Clinton Jaws - Bodycam shows suspect steal police gun and shoot - NYPD

Episode Date: September 1, 2020

Retired cop breaks down shooting of a man who was either a terrorist or suffering from mental health. New York June 2020. I criticize the Canadian Government for suggesting that health care workers ...should be first responders dealing with people who are suffering from mental health. Bad guy yelled, Allahu Akbar, right before he stabbed the police officer. Bill BARR stated the following: 'We know that he possessed a significant volume of materials that demonstrates his interest in and support for violent Islamist extremism, including materials related to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS),' said Barr, using an Arabic term for Greater Syria or the Levant. No one died in this incident. There were 16 shots fired by police officers and 6 from the bad guy. The yelp you hear from me is making fun of a terrorist. I have been making fun of terrorists since 2004. I like to make fun of them. https://www.clintonjaws.com/

Starting point is 00:00:00 You know how the Canadian government would want police, cops in Canada to handle this situation, right? Hey guys, Clint here again, former cop talking about cop stuff. When I was in depot, when I was in depot, I was forced to watch videos involving police officers getting murdered by bad guys. We all were. We had to watch these because it was a learning experience. Those videos, they've never left my head watching, I can't stand. watching a police officer get murdered. That's why most of my videos, well, all my videos, don't involve police officers getting murdered.
Starting point is 00:00:41 It's, if anything, it's the bad guy. I don't want to see anybody die. I don't want to see anybody get murdered. But if a bad guy is trying to kill a cop, I'm definitely not rooting for the bad guy's life, okay? Sometimes some of these videos are satisfying. I'm going to show you this video. It's not all that satisfying. It's actually pretty frustrating.
Starting point is 00:01:05 There were 16 rounds by a couple of cops in this video. They got the CCTV surveillance cameras showing the gunfight, and they got two body cam, worn cameras from the police, okay? Let's start with the CCTV. This happened during the peaceful protests in June, New York City. You know those peaceful, really peaceful protests that are, I don't know if you could hear that. My kid is screaming his head off right now. So two cops are on the corner.
Starting point is 00:01:44 It's around 11.30 at night. They're on the, they're sitting there, they're talking. Who knows what they're probably talking about a pursuit they were in or something like that. They're just standing there talking. Some crazy dude wearing a white shirt comes over and stabs. One of them in the neck. The cop's names are Ramarin and J. Pierre. J. Pierre gets stabbed in the neck.
Starting point is 00:02:12 Right here. Watch the guy. Watch the guy in the white shirt come around the corner, okay? Comes around the corner, boom. Knife into his neck. Two shots fired by that one cop. Takes after that cop. Decides that he's going to go after the other cop that he just stabbed.
Starting point is 00:02:33 in the neck. Now this cop, his partner, he's running around. You're going to see the body worn camera from him. It takes, I was yelling at the screen. It takes forever for them to get this guy down with gunfire. 16 shots. Bad guy. Stab that guy in the neck and got his gun. Takes his gun from him, his service pistol, and he gets off something like six shots. Because they're protecting New York during the protests, the police officers hear what's going on down the street. So they show up, then they help out. Okay, I'm going to show you the body-worn camera from Ramarine. The volume doesn't kick in till a few seconds in. So you're going to hear silence. You'll see the bad guy come around. The corner, well, you actually don't see the bad guy come around the corner, but
Starting point is 00:03:34 Watch how long it takes for them to kill this guy. Sorry. Sorry. Watch how long it takes for them to stop the threat. It seemed like forever. I was literally yelling at my computer screen. Take a look. That would ruin your shift, wouldn't it? Jesus.
Starting point is 00:04:53 You hear his voice? Now you're going to see body-worn camera from a responding police officer that heard all this happened down the road. I think his name's Anthony Maylay or something like that. Take a look. We have to see that part again. I asked myself, why did it take, why did it take them so long to get this guy on the ground?
Starting point is 00:05:55 To get bullets into him. And did you notice that Rammarine had some kind of issue with his gun? It's going so fast. I can't even figure it out. This one was like nearly impossible to dissect. As my staff sergeant would say, it looks like a shit shell. That's exactly what he would say too. Intense.
Starting point is 00:06:18 Intense. but Ramarine I'm thinking why can't you just go up to him and shoot him it appeared that he had that he did a mag change with his gun I don't know why it seemed like he was shooting with one hand he's one hand and shooting the entire time
Starting point is 00:06:36 he had some kind of issue he had some kind of issue with his firearm watch this it looks like he's doing a mag change after he does the mag change he forgets to rack his gun points the gun at bad guy click click and then i think he does a rack and uh lets him have it bad guy lives do you believe it he lived after all that he lived he's in jail something like eight counts of
Starting point is 00:07:24 attempt murder he hit two cops he fired six shots hit two cops one cop got hit in his hand one cop got hit His finger, I believe. I'm pretty certain that's what happened. The guy, all of them, the guy that got stabbed in the neck, they're going to make a full recovery. Bad guy's going, he's going for a psychiatric evaluation. He was an illegal immigrant. He believed in the studies of Islam. And when he ran up to the cops, he yelled, Abdul, Abdul, something like that. I think it was Abdul.
Starting point is 00:08:07 No, sorry. Akbar. bar. Obviously he had some sort of mental breakdown, right? Some sort of suffering from mental help. You know how the Canadian government would want police, cops in Canada to handle this situation, right? If I listen to the Canadian government, our Canadian government, this is how I would have responded to the call. Pierre, hold on a second, okay? This bad guy is obviously suffering from some kind of mental breakdown, okay? I'm going to call my wife.
Starting point is 00:08:42 Just give me a second. I'm going to call my wife. She's a health care worker. Maybe she could come out and de-escalate the situation. She's got a, she could bring her stethoscope. We need some de-escalation skills here. Okay? So just give me a second.
Starting point is 00:08:59 Give me a second. I'll get her on the horn. Hey, babe. Yeah, hey. No, no, everything's fine. I just got stabbed in the neck a little. bit. Yeah, we need some of your skills. Can he come out? We're messing around with a bad guy right now. He's got my partner. Oh, he's got my partner's gun. Yeah. Can you come out? Can you please?
Starting point is 00:09:20 We don't want to hurt him. Oh, you're painting half the basement. So, so you want me to finish it when I get home to the other half? Yeah, no problem, no problem. Okay, we just thought, you know, he's suffering from mental health and we thought you could help. Trudeau says I can't kill him. Greg Fergus says, We're always escalating the situation, amping the situation up, so I thought it'd give you a call. Singh's going to blame us for police brutality, guaranteed. But that's fine, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:09:56 Hey, Pierre, is that a white guy or a black guy? Oh, fuck. Hey, Tara, don't worry about it, okay? It's a white guy. Yeah, I didn't know. Okay, we're just going to shoot him a little bit. Yeah, I should be home soon. I did bring the phone cord to work.
Starting point is 00:10:16 Yes. No, okay, I'll drop it off right after this. Sound insane? That's because it is insane. And those are their recommendations. Those are the Canadian government's recommendations. That police no longer attend mental health calls. Maybe I'm exaggerating just a little bit, but I'm not far off.
Starting point is 00:10:41 Anyways, bye. Bye.
