Starting point is 00:00:04 All right, we're back. It's a circling back podcast. It's Thursday morning. We're just in here, man, in this arena going off. My name is Dave. We've got a big shell. I just got a post off. Some circling back.
Starting point is 00:00:36 Randall Trimbecki's over there producing. Hi, Dave. Hi. Going to give a special shout out with my intro to the good people of Northwest Indiana. A lot of wreckage from the past storm two days ago. A lot of people, I think, still without power. Like, trees are down all over the place. I'm thinking about all of you.
Starting point is 00:00:56 It's a lot of, it's been pretty bad. I'm surprised there hasn't been a state of emergency. But, yeah, a lot of people are still without power right in it. I'll be honest. I don't know anything about this. Oh, yeah. It was like 120 mile power winds, straight line winds. No tornadoes.
Starting point is 00:01:10 But, like, there's trees down all over the place. A lot of people are without power right now. Off. sheesh. Shout out to our first. in northwest Indiana. Getting to stadium, though, apparently. Maybe. We'll see.
Starting point is 00:01:21 Yeah, that'll smooth things over. Getting to football stadium. Yeah. Today, right? Is that like the... Is that today? I don't know, man. I feel like it's been like two months of like,
Starting point is 00:01:33 no, it's happened today. I mean, I don't follow that close. Dumb question. Still looking at me to Chicago Bears. Yeah, they're not changing. But like, you know how like the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim? They could do like of Indiana, some shit like
Starting point is 00:01:47 That would suck. No offense. No offense to the good people of Indiana, the Midwest in general. That would suck, though. They got to figure that shit out over there. Those damn, that will damn California. Straight line wins, man. Microbursts, things of that nature.
Starting point is 00:02:00 It's a problem. People think, oh, no tornadoes. We're good. No, man. A straight line winds can get you. Happened at the... Happened here. Remember that one?
Starting point is 00:02:12 We had a bad one a couple years back. It was last year. That storm. kind of a it was it was people say it came out of nowhere it didn't it came out of nowhere if you weren't following the news but there was a good storm hit austin i say good um and it did a lot of damage on the east side specifically our good friend james sauce i think they had some some trees down his name is james sauce yeah james sauce um that's actually like a good like uh mobster name maybe a jimmy sauce yeah sure you know
Starting point is 00:02:46 Ladies and gentlemen, Dylan Shivory. I said this on Twitter just now, as I quote tweeted the promotional tweet for this episode. It's been a great week of episodes. Yeah. What? What is that? You guys can't be communicating like that. What is this?
Starting point is 00:03:05 Okay. Little. Oh, no, don't tell people where this comes from, why you made it. The hottest model. on a planet. It's Dylan. It's Dylan. Bro,
Starting point is 00:03:22 hottest man on the planet. Podcast, it's so long. We love you, Dylan. There's still, it's like a 15 seconds. Smash. Dylan,
Starting point is 00:03:44 it's so hot. Dylan Shivery. We might want to tighten that up a bit. I'm just saying, I mean, look, I like the attention. The guy does nothing. I like the attention being on me.
Starting point is 00:03:57 You guys did this. You guys are in this. the arena. I'm not. I'm going to criticize you. I like the attention to me because a very noteworthy person in media landscape said I was the hottest man on the planet. Like, I don't mind that. Who was it? But it should be tighter. Who said it? I'm new here. I'm, I've only been, I'm like an infant backer. Really? Because that's actually your voice that you made this. He's pretending to be an infant backer. See, to see if you would, uh, you know, he's not actually an infant back. Yeah, yeah, he's actually Dave. I don't know. Casey Smith of Barstool Sports.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Fox News' own. Fox News in Barstool, Casey Smith. She said that. Guy gets a... Thank you, Casey. Guy spends years, years complaining about how long his intros go without, like, getting introduced.
Starting point is 00:04:41 How long my intros go? And he gets a 46-second intro theme song. Something, none of us did. And this guy's just freaking complaining. That's right. Can't win with him. Oh, boy, you guys are so of an option. Can't win for trying.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Like I was saying, it's been a stretch. wrong week of podcasting. And we're going to close it out with yet another banger if things go to plan. Well, it's the plan. If we read the script as it is written. Well, we clearly have not done that as far. Shut the fuck up.
Starting point is 00:05:14 We gave you, we literally just threw it up to you and said, go, go cook. Here we'll give you your theme song. I tomahawk yammed. And all you had was, show's been good this week. Also, that's too long. Mm-hmm. We had someone coming here and tell us that the exactly five minutes episode was the episode of the year.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Someone actually said that to our faces. He texted it as well. So if you are not optimized or not a patron, you're just an idiot who doesn't get this shit. No offense. I screenshot it and almost like edit, like chopped it up to post it as a story. But then I was like, it's not really my style to post that. So I didn't post it. Not your style.
Starting point is 00:05:54 It's not. Not his artistic style. No, it's not. I just like to, you know, I appreciate the praise from our friend Jeff. Mm-hmm. But it's not my style to post it. Like, just but we'll talk about it. Take our, take Jeff's word for it.
Starting point is 00:06:09 You're like, who's Jeff? Well, if you know, you know. Okay. Only the real, the realist of the reels, no, Jeff. Oh, man. Yeah, we did exactly five minutes. Somebody on Patreon said this, their favorite thing that we do. Is that right?
Starting point is 00:06:24 You're going to have the comments on Patreon today. It was fire this week, dude. Somebody on Reddit also said your seed takes are trash. That person is trashed. They got the original. Who has original sunflowers? I laughed because I didn't know people took seeds this seriously. Here's what this person should do.
Starting point is 00:06:41 He didn't even know David. Google Wash Media. Find our address. Type it into your map, your navigation map. I don't know which one you use. Drive to that debt. destination, knock on the door, I'll walk outside, just beat the shit out of you. How about that?
Starting point is 00:07:00 Wow. That's how you treat dissent? Yep. With violence. Descendant or bass? This person is an original sunflower seed person? They got the cinnamon churro and the original, and they didn't like the cinnamon churro, and they thought the original was decent.
Starting point is 00:07:16 I'm like, how are you going to try the original? Someone had the bad take cannon fired up this morning. It's crazy. are just are seeds replacing are people trying to to get their oral fixation seeds in lieu of
Starting point is 00:07:31 products and it works except when I'm doing seeds that it parks is baseball game like I'll finish the wad and then I'll just like subconsciously I'll start reaching for the bag
Starting point is 00:07:42 like and I'll just reload and it's just over and over don't say finish the wad it's a wad it's a wad this guy my high school baseball team
Starting point is 00:07:52 his name is Andy we did this thing before every game we shot for seeds we shoot baseballs into a bucket the last one to make one has to buy seeds for the for the game for everybody and this dude showed up with low sodium seeds one time like annie what the fuck are you doing probably on sale and he said we just don't need that much sodium it's like dude shot to him what this is about what what are you you're gonna i don't ever i don't ever talk about sodium Yeah, but you're in the ballpark. I was 17, 18 years old, and I was like, dude, no one's concerned about their sodium intake.
Starting point is 00:08:31 We just want sunflower seeds, good ones. Get ranch, get barbecue. Get original. Don't hit us with the low so. That's pretty funny. I wonder how much he saved on those. I never lost seeds, shooting proceeds, not once. Dude, you're badass.
Starting point is 00:08:47 I know. Did you almost go D1 as a seed ball thrower guy? Yeah. And he should have. What happened here? Our coach. You got Tommy Johns? These seed tossing, the seed tossing.
Starting point is 00:08:59 So you were kind of the king of the wad back then, huh? We got in a line and we put the bucket up against the dugout fence and we just go down the line and shooting them. And if you made it, you got to go sit down in the dugout and watch everyone else compete. It was so fun. Just a bunch of guys in the locker room shooting seed wads into a bucket? No, baseballs. Baseball. Are you giving out sugar-free candy at Holo?
Starting point is 00:09:21 You put off that five. No, we do the real shit, dog. I'm starting to worry about sodium. We don't do razor blades. Some of the stuff that I take in my private life, my hippo life, it does increase a little puffiness in my face. I've been puffy for the last six months. And I'm like, do I need to go low so? Like, do I need to like limit my sew at dinner?
Starting point is 00:09:41 Dude, I swear. Like two months ago, I was like, Chelsea, I don't know why my face has been puffy for months. I can't figure it out. She's like, I don't know. And then you told me what was going. on and now it makes a lot of sense yeah i'm on i'm taking that i'm taking that ish that same is okay well i i choose not to disclose that i i choose to exercise my hippo rights and so for you to say that i'm an open book yeah are you i'll post my medical records online i don't care do it all right
Starting point is 00:10:14 but you won't bleach your butt no his cheeks aren't open book ha ha ha ha hotest man of the honest man on earth. That's me. That's him. I disagree with that, with that. But thank you, Casey, for saying it to so many people. Tomorrow, there's going to be a newsletter in your inbox. I'll try to sound more excited about that.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Tomorrow, wash.substack.com or, yeah, just go there, sign up for the newsletter that hits your inbox on Friday. You get some blogs. This week, you'll get one from Dylan and I. How about that? Damn. Will's in Michigan, pure Michigan. actually. The best way to enjoy this show is there's two ways. YouTube and or Spotify. Go to YouTube.com slash circling back, subscribe, and then just hop over to Spotify and hit us with that
Starting point is 00:11:07 sub. You can watch it live on YouTube as it goes down or you can watch it after the fact on YouTube and Spotify. Okay. How about that? Okay. Helps us out. Coach week, coach slash teacher week. Still got to figure about out a better name there. Coach and teacher week. That's going to be our theme week this month. The final Tuesday of every month, we drop something on the final Tuesday on Patreon. And this week it'll be nothing but good, bad, funny stories from coaches and teachers about coaches and teachers on the Patreon. I don't hate back to school week and just the people know that we just want teacher and coach stories. It got shot down by this guy. Because, because it's like, I don't think that name, that branding would elicit, like, dope stories.
Starting point is 00:11:58 It's like, you think, like, oh, going back to school, new outfits and seeing, like, who's in my class. It's not like shenanigans within the classroom. You know what I mean? But I feel like we're only going to get... But I feel like we're telling them specifically. Yeah, we are telling them. Like, right now, call it back to school week.
Starting point is 00:12:14 It's just, if I was, like, trying to, like, market the pod, that particular episode, it's easier with back to school week. Call it back to school week. See if I care. Coaching Teacher Week, now that I'm reading it, I'm like, I don't know, man. Whatever, dude. All right, I'm sorry for weighing in with my opinion. No, your opinion.
Starting point is 00:12:31 It's noted. It is noted. By the way, chat 20. I believe that's still good. You can use code chat 20 in the chat or in the, excuse me, washmedia. We had some orders come through. Go get 20% off. It's good through midnight.
Starting point is 00:12:45 I got to ship a hat. That reminds me. Midnight tonight. Get one of our hats. Go get you a rollback hat. Go get you a rollback anything. Use our code. Which is?
Starting point is 00:12:57 Which is L-U-T-E-S-20. L-U-T-E-S-W-E-S-W-E-S-E-L-E-S-E-L-E-S-E-H-E-Hat. You should know that. Lutz 20. Get you a hat, but you can get so much more, of course. Their Game Day collection, they have really upped their offering. It is, they have so much good stuff there. They have game-day polos with your actual university logo right there on the chest.
Starting point is 00:13:15 They're awesome. Hoodie seasons approaching, get you a hoodie, get you some workout shorts, so I think are the best in the game. We love Roebbeck. They have socks now. They have everything, man. Go check it out. Lute's 20 for 20% off one-time use code.
Starting point is 00:13:30 Jaden Daniel. What's up with this guy? I feel like going into this season, he is a... Did you watch any of this? You did watch the quarterbacks. I did. I watched quarterback. And he doesn't really seem like he moves the needle either way.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Right? Well, he's very even keel. It documented last season, which was a very injury-plagued season for him. He had a fantastic rookie campaign, and then his next year, yeah, it was a tough go for him. He had his shoulder was jacked up. He had, was it a knee problem too? The guy gets banged up. He's a little light in the bridges, you know?
Starting point is 00:14:17 He needs to beef off. I don't know if he has the frame for it, but he gets tossed around, man. Anyway, that's not really what the story. segments about. No, it's just this kind of came out of nowhere. He's, he's beefing with LSU over his NIL, his name image and likeness. And the root of it is the disrespect. He's profound disrespect from his number being warned by a 6-4 cornerback, widely projected to be a first-round picket. DJ Pickett. D.J. Pickett. Dog. Nice name. Yeah, so he, his lawyer sent a cease and desist to LSU as Dave said, which basically asking them to take the number five jersey away from
Starting point is 00:15:00 DJ Pickett. Here's a story. I read the ESPN article on this. DJ Pickett, he's a sophomore. Before his freshman year, apparently Brian Kelly, before he committed to LSU, he was promised the number five because that was his number in high school, high profile, five-star kid. So you tend to bend a little bit for a guy like that, get him to commit to your school.
Starting point is 00:15:23 So like, yeah, you can wear number five, even though that was Jaden Daniels number, Heisman winner. Six, four corners get a lot. Yeah, he's a stud. He's really, really good. For whatever reason, he wasn't given number five for his freshman year. He wore number three. All right.
Starting point is 00:15:39 Again, this was under the Brian Kelly era. Fast forward to this year, we got Lane Kiffin at the helm, and DJ Pickett's like, hey, man, I was promised number five. Can I wear it? He's like, yeah, you can wear it. So he's wearing number five this season. DJ Pickett. And J. Daniels feels
Starting point is 00:15:57 disrespected because of this. I will point out that LSU has retired four numbers throughout their history. But they have, like, their retirement situation is a little bit, their jersey retirement. It doesn't mean you can't wear that jersey number weirdly. It's just basically like we're honoring your jersey forever.
Starting point is 00:16:22 Only Billy Cannon. ends number 20 is permanently out of circulation. Joe Burrow, who wore number nine, he was not only a Heisman winner like Jayden Daniels, but he won the national championship. As we know that it was an undefeated season, one of the best teams of all time. He had one of the best seasons of any quarterback. Broadly regarded as one of the best college football teams ever. Probably the best season as a quarterback in college football history. The numbers are very gaudy. So his number isn't actually retired at LSU, but they haven't given number nine to anyone else. He's in his he deserves a retired jersey number over anyone else probably.
Starting point is 00:17:00 Anyway, it's just kind of a wild move. And to be clear, he's actually just demanding that they stop using his, stop using my NIL, stop using my name, image and likeness. It expired.
Starting point is 00:17:12 His NIL deal technically expired 180 days after the season ended. And so he's saying, well, we're outside of that. Stop using it. And he's using this because he's mad about the number. So it's very out of nowhere. It's very like kind of one of those things you wake up and you see he's trending and you're like, oh shit, he had like an injury setback or something. You know, besides.
Starting point is 00:17:36 And no, it was this. Bad look. But love it as a NFCE bunk mate. Love it. Just give them a little something, some weird shit to have to be going on. As a cowboy fan, I can relate all too much. but for once it's not us. He was LSU's third over third ever Heisman winner.
Starting point is 00:17:57 So he's an elite company. His numbers are great. Again, he was awesome. Joe Burrow also not retired, won a natty. Jaden Daniels did not win a natty. Georgia won it that year. As a as a Lane Kiffin just the guys have really observed a lot of Lane Kiffin in the last couple years.
Starting point is 00:18:19 Got a guy here who was a real big Lane Kiffin fan until he wasn't. And just like watching the Lane Kiff and stuff go down, it is actually, I do kind of find it delicious, that it's something he has to deal with now. Yeah. Like all the weird shit that Lane brings to a program and now he's got this, even though he's, I don't think he's in the wrong. I do find it funny. I would like to have been a fly on the wall when Jade Daniels and his attorney had the discussion leading up to this cease and desist. surely they they talked about the um the effect this would have on the lsu fan base and how you know there's not exactly a way to ingratiate yourself with with those with those folks
Starting point is 00:19:02 over there i this is just just like he's going to want this one back this is just a bad look best case is that they they they stop using your name image and likeness they take the five jersey away from dj picket and then then what like it's not it's not it's not it's not well they're not They're not going to take the jersey. No, they're not. But the juice here is just not worth to squeeze. This is just such a bad love. You can't make them do that.
Starting point is 00:19:25 Like you can't. There's not like a legal avenue saying that they have to do that. All you can do is say, well, you can't use my stuff. You can't use me anymore to promote your school. And I think that's, okay, fine. Like, LSU is going to win this PR battle because they've got a guy. Oh, of course. Five years prior who actually won an adie.
Starting point is 00:19:45 What, Randy? Just pout about it more. Stop it. Stop using my number. Did you use my number? Stop. Hey, freaking quit. This makes him look super soft.
Starting point is 00:19:58 Yeah. It's a bad look. It does. Yeah, I don't know. It's always interesting when like an athlete has like something like this and you're like, all right, who is the guy on his team? Who's like the dude and the, you know, like, and who's got his ear saying, hey, you should, you should definitely do this.
Starting point is 00:20:16 You should definitely go pay your lawyer's, uh, you know, $5,000 to draft this and get into a fight over something. And also do it like, I don't know, do it like two weeks before the season. Crazy. Dumb. I'm profoundly disrespected. Yeah, profoundly disrespect. Say what you want, though.
Starting point is 00:20:36 This is just a good because it's just a reminder of football season's about to be. It's right around the corner. Y'all don't even realize, man. I don't think people understand how much sleep I've been. Dude, it's like two weeks from today we have college football. I could freaking smell it. It is getting so close. Daddy's so excited.
Starting point is 00:21:00 Yeah, two weeks. We have, we have FCS games in two weeks. I think I'm going to Texas State, Texas. Yes. The Battle of I 35. Is that what they're calling it? I don't know. I thought that was San Antonio.
Starting point is 00:21:14 I don't know what else you would call it. I don't know, man. But I feel for you because I know how divided you're going to be like as a fan. as a man. I was going to be just, I wish they, I just wish they could both win. Yeah. I mean, what's best case scenario for you, Dylan? Like a five over time, just thriller. That would be awful for you actually. No, that would literally, you'd come in here Monday just no matter how it ended up, just so gray. Yeah, I'd probably take the week off of work, honestly. God, it's going to be a hot one, too, 2.30 kick. It'll be hot, real hot. That's, I haven't bought the ticket yet, but I'm like,
Starting point is 00:21:51 do I want to just go tailgate and then maybe just go watch it? It's so hot. But like, when's that ever going to happen again, that T-State's going to be here? Like, that may never happen again, right? I mean, they're playing with the big boys now, maybe. I say big boys. They're playing in the Pact 12.
Starting point is 00:22:09 Pac-12. Very Pacific. When you think Texas State, you think it's Pacific. I don't want to hear it. You don't think Texas, and you think SEC. bro. Don't you just fucking calm down with your shot.
Starting point is 00:22:24 Quit throwing shots at the school. You became the king of Friday. I'm not throwing shots. You threw a shot. Okay. Sir Marcus, Texas. I mean... You took a shot.
Starting point is 00:22:34 Dude, come on. Took a shot. I took a shot. Oh, Dylan getting boosted over here. Frigin, taking the jab. It's shot. Shot. Okay.
Starting point is 00:22:50 With the worm in it. You got to get past that. You got to get past it. I'll never willingly do that unless there's money on the line. Unless somebody's like, I'll pay you 20 bucks to do it. You're Jay and Daniels soft. Maybe. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:23:05 You barely up to a bar and they give you a shot. You're not going to, you know, you got a good rapport with the bartender. No, I don't, I don't trust a place that has to get me a little liquored up to enjoy their food. That's how people are spinning it. That's how people are spinning it, man. I don't know, man. Streets are talking? Streets are talking.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Whatever, do you? They say places to have the stronger drinks, man. In defense net show, they did give me the shot at the end of the meal. What did you get a shot of? Centeri. I didn't get the... Oh, you got the... Is that what you get?
Starting point is 00:23:33 No, no, I got a... My skull shot. I trust Raining's tequila knowledge. He went to tequila college. I did. It was good, wasn't it? He went to the university. They let me try the same one while I was there.
Starting point is 00:23:45 It was good. That was smooth. They do a tequila dinner once a month. That's all you eat? A prefixed menu. It's empty calories. With the prefix menu, and they feature one brand of tequila. And that's the one for this month.
Starting point is 00:23:58 So they're kind of promoting it right now. Do they have someone walking around to pick everything up? Like everyone's clothes? Oh, because, okay, got it. But you go on power down a little bit. I haven't been to one. Now that I have a pregnant wife, I will not be going to one for a while. Actually, you deserve better.
Starting point is 00:24:20 You can pop back on. We don't have the startup. He's back. Yeah, we do. Okay. There we go. That's the actual speaker of the one. Hurry, turn it off before those prepod bangers pop on.
Starting point is 00:24:38 I played a good one today. It was a good song. Okay. It's like you know that the person is trying to do pump-up music, and it's like, just get you pumped up, huh? Sometimes you just need a vibe play. What was the vibe? Because what was that song you played about?
Starting point is 00:24:54 It was about being addicted to cocaine. That's true Nathan Bess Sad boy country It's sad boy country It wasn't as sad It was sad You're right, it was sad
Starting point is 00:25:05 Sad boy country He's addicted to the smell of cocaine Relatable for someone What was that? I'm sorry That it was relatable for someone Who are you talking about Who's addiction are you making light of?
Starting point is 00:25:20 Not mine Not yours Would you shut off I've never even done cocaine Do you ever listen to a song and like vibe with it? And you're like, man, I can't relate to that at all. Yeah. Happens in a lot of hip-hop songs.
Starting point is 00:25:35 That's one. Yeah. But that's one there. Hip-hop is one too. Hip-hop's one, but that's one. You're like, yeah. I just, it's just a good song. This guy's really going down bad.
Starting point is 00:25:43 This guy's got problems with cocaine. I'm taking notes in the 10 crack commandments. Like, it's going to come to play someday. I'm like, I don't think so. But there's a test. I'll pass. You never, you never had a corner. No.
Starting point is 00:25:57 And where were you from again? Gary? I mean, no, northwest Indiana. Ravaged by a storm recently, as I just said. You know what, sometimes I see like a big oak tree or a tree in general uprooted and it's, you know, on its side. But then all the turf that's under it is just intact and up with it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:18 That is very, that always kind of makes me like do a double take. It's like, huh? Yeah. A lot of that. A lot of pictures of that. That's scary. Yeah. Damn.
Starting point is 00:26:30 Damn. I'll tell you what's not scary. Me on the putting green. Used to be a time where I used to stand over a ball and say, all right, just knock it close. Just don't three putt. Not anymore. Now I'm like thinking, make.

A quick apology here from me. What's this about, dude? What did you do? Last night, I had the opportunity. to kind of fend for myself. My wife had a dinner and happy hour. What, Randy?
Starting point is 00:28:39 Well, I'm just one. Yeah, I'll let you finish. Okay. He's going to bring it back to meatballs or something. I don't know. I'm just, I... You're going to get your meatball one day. One day, one day.
Starting point is 00:28:51 I just saw Dave apology on the rundown, and I'm, I have a theory, but we'll see. And I'd pick the boys up, pick my boys up off. 430, brought them home, give them some snacks. Through on Bluey, we hung out, got their dinner going. Spaghetti. Fruit, chopped up a lot of fruit.
Starting point is 00:29:20 Made a roll, too. They like rolls. They're heavy on the starch. They want on the starch. And I was like, well, what am I going to do? Because, you know, I thought about doing a pizza, Hut pizza decided against it
Starting point is 00:29:37 You fucker I don't want to play my Zah card tonight I thought that you were gonna give you apology for this and
Starting point is 00:29:45 Randy you're gonna hate where this is going I already do I thought you had Pizza Hut it gets worse then I'm like man I'm hungry
Starting point is 00:29:57 and maybe I'll just do like a PB&J and a protein shake sometimes I do that nah I'm gonna wait a little bit I'm gonna wait till the boys or at least I get Sammy in bed
Starting point is 00:30:05 about seven 715, something I can really free myself up to cook. Maybe I'll do it Dave. People were thinking Dave, you did a Dave, right? That's something Dave would do. Of course he'd pull a Dave. He's the creator of it. I didn't.
Starting point is 00:30:21 I didn't. In fact, I really mailed it in last night. I opened the freezer to get Rhodes of Popsicle after a dinner. And I saw it there. It was a supreme, mighty crust. cauliflower crusted frozen pizza
Starting point is 00:30:40 then I was like you know what that doesn't sound half bad and it's easy it's about 11 minutes in the oven at 425 I ate the whole damn thing about 640 calories
Starting point is 00:30:51 and that was my dinner and you're probably wondering wait what Zah card it's cauliflower crust it's a gray area so I could still mash that Zah button
Starting point is 00:31:02 later this week we'll see so we'll see am I right that you are a apologizing to me. No, no, no, I'm apologizing to the folks at home.
Starting point is 00:31:10 And to you, two separate apologies, though. To you for not going Pizza Hut, to the folks at home for not going Dave on them. I feel like that should count as a Zocke on. Maybe. We'll see. It's a gray area, Dylan. I thought for sure that Dave's apology was that you were going to apologize to me because you did have the Pizza Hut and it was so good that you were like, I'm sorry for ever
Starting point is 00:31:28 doubting you. But instead, you're apologizing to me because you didn't even try. I didn't want to spend money. Okay. I went and got Thai food yesterday, and even though it's like a very affordable Thai food place, I was just like, I don't really want to go back to back. It's like 10 bucks. It's really good.
Starting point is 00:31:46 How good. You only need half of it, too. You got to just try it, Dave, so this guy will shut up. Yeah. You got to. I'm just not ready to waste a perfect Zaw card on Pizza Hut. You just wasted it on cauliflower crust. Probably with freezer.
Starting point is 00:31:59 But my wife paid for it, not me. Okay. Separate account. There's a money play. We did. Do a joint. It was just sitting right there. And I was like, you know what?
Starting point is 00:32:10 We haven't had these in a while. And these are not bad. I just, I cover them in red crush pepper, dude. I love it. I'm glad that you, you decided not to try what I've been hyping up. So I could get a shittier crust.
Starting point is 00:32:24 So I could get a not bad pizza. Yeah, it's fine. It's cauliflower crust. I'm sure it's real healthy for you. I didn't feel terrible. I literally ate the entire thing. Was it heavy? Like, does it sit heavy in your stomach?
Starting point is 00:32:36 No. 640 calories, dude. It's not much. No. Whole ass pizza. It's like that then. It's almost like a cracker crust. So, anyway.
Starting point is 00:32:47 My bad. All right, dude. You got the chat, mad. What's the chat? I was going to say, I really want to just apologize to the chat. What's the chat? Pirate says, Dave, not daving. I'm not sure if I can accept this apology.
Starting point is 00:33:00 It's true. What do I have to do to get back in this guy's good, I can tell you what you can do to get back in my good graces. I'm not asking that. Okay. I've got a pretty good idea what you're going to say. You just want me to order this pizza. Yeah. Randy, you need to just take the initiative and order the pizza here and just force-
Starting point is 00:33:21 because you know if you order a pizza here, I'm not going to just not try it. Ooh, and now put a camera on your face. You can't do it. Do it. Not today. Not today. Not today. I'm kind of freed up today at lunch. Anyway, I feel like I let people down.
Starting point is 00:33:38 That's why I didn't tease it that much. I really thought about it. It was a Wednesday thing. I wasn't ready to go steak on Wednesday. And while there's not like a steak card necessarily, I'm trying to not go like double steak in a week. It's just a lot of monies. I don't know if I like the move for pizza for lunch.
Starting point is 00:33:55 I typically don't. Unless there's like, unless I'm at like with my kids, I don't love doing pizza. If I'm out on the weekend and there's home slice, I'm going to hit home slice, right? But like I'm not a big pizza for lunch guy. Pizza tends to be filling. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:09 Unless you do a mighty crust, Hecb brand cauliflower crust. It's a... Chey-Cae made a rigatoni dish last night that was unbelievable. I brought some in for lunch today. I'll let you guys smell it. How'd she make it? It was basically like a bolognese, but it was... It had fresh spinach in it, and she hit it with goat cheese, which phenomenal.
Starting point is 00:34:37 Okay. Yeah. What'd you have for dinner? I had a It was like chicken With Mediterranean had potatoes olives artichokes onions Uh cherry tomatoes some feta
Starting point is 00:34:51 Some oil It's like a Mediterranean chicken type of Sheet pan thing Okay Yeah Well good Yeah I had a frozen pizza The chat says they just need time
Starting point is 00:35:05 To process everything They might be able to move on and forgive you eventually Well I hope so I'd hope I'd earn their trust or I'd hope, you know, I've got some credit built up with them. I mean, you're being honest. So I guess that's all we can really ask for. Or I guess I could ask for more. Name another media company that has two aura frames in their office.
Starting point is 00:35:24 I bet you can't. Can't do it. We have two now. Well, we have three technically, two operational, one in the box still. That's true. But we've got two operational aura frames. Yeah. A friend of ours just brought his up here and he said, these are my favorite memes on here.
Starting point is 00:35:38 And we're like, all right. And I, dude, it's, it's such a distraction. I was walking to the bathroom. I just, like stood there with my hands on my hips.
Starting point is 00:35:45 Like, yeah, that's a good meme. Yeah. I'll be damn. Every time I go to the bathroom, I stop to read which meme is on there. Or frames.

And then you do all the loading up for them remotely with your phone. That's what I do for my mom and dad. I load pictures of, you know, parks, whatever, us, onto their frames. They don't even know it. And they're just like in their kitchen, like doing their thing. Oh shit, new pictures draw.

Terms and conditions do apply. Fuck's going on here. It's the name of this segment. This segment's called fuck's going on here. And basically what this means is I don't know what the fuck's going on here.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Basically, I'm going to just, I'm going to warn you guys. We're going to look at some images of two men and we're going to be like, what the fuck's going on here? Yeah. Because there's something going on. The first one is a young man by the name of Michael Alfonso. And you're like, who the hell is Michael Alfonso? Well, he is the son-in-law of Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy. And he just won the Republican primary in Wisconsin's seventh congressional district,
Starting point is 00:38:11 which that part's not super important. What are the demographics of that district? Is it traditionally a blue or red? You're asking the wrong guy. Where's he out in the polls? I don't know. What? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:38:29 I don't know any of this. Wait, why are we doing this segment? Because this is about the man's eyebrows. Don't got to see this guy. If you haven't seen this guy's eyebrows, you just have to. I've never seen more manicured eyebrows
Starting point is 00:38:41 on a person in my life. Okay, without having Randy have to reboot the computer to zoom in. Are those drawn on? Are we sure they're not drawn on? They're freshly waxed, it looks like to me. Oh, damn.
Starting point is 00:38:55 What the fuck is going on here? And I understand. at being a guy with like extra bushy eyebrows you want to you want to keep them in check a bit i get that i have no problem with with with with men you know keeping their shit in check i'm not i'm not that judgy man no but this is this is unbelievable i might have gone to school with some some gals who would be jealous of these you've got to have someone in your campaign corner is like look i before before we take this news public before you you announce your candidacy we've got to talk about the brows not to
Starting point is 00:39:29 fully dive in on his face. What's going on on the right sideburn by the ear? Is that a mole? I think it's a mole. Okay. Birth mark. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:39:38 Yeah. And I know nothing about this guy or his policy. Where do you think he stands on the issues of the days? I think he's probably pretty right wing, pretty far right wing. Okay. His dad was on the real world, but you didn't know that? I didn't. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:56 Really? Yeah. Okay. back in the 90s I just can't get over this cat's eyebrows Yeah this is uh How old is he? He's very young He looks 24
Starting point is 00:40:07 He's a young man I don't know his age Doesn't matter They look drawn on He's old enough to know better Put it that way What's his name again? Michael Alonzo
Starting point is 00:40:17 Michael Alfonzo Oh This pause is not pregnant So fill it with something The responses to this tweet Are just They're only about his eyebrows Nothing else
Starting point is 00:40:30 26 26 years old. Love a good bootstrap story like this one. What are you trying to say? Nothing. He's saying that he's a Nepo baby from the real world? I'm not saying anything. Sean Duffy, Real World Boston, 1997.
Starting point is 00:40:55 How about that? He's also on the challenge 2002. It's one of the first challenges, I think. The next person we will showcase here is a beloved figure in sports. Chris Berman Back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back. Still doing it. Back, back, back back.
Starting point is 00:41:13 Wow, at some capacity. This person who tweeted this video asked if Chris Berman had ass removal surgery. Okay, that's not nice. He's not glute maxing. All right, he's walking. He looks, he has quite a build. It's interesting because the guy who's been sitting down behind a desk his entire career. Ah, okay.
Starting point is 00:41:37 You just don't know how. how the man's built and then he stands up and it's like whoa what's happening here got some spinal issues potentially little scolioe i don't know uh to answer this guy's question i don't think he had asked removal surgery i don't think there's such a surgery exists actually as a guy who has had trouble putting on size and the thighs and in the glutes you know this might be my future this could be in my future man i think you would have known by now if you were going to be built like this as an older man i don't know i mean i'm only 42 man what's burman i feel bad for because he really struggles to pull his his waistline up to pull his pants up he's an old fellow man
Starting point is 00:42:16 i think he needs longer pants he's just been in chill mode he needs longer pants ass remove wait what was it ass removal removal surgery that's not an assyectomy they're calling it dude i'm not that far from getting a bbL really yeah i might just pull up with one i don't know what the turnaround is on like so to speak on on one like what the downtime is like i gotta take two weeks off like what if instead of because you know i'm not going to turkey but what if i end up going to where do you go to for a bbl what if i go down south of here get to brazil is that where you went and got a brazilian i'm sorry is it stupid yeah dude the brazilian blew blew our minds back in the 90s when you found out
Starting point is 00:43:06 like, whoa. There's a thing called a Brazilian. Yeah. That's like every, every woman down there, that's what they are. When the, when the Bush fell out of favor and they started keeping it tight. That actually happened after Iraq. Uh-huh. Bush fell out favor. That's good. Thank you, guys. It's fine. I'm not for this. I don't like people. This is not nice. This is an old guy. He's an old man. Why are we picking on him?
Starting point is 00:43:34 Okay. Just because he doesn't have a trumbat. Becky, just because he doesn't have, like, well, I should take a 20-24 trimacky, back when, like, Randy really cared about throwing that ass around. I was actually working out legs a lot. You used to throw that ass in a circle. Now, look at you. Are you losing some meat back there? Maybe a little bit. I'm also not wearing as tight of jeans since they've fallen out of favor.
Starting point is 00:43:58 Are you not taking your booty meat seriously? I'm not. No. That's a shame. That's partly why we hired you, actually. Yeah, it really kind of is. Oh, okay. Well, I guess my job's on the line unless I get my ass back. No, I don't think it's on the line, but it's, it is something.
Starting point is 00:44:13 I mean, it's going to be brought up in your performance review. Absolutely. All right, listen, you've done it good. Like, the production has been fine. It's been good. Still a lot of wires in here. You've got to get attitude around here. Jesus, there's more wires every time I look.
Starting point is 00:44:27 But we've got to talk about the booty meet. Mm-hmm. Don't pick on Chris Berman, man. Back, back, back, back. Yeah, guys, I mean, look, he'll go down as a as a top five. guy behind the mic top five sports guy behind the mic i think so yeah easily yeah all right top three espn anchor are you i'm gonna give you my three are you old enough to remember the uh the madden summer all days i'm nine months younger than you okay so because i certainly do that was that was a team right there man
Starting point is 00:45:05 yeah i'm thinking more like i should have been more specific uh more like a esPN yeah i got i got i got it anchors I got you. Yeah. Madden Summerall were elite. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:21 You want me to do my Madden? Yeah. Ready? All right. Here we go. One second. You're going to get the illustrator out?
Starting point is 00:45:27 We don't have one of those handy. Clear. Boom. Whoa. That's it. That's all you got. I thought he was here
Starting point is 00:45:36 for a second. Sometimes less is more, man. By the way, when's that Nick Cage biopic coming out? I've heard bad things. I heard it might be going
Starting point is 00:45:42 straight to vid. Straight to the straight to netty. That could be wrong. I could have been reading fake news. You can see anything on the internet these days. People making fun of an old man's ass. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:45:54 Put those big old paws on them. Boom. Boom. Is he calling a Coupiac play? He used to say about Larry Allen. Once you get those big paws on. He loved Larry Allen. I loved Larry Allen.
Starting point is 00:46:09 Larry Allen was the first athlete I ever knew. that was when I blew my mind when I found out Larry Allen was on the sideline with a fucking dip in I was like what the fuck he was dipping during games yeah I didn't know that I was like wait how does he perform at such a high level he does Nate Newton on that line got pop with 50 pounds of pot happens man hey yeah I don't know what's going on with the Madden movie I keep an eye out I do love bad movies what's so funny Randy Are you not laughing at all? I'm not laughing at all.
Starting point is 00:46:49 Okay. Are you upset because you're realizing you're coming to turns with your own, your own, the fact that your, your ass is just back there begging to get lunged? Well, Witty in the chat does point out that he doesn't have the knee range to throw it in a circle anymore. It's true. I'm worried about your knee, man. I'm worried about my knee. I'm worried about my knee.
Starting point is 00:47:09 I don't like that. Why did you stop being a knee brace guy? Did we make fun of the knee brace? No, I mean, because it doesn't really, it happens at random moments. Like, it's not like I can go work out and be athletic and do stuff and it'll be fine, but I'll just randomly like, I just positioned my weight a little weird. It popped out when I was sitting down. I just had my leg in a weird position and then I, like, oh, just popped out.
Starting point is 00:47:36 That's, that's fun. But I'll be doing plyometrics in my gym and I'm completely fine. Mm. Hmm. Such as like, hey, guys, this is getting old. This is what washed is all about. I'm going to tell you straight up, I don't have a good way to sleep on my side. It's a real problem that I'm having.
Starting point is 00:47:54 I always start out on my back. I do kind of the Dracula pose when I'm sleeping. I'm like, all right, I'm going to be on my back, not getting on to my belly, not fucking up and doing that. Inevitably, I'll go over on the right side and like, I'll end up like this with the right arm kind of folds up. Because the last thing I want is my arm to fall asleep. Because that'll wake me up. And then it's like, yeah, to do the whole thing and you flop around. I can only do it on the left shoulder.
Starting point is 00:48:18 My right one will hurt. It doesn't. I don't have a good way to do it. And I don't think it's not the mattress. It's just me. Like, I don't know how to. I'm looking for help. I need somebody in the chat.
Starting point is 00:48:30 Let me know how you sleep on your side. Try this. Here's what I do. You may reject it and that's fine. I do like a pillow situated normally. And then I do a vertical. I turn one perpendicular to it. So I create like a slight incline.
Starting point is 00:48:44 And I kind of hug on to it as I'm on my side. And so my whole torso is slightly at an incline. It puts a little bit less pressure on the shoulder. So are you hugging it from under? No, I'm over the top of it. So I got my head on the regular, regular pillow. And then I get one perpendicular that's like kind of, it's kind of leaning on it.
Starting point is 00:49:07 And I kind of just over like that. For me, but the issue with me is the under, the arm that's under. I know. I'm saying, I'm saying the under arm, The one that's bearing the weight has a slightly less weight on it because I'm at an incline. So you finally busted out the Sydney-Sweeney body pillow in front of Che-Chi? I don't have the Sydney-Sweeney body pillow, but that's something I've been... You have a Sydney-Sweeney body pillow?
Starting point is 00:49:26 I do not, but it's something I would be interested in. Also, her bathwater that she was selling. And I was soap. It was soap. The Dr. Scosh? Yeah. Yeah, I do like a little pillow thing, too, sometimes. I either go underneath the pillow that I'm sleeping on or a secondary pillow.
Starting point is 00:49:42 I just kind of like, knows my hand. Did you ever show Meg that you have a Nancy Reagan doll? Did you? Extra Deep Throat. What? Whoa. The fuck.
Starting point is 00:49:54 Are you kidding? No, it was like something they gave away like a thousand. She was number one, Mr. Crabs. Jesus. Why do you guys have to get political with it? No, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:50:05 Yeah. Also, was that a Nixon reference, that deep throat? The informant? Yes. Read the artist. Read the old news. I believe it was the throat goat situation
Starting point is 00:50:18 that happened on Twitter like three, four years ago. Come on, man. The chat's going crazy. The former first lady you're talking about. It's true. I'm sorry. I'll look into it. I got to figure out a better way to sleep.
Starting point is 00:50:33 I'm five. If I wake up on my belly, I'm done. I'll demonstrate for you. This one right here. That's what we record. Oh, that's bad. It's bad for the neck. Can't do it.
Starting point is 00:50:45 What? Someone said Dorn just takes his arms off and hangs them up. for the night. Is that what you do? I've talked about that. I've talked about how inconvenient it is to have arms when you sleep. If you could just take them off and just set them on the nightstand and then sleep, it'd be so much easier. Who would put them on? What if you don't have a wife? I would have JJ do it out of parks. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:51:06 I just walk over and just click them in. Like arms like Jacks, remember Jacks? The arms are inconvenient when you sleep. The dude for moral combat. Tell me I'm wrong. No, they are. the guy in the movie went to the high school with Dylan dude that's why people who couples who like like cuddle cuddle when they sleep I don't I don't get how you can do that with arms they're fake they're pigs you like your
Starting point is 00:51:30 bottom arm is just it's just sitting there bearing all the weight and no you know what they won't last they'll be done it'll be done soon they'll be you know why because they'll never get a good night's sleep they'll blame each other for it next thing you know boom Boom. I don't know how couples do it, man. They're separated, boom.
Starting point is 00:51:50 Madden. I think they're a lion. I don't have them, Madden. No, they're humans. Yeah. We cuddle in me. No, you don't. You cuddle until you sleep.
Starting point is 00:51:58 I love it when he spends me. He spends me all night long. If he does, he's miserable. Tell you what, both of his arms are asleep and he's got a boner. Yeah, and your body heat's making a sweat. It's a whole, like, you can't sleep well. You can't cuddle and sleep at the same time. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:52:14 He's at work. He's at work. He's at work. and he's on a performance plan because he's fucking shit in the bed at work because he's sleeping like shit. Yeah. Because every night he just wakes up.
Starting point is 00:52:23 He cuddles all night. He's a big spoon. Shut off. Yeah, he is a big spymour. He's not happy with it. He slept like shit. He's covered in sweat and he's just a wrecked. He's erect the entire night.
Starting point is 00:52:34 There's nothing he could do about it. Just a total mess. He's nothing he can do about it because his arms are asleep. I bet Randy cuddles all night. He's the type. You cuddle all night? No.
Starting point is 00:52:44 I need my space dog I catch you cuddle I'm going to whip your ass Hey if Lisa wants to You know Give me a king mattress I would love that Okay Okay
Starting point is 00:52:58 Oh really dude So pizza Hut's not It's not doing the trick You gotta have a side deal with Lisa too I don't have any side deals But I'm gonna get a smack An affiliate link if you guys aren't gonna Get one for the podcast
Starting point is 00:53:08 And then I will have a side deal What's your deal with the affiliate link Why do you so are you stuck on this? I mean, it's just what they offer it to like a bunch of creators. So just that. Oh, and you want to.
Starting point is 00:53:22 So they do have a, a path to just automatically be like kind of sponsored by them. Got it. And we could do that if we wanted. And I might. Okay. Yeah, I can't even get one person to try the Pizza Hut pan pizza.
Starting point is 00:53:40 My, my, you're not a good salesman. Dave. You're not a good salesman. Just bring me the pizza. me the pizza Did you hooked
Starting point is 00:53:49 Roads you still like Pizza Hut He's a Jets boy now I need to listen to 10 crack commandments again To figure out how to be a better salesman I'm sorry I don't know I'm not no That's different
Starting point is 00:54:04 Can I apply it to Pizza Hut Maybe I don't know What are you trying to open a franchise Maybe I don't know man I still can't get past Dylan Like wanting to remove his arms
Starting point is 00:54:16 To go to bed Think about how dope that would be I understand that it's not really like a possibility. But it's not at all. But it would be awesome. I can't get over how he got mad at that guy for low sodium sunflower seeds, but then like forces us seed sugar-free Swedish fish. I don't force anything on you.
Starting point is 00:54:36 What if somebody broke in and you have no arms? And you're like, oh, you're like just running at him and snap him back on and get to work. How? Just throwing your head out of him, just trying. All you have is head butts and like kicks. Yeah. But you have like limited balance because you have no arms. I'll click them
Starting point is 00:54:50 I'll click them back on I'll be I'll be getting some dope sleeps off though I'd be very well rested coming in here Is there anybody in the Chad who cuddles All night Sleep cuddle
Starting point is 00:55:05 Cuddles are for hotels Cuddles are for vacation all that Cuddles are for like your first week dating somebody Yeah Or when you The first sleepover
Starting point is 00:55:15 Randy's out real quiet Which isn't necessarily the first week I understand. Yeah, damn. This guy is good. This guy. I'm not easy. Oh, let me play the song again.
Starting point is 00:55:26 Golly. Don't play this song. 46 seconds. I don't know. Yeah, whatever. Sorry if you cuddle. Sorry about the arms that you have, too. Yeah, sorry about your arms.
Starting point is 00:55:39 There's got to be a way to. I told you I just, it's got to be a way to like a sleep shirt, like a pajamas that like position your arms in the way that like perfects your sleep. I told you I invented a side sleeping mattress, but then I realized that it already actually exists. You want to hear about my side sleeper? Man, if you've already told us about it and I forgot it, it probably wasn't that cool. Picture a mattress. It's got to be a thick one, like a, you know, a 14-inch, you know, thick mattress. But right at where your shoulders are, there is like a deep crevice.
Starting point is 00:56:16 All right? A deep crevice that goes down. Like a trench? 12 inches. Yeah, like a trench. And you can just stuff your arm down in there to relieve all that pressure, all the weight that your body puts on it.
Starting point is 00:56:30 Think about it. There is one that exists. It's a little bit differently than I just described. Basically, you can remove like a big chunk of it. Anyway, I think it's a good idea, but I couldn't like claim. you know, I pee on it because it already existed. Now, you don't want to pee on it.
Starting point is 00:56:54 Yeah, let the bed. Here's a side sleeping pillows, Dave. Man, that shit looks stupid as fuck, though. Look at the side sleeping mattress. Dude, I've tried sleeping with a pillow between my legs to keep me from rolling. It gets really hot. I need, like, a pillow that's, like, cold. Okay, look, see right, right there.
Starting point is 00:57:18 The top, top right, that on the... the, on the, right there. This? See, you can remove those or you can just stuff your arm down under them. Where are you going? There you go. This is either,
Starting point is 00:57:34 this is either a really good segment or a really bad segment. I think it's good. But this might be bad. Okay. Like, I want to try it. That's expensive. And plus, we already have a mattress sponsor. There you go, yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:48 She's got her arm in there. It looks. See, you put it down in that? I had this thought and then I was like, man, I'm about to be a billionaire and then it's not a billion dollar idea. It is a billion dollar idea. It's a trillion dollar idea. But I feel like most people don't have this problem because I feel like we're the only
Starting point is 00:58:06 people talking about it. Are we the only thing that's the only ones talking about it? We're just the only ones talking about it. But there are side sleepers out there who are like, dude, this is, they're spot on. Okay, well, you're the first person to talk about removable arms. So why don't you figure that out? Yeah. I can't.
Starting point is 00:58:21 I've been trying. I can't. The tech, the science. There's no way the tech is there. The science isn't there. Says you. I tried, Randy. Sounds like you don't want to try hard enough to figure it out.
Starting point is 00:58:36 Shut up. Just do this weekend in Fawn. Hey, it's hard money, Micah. It's time for this weekend. For this weekend, there's a crazy event happening. I like to turn up. Bro, there's a crazy event happening. We had the party and it was lit.

Starting point is 00:59:19 And Dillon, tell us about the pet collection. Starting point is 01:00:50 Are they going to listen to co-worker music? Yeah. Oh, maybe let's listen to a bunch of covers of like, popular songs, but not by like the actual people. That's a drive-by on Brett. So I don't know, kind of free might have my old roommate over, depending if he's free. Watch the band of brothers.
Starting point is 01:01:13 Your ex. Yeah, my ex. My go grab some beers. Might just play video games with the boys from back home. Who knows if they're, they even have power in internet right now. But we'll see. Saturday, going to get out.
Starting point is 01:01:27 about might go paddle boarding. I go to the pedal boarding. That's like on the water, not like what we used to do when someone got skunked, Dave. Oh, okay. So you're not going to spend your Saturday spanking guys, bare buttocks. Yeah, because they got skunked in shoes. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 01:01:44 Yeah. So I might do that. And then Sunday, just relaxing. I got a shelf that I need to build, custom shelf, and I really want to get that done this weekend. Megan has an old wooden ship that her great-uncle built and been meeting to mount it for a while. The ship?
Starting point is 01:02:04 The ship, yes. Like a whole ship? It's like a replica of the Cuttysark. It's like about this big. Oh, shout out Cutty Sark. Pretty big. Dylan. Licker.
Starting point is 01:02:17 Oh, it's my turn. I'm playing golf tomorrow. Pretty excited about it. Playing with our friend Dave here and our other friends, Ryan and Blaine, B-Mart. going to roll the old meridian putter excited to get that one out there uh hadn't played in a long time games probably not going to be great and that's okay just out there for vibes and for fun and hang out with my friend dave so i don't see enough of them are you're right saturday chay
Starting point is 01:02:44 and i are going to mattle ranchos maddle ranchos why that's not etchos and maddle ranches because it's it's just uh i'm a matt's boy through and through you know that it's just a fun place and I miss it. I'm going to get a knockout martini. I'm going to just have a good time. Got a designated driver. That's fantastic. Yeah. A little metal strip. It's been a minute. Excited to go. And that's pretty much all I
Starting point is 01:03:07 have. We've got parks on Sunday. And we'll probably do some swimming, some outdoor stuff maybe. We'll see about it. I don't really know. It should be a good weekend. I'm going to count down the football days. Days till football. Do you that's what you're going to do this weekend?
Starting point is 01:03:22 Yeah. I'm just keep marking them off. Just look at the clock. Yep. I'm so excited. You should get a football tattoo. Just a football? Yeah. Okay. People are like, damn, what is that from?
Starting point is 01:03:33 I just fucking love football. Dude, he must have played. No, really. I just love football. What you got, Doc? Just a game that I love. I love the game so much. This one here?
Starting point is 01:03:44 Yeah, football. Man, I realized one night that I just love it so fucking much. I had to get a tattooed. Trying to be deep with it. And they're like, well, what's, why do you have a cell phone tatted over there? I love making beds for my cell phone. I fucking love it.
Starting point is 01:03:58 I love parleyes. Okay. Okay. That's good. I am two playing golf tomorrow. It's not, I didn't put, I didn't put that I'm out on the calendar tomorrow, Randy. I'm sorry. But I, we're out tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:04:17 Go ahead, chastises. Put it on the calendar, Dave. There you go. Does it feel good to be chastised? It does. Do you know that people will say like dude If you can play golf in August And like tee off like right before lunch like 1115 or something
Starting point is 01:04:34 You should definitely do it It's like the coolest part of the year It's gonna be I'm being in those rowback looper shorts I'm on I'm on ER watch You're doing a rewatch Like is this a Clooney bit or one An erection watch? What are you talking about?
Starting point is 01:04:52 Oh yeah you're an erection watch I'm very sensitive to heat And I've been to the emergency room a few times because of it And so I told you about, I told you about my, told you about my friend in college who did an ER on me or an erection watch on me. It wasn't like a boner, but he did. We were watching a video on like a desktop and he thought it would be funny to wristwatch me. He wrapped his bare penis around my wrist.
Starting point is 01:05:17 And I punched him in the sternum so hard that like I thought I might have heard him seriously. It's the hardest I think I've ever punched somebody. And I think it was deserved. I wouldn't take kindly to someone to risk watching me, though. Why not? I looked down, once I realized what was happening,
Starting point is 01:05:31 I was like, what? Jackass era ruined fucking, yeah, everything. Yeah. That's great. No boner has been cited, but conditions are right for a boner. Or I should watch.
Starting point is 01:05:48 Oh, Dylan. Do you understand what he's saying? Yeah, really. He's saying the conditions are favorable for a boner. For you. It's like you on a plane. We're almost there.
Starting point is 01:05:59 We're almost. Just get the idea. Do you get gassy on a plane or a boner? What's the deal? Both? Neither. What are you talking about? Oh, now we know you're lying.
Starting point is 01:06:08 You've played golf of my friend who did that, by the way. Did he regret it after you punch him in the sternum? No. Because he got the, everybody laughed. And to be fair, like, it was worth it? Yeah. And like probably the three seconds after I had, I had squared up on his chest, he probably was like, that was a bad idea.
Starting point is 01:06:29 But then once he realized, I'm not going to die. because it was just a guy like a small man punching me I think he was like this is still pretty funny and to be fair it was I was laughing even though I don't think it's a good thing to do a sexual assault it is technically yeah it was a battery on me but in our crew
Starting point is 01:06:46 like this is in the post jacket this is in like jackass 2005 era like this is the shit that yeah what are you supposed to do you see Pontius tying a bottle rocket to his piece yeah at least you can
Starting point is 01:07:01 do is shooting a bottle rocket out of his anus. Anyway, I've told that story on here. People are like, what's Dave talking about? I have told that story. Anyway, it's not good. Don't do it. It's illegal and it's not cool. Don't do it.
Starting point is 01:07:17 And if you do it to me, I'll, oh, I'll freaking get you good. The movie waiting really increased. That was the thing. A lot of the other, the, yeah, the, yeah. the squirrel the goat the squirrel flying squirrel one bat wing bat wing yeah everybody had that one friend in the group dylan was that guy Dylan was the guy always doing that stuff I did a couple time there's north austin kids yeah you're not there's no the austin kids you're not lying at all the brain they're weird they're a little bit they're a little bit interesting a little screwy
Starting point is 01:07:52 uh man what am i doing this weekend other than golf I don't know probably hit the pool last next School starts. We find out today, school, his, my, my buddy's, my buddy, my son's, my buddy, my son, who is also my buddy. We find out who his teacher is, so that's cool. Hey, buddy, I'm working. Park's about to do the middle school schedule. He's got eight teachers now. It's crazy.
Starting point is 01:08:14 Damn. Yeah. They don't do block scheduling now, so, like, he goes to eight classes a day. That's how our middle school was, and then we did block scheduling in high school. Yeah. Eight's crazy. I know. He's a little nervous.
Starting point is 01:08:31 He'll be all right. Yeah, it'll be good. All right. Well, thanks to everybody who popped in the chat. Remember, chat 20 still up till midnight. Get you some gear. You think this episode's over? We still have comments the week and run it back.
Starting point is 01:08:44 It's Thursday, Dave. Get to it, Randy. I'm so sorry. Get to it, dog. A apology accepted. A quick one. I got a couple comments here. Dana offers her idea for pulling a Dave.
Starting point is 01:08:57 Could be considered a hungry man meal. I think that's good? Hungly, man. Boy, that was a big one in college, the hungry man, X-Ls. Oh, yeah. Those are not good. Daniel comments, is a cure to male loneliness running to another room to show your boy your toots? Spare.
Starting point is 01:09:20 Zach, oh, I'm Wandy. I don't do caffeine or do nicotine. Grow up, bro. Come on. I'll co-sign that one. Yeah, dude, what the hell is your problem? Sorry I don't need it. Get advice, dude.
Starting point is 01:09:31 You glow lives. J. Shock. This is a pretty depressing one because I think we lost a fan here with J. Shock and he announces his exit from the podcast. Used to be my favorite podcast, but don't think I can watch slash listen anymore after showing those disgusting rush vids. Made me so mad seeing those.
Starting point is 01:09:53 So I'm sorry, J. I got sent one last night. Come back to do. We're not doing them anymore. We just had to warn people. Yeah. Somebody in my high school group chat sent one at like 12.30 a.m. Like, what the fuck?
Starting point is 01:10:04 What were you doing? Yes. What were you doing, man? This was my favorite comment from the week. Daniel, getting a double feature today, actually made me laugh out loud. Just got to the Lola Adread. Dylan, I love you, but let the woman carrying your enormous headed son have the blanket. Chelsea has expressed concern over the size of our son's head and giving birth.
Starting point is 01:10:28 Yes, that's a real thing. She's got a small head, though, so maybe it'll be just an average size one. Don't say she has a small head. She's a small head. It's a normal head. Everyone has a small head compared to you. Yeah, that's true. So don't fight your pregnant wife for the...
Starting point is 01:10:44 Oh, wide phase. I'll let her use it sometimes. All right, run it back. Run it back, of course, the segment during which we talk about, what we talked about all week long. We got Randy on a sugar tracker because of his sugar. intake last weekend. People think Dave is just a podcaster and not the lawn mowing guy. It's true. Parks took a shit at Wrigley Field.
Starting point is 01:11:08 What if Klaft skips rush to go dove hunting? We're doing teacher and coach week, big announcement. No, no, it's back to school week. Dave let everyone down with his cauliflower pizza. And finally, Dave got wristwatched by his buddy and punched him in the sternum. And that concludes running back. Because like the position I was in, I was already kind of leaned down. So I had my knees bent. And I just did like a one, like I was in perfect punch in position. Yeah, yeah. Oh, man. You caught him. The sound it made. You caught them. Nobody really remembers that because they remember the other thing. Did it take the air out of him? Oh, yeah. Oh, that's the worst. Oh, yeah. Yeah. It felt good. But then I was like worried. And then I remembered this man,
Starting point is 01:11:47 what this man had just done to my wrist. Sexually assaulted me. And I was like, you know what? That has to be the worst having the wind knocked out of you, but also laughing hysterically at the same time. It's a bad combination. Combination. All right. See you later. Bye. Bye.
