Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey guys, Clint here again, former cop talking about cop stuff. I have a video I want to show you. It's a story about Hannah. Hannah suffers from mental health. It's a mental health call that Phoenix gets August 20th, 2020. The call comes in. Mental health call. Hannah has a shotgun.
Starting point is 00:00:24 It's also a domestic, but Hannah has no bullets. So it's an empty shotgun, right? Right. turns out that it's not empty and she ends up swinging the shotgun towards police. The first part you're going to see they spend a lot of time the cops on the phone with Hannah.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Hey Hannah, how you doing? Trying to de-escalate the situation. In the cop car, you'll see somebody else. It's a mental health worker. It's probably a nurse, but it's a mental health worker. That drives me crazy. Keep the mental health workers
Starting point is 00:01:02 at home, at work, until police can figure out the... Police know how to de-escalate a situation. They're really good at it, okay? My wife is a nurse, but if you compared police to de-escalating a situation and nurses, I'm not going to get into this right now, but police are really good at it. Keep the health workers at home. This is getting ridiculous, and suggesting that they go to these calls is ridiculous for this very reason. So they go to the call. They spend 30 minutes at her door trying to convince her to come
Starting point is 00:01:41 out. Watch the video. I'm not going to say much after. Enjoy it. He's reporting that his girlfriend has a gun. It's not loaded. It's a 12-gay shotgun. And that she's threatening to kill him with it. She told him to go get the bullies. He left the house. He called us. She has a knife. She's threatening to Q, Hume? Did she threaten you with the gun or the knife? With the knife? Yes, the gun? No, she doesn't even have ammo for it.
Starting point is 00:02:10 It's just the gun. Hey, I'm looking for Hannah. Hey, Hannah, it's Officer Fisher, Phoenix Police. How are you? It's Officer Fisher. I'm with the Phoenix Police. Hannah, how are you? Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:29 Good. Hey, um, your friend told us you guys you're kind of having a rough day. Yeah, he called because he's concerned about you. Well, I don't. Well, I understand that, but he's doing it because he's concerned about... Anna, you still with us? I'm just making sure you're okay, Anna.
Starting point is 00:02:56 Is there anything we can do to help you out? Any, you still with me? You're gonna make sure you're okay. Can I hear your voice? 3-3 India. We just said what sounded like a shot inside our target apartment. Can you go ahead and have fire... Get a little bit closer for... Was that Ben or...
Starting point is 00:03:45 She's inside there along with your voice. Hey, hey. Nothing. Hansy. Where are you? Hey! Let's hear your hands, hands! Slowly! What's in your hand?
Starting point is 00:03:59 Drop what's in your hand! She's got a shotgun! Drop the fucking gun! Drop the gun! We will shoot you! Go, go, go. Watch the door, watch the door, watch the window. We're down.
Starting point is 00:04:25 The gun, drop the gun. Drop the gun. Drop the gun. Drop the gun. Drop the gun. Drop the gun. Drop the gun. Drop the gun.
Starting point is 00:05:02 Drop the gun. Drop the gun. 434 Henry 999. Hannah! Get down on the ground! I see blood. Come out with your hands up. Come out with your hands up. Come out with your fucking hands up. Come out, come out, come out, come out. Down on the ground now.
Starting point is 00:05:35 Get down. Get down. Get down. Get down. Get down down. Okay. Get that turn to her. I got her. She's got a GSW to her left to arm. We're gonna apply a tourniquette here. Have fire roll-in. You guys get on that? Yeah, good? Got it?
Starting point is 00:05:59 Got it? We need to do it in there, boss. Hannah lives. She lives for another day. I don't, I'm not going to spend too much time on this video. I just wanted to show it to you. I'll show you one thing, okay? After the shots are fired, watch this. Man, she's still a threat. Okay. Get on. She's still a threat. Okay. Get all. your radio. Don't be in such a hurry to call shots fired. Have you seen this a lot? I've seen this a lot. Right when shots are fired, the cop thinks he has to call it in right away. Take his other hand. There's still a threat, man. Keep your gun up. Keep your focus. Dispatch doesn't give a shit that shots are fired. Do it after.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Everybody at that scene knows shots have been fired. Stop being so quick. Jump up. Jump up. on the radio to say shots are fired. I don't know why they do that. I don't know. Maybe I would do it. I don't know. I don't think I would though. I don't know. No, you know what? I'll take, I take that back. There's no way I would do that. Both hands on the gun until the threat is gone. Then maybe I'll tell dispatch shots fired. Anyways, thanks for watching. Bye-bye.
