All right, we're back.
Circling back podcast.
Podcast.
Why'd I say podcast?
Your dumb ass.
Circling back podcast.
My name is Dave.
Hi.
Welcome to the show.
A big show today.
Loaded.
Might have to punt until tomorrow on some of this stuff.
I got a major announcement.
It's a minor announcement that could be major.
It's coming up shortly.
But first, you'll have to be.
to wait. Because right now, ladies and gentlemen, here he is. Randall Trebaki, the producer.
Is it that it's podcast week? I steal it from you? Is it a podcast week, Dave? That was last
week. Oh, that was last week? I thought that was this week. It is podcast week. Okay.
It's on the D. Gotcha. But yeah, that is not the announcement. Yeah, you always put emphasis on the D.
We couldn't hear it. Yeah, that's because the, yeah, sorry. That wasn't worthy of a laugh
It wasn't a laugh track.
It was the boner track.
It was the...
Yeah, now we can hear it.
Somehow didn't hit as good.
That's good.
No, that's good.
Because I was fading out the music
and it's on the same track.
You know who?
Cody tries stuff
on Instagram is?
That sounds familiar.
You follow him, Randy.
He just commented on our
food draft reel.
Does he need his ass whip?
He said chips and salsa.
He said chips and salsa,
chips and queso.
Nachos were right there.
Does he need his ass whipped?
I don't really think we need to physically attack him.
He interacted with our content, which is nice of him.
Just a question.
Well, Randy, you do follow him.
Yes, I think I know who this is.
Well, you should, you follow him.
Yes, yes, yes.
He had a funny bit where there was this guy that would do food stuff, and he was very bland.
He seemed like a psychopath, and then he would act like he was tied up, responding to the food, like he was kidnapped by this guy.
It was a funny bit for him.
it's funny when you watch it yeah yeah we'll check it out dylan shivry uh first full i'm very happy to be
here it's a great week in in wash media hot week but it's a great week in wash media um if you've ever
wondered what it's like to watch a movie with chelps this is what it's like i think many of us have
he said next to her every every 30 minutes this scene was found in sacerida this is filmed in
in Santa Carita.
All right.
You want to...
This was filmed in Santa Carita.
You want to see my impression
of what it's like watching a movie with Dylan?
Every 30 minutes.
Dude, she thinks every scene was filmed
in her hometown.
It's like, Josie, watch the movie.
It's filmed in Santa Carita.
Are you saying South Korea?
Santa Clarita.
Did you know, I think he was saying South Korea?
I knew he was saying...
If you knew where she was from,
Which I've told you many times, then you would know I'm saying Santa Clarita.
You didn't tell us that it was, I don't know.
Which is her little hometown about.
I swear to God, before you gave us context, I was like, why is she so aware of South Korea?
Honestly, not even our ally anymore.
Dude, what?
Fuck them.
Yeah, what's up?
What happened there?
You know, I fuck heavy with the Koreans, but.
Fuck yeah, dude.
Sorry, ma'am.
This is filmed in the Santa Cater.
It's like, all right.
Is that she, she's not vocal stint.
She doesn't do vocal fry at all, but, you know, she's from the valley.
like that's how you know i'm sure some of her friends sound like that valley girls have you heard
about this dave love you chels yeah rival to the bayside tigers really it's true mr belding
it's a show from the early 90s so we're familiar with the program thank you i dill in the movie
this weekend i'm still in the process of dealing in it what you like to you like the shitty movie
is that where you watch it in like 20 minutes in you realize you don't know what's going on so you're
AI it and you're like, hmm.
No, you watch, you watch it over three different parts.
When do I ever done that?
I don't know.
I was just clapping back at you for the Santa Clarita thing.
He's defending Chels.
You watch it three different parts?
What movie was it?
That's the name of the pods.
I guess we'll wait to this weekend and fun.
I don't, I'm going to stop carrying by that point.
Yep.
Yeah.
No, I'm just kidding, dude.
Tomorrow on Patreon.
We got a special one.
Randy, tell the folks at home what tomorrow and Patreon.
It's circling back on touching base.
And let me tell you, I got some good ones prepared for you.
Little tease.
Give us old teas.
They're going to be good.
Tease me.
Pretend like we want people to, like, be excited about it.
And, like, you're going to be like, all right, cool.
Sell the subscription.
Okay, so we go back and we listen to old segments from touching base.
What's touching base?
I just found the show.
I'm from Santa Clarita.
Yeah, okay.
Babybacker Dave doesn't know.
It's the old podcast back in the Grandex days that you guys used to do.
What's TFM?
Yeah, I'm new here.
You hear a total frat move?
it was a big thing.
Grandex was the parent company.
No,
I didn't.
I went to trade school.
I didn't,
I don't know fraternity culture.
Well,
it was,
it was online fraternity humor,
a little tongue in cheek.
I learned welding
and now I make like 300,000 a year.
And I have no student debt
and I have a trade
and I like just do shit.
That sounds sick.
So what is this,
Grandex?
So it was a,
it was an online,
it's a company.
Good sell.
Oh man.
The company wasn't just online.
It was a real company.
But we did do stuff
Is that like online and stuff?
So yeah, we do
If you're not convinced, let me try.

And don't forget about the shop, washmedia.shop.
I noticed you were boxing up some hats today.
I was, yeah.
What was the number one seller from our push last week?
The out of off, the blue out of office dad cap.
It's a great hat.
Yeah.
That was the number one mover.
Yeah.
Washmedia.
We need to start doing more promo
or any promo of the shop.
Or any promo.
Yeah.
We got a lot of things to promote.
Sorry.
It's true.
Hey, real quick.
I noticed you guys didn't make fun of my ass sweat
on Friday at the golf course.
Probably because you couldn't tell.
I didn't know this.
Probably because I was wearing
rowback looper short.
Dude.
Now that you mentioned that,
I was checking out your ass.
And I was like, man,
I didn't see any sweat.
Yeah, when you were checking out my ass and you didn't notice any sweat,
it's because I was wearing my favorite golf shorts I've ever owned.
I had the same ones on, by the way.
I know.
I noticed.
I was.
I was looking at your little ass, and I was like, there's no sweat on that little ass.
Well, also, they just looked great on them.
Roeback.
We got code for you.
Roe back.
Lutz 20.
Don't, don't, don't.
L-U-T-E-S-20.
But not spelled out two-zero.
It's two-zero.
out. L-U-T-E-S-2-0 will get you 20% off your entire order. You can load the card up. You can go
get all the looper shorts, which I highly recommend. They are great shorts. They're comfortable.
It's like the perfect length for me. And also, I am a sweat boy. We played a hot round of
golf in Central Texas in August in the middle of the day and was not concerned. A beverage cart pulled
up, nice young lady. I didn't have to do like the little untucked the back a little bit just
to like conceal the sweat. I didn't have to do that.
I was rocking those shorts.
You should know, like, the ass-wet thing is not the only reason to shop at Roeback.
There are, you know, you're really driving that point home, and I get it.
It's a big, it's a major selling point.
Yeah.
But they have polos for every again.
Get yourself a game day polo.
They have.
I already bought everyone.
Unreal selection, right?
I bought everyone.
You don't need all of them.
I don't care.
I love football.
What are you going to do with, like, your Rutgers one?
I'm going to wear it.
When?
Whose Rutgers got week one, Randy?
How do you know?
I don't know.
I just, I can't wait.
I'm just excited for everything.
Dude.
It's all just like one giant
to me, you know.
It's getting so close.
Dude, I cannot wait.
Ruck,
Roeback and Rutgers.
I even know if it is one.
I don't know.
I don't know if they got a Rutgers one.
But rowback.com,
load the card up.
LUTES 2.0.
Dude, when they face UMass on September 3rd,
I'm going to be freaking rocking some Roeback.
A Thursday night game.
People are going to be rooting for Texas to fail
because you're such an elite.
Oh, that's so weird for people to root for Texas to fail.
Like, I'm not used to that.
Yeah, but they're going to really like a team.
It's a likable team.
Yeah.
Archer's a good dude.
It's good, dude.
But people are going to be rooting for his failure because they're going to think of this one little podcast where this guy is making fun of teams that play on Thursday.
I'm sorry.
Someone's got to play on Thursday.
TCU's been in an addie more recently than Texas.
That's true.
They didn't go well.
Didn't go well.
Now it was over in about six minutes.
Yes.
Still nuts.
Still nuts.
Still nuts.
Damn, Sunday, that is weird.
First year.
That is weird that TCU just randomly just played for an Addy recently.
You know what I mean?
They ran up against a very good Georgia team.
Yeah.
As many have.
The dogs.
Real quick, I did a thing.
Oh, he did a thing.
I tease this announcement on Twitter.
And you tease it earlier in the episode.
I am in on something that I feel like most people, many people are in on.
it's not my first time preparing this
it's not my first time eating this but I was
I was not raised on this like many people were
it's a food it is a food selection that
you know
I think people like it because it's convenient but it's also
pretty good
I made I made something yesterday and I utilize
this is non-spom but this is another shout out
our friends over at sassy mustard
sassy mustard yes
sassy mustard
I finally dipped into it.
Yeah.
You got this hot one, right?
Hey, here's how I look when I try sassy mustard.
Oh, he's sassy.
This is why it's a visual show.
Okay.
Let's get a little sassy.
Let's get a little sassy.
He's shaking the tits.
Sheesh, dude.
That's, I can't help it.
I can't help it.
It's the sassiest mustard I've ever had.
Non-smaw.
You ready?
Any guesses?
What I did with the sassy mustard?
go uh devil eggs
d'in eggs are involved but no
hot dogs
don't want a fucking pervert
uh
what i made
just the dopest tuna salad
oh with the mustard
and uh not only that
i liked it so much because i was at costco doing a run
for us
and i went to costco twice and one day last week i did our morning run
and then i went back uh
for my family run.
Had to get like three things for the house.
And I saw just they had like a big old log, tuna, wild caught, low, what?
We go crazy on that stuff, dog.
I was just thinking about how funny it would be to have like the Zen imprint in your, in your pocket, but it's a tuna can.
Hey, you know it's more crazy.
What did you look like when you tried that sassy mustard?
What did it, like, show me, give me a visual.
All right.
Okay, he's popping it open.
All right.
Taking way too.
Well, he's got to show you the whole process.
All right, he put a spoon in there or maybe even a butter knife.
All right, he's going to try it.
Here it comes.
He's showing everyone.
All right.
He put the jar back down, of course, yeah.
Now he's trying it.
He just tried it.
Oh, he's sassy.
Dude, he's so sassy.
Oh, he's going back for more.
Oh, he put his...
He's rubbing it all over his face.
He put both hands in the jar.
God, you got so sassy when you tried it.
Oh, it's all over his...
arms now, too.
Stop.
That is sassy, Dave.
Now he's mean mugging you.
This lies an official show.
Oh, he's going back.
Okay, stop, putting it on.
Okay, now you have a problem.
Will you just put it away now?
I don't think of his water.
I was rinsing it off my face.
Thank goodness.
All right.
Don't ask questions if you don't want them answered.
This is quite the journey you took us all that.
Yesterday, I was like, you know what?
This should be great for lunch.
I got two of the tuna cans.
and I got a bunch of the sassy.
I got some chopped up celery.
I made three hard-boiled eggs.
God, it smelled like Dylan in my kitchen.
Oh, yeah.
Tuna, sulfur combo.
And just threw it in a big old bowl.
Got my little kitchen gloves.
Oh, so you put the eggs as a tuna salad and egg salad.
Yeah.
It was a little combo.
I threw some eggs in there for extra protein.
I'm going to go home after this and make a sand.
That's good.
Damn, dude.
I knew that you.
I'm in on it.
I love it.
I didn't grow, oh, it's like, oh, yeah, we made that my mom made this like every Sunday growing up.
With sassy mustard?
No, it was sassy.
Oh.
And I was like, I didn't grow up eating this.
I don't really, I think I was kind of averse to canned tuna and maybe like fish in general growing up.
But like, now I'm like, this is good.
So I just want to let everybody to know I'm in on tuna salad.
I just go to the Jimmy John's recipe, just mayo, soy sauce.
Soy sauce.
So soy sauce is great with tuna salad.
It is.
It is a little savory thing.
Just, and then onions and celery.
I have a question for you guys
I hate that
It's good
Talking about being
Growing up on certain foods
I was talking with my girlfriend
She's from the Midwest as well
We were talking about what we're gonna have tonight
Did you guys have a lot of corn on the cob
Yeah
Living in Texas did you grow up on corn on the cob
Yes we even had like the cool little little custom holders
Yeah we were talking about that too
I didn't know that was more Midwest things
Since we're very corn forward
I preferred off the cob
Personally
yeah but that doesn't surprise it is what it is
you don't want to do the hard work
yeah nah that ain't for me did you have the
holders that look like little corns or the green ones that screwed in
no we had the little the little baby corn ones yeah yeah hell yeah
and every every time you took a bite it would just be like
boom got the bean la we need a bunch do you understand corn the band yeah

There's something great about looking put together without really trying.
Something great about it.
I wore a bonobos.
This is part of my weekend in fun, but I'll just jump ahead since we're talking about it.
I wore bonobos linen button down to Maddo Ranchos on Saturday.
Mattle Ranchos.
Had that worked out for you?
I looked incredible.
Everyone, I got stopped by like every other person.
Dave, what if I were to tell you right now that I'm wearing bonobo shorts?
What if I told you that?
Yeah, sure.
Yeah, I am.
Oh, this looked great.
Thank you.
Wow.
They're comfortable.
Why are you sitting like that?
I don't know.
I'm just lounging.
Got that hip flex.
I'd be sitting like that sometimes.
Yeah, he'd be sitting like that.
From their lightweight chino to the go-to summer pant that feels polished but stays cool in every situation.
To the boardwalk pant, a relaxed, breathable, and perfect pant for an off-duty summer day,
to the coastal five pocket pant, a versatile everyday pant that works in all situations from casual to elevated.
Bonobos has options for every type of guy.
You're a Randy, a Dylan.
or hopefully a Dave.
They got you, okay?
They really do.
The linen pants are real dope.
And guess what?
It's going to be linen pant weather for a long time here in Austin because it's very hot.
And they got you covered.
Check them out.
I didn't know I needed linen pants.
So they sent us some.
And now I'm wearing them everywhere.
They may have gotten famous for their pants, but they got the full wardrobe covered.
From polos to everyday shirts to shorts and everything in between.
Plus, their stock with linen, like I said.
Some material to summer.
A lot of people have said that.
I just said it.
Put on Bonobos, feel good.
Get on with your day right now.
Head to bonobos.com
slash steam and use code steam for 25% off your order.
Once again, that's B-O-N-O-B-O-S dot com slash steam for 25% off
and make sure you use our code steam.
So the know we sent you, Dylan, go ahead.
I want you give us that weekend there, Bob.
Oh, thanks.
Start at Friday, I play some golf.
Play golf with Dave.
Just Dave right here.
And our buddy's Blaine and Ryan out at UT Golf Club.
club and although it was miserably hot, I got through it. Okay. Well, not actually not completely okay,
because I did get it. I got an ear infection playing golf because I got,
I had this like cooling towel that you soak with cold water and you know,
and I just kept like rubbing it all over my head and I got water in my ear and now I have an
ear infection. I'm very prone to them, but that's the end here or another. I had a great time
with the boys. I played okay. I played okay. I played. I played. I play.
played okay. The front nine especially, I played, I think, 42-ish, somewhere in there.
I thought you were on, like, 39 watch for a while there.
Dude, I played pretty well. I told myself to, like, not try and just pound the driver.
Just swing. Just get it, keep it in play, dude. And I did that for the most part, for the most part.
Made some putts. Birdie to par three.
Played all right, man.
Which one did you birdie?
Oh, the first one.
You made a long putt with your Meridian putter.
11-ish?
You did make a long putt on the first part three, though.
Was that a, that was just a par said?
It was a par.
Yeah, par putt.
That's true.
The Meridian, the Meridian, your first outing with the Meridian putter went extremely well.
Results were phenomenal.
I only saw, I don't know if I saw any three puts from you.
Maybe one or two.
Yeah, maybe.
All right. Well, I'll fuck.
I had a great time.
I'll fuck off.
Saturday, like I said, little Maddo Rancho's outing.
I'm at all ranchos.
With Chels, had a great time.
I just,
what times you go?
Uh, 6.30.
What was the crowd line?
It was pretty crowded, per usual, but we got on the wait list and didn't have to wait much at all.
So it was-
What was the order?
I got, they have a new item on the, on the menu, Carnitas tacos.
Okay.
They're heavy.
They're like, they load the shit.
They're very heavy.
I only ate one.
They're good.
They're not great.
They're good.
Yeah.
Okay.
Interesting.
Uh, flour tortilla?
Corn.
Corn.
Carn.
It's corn.
Oh, my gosh.
How's that song go?
A pool.
A big, juicy lump of knobs.
It's corn.
Yeah.
Anyway, that was my Saturday.
Sunday.
That's a good Saturday.
Did you continue to do the thing where you just drink like 12 beers and Chelsea just watches you because you can't drink?
I had a couple marks.
And she's just like, uh-huh.
Does she go mocktail?
I got sparkling water with lime.
So kind of.
Yeah.
Okay.
Dude, Sunday, I realized that I hadn't gotten any emails from Parks Little League.
I was like, man, that's weird.
I should have gotten an email by now.
So I looked at their website.
And it was the last day to register for fall baseball.
And I even had to pay a $50 late fee.
I didn't get any emails.
I was like, what the hell is going on?
I don't know.
They all went to Dallas instead, Parks' mom.
Anyway, you got them sign up for baseball.
We went and bought new cleats.
Got some wiffle balls.
We hit them in the yard.
And then we went to my dad's for a, we cooked steaks at my dad's last night.
We had a good time.
Your boy was on the grill.
Oh, somebody did a Dave.
Your boy was on the grill.
You pull a Dave?
Well, no, because my wife was with me.
Mm.
I let my wife eat steak, too.
Mm.
Yeah.
Dave can never.
What kind of steak?
Two ribbyes.
and a strip.
Okay.
My dad had them.
He said,
I got steaks.
He's got some steak.
I need to get rid of these steaks.
I said,
I thought,
oh, man.
We had a good time.
Great weekend.
Park starts school tomorrow,
by the way,
middle school.
Yeah.
Oh, he's got the first day fit
laid out yet?
Dude, he didn't even care.
I'm like, dude,
what?
I used to have mine,
like, laid out,
like literally laid out
with the shorts
next to the shirt
and that my socks.
I had the whole thing.
Parks.
Like Dion Sanders did.
He's going to pull up
in that cookie monster.
Yeah.
cookie monster PJ P.J. P.J. P.J. P. P.J. He hasn't reached the age where he cares
about how he looks. But once he starts getting the attention from the ladies, it's going to
change real fast. Randy, here's a guy who gets some attention from the ladies.
Oh, yeah. His girlfriend. Okay. His girlfriend. Yeah, everybody, chill out.
Come back off. Uh, speaking of which, uh, Friday,
got some stuff done around the house. Got a Randy rates frozen's out. Go, go,
go like it. Go follow me. Um. Any blowback?
Not really.
There's one guy, I think, tongue and cheek kind of like saying like, oh, Randy's got
small businesses, but whatever.
Yeah, people wouldn't say in that.
It wasn't that good.
Are you?
I was really, I was really disappointed with the hurricane there.
They brought you the wrong glass, right?
No, it was the right glass.
It comes in that really small one.
And it's like 13 bucks for that.
That doesn't matter.
Go watch the review.
More coming out soon.
Megan was going out with her coworkers for a birthday party first time,
and she wanted to just go alone and get to know them.
And her phone stopped working in a way that her eye messages and FaceTime wouldn't work,
but her text messages and calling would work.
And I knew that she definitely wasn't going to be able to get an Uber home.
And then she called me and wanted me to come out to latchkey,
which is a very young almost fraternity-esque bar.
And so I went out to latchkey and got there at one in the morning.
Yeah, we saw you there.
And partied.
Yeah, we were there.
We saw you there.
We were over that corner.
Connor brought a bag.
Yeah, we saw you, dude.
I did see Cade, producer of Bowling Media.
Yeah.
My place brother, Kate?
Yeah.
Yeah.
So as a 32-year-old, I wound up at latchkey at one in the morning.
That's okay.
Yeah.
32.
I mean, you were probably one of the oldest people there.
I think the oldest I felt was when we went up to the bar and then there was a guy next to us that was signing his name on the receipt and he dropped his pen.
I bent down to pick it up for him and I legitimately went and it hurt.
You hurt your back?
Did you say thank you?
He said thank you.
Yeah.
But it hurt picking up a pen.
I'm like, I should not be out here anymore.
We were just in the corner drinking buzz balls.
We just drank buzz balls all night.
I actually drank the new buzz boulders.
Have you seen the boulder balls?
No.
I don't know if those are real.
Somebody's tag me in something.
It's like a bigger buzz ball.
Oh, yeah.
They have the big ones.
Yeah.
Big as your head.
In case you need more.
Really shitty.
It's just a bigger version of the bus ball.
Yeah.
I actually saw a billboard for the electrolyte.
The light ball balls.
Yeah.
We went back to the house for a late night.
We've been playing this game.
It's called BuzzKball.
Yeah.
Where it's basically like you take a jump shot.
And if you miss, you have to pound a buzz ball.
Yeah.
Yikes.
I went to the hospital, got my stomach pumped.
That's so, yeah, I had alcohol poisoning.
I also ODED.
You're Fred, dude.
I OD'd because somebody brought the bag.
Yeah.
Damn.
Are you okay?
No, I shouldn't be here.
What else?
What else?
I went to the mall.
So Saturday started off a little slow, but I went to the mall, not once, but twice this weekend.
Dude, that's a great weekend.
So we went to the Apple store because we had to go get her phone fixed because
It was like this I message issue.
They were able to fix it.
That was nice.
We went to Spirit Halloween to just check out some stuff.
Just perused, but nothing much.
Then it was a pool day.
Had a nice day at the pool.
And then the best part of the weekend, Dave, got some Pizza Hut original pan pizza.
I saw it.
Your little post looked good.
And here's the thing.
I can now report because Megan ordered it.
And she ordered it from the William Cannon one, not the one that we usually get.
and I was like, oh, we're taking a gamble here.
I can say that it holds up across different stores and franchises.
Go get it.
It's so good.
I even said, this is like the best pizza I've ever had in my life.
Why are you such a show for big business?
Exactly.
When you shit on small business.
That's the, you and that guy.
Big business, Randy.
Old BBR.
Oh, Randy.
You get the little garlic dipping thing.
The crust, I'm telling you, Dave, you dip in that garlic sauce.
It is like the perfect consistency.
of what you want garlic bread to be.
I can't judge a pizza off of like the fact that you can dip their crust in like a butter
garlic hybrid.
You don't have to, but I'm saying it is exactly what you want garlic bread to be.
Like that's not texture and crispiness.
I'll never go to a pizza spot because of that.
That is not a selling point for me.
That's a nice to have, but I don't typically do it.
I'm just trying to tell you, man, where I'm coming from.
Try it.
And why when you tell me about Pizza Hut, in addition to being suspicious about your final
financial ties to that.
Try it.
I'm like wondering like, why are you guessing it up?
I'm just tired of hearing about it.
I know.
I am too, actually.
It is delicious.
And then we watched the, well, we watched a third of the Super Mario Galaxy movie.
And Sunday, we went to the mall again to go see six.
It's another musical that was screening on in theaters.
So we saw that.
And then watched the second third of the Mario Galaxy movie.
so maybe we'll finish it tonight what is six it's a it's a musical but it's like a pop
concert musical it's about uh henry the eighth six wives it's pretty good so you wouldn't
saw a musical all like at the movie theater yeah we saw hades town like two weeks ago okay i didn't know
that was an option they've been doing it a lot more i mean hamilton's on you know disney plus
we'd love to go see it live but you know it's a lot easier just see it in your local sure
Dude, I went and saw the Elton John movie.
Dude, way too many songs.
It's not how it went.
It's not how it went.
The only goes immediately was like, the fucking musical.
It's a musical.
To which I was, I was greeted by like, oh, yeah, dude, it's about Elton John.
Like, yeah, you can have a biopic about a musician without being like a, like, a musical.
You can feature music without it being, like, have choreographed numbers.
You thought it was going to be about that part of his career where he wasn't doing music.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
His early lives?
Non-supid people know what I'm talking about.
Yeah, for sure, man.
I hate music and movies, too.
We've got to move past it.
Very good weekend.
How many songs were in the six movie?
There's more than six because each wife has their own song,
and then they have a couple collaborative songs.
I think there's about eight or nine.
Very cool.
Man, I had a blast at the golf course.
You leave there, and you're like, all right,
let's extract something from this round.
Where do we sit?
Handicap went down,
had an awful front nine,
had an excellent back nine.
A lot of people would probably be like,
man, that's great.
You want to have the great back nine.
It's the one that you think about.
Only thing about it is,
I was pretty into one on that back nine.
I probably had,
by the back,
by the turn,
I had had three Coors lights,
a margarita shot,
which is a thing
and a lalo and soda
damn
I was I was really into one
not like
not that bad but like
to the point to where like
I felt that back now
was so fun
the whole round was fun
I saw one of the funnier things
I've ever seen
you guys were in a privy of this
I was in a cart
with our accountant Blaine
he's also our friend
but he also does taxes
he had a he had a bunker shot
and his feet were outside of the bunker
balls in
so he's having to really
bend over and get it.
And he'd been playing okay.
Not as good as I've seen him play, but he's hitting good shots.
He absolutely picks this thing and just absolutely peers it.
And as the ball's in the air, and before he'd even finished his follow through,
he's just maniacally laughing at how good the shot was.
And not even like in like a shit talking way.
I might have, he just starts laughing.
And he was genuinely like just so happy about that shot.
it flew through the air.
I know that feeling.
And I was like, man, I love your joy
that you're experiencing right now.
Like, I had no business
hitting that shot that well.
He was like,
woo-hoo-hoo-hoo.
And I'm like watching it.
And yeah, it landed on the green.
It was a great shot.
People aren't talking about it,
but I made a driver switch.
I switched out the pipe.
The pipe, no, the epic flash.
And I pulled out the ping G20
that I played up until like 2015.
It's just been sitting in my garage
in my old golf bag
and I pulled it out
and I'm just going to go play this
and I did
and I think I hit
six or seven fairways on the back
which is a lot for me.
Day night was sneaky, thank you.
It was sneaky just fun, man.
Until we got to the hot part of the course.
We had a nice breeze until 15.
Well, we teed up on 16, the par three
at UT Golf Club and you got the nice canyon
to the left and there was,
it was stagnant.
It was the hottest I'd been in a long, long time.
I thought I was really, I was worried about you.
I was worried about me too.
For some reason, you were like, you were just squeezing water directly into your ear.
It was just a very odd move.
So if I get an air infection, do I not have to come into work?
I'm in work.
Yeah.
Is it still going on?
Yeah.
Ooh.
It showed up this morning.
Don't you have like a, like, at least like three or four random bottles of antibiotics that
you just never finished?
I do, but I, no, I have two, but they're really old.
Fuck it, dude.
So Parks.
Not a doctor, though.
Parks had an ear infection recently, and we had to go to doctor and he got drops.
And he didn't finish him.
So I got his drops and I'm using them now.
Hell yeah.
But that's different because you can't spread an ear infection.
Once it's gone, it's probably okay to stop taking the drops.
Isn't like the knock on the antibiotics thing?
I'm not a doctor when we're clear.
That like you will just eventually.
develop a tolerance to them, like over time, if you do that and don't finish?
I don't really know.
I don't remember.
You got...
It's if you don't fully do the antibiotics.
It doesn't kill all of, you know, the things that's supposed to be killing and then that could
make it stronger.
Like, yeah, antibiotic, antibiotic resistant bacteria, I believe is what it is.
Okay.
Man, I just can be fun checking the host line this week.
Mm-hmm.
I was like I said earlier, you're welcome.
to try we have like three or four different
random homeopathic ear drop things
at Alyssa bought for our son
when he got swimmers here
these drops definitely work that's why
I've only gone through half of the two bottles
that I've gone through before because it knocks them out
they're great and you just stop
I'm very prone to ear infections it sucks
damn have been my whole life
do you think that in any way skews how you like
enjoy movies about famous musicians
you can't hear the music
I can still hear.
You just don't like what you hear,
even though he is your favorite artist.
Maybe there's the bacteria.
You can do a biopic, again,
about a musician and feature all the music
without it being like in the musical genre of film.
Did you like the queen biopic?
You know what? I did.
I forgot to mention, Dave, my weekend.
I walked past the Twisted Cork.
There was probably maybe three,
seats available.
It was fucking crack.
Yeah, dude, because it's a fucking scene.
It was a scene when we walked by.
Yeah, dude, I met my wife there.
Really?
Yeah, that's where we first met.
I met Dave's wife there too.
Really?
Really?
Yeah.
Huh.
What else?
We need to go to the car.
Try to settle in and watch some FedEx Cup.
Watch some playoffs.
Man, just nobody wanted to do anything
yesterday.
Nobody, everybody's scared of the chef, man.
Nobody wants to make a run.
just wilts under pressure.
Yeah, I flipped it over to the little USAM,
little amateur stuff, not the stuff you've sent me.
This is golf, baby.
There's a lot of good stuff, a lot of good stuff there.
Did you feel the empty hole on Sunday night,
the lack of House of the Dragon?
No, well, I did, but I also had a fire episode of Lioness.
Okay.
Dude, great, great episode, Shades of Sicario.
Got to give credit where it's due.
Was there some editorializing?
Was there some, they're talking directly to me trying to like...
Say why South Korea is bad, North Korea is good now?
No, it was more of like trying to paint the geopolitical landscape.
Like, this is Russia thinks.
This is what China thinks.
And this is what we are.
It was very unnecessary.
And also there was a scene where Nicole Kidman sits down with her husband.
And she's like, what are you doing?
And he's like, I'm getting my sunlight.
My vitamin D.
She's like, why don't you just take the pill?
He's like, well, and it's just like very much like, oh, you heard a podcast and they're like,
oh, I'm going to write this into my show about why you should get like 20 minutes of sun every morning.
Again, not bad information, but when I know what you're doing, it's, I don't like it.
I don't like it.
I don't like when I know they're speaking to me.
Yeah, Nicole Kittman showed up at the beginning of the movie at AMC theaters and her
sparkly jumpsuit told me all about how great movies are and stuff and experience.
Yeah, we know.
We're here.
You don't have to tell us how great movies are.
We're literally at the theater, Nicole.
Thank you.
Loved you loved you in far and away though.
Did you ever see that movie here in Tom Cruise?
No.
Good movie.
What else, Dylan?
That's about it.
Oh, we got out to Dick Nichols Park yesterday.
Oh, I like that park.
Little T-ball practice.
We've got assessments next week.
So me and another dad and his kid, we went out to,
we went out and did some hitting and some fielding, some pop-ups.
It was fun.
We were out there for like almost two hours.
it's hot man i was outside too much this week pool day mixed in on saturday my face is ultra puffy
it's just it is what it is if i'm gonna be outside in the summer i'm gonna have a puffy face
i'm gonna a puffy boy too man i don't know what to do about it just drink more water i guess
and that's that fun week fun weekend if you saw me at dick nichols yesterday you would have
seen me in my poncho outdoor shirt the original you know the one the one that the the
We're calling it the Dave around here.
The Dave.
They're not calling it that.
But it's the one that I wear a lot.
I wear it a lot.
You love that one.
It's my go-to.
It's a performance shirt for guys who actually go outside,
whether they're going outside to bird hunt,
whether they're going outside to play a little tee ball with their son,
or just going out to do yard work or just going to Maddo Ranchos.
That's right.
Whatever, man.
It's my go-to shirt for all seasons.
It's probably the best shirt I've worn.
That's why I wear it so much.
It feels like butter.
They've even got these denim shirts that we talk about.
We both have the same lighter-washed denim shirts
It's a pearl snap.
It's the Western shirt.
The Marfa.
Oh, the Marfa.
It's great.
I believe it's under the Western section on their website.
Go check it out.
Check out all their stuff.
Check out their T-shirts.
Their graphic T's sick.
Their hats are awesome.

Pancho Outdoors.
New album drop, y'all.
He dropped the album.
We talked about this a few weeks ago that Pat McAfee was teasing,
dropping an album.
And it was the diary of a polarizing,
figure.
It's diary time.
Okay.
Right.
That's good.
It went, okay, the online discourse regarding this album, outside of the company men and women,
the company men at ESPN.
Dan Orlovsky loved it.
The people who clearly want to get hired by ESPN, the discourse went exactly like I thought
it would.
It was widely panned and shockingly so.
It stinks.
It's not good.
It stinks.
Okay.
We listened to some of it this morning here.
Pretty sure, like, the instrumental and musical part is AI.
It feels AI.
Like, that, I'm pretty sure it is.
It doesn't just feel and sound like AI, but did he really get, like, a band together to record this music?
I really doubt it.
I'm pretty sure it's AI.
The vocals are.
him and then it's just over an AI beat. I kind of wanted, I was trying to think of like a nuanced take on this,
because like everybody's already had the take that it's bad and like the stuff you're saying about is
like lame, whatever in the genre's lame. And there's just really not one. It's like, first of all,
well, the music, okay, that style of music doesn't appeal to me. Okay. And it is like the, uh,
extremely modern, um, hip hop influenced bro country. Yeah. Where you have the track that's got like
the snap track background.
Kind of more than Wallin-esque a bit.
Yeah.
Like I don't typically listen to that stuff.
It kind of almost sounds like Post Malone
when he switched over to country.
But Post Malone, a little bit more,
more talented vocally.
A little bit more?
Just a little.
It's also weird.
Anytime somebody moves from their lane
and is like, I'm going to make an album
and I have no musical background at all.
You're like, really?
Okay.
And it's Pat McAfee.
And the entire album is to address like the haters
It's like okay
Sure and then when the entire album
Much of the album is like
Look man
I've been like this my whole life
I came from
I used to not have it like this now I do
Now I'm fine private planes and shit
I'm stumping heavy
It just doesn't hit the same when Pat McAfee does it
I will say it's not as bad as I
expected it to be
I mean I expected to be
really, really bad.
What did you think was going to be bad about it?
His vocals, his vocals and the message
he was sending through his lyrics.
I expected dog shit.
And it was dog shit, but it wasn't worse
than I, than I expected.
Because, like, it didn't shock me that,
if you told me that was, like, some kid named, like,
Gray, Grayson Johansson,
some kid from Tulsa
like,
be like, okay, it sounds like
it's a fake name.
You're like, all right, cool.
It sounds like somebody who had time
went to a real studio
and sang and had it overly produced
and cleaned up the voice.
It sounds like something that might be
on top 100 radio or something, right?
That style and there's no substance to it.
Yeah.
I was saying this out there earlier.
My attitude toward Pat McAfee up until recently has been like extreme indifference.
Like the guy hasn't really, I'm not like a fan of him, but he hasn't really bothered me.
Like, yeah, I have, sometimes I have his show on at like lunch because it's like a good,
it's a good background show.
We've had it on here.
He's got some, okay, yes, sometimes.
And his, his whole stick on college game day, it's not for me.
But I also understand, like, a lot of people love him.
And he's got a great thing going.
So I like indifference is how I described.
He's better on.
game day than Corso was the last couple years.
But late, okay, that's not fair to say.
It's true.
Post stroke Corso, is that what you're saying?
I'm just saying, like, it was a welcome change to get anybody else on there.
No offense to late.
But I don't know if it's like ESPN cleaning house to like feature him more or over his attitude
toward like the, his haters.
He's, I'm really turning on him.
I know what this is, Dave.
What is this?
Dylan, are you turning on him because of all that or because when the biopic
comes out it's going to have music in it now okay is this going to it's biopic i know you guys are doing
that to annoy me you know it's pronounced biopic what did you say biopic sounds like a procedure a medical
procedure uh i'm not a doctor dude yeah none of us are you don't have to be to understand what i'm saying
Yeah, the guy, the guys, he's just not for me.
It's not cool to, like, tell everybody how polarizing you are.
Right.
That's like, maybe you are.
And to be clear, Pat is polarizing, right?
You see it every Saturday when a lot of your timeline is like cheering on Pat for jumping
in the river or whatever.
And then other people are like, this is too much.
It's polar.
definition of polarizing. What's lame is to be like, man, I'm so fucking polarizing. Check
this shit. Yeah. That's not cool. It's like, uh, there's some things you, you can be some
things, but you don't want to like tell everybody like, you can have it. You can be like an edgy
comic, but you don't want to be like, man, I'm just so fucking edgy, man. Yeah. You know what I mean?
You don't call it out. You don't call it out. Exactly right. Um, that's the only comp I really
have for it. Did you listen to all of it? Uh,
I listen to bits and pieces.
There's a lot of people did some clipping on Twitter over the weekend and we're posting it.
And there's some really bad lines.
There's some really bad bars.
Jake in the chat says apparently there's a reggae John in the middle of it out of nowhere.
Does he just have a reggae?
I haven't gotten that far.
He's just genre hopping.
What we listened to this morning is all I've heard, which is like a little bit of five different songs.
Look, there's nothing to stop somebody from putting out a record.
There's nothing to stop a bunch of dummies from starting a podcast.
podcast, it's fine. It's just like, it's so overexposed. And it is crazy how much of ESPN's
budget goes to this guy when they've gotten rid of a lot of talent. Even though they don't,
I don't think they paid him to go make this record. I think they kind of distance from it,
actually. I don't know. But like, he's like any, any, like, review, like, awful announcing that,
like, posted a link to their, like, review. It was very critical of this album. And he just quotes,
quote tweets it with diary of a polarizing figure you know it's basically like yeah look see i told
you i was polarizing check this out he's using he's using the yeah it's like the it's like
hateer culture public sentiment which we know wouldn't hit not be well received to like lean into the
yeah which is what i would do if i were in his position uh it's it's like we're this is where we're
at with like goat culture hater culture it's like seeing it all like put out there it just feels
very manufactured and produced and like, okay, we didn't need this.
We're not worse off for this.
Like, you're not hurting.
I don't think you're hurting us, but like, no, I just kind of wish, I don't know,
it was kind of a funny day on Twitter.
He's just, he is the face of ESPN now and we just, I mean, if you are a sports watcher,
you're just going to have to get used to it.
If he has Rogers on, I'll go watch.
You just have to get used to it.
I pretty much don't miss an Aaron Rogers interview.
Is this coworker music?
That's a great question.
What do you mean by that?
That's a great...
There's a genre of co-worker music.
It's like a meme online.
I'm not familiar here.
Yeah, you can't...
You're not going to explain it.
It's a real, like, if you know, it's...
It does sound like co-worker music.
It's just music that you're...
A co-worker would be listening to, and you're like, oh.
But, like, usually like...
You like that kind of shit.
Like a blue-collar coworker or something like that.
Yeah, it's...
Yeah, maybe.
I don't know how to explain coworker music.
But...
It's some shit that you've...
never heard of and it's usually not good.
Okay. It's usually like weird and you're like, who the fuck listens to this?
And it's your co-worker. Like, insane clown posse would kind of be co-worker music back in the day.
It's usually like really edgy. I don't know. I don't even not explain it. I don't know, man.
All I know is it's widely panned. Yeah. But Dan Orlovsky liked it. Booch liked it.
I will choose not. A number of ESPN per now. I will choose not to listen to it moving forward.
Herb Street, Herb Street says, I want you to do some songs on Game Day.
Nobody wants that, dude.
Kirk, don't, don't, don't, don't be this much of a company, man.
He's going to do it.
He is going to do a song.
He's going to perform on, I think he live during college game day.
I think he will, dude.
I think so.
Dude, he's, he's, no.
It's the ultimate heat check.
He's on the ultimate heater.
I miss Chris Fowler and like pre-stroke corso, that whole, that whole crew, man.
All right.
Don't say pre-stroke Corso.
No, a lovely Corso.
He's a beloved figure, but he,
his health was seriously deteriorating at the end there,
and it was kind of sad.
It was.
He probably held on for like four years too long.
No, for sure.
Dylan only like serious sports guys.
I hate the bananas.
College Gendler is not a serious,
a serious program.
I mean, it's a fun.
You get signs and it's fun, man.
I love college games.
You get in a dome.
I'm still going to watch.
college game day because I love it. No, I, if I like had to choose which, which, which,
McAfee I have to consume, it's going to be game day McAfee. I don't, I don't always,
I don't always hate like his, him and Sabin's banter. It's not, it's not, it doesn't
ruin, it doesn't necessarily ruin the college game day experience for me. Right. Agreed.
Again, but also college game day, I'm not sitting down and I'm not putting on my Rutgers
rowback. I like the, I like the, I like the field goal thing that they do now for the kids that,
to win a bunch of money.
That's fun.
I forgot Pat missed some serious field goals in that pit game
that would have sent West Virginia to the Natty.
I don't know if it would have sent them to the Natty,
but they would have been...
This is a dead in his...
Yeah.
They were chip shots, too.
That made it on the T.O.
People were like, well, I'm going to use this as an excuse
to just really go.
I'm going to show you all the bad Pat McAfee stuff.
Anyway, that was the funniest thing, though,
watching, like, people, ESPN personalities,
like, have to, like, give us,
like a review as if it was pot like really good.
They're not allowed to say that it's bad.
You know what?
There's a lot of people out there that that's the kind of music they consume.
Maybe they're co-workers, Randy.
But bro country.
Bro country hip, like, I don't know.
And they don't, they don't, I don't know.
As long as it has like a, in their opinion, like a decent beat.
And it's got, you know, it plays like the, it checks the boxes where it's like,
all right, whiskey, yep, smoky room.
Yelp.
Just okay, boom, that's all I need, dude.
That's all I need as I drive to go get Shipley's on a Saturday morning for game day.
Let's go, dude.
Hey, we're so close.
Dude, I'm in my Rutgers polo and I'm just freaking.
No, you're not, dude.
This is me driving to Shipley's, just bump and pat.
I got a fucking, I got a dip that you'd only dream about putting in.
And it's just sitting there in my cheek.
I'm like not even rolling down the window.
I'm just opening my door while driving.
I'm just spitting.
Hell yeah.
Robeck does have Rutgers.
Thank God.
That would have been embarrassing.
It looks kind of gas, actually.
Let me see.
Here's one of them.
But the internet in this corner of the office stinks.
Internet's dead.

I almost don't want to put the travel baseball picture up because I feel bad for the little kid that's in it,
the actual player, but you saw this going around, right?
We can put it out.
It's all over the place.
I know it's all.
I know we're not going to be like doing it wrong.
It's just I feel bad for the kid.
Do you have it, Randy?
No.
I didn't put it in there for that reason.
But essentially what it is, there's been a lot of discourse on the travel ball parents, travel ball in general youth sports.
I got it here.
I'm getting very, very pricey.
I'm going to slack it to you.
What if I told you that signing day culture of high school athletes signing with their colleges and making a big deal of it has made its way down into, well, dare I say seven U travel basis?
This has been kind of a natural progression. I've seen high school players announced like high school
high school transfer. That's that might be worse. But this this is hopefully done like a little
tongue in cheek. I'm hoping. Anyway, this this this this this youngster here. Seven years old.
Seven years old. Well, he guess what? So excited for Lex as he starts his travel ball journey
with B3 Elite seven under. Competitive youth organization. Most notable.
competitive AAU basketball and training.
I'm looking up the league.
B3 Elite.
Yeah, this is
this is, and it's done in a gymnasium with the balloons behind them.
It's got the table.
Got the whole setup.
Got the hats there.
Yeah, we don't need this.
The parents shouldn't, they shouldn't, they shouldn't condone this.
Okay.
Is it harmless to do this maybe?
But also like, is, I don't know, is this, do we want, do we want six and seven-year-olds
to get this like this type?
of like inflated ego this kid better be sick seven under travel ball it's probably costing the
parents like five grand out of pocket a year just to play this thing plus travel better rake
it's just it's insane yeah i hate it it's it really hits close i mean you've got a son older than seven
and my son's you know going to be six here in three four months and it's like it's just weird to
think about like his peers are almost at the point to where one day there's going to be an instagram
host. I'm going to have, I'm going to have, I'm going to, my finger's going to be hovering over,
like, oh, fuck, do I have to like this? Do I have to like this? And the roads is going to come
to you one day and like, Dad, I want to do one of these. Dad, I want to do travel ball too.
And you're going to, I'm glad the parks is not that into baseball. The travel ball stuff,
I would have to, I would think I would have to tell them no. It just consumes, it consumes your
life. Not only is it very expensive, but you're traveling these small towns all over the
place. You got to pay for hotel. And it's just a,
it's crazy it is crazy i mean like if i have uh if if if if roads gets really good to where he's like
standing out amongst like his age group and it's like comes down to they reach out like we
want roads to do this travel ball thing am i going to have to be like yeah i want him to continue
on and continue his progression as a baseball player so he has to do this if he wants to take it seriously
Or can a kid who's a really good kid who's six or seven years old,
can he just not do travel ball and just play in the leagues and then go play high school
ball and still like potentially have like a great baseball career?
No, it's all political, man.
I never did travel ball growing up.
I mean, I loved baseball, but summers, I just, I really had no interest in doing it.
If my son was like, if I could tell at a young age that he was like a special, special talent,
just had a beautiful swing and had a great arm, I'd be like, man, this, I got to like,
this is an investment in his future.
Like he can go get a scholarship somewhere, maybe.
I could see an avenue for that.
But I'm pretty against it.
I almost think that I wonder how many kids do this that are talented and just get burned out.
Yeah.
Because obviously this is a ton.
I would rather almost say, all right, you're really great at baseball, but let's go give another sport a try, like diversify your skill set a little bit.
But you're not going to regress that much in baseball if you if you don't do travel ball and go to soccer instead.
You can do like private lessons instead over the summer or just get some, you know, some one-on-one coaching and develop that way.
But the way some of these Texas dads were, like their kids travel ball stuff around, like, yeah, dude.
We're fucking.
There were two big ones growing up around Austin.
Slam was a league and the wings.
And if you had one of those jerseys, you walked around.
like, oh, that guy is probably a pretty good ball player.
And they were probably right.
Those were the two big ones.
Rainier, you were talking about your slam pieces in college.
Dude, my slam was way out of your league.
You couldn't even fucking compete with me.
If you're some bottom tier trash, you think you could really get with my slams.
My slam.
Damn, dude.
My slams.
No, my niece is in travel soccer, and it seems like they go all over the place.
Yeah, it seems terrible.
I mean, she's terrible.
She likes it, but travel hockey.
They're spending their weekends in, like, Tampa.
Hockey's expensive.
It's crazy. Yeah.
Hockey's real expensive.
They're flying to Tampa and for the weekend and stay in a hotel and he loses a couple games and they fly home.
I don't know that they lose.
That's special.
That would be a lot.
You spend all that money and all that time to go and just get smoke.
We stink.
I played, I played AAU basketball, like seventh, eighth grade.
And I may have played one or two seasons.
And I wasn't like a standout, but like, we got a team together.
kids who were like good enough to play and we would go we didn't travel but we played like all over
dallas fort worth and there was some time we're up against teams that were just wrecking us yeah like these
are kids who it can be pretty humbling and this is a long time ago a u is like a totally different
monster now i remember eighth grade i played i played i played basketball in eighth grade and we we played
a team that uh they had like two or three guys that were dunking like in in warm-ups sick i was like what the
fucking what yeah it's like man i don't think i have a future in basketball yeah i didn't either for
some reason i don't know why uh dillon dude let everybody know about how you gave everybody the
ick recently yeah so i did something um i'm on twitter as a as a lot of us are and i they're
slowly rolling out the ex money access x money is a um what do you even call that it's not like
Is it a banking system?
I don't know what it is.
Anyway.
You should know since you have a credit card.
Yeah.
I have,
so I sign up for X money.
And look,
the perks are pretty damn good.
Got to be honest.
You get,
if you set up a direct deposit,
you get 6% annual interest,
which is really high.
You also get 3% cash back on everything.
And so I signed up.
And they send me.
So it's like you got Elon with you at all time.
Dude, they sent me, the card looks dope, by the way.
It's a cool looking card.
And I can flash it because there are no numbers on it.
So the front just, Randy has it pulled up.
It's metal.
So that part's cool.
It looks sick.
On the back, it has my name.
And then it has my Twitter handle.
My Twitter handle is on the card.
And it's the duchiest thing ever.
And I'm wondering if, like, you're on a date, you pull this thing out.
is that an ick?
I used it at maths over the weekend, like I said.
I pulled it out twice, once at the bar and wants to close out the tab at the table.
And I'm just like, man, I don't feel good about what I'm doing here.
Babe, I got this.
But I got 3% cash back from Mattel Ranchos.
Chalice, this one's on me.
This one's on Elon.
Is this card an Ick?
To be fair, you, okay, if I didn't know you, and if I'm with somebody and they just pull out their X card,
I'm thinking, oh, this is an Elon stand.
Right. And I'm the furthest thing from an Elon stand. I don't care for the fella.
But you do bank with him. I do. I do. You have to disclose that, yes. I do. Dude, the perks are strong, man. It's good.
Yeah, ask him. He'll tell you about the perks. My Chase Sapphire gives me 1% cash back. This is three. That's 3x. That's good. Yeah, man. Keep justifying it.
Every time I make a purchase, I get my notifications. It gives me a, it lets me know that you spent $28 at blah, blah, blah.
blah. What if this is going to bump your, uh, your engagement, bump your, your visibility on X.
Like this, this, they should give me a little juice on there if you're banking with them.
Do you have access to it yet? Yeah. I got a notification right when you started talking about it.
You just didn't say anything. You want me to be the idiot? No, it's not that. It's just, you know,
I was like, you know, I'm going to take a stand. I'm not going to bank with Elon Musk. I'm going to bank with the
good people over it, uh, Bank of America. I'm still banking with Chase. I'm still rocking with Chase.
Yeah, I like to bank with the good people at Chase.
I don't know, I'm just, I'm on a trial period here.
I'm just gonna see how it goes.
I think Dave's doing a joke here that people in charge of banks and high power aren't usually
good people.
No, I bank with the good people with the big banks, the big banks.
You know what I'm all about big business.
I'm waiting on Zuck box.
I'm waiting on the Zuck to drop.
I've always been wary about this stuff because there was like snap cash back in the day
that was like a competitor to Venmo.
Like so that's just a way of transfer in money right?
Yeah.
It's just, it's always weird to me when like social media gets into X money has that feature too.
You can also free ATM withdrawals everywhere, which is also kind of cool.
Yeah.
So like it's got some perks, you know?
That is nice.
Chase used to be partnered with Walgreens and they'd have a Chase ATM and every Walgreens.
No, they don't.
That sucks.
Sucks.
Anyway, I gave myself the heck, I think.
So the takeaway here.
Is that what this video?
you slack me is it says wild ATM
Dylan
you're into that
I think the listeners are smart enough to know
that these are all fabricated
links
no I didn't send that to you David
you did send me
you did send me something and say
can I say something as a picture of Nancy
Mace and her tattoos
you didn't really say it
but everybody's kind of hanging on
Are those, is that a real?
Yeah, it's real, yes.
Has she always had those?
You haven't seen her arms?
Or she just get them?
No, they're new.
What is she doing?
She got some tats.
She got out of politics and said, I got to get tatted up.
And now she just, now she looks like she works out at a cool gym in Austin.
And you said, sons her behole.
She does.
Yeah.
She does look like a cool wellness influencer.
Is she okay?
Let me, I don't know.
So those are Gen Z tats, right?
Isn't that what we're calling them?
Are they?
I don't know.
Those are like some like old school tax.
Yeah.
They have like party tacks.
Stick and poke?
Another thing that we're going to try to describe, but we're not going to do a good job.
Yeah, stick and poke is like that.
Look up stick and poke.
There's this show on Netflix that Chelsea and I watch is called Let's Mary Harry.
And it's just one of these dating shows.
And I'm telling you, all the women on this show had the party tats.
It had like the random.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A stick of poke is kind of party tat, right?
Yeah, it's a major Gen Z thing.
So like a full sleeve is millennium.
Millennial, millennial.
Is millennial?
But if you have...
Does Dan have millennial tats?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
He might have a Gen X tuts.
Phil is a classic millennial tat guy, our buddy Phil.
And then Jin Z is like the party tats.
They have just random ones throughout...
What about my barbed wire tat around my shoulder?
That's Gen Xx tats.
That's Gen X for sure.
What about like the Sun?
I have the Sun from the sublime album.
That's Gen X.
All right, cool.
Any kind of tribal or Barb wire or Sun, any of that bullshit, is all Gen X.
What if I did like my entire shoulder just, I did it like all black like I was a cool Pacific
island guy who will whip your ass?
That's just specifically Pacific Islander.
Okay.
This is crazy.
I mean, I shouldn't say it's not crazy.
It's interesting.
I'm going to warn people who are on the X, the Everything app, not just the people who bank
with them.
There's some digitally altered photos going around of Nancy Mace and AOC, and I have to tell
they're not real.
They're not real.
Just letting people know when they see something and be like, wow, really?
There's some not real ones going around.
Dude, speaking of AOC, do you think Woke One was crazy, Dave?
I haven't looked into it.
I saw that that was a thing.
I don't know what that is.
Why don't you tell me about it.
We've explained so much so.
No, I don't want to get political here.
We don't get political here.
Oh, yeah, I did.
Fine.
Rogue one, though.
Decent, pretty decent Star Wars movie.
I genuinely can't wait to go home and eat this tuna salad.
I don't care, dude.
I'm so fucking sweet.
Wait, with the sassy mustard?
Oh, there's the sassy thing.
Yeah.
You just look like you're having an issue.
I'm just like a little flirty.
Being sassy.
What do you know with their shoulders?
I'm being sassy.
Is that what you did at the skating rink when you did the little move?
Pretty much.
Pretty much.
On the girls and skated off.
Hit him with the.
You pulled out your ex card and showed them your handle.
And they're like, um, okay.
Can I say something?
Can I say something about the sassy mustard that I've been holding out on?
I'm the one that, you know, was coordinating all this.
And then I didn't even get a jar.
You three took them all.
Damn.
I kept the one in here for Dylan to try.
and then Dylan just took it home.
I walked in,
Gray handed to me,
he said, here, you got sassy mustard.
I guess I got sassy money.
How did you coordinate?
I didn't know you didn't do with it.
Yeah, he just sent this stuff.
He said this stuff already a sassy mustard jar.
And I was like, all right, you two are taking those home.
I'll keep this one for the office mustard.
And then-
We don't have office mustard.
Well, we would have.
We wouldn't need office mustard.
Well, then Brett just gave it away.
Office mustard.
This guy's crazy.
Please send Randy some mustard
so he quit being a little bitch.
Oh, you want the sassy mustard?
You didn't get any.
I was going to take it so that you couldn't have it.
And then you just took it.
He just tweeted it out.
Oh, man.
Sorry you didn't get any sassy mustard.
So what happens when you try to be a good guy, people?
Dylan just takes advantage of you.
Dude, no, you should have said something.
I would have given it to you.
Why didn't you all split it?
It's hard to split a jar of mustard, man.
Ah, you bring your own jar.
Mm-hmm.
I'm sure Rand has got a few jars laying around.
Well, Dylan broke it doing that video one time.
All right, we got to go.
See you tomorrow.
Bye.
