Starting point is 00:01:59 Huge day. We have a brand new Snapchat show. Just launched. Yeah, I don't even know how to tell people to like go find it. Okay. Search the group chat on Snapchat. Go to Snapchat, type in the group chat, subscribe to it, please. So this Snapchat show has been in, it's been a long time coming.
Starting point is 00:02:16 Last summer, we started developing a Snapchat show. Snapchat went back and forth with the name. It was a whole big thing, back and forth, back and forth. Yeah, we'll just say like, it started as it was going to be us, and then they wanted more people, then they wanted less people, then they didn't want to do it at all, then we wanted to do it, then they didn't want to do it. And then... It was a whole back and forth for months. And then a few months ago, or not a few months ago, maybe like two months ago, Snapchat liked the idea of the group chat.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Right. The name the group chat with a show, a pop culture show. They wanted like the view on Snapchat. And then it was like, who's going to do this all around Barcelona? It was a whole big thing. And Dave was like, well, I think Rian Fran already do a good job at talking about pop culture. It makes the most sense to have them do the show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:04 So here we are now. Snapchat said the show had to be called the group chat. They like the idea of it. So here we are. We have the group chat on Snapchat. It's going to be me, Fran, and a rotating third host. We'll switch in some people every day. It'll be a different person. We're going to talk about all of your favorite subjects like we do on this show. So if you're interested in watching us, like I get some DMs, people asking, where can I watch your podcast? Are you guys on YouTube? Well, we do the Instagram videos on chicks in the office. office on Instagram. But now on the group chat, you'll see a setting where we're all talking, like it is almost like the view. We're just having a conversation. Obviously way shorter form. Way shorter form. It's like three to five minutes long. Check it out. You'll get all of your pop culture news. And the set is super cute. And you guys are going to love it. Yeah. I'm very excited about it. Very excited. We're very excited about it. Hopefully it all comes together for Monday and whatever show you're watching looks real, really nice. Yeah, hopefully, hopefully what we say is actually going to launch on Monday.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Yes, exactly. That would kind of suck because if this show isn't launched it on Monday, we just talked about it for so long and we're... And then we'll just have to be like, well, it is coming. But it's very exciting. We're so happy to be doing it. It gives us a chance to be more creative with a different type of show. So everybody check it out.
Starting point is 00:04:27 We'd really appreciate if you subscribed. And then every day you just get your daily news. Yes. So go do that. Um, Fran, how are you feeling today? It's Friday. So we're giving people Friday energy. You went out last night.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Yeah. I did not. Um, I, I had my weekday night of drinking on Wednesday. Oh, I forgot about this. I'm so happy you reminded me. So I did not go out last night. No, I got your mic ready. I didn't, we don't have to talk about it again.
Starting point is 00:04:57 It's fine. We're talking about you here. No. Yeah has a problem, guys. No. Okay. Let me, let me just quickly say, what Fran did on Wednesday and we could talk right into my problem. Fran gets a little tipsy.
Starting point is 00:05:09 Next day gets an allergy attack also gets hung over. It was a mixture. And says it's an allergy attack. Because it was mostly allergies. I didn't have a headache. Like, I didn't feel nauseous. And then I was my stomach. Takes a hangover here. I was sneezing and had a sore throat and was congested. And you were hung over. Bottom line. It was a combination of both. Okay. Fair. However, I'm saying it was definitely more allergies. I support. I want Fran to be hungover Because I feel like I come in like throwing up in the morning a lot more than you do Which is part of the problem we're about to talk about.
Starting point is 00:05:43 Yeah, I'm about to like implement a rule where you cannot have another alcoholic beverage before you go to the doctor. Yeah, it's getting pretty serious. I know. I keep saying you should go. We've been talking about it for a while. Now we've reached the point where you have like a couple beers and you end up throwing up in the morning. Like I should not be having three. beers and puking my brains out like I went to one oak the next morning.
Starting point is 00:06:08 Yeah. Like that should not be happening. You have to go to a doctor. It's happening and it's so bad. Like, why am I puking all the time? I think you have to go before Memorial Day weekend. I have to. How am I supposed to go Memorial Day weekend and then just puke every morning?
Starting point is 00:06:23 No, you can't. And you're going to Boston. Hangy parents' house. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No. They're not going to want me puking in their bathroom every morning. No. No.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Oh, my gosh. And it's so real. I don't even know what doctor do you go. go to for this. You want to hear a good story? Sure. The first, not the first time. I think it was the second time I ever went to Hank's parents' house in a situate. And we were going out, but not going out. It really was just a casual night with one of his other friends. And I had taken allergy medicine because I'm allergic to the cat. Yep. It all means back to the cat. And I had taking allergy medicine and I had taken two Claritin, which you're not supposed to do.
Starting point is 00:07:06 No, no, no. Only supposed to take one Claritin. And you're not supposed to drink with Clareton. No. So we ended up taking a few fireball shots. We go out. We come back. His parents are away.
Starting point is 00:07:18 I was on the couch. I started puking all over their white couch, their carpet. I don't remember this, but Hank told me this. Apparently I was so drunk. He was like, really going to. the shower like just wash yourself off like it's going to be okay and I he found me in the shower with all of my clothes on and I was standing in the shower with all of my clothes on just letting the water hit over me and yeah you grow up all over their furniture like my second time there it was a
Starting point is 00:07:48 nightmare we had to clean it all of his friends started to help clean it like they were like oh no ria we have to help you it was a team effort his parents ended up not being mad in the end because I understood they know I'm not like I'm not I'm not I'm not watching and crazy, I just, you know, I start throwing up. So that can't happen next weekend. No, it definitely can't. It can't. It can't because you can let a one time early on in the relationship.
Starting point is 00:08:16 We don't really know this girl. Like she had an issue, whatever, let it fly. You've redeemed yourselves since then. Yeah, I've been back plenty of times. We talk all the time. It's fantastic. But for it to happen again, they know me. For a time again, they'd be like, all right, maybe we should have stuck with our gutt
Starting point is 00:08:31 it's sick to the beginning. Maybe this one can't drink. Yeah, I mean, I don't know. I got to get it figured out. I got to go to the doctor. I think I'm allergic. A lot, actually, a lot of people listening DM'd me giving what they think might happen. I agree with some of those things.
Starting point is 00:08:47 Maybe some of my digestive enzymes aren't working. I don't know. That's what some people are saying in my DMs. So do you have to go to a stomach doctor? I think so. Or what is it? Where do you go for the, for like, they do a diet, like test? And they tell you what affects you the most, like, dairy or whatever.
Starting point is 00:09:07 I think that's the stomach doctor, but I'm not sure. So I'll figure it out. Go to a gastro and then get an endoscopy. That's what I did. Oh, you did that? Yeah, they'll stick a camera down your throat and see what's going on down. There's a lot of stomach problems in this pod. And between the two of you, yeah, you got some issues.
Starting point is 00:09:23 Me and Noah will, like, I'll text like, oh my God, I'm about to throw up. And then Noah will be like, oh, my God, I'm trying not to throw up too. It's just like, I don't even. even blink twice when she's like, yeah, I threw up this morning. And when I tell people I throw up, they're like, yeah. Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, I mean, I don't have a reaction when Ria's, like, at the beginning, I used to be like, oh, no, Ria.
Starting point is 00:09:42 Also, and now I'm like, again. Yeah, you're just like, shut the fuck. I'm like, go to the fucking doctor. But another thing, I don't want people to, like, be like, Ria, you're pregnant because you're throwing up in the morning. Like, that's not it. No, you're really not. This has been happening for years.
Starting point is 00:09:53 You would have had a child already. No, I would have had a child. You've been, because this has been going on for a long time. A child would have popped out unexpectedly already. You 100% would have had a baby already if that was the case. You're right. But Fran is just sick of it at this point. So I'm going to go to the doctor, guys.
Starting point is 00:10:07 That's all that matters. I think everybody, hopefully maybe we'll get listeners who start to pressure you to go to the doctor. So then you really, like, really just dig into the peer pressure because I can only say it so many times. Yeah. I don't have to start like, maybe I have to call your mom. She'll like set up an appointment for you. Listen. She'll come into the, I know she won't.
Starting point is 00:10:25 She'll come into the city. She'll take you. No, she won't. Yes, she will. No, she will. Yes, she will. My mom is so sick of going to like stomach doctors with me. Trust me. Trust me. When I was in 10th grade, my mom had to take me to the doctor because I was having, like, my stomach was hurting so bad all the time. And the doctor, I think I told this. The doctor was like, what have you been eating? And my mom was like, she eats cheeseburgers every day. So my mom just thinks it's because I eat like shit, which could be. I mean, that could definitely be a factor. That could be a factor. And the doctor might say that same thing to you when you go again. But you're going to have to just pull the plug and do it and go. All right, mom. Just doing my job.
Starting point is 00:11:05 Thanks. Thanks, Mom. All right. Well, we have a great show like usual. What's our text for the day? Oh. Whoa. Did I just send that?
Starting point is 00:11:13 Here we go. This was an interesting one. One like we haven't gotten before. Okay. Okay. I screen chat. Sorry, I was kind of confused. She said, I don't know how to submit a did I just send that story, but feel like I need to share
Starting point is 00:11:29 this unfortunate situation. Well, I'd like to tell you this is exactly how you submit it because you're about to hear. Bravo, you're already one step done here. Good for you. Okay. I was in a sorority in college and the morning after we would all go out, we would all gather in our sororities living room while all being hung over and just talk about the night before. This is not part of the DM. I'd like to say that's the best part about going out sometimes. Oh, totally. The next day with your friends. You're talking about the night before. My friends, we, um, when we all like have a big night, and we're all together, there's a diner that we all like to go to the next day. You have to.
Starting point is 00:12:04 You have to. Make so much sense. Okay, resume. This time, we had just finished sorority recruitment, which can be a very hostile and intense situation for everyone, especially the girls in charge. True. I was on the executive board with our recruitment chair who was just a terror to be around the past week.
Starting point is 00:12:19 While we were all hungover sitting there hungover as hell in our room together, my hungover self meant to text my friend who was sitting next to me. I fucking hate fucking my mind my mind was not functioning at full capacity we've all been that hungover right I am right now I can't even read this DM and I instead sent this text who was sitting directly across from me I watched her open the text and look up at me I got up and sprinted to my room and slammed my head against the wall I had to live with her for two more years the end oh man oh no so unfortunate we've all been there you're talking shit about a friend.
Starting point is 00:12:59 If you say you haven't talked shit about your friends, you're lying, you've done it before, you send it to the wrong person because you're typing in their name and you just end up sending it to them. It's a disaster situation, but we've all been there. This isn't one of a tougher situation too when it's like a roommate or even worse, a sorority when you have so many forced events. You can't just avoid that girl for the rest of your life. You have so many activities that you have to do together.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Right. Brutal. So brutal. At that point you got to be like, yo, you were being a bitch. Maybe, yeah, you know, maybe they... Just own it. Say you were being a bitch.
Starting point is 00:13:36 Yeah, maybe they salvaged their relationship. Honestly. I feel like if that's you're like, look, we just went through a really tough week. I really didn't like hang out with you. During this time, we both had bad attitudes. Let's just move on.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Right. I would also challenge the person and be like, you tell me you've never talked bad about me before. And I bet the look on their face would be like, Yeah, I probably have. You're at a sorority. You don't think they're all talking about each other? Come on.
Starting point is 00:14:01 Yeah. Come on. But hopefully they just got past it. We didn't get a follow-up, but that's what I'm going with. Yeah, that's a nice way to end it in our heads. All right. Let's get into today's topics. We have, first off, we actually have an interview with Hannaby, the Bachelorette.
Starting point is 00:14:17 Crazy. We got to talk to her. It's been a wild ride because, I mean, we all know how we felt. Right. Right. And we're going to be completely honest. with you guys like ABC was in the room with us. They were in the room.
Starting point is 00:14:31 And we got nervous. This is the first time ABC has let us interview anybody. They're probably going to listen to this. They probably are, but that's fine. It's the first time that they have let us interview somebody like on, while they're actually still on TV. Like we've gotten people after, but it's never through like ABC. And this is the first time that ABC has let us book with them.
Starting point is 00:14:54 So it was a pretty big deal. We freaked out. So there's maybe some things we wanted to talk about that we didn't talk about that normally we would have. Like we have a whole topic talking about Kelly Rippa ripping the Bachelorette. Could we have mentioned that with Hannah? Yes. But I'm not going to I'm not going to lie to you guys. We were scary.
Starting point is 00:15:13 They're kind of scary and intimidating people. But the thing is we also on top of that. Hannah was a doll. On top of that, I was going to ask the question. We just ran out of time. We did. I would have asked. We did.
Starting point is 00:15:24 I was about to ask. We ran out of time. We actually only had 20 minutes, and we started late, and we were starting to get like the time signals. Yeah, it was like, all right, let's wrap this shit up. Exactly. And when you start to get that, especially where we were like, oh shit, it made us even more nervous. Me and Fran, we had a signal. I was tapping her foot.
Starting point is 00:15:41 Yeah, yeah, it was a whole thing. But listen to the interview. Just listen to the interview. Yeah, I mean, they probably don't want to listen at all at this point. Yeah, just listen to it. But she was very sweet. I really liked to talk to her in real life. Yes, very nice.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Okay, we also talk about Constance Wu, diva drama. We got Vinny and his Chippendale show. It got hot in here. We have the Game of Thrones petition, a bunch of losers, Kelly Rippa and The Bachelorette. Like we said. Yep. And Juliet Porter is now dating the Thercese Man in Reality TV, Robbie Hayes. Yes.
Starting point is 00:16:15 And we also have Justin Bieber's new music video with Ed Shearin and Demi Lovato. She's back. So, Fran, let's get into it, starting off with Vinny and the Chippendale show. We need to talk. about a video that surfaced. I mean, this is, this is going to take a lot. I know it's uncomfortable, but we watch, we, me, I watched it so many times.
Starting point is 00:16:41 Vinnie from the Jersey Shore is doing Chippendale shows in Vegas. Now, I've never been to a Chippendale show. I don't really know how they work. So I was taking a back. When I realized. I was also taken it back. And you're saying that you watched this video so many times. I did watch it so many times with you at our desk.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Yeah. I watched it more even later. You watched it later? Then my friends started talking about it and I was like, oh, I got to keep watching. No, see, I only watched it at our desk like 10 times. But after that, once I left work, I didn't watch it again. But let's explain. Chippendale's show, neither of us have been.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Apparently they get naked. Vinnie. But full, Vinnie got, Vinny went full. Full frontal. Vinny went full frontal. His dick was out on stage. Full. And it was interesting because the woman, I'm assuming a woman,
Starting point is 00:17:35 filming it. It has to be a woman. Who knows? Who knows? His dick. No, no, no. I'm saying who caught the footage. Oh, oh, oh, oh.
Starting point is 00:17:41 There was somebody in the crowd. I was like, well, it can't be a girl. No, no. There was somebody in the crowd who had the perfect angle because there was like a catwalk on the stage and Vinny came up the end. He had a towel wrapped around his waist. there was a woman on stage in a chair and the way the woman,
Starting point is 00:17:59 the person in the crowd was situated was right at the angle so it was like kind of right behind the woman in the chair so that they had a direct, they had a direct view of Vinny walking up the catwalk. He did a quick towel open,
Starting point is 00:18:15 flash the woman, put the towel back on. His dick was just out. Vinny flashed his dick and you could see it. You could see it. They blurred it, But like we're like, it's there. He just flashed it. Totally.
Starting point is 00:18:28 And then he was in the shower, rubbing soap and water on himself with his butt out. And his dripping water. Actually, he was just naked. Like I'm saying his butt was out. Everything was out. He was cupping his penis with his hand. There was.
Starting point is 00:18:42 Like, he, you, Vinny was just naked on stage. And for me and Fran were like, Vinnie, Vinny, we have interviewed you multiple times before. He said we're friends at this point. This is our friend on stage. stage, Vinny. And next time we're with him
Starting point is 00:18:57 I'm just not going to be able to look at them the same. Vinny, what are you doing? You just got naked and we know what you look like now. Yeah, because he looks good. That's the problem with him. Like, I'm like, oh shit. Vinny's looking real good. Vinny went from being like, oh, Vinny, like he picks on us, like, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:19:14 Making fun of the whole keto thing, I'm like, well, it's paid off. Fran's like interested in Vinny. It's going to be weird when Vinny comes back and Fran's like, sup Vinny. Hey, I can just recognize when somebody puts in the work and he put in the work
Starting point is 00:19:29 and I applaud him for that because he's up on stage he apparently said that he was like down to be totally naked because I'm sure he knows he looks so good. He knows he looks good and the other thing about that is first of all, yes, his body looks fantastic.
Starting point is 00:19:43 Second, Jersey Shore if you remember how much Snooky talked about how Vinny has the biggest dick ever. Right, she did talk about a lot. It's this big. She was like, it's fucking huge. Huge. So, like, I'm sure Vinny is fine with talks and his dick around. He's been with multiple women. He knows it works. He was like, I'm going to show it. The woman that he flashed
Starting point is 00:20:03 himself to did look shocked. Like, when he opened that towel, she was like, oh, I think she was shocked that he opened his towel. Yeah, that could also be it. Somebody just opened a towel and there, Vinny from the Jersey Shore his dick is in your face. I probably have the same reaction. Yeah. I almost thought we were going to get like a full lap dance was where we were going. But then he's slinging around. But then he, Vinny, from the Jersey Shore his dick is in the But then he took it to the shower and he's just water dripping and rubbing himself. Listen, listen, Vinny, we applaud you. That's all we got to say.
Starting point is 00:20:30 Chippendale's Vinny is a whole different Vinny. Whole other seed. Never met that Vinny, but he clearly exists. That Vinny exists and I'll tell you it does exist because I've been watching Double Shot at Love with Vinny and Polly Dee. This show is fantastic. This show is everything. I'm so behind.
Starting point is 00:20:47 I haven't watched. This show is everything I wanted and more. Tonight's a new episode. I'm pumped up for it. I'm all caught up. Friend, there's so much good drama that I want to talk about, but you don't even know what it is. But, of course, the girls are fighting. It's the typical drama, but it's just so good because it's Vinny and Polly, and they're just not here for drama at all.
Starting point is 00:21:09 And the way they react to the drama is so funny. They're just like, like Vinny is so against drama, you could tell. He does not like when girls say other things about other girls. He doesn't like that at all. Polly doesn't like how people question his character. He's like, if you're going to be with me, then you need to trust me. You can't be listening to these rumors. I'm a celebrity.
Starting point is 00:21:30 People are going to start rumors about me. I'm like, fuck yeah, Polly. The show's great. So they're like taking it seriously. Well, they're taking it seriously, but they're not like, you can tell they're fucking around. Yeah. They're not going to marry these girls. They're not like I'm looking to get married.
Starting point is 00:21:45 The funniest part to me is there's a few girls on the show. Marissa being one of them who don't interact with Vinnie and Polly but have made it every single episode So do they send It kind of depends on how many people do they send home an episode I literally have only watched the first episode It like varies
Starting point is 00:22:04 Like sometimes it's usually one person Sometimes it's two I feel like it changes week to week But they've been keeping girls around That have not spoken Like there are girls that don't speak to them And they're like you know we got to get to know you better this week this week. And then they just stay on.
Starting point is 00:22:20 Do they get airtime with the other girls? Yes. They're on. They're on with the other girls. This is one of those situations where I feel like it's a show for the drama. So it's like it's not like Vinnie and Polly are having these deep
Starting point is 00:22:38 connections with these women and they're like, no, we have to keep this person. Like I'm sure if a producer was like, hey, can you keep these two and like get rid of these two? They're like, sure. Yeah, I think that they are keeping some people who are just good for... Good TV. Good TV.
Starting point is 00:22:53 But they did send people home that were just like creating just friendships instead of talking to video. They were like, it's clear you guys are just obsessed with each other. Like, you got to go. I just want you to watch it so that we could talk about it, Fran, because it cracks me up. Some of the characters... I'll have to catch up. Some of the characters on the show are fan-tied. Be lashes.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Be lashes is still on the show? B-lashes and Marissa have a tight-knit group. It's Marissa B. Lashes and then a few other ones. Yeah, they really linked up. They seem like they're cut from the same cloth, those two. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. It's phenomenal, though.
Starting point is 00:23:28 Honestly, I enjoy them on the show. Yeah. I won't lie. I definitely have to catch up. And I feel like I feel almost more inclined to catch up after watching Vinnie's Chip and Dale's video. Yeah, I mean, just as support. Yeah, and we got to support our guy Vinnie here.
Starting point is 00:23:45 Just got to support Vinny. Oh, man. Maybe we'll get more of the. those videos, Fran. He's going to be how much longer he's got there. I don't know. I forget, we didn't really talk to him about it the last time he was in the office. But then we just ran out of time, which upsets me now.
Starting point is 00:23:58 But next time we talked to him, I'm sure we will. He hurt himself. Like, in his last performance. Like, I think he's been maybe a weekly thing, like last week or whatever. Like, I think he like sprained his ankle on stage. Jesus. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:24:13 I don't know what he was doing. Maybe that's how he had to redeem himself. Like, let me just get naked. so everybody stops talking about I sprained my ankle at the Chippendale show. Because he must not have gotten fully naked the first time. That would have made headlines.
Starting point is 00:24:25 No, clearly this one made headlines everywhere. It was only this past time that they were like, Vinny got naked. Vinny got butt naked. But. Props to him, though. I have to say, props to him for having the confidence
Starting point is 00:24:36 to get butt naked on stage. Yeah. Because it takes a lot to just getting fully naked in front of people like that. 100%. Gotta have a lot of confidence. So good for you, Vinny.

We talked about Constance Wu last week, or maybe it was the beginning of this week, I don't remember. But Constance Wu is a diva, and it's becoming a parent.
Starting point is 00:26:27 It really is. See, like, I'm saying Constance Wu is a diva. I don't know if she definitely is, but what we're hearing makes me really think that she is a diva. It's making me, like, I love Crazy Rich Asians, the movie, and I'm kind of looking at her a little differently now.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Oh, 100%. Because we, there's obviously the whole tweets and being upset that her show was renewed. So now I feel like outlets are kind of running away with that story. And so obviously we're going to get stories like this. Now, you know, how accurate it is. I don't know, but it seems like it could be possible. So page 6 wrote a whole story with the headline, hated Constance Wu, is an even bigger diva than Jennifer Lopez.
Starting point is 00:27:16 It's like they are filming hustlers, which is, you know, J.Lo's new movie, Cardi B's in it, Constance Wu's in it. And they were told by an insider from the set of hustlers that while the actresses get along well, behind the scenes, Wu is a way bigger diva than her more famous co-stars, JLo, and Cardi. Wu is a quote, pain in the fucking ass. She just won't agree to do anything. She refuses to do interviews.
Starting point is 00:27:46 She won't have visitors on her sets. It's like a cliche. She is very talented, but all signs are pointing to a difficult diva. A third insider who worked with Wu added, she's a total piece of work. She thinks it's okay to treat people badly and say out loud whatever comes to her. She's the new Catherine Hegel, and if she's not careful, her movie career will go in the same direction downhill.
Starting point is 00:28:07 See, hearing these things about Constance Wu, who originally I would be like I'm dying to interesting. interview her, it makes me not want to be near her at all. Honestly, she sounds like she is a real piece of work to work with. She's just flying up the diva charts. And when you're being told that you are more of a diva than Jennifer Lopez, who, you know, who we love, who we absolutely love, but she's 100% diva. Yeah, she is a diva. And that's fine because she's Jennifer Lopez. She's earned the diva status. Like Beyonce, earned diva status. Correct. Jennifer Lopez, earned diva status. earn diva status. You need to earn
Starting point is 00:28:45 your diva status. Cardi B earning her diva status. She is in the way of earning her diva status. Constance Wu has not even began to earn She's on the bottom trying to crawl up to get to the diva surface. She's not there.
Starting point is 00:29:03 So she should not be treating people with disrespect. And when it goes back to the whole ABC show and she wasn't happy and she makes it seem like it was because of another project and then the people on their show were like we're just going to act like, you know, everything was fine.
Starting point is 00:29:18 No, no. Constance Wu seems like a nightmare. Yeah. And it's crazy to hear something like Can we give people a background of Catherine Heigel? Well, Catherine Hegel, I mean, Catherine Hegel lost it because she also went down the whole diva hard to work with past. She was compared to Catherine Heigle here.
Starting point is 00:29:39 Yes, yes. Catherine Heigle was huge on Grey's Anatomy. It was like peak Grey's anatomy success. The show was doing so well. And she hated doing the show. She was just like, I think she had that
Starting point is 00:29:54 whole, you know, creatively stifled and all that shit. So she left the show and it was not in a good way. There was not a pleasant departure from that show. And then, you know, I think she expected some big movie career
Starting point is 00:30:10 and yeah, she did so many like romantic comedy after romantic comedy but she never really hit the next level and every project there was just more and more stories about how she was so hard to work with her co-stars people on set everything to the point where
Starting point is 00:30:27 she just saw like I haven't seen her in a movie forever I haven't seen Catherine Hegel in a movie forever you're right I also I remember when it started to come out that Catherine Heigle was a diva but I didn't really read much about it. Now I'm a little more interested because
Starting point is 00:30:44 I forgot who mentioned it before. I think it might have been Noah. The Seth Rogen and Catherine Hegel obviously knocked up. Great movie. She trashed it afterwards. Yeah. So this was so long ago and I was way younger that I wasn't like looking at the tabloids all the time. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think she said like she didn't like the way women were portrayed in that movie and Seth Rogen was like, well, you didn't say that ever like on the set. Right. And you act like everything was fine on the set.
Starting point is 00:31:09 Right. Her head just blew up. If you have a problem with the way you're being portrayed in the movie, why don't you say it while you're filming the movie, not afterwards. She's like loved causing problems. So Constance Wu seems like she's going down this route. And I think if she continues this way, she's not going to have a great career because it's still early on, you know? No, it absolutely is.
Starting point is 00:31:28 The air, like the timing, she's got the time here. Times on her side. If she wants to turn this around, she can. But if more and more stories like this come out, it's hard because that rumors like that spread so fast. where everyone in Hollywood is not going to want to work with her because of those reasons. It would suck if these were coming out and page 6 wrote this and it wasn't true about Constance Woo and people were just trying to take her down.
Starting point is 00:31:54 But after seeing the tail end of the tweets thing. The tail end of the meltdown that she had on Twitter about her show getting renewed, not canceled. It was funny. We were doing Snapchat with Casey Smith and she was like, yeah, she had a meltdown because her show got canceled. And we were like, no. She had a meltdown because her show got renewed. It's opposite. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:13 So Jimmy Kimmel at the ABC up front made a joke like, only at ABC is somebody going to be very upset about their show getting picked up for another season. It's crazy, but I don't know how to, like she can't just keep doing movies if she's going to act this way.
Starting point is 00:32:34 Right. I mean, when you have now rumors floating around that her team is, pleading with her to find some humility. Like that's so bad. I'm picturing her people like beg on their hands and knees. Like Constance, please be humble. And Constance is like, no. Just like, such a weird thing to try and ask somebody to do also. Like if you're not humble, it's pretty hard to just change your race. And you can't look at somebody and say,
Starting point is 00:33:00 hey, can you start being a little humble? Can you maybe just humble it up? People who aren't humble don't realize that they're not being, like, you know what I'm saying? Constance Wu probably doesn't think like, oh, I'm not being humble right now. I'm being right. So it's interesting to see what's going to happen because I don't know what ABC is going to do because I feel like right now, Constance Wu,
Starting point is 00:33:21 you know, she has a bad stigma around her. Totally. And it doesn't exactly make ABC look great. No. It's like you just renewed their show and she doesn't like working on her, whatever. She does like working on it, but she's sad to... She wants to be
Starting point is 00:33:37 challenged. To dismiss her other opportunities. But it is crazy when this happens. And it's kind of like where there's smoke, there's fire situation. Because once there's one story that goes, everybody starts coming out of the woodwork and saying this and that and whatever.
Starting point is 00:33:52 So there was a source that page 6 also talked to from the set of crazy rich Asians who said that she was standoffish and arrived to talk to reporters in a separate van from the cast who came together. It was clearly they didn't socialize. She was
Starting point is 00:34:08 icy cold, leaving it to Henry Golding to charm everyone. And then they wrote, at his screening last summer, Wu rolled her eyes when co-star Michelle Yao spoke. Speaking of Henry Golding, just a quick side note, he did the W Magazine ASMR stuff. Fantastic. Fantastic
Starting point is 00:34:24 work from him. He did the ASA mark. I feel like that's so soothing. He's got a great voice. It was soothing. I fell sleep to it the other night. I won't lie. I won't lie. I also fell asleep to Matthew McConaughey the other night, too. Sleep stories. Yeah. I only do that when, like, if Hank is recording late part of my take, I'll probably fall asleep before
Starting point is 00:34:44 he gets back. Yeah. And that's probably the only time I, like, watch the AISMR videos because, you know, it's kind of weird to be like, hey, Hank, let's watch Matthew McCona. No, I actually thought about that. And I, I just assumed it was when Hank wasn't around. Like, I just assumed, like, you two weren't falling asleep together. Like, hey, want me to turn on Matthew McCona? No, no, no. He just assumed. He was, but I actually did show it to him. I was like, this is what I'm talking about. He was like, damn, kind of makes sense. Although he was hysterical laughing. He's like, I can't listen to this seriously, which is fine. I'll do it. That's fine. But just wanted to give a quick shout to Henry Golding on his ASMR. Fantastic. Wow, that's great. Demi has been really like, I would say back on Instagram. Yeah, she is. She obviously has been posting for a while now. But ever since her overdose and rehab and all that, she, she, I feel like stepped away from social media, which was obviously the very smart choice. And now she's slowly making her way back in.
Starting point is 00:35:46 And she looks fantastic. It looks like she just went on this vacation to Bora Bora. I would love to go to vacation. Borah Bora. This place looks stunning. I can't tell you the amount of times where I have been up late at night searching every which way that I can get myself to Borah Bora. Really? Whether it be the flights, the hotel.
Starting point is 00:36:08 Because it's the rooms over the water. Yes, I think about how I can save up enough money for me to go to Bora Bora. The problem with... And stay in one of these rooms. Yes, stay in one of those rooms. The problem is you can save up and do that. The problem with Bora Bora is vacation time. So Borah Bora is far away, very far away.
Starting point is 00:36:28 It takes... You need like two full travel days. You need two full days and then you need the week in between or however long you're going to be there. Add two days on top of that. It's a whole trip. Realistically, that doesn't work into our schedule, and that's what stops me every time. Every time I'm like, Boer-Ber would be nice. There's about one time in the year that you could do it.
Starting point is 00:36:49 Christmas. But it's so tough because Christmas, you're with your family. Yeah, that I'm not going to be like, hey, I'm going to Bora, Bora. See you guys. You might have to. Like, at some point, you might just have to be like, you know what? In my life, yes. I can't keep acting like I'm not going to go to Bora, Borra.
Starting point is 00:37:03 It's also very expensive. I can't sit here and act like I have the funds to go to Borra-Bora. You might have to wait for some time. I think, okay, if I save this amount of money by this time, I'll be able to go to Bora Bora. But yeah, she was in Bora Bora, posting pictures. She's feeling good. She is feeling good. She looks great.
Starting point is 00:37:19 She was wearing this like cheetah print bikini. She looks awesome. She like wrote this whole long caption a couple days ago that, you know, she just feels great. She was like, I'm sitting after a post gym session, feeling high on life. I'm not feeling so glamorous right now. but fuck I feel awesome and posting this feels empowering because I like this pick where I feel sexy and I can also defend myself from anyone that ever tries to attack me any size, any shape, any gender.
Starting point is 00:37:48 I have security but in the moments I'm alone, I feel confident that I can hold my own against an attacker and hope everyone find something they can become as passionate about as I feel about Jiu-Jitsu. She's a badass Jiu-Jitsu fighter now. Like I think she could probably take down a lot of people. So just add that to Demi Lovato's resume. And on top of that, we didn't even talk about this when it happened. She recently signed with Scooter Braun.
Starting point is 00:38:15 She signed. Scooter Braun's her new manager. Scoots. Our guy Scoots. Scoots. No big deal. Scootty Scoops. Yep.
Starting point is 00:38:21 He is our guy. And if you guys don't remember that we met him at Rumble. We shook his hand. I stepped on his toe. So basically we're pretty close with Scooter Braun. Yeah. And she signed with him, which I think is a mutual feeling of so Demi Lovato's like, oh my God, this is Scooter Braun.
Starting point is 00:38:40 And Scooter Braun is like, oh, my God, this is Demi Lovato. I think it's mutual because right now, Scooter Braun has Jesse Bieber and Ariana Grande, two of the biggest pop stars ever. You add Demi in the mix. You add Demi Lovato in the mix, who is fantastic singer. I'm sure she's going to come out with more music now. And he's very good at handling the people that, you know, maybe have trouble dealing with their emotions and whatnot, right?
Starting point is 00:39:05 You know, you're definitely right. I think he's a good, he is good guidance for these young people. And I trust Scooter to make the correct business decisions for, uh, I don't, what are you, what's going on? Oh, wow. Now there's a, wow. I mean, it's just a mess today. We got Fyloberg is on, what was that, a motorized skateboard? A motorized skateboard.
Starting point is 00:39:30 Yeah. Okay. It's a fun house. It really is. It really is a fun house. Okay. Anyway, what was they saying? saying, Scooter Braun. I believe that Scooter Braun will make all the best business decisions for Demi. I agree. I think he has done a great job at handling Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande. I think he'll do the same for Demi Lovato. I'm excited for her. I hope that she's on the right path now. I hope we get some good music from her. I think it's coming up for her. People underestimate her as a singer. She's a fantastic. And she's so talented. What's your favorite Demi Lovato song?
Starting point is 00:40:04 Oh, Rhea. I don't even know where to begin. Mine's don't forget. All the old ones. Obviously, that's a classic. I'm so mad because I had a video of me singing that on my laptop in like sixth grade. I'll never get that video back, but I was so serious. Like, did you forget?
Starting point is 00:40:23 Oh, yeah. I mean, I think everybody had a video like that. Like, were you saying it to like your eighth grade boyfriend who broke up with you? I would say that, you know, she's had. she's had songs that like I'm trying to think of the ones there was one that came oh skyscraper
Starting point is 00:40:40 duh skyscraper is a fantastic one you're right that's one of my that's one of my faves and then obviously she's had songs with with Jonas Brothers
Starting point is 00:40:49 yeah this was me singing into my laptop everybody had a video like this so like she's just so good mm-hmm like heartbroken another song I put on like my aim away message
Starting point is 00:41:03 was gives you hell. Yeah. Like I really thought in sixth grade I should be making my status. I hope when you see my face, it gives you hell. It's my sixth grade boyfriend. Who is. I love that. Who is I aming another girl?
Starting point is 00:41:15 I love that. Yeah, it's pretty serious. It really is. But Demi Lovato's out here killing it. So we just want to give a little shout out. Exactly. And to just put this out there to scooter, you know, make the right decision, scoots. I don't want.
Starting point is 00:41:29 We're trusting you. We're trusting you with Demi Lovato. Don't fuck it up. Yeah. I talk to Scoots as if he's listening to this show. That's how I felt like. I just want to put this message out there. Scooter Braun, like take care of our girl.
Starting point is 00:41:41 Yeah. Make the right decisions for her. Please and thank you. Thank you, Scoots. Friend, we have to talk about the big drama of the week with Kelly Ripa and The Bachelorette. We haven't talked about it. And honestly, it's a nightmare because Kelly Ripa who, listen, I don't watch her show, but I see her on comments by celebs.
Starting point is 00:42:01 I love Kelly Ripa. And I love her with that. I love her and her husband. And I've always liked Kelly Rippa. Then she comes out, The Bachelor and Bachelorette while Hannah B was on the show. And people are freaking out. Bachelor Nation is going mad. And then there's people that are siding with Kelly Rippa, Ellen Pompeo, for example.
Starting point is 00:42:20 So there's both sides to it. Now, I want to start out by saying that I obviously was dragged into Bachelor world because of you. You got to watch The Bachelor. You've got to watch a Bachelor. I was a bachelor not yeah I was a bachelor hater before that I was like what's the point of the show but once you start watching it and just like it's fun to make fun of and laugh at and whatever yeah just easy television right um I'm glad that I didn't go the route Kelly Rippa is going with this yeah because this is the thing like you can you can obviously dislike something that's fine
Starting point is 00:42:52 but if you really like she obviously feels she strong enough about it to go on her show, which is on ABC, and be like, it's disgusting. I hate it. Like, just shit on it. Literally the day before Hannah B is supposed to be your guest and then have Hannah B. Come on and just be like, like kind of make a joke about it, but not really. And then Hannah kind of have to defend herself. It's all very awkward.
Starting point is 00:43:22 And it definitely seems like Kelly Rippa hasn't watched the show in a very long time. she's always had this stance that's fine she doesn't like the idea of women competing for a guy but you know then it's flipped and they have the bachelorette and what
Starting point is 00:43:40 it just seems like she's always been out out on it that's fine it's just like whatever that's one person who's not watching you know yeah there's plenty of people who hate it yeah I don't think that there's any reason
Starting point is 00:43:53 to go after her but it's it's bachelor nation they're going to be pissed when you you're coming after their show. Then we had Mike Fleece who, obviously, especially him, because he's Scott. He's always salty about everything. We've said it before. He's really the worst. Like when it comes to everything, we saw it with Chloe Kardashian and with the whole she's going to be the new bachelorette. He was annoying with that already. He lives in his own like La La Land. Yeah. And then he goes after Kelly Rippa and he says that he basically pays her salary. Yeah, right. Like being like, look out. Like we signed your
Starting point is 00:44:25 checks. Yeah. Which is where he. Seriously. he had where most people had the problem. That's where I think it went too far because if you want to hate on Kelly Rippa for hating on The Bachelorette and Bachelor, fine. Like, yeah, you know what I mean? Like, you're hating on it, Hannah B sitting here. This is awkward. Like, just move on, whatever.
Starting point is 00:44:41 But when you start saying, like, I pay your salary, then it gets out of hand because, like, no, you don't. Like, you have a different show. And then Ellen Pompeo steps in. And she, what was her tweet? She tweeted at please meister. That's Mike please. She said, that's some handle, bro.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Your show does not pay Kelly Ripper's salary. Also, we don't attack successful women on our network, and men certainly cannot take credit for their success. Don't get me started on your show because I'm a savage. Dot, dot, dot. Hashtag Bachelor So White. She very much makes her point. She's obviously allowed, like she's allowed to hate The Bachelor too.
Starting point is 00:45:20 And Mike going after Kelly Rippa, who is a very successful woman on ABC, totally wrong, if anything. Ellen Pompeo is probably wrong. probably bringing in that gray's anatomy. True. True. She's got to say in the Gray's anatomy thing. But either way, no, none of those people are paying
Starting point is 00:45:36 Kelly Ripper's salary. Like Kelly Ripper is doing her own job either way. But the only time that it got, that I was like, oh, seriously, was when Mike Fleece got involved. Because it was like, Chris Harrison made a joke and was just like, ha-ha, like, don't look out. Like, Bachelor Nation's going to come for you. which I I didn't really like either
Starting point is 00:45:59 but it's you're right like it would have just blown over she's been open about disliking the show before she hasn't really talked about it that much recently but she's obviously you brought it up now again because she wanted to
Starting point is 00:46:14 and it really wouldn't like it really wouldn't have been that bad Colton made a joke about it and was just like he tweeted how mad is Kelly Rippa going to be when the Bachelor wins an Emmy this year? Which will think in Colton. But they also, TMZ, I believe, got Colton and Cassie in an airport. They were talking about it.
Starting point is 00:46:37 And he was just like, look, I just think Kelly Rippa doesn't really know what the show is about these days. She obviously has it watched in a while. Like the dating game in general in just society has changed so much with Tinder and apps and everything that like it's not that. crazy that a groups of men or women are there to date one person. Especially after there's been so many dating shows like that. So many. So many dating shows of people just fighting for one person. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:07 And if you're signing up for the show, you're consenting to the show. Like, you want to be a part of the show. So if these people want to be a part of that, then let them be a part of it. That's how I feel about it. Exactly. It's not, you don't have to go on the show, Kelly, but whatever. These people want to know. Kelly's been married for a long time.
Starting point is 00:47:21 She doesn't really know what's going on in the dating scene. and that was Colton's and Cassie's angle on it. That's fine. It's just Kelly Ripper doesn't like The Bachelor. Yep. And we just got to move on from it. That's fine. I like The Bachelor.
Starting point is 00:47:33 I'm going to keep watching. She's going to not watch. That's fine. Yeah, that's a pretty average middle take on it, Fran. So we'll just move on then. No, because I'm what am I going to, I like Kelly Ripper. Like, I like everything she does. She clearly, she just doesn't like one thing that I like.
Starting point is 00:47:49 Yeah, I have nothing against Kelly Rippa. Exactly. Nothing against her. You can't rip apart. somebody's Mike Fleece almost like you know kind of went for integrity you can't like rip somebody apart for one thing that they
Starting point is 00:48:01 like that you don't like when you know otherwise they're decent people. Yeah they just don't like the show who cares a lot of people don't like it. Yeah just not as we love it well I love it you love it and I will keep talking about it despite what Kelly Rippa says. That's power friend. We got to talk about more reality TV drama.
Starting point is 00:48:21 Robbie Hayes, who, if you know who we're talking about, he was on The Bachelor, Bachelorette, Bachelor in Bachelor in Paradise, whatever. He has stayed in the reality TV dating pool. He loves to date people from reality TV shows. He's dated Sheena from Vanderpump, obviously past Bachelor, Bachelorette contestants. And now he's dating Juliet Porter from Siesta Key. Would you love Siesta Key? So you must be happy about this. I actually... Just because of the drama that might come from like a new season. I do love C.S.
Starting point is 00:48:54 The key and for that reason, I'm into it just because I want to see... I don't know if this is going to play out on the show or not, but if it does, that would be kind of awesome because I really don't like Alex and that's who Juliet was dating before. And now she obviously has like a way technically hotter and more famous boyfriend, even though Robbie is kind of the way. of the Audi TV. This is a guy who went from Jojo season of the Bachelorette. Then he went to Bachelor in Paradise, dated Amanda Stanton, thought that that was like an Instagram couple match made in heaven influencer-wise with their presets and whatnot. She sells presets, right?
Starting point is 00:49:45 Oh, yeah. Does he sell presets? He definitely sells presets. He definitely sells presets. I don't know. He might use her. He might use her precess. Possibly.
Starting point is 00:49:54 And so they just, that fell apart because there were all the cheating rumors that he cheated on her. That was a whole thing. Then he pops up on Vanderpump Rules going on some dates with Sheena. Tried to weasel his way into that show. Now he's dating Juliet, who, you know, just graduated college. You know, yes, she is on Siesta Key, but she just, she just finished college. She's like 22. He's 30, I believe.
Starting point is 00:50:27 He's just maybe like pushing it a little bit on like hanging with the just graduated from college crowd that is Siesta Key. Like, if Robbie now becomes a member of Siesta Key, it's just hilarious because Ciesa Key is a made up of a bunch of like guys and gals in their early 20s. I love that you just had guys and gals. I genuinely think that he just goes from every TV show and it's like, okay, who can I date next? Then the second he breaks up with somebody, he just guns for another reality TV star. Maybe he does actually like them, but his gut instinct is, I need to date somebody from reality TV. Well, it's just crazy because the reality TV world now is just so connected because once you become a star on one show, You literally try and be a star on every other show
Starting point is 00:51:18 and you go on so many shows. So it's like Robbie was on Bachelor and Paradise and he was on ABC. And then he became friends with Corey Brooks, who was on Big Brother. But then Cory Brooks went on X on the beach. So now he's in the MTV crowd. So now he has other friends from MTV.
Starting point is 00:51:36 And now that brings Robbie into the MTV crowd, which then takes you to Ciesti key on MTV. Yeah. And it's just... Many MTV shows because first of all, you have the Bravo TV shows. You have the MTV TV shows. Maybe he'll dip into the E pool. They're getting into, you know, I don't know, maybe I'll pop up with one of the Kardashian friends.
Starting point is 00:51:56 You never know at this point. The sky, the limit is endless for Robbie Hayes. Right, totally. I feel like Robbie Hayes in the reality TV world, like in those circles, he's like a, he's like a now now. Like they're like, ah, you're trying to be a Robbie Hayes? Yeah, exactly. He is the guy you refer to as for any type of, like, they say when girls are just trying to bang celebrities all the time.
Starting point is 00:52:24 Now you're just a Robbie Hayes is for the guys that are just. The thirst is alive and well. The thirst is very alive and well. My problem is, does Juliet not realize? I mean, we're talking to, I like Juliet and I like her on the show, but we're talking about a girl that dated Alex for as long as she dated. Alex was, Alex sucked and she got out of that relationship, only to get into this relationship. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:52:49 Who knows? She might know what she's doing and that's exactly what she wants. So, right? Like, because people are going to talk about her even more now dating Robbie Hayes. Would you say it's an upgrade? It's tough because on paper, yeah, it definitely is. But, like, at what cost? Yeah, I think it's upgrade, like reality TV wise.
Starting point is 00:53:17 Like, at what cost? You know? I don't know where the limit is. Yeah. Like, it's an upgrade, like, he has more followers. But, like, that's fucked up. Like, this is the real world. Look, he's a very attractive guy.
Starting point is 00:53:30 Can't deny that. Robbie Hayes, yeah. But he looks fake, yeah. Yes. So it's just, I don't know. Maybe they can, like, go get sprayed tans together and sit on the beach and, I don't know. Yeah, that would be nice. Take pictures of each other.
Starting point is 00:53:45 Yeah, they would be a great Instagram couple. They are. We already got two pictures up from them. We're going to get plenty more. Juliet had posted an original photo. That's the one that got everybody, like, freaking out because they were kissing. And it was like, holy shit, she's dating Robbie Hayes. And then Robbie, then she posted another one with Robbie.
Starting point is 00:54:08 It's like a sunset picture. They're on the beach. They look beautiful. They're matching colors. and they're in CSC key right now, I guess. But actually, you know, as far as followers go, she's right there, up there with him. So it's not like he's that far ahead of her
Starting point is 00:54:25 that she needs to be up on her game that much. Robbie Hayes has 404,000 followers. Only 404,000? Yeah, Juliet has 397. Oh, she's so close. She'll surpass him. Once she surpasses him, she could dump him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Just find somebody else. She could probably find somebody else when she reaches that height. What an interesting world. Do you think people meet each other and they're like, so how many Instagram followers do you have? Yes. I actually think that happens in L.A. every conversation. Like quickly go to the bathroom and check their phone to see. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:01 Every conversation in L.A. I expect them to be asking how many Instagram followers they have. And I would expect everybody have over at least 10K. Yeah. Like if you're going to bar in L.A., everybody has over at least 10K followers. It's intimidating. It's intimidating. I've never been...
Starting point is 00:55:16 We've been out in L.A. once. Yeah. I have to really find my way around there and see what it's like. Well, now it seems like they're just beaching it. They're in Florida. I actually think Robbie is from Florida. I don't know where in Florida, but if my memory is correct... So they bond in that way as well?
Starting point is 00:55:35 If my memory is correct, Robbie is from Florida. and that would be testing my knowledge of remembering shit from the Bachelorette. So let's see. Robbie Hayes biography. You're going to read the whole thing or just skim the beginning? No, I'm just trying to look for it. Okay, yeah. So he was born in Jacksonville, Florida.
Starting point is 00:56:01 So yes, there we go. I was correct. Both from Florida? She's from Florida or she just goes to school there. Robbie went to Florida State. Wow, Juliet graduated from Florida State. I guess they have more in common. We've been shitting on them this whole time.
Starting point is 00:56:14 Maybe they have a lot common. Well, he graduated like seven years before she did. Yeah, that's kind of awkward. It's never like they overlapped. Yeah. Well, good for them. Good for that happy Instagram couple. Yeah, looks.
Starting point is 00:56:29 We're going to see way too much of them. Yeah, fantastic. Have you ever had someone come up to you and say, you smell amazing? What perfume are you wearing? Last Friday, we got a new Justin Bieber and Ed Shearin song. I don't care. Personally, I love the song, but I actually haven't listened to it since last weekend.
Starting point is 00:58:32 Really? You didn't listen to it one time this week? No, I kind of forgot about it. I actually listen to it a lot this week. As I said, it was going to grow on me. I do like it a lot. Well, they released the music video. And anytime we could see Justin Bieber in a music video as a music video you want to sign me up for, I'm excited for it.
Starting point is 00:58:48 But the music video we got, Noah could have put a better music video together for us. He actually did. Like when Noah created that music video for me at Clemson was a better music video than what Justin Bieber and Ed Shear and did, which is fine. They just went a different route with it. It was like a little fun. Right. That's just the vibe that they wanted. I felt like you were on an acid trip the entire time.
Starting point is 00:59:10 I felt like I was high the whole time. I was watching that video. Didn't you? There was just things jumping out every second. They filmed it completely on a green screen. So they're just jumping from location to location, costume to costume. Panda, ice cream, eyeballs, water. Flying through the air.
Starting point is 00:59:29 Justin's on a magic carpet. Yeah. The whole thing had me for a wild ride. But you know what? It's nice to see Justin and Ed Sheeran alive and well in a music video. Yeah, they're in a song. Love to see that. It's great.
Starting point is 00:59:42 The song's enjoyable. And I said it to you, anytime you can get Justin Bieber in a music video, you're here for it. And on top of that, anytime you can get him a shirtless in a music video, even better. That's a fact friend. He was shirtless basically the whole time. He looks really good and healthy. Hair looks good. Face looks good.
Starting point is 00:59:59 Body looks good. Maybe he really is cleaning up. Looks happy. Yeah. He looked like he was enjoying it very much. It seems like the picture that Haley posted in the green screen, that was the same day, which explains why he looked so hot. You think he was wearing makeup?
Starting point is 01:00:13 Because honestly, he looked beautiful. I'm not going to lie, that thought just came into my head. I was like he probably, because when that picture, when Haley posted that picture of him in front of the green screen with the tie-dice shirt and we were like, damn, Justin. And now watching the music video knowing that that was a picture of the day they were shooting the music video, yeah, he probably has. some, he probably has something on it. Yeah, you're not going to fill a music video, a little concealer foundation, bronzer. You're not going to film a music video without a little
Starting point is 01:00:40 something on the face. No, no, no, no. You need something. The lights are harsh. I would think even Ed Sharon, they put something on him. For sure, for sure, but definitely like, you know, something fair for him. Right. Well, correct. Justin, they made a pop a little bit, a little highlighter and stuff. I don't know. But he actually looked really good. And I'm hoping for more music video and songs from him. Do you ever, do you ever get the feeling that you just want to give Ed Sharon a hug. Every time I see him, I just want to give him a hug. Especially when he was in that panda costume. Yeah, I've never thought about that until you said that to me today when you were like, I just want to hug at Sharon. I feel like he would be a great huger. There are certain people
Starting point is 01:01:15 out there where you look at them. You're like, you probably give fantastic hugs. Yeah. And you're right. When you look at Ed Shear and you think, oh, wow, his hug just must be so soft and nice. I feel like he gives a great hug. I'm trying to think. Sean Mendez definitely gives a great hug. I also, not that I've envisioned it before, but because he is so tall, I feel like I would fit really nicely just like right in his shoulder. And he would just really just, I would just nuzzle yourself in. I feel so small and cute. And safe in there. Yeah, because you're kind of, you're taller anyway.
Starting point is 01:01:48 So like a taller guy is nice for you. A little bit of a taller guy to like really get you deep in a hug. Cute and cuddly in there. Yeah, cute and small. Yeah, I could see Sean Menda as being a great hugger. I can see that. I'm trying to think who else I think would be. a great hugger.
Starting point is 01:02:02 Probably some of like the bigger, I feel like the rock probably is a good hugger. See, I don't know if he's, I don't know if he's too hard. The rock is too hard. You need somebody a little soft. Yeah. Like I bet, like Seth Rogan must give great hugs. That's a good one. Don't you feel like he has that type of body that gives him great hugs?
Starting point is 01:02:21 Yeah. I feel like you're calling him a little doughy. Yeah. Seth Rogan is, I guess, a little doughy. Yeah. But it's nice, comfortable. Yeah. Not that I've ever been in Seth Rogen's arms before, but I'd imagine it's nice.
Starting point is 01:02:34 Mm-hmm. But I feel like that I'm trying to think of more people, but really the list that I'm coming up with is people that I want to hug. Like, who's the next one? Not like who I think would be good huggers? It's like, hmm, who would I really like to hug? Yeah, like I'm not dying to hug. Seth Rogen.
Starting point is 01:02:50 I just think he would be a good huger. Yes. Who are you dying to hug next? Well, I was thinking like. Noah Centineo. Noah Centenio seems to go good huger. Chris Hemsworth, like some of them would be good huger. would be good huggers. I feel like all the Avengers are good huggers. Yeah, well, they're superheroes.
Starting point is 01:03:05 Yeah. Robert Downey Jr. Robert Downey Jr. He's got like a dad. He's too short though. He's got like a dad vibe. I like when the tall people hug me. Yeah, like Sean Mendez. All right. Well, this is conversation of getting weird, Fran. You've probably had a long day at work, either a tough day at school. You're stuck at the office. We are joined by very special guest, Hannah, the newest bachelorette.
Starting point is 01:04:40 I have to say, it's like we say Hannah, but it feels like I should be saying Hanna B at all times. I know. It's like you're permanently Hannah B. But yeah, permanently Hannah B. And as a kid, I don't know why people called me my phone name in the bank, Hannah Brown, because it just kind of rolls off the tongue. So now it's Hannah B. So whatever. I'll take it.
Starting point is 01:05:01 Yeah, well, I mean... Those people know my, you know, are saying my name and know that it's Hannah B, not Hannah G, and it's not the whole mix up all the time. Right, right. That's very true. You are the newest Bachelorette. We're so excited to have you here to talk to us about this season.
Starting point is 01:05:16 I am a diehard fan. She's always liked it, but I've pulled her in even more. Yes. And I'm so excited to be talking to you. I'm so excited to be here. What were your first... emotions when you found out you were going to be the bachelorette? Kind of in disbelief.
Starting point is 01:05:36 I was like, are you sure? Are you serious? Did you think you had a chance? Like, we were in your head, you were like, maybe? I mean, they were talking to me about it, but I was like, there's no way. Like, I was a polarizing figure, if you would say. And I had some moments that weren't the most flattering I felt like for myself, but that's my, that's real life. We're not always our best.
Starting point is 01:06:01 We have good days. We have bad days. We have crazy days. Right. I showed all those. So for me, I didn't think I was the typical Bachelorette choice. I was like, there's no way, but I'm going to keep doing this. And so when Chris called me that day, I was in full disbelief, in shock, but just so thankful.
Starting point is 01:06:21 Yeah. I feel like a lot of people were shocked that you were picked as the Bachelorette. And it was just because, like you said, it was a different choice. and Chris Harrison even said it was like, how is this season going to go? Everyone was a little nervous. But episode one, we saw you come back very strong. Yeah, I am strong.
Starting point is 01:06:41 And I was really hopeful to have the opportunity to show, like, who I am and that I'm not just a lot of people focus on, like, one thing I did in Colton's season. And I was like, oh, well, she's that girl. I'm not. Like, I have all these different areas or parts of my personality, but ultimately I am a strong independent woman, and it's great to be in the leadership role to show that. Right, because I feel like it's so hard when you're on The Bachelor for everybody to get a sense of your whole person. Now you get to be the star and everybody gets to see, which is way nicer.
Starting point is 01:07:23 Because, like you said, a lot of people were like, how is this going to work? like what what side of Anna B are we seeing here? And I feel like everybody was really surprised and happy after night one, especially how you handled Scott. We loved how you handled Scott. I was yelling at my TV like, send his ass home. Sure did. What was that feeling like, you know, being so empowered to send him home?
Starting point is 01:07:51 And what was it like hearing that he had somebody else at home before he received it? More so, I was just disappointed and felt really disrespected because I'm leaving everything behind for this shot. And 29 other men left everything to hopefully want to be with me and see if there was a connection there. And to know that this man had ultimately the worst reasons to come on the show. And having to do with that night one, I mean, it just really fired me up. And I think, you know, of course I didn't want that to happen, but ultimately I think it was a good thing because the other men that were still there, they could say, right, she's not playing. And this is how it's going to be. And it definitely was. Yeah, right. So is Demi just like your go-to girl now to find out the situations on everything? God, Demi is my girl. Like, we love Demi. I said one time, like, we are like, what is it? I love Lucy.
Starting point is 01:08:53 Lucy and what's the other one's name? Oh, now I'm blanking. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But anyway, we're like, she's like my, we're like go-to girls for each other, but it was really great to have her and Katie the first night to just not only like give me all the dirt on the guys, but just be familiar faces.
Starting point is 01:09:18 Right. Because it is. I guess I've done this before, but it was really, I didn't know what to expect. and kind of scary, but to have them just, like, calm me down and be like, you've got this. Made the night, I think, go as well as it did for me. How nervous were you right before the limo started to pull up? So I've been like, I'm not nervous.
Starting point is 01:09:37 Like, this is a sweet great. And then the first one came up, I was like, oh, my God. I'm kind of nervous. Yeah. But honestly, that night for me was so fun. Yeah. Like, I had the best time meeting the guys. One of my favorite things to do is to meet, like, strangers and,
Starting point is 01:09:53 and just like have random conversations and then finally figure out their cat's name and their deepest dark secret. So it was kind of like that in the small form of just like meeting new people and just seeing if there's a connection right off the bat. Yeah. I liked it.
Starting point is 01:10:08 Who was your favorite limo entrance? Favorite limo entrance. I'm trying to think. I mean, some of them went home, but I mean... That's fine. That can still be your favorite. I love the tractor from Matt Donald, but the thing was, I was so excited. I was like, oh, my God, this guy's a farmer.
Starting point is 01:10:30 And then he wasn't a farmer. He never been on a tractor before. And so I was like, I'm confused. Just a big letdown. Yeah, I was like, oh, I think your tractor's sexy. Oh, wait, that's not your tractor. Oh, he should have lied. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:43 But it was the whole thing like, oh, McDonnell, Matt Donald. So I got it, but then I was kind of a letdown. Right, kind of a long bit. Yeah. How would you describe night one as the bachelorette in the mansion and then night one being on the bachelor in the mansion? Night one on the bachelor being a contestant. I went into like this whole like what's happening. I don't know what's happening.
Starting point is 01:11:10 Why are you interviewing me? I don't know what's happening here. I feel like you're trying to set me up and they're like, you know this happens every day. I'm like, oh, okay. So I was just like on edge. like so nervous, like didn't know what I got myself into. Why are these cameras in my face? Why are we all just sitting in a group chat talking about our feelings?
Starting point is 01:11:30 I don't understand this. So it was just a whole lot and all sensory overload was happening on me. As The Bachelorette, I controlled it. Like, it was my show and it was like my thing. And so I knew it was going on and I was making the shot, calling the shots. and, you know, ready to have conversations with some, wanting the conversation to end with others. And so I really got to have this experience for myself.
Starting point is 01:12:02 So there's just a difference of being comfortable. Yeah. You gave your first impression rose to Luke. What about him made him stand out? With Luke, I mean, even after the Thana Rose, there was just like this weird connection between us that, like, I was very drawn in. and I think he was too.
Starting point is 01:12:22 And so it was one that he was a familiar face. And I felt more comfortable around him. I'm like, oh, I know this guy. And then he did. He made me feel very special. And he was really in tune with asking me how I felt, how I was feeling. And just overall just gave a really good impression and made me really hopeful for, the rest of my experience.
Starting point is 01:12:52 That relationship that started the first night made me really excited about what could be. Is it kind of awkward having to pass all the other guys and be like, okay, I'm taking this rose to someone else? So awkward. And they just have to watch you. Hi.
Starting point is 01:13:09 Bye. Hey, sorry. Not for you. You gave your final rose Monday night to John Paul Jones. John Paul Jones. I need to know. How did you feel when somebody was like,
Starting point is 01:13:20 you need to say John Paul Jones all the time. It's so funny to say. John Paul Jones. So you know, I'm like, I'm like, that's a mouthful for me. I thought it was funny. I did. And he was somebody that truly I enjoyed being around. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:35 And made me laugh. Because whether he means to or not, it is so enjoyable to be around John Paul Jones. So, yeah. I mean, like I said, people used to call me Hannah Brown, but I didn't ask him to. They just always did. So I was like, okay, maybe. that's the thing just because his name is John Paul Jones and that's fun to say. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:56 But yeah, he's interesting. I'm excited for y'all to see more of him. I'm very excited. I'm also very excited to see more of him. How did your family and your friends react to you being chosen for The Bachelor? Was your family nervous or were they like, well, she already did The Bachelor or so? I think they really wanted it for me. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:18 Actually, more so than I would be like, don't talk about it. it like i just don't even talk about it's not going to happen but when i got back home from the bachelor yes i was like my heart hurt and i was upset but i they realized that i was different in the best way like i really learned a lot about myself and what i wanted out of love and and and what a life after would i would want it to be and and ultimately that was really encouraging for my parents to get on board with me continuing on in this process. And they were ecstatic for me. And just they know my heart and they trust me.
Starting point is 01:14:57 And so, yeah, I think everybody was just really, really happy for me. And you obviously went through some heartbreak on The Bachelor with Colton. Do you talk to Colton and Cassie at all now? Or is it kind of just? Yeah, actually, I think really after Women Tell All for me for Colton and I, we were good. Yeah. Because for me, yes, I dealt with that heartbreak, but he didn't, like I said, like I
Starting point is 01:15:24 said, like I want somebody to choose me, he didn't choose me. And he did everything in his power to get Cassie. And I think that's really admirable, even though it wasn't what everybody expected. He definitely broke the norm. And so he had that to give to somebody. It just wasn't me. And so I'm really happy for both Colton and Cassie. And he's been really great.
Starting point is 01:15:47 and congratulating me and supporting me. And it's, I now know what it's like on this side and how hard it is. So I think there's definitely just a connection there of like a lot of people will never understand what we went through. Right. And it's always nice to see after those seasons because it feels like the girls really do become such good friends. Yeah. Was there anybody that if you didn't get the Bachelorette you were hoping would get it? Well, I think, well, Demi and I are like, yes.
Starting point is 01:16:13 So, of course, if she was like, well, if I don't get it, then I want you to get it. I was insane because how much fun would that be? And I was like, I could totally get, you're like, you better invite me on. But also, like, Hannah G is one of my really good friends. And so we haven't got to talk to her in a while, obviously I've been busy. But I think she would have been great just because I think she also, she was really heartbroken with Colton. And I want her to find love and somebody that loves her back the way that I know she can give love. So I'm excited, I'm glad it was me, but I'm excited for them to be able to continue on their journey.
Starting point is 01:16:50 Yes. Maybe Bachelor in Power Days. Wouldn't that be great? It would be fantastic. I would love to walk in there. And if they want me to come help them, I'm all for it. Totally. To Mexico, you know.
Starting point is 01:17:00 We, during the whole coming attractions of the season and whatnot, we saw you kind of have like a no bullshit attitude. Like, is that how you're handling these men this season? Oh, for sure. I know what I want. Yeah. And I have settled in the past and taken crap from guys. And I'm not going to do that anymore. This is my time and this is my opportunity.
Starting point is 01:17:25 And so if men try to mess with that, I will settle it. There was one part of the coming attractions that I loved where you were like, I have had sex and Jesus still loves me. It's like you were laying down the law. Is that going to be a big factor of this season? Do you talk about your sex life a lot on here? That was like a really big breaking point in the season for me, I feel like. I think it will be something that everybody will want to tune in to watch because, you know, my faith is, I'm very open about my faith and how that is a big, important part of my life.
Starting point is 01:18:05 But I do think that this one to me see is important too, and that should never be judged by anybody about what other women or men decide to do with, their bodies and their relationships. And it was just a moment that it came to that. And it was hard. I mean, it'll definitely be something to watch. Yeah. And obviously, you can't give anything away. We know that.
Starting point is 01:18:30 But you're done. Are you happy? I am happy. Yeah. I mean, I just got done. Yeah. Right. Like three, four days ago.
Starting point is 01:18:37 Wow. That's crazy. I know, I know. But I am so happy. It's definitely not how I, expected everything to go and it was really hard and I had a lot of emotions but overall I went and changed a thing because I feel really good at this moment where I'm at. That's great. Now last question, it's a fun one. How many times do you think ballpark will we hear roll tide during this season?
Starting point is 01:19:04 Okay, I really did try to not say it as much but everybody like will come up to me like go outside and like what do you say back? Right. I think people just see you and not say you. back, right? They have to, they feel like when they see you, they just have to blurt out roll tide. So I'm like, okay, roll tide. Are you sick of it? I mean, I'm not the roll tide girl, but I am the roll tide girl. So it's frustrating because of course I'm from Tuscalo. Like, I bleed crimson and white, but I'm also like not this crazy, I mean, kind of crazy football fan, but not like some people. And so I don't want that to be all that I am. I'm really thankful for where I'm from and the people that support me.
Starting point is 01:19:43 but I think we do kind of scale it back mostly. Yeah. I hope. I don't know. It's probably very heavy night one because that's like... I think the icebreaker with everyone. I remember being like, okay, I got their old tie jokes. Like, I get it.
Starting point is 01:19:57 But after that... We even got a song from it. I know. Yeah. He's a very good singer. Yeah, he really is. He was good. Yeah.
