose. I just don't have
the same feelings that you have right now. I'm at a different place. And I don't know if Easy would have been
sent home if he didn't drop the falling in love. Because I think that might have scared,
not scared Tasha, but might have been like, I think Tasha in her mind already knew Easy wasn't the guy.
but like, hey, maybe I won't send him home now.
Maybe I'll send him home next week or whatever.
But when she heard that, it was like, oh, he's, he's, I'm not at this point.
He's got to go.
Well, I also think she might have thought it was disingenuous because she'd just been on this group, been on this group date with all these great guys opening themselves up, expressing themselves, really telling her their stories and they're very emotional.
And she didn't have that with easy.
So then here comes easy saying, oh, I think I'm falling in love with you.
And she's like, something doesn't match up here.
Like maybe if he had been one of those guys.
who had said those emotional things and gotten to a deeper level, maybe, but they weren't there.
So as soon as he was like, I'm falling in love with you, she was like, you're out.
I just don't feel that way.
Yeah.
Yeah, and we've maybe only had two weeks of Tasia.
So that's just, you know, well, I would say that's not possible.
But, you know, Dale and Claire, they're happily married.
So maybe you can fall in love that quick or not happily married, engaged.
But I, like you said, I feel like it was disingenuous.
It was just like, I feel like you're trying to stay on the show here.
He thought he was saying the right thing maybe.
Yeah, you think you're saying the right thing right now by saying you're falling in love.
You've watched the show before.
You hear people say that statement, I feel like I'm falling in love right now.
But it just totally wasn't genuine.
You could see it on Tasha's face.
She wasn't going to give a pity rose.
And she sent him home, which I'm actually happy about.
I was like, you know what, fine.
I wasn't falling in love with easy, one might say myself.
He didn't really knock me off my feet.
And you got to start sending guys home at some point.
Yeah.
Some of these guys got to go home.
Exactly.
They're really, we haven't been sending guys home that rapidly.
And you can tell which one she clearly has a strong connection with and which one she doesn't.
And we're at that point where she's going to go on dates and be like, this isn't really it.
And send and send them home.
So, you know, that's what, that's what happened.
I got to say tough outfit to be, but like tough outfit for Tasia to be in to dump easy coming from easy side.
Like Tasha, her outfits on this show are so good.
It's like unbelievable.
First, I mean, we've already said it before.
She's absolutely stunning.
Like, you know, she's such a beautiful girl.
And she picks these, she wears these dresses that make her look even more amazing.
This green dress was fantastic.
Like the icy blue one was amazing.
Just her style is on point.
And like, I just felt bad.
It's such a superficial thing to feel bad about.
But I felt bad like as Easy's walking out and she's walking.
next to him and I'm like, damn, this is, he's, he's got to walk, he's got to look at her looking like
that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Dumped like, yikes.
Just an extra level of pain to that, to that.
Being dumped by a hot ass bitch like Tasha.
Like she's an absolute knockout and her style's great.
I got to say, sometimes when I watch this show, I don't love the style, you know,
wouldn't be my choice.
But the dresses are great.
And the outfit she wore on the group date, I was like, I would totally wear that,
you know, tomorrow.
Like I really love her style.
Yeah, she, it feels a little fresher.
Now, because yes, there's a stylist for the bachelor, the bachelorette, and they pick, they pick
items for them.
But I feel like Tasia has had a say in her outfits and clothes because just from, you know,
following her Instagram and knowing her vibe a little bit, it feels like Tatia outfits and
things that she would wear.
And it just, it does feel a little fresher than sometimes some of the things we see the bachelorette wear.
So she looks amazing.
That was the end for Easy.
I felt, look, it was a tough situation for Easy because he really did not see it coming at all.
He seemed pretty blindsided by the whole thing.
But it is what it is.
Right.
Yeah, it is.
And saying those words on any other season, I guess, for the most part, or at least in terms of like how often those words work and you do get the rose and you continue on, pretty good.
Like, if you say I'm falling in love with you, the reaction is usually, oh my gosh, that's so amazing.
even if they don't say it back to you, it's usually like, oh, this person is committed,
they want to be here, they see a future with me, but just wrong place, wrong time for easy.
That's just not the right time to do it.
Definitely.
And then we got into a little Bennett and Noah drama continues.
Jojo had come to talk to them and was like, hey, you know, what's the deal with you guys?
Like what's going on before the cocktail party?
You two are getting some time with Tisha because she wants to get to the bottom of this.
And to be completely honest, I think Bennett needs some time to chill.
He needs a moment to chill, maybe crack open to Kor's light.
Did you see what I did there?
Yeah.
Damn, that was good.
Yeah, because guess what?
When you need a moment to chill, Kor's light is the beer you should reach for.
Bennett is he's hitting too hard.
He's too focused on taking down Noah when he needs to take a moment, relax, reset,
have a Coors Light and just, you know, rethink what he's doing.
Because for everyone out there, if you're, you need a moment to just chill, relax.
Coors Light is the beer that is literally made for that moment because it's the only beer
that is made to chill.
Coors Light also has new packaging, hitting the shelves, the new design features, clear skies
that invite you to sit back, unwind, and drink it all in.
The iconic Coors Light Mountains still turn blue when your beer is as cold,
as the Rockies.
It's a brand new look for the same ice cold
refreshment.
Cors light is cold loggered,
cold filtered, and cold package.
It's literally made to chill.
It is perfect for a moment to unwind.
And you know what?
Cors Light is a great time.
For us, you know, we're recording the podcast.
We wrap up.
We've been talking for a long time.
We just talk all day long.
Talk, talk, talk.
And sometimes you just need to shut up.
And the best way to shut up
is to have a drink and have a Cors light
and just unmoving.
rewind, relax, and, uh, and chill.
So that's why Coors Light is the beer that we choose when we need to unwind.
So when you want to hit reset, reach for the beer that's made to chill.
Get Coorslight and the new look delivers straight to your door at get.coorslight.com.
Always remember to celebrate responsibly this coming from the Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado.
Bennett really needs to chill because he is just really harping on this Noah thing.
I don't know if he's got a producer in his ear being like, hey, this is,
your ticket to stardom.
Like, I don't know.
Like, everybody's going to know who you are if you do this.
I don't know what's happening here.
But the two of them get dressed.
They're waiting for this moment to talk to Tasia.
It's like kind of a two on one, but not really.
And he brought a gift for Noah.
And it wasn't just one gift.
It was multiple items.
And it was all very dramatic.
Yeah.
Bennett, this whole episode, he was pretty,
annoying. And I mentioned it earlier where
he will take these shots at Noah
and he continues to take these shots at Noah.
And then if Tasia asks him about it or
if Jojo asks, he says, oh no, I don't know what you're
referring to. There's no tension between us. It's all good.
But when it's clear that they have something going on
and he came off by far much worse than Noah,
like the gifts were super condescending. And
Kelly Keeks, who's a Bennett defender. And I, you know,
I like Bennett as well. He got me a robe.
Yep.
But the gift thing, maybe he tried to do it in jest, but as it went along, it got meaner and
meaner and meaner.
It was a joke that went on for way too long.
Way too long.
And I think a big part of it was Noah's non-reaction.
Yeah.
Like if Noah had been playful and was like, all right, if we're going to do this, all right,
we can kind of be friends and get through this.
But Noah was just like, nope, I'm not going to say anything.
And I'm going to let you dig your own grave.
And that's exactly what Bennett did.
He just came off so, so, so bad.
And I would imagine that Bennett goes home next week.
that would be my guess.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think so too.
I think that Noah came off pretty well.
I think that Bennett is the one that came off bad.
And I also thought that Bennett was joking at first.
I was like, okay, this is a joke.
But then the music got serious.
His tone was really serious.
Nothing about it was joking to me.
It was just really condescending.
And it almost felt like Bennett kept saying like,
oh, I'm just trying to help you.
I'm just trying to help you.
And it felt like Bennett was like out of touch with reality
that he was coming across this way.
Like he really thought he was helping Noah in some way.
or was he being just extremely condescending?
It was kind of blurred lines between there,
and it just didn't come off right, unfortunately.
You know, earlier in the episode,
I was like, oh, Bennett's pretty funny.
The weeks prior, we started to warm up to Bennett.
We thought he was getting funny.
The robe, he got you a robe.
That was very nice gesture.
The Dale Roast was great.
Yeah, the Dale Roast was great.
He was on a high, and I think I'm going to give him the benefit.
I don't know.
I was going to say the benefit of the doubt,
but I really didn't like what he did.
I didn't like his condescending tone whatsoever.
And I feel like maybe he is a condescending guy because he did go to Harvard.
He does think he's better.
He's older than Noah.
He thinks since he's older, he must be smarter than him.
So I didn't like that vibe, but I do think, you know, the gifts, they come from somewhere.
And they come from the producers.
They can't leave the resort to go buy some gifts for Noah.
But it doesn't have an emotional intelligence book just laying around.
No.
I think the producers, they plant this sort of thing.
So, yes, Bennett, very condescending.
I also think big, big role from the producers.
here. Yeah, there's no
drama really between
these guys right now. They all seem to get
along. So we have this
Bennett know a few that they're trying to drag out for as
long as possible and it seems
like that is
what
this seems like where the producers
are getting involved the most where they're like
ah, you know, we're getting all these deep stories. We need
something to kind of break it up
and have like a little maybe laugh
or like a little oh are they going to fight kind of
situation.
And it was, it was weird because it first felt like the gift was genuine where he was like,
no, I want, I want us to make up.
I don't want this to continue.
I got, I got a gift for him.
Right.
It was the bandana.
Yeah.
And but then it was like, here's the bandana.
And then it's like, okay, here's the mustache socks because you should never have that
on your face ever again.
That's when it turned.
And then here's the emotional touch because, and then he like really got into the book
where I was like, I believe that you.
only have, you don't have three of the four.
Like, I don't, I can't even remember what exactly was.
Guys like that are not street smart.
And I would rather somebody be street smart than book smart like that.
Yeah, it's just, it was, it was such a condescending way to be like, look, son, I'm
trying to help you.
And I'm going to shit on you by, like, in a way of trying to help you.
and Noah did not engage.
And Tasha came in and was like,
is this really like what has been going on between you guys?
Just hearing them for two seconds with Noah explaining his side.
And then Bennett, at least he did, you know, back up what he said
and not try and spin it and be like, I never said that or trying.
Like, you know, when Noah had said that Bennett said, oh, you know,
I don't have any chance.
I don't have any chance with Tasia.
And he's like, yeah, I said zero chance.
Like, so he was like really.
That was funny.
Yeah.
Like he was sticking by what he had initially said.
But then, you know, he explains, well, I said I was, it felt like arguing with a 14-year-old.
There's the 11-year age difference.
And I said, Tatea was like, are you kidding?
This is really what's happening.
This is what you guys talk about.
It's not great.
It's not a great look for Bennett.
And, yeah.
It's worse for Bennett, right?
Much worse.
Way worse.
I didn't even think Noah looked bad.
I don't think Noah's even engaging.
I think that Bennett just keeps poking at Noah.
And Noah's like, all right, man.
Cool.
Basically Noah's point is, before Tasia came in, he was like, if you did this presentation in
front of Tasia, she would send you home, which is true.
Yeah.
And that's what Noah is basically doing now that Tasia has entered the room, being like,
he is doing all of these things when you're not around.
Now I'm going to show you what he does when you're not around, and it's going to cause you
to send him home.
And that has to happen.
Bennett has to get out of there.
Either both of them or Bennett,
something's going to happen.
I think within the first 10 minutes,
Bennett goes home next week.
I can see that for sure.
And Noah stays for sure.
Yeah.
She's going to, it ended with her asking like,
hey, what's that box?
And once she hears what that is,
it's see you later for Bennett.
For sure.
So,
yeah.
She's like, I actually like that.
No way, you're out of here.
Yeah.
She's like, I like props.
I like prop comedy.
Yeah, really went all in on this, huh?
She loves carrot top.
Yeah, I love this.
It's just like, yeah, there's no way she's going to keep in it.
So we got the big fat to be continued.
We'll probably catch that.
At the beginning of next week's episode, the preview looks a little tough maybe for Zach C.
I think this is where they throw us off, right?
like this is where they just had a tasha and zaxi just had an amazing date everyone's like look at them
they're falling in love they got to make sure that everyone doesn't think like xxie's running away
with this thing so what do they do throw a little little fight a little cheating situation like
i guess zaxi has said to tasha that he know he had cheated in the past or at some point we don't
know when we don't know the circumstances um we just heard tasha say like you know
cheating is never okay or whatever something along those lines if zack c has cheated in the past which
you know it did seem like he confirmed that he has yeah after hearing all the shit that he's gone
through in his life it's not shocking that cheating may have fallen somewhere in all of that
i would be shocked if cheating wasn't in that yeah you know yeah there's drugs involved there's
arrests involved. There's divorces. There's divorces. There's you stealing. When you are at the point
where you are looking to steal your parents' money, you're not, you have cheated. You're not a good,
you're not a good person at that point. You have no morals. Everything is out the window. Yeah. And that
comes along with being addicted to drugs. You know, your moral compass is not right. So I,
I said this on the after show. Not that I think it excuses cheating, but it makes sense why he may have
cheated in the past. You know what I mean?
At that point he's not caring about his family. How is he
caring about his significant other? Right.
If he was a stand-up guy
all throughout his life and, you know, everything
was peaches and cream, everything
was dandy and then it was like, oh, he cheated.
It's like, all right, then you're kind of a scumbag.
You just cheated for no reason. You're a good
guy. You just cheated. Right. I don't like that.
I hate cheating. I hate cheaters.
When it comes to Zach C, though,
I just got really passionate.
I fucking hate it. Try and I both just kind of like
move back in the chair a little bit.
I agree.
It seems like the hang cheated on me.
He never did that.
He's a sweet angel past boyfriend.
So, yeah.
But I think, you know, and maybe Franz love for Saxi is kind of influencing me a little bit.
Yeah.
I really do think that he's changed.
And I don't think, you know, if we're going to hold the cheating against him, then we need to hold his drug addiction against him.
We need to hold everything against him.
And we're not going to do that.
No.
Absolutely not.
Yeah.
It'll be interesting.
Yeah.
It'll be interesting to see if there is more detail.
to this next week.
Because if he says like, oh, I cheated on my girlfriend three years ago or whatever, like,
okay, then that's wave the red flag.
Right.
When he was like sober.
But if he's like I was, you know, it was, I cheated on my wife and we got divorced.
Like that was in some of his worst times.
Then.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's, it's, it's, you got to.
I don't know.
It just, it felt like that was drama in the promo to.
Because he's the front runner.
to throw us all off to Zach C path
because he's so clearly, I think,
the front runner right now.
Me too.
I think it's him or Ben.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I would just like to say that I would absolutely
hate being naked in this room.
The lighting is atrocious.
I really didn't know where that came from
or where that was going.
I thought you were going to tie that to Ben.
No, no.
Well, it almost, you know, everyone's getting naked on the show.
But I pulled up my arm before to have a niche.
and I just didn't like how it looked
and if I don't like how my arm looks
in this light
I'm not gonna like how my arm
I'm not getting naked
but I just thought about it
it would be terrible lighting to be naked
on a future podcast she's like
well no the lighting's bad
I was thinking about it
but I decided I'm not going to do it
well you know what
thank God we're gonna cut that part out
of the episode
that was how we were all gonna end it
and
Ray said the lighting's bad
So we're not going to do it
Wrap it up
It's a wrap
Holy shit
No let him know
Let him know it's not happening anymore
Taking the podcast to YouTube
We gotta go to extreme measures
Ria gets naked
That's it
Question mark
Will Ria get naked?
You could make that the title
We've said it enough times now
You've thought about it.
You just did.
You're like the lighting's not good.
I know what?
Yeah.
Ria thinks about getting naked in studio.
There you go.
Oh, boy.
You know what?
Things definitely go a little bit off the rails when we record till 1240.
And here we are.
It's a late night show.
What do they expect on watch what happens live with Andy Cohen?
All right.
Ben,
Zach C.
Who would even be third?
Who would be third for you?
I mean,
My top, my final three, I've still stick by as Ben, Zaxi, and Riley.
But I think Brendan might be in there.
Who did I say?
You said Noah, Zaxi and Ben.
Right.
I mean, Riley, you could still put Riley up there.
But Brendan does seem like he's pretty far up there now.
Yeah.
I'm not quite sure who like maybe a sleeper would be at this point.
I'm like Spencer.
Ivan.
Ivan.
Yeah.
Spencer.
Very true.
I mean but Spencer it's like what's what's going on there she's obviously attracted to him but
they haven't had a one-on-one so maybe once that happens I don't know I don't know the top two are very
clear yeah yeah I think extremely clear right now and I do think it sets both of them up to be
the bachelor in a great way after obviously we have Matt James but I do think Zach C would be a great
bachelor and I think Ben would be a great bachelor yeah the only thing is is I hope that they've
pick from
I don't know
we'll see I hope that maybe they pick
a new bachelor
from this group of guys
and not
from the group of guys
that we'll see on the
bachelorette who comes
from Matt James season
Oh that's right
because we'll go boom boom
we'll go Matt James and then
she'll get like Matt James has those
girls and then the nude bachelorette
will probably get picked from those girls
and then it would be like it would kind of skip over
yeah well they haven't been traditional
with that.
No, they haven't at all, which is why I would hope that they would go for a guy from
this group because I think these guys are also great.
And just because I think we might go back to having a younger squad, because Matt James,
the girls are younger, which therefore I think would mean the boys would be younger or stay
on that side.
Yeah, if he doesn't win, Ben would be great.
Ben would be a great choice.
These guys fucking deserve it.
They've been through a lot.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They had to go through two bouts orettes, a pandemic and lockdown.
down like everything and one of them should be the bachelor.
Give one of them that title.
Because they all,
they came in without any hope of being the bachelor already because they knew that
Matt James was going to be the bachelor.
So it would be a nice twist if one of them got to,
got to have that moment.
All right.
That wraps up our Bachelorette recap, everyone.
I hope you enjoyed this episode.
We will be back next week and we hope you all tune in on Friday for our interview
with Chas Michael Michaels.
