So that gives them the justification, the rights,

to search her, to search for a gun. Even when the police officer says you got a gun or something about you got a gun, the guy in the background, the complainant, you can hear him say, yes. Were you fired off a gun? But they still don't pat her down. They don't search her.

I don't know why. That's something I would have done right away. I don't know. I don't live in Phoenix. I don't, I don't, I'm a Canadian cop, was a Canadian cop. They do things differently. Their hands are tied right now. It's like they can't do anything right now without getting in trouble.
