Starting point is 00:00:05 Clinton Jaws. Thanks for watching. Welcome back. Subscribe to my channel. Join the join button. Become a member of my YouTube channel. That's where you're going to see me try to do live streaming. Only members can see it. I've got a bunch of stuff already up there. There's two live streams. They didn't go very well. There's some foolish stuff on there that I've done. Mounties Under Fire documentary that came out in 2007. You can't get it anywhere else. But my channel. I'm going to correct myself. I want to correct, it's not really a correction, but I watched my last video with Halifax Police Department, Dean Simmons, he gets pulled over, his wife complains, it's driving wild black. I just want to make, I just want to add something to that, okay?
Starting point is 00:00:54 In the video, I say that the police, Halifax RCMP did not point the carbine at him. I don't know if they did. I don't know if they didn't. I have a feeling they had the, the gun at the low ready. I have a feeling they had the gun pointed towards the ground, but I have no clue. My point is, it was a high risk, high risk situation, and they were fully justified, I believe, if it was high risk, to point the car bang right at him. If it was
Starting point is 00:01:27 me, and I'm pulling over a vehicle, high risk situation, I believe that vehicle has a gun, I believe possibly that that vehicle was just involved in a shooting. I'm pulling out my gun. I'm pointing at everybody, the driver, the passenger, everybody in that vehicle. And I'm prone in them out, and I'm handcuffing them. Then I'm going to ask questions. So my point is, they had every right to point, if they did, they had every right to point the gun at him during that high-risk situation.
Starting point is 00:01:55 Stop saying high-risk situation. I just wanted to clarify that. I wanted to add to that. We're going to watch something here. I want you guys to know about me a little bit about me. I don't pretend to be fully good, okay? I try to tell the truth. I don't know if I'm right or left.
Starting point is 00:02:14 I just want to be right. I want to be correct. I don't know where I stand. I just, okay, I've lied in my life. Okay, I've lied lots. I've been deceitful. I've done bad things. But I work on myself all the time.
Starting point is 00:02:33 It's important that I come on here and I get things right. If I don't get it right, then I have no problem coming back on here and saying I was wrong. It's important that I tell the truth. It's important that I give a truthful opinion that's not exaggerated. Now, I admit to you that I'm not perfect. So really, why do imperfect people with imperfect opinions, why does that bug me so much? I don't know. Maybe that's something I need to really dig into, but I can't stand it. I can't stand people lying. I can't stand people withholding information, which to me is the same as lying. I want you to watch this video.
Starting point is 00:03:20 You have to watch it to the end. I'm going to tell you what really drives me crazy about what's going on in the world today, how people exaggerate, mislead, and flat out lie, really. Let's watch this video. It happened in America, July 4th. A lot of things happened July 4th, 2021. The DeWitt police show up at Walmart. They have to go to Walmart.
Starting point is 00:03:45 They get a call at Walmart, and you're not going to believe what these ladies did for the police to attend Walmart, which I'm going to tell you after. But it's, let's just call it for now, a causing disturbance kind of situation. They show up to Walmart, and this is what happens. The girl is female. They're Three 40L3. Harry.
Starting point is 00:04:17 The one of three 40 is real three happy. Okay. See the girl in the white right there. Her name is bird. Okay? She's pregnant. You're going to hear that a lot.
Starting point is 00:04:30 And her name is bird. She got a couple kids there. She really just... What are the name? See the girl on the black top right here, gray pants. Her last name is Edmonds. Back off, no. Back off.
Starting point is 00:04:59 Leave them. Leave them. Back off. Back off her. Back off her. Back off her. Back off, sir. Back off.
Starting point is 00:05:07 To me, that's how you do it immediately. You walk up to them. You put their hands behind their back and you handcuff him. I like it. Back off. You're about to get the same too. Black, it's okay. Let them cuff me.
Starting point is 00:05:23 It's okay. Let them cuff me. You could cuff me. You could cuff me. You can cuff me. You can talk me. Go ahead. It's all right. You can't trust me.
Starting point is 00:05:33 It's fine. They charge my sister, though. Okay. They disrespect my sister. Please. When I walk up and you're going aggressive towards them. His sister, her sister is in the white. And she's got to make this phone call.
Starting point is 00:05:47 She's got to answer her phone right now. They try to charge my sister. We're going to walk out to the car and we're going to finish this out. You're just being disdainment. What you want to detain you for? Right now, harassment. Why should why? She's just being detained at this point so he can figure out what's going on.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Really? Really? He could have just arrested her. You know, detainment and arrest are basically the same. You're taking their liberty away. Just arrest them. Because they jumped my sister just two days ago. They hurt my sister.
Starting point is 00:06:21 They just hurt my sister. My sister's a month pregnant. My sister is pregnant. My sister is pregnant. What? The other girl got me. Stay blind because they east while they're white. Hey, hold on.
Starting point is 00:06:35 So you're hurting my arm. You hear that? You hear that? You hear that. You hear that. So you're hurting my arm. Okay, stop for one away. I'm not, I'm not pulling away.
Starting point is 00:06:44 I got beat by five before. I'm not pulling away from you. I'm black. We're going to go to. I'm black. You know what? Sometimes it is nearly impossible as a police officer to de-escalate a situation. The cop is trying to,
Starting point is 00:06:57 but sometimes you just can't reason with crazy. You know what I mean? Are they going to jump me? Wow, wow. Let's go to the office. Come on. Come on. Look at those kids.
Starting point is 00:07:08 You will be fine, right? Come on. He just told his I would be so ass. I would be so ass. Suttering threats. Take the kids. Take the kids.
Starting point is 00:07:20 You're a white girl. I'm going to leave. I'm a leave. All right. No, no. No. My sister is pregnant. My sister is pregnant.
Starting point is 00:07:28 Okay. Why can't you just go with the cop? Why can't you just make it easy? Why does it always have to be difficult? It's a different angle of the body cam. Now, my daughter is right here. Get off in me. You,
Starting point is 00:08:02 Ma'am. Get the fuck off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. You're gonna get on the back. Get off. Get off.
Starting point is 00:08:12 Stop. My dog. His body cam gets ripped off. Here we go. Here we go. This is so ridiculous. They're both on the ground. You know what? I don't even know what they're wearing. It's like they're dressed up to go to the beach. Who goes to Walmart dressed like that? I don't even think they got underwear on. There's some stuff I'm gonna have to edit it out of here. Look at those kids. Okay, you're gonna see what the cop does here. I don't want to
Starting point is 00:09:18 give it away. This behavior, it's acceptable now. This is what you're allowed to do now, guys. This is what people do now. Yeah, I'll make it so. Yeah. What do you? We evacuate.
Starting point is 00:10:04 What do I stay ditty, call you? What I'm going to say, take off that day, bro? You got to watch this. Well, I got to fast forward to that. Okay. I swear to God, she's not wearing underwear.
Starting point is 00:10:35 It's her bare ass. I'm gonna have to edit that part out somehow. What are you doing? Wouldn't you be doing? proud those were your daughters kick in and screaming like a fish out of water okay watch this it's not funny but he gets her off of the ground I want you to see this gives her old whack there did you see it did you catch it did you see what she tried to do she tried to bite him she tried to bite him so he
Starting point is 00:11:37 gave her a whack in the face. The cop is suspended. They suspended him for doing this. Watch it again. She's hungry. She tries to bite his arm. Was it justified? Yes, it was justified. The cop was justified in doing that. Would I have done it? I don't know. Maybe I would have. I might have done that. I don't know if I would have, but I might have. And he punched her in the neck, actually. It's not the cop's fault that she's a cannibal. Police officers, do not want to get bit, guys. Do you think that cop wants AIDS? Because that's the first thing that goes through your head.
Starting point is 00:12:34 If he bites her, there's a good chance that he has to go on the HIV cocktail for 30 days. And he doesn't want to do that. You're not allowed to bite people. You're not allowed to try to bite people. What was going through his head is, how do I stop this person? Yeah, she's handcuffed. Big deal. You can still be combative and hurt people when you're handcuffed.
Starting point is 00:13:01 He tried, she tried to bite him. How do you make somebody stop? How do you stop somebody from biting you? What would your first reaction be? Do you let her try again? No, his first reaction is, I have to hit her. I might have just grabbed her by the neck really hard and threw her on the ground. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:13:23 I don't, I'm not, I'm not shitting on. I'm not blaming the cop for doing what he did. But suspended? Because she's a cannibal? I've been spat in the face. I had to go on the HIV cocktail, and it was hell. It felt like it almost killed me. It was terrible.
Starting point is 00:13:44 And I'll never forget. I went up to the doctor. I went up to an emergency. My doctor happened to be working. And he's like, cling. I don't know why he talked like that because he's Portuguese. But I told him, I said, you know, I got spat in the eye. and did you know that roughly 80% of Americans have gingivitis,
Starting point is 00:14:04 they have some sort of gum disease. A lot of people have gingeritis. So I told the doctor that I guarantee you this fella has gingeritis. And my doctor's like, Klang, how you know you, Jingvingas? And I'm like, dude, okay? I arrested a guy for bestiality. There's no doubt he has gingeritis. We knew he had AIDS, so I had to go on the cocktail.
Starting point is 00:14:28 So what do you want the police officer to do? He's got to defend himself. I know it doesn't look pretty. Policing doesn't look pretty a lot of the times. But suspend him? Stay with me because there's more to this story. Okay, I'm going to tell you what these two girls did before the police showed up. There's a fella on YouTube and I subscribe to his channel.
Starting point is 00:15:17 His name is Dr. Rashad. I think that's how you're pronouncing. He's popular. He's a popular YouTuber. He's on the left, okay? Why would I subscribe, do you think? I want to hear both sides of the story. I think it's important to hear both, not sides of the story, but two sides. The left and the right. I don't want to just listen to the right side. I want to listen to both sides. Maybe one day they'll have a good point. And like I said, I still don't know what I am. I just, I don't know what I am. But there's one thing I can't stand, and it's misleading. I hate, I don't like people who mislead, who exaggerate, and who almost kind of withhold information to make their point look more important. I want you to watch what this guy says. And let me tell you, I'll tell you why those two girls, why did the police show up at Walmart?
Starting point is 00:16:17 because one of those girls was pepper spraying in Walmart. Pepper spraying people and children in Walmart. That's why the police showed up. Listen to this fellow. New York police officer, this is an upstate. New York police officer punches a woman in the throat at a Walmart. Now here's some of the background. There was a 30-second scuffle inside of this Walmart.
Starting point is 00:16:47 Just the 30 second scuffle, guys. Between two groups of individuals. These were females. The police are called. They get there and a woman is handcuffed. And here's what happened. The police officer who punched this woman in the throat. His name is Rory Spain.
Starting point is 00:17:16 Rory Spain, the cop who did this, did it to a woman named Tariyan. to Edmonds. There's another woman that's not as visible on camera. She's actually pregnant. Okay. According to DeWitt Police Department spokesman, Lieutenant Jerry Pace, police, police were called to an East Syracuse Walmart after a fight allegedly broke out between five to six people.
Starting point is 00:17:41 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Employees were allegedly threatened during the altercation and struck in the face by two women who also allegedly pepper-sprayed customers. Not those two women. He doesn't confirm that. It's confirmed. It's on surveillance video. That those two women that were arrested by the police,
Starting point is 00:18:00 one of them pepper sprayed other people in the store. Does he come out and really say it? Edmonds was charged with second-degree attempted assault of a police officer, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, an obstruction of a governmental administration. Yeah, okay. Or a governmental administration.
Starting point is 00:18:24 Now, I know. I know people are going to say, what? Well, they should not have been fighting in Walmart. Yeah, that's a good point. How about pepper spray? How about hurting children? One of the worst tools police have is pepper spray.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Believe me, that is painful. A little kid, you're pepper spraying in Walmart? Here's what I'm going to say. What are you going to say? The woman was handcuffed. Yeah. She was punching the throat as if she was a free, ready to fight man. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:01 That's how she was punching the- She was a cannibal. Throw. Yeah. When you look at the force this police officer used, in order to subdue this individual, this female. Reaction. You going to do it lightly?
Starting point is 00:19:15 It don't look good. I agree. 100% justified. Sorry if that bugs you. In my humble opinion, it was unreasonable. Now, let me also speak to this other point that people are going to try to make. What? They're going to say, she bit him.
Starting point is 00:19:34 She did not. No, we're not going to say that. Who cares? Who cares if she didn't bite? She was trying to bite him. She did not bite him. Yeah, but she tried to. they may say she tried to bite them yeah yes okay thank you thank you well what are you gonna do
Starting point is 00:19:54 if somebody somebody ran up to you right now what are you going to do if somebody tries to bite you in your neck and in your arms what are you going to do you gonna do this no you're probably going to do something like what that cop did may have felt she tried to bite him he may have assumed he let's say hear that again okay he may have felt she tried to bite him he may have thought she tried to bite him He may have thought that. Well, he absolutely did. He even said in the video, Don't bite me.
Starting point is 00:20:21 He may have assumed that she attempted to bite him. Yeah? Clearly. What do you mean, maybe? She did not bite him. That's a fact. Yeah? But what's your point?
Starting point is 00:20:35 That's what we know for sure. But we also, why aren't you saying that they were pepper spraying people on Walmart? I actually believe it makes my argument. No. You see, this cop did this because he was mad. He did it because he was mad, guys. Should he have been smiling and giggling?
Starting point is 00:20:56 Do you think cops, when they take somebody down, they're giggling and laughing? No, there has to be a little anger in you for the force to come out. Have you ever seen somebody punching somebody? With a huge smile, a huge grin on their face? There has to be a little anger in there. Obviously. That's why he did it. No.
Starting point is 00:21:20 because he was upset no he did it to save himself that's why he did it he did it because he didn't want AIDS now this police officer is trained in various tactics to subdue individuals to bring them under his control not all of them especially when they are in handcuffs and ladies a gentleman punching them into i'm going to tell you something right now i arrested the biggest bugger of my entire life he was spitting all over his wife. His wife was covered and spit. We go to the cop car. My watch commander says, take him
Starting point is 00:21:56 to the cop car and he was three times the size as me. He's in handcuffs. I get him to the cop car and I'm exhausted because he's just like all over the place. I should have called for my watch commander to come out and give me a hand. I open up the back door as I push him in
Starting point is 00:22:11 into the cop car I have the door open. He lays back and let's me have it with his spit, covers my face. I was soaking wet with gob, his gob. Assault. People can still be dangerous when they're handcuffed. The throat while handcuffed is not one of the tactics that he's taught. How do you know? How do you know? Period. Oh, how do you know that? How do you know that? Currently, this officer has been suspended with pay pending the outcome of an investigation.
Starting point is 00:22:46 Benjamin, what are your thoughts about this case? Now, who the hell is Benjamin? But we're going to hear from Benjamin. Suspension with pay is a vacation. Suspension with pay is not a vacation. It's stressful. This cop just got a vacation for brutalizing a black woman. What a stupid thing to say, brutalizing a black woman. In a way that we would not allow any other person to be brutalized.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Most disrespect. They didn't, they didn't, those criminals didn't brutalize anybody in that store, did they guys? Brutal. You want to talk about. brutalizing trying to bite somebody that sounds a little bit brutal wouldn't you agree the person on the face of the planet is a black woman and just seeing how he had no regard okay why they why most disrespected person on the face of the planet is a black woman and just seeing how
Starting point is 00:23:40 you don't think the cops are disrespected did you see the mob of people you don't call that disrespect the black woman was disrespected oh he had no regard for her dignity Um, Rignity. Regardless and see, the difference is she's fighting. Plenty of fights in Walmart. Guys, there's plenty of fights in Walmart. That's his argument.
Starting point is 00:24:06 You go to Walmart. You expect a fight. There's plenty of fights going on in Walmart. Have you ever seen a fight at Walmart? Honestly. And if you have, maybe it was won. I've never seen a fight in Walmart. But according to him,
Starting point is 00:24:20 plenty of fights going on in Walmart. You should expect. that when you go to Walmart. If there's plenty of fights going on in Walmart, I'm not bringing my kids to Walmart. Nobody should. What a dumb comment. She's fighting. There's plenty of fights in Walmart, right? Let's not play this game. Play this game? Oh, these black women fighting in Walmart. I got plenty of videos of white Karen's fighting in Walmart. People do that kind of thing, but we have paid professionals who take taxpayer dollars and go in there and assault them when they're handcuffed. If you're not, you notice how they're not, they're not saying a thing.
Starting point is 00:24:53 about kids getting pepper sprayed. They're not saying a thing about the criminals pepper spraying on Walmart. It's misleading. They don't tell the full story. And enough to be able to handle a situation when someone is handcuffed, then you do not need to be, if you're not a human enough, then you don't need to be a cop. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:13 Yeah. She was handcuffed. Yep. She was handcuffed. Yes. Okay. I want you to imagine something. Everyone who may disagree with me.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Everybody. I want you to imagine this. Okay. That's your sister. I'm kicking her in the ass. Okay? Might disown her for a couple of years. Keep on going.
Starting point is 00:25:32 That's your mother. I'm no longer going to eat her cooking. That's your child. Kicked out of the house. Bye, bye. See you later. Don't come back. He's making a great point, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:25:45 That's your niece. And this is how the police officer handled her. Yeah. Let me be very clear. I don't give a damn why they were called to their. Walmart. You hear that guys? You hear that? You hear that? Sir, handled her. Let me be very clear. I don't give a damn why they were called to that Walmart. There you have it. He doesn't care. And he's not going to
Starting point is 00:26:11 elaborate on it and he's not going to talk about it because he doesn't care. His point is made if he doesn't focus on the pepper spray incident. I don't care. I do care how they were handled on probably the worst day of their lives. Oh, the worst. That was the worst thing. They go into Walmart. They pepper spray children. People.
Starting point is 00:26:35 They act like kids. Like having a tantrum. Five-year-old children having a tantrum. And it was just the worst. It's the worst day in the entire world because of their actions. Because of who they are. Because of their values, their morals. This was all them.
Starting point is 00:26:58 He's defending them because they were having a bad day. The worst day. That's his defense for these people. They're just having a bad day. They're having the worst day of their lives. They're having the worst day of their lives because of them. How can he deflect responsibility and accountability away from them? That's what's wrong with the world.
Starting point is 00:27:20 That's what's wrong with the world right now. I don't know. I don't know. Nobody's held accountable. The criminals are not held accountable. the police officers again, they can't do anything, right? You got people like Dr. Rashad.
Starting point is 00:27:38 I guess that's how he makes his money. I guess that's how he gets his views. Doesn't even focus or really touch on the pepper spray incident. Doesn't say once that they went in there and pepper sprayed people. Instead, who's brutal? The cops are brutal. The cops are brutal. These are sticking up for themselves, defending themselves,
Starting point is 00:28:00 from somebody who wants to eat them. Would I have done it? I don't know. I think I would have grabbed her neck and threw her to the ground. How else do you control somebody that is, yeah, handcuffed,
Starting point is 00:28:18 but trying to bite you. How else do you do it? You don't giggle and laugh. You got to use force. And he chose to punch her neck and suspended. It's wrong. Might even lose his job.
Starting point is 00:28:39 These cops are getting, they're getting fired nowadays for silly reasons. Enjoy the day. It's hot out there. Hotter than balls. Guys, thanks for watching. Subscribe if you haven't. Hit the bell notification. I just figured this one out. If you want to know when I go live streaming,
Starting point is 00:28:55 the only way to know is if you hit this bell on YouTube. Try to find the bell and hit it. Bye, bye.
