Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, Chicks in the Office listeners. You can find every episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. Prime members can listen ad free on Amazon Music. This is state of emergency. What's up, everyone? It's Chicks in the Office with Rian Fred, giving you that Friday energy on a Friday. Why did I do that? Did you see the way that I started that?
Starting point is 00:00:32 I looked at you and I went, what's up everyone? Yeah, you just had every worry. you said your mouth was really open. Okay, that wasn't what I was talking about. Really? Sure. I felt like you were enunciating your words very well. That wasn't what I was focused on. I was more focused on my theatrical opening
Starting point is 00:00:49 in which I started off on you and turned my head to the camera. But how's it going? It was a very enunciated opening. You got a problem with that? No. Annunciation is great. If you got a problem with that then you talk to me, lady. Let's just get in a fight.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Anunciation is a compliment. Thanks. People can understand what you're saying. Let's just get into a fight to spice things up because let me tell you, boring week. You don't, yeah. I don't even know what we could potentially fight about. I can't even think of one thing.
Starting point is 00:01:24 I'm not going to watch suits. You fucking asshole. I probably am going to watch suits. I know. Anyways, what's going on? Your life, Shudder? I'm pumped for the weekend. I have officially reached the point of celebrating friends
Starting point is 00:01:41 30th birthdays. Woohoo. I'm actually very excited. We're going to have a great weekend. I'm going to Atlantic City. Yeah. Tiki top off. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:50 Hell yeah. Sorry. What? I said don't sue me. No, no. And the, I've always, like, I was always young for my grade. So some friends, I'm like a full year younger than them,
Starting point is 00:02:07 even though we were in the same grade in school. And that was always really annoying. Like, you know, you were just, you were the last one. Tell me more. Yeah, you were just like the last one to turn 16. You're the last one to turn 21. Yes, yes. You're the last one to drive.
Starting point is 00:02:28 The last one to drink. Like, all those things, that was so annoying. Like the summer, specifically the summer of. I turned pretty. Yes, which was, no. Let's see. I turned 21, 1994, 6. Who is it? Who goes there? It's probably Gia.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Who opened the door and didn't shut it? I was going to say, there's no doubt. My guess would be it was Gia. What year? 2012? No, it was when I started college. Kansas to do the math. 2015.
Starting point is 00:03:11 2015. Yeah, sometimes my mental math is not great though. You turned 21 in 2015. It's when I graduated high school. The summer of 2015 was a tough one
Starting point is 00:03:26 because all my friends were either 21 already or turning 21 that summer and I still had to wait till September. So it was like that sucks. That was tough. But now I feel like I'm starting to get on the other,
Starting point is 00:03:39 when I was younger, everyone would be like oh but just wait until you're older and then it'll be nice you're younger than everybody else yeah and now we've got to that point because I'm you know I'm like hey I haven't even turned 29 yet yeah you're you're turning spring chicken you are you're turning the big 29 the big 29 the big 2 9 this September exactly so I got nothing but time but yes it's I have I've had some guy friends turn 30 and now this is like our first close friend first of the first of the gals to turn 30 so we're doing it big going to Atlantic City haven't been
Starting point is 00:04:15 since the last time we went to Atlantic City and we had a great time and I'm basically doing the same thing like Borgata like the whole thing the whole schedule so I am so excited it's going to be so fun and yeah that's really what I'm really looking forward to I'm really excited for you yeah that sounds like a
Starting point is 00:04:35 a lot of fun I have not been to Atlantic City I truly when did we go 2019 18 2019 I've not been since that fateful day. Let me tell you. I have. That night. And it's always the same thing.
Starting point is 00:04:48 I'm excited. And it's a great time. I feel a little bit more comfortable gambling as well. I never tried it before. But then, you know, when I went to the Jones Brothers shows in Vegas, I dabbled a little bit. And now I feel like maybe I could dabble more in Atlantic City. You can't go to Atlantic City and not gamble. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Exactly. How are you going to fucking go to Atlantic City and not gamble, friend? I know. I know. I know. I know. It's on the agenda. It's worked into the itinerary.
Starting point is 00:05:15 Thank God. For the weekend. So weird, I turned 21 while I was working here. Yeah. Crazy. Yeah. I look back at your 21st birthday party fondly. You know what?
Starting point is 00:05:26 So do why. I was just going to say. I think I had a really fun 21st birthday party. It was. It was a lot of fun. And we had a lot of fun together. I was there. Were you?
Starting point is 00:05:35 Yeah. Don't remember you there. What was it? Oh, really? You were there? Hmm Mosa really made an impact What was it again?
Starting point is 00:05:43 What was it called? The rumpus fruit? Rumpus room, yes. And I have the little Picture still. The zebra thing. I look back on You and I late in the night
Starting point is 00:05:54 Oh yeah. Dancing at Mamma Mia. Oh yeah. Which was a great time. It was. And it was really, I actually when I was my birthday last week I was like, oh my God,
Starting point is 00:06:04 I've been working here since I was 19 and I'm now 20. Fresh 19. Like I had just turned. 19 and now I'm 26. Whoa. Time flies by when you're having a blast. So true. And then I'll, you know, I assume I'll be here when I'm 30.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Yeah. Which I have some time. Yeah. Yeah. Weird. Plenty of time. I also had a pretty seamless interaction with Bleatmaster this morning. I don't know
Starting point is 00:06:33 what that says, but I was logged on ready to go to get some George Brothers tickets for when they're back in the New York area in December. Oh. They have a couple other dates. I am going next Saturday to Yankee Stadium. And I was looking at they added a date for the Prudential Center.
Starting point is 00:06:54 They added a date for Barclays. So I'm going to Barclays. But like, I'm always expecting the worst, right? You go and you've got to get in the waiting room and the queue, the whole thing. But when I opened, I think I just, something was the source. Stars were lying for me on this one because I'm in the group chat with my friends were talking. Some of my friends were like, oh, I still have 2,000 plus when they went in. But when it loaded for me, it was 800.
Starting point is 00:07:19 People had it me. I was like, oh, my God. This has never happened. What a win. The queue went in like a few minutes. It was perfect. I got great tickets. Great tickets.
Starting point is 00:07:29 Can I bring something up? Yeah. Does that mean maybe the Joe Bros. Bros. have fallen down a little bit? Oh, I mean, you could argue that. You could argue that. demand for all the shows have trickled. You could, yes.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Or maybe I just got lucky. I thought that because then I was like, oh, maybe everybody has this, but then some of my other friends didn't get tickets. Oh, they struggled. Yes. Well, I'm glad you got tickets. Like, and they were like, by the time they got in, all of them were the official platinum ones that were like overpriced or like, you know, all the way in the top row. So for all my Joe Bro ladies out there, I will be at Yenge Stadium on the 12th and I will be at Barclays on December 9th. calling a meet and greet for yourself
Starting point is 00:08:10 I'd be done it. Come say hi, I'll be in, no I'm okay. I'll be in section. Do you want to line up? That sounds fun. I'm excited though. I mean, they're doing the whole thing, five albums.
Starting point is 00:08:25 Possibly, we're possibly going next Sunday, we'll see. I hope. I would love to go as many times as possible. Yeah, we know. Yeah. Now on the other side of that, I joined the fucking cue for the register. Just a registered.
Starting point is 00:08:38 for Taylor Sweat for the dates she had first of all I thought like she added new dates Miami New Orleans I think um somewhere else to Canada dates I want to say maybe like Indianapolis was that the other one I don't know and my sister texted me was like we should register for Miami you know it's not that far for my for my parents like it's we're down there could work and I saw like October and just my brain for some reason I know she's going to do a world tour and so I was like oh I can't do those dates thinking thinking it was like this October but it's October 24 oh I thought it was this year too no it's October 2020 when I went back and looked at I was like oh shit it's October 24 so I put my I got my ass in the line for registration which there was a line just to register damn like like It took me 20 minutes just to be able to put my information. Taylor Swift.
Starting point is 00:09:42 Jonas Brothers. It just took a lot. It was a lot. I mean, hey, Taylor Swift is without fail selling out stadium after stadium, after stadium, after stadium. So I wonder what sleeve,
Starting point is 00:09:55 just slew. I was just about to say sleeve, she has upper tricks. Trick she has upper sleeve. Trick she has upper sleeve for all the LA shows this weekend. There's going to be a lot of them. There's got to be a lot.
Starting point is 00:10:05 I'm sure we're going to see a lot. I'm sure we're going to see a lot of content for people coming out of that. Exactly. Maybe some guests. All summer long, when you are picking out your sunglasses, you know, you find those pairs that you love so much, but they have those pesky nose pieces that get stuck in your hair. Well, Shady Rays has come up with their sunglasses, their tangle-free aviators that are all style and no tangle with their peasantal.

Starting point is 00:11:23 So head to Shadyrays.com slash Tanglefree with Code Chicks. This weekend is the last weekend of freedom for myself, probably until December. I'm not kidding. Oh, you're booked up. Something every single weekend until, like, we have break in December. Yeah. Or beginning of December. Yeah. So the world is really my oyster this weekend, and I'm trying to figure out how I want to tackle it.
Starting point is 00:11:55 How you want to spend your last weekend. I have a lot of traveling to do in the next couple weeks. And then in the fall, and I'm like, do I want to just? do nothing at all. Do I want to not even leave my apartment? Or do I want to go to dinner? I can't decide. Because I really do both.
Starting point is 00:12:17 Really need to just soak it in. Because my God, Giddy on up, I'm going to be a busy girl coming up. The busiest maybe I've ever been in my life. I think it is as well. I'm actually really excited. There's a couple of things. I'm going to Punta Kana for one of my best friends
Starting point is 00:12:33 bachelor parties in a couple weeks. and I am so excited for that. We got our itinerary last night. Woo! Seems like a grand old time. I'm pumped up. I'm so excited for that. But yeah, we have the...
Starting point is 00:12:49 I think... Have they talked about this? Maybe not. Never mind. Okay, I'll wait then. It's not anything. Yeah, no. I'm crazy. Don't worry.
Starting point is 00:12:57 But yeah, just a couple of busy things lined up. Yeah. You know, I tossed around the idea of having a picnic in Central Park this weekend. Are you, do you have a fever? I, do you feel like you're coming down with some? I have no idea where that came from. I really just wanted an excuse to eat a ton of cheese. Okay.
Starting point is 00:13:16 Which I could do anywhere. Anywhere. It just feels like if you're going to have a nice picnic. Check the weather. It seemed nice on side, but it almost seemed too hot to have a picnic in Central Park. The only time I've had picnics in Central Park are two times. and I did shrooms for both of them. Remember the one time I was at Central Park 2?
Starting point is 00:13:38 Oh my God, yeah. And you were there separately. We were both on shrooms, I think. But not in the same group. I was there with a group of people and no one was there. Separately, both on shrew. This was two summer. This wasn't last one or was a summer before that.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Yeah. Summer 2021. And I was with a group of people on trumes. And Noah was with a group of people on trumes. And we were not in the same part of the park. But some of the people we were with were in, communication with some of the people of knower with you were with spider i was with spider and then spider was like i'll be right back and he went with that group yeah it was i thought i was dreaming i was
Starting point is 00:14:13 like spider just came out of nowhere yeah yeah it was it was oh yeah because all of a sudden um i think greer showed like popped up and i was just like yeah it's weird that's what i'm saying the only time i've been to central park really is two part and then the time before that drugs you've only been to central park for drugs and i think that's a reason that's one of the reasons people go to such a bar. And now you want, it is, and now you want to go for cheese. I want to go for cheese. But the time before that was with Brianna, Grace, and Keeks. Yeah. And that was the first time. Also, drugs. That may be where Bree and Grace fell into their trap of shrooms because that was the first time any of us did shrooms with the guidance of Kelly Keeks.
Starting point is 00:14:55 Yeah. And it was, yeah, they, I mean. She's a great shaman. Yeah. And we felt safe under her guidance. and we all did it for the first time and then that opened up the floodgates I'm thinking about dabbling more often And here we are Here we are Anyways that's That's all I got honestly
Starting point is 00:15:13 So I think you'll be able to make that work for yourself this weekend I probably won't do it I won't lie I probably won't do it's sometimes great Because sometimes those are the best days you have Or you have like a lazy day Until you know
Starting point is 00:15:27 Two three o'clock Then maybe you do a little shopping or something You walk around. Then maybe you say, hey, why don't we walk to this restaurant that we love? Then you do that. And then all of a sudden, you got a great day. You got a great day. I got to get my little sweet treat.
Starting point is 00:15:43 I had a sweet treat last night. Did you? There is a section near our apartment. It's all sweet treats. Four ice cream chucks, okay? In a row? Fran, it doesn't make any sense. I want to know.
Starting point is 00:16:01 We said that we have to like interview them and ask them what their motive is here because they are all competing ice cream trucks in a row. And it's hard to. Like Mr. Softie? Multiple. Mr. Sanchez. There's, they're knock off Mr. Softies. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:16:20 Did they all do? So one of them is Mr. Sanchez. Do they all do soaps? They all have the same menu. Okay. And it's so hard. I meant to take a video last night. I'm honestly going to make us go again.
Starting point is 00:16:31 tonight. It's a good excuse. I was like, I need to take a video of these trucks and say, why are they all lined up next to each other? It doesn't make any sense. They, they're not. They all do work together secretly. No, no. They have to be in competition. They have to be. Because they're all different trucks. They're all named something different. They all have the same exact menu, but they're all pulled up in the same spot. How do you decide which one to go to? Mine, I went with Mr. Sanchez, because I said, is the most Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:03 I guess you just go with Miss object to Mr. Softie. Yeah. Maybe you just go with like whatever truck is the most aesthetically pleasing. Like you're just like Mr. Sanchez.
Starting point is 00:17:11 I liked the look at that truck more than the other truck. Mr. Sanchez was the most aesthetically pleasing me and he was playing a cheerin out of his truck. And he had the top hit top head cheering on a screen outside of his truck.
Starting point is 00:17:21 I don't know what was going on there but it sold me. Yeah. But then we were, we felt conflicted and we felt bad walking by the other trucks. Look in our ice cream cones. Look.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Looking at other. guys in the eyes like we went to Mr. Sanchez we didn't go to you. Honestly I think I would stand there and go to none of them because it's one thing if like there were lines at each great easy like no one's looking at you but if you're showing up and there's nobody there and they're all looking at you like what truck are you going to pick what truck are you going to pick what truck are you going to pick? Be like you know what I'm going to the ice cream store down the street I can't like I can't deal with with you guys all staring at me about what truck I'm going to pick. I swear to God some things that happen
Starting point is 00:18:01 in our lives feel like TV show episodes to me consistently I feel like my life is a TV show because things like this happen. That's an episode on a TV of curb where there's four ice cream trucks and you have to decide which one to go to and honestly all summer we do the same walk every night.
Starting point is 00:18:17 It's really nice. We have the same routine of a walk that we do every night. And these four ice cream trucks are along the walk and we have not stopped to get ice cream once this summer okay? Yeah. And last night I said we have all summer we haven't gotten ice cream we're going to stop at one of these trucks
Starting point is 00:18:35 Lord tell us which one to pick you have to try them all now by the way tonight I am going to take a video a different one it's like two there's two trucks last night this is how it was set up there's two trucks both parts in different directions mind you one this way one vertical one horizontal
Starting point is 00:18:56 then a few more steps two more trucks like interesting very bizarre Should I interview one of them tonight? Yeah you should ask them When you buy your ice cream just be like Can I just ask you a quick question
Starting point is 00:19:08 Why are you guys all here together? Who do you hate the most? Whereas maybe it's like the city thing Like maybe the city Has it zoned Where like there's only one area You can have a food truck Or an ice cream truck
Starting point is 00:19:24 And there's none of the other food trucks Want to go just the ice cream trucks want to go They're all next to each other. It just seems like that can't be good for business. I'm sorry, I'm stuck on this because I've been meaning to talk about it for a minute. Yeah. And it's because I brought up sweet treats. You did. And it opened up this entire like, did you get a soft serve? Yeah, vanilla chocolate swirl. I think it's the best ice cream in the game. So now you have to get a swirl at all the other trucks. Last night's real. It was the first time that I like, well, I actually haven't had ice cream in a while because it started hurting my tummy a little bit. But I feel you. I've been there. Yeah. I like, I finished the entire. I'm coming back. I'm coming back around. Yeah. I think I've waited long enough where like my stomach has gained something back.
Starting point is 00:20:11 Because anything soft serve, it was going right through me. And I didn't have that problem last night. It was a disaster. I was like, this can't be happening. Last summer I was like, this cannot be the end of soft serve ice cream for me. I cannot let this be the end. No. And then I stopped having it for a little bit. And then I had some, actually, when I was up at Martha's Vineyard and I was A-OK.
Starting point is 00:20:29 Maybe we were eating it too often. Because I didn't, I haven't had soft serve in so long that last night I ate the whole cold. I had the whole thing and it was delicious. Thank you, Mr. Santosh. And to the other ones, I'm coming. I'm coming for you. I'm fucking coming for your asses.
Starting point is 00:20:45 I will be testing your, I have to get my eyebrows done this weekend and it's actually put me in a bad mood. When my eyebrows aren't done, let me tell you something. Don't talk to me. And don't take this the wrong way, but I have seen your eyebrows and must. much worse shape than they are right now. So if you're saying that this is like, that means it's all good
Starting point is 00:21:07 because they really don't look bad right now. Thank you. It fucking pisses me off when my eyebrows aren't done. I'm not kidding. They grow back too fast for me. I can't take it. I'm so sick of it. Because if I don't feel like I like the way my eyebrows look,
Starting point is 00:21:20 my whole day has changed. When you think your eyebrows are groomed and then you look back and like the hairs are going in all different directions, you're like, how did nobody tell me? Right. feels like disrespect and dishonor. Feels like when you have a bugger in your nose
Starting point is 00:21:34 and nobody tells you, just tell me I have a bugger. But that moment when they tell you, it's so embarrassing. Not if you... It's not embarrassing if you act like it's not embarrassing. I will say I had... You know what it is?
Starting point is 00:21:51 It was kind of embarrassing, but I just, I shook it off. It just, it is what it is. I was having a conversation. I was having a conversation like a few months. ago with somebody who is a boy who long, long time ago
Starting point is 00:22:09 used to have a little situation with long time ago. And we're all friends now but you know, we're just one of those things. We were talking for a long time and then he was like, I just got to
Starting point is 00:22:25 tell you that do you have a little something where? You had a boogie? Oh, yeah. You had a boogie? Oh, my God. And then I, and then I, and then, I, I wouldn't even say it was an old crush, but I, I, and then I tried to, like, discreetly get it, didn't get it. It was, like, still there. And then the boogie starts stanging in even more. I had to excuse myself to go to the bathroom. And did you say, excuse me, I'm going to go to the bathroom? Yeah, I was like, I'm going to go get it. But I play, like, I played it off. I was like, oh,
Starting point is 00:22:54 thanks for telling me, you know? Like, I wasn't, like, I wasn't like, what? Like, mortified about it? I was like, you know, you know, You know what? Everybody's got boogers. Let me go get it. I'll be right back. It's cool. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:29 kicks me back. And then I think I got it. And when I came back out, I was like, is it gone? Yeah. If something embarrassing happens to you, you keep it in. And you don't tell anybody until months later, I guess, right, the second. Yep. Yeah, this was like a name. I feel as if I have to get ahead of the story. Like, I'm releasing news press about the story before anybody else can.
Starting point is 00:23:49 I'm like, this fucking happened to me. Here you go. Because I'm afraid because I'm embarrassed. Isn't there's something about telling a story that you've kept to yourself for so long that feels so good to get out yeah yeah that is true it's just i have a story that i'm not going to share because honestly you want to wait you want to let it cook for a little longer i'm not ready to tell it's happened months ago and i have yet to tell a single soul about this story okay and it's one of those i'll just got to let put it on put it in the back pot put it on simmer
Starting point is 00:24:30 It's one of those stories that since it's happened, I will be laughing to myself about it. And Marty will go, what? And I'm like, nothing. Matt. Matt, sorry. Here's the thing. I get confused, right?
Starting point is 00:24:47 Because I call him Matt. This is what I'm to say. I call him Matt. Never do I call him Marty in the comfort of our own home. Noah, you just have to get on the train. It's because if I start calling him Matt in front of Noah and Tommy and Kelly and all those people, They'll go, oh, Matt. And I'm like, that's his fucking name.
Starting point is 00:25:03 I don't care if you say Matt. Well, anyway, hey, it's me and you. It's me and you. And we're sticking with Matt. If Marty told me, stop calling me Marty, call me Matt, I'll call him Matt. He doesn't care. It's more he doesn't care. It's more just like, whatever.
Starting point is 00:25:15 Besides the point. I just think that, you know, if I'm close enough to Ria, where if she is calling her fiancee Matt, I'm calling him Matt. I'm not going to call Marty. I want to be in the inner circle. Yeah. You know what my fear is? I actually saw Kelsey Crabble and Cody Cove talking about this
Starting point is 00:25:34 When you're in a group of friends And a girlfriend starts calling her boyfriend by like his full name Like if his name's yeah If everybody calls him Mikey And then the girlfriend's like Michael, Michael stop it I don't want to be that person But I do feel like
Starting point is 00:25:50 His friends call him Matt His family calls him Matt Like it's not like I'm like Matthew No no no Excuse me Matthew Then we'd have a problem If I was like Matthew, anyways, besides the point, this story that I have held on to, I will literally about, like I'm about to tell it and I start laughing to myself and then I just don't. And he's like, what do you laugh?
Starting point is 00:26:15 And I'm like, nothing. And anyway, it kind of goes past. I don't have the courage. And you know me, I'm not usually like somebody who doesn't have the courage to tell an embarrassing story because the laugh is always worth it in in the end. I don't have the courage for this one yet. I just don't. Man, I don't have the fucking courage. I am excited for the day that you decide it's time.
Starting point is 00:26:35 I'm not going to forget about this. Every couple weeks I'm going to check in. Hey, is it time? Is it time for that story? I don't have the damn courage. I mean, let me tell you something. This story better be fucking embarrassing. It is.
Starting point is 00:26:53 But here's the thing. Will you tell me off mic? Yeah. Yeah, I will. Okay. It's something. It's not ready for the public. No, and it's something so out of character for me.
Starting point is 00:27:05 Okay. That is why I haven't been able to tell this story. Okay, okay. All right, moving on. Because now people are going to get, they're going to force me to tell this story. I'm going to end up telling it on Monday. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:16 All right. Topics before I end up telling the story. I don't know why. Like, every few months I just have the urge to do the topic train song. And really only the people who understand that joke are the ones that Listen to Elvis Duran. Elvis Duran in the morning show. But like sometimes there's just a way that you say topic.
Starting point is 00:27:39 And immediately my brain starts playing the jingle in my head. Like it's not every episode. But every once in a while you hit like, let's get those topics. And Greg T's topic train starts playing in my head. Do you know that they're still doing war of the roses? Yeah. You know, those radio segments, they don't die. Should we start doing that?
Starting point is 00:28:02 They don't. Should we bring back an old-timey radio segment? I don't really know what's an old, like, prank. The prank calls. The prank calls are so good on that. Should we prank call somebody right now? No. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:16 Yeah. Let's get spicy. Who should we prank call? Someone in the office, Tommy? No, that's too obvious. I don't have an idea, though. Like, I don't have a. Trent?
Starting point is 00:28:26 No, Trent wouldn't pick up. Yeah, that's true. No, if it was a random number, maybe. If he knew it was you, he would. I mean, really, who's picking up an unknown collar these days? I did earlier in our meeting. You know what we have to do? What, we're bringing...
Starting point is 00:28:38 I mean, you are just a different breed. We have to do with Breed and Grayson where they have me. That was an unknown number. I'm sorry. That was an unknown number? It didn't say unknown, but it wasn't a number I knew. So we were in a meeting having like a serious conversation about work. And Noah just, we're talking.
Starting point is 00:28:59 And Noah just answered, like, picks up the phone. goes, hello? Yeah. Just pick up the phone. We're having like an actual real life serious conversation. And he just answers the phone. Hello?
Starting point is 00:29:13 And you're telling me that was a number you didn't even have. What I've noticed is that Noah doesn't take any conversation seriously. What? Because it's now having twice now. We're in the middle of conversations that we're like. It's a social cue, you know?
Starting point is 00:29:26 It's like you're in a meeting. You don't answer the phone. I guess just when we're in here. Especially if it's an unknown number. It was your mother and something was wrong. Or you say, hey, excuse me, guys, I have a phone call. Well, last week I didn't pick up because it wasn't a number I knew. And then it was my building trying to contact me about something.
Starting point is 00:29:43 So I was like, hmm, this could be important. Which is why you. I hung up immediately. Which is why you say to the group, you know. Yeah, yeah. I mean, when we're in here, I don't feel as like, it's not like we're in a conference room. You know, it's like. What?
Starting point is 00:29:56 Just because the conference room doesn't change. The fact that we were still having a meeting. Listen, after watching suits, I want everyone to start wearing their first. fucking best to this office. I want people with better vocabulary. I want better things happening in this room. Well, let me tell you, Noah answering the phone in a meeting and suits would not fly. Make two phones call each other. So remember when Bree and Grace did that to us? So there was a time where Bree and Grace were having people in the office, they would put in their phone numbers and they would say that they called each other. And I called Fran at like two in the morning once because it said she called
Starting point is 00:30:32 me. Yeah. And I called her and she was like, hello. And I was, I was out. I thought something happened. And I was like, you called me. And you were like, no, I didn't. And I was like, what? It says you called me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the thing where you have two people call each other. And then you can hear the voice, the recording of them talking to each other. Maybe we can dabble into that later date. Yeah. Prang segment. Yeah, I just feel like, you know, you got to put some thought into it. Yeah, we don't have it right now. We can just whip our dicks out on for, on the podcast. Just slam him on the table. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:06 Greg T's topic trade. Time for Greg T's topic train. Anyways, I'm just having a good time chatting. I don't even really feel like talking about these topics, friend. I know. Well, there's actually a couple things that I would like to discuss. All right. If you insist.
Starting point is 00:31:19 Fine. Yeah. Pull my arm. Yep. All right, we're going to be talking about... Yeah. Don't pull it. Pull my finger.
Starting point is 00:31:29 Don't. Something bad may happen. Oh my God, I listen to, um... My biggest nightmare is, let me tell you something. Is farting from somebody. Don't listen. Don't. I thought of you while I was listening to it. You have, you have a little bit of drool.
Starting point is 00:31:52 I know I just drooled. I listened to post Malone on Collar Daddy. And let me tell you right now, don't listen to it. because the whole almost 75% of it was was bathroom humor, shitting jokes, a lot of shit jokes, being on the shitter, off the shitter. I hate when people call it the shitter. There's actually nothing more repulsive.
Starting point is 00:32:19 He called it the shitter for 58 minutes straight. The shitter. He called it the shitter the whole time. Well, I think they's, I would love to go back in account. It would be very funny. But I think they use the word shit or shitter at least 50 times. Imagine?
Starting point is 00:32:38 You know what I'm gonna do later? He's like, so you know, you're taking a shit on the shitter. There's just a lot of shit jokes. You know what I'm gonna do later? I'm gonna on the couch. I'm gonna record myself. I have to read it on the download TikTok. And I'm gonna be like, oh man, it's really taking shit.
Starting point is 00:32:54 The action. I, yeah, I miss. Sarah's not on her head. Did you listen to it? Okay, so Sarah knows because you let's do it. an obscene amount of shit was mentioned and yeah he kept saying yes ma'am to her which was very nice but they are the same age
Starting point is 00:33:17 wait wait wait how many text Matt right now and say oh man I really just got to take his shit right now and see what he said what are we going to write oh man I really just got to take a shit right now the last thing of Joe said me was 11 pasta
Starting point is 00:33:45 TikTok Oh man Send that over Oh you read it He read it He's typing What the fuck Phone
Starting point is 00:34:08 Really got to take a shit Chos in the office I'd believe he's not going to answer me right away Oh God And Maria Yes Question mark You know
Starting point is 00:34:33 I've got tears dreaming out my face. You know, that started off with me making fun of how much they were talking about shit on that, on Collar Daddy, and now I think we were rivaling. Oh, my God. My AirPods
Starting point is 00:35:09 just read me that and I spit my water out. Oh, my God. He said, I'm appalled. I did laugh. What's so funny? I really got to take a shit. AirPods read that out loud Oh my god he goes
Starting point is 00:35:38 I'm actually about to do the thing Oh god Go off Joe get that office shit off Oh god I feel like a corporate office Like That's a thing that they do Is actually like pretty nice
Starting point is 00:35:58 You know it can disappear for a while Oh man What a segue that was Oh man Is my mascara are right? I was literally crying. Yeah, no, the right eye. It looks like you're upset.
Starting point is 00:36:11 Holy shit. People are really going to think I'm upset about the cast of special forces. I can't believe Tom Sandival's on special forces. Okay. All right. That was fun. That was fun. Oh, good stuff.
Starting point is 00:36:37 Alrighty. All righty. Let's get into the topics. Greg T's topic train. Coming at you live. We got the cast of special force. versus Timothy Chalama and Kylie Jenner are still together. Gabby Wendy announced her relationship with Robbie Hoffman.
Starting point is 00:36:51 And we have the reboot of Vanderpump rules, spin-off. Not reboot, a spin-off of a new banner pump rules. And we have the weekly watchtport where we talk about all the things we watch this week. Let's get into it. Let's get into the topics. Chicks in the office is brought to you by Body Armor, and it's not just for athletes. Body armor has an all natural, low calorie, low sugar hydration option called Body Armor Light. So whether you're just looking to stay hydrated with something that tastes great or recovering from a long weekend, Body Armor Light has you covered.
Starting point is 00:37:29 It's real hydration, real ingredients. It's packed with electrolytes, vitamins, and nothing artificial. Body Armor Light has great tasting flavors like peach mango and their newest flavor, Dragon Fruit Berry, is delicious. We got the body armor light on deck right next to us. I'm probably going to take some of this to Atlantic City, to be honest. I feel like when I wake up Saturday morning, I'm going to need a body armor light. This is the strawberry lemonade flavor. It is great. Like I said, low calorie, zero sugar added.
Starting point is 00:38:01 And it's definitely coming with me. So it's available in stores nationwide. You can head over to the Body Armor store on Amazon and get yours today. So that's super easy, guys. Amazon and check out the body armor store. Okay, cast the special forces. Cast the special forces. It's out.
Starting point is 00:38:22 Me and you. It's an elite cast of special forces to say the least. Number one guy, Nick Viall. Number one guy in the group. Number one guy. I cannot believe. I just said to you that I actually think that Nick did this as a strategic plan. I mean, I don't know if he knew the cast before, but if he did know the cast before,
Starting point is 00:38:44 or rumors of the cast that this was a strategic plan to get the inside scoop for his pod because nobody he talked about Scandival so much like so many episodes about it so many people came in to talk about it
Starting point is 00:38:58 like man's an expert in Scandival I'm like he's going on the show with Tom Sanval so he can find out the T's already talking about it he said that Tom brought a picture or pictures I don't know of Rachel and that you weren't allowed to actually break anything,
Starting point is 00:39:19 no keepsakes, no nothing. And that Tom snuck one in and that he was like, you know, Nick was like, I would have loved to have taken something, you know, a picture of Natalie or something, you know, and you weren't allowed to, but Tom did. And that he said that really seemed like, you know, he cared for her. My mind just went to a dirty place. What?
Starting point is 00:39:41 That he brought in the pictures for his special time? Mm-hmm. I don't really know how much... For his wank off. I don't know. I'll be honest. I don't know how much of... As somebody who watched every episode of the first season of Special Forces, not a lot of space to have...
Starting point is 00:39:57 To wank off. To have that happening. I think we should use every disgusting word we could think of this podcast. Yeah. Wank isn't disgusting. No, no. That was a word that we wouldn't use. So... Like, we would say jerk off.
Starting point is 00:40:09 Yeah. Tom's wank off time. Yeah. Yeah. I told you, remember we were talking about it with Hannah Brown? like the bathrooms like are all right next to each other. True, true. And it's just like there's no, it's like open air and there's no like cover.
Starting point is 00:40:22 You can basically see over the side. It would be illegal to, yeah. Yeah. All right. So Nick, Tyler Cameron is on Des Bryant, NFL, my receiver. Savannah Chrisley, Black China. Brian Austin Green. Robert Horry, NBA player
Starting point is 00:40:46 Aaron Jackson, Olympic gold medalist speed skater Olympic ski racer, Bodie Miller, Jack Osborne of the Osbournes, Tara Reid, Kelly Rizzo, who's married to Bob Saggett, Jojo Siwa, and like we already mentioned, Nikki Vey. So I want to say something. Honestly, incredible cast of character.
Starting point is 00:41:12 It is. And I want to say something that may be rude. Go right ahead. Where do you have to be in your career to get on this show? Because I think it's one of two things. You're either falling off or you're rising. And there's really no in between. I think that's very fair. I also think you can get, because it is a very unique show that I do think people are interested in seeing how they would do. There isn't, that many reality shows with this or competition shows with this format that's like this intense that I do think a lot of people are actually like, damn, I'm curious to see how I would do on that. Yeah. You're like, I'm going to do it. It's just like when you, it just. Because it's a certain characters that you throw in where you go.
Starting point is 00:42:01 Right. It's a short commitment too. Like I don't really think they film for that long. I think you're gone for like a very extensive weekish time. And then you're back. If I'm Nick Viall, I'm like, yeah, I'm obviously going on this show. gets my name out there more, grow the podcast, all these things.
Starting point is 00:42:19 If I'm Tara Reid, I'm like, yeah, I'm going on the show because I have to put my name back out there because I'm not really landing as many roles as I once did. What's the reason for any celebrity to go on a reality show? You know, they're either revamping or...
Starting point is 00:42:34 You're right. Like, you know, like Black China, she's done a whole big transition in her life. She's... Stop drinking, right? Like she's like she's Living a healthier life so it seems So for someone like this she's like damn like I'm
Starting point is 00:42:50 Really testing myself and seeing what I can do Changes it Of course And you have like the athletes the Olympic athletes The professional athletes that I'm sure also very curious Just to see how they would do with something like that With something like this The intensive challenges that they're put into
Starting point is 00:43:09 When seeing how it goes Shout out to the casting team on this getting that quick Sandoval cast. Yeah. Yep. Big time. Because even though he's so hated, people are going to watch what he's in. Right. And especially because this is a show that is so
Starting point is 00:43:25 physically taxing that people would be interested to see him fail. Mm-hmm. That sounded a little harsh, but... Seemed cry and bleed. Yeah, I actually really do feel like people would be like, damn, we want to see him like really struggle and challenges. Yeah. But I'm excited. I think I may
Starting point is 00:43:43 Watch this one. We'll have to ask Tyler about it because he just, you know, he just pops up in things and you're like. I think that's going to be his life forever. Yeah. Where people will just, you throw Tyler Cameron into something and people are going to be like. He sent the internet into a tizzy with his post. Kelly sent it into the group. I didn't see.
Starting point is 00:44:05 Sent an Instagram picture. He's got a mustache now. He said, he's like a year late to that. Yeah. But he said the caption was. Oh, I see it now. Save a boat. Save a boat. Ride a mustache.
Starting point is 00:44:16 Yeah. Yeah, that'll make people go crazy. That'll make people say, damn. He's looking, open invite. Open invite. What's that song? To Tyler's face. You started it.
Starting point is 00:44:35 You said we were going to, you said we were going to stay. My goodness gracious. He started it. He did start it. He made the caption. This is his fault. It's disgusting. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:45 Clean it up. Tyler. Come on and ride. Gross. Dispectable. I don't think he looks good. What? Tyler.
Starting point is 00:44:54 We weren't. Sweet Jesus, Noah. We weren't saying it. You know about his mustache? Yeah, he made a sit on my face joke in the caption. Come sit on Papa's face, ride a mustache. Save a boat, ride a mustache. Okay.
Starting point is 00:45:08 Because he's saying, come on here. Yeah. Little lady. Come sit on my face. Yeah. Okay. Just didn't catch. I didn't catch the joke.
Starting point is 00:45:16 I just thought you were talking about his mustache. I'm like, that guy, he looks good with that whatever he has. You want to ride the mustache? Yeah, right? Oh my God. I don't think Tyler's accepting applicants
Starting point is 00:45:26 who don't get the joke, though. No. Sorry, Noah. Anyways. You guys don't think he looks good with his mustache. Oh, you what? You guys don't, you didn't like what you saw?
Starting point is 00:45:37 Maybe I should I cut that out? I mean, not getting the joke. No. No. You're not allowed to cut anything. You got one cut. And you used it up for the year, so. Too bad.
Starting point is 00:45:47 Anything you stay going forward? will be held against you in a court of office. Court of office. Court of law. In a court of chicks in the office. I'm trying to pick up on Lori Lingo, and I'm just not. Just not. It will be held against you in a court of law.
Starting point is 00:46:02 Yeah. Your honor. Feel free to ride. Permission to approach the... Permission to approach the mustache? Permission to sit. Provision to approach the bench. All righty.
Starting point is 00:46:25 Okay. Next topic. Next topic. Timothy and Kylie. We just, all we have to say is guys, apparently they're still dating. I do love the swift report from TMZ. I think everybody always assumes that when a TMZ story comes out about the Kardashians, that's like a clarification or like anything like that, it's coming from Chris herself. So my daughter is still dating, Timothy.
Starting point is 00:46:51 So life and style posted a story and it was posted nowhere else. So that was like, you know, red flag number one That they had broken up and that he dumped her Can't have that narrative out there Cannot have that narrative out there That Kardashian has never been dumped That Timothy Chalmay dumped her No.
Starting point is 00:47:10 So TMZ, Chris was swift To make sure that we all know that they are still seeing each other Casually, they just haven't been, you know, seen out and about together Whatever with these two, you know what I mean? like as if Timothy Shalloway is going to marry Kylie Jenner. I bet he did
Starting point is 00:47:30 dump her ass. You see Travis' diss to Timothy. Yeah, I heard it. I'm pretty excited for Willy Wonka, though, I will say. I love the original Willy Wonka. So this is how he becomes Willie Wonka, which I do like. It's not a remake. People have to stop spreading that rumor around.
Starting point is 00:47:46 We don't need more remakes. They're not remaking Willie Wonka. It's how he became Willie Wonka. Yeah, origin story. The origin story of Wonka. That's like a how I said I didn't really want a Harry Potter reboot show but if they wanted to give me like a Voldemort origin story show I'd be down oh that makes sense why he's younger then
Starting point is 00:48:03 like he's just younger I love the original Willy Wonka the Johnny Depp one I don't like the Johnny Depp no the original one's fantastic so good so those two are still together so they say yeah Kylie's getting ready to dump him after that report right the next story would be that Kylie broke up
Starting point is 00:48:24 with him obviously Exactly. All right, moving on. Gabby Wendy announced her relationship with comedian and writer Robbie Hoffman. She just popped this out on the view. You know, she went on the view and said, I'm in a relationship. It's with a woman. And here we go.
Starting point is 00:48:40 I want to say this. I'm so excited for Gabby. They look so happy together. So happy. I'm loving that they're now just like posting everything. What I do want to say is that the women on the view, I do not applaud their reaction. Yeah. that's the view for you.
Starting point is 00:48:56 Like I just, I would, Gabby, which I was happy, she was clapping for herself. Yeah, yeah. But the, I don't know who's the name of the woman. God bless her. I fucking love Gabby. I love Gabby so much.
Starting point is 00:49:06 I don't really know the cast of the movie these days. It's had a lot of turnover. And this may be rude to me. I did not know the woman's name next to her. But her reaction, did you watch the video? I watched it. I only knew Whoopi. I mean, I only know Whoopi.
Starting point is 00:49:20 Her reaction, she goes, Oh. Well, that's a twist. And I was like, the fuck kind of reaction is that? I know. And I was so happy. Everyone also was like, so your like, like, this is new?
Starting point is 00:49:34 I don't know. It was a little weird. I really didn't like the reaction at all. I mean, of course, Gabby felt comfortable enough to talk about it there, which is all up to Gabby. And I was so happy that Gabby was happy for herself and clapping for herself. And the audience joined in and it made me so happy for her. And Gabby just has like the best spirit about her.
Starting point is 00:49:53 It does. It's contagious. When you're around her, you are like laughing and having fun. So I'm just so happy for the two of them. They look like they're like so in love and I love it. But I was not happy with the cast of Roundtable View ladies. I wasn't happy with them at all. On the other side of that, did you see the clip of Mike the situation talking about Whoopi?
Starting point is 00:50:16 Because I guess... No. I saw this caption somewhere, but I didn't see any videos. Yeah, there was a clip of the whole cast was on the view. And I believe Mike was talking about just like the positive impact whoopie had had. Like she was just always so nice to them and supportive of them. And Mike was talking about it. And just like the way Whoopi was looking at him, it was so sweet.
Starting point is 00:50:39 Like she just seemed so proud of how far they've come. Like it was very sweet. She was like, look, you know, you guys came out. You were doing reality TV. We're so young. So many outside voices. Like you stuck to who you are. it was very nice it was very nice that it was very nice compared to how the other ladies you know were
Starting point is 00:51:01 reacting in in in gabby's situation i'm sure gabby was felt okay about it but um yeah definitely like it was it was it was interesting yeah i mean she posted the clip with the of the yeah yeah so clearly you know i don't want to speak for her no and my reaction watching it i was just like the fuck is wrong with these ladies yeah well so whatever but so happy for them. I'm just, like, now I want all the pictures. Like, they've been sharing each other on their stories now. I know.
Starting point is 00:51:30 Now we're all involved. I know. It makes me want to all hang out. I know. They just seem like the best time. Because she, she is the, and they all seem, you know, very, very funny. Robbie's a comedy writer. So I'm laugh a minute, I'm sure, between those two because Gabby's also fucking
Starting point is 00:51:44 They probably have the best time. Yeah. Like, I'm so happy for them. I will say, I did hear Noah's voice in my head go, Gabby, Wendy has a girlfriend. Yeah. Totally. There were comments on our posts on Chicks in the Office where we posted that and all the comments like, Gabby Wendy's going to Tampa. And there were people who just don't, you know, follow us or know anything.
Starting point is 00:52:04 And they were like, huh? What does that mean? Is that code word for something? Yeah. So. We'll always have that, Gabby. Yeah. Unfortunately, Gabby has moved past you, Noah.
Starting point is 00:52:16 That's fine. I'm happy that she's happy. Yeah, that's nice message to have. All right. Last topic, Vanner Pump Rules spin off. The cast has been confirmed. We're bringing back the OGs, Jacks, Brittany, Kristen, even Lala and Sheena have filmed for the new show,
Starting point is 00:52:29 although they are still on the original Vanderpump rules. And there's more people. There's more to the cast. Yeah, there's people that I don't really know. So Kristen's boyfriend is on it. Real estate agents, Michelle and Jesse Lally, former Miss USA, Nia Sanchez, and her actor husband, Daniel,
Starting point is 00:52:53 Booko Janet and Jason Coperna Zach Wickham and Bachelor Nations Jasmine Good So Jasmine Jasmine
Starting point is 00:53:06 Being on here is fun I if you remember I forget I think she was maybe on Nick's season I can't remember which season she was on not totally sure But that has come out
Starting point is 00:53:25 And like you said, Sheena and Lala have also filmed for it. There's going to be crossovers. Total brand new show. And a lot of these people, you know, they must just be like friends of them that live in the neighborhood, have small children. Family show. And everybody's just hanging out together kind of vibe, I think. I guess. I mean, it just feels like they're doing a whole other, just in like another version of Vanderpumper Rules.
Starting point is 00:53:54 You know? Yeah, I would be lying if I said I was interested in this. Right, it's like the same kind of show, just different people. Yeah, I'm not interested really whatsoever. Like, why can't everyone just be on one show? Right. That would make me interested. I'm not interested in this spinoff. This feels like it's, right, it's like why two different shows.
Starting point is 00:54:11 And I'm sure there people are that are interested. It's just not me. Yeah. But that's going to be interesting to follow along too. Yeah. I mean, not really. I am interested. I will say, I am interested.
Starting point is 00:54:23 Southern Charm also added three new guys. to their cast. Ooh, I wonder how they feel about that. Right? Three new guys. We got Rodrigo, who's an interior designer in a long-term relationship with his boyfriend, Tyler, has been friends with the Charmers for many years.
Starting point is 00:54:38 Rod is a computer programmer who has resided in Charleston for more than 18 years, considers himself to be a true Southern gentleman and social butterfly. And he has his romantic sights set on Olivia. I saw that in the trailer for the new season. Let me guess the third guy's name is Rodman. Close enough. Jarrett with a J. They had Rodrigo, Rod.
Starting point is 00:54:59 They had to get one more Rod in there. Rodrigo, Rod, and this is Jarrett Thomas, who I guess goes by J.T. Sick. Virginia native, real estate business. His friendships with Shep, Craig, and Austin have cemented him in the group, but he's looking for a partner to spend the rest of his life with and has a particular southern bell in mind. Interesting. Wonder who he is.
Starting point is 00:55:20 His eyes set on. So, that's a new cast. Something else forward to for those Bravo fans. And I know we have had a very light, funny podcast. I've actually enjoyed recording this is my favorite podcast we recorded this week. Me too. Maybe, maybe in a while. A lot of giggles.
Starting point is 00:55:41 A couple weeks. Yeah, I mean, last week you weren't fucking here. Yeah, I wasn't here. But I was having a nice time. Yeah, but you were having a good time there. Lizzo did put out a statement. Oh, way to bring us down. I know, I know.
Starting point is 00:55:51 She put out a statement obviously like saying, a lot of this is exaggerated. A lot of... Oh my God. That one I'll give to you. Pretty good. That one was pretty good. I'm upset with myself.
Starting point is 00:56:08 I'm upset with myself that I don't see that coming every time. You know? I didn't see that coming. Did you have that prepared? Because we didn't say we were going to talk about, LISO. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:15 Because I... Yeah. No, I just popped on our post. Truth hurts like 10 minutes ago. Oh, so you recycled a joke. Get some new ones, funny man. I just did. gave you one.
Starting point is 00:56:25 Yeah, yeah, I mean, he did. That was good. That was good. Come on. Lizzo put out a statement. It's obviously going to be a back and forth now. But I will say, besides the three dancers that are a part of the suit, there have been a lot of other people that have worked with or around Lizzo that have either backed up what these dancers are saying
Starting point is 00:56:49 or have supported them or just kind of like referred to. to them having a tough time as well working with her as well. So isn't like just these dancers it felt like so many other people now have they've shared the story and been like oh I worked with Lizzo at this time and then I
Starting point is 00:57:10 definitely experienced these things and you know stopped working for her and things like that. There's been multiple instances now of people coming out and supporting the dancers and what they're saying. So I don't know. That's just an update.
Starting point is 00:57:26 For those who are following along with that case, is that Lizzo did do full notes app of saying that a lot of this was not true. Classic notes app. Yep. Starting point is 00:58:48 the website, enter email, and redeem code Chicks for $20 off your first purchase terms apply. Day. Weekly watch report. Hey. We're changing it up. Whoa. Weekly watch report. Look out.
Starting point is 00:59:12 Weekly watch report. Hey now. Weekly watch report. It's time. Weekly watch report. What do we watch? We'll find out. We're going to tell you.
Starting point is 00:59:23 Welcome back to the weekly watch report where we talk about the things we watch this week. I hope you guys didn't watch much. I don't have too much. A few things. I'm kidding. Oh, wow. I thought you were being serious. Every time I start reading mind, Rhea starts falling asleep.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Oh, it's just like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I watch this with this actor. We haven't seen it. No, I do think people appreciate it because they get recommendations from you. It's just funny because Ria and I have a lot of crossover. So there's things to discuss. And some of these movies that you find, we have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. Here's the thing.
Starting point is 00:59:56 Sometimes when I hear you talking about your list of movies and TV shows, it brings me back to sitting in the theater of Oppenheimer and falling asleep. I'm just kidding I'm just Josh and I'm having a good time all right let's go do what did you watch I watched Real House I was in New York the new one I watched both first episodes I like it yeah I'm not like oh my God I'm obsessed yeah I'm gonna give it a C plus yeah fair um and then I watched season one and half of season two of suits. Love, love, love, love these guys.
Starting point is 01:00:34 I love you, Harvey. I love you so much. Kiss, kiss. Kiss, kiss. What do you like more? Harvey. Because Mike, he's a little bratty, and... Which one's Harvey? The blonde one or the brunette one?
Starting point is 01:00:48 Depends what episode. Yeah, they both like that have the same color. You do? Yeah. Isn't there one that's like more blonde? Or is that a different person? Well, there's one that's younger and one that's older. Okay. So Harvey is
Starting point is 01:00:58 the established lawyer and I like him the most because I like Mike a lot. Oh, okay. Harvey's the one I'm thinking of. He's not really blonde, but I don't know. Yeah. I like Mike a lot, but you know, he's still a kid and he still has those moments, which adds for a great dynamic of the show. Love Harvey though. Love Harvey. I hate what's his face. Oh, Lewis Litt. Yeah, Lewis sucks. Lewis does suck, but I will say there are moments where you feel kind of bad for him. Yeah. He sucks, but they do make it. So, like, there are times where you go, man, I hate this guy, but I just got to the episode where he, but he's fucking awful sometimes. Don't spoil. Don't spoil. Don't spoil. No, it is a spoiler. Fine. Yeah, don't spoil. Don't spoil. It wasn't like a huge thing I was
Starting point is 01:01:46 about to say. Well, shut up. Anyways. What are you great suits? A day. I really like it. And A really like it. And I really like it. And it probably falls more into the B category But when something grabs my attention so much I have to give it the grade that I am, my attention is on it So I'm gonna give it an A I really enjoy it. I'm on to season two now They get me fucking locked in with the lawyer talk and the suits
Starting point is 01:02:15 And the stuff they're talking about And the problems they have and the up and down Will they, won't they? Are they gonna get in trouble? Are they not gonna get in trouble every episode? I also love how there's, every episode seems like there's a new storyline and I'm... There is.
Starting point is 01:02:28 I'm into it. I mean, it's like law and order. Yeah. But how many episodes are... That's the... That's the beauty of cable TV, you know? Like, that's... Wait, suits was a cable show?
Starting point is 01:02:40 Well... Yeah, it was on USA. Yeah, it was on USA. That, hence why I love watching my Chicago shows, you know? Like, every episode, there's a new fire they got to put out. That's why people love Law &... It's a new... That's why people love Law & Order.
Starting point is 01:02:53 Yeah. They curse. I don't even like... I'm trying to think now. They definitely don't. They can't, right? I feel like, for some reason, I thought they were. Maybe, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:03:03 On USA, I don't really know if they could be cursing. You don't need to curse to have a show like this one, I guess. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, I watched some Sexson City. But, man. You slowed down a little bit. When Carrie cut her hair short, I got fucking even more sick of her. I did.
Starting point is 01:03:21 Because she got this new due. Yeah. And she, like, was really feeling her. herself with this new do she would like walk past the mirror like the windows of every store and like puff her hair up and like really think who she is i mean i'm still i'm still watching like yeah sex in the city has become more of my bedtime show where suits has become the sit on the couch show yeah i forget who that's a good way to differentiate yeah i forgot oh oh i got because you need to pay less attention to sex in the city than you do suits this had be cracking up
Starting point is 01:03:57 Evan Ross Katz on Instagram posted these like screenshots of scenes from and we're back. I just felt like this is a full circle moment for us right now of season one when Carrie farts in bed with Big and it's and it's just like the most traumatizing thing that's ever happened to her and like just the quotes are far like the quotes are so funny that like her talking to Miranda she says I'm going to have to move to another city. where the shame of this won't follow me. She just like, like, Carrie is so endearing at first. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:33 And then you get sick of her bullshit. Yeah. And Samantha said to her, No, honey, you're a woman. And men don't like women to be human. We aren't supposed to fart, do she use tampons or have hair in places we shouldn't. And everyone was like, yep.
Starting point is 01:04:45 Yeah. I love Samantha, but. God. He also, he cracks me up on Instagram. You also made the caption, Samantha summarizing the entire plot of Barbie in a single sentence. That's true.
Starting point is 01:04:58 But yeah, that's all I have. Okay. I will get into mind. So I told you guys I watched a dabbled in a couple movies while I was gone because my brother just puts on the movie channels. So watch Catch Me If You Can. A movie. Fantastic movie. Good great.
Starting point is 01:05:14 I watched No Time to Die, James Bond. Hadn't seen this one. I seen all the other Daniel Craig ones. Been waiting to watch this one because honestly, like when you know, now here's the thing. I don't really think I'm spoiling this. for anybody. If I am, I'm sorry. If you're really that dedicated to watching this James Bond movie and you haven't
Starting point is 01:05:34 seen it already, I'm going to put that on you. I think. It's been a long time since come out. The whole, everyone talked about it. I delayed watching it so much because I knew that he died. And I was like... Why? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:50 Yeah. And I was like, I don't really feel like watching a movie where they fucking killed James Bond. I don't even remember him dying. I've seen this movie. I've never seen any James Bond movie. so. Yeah, I mean, so it means nothing to you really. No, it does a little bit. I didn't know James Bond.
Starting point is 01:06:02 You haven't seen a single James Bond movie? No. Not even like the Pierce Brosden, Hallie Berry. Nah. Oh. God, you're missing out. You're missing out. Shocker not shocker, not shocker.
Starting point is 01:06:14 John Mariano's a big James Bond guy. I respect anything John Mariano's into. I really do, but I... This is a thing. I've never had an interest in Bond. They don't normally kill... Like, this is like, James Bond is like they moved to a new James Bonds, right?
Starting point is 01:06:30 You go, you have different versions of James Bond. So James Bond is sort of like a superhero without the superhero powers. Yeah, pretty much. He's just a, he's a guy who can do it all. Yeah, 007. And he just, and for some reason, like with the, they wanted to end the Daniel Craig saga of James Bond with Offen him, which was just really felt like unnecessary. I think that's the only way that they could have like been like, all right, now we're definitely
Starting point is 01:06:55 done with him because they said that after like every other movie and then he came back. Honestly, I bet you Daniel Craig said, kill me. Like, I think he was, because I think he has been so, like, it was him himself that was like, I really don't think he wanted to keep doing them. And so I bet you he was like, hey, you know what? Just, I just want this. The best way for this to be over is if I truly cannot come back. The status was when they killed off Judy Dench.
Starting point is 01:07:20 Yeah. But anyway, anyway, I enjoyed it. I'll give it a big. I thought it was good I liked it Yeah I mean Onidae Armas Great
Starting point is 01:07:33 Yeah I wish she was in it more She's really not in it at all Yeah She's barely in it Um Yeah no I I enjoyed it
Starting point is 01:07:40 I just you know There's just something nice About how like The end of a James Bond movie There's always just like Hope or like something And it's just It's just sad
Starting point is 01:07:54 Just sad Which was not my cup of tea Love Island UK It's not over on Hulu yet, so I don't want to spoil anything. So honestly, I'm not going to say anything. Super uneventful for those listening. And I know if you watched on UK time, you've seen the finale, you've seen it all. But it has not happened on the Hulu version.
Starting point is 01:08:17 And I will not be the reason why people get this spoiled. I find it incredibly hard. We talked about this for you. Like, I don't know how. It's very hard once you get to that last week where Hulu is a week behind. and you don't see something about who wins. Yeah, mine's been spoiled because of the 4U page and the very talked about it.
Starting point is 01:08:33 So I'll just do a final grade for all of LeVisland UK of this season and I'm going to give it a, I'm going to give it a B minus. I enjoyed it, got frustrated at times, didn't really love a lot of the people. Because normally a Love Island season of UK ends in like the A range for me
Starting point is 01:08:56 as a season as a whole. so I feel like, you know, I'll give it a B-minus. Love Island USA, I'm also incredibly frustrated watching because these girls just like think that that everyone needs to move in the most respectful way. It's that like, hey, if you want to talk to somebody that I'm in a couple with, you need to come to me first and ask for my permission and then you can go talk to him.
Starting point is 01:09:22 It's like, no, no. It's like they're living and dying by like if you're in a couple, you're like you can't be flirting with other people even and that's just not the name of the game it is not in the name of the game but I like some of the new guys that came
Starting point is 01:09:42 I like the new guys I like the new people they brought in shake it up a little bit as of right now I like I like Harrison I'm interested to see where that goes very early hideaway trip for one couple that
Starting point is 01:10:01 that I think they, you know, did the whole shebang, which is tough because I think now it's like it's extra bad if you decide you want to talk to somebody else. You got to try and maybe you can't hold it off, but Real House is in New York. I'm also watching. I'll give that a C. I'm enjoying it.
Starting point is 01:10:24 Very middle ground, but I like the new lady. Some are annoying, but some are not, and I find it funny. And it's back to, like we said, simpler, funnier, not funnier, but like simpler drama, stupid drama where it's not like so serious, very, very silly fighting. People's lives aren't at stake. Right. Right. They're complaining that like Aaron's house in the Hamptons, like isn't near the ocean, you know,
Starting point is 01:10:53 and things like that. Yeah. Like that's like, give me more stuff like that. And cheese. Yes. Finally finished Ted Lassow, last episode. We're still talking about this? Took me quite some time.
Starting point is 01:11:05 Finally finished the last episode. Ted Lassow finale, just the finale, I'll give a B-minus. You know, just didn't love it. Didn't love the final season. That's okay. That's all right. I don't think anybody did. Even towards the end, you know.
Starting point is 01:11:21 And I just, call me traditional, but I just wanted Keeley to pick a guy. I know that it's like, oh, she has her business. She's an independent woman, like the whole thing. But I just really loved her love stories. And I would have been happy if she picked either guy, to be honest. I also watched the first two episodes of quarterback on Netflix. I am enjoying it. Patrick Mahomes, not so much.
Starting point is 01:11:54 Brittany Mahomes, not even a little bit. That's why I turned it off. Holy crap. I can't. Unfortunately, I'm going to power through it because I like hold my breath until Kirk Cousins comes back on the screen. Like I'm like, I can't.
Starting point is 01:12:05 Please, enough of this. And then when it goes to Kirk Cousins is like a breath of fresh air. He's, he's, just seems like a very sweet man. Kurt Cousins. After two episodes, like I'm literally smiling at the TV. Joe was like,
Starting point is 01:12:19 you really fucking love Kirk Cousins, huh? I'm like, oh, we just, he's just keeping in your pants. You like a nice nerdy guy that's just like really. really good. Yeah, you like that? Just like a nice nerdy guy, really good at football, you know?
Starting point is 01:12:32 The clips of him singing, like, in his acapella group. Like, it's just very sweet. And I'm also enjoying seeing Marriott as well. So I will give, as a show, I'm very much enjoying it. So I will grade it as a show. So I'll give it like a B minus. But, yeah, I'll give it a B minus. But it could be even higher if it wasn't.
Starting point is 01:12:58 and Patrick Moms. Did he ever finish the breakpoint? And that's mostly because of Brittany. The tennis? No. That one's good. Breakpoint is very good. I never finished.
Starting point is 01:13:09 I watched up until they like split it up. Yeah. And then the second half I didn't watch. Also, I didn't realize do episodes of Sweet Magnolias is out. I got to catch up on that. Love that show. Okay. Go ahead, Noah.
Starting point is 01:13:23 Okay. Don't have that much. Don't worry about you. Proceeds. Proceeds. Proceeds to list 12 things. No, I only have four things. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:13:31 I watched the final two episodes of Full Circle. Oh, yeah. Thank God. I liked it. It was good. I'll give it a B plus. Steven Seldberg, like anything he does, is pretty good. I didn't love the ending, but it's fine.
Starting point is 01:13:50 I would definitely recommend you watch it. We know. We know. I watch this movie. Here's my bad movie of the week. that I found off of like a one TikTok clip that I'm like, I'll watch this. Knock, knock, it's called.
Starting point is 01:14:04 It's with Keanu Reeves, Anna da Armis, and this other girl. Interesting. I mean, sounds like a good cast. That's when you know it's a bad movie when you see a good cast and you're like, oh, I've never heard of this movie. This movie has to stink.
Starting point is 01:14:18 It is like so bad. It's just so dumb. Honita Armas has been in some stinkers. She's been in some good movies, but she's also been in 2015 So that was probably like at the Star of the career Oh very early yeah yeah yeah
Starting point is 01:14:33 But It's just I mean like It could have been Like the premise They could have made it so much better But it's just it's just a classic bad movie I'll give it a D Okay
Starting point is 01:14:42 Um And then I watched the I watched the first nine episodes of suits Season 1 And I'll give that a B Like I It's just a great show to put on And I just enjoy it
Starting point is 01:14:57 and I just like having someone to put on now where I've never seen stuff before instead of re-watching stuff. Right. But I wouldn't say like it's the greatest show I've ever seen. Yeah. It can be very corny and stuff like that,
Starting point is 01:15:09 but I do enjoy it. Yeah. And then I watched the season finale of Hijack with Idriselba. Oh, the finale. We made it all the way of the finale? There's only seven episodes. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:15:20 But yeah. Another one where I'm like, I'll give it a B plus just because it's just a high show. hijack on a plane the whole show. It's just like very entertaining. And who doesn't love Yerselba? So it's a good watch. Who doesn't love Yerselba? Let me tell you something. I feel like Noah's hijack clips for the last five weeks have been the same thing. Have just been cut and copy and paste.
Starting point is 01:15:48 Same things. They hijack the plane. Like Apple TV. Like Apple TV should be paying Noah. No, I think Apple TV is paying Noah to talk about hijack. Like it's like up and another week of hijack. Hey guys. What's better than hijacking playing? Literally feels like a scripted ad read where it's like, what's not to love? Idris Elba? Who doesn't love that guy? Highjacking? High intensity. All the great things in a TV show.
Starting point is 01:16:12 All the makings of a dramatic television show only streaming on Apple TV. Listen, Apple, if you're interested, like, I do feel like I'm promoting Apple all these Apple stuff. You do love Apple TV. It's just like, for some reason I feel like maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but I never see any marketing or promotion for Apple TV shows. I go on Apple TV and I'm like, look at all these shows that know what's talking about. I might get into the crowded room. I've seen a lot of marketing for Apple TV shows. I think it's the only marketing I see is for Apple TV shows.
Starting point is 01:16:45 Timothy Shaalme does that commercial. Yeah. That's a good commercial, yeah. All right, that wraps up the things we watch this week. All right, that wraps up today's episode of Chicks in the Office. We hope you guys have an amazing. weekend maybe you'll eat some cheese or run into an ice cream
Starting point is 01:17:01 or fart jokes or that or play a prank on your significant other and tell them you gotta take a massive shit wait can we do one more prank can we do one more prank while we're here can we have Noah text like Kelly Kiggs and be like I have to take a I really have to take a shit right now
Starting point is 01:17:17 Kelly Keeze yeah like I feel like that's the safe like somebody in this office who's a girl like yeah but I feel like it's so random that Kelly's gonna be like Like, you know. But maybe, like, should it be, take a shit or should be something else that's like a little less obvious. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:36 What would, what would? Ugh. Or who else if I texted, like, I got to take. Yeah, why would I text Kelly? Because I got to take a shit. But maybe you have, like, a friend named, like, Kevin. You just typed in K.E. And it was, you know.
Starting point is 01:17:50 Yeah. I'm not texting anyone. I got to take a shit if I'm being honest. But. Why not? No, I'm talking. I'm talking. I will now. Oh, whoa, whoa, in general.
Starting point is 01:17:57 In general, you would never play it off. Oh, I mean, who does normally? I don't think I've ever texted anyone. Oh, man, I got to take a shit right now. Oh, I hate that. That was supposed to be to the other Kelly down. You should text it to Kelly. You should text it to Kelly.
Starting point is 01:18:13 He said it to say. Oh, I meant to send that to Kelly Martin. Yeah. Hmm. What if you sent it? Look at the last text I sent to Kelly. They're me and wearing these different sunglasses. Would it be lame if he sent it to a guy?
Starting point is 01:18:28 Because then I just wouldn't be... Yeah. It's funny. I mean, just send it. Just send it. Just send it. Because now we're dilly dallying. Damn, I got to take a shit.
Starting point is 01:18:39 I'm backed up. No, don't say I'm backed up. No, no, no. It's got to be... Like, don't embellish because then it's... Yeah. Did you send it yet? No, don't send it.
Starting point is 01:18:49 Don't send it. Say, damn, I really got to take a shit. Yeah. That's it. I'll add really. Yeah. All right, there it goes. Who do you think a response is going to be?
Starting point is 01:19:02 I think she's going to be like capital letters. LMAO what, Nella? Like something to that effect. She's hyping. If she doesn't answer right away, we're just going to have to. Is she clear? Is this a cliffhanger? Could this be our first to be continued in Chicks of the Office history?
Starting point is 01:19:18 Yeah, we're going to give her until. To be continued Monday. On Monday's podcast. Monday, August 7th. The joke will be to be continued. She's taking too long at this point. You know what would be funny though. I know.
Starting point is 01:19:31 I know. I know. We can only drag this on for so long. And she was like, why didn't no one just talk to me to have to take a shit? She hasn't answered. No. It's too long. It's too long.
Starting point is 01:19:42 All right. To be continued next Monday. No pun intended. Dun, done, done. Love you guys. Talk to you on Monday. Bye. Bye.
Starting point is 01:19:50 Also keep subscribing because we're less than 1500. We are so close. So close. I just want to get it over with you. But so far. Feel so close to you right now. It's a force field. Yep.
Starting point is 01:20:02 Okay. See you. Thank you.
