What's up?
Yo!
Just kidding.
Welcome back to the minisode, everybody.
Hey.
Hey, man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What's up, dude?
Yeah.
Uh, what do you guys got?
I got, listen, listen, I got, I got, uh, I got a, I got a reader story.
That's what I got.
Okay.
What do you guys think about that?
Why don't you just get, what do you?
Why don't you get into it up with a reader story?
Yeah, I will.
I will open up with a reader story.
And I want to say, I got it.
I got it on the subreddit for, for, for, for, for, for Chulamini, which is
our slash Chulminati.
That's shocking.
I don't think we've ever done that before.
So if you want me to read your listener story on this show here, if you're listening to this at any time, go there and do it.
Because we want you on there.
Anyway, this is from Jenny Outrageous.
Hello.
Horatious.
Yeah.
Hello.
I just recently started listening to your podcast earlier this year and have since been slowly binging it, starting with episode one over the year.
I've always been meaning to listen to this as I've been a huge.
As I'm, I've been a huge Jesse Cox fan since the OMFG CATA space butterfly days of his channel.
True baller.
Now that I've been, I've read that sentence.
I feel like a lot of times in my life.
Now that I've been listening, I've felt the desire to make an account on Reddit and share about my life with what might be the paranormal.
I'm probably somewhere between Mike and Alex, especially given my experiences.
But basically, I think the majority of videos and things online are fake.
but every now and then there's this tiny less than 5% amount of things I see where maybe,
just maybe, it's a real paranormal event.
At least, the very least, I like to keep my mind open.
As for my story, growing up and even into adulthood,
I've always found myself catching glimpses of shadow people out of the corner of my eye,
passing over walls and even in my dreams.
I want to detail three small events in my childhood that really stuck out to me
and then one big event in my adult life
that I find truly unexplainable.
The first was I was up late watching TV
in a weird humanoid shadow
drifted across the room
from one corner of the wall behind my TV
and over to the other side,
disappearing into the corner.
At some point,
if it's the shadow people just got to start paying rent.
They're everywhere,
they're squat everywhere.
But they don't take a much space.
Like, you know.
Yeah, but if you're going to take the opportunity
to scare me by moving.
Sure.
Sure.
Yeah.
You know what?
I'll hand it to you, but I'm not going to hand it to you confidently.
Spiders scare people.
You're going to charge them for rent?
If they pay rent, I'll stop killing them.
Honestly, legit question, though.
Like spiders, spiders probably working harder than us in most cases to keep on us.
So.
And I don't kill spiders anymore.
Shadow person's just like around and only scares you because you weren't expecting it.
Doesn't mean that shadow is bad.
Just because he's a shadow, we're like,
we're like shadow shaming yeah exactly it's brutal all right anyway that bit is over all right
the first was i was up late watching tv and a weird humanoid shadow drifted across the room from
one corner of the wall behind my tv and over to the other side disappearing into the corner i didn't
think much of it at the time because i thought maybe one of my parents had walked down the hall
and past my door until later i realized the only they only want you the only way you could cast
a shadow like that is if something walked directly behind me, that freaked me out.
So just in case you don't understand what happened there, they mistook a shadow.
They thought a shadow from behind them was a person in front of them, which is a scary horror
movie moment.
It is a scary horror movie moment.
I still continue to have kind of strange.
I had one the other night where I was sitting down.
Everybody was asleep.
And on my right hand side, I heard definitively loud.
one of my cats meow, like loudly.
So I got up, I went looking,
I counted for every single cat,
every single one of them was dead asleep
in different parts of the house.
Got me for a second there.
Like no one, there was no cat to meow, but I heard it.
Yeah, you know what?
That does happen to me.
Like, I always feel like there's somebody
like turning around in my house.
Like I feel like somebody standing in the other room,
just sort of like spinning in a circle,
slowly stepping in a circle.
That's what it sounds like.
That's weird.
Yeah.
But what do I do?
Like, I don't know.
Like, I always think it's the dog and then I look and then he's like here because
he's a fucking Australian cattle dog.
So he's literally touching me at all times.
Have you ever had the version where like you hear someone say your name?
Yes.
Yes.
But that's,
Yeah.
Have you,
if you wake up to us like exploding head syndrome, it's like, oh yeah.
No,
I mean,
like,
we've explained it on this show.
But like that gets me.
Mike.
Oh my God.
I'll literally be like, hello?
Like loudly.
and I'll give a search of my entire apartment and be like,
all right,
well,
that's just me being insane,
but like,
okay.
It's scary.
Yeah,
it's weird.
All right.
It continues.
The second one was just a dream.
I had a very vivid first person dream of walking out of my bed,
moving down the hall and into the kitchen.
I hit a glass cup sitting at the edge of the counter,
causing it to fall and shatter.
I looked down at the broken glass and look back up to see a large,
shadowy image of a middle-aged woman in a black dress shouting,
what the hell are you doing?
Causing me to immediately turn around and run my ass out of there,
and then I woke up.
That just sounds like anxiety about being Colombo in a fancy house, right?
Or like getting yelled out by your mom or your auntie or something like that, right?
I mean, obviously there's a shadow person element to it, but you know what I'm saying.
The third one happened as I was playing outside and saw some kind of weird shadowy blob
through the screen door on our porch.
It rushed towards the dining room table
and then rush back into the hallway.
Again, I was freaked out but had no idea what to do.
So I just tried to ignore it.
No, not in this case.
They should try to ignore it.
It was later in the week when I was looking for
an action figure of mine that had gone missing.
I searched the entire house until I finally found it,
standing on its feet under the same dining room table
I saw the shadow run to with its head twisted backwards.
Oh, good.
Not a good feeling.
That's like a B plot from a movie where there's like like poltergeist where like the kid is having
his own paranormal experiences like on the side.
Between these three encounters, I would just see things moving out of the corner of my eye.
Like there was always something creeping around me.
Plus there was the occasional moment of electronic toys and lights turning on and off by
themselves as well.
A lot of these moments took place in my preteen to teenage years.
And I know Mathis has said a lot of paranormal activity can happen to children around
puberty, especially to young girls.
And as a transgender woman, I'm going to take that as a win.
It's also when your mutant powers start and when you find out if you're a mermaid.
So thank you, gender affirming ghosts.
Well, there you go.
Yeah.
That's off to them.
Honestly, if you can find a positive in being haunted, the 13th year.
Yeah, you never seen that Disney movie?
What Disney movie?
I get a reference.
We found, we found Jesse, you and I, we're pretty close in age for all intents and purposes.
We found the line.
It's right there.
It's the 13th year.
Is it a Disney Channel movie?
Yeah.
You like up there with a break.
Oh, then that's not.
Yeah, that's not.
It's exactly it.
It's exactly the line.
Yeah, that's it.
We're almost the same guy, but that's the line.
Yeah.
All right.
Now, logically, I know there's an explanation for these things, whether tricks of the light,
overactive imagination, bad memory, et cetera.
I accept that, but it's still freaking to think about even all these years later.
However, none of these come close to what happened to me in my late 20s.
One night, my wife, girlfriend at the time, was staying over at my place for the weekend.
she normally did, we both were pretty tired and decided to turn in earlier than normal and got
into bed. Now, I'm the kind of person who has a busted internal clock. And if I end up going to bed
too early, I end up waking up at fuck a clock in the morning, unable to get back to sleep. That's me also.
Yeah, it sucks. It's because I don't use alarms at all. So my body really trusts itself. But I was
super tired, so I risked it. As I expected, I naturally woke up in the middle of the night,
checked the clock to see it was something like 2 or 3 a.m. and turned over in hopes of getting
back to sleep. As I turned over, I noticed something looming over me on ceiling above our bed.
It was another shadowy figure, but it wasn't humanoid. Instead, it looked as if it was like a mass
of undulating tentacles hanging over my bed, like a shadowy showgoth straight out of an HP
Lovecraft story. Some of its tentacles even spread outwards towards the corner where the ceiling and
walls connected. For some reason, I was incredibly calm about this Eldridge mass floating above me,
so common fact that I looked at it and went, huh, and then turned over and then went back to sleep.
I love that. Yeah, I was going to say, that's the Jesse strategy. I have no idea why I was so nonchalant
seeing it. I'm generally a very paranoid person in the dark, but I simply had no fear looking at this
creature. As I laid in bed and felt R.m. sleep watch over me. I'm suddenly jolted awake again.
I look over and my wife is frantically shaking me awake with her eyes locked onto the ceiling.
I grugly ask her what's wrong, to which she carefully point upwards and whispers,
What the fuck is that?
I looked up and once again, the Eldridge's shadowy mass was floating on the ceiling,
except this time the thing had doubled in size, almost covering the entirety of the ceiling above our bed,
and the tentacles that spread toward the corner of the ceiling had now started bending down the side of the wall,
almost reaching our bed.
despite all of this, I still felt no fear or reaction to the figure.
My wife, however, was terrified.
She was stone still, almost frozen in fear, and would not take her eyes off it.
We both laid there and stared at it for about a minute as she shuffled above us,
and then my wife quietly asked, what do we do?
I looked over, saw a small portable light on my nightstand, picked it up and aimed it at the shadow before turning it on.
instantly as light flooded the room, the shadow disappeared.
When I turned the light back off, all the shadows in our room looked normal.
There was no sign of the shadow being above us.
It was gone.
Confused and shaken, the both of us curled up in bed and eventually fell back asleep.
When we woke up the next morning, we started recounting what we saw.
I told my wife how I saw this black shadowy mass hanging above the bed, how it didn't bother
me that it was there.
And for some reason, I can't explain, just ignored it, until she shook me awake.
having seen it herself. My wife was a little confused at this while she did remember the night
and what happened, she said she did not see a black shadowy tentacle monster hanging above the bed.
Instead, and to this day, she still swears by this. She believed she saw the face of an Egyptian
god set staring down at her. Now, for clarity, my wife is a practicing comedic pagan, so her
connection to Egyptian gods didn't come entirely out of nowhere. But boy, did I not expect to hear her
say that. None of us ever saw the thing again, and to this day, we have no idea what happened
that night. Both of us saw something on ceiling above our bed, and we both saw it individually
without one influencing the other. Not to mention it disappeared once I flipped the light on and off.
So what was it? Ghost, alien, fourth dimensional being, the literal, actual Egyptian god of chaos
and storms popping in to say hi? Maybe it was something mundane like paradelia, but then I don't know why
everything in the room looked totally different after having flicked the light.
Neither of us have any idea what happened.
And while to this day, I still do experience the occasional weird moments or see things
out of the corner of my eye, nothing has ever come close to that night.
Okay.
I must stress, as a Jesse fan, I'm going to give you the grace and say that it was more than
just shadows.
And I'm going to take you down this rabbit hole.
Eldridge tentacles plus Egyptian deities.
What's that dude's name?
Neer aloftap or whatever.
That's the one.
That's who's trying to get you.
That's lovecraftian and the god of storms.
Yeah.
Like that's,
that could be that.
What is it?
Nearlah,
yeah,
yeah, yeah.
That's the guy.
Egyptian themed Eldridge,
uh,
shadowy figure with tentacles.
That's it.
You got got.
You're welcome.
The,
the purveyor of dark knowledge has got you.
That's,
yes.
We gave him that official title last month.
Different kind of shadow.
people than normal.
But I thought this was a good one.
Yeah, it's good.
Jesse, what do you have?
Oh, boy. Hey, uh, as you know, America 250.
We did it, y'all.
We made it 250 years.
It happened.
How'd you all celebrate?
Woo.
Uh, I went out during the day, walked around, looked at stuff, went to a farmer's
market, went down to the beach area, did everything.
And then because of where I live, Alex knows where I live.
I was home by four because it was going to be a shit show.
there was no way in hell I would be out
because my section of the city becomes
the tourist trap.
There's like one way to get to where you're at
and then one way to get out of where you're at.
Yeah, I was like, no, I'm all right.
So by four, I was home.
I played the new Skatari in Dark Tide all night.
It was great.
I had a good time.
Good.
Fourth of July.
Shout out to little robot Mechanicus dudes.
Loved it.
Good stuff.
Robot Mechanicus dudes.
Yeah, it was good.
I had a great time.
But anyway, space.com asks a valid question, which is, okay, America 250 happened.
But what would America 500 in the year 2276 be like, potentially?
So they asked a bunch of people, a bunch of smarty-pances, what they thought.
And it's so nice that they think we'll have a country by then.
I see what I'm saying.
Yeah.
But allowing for this to be a real thing, this is what they think will be up to.
It's also really funny because a lot of the people they asked had roughly the same vibe, which is really funny.
Space tourism will have gone to a place where more and more people can go.
But for the most part, space is going to be kind of like the ocean.
We won't necessarily live there in 250 years, but we'll have mining operations in various industrial industries trying to, you know, work off of the moon, Mars, asteroids, etc.
that'll probably be one, like a thing we're definitely doing to find resources to keep all the stuff happening on Earth going because that's how we work in a capitalist world.
Because in 250 years, we're going to be, we're going to sort all the stuff out.
They're saying that's probably what we'll do.
My favorite quote about this, though, is it's really funny.
It's like, I have no doubt that if we restore a rational scientific civilization, there will be city lights on the moon.
The implication being that there is no way we could at this moment unless we got our shit together.
which is really funny.
They're like, I mean,
it's at least nice that they're like somewhat waiting into the conversation that like our government is like completely anti-science and facts.
Yes.
Yeah.
I was like, good job, space.com.
With that said, if we do have mining facilities, there will end up being mining towns and space or stations or whatever.
And then of course those things.
Yeah, those things need amenities for the people that live there.
work there. And eventually those will over time, maybe hundreds of years, grow into cities.
That's just how the Wild West works, that all everything works, except, you know, much like the ocean,
it's much easier to build the station, like, you know, a mining facility, one of those deep
water mining things. Everyone's just on there for six months and they come home. So is that a
possibility? No one knows, but notice right away, we're not Star Trek, right?
We aren't there to explore.
We're there to get resources.
We're more like the bad guys in Avatar is where they have us.
We're the Fire Nation.
Yeah.
The Fire Nation.
Oh, no.
You're talking about the other Avatar.
We are both quite bad.
The humans are bad guys.
Yeah.
So, um,
keeping in mind Star Trek,
just to give you this thing,
it takes place,
the next generation takes place in 2370-ish.
And the original series is like 2260s.
So,
Star Trek is not according to scientists at the moment
not even a possibility for our future. We're nowhere where we need to be for it.
It's not happening. But speaking of
they say we will probably know for sure
the answer to if we are alone in the universe.
We'll have found some form of alien life by then. It doesn't necessarily
have to be intelligent. That's a completely different beast. But we
will know if we end up on places if there's stuff
under like the ice caps on Mars.
or if there's like stuff in our own galaxy.
And then they're like, if there is intelligent life,
uh,
Davin Newman,
uh,
who is sitting on the board of SETI says,
uh,
it's likely that intelligent life will actually find us before we find them.
I think that's probably a good probability because if we're out in our galaxy,
not even the universe or,
or,
uh,
I'm sorry,
not even the galaxy of the universe,
but our just our solar system.
If we're out there moving around in constant,
there's all this activity,
chances are any passers by would absolutely notice.
So we'd probably found out way before we find someone else.
If we haven't been found out already.
God damn right, Alexi, goddamn right.
And then another fantastic quote.
I love this one.
It's from David Bryn.
He says,
we have a chance to mature greatly as a spacefiring civilization over the next 250 years.
If everything goes well and we don't fall back into feudalism, for example,
and we fully exploit the resources of, say,
asteroid belt, the U.S. and humanity overall will likely be able to explore other star systems
in a meaningful way. But again, I think it's very funny that all of this is contingent on like us
not agreeing that we should just become idiots. It's like the most polite article I've ever seen
that's like, hey, we have big dreams, but we're headed towards idiocracy. We got to change this.
I read another article this week. I posted it over on my blue sky where basically they discovered
that a gross number of the population is reading at a sixth grade level.
Oh, yeah, it's bad.
Dude, I'm finding that out every day.
30% are at a fourth grade level.
So we are as a country really screwing up badly with educating people,
which is probably why all the scientists are like, guys,
we're not Star Trek.
We will not be Star Trek.
We are.
No, we're sliding.
We have a, yes, we literally, America per capita is.
is getting stupider.
Our, our, our, our, our, our, our notion of our own individual potential is so low.
And our ability to, like, comprehend big ideas is, like, devastatingly small, as I find
every time I try to, like, relate anything complicated to anyone, anywhere, for any reason.
Yes, that's, that's, that's actually the, the, the, the quote.
Uh, so this is, this is what it's a literal, it's the PIAAC highlights of the
US national results. It's the program for international, the program for
international assessment of adult competencies. And what they
found is that 57% of US adults are operating
at the reasoning and developmental level of a sixth grader.
That's so devastating. That's exactly what Alex is talking about. Like,
the, not just reading, but like the reasoning and develop
of a sixth grader. That's like barely turning 13. That's crazy.
You're not technically allowed to like watch most violent in movies,
most violence in movies at that time.
Like you're not supposed to be even like you're not mentally,
you don't have mental fortitude.
Yeah, they're like your growing brain will not understand exactly what you're seeing.
It will affect you.
You'll get like fucked up by what you're seeing because you don't understand it at that age.
And that's kind of where we're at is.
And again,
they were saying that 30% are like fourth graders,
which is even scary.
It's no wonder people get mad at these movies.
Like,
It must be insane to be like dumb as hell and to go to a movie and just like not understand it and just decide you hate it.
What the fuck is that?
Depressing is what it is.
Like just being like just being deciding that like an old cinematic universe is your fucking religion.
Like something that's like so old like imagine like just throwing it all the way to like to like dunk on the Asian people that have been cast in Star Wars like what?
I just want to like really.
put out there to anyone listening or watching or whatever.
When's the last time we heard a scientist say?
Yeah, no, like we could make a colony on the moon if we weren't in a feudal state of like,
they don't do that.
So the fact that multiple people are like, guys, I think it would be awesome to do cool
stuff in the future.
But like mostly it's going to be capitalism driving it and like a basically workforce set out
to space to go die in space for minerals
and uh that's probably
all the old people are going to die
and then the millennials are going to like have to
convince each other
to do a bunch of shit for people that
aren't even alive yet it is
it's insane we just
if we want to save the world we're going to have to
like come we're going to have to sacrifice
everything for like our children's children
if we want to save the world
it's insane we still live in a world of feudalism
even to this day it's nuts like we just
everything's driven by those on top
names change instead of dux and kings it's CEOs instead of the merchant class it's middle class
like nothing is fucking changed but the thing that i think is most interesting is that the minute
you get people from a lower class into like a middle or upper class so many turn like well
they shut right the fuck up once they're once their own shit they have a little bit of like
money and power suddenly it's like that's why we're not going to the moon
It's crazy.
What if the real reason we can't have a PS6
is because people are too stupid to make it?
Do you ever think about that?
I am now.
Yeah.
I am now.
What else do we got?
Last one from me.
Another horrors of our own creation.
Okay.
I'm going to read you the name of this study
that came out a few weeks ago.
Unsupervised sensory motor associative learning
by human brain explant in a dish and able movement imitation by robot.
Huh?
Story short, scientists in France and Japan through ethical agreements through the university
took a piece of a recently deceased man brains, a type called organotypic.
And they're keeping it, what they did is they transplanted it out of the recently deceased
man's head into a jar.
Not a full brain, a part of a brain.
A part of his brain.
And what did they do?
They wired it up.
They were able to bring it back to like,
it didn't die immediately.
They were able to keep it going and alive.
And that new piece of brain was able to form new memories.
And they were able through a robotic hand and presses,
teach it piano notes and keys.
Wait, but like, is the indicate, hold on, hold on.
Teach who.
Teach what the brain piece.
Is this like, is like.
when they take like a rat brain or whatever and they have it like do things and it like moves a
little or there's like a dead frog and the frogs and it's just the brains the electrical signals are
just things are happening or is the implication here that there is a dude no one's saying he's
no one saying it's conscious you said memories though well because they were able to reinforce
and it would create new neural pathways and would remember remember able to be distinct about
different notes it was taught this is a terrible
Like, I understand our own creation.
I understand that it's probably just a brain.
Yeah, I understand it's probably just like a part of the brain.
Yeah, I understand it's probably just like a part of the brain that doesn't have any like humanity in it.
But the implication is potentially it could.
There could be a dude who is like, I have no mouth and I'm a screaming right now.
Right.
Like inside there.
Yeah.
There's a dude in there.
Yeah.
specifically slices that were taken from the frontal and parietal regions of the cerebral cortex were taken.
And then they fucking kept it alive in a 300 micron thick section of glass, roughly three times a thickness of a human hair.
Each slice still contains the full stack of cortical layers plus a bit of the underlying white matter.
So it's not like it's just homogenized mush.
It's still kept separate.
And it's a thin, intact cross section of real cortex with its layered wire.
preserved. So it's literally, and this is all done in a university hospital in Montpellier, France,
used only with local prosecutor authorization and the family's consent. They had to harvest it
post-mortem between two and 12 hours after he died. I guess what I would love to know,
because I clearly don't know this information, is, all right, our brain is the receptor for all the
things, right? All the information that exists around us, all of our senses, touch,
site, whatever goes to the brain, the brain interprets, right? So if you are, uh, I don't know,
like you can't see, you can't hear, you can't feel anything, right? You have no sensory.
So does the brain, at that point, would the brain just not? So what they did was it did hear a note.
It would play a note and it would have like a microphone, like hearing the note and it would
translate that into electrical impulses and then it would move the hand and if it got the note
correct they would send impulses to like let it know it got correct and so when it would hear
the note it could play the note and so it was able to mimic it was hearing the note i mean i guess
i guess my question is what is the difference between someone having severe brain damage and learning
to walk again or whatever versus this which is technically severe brain damage and then they're
retraining the brain how to do stuff
I mean, I don't know.
It's literally that scene from Frankenstein with the ball, basically.
Yes, dude.
And it is the part of the, like the part of the brain that they took is the part of the brain that would take the sensory to motor, like take the noise and translate it to something our brain understands.
That's so funny.
Yeah.
Like, I don't know if there's a personality in there, but the idea that this is a brain that then you could technically over time train to be doing stuff.
like can you link me this study is there a picture of this brain
because it's not it's just a little bit right it's not a huge it's not a full brain
it's a little bit no it's a 300 micron thick piece of the brain right i want to see i yeah i want
to see the little i have like research gate thing uh there's no picture of the brain here though
okay well i still kind of want to see this is fucking me this is the most study this is the most
fucked up thing i've heard in a while yeah i'll send you a couple of the links here because
picturing different picturing what it would take to form a memory without it
having consciousness is like hard down this is where I downloaded it from like
then there's a few different articles we talk about animals have like like animals that we don't
know they have consciousness right understanding oh that's the person that raised me or whatever
we have those things occur and memories but like I don't I don't understand that's fucking
it's so weird this is real ass sci-fi this is yeah this is like almost along the lines of like
What's that game that we played on Scary Games Guard?
Soma?
Yeah, exactly.
Yes.
That sort of thing.
Yeah, it's almost along the lines of like, what does it mean to be alive?
Yeah.
Exactly.
It's fast.
Like, this shit's real fast.
There's a great little short on it.
She shows some pictures through the short of like how the test is done, but it's not of the actual brain, but like the map of the test.
Oh, they show.
Oh, no, she does at one minute, 13 seconds.
you can see the machine, the piano, the microphone, the robot hand, the incubator it's in.
Oh, they're playing an ad, hold on.
Of course.
That's, it's, it is getting to that point.
It's like, where's the line?
Where's consciousness?
Consciousness?
I don't, I am so, I don't believe consciousness is on and off.
Like, I truly think consciousness is a scale.
It's a sliding scale of like, you know, and like.
I think I genuinely believe that everything has some form.
of consciousness.
I agree.
It's fucking weird as fuck.
You see the setup?
It's,
it looks like a 3D printer.
It looks like a custom PC.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We're getting like how like that's a step towards brain in a jar shit.
Honestly,
this is the kind of stuff that I'm convinced billionaire spend their money on.
Because they're so desperate to live forever that they're like,
puts me in a jar.
They just go, what if I could?
What if I could?
What if I was God?
like this is
Admittedly it's fascinating
But again
It changes the
Like this is the kind of shit that
When you see this
And you think like when people talk about like
What it means to be a human
And they really set to fine
Rigid categories
This is the kind of shit that I think about
When you play a game like cyberpunk
And it's like well if I augment myself
Or I change myself or I just become a brain in a jar
Am I still the same person as you
Do you see me as a human?
a brain in a jar. Like, if I have robo arms, am I armless or do I have a robo arm? Like,
there's different ways to perceive humanity and what we are. And I think over time,
the future is going to, like, that's cyberpunk is shit, man. That's like fascinating. It is not
out of the, it's like not so far away that we shouldn't think about that now. Yeah.
Yeah. There's a lot of, there's a lot of philosophical conversations to be had around this stuff,
now, but it's like we just, we live in a world where like worst case scenario, oh, if he feels like
what's going to happen.
Well, that's because that's what gets clicks.
Yeah, of course, but I mean, it's also like we live in a chaotic world at the moment.
Sure.
Yeah, it's nuts.
I don't know, but it's, it's definitely bizarre.
Like, it's kind of strange.
It gave me a deep, a deep feeling of fear.
Yeah.
Oh, no, some, some things still need to scare you in this world.
Instead, uh, all the shorts I'm getting lately are them being like, did CERN make
Chick-fil-A?
Oh, my God.
That should have been your topic today.
Lavender used to be purple and now it's pink.
What the hell?
Oh, my God.
The Baron Steen Bears?
All right.
