Put the gun down!
Hey guys, Clint here, former cop talking about police stuff.
Sometimes, sometimes I'm talking about other stuff.
I talk about whatever I want to talk about.
I'm going to show you this video.
Happen in London Circle, June 2020.
Somewhere in America, okay?
The police get a call, and I like this cop.
The police get a call.
Nighttime.
16 year old kid he's skateboarding down the street neighbor doesn't like it he takes punches him in the head of course right why wouldn't you and takes a skateboard so police show up they show up in a nice neighborhood a lot of nice people milling around and the cop accident not accidentally he just the first the first person the cop talks to is the bad guy but the cop doesn't want to talk to the bad guy first of course you want to always talk to the complainant first so he's looking for the complainant's house
but initially talks to the bad guy, goes and talks to the complainant,
backup shows up, and then they go talk to the bad guy.
Watch the video.
I don't know if I'm going to interrupt.
Maybe I'll wait till the end.
Enjoy it.
Yeah.
Or just watch it.
Along with everyone today?
I'm not going to shoot you.
Go ahead.
I'm just saying hi to you.
Why?
Over here for yourself?
I'm actually not even here to talk to you.
I'm going to someone else.
Okay.
Go ahead.
This is my house.
I'm in my house.
I got the right to be over here.
Yeah.
Did you get in a fight with a guy on a skateboard today?
Nope.
How did you know that?
Someone called me and said a guy gotten in a fight with a dude on a skateboard today.
Really?
Yeah.
Well, go arresting because I don't know nobody.
Okay.
All right.
This is my house.
I got the right to be here.
Yeah.
You didn't get in a fight with a skateboarder today?
No.
All right.
Have a good night.
I'm going to talk to someone else.
Where are you going?
Okay.
Go ahead.
Okay.
See you.
Good.
How are you?
Oh, hey, hey, hey, hey.
Hi, puppies.
Oh, who's .
Uh-huh, ho!
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
I'm curious if you're going to go to the door and slide you down.
2.30.
Okay.
Good.
The door .
35 over this way?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Cool.
Thank you.
Did you guys witness any kind of an argument today between neighbors?
No, I just got here.
Probably is down one right there.
He's been having some problems with everybody.
with everybody. Oh, okay. Gotcha. That's kind of what I was thinking, just based on how confrontational he is.
Because I came right now, driving through there, and he ran, was going to, like, to do something to my truck.
Oh, like he ran after your truck? Yeah, like, he screamed to me. I'm like, I work here.
Oh, okay. I'm the mainest guy in here. Gotcha, gotcha. So, but his wife told me in the morning
that he's been having some problems, some thoughts to killing people, and telling him to himself, and he hears voices, you know, all that stuff.
His wife told me Chesbby be careful with him when he gets close to you.
Gotcha.
All right.
Yeah, his wife told me that.
So probably he had an argument with somebody else.
Gotcha.
Cool.
Thanks, guys.
Appreciate it.
Hello, Sparks, please.
Hi.
Hi.
Did you call us?
Yeah.
Cool.
What's your name?
Nick.
Nick, what's going on, Nick?
So I was just skating home on a sidewalk from the story.
A skateboarding down.
Some guy, like, goss is up on the sidewalk.
Hey, hang out over here and talk to me.
Okay.
That's added 10-8.
So it used to say.
I see on the sidewalk.
For no reason, he pushes me off my board and punches me in the face.
And then took my board.
And I ran away, back up from him.
He takes my board.
And then ran inside his house with my board.
And then his wife said, run, because I wanted to go get my board, chase him outside his house.
And then his wife said run because he's going to do something to me.
He has, like, weapons and stuff.
That's what his wife said.
So I decided to run back my house.
the cops because I don't want to be on my skateboard back right and want to do
something about it okay where do you punch you punch me right here like somewhere
around here oh yeah you got a little you got a little knot on your forehead there
how old are you I'm only 16 16 you want to you want to press charges again so
yes I do cool all right I'm gonna have you fill out a witness statement and all that
and I'll be back in just a minute just hang out here looks like you went back inside
maybe.
So that white car right there,
he's associated to, just past
the SUV.
And super weird.
I park actually in front of his
house, not knowing it was his.
He's outside, and he's just like
eye fucking me. And I was like,
hey man, can I help you? And he goes,
what are you going to shoot me?
And I'm like, no, I'm planning on it.
And he just got all super weird.
And I was like, hey man, have you been getting along with
everybody tonight. And he goes, well, what are you talking about? I have a right to be out here.
I'm like, okay. Do you get a fight with a skateboarder today? Well, how do you know about that?
So then I was like, yeah, I'm pretty sure this is the guy. So anyway, apparently the skateboarder,
he's 16 years old, skating on the sidewalk home from the skate park. And the dude just
like runs out and attacks him while he's got a big old knot on his forehead right here where
the dude punched him in the face. Took his skateboard inside with him. And so the kid,
So he has his game.
Yeah, so the kid was pretty unhappy with that and he was going to chase the dude into his house,
but apparently his wife came out.
Yeah.
Yeah, when we drove by, my wife says she saw something on his hand and he went to the car
and put it, because the guy he lives here, he has a truck the same color.
Probably had it not going with him and he thought it was me.
Okay.
It was him, so that's why he rushed to the truck.
Okay, gotcha.
But he said, my wife said he saw something on his hand.
Okay.
close to the car. I don't know if the two white cars there right there right there or the one
the white one across the street. No, those two white ones right here and this side does
these cars. Right. So not the envoy but the first car behind it. Yeah, this is.
The two of them. The two white ones right. Okay, cool. Thank you, sir. Thank you. I appreciate it.
So we're just going to 95 of them if we can make contact with him really fast until we can
figure everything else out. He was not out there when you got out here though.
Okay.
Okay.
Oh, okay, cool.
Can you come out and talk to me?
No, I don't have nothing to talk to you.
You cannot come in here without a judge order.
Oh, okay, cool.
Go around and leave.
Cool, what's your name?
You're gonna arrest me?
You need to, you need to, okay, you're breaking your own law.

Okay.
About what?
Did something happen between you and a kid today?
Okay, how do you know, how do you come in and blame me for something I'm gonna say to do?
I didn't say we blamed you.
Oh, what are you doing?
What are you doing?
Okay, you know the law?
Okay, you need to, in order to come into my property, you need to come in.

We have one in the house.
This cop was having an Andy Griffiths.
Griffin?
Or Griffith?
I don't know.
He was having a great night.
A great night.
He was listening to music in his car.
how you doing everyone how's it going the neighbors were out a dog was barking
watch your manner she said to her dog that that doesn't work by the way
he's having a great night runs into some more people how's it going tonight he's whistling he
was whistling did you hear him whistling whistling while he's walking says even says
to the bad guy beautiful night eh you gonna shoot me people
so unnecessary
I love that about being a cop
I would start my shift
it would be like spring would be on the cusp
spring and just kind of entering
summer where it's not
where this cop he doesn't have to wear a jacket
it's a beautiful night out
you're driving your car
you're listening to some music he's got the easiest call
in the world
I shouldn't say this
he just wants to have a good night
He doesn't want to arrest anybody.
It's the worst when you'd be like, do you want charges, sir?
Yeah, maybe they would say, yeah, and you'd be like, I guess this is what I'm doing tonight.
It's a robbery is what it is.
Bad guy probably, he's on some kind of conditions.
I'm going to be holding this guy all night.
I'm going to be stuck in the office doing paperwork.
He just wanted to have a good evening.
I don't know why I told that story.
Anyways, my, I like that about the evening shift.
and starting when the, even though that's really dark out.
But I love driving down the road, listening to some music and taking some easy calls,
neighborhood dispute or, you know, noise complaint, stuff like that.
Chicken chick calls.
Could have been a chicken chick call.
Could have been.
Possibly could have been.
But no.
Bad guy?
By the way, the gun, it was loaded.
Had a bullet in it.
They pointed it.
He pointed, bad guy pointed it towards the police.
They both fire at him.
He dies.
What for it?
This is craziness, right?
Craziness.
I like the cop, though.
He was enjoying his evening.
Bad guy ruined.
You gonna shoot me?
Well, in about seven minutes, yeah.
Nice night, isn't it?
I don't know.
I like this guy.
Nice night, isn't it?
Yeah.
Says it to the bad guy.
Just wants to have a nice night.
It's all he wants.
And he was.
I don't know why I'm so concerned about him.
I guess I just don't like seeing people's knights being ruined.
There's not much more I can say about it.
Just wanted to show you the video.
Thanks for watching. Subscribe.
Bye-bye.
