I made an average of $225,000 a year.
Would you have been working for an energy company?
Was that really the thing you studied in school?
Well, I don't know.
I don't know.
Let's be real.
We talk about it a lot.
We talk about it.
Does it make it right?
It doesn't make it right.
It's on him.
Okay.
Let's not talk about it here.
That's not the point.
You created a tough situation for your father.
Ouch.
Because, excuse me, every Democrat said...
Clinton Joss, please like this video.
It's the only thing I care about.
guys, I don't want your money.
Just a like.
Bill Maher interviews Hunter Biden, and there were some great parts.
But first, what I liked about his opening monologue is he sticks up for Trump's right-hand gal,
Natalie Harp, who's had, I'd say, a pretty tough go with life.
The Democratic Party has a new attack dog, and he's very good at it.
Senator John Ossoff of Georgia.
Okay, he's got fans here.
He really went after Trump this week,
and in the middle of it, he mentioned Natalie Harp.
That's the young lady who works for Trump.
When he got on the catering cart, she came with him off the plane.
So this has set all sorts of rumors going on now
about their relationship.
I don't know why you have to go after her.
Yeah.
You know, she seems incredibly devoted to her job,
never takes a day off.
Sometimes when she works so hard, she forgets to eat and sleep.
And now everyone in America is saying the same thing.
Why can't I get a millennia?
millennial works like that.
You know, and there is, you know, a little more to the story.
She had bone cancer in her 20s.
She likes Trump because he speeded up experimental treatments,
which he believes helped her.
But, you know, in America, it's just like, oh good, someone new to hate.
Trump met, we did a podcast of Michael Cohen this week.
Remember Michael Cohen, his fixer,
who once called Trump, a cheater, a liar, a fraud, a bully,
a racist, a predator, and a conman.
His own vice president, Vance, one said he might be America's Hitler.
Let the man have one fuck friend, okay?
Hunter Biden.
It's a new man.
Thanks for doing it.
Thanks for being here.
What else is he going to do?
Hunter Biden.
All right, don't be nervous.
We only have like...
We only have like...
I'm ready.
Ten or 12 minutes.
I'm so sick of all the things that we get into the weeds with and I see you with another.
Your laptop, your obituary, the third word will be laptop.
I don't, you know, I know everything about the laptop, more things that I want to know.
I've seen you with your dick out.
I've seen you with a crack pipe in your mouth.
My question, are you running for president?
Not bad.
Here's my thing.
If I announce for president, then somebody should check and see if I relapsed.
That's what I know.
This is honest about it.
My whole reason for being out there as much as I have been is, at least from my perspective,
they built this platform to beat the hell out of me for about a seven-year period of time.
And when the crowd went home, the platform was still there.
And, you know, there's 50 million Americans that are still sick and suffering every day.
See, this guy is a good talker.
And I get to go out there and I get to speak to them.
And even if it's one person that sends me a message any day.
It says, you know, I saw your message and I didn't drink today.
And I've done something that I think is incredibly worthy.
But everybody, everybody has a brother who's suffering from addiction.
Everybody, including themselves, have gone through periods in their life in which they've struggled.
You know, the thing that is the most astonishing to me is all of the things that we all experience,
these painful things, are things that everybody's gone through.
never speak about it. And nobody ever comes on a show like this and openly talks about it.
Well, I don't know about that. This is America. We talk about it a lot.
Well, I don't know. Come on. Let's be real. We talk about it a lot. We talk about addiction,
we talk about grief. Yeah. I don't, but you know what? But I think that we talk about addiction
and grief, but not in terms of our own personal experience in which the vivid,
um, technicolor pictures have been released to the entire, uh, entire world. And there's that
piece of it. That's what I'm talking about. Yeah. Well, I think a fair person and there's so
few left in America because everyone just likes to, as I was saying about Natalie, you know,
everyone just, oh, good, someone to hate now. Someone we can hate that. I don't know, Bill.
I don't know. Here's the thing. Can you imagine if this 35-year-old staffer that wrote this note
that has this relationship, and we were talking about Barack Obama, what would be the,
what would be the reaction then? Do you think that there wouldn't be a howl from the right that
this is an inappropriate relationship? Of course, because everybody loves to hate. That's what I'm saying.
No, I'm not saying it's making it right.
It doesn't make it right.
It's on him.
Okay, let's not talk about her.
That's not the point.
The point I was naked is that, you know, I think a reasonable person who's not filled with hate would say you both took advantage of some of your privileges by being the son of a president and vice president.
And you also were a target in a way that a normal person would not have been.
Is that fair?
There's a part of that that is fair.
One of the things that people I think don't understand is that when my dad was president,
I didn't do any business.
I sold paintings, and I sold paintings to people
that then had to testify before Congress under oath.
I made an average of $225,000 a year.
Would you have been working for an energy company at a Ukraine?
Was that really the thing you studied in school?
No, you're right.
I went to Yale Law School.
You got that job because you went, just a minute.
Yeah, 100%.
As I've said on a million interviews, is that, you know,
I'm incredibly privileged.
Oh, I hate that word.
Beyond anyone's wild
It's imagination,
not only because of who my dad was,
but because of the father that he was.
I'm going to ask you about it.
And by the way, let me also say this.
I did it for the money.
Right here is the best part.
You got to watch this, but first,
have you ever looked at one of today's
biggest investment headlines and thought,
eh, there's another one I missed out on.
Maybe it was SpaceX, maybe it was AI.
Usually when you hear about it,
the biggest gains have already happened.
But what if the next opportunity isn't a headline?
Instead, it's what's making the headline possible.
I'm talking about silver.
I just learned that it's a critical material behind AI revolution.
Used in data centers, electronics, robotics, and the infrastructure AI depends on.
You don't want to be learning about this after everybody catches onto it.
That's why I want you to get a copy of Lear Capital's Free Report.
The AI Revolution, it explains why so many investors are buying silver at today's low price.
I think if AI keeps on growing, the demand for silver will follow right along.

It only takes 10 minutes.
Call my friends at Lear Capital at 800, 511, 3,700.
And while you're on the phone, ask how you can qualify for up to $20,000 in bonus silver.
That's 800, 511, 3,700, to go to Learjaws.com.
And that's what other people won't say.
I absolutely 100% did do it because it gave me a sense of freedom,
particularly when Beau was diagnosed with cancer.
but all for me.
And so 100%
all happened when
the last year and a half
of my father's vice presidency.
None of what happened
that they have created
and spun up these conspiracies
have anything to do
when my dad was president.
And just for perspective,
I mean, whatever you made,
it's pennies compared to what
Don Jr.
is making, I mean, billions.
Now you're going to feed up on him?
Just to put it,
Put it in perspective.
In the last 500 days of this administration, Don Jr.'s company has taken in over $3.4 billion
in Department of Defense contracts.
Well, he did it for the freedom.
Double-talker.
He got a $640 million loan pushed through by the White House, the largest single loan to any private company
ever given out by the Department of Defense.
And that's just a fraction of it.
Forget about what they've done with cryptocurrency, now, which is a bank in which they
are able to go and launder the money.
What's your problem?
It is an abomination.
And that doesn't even include what Jared is doing and Ivanka are doing.
He gets paid over $100 million in fees by the Saudis.
The Saudis alone for a $6.5 billion dollar fund that he controls, which is all Gulf
state money.
And he is our unelected, unappointed emissary to the Middle East for war that nobody asked for.
It is absurd.
Oh.
It's not nobody.
It's absurd.
He doesn't.
Well, that's true.
Bebe Netanyahu asked for it.
I mean, your father, your father, among every other Democrat, excuse me, every Democrat said Iran can have nuclear weapons.
And every single Democrat and every president said Jimmy Carter refused to.
what the Israelis refused what the Israelis wanted was to bomb Iran.
Every single one of them.
The only person who fell for it was Donald Trump.
Who has balls.
Okay.
Good.
At least he tried something.
All the other ones wanted to do it, but didn't have the balls to do it.
You created a tough situation for your father.
Because politics is the roughest game there is.
They will look for any vulnerability, any opening, and you kind of gave them.
like you said on a silver plan did you ever apologize to your father about
every day really you've said to him look I I know I gave the moment it started
every day instead it's one of the greatest heartaches of my life I talk about this
in terms of the the I believe that the the trouble with recovery is this is I get
to get out here and I talk about how I've been healed how I'm you know I'm
stronger than I've ever been I've taken all of this and I'm you know the
people that get the most hurt
for those of us that survive.
Those of us, the addicts that make it through,
the rare ones that make it through.
The real harm happened to all of the people around them.
And the trauma for them goes very, very deep.
And they don't get to come out on this show
and talk about how well they're doing
and everything's all great.
Gilt is an appropriate thing.
It's absolutely, as the addict,
you've got to go and you've got to make amends
as much as you can.
And sometimes the greatest amend that you can make
is just living a life by doing the next right thing.
That's what I hope I'm doing right now.
You're a sweetheart.
Sorry, I can't help him.
I know your father is struggling right now.
Yeah.
Would you tell him myself and the audience
wished him a peaceful rest of his days for us?
He's watching this.
Oh, my God.
There's wrong to it.
Oh, he's not going to go.
I'll see you on my podcast, I hope.
I thought it was a good.
conversation. I like how Bill just doesn't lay down. He's able to give it to people.
That's why I enjoy watching Bill Maher. I'm in Seattle right now. I'm actually, I'm going
in a couple hours, but when you see this, I'll probably be in Seattle and let me tell you,
it sucks. Okay? Thanks for watching. Bye-bye.
