Hey, Chicks in the Office, listeners.
You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube.
Prime members can listen ad-free on Amazon Music.
This is state of emergency.
What's up, everyone?
It's Chicks in the Office with Ria and Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Friday.
A little hesitant there.
Kind of forgot what day it was.
Not going to lie.
I'm a little confused.
Long week.
Long week.
Really long week.
A bit under the weather.
Not going to lie.
Went to sleep at 9 p.m. last night.
Woke up this morning.
Very distorted.
Sick.
Uncomfortable.
Now I'm sweating profusely.
But I will still provide Friday energy for the people that listen to this show.
That sounds awful.
Yeah.
I think everyone's getting sick right now.
I know.
You've been talking about it and I, it's like, and Noah too.
So it's like in my head.
Like any time I feel like a slight ache, I'm like, oh, no.
Am I?
Because at first I was like, I think I'm okay.
but then I wasn't I wasn't quite sure.
I just feel, I think everyone just feels run down.
Yeah, I think it's also the time of the year, the weather changing.
You don't know if you want to sleep in the cold.
You don't know if you want to sleep in the hot.
I usually like to have the air conditioner on when I sleep.
But then you go into the living room, the heat's on.
It's very confusing time.
It's a very confusing time.
Do you sleep with the air conditioning on in the winter?
I respect that.
I did that for a while.
Or I like with the window open.
Yes
I don't even have that option
I like being cold when I sleep
But you know it's a good mix
You have your heat on
But the window open
See a little mix
I think that's what it makes you congested
Right I think it's why I'm confused right now
But yeah I like no I can't even like my
It's up to like my building
Like I can't even make this thing go cold anymore
So if it's just off it's cold
Oh okay that makes sense
I think some buildings are like that.
No, I can control whether I want heat or cold.
Damn, fancy.
Not really, but I turn the fan on when I sleep,
not necessarily air conditioning, but there's a fan option.
I like the noise.
Yeah, yeah.
Joe and I are in a current overhead fan battle
because he likes it on.
And I don't in the winter.
I'm fine with it in the summer, but it is.
One of these.
The noise machine.
Yeah.
It's, I'm like, it's so fucking cold in here.
The fan makes it 10 times worse.
So we kind of like fight over the control.
Who gets into bed first?
It's that time of the year.
But we will keep providing that Friday energy to get us through to the end of the year.
It's so close.
I think everybody needs it.
I think everybody's got to get there.
One more week of chicks in the office until we're on break.
One more week.
And then we have break.
I'm excited because I'm going to fly.
Lord overbreak, need some sunshine, need some good weather. It's gotten really cold here.
Planning on doing a couple of Christmassy things in the next week, hopefully, not this weekend
because now I'm sick and I'm going to rest, but I have rescheduled my Christmasy events to next
week in the middle of the week, which should be exciting. I'm trying to get into the Christmas
spirit in the city. What kind of things? Like go to the Christmassy bars. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know,
maybe the winter village, the tree, maybe.
You know, I haven't seen the tree in years.
I kind of live close to there.
When I walk back from work, I'll walk up six-av.
It's a nightmare, like around Radio City, like.
Right.
Once you get there, you're like, this is not in my head what I expect it up to be.
But it's all part of the fun.
Have a couple drinks first, and then you're in the, you're in the Christmas spirit.
That's what the plan is.
Go to some Christmas bars, get drunk.
then go to the tree.
I went to a Christmas bar the other night by myself,
had a nice little meal at the bar.
They were playing Christmas music,
just like by me, but...
That's nice, Noah.
That's very nice, Noah.
I haven't done that a while,
but it's refreshing to just sit by yourself sometimes.
And I have a meal.
I agree with that.
When I went to college for a very short period of time,
I ate by myself a lot in the cafeteria,
and I enjoyed it because I was like,
whoa, I've never done this before.
And then I was like, this isn't so bad.
It's worse when you know, like, if you're in a cafeteria and you know people, then it's kind of weirder.
But like, there's just strangers.
Like, why do I care?
Yeah.
And so many strangers eat alone.
Yeah, I didn't only just eat in the county.
I mean, because I went in the city.
So sometimes I would go to like someplace in the city and eat or whatever.
But I ate alone a lot of times.
And I quite enjoyed it.
Yeah, definitely.
Guys, make sure you check out our, in the holiday spirit, watch our holiday vlog from our New York City live show.
that is up on our YouTube.
You can watch the whole thing.
Well, behind the scenes of what went down for our New York holiday spectacular.
Yes, make sure you go there.
Subscribe to the YouTube.
$150,000.
We will be bleaching Noah's hair, which we are dying to do.
Maybe the dance video gets released.
I don't know.
Nobody is confirming that.
We're just, no, we're not adding things.
150,000 subscribers.
Noah will release his beat at dance music video.
All right, guys, let me paint a little picture for you.
You're hanging out with some friends.
You've been drinking a little bit.
A few maybe becomes a few too many.
And as the evening comes to an end and people start to head out,
you think of calling for a ride.
But then you think, oh, I live nearby.
You can make it home okay.
It's no big deal.
What are the odds they'll get pulled over anyway?
And even so, what's the worst that could happen?
Your insurance goes up.
You lose your license.
You total your car.
You kill someone.
Everyone knows about the risks of driving drunk.
The results are tragic and often deadly.
However, that still doesn't stop everyone from getting behind the wheel while under the influence.
That's why police officers are out there right now looking for impaired drivers on our roads to save lives.
So if you think you're okay to drive after a few drinks, think again, play it safe and plan ahead to get a ride.
It's so easy to get a ride, guys.
Don't do it.
It only takes one minute to change your life or someone else.
is forever. So drive sober or get pulled over. I do want to mention that I think I have a new
number one guest request. I texted our talent booking team. I was like, how do we get Haley Lou Richardson
on our show? She's Porsche from White Lotus. If you go way back, you know, five feet apart,
great movie with Cole Spouse, which very sad movie, but good movie. Um,
she is cracking me up on social media.
I think she's so funny.
And she did James Corden.
And James Corden surprised her with the FaceTime from Nick Jonas because she was a big time
George Brothers girlie growing up.
And she freaked the fuck out as one would.
And it was just a, it was a very genuine response.
Like she threw a lot of curse words out there that they had to bleep when, when she opened
the face time.
but that was like my favorite clip I saw all week.
She's been doing so much press
and she seems like the best,
most fun person to hang out with.
Like I really just want to hang out with her
and also have her on the show.
But this video made me cry
because I was like, wow, that's just a dream come true for her.
And she's on a show that's like, you know what I mean?
Like she's doing this show that she's probably freaking out
that she's doing this show.
And then she was a surprise while she's on the show.
Just an outer body experience for her.
Nick Jonas being so nice to her.
The tie thing made me laugh.
She asked if he still had that tie she gave years ago.
He obviously lied and said, you know, next time she comes to a show, bring him a tie, and he'll keep it.
And it's just cool because you know that he probably saw the White Lotus and probably is a fan as well.
And she was just genuinely freaking out, which was very cool to see.
I cried a lot.
It was.
I loved it.
I think she should come to Vegas shows with me.
and we can become best friends.
Maybe she wanted to join my group.
We got a group.
She can join it.
And I think she'd be such a funny guess.
She also posted like these clips from her on the Today Show and like they were playing
the White Lotus theme song.
And she was kind of throwing a little ass.
Oh yeah.
That came out last week.
Yeah.
That was from.
That was from last week, which was very funny.
So I just feel like there's been a lot of things in the last like couple weeks that
have made me giggle with her
that I would love for her to come on,
chicks in the office.
So it's my,
our public ask for her to come on
because I would like to know about,
I'd like to know more about the behind the scene stuff,
you know,
it really does seem like they had a little bit of a,
of a,
like a click going on at White Lotus when they were filming.
Like certain people hung out together, you know?
Yeah, probably so cool to just be living in Sicily.
They said it was the off month.
So there wasn't a lot of people there.
they had to hang out with each other.
It's not like they're filming something in California
where they go home and go hang out with their other friends.
It's like they're literally in another country.
Yeah.
They can only hang out with each other really because who do they know in Italy?
And they just became so close and all the pictures and videos, so jealous.
I know.
It looked like they definitely had a really good time.
So yes, like I said, my public ask.
But it was, it's felt like a long week, I think,
because there has been a lot of.
Sad news as well.
Wednesday.
The news broke that Twitch.
He was a dancer, massively popular.
So you think you can dance, competition shows.
He was the DJ on the Ellen show.
All these great things that he had passed away.
And it was a massive, massive shock to so many people.
and, you know, unfortunately, it's hard to talk about because you don't want to get into some of these details.
It's like it feels very personal.
And this goes back to sometimes when I say like it feels like TMZ really shares so much.
That feels like we're really invading this family's privacy.
But we do know that he took his own life.
And it's definitely prompted a lot of people to like, it just like knocks the wind out of you where you see this guy.
And on the outside, everything seems so great.
You know, happy family, social media.
They're always posting together and posting pictures with the family.
And they just celebrated their nine year wedding anniversary and like all this stuff on social media that you think like, how could this have happened?
and you just really don't know what's going on on the inside.
Social media is such a facade.
Like you...
It really is.
It really is insane.
It's incredibly, incredibly sad, especially seeing just the day before, you know,
I think that this was happening to a lot of people where all of his videos were popping
up on people's timelines of just from the day before of him dancing and smiling.
And everyone's like, wow, like you really could never tell.
And I think that-
So much on TikTok.
Like now I'm like, I'm like, I didn't get these before and now I see them on TikTok.
I'm like, oh, my God.
And I just feel so incredibly sad for his family, his wife, his kids.
And I think that this really is, you know, a hard time for everybody, especially around the holidays.
I think that things can get pretty dark for people and they may not be open to talking about it.
But just one of those reminders that just because you see something on social media and everybody's life looks,
so happy and thrilling and everything's perfect is really just not the case. And even in, even not in,
even not on social media, even in your friends' lives, you know, they could be telling you something's
okay. And it may not be. So it's, it's a very sad reminder. Yeah, definitely. And it's, yeah,
it's take care of your, take care of yourself. And there's so many.
there's so many resources and you hope that you can give the people in your life
just the thought that the door is open.
Like, that you're, if, if you need to talk to somebody that you have friends or family
or somebody and on top of that, you know, there are people you can talk to,
there are numbers you can call.
I believe the suicide prevention hotline is 988 which is a great resource so it's just like I said incredibly incredibly heartbreaking and you see so much content now and his wife Allison put out a statement to People magazine and it was just so beautifully said and she ended it with all you know always saved the last dance for you and God the
fucking waterworks
just
it's terrible
so so terrible
he touched so many people
in such a positive way
like the amount of
people in his life and
celebrities that we know or know of
that posted about how
great he was
and it's crazy that it's just so
fucking sad a lot of times
this is the case where it's like a comedian
or somebody who is so openly
feels like a larger than life
and funny
and, you know, they always light up the room.
And it's just sad to see that it could be a mask for a lot of people to be putting out, you know,
they feel like they have to make everyone happy all the time and feel like they have to put a smile on their face for everybody else,
but are not taking care of themselves.
And also for the people listening that have maybe had these thoughts before,
and they're afraid to reach out to somebody, they don't want to bother somebody.
because I know a lot of people can feel like, you know,
I don't want to be a bother to my friends.
I don't want to be a bother to my friends or family.
You're never a bother.
I know for a fact, somebody would much rather hear from you than not hear from you.
And so I think that's important to remember as well.
Yeah.
And I think on the other side of that, too, like if you have a friend that you're worried about,
don't just ignore it or act like, oh, well, they haven't said anything to me.
so everything must be okay.
Like if you have any inkling or any, any signs, you know, try to reach out to that person
or somebody in their life.
Or go to somebody else because even if you're afraid that they're going to get mad at you,
you would much rather do something about it, I think.
You know, there is always that feeling like this person is going to get mad at me.
If I tell somebody, you know, I've had a situation like that in my life,
years ago where someone I knew was tweeting like very dark things and I, you know, told somebody
and that person was upset with me, but they ended up getting help, which I think, you know,
is always the better case. Yeah. And so I think that everyone can, you know, just look out for each
other. Definitely. So hopefully, you know, we're all going to remember Twitch, Stephen, Stephen.
And Twitch, you know, Twitch is his nickname boss.
But also don't put anything on yourself as well.
I want to make that clear as well, you know, because I said like reach out, you don't, you know, whatever.
It also can be hard when you don't know what to do to help somebody.
So don't be too hard on yourself if you feel helpless, you know, as well.
Yeah, it's really, it's really hard.
It's hard to navigate.
And I don't think there's ever really like,
right way to do something. You have to go about the way that you feel works best in that
situation. But yeah, it's definitely one of those shocking things you hear that makes you just
think about how fragile everything is and just like, like, like, you.
So many people have said about what you see on the internet and things like that.
It's just so much is not real life sometimes.
So it's important to stay grounded in reality.
Right.
Yeah.
So sad.
So sad.
We, you know, our thoughts for his family and prayers are out there for them and his kids,
three kids.
So I just hope they are surrounded by love and people who will help them and protect them
because there's so much outside noise.
And even you think like how could there be any negative?
Like sometimes there's still people are digging or speculating about certain aspects
of what happened.
And all that does is hurt the family when they are the ones personally dealing with this.
And also, like I just said, like there's nothing, you know, people can't make it about themselves.
Like, I'm sure his wife is wondering, you know, all these things and you just don't want to make it feel worse for her or her kids, you know?
Yep.
Yeah, definitely.
So our, you know, like I said, very, very sad, sad, sad story this week that we wish, you know, that these.
I wish we didn't have to talk about super sad events,
but when it's something really serious like this,
it is really, really important.
So I just want to make sure that people are taking care of themselves.
All right, we're going to move on to the rest of the show.
We're going to get into the weekly watch report.
I'm going to be talking about all the TV and movie we watch this week,
a lot to talk about.
And if you stay tuned through the rest of the show,

the winner of the Pink Whitney board with all of the signed guests on there.
So make sure you look for that at the end of the show.

The world's most refreshing podcast.
Yes.
Welcome back to the weekly watch report where we discuss all the TV and movies that we watch this week.
It's been a good week of watching some TV and some films.
I'm excited to talk about it.
It felt like I put in more time than usual this week.
I definitely did too.
I clocked a lot of hours for sure.
So I've got a lot on here as well that I would love to dive into.
Do you want to start, Ria?
Yes, I will start off.
Okay, I watched All of Too Hot to Handle, which was the new season on Netflix.
And I'll give my quick thoughts.
I was very confused at the initial obsession with Kayla.
there were multiple beautiful funny girls in the show.
Every guy wanted Kayla.
I guess that's just how it goes.
I ended up really liking Kayla.
And I also thought she was beautiful.
I just was confused that nobody was paying attention to the other girls.
That kind of lasted like an episode or two.
So that didn't last very long.
Like obviously everyone was like,
all going to end up with Kayla so we have to see other options here.
Wasn't my favorite season.
I would rate it a B minus.
I was entertained.
Have you watched, did you watch like all of two and three?
Mm-hmm.
I never watched two or three.
I really liked last season, but I would rate this one a B, I think.
Maybe a B minus.
Did all the episodes come out at once?
No, last week and then this week.
Oh, okay, okay.
So, yeah, wasn't, I don't know.
I'm going to give it a B-minus.
I'm going to give it a B-minus.
I wasn't like totally obsessed with it,
but I also wasn't super bored by it.
I was interested.
And so I'm going to give it a B minus.
I have been watching Love Island, Australia.
It's losing my interest just a little bit right now.
I do think I'm in a low period.
I do think it's going to pick back up.
I'm watching episodes on Hulu, so I'm not as quite caught up as you are.
Do you know what number you're at?
Episode 15.
Okay.
Yeah.
Has a seen, I don't know, like, I don't want to, like, spoil anything.
But I believe you're at the spot where some, some big bombshells enter.
Yes.
I am, I'm excited to see where it's going.
Right now, I'm not going to grade it this week because it feels wrong to grade it
when I graded it in A plus immediately.
Yeah.
Who are your favorites?
Claudia.
Yeah.
I love Claudia and Austin.
I actually don't really love Austin.
Any of them.
I really only like Claudia and Austin.
Yeah.
I like Calum's an idiot.
Callum's an idiot. New Phoebe's an idiot.
You know, I'm just...
Mitch, idiot.
Mitch, idiot.
I don't like really any of them.
Yeah, I like...
I like... I like old Phoebe.
I like, yeah, I like the OG Phoebe as well.
But I think...
I think she could do so much.
better than Mitch.
And I just don't like,
I don't really like
some of Mitch's antics.
I'll say, I don't want to,
I don't want to spoil anything if people are behind.
But I don't really like some of Mitch's
antics. Him and Callum are getting away with
fucking highway robbery on this show.
Nobody's putting them in their place.
They're staying around
week after week. It's like, send one of these
guys home. I don't know how
Callum has made it. But
he, God, he's brutal. And
I guess, I
He's obviously entertaining.
Like they're all very entertaining,
which is why I've been locked in.
But yeah, it's not a...
It's definitely a season where, like,
they clearly all want the drama.
And I think love is so secondhand.
Sometimes they do try and force, like,
oh, we're all here to find love narrative.
And you're like, no, you're not.
Like, we don't believe you.
And then when they go the other route and it's like,
well, we're kind of just here to like fuck around.
And then you're like, well, what am I watching?
So they're definitely.
a lot of them are there just to fuck around.
But it is certainly entertaining.
And I think Austin is a sweet, sweet gift
and the only one with a good head on his shoulders.
It seems so, and he's only 22, so good for him.
Yeah.
I also watched Prisoners, which is a fantastic movie.
I rewatch that right after you said.
You rewashed it.
Yeah.
I saw it years ago.
I remembered it being a great movie.
and then I never thought about it since.
Saw it was the number one movie on Netflix
and I was like, wait a second,
I've seen this movie
and I remember watching this movie
with my parents going,
oh my God,
this is such a good movie,
why aren't people talking about it?
And now it's number one on Netflix
I think people are discovering it now.
It's with Hugh Jackman,
Jake Gyllenhall.
I've never seen it.
Oh, my God.
Paul Dana.
It's an amazing movie.
It's a really good movie.
Like really, really good.
Yeah.
And so that's an A plus.
Prisoners gets an A plus for me.
It's such a fucking good movie.
Like, it has you on the edge of your seat the entire time.
Jake Jong Hall is such a good actor.
What year was that?
What year was it made?
That was almost 10 years old?
Yeah, I remember watching with my, like, I think we watched it, like, probably, like, on Christmas or some holiday, maybe Thanksgiving.
But Jake Junk Hall, like, created, did you notice that earlier when you were watching?
Like, he had a Twitch.
Like, he doesn't actually have a TV.
He gave himself a Twitch.
Yeah.
It's a great movie.
Fran, I really recommend you watch it.
It's really good.
Came out, obviously.
Terrence Howard is in it.
He's great.
81% on Rotten Tomatoes.
High score.
Yeah.
And I can't rave enough about that movie.
I think it's really fucking good.
And then I watch the Sebastian Bancalco comedy special on Netflix as well.
Which I'm curious how people feel about it.
because for me, it's very relatable
because it's another, like,
it's an Italian guy talking about his non-no,
speaking, saying, Boutana de Scraziab.
Like, so many things that are relatable to specifically my family
and I guess other Italian families,
I don't know how somebody feels about it
that doesn't necessarily relate to a lot of things he's saying,
because a lot of things he's saying
are specific to, like, certain families, you know?
Yeah, yeah.
Like, he's talking about, like, union guys,
and stuff like that.
Like my dad worked in the union.
Like everything is just very relatable.
And so I laugh very hard.
Yeah.
But I would be curious about how other people feel because I think with comedy,
you laugh at things that relate to you more.
Yeah, definitely.
But I do think people also can still laugh, you know?
Like, I feel like there's so many comedians that I watch that I don't relate to at all.
Right.
No, but I still think, like I still, you know.
You still laugh.
But you laugh harder when you're like, oh, my God, this is so much.
You know what I mean?
Definitely, definitely, definitely.
Of course, you still laugh.
It's just funnier when you can relate to it.
I'm going to give, this might be a controversial opinion because a lot of people are mad at him.
A lot of people are mad at some of his jokes.
Mad is in like inappropriate or like?
A lot of, they just, you know, politically correct stuff.
People were upset about.
But I'm going to give him to B plus because I thought it was funny.
Okay. Not as funniest.
Yeah.
But still funny.
That's good. I feel like people always want comedy show.
Maybe I'll give it a B.
Hmm. I'm torn.
What does your gut tell you?
Hmm.
I mean, a B is still a good score.
I'm going to go B. I'm going to go B.
Okay.
What else he got?
That was it.
Oh. Wow. I have way more.
definitely seemed longer in my head.
Yeah.
But maybe it was just because Too Hot to Handle was an entire season, Love Island was a lot of episodes.
Right, right, right. So should I put...
I had the White Lotus finale on there, but I, we already talked about it.
Yeah, we already talked about it.
Did you grade it, though?
No, I'll grade it in A.
White Lotus?
Yeah, I'll grade White Lotus finale in A.
And so next to Too Hot to Handle, should I put like an A for you or...
No, too hot to handle. I gave a B-minus.
She did put it.
No, no, I'm in Love Island.
Yeah, yeah, you could do N.A.
Yeah, because there are shows you're watching.
Like, I have shows that I watch that I don't need to grade,
but I will throw out that I am watching them.
Okay, so to follow up from last week, I did finish shows.
So I think that's important.
I finished dead to me.
So I watched eight.
Wow.
I finished dead to me.
I watched eight through ten.
finally finished
and I
like as much as I
felt like a tad
disappointed it also ended the way
I kind of thought it was going to end
like every season has ended that way
I never thought like I didn't think they would tie it up
like in a bow
because it's just like not that kind of show
even though I personally love
when endings are tied up
in a nice bow
definitely you know definitely a tear
Jerker, I felt like, you know, there was a lot of parallels to real life for them doing this.
Yeah.
So that was sad.
Made me sad.
But I did enjoy it.
So like, I guess eight to 10, I'd give like a B minus somewhere in the middle.
Like it wasn't crazy, but it was like, they wrapped it up in a way that made sense.
Like it ended and I was like, yeah, they would end it like that.
Firefly Lane blew through the rest of the season.
I loved it.
I cried like a baby at the end.
They just, God, they pull in the heartstrings, Firefly Lane.
They really do.
I think Catherine Hegel is great.
There was a lot of moments where like, it started off a little slow,
but then I was, every time that Netflix was like, watch next episode, I was like, yes, I'm in.
So definitely pulled on the heartstrings.
I was a mess.
You know, when they play, it was cold play.
Fix you maybe?
Like, just like one of those cold play song, I think Fix You, where you're just like,
come on.
Really, you're going to pair this moment with Fix You.
And I was like sitting in bed watching on my iPad and just like,
slow tears falling down my face and Joe walked in the room and he was like,
what are you doing?
Because he was in the living room, but he just heard fix you like really loud.
And he was like what he like yelled and was like, what sad thing is happening?
Like it's like, no, it's never something good.
But I really like Firefly Lane.
I'd give it a B plus.
I enjoyed the second season.
I'm looking forward.
It's going to finish next year, next summer.
had like a little teaser and I'm very intrigued to see what happens.
They always try and throw you off with the teaser, which they definitely did.
They try to make it seem like Catherine Hegel was marrying somebody that would be pretty
fucking crazy if she married.
And I'm not sure if they're just trying to throw us off the scent or not.
So I'll do that.
I started Wednesday.
I thought, I got to know what the hype is.
I watched three episodes.
I'm going to finish it because I just am going to finish it.
Like I want to know what happens because anytime there's like a mystery element,
I'm like, well, I got to know what happens.
But definitely I want to say like 30 minutes into the first one, I was like,
I could turn this off right now and be fine.
Like I definitely could turn this off right now.
Now I'm like too far in where I'm like, oh, I got to watch to see what the fuck
happens. But it's like, for me, it's like a C minus. Like, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I,
am I like, missing something? That's the lowest score you've given yet, I think that's something.
Yeah. I'm almost impressed. Yeah, I just, I'm like, I feel like I'm, am I, it's the number one show,
like people are loving it, but are people, like, are the 14 year olds loving it? And I'm not getting it.
I just...
Listen, I'm with you.
Yeah.
And normally I love those shows,
like the ones that take,
like the Riverdale type things
where they take characters
and make them into teen dramas.
Those are my favorites.
I'm with you.
I talked about how I turned it on and turn it off.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, January, Or take is great,
but I don't know.
Something about it was just like,
this is not pulling me in
as much as I thought it was going to.
Reality TV.
Now, I'm not going to
grade winter house and the challenge but i just want to throw out that i am i'm up to date on
winter house winter house is almost over and i'm up to date on the challenge i think this has been a
great season of the challenge some really good new people have you watched ria any of the challenge
no i so i planned on watching this season i really did and i just i fell off on keeping up week to
week which i'm disappointed in myself and i know it wrapped up and so i'm upset that i didn't continue
Yeah. Because I was excited to continue.
Yeah, I'm enjoying it. I really like some of the new people.
Olivia from Love Island, US, is really good.
Like, she's a perfect challenge contested in my mind.
She's very competitive and, like, actually can compete.
And then she's kind of, you know, got a romance thing going on.
Like, she's very involved.
She's literally like a star of the season.
So I'm happy for her because I think she's crushing it.
it. Seeing like how Tori and Jordan are interacting as well has been interesting.
You know, it's always something going on there. But I'm liking the season. And I will grade
Real House of Miami. Real House of Miami is out on Peacock. And as far as reality shows,
it's, it's, I got to, I don't know, I feel like I have to clarify, because I
on the graphic, you know, when we list it all, and it's like scripted shows and reality shows,
people are like, oh, love I don't know Australia gets an A, but fucking dead to me gets a B,
like how do you know? And it's like, well, it's different. Like, that's an A in the reality
TV world. Reality TV category. And a B minus and the scripted, like I feel like they should be
separate. But isn't it to know? Isn't it more just like you're grading it for like how much
you enjoyed it.
Like, yeah, but it's not like people are,
how would you get any reality TV show an A?
You look at reality TV way differently.
But if you didn't rewatch a Jersey, sure,
you'd probably give it all an A.
Like, there's reality TV that that's A.
No, there is, but I'm just saying like when you compare it,
it's, that's like an A in reality TV.
Like, it's an egg because it's good reality TV.
No one's saying like, oh, Real Housewives of Miami's
is better production quality than like, like,
No, but when people see them all listed in a row, and it's like, oh, B, B, B, B, C, and then, like, the two reality TV shows are A's, they're like, they're like, oh, my God, she's got terrible taste in television.
So I'm clarifying that, like, it's reality TV.
Real House of Miami is fantastic, okay?
I think people sleep on Rehazos in Miami because maybe it's because it's on Peacock.
I love it.
I love it.
I think it gets a solid end.
to start.
There's such good, like,
Lisa and Lenny,
this fucking guy, Lenny, Ria,
he just up,
like,
uprooted his family completely.
It's such a good intro season
where it's like they have these happy times
and then, bam, they show these flashes
to the future and Lenny's filing for divorce
and he's got a new young girlfriend
and they're fighting over the house.
Like, it's crazy shit that's going on.
for her big time.
And I just enjoyed the cast of characters.
I think they're very funny and unique.
And some cast members on Real Housewives are very boring.
They're not boring.
I love them.
And guys, I told you I had a lot.
I finished Harry and Megan.
I finished Harry and Megan,
which was very interesting because I went from watching The Crown last night.
Like, I watched five episodes of The Crown from this latest season,
up to episode seven.
And then I watched the next three Harry and Megins.
The Crown is just a phenomenal show.
Like the Crown, I just production-wise, amazing show.
The Crown is like always an A show for me.
Harry and Megan, the last three, really,
not that it flipped me so much,
but regardless of how you feel about her or him or whatever,
the shit that they went through is so insane.
And the back of that they talk about,
Prince Harry talking about, you know,
the institution and the press
and how their comms offices were like battling each other.
So when Harry and Megan started to outshine the other royals,
the other royals like got pissed.
And that's when things really started to turn bad for Megan
because Harry would say that the comms offices for the other royals would
sell or like give bad stories or or say like well why don't you print that instead of something
about our person so it's like they would battle with each other and i think charles is just
an insecure loser who feels like if he's not center stage at all times like he's the one
that's supposed to be king and like who's this girl and prince will in the same way have they clearly
want to protect the system they're in line for the throne but it's
It's sad that their relationship is totally gone.
But Prince Harry said, like, the last time he went to have a meeting about what was going to happen and, like, the separation that William was screaming and yelling.
And, like, they're clearly not on speaking terms.
And they showed, like, William send Harry a text message after the Oprah interview.
And he looked visibly shaken, Harry.
by you they didn't tell us what the text said but he looked visibly shaken by the text
I would love to know what that text said I know I know so and it's just it's just like you're a disgrace
to our family I know I know and Megan he was like look they're never going to see it from our
point of view um they're basically like brainwash and Megan talking about more of her mental health
and everything that she was dealing with like thinking that she wasn't enough and if she was just
gone like all of this would end
and dealing with her father
and things being leaked in the press,
she,
at the end of this,
I was like, you know,
the royal family fucking missed the mark so huge.
Like, they would have,
yeah,
they would have,
like so many people have said,
they would have done so many great things,
I think if they actually want,
protected them and put things out
that would help.
help them. Megan is so good in that world. Like, she wants to be the humanitarian and do the charity
work and all those things. That's literally what the job is for what would have been the job.
She would have done such a good job. And they treated her so poorly. And it was one thing,
like, after everything with Megan, they never would put out statements or try and protect her.
But the one, the second that the rumors start to turn that Harry and Will were fighting and all this stuff, like, they put out a joint statement from Harry and Will that like everything was okay. And Harry was like, I never signed off on that. Like, it was crazy to see that they did that to protect William. They never even asked me. And that's what got put out. And they never put anything out for Megan. So the parallels.
Harry 100% like I can see why he did what he did.
He said it was his decision.
He didn't want, I know how many people could say it, like history to repeat itself.
He clearly could see parallels to what was happening and felt like that was the right decision.
Now, the royal people who are just appreciate the whole institution and everything will, you know, say that he betrayed the family.
This, he's a disgrace.
Like, he, all these things.
But I think if you watch this, it comes off extremely genuine, um, from where they are.
And it seems like they're in a better place, such a better place now and getting to,
you know, live their life and still do things that they're passionate about.
But of course, it's sad.
He's like, look, I've, I've lost that connection with them, like, completely.
Yeah, I mean, he's completely lost his family.
But it's also like, do you want your family?
to be these people.
You know, it's like a, I lost my family,
but do I even want to interact with my family?
It's very sad.
It is.
But I also think, you know, like,
they're doing better now,
but now they have to deal with everything
that's coming from this documentary.
Of course.
They're going to be very upset with them
about things they've revealed.
I'm sure Will and Kate are not going to be happy
about things that were in that documentary.
But clearly they made a choice for a reason
and they feel happy with it.
Absolutely.
And I think like what you're going to see in the press, too,
is exactly what they talk about.
You know, the Daily Mail is going to continue to post how awful the Harry and Megan doc is
and that, you know, people trashing it because that's such a big plot point in the documentary,
too, is them suing the Daily Mail for putting out her letter to her dad and all those things
that they just, they just never, I think it was like a just a massive reality check that Harry
was like, I'm never like, I'm not important enough for them to try to bring.
protect, which is crazy. And now he has kids. And I think he was like, look, look what happened.
Like, I never want my kids to go through what I went through and lose a parent. And here's my wife,
like talking about these, these thoughts that she's having. And she, and Harry was really open.
He was like, I was stuck in that mindset for a while. Like, I was thinking about how it would
affect the institution, not how it was affecting my wife. And he said, like, I hate myself for
that. So he's definitely changed a lot too and is like learning how to live life as a as a regular
as regular as regular as you can get when you're still Prince Harry, but you know, as not within
within the royal family. And I, it's curious, I'm curious to see if anything will change what,
you know, the queen's obviously not alive anymore. Um, but like they're so desperate to
protect this very old school style that you're just going to.
to become more and more irrelevant. People are just going to not care if you're going to keep
like pushing people out, pushing family members out. So Harry and Megan was fantastic. I thought it was a
very good watch. This was a, I think the first three were a little slower. The second three,
I would give a solid A. I really thought it was very good. I've talked a lot. I have. I have.
two things I'm just going to say so quickly.
They were movies, Christmas movies.
I tried to watch Fallon for Christmas with Lindsay Lohan.
Turn it off after 20 minutes.
God awful.
F.
So awful. So awful.
So bad.
F.
I watched it a while when I first came out.
So bad.
I love Lindsay Lohan.
Love her to death.
And I hope she does more acting.
But I couldn't get through this.
Something from Tiffany's on Amazon Prime with Zoe Deutsch.
I thought it was adorable Christmas
spirit so cute it didn't feel as cheesy as a lot of the netflix holiday movies have been coming
out um and i've seen people like really trashing those ones i thought this was really sweet ray nicholson
is in it guys you know we it's our guy from uh fuck what was the name of the show push the one on
amazon prime um panic panic yes um he's in it i thought it was very cute b plus solid b plus movie
like very good, cute, quick little Christmas watch if you want to get into some holiday spirits.
And okay, that's it.
Noah.

I'll be quick with mine.
I watched Shippendale's episode five today with Kumail.
It's going back in the right direction for me.
I'm being brought back in.
I thought the last couple were, like, stupid.
I also, like, knew nothing about the story.
So part of me watching us is this real?
Did all this happen?
Because it's like an insane story.
Yeah.
Like the behind the scenes of what happened.
And Kumail is like a very good actor in it.
So I'll give it a B, episode five.
I did watch something from Tiffany's as well.
Did.
I did.
Yeah.
You do love Zoe Deutsch.
I mean, yeah, I like Zoe Deutsch.
And also she has a good track.
She has a good track record, I feel like with rom-coms.
Like I've never watched a movie with her that I didn't like really.
So I could just.
tell from the trailer that it was going to be like a solid i'll give it a i have it down as a b-minus i thought
i thought it's pretty good that checks out i that's exactly where i would expect you to put it
it's also like from the second it started you know what's happened you know what's going to happen
like you know the end like the whole time you know yeah absolutely but it's i think you kind of know
that about a majority of rom-coms these days like nobody nobody wants to go see a rom-com where
the couple doesn't end up together.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then I did re-watch prisoners
as well.
I give that an A.
Great movie.
Great movie.
Such a good movie.
The White Lotus finale, I gave an A-minus.
We already talked about that.
Yeah.
But I really like the ending
of the White Lotus finale
with the music and then walking down the street.
Yeah, that was a solid A for me as well.
Did you give it an A-M-M-M-H?
Yeah, I really.
with Rea, I think A as well.
And then
I also saw one person say that
the whole point of the two couples
was that they turned in,
like Aubrey Plaza and him turned into the other couple.
Yeah.
Which is like they become them now.
Like they're cheating and like it's all fake.
Yeah, that makes sense.
And then yeah, I watched.
I'll have a show that really makes it think, you know?
Yeah.
Episode one of Harry and Megan.
I'll give it a B.
Yeah.
It's like interesting.
I give you that.
I think you will, I honestly stick with it.
I think four, five, and six were way more captivating than the first three.
Because the first three is like very much a big setup.
And it like starts to tell you of like where things started to go wrong.
And then four and five are heavy on what was going down when they actually left.
Yeah.
It's just part of me is like,
this is 100% their side of everything.
So of course it is.
I get it. Of course it is.
So I mean, I believe it.
I guess. I believe most of what they're saying, but you never know.
Like, what if Prince William came out with his own documentary?
I'm sure it would not, you know, like I'm sure he has his own side to everything as well.
Yeah.
No, I agree.
The inner workings of the family, like that is more he said, she said to me.
Like that could be like Prince William could tell his story.
It'd be totally different.
it's more like the hardcore evidence of what the press was saying yeah i think is under i think it makes
mega marcole a little more likable in my eyes i'd say probably yeah i don't even like i said i don't
think like you can watch it regardless of how it's interesting to see how they're i think i mean
that's all i saw from episode one kind of how they yeah yeah and i really you know what i also really
took away is they're very in love,
which is like very admirable.
They really fucking love each other,
which is really sweet.
I mean, I hope.
At the end of the day, no, at the end
of the day, they seem like they really fucking love each other.
So that's good too, obviously.
That's it for me.
I have something about
something we didn't watch, but I would
like to get my thoughts on
because I meant to talk about it a couple
episodes ago, never did.
Casey Anthony documentary on Peacock. I will not be
fucking watching that because I won't give Casey and
had a scent of my money um casey anthony did it okay and here's the thing there's a whole generation
of people now on tic-tok that do not remember the kisi anthony trial happening or were even alive
for that yeah like that's insane and so now there's a bunch of people on ticot that are
are questioning it they're taking case anthony's side because
absolutely not.
So they are only seeing Casey Anthony's documentary
because they do not remember when it was happening
and they don't recall the trial
and they don't, they're not looking up
all of the past facts of like when it first came out
and they're just going with what Casey Anthony's saying now.
And so fucking Rosie O'Donnell,
she started going on about how Casey Anthony didn't do it
and that it was Casey Anthony's dad. Give me a break.
Like, are you kidding me?
Are you kidding me?
Yeah, she's got a lot of credibility.
Don't you think that Casey Anthony,
if she, if somebody murdered her daughter,
she would have acted so differently than how she acted.
It's just insane.
I wouldn't even go off too much about it.
It's just if you don't know, fucking master class in line.
Like, she's had 10 years to come up with a new story.
Yeah.
No shit she's going to come up with a new story
and try to convince you on her documentary.
It's like some of the greatest acting I've seen in the clips.
I'm like, oh my God.
Like, I cannot believe this woman.
She's a monster.
She's a monster.
It's actually insane to see and I will not be watching it.
That's my thoughts on the Casey Anthony documentary.
Yeah, I would like to second everything you just said, and I, too, will not be watching.
I think that's everything.
I think that's what a lot of hours clocked, obviously, mostly on, mostly on my end, had one of those weeks.
It's been a cold week.
You have to cuddle up and watch some TV.
It's clocking a lot of TV hours this week for sure.
That wraps it up.
That does.
But Noah, we have a final announcement to end the show.
Oh, we do.
Okay.
Yes, we do.
Yes, we do.
Drum roll.
Drum roll.
Drum roll.
Shout out Allie Dunlap.
It's spelled A-L-E-L-E-L-E.
E, so Allie, hopefully.
Oh, you are the winner of our Pink Whitney signed board.
Her favorite.
Congratulations.
I said, Noah could really put a little more enthusiasm in Denise.
It's like he just threw out a name.
He didn't even say what it was, what we were talking about.
This is the Pink Whitney board winner.
This is the Pink Whitney board winner.
The Pink Whitney board winner.
Come on, Noah.
Come on.
Get some pizzazz.
Yeah, let's, yeah, say it.
Pink Whitney winner, Allie.
Welcome.
Step on up.
Woohoo.
Much better.
She said that she would have to go with Hannah and Paige or the obvious Drew Barrymore as her favorite guess.
Good choices.
Hannah and Paige are always always a fun time.
Was there a lot of repeats?
Like was Drew Barry?
I skimmed it and I saw a lot of similar.
I saw a lot of Hannah and Page.
I saw Craig and Austin.
Obviously Drew Barrymore, the Jonas Brothers.
Yeah.
I saw Justin Long.
Usual.
Suspects.
Justin Long's up there, a good amount I saw.
Justin Long is one of my favorite guests.
Justin Long is incredible.
I really do hope that we get Justin Long to do a full-blown just like bachelor recap with us.
Yeah, who knows?
We'll see.
Yeah, yeah, that's a good one.
But all right, that is our winner.
How will she be contact, Noah?
We will be in contact with you.
Someone will reach out.
Okay.
You heard of her must.
Someone will.
someone will be in contact with you about getting you that bored.
Thank you all for commenting and sharing your favorite guests.
And that was a fun little giveaway.
