Clinton Jaws - Former Police Officer Tells you Why Myles Sanderson Was Not in Jail

Episode Date: September 10, 2022

It is easy to blame the Police, Parole Board and Racism for Myles Sanderson's deadly actions. Bottom line you have to start with blaming the suspect for his violent behaviour then ask yourself why was... this culprit allowed to be reintegrated back into the James Smith Cree Nation Community. It appears the focus of numerous groups in Canada are hell bent on freeing Indigenous inmates from prison including Government officials like Maco Mendicino and Bill Blair.  call the hotline 604-330-2512 Clinton Jaws: Official Website https://www.clintonjaws.com https://thegoldenbadge.comJoin this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWxFkykJzUk32iGqzSzXNYQ/join https://www.instagram.com/clintonjaws/ https://open.spotify.com/show/3hWntbop6gLEg6RFR0aOzJ https://www.facebook.com/clinton.jaws.7/ https://twitter.com/ClintonJaws https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/clinton-jaws-police-podcast/id1540431707 #canadastabbings #canadianstabbings #saskatchewanstabbings

Starting point is 00:00:05 We got to blame somebody, right? Who do we blame for this? James Smith Cree Nation, a stabbing that you've all heard. Ten people dead. Something like 27, around 27 people stabbed, something like that, injured. Total. I never know how to start these videos. Bad guy's name is Miles Sanderson.
Starting point is 00:00:34 They just arrested them. And there's so much I want to say about this. Because I've been doing these videos for a couple of years now. and I'm looking at my old videos going and it's answering my questions on why this happened. You're going to hear about it. Let's start with his background first. Miles Sanderson, he started his criminal history at 18. He's 32 right now.
Starting point is 00:01:03 In something like 13 years, he has 59 criminal convictions. And that's all you're going to hear about. you don't hear about the charges that were thrown out that Crown counsel threw out or the ones that he pled down to I'm telling you when I looked at people's criminal record it was stay of proceedings that was bigger that was the bigger part of it's not part of the criminal record when we talk about criminal record that's only convictions I guarantee you he had hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of police interactions and charges. 59 convictions? Yeah, that's a lot. That is, that's a lot.
Starting point is 00:01:49 Let's go over a couple. I used to be a cop guys and let me tell you that the cops know this guy. They attended. I don't, how many domestics, cops, did you have to attend with this guy? In July 2017, they attended domestic. His kids, his own children, hide in a bathtub while he's losing his mind. He punches a hole in the door of the bathroom, goes outside, grabs a block of cement, and throws it through a window. A few days later, they go to another domestic.
Starting point is 00:02:23 He ends up getting charged, and he serves two months in jail. Wow. And I guarantee you the amount of domestics that were thrown out, November 11th, domestic charge. withdrawn. January 13th, another domestic. He serves another two months in jail. He assaults her again in 2015 and 2018. His girlfriend's name, last name burns, okay? November, 2017, he hits a man with his firearm in his face, smashes him in the face with his firearm, and then he stomped on his head. He then made the same man rob a restaurant while he sat outside and watched. April 2018, he stabbed two man with a fork. And then he went outside of that house and beat a guy until he was unconscious
Starting point is 00:03:05 and left him in a ditch. He returned to that house and kicked the door in. When he was finally arrested in June of 2018, he kicked the police officer repeatedly in the face and head. He got four years and four months for that. In 2015, he attacked his girlfriend's parents. Earl Burns and Joyce Burns. He repeat. repeatedly stabbed Earl Burns. He was charged with attempted murder, egg assault, weapons possession, and breach of probation. The charges, of course, were whittled down to egg assault,
Starting point is 00:03:40 assault, assault, and threats for an easy crown counsel victory. His sentence? Two years. His sentence that he received in 2018 for four years? He got out early. February 1st, 2021. When he got out, he breached his probation. They just let it go. They didn't do anything about it.
Starting point is 00:04:00 They let the charge go. And then in May of 2022, they issue a warrant for another thing that he did. And while there's a warrant for his arrest, what does he do? He kills Earl Burns with a knife because it didn't work out last time for him. So he got a second chance to kill him.
Starting point is 00:04:19 And he did. Also hurt Joyce. Joyce is injured. Thomas Burns? Carol Burns? He killed them too. Stabbed them to death. Greg Burns, Lydia Burns, they're dead.
Starting point is 00:04:33 He killed them. And Bonnie Burns. Lana, he killed Lana Head, Christian Head, Robert Sanderson, and Wesley Patterson. Why'd they release this guy? This is the reason for his release. Parole board. In granting Sanderson's statutory release, the board said it is the board's opinion that you will not present an undue risk to society.
Starting point is 00:05:04 And freeing him would contribute to the protection of society by facilitating his reintegration. Easy to get mad at parole, isn't it? Wait till you hear what I have to tell you. Maybe it's not a big deal to you. Those aren't the people you blame. But this ain't a story until you blame the police. You got to blame the police, right?
Starting point is 00:05:31 What the police do wrong? This guy, Jamie, he's up with the National Post, I don't know, he's upset with police. How many spree killings does it take for the RCMP to be frank, honest, and timely in telling people what's going on? He had a problem with the timeline. The police weren't quick enough. It's a frightening pattern. They're not given timely information to the public when mass killers are at large. Warnings appear to have been delayed Sunday.
Starting point is 00:05:59 The initial call came in at 5.40 a.m. Now, you're a cop, you go to that, and there's two locations? Can you give me some time? I got dead bodies here. I got people screaming. Could you imagine? There was more calls right after that in different locations. They're going to different calls at something like 610 according to this dude.
Starting point is 00:06:21 An hour later, at 712, RCMP warned the local area. That's pretty damn quick, wouldn't you say? And he says, it shouldn't have taken police a, Wapping 90 minutes to warn locals. What a moron, you're a moron. You're a loser. You're a moron in life. You're just trying to stir the pot.
Starting point is 00:06:46 You're just trying to make a buck. There's no way you believe that the police did a bad, a poor job in notifying people. It was right away, man. That's right away. Here's a timeline of events that I wrote down. 540 local time. Police received first call.
Starting point is 00:07:05 More calls start coming in. Within minutes 712, police tell the public to seek immediate shelter. 7.57, they reveal the names, descriptions. 8.20. Not even an hour later. Dangerous persons alert is extended. You cannot blame the police for this, for alerting the citizens, civilians of what's going on. They did a damn good job with respect to that. But I will say this. This is strange, okay? I took a screenshot of an article. I found this interesting. This is the title of it. Stabbing suspect may have been spotted on James Smith, Cree Nation residents told to stay indoors.
Starting point is 00:07:53 Well, I go on my desktop, like a day or two later. They changed the title. They didn't like that they said stabbing suspect. They changed it to surviving suspect in mass stabbing may have been spotted. because stabbing suspect is racist, isn't it? They actually took the time and thought, hey, we can't have stabbing suspect. Surviving, we're going to call them surviving suspect. You can't make it up, CBC.
Starting point is 00:08:24 You can't make it up. Anyways, I found this interesting. And I don't know if it's true. It's coming from the CBC. But they put an alert out. And according to the CBC, the alert is residents urged to remove. remain indoors as search continues. And I'm like, that's weird. I sure hope the RCMP aren't telling you where to hide because you know what's going to happen. Well, they told me to hide inside.
Starting point is 00:08:46 I mean, who's this? This was from door to door, guys. This is what they're saying, that this guy went from door to door. He was booting the doors in. He was breaking and entering these places and killing them while they're inside. So I don't know why you would tell somebody stay inside. Isn't that the worst place you could stay? I don't know. Just something I had to get off my chest. We're not blaming the police for this one. Absolutely not. No way.
Starting point is 00:09:14 No way. Parole? I don't know yet. I haven't decided. What about the experts? Can we blame the experts? Are the government officials? Do you see what these experts say?
Starting point is 00:09:24 Do you see what the government officials say? I've been looking at it for two years. How about the liberals? How about every single time a non-white person kill somebody using a gun. Who do they blame? They blame the gun. A gun killed Tommy.
Starting point is 00:09:46 They never blame the bad guy. Angela Simmons from North Preston. When little Timmy was murdered? Shot? A little child? She said a gun killed him. So are they going to blame knives now? Miles Sanderson didn't kill them.
Starting point is 00:10:04 A knife killed them. Are we going to start banning knives now? Crown Council. I worked with them for 20 years, man. They were so quick to throw away the charge and get rid of it and get them to plead to a lower charge. You arrest somebody for three charges, they only get one. Are they working hard enough to keep people behind bars?
Starting point is 00:10:24 That's what I think. I sometimes think that. And judges, constantly releasing them. Do you know how many JCP hearings I have? I would arrest a guy on a weekend, and I'd be talking to the worship, asking him, giving him reasons. Could you imagine if I had Miles Sanderson record
Starting point is 00:10:41 reading 59 convictions and giving reason why he needs to be held for court? They never do. They never get held for court. Then I started thinking today, maybe there's a reason for it. Maybe they're told to do that. And then it reminded me of a video that I did
Starting point is 00:11:00 not too long ago when they wanted to release all the, indignious population from jail. And they did. Hundreds upon hundreds. Released. I just want you to read this. This is what parole said. During his time in federal jail, Sanderson participated in programming and cultural activities and engaged with elders. The record showed. He was reported to have made gains. He's in prison guys. Made gains. Of course he made gains. There's no, there's no liquor stores in prison. You have nothing but to gain. That's why you stay there and you serve your punishment, you serve your time. In February, 2021, he was transferred to a
Starting point is 00:11:45 healing lodge. He was freed in August. No, he was freed in February because he went to a healing lodge. Now, remember that. Remember this article? Inmates face high rates of COVID-19 and federal prisons. We got to get them out of there. Remember, I did that whole video on it. The article basically says the reason why they're in jail is because of racism. Maybe that's who we blame. Racism. This happened because of racism. The Congress of Aboriginal peoples called on public safety minister Marco Mendocino to speed up the release of low-risk offenders and those on remand to limit the spread of the highly transmissible Omicron variant because it's killing so many people in federal prisons.
Starting point is 00:12:37 Where are they now? Where's the Congress of Aboriginal peoples? Have they said anything about this? During the first wave, you've got to hear this, of the pandemic, Bill Blair, public safety minister, announced the release of hundreds of inmates amid several COVID-19 outbreaks. Is that why this happened? they wanted inmates to be released. Vulnerable inmates.
Starting point is 00:13:12 Alex Cohen, a spokesperson for Mendocino, which means it's Mendocino, said in a statement, we have put in place initiatives to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are making efforts to reduce systemic racism in the justice system. These include culturally appropriate approaches
Starting point is 00:13:35 to indignious corrections and funding to support the reintegration of previously incarcerated indignuous peoples. Now, those words I just said earlier, do you see where this is going? Correctional Service, the Parole Board of Canada continued to process eligible inmates for release. In accordance with the law and the public safety
Starting point is 00:14:02 being the paramount consideration, right, right. These guys are being told by the government officials and experts to release people from jail, from prison. Kim Bodine, oh, this guy's a saint. Vice chair of the Congress of Aboriginals' peoples. COVID-19 cases are among the reason that they're calling for accelerated release. I'm sorry, I don't give a rat's ass if you got COVID.
Starting point is 00:14:28 You protect me. You keep them in jail. You don't allow them to leave jail and go home. Shouldn't we be focused on protecting Canadians? COVID-19 is one of the reasons the organization is calling for accelerated release. The majority of them are stressed out. Oh, man. Oh, it gets better, guys.
Starting point is 00:14:57 Any inmates that are on remand, low risk, are close to completing their sentence, must be released to ensure their safety, their safety, and reduce overcrowding, says Bodine. Unbelievable. Dr. Ivan, Dr. Ivan Zinger. Cracker Jack. Canada's Chief Correctional Officer calls upon the federal and provincial government to commit to reducing the overall number
Starting point is 00:15:25 of indignious peoples in custody at least 5% by 2022. There's no wonder he was out of jail. They don't want them in jail. They want them out. So before you blame the parole board, maybe we should be blaming the real people. The idiot's in charge.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Let's hear what Justin Pitchie has to say. He's all over this stuff. And he's a big wig. A number of folks who could be safely released into the community. Sometimes without community support, they may have homes to go back to. Others may not. So if they're provided with housing, income support, and other kinds of support in the community, they can live safely among us.
Starting point is 00:16:16 Wrong, Justin. A huge failure. That's what this is. Where are you now? Are you saying those same words? Cohen Mendocino and Mendocino are including culturally appropriate approaches to indignious corrections.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Healing lodge. That's what they're talking about. They released this kid to a healing lodge. Yeah, you get out of jail. Do you promise to go to a healing lodge? Okay, perfect. Their idea. Funding to sport reintegration
Starting point is 00:16:58 of previously incarcerated indignuous peoples. Didn't work, did it? Why not just keep them in jail, guys? 59 convictions. If you're in the United States of America, you wouldn't see the light of day. So what is safer? Canada or America?
Starting point is 00:17:20 Because if this Sanderson lived in America, He wouldn't have had the opportunity to kill that many people. There would still be 10 people alive if he lived in America. So is America really all that bad? Canada, you're so woke. Blame our system. Blame them. Who make the system?
Starting point is 00:17:40 Police bang their heads against the wall constantly because Crown won't go with the charge or the judge releases them or throws the charge out. And it sees nut bars. these government officials that are making up the laws in the systems that don't work. They don't work. This guy was bad through and through. Should have had life in prison a long time ago.
Starting point is 00:18:15 No. It's racist to keep them in there. Yeah, look at this one. Hundreds of inmates quietly released from federal prisons over COVID-19 fears Blair. hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds. Minister Mendocino launches a federal framework to reduce recidivism. The framework will also help address another major issue in Canada's criminal justice system, the overrepresentation of indignious peoples, because there's too many in jail.
Starting point is 00:18:44 It has nothing to do with them committing the crimes, right? They're not doing that, right? They're not actually committing crimes. Could that not be a reason? for an over-representation of indignious peoples? Can we not look at culture? Can we not really look? Why do we keep on talking about the police are racist?
Starting point is 00:19:06 That's why. The system's racist. That's why. Why don't we ever really try to fix the problem? Look into the culture. Could it be something else maybe? Why is this guy let out? Why was Miles Sanderson let out?
Starting point is 00:19:22 There should be a massive uproar in Canada right now. And what does Mark Mendozino say about this now? It appears he was all for releasing them, having another idea, like a healing center. What do you say about it now? He's not going to take the blame, right? I'm sure he's going to blame somebody else, right? That's what he says, guys. I want to know the reason behind the decision to release him.
Starting point is 00:19:55 No, it had nothing to do with you. I'm extremely concerned with what occurred here. It's people like you, dude, who are too lax, too woke, too liberal. You've been working to release them. And you want to know the reasons behind it? Idiot? It's fundamentally wrong. Yeah, it is, Marco.
Starting point is 00:20:30 I am assured the Parole Board of Canada will be undertaking an investigation. of the decision. Maybe it'll come back to you. How many times are you allowed to stab somebody and be reintegrated into the community? Why do you care to reintegrate this POS into the community? Why is that so important? He stays behind bars. A bunch of stabbings before all this happened. Takes a fork and stabs two people. Grabbs onto his girlfriend's parents and starts stabbing them. He's allowed back into the community. Mark Mendocino wants you to believe it's the parole. That's who to blame.
Starting point is 00:21:17 Maybe we should just blame Trudeau for not banning knives. How should access to knives be regulated in Canada? Amazing. This guy was never fully punished for his crimes. I don't know. I think my title is who we're going to blame. And yeah, I was just being... You blame the bad guy, idiot.
Starting point is 00:21:36 Okay? That's who you blame. And you blame broken families. And you blame the people that support broken families. I could go on and on the reasons to blame. But I won't have a YouTube channel anymore if I do. So I'll just leave it there. And I know the ending sucked, but pointless.
Starting point is 00:22:11 I wanted to stay away from it. I wanted to stay away from this one because I didn't want to, I don't want to read the stories of the people that were murdered. And it's just so horrific and so terrible. And each one of them, there's a story and there's children involved, running away, and just an awful, gross scene. And I feel bad for those police officers. I feel bad for the families, of course.
Starting point is 00:22:33 But I also, because I used to be a cop, I feel really bad for those police officers that had to attend the scene. And then you got this dick-ed from National Post criticizing them. Just blows me away. Anyways, that's it. Subscribe. Thanks. Bye-bye.
