Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners.
You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube.
Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music.
What's up, everyone?
It's Chicks in the Office with Rianne.
We're giving you that Friday energy on a Monday.
And whoo, do we have it?
Wow.
You came out hot.
I feel like this intro was.
never going to rival last
weeks just because
I'm still standing
just monologue
I guess that we did.
Yeah, it was really as good as it gets.
It was a great, great intro
from Monday and it
really got their days going and today we didn't
even do a song. So yeah, you didn't even
play anything. No, I didn't play anything.
Normally you play something. I was enjoying
our organic conversation.
Wow, that's lovely. With you and
Noah and Natalie. Thank you.
Yeah.
That's just how I felt about that.
I was like, I'm not going to disturb everybody by playing a song right now.
Just eating my pickles and olives over here.
Yeah, we were having some pickles and olives.
It was like a nice, oh, if we had some like meat and cheese, it would make for a great board.
Right, right.
And some wine as well.
Charcoterie.
Yes.
Oh, Fran, the way you said that, I got chills.
I could go for a board so bad right now, actually.
Yeah, me too.
I mean, I'm staring at your olives and pickles right now.
I want them pretty bad.
I thought she was going to hand it to you
I was like, oh. Nope, they're mine.
Sorry.
That's fucked up.
Friend, we've had a great week.
We had the last.
Yeah, besides the fact that it rained all week long in New York.
I don't know if anybody else has been dealing with this in the Northeast, but it actually
rained every single day.
It rained every single day.
And you know what the worst part about the rain is?
It brings a damper on my outfits.
Oh, my God.
Every day.
Every day.
I'm just like, you know, I wore the same jeans three days in a row.
Me too.
Well, not three days in a row.
You did, and then I said I wanted to wear mine, but I didn't.
I changed it up.
Oh, I did it.
Because I went with leggings because it was raining.
But I ordered all these new summer clothes, and I can't wear any of them because it's raining
every day.
It's raining, or it's just too hot and sticky.
Yeah, it's just, oh, gross.
It's just sticky.
Like, it's just heavy.
You go outside, it feels heavy.
This morning, I was, like, in denial that it was still raining.
I put on shorts and a crop top and flip-flops and left the...
Fran walked out of my apartment.
took about two steps and was like this was a mistake.
Fran showed up in booty shorts to work and it was quite inappropriate.
Oh my God.
These are not booty shorts.
No, no, no.
They're very respectable.
Yeah, very wasted urban outfiters.
Very respectful.
Yeah, very cute outfit, Fran.
I must say.
Thanks. I got a sweats out.
It's cold.
The weather didn't line up with you.
It's fucked up that they did that.
I know.
It's really fucked up.
It really was just a week of rain.
But hopefully when you're listening to this, you just had a fantastic weekend and the
sun was shining.
On the beach, drinking, whatever it is.
The sun is supposed to shine.
So I hope that's great.
Hope that sun keeps their commitment.
Yeah.
Okay, friend.
I'm going to cut you off there.
Let's talk about our crazy experience Thursday afternoon.
Yeah.
So we're sitting at our desk just like every day and saying, what do we want for lunch?
Let's get Whole Foods.
We get up immediately, which was perfect timing on our part.
Sometimes we say, what are we going to get for lunch?
We sit there for a little bit.
We got up immediately.
Yeah. We start walking and all of a sudden, a man walks in front of our tracks and says, hey, what are you guys up to? Yeah. He keeps walking. And, you know, when somebody says something to you on the street, you obviously look up to see who it was, whether it's just a random person on the street, whatnot. We look back. Fran does a double take. We're at the crosswalk. And she goes, what the, is that Bruce Willis? I think that's Bruce Willis. And I was like, oh, my, my, I turn around and I'm like, oh, my God, it's Bruce Willis.
It totally.
It totally was.
It totally was Bruce Willis.
Other people in the crosswalk turned around and were like, is that Bruce Willis?
What's the name of that hat, the kind of hat he was wearing?
I just call like an Irish.
I know it is, but yeah, scaly cap.
Yes, that's what it is.
Yeah.
Scali cap.
Ooh, shout out to me.
Yeah.
Good job, Brian.
Thank you.
So, yes.
And he was just mining his own business.
I think he was alone.
I don't know.
He was alone.
He seemed like maybe he was having himself a nice day.
Maybe he was drinking a little bit.
I'm not really sure what Bruce was up to.
But it seemed like Bruce is just trying to chat with people on the street.
So I look at Fran, I'm like, are we on a hidden camera show right now?
This is when famous people talk to people on the street and then the other people don't notice them.
And it's like, oh, they didn't know that was Bruce Willis.
It would have been a great shot of Fran's face if it was a hidden camera show when Fran goes,
is that Bruce Willis?
I mean, the acting or whatever, not acting, but just like, the reaction.
The reaction was so good from you that if that was on TV for a hidden camera show, it would be great.
It would have been great.
I don't think it was a hidden camera show because we turn around.
We go to Bruce.
Fran says,
Bruce,
you know,
can we get a picture with you?
Yeah.
I'm also,
I can't believe I called him by his first name.
Yeah,
you just said,
excuse me,
Bruce.
I don't know what emotion took over me,
but I was like,
we got to get a picture with him.
Yeah.
We got to ask.
And you just said Bruce.
Yeah,
because,
because,
and you know what?
I'm glad I did because he did ask us how old we were.
Yes,
you did.
Which I feel like valid question.
You know, two young girls want to take a picture with you.
You don't want to get any trouble.
Granted, he said, hey, what are you guys up to?
Right.
And to clarify, it wasn't because you knew who we were.
Right, right.
I tweeted that and people are like, Bruce.
We're like, Bruce knew you guys?
I was like, no, no.
I just stated exactly what happened.
Bruce said to us, hey, what are you guys up to?
And then we turned around and realize it was Bruce Willis.
That happened.
Can you confirm?
Can you confirm.
What if he was like, hey, oh my God, chicks in the office.
That would have been wild.
That would have been wild for sure.
That's absolutely not what happened.
He had zero idea.
No, he had zero idea.
I don't think he had zero idea where he was, what he was doing.
I don't think Bruce had any idea who he was.
So it was like, it was so hilarious.
And so maybe it was just me just trying to like be assertive and like, hey, Bruce.
Yeah.
Hey, Mr. Bruce.
So, you know, our age passed the test.
Yeah, our age.
So Fran goes, see, this is where this is where it got tricky because.
I just blurted out 25.
Neither of us are 25, but I just figured it was like a nice round number.
Neither of us are 25, which, honestly.
Oh, wow, I didn't even, like, you told me that and I didn't even think that you weren't.
Oh, I blurted out 25.
I was, because I was just like, I was like, Bruce Willis isn't about to age, like, check our age.
Like, let me just say.
Like, why would you lie about, like, why would you go up?
So, no.
Because I didn't want to be like, well, Bruce, Ria was born on July 26, 1997, and I was born on.
No, no, no, but you're 24.
No, I know, but I just picked 25 because I'm almost 25, only a couple more months.
So she goes, Bruce goes, how old are you guys?
That's the first thing he says.
And Fran just blurted out, 25.
And then he looks at us and he goes, he didn't really believe it.
Yeah, he goes, are you guys really 25?
And then Frank goes, well, I'm 25.
She's, she's 21.
And then I was like, yeah, I'm 21.
She's 25.
I'm still not 25.
But you're not 25.
The funniest part about that is that.
we were acting like Bruce Willis was a bouncer at a club.
Oh, yeah.
Because you shot out 25.
I got nervous.
I was looking at him.
Galley cap, everything combined.
He was wearing a t-shirt that said one-two punch.
Like it was like, I was like, ah, 25.
I don't know.
How old am I?
You tell me.
However old you say I am, Bruce, that's the age I am.
I just rounded up.
I'm a big rounder up to you.
Like my mom, I keep saying I'm 21.
And my mom's like, you're not 21.
You're 22.
And I'm like, I am not 22 yet.
My birthday didn't happen.
We were so close to Ria's birthday, too, and I was like, do I just say, do I just say, do I say almost 22 and almost 25?
We see 21 and 24.
I just went with same age, 25, straight to the point.
I was hoping not to, like, chit chat, you know, let's take the picture, let's keep going.
He was kind of staring at us for a little bit in between that time, you know, when it was like, it was like kind of awkward.
There was people staring at us talking to him.
Yes, yes.
And then he, and.
Took the picture.
Yeah, and I was about to say, like, do you need to see my license?
Bruce because honestly, I don't know if he believed us.
And then he was like, all right, let's get a picture.
And he was like happy about taking a picture, very happy.
We took a selfie.
And then he pointed to, because other people were taking pictures of him taking pictures
with us.
And he was like, oh, look at these people are taking pictures of us, taking pictures.
And then that was really it.
We got her selfie.
We said, thank you very much.
Have a nice day.
I look like I'm on vacation in New York City with my parents.
This is a thing.
I didn't realize until I really went back and looked at the photo because he was
standing, like he was pretty tall, so he was kind of out of the shot because you're short.
I'm short. And so he, like, ducked down to fit into the photo. He goes, he goes, oh, I got to duck
down. He's like, oh, I got to crouch down. So he crouched down. And our faces got very close to each other,
which I didn't realize until I looked at the picture because he was behind me. Like, I didn't
realize how close he got. So if you're actually looking at the picture, if you go look at this
picture, like it looks like my head is.
on his cheek.
Wait, which is,
it's like a deaf perception thing.
It was not actually on his cheek, but it looks like.
Yeah, go to, uh, go to at Chicks in the Office.
Some people don't follow us on Instagram.
So go to Chicks in the office and you can see the picture.
Yeah.
Fran's head is resting on Bruce Willis.
I bet Fran's boyfriend was like, I have to worry about Nick Jonas and like some
bachelor guys, but not Bruce Willis.
Oh, oh, Fran's boyfriend plays a part in this story.
The best part of this story is that I send Joe the picture because I'm like, oh my
where we just ran into Bruce Willis and he goes oh my god I just saw him 30 minutes ago and I was like
what do you mean you just saw him 30 minutes ago and he went to lunch as his office is like kind of in
the area that we're in but he was like yeah he was on park ab like Joe and his buddy from work were
in a sandwich shop they were looking out the window and some guy like hands over his eyes was peering
into the sandwich shop and then walked away and Joe looked at his friend and was like I think that
was Bruce Willis.
And so in between that half hour, Bruce made his way over to where we were.
We took the picture.
So Bruce Willis is just roaming the streets of New York City.
And I'm telling you roaming.
Like, capitalized roaming because Bruce Willis was on one.
Like I.
This is the thing.
The man in the beard that he was talking to at the trash can.
The man at the beard.
The man with the beard who was talking to at the trash can.
Do you think he knew that guy or did not know that guy?
He did not know that guy.
You think he didn't know that guy.
No, he didn't know that guy because I think that guy wanted to take a picture with him
because I was looking back.
I think that guy wanted a picture with him.
But you interrupted.
You interrupted.
Okay.
So I really cucked that guy with the beard.
Yeah, we cucked the beard guy.
Okay.
Bruce decided to talk to us and not the beard guy any longer.
Got it.
Yeah.
Wow.
The fact that you just said, when Bruce was standing next to the bearded man by the trash can,
Like, when I tell you, Bruce...
That's really what happened.
He was just standing next to a trash can on 25th.
Yeah, like, you know, a lot of...
When you're walking on the streets in New York City,
a lot of people are shouting out random things.
Oh, yeah.
Especially in this neighborhood.
There's a lot of, there's a lot of wackos.
There's a lot of crazy people running around.
So when Bruce Willis walks in front of our tracks and says,
hey, what are you guys up to?
I thought it was just some random crazy man.
Yeah.
Looked back, and it was Bruce Wells, who, by the way,
very cute.
Yeah.
Fantastic for 64.
He was awesome.
And he was like, I felt a little awkward asking for the photo
and then he had the biggest smile in our picture.
I want to say that the smile Bruce...
What's so happy in the photo.
The smile Bruce Willis is wearing in that picture
is the biggest smile Bruce Willis has shown to the public.
I looked at pictures of Bruce Willis smiling.
There's not a lot of evidence.
There's really not a lot that match up with our smiling picture with Bruce.
Wow.
I want to say that.
Are you looking now?
I'm looking.
Bruce Willis smiling.
We got the biggest.
I'm not going to lie.
He, I mean, I love my dad.
I think my dad's a very good looking guy.
Uh-huh.
But I feel like Bruce Willis is kind of like a hotter version of my dad.
What is going on?
Nobody knows what my dad looks like, so this doesn't even work.
But you've seen my dad.
That's just a weird thing.
So before, when I was, when I was telling you.
All blue-eyed men.
Well, Fran, before, when I was telling you that a lot of people were DMing me and I was saying
that I couldn't get enough of people DMing me that I look like I'm on vacation with my friend and
her dad, I was going to say, Bruce does kind of look like your dad.
Like in this photo, he kind of looks like my dad.
He does.
If you've seen Fran's dad, which you have and only I have.
Which none of you have.
None of you have.
So this really doesn't.
Just take our word for it.
Bruce Willis.
Yeah.
And Cal Ripkin combined.
Correct.
Bruce Willis and Cal Ripkin combined.
And then you get John Mariano.
pretty much that's how that's the combination he's gonna love this comparison yeah he is i mean it's a
great one it's fucking bruce willis cal ripkin great people oh man all right moving on i think we're
done talking about bruce willis yeah all right all right all right let's get into it whoa did i just
sent that wow you added a beat to it today yeah trying to come up with a new song yeah wait you
had a new song yesterday no i said we needed to write a new song about how cold it is in the
office and I feel like
but whatever you came up with in that moment
was actually not bad.
Tons of people could relate to that
because office buildings
they just keep the air conditioning
on blast in the summer and you get cold.
And if we did make a song about it
explaining, you know, when you're out of concert
you're like, I don't even remember what.
And you just like address the crowd and you're like
We made it a country song and I don't even
remember what we said.
I might have been filming. I don't know.
All right, we'll have to look back and check the tape.
It was a country song but anyways, we got to get
into this text. All right.
Well, this wasn't even a text.
This was an email, okay?
Oh, no.
If it was an email, then I got it too.
And I saw it.
I saw it already.
You saw it already?
What do you mean?
We got emailed one.
Or was it just to you?
No, no.
We got, somebody emailed one to both of us.
I think Maria's saying it's an email not a text.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
I just said she's saying.
I'm talking about myself.
I thought you were saying, you were reading it from an email,
submission, in which case I was going to say I already read that because it was sent to both of us.
All right. I look like I'm crying right now. I'm just laughing. Because you kind of are.
Okay. And then I have an announcement to make at the end of this.
Okay. Read it first and then make your announcement. I'm not crying. I'm just laughing a lot.
All right. Whoa. Did I just say that? Hi, Rhea. Love the podcast. I have a pretty awful.
I'm going to take a deep breath and start over.
Woo. All right. Whoa.
Did I just send that?
Hi, Rhea.
Love the podcast.
I have a pretty awful woe did I just send that story for you.
Although.
That was not, there was not a period there.
There's not a period there.
I'm keeping all this in, too, so you better get together.
I'm not cutting anything.
No, you have to cut this.
Nope.
Noah's not cutting it.
Keep going.
Okay.
All right.
Although, I'm not sure if it qualifies, since it's technically,
an email. Well, honey, it qualifies. Nobody laughed at that except for you, so.
I just want to leave this in so everyone listening knows what we have to deal with every day.
Sometimes when she gets into like a giggle fit. Okay. I'm sorry. All right. Honestly, I'm getting a little
PTSD from writing and reliving this, but here's the Reader's Digest version. I was dating a guy four
years ago for about six months before I got an internship halfway across the country and decided to
take it. Anyways, I was kind of in my course.
crazy college year still and didn't necessarily see a future with my boyfriend at the time.
But we decided to give it long distance a try. Part way through the summer, I met a guy in the
city who looked exactly like Zach Ephron and was super smitten and I could tell he was interested.
Anyways, my boyfriend was coming out to visit within the week and I'm a big list guy. So this girl
said I'm a big list guy. She's a girl. So I decided one day at my internship to make a list of pros and
cons of breaking up with him while he was in town to explore things.
with this other guy. I did it over email so that I didn't look like I was sitting on my phone at the job.
Fair. Anyways, my boss came up as I was making the list. I quickly typed in my own email address to
send to myself and look at it later and I accidentally sent it to my boyfriend. Needless to say,
his visit was very awkward and uncomfortable and I told him that I wanted to be on a break. He goes back home
and breaks up with me over the phone a week later, which was probably well deserved. After we broke up,
he would text me randomly and I've always just been too embarrassed.
reliving the email and the breakup to respond.
Not much you could say to someone after they get a huge list of calls for why you shouldn't date
them.
Anyways, hope y'all got a laugh out of this.
Dark.
Okay.
No, well, first of all, I, that is tough because you're sending your boyfriend a list of all the
reasons why he sucks.
Right.
And that's tough.
That's really, there's no coming back from that.
There's just, there's just not because he's always going to remember all the, this, this,
the stuff that you don't like about him.
Yeah, my question is, though,
why wouldn't this guy say,
hey, I read your email about the cons?
Like, I just want to know if these people are sending me these...
You think they just pretended like the email didn't even exist?
Like, did they even address the email?
That's what I'm saying.
Like, how, like, you as a human being do not address the problem?
Right.
Like, how do you not address that you...
I'm screenshoting that thing and immediately sending it to them.
Sending it right away.
What the fuck is this?
Yeah, I'd go crazy.
Like, fuck you, you piece of shit.
What?
The breakup's happening right then.
Right, right.
So I don't understand.
So my second thing is what I wanted to say.
I had an announcement to make before this.
I really want a story.
So a lot of people are sending me great, great fuck-ups.
I really want a story where somebody is really pissed about the text.
You know, I'm just waiting for me to read one where some explosive fight happens.
Because I read at the end, I'm like, all right, well, that's not too bad.
Friendship ending, blow up fight.
Right.
You're hoping they went through something really traumatic.
Something reality, some reality TV shit I'm looking for, you know.
And I have some questions for this girl.
Did she ever say if she actually did hook up with the Zach Efron guy?
No, she didn't see that some people are keeping details.
Yeah, like, did you hook up with the Zach Fru guy?
So send your submissions at Maria Chiffo, C-I-U-F-F-O.
And give us the details.
Oh, another thing, which, by the way, we got to rate this one.
I know.
I was thinking about that the whole time.
Okay, well, let me mention this first.
When you send a text and then you say at the end of it, don't mention the names if you use this.
Right.
Just use different names.
Yeah.
If you don't want the names to be used.
Or just leave like a blank space for names.
Create fake names.
Or like leave a blank space for names.
Right.
But I love all the submissions.
So keep sending them.
Yeah.
They are great.
I actually like this one.
This is, that's, that sucks.
I just something about email feels way worse.
Right.
Because I don't know.
Because it's like a formal bad text.
It's very formal.
It's not like, oh, I was talking about it with a friend.
Sorry.
You were sitting there by yourself writing this email up.
And if you're the boyfriend, you're thinking, who was she emailing this?
Right, right?
Like, who was getting this on email?
Yeah.
I don't know why he would even still go.
I would have loved to know the cons.
How bad were the cons?
I'm going to rate this one.
Maybe the cons weren't so bad.
Yeah, I'm going to rate this one, a 6.7.
because we didn't get the cons
And it didn't seem like it was as bad of a breakup
He didn't mention it to you, it seems.
Fair.
You're looking for the drama.
I'm looking for the drama.
I feel this on like the panic scale.
Yeah.
You know, as far as sending bad things,
sending a list of why you shouldn't be dating your boyfriend
to your boyfriend is pretty bad.
So I'm giving this one a 7.1.
Okay.
I appreciate that score.
I think it's a good score.
I think, you know, we decided ours for different reasons.
Yeah.
We have different scales.
Yeah, we got different scales.
Yeah, we got different scales.
Right.
So keep sending them to my Instagram DMs and I will read all.
I read all of them.
So keep sending them.
I also, I'm screenshotting a lot.
So if I haven't read yours yet, it might still be coming.
But keep sending them.
And send them to Ria because I like to be surprised when I hear them.
Yeah.
So if you send them to me, I'm not reading it.
Yeah.
So, or because Ria reads them and then.
she picks the best one and then I like it because it's like a surprise every time she reads it.
Right.
It's a little journey for you.
And you get like a real more, a better reaction when they're really bad.
Yeah.
And I get so excited to tell them.
You do.
I get really excited.
So just send them to at Maria Chiffo, C-IU FFO.
Also, there is something else that I want to say about DMs.
Please don't send me any Bachelorette.
Spoilers because they go to chicks in the office.
I don't look at it as much
And I try
Especially now during
When we're in season
Like if I see stuff
I'll try not to look
But Ria looks at everything
And
I gotta admit it
I saw it
Yeah I saw that one too
You saw it
Yeah
It's been spoiled for Ria
So I'm the last man standing here
Noah you saw it
Yeah I actually was disappointed too
So Noah you've seen it too
Now like I have to watch
The rest of it
But I know what's happening
Same but we got to talk later
Because we got to figure out the game plan
This is the thing
now both of you know and I don't know.
And I'm just begging everybody out there to not spoil it for me.
I already feel like I have an idea because it feels like a very predictable season right now.
However, I don't want to know.
I don't want to know.
So don't send it to me.
And you guys already know it's over.
I know it's over.
And I'm really unhappy about it because I'm honestly just trying to do my job.
I know.
And I get spoiled.
And now you know.
Right.
And when we're doing our recaps,
Like maybe something spills or you're like, oh, well, it doesn't even matter because who cares about this guy anyway.
And I'm going to be like, fuck.
No, no, no.
I won't do that to you.
I'm going to let you.
But now you have to like act.
No, but I'm going to let you carry the recaps.
Okay.
And maybe we can have like Trent on and whatnot to fill in for the spot that I now know everything.
But I do still want to shit on the guys.
Yeah, totally.
Let me do that.
And it's not like you know everything that's happening week to week.
I really don't.
I just got the end spoiled.
I don't know stuff that's happening week to week.
I don't know who's going to go home next.
I don't know any of that.
I just know the last man standing.
Okay.
Just wanted to throw that out there.
Yeah, and it sucks.
It's painful.
But I also wanted, like I said, last podcast, I've been dying.
You were dying for the spoilers.
At the same time.
You're sneaky happy about it.
Yeah.
At the same time, I'm like, oh, damn it, I got it spoiled.
Yeah.
You know, one of those type of things.
All right, Fran, let's get into today's podcast.
Okay, we got Mila, Kuna's and Ashton Kutcher,
shutting down breakup rumors.
Justin Bieber and Tom Cruise fight looks a little more likely.
Cara Delavine and Ashley Benson,
a fashion blogger wedding scandal thing.
You have no idea with this.
I have no idea how to even explain this.
It was an influencer's engagement wedding that went viral
that we basically found out was just,
it was just like, I don't want to call it a stunt
because they obviously, like they did get engaged and married,
but they tried to sell it.
There was like a pitch deck that came out.
It's, it's, it's just,
Just the influence, look inside the influencer world is crazy.
Okay, we got to get into it already.
Shep Rose.
We got Shep Rose on the podcast.
Fantastic.
It's not really an interview.
We just had a great time with him.
We talked about a lot of shit.
Not necessarily having to do with Southern Charm, just a lot of random shit.
Did you see that he told us, or he was on playing some game on us weekly that he's
kissed Gina before?
Oh, damn.
I feel like he's kissed a lot of people.
Next time he comes in here, we got to play some kind of who you've kissed who you
have in game.
Or just like give us your entire list.
Yeah.
That would be easy.
Okay.
Let's get into it starting off with Justin Bieber and Tom Cruise.
All right, guys, we have some big, big news.
Tuesday is the Duncan GoTo Awards, the Barstool Awards presented by Duncan Go Toes.
And Duncan Go Toes are a great deal for two, four, or five dollars.
With Duncan's go-toes, you get a great deal for two of your favorites, two egg and cheese wraps for $2.
$2 bagels with cream cheese for $4 and two bacon egg and cheese croissants for $5.
In my opinion, it's a pretty tough deal to beat, and that's my go-to sentence.
America runs on Duncan.
Participation may vary, limited time offer.
Exclusions apply.
Guys, also a reminder, like I said, it is the Barstall Awards presented by Duncan Go-Toos.
It'll be live 7.30 p.m. Eastern with the pre-show on Tuesday, the pre-show.
I think we'll have us in it.
Honestly, I don't know.
and the award show will follow at 8 o'clock,
which you can watch on the Barstool Sports website
or on the Barstool app.
We have an update on the Justin Bieber and Tom Cruise fight.
Yeah, this is wild.
So TMZ is reporting that there was a phone call last Friday
between Ari Manuel, the co-CEO of the William Morris Endeavor Agency
that owns UFC, and Scooter Braun, Justin's manager,
and they conferenced in Dana White.
And apparently they said that the fight needs to happen.
It would be epic.
Dana said that he would 100% be down to do it.
And it seems like Scooter made it clear that Justin would absolutely fight.
That's a quote, would absolutely fight if Tom wanted to do it.
Now, obviously, there's a whole 50% other half of this fight.
We have no idea what their thoughts are.
Tom Cruise hasn't said one thing about this, so we don't know.
However, TMZ says that during the call, Ari said he strongly believes that Tom Cruise would agree to enter the Octagon.
Dana White told TMZ Sports, obviously, that the fight would be a no-brainer just because Tom Cruise or Justin Bieber, obviously.
And if they could get both to agree to do it, they would put it on.
So I guess Scooter said that Justin would do it.
So I guess the ball is in Tom Cruise's court.
I just feel like Justin Bieber doesn't really have anything to gain from this.
Because if he wins, it's like, okay, sick, you beat up a 56 year old.
I don't think either of them really do.
Like, what does Tom Cruise have to game from?
Tom Cruise has nothing to game from it either.
Like, oh, you beat up Justin Bieber?
Yeah.
Oh, you lost to Justin Bieber?
They both have a lot to lose.
Yeah.
Justin Bieber losing to Tom Cruise is going to be embarrassing because Justin Bieber is the one
who initiated the fight.
Right.
Tom Cruise losing to Justin Bieber would also be embarrassing.
because it's Justin Bieber.
Tom Cruise should win over Justin Bieber.
So I don't know why, I guess, maybe for money,
but I don't think,
it would be a win for the money.
Like Dana Watt,
they're obviously going to push for it
because it would be huge for them.
And they're trying to make it happen
if they're actually making phone calls
if this TMZ report is accurate.
For money for them, but Justin Bieber,
I don't think is tight for cash.
I don't think Tom Cruise is either.
They're both, you know, pretty well-off people.
They're two big household names
that just don't need to fight.
Although, let's get it on.
It would be entertaining.
I mean, let's get it on, Tom Cruise and Justin Bieber.
I love to see you fight.
But when I'm sitting on the outside looking in, I would say, you both have a lot to lose.
But at the same time, do it because we want to watch.
Yeah.
And when we first saw this, it seemed like such a joke.
And obviously, we never really looked into it as much as just talking about it.
It was like, ha, ha, who would win between a fight between the two of them?
You know, it was never really legitimate.
but this call makes it feel like it's maybe 30% more legitimate than it was before.
We haven't heard anything from Tom Cruise.
I can't see Tom Cruise.
Yeah, I can't see it.
Why would Tom Cruise put himself in this position for no reason?
He doesn't have to.
Why can't Justin Bieber fight somebody else?
Although I don't really know what Tom's relationship is with certain these days.
I don't think, like, is Tom even allowed to fight in the Church of Scientology?
Are they allowed to do things like that?
I don't know.
I have no idea.
I have no idea.
But, um, truly not a clue.
Maybe if Tom Cruise doesn't agree, Justin Bieber will pick somebody else.
Yeah, that's true.
I don't know who he would pick, but I'm sure there's somebody.
There's somebody out there he wants to fight.
I just pick Tom Cruise at random, it feels like so.
Yeah, I mean, just pick another actor.
Just pick another random short actor.
Yeah, there you go.
There's plenty of them.
Yeah.
I don't know who, I don't know who comes to my mind right now.
That's like kind of like Tom Cruise-esque.
You would say somebody older?
Somebody older and short.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I mean, there's so many, there could be so many.
Short actors.
Yeah.
Yeah, you're right.
We can't spend all day doing this, Fran.
But we'll see what happens.
Ashton Kutcher and Milakunas have shut down breakup rumors in the best way.
We love when couples do this.
We've talked about this before.
The tabloids that post the absurd headlines about couples breaking up, this one cheated on this one, this one has a secret.
Like in touch or a star or okay.
those magazines, they always just print whatever they want.
They literally just make up stories and print them.
I don't know how they're still in business, how they're still kicking, but they do it.
It works for them.
Ash and Kutcher and Mila Kunes made a video of them reading the magazine.
Can we play the clip?
What's happening?
What's going on?
It's over between us.
It's over between us?
Yeah.
Oh my God.
What are we going to do?
I felt suffocated.
You felt suffocated by me?
Oh, I was just so overbearing, wasn't I?
Also.
What else are going on?
I took the kids.
Oh, you took the kids?
I don't get the kids.
kids anymore? But you had a very dark secret exposed. Oh my gosh. What was the dark secret?
I don't know. I'll lay up this photo. Must have been really dark. Thanks, Melissa. Thanks.
My favorite part of this meal is just going, oh, and I took the kids. I love when couples do this.
We've seen Kristen Bell and Dack Shepard do the same thing. But I just love how they can joke about it.
And also, it clears things up because some people do believe those tabloids. I'm not saying we do because we don't.
but there are people who read those tabloids and also believe it.
So good for Mila and Ashton for shutting it down.
And it's actually funny.
It is.
It is.
And I want to say it's like we've talked about it before, Dax.
And you brought them up, Dax Shepherd and Meele.
I feel like it was weird because remember when, was it, Milo went on Dax's podcast.
And he was like talking about how we used to have a crush on Miel or whatever it was.
but it was so very funny
I get maybe just a little throwback to that
but Dax commented on the video
and was like damn it
I was going to take a run at MK
I want a refund
See I love that
Them as a foursome
Yeah is great
Cracks me out
They need to do a movie
Just a four
Yeah totally
The four of them got to be in a movie together
Yeah I could see that
Like some kind of
Not rom-com
I'm thinking like a game night kind of situation, but not game night.
Yeah, exactly.
I'm thinking like something with kids in it, but not their kids.
Right.
Who?
Maybe they're two like rival parents out of school.
Oh, that's a good one.
You know, like they're both parents at a school and they don't like each other.
One's like the hippie parents.
One's like the stuck up parents.
Yeah, one's strict, one's cool.
That would be fun.
That would be a good movie.
The four of them in a movie?
So many people would watch it.
By the way, did you see that Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, their movie, Murder Mystery?
This sounds like I'm about to do an Adam, not.
Did you see that 30 million people watched that movie within three days?
I saw that.
The biggest release for a Netflix film.
This is the thing, though.
Anybody checking those numbers from Netflix?
Like, I feel like Netflix can just say that and we'll just believe it.
Like, it's...
Well, why would they...
That's like any box office movie, though.
Yeah, but with box office movie,
office, I feel like it's a metric that you can actually check. It's money. It's an actual
like monetary value with streams. It's and Netflix is counting it themselves. The one telling
people. Like Netflix is counting it themselves and telling people how many watched it. Well, it's
Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. 30 million is a lot. Yeah, but in the first three days. I guess. I mean,
I guess. I mean, it's Netflix and it's Adam Sandler and Jennifer Anderson. I mean, we, we all. We
watched it in the first three days. We both watched it within the first three days. I bet a lot of
it came out on a weekend. Everybody in the control room I'll watch it in the first three days. Do you guys watch it
within the first three days? Uh, when did it come out? It came out last Friday. Yeah. I think I watched
it on Sunday. Yeah. So that's in the window we're talking about. I mean, we, collectively, Fran and I
both saw it and then we look at it. I think I'm going to watch it again because I'm like, maybe it is good.
No, it is. You said you weren't really paying attention the first time you watch it. It is good. But when we
looked in the control room, they all had seen it too. So that means a lot of people were watching.
It wasn't like one of those things where I just watched it. Maybe we need to pull the office and see
how many people have watched it or not watched it. We should just grab people or walking by. Did you watch
murder mystery with Jennifer Ranisson? And if it's like 80% of the people in the office watched it,
then I could see the big numbers. Okay. Then we need to do a study on it. Okay.
I field study. Yeah, we'll do a field study and then we'll report back to if we believe it or not.
Because I wasn't questioning it. I kind of was just pumped about it. Not even pumped. It's not my movie.
Yeah, I just thought that was like a massive number.
for the first three days.
You were calling bullshit on it.
Not as much calling bullshit.
I would just, you know, like to see the stats.
You're asking for the stats.
Give me the hard proof.

I want to talk about Caradelvie and Ashley Benson because we haven't really talked about them this week.
And they've been dating for a while, but they haven't exactly made their relationship public.
It is now, it's public.
Kara posted a video of them kissing on her Instagram.
And then they, which was, it was, like, it's just, they're both, they're both so awesome.
And so she got the Hero Award at Trevor Live this week.
It was a fundraiser to benefit the Trevor Project.
And she's up there.
She accepts her awards.
She gives her speech.
And she thanked Ashley.
And what she said was just so, it was so great, so cute.
She said, I also have another very special woman in this room to thank.
And you know who you are.
She's on, she's one of the people who helped me love myself when I needed it most and I really needed it.
She showed me what real love is and showed me how to accept it, which is a lot harder than I thought.
I love you.
sprinkles.
Oh.
See, I'm tearing up.
I don't know why, but when I, I melt every time I hear nicknames that celebrities call
each other in their relationships.
Yeah, when they say it out and open, like, oh, that's so cute.
Sprinkles.
You have that nickname.
Right.
That's so cute.
Like, Sprinkles, that's such a cute little name.
That is a cute nickname.
And it's not, you know, I've never heard somebody say sprinkles before.
Yeah, I love it.
You know, some people have unoriginal nicknames.
Right, right, right.
Sprinkles is nice.
Sprinkles is very cute.
And I love it.
They're fucking owning it.
Like,
they're owning it.
Oh, yeah.
They're great.
They, there's some paparazzi pictures of them in JFK.
You know, holding hands, kissing.
I'm happy.
I'm happy that they're happy.
Yeah.
They look very happy.
They look very happy.
And I think somebody asks Kara why all of a sudden she posted that.
And she was just like, you know, pride.
And because it's been, it's been a year since we're dating and we're proud of it.
So I'm happy for them.
Good for them.
I love them as a couple.
We've been saying that this whole time, but now it's confirmed.
People are saying it's confirmed now.
It's been confirmed for a while.
I mean, we saw them with the sex bench, but they're living together and they're happy.
And that's great for them.
Right.
They've always had little tidbits here and they're commenting on Instagrams and whatnot.
But I'm happy for them because I'm sure that being able to post about it or just being social about it, you know, having it on social media, it's kind of a freeing feeling.
Like, you know what?
This is my girlfriend.
I'm super happy about it.
We're in love.
and if you don't like it, you can get out.
You can suck it.
Exactly.
They're just living their lives happy.
And that's, I feel like the whole point of this episode is just like, do what you want to do.
Yeah.
And don't let other people bring you down.
Totally.
And like we said, absolutely love it.
I thought her speech was really great.
Yeah.
I mean, I teared up from just you saying it.
From just me reading it.
Yeah.
So I can't even imagine how I would have acted if I actually heard her say it.
Yeah.
Definitely.
Isn't that crazy?
Yeah, it is.
We got to talk about this wedding.
dress fias, not wedding dress.
So the reason I keep
confusing the two is because I
saw a thread
on Twitter about this dress.
It was like the story of the dress.
And I wasn't sure if they were talking about, I don't know what
they were talking about, but I read this whole thread. And then when
I saw everybody talking about the engagement thing,
I thought it had something to do with each other.
So now when I talk about this, I'm getting
confused between the dress and this
engagement fiasco. So let's get
into this engagement fiasco. Okay.
So this
influencer, fashion ambitionist.
Her name is Marissa Fuchs.
She works at Goop.
And she posted on her Instagram, like a couple days ago, a few days ago, a video of her boyfriend
not proposing because he didn't actually propose, but preparing her for some like epic
scavenger hunt, proposal, wedding, just like everything combined.
There's reaction video.
photos of her watching the video for the first time.
And then for the last few days, it's just been endless Instagram stories.
Just absolutely endless.
This girl has posted no less than 300 times on her Instagram story.
A lot of posts.
I went to her story before.
It's an overwhelming amount of posts.
It's when the dots pop up.
You know it's a long story when the lines turned to dots.
Right.
And so it wasn't, honestly, I haven't even really, like it was hard to even watch all
them just because there were so many.
Oh, I skipped through a lot of them.
So it went viral because everyone was like, this is so epic.
Oh my God.
Scavenger Hunt, the whole thing.
It was a surprise.
She had no idea where she was going.
Her boyfriend Gabe was telling her, all right, now it's time to go to the Hamptons.
Okay.
And you're at the Hamptons.
You got to do this.
There's little jewelry boxes.
Now you've got to go to Miami.
More stuff.
Now it's so traveling all over the place.
She's with her friends.
Outlets are picking it up.
Like this epic wedding proposal is everything.
All those, all that jazz.
All that mumbo jumbo.
Yes. Now, it all blew up when the Atlantic and Taylor-Renz wrote an article for the Atlantic about this engagement and basically revealed that this epic proposal was very much planned out to the point where it was pitched to brands to collaborate with her.
her for the engagement, posting maybe stories,
any kind of, maybe ads of some sort,
brand collaborations of some sort.
So this was crazy because they got a hold of the full pitch deck.
And it's a wonderful, beautifully done pitch deck.
It is a beautiful deck.
Like, really is a beautiful deck.
And so they basically lined up everything that would be happening.
It's the first slides is Journey to Marriage.
and it says this summer, Marissa of at Fashion Ambitionist
will be pulled into a surprise adventure
created by the center of her life, Gabriel.
He will remotely ask her to take an unexpected
and sentimental journey to him,
a journey that will encompass many familiar stops
along the way that offer their own unique gifts.
Originating in Manhattan,
she will travel to the Hamptons
and link up with friends in Miami
before crossing the Atlantic to Paris
and awaiting game.
Throughout this journey will capture heartwarming moments
surprise and delight the soon-to-be bride
at every twist and turn and flight.
We're pleased to offer your brand
the opportunity to align with this momentous occasion
and the beautiful cities she will be visiting along the way.
So the deck has all these photos
and literally a hour by hour breakdown
of where they will be, what they will be doing,
where like Instagram stories or videos
could potentially be posted.
And so it was just crazy because
this comes out
And then it's like, all right, is this girl faking her engagement?
Like, did she sell this whole thing?
One of her friends went on her Instagram story and was like,
I'm stealing Marissa's phone for who, like, we're going to get through this.
Like, I see what's going on in the internet.
Like, she does, I swear she doesn't know what's going on.
But it's, it's, obviously they're denying that Marissa knew anything about it.
Right.
Right. I just am confused by all the facts here because she's saying that he put together the deck
and he was trying to sell it.
So, no.
He, he, so eventually he gave made a state.
He talked to the Atlantic and he said that it was, it was a friend.
So he said it was actually her friend.
See, I just don't buy that.
Why would a friend take all this time?
So they're saying that he said it was actually Evans,
a social media marketer who has done work for Michael Corse and Audi who put the deck together
and suggested reaching out to brands.
Grossman told her the plans for the scavenger hunt
and Evans knowing which brands Marissa regularly works with
helped mastermind the partnership.
So they were saying it was like a,
all the friends and Gabe did this together
without Marissa knowing.
Gabe was still adamant that she did not know about it.
The friend's adamant that she did not know about it.
This is a thing.
It's a crazy look into the way influencers live their life now.
That it's like,
because it's not no secret.
wedding
get sponsored.
These things get sponsored now.
It happens all the time.
You see it.
But it's like so often now this is so telling of like how intertwined it really is
when you don't even notice that suddenly you're watching this girl's story.
And it's like, oh, did glam squad like glam squad?
I guess did it did a deal to get featured in this.
And then the jeweler.
Did he really buy these things or did the jeweler gift these things to him for her?
It's all coming together that this is all SpanCon.
It's all, it totally is.
And it's so crazy.
And either way, it's crazy.
If she did know about it and plan this whole thing trying to sell her engagement, that's bonkers.
Like that's, that's, that's, that's.
I mean, why?
What's the point?
Why can't you just go get engaged like everybody else?
It's like, at what point do you have to do this extreme thing?
At what point do you need to, like, sell your engagement?
Yeah.
Can't you just kiss that to yourself?
Isn't your relationship?
Isn't your relationship good?
Yeah.
What's going on that you feel the need to sell your engagement?
That's just too far for me.
That's a fake life.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
And even if, and then, if you know, if it's true and she was actually generally surprised
and had no idea, I would be, I would personally, would be so mad.
That you couldn't spend the money.
And my next husband, my potential husband and friends that they were trying to sell my
engagement without me knowing.
Right?
And it's like, you couldn't put in the time and effort and money yourself that you had to go
get this sold. It's almost even more time effort and money to try and get sold instead of just
planning and doing it. And just planning and doing yourself. It's kind of, I don't know because,
you know, did they mean it in a nice way? You know, I'm sure they did. Because this is just their
life. Like they're, I guess like when you reach that point of influencer where you're just,
you're sharing everything about your life anyway, it's like, well, I guess why not do it for free or
make some money off of it? Yeah. And either way, she's going on all these weekends.
and getting some cool stuff.
So good for her, I guess.
Well, what really sucks is that I don't think they really got a lot for this.
So.
No, but she is going stop to stop, right?
Like, isn't she going?
She is, but it's not like, so he, when he spoke to the Atlantic, he said that they,
he said the trio received no direct payment for her post.
In fact, he said most brands didn't even respond.
So this is what I'm saying.
It sucks like that the deck came out and they're not even really profiting that
much for it.
Like this great deck came out and no.
but nobody bothered it. Everyone's freaking out about the deck, but it's not like they were,
it was some crazy thing. They said all the ones that they did work with are companies that she
already has a good relationship with. Flywheel, they did a free private class, clothing designer,
send her some dresses, glam squad. He said the only major new partnership from the proposal came
from Flytographer, which is, I guess, how they've been taking pictures. And they also said that he
received a hefty discount on the Jade Traw.
I don't know how to say this jeweler's name.
Jade Traw jewelry that he gave her because at each stop, there was like a necklace and a
key and then a diamond key.
And then like it was all everything very planned out.
It's, that's just too much besides everything going on.
That's just too much time and energy in the first place for an engagement.
Like you're just, just got engaged one night, you know?
You don't need this to be some kind of extravaganza in general, whether.
it's sponsored, whether it's not sponsored,
whether she knew she didn't know, what's
going on here? Yeah. So just knock it off.
I know. Just get engaged one night. I mean,
my God, it's too much. Way too much.
Way too much. And so she
she's, she's very much aware of this.
Like she was posting on her Instagram story like,
I have always told Gabe, I would just want to go
to City Hall. Like, let's just get married.
Let's just do it. Maybe like,
he said, let's go to the Maldeaf's. Like some,
let's just go and get married and do it. But he,
I guess she was saying it was very,
thoughtful of him because he wanted their friends and family to be involved.
I love how she just casually goes from City Hall to the Maldives.
That's like two totally different things.
Right.
Like most people were...
We can just go a lope at them in Maldives.
Yeah.
Like that's not normal either.
That's crazy.
Just to be like, oh, just City Hall or the Maldives, that's just two extremes.
So at this point, it's, you know, Friday, Friday afternoon-ish, it's, it's, it's
still been posting.
They are married, I believe.
Like it looks from what I could see, they are married.
It's just so funny because the stories at this point have been cracking me up because
at one point she's like, all right, I'm going to put my phone away and hang out.
And then the next thing she's like, oh, I'm in a long car ride.
Here's five songs that me and Gabe Love or what, you know, it's.
And then she posted some, she posted her dress and her coming out there in Paris and some videos
from the wedding. And then she posts,
photographer, real pictures, and proposal video to come in the next few hours.
Stay tuned. We are taking this time to be present and in the moment.
I mean, you're not taking any time to be in the moment. You guys haven't taken one second
to be in the moment. Your Instagram story is entirely too long. There are way too many dots
going on. You haven't taken anything in the moment. You've actually just been posting it all.
You've been posting it all. She's gained like 40,000 followers too.
I'm kind of jealous of that.
Like I wish I could name
30,000 followers.
Maybe that had something to do with
posting incessantly about their scavenger hunt.
Yeah, that's true.
I mean, do we have to fake a scavenger hunt
to gain 40,000 followers?
I don't know, but that's crazy.
It was just so crazy to,
what a crazy adventure of just thinking,
wow, this is so, what an epic proposal.
This is so much.
But even before the deck came out,
I was like, wow, this is a lot.
Yeah, I mean.
Congratulations.
So, like, if this is what you want your engagement to be,
that's awesome, but I just don't feel the need to post every second of it on social media.
To have the whole thing filmed or taken pictures of, whatever, that's awesome to have it for yourself.
But every single second was on Instagram.
If this is what you want, good for you, but it's not what I want at all.
I actually just want to get engaged in one night.
Like, I really don't want to be sent on a scavenger hunt.
I don't think you want to be sent on a scavenger hunt.
I know it's nice.
I was thinking like...
I really like the fact that she's going
all these different places,
but also like just give me the rank.
Right.
And I was thinking,
imagine if I was going to get engaged
and behind my back
without me knowing,
you coordinated and made a deck
and sold my proposal to all these people.
I would be like, what the fuck are you doing?
You especially would be pissed
because you get pissed about that already.
So you would be even more pissed
if this was your wedding.
So obviously this is the thing.
It's not our way of life.
It's clearly this girl's way of life, right?
Like that she's, this is her thing.
She's an influencer.
She posts everything about her life.
She works at goop for Christ's sake.
Like it's, you know.
Yeah, it all adds up.
It's very goopy.
The whole thing is very goopy.
Yeah.
So it's just, it's just crazy.
And they, I just really think they've had, they had the whole thing.
I, this is my, this is my thought.
I would be shocked if she had,
absolutely zero idea that this was happening.
Shocked.
I would be shocked as well.
And by looking at her reactions on her Instagram story,
her acting performance just really isn't cutting it for me.
And I think that she knew.
That's my conclusion to it.
Well, and then so this was funny.
My friends sent me this guy.
He is friends with a girl that wrote the Atlantic article, Jack Wagner.
He's the host of the Yeah, but Still podcast.
and he was just posting on his story about this and like how crazy it is and everything
and that posted pictures of the deck and the deck is the deck is crazy because it's like
it's like uh they have time Wednesday June 19th 1 p.m. in Hewlett rendezvous with Marissa's
grandparents IG short film next stop post like every it's just the whole thing crazy
they're supposed to be a flash mob and a proposal at the Louvre but maybe they scratched that plan
And then, you know, he's like, they're still saying that she didn't know about it.
And then he wrote, also, one thing that exists but couldn't be tracked down or put an article is an email with a script planning out every tiny detail, including a part where she trips at flywheel.
What?
So, like, even the tripping is planned?
Did they even coordinate her to post like a funny video of her tripping at flywheel?
Like a viral video of her tripping, I guess.
I don't know, Fran.
I don't know, but I'm saying
the influencer game is wild.
That this is the world we live in now.
Yeah.
Like the brand integration
into people's accounts
and content and influencers.
Most of the time you don't even know
that's happening.
You're touching your microphone a lot.
I didn't want to tell you guys,
but my knee locked up.
That's what happened before.
And I started bugging out.
It hurts so bad.
And then I got up and then I grabbed my mic
and I couldn't express that to you.
I mean, you just lifted up.
But don't like, like slowly.
Just like lift it up right now.
Where you want to be.
Yeah.
All right, good.
Oh my God.
My knee is doing it again.
Okay.
Let's just move.
Okay.
All right.
Anyway, just saying that it's just absolutely crazy that influencers have, I guess,
just have this ability.
And that brands are always ready to work with influencers like this.
So it's like.
This is it.
This is the world.
The crazy thing to me is that like when you take a look.
look back at our parents, our parents when they were proposing, our dads when they were proposing
to our moms, they couldn't get it fucking sponsored making pitch decks and their, oh,
our moms or influencers, that just wasn't the world. They just got engaged. Why can't we just get
engaged? Why can't we just get engaged? I don't, I don't understand why we got to do all this
extra. It's just leaking into every aspect of your personal life. It's just like, why can't you
separate some? It, it's really,
tough because I just, some people really don't like to keep things private.
That's so true.
Some people just love spilling everything.
That's just the thing.
Like they really love to share every aspect of their life.
And that's how they became to be an influencer in the first place.
That is true.
I guess that's why they're getting the followers.
So it's, this is what she's been doing.
This is why people care so much.
And there is something interesting in the article too saying it's influencers are so different
from celebrities because you feel more,
you feel more connected to the influencer because
they share so much and you feel like they're
your friend. Right. So it's like you're watching your friend that you've literally
never met, get engaged, but you're so happy
for them. Yeah, I feel that. That's nice. That's like when people
send in there like, oh, I feel like I'm listening with my friends and I love that.
But it's different when it's like, you're on your story being like, oh my God, this is
amazing when in reality your entire engagement
has been planned second to second the entire time.
Yeah. It is unfortunate.
unfortunate turn of events, but she's just going to keep living her life.

We are joined by a very special guest, Shepros, from Southern Charm.
It's your second time on the show.
Welcome back.
Is it?
Yeah.
And remember last time Jacks came in and we did double trouble.
It was definitely double trouble.
And that was a long time ago.
I think over a year ago.
Yeah.
It really was because it was like, Jacks, I don't think was engaged.
I don't know if he was even engaged yet.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And somebody was with him from.
maybe his people or something and they
were like if you guys want to do a podcast
you can talk about whatever you want and we kind of talked
about it for a second that would be very interesting
yeah but jacks is like like jacks i think doesn't
well in the meantime i was convinced to do my own
and i was um i don't know what the hell i got myself into
i just gave myself a lot of work yeah and like i pride myself
on having just freedom out of the wazoo and all of a sudden
I'm on these text chains.
I have these things to do.
I have to ask people for favors.
And I'm like, what did I do?
So I don't know.
It is a big commitment.
Enough about me, right?
Enough about me.
Yeah.
And I see your Motley Crew, the Dirt sticker.
Oh, yeah.
I did one with the guy that played Ozzy Osbourne on the show on MetSquitz.
He was one of the best actors in the show.
Yeah.
I haven't seen it yet.
But he's on Danny's Pride's show.
Yeah, but he did a phenomenal job.
He did.
Yeah, he really did.
What was the movie?
Like, was it okay?
I mean, okay.
She's got the sticker on her computer.
I know everything about Molly Crew.
Yeah.
Did you read the book?
Yes, I did.
And I also read the book, The Heroin Diaries, my Nicky Six.
That's my next one.
I have to write that one.
So I was in New York for a weekend and it was, can I say FAP?
Yes.
It was fucking crazy weekend.
And I limp into the airport, as I always do.
I crawl out of this damn town.
And I got the heroin diaries by Nikki Six.
and all of a sudden I'm feeling a lot better.
Right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, I'm not insane.
This person's really insane.
It's so crazy.
I know I have to read that one.
But yeah, the dirt I've watched at least 50 times.
Great movie.
Just so good.
So I had him and his wife on one, and they're both were in the groundlings in L.A.
And both very funny in the comedy.
Yeah.
And then the other day I had this girl that they set me up with.
She had a shaved head and lime green eyes.
liner and she's a bisexual and in a open relationship with a transgender, I guess, not guy.
You can't say that.
They.
Yes.
Yeah.
And it was interesting.
I'll talk to anybody.
You're getting crazy on your podcast.
Yeah, maybe so.
You're trying to go every which way with it.
Yeah, I don't, it doesn't really have a theme.
So I'm trying to find my footing.
We looked at the description and you basically just said, you want to get weird.
I wanted you guys.
Did you hear about this?
I'm kind of mad at you.
I know.
But we were saying we were already talking to you.
Oh, we didn't want to cannibalize.
No, but we were just like, we're going to talk.
We could do it another time.
We could just do it on this one.
Exactly.
You know what I mean?
Just double recorded?
We could just talk about whatever you want.
You said we wanted to talk about the Jonas brothers, which is very important to us.
I need to understand.
I'm a cerebral guy.
I need to understand what the hell.
Who are the Jonas brothers and why are they getting some of the most beautiful girls in the world?
You don't know who the Jonas brothers are?
You don't remember them from years ago?
I think I'm a little.
above that age bracket?
No, you absolutely are, but they...
I'm 39.
They peaked at like 2009, probably.
What's their signature song?
Because, I mean, with the Hanson brothers, you have Umbab.
Okay, and I'll...
Probably burning up.
Burning up.
Year 3,000.
Year 3,000.
You're 3,000.
See, these are not songs in the public consciousness.
I don't think.
Sorry, Jonas Brothers.
They premiered on Disney Channel.
Yeah.
So I'll give that the credit.
If you weren't watching Disney Channel at the time,
I don't think that you would...
Who did watch Disney Channel?
Just little girls?
Us.
Yeah.
Hannah Montana.
Yes.
Wizards of Waverly Place.
Jonas Brothers.
High School Musical.
Hannah Montana.
All the good stuff.
You missed out on.
Who's the girl that you guys were talking about that I was in the movie with and she dated the football player and he kind of went crazy.
Olivia.
Oh, Olivia Coppa.
Right.
She dated a Jonas brother.
Yes, she did.
She dated Nick Jonas.
And we talked about it.
Yeah.
Because we were in this ridiculous movie called reprisal with Bruce Willis and Cincinnati.
Randall Emmett put it together, me and Craig.
Oh, wow.
Randall, this is going full circle here.
I played an ambulance driver and Craig played a cop and it was so funny.
My one line was, when's the last time she ate?
Wow, movie star.
So how did you perform that line?
Oh, well, I mean, I did it in Spanish.
I did so much different inflections of it.
So my one stipulation was I'll do the role.
If I have a speaking role and Craig doesn't.
Because me trying to put my food on Craig's neck, you know, a little bit.
So they agreed to it.
And so I said my silly line, when's the last time she ate, which gave me a lot of pleasure.
But so Craig, little did I know, he hands a shotgun to Bruce Willis as he runs by, which I was like, that's pretty cool.
You got the one line, but running the gun to Bruce Willis is pretty cool.
And then in the middle of the scene, I'm sort of eavesdropping and Willis turns to the director and goes,
have him throw me the shotgun.
And I was like, no!
You get to throw a shotgun at Ruth Willis while he, like, runs into the battle.
That is pretty cool.
But you had your one line.
I did have my one line.
And I don't think I'll ever be invited back.
That's so, I mean, I don't know.
I think I kind of want to throw the gun.
Yeah, I think I would rather throw the gun as well.
Sorry, I mean, no offense to you.
We don't want to hurt your feelings here and make you feel bad about your role.
But anyway, Olivia Colbo was in this movie as well.
And so we became, we were friendly, and she told me about this Jonas brother.
I'm thinking, I'm looking, she's like gorgeous.
I'm like, how did he get you?
Yeah.
Oh, wow, you're going to offend Fran with that one.
No, no, no.
I get it because it's a different, it's just so different.
Okay.
So how much money do they have, first of all?
A lot.
A lie.
Okay.
I'm going to look up their net worth, actually, right now.
That is always wrong.
I know it's always wrong.
Like, any time you Google somebody.
Of course.
And then the top thing.
Whitney from our show is so pissed about his net worth on Google.
Yeah.
He goes, that's my AMX bill per year.
Right.
Oh, my God.
Joe's net worth, Joe Jonas, his net worth is $18 million.
Let's see what Nick Jonas is.
So Nick is definitely more because Nick's had more success.
Right.
Nick is $25 million.
Again, that's a nice number, but they're not like, they're not flying privately down to the Bahamas.
Oh, yes, they are.
No.
He's paying for it.
You'll go broke quick.
Combine money.
They travel together.
Yeah, they travel together.
It's so easy for celebrities to get that stuff for free.
Maybe a couple posts on their Instagram and they're down in the Bahamas in no time.
But they were so popular when I was like 13.
Yeah.
Right?
So they get all these 13-year-old girls to be so obsessed with them.
Yeah.
And then you fast forward 10 years, they decide to do another album.
Everybody freaks out because everybody's back to feeling like they're 13 again.
Yeah.
And the girls envisioned, that was like the first thing they ever envisioned.
themselves with a Jonas brother, right?
And so they grow up and maybe they're famous
and beautiful and that's like a layup for the Jonas brothers.
Yeah, Fran's dream has been to marry.
It has been, they're all married now, sadly, but it's okay.
Sophia, the girl from the game of Thrones.
She seems really cool.
She does.
She like chugs wine on the kiss cam and shit.
She always has her jewel.
Yeah.
She just seems like the coolest one.
Yeah, God damn it.
Another one bites the dust.
Yeah.
Just cross her off your list.
Is that like?
a dream girl for you?
Oh, I just like the show so much.
Yeah, fair.
So anybody from Game of Thrones, really?
Well, yeah, except for the queen, that evil queen.
Circe.
Circe.
Yeah.
No way.
Yeah.
But what did y'all think of the finale?
I liked the whole season.
Well, you know, everybody was hating on the whole season, and we were kind of giving it
hope.
Yeah.
Like, guys, don't worry.
It's going to end great.
They know what they're doing.
And then we absolutely hated the finale.
What did you think?
I mean, I wanted a better ending for John Snow.
I thought that him killing her was a little hasty.
Like, yes, she screwed up.
But they had a, I thought, I did not see the stabbing coming.
Because I thought, like, she was maybe saying a little bit of the right things in that.
Right.
I was like, oh, they're really going to get together here.
He's really going to do this.
Yeah.
So, I don't know what.
And then the drag, I don't know.
I thought it was stupid.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't think you're the only one.
And he becomes the, he doesn't, he's not on the night's watch.
He becomes like a wilding.
Yeah.
What is that about?
Like, he goes through.
He goes through all of this throughout the seven seasons, whatever it is.
And then he just goes back to being normal.
And he's so sad.
He died and came back to life.
Doesn't he deserve a better story?
It was one of those weird things because I always thought like it was fair if he wanted to, I get it like he's always wanted to be a free, free guy.
Now he is.
But I didn't really like that there was no, like they just did that.
He could have been saved.
All of his family members are now in power.
And none of them could have been like, you know what, actually you can stay.
I can't believe.
Why didn't you want to stay with Calisi?
Like, I know it's his aunt, but I mean, the sex was good, I think, right?
And she was into him.
Yeah.
And I mean, they didn't really care that they were related.
Let's be honest.
Nobody in the show cares that they're related.
They could have moved past it, I think.
He cared a little bit, but everybody else moved past it.
I don't know.
It was pretty insane.
Yes.
It was.
But it's over now.
What's next on HBO?
I mean, there's a big hole to fill.
There is.
I don't know.
I love HBO.
I love Barry, that show.
Barry's very good.
People talk a lot about Barry.
I've never watched it.
You watch it?
I'm not up to date,
but I've watched all of the first season.
Huh.
I didn't know that.
Oh,
people love Chernobyl.
Except, see, this is my thing.
It takes me a while.
I get into a show after people are talking about it so much.
Like, oh, it's so great.
So great.
You have to watch it.
I know, but at some point, like,
it will reach me.
Okay, I got to watch it.
But when everyone's telling me to watch it,
then I don't watch.
Well, I just got into Ray Donovan.
and there's been like
Ray Donovan's great show.
Season three,
I plowed through
first two seasons.
I really liked it.
Yeah.
I thought it was like,
I think he's like Don Draper basically though,
but with a gun.
Right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm like, God,
he barely communicates with anybody.
It's true.
I seem to love him.
All the chicks love him.
Is that right?
Yeah,
I've only watched a few episodes.
Ray Donovan is good.
I've never watched a full through,
but I've seen a lot of episodes.
But let's talk about this season of Southern Charm.
Oh, boy.
Yes.
So, I mean, there's not really a lot going on in your relationship life.
I feel like you are watching everything go up in flames.
Yeah.
You know, I try every see, every before we start filming, I'm like, it would be cool if I had a girlfriend.
But I just can't, I can't force myself to be having a girlfriend.
I just can't do it.
I'm not an actor, I guess.
Yeah.
Except for that one way.
So I started seeing this girl, Katie, Kearney, and we, we, we.
filmed a little bit and then she got mad at me about this and that and the other and I was like,
oh my gosh, I foresee some problems.
Right. She was long distance, right?
Yeah, she's in Chicago.
And I was, you know, I wanted to spare her the indignity of breaking up on camera or something
like that because I just didn't think it was going to work out.
I don't think she did either.
But she's a lovely person.
We had a lot of fun.
Yeah.
Well, this season...
This just means you can
critique everybody else's relationship.
And I do and I get in some hot water just waiting.
Yeah, I mean, last week, obviously there are every episode Wednesday nights.
So last, but last week you called Madison diabolical, which is pretty, pretty diabolical thing.
You guys don't get along at all.
We talked about that with Craig when he was here.
Well, and what pisses me off is the misogynistic.
accusations by girls
Austin cheated first
you know I'm like yes
true I acknowledge that not right
but when you say okay let's stay together
you don't get a hall pass like that's trashy
unless it's talked about so I watch you guys
talk about yeah it was and I agree with you
and the fact that we talked about this with Craig too
that when if you were to cheat on somebody
and then you forgive each other and you say okay clean slate here
no more cheating we're not going to cheat on each other
there was supposed to be a clean slate
You don't just go and cheat because the other person cheated unless there was a mutual understanding like I'm going to need a hall pass now.
But that didn't happen.
Because she tried to say that on watch what happens live.
I saw that.
And he fired in a tweet.
No, no, no, no.
Yeah.
And she told.
She said it with a lot of confidence when Andy was like, did you tell him?
She said yes.
And then all of a sudden.
Diabolical.
She told Patricia that she had revenge sex.
Yeah.
That's what she's calling it.
She's just a, she's really tough, man.
and she'd rather burn the whole village than surrender.
Does that make sense?
Yeah, it does.
And that's a dangerous person to have in my life.
And she's not in my life directly, but tangentially she is.
Yeah.
And I hate it for him.
And so I have to voice my opinion.
And yeah, she's just dangerous.
And, you know, when we started doing the show, it was about people from the South who were like, you know,
well-educated and polite but maybe snarky but like it showed that this side of the south that was what it was
about we we were trying to break the stereotype of like the crazy rednecks down and like the honey
boo-boo yeah yeah and like it's you know and it frustrates me that we have like a barbarians at the
gate so to speak and she's to me a barbarian right well what's it like when she says to austin you know
Shep is a bad influence.
I hate that.
I get that a lot, by the way.
Girlfriends, wives, their husband, boyfriend, couldn't possibly be wild.
It's, you know.
It's you.
It's a single guy.
Twist my arm.
Give me a great.
You're not the one making them cheat on their girlfriends.
They're the one doing it themselves at the end of the day.
We're out drinking, like, I'm not like, you know, ordering prostitutes.
You know what I mean?
We're out having fun and, you know,
Maybe staying up late, but it's not, I don't beg them, you know, I'm not that guy who's like,
come on, Craig's that guy.
Craig, like, if you try to go home early, he's like, oh, no, I'm like, see you later.
Yeah, yeah, I'll find someone else.
Yeah.
So that's a cop out, you know, in my opinion.
Yeah.
What about Austin, or I guess, I mean, Madison's the one who sent the screenshots, but Austin kind
of shit on Chelsea a little bit.
Oh, I know.
I know, right?
They're both at fault there, right?
I was confused about this.
Austin said them, which sucks, but Madison sent them, which sucks.
Well, here's the deal.
They get together, Austin and Madison, and it's negative cloud.
Yeah.
You know, like, they, I'm sure you know some couples that feed off negativity and rumors,
and they, like, because maybe they're unhappy and if they try to make,
talk about other people in a negative way, it gives them some sort of redemption in their
own head.
I mean, it's, and you'll be.
see this continues throughout the season. There's like a real negativity around their relationship.
And I think he's a really bad version of himself when he's with her because I know that he has a good heart.
And I've told him this time and time again. I mean, honestly, after he got caught cheating,
he tweeted out something, this was last summer. Hey, I've had a really bad day. Who wants to get a beer?
And I was in California. And I called him. I was like, is everything okay? He goes, well, I just found out mass and cheat on me.
I said, oh, that's too bad, man. I said, I'll be home in a few.
days and we'll go get a beer. So two days later, there's a Instagram story of he and Madison
at his parents' house in Kea. I go, excuse me, he goes, yeah, I just really needed someone to be
there for me. I was like, not her. I was like, she's the reason you needed someone to be there for you.
Right. That makes no sense. What the fuck is going on? Like, yeah, talk about a fox in the hen house.
Yeah, that makes zero sense. Now I understand why you're frustrated. But what I don't get with the whole
texting thing is, I get it, you know, whatever, they were talking shit about Chelsea and whatnot
where Austin was. And yeah, he shouldn't have been talking shit in the first place. But when you're
talking to your significant other about something, you're not supposed to screenshot that and then
send it to other people no matter what. Heading your bets. She was basically, you know, she kept
these text messages just in case she needed to garner support from other people in the group if something
were to happen between her and Austin, which is diabolical. Right. And by the way, that's a
a breach of trust, it's insane, right?
Right. No, it definitely is because you always feel like there is a trust when you send
something near a significant other, especially in a text message.
I would never think it would screenshot, send it to somebody, especially if you're saying
something bad.
Yeah, he shouldn't have said the things he said.
But then, I mean, two wrongs don't make a right.
And that's sort of what?
That's the theme of their relationship.
Like, you know, oh, you did a bad thing?
Let me double down on the bad thing and do it again.
You don't snitch on your own boyfriend.
No.
No, unless you, you know, unless you're conniving a little bit, right?
And you want to like make sure that you're the good guy when it, when all, you know,
after all the wash comes out.
You know what I mean?
And last week ended with Catherine and Danny kind of getting into it.
Yeah.
And you seemed a little fed up with Catherine.
Yeah.
I mean, I think that's the worst version of herself.
And we've seen that in seasons past.
You know, the eh-and-a kind of thing.
And I'm just like, oh, that's just not.
There's a really sweet person underneath there who's like nice and funny and almost shy, you know.
And then she can be like fucking diva to the maximum.
I mean, I won't get into details, but I mean, she's late a lot.
Well, she's been like been MIA on the show a couple times down this season.
And look, you know.
It's just not being unaccountable is something that frustrates me.
And Danny is like one of her mainstays of championing her champion.
I can't say it.
And she owes a lot, I think, to their friendship.
And to just sort of flick it away.
And they weren't, I mean, that scene was abbreviated.
It was a lot more, it was a lot more volatile, I thought.
And I was pissed.
Yeah.
because I just, I don't know, it's a long story, but.
Do you think she kind of puts on like a cold exterior to kind of protect herself, you know?
Well, I don't think she meets people halfway, you know, and when they are trying to be.
But maybe I don't either.
I said that earlier today.
Like maybe I should reach out to her and be like, come bring the kids out to my beach house.
We'll go.
But she certainly doesn't confide in very many people.
Yeah.
And, you know, I mean, I don't see a therapist because I have friends that I tell things and run things by, you know.
Yeah.
And if you're not bottling everything up, it can be dangerous, I think.
Right.
Agreed.
And God knows what she's going through.
Yeah, exactly.
I think her mom's sick, too.
Like, there's just a lot of stuff going to go.
It's just so much at one time.
But she can't afford to break down, you know, because she's got two kids.
So I told her that.
And everybody's got, like, everybody's watching everything she does.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, you talked about this on your podcast.
podcast. You and Craig Bahamas last year. I know he's going back this year. You guys didn't really get along while you were in the Bahamas.
Terribly. Terribly. So are you going to go back this year? He pissed me off so bad. So like, obviously he went down there and like made a little nest for himself. And he, uh, some, met some very cool people. And I went down there and met them too. And we all had a ball. So I came back. And he was sick. The first.
staying. Me and his friends went out on a boat and had a big day on Instagram and stuff.
And I think he got jealous of like he like thinking that I'm trying to steal his friends.
And like, and like, wait a second. I'm the gatekeeper.
Yeah. I'm the Bahamas guy. Yeah. And he said some things to me after the next night.
And I said some things back. And then I threw a plate with a stake on it at his face.
And I said some very mean. I was. Yeah.
That's like a jealous girlfriend throwing a plate or drink.
He tried to embarrass me.
And I was like, you, I was like, you cannot do that to me.
And I was like, listen, there's a reason why you want to know what I said to.
Yeah, yeah.
We did want to know.
I was like, there's a reason why I get twice as many requests to be places and get paid twice as more than you to be.
Damn.
I said, I said, I said, things got heated in the Bahamas.
I said, just think about that for a second.
Oh, man.
And then how did you guys come back around and be friends after that fight?
That's called male friendships.
Yeah.
You just bounce back?
Yeah.
It really is.
You guys are crazy.
Like sometimes like the arguments that I watch or see you guys.
And then the next couple days, you're totally fine.
Yeah.
Craig and Austin.
That next morning we got in the same car.
Yeah.
We got the same car.
And we did, it was tense in the morning.
And then we were on a boat.
We started drinking.
And then eventually.
everybody's having so much fun.
We just sit down next to each other.
I'm like, look, I don't want to be mad at you.
Like, why are you doing this?
Yeah, yeah.
You can't say things to me and expect me not to react.
And trust me, I won't throw the first punch, but I'll throw the last one.
And I know how to cut deep.
And that's been covered on the show.
I mean, I don't want to, but I know what your weakness is.
You know what I mean?
And I'll employ that if I need to or deploy it.
And then you guys hugged it out, I hope?
Yeah, yeah.
And then it was funny.
And then there was like two days left in the trip.
And we were like super overly nice to each other, right?
Overly deferential.
Like having compliment battles.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
It was really funny.
It was really kind of sweet.
Are you going back?
Oh, yeah.
I love to go back.
It's a special place, the Bahamas, yeah, for sure.
I'm going in two weeks.
I'm excited.
Where are you going?
Bahamara.
Oh, right.
Well, that's on, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's, uh, Nassau.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The avocos are a little more chill.
Yeah, right.
Yeah.
They're small.
It's just so much small.
But Baha Mar, man, I'll just lose all my money.
I can't do that.
You book the trip, huh?
Yeah, I booked the trip.
Oh, that's exciting.
Who you going with?
My boyfriend.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Who's he?
He works here.
Oh, he does?
Okay.
We like him.
Yeah, we love him.
Okay, good.
Yeah.
Great guy.
Let me know if you need to rough him up.
Yeah.
Yeah, you should.
Wow.
Chef is a protector.
It's a great card to play.
Yeah.
You can knock me over with a fucking feather.
You, um, you guys are.
taking an RV trip on the boys are taking a boys RV trip we got wild in Nashville yeah I hope
it's not edited the teaser was like we're gonna drink a million bud lights I was like oh my
I hope you did we did and um we had a lot of fun on that bus and um then there's a fight I think
you'll see tonight am I allowed to talk about it tomorrow right or no this doesn't we're not even
airing this will be Thursday the episode will already yeah so
Whitney throws a hot dog, or no, Craig throws a hot dog at Whitney's face.
I think we've been throwing a lot of food.
So Craig threw it this time, I was going to say, hit him with a leader.
We ganged up on Craig.
That's what happens with our dynamic with the guys.
Like two will gang up on one and then we'll switch and then everybody gets there.
Everybody gets a turn.
Yeah.
And I love having Austin in the mix now because usually it was just me and Craig.
And now there's three of us and add Whitney
and it just becomes even more combative, you know.
It's like siblings, though.
Sometimes I have two other siblings
and sometimes it's me and my sister against my brother.
Sometimes it's me and my brother against my sister.
Sometimes they're against me.
Everyone gets a turn.
Yeah, that's very true.
That's very true.
I have a follow-up question for something that happened this season.
Puppy.
Getting one?
Yes.
I have one.
Oh, you have one?
Yeah, his name is Craig.
Why isn't he here?
Well, I'm not getting the emotional support fly with me, the designation, I don't think, right?
Because I think they're not being very generous with it these days.
It's definitely way harder.
I mean, I don't even, I would be so scared to bring my, and, oh, my God.
I wish everybody listening could see this.
I can't believe this dog's name is Craig.
I know.
Isn't he great?
That's so funny.
Well, you see the scary stories of like dog dies in the overhead compartment.
You don't want to risk that.
I would be so scared to bring my dog on anything now.
He's a really smart dog.
He's a good dog.
He sleeps in.
Thank you, Craig, for sleeping in.
So that's your companion.
Follows after a human Craig.
Yes, exactly.
Loves to sleep.
Where do you rate your crags now?
I mean, the dog Craig goes one.
Yeah, I spend more time with the dog for Craig.
And I built a doggy door, which has been a big help.
So he can go out and he's learned that.
Is that for human Craig or dog Craig?
Both.
Craig passed out.
Which Craig?
We've been dealing with that a lot.
The ambiguity of it all.
That makes it way funnier, though.
I named him Craig so I could punish him without remorse, you know?
Fair.
But then it gets confusing when I love on him.
Yeah.
Like, oh, I love you, Craig.
Oh, Craig.
You're so cute.
He's not going on next to Craig.
That's so funny.
He's very, very cute.
Yeah, I know.
And I don't know what I got myself into on that one.
Your parents, your mom was like, because she didn't want you to get that.
You're an idiot.
And she's like, I am not going to raise this thing.
Because my brother did that.
He got a dog and now my parents have it because it was a naughty dog.
Yeah, yeah.
I think Craig is good.
And I have a co-owner.
Okay.
We're co-parents.
It's my friend Tony.
We're not gay, but we have a dog together.
That's pretty nice.
Beautiful.
Couple of guys with their dog.
That's right.
With their dog, Craig.
Do you say beautiful?
That's his nickname, the beautiful man.
You want to hear this story?
You'll love.
Oh, I should tell this story.
I'll watch what happens.
You'll tell her first.
Yeah.
So I lost my cell phone one time, just blacked out.
And my friend's G-chatted my friend.
This is how long ago was.
I was like, yo, call my phone.
And he called me.
He's like, dude, a cop has your phone.
I was like, tell the cop to meet me here.
So I pull in and I walk up to the cop car.
It's just pretty girl.
And I was like, hey, hey.
I was like, I was still drunk.
You know?
And I was like, oh.
And I was like, hey, where?
my phone she's like my partner has it i was like well call it from yours so i and i go i got your number
and um for like a month i was like kind of like hey come over we're here we're here and she was like
finally she came over and we were stoned and drunk and sitting on the beach and um she comes over and
she does cross spit on the beach we're like holy shit and uh and my friend tony
was actually like in really good shape at the time
and he had borrowed my friends
whose beach house it was close who was smaller
and he had long hair and he comes out of the ocean
and he's got like you know
he's just in good shape with a long hair
and and um the cop
the girl cop who I'm courting
goes your friend Tony is a beautiful man
wow
and so that nickname stuck it's a great nickname
yeah I mean that that's the only way
you should refer to him from
Oh, we do. We do. Trust me. It's like, how's the beautiful man?
Yeah, I love that. Yeah, I mean, it worked out for Tony in the end.
Yes. Well, no, I ended up taking her to my parents' yacht club with my stoner friend and his date.
And my stoner friend kept asking what about the evidence room at the police station.
I was like, enough about the evidence room.
What you got in the evidence room.
It sounds sexual.
Yeah, yeah, it does.
And then the waiter came by and was and commented on her deltoids.
like damn girl you've been working out i was like get us another bottle of wine and stop talking about
my date's arms wow those del toys i can't even imagine that it's a waiter just walking by i feel
i would be like wow what a compliment yeah never get complimented on your deltoys before
and i yeah it was really funny she she dumped me she said i was doing mature by the way
it's good call yeah that's a sad ending to the story that's not the first girl that's told you that
No, no, it is not.
Well, it's okay.
I'm no Jonas brother, but no.
No, no.
Well, you're single.
They're not.
Yeah, yeah.
Great point.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
