Starting point is 00:00:20 Hey guys, Clint here. Former cop talking about cop stuff. Anything else I want to talk about. Try that again. Waukegan. Waukegan. Hey guys, Clint here. How you doing today? Former cop talking about cop stuff. Wachigan, Illinois, October 20th. I wanted to come down here. I just wanted to say hi and I wanted to dissect this video. I haven't done enough of that. This is why I started up the channel. I understand I don't get too many views from it, but this is what I like. doing. Waukegan, Illinois, October 20th. Let me set it up for you. They pull over this vehicle. The driver says, gives a fake name. The officer says you're under arrest. The moment you give a
Starting point is 00:01:15 fake name, guys, it's obstruction. You can arrest, right? Immediately. Of course, the driver is not going to let her boyfriend get arrested, so she takes off on police. And what the cop does, well, it's up to you. It's not really up to you. It's not up to you to determine, the viewer, to determine if this shooting was justified or not justified. You can have an opinion, but it's not up to you. But watch a video.
Starting point is 00:01:49 Let's talk about it after. Hey, come on, show me the hands, pal. I ain't playing with you because I know you. Marcellus, you're under arrest. Because you got a warrant. I got Marcellus You're not here record that's recording to
Starting point is 00:02:10 Marcellus you're under arrest pal You didn't come out Hey hey hey hey hey And they just ram me over South They're going west on helm holes They just 50 I was right behind you
Starting point is 00:03:06 You almost try to run me over I'm good I don't know about the car man Hey The cop got fired He got fired Why did he get fired Is it because he didn't fear death and grievous bodily harm? Is that why?
Starting point is 00:03:29 What's the real reason the cop got fired? Should he have not feared death and grievous bodily harm? Can I show you this? I want you to see this. He's in the car. He stops his car. He throws it in park. The moment he throws it in park, he gets out of his car.
Starting point is 00:03:46 As he gets out of his car, this vehicle that she was driving starts reversing. In the cop's mind, do you think the cop wanted to shoot? Maybe, maybe it's possible he's a nut. But do you think maybe he shot because he feared death or bodily harm? Would you not? You know the vehicle's coming straight for him, reversing straight for him. What are you going to do? You can't punch at the vehicle.
Starting point is 00:04:25 You try to keep the vehicle away with bullets. That's what he felt. should he not should he not have felt that way it's a justified shooting if you fear death and grievous bodily harm if you can articulate that properly I think it's pretty easy to articulate
Starting point is 00:04:43 that that's how he felt you don't know what a vehicle can do okay so that comes out in the media these two 19 year olds weren't even armed is the vehicle not a deadly weapon who cares if they were armed or not
Starting point is 00:05:06 Makes no difference. A vehicle can kill. Vehicles do weird things. As a police officer, you don't know what they're going to do. You can't predict what a vehicle is going to do. Look at this guy. Remember this guy? He had no idea that that vehicle can turn that sharply.
Starting point is 00:05:28 And he almost got killed from it, remember? So what's this cop supposed to do? He's just supposed to assume that the vehicle's not going to go forward, reverse, he changed directions on him. So he got fired. Was that the reason? Because there's no way he could have feared death. I'm going to tell you why he got fired.
Starting point is 00:06:06 He got fired because that police officer breached multiple police procedures. We don't know what those are, but we know what one is. It came out. The city of Waikigan, meaning the mayor, they didn't like, first of all, that the occupants were armed, unarmed. What? He was unarmed? What? Plus, the mayor of Waukegan was close personal friends with the grieving families. The driver lives, the female lives.
Starting point is 00:06:45 The guy that they wanted to arrest in the passenger seat, he ends up dying. The mayor's close personal families, the mayor is close personal friends with the grieving families. Do you think that had something to do with that? Maybe. But what came out, what came out distinctly, was that the police officer forgot to turn on his badge cam, his body cam, forgot to turn it on. Therefore, he breached a policy, a procedure, and they kicked him out.
Starting point is 00:07:23 I just don't understand how they can fire him for that. Do I stick up for police? Yes, when I think they've been, there's been a, disservice. That's what gets me going. And I've been seeing so many disservices lately. There's another place. A guy's facing the death penalty that's caught for shooting a guy that was running away with a taser. Anyways, I'm not going to get into that. But because he didn't turn on his badge cam. So, RCMP, members, no, Canadian police, all Canadian police. They're losing their jobs in America if you don't turn it on guys. Do you believe this?
Starting point is 00:08:01 So I don't know if you know how the badge cam works. Some are different. But you don't have it running all the time. You don't have the badge cam running all the time. You hit it, and it's supposed to go back 30 seconds. It's supposed to go back a minute. Some of them. It goes back in time the moment you hit it.
Starting point is 00:08:20 That's why there's no audio on a lot of them. You don't hear the audio, but you see the video. He does turn it on. But when did he have the opportunity to turn it on? as a cop when you guys get the badge cams do you know how many cops are going to forget to turn it on it's natural i used to walk around with an audio recorder and if i went to a serious call or whatever sometimes i would forget to hit record on it you forget because you're getting the call in your head you're listening to the radio you're multitasking you're driving a vehicle you're listening to the
Starting point is 00:08:55 information coming through adrenaline's popping up like this guy when did he have the opportunity to hit his tits and get it going. He pulls up beside them. He's in a pursuit. Is he supposed to think, oh, I got to hit it? He pulls up beside him, throws it and drive, hops out of the car. Should he have stalled first and said, I got to turn on my badge cam? It's an imperfect science expecting cops to turn on their badge cams all the time.
Starting point is 00:09:26 It's impossible. It won't have it. You can't have 100% effective. In this kid, this cop, five-year service, that's what it says. got fired for it. Multiple policy procedures, one being forgot to turn on his badge cam. What are the other ones we don't know? Are they saying because he shot at a moving vehicle? We're not allowed to shoot up moving vehicles here in Canada unless you fear death and grievous bodily harm. Was that another policy breach? The pursuit? Was that another policy breach?
Starting point is 00:10:04 Not turning on his badge cam. It's sad. This is a set. I don't want to see anybody get killed. I don't want to see that young kid get killed. I don't. But I also don't want to see that cop getting fired for something stupid. If he did something wrong, then yes, sometimes they need to be fired. But for the reason they gave, how did, how could he not have feared death and grievous bodily harm? You can't tell somebody to fear it. If he, if the cop says he fears it, there's got to be some sort of trust. He probably feared. He probably feared. death and grievous bodily harm. But to get them on, you know why they did this. You know why Waukegan did this. Hey, how can we get rid of this cop? Well, those two occupants were unarmed.
Starting point is 00:10:59 Well, they were driving a deadly weapon, doesn't matter. They were still unarmed. And he pursued when he probably shouldn't have pursued. And he shot out a moving vehicle. And he forgot to turn on his badge cam. That's how we're going to eliminate. a riot guys? Let's get rid of them right away because they did. They got rid of them seven days later. It's even less than seven days. Let's eliminate a riot in Waukegan.
Starting point is 00:11:27 Let's fire them. Let's get rid of them. Could you imagine being the cop? I mean, what would you say? Well, we're going to fire you. For what? You didn't turn on your badge cam. Like, millions of cops aren't turning on their badge camp because you can't always turn it on. You can't. So you're firing me? You punish a
Starting point is 00:12:01 cop by firing him this cop's life is destroyed because this girl decided to fuck off on police cause a pursuit and now she's a hero her boyfriend who died a hero the cop the enemy it's the cop's fault it's the cop's fault that they tried to run him over or almost ran him over it's a cop's fault that he feared death and grievous bodily arm it's a cop's fault that he didn't turn on his badge cam in the middle of a heightened experience heightened situation he didn't remember hit the button so he's fired yeah is anybody really talking about it now does anybody really care probably not that's the way it is now and it is going to kill police officer after police officer because they're not going to want to fire the gun. They're not going to protect themselves the way they should because of mayors like this one in
Starting point is 00:13:25 Waikigan and the police chief, police chief obviously. I don't. I'm blabbering. Happy Halloween. Bye-bye. Oh, hey, guys, call my hotline number, 604-330-2512.
