Starting point is 00:00:04 Ranchos All right We're back Circle Back podcast Welcome to the show To everyone who found us through Instagram Reel Welcome
Starting point is 00:00:27 You're about to have a real fun time My name is Dave At D.C. Ruff If you want to see more of this Randall Trebek is producing Hi Dave What do you have tonight? You got something. You're dressed cool.
Starting point is 00:00:38 No, it's Retail Therapy Day So I dress well for Barrett It's retail time. What time are they doing it? 1.30 or two. I'll have to check the calendar invite. Dave, as of five hours ago, there is a new tiny desk that I might be a little interested in. Better than Ezra?
Starting point is 00:00:54 I might be a tune in to. Candlebox. I'll take a guess. Three doors down? Nope. Is it the flies? There are a lot of bands out there. It's an individual performer.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Just one guy. It's one person. Weird Al Yanker Ashur Ross Wait really? It's Weird Al. I don't know how I just pulled out of it. That is very Randy coded. It's so good.
Starting point is 00:01:19 I saw on the front page of YouTube. I'm like, I'm interested. I'll tune in. I don't know how I got there. He's going to do Amish Paradise. You know, that's what he'll close with, obviously. Hell yeah. I'm in for that.
Starting point is 00:01:32 Yeah, we'll throw it on. There was a time when my musical taste had a soft spot for comedy. got Adam Sandler, what the hell happened to me on one cassette and you got Weird Al whichever one on another. Yeah. I respected his game, but I never got in a weird owl. I mean, nobody really gets into it, but it's like you listen to it and you're like,
Starting point is 00:01:53 oh, that is funny, but you're like, I'm not gonna, I'm not listening to it while I'm on my way to school. My parents are dropping me off or something. That's a fair point. A long, long time ago. I would go see him in concert. Did he sell out arenas and shit? Did he have a, did he do a live tour?
Starting point is 00:02:07 I don't think so. He definitely toured, yeah. I think my brother saw him when he came to our like hometown. The best one was all about the Pentiums. Remember Pentium processors? That was like the next greatest thing. You did a song about that? It was all about the Benjamin's,
Starting point is 00:02:22 but it was all about the Pentiums, baby. Okay. I haven't heard. I might have to spend that one after this. You're going to be like, you know what? This is weird out. Yeah, this is not bad. Dude, I can't wait to hear him sing White and Nerdy.
Starting point is 00:02:38 White and nerdy, yeah. How old is weird owl by now? Oh, who's got to be in 60s. 68. I'm going to say 65. Age. Yeah, 66.
Starting point is 00:02:51 Right between us. Weird wills. We're not our age. Weird wills out there. Weird will. Callback. Ladies and gentlemen, to everybody who found us through Instagram Real,
Starting point is 00:03:06 here's the guy you've been waiting to see. Here's the guy who just carries this thing. Here's the King of Frat himself, the online god, one of the original bloggers on internet. Dylan Schivry. Got the leather out. By the way, thank you. That was quite an intro. I don't think you'd give me an intro like that in a long time.
Starting point is 00:03:23 I'm happy to be here, thanks to the new followers, new listeners. Got the leather out, man. It's tryout day for the little guy. Second season in majors. And we're feeling good. What you got? Nothing. Will's just talking really.
Starting point is 00:03:40 loud out there. He is being loud. Dude, I like you that glove. Yeah, dude, I'm more on baseball tryout slash assessments later, but yeah, this is big, this is a big day. You want to hold it? Yeah, kind of. There you go. That's the one I relaced, by the way. My old high school
Starting point is 00:03:56 glove. Oh, damn, this is kind of heavy. That's my high school John right there. Oh, this is good. This is way more snappy. That's the one I dropped the fly ball with, which led me to you catch like this. D.H. the rest of the season. no i don't catch it like that it was in the lights
Starting point is 00:04:17 rog's at the point where he'll he'll reach over he knows there he knows how to do that oh yeah he does yeah i mean it's he can't snap it shut like this but he can he can get his glove on it and i feel like it's a big a big step for him in his development oh yeah good for him man um i've got breaking news breaking dave email news randall are you ready for this mhm hit the button breaking email news it's from uh my dermatologist clinic. Okay. Subject line. Currently seeking volunteers. Currently seeking volunteers for an upper facial neurotoxin clinical study. Interested in participating in a clinical study for treating upper facial lines,
Starting point is 00:05:04 including forehead, frown, and crow's feet, we're currently enrolling a clinical research study, evaluating whether a single administration of an investigational drug can help improve the appearance of frown lines. Oh, do you have to smile? What's a frown line? It's the ones up here, right? In the forehead. There's nothing to do with your mouth.
Starting point is 00:05:29 I don't know. Do I? I may qualify if I'm a healthy male, 18 or older, have medium to heavy frow lines, frown lines, are unhappy with your frown lines. Of course I am. And have not had any botulinum toxin treatments in any area of the body within the past nine well that's me is your dermatologist clinic
Starting point is 00:05:49 going to give you some dysmorphia at some point they keep targeting you with these like hey man you can improve yourself studies it's just clav just texting you uh vertical or horizontal creases that form between the eyebrows and across the nose oh right here yeah in the middle i don't know if i have that do i you got a frown line hey ready i got the crow's feet dog that's my shit Hey man, I'm 42. What do you want from me? Shit happens. I don't think I'll be participating in this clinical research. It's nice if they thought of me.
Starting point is 00:06:25 I just basically told them like, yes, send it to me. If you're new here and you found us through Instagram, real, you missed it. But the first one they sent was like, hey, do you want to do a hair loss study? I was like, sure. They're going to get me on something for free. and I took the pictures. I think I had Randy or Brett take the photos atop of my head, sent them in.
Starting point is 00:06:47 And they're like, yeah, you're not. No. They didn't tell me why, but I wasn't eligible for the study. And I responded. I'm like, ha, ha, okay, cool. Maybe on the next one. I was like, was it like, was it like, because it's not that bad or like, is it too bad?
Starting point is 00:07:01 And they just never responded. Ha, ha, ha. It just looks too good already. No, you're too sexy. I'm too, I look too good. My smoke too tough. Uh-huh. That's not what happened.
Starting point is 00:07:14 Well, do you want me to send this to you? Do you want to do this? I don't think I have frown lines, man. If it was a crow's feet study, then it might have your boys' attention. I don't know. Little Botox would be great for me. But I've never done the talks. I've never done the talks.
Starting point is 00:07:32 I've never done the talks. I don't, I don't plan on it. I'm not against it. I probably won't ever. But like if the opportunity presented stuff, like, yeah, shoot me out. It's whatever. Some people get it, like, didn't Will, get it for sweatiness? He did.
Starting point is 00:07:46 Yeah. In his armpits. Yeah. It worked like a charm. Yeah. I don't really plan on doing that. But that's good to know that's an option. Thanks for thinking on me. Yeah. We've got listening to voicemails that'll drop on Patreon tomorrow. We had a great
Starting point is 00:08:04 week on Patreon. We had Will joining us yesterday or Tuesday, excuse me, for just an all-time riff session. We've got that audio that's going to drop this week. Friday. We'll do give you guys a little tease. A little bonus audio for the folks on the free feed,
Starting point is 00:08:20 see what you're missing behind the old Patreon paywall. But you can hop in for five or ten bucks. You can see what we're... You think we're fucking cool and edgy here? Wait till you get behind the paywall. Dylan cusses like a damn jazz musician. No filter. I just tossed a filter out.
Starting point is 00:08:37 He doesn't care. Behind the paywall. I'll say anything. We'll drink buzz brews or buzz balls. We'll do fucking drugs. We don't care. Yeah, we'll do drugs. Mm-hmm. I don't think I've ever done drugs behind the paywall.
Starting point is 00:08:48 I'll do new characters like Agro Randy. Where was AI Randy? Was that on this? That was also on voicemails, I believe. It's a great. It's a character. I don't know how long. Don't show them right now. Let them earn it.
Starting point is 00:08:58 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That was on last week's voicemails. Go tune in. What if your AI was just McAfee? Like how long before there's just like the new AI, it's like Pat, 5.1. And you're like, all right. So you're just basically having a conversation with Pat McAfee. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:14 I understand that you want to get this done. You got to stand on. Oh, yeah. Sorry. Hold on. Let me. Let me. Here you go.
Starting point is 00:09:21 I see you're trying to draft an email. Let me tell you how to do it. I think you should start with. That's pretty good. Okay. That's honestly not bad. Okay. New character.
Starting point is 00:09:31 AI Pat McAfee. It's not perfect. It's probably better than I can do. I don't want it to be perfect. No, no. It needs to have just a hint of Randy's, you know, uniqueness. Yeah. I'm not perfect.
Starting point is 00:09:45 I'm a polarizing figure. I'm far from it, brother. Is that what he would say? Like I said, we don't consume enough McAfee to really know. But good for you, Randy. Yeah, something about me. I'm a little polarizing. Y'all should know that.
Starting point is 00:09:57 Everybody should know that. Bro. I think we should cancel, cancel culture. Whoa. I don't give a fuck, dude. I'm edgy. You either gonna like me or hate me. Do you like my new socks?
Starting point is 00:10:10 Fucking hate him. Sorry, dude. That's what you're going to get with me, you piece of shit. Chelsea got him for me. Okay, cool, man. She's a nice gal, but you're not. I'm not a nice gal.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Sorry, dude. Am I a little too polarizing for you? Hey, Dylan. I'm a little too polarizing for Dylan. Hey, Dylan. What's up, dude? Hey, you're a pussy-ass bitch. I forgot to add.
Starting point is 00:10:33 Wait, play it again? I'll do it even louder for you. Hey, you're a pussy-ass bitch. Why was it? Why was it a question? The way you inflected it, I like that. I don't know, man. I need to answer it
Starting point is 00:10:47 I need to add it to the board he was talking to you what happened was that was that a pay-on-one one yeah that was because it's because you were explaining that like just because things are not illegal it doesn't mean that's right to do exactly you could go up to someone on the street and say
Starting point is 00:11:01 hey you're a pussy-ass bitch and that's not illegal but you still should do it because it's very rude to do it was it was about dog poop and trash cans and how people were saying that if this if the trash can is on the street it's legal to put something in it because it's like public it's like public property at that point but yeah it's not illegal but you still shouldn't do it if it's an if it's an empty trash can that is if it's a full trash can i don't think
Starting point is 00:11:25 it's that big a deal but yeah you like walk up stranger hey you're a pussy ass bitch and like oh whoa well it's legal so yeah it's fair game no it doesn't work that way that will be added to the board today i had a nice moment with a stranger in traffic yesterday i just want to shout him out okay c's a listener uh You know the Shell Station down the street? Oh, yeah. I was in that parking lot, and I was getting ready to make a right out. And it was rush hour.
Starting point is 00:11:52 So there's a line of cars and somebody has to let me in. There's a guy who's in a white, I believe it was a Ford Raptor. I know what you're thinking. Sick. Okay. He was clearly prepared to let me in. Young guy kind of looked at him. And I'm sitting there.
Starting point is 00:12:07 And then a car also from the Shell Station just left the pump and just darted in front of my car and took my spot. like got like in front of me. So basically they were like, you got Alford? And I looked at him and it was like, funny enough, it was a Subaru Outback. Not the same one from a couple days ago.
Starting point is 00:12:26 And I did one of these. You know, I'm sitting there because I wasn't like really that upset. I just was like, and then I looked over at the guy who's gonna let me in and he's shaking his head and he goes, like he saw the whole thing go down.
Starting point is 00:12:38 Yeah, like this fucking guy. And I gave him like, and that was that. Yeah. And then when I thought, That's a good moment. When he let me in finally, I gave him like another, like, deuce in the rear view.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Oh, yeah. Through a deuce. Y'all are dogs now. Yeah. It's tight. You're never going to see him again, but y'all are dogs. No, no. When he made a right about like half a mile up, I was like, man,
Starting point is 00:13:00 kind of wish we were just on the same wave. Like to shake that guy's hand. I want to shake his hand. Dave hates to see an out back on the road. Two for two negative experiences there. Is that the new BMW driver? you know how BMW drivers have a reputation of being just kind of dickheads on the road do that it's a thing it's like it's a thing according to me i don't get it it's Subaru love should be chill yeah
Starting point is 00:13:29 didn't will used to drive one that's the crunchiest car there is right it's up there it's it's in the top thing it gets crunchier than a Subaru outback what's like let's draft crunchy cars no it's not we could do that we might need will for that i had a similar situation when Someone was trying to turn left and the traffic was getting backed up. And I was like, okay, like this person is trying to turn into this parking lot. I definitely have enough time. Like, I'm, I'm there that I won't block them if I go up. So I'm like, all right, I'll go.
Starting point is 00:14:03 And then I like look behind the rear view. Big old truck just went right behind me and blocked the guy from turning into the parking. I'm like, you fucking dick. I guess I could have stopped and like let him in. Yeah. So that happens. Any chance you're watching the new Hard Knocks featuring the Seahawks? I haven't watched it.
Starting point is 00:14:19 I started it, and then I realized I didn't care that much about the Seahawks. So I think Derek Hall is the linebacker for the Seahawks. He's very good. He cut, he built his own truck, and it is hilarious, this truck. It is the most jacked up, tallest truck. Saw the clip. He pulled up the camp in it. I saw the clip.
Starting point is 00:14:38 It is so funny. It's absurd. It has switches. He got hydraulics on it. He shouldn't be street legal. So he parks it, and then it lowers just enough so he can get out of the dam. I saw the clip. And I was like, I was like, you know, I want a rag on this guy.
Starting point is 00:14:52 It's incredible. If I ever got NFL money, I would probably do some shit like this. Yeah. He also got in trouble for practice for getting too close to Sam Darnel. Do you see it, Randy? Dude, is that it? I mean, I don't know which one is him, but they're the same. Anyway, it's so fucking funny.
Starting point is 00:15:11 He's not going to be able to sell that. I mean, he's a large, very large man, and he has a hard time getting in it. It's badass. I mean, I would never drive. it, but for someone like that, someone with the swag to pull it off, it's really funny. Let's see if I can find the clip. The clip is preposterous. I did see it, and I remember just being like, all right, this might be the highlight of the season of Hard Knocks. They did about five minutes on the most recent one of Sam Darnold spinning the ball. I talk about how his spin rate is
Starting point is 00:15:44 the best in the league, and it was football pornography. It was a really fun segment. Is this it? Yeah, that's it. He's going through a drive-through right. now look at the lady's like what so he can't park that in regular spots oh no he's got he's got to keep it the driveway you can't fit it in the garage so funny i love the idea of like getting money and then like instead of getting a car that's like convenient and comfortable and like really nice you get something that's like incredibly inconvenient like from from the moment you step into it from the moment you get out those rims are like 26 inches but they look fairly normal because everything else in the truck is so massive.
Starting point is 00:16:27 I'm enjoying the season so far. Hard knocks is, they still got it, man. Imagine me hopping out of that truck with my Tukov's on. Oh, my God. Because anywhere with going is better and comfortable in boots. You could put them right there between the bed and the cab.
Starting point is 00:16:40 Yeah. Just Toccove this guy. Let people know. This is a serious man right here. You can find your perfect pair of boots at Tukovas. Tukovas crafts quality Western boots for everyone. From NFL linebackers to generational ranchers and lifelong cowboys

Tukovus knows that y'all means all. So whatever your size, style, or need, you're going to find the perfect pair. I've got a smooth ostrich pair that I love. Dylan's got the all-black cart rights that he wears. He's going to wear him to the ranch this weekend.
Starting point is 00:17:32 Not to spoil his weekend and fun, but he's going to. That's big facts. That's the thing about it. They're so comfortable. They look so sharp. I got married in the damn things. I've worn them to the ranch. You can use them for anything, man.
Starting point is 00:17:42 And they hold up. They're incredible. Love it. Starting point is 00:17:58 one on South Congress. One up at the domain. Right now, get 10% off at Tocovas.com slash CRCLBK when you sign up for email and texts. That's 10% off at T-E-C-O-V-A-S.com slash CRC-L-B-K. See site for details, T-C-O-V-A-P-E-T-C-S. I started a show last night. You know, I was a lot.
Starting point is 00:18:20 late in life Friday Night Lights TV show guy. I watched it probably about 2015, 2016. I, I, I binged it. I love binging stuff. Everybody knows that about me. I'm a binge guy. And man, did that show really just hit the spot? And I love Michael B. Jordan. I love Jesse Plymins. And I really love Kyle Chandler. Oh, yeah. Kyle Chandler, who, if he doesn't live here full time, he definitely has or has had a home in the area because people see him around Austin quite a bit. He's in the drip, I believe. Okay.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Yeah. That would be a great sighting. I wouldn't even say hi. I would just be like, I'd give him like a nod. Texas forever. So he's in a show. You got to mention Connie Britton if you're going to mention the other.
Starting point is 00:19:04 I like Connie Britt. I didn't want it to get, I didn't want to like, if I mentioned her, then I'm after like do like 30 minutes on how like. How amazing she is? Yeah. I love her.
Starting point is 00:19:13 Okay, sorry. Go on. Connie Britt. Look at that. Here goes 30 minutes. I watched lanterns last night, Randall. This is mainly for, this isn't just for Randall, but like, I think Randall's the most aware. I've been hearing good things.
Starting point is 00:19:27 It's in the DC universe. Green Lantern. You've heard of that character. Of course. I had two. I didn't know much about it. Before House of the Dragon's finale, they showed the preview for the T's for lanterns. And I was like, Kyle Chandler gets me in the door.
Starting point is 00:19:47 Fine. So I watched it last night And I enjoyed it and I'll be sticking with it So there's only one episode that's dropped It's the pilot and it's good Long story short Kyle Chandler is the green lantern But it's not like I'm a walk around
Starting point is 00:20:08 Into my superhero suit type thing It's more like I'm a regular guy but I'm also a green lantern And everybody knows that So you're kind of in this world of like People are aware that there's extraterrestrial drills and that we have this guy who's got this green lantern ring and he protects us. He's basically like Earth's protector. That's probably a really shitty way of explaining it, but that's pretty much what you need
Starting point is 00:20:31 to know. And he's got a guy, an English actor who I'm not that familiar with, but he plays an American who's basically like his trainee. That's all I'll tell you. But what I didn't know, if you go on X, the Everything app, and you go search. just to see, like, what are people saying about this show? There's a lot of controversy. There's a spoiler in there if you'll go look at it.
Starting point is 00:20:55 But people are big mad, and the DC universe is very, very protective. And there's a lot of people mad about what they've done with the characters and whatnot. And Randy, I just want to see, like, what is your knowledge of the DC world and, like, the lore on Green Lantern? My knowledge is, one, the Ryan Reynolds movie was very much flamed, even he will. mention that. I don't know too much about Greenlander. I know like the rings and there has to deal with like fear and all that stuff. So I definitely know more about Marvel than I do DC.
Starting point is 00:21:29 But there's a lot of controversy around James Gunn's universe. I mean, people are like it. Some people fucking hate it. It's no, nerds will protect stuff and criticize things more than anyone else. Has DC? What's like the best thing DC's done to this point? Is it their Batman? Is there Batman the one, like the,
Starting point is 00:21:48 newer ones? No, that's complete, I mean, Batman is DC but that's not part of the DCU. So. It's exhausting, Dylan. Yeah. It is, it is exhausting. I mean, I've, I've hit my
Starting point is 00:22:02 quota with, I guess not quote my threshold with whatever. I don't know what the word I'm trying to say here is. My limits with Marvel. They do a lot. Yeah. Like, I will, I saw the new Spider-Man. I'll probably see Doomsday, but I've missed like three of the past movies. I'm not
Starting point is 00:22:18 caught up with any of like the Disney plus shows it was just it just became too much it's tough when they'll drop one like supergirl which i think is that marvel that's dc you oh fuck okay well i'll go fuck myself real quick let me finish my point before i do that um you know they'll drop like supergirl and you're like ooh okay i guess i got to keep up with that one and then like a day later it's like well it's actually really shitty don't see it okay yeah do i need but do i need to like do i need is there something i need to extract from the lore like for and it's Is it that shitty or just people being haters? Like, I can't tell.
Starting point is 00:22:52 I don't know. That's the issue with these movies, Marvel and DC. So the new Superman, Supergirl, and Lanterns are, I think, all part of the James Gunn DCU. You should maybe check out Lanterns. It's not overly superheroy. And Kyle Chandler's like, he's just great. Where is it streaming? Is HBO?
Starting point is 00:23:12 HBO. Yeah. Max. Got it. I've heard nothing but good things about from Lanterns, though. Yeah. So I'm sure there's people complaining on Twitter because that's what people on Twitter do. But I've heard from what I've heard.
Starting point is 00:23:25 What's a chat saying? There's at least eight people in the chat. I saw someone say lanterns is crazy. There's a reveal in the first episode that I'm like, oh, wow. Okay. Interesting. And people are mad about it. Or they think it's fine.
Starting point is 00:23:42 I won't spoil it. Okay. I'll watch. Okay. Because, yeah, I do want to keep up with the DC. I'm a Kyle Chandler guy. It's worth at least tapping. You're dealing with Kyle Chandler as like a superhero type guy who like is kind of
Starting point is 00:23:57 at the end of his career. And like he's training this other guy, the younger guy. And he kind of knows like this is going to be my replacement essentially. But he's like begrudgingly. Got it. He doesn't want to give it up because he wouldn't want to give it up. He's getting older though. He's getting older.
Starting point is 00:24:14 Yeah. You know? You can't superhero forever. No. I mean, it's like... Unless you're one of the ones that doesn't age. It's, I don't know. It's like, if you had a podcast and like, you're like the oldest guy on there by a significant
Starting point is 00:24:23 margin. Like, you know, like, Father time comes for all of us. At some point, I can't be doing this. Father time comes for all of us. At some point, I can't sit here in front of this microphone and talk bullshit with you guys. Yeah. And that day, it's going to be tough. We're just going to have to...
Starting point is 00:24:35 And then nine months later, you'll be in the same spot. What? Since you are only nine months younger than I. A gestation period? Yeah. Sure. Sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:45 No, I'm I've finished my book I finished all the pretty horses And there's not really any like shows outside of Sunday night lioness and I'm like Watching so like last night I was like what do I do? I don't have anything to do I can need to get I want to get a new book But I don't I don't know what I want to start yet. I just I'm looking for something We're looking for a show too it was I'm in that mode of like looking for a show I actually did pitch Chelsea lioness I haven't seen I'm never seen a single last episode neither is she she says eh not for me like all right oh really uh zoie saldanya's not uh fur chels
Starting point is 00:25:26 it's one thing about you know living with a woman what you can't just one off a show you got to it's got to be a collective decision you know i can't watch an entire series without her buddy you can I don't know when I'll have a time dude there's nights where a listle just go read and I'm just out there watching lioness like she's reading a book
Starting point is 00:25:54 and I'm like I'm in there just like a fucking ape is it good is it so it's a good show it's you've heard my you've heard me describe it it's um there's a lot of good there's a lot of like preaching soapboxing
Starting point is 00:26:10 uh editorializing that you are is very obvious what they're doing. It's fine. I guess I didn't realize this is stupid of me that it was a Taylor Sheridan. Oh, yeah. Look at the cat. The cast is crazy.
Starting point is 00:26:22 It's a great cast. I see that right now. Like, and you'll be shocked to learn. I make this point, like, every two weeks. Taylor Sheridan's in it as well. Do you think he's like some like,
Starting point is 00:26:33 I'm shocked. You think he's some pussy-ass bitch? Or do you play just a super alpha guy? Or do you think he's Cody, the team lead of the most elite, Delta Force unit. I'm guessing he's that one. He's not the pussy-ass bitch. Right. He's not a...
Starting point is 00:26:46 I don't have it on the board yet. I don't have to bring it back now. I'm just going to... Hey, let's just take a little break. Okay, here we go. Hey, you're a pussy-ass bitch. That's stupid. What a stupid soundbub. You said it, not me. I did. I said it. I meant it.
Starting point is 00:27:04 Oh, man. I mean it when I say Lisa mattresses are the best. You've got that legend hybrid cooling? I do. sleeping great. I've got the same one, by the way. I'm having the best sleep. I just don't want to steal your thumb.
Starting point is 00:27:17 You never told me that, dog. I like to, I don't talk about it publicly, but since we're doing a leaser mattress, like you tapped in. Yeah, I tapped in. Okay. It's fantastic.
Starting point is 00:27:25 I tried yours out and loved it so much that I got my own. You did? Yeah. Sometimes when you're out of town, I just go, I just crash at your place. That's fine.
Starting point is 00:27:32 Remember I I peed at your place that one time? You did pee in my house. That was the one time I've been in your home. Yes. Tell us about it. You took a little sleep quiz and, Yeah, so voila. You get to, so you get to dot, you can set it like, we like a little bit firmer than average, but not super firm.

We've got a, no, let's just do a little T-ball, baseball talk. Dylan mentioned that Parks has his, he actually had this, they'll call it tryouts.
Starting point is 00:29:04 They call it, they call it a showcase. Oh, wow. Yeah. I think the term tryout tend to free. kids out of it and parks he has cried on the way to tryouts two different times because he just gets so nervous he's one of the smaller kids like i mentioned a million times he gets really intimidated you know he doesn't play summer ball so he's like he's he took a few months break and so he hasn't seemed nervous this time i think because he's he's already done majors and so he knows what to expect
Starting point is 00:29:30 and plus last tryout he actually performed pretty well um but he gets extremely nervous for it um but yeah they don't they don't call it tryouts i think it kind of that makes sense yeah they called a showcase uh so rhodes has rog's my five-year-old he's gonna be um six nine in three to four months don't want to right don't want any of the listeners to come at me i'm just kidding tune in tomorrow it's funny uh but yeah he'll be six in like next year beginning in next year so he's still in t-ball and they've decided this year they're going to do an assessment to create some parity amongst the teams because there was some top heavy teams and some really some bad teams last year.
Starting point is 00:30:16 So he's got this thing Saturday. That's probably a wise move. I don't know if it, yeah, I think it'll end up being, I think it'll end up working out for everybody. It's 15 minutes. It's like they take like 15 kids. They do alphabetical order. They go out down to the field.
Starting point is 00:30:36 and basically there's a hitting station, a fielding station, like a throwing station, and then they'll run around the bases on their last hit off the T. Yeah. That he doesn't really, he knows he has something
Starting point is 00:30:48 with baseball this weekend, but I don't really know how to, I don't know how to get him excited or like get him, it doesn't matter if he doesn't, if he goes and doesn't like do his best, it's not like he's not going to find it. He's going to,
Starting point is 00:31:03 everybody gets to play. Yeah. But I want him to go and like, try and like have a you know i think you pump them up a bit and you tell them like dude go show them how good you are man go show them how hard you've been hitting the ball lately yeah you can move your glove this way like they want to see they want to see how good you are go show well he's he was like well what is it he's like is this is this like is this a game and i'm like no and he's like is it like a practice with my my new team and i was like no but it's some guys who could be your
Starting point is 00:31:35 teammates. So he knows the teams are going to get reshuffled a bit. Yes, he's kind of aware that because he's very much like, I hope so-and-so is on my team, blah, blah, blah. Yeah. So anyway, I'm just like trying to think, here's the other thing we're working against. Our time slots, like, during one of his buddies' birthday parties, so he's got to bail. And I'm hoping he's not bummed because we have to pull him out of the birthday party, go do this thing. Oh. And anyway, He'll be fine. But like, I'm just trying to not overthink it and just kind of be like, you know what, buddy, you're going to go and there's going to be some dads there.
Starting point is 00:32:10 And you're just going to go basically show them all the stuff that we practice in the backyard. You're just going to do it on the field. And it'll be real quick and that's that. Yeah. It'll be fine. It'll be fine. It's kind of one of those things. Like for Parks, it's always been he's nervous.
Starting point is 00:32:23 And then he pulls up and starts playing catch to get warmed up. And the nerves just go away. Yeah. He's like, he kind of sizes up the other kids. He's like, I can hang with these. guys kind of thing yeah and and i'm not worried about him like not being able to keep up with the other kids because he can but it's just like and if it doesn't matter if he goes and he i don't know it is like i'm go i don't think any of his buddies like from his team are going to be in his
Starting point is 00:32:49 uh trial block which is for the best because they'll just sit there and like toot and make funny noises sure hell yeah what did he say last night dude like he's calling him his mom was in the shower and he was in his bed and he was yelling for his mom so i go in there i'm like what's up dude he's like can you get me fresh water yeah i go back in there and he just starts toting and then he goes he's watching the show called loudhouse where like one of the kids is like in a band and he goes like he puts like the rock hands up and he goes farting and i'm like yeah he's he can't get past toting no he's stuck he's but it's not just him i hung out we hung out with some of his buddies recently.
Starting point is 00:33:34 And like they're all just in like the prime fart zone. It's crazy. He at least has, he knows now that he's not allowed to do it at the dinner table. And like he has to leave and go in the bathroom. The funniest part is he'll go in there, shut the door and then do it. But he still does it as loud as possible.
Starting point is 00:33:52 And I can still hear it from the dinner table. And he'll come back. I'll be like, buddy, you don't have to make it as loud as possible. Like you can do it. He's like, that's the only way I know how. Like, dude, stop.
Starting point is 00:34:02 bullshit. You're so full of it. Anyway. Just a little T-ball talk. You'll do great. Side of Tuts. It's going to be, I think that feels like temperature at 5 o'clock is parks to tryout or 5.30. That's insane.
Starting point is 00:34:17 It's going to be like 105. Oh, fantastic. Oh. Well, if you want some extra smack and seeds, I got some for it. Well, you loaded me up pretty good. I got four ready to go. He was really enticed by the guacamole flavor. Ooh, you liked it?
Starting point is 00:34:32 He wants to try it very badly. Oh, yeah, let's try it. All right. So I'm going to bust that bitch. you open. So I got, I got rode some skull long cut. Yeah. I just don't know. It's like, is it a good idea like for his first dip to be on the way to assessments? Or should I wait? I would let him take his first one a couple days before so he kind of acclimates to it a bit and then he can pull it out. You know how they're, you put a big old hooter in before practice. You know, now they're
Starting point is 00:34:54 doing like the swim water acclamation thing with babies where they just throw them in the deep end and like let him like figure it out. Yeah. I was thinking about just like just putting all that between his toes and then like throwing in a horseshoe and you're saying like figure it out dude have you thought about like dressed for success get him like some like compression sleeves get him some wraparounds give him like a really shitty mohawk haircut or something like that look good feel good play good do some like under eye black i have thought about that yeah maybe that's what he needs i think i'm going to get him to j j j mccarthy the nine uh eye black my my high school baseball coach was the ultimate look good feel good play good guy he was uh kind of a pretty boy he had great
Starting point is 00:35:38 flow and he like fresh day before every game and we had we were like the organ of high school baseball we had like almost unlimited like uniform combinations we had three different hats we had like five different jerseys it was ridiculous he went pinstripes at one point for literally no reason at all he just he just he loved it yeah make sure you get him like a titanium necklace thing and like the balance band to really make sure that he's performing at a top level god my first time taking a dip was so terrible so bad in fact that i never touched it i haven't touched it once since then i threw up i threw it for like five hours straight yeah mine was ninth grade eighth grade for me was this the coach who said there's two kinds of people yeah two kinds of players
Starting point is 00:36:22 yeah coach garris oh man maybe i should just start him with a lucy or something probably yeah it's probably a good way to start them I just need him to get locked in. A little 4-milly just to tune him up a bit. Yeah, I mean, this isn't a read, but like, we could just start with the gum. He's obsessed with gum. His mom let him chew some gum. Give him some big leak chew.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Oh, fuck. That's going to be dangerous. He'll be obsessed with it. Yeah. Groundball ground. It hasn't made its way to the dugout yet. Yeah, you're literally wearing the t-shirt. He's wearing the shirt.
Starting point is 00:36:56 It's a visual show. If you just found us through Instagram Reel, go follow us on Spotify. Or, and or YouTube. It's an and or situation. Sure. You can watch this show live on YouTube. How about that? I'm just looking into the titanium necklaces.
Starting point is 00:37:15 Were those the thing back when you guys were in school? I remember the thing, the big thing for, like, older people was the copper wrist thing. Oh, yeah. For like people with arthritis. Dude, that era of baseball is part of my least favorite era ever. Not that one. I'm thought the more of the chunkier ones. Dude, look up CJ Wilson.
Starting point is 00:37:31 Yes. He's exactly who like that. He had a chunky. Yes, that one. I don't. CJ Wilson Rangers. That shit pisses me off more than like the modern day. Like kids have all like the sliding mitts and all that bullshit.
Starting point is 00:37:43 Yeah, this was, these were the ones that were around when I was in school, like the thinner ones, but still. They do absolutely nothing. It was supposed to like promote like blood flow or some stupid shit. Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:37:57 I genuinely need you to look up C.J. It looks like a bike law. I want to see him so bad and I'm just champing at the bed. It's the tornado titanium necklace. C.J. Wilson Rangers get you there. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, dude.
Starting point is 00:38:13 What a handsome man. That's the one. Awful. Look at the sideburn. That is a freaky. That is some like 2008 Texas Rangers gas right there.
Starting point is 00:38:25 God, what a team. He was just callied out. Tattoos. He's not. He's not. He's what he's doing now. Anyway. Anytime I can go look up
Starting point is 00:38:39 an old Texas Ranger. I'm going to do it. If you're wondering here, AI overview says they're marketed to stabilize the body's bielectric flow, reduce muscle stiffness, relieve pain, and speed up recovery. However, it does none of those things. Independent scientists and medical professionals state there is no hard proof that titanium provides these physiological benefits, meaning user effects are largely attributed to a placebo. Yeah, like we told all the baseball kids. And then they're like, no, it fucking works. and this balanced brace with it, like,
Starting point is 00:39:09 I have so much more balanced. Yeah, sure, dude. Cool being a hater, dude. If it works, it works. It is placebo. It's placebo. Titanium around your neck. Give me a fucking break.
Starting point is 00:39:22 Come on, man. Dude, if you show, you pull up to the practice with that. When I was in high school, we would just beat the shit out of you. Really? Yeah. Yeah, we would have hung you from the chain link fence by your underwear. Damn.
Starting point is 00:39:36 Then we would have stolen your girl. All of that? Yeah. Just for wearing a necker. Hey, you're a pussy-ass bitch. That's exactly what I would have said, dude. Man. Doesn't matter who it was.
Starting point is 00:39:48 It could have been the ace of your staff. I said, you better lose that before the next game, dude. I don't know what I said. Did you guys do eye black? Yeah, I did black. I did eye black. I did the eye black and then I took two fingers. Pulled them down.
Starting point is 00:40:03 I got myself, we called them horns. So I'm going to get some horns going. Did you ever get in trouble for doing too much? on your face like the kid in parks his little league yeah dude we were at oh man we were at the dallas meet up and a group came out to me and they were like man i've never laughed so hard when you described the kid with in blackface and i had to dig for it i found the picture and showed him and it it absolutely delivered it's so funny you can't let your kid i don't care how kids should not be allowed to do their own eye black he he did his arms too and his dad like
Starting point is 00:40:35 noticed it and he tried to he tried to wipe it off like between innings that stuff doesn't come off very easy especially with that much oh no no no no this bad these kids you just run pick him up like he's got to go to the bathroom dude he's about to poop his pan this kid's a wild card he's like he he dances in the outfield at between every pitch he throws his glove up real high and catches it he's one of those guys just full of energy he just expressed himself I like to express myself with my warby parkers sunglasses facts and my blue light blockers you got the you got the you got the uh the The transitional lenses from Warby.
Starting point is 00:41:12 They do transition. Yes, these are sunglasses outside and inside. They are blue light blockers. I love them. The brimmers, that's the name of this frame. I got the brimmers for my sunglasses. We share a frame. Comes in two different widths as well.
Starting point is 00:41:25 This is the wide, because I have a bit of a wide face. You do? Yeah. Really? Didn't notice. Their virtual try-on is a total game changer. You can try them on virtually. Randy went to the store.
Starting point is 00:41:40 Don't I sat there in the bullpen out there. We're like, let's try them on virtually. Can literally try and glasses from your phone before you buy. It's wild how well it actually works. We've tried other virtual. Look, this technology is out there. People have tried to do virtual try on before. They don't work as well as Warby's.
Starting point is 00:41:59 Warby's are awesome. Like, you go on, it's so easy. And yeah, like I said, I've got the sunglasses. I've got the blue light blockers at home. You used to have to choose between flimsy outdated styles are spending half your paycheck. Warby Parker completely changed that. Their prescription glasses start at $95 so you can actually get quality and stylish frames
Starting point is 00:42:17 at an affordable price. Maybe the best part about Warby. For every pair they sell, they also give a pair to someone in need. They've distributed over 20 million pairs of glasses to people in need through its buy a pair, give a pair of program. Right now, buy one pair of glasses and get 25% off. Excuse me, get 20%. Right now, buy one pair of glasses and get 20% off any additional pairs at 1% or
Starting point is 00:42:39 Orby Parker.com slash steam. That's 20% off any additional pairs when you purchase one pair at W-A-R-B-Y-Parker. Parker.com slash steam. We've got an update here on, well, Pablo Pledge-Gabar and friends. What is this? Three days in a row. We've talked about this story, but you kind of have to when it's just right in the wheelhouse and the details that get leaked are just they keep delivering.
Starting point is 00:43:05 New York Post is all over this, by the way. Yes. So the New York Post dug into this a bit. And it turns out they're calling this guy Thomas Robinson 23 years old, he calling him a drug kingpin in this story. I don't know if I'd give this guy the kingpin label. He hasn't been convicted of anything. And also, you know what? He's no L. Chapo. No. They're sensationalizing it, as the Post will often do. So apparently there was a trafficking sting there at the fraternity house. Cops bust in. And this guy who knows that he, you know, you know a felony might be in the works here he's like there's no way this is real uh they're playing a prank on me and these cops they might look super authentic but i know that like this is a joke and so when they were tried to arrest him he resisted because he thought it was all a joke they fucking taste his ass i'm sorry i'm sorry that's funny though that's funny yeah they tase his ass and you got hit with resisting on top of everything they buy
Starting point is 00:44:07 Body cam footage will be released at some point. Oh, my God. We need it. We need it so bad. Is there an instance where it's not released for whatever reason? Are we definitely going to get it? No, you'll get it. You'll get it.
Starting point is 00:44:20 FOIA. And then a search of his dorm room. I guess it extended beyond just a fraternity house. Oh, no, this was, they called a dorm room, but it was in the Delta Upsilon fraternity house. recovered eight grams of cocaine, almost eight ounces of weed, and more than 200 amphetamine. And what is that?
Starting point is 00:44:41 What is it? DMT. DMT. DMT pills. Oh, man. This kid had a lot going on. Dextroamphetamine. Dextrometamine.
Starting point is 00:44:52 I mean, looking at this guy. Bid or no bid, King of Frat. I mean, this wasn't really our speed back in the day. He'd get a bid. But like we weren't a tank top fraternity No, it's a different You know Pennsylvania does things differently You would have gotten just
Starting point is 00:45:08 Your bare bottom paddle Probably if you showed up like that I mean he's probably getting a bid To any Midwest house or northeast house Yeah he's Midwest frat Somebody would have to fight for him They called him T-Rob Somebody have to stand up and really
Starting point is 00:45:21 I'd be like man I had a time I talked to this kid a lot Like two different parties Um Good kid, good family Um knows that he wants to do he's going to pay dues
Starting point is 00:45:33 dude he knocked on his boy augustino really according to this story t rob ratted out augustino abatielo a ringleader of the operation and fellow student at sigma kai who supplied him with the coke damn i didn't know that
Starting point is 00:45:48 you got to keep your mouth shut dog well hold on he was he was d u right and augustino yeah so different we're talking different different houses It's not like he portrayed a brother. It's cool to have friends and other fraternities, but, like, dude, those aren't your brothers for life.
Starting point is 00:46:06 Dude, I thought we were brothers for life. No, those are just your, those are like your brothers for the night. Dude, we're okay if you want to invite other guys over, but you have to be around of them all the time. Like, they're your guests. You can't just let them do whatever they want in our house. It's true. And it was T. Robb's dad, who's the one who hid the Coke in the safe. And, yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:46:28 I'm surprised there's not an element of, um, Some honest think about there's no like in violence that I've seen. Like usually when you're dealing drugs, it said they were dealing mainly to their friends and stuff. Like usually there's like a you got to do a little. His dad's a lawyer. His dad's a lawyer. Okay. The one that's good.
Starting point is 00:46:52 The one who got hit with a felony for hiding evidence. New business. I think the risk manager has something to say. Yeah, guys, like, I know we're trying to have fun and everything, but we need to stop landing the Sigma Kai guys come over to our house. I think they're selling Coke. I think you guys are moving like major weight. His dad, the lawyer, was a, he was a treasurer for Delta Sigma Phi as an undergrad. So he, he's down, he mean, he was down for the cause.
Starting point is 00:47:23 He was Delta Sig? He knew the, he knew the, he knew the score there. Yeah. Maybe they have a beef with them. Maybe they were a bunch of scy. squids on campus because I mean he's a legacy why didn't he go D-sig you know I'm never even heard of them don't tase me bro we need this footage man that what a mess what a mess I guess he knew it was not a prank when the taser came out or he probably
Starting point is 00:47:53 still thought it was guys enough oh enough that's a pretty elaborate prank T-Rob these are real cops dude just cooperate no dude like those are real badges do you see how they all have like service weapons. Those are real guns. Yeah. This is not a prank. We didn't we didn't pay like the SWAT team to like come in here. We didn't pay like some actors to pretend to be police officers. I think I've told the story of how a chapter advisor came to our our house and he was like from a small school where like he was a fraternity member of like someone with like 10 guys and then he worked for nationals and then came by he said we were his third house he visited and the house before us was IU and there was was a adult that was selling drugs there and the house got raided while he was there. Oh my God. So he was like, ah, this is a lot different than when I went to school with. Man, I'll say, we did not have like a, we did not have the drug issue. Oh, we need, near to me.
Starting point is 00:48:51 Which is maybe an F. I use definitely more of a drug. We just drink daddy light and smoke cigarettes. We just had a lot of functioning alcoholics. Yeah. Yeah. And really cheap whiskey. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:00 Kentucky deluxe. Oh, yes. Plastic bottle whiskey. Oh man It was Classes are ended on Thursday Watching somebody pour up Kentucky deluxe like about three quarters full
Starting point is 00:49:10 On ice and like a splash of coat It was like How? How? A lot of alcohol A little bit of weed But we would still get mad at people If they were smoking in the house
Starting point is 00:49:20 Because that was something that was very obvious That could get us like kicked off campus So Do we have that rule Smoking weed or cigarettes? Yeah you probably couldn't smoke Oh you could smoke cigarettes on the porch Cigarettes is fine
Starting point is 00:49:32 In the house, I don't have remember everybody was smoking in that well that's not true we definitely smoked in that's not true oh man what are you gonna do though man the story what the uh oh man i don't know the story's just not going away because this kid whole life just altered yeah i mean the photo like that's the pick they took of him he's just got like that shit eating grin like there's real life just consequences. That's tea rob, dog. T rob, dude. Do one day you're fucking partying with your bros. The next day,
Starting point is 00:50:19 getting arrested by the cops and tased. The next day, maybe, uh, I don't know, your whole weekend and fun has been altered. Hey, it's hard money, Micah. It's time for this weekend and fun. Bro, let's go out this weekend. There's a crazy event happening. I like to turn off. Bro, there's a crazy event happening. We had the party and it was lit. I got yelled at my prostitute.

Starting point is 00:51:54 Pardon me. Got a little tongue tight, huh? Happens. I know. Randy, go ahead. Hi, Dave. So tonight, ex-roommates coming back over
Starting point is 00:52:07 and I think we're going to do a little band of brothers. So that should be fun. The rest of the weekend, not too sure. Some friends are having like a grill out thing Friday that might be going to. That's a game time decision. I think we might be going back to the pirate bar this weekend. And actually dressing up for not this weekend, the next weekend.
Starting point is 00:52:28 What's the occasion? It's because we liked it and we want to dress up and go to it. But it's next weekend is the last weekend. So it's either have to be this weekend or next weekend. Where's the pirate bar? It's on Fifth Street. at Eberley. Okay. They usually do like pop-up bars there all the time. Like they'll have a Christmas one miracle on Fifth Street. What kind of pirate are you? I'm a nasty pirate y'ar. Do you go hat or
Starting point is 00:52:54 do you go like a bandana? I think I'd go bandana because I don't really have a hat. I guess I could go to party city and get one. Spirit Halloween's up and go and I could just go get a costume if I really want to. Every man should have a pirate costume ready to go. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. a lot of Siemens Cola. Really? What's that? I'm new here. I just found you guys through the Washington Post. Okay, so there's this guy named Flounder, which is Dave's old high school friend, still current friend, but he used to talk about how he would drink Siemens Cola, the Pirate Cola? We had a church trip, somebody else's church, and we're in like a bus ride to Gulf Shores, Alabama. He started doing this bit in a pirate voice where he's a pirate who is a pirate who is a pirate who is,
Starting point is 00:53:38 clamoring for Siemens Cola. And he had a whole like commercial that he would just do out loud. And he's like, part of yourself a nice class of Samens Cola. And it was really dumb. And we got in trouble for it. And he kept doing it. It was really stupid. And everybody on the trip pretty much hated us.
Starting point is 00:53:55 But we thought it was really funny. And then like 20 years later brought it to the podcast. It's still funny. You call him right now and go just go, Arr. And he would just hit you. He would just launch right back into it. Seamins Cola. Yes, he would.
Starting point is 00:54:11 That's that. That's about it. Probably maybe hitting the pool. We'll see how the weekend goes. Dylan. Thanks for asking. Friday, not much going on. I'm going to have a little guy, but we're going to play it cool and just maybe go catch some food somewhere.
Starting point is 00:54:28 Saturday, though, heading out, getting up early, heading out to the ranch, going to see my mom, and stepdad and see my mom in a little bit. excited for that whole family is going to be out there my sister brother-in-law my nieces and maybe even my step-brother are not exactly sure who's going to be out there and then heading back home and uh having my sister and brother-in-law and their kids uh stayed at our house saturday night maybe get a swim in i don't know stay on that lisa mattress going to be a packed house yes they will be which i'm sure they're very excited about yeah and that's pretty much it man pretty much it
Starting point is 00:55:06 and just count down the days until football starts feels like there's something you left out it's one week away dude one fucking week away till we have college football did I leave something out that feels like there's
Starting point is 00:55:17 there's probably a I'm just say it I'm good at leaving shit out oh what you're going to you're going to Etchow yeah you're probably we went to Etchon on Tuesday you're going
Starting point is 00:55:27 we might not go to Etcho I don't know Trouble in Paradise if we might get pizza Saturday oh oh I have a pizza for you I'm not going to get it. That's it, man. Davey, Davey Boy.
Starting point is 00:55:41 You all right there, buddy? No. Davey boy? Tire, nothing pairs better with a pizza hot pizza than a glass of Siemens Cola. There are things that pair better with it, I'm sure. I'm sure it's a delightful pizza, Randy.
Starting point is 00:55:56 It is. What do you want to know? What do I got? Well, I already told you, I got a little bit of a, I got a kid's birthday party in the morning, Saturday. I've got baseball assessment. Saturday morning. We're getting down to the final couple weeks of pool season
Starting point is 00:56:13 at the actual pool where we go. So Sunday's probably going to be a pool day. God, the pool days, I'm kind of getting over it. It's just a lot. It's just such a power down. Going to the pool for three hours. The water's not cold. It zaps you.
Starting point is 00:56:34 The water's like lukewarm. and you're just like, ugh, fuck. Yeah. I'm just throwing kids around. Yeah. But we'll get through it.
Starting point is 00:56:49 Probably going to do some... We're due... We haven't done steaks in a couple weeks. Shocker. I might actually... I'm going to do something crazy. I might actually cook steaks
Starting point is 00:56:57 for my wife and myself. What? What? That's not a day. No, it's not a day. I saw somebody, by the way, on the Reddit,
Starting point is 00:57:04 did some enchiladas. Mm-hmm. And they're like, what's this called? What's her? obviously the L Dave. Yeah. You've always used, L Dave did you.
Starting point is 00:57:14 Pooling an L Dave. Hmm? Yeah. Pooling? Because, yeah, you're pulling an L Dave. Pooling. Because in L Dave, if you're having an L Dave, that's the drink. I thought you were saying pooling.
Starting point is 00:57:25 Like you were doing some like, he did say pooling. You put a little Spanish on it? Pulling. What's pulling in Spanish? Hard to say. It's been pretty easy for natural speakers to say it. Yeah, I don't know the word.
Starting point is 00:57:39 Well, you are. so as well yeah a dia delos mortos no spanish mortos tracion tracion tracion okay traxion el dave sure god we could be huge in mexico you think so yeah i think they would fuck with us he's got this translated that's all we got to do mr beast does that how hard is that to do randum was google translate probably easy i don't know i mean like launches pop but in spanish uh with google translate i was circling back in spanish you didn't know you have to work today did you bub no i didn't putting you on the spot bub yeah i'm gonna do some steaks home all right oof my need might need to do
Starting point is 00:58:29 i don't want to i'm not gonna no keep the grill covered up i'm just i don't want to go outside i just i just stay in the kitchen do a cast iron it's not an out it's not a be outside time of year in Texas. No, I mean, maybe I'll fuck around and do some ribs Sunday because I said I was going to do them last week, but I looked up and it was like already 1.30. I was like, it's too late. I'm not trying to eat late. So I might do, I might do some, uh, some baby backs or something. What do you got for me? Retomando el tema. There you go. Just like I thought.
Starting point is 00:59:02 Oh, Randy, get his with your comments of the week, bub? It's Randy's comments of the week. Hello, everyone. These are the comments, best comments. from you guys of the week. Sorry now if this is just a funny one because this is very her. Ryan comments, did we seriously have to add Micah twice to this weekend and fun intro, y'all?
Starting point is 00:59:25 She's not a fan of Micah. She stays hating Micah. The biggest Micah hater I've ever seen. I respect it. Cullen, ready for this one? I had Pizza Hut OG pan pizza in Inverness, Scottish Highlands. sick brag. And I can say it holds up even here. So, yes. And I also had another person in my
Starting point is 00:59:47 DM tell me it was gas. And for $11 for a large, that's a steal. So I guess I'm just the pizza influencer, but people here don't want to try. Kay Cook says Buzzballs is a woman founded company. So deduct an ally point from each one of you. I forgot to mention the new. Damn. Oh, I forgot to mention something. Somebody DM me. he has i have his permission to uh acknowledge this he said and i quote and let me tell you once i find that there is a buzzball flavor i knew a new buzzball flavor has been recommended to us are you ready for it yeah chaco tees chaco tees as in t-e-a-s-se correct he said it's indisputably the best buzz ball flavor no questions
Starting point is 01:00:41 It's the only one. My friends and I buy them and cheers them and go, buzz, buzz, like little bumblebees and then chug them. Nobody does it better. That's what he said. And I said, dog, how old are y'all? He said 30. I could be interested in doing a little buzz, buzz.
Starting point is 01:00:57 It's funny how many different, like, how many people have been like, no, dude, you guys have to try this. It's the only good flavor. And there's been like five different ones recommended. Yeah, I guess we'll try them. That's what we do now. Great. This one's for you, Dylan.
Starting point is 01:01:11 Hopefully you can help Anderson out here. Anderson comments. Not sure I fully comprehend Dorn's Twitter debit card. Can you send me the card number and PIN so I can get a better idea of what it's about? Dude, there's no number. Okay. Well. It's only a chip and a tap.
Starting point is 01:01:29 You can't buy anything online with it because you can't type any numbers in. So, like, how would you put money on it? Like, to help him out. Like, how could you give him access to, like, understand it a little bit better? If you logged into my Twitter, I bet you would have access to it. Okay, well, there you are. But I will not be giving you my password. There you go, Anderson.
Starting point is 01:01:45 And my favorite one of the week, last one, Justin, this is about your mattress, your arm mattress. He says, Dylan trying to invent the mattress usy. Come on, man. How do you say it? The mattress usy. The mattressy. You dig your arm down into it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:04 You know? I get it. Or matrici. Whatever you want to say. Sure, why not? Well, thank you, comments. Yes. Dylan.
Starting point is 01:02:12 Is it time to run it back? Yes, it is. Of course, Sese's segment during which we talk about what we talked about all week long. This one is very Dave heavy. Dave did a thing. He added sassy mustard to tuna salad. Dave encountered the worst driver in Austin Tuesday morning. Three infractions.
Starting point is 01:02:29 Three infractions. Dave thinks the McAfee album is about the same as the pop country shit on the radio. I stay about that. Dave remembered something funny about Micah's fight exes. and is that the big dogs at Onit decided to go to Burning Man instead. Dave's dermatologist clinic is seeking volunteers for an upper facial neurotoxin study and thinks he'd be a good candidate. They're not just looking to give facials, to be clear.
Starting point is 01:02:55 Right. And finally, Rhodes and his buddies are in their prime fart zone, and that concludes run it back. What a week, and it continues on tomorrow on Patreon. Go check it out. Also, we probably have an announcement to make sometime next week, too. about Wash Media growing by one human being. One human being. Which is something we're extremely excited about.
Starting point is 01:03:20 No, it's actually not. We're adding one Pat McAfee AI component. I think that we can really up Wash Media's presence online. Wow, that's real helpful, Pat. We're hiring a human being, by the way. Thanks, dude. Yeah, we're not going AI with this one. We're not hiring.
Starting point is 01:03:38 Yeah. And we're very excited. excited about it. We're not having a polarizing AI. Now, we should have hired someone more polarizing. We'll probably pop this young man in here at some point, sit him down and put a microphone in front of them. So you can get to know him.
Starting point is 01:03:55 And that's that. More on that next week. Or her. Or her. It's not a her. Okay. Because we had zero females apply to the job. That's why.
Starting point is 01:04:09 Zero. All right. What do you think about that, Pat? He's done with the bed. He wanted to stand up. He had nothing. You just... I was processing.
Starting point is 01:04:21 He was boat his shoulders up. It wasn't enough water at the data center. We're on the free Pat McAfee, AI. Yeah, we ran out. We ran out. Too many, too many questions. All right. We'll see you tomorrow on Patreon.
Starting point is 01:04:31 Bye. Bye.
