Hey, did you hear? Watermelon is back at booster juice all summer long.
Nice. I love the watermelon explosion.
And the watermelon wave.
Yep. They even got a new watermelon assaye bowl this year. The one in a melon bowl.
And what does that sound like?
Mmm. Like that. Booster juice.
Canadian born, blending since 1999.
Hello everybody and welcome back to the Chuluminati podcast.
Episode 361, maybe, something like that.
As always, I'm one of me with us, Mike Martin, joined by two of my glorious co-host, Jesse
and Alex.
Glory.
Say hello.
I've got more people, more than people to get to.
Thank you.
Okay, cool.
Good enough.
And today, in addition to that, we pulled up a couple of really special plastic folding chairs
to have a couple of wonderful guests here on the show.
Two of the hosts from the podcast, Believing the Bazaar.
For six years now, you guys have been doing this podcast, driving.
dropping the shit every Tuesday without fail out in the crypted saturated wilds of ohio i think that's
melonhead county or country out that way uh the grass man country i heard grass man it lives out
that's just young dude they that's they just don't worry about that over there you got
penguins young sound yeah thank you for having a song yeah it's awesome dear welcome tyler and charlie
from believing the bizarre yeah thanks for having us is awesome yeah we were just on your podcast out that
long ago you guys actually just dropped that episode a couple like a week or two ago at this point
i don't know time is a flat circle yep it was recent i know it was recent it's fresh it's fresh in
our minds um yeah uh but okay so we have you guys on the show we have lots of guests in the show
we always start off sort of by asking them the same thing and uh you know the reason schlumannati
works is because there's three different hosts with three different viewpoints in our mind uh
Jesse is a skeptic, Mathis is a believer, and I'm like, I don't know, Shaggy from Scooby-Doo.
I don't know what I am.
But there's three, there's three viewpoints.
And I always, I always just want to know both you, because, you know, you guys can, you guys don't have to agree with each other.
Like, which one are you?
Like, where do you fit on that scale?
I'm definitely, I'm probably a little bit more on Jesse's side.
Yeah.
That's an interesting question.
I would say we do mostly end up agreeing anyway,
but I come and believing most things pretty readily.
Ghosts and aliens, we both pretty heavily believe in.
And beyond that is where we kind of, I think, separate a little bit,
where Charlie lean a little bit more believable.
And I tend to lean a little bit more skeptical.
I believe in Faye Earth spirits with all my heart.
In a real tangible way, or like, we spent like a year just now talking about, like,
magic and like what it is and how, where it comes from.
like are we talking like i i'm just interested like you know you know i i don't know if you've
thought about it this way but like you know is it because you guys is it your relation to you know
you said ghosts aliens those are pretty like i feel like at this point we we all kind of feel
this way at least in america people are like ghosts are out there and aliens are being hidden from us
but like you know beyond that you're like i'm pretty skeptical i'm pretty like ready to believe anything
Do you think that's like from a from a desire for those things to be real or because of you hear the story and you think like, oh, it's real?
And I guess vice versa too, right?
I feel like I've almost the opposite.
I've been forced.
It's so real.
I've been forced into this.
I might have been held to the fire.
And I just, I just have to.
Like, if you just look at all the evidence, I think it makes sense.
I'm just, I'm in a mood today, guys.
I'm sorry.
You feel you've been, you feel you've been educated.
you've been convinced.
So would you say before you started doing the podcast, you were a skeptic and Dan in the
no, he's never been skeptic day in his life.
Not once.
No, my mom brought me into this shit.
Every year.
So is that everything?
Like across the board belief?
Or is it, uh, aliens.
Okay, sure.
But like, you know, I don't believe in the Fresno night crawlers like that kind of thing.
No, it's most things.
I can't think of one thing where I'm like,
doesn't make sense.
You,
I mean,
you're very honest
that you kind of,
you consider yourself
gullible.
I,
I would say,
some people say
that I'm gulable.
I don't,
but you,
and I don't mean
that, I'm not
talking down to Charlie here.
No,
obviously.
I think you are,
actually,
I think you're
dissing
a little bit.
I've said,
I've said,
uh,
I've not said that.
You have.
I've said gullible.
I've said,
gullible.
I'm pretty sure you've called you,
you know me.
I know I've heard him
even before we start
the show,
he said,
you know me, I'm a gullible bitch.
That's our name here on the Riverside.
Exactly.
I would posit, do you, do you, I guess, with the believing in everything, do you have
like a belief that everything is kind of part of the same phenomenon, like aliens, ghosts,
fairies, they're all different fractal slivers of like the same source of weirdness, right?
All fractals of like consciousness or what have you.
I've definitely had that thought before.
I listened to the last podcast before.
capital P phenomenost is something.
I maybe draw,
I think maybe part of it
separates out from like aliens
because I think there can be aliens from other worlds
but like anything on this
planet, this realm, I think
it all could be part of the same phenomenon.
Capital P phenomenon.
Yeah. Yeah.
I agree. And I think I'm obviously
like you in that way.
And even with the aliens, I think part of them
are, whatever they are, there's
a part that we literally can't comprehend
because whatever they are is beyond us.
And then there may well be things warping space time with a physical craft,
whatever they are also possibly visiting or whatever.
Yeah, I'm with you on that.
I agree heavily.
I believe nearly everything.
But then on the skeptic side,
like what stops you from jumping in with both feet when he says,
when he says like,
oh, the Fresno night crawlers,
we got to go drive and get one.
You got to catch one in the cage because they are real.
I bet you those guys are hung as fuck too.
Like, because you guys are both, because you guys are both present.
Nightcrawlers are probably big dick.
Mathis just says stuff sometimes.
They're not even legs and just dick.
Yeah, here's the problem.
What is that?
You're not, you're not thinking about it logically.
And that I think is the inherent problem with your process here.
Because you're over here talking about like, oh, well, you know, the first of the night crawlers are real and stuff.
When you look at that night crawlers, they're just legs.
So you're saying that guy's a dick, but that would just be his nose, bro.
Yeah.
True.
True.
Now you're thinking like a puck hole on that squid.
He said true, true. And then he blew out like a big plume of smoke.
Please let me answer his skeptic question.
Yeah. I interrupted extremely rudely. So what was the question?
I was just saying like so you guys are obviously on the same, you guys are on the same show, right?
So there's some common ground somewhere, but something is stopping you from jumping in with both feet where he is like, I guess the most gullible man on the podcast.
I think that one and one reason I'm really drawn to the paranormal.
in general and just to give you guys some background a little bit here
like Charlie's introduction to paranormal his is like stories
his family was really into the paranormal he came from like a
like my mom was really in metaphysical affairs he came from a real like this stuff is
real and I'm telling you these stories as if they're you know historical nonfiction
I come from like horror movie world like I love horror movies I'm a horror movie junkie
I've watched horror movies ever since I was a very young age so it always had that
kind of fictionalized lens for me where even in the stories we read, you know, even the most
believable stories, you can find the tropes in them, right? Yeah. But I think, I think one reason
I'm so drawn to paranormal is that compared to so many other aspects of life, it's just so low risk.
You know what I mean? Like when you think of politics, there's a lot of like hate on both sides
and things like that and, you know, like lifestyle choices. And when it comes to paranormal,
I can go around and say like, go surreal. And it's just so low risk.
it's like, all right, like, sure.
And wouldn't it be great if they were?
Like, if you just found out, in your, your, rebutably, let's say, like, that they were one day,
wouldn't that be kind of tight, too?
Like, isn't that, like, a nice thing to think, like, maybe?
I don't think people would care because we're getting told aliens are real.
Like, the government's releasing all these files and everyone's like, yeah, but gas is $5.
I, but, you know, I had that same exact thought because one of our closest friends in college
saw a woman walk through the door
in my room of the dorm room
of the dorm room like walk through it
and I just I remember telling him like you can't
you can no longer not believe in ghosts
wait was Charlie the friend
I was fucking Naruto
I was like yeah
but I told him like you can no longer
not believe in ghosts
and all these movie directors
and CGI people that make
ghosts go through doors like you've seen
the real thing
I'm like so there's no going back for you
And the hard part is for people like that, too, is like, you now can't, you don't have a choice but to believe, but nobody will believe you.
Right.
Except for us.
But I think, but I think another, like, the reason for skepticism is I find myself so engrossed in day to day life of like work, taxes, social media, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Whereas like, sometimes things feel so unbelievable.
But I'm drawn to them.
I just, it's so hard to conceptualize sometime.
but also on the humanistic, the person side of it,
with it going back to being so low risk,
is if someone goes in the woods
and they think they hear their name called,
there's no, like, just,
it's so much better to come back with a story of,
like, I heard my name called,
and it was so creepy,
and there was a creature out there versus I might have misheard something
or I misheard an animal.
They said another name.
Like, I try to believe, like,
outside of the stories,
that feel like creative nonfiction or creative fiction on like Reddit or whatever.
But like I tend to believe the people that we hear stories from believe that they had a
paranormal encounter.
But I think it's it's more fun and it's there's no harm in it.
It's more fun to think, yeah, I didn't forget that I opened up that door and left.
You know, it's like something opened up that door.
Right.
So then I guess the question is for me then like what are the ones that you both agree
were probably real.
Multi-witness.
Multi-witness?
Are there specific stories that you guys remember?
Maybe that you guys covered on the show
or maybe in your own personal lives
that you, like, that door one seems like you guys
both at least, you certainly believe that he saw it,
but are there any that you, like, believe occurred?
Personally or ones that we've heard?
Personally, yeah, personally.
So I have this really crazy story, but it only happened to me.
So it's not really good story.
Exactly.
I'm just kidding.
I did come on.
life after it happened and I was like I'm never going I happened in a theater I was like I'm
never going back in that theater by myself again and but Tyler has a great story and you almost have
the point where you're not sure if you believe it anymore because I have a I do believe it that your mind
your mind is so wants to protect you from this so rational then it like almost turns it off as soon as it's
so level heavy I I will I will anecdotally uh say I agree because there was I've seen some weird
shit in the sky and there's one where me and my girlfriend both saw it and over as time has gone
and we've revisited the topic we talk about how it's weird are we keep our brains try to almost like
what like rationalize the weirdness and we have to like reaffirm with each other no this is what
it did right and we're like yeah that's what it did and it's weird because we're like the my brain
almost like wants to forget the really weird shit it didn't like write it off as something that
was not what it was i noticed that
I was listening to Ghost and the Burbs.
I always am fucking listening to Ghost and the Burbs.
And she talks about this story where she had this experience.
And then as she got away from it, like, she almost didn't believe it.
I'm like, I noticed that with so many people.
Like, as soon as they get away from the experience that they have, they almost shut it out.
And it feels like to me, it's, there's something inherently in some kind of maybe an evolution or in something repression.
Where you don't want to remember this terrifying thing.
I mean, in trauma that happens all the time.
All the time.
I mean,
there's a lot of alien stories
that are not aliens at all,
but trauma,
but your brain replaces it
with something more acceptable,
but still scary.
I'll give you guys a quick,
a quick version of the story.
No,
give us,
yeah,
don't worry about quick or not.
Yeah,
because usually what we ask
our next guess is like,
have you had any weird stories
or encounters?
And I'm curious as well,
like,
have you had any post doing the show
or was it prior doing
or was getting into the stuff?
You seem to see or encounter more
of it as you cover more.
of it. So this happened
well before the podcast. This was probably like 2014.
I grew up in more
of a rural area of Ohio than we are now.
Next to the lake. Next to Lake Erie.
And me and one of my
best friends were driving around really late at night.
We just hit up Taco Bell. We were like
22 or whatever. And we were
driving. It was like I can't
emphasize enough that the vibe was great.
Like we just had a great
one of those deep conversations that you
have when you're 20 and you think you're going to rule the world.
It's Taco Bell.
We were blasting Iris by Goo Goo Dolls.
Oh, God, yeah.
Of course.
You have to.
Yeah.
And this story happens in one very specific era now for me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And so we're driving and we're listening to the song.
And I stop because I see a dead possum in the road.
And it's just a two lane road.
It's very dark.
There's not many houses.
So I slow down.
I'm in my Jeep.
I swerve.
We go around it.
Talking, laughing, singing.
And then like a minute later, I see two dead possums.
and I'm like, okay, so I slow down again, and then I go around.
And I'm driving a little bit slower one because gas mileage in my Jeep,
but also just like I already had to stop twice for two different dead animals in the road.
And as we're driving, we're saying, it's the breakdown part of Iris.
I don't know if that matter to you, but that's the part for me.
You're building the scene really well.
And we're singing that.
Like we're having fun.
And on the left side of this road, we just see two eyes coming.
And so I'm already like, all right, got to break again.
there's something else coming.
And I'm thinking it's like a deer.
Like I was almost expecting something like prance, prance along.
And so I'm stopping my Jeep.
And it turns.
And this has been the hardest part to know exactly what I saw because I've retold the story so many times.
But it like turned its head towards us.
And it has like these yellowish orange eyes.
And it doesn't feel like it's looking at the Jeep.
Because, you know, if you're looking at a car at nighttime, you see the headlights.
It truly felt like it was looking at us.
and the way that it like moved across the ground,
it was like the shoulder blades weren't moving right.
Things were bent the wrong way.
Ethan said it is like the back legs were the front legs.
Yeah.
And so and then it goes just really quickly across the road in this little clearing.
And I pull up and we see that it actually went into like this little tiny,
must have been like a family cemetery.
There was like six or seven graves in there.
And I look at my friend.
We didn't say a word.
there was no bias there was no what was that what did you see we were both literally about to start crying
yeah like we were so much dread and he lived like a minute from there so he was like can you
please not drop me off like can we just chill some more can listen to iris again yeah i mean like
that's the one that's the one problem i have of this story it would have been better if it was
like slide or some other google god's on it just doesn't buy that it was so perfect yeah yeah yeah
And so, but it was a really cool experience because I interview, we interviewed him on our Patreon like four years ago.
So it would still have been like almost 10 years after it happened.
And like Charlie was saying, there's definitely like I saw it with him.
So I know something happened.
I know we saw something.
But over time it started deteriorating.
And I'm like, what did I really?
You know, but I'm like, I'm not going to say anything.
I want to truly hear his experience because I hadn't talked about it in like six, seven years.
and hearing him on our Patreon
say word for word the same
exact thing that I saw that I experienced
for me and I just relistened that
recently like two months ago
listening back to that interview
it was like yeah okay
like we didn't collaborate on this
I didn't touch base recently
at least it was on the same thing that I saw
and that that description
that you have of like some deep fear
like a dread
like it's like your brain seeing
like you said earlier it's like your brain seeing
something it
can't comprehend and there's like that lizard part of it that's like you're in a danger dude
get out whatever this thing is that's like an eldridge horror yeah that's just horrifying that's so
scary but yeah it was that's the most scared i've ever been like paranormal wise in my life hands down

We're going to go ahead and read some other listener stories in their times where they've supposedly been scared in their lives, much like we did with you guys over on your show.
And this is our story that we're going to jump into that I'm going to take the handles of.
And we may pass along reading privileges as you go is a doozy.
This is a big boy that got dropped off in our email three years ago in 2023 that I like bookmarked and then never went back to.
And I'm like, you know what?
Fuck it.
Like, let's, let's today be the day.
So, Al, thanks so much for the email.
I appreciate it.
And we're going to jump right into it.
So, hey, fellas, I love the podcast.
Congratulations to the many years of success.
I was initially listening to the UFO rabbit hole with Kelly Chase.
And Chuluminati was referenced during one of the early episodes.
I listened to episode 69 first, and I was immediately hooked.
Nice.
Wonder why.
Oh, wonder why.
Then he says, oh, not really.
It's just conval.
Yeah, yeah, he teased us.
Just the one of the
You got like a contract just there.
Yeah.
Dude, 69.
You guys, you guys, sex.
Just kidding.
I'm married.
Is that the one, episode 69 when we did
Bagina Island or whatever it was?
Episode 69 was all sex mysteries.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
That's fitting.
Hopefully you guys are still okay with listener emails.
I don't want to post us on Reddit because I fear the formatting.
This is a long one.
You can share as much or as little on the pod as you like.
To answer your question,
about listener emails, we do accept them,
but there's a bit of a wait list.
A backlog, if you will.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I went through and listened to all the UFO,
UAP alien episodes first,
as that is what interests me most.
I've since listened to the rest a few times.
They are all thoroughly entertaining.
The chemistry between U3 or four sometimes
or five.
Or five.
Your timing and delivery is exceptional.
Tommy Karate, Chef's Kiss,
one of the best series I've ever heard period,
which is still funny for me.
That was episode nine.
Mathis,
Mathis, you just reminded me,
the new law,
the new law,
the new law,
the new La Yorona is the Pete Davidson,
Tommy,
it's literally called Tommy Karate.
The movie is called Tommy Karate.
I haven't heard him do it yet,
but if he sounds like,
I'm Tommy Karate.
I'm going to lose my mind.
He's not going to.
He's going to sound like Pete Davidson.
Tommy Karate probably got like $100,000 for this
and he's going to have us killed.
Like,
I hope not.
I hope not.
Listen, just send me an email, dude.
I'll bring the, I'll bring the episodes down.
I don't want to die.
It's fine.
Anyway, I imagine all of the episodes in the format of an episode of drunk history.
I, listen, for you, for the, for the guests.
What is it called when the AI is going to kill you just for thinking about resisting it?
Oh, the box.
Oh, shit.
Yeah, forget.
Damn it.
Tommy karate was a mobster serial killer who had the voice of Mickey Mouse, apparently, and he's been in jail forever.
And I think he's still in jail right now and alive.
but they're doing a movie about him.
He says,
my name is Tommy Corradi,
and I'm here to kill you dead.
Now, Tommy,
I don't know what the hell that voice was.
That was disrespectful.
I'm on your side.
If you need to kill these guys,
I don't even know, bro.
Whoa, whoa.
Who were you?
He's going to have you back from the inside.
I don't know these two.
I just,
I'm a guest on this show.
John McLean's wife's boss over here.
Wow.
Hans Bubula.
All right.
Yeah, what a best.
Then it's Arnold.
Charlie's a little Sicilian, aren't you?
I'm more than a little, my friend.
But could you get in?
Because you're not full.
I asked my mom and she said he couldn't.
But could I have some pasta right now?
Actually.
He goes on to say, I imagine all of the episodes in the format of an episode of drunk
history.
I am definitely more of a skeptic that wants to believe.
I love drunk history.
I would die in the hell.
I love drunk history.
Yeah, drunk history is great.
It's actually great, like, educational.
programming. It's like Sesame Street for grownups.
Yes. I try to shut my wife.
My friend. They're like, this is stupid. I'm like,
you're stupid. Get out of my house.
Your wife and your friend are damaged people.
Yeah, they are.
I really appreciate you guys having someone,
Jesse, keeping a lot of the different concepts
more or less grounded.
Whoa, whoa, what about that made up agent that I made up
who narrates half the episodes that I write?
He's pretty grounded from the Chulomani headquarters
who has a nomadic tube you, all your information.
sends you.
No,
that guy's real.
No,
I don't know what you're talking about.
Time slices through a pneumatic tube.
Time slices are going to follow you out forever, Alex.
Times slices are both cool and real.
They're not.
I mean,
you're not wrong.
Conceptually,
like,
philosophically,
you're not wrong.
I feel like,
number one,
everybody agrees they're the coolest thing
they've ever heard of.
And number two,
they read about it in the,
in the encyclopedia because it's real.
You all remind me of my good friends.
I never fail to put a smile on my face.
If I was to say I was someone,
I guess I would say I'm an Alex.
Well,
well,
My dude over here, like, I'm a huge fan of time slices.
My favorite part was when he put all the time parts in order of slices.
That was both cool and real.
It was my favorite part.
I had to confirm that it was real in my physical encyclopedias on my shelf, but they were in there.
So they were real.
Someone who knows me would say I'm a Jesse, but in reality, I'm on this rock to enjoy the ride.
Hopefully avoid slipping into the usual millennial existential.
read. I wish I'm actually
a Mathis, though. Yeah, I was
waiting for that. Full fucking circle. Listen,
that doesn't happen very often.
Someone being willing to claim
to be a Mathis is putting yourself in
immediate danger to be
scrutinized by everybody who knows you.
I don't say I'm a Mathis. I definitely
scrutinized by all my friends. Exactly.
You know the weight that comes with it, you know?
Yeah, they don't even like me.
They're like, just to be safe, they don't
let you in Chuck Echee's anymore.
They don't do that. No. I know. I haven't
tried just to be safe and it's not about the kids it's about the it's about the
it's about the mascots i didn't say it was about the kids i was that chucky cheese
once ago with my son and there was his dad that just was in front of the basketball machine for like
45 minutes i was like fucking move bro move he was for living the high school days he was having
he was he's like i could hit every one of these if i wanted to he was but like bros he was 35 and his
wife of 15 years like left them and he's just trying to go back to where he is he was
He was scared by himself because Chuckie Cheeses the last time he really enjoyed life.
Did you ever think maybe he just likes the pizza?
No, I don't know.
I don't believe that.
Do they serve whiskey at Chuckie cheese?
They should.
The ball.
That's what it was for.
It's the best place to play basketball and it's the best pizza in town.
Did you ever think of that?
I was a DZ Discovery Zone kid.
That's what?
That explains so much.
That explains so much.
That is so off brand.
You know why?
Because because you can be a kid on your own there.
Exactly.
Exactly.
DC Discovery Zone where you can be
free and on your own. Did you guys ever go
to the so cool,
so fun IX indoor amusement park?
Is that Cleveland? Don't even know what that's
got to be a Jesse question. You guys go to Cleveland and go to our IX
indoor indoor. The so cool, so fun
I X indoor music park. All your questions from Columbus.
I got there was a memory on lock.
What was it? Wolf Lodge.
Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And Sandusky.
Yeah, Wolf Lodge. You got to go to
Cedar Point. Kings Island.
Like those are the spots.
Great Wolf Lodge is just wet Chucky cheese.
Jesse, you never been to IAX Indoor?
Never been.
Really?
I haven't.
You want to go with me?
I haven't here.
What kind of stuff do you do?
I'm a Dave and Busters guy now.
David Buster?
What kind of stuff do you do at?
All like mobile games,
but big.
Low.
Like for a ninja?
Yeah.
It's just mobile games.
I know.
Well,
that's what kids like.
Floppyburn.
What do you do with that park?
I extend door amusement park?
Uh,
I know this is,
one of those like it they bring all the shit
inside a big thing.
Is it like a zip line, indoor zip line?
No, no, it's not year round.
It's not.
Then what's the point?
It's a convention center.
They have to convent other things.
We should do our next live episode there.
Yeah, we'll fill that space.
Can you zip line around the inside?
Can I?
There was a zip line.
Can I, can we do a show there?
But I show up as an expert who knows about the hauntings
at that place.
And then I just make up a bunch of
I would do it.
I was going to say, what is this character you're building for me right now?
Is it just Jesse lying on stage?
That's right.
That's right.
I'm going to talk about.
Yeah, but we have to get an audience of like children because that's how it really lands.
And we like,
oh, their legs were ripped off when they went down on a slide.
I'll go on the zip line and I'll undue their broccoli.
You guys are asking how big the I Exed Northern amusement park is.
I really am.
You mean it's not a aircraft hanger that could hang that could fit a cruise ship inside?
It is huge.
Are you, is it really?
Yeah, it's legitimately giant.
I'm going.
I'm going.
I'm going to this park.
I'm going.
We're not doing the live show.
I'm going to.
I got to flip it up now.
Okay.
Yeah.
I'll continue.
What is this?
I X indoor music.
No,
I'm looking it up.
We're pausing the episode.
This is part in.
Al.
Our.
X.
You're up.
Your story.
When we're confronted with a mystery,
we like to solve it.
I waited three years for you guys to do my story.
It was all about the I-XC.
It is really a convention center.
There is one exhibit just looks like it's a cyber truck.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, it's an auto show.
Okay, this thing is huge.
Yes.
Okay, this is an expo.
Wait, is this where the fan expo was?
Yes.
No, no, that was.
You guys remember when we had that live show announced two weeks before the live show,
and we definitely couldn't fill it?
We should do that with this.
We should do a live show two weeks before we do a live show at this huge place.
It's also sponsored by Myers, which is hilarious to me.
Shout out Myers.
That's my weekly grocery store.
They used to build tanks in there.
No,
no Myers out by me.
Sorry.
You're a little too sad.
I got H.E.B.
I got Kroger.
I got H.E.B.
Nope.
I got Mires.
I got Bucys.
You got a big bird.
You got John Nia?
I got abusees out here.
I got one's got John is up.
Uses.
We got Ralph's ever heard of it?
I have.
Ralph's just
Grover.
Let's not pretend.
It's all the same company.
No.
It's a different, Joe.
It's different.
Jesse,
what was the last time you went to a market district or giant eagle?
Oh,
the last time I was in Pittsburgh,
I went to an eagle.
Yeah,
there you go.
Yeah,
that's right.
The giant eagle.
I went to an eagle.
And then,
uh,
yeah,
I don't know.
When I was in Chicago,
I went to a,
uh,
Meyer and that was like a year ago.
So I'm still,
I'm still keeping up with what's going on.
Midwest.
The Midwest.
New grocery store brands.
Reconnecting.
with the giant.
No,
but real talk,
look,
the Northeast has
Wegmans is the best.
That's the winner.
Of all grocery stores,
Wegmans.
Look it up.
I've never been.
It's like a poser.
I can't comment.
It's the best.
I miss it.
It's in the,
it was in the Northeast.
It must be in the Midwest,
too,
but like,
when I lived in New York,
Wegmans.
Yeah,
we didn't,
I don't know,
Wegmans.
I see your Wegmans.
It was like an experience.
I could get sushi
and the sushi there was good.
It's like,
it's one of those companies
where they take care of the staff.
So everyone who works there, like gives a shit.
That's like Buckees is great.
This is me as term.
They pay their people really well.
And like Publix is fucking awesome.
You guys,
let me tell you about a little place called Gelson's.
Gelson's is like the Buckees of your dreams.
And it's closer to me than a Buckees.
So I like it more.
That's basically what it is.
And I think we all feel the same about the one that's.
Right.
But have you heard about Amazon.com?
Because guys.
I think it's kind of blow up.
They have everything.
How's their sushi?
I wouldn't wager you could probably find it on there now.
It's fast.
And I would be nervous to try it.
They have the bad Kupy mayonnaise though on there.
So don't buy on there.
You can get better.
You get the real stuff at Target.
Don't get on Amazon.
Okay.
Back to the listener story.
First, he says he has a couple things.
He wants this thing we're interested in.
First, he's a music producer, but not his day job.
He's in several.
He's where he promotes himself.
Hold on now.
Let's hear it. Let's hear it.
Yeah, yeah.
He's a keyboardist. He's a lead guitarist.
He also has his own synth wave project.
He's kind of sick.
Yo!
He's provided...
Is it called Ghost the machine?
If it's not, it needs to be.
Ghost the machine?
Ghost the machine.
Like leave it on red?
Yeah, leave it.
I guess, yes. Like don't show up at the day.
Like no AI.
Go, dude.
Fuck, what a great...
Like, that's so good, actually.
I'm actually mad at how good that is.
Ghost the machine, bro.
Hack the planet.
Bro.
Oh, hashtag ghost the machine for anti-AI.
I've been, I've provided soundtracks for a few short movies and mostly do this as a hobby.
Ready music for me is like others playing video games.
I enjoy the intro and outro music and occasionally background advert music.
If you were all interested in anything else, you Brad.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
It's also a pitch.
Yes.
It took us three years.
The least we can do is let you have a track.
Yeah.
Also, send us an email.
I can, yeah, yeah, send us an email.
We'll get to it again another three years.
I'll mark it and I'll get back to you in three years.
Shooting your shot.
And it's a guest episode.
So you got two clubs.
Yeah.
We're better.
We're here.
Yeah.
Throw them an email.
Throw believing the bizarre email as well.
I can get you original unlicensed music.
Fingers snaps fingers.
I like it.
Also one of my bands I'm in has a song called Reptillions by Parade of Bad Guys.
I think Matt, this would really enjoy this.
It's a band called Parade of Bad Guys.
Here's the link.
If you want to play it on the show, you can.
Yeah.
I'll be sick.
Here's my sound cloud.
No words of you do.
I also have a book in my possession called Transformation of America.
Trance isn't like the music style of trance.
I imagine.
It was given to me by a Canadian friend a few years back.
He told me it is banned in the U.S.
but doesn't really appear to be.
I don't think it's not trans music man.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Time out, time out, time out.
So his Canadian friend gave him music called what?
No, it is a book.
No, it's a book.
He all has a book in his possession called Transformation of America.
I don't think it's about trans music.
No, no, I think it's about meditating and going into a trans problem.
For America.
But so is it like, dear America, what the hell?
Love Canada.
It's time to chill the fuck out, Bruce.
I think Canada's in the Americas, right?
That's true.
You are very true.
America.
Yeah, that's on us.
Actually.
You're right.
You think like, I am right, Tyler.
Why are you laughing so hard?
No, it's the I think.
I don't want to go outright and say, calm down.
They are.
Are you saying that transformation is like a pun on United States of America?
Like you're like it's transformation of America.
This is transformation.
That's what that's trying to get.
Transformation of America.
Transforming America.
He says,
he can forward it to us in a peop box,
whoever received things,
but he's read some of it.
It reads like journal entries and is more or less a woman's story about being some
kind of sex slave to the rich and powerful CIA.
That's not what I thought is this all.
You guys could have broke the Epstein files, but three years ago.
God damn it.
That's what I get for not going back to a story after three years.
He says,
odd piece for sure.
I'm going to read more before I send it.
Sorry for the lack of details as a type.
He's like, do you want my half-read book?
That's exactly what he's like, actually, I'm going to read a little bit more.
I want him to make an audio book and that had the music behind it.
Yeah, he can make a whole product actually added this.
Yeah.
In the end, I have a few stories.
I'm pretty solidly in the Jesse camp when it comes to my skepticism.
This is in the level of quality quantifiable evidence needed to confirm a story, but nonetheless, shit happens.
I'll pass along the sightings I've had real quick before we get into some very odd happenings from my child at home that have always perplexed me.
Feel free to share as much as little on the podcast, the sightings.
There's nothing real quick about this.
No, no, no.
I can scroll forward.
There's nothing quick about this at all.
I'm still scrolling.
I'm still scrolling.
I've finished.
Listen, I bookmark this.
I do,
I owe myself to get this out there into the public.
The sightings.
I have actually had six unexplained sightings.
Three of them took place in North Idaho.
And three of them taking place in southern Idaho.
Idaho, bro.
It's just,
yeah.
You literally could have just said,
I had six sightings in Idaho would have been more condensed.
I've had other unexplained sightings while on the road.
but I've always assumed I was by one to insert in east Idaho and so I'm not on the road
it's mostly in Idaho
some streets but I've always assumed it was just a far away airplane or light
there's been a stationary object or two as well but I can't place the time place or situation
if only there was some way to like place times in like really like like a loaf but then like
sectioned yeah yeah I don't know what he was signing up for when he
sent us the story.
Isn't it just like a timeline?
I don't want to like jump on this.
They're like a time slice.
Just a portion. A slice of pie.
You would think,
you would think that it would make sense
to make sort of a timeline.
But why do that?
When you could take the idea of a timeline
and break it down in a way
that makes it twice as confusing,
why not do that?
No, no, no.
It lent it greater significance.
And that's what at least that's what it says
in the encyclopedia.
This is just.
That's just what it says.
I don't know.
Why take a concept everyone understands and use it when you can make it a time slices.
A new way of judgment.
The concept everyone understands.
Charlie, I need the two of you without saying why or how and don't even inform your
audience to use time slices in one episode as a format of your time and just see how your
audience reacts.
Like if you do like a weird mystery thing and there's timestamps, instead of saying
timestamp or this hour or whatever, just say our next time.
time slice. It takes us three days in the future. I think honestly, new or new slice. I think honestly,
if we're being real, you know, like how some people you just want to punch them in the face.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think time slice is like a word that you just want to punch in the face. And I just think saying it 65 times in one
episode made the audience want to punch that word. Definitely the word. It was right, right. Right. Right. I kind of
rejecting you with the concept. No, they loved me. They loved me. It makes time sound like a big pizza.
and we're all just a part of the pizza.
Yeah, I like it.
Kind of a flat circle.
I'm on time's sliced side.
That's right.
All right.
This is like when people finally started liking sorcerer years later
and it really helped William Freedkin
come back together as an artist.
I'm so glad we have you two here to help Alex work through some trauma.
I'm in favor.
I'm also really big into selling stories not chronologically.
Oh my God.
Yeah.
I just feel like time slice fits that style really well.
You can grab it.
The first slice can be anywhere on the pie.
You can.
Imagine the 18-100.
Yeah.
Yeah, but you're like biting the crust first when you tell your stories.
That sometimes is good.
If it's stuff crust, do you know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Thank you, Alex.
But I try to avoid that kind of pizza because the cheese makes me poop my pants.
Sorry.
That's just Alex, everything makes you poop your pants, dude.
Eventually, if I don't, if I wait long enough.
Can I ask a totally question like off side try?
This might get cut.
How many times have you poop your pants in your adult life?
Because I have done it.
three times. Wait, I only know about
two. Pretty sure it's three. Without knowing
it was going to happen. Yeah.
Like a shark situation. Did you plan it out?
No, like an oopsie.
Tuesday. You thought that was
gas and then it wasn't kind of thing? One that wasn't a choice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Probably two or three times.
Wait, for sure. I feel like you got to tell the story now, Charlie.
Which one? Which one? You know which one.
The one. Which? Which.
Which? I'm referring to shit stories.
The one that I was there for. Confident. Confident. Confident. My
our audience does not know any of these.
No, they know one.
No, actually, that was segue.
I think they already get the gist, to be honest.
Yeah, no.
So at the universe,
Akron, they had this, this restaurant called
Ohio Burger.
Ohio Burger is now my nemesis.
You got to let me say what I saw.
I will.
I'll get there.
All right.
So we had Ohio.
I'm so confused as to where the shit story is going to go.
It's in the University of Akron.
Yep.
Shout out of Akron.
And we,
virtually all applicants accepted.
Virtually.
And we,
we had food.
And then we were walking.
on campus. You had a burger with an egg on it.
Fucking awesome. And
my roommate, Alex, Alex, who saw the ghost.
Yep. We were, we had
a test that we had to follow up and like go to the board
to see our grades. And it was
in this building called Kraus. And we were all around
through Kraus looking for this goddamn board. And I
could not find it. And eventually
my son goes, hello,
motherfucker. And
it's gurgling at me. And I
didn't realize. And no one
could find a bathroom in this building.
And by the time we finally found him. We literally went from
first floor to third floor to second floor to first floor back to third floor and some guys like
it's on the third to the right but you have to like put a special pass right well we tried leaving
over that i know we tried leaving going back to the dorm and as you left i used had this like oh
face yeah and then then we went back to cross it was too like a piece of like a piece of human like
animal happiness like a free yeah so charlie finds a bathroom goes in i had a time slice in the
bathroom. He and Alex
are standing in the hallway, just talking
because you know it's going to be a minute. And then
we see this dude walking
this older guy.
And the door is like a swinging door.
And so it's like, we catch it in
fragments. We catch it at times.
And sometimes the first
slices, a guy walks in.
And the second slices, oh, Charlie's
out. He's done. And the third slice,
the small slices, he's washing his
underwear in the sink.
Oh, no.
Hey, you know what?
We've been, we've seen that kind of, I know, I've been, I've been some places very similar to that sometimes.
We always joke that the old guy was just like, yeah, I've been there too.
I ended up throwing away the underwear from Sharon Barrens, Marybitterson, and ran home.
In tears.
One time when I was in seventh grade, I sneezed and I poop my pants.
That's, there you go.
You're a kid.
He was a grown-ass man.
Seventh grade is beyond the point where it's chilled to poop your pants.
just so you guys.
Just so you guys know,
like seventh grade,
that's like a guy.
You can like almost drive a car.
Like if he's shitting his pants,
he's got to hold it down.
He's got to stop and look inward and fix it.
He's got goop in his hair.
He's trying to get with a girl.
Came Howard.
One time when I was a Boy Scout at the Camp Yagu,
I slipped on a pile of human shit in the bathroom.
No.
Right in it.
No.
Alex,
does that ever happen to you?
You ever slipped in a bathroom?
Yeah,
one time I slipped in in,
in the audience's piss and
sliced open both my knees in the
bathroom during a show because I was so wasted because I let everybody just bring me drinks.
That was like the first Chile Man Live show.
And I was just trying to be a bro.
People were putting drinks on the table.
Come up to the stage and just put beers on the table.
I had to I had to pee so bad.
I went to the bathroom.
And then this guy heard me fall down in the bathroom.
I was like, ah!
Like I hit the ground on both my knees.
And he was like, dude, I'd turn around to help you, but I'd pee on you.
You got sterile piss on your open wounds when you landed on your knees.
That's really comfortable.
I mean, I didn't get sick from it, but I do look like this now.
So who knows?
Hey, I wonder if Al had any sightings.
Let's talk about real quick.
Yeah.
He says the first sighting wasn't actually a sighting.
It was an experience and by far the weirdest.
I was camping with my friends back in 2006.
I was 20 at the time.
I only remember that because getting out of,
alcohol was still a pain in the ass.
Damn.
We had been, I wasn't drinking when I was 12.
I was 20 in 2006 as well.
Fuck, I can't believe that was 20 years ago.
We had been floating the Coeur de Allene.
Is that you said?
Cordillane.
That's where Dan, that's where Dan Cummins is from.
Oh, cool.
I didn't know that.
They were floating that river all day and we were back at our campsite.
The campground is called Devil's Elbow and is relatively close to the Montana border.
This site is actually.
one of the best maintained campgrounds I've ever stayed at.
My friends had been drinking a little after we came back from the river.
At this point in my life, I wasn't very good at drinking.
And on this day, I was very dehydrated.
Though I wanted to drink, just didn't keep up with the water, it seems like.
You know, he should have been drinking more water as I was downing booze.
Yeah.
So I wanted to drink.
I knew better and I couldn't partake.
No other extracurriculars were involved.
As the evening continued, eventually everyone retired to their tents.
I think it was somewhere between 10, 11 p.m.
Because it was midsummer and completely dark.
My friend and his girlfriend at the time went to a tent on the other side of the small campfire.
I was sharing a tent with my other friend.
Campfires always keep me up if they aren't fully extinguished.
So I was just relaxing and watching the glow of the fire slowly die down through the tent wall.
That's the awareness I do not have.
I'd be able to fall asleep in two seconds with a fire.
Yeah.
I could sleep in the war of a fire.
I'm just like, the night.
It's gone.
I'm done.
Smokey and the bear would be disappointed.
He would.
And I would be comfortable and happy.
Come on, dude.
The campground is situated right next to the river in a valley.
Our site was about 50 yards from the only road and 20 yards from the river.
The road winds in and out of view both site and orally.
I bring that up because this is a popular logging route for semis.
You could hear and see a truck when it was a mile out,
but it would disappear for a while as it navigated the twists and turns of the valley road.
The visual and sound of the truck would then return when it was about 200 yards out.
This is important to the story.
You can see what I mean on a map.
Search devil's elbow campground, middle of nowhere, and a singular winding road.
And then he actually gives the actual.
Can't confirm.
Orniz if you want to look those up.
Portland National Forest in the stove pipe of Idaho, if you will, about halfway up the pipe.
And it's like if you've ever gone to camping or hiking, it's true like the woods can do funny things to noise.
like it can make noise feel like it's coming from weird directions like it said go completely
mute randomly also i just want to stress and i mean this not even like as a joke that that the like
stove pipe as i was called it of idaho i firmly believe is the craziest part of this country
if there was insane things happening it would be there i believe that in my core because i've never
heard a story from that part of the country
that wasn't bat shit insane.
It's rural empty road.
Like it's any, it's like what you were talking about the other day in that fucking
trucker episode. Like there's just parts.
Like there's just parts of life where it's rural.
But like it's the kind of rural that's like,
we don't want you here.
Yeah.
You can like control your surroundings when there's like a hundred people that feel the same
way.
Yes.
Oh yeah.
That's like a lot of the vibe there is a little like, if you
you're not from here, we don't want you around.
So even the people scare me.
Yeah, my dad and I drove through the country when I was 17 and we drove through Idaho.
And legitimately the vibes were off.
The whole thing.
The whole thing was off.
We had to get our car looked at in Ohio, Idaho, Idaho.
Ohio.
Even people from Ohio doing that makes me feel really good.
Like honestly, it was, it was awful.
I was like, why are we here?
And he's like, well, the car is not working.
Fuck.
Yeah, you don't have a choice.
Sorry, you've got to be stuck in a weird-ass town.
You know where Bill for a minute.
I love that feeling more than it.
It makes me feel so alive.
I mean, it's terrifying.
But I mean,
stuck in town.
But then when you get like a burger afterwards,
oh man.
That's like a horrible.
So yeah,
Alex's stories in weird towns always end in like a local burger place.
That was worth all the weirdness.
You should travel with me,
guys.
That like Alex Chaos Magic's food,
like great food to him.
No matter where he is in the country,
Alex will Chaos Magic good food.
To his decision.
I'm letting you know from like Spokane all the way through the stovepipe to like Glacier
National Park.
That area, anyone who's ever been there will tell you.
That is like the scariest place in the United States.
That's like the silent.
I'm not going to say the name of the town.
I was at Glacier National Park a week ago.
And the town right near there, I was like, we got to get out of here.
We got to get.
Isn't there also a town in like the Grand Canyon that's also like a leave me the fuck alone
town in the middle of the grand i think that's all native people though okay yes but still like aren't
isn't it like a do you're like you're not don't go there's it's like those beaches like those surf
beaches where it's like oh locals only fuck off there's just a type of person that belongs at this
beach and you yeah yeah yeah it because you're not from around here it has nothing to do with
anything else you know there's a nicholas cage movie where he is in that exact situation he really
wants to surf the beach is that doesn't surprise me i feel like jesse that's like a nick that's like
just Nick Cage's life.
Yeah, exactly.
I brought this dinosaur skull.
I'm going to surf it.
They're like, no, Nick, stop.
Oh, do it.
He's about to get a little MCU money.
You know we're about to see him as ghost rider, though,
in like Secret Wars or something.
Fuck, yeah, dude.
Oh, of course.
I'm going to see.
All right, all right, back to the first sighting here.
Since getting into the tent,
we'll see if we even get through all this,
all the stories here.
Since getting into the tent an hour or so earlier,
I had heard a few vehicles already.
The sound of a large truck appearing,
disappearing,
appearing, passing, and then red shifting away.
I'm picturing Ace Ventura.
Isn't red shifting?
That's also a horror movie, right?
Redshift? I think it is.
Actually, maybe it's a car movie?
I don't know movies.
Both.
I wouldn't know.
I don't know.
It was probably around midnight, and I was now staring at the glow stick,
hanging from the top of the tent when I started to hear an odd noise.
I initially thought it was the camp post's golf cart.
This particular host used an electric golf cart to occasionally go around and check in to make sure nobody was burning the place down or anything.
My initial description of this sound was akin to tires on pavement, like a crackling, crunching, whirring, whirring of some sort.
I thought it was the golf cart because it seemed clear, close, and there was no engine noise.
It dissipated like it was just some faraway traffic.
I thought nothing of it, except the sound didn't totally die away like it was a car navigating those turns.
Instead, it initially receded slightly and then it very quickly started getting louder and louder.
It was also no longer sounding like tires on the road.
It was a hum, crackle, and a low frequency rumble I have never since quite experienced,
which I will note is immediately reminiscent of many UAP sightings, especially ones that are up close,
the weird rumble hum that people tend to be in when it arrives, a crackle in the air,
a weird change in like the atmosphere around them.
He goes on to say,
Now I have played and ran sound for hundreds,
if not thousands of live shows since 2006.
I've experienced all sorts of weird frequencies
coming out of speakers.
This was and still is completely foreign.
The sound initially started near the right side
of my prone body, the roadside.
As it grew louder,
the sound became all encompassing.
It seemed like it was right above me.
I sat up.
The volume continued to grow until it was about as last.
as a rock concert.
If I had yelled, someone might be able to discern what I was saying.
But that wasn't all that changed about the sound.
The pressure or intensity was ramping up with the volume,
which is what I mean when I say the atmosphere around someone tends to change to,
like things just feel.
It feels like when you're in front of a speaker, though, too,
let me tell you.
Like when you're at like a BDM show or some shit and it's like you're there,
you can watch videos of people getting their clothes like ripped off.
Completely foreign.
and I feel like we're going to have to deport this sound.
Oh,
God,
damn it.
Wow,
that's going to get cut,
huh?
No,
no, no,
that has to stay.
That has to stay.
That joke has to stay in a,
it took me too long for it to click,
to be honest with you.
He goes on to say,
I had my hands over my ears,
but it was forcing its way through my hands
into my ears and body.
The sound was so intense.
It felt like the ground was vibrating and my vision was shaking.
I've experienced this phenom
with some resonant bass,
frequencies, which is what Alex was like just saying.
I started attempting to talk myself into bolting, but I was paralyzed with fear.
At a certain point around a minute or so into the experience, it felt like it was all coming
to a fever pitch and my body wouldn't be able to take the pressure of the sound much longer.
My eyes couldn't focus and I was expecting something to burst through my tent at any moment
or literally rip it to shreds.
The sound was so huge, it felt like it could crush me.
And then the sound, gone.
It switched off like it never existed or happened, like a light switch.
No reverb or echo lingering around whatsoever bouncing around the valley.
No longer consumed in fear, I jumped out of my bag and unzipped the tent door and stuck my head out.
Nothing.
No lights, no entities or people, no golf cart.
The campfire was still slowly dying away.
I was in shock and couldn't believe it.
I stared out into the darkness and could hear the river babbling nearby.
It was otherwise completely silent.
No bugs or nature making any noise, which is also extremely guise.
goddamn common when you APs are close for some reason.
That's true.
So creepy.
All these are hidden check marks of like all dealing with missing is you literally looking out
and seeing it.
You got like the experience almost of it like passing over you.
Like what if Smokey the Bear just got like an upgrade though?
Like you know, like he gave Smoky the bear and his anti-fire machine and it's like a huge
He said no one drive around.
He's like put him out, bitches.
Smoker the bear.
Smoker the bear.
He's like the multiverse traversed.
Don't you pan dropping link?
Yeah, it rolls you up into a cigar and smokes you.
It smokes you and you get pulled into another dimension.
It's like.
This is what it would be like to burn in a forest fire, kid.
Using the multiverse.
Oh, that'd be Grace Kang the Conquer.
So it all still felt quite eerie.
I eventually closed the tent back up and sat in there wondering what the hell just happened.
My friend and his girlfriend were snoring in their tent,
and my friend had never even stirred through the whole experience.
After a long while and the fire was completely out,
I eventually got back into my bag and managed to snooze.
When I awoke, the next morning, everyone was still asleep.
I physically can't sleep in, long story.
When everyone eventually made it out of their tents,
I asked them if they heard anything the previous night.
Nobody could corroborate my story or anything that I had heard.
They all agreed and said it was probably just a truck.
No way.
Years later, my logical brain thinks the only explanation
would have to be some kind of infrasound acoustic phenomenon,
oftentimes speculated with the Dietlop past incident,
Yeah, which we talked about in detail when we covered that early in our show's life.
Yeah, it's one of the ones that makes the most sense.
I think it also might have been Elsa, but that we can move on from that.
It's a whole other, like, yeah, that's a whole other episode.
I think it's probably smoky who remains, dude, I think.
That's true.
He probably did.
However, he says, no wind.
To this day, I have zero idea what this could have been, though I saw nothing.
I've never experienced anything like it except for when I have access to a full PA system
and all of my synthesizers.
and even then the pressure can't be emulated.
I still do a lot of camping and hiking in the back country.
There are times in the night, early morning, when nature becomes utterly still.
I could have had some weird waking nightmare and snapped out of it right before the birds woke up.
But like I stated above, nothing quite like this has happened before or since.
And also, that doesn't really fit with a night terror or like a, is that what it's called?
Yeah.
Yeah.
The paralyzation.
Sleep paralysis.
Yeah.
Like, it's usually, you don't, you usually can't move around.
Right.
I mean, like, you know, like he didn't, I don't know.
It's, it fits and takes all of the auditory and environmental change boxes of a UAP encounter, minus the fact that you didn't see it because you didn't come out of your tent.
Yeah.
It's a weird one.
It's strange, but I, you're right, though, because he did move like immediately after this, it wasn't sleep paralysis.
What if it's just?
the planet fart. What if the, what if like, you know how like dirt you can like, if you like
put like water sometimes with dirt like eventually like like like if you actually mix them
together yourself though, sometimes it'll be like, you know, it'll be like, yeah. What if that's
how bigfoot arrives? Well, like if you put, you know, like when you put coffee and then he's in
it. When you put water like a little bit of water in your coffee grounds and then the coffee grounds
like puff up and a bunch of bubbles come out. I just want to point out for the record, Mathis's
vibe of how Bigfoot spawns is the same way
Orici and Lord of the Rings are made.
You're right.
You're correct.
You're actually correct.
Yep.
Not original thought,
unfortunately.
They come out.
They're like,
R.
And I love that.
It's true.
They come out and they look like human babies,
but very quickly they grow fur.
Do other,
do other,
I was going to say,
Urichai,
do other Bigfoot,
like rip them open and like hit them with the hand?
No, like an old man and all white does it.
Okay.
Everything like bananas, back on the menu, boys.
All he's got, really.
Shut up.
All right.
The other two sightings in North Idaho are very similar to each other and likely something
explainable.
I think these two sightings happened around 2016 to 2017-ish.
The first time I saw it, my mom was also a witness.
The second time was approximately a year later and I was alone.
Both sightings were at night.
Both times I was sitting in our family hot tub, relaxing, totally sober.
I'm jealous.
Me too. Yeah, me too. I never had a family hot tub. I don't have a family hot tub.
Wish I had a family hot tub. Come on. Family. Let's get into tell us.
Nepo baby. Nepo babies. I had a condo and we had a, we had a pool, but no hot tub.
I had a pool. I wish I had a family. God damn it. I was facing West and looking up at a 45 degrees.
The first time I was mid-conversation with my mom when something caught my eye, a bright light moving quickly in the sky, heading west to
east. It was briefly blocked by some branches and then it came into full view. I watched it for
several seconds before telling my mom to take a look. She saw it immediately because it was about as
bright as Jupiter. I think I watched it for, uh, I think I watched it for a total of eight to 12
seconds before it simply blinked out. She saw the same thing I did. I've seen things like this in the
sky. I've talked about it on the show before. He's seen it weird during the show recording
and like gotten up and checked on it. And then one time, eventually it disappeared. And then
It's so interesting the difference.
So you will see something in the sky and you will like, oh my God, I'm an obsess over
this.
What did I just see?
What was that?
Yeah.
Alex and I this past weekend went to a Star Wars concert in Irvine.
And it was like an outdoor thing and it was like an orchestra and stuff.
And there was a living in food trucks and hundreds, I don't know, maybe a thousand people
or whatever.
It was a big show.
Yeah.
And in the sky, Alex's wife and a lot of people pointed out there was like a light.
like a blinking light did not move the entire time.
It was just up in the sky.
I saw it.
Acknowledged it and never once thought about it again.
Yeah.
Could be a drone.
Yeah,
I was thinking drone maybe.
But see,
it was like,
like,
far.
Far.
Far distance away.
It was a far away.
It was like looking at being this kind of thing.
But like,
I think like that's why I obsess over what I seen the sky because I've learned,
I've been able to learn what things look like.
I've learned basically like,
So much basic fucking astrology or astronomy, not astrology.
Well, both actually.
I make that mistake all the time.
Yeah, exactly.
But like, and I've really come to familiar with just like what satellites tend to look like in the sky and all the different kinds of satellites and the iridium flares that can happen with satellites.
Things that help.
Oh, okay.
Wait.
Can you explain exactly what that is?
Because I think I saw it in Bryce Canyon and I was tripping.
An iridium flare is when you either see a bright flash in the sky briefly.
Yes.
Or a satellite that's tracking gets really bright quickly and then disappears.
Is that from the sun?
Is that just sun reflection?
It's the way the actual, it's either the satellite moving, just coming out of the reflective
positional where the sun is hitting it and you're getting one.
Or it's when a satellite is turning its dishes, catching the light really brightly for a moment
before it continues, it moves out of the sun's ability to catch it.
It also is, it can determine where, what can determine if it happens is how or where in the
atmosphere it is because there's different satellites on different layers of the atmosphere.
So if it's lower, you can see them later into the night because able to catch the sun for a
longer period of time.
And then sometimes you just catch a really bright flash of orange.
Because the sun was the sun had dropped when we saw it.
So I was wondering why I assume that's what it was.
But without the sun being around, I was like that or even like setting.
I'm like that's so strange.
So what is that called again?
An eridium flare.
Yeah.
Yeah, you can look it up.
It's usually low, low flying satellites right around 9 to 10ish PM is where you're going to see them more up.
Most likely.
That is exactly.
I feel like I've seen this.
I feel like I've seen this also.
Like this feels like it is explained several things.
It's super exciting when you see it the first time.
It is.
Then you do research and you start learning, you see more of them, which is what makes the weird things I've seen more interesting.
The things that don't move in a straight line that do stop and start and readjust course and like linger.
And I'm like in a very, very, very drone restrictive area because I'm super near the airport.
And so like if you if you fly drones out here, you have to be under 500 feet and you have to get a permit and the permits for like an hour and you can't do it in certain areas completely because just planes everywhere.
But like, yeah, you start to learn what's in the sky.
So when you see stuff in the sky, you start being able to like knock out what it is and what it isn't.
for this guy, he says, he saw it about, blinked out, moved about 45 degrees of a directly above us.
I've obviously seen lots of planes, meteors, and satellites in the night sky up there.
Though there is some light pollution, the night sky is still pretty open and bright.
The same thing happened approximately a year later in the same section of the sky.
I've considered this to be potentially be a plane spotlight or some kind of landing light.
However, this was moving too fast to be a plane and not exactly in a direction.
of a local airport.
Though it didn't display any outrageous maneuverability,
it has always just seemed a bit odd.
Too fast and too bright to be a satellite.
I'm assuming it was probably a media.
Too fast,
too furious.
Vin Diesel was up there.
He's like,
yeah,
he's just racing that.
No,
I don't want to,
I don't want to ruin this great moment.
Yes, you do.
The ninth movie,
they did go to space.
They did go to space.
They did go to space in their,
like last move in one of their later
It could be Vin Diesel.
Actually, that's wrong.
It would have to be ludicrous.
Uh,
would have to be up there.
Cause he went to space.
Yeah.
He said,
Luda.
Yeah.
Like,
this about to be an eridium flag.
Yeah.
It's quite possible.
They are up there right now looking down.
Like for what he says is like,
you know,
he says it was moving too fast.
I will also say there are saddle,
depending on how close to Earth's like Earth it is.
Some satellites look extremely bright and move pretty fucking fast, like surprisingly fast across the sky.
So you get to be like weary of that.
Why are you moving so fast kind of thing?
Like, or a little we're doing a couple times where I'm like, oh, wow, that's moving really quickly.
But like, especially if it's a satellite that was launched within a day where they're still like moving and like catching their.
They can look like they're moving extremely quickly.
But who knows?
He says there's some general weirdness up north.
Maybe it's because of this.
Alex, do you want to take it from here and continue on?
Sure.
There's a somewhat secret submarine base in Lake Pend, Oriole, not far from my family's home.
That's right.
This lake is so deep that they test subs in it.
I'm not privy to anything that has been tested there.
If I was going to make any assumptions based on snippets I found out, it would be stealth technology
development and testing for drone-esque submarines, all military-related, but they won't tell you that.
My childhood best friend's dad was the director of the facility for many years.
for many years at Lake Penn Oriole in the 90s to 2000s.
I always had a bunch of questions for him, but he would never answer anything.
Guy rarely talked in general.
My friend said his dad would never disclose anything to him either.
He was an odd fella.
He just always had a red like sniper got on his forehead.
He's like, oh, no, that's a question.
Work was very boring today.
I tell you, I have to kill you.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
No, no.
He was an odd fella.
he practiced some kind of karate or martial arts religiously and was extremely bright.
He sadly passed away from cancer around 2008.
As you know, nuclear sites are always a site of a high concentration of weirdness and cancer.
Are they testing this kind of propulsion or weaponry up there?
No idea, but something to consider for the conspiracy lovers out there.
That was in italics.
So I didn't really know how to take italics, but I did my best.
I don't think it's a conspiracy.
They're testing stuff.
like they're definitely testing stuff.
Radiation is just radiation that fucks you up.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, exactly.
It gets in your DNA and messes all up and where you writes it.
Also, nuclear sites are also very highly active UAP zones.
True.
That's true.
It shows up constantly.
Oh, that's true.
Because it's like what you got in that, what you got in that room?
What are you?
Yeah.
You better not use that.
What is that?
You better not use that.
What do you do?
Yeah, exactly.
What is that?
What is you got there?
When your dog gets a knife, you're like, eh, eh, eh, yeah, exactly.
It's the human zoo.
Yeah, Mars is always running around the goddamn night.
Stop it.
Stop it.
Imagine Smitty starts learning how to like use a knife with proficiency.
If he's like loading a rifle and cleaning it, like, hey, put that now.
You just look at your side-eyed.
Drop it.
Buts it back in the closet and closes it and locks it away and takes the ammo and stores it
separately because he knows it to do good gun safety.
It's not about that.
That's my cat, actually.
It's not about that he's a bad gun owner.
It's just that he shouldn't be using one at all.
All right.
Two-Siding is the same thing happened in Boise, Idaho during daylight hours in 20.
2014. The first one happened on a clear summer day. It had to have been May or June because it wasn't
quite hell. My girlfriend at the time and I were playing catch with the frisbee. We were in an open
grassy area, a standard city park. We may or may not have smoked a J-bone before this. Probably,
yes, actually. I mean, how much fun can you really have just playing catch with a Frisbee?
A lot of fucking smoked a J-bone. That J-bone had a lot of fun. This is just a stream of consciousness.
Yeah. I always love to say when I'm about to smoke, I'm going to put a giant J-bone in my mouth.
I added the J-bone B-poppin as my own little riff on this.
Regardless, my ex started having some issues holding on to the disc too long and completely miffling.
Miffing.
Miffing.
Miffing.
Miffing is that a little.
Miffling?
Miffling.
There's no L in there.
I'm tripping myself out.
Maybe I've had too many J-bones today.
It's completely miffling.
It feels like a race nor other rings.
Riffing.
Yeah.
Miffings?
It's miffing.
Yeah.
Miffings.
That's in Baldersgate three.
Yeah.
After the fourth or fifth utterly shanked throw, she started reorienting by throwing the
disc straight up in the air to herself.
Is this an Idaho slang?
This is like, miffing and shanking.
This person is like me where when I'm writing something, if I write the same word again,
I like go back and I'm like, what other word is there?
I don't want to say the signal.
I don't have to have to be.
Yeah, we play golf and we shank all the time.
You guys are just j in the bones and shankinging.
around kissing and shanking each other.
Yep.
That's not even golf.
That's love, man.
That's beautiful.
However, however, on the final practice throw, she let the frisbee drop to the ground and instead
pointed up and exclaimed, what the hell is that?
Everybody in the park, a kid's birthday party in a volleyball game was also taking place,
looked up and there was a collective stillness that overtook the area.
There was a moment in my head where the volleyball game, they all immediately stopped the
ball's midair and it just like, they looked up as a conch something in the fucking head.
Yeah.
That was in disclosure day.
Yeah.
Did you see that?
Yeah.
The news story hits and a guy just keeps pouring the coffee forever.
He keeps making new pots.
All right.
Everybody in the park, a kid's birthday party, directly above my girlfriend and I was a somewhat
amorphous looking object.
I've seen video pictures on our UFOs and the web that are similar, but are generally
explained away due to poor image quality.
It was very dark gray and it appeared to have some black markings.
there was a lighter section but I couldn't really get a good look at it seemed like it was a bit fuzzier out of focus
it was like a blob but definitely still had what looked like solid portions my vision was far from pervictive since gotten
LASIC but I had my contacts in it was potentially rotating sometimes your eyes get dry when you're honking the
j bone also true uh it was potentially rotating but it could have been a j bone is a fucking i need the
same that it was potentially the one that was amazing was from my wife's chat somebody said kissing the
Grinch.
Let's just serve for me.
It was potentially rotating.
This story to me is so suspect, just like
already.
Yeah.
Because I'm like, it feels like it was laced.
There's witnesses, though.
I don't believe it.
At this point.
Oh, we're on the jaybone.
We were all passing the jaybone.
Yeah, maybe.
Okay.
Anyway, it's potentially rotating, but it could have been a trick on my eyes.
It seemed a bit amorphous.
So it could have been moving along like usual for all I know.
No lights except for an occasional speck of odd orange or amber color that would come in
and out of view as it either rotated or.
or schlorped along.
It was like the orange was eminent.
Yeah, nice.
It was like the orange was emanating some kind of light,
but not the light we are all used to seeing.
The closest descriptions go along with other experiencers
when they see amber lights.
Difficult to describe.
No sound either.
It's one of those situations where I know I saw something,
but it was so foreign.
My brain couldn't put together what it actually was.
The object was completely silent
and maybe 500 to 1,000,000,
feet in elevation, so pretty low.
What sold this to me as a legitimate sighting was the travel.
It moved in a straight line, and there was no wind, and it moved very fast.
Actually, according to what Mathis just said, this is probably a satellite.
Yeah, radium flared.
It also could be literally what moves fast and flashes fucking space debris catching the sun.
Yep.
Gravity type shit.
When you watch a plane at cruising altitude of about 40,000 feet, you can almost tell
it is acting within a certain elevation,
appears to somewhat move in a slow arc
or with the lens of the sky, so to speak.
This moves straight.
This moves straight like a bullet out of a gun.
It moved in an east, northeast trajectory
straight out into the sky.
It never lowered towards the horizon at all.
It was a fascinating sight,
and I've never seen anything like it since.
We stood stunned in the park for a while.
I looked over to the people playing volleyball,
and they were still all standing around
scratching their heads,
getting hit in the head by volleyball
that they left hanging in the air
and pouring coffee into two minutes.
coffee mugs. Eventually, we went back to playing catch and the volleyballers went back to their match.
What else are you going to do? Start a cargo cult? I saw this object a second time a few months later
from inside my apartment. Yeah, yeah, Jesse's reaction to that was just, it was Jeff's kiss.
I saw this object to second time a few months later from inside my apartment. I glanced it,
recognized it, and attempted to run out the back door. This time, I was ready and was already
pulling out my phone. I was completely awestruck the first time. By the time I thought of
my phone, it was a speck in the distance. However, this time, the action of pulling out my phone
was my own undoing as my pocket turned inside out and got caught on the screen door handle as I
attempted to get outside and take a photo. I kind of fucking miss me, goosh.
In the last, the last story, he said it was fascinating and I'd never seen anything like it since.
Until now. Until now. And I saw it a second time a few months later. His door disarmed him.
His door like grabbed his hand. You think howl is it turned off the show.
Liam Neeson.
I mean, the problem is, is that it is no different than Mathis seeing something in the sky
and then suddenly seeing something in the sky all the time.
Yeah.
Yeah, but that first sighting was a fucking triangle.
That's what I'm saying is you saw one thing and then you were like, well, now I see things all the time.
I feel like it just unlocks you like your brain's like, oh, that's what it must be.
Or maybe that was your destiny.
Do you believe that?
Or no, but I think, Jesse, I will come to bat on your side for this.
Like, I agree.
I think because I saw something, I started looking way more.
Like, I was already looking a lot, but I started looking way more.
And yeah, especially in the early few months, every felt like I was seeing something in the sky constantly, only to learn that majority, if not all of those, especially the early stuff, was either a star that literally rose and settled over the horizon in under two hours.
So every time I looked, it was like in a different spot.
and that confused me.
Like,
from like satellite stuff.
Yeah,
I think this stuff,
especially if you've never seen it before
and you're looking in the sky more
than the first time,
you start seeing things that aren't actually like weird and bizarre.
Like when you buy an elantra,
you're always seeing elantras,
you know?
Dude,
that was me with my ex-B.
I was like,
God damn it,
everybody bought this brown box car.
Anyway,
I saw it pass overhead,
but I never saw where this one went
and haven't seen it again since until the next story.
Yeah.
The difference of deciding was that it was cloudy and windy.
It was moving against the wind.
Wind was blowing W and it was moving in the same E-N-E trajectory.
I don't have an explanation to this either.
I remain with me forever as anomalous.
The second time I saw the object,
it could have been a large black trash bag caught in the wind.
Though I highly doubt it,
there was a chance I was confused about the direction the wind was blowing.
The final siding is very likely to be explained as military.
the Boise area houses a slew of military aircraft A10s and F-16s fly over my office all day.
They are deafening if the windows are open.
Yeah.
They're also located in the IX and Dore amusement park.
Yes, that's where they sleep.
We'll be doing a live show there.
We'll let you know tomorrow.
It'll be there tomorrow amongst the planes.
Find us.
Find us.
Find us in the nest of the airplanes.
We also have our fair share of Blackhawks and the occasional F-35 that will visit from
Mountain Home.
There is also a very large tactical tank training facility out in the nearby desert.
The siding took place during the night around 11 p.m.
I just realized this.
I was with the same ex-girlfriend as the other sidings.
We were in the low foothills sitting on a blanketed bench and talking.
From our elevation advantage just north of the city, we could see all of the adjacent towns
and across the valley.
However, it was obviously dark.
We couldn't actually see the other side of the valley, but we knew about where it was.
I was looking east beyond the airport and towards the open day.
desert. There is a Butte out this way just past the airport. On the other side of the
Butte is where the tanks conduct the majority of their training exercises. There aren't any
radio towers that I'm aware of located here as it isn't very high. All of a sudden, around
10 orange or lights appeared. They stayed on for a while and just as suddenly they all turned off.
They blinked back on. I thought nothing of it. Likely some night signaling of some sort,
as you will call it night signaling. I'm not sure I know about that. Then they turn.
off again, this repeated a few times.
I then told my ex to watch these lights with me.
This time when they turned out and then turned back on,
they were in different configuration,
off on, different configuration.
They were probably 10 or 11 different configurations we saw.
Some had more lights, some had less.
This lasted for minutes,
long enough to take up my phone and attempt to film the event,
but the lights were too dim and too far away.
Eventually, they just didn't turn back on.
We waited and watched for a while, but nothing ever happened.
I boil it down to some kind of military exercise, but I'm not a military man, so I wouldn't know.
It honestly didn't seem paranormal.
I'm just a bit perplexed with the timing.
You've seen all the famous Flair video from 1997 Phoenix Lights.
You can only watch grainy VHS tape so many times, but it's the closest description to what I saw.
But as far as I could tell, stationary when they were on, just weird, but likely very explainable.
I thought you guys might like those quick little experiences before I get into some weird shit I can't explain at all because I just
can't believe it.
That was just
advertised for you?
That was the
that was the potato
she was more than halfway through
though email
we are more than halfway through
in my head
his girlfriend's just a
fucking great way
the wig on though right
like it's just a good
he doesn't
see it so some reason
he doesn't realize
I've seen one of those before
I've seen one of those before
how you live your human life
bleak clor plop
I see paintings of her before
me pass me the j bone

yo let me grip that jay bone

Yeah.
The little circles at the end.
Absolutely agree.
And dude just didn't see it.
Like the fucking Wonsler grabbing that shit.
All right.
I thought you guys might like those quick little experiences before I get into some weird shit.
I can't explain it all because I just can't believe it.
When it comes to ghosts, spirits, hauntings, possessions, poltergeist-like activities,
demons, remote viewings, vibrations, crystals, any form of ESP, most abduction scenarios,
and even God.
I'm extremely skeptical.
love this email.
I must stress.
I love this dude.
I hope he comes to a live show.
This guy's a trip.
I'd go drinking with this dude.
I'm extremely skeptical.
Alien wife.
Dude,
maybe this is the guy that showed up
and wrote that address
and just handed it to me
and left.
That's crazy.
Yeah,
yeah,
there's a lot of things
that have been happening
in live shows.
Please make your way
to the one in Chicago
if you bought a ticket.
It's going to be a good one.
It better be compelling as hell.
I'm extremely scared.
skeptical, it better be compelling as hell. I'm currently having to grapple with some ontological shock
due to the recent NHI news and the woo factor that is supposedly integral to it. But this is from
three years ago. So my stance is softened because I might have to, but I still remain exceptionally
skeptical. I'll tell you what, spoilers, your stance can stay right where it is. Here's some silliness.
There's some silliness that may go hand in glove with what I'm about to talk about. This email is from
the Biden world. That's crazy. This email is from Bruce Wayne. I run into a, a,
lot of people who believe in at least
some of the above lists at
music festivals. For whatever reason
when I'm hanging out at camps or selling band
merch and introducing myself, etc.
These people will shake my hand and are often
their words, speechless
by my vibration and aura.
You love this guy. I'm kind of a Zeta male
if you think about it.
I'm just kidding. This would
also happen frequently when I would meet pastors
and such when I was touring via the church
circuit in the mid-0 thousands.
What? What are you?
What do you mean?
What do the pastors look to him?
It was like, oh, sick aura, bro.
Hell yeah.
I bet.
I am speechless because of your aura, my son.
If you're a pastor and you're kind of like a dude to come and do the sound design, that's one of those like, you know they've got, they bring out the guitar.
Like, let me tell you all a little bit about Jesus.
Bring and then like a whole production.
Yeah.
That's the church to go to.
He says, Christ alive, my son.
I'm digging your vibes.
Oh, yes.
Stanky, crazy.
I call this next one, armor of God.
Definitely a youth pastor, right?
Who's just like hanging out with the kids after school?
Yeah.
Thrown on their Iris CD from when I was young.
So you guys ever listen to the song?
Slide.
Well, here's the Catholic rock version of it, actually.
Your parents are going to love it.
Why don't you pray?
Slide back to church.
I smile, thank them, and ask what I can do for them.
But my eyes are rolling so hard.
My dad also says he thinks I have some kind of extra ability.
His dad just called him extra and he took it that way.
He would talk about the stories I would tell when I was little.
I would always talk about this old house with an old school water wheel.
I'm 37 as of writing this.
I'm happy 40th.
Yeah, happy for you.
And there are moments when this place still flashes into my mind.
Usually a smell does it, the smell of decay.
So fall.
But I don't think I've ever seen a classic water wheel or mill in real life.
Why is there like fucking that's so raven moment in my head.
He smells something.
It is just like his powers.
If he zoom into his fucking eyeball,
I don't understand what.
Just a picture of mold inside his eyeball.
He also has relayed multiple stories about how he would be telling me something
when I was really little,
but I was finishing his thoughts and sentences.
I already knew what he was trying to say slash explain.
Because your dad was telling you the same story over and over.
He just didn't realize it.
He thinks it translates to my ability to jam and have a pre-
preemptive knowledge about the direction of music and songs.
Oh, I thought it was like literally jam.
No, he's a jam bander.
You know, jam, jam.
I don't believe any of this.
It's just a ton of practice being aware and active listening.
As for the water wheel and the sweet smell of decay, it's probably just a dream.
I'm just some dude that looks like Jermaine Clement.
But hell, it adds to the story, right?
What a funny thing to, to be yourself.
No cult leader believes he's Jesus, right?
Like, he just, everybody tells him.
He just is Jesus.
Let me tell you about, I'm just picturing Jermaine Clement from Flying the Concords now.
Let me tell you about the house I spent most of my childhood in.
Quick aside, my parents still live in the same home.
Most of the weird stuff has died down, but it still occasionally kicks up.
I wouldn't tell you guys this stuff if I didn't find it utterly perplexing.
How this works in my head from the crazy conspiracy or weird side, we have to go way back before I was born.
We'll start this journey all the way back in the 70s.
This is written like one of my scripts.
I start this episode
I love this.
Yeah, this is brilliant.
I was born in 86.
My father was dating a girl my grandma
apparently really liked.
She was a bit religious.
I never met my grandfather.
Was it your mom?
He died with my...
It was the gray.
He died when my dad was in high school
like a lot of parents to the boomer generation.
My dad always described him as a drinker and a hard ass.
Anyway, this girl my dad was dating
ended up breaking things off with him.
Well, my dad recants this story.
It goes something like this.
Your mom and I were taking a break and I was dating him.
I was raised in atheist household and she was pretty into Jesus.
She didn't know about the brick, but...
Not exactly my thing, but...
Not exactly my thing, but she was nice and my mom really liked her.
That gave me a bit of respite because your grandma was having a difficult time since my dad died.
She was trying to charge me a rent.
She was charging me for stuff.
the time. I eventually had to move out when I was 17. She wouldn't let me take my bed or dress her.
She wanted to sell it. It sucked. Eventually, one day, M called me and said she had to break it off.
She was crying and a bit evasive. I asked her what was wrong because it seemed like she was making
excuses that just weren't ended up. She eventually said this. I can't be around you at all ever.
I'm not worried about you. Your beliefs or your family, it's the demon that follows you everywhere.
It's literally part of you and you'll never be able to get rid of it. It's a shadow.
can't believe you don't see it. I've only heard this story twice, but I'm including it for the
upcoming events. We're out of the quote. Is this still the dad? I don't know. He went from the
dad into quotes. Imagine the dad telling him this story, but him finishing every sentence of this story.
No, we're that. No, we're back. There's still quotes. We're still in the quotes. I've only heard
this story twice, but I'm including it for the upcoming events. When I asked him if he ever ran into
her again, he stated, sure. I was still in high school. We even had a class together, but he
asked him to a different part of the classroom and I never hung out with her at school again.
She very much avoided me my junior and senior year and we didn't talk at the 10 or 20 year.
Now, my dad is a stellar guy.
He volunteered and immersed himself in every community he's ever been a part of.
He's coached, taught, umpired, refereed, helped.
You name it.
His name is on a plaque on a little league field for all the work he did for the community.
He made no time for himself because he was invested.
it in his kids, us and our friends.
But things have always been a bit rocky.
Example.
The day my parents got married, someone broke into the bride-bridesmaid room with the church
and stole all of their money they had received for their honeymoon slash fresh start.
He suffered from chronic back pain since his early 20s and fairly recently found out he has
an extra L-Virtebray L6.
He had several spinal surgeries over the years.
When I was growing up, he was definitely hooked on opioids.
It would vary from...
The demon be his opioid addiction.
Yeah.
This is not funny.
Legit,
my dad was kind of hooked on opioids.
Oh,
it's a problem,
especially with like how they fucking prescribed men.
But it's crazy.
He's never admitted it.
Never once.
He just played the trumpet through the pain.
Well,
no,
he didn't have the pain.
He was high.
I never feel the pain.
It would vary from pleasant to terror
frequently at home.
It was never physical,
just emotional,
verbal.
Around seven or eight years ago,
11 years ago now, he was cleared to have a somewhat experimental procedure done.
He was the third or fourth person to have this entire spine fused in Chicago.
And they legalized MJ in Washington State shortly after.
Thanks, science.
He was able to kick the opioids because of that.
That screams, I'm a millennial to me so bad.
I don't know what it is about the thank science with three exclamation marks.
I think it means I'm Miss Frizzle, but I don't know.
He was able to kick the opioids because of this.
and is living a much better life today,
helping elderly people and people down on their luck with taxes.
Hell yeah.
Enough of that.
Let's get to the weird shit.
But since there's supposedly as a family demon attached to some of us,
I figured I would bring it up.
When I was little,
I was terrified of my dad.
Like stated above,
he always cared deeply,
but for some reason he scared the hell out of me,
which is probably somewhat normal for a big guy.
Granted,
he wasn't some Superman with a gun,
but I had...
Nice.
Not so that's a callback to a old ass.
It was like our first episode,
and something like that.
Superman with a gun?
Worse than Superman.
You know, like marginally, but still a little worse.
Granted, he wasn't some Superman with a gun,
but I had recurring nightmares when I was younger
that featured his yelling voice.
That was frightening enough, but I always liked,
but I was always killed in the dreams also.
There are two I can still remember.
In one, I'm trying to navigate a field full of symmetrical holes.
The sky also has these symmetrical holes.
It goes on and on and on.
I'm running from his voice,
screaming and yelling that he's going to get me and kill me.
We're just having a field day with this, by the way.
Yeah.
Eventually,
gigantic spikes emerge from the holes,
and the field folds in on itself,
obviously crushing and impaling me while he yells,
I've got you now.
I've had this dream in the house I grew up in,
the supposedly haunted one.
The other dream is got a plaque because of how much he loves kids.
Big time.
The other dream happened about a year previous
and is pretty fucked up for a seven-year-old to have,
but I had it.
We just had moved to Idaho when we were staying in a rental.
I had dreamt my family was captured, put in chairs, tied up, and wheeled out to the garage.
Everyone had their backs to the garage door.
I wasn't tied up, but I was forced to watch as a man walked by and struck my dad, mom, and brother in the head with a hammer repeatedly.
I will never forget the man's face because I was rudely reminded of it decades later.
You might know this face.
It was this man.
If you don't know this man...
Oh, is it the dream man that everyone says?
people see this guy in their dreams.
Yeah.
If you don't know this.
Yeah.
Simply type it into Wikipedia.
I still get goosebumps and feel anxious whenever I see that face with his goddamn eyebrows.
Oh, yeah.
He said nothing else to me after brutally murdering my family.
He just looked at me until I was finally able to force myself to wake up.
I eventually learned to control and steer these dreams away from these situations.
Not true lucidity is I don't have total control, but I'm at least able to get away.
Now, I'm telling you these dreams.
because shortly after these two dreams happened
was when poltergeist-like activity started occurring.
I obviously had an active imagination.
Keep this in mind.
The house was brand new and was across,
I'm going to go ahead and keep it in mind.
The house was brand new,
and was across the street from an old farmhouse.
Occasionally my mom would complain that the oven would turn on.
We always thought that the dial was being bumped as somebody walked by,
so we started being really careful when walking by the oven.
However, this would continue to happen approximately
bi-weekly, sometimes more or less frequently for the next 15 years.
So much so.
I got paid.
Yeah.
So much so that someone always had to check on the oven before going to bed.
Even then, sometimes it would turn on in the middle of the night, sometimes in the
morning, sometimes afternoon.
Then they remodeled new oven.
No dials and the thing would still turn on to 450 randomly.
Not until they got their newest oven two to three years ago did this stop.
Maybe ghosts can't like do new ovens?
Maybe they need...
They don't have bullshit?
They don't get it.
Yeah, they just don't get.
What are they boomers?
And they're boomers.
Yeah, they absolutely boomers.
At the youngest, right?
Yeah, I was going to say technically.
Yeah.
A fire never occurred and it never really happened when someone was cooking except for a few times.
That'd be actually really convenient.
You go to cook, right?
And they turn on the oven floor.
It already preheated.
Oh, it's okay.
Yeah.
Maybe it happened a bunch of times you didn't even notice.
You think about that?
Yeah.
Yeah.
A fire never occurred and it never really happened when someone was cooking except for a few times.
And when that occurred, it was the opposite.
The oven would turn off.
off. We would all smell the food cooking and the oven was definitely on. Then my mom or
dad would take a look and the oven would somehow be off and the food hardly cooked.
This only happened two to three times. I would flip into fucking Yosamity Sam. I'd be like,
God damn it. You're not a casserole.
Yeah, like, you go sleep this alone. I'd be so so mad. I'd be angry too.
This was by far the most consistent weird thing that would happen. When I was a teenager,
was when activities really ramped up. Puberty.
One time, my brother and I were sitting in the living room.
This is a 90s home, so the living room kitchen is separated by an island that houses the stove slash oven.
We were just hanging out watching television.
We both looked over to the island at the same time, and a plastic cup was knocked over on the counter so hard that it bounced from top to top several times before spinning and settling down on the counter.
We both saw it happen.
When it stopped flipping around and settled, we finally realized what we had just seen and looked at each other,
wide-eyed.
I still remember his face
when we locked eyes
after it happened.
Did you just see that?
Immediately followed.
We had a rocking chair
that sat out on the fort pro.
Wow.
We had a rocking chair
that sat out on our front porch.
We had a rocked chairs
sat on our front porch.
We could see it through the window
by the front door from the living room.
There were multiple times
when we would all witness the chair
rocking wildly
for extended amounts of time,
one of the two minutes.
Wind wasn't the culprit,
nor pets or neighbors.
How is common? I don't know.
I guess they handled that off screen.
This was common enough that we stopped running to check
if an animal or person was sitting or messing with the chair.
This happened just as frequently as the oven randomly turning on
and no animal or person was ever caught doing it.
One time when I was around 14 or 15,
I walked in the front door after getting home from school.
For some reason, my mom was on her hands and knees
picking stuff out of the carpet.
I asked what was going on, and she described the following.
I was sitting here doing my usual work at the desk.
I looked up at the lit candle sitting on the top of the desk because I heard a scraping noise.
The candle then floated brief before it flew off the top against the wall and threw wax everywhere.
Damn ghost is at it again.
That was when I noticed drying warm wax all over the walls in the carpet and all over the side of the desk.
I asked her if she was okay and she said, yes, as I started helping her clean up.
Maybe she accidentally knocked a lit candle off the desk and didn't want to admit it.
not so sure.
She isn't really like that.
It was back in the days of home interiors and gifts.
And if you know their candles,
you know they came in thick walled glass jars.
Dick.
She just tripped in.
Yeah,
you better hope it's a candle and not something else.
Yeah,
that hard drying juice.
I'll help you, mom.
No way.
This one entails my mom,
little sister,
and my now sister-in-law.
They've all seen an old man standing in our living room
looking outside at us.
It definitely freaked my mom out when it happened.
She said,
He walked right through the living room but was looking out into the backyard.
My sister said he just stood there.
When she looked away at the dog and then looked back, he was gone.
My sister-in-law didn't know the extent of the happenings at our house at the time.
She was standing on the back patio, eating some chips or some sort of snack with the rest of the family.
She then asked, who's the old guy in our living room?
Your uncle?
He's just been hanging out and there staring at us for quite a while.
I wasn't there, but according to her, everyone got wide-eyed, quiet,
and nervously started to stand up to peer inside.
When she looked back, he was gone.
Here's the weirdest one from my dad,
well after I moved out around 2010-ish.
He was out in the hot tub late at night.
He always suffered from insomnia, from the chronic pain.
The master bedroom in this house had a sliding door
directly to a deck slash hot tub,
and there is another back door attached to the living room.
You can get to the deck just as easily from this other door.
He used the living room door because he didn't want to wake my mom.
It was around 2.30 a.m. and he was finally starting to relax
when he heard the living room door and screen door open and close.
He opened his eyes to catch both the patio light and living room light turning off at the same time.
He figured my sister, brother, or mom woke up, saw these lights were still on and went to turn them off.
So he decides to get out.
He goes to the back door and it's locked.
He checks the sliding door, also locked.
Goes to the side door, which is always unlocked, locked.
He ends up having to walk all the way around the house, opening the garage and entering through the garage door.
The next morning he asked who the hell turned the lights off and locked all the doors.
Not to chide them, but simply to say, I was out there.
Nobody would or who has owned up.
Nobody would or has owned up to it.
Nobody was awake.
There are countless stories for my mom and dad.
We all got used to it because it was mostly harmless.
However, there were many times this was frightening.
Here are the experiences that happened to me personally.
In middle school, I started to experience insomnia also.
This guy lived the most haunted life anyone ever lived.
exciting. It depends on how you view it.
I'm saying, it's like
from childhood to adulthood, aliens to
ghosts, this dude is fucking experienced at all
and he says he's skeptic like Jesse,
which makes no sense. No.
Well, keep in mind, he has an active imagination.
Yeah. It's also like when
people get like woken up from the middle of night
and they're just like, yeah, I went back to sleep.
Like, what do you mean? What are you talking about?
It doesn't make sense. Yeah, if I get woken up.
Sometimes I do it too, yeah. I'll go back to sleep.
In fact, there's sometimes I'll wake up thinking
I heard my name go,
hello?
And go back to sleep.
That's crazy.
Yes,
I'm safe.
And I would be getting up.
I'm not like,
walking.
I think you just have to be in that moment and have a gun in my hand,
walking around my house.
You just have to accept some things in life,
I think.
And one of the things I accepted years ago was,
if anyone really wants to kill you,
they will.
There's very little you can stop a lot of people.
I refuse to accept that.
I'm just letting you know,
if they want it.
They will.
So I'm like...
Have you seen Columbo?
Yeah.
Who's that?
All right.
Nobody.
All right.
Good night.
Just do it while I'm sleeping.
I got dogs and guns, man.
It's not happening.
Dogging guns.
That was pretty, uh,
that was pretty Republican.
Sorry.
I got,
I got dogs and guns in my house to.
whatsoever.
You're fine.
Yeah,
exactly.
Yeah.
And you're just a gamer,
dude.
Yes.
In middle school,
I started to experience insomnia also.
I had a hardcore
regimen that my parents kept me to.
Ever since fifth grade, I was woken up at five or five 30 a.m.
So I could practice piano and violin before school.
I always had a sport orchestra, jazz band, or some kind of activity after school.
So this was the only time to practice.
Luckily, I was good enough that my family didn't complain.
But my social life and grades suffered.
In middle school was when things started to get really weird for me.
Me too.
I've been woken up anywhere between 1 and 3 a.m.
I would hear running back and forth outside my window on the side of the house.
I sometimes would get my courage up and look outside.
Nothing.
The dog wouldn't bark or anything, so I just assumed it was in my mind.
I would stay up for long periods after this.
I'd eventually calm down and use my beginner's telescope to look at the moon or planets instead.
And eventually, this turned into something else.
No longer running back and forth outside the window, I'd wake up to my door being tapped.
My sister, yeah, my sister was really little at the time, so I thought it might be her.
I would go to my door and nobody would be there.
I'd lay back down and hear tapping again, then a footstep or two like it was
someone stepping into my room, then very fast shuffling right up to the side of the bed.
It was terrifying.
That is really scary.
Nope.
That is so scary.
There's a couple, like, I want, I, I'm open to most ghost experiences.
There are two that would be horrifying for me.
That one, like, where something's, like, running up on you, but you see nothing.
And also, like, the mimic experience.
Oh, yeah.
If I can hear a familiar voice calling me, but I know it's not that that will.
That's why it follows is kind of fucked up.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Good movie.
There's a, there's a, there's a,
talks. I went viral pretty recently. It was like a girl, like a girl's mom like pounding the
door. It's just like, hey, I am here. Let me in. Yep. I've seen those. I saw another one where it's like
some girl's young daughter calling her, but she's like kids with her. So yeah. I love those.
That's the creepiest shit ever. Actually, one time somebody called my grandparents,
pretending to be me in the mountains of Peru with a broken leg needing money. What? My grandpa called me
on my phone and he was like, are you in Peru?
And I was like, no, what?
Is this a Peruvian accent?
I was like, are you in Peru? Did you get hurt?
And I was like, no. And he was like, no. And he was like, I'm calling the FBI. And he's like,
I probably told that story on here before, but still.
Sometimes I would hear long, raspy breaths for a while. I would lay there with my eyes
closed tight because I was too scared to open them or pulled the blankets over my head.
This happened maybe two dozen times over the course of middle school. Wasn't super often,
but often enough, I still get goosebumps thinking about these situations.
By the time I was going in the eighth grade, I was the size I am now, 5-11, 160-ish pounds,
athletic build.
Is that a Japanese?
Yeah, I like how you really like painted a good picture.
Imagine your biography slash manifesto and setting into a podcast.
Toned calves, a six-pack?
This is like, this is on the show today.
I'm going to send my own version of this to every podcast ever.
and hope I did.
This person was like the sixth co-host of today's show.
So I would open my eyes and look for the culprit.
Nobody there, nothing in my room.
However, a few years later, there was one event that changed me for good.
It will leave me always open to the paranormal and not as hardline skeptic as I could potentially be.
I always had a very uneasy feeling about half of the house.
My parents' room, the living room, the backyard, and the front room especially.
late. One day when walking past the living room in the middle of the night, I swore I saw a shadow of legs sticking down from the ceiling.
Presno night crawlers.
Yeah, like a scared animal, I ran into the adjacent wall and fell over.
The commotion woke the rest of the house as I was struggling with the front door in a days trying to run for my life, but nobody saw anything else.
Then there's the big one in the spring of 2003.
I was still on my crazy regimen, and I was a junior in high school.
I'd been struggling with sleep and was extremely stressed.
I'd say I'm chill and able to handle more now because I was so stressed out and relentlessly pushed during my formative years.
in 2003 I was a tough guy
I had and still have a pretty stoic persona
I didn't hang out with
you know what I don't know if I'm
you know what we gotta drink whiskey
it can't be beers we got to drink whiskey with this guy
yeah yes absolutely
I want to like sit down
and like just hear these stories in person
because I imagine
hearing them is even better than reading it
but this is also coming from
Germaine Clemens
Clement.
He was waking up a 515 to practice piano or whatever.
Yeah.
This man is multitudes.
I love him.
I didn't hang out with the jocks because they were asses.
And I didn't hang out with the band kids because they were a little too weird for me.
How weird were these band kids?
In my school, the band kids were the weird kids.
I was a band kid.
They were the most sexually active, but like not the most cool.
So it was like a weird mix of like two different things.
They were that too, but not for me, if you know what I mean?
Like, yes.
I was excluded.
I had a few friends that I played video games with and even fewer friends I trained with.
I was still 511, I was still 511, but now 190 pounds.
I was a linebacker.
When they needed to guarantee.
1.90 is a linebacker.
I'm still 511, but now 190.
I was a linebacker.
And when they needed a guaranteed yard or two, I was a fullback.
okay i wasn't
josh allen over here
i wasn't scared of much but what happened at home
always found a way of getting under my skin
one late spring morning
i was awoken by footsteps
is fire every
word i'm like i'm more in
i don't know if this is real
I don't know if this is real person
I don't know if I'm real
but i do know is this is like some big fish
shit this is like
this is the origin
of the numbler
I love this guy's got some dissociative identity disorder
or something going on.
I think you're a big fish.
This is a guy who is going to spin a yarn
and then 30 years from now we're going to find out it was all real.
It's all real.
We're going to meet that.
We're going to meet that big loud sound.
Big loud sound.
You were real?
All right.
So stupid.
This gray alien grandma, not grandma.
Yeah.
Stupid-ass joke.
In a wing.
It's right up there with fucking mothman.
And noises, dude, you're fine.
One late spring morning, I was woken by footsteps like every other day.
My dad would wake me up at five-ish so I could practice.
Occasionally, he would wake me up even earlier by accident because he would have a super
early out-of-town sales call.
Or accident.
He wouldn't purposefully wake me up on those days, and I would set my alarm clock instead.
Since I was and am a light sleeper, and my room was attached to the entryway, I would
wake up before he would ever open the door.
This particular morning, I heard footsteps approaching, but instead of
the dull thud that would be my dad. I heard clicks. No heeled toe. Just a slow, click, click, click, click,
on the hard wood with a bit of weight behind it. It sounded like wood on wood. I thought it was a little
weird, but maybe he was carrying something. I heard the doorknob turn and the door swing open
into my room. There were no lights on, and I didn't have a direct line of sight to the open door,
but I was watching and waiting for the person to step into the room. Then the entryway light
turned on, but I hadn't heard any steps to get to the switch.
I glanced at the alarm clock at the foot of my bed.
It was 3 a.m.
Lights spilled onto the wall in my bedroom and a figure stepped into the doorframe.
I couldn't make out at all what or who it could have been.
I tentatively said,
Dad, no response, no movements.
Then a little more.
Dad, it's a little early, you all right?
No response.
my brother is two years younger than me and has a sense of humor so I asked that it was him
Bobby you there you all right sis nothing I was transfixed and now officially wide awake
watching the odd shadow then a bit of movement something kind of like twitching and a dangling
back and forth off the side of the shadow oh jeez like a large earring or pendant dangling off
of someone's arm okay imagine if you were in plato's cave and the toxic avenger was casting the
Once I had a realization of what I was potentially looking at, I froze, eyes wide in the dark and terror washing over me.
I slowly started sliding down into the gap between the wall and the bed.
It was the only thing I could do to put something between me and whatever the hell it was.
Trying to dip out through his gap in his bed and he's like, bye.
It finally got down to the ground where I could peer over the mattress and jump out as something came at me.
I know several minutes passed as I glanced at my alarm clock and I stayed crouched down in the gap.
as I was watching the shadow teetered left and right and got shorter,
stepped out of the doorframe and into the entryway.
It stayed there for a few seconds and then my door slammed shut.
And the entryway light shut off at the same time.
Physical impossibility.
Nothing grabbed the knob.
It simply slammed shut.
The light switch is around eight feet away from the door.
I stayed in the gap for another 20 minutes or so in complete darkness.
was straining my ears, but I never heard any walking away or any other movement in the house.
Nobody else woke up after my door slammed.
I eventually stood up and turned on my desk light and looked around my room and found nothing.
I had zero plans to open my door to the entryway as I was thoroughly spooked.
I figured it had to be one of four things.
My brother trying to scare me as we both knew about the ghost.
My dad accidentally woke up too early and sleepwalked through the motions.
my dad woke up early to go to the office and accidentally woke me up, or the ghost.
It couldn't have been my mom or my sister.
The shadow was too tall.
I stayed up until my usual 5 a.m. wake-up time and got to practicing.
After wrapping up my violin practice, I opened my doors as I was now hearing movement in other places around the house.
I went a few feet to the front door and looked out.
My dad's truck was still in its spot, so I started practicing piano.
Once I finished up with that, the rest of my family was now in the living room getting ready for school.
and or work.
Since everyone was together, I asked everyone,
hey, did any of you mean to wake me up early this morning, like 3 a.m.?
Anybody have any weird sleepwalking dreams?
Did you hear my door slam?
Anything?
Just a lot of confused looks and sounds about right comments after explaining the night I had.
Nobody has ever fessed up to doing this.
Everyone in my house has had similar experiences.
My sister won't even talk about it, and she's now nearly 30.
here's the kicker that wraps all this up.
We had a neighbor across the street living in an old farmhouse.
He taught math at the high school and was the golf coach.
He was actually Tiger Woods High School golf coach.
Of course he was.
Of course he was.
It makes the most sense for this story.
This guy is a Letterman jacket wearing a nearly six foot tall lineback.
He's a Jerry suit.
Violin playing piano playing.
Not jock, nice guy.
He is our perfect listener.
All of you could just be this.
Please, like, live up to this.
He also, the coach helped Tiger Woods' dad tape his hands to the golf club.
Exactly.
He was famously quoted as saying,
I just told him when the bus was showing up.
Regardless, he moved in.
I wish that was my quote.
What does that mean?
That's what he said about teaching Tiger Woods.
Regardless.
I think he didn't have to do anything.
I think it was just good.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Regardless, he moved in when I was.
about 12 and was renovating the place.
The coach did?
He was across the street in a farmhouse.
In doing so, he had to pull records and did some research on the property.
Where our house sits was where the barn was actually situated.
Apparently, the initial proprietor of the property lost his wife to a sickness.
One day, some years later, one of his workers shows up to the property and can't find
him in the farmhouse.
He didn't think much of it as sometimes the old man went to the barn and started work before
anyone else. He ended out to the barn and upon opening the doors, found him hanging from the rafters.
We'd already been experiencing activities for five years prior to finding out this information.
Was it a family demon or the old man who hung himself? Probably. Neither.
Fuck you. No, no, fuck you. I find it interesting. Looking back after all this time,
listening to the podcast has reawoken some pretty crazy memories. For a very long time, I explained
everything away is just hearing things or misinterpreting things, the scariest memories I buried
and have attempted to forget.
However, the more I've listened and the more I've let myself be open to those situations again,
the more odd things have ended up coming.
It is becoming less and less explainable and more and more woo.
Still not a fan of it.
Still don't exactly believe in it.
But the more and more we delve into consciousness studies, altered states and time,
the more my eyebrows raise.
One of these days, I swear they're going to fly right off my forehead.
But until that day, these were just weird things that happened to a regular fellow.
Thanks, guys.
I really have helped make work tolerable.
And road trips entertaining.
If I'm ever able to catch you to live show, first and second round is on me.
I really like time slices.
I heard they were real.
I read about them in a semipede.
I don't think this is what it says.
It's really cool.
I see right there
Yeah, you're really cool
And this part of the letter is real and I love you guys
And I'll talk to you later
Al, Al?
Wow, you have, yeah, hold on.
Al, if you've been to the live show,
we weren't aware that you were this, Al,
I need you to understand you rock
And I owe you a dream.
There you go.
Yeah, that fucking part of the end pissed me off.
Are you sure it's Al?
The time slices, I made that up.
That was my bit.
You sure it's not ALITs and not AI?
Like,
and it's just,
I mean,
I mean,
I love,
love chat GPT.
Love chat GPT.
That was before I heard the story.
Now that I've heard the story in the,
now you're pretty sure it was that.
Yeah.
It's just a jump scare at the end.
AI.
Ah!
Wow.
There's a lot to unpack there.
Yeah.
I mean,
look,
I got like a person's life.
it counted it counted i think because we went to some areas we weighed in on some different
types of hauntings we talked about iridium flares we talked about ghosts we talked about aliens
we talked about fucking everything we talked about skin walkers we talked about your skin walker thing
maybe that you saw my wife was here she would tell you about hers that she saw in exactly
the same way you saw yours poop and pay it story yeah iriadian flairs feels like it was like yesterday
i think i've shaved since we talked about that yeah i know
Yeah, yeah.
That we covered fucking everything.
Yeah, Charlie Poop.
This is either the best listener story or the worst listener story.
I think it depends.
This was a story.
This was a story.
This was the story of a listener.
This wasn't a listener's story.
This was a listener's story.
Sometimes you get a story and it's like, it's just someone, it's just telling you what
happened.
Yeah.
But this was truly a story.
This is a listener's saga.
Someone wrote a story.
We went through the prequel, the main one and the sequel.
You asked this like 4,000 years ago, if there was the thing.
that like stood out to us.
We had a listen and sent us a story about this like entity that appeared in front of someone's
father.
It climbed up like slowly climbed toward him with its face like elongating.
And that was like a paragraph.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We don't know anything about his dad or Idaho.
15 page script written by somebody else.
I cared about what happened to the characters by the end because I'd seen them grow into
who they were.
You're right.
Charlie and Tyler,
thank you so much
for being on the show
with us this week.
Obviously believing the bazaars
where they can find you.
Yeah,
what's coming up?
Anything exciting
you guys want to talk about?
What's in your episode
that's coming up on your show?
Where can people find you?
Like we batch record.
Yeah, right.
We're recording tomorrow.
We're recording next Tuesday's episode.
So we do the same damn thing.
We live like week to week.
We do have our live
live Halloween show is going to be
this October.
Which is virtual.
We're going somewhere.
we're in Pennsylvania and we're really excited about.
But yeah, and you're just believing Mazar
on all the podcast platforms.
What's my like to get your co-hosts to go to
haunted places and do things like that?
Sick.
We went to the Sally House last year. That was creepy.
We went to the Transalgany, whatever.
Had Loon-Tic Asai.
Tyler was out of his mind on drugs.
Like, not like fun drugs.
Like, I'm sick and I need to do a show tonight.
So I was like in tunnel vision.
There's this when, I probably already told you guys this
last time. But there was like this little
like window still where like all the kids that were losing
their minds there were going through it.
And I was just like tunnel vision on all these different medication.
I was just like, yeah.
Yeah, just like focused, lasered in.
At one point during the story, I lost my shoes and my socks.
Tonight?
Yeah.
Look at my feet.
Like Alex said, we just went on a journey.
Yeah.
Maybe they just for having us on though.
That was a crazy story.
It was a lot of fun.
Yeah, it was great to have you guys on.
Again, you can find them over at believing the bizarre when they drop a new episode every
single week. We are off to go to a minisode over at patreon.com slash Chalumani Pod. We'll see you
next week with a brand new episode. We appreciate you. We love you. We'll see you next time.
Goodbye. Bye for sitting outside indulging on our porch one night and enjoying ourselves.
I needed to go to the bathroom, so I stepped back inside and after a few moments, I hear my wife go,
holy shit, get out here. So I quickly dash back outside. She's looking up the sky and off.
I look up to you. And there's a perfect line of dozen lights traveling.
across the sky.
