Starting point is 00:00:00 refers to the suspect as he. And this guy corrects her. I'm going to get this taken away. We have made our world unsafe because we're so interested, the liberal government, the liberals,
Starting point is 00:00:23 are so interested in removing the stigma from something. Because stigma causes harm. In British Columbia, Canada, they made all drugs legal because they wanted to get rid of the stigma. Users aren't losers, they're winners. Well, now that we got rid of the stigma, what should we do now?
Starting point is 00:00:43 Because it's okay. It's okay to do drugs. We make them legal. Because if we make them legal, that will eliminate the harm. And what happened? Killed everybody. So they switched back. Now they're illegal.
Starting point is 00:01:02 That's what we're doing with mentally ill people. We're telling them, you're not mentally ill. you're normal and then we tell the entire world hey guys we got to get rid of the stigma they're normal when they want to transition that's normal i'm sitting down with my psychologist because i had to when i was a cop this is 2017 we're chewing the baby fat we're talking about other things and i said hey being transgender i just want to know is that a mental illness i'm told that's a mental illness he brings out this book it's called ds something ds 5 dsm something like that it's a psychologist encyclopedia. He flips open the page. And he said, Clint, no. It used to be,
Starting point is 00:01:45 I think he said it used to be in there that it's mental illness, but it's no longer mental illness once you make the transition. During the transition, it's mentally ill, but once you have fully turned into a man or a woman, you're now normal. You want to know who's doing all the mass shootings? Transitioners. Was it like this 20 years ago? 15 years ago? No. Why is it now? In so many words, this cop, he tells you, this freak who did this, he got a firearms license. He took a day course. He was allowed to take a day course and get his firearms license because he's normal now. Let's set it up and I don't know why. I don't know why he's talking like this. And it's hard because I'm supposed to respect the white shirt and I'm trying my best still it's still in me this is this is
Starting point is 00:02:46 what happened that day there's nobody that works at that police station there's hardly any there's a couple maybe one or two working and there's only a population of 2,000 people on tumbler ridge they get the call it's a street down it's like a couple blocks away the high the high schools of a couple blocks away I would have got there in 30 seconds going code three lights and sirens and that's what happened. Probably two cops showed up. Maybe three if a corporal was on. And what do they do? They get out of their car and they go immediately inside because that's what Canadian cops do. They go right in. And good for you guys for going right in. No hesitation. They actually heard gunfire when they arrived on scene.
Starting point is 00:03:40 I just remembered something. Before I show that, I got to show this. CBC. Initially, when the active shooter alert went out, police said that they were looking for a female with brown hair wearing a dress, but we have not heard. That's how it came in, guys.
Starting point is 00:03:54 That would have been from the RCMP. We're looking for a female in a dress. We're so woke, we're so worried about pronouns. A female, not a guy in a dress. A female. Could you imagine driving around? Isn't that? I thought we're talking about facts here. Could you imagine living there and you're looking for a female in a dress?
Starting point is 00:04:14 Wouldn't a better description be a guy in a dress? That stands out a little bit more, doesn't it? The detachment responded immediately with members from the local detachment arriving within two minutes of the initial call. Upon arrival, there was active gunfire, and as officers approached the school, rounds were fired in their direction. officers entered the school to locate the threat. Within minutes, an individual confirmed to be the shooter was located deceased. I just want to say, I am so lucky that I wasn't the police officer that showed up on that scene, because they're going to have this imprinted for the rest of their careers.
Starting point is 00:04:53 And I guarantee you they're all young officers straight from the police academy, because they went to that place. And nobody wants to go to that place. So in five to ten years, it's going to start affecting them. Let's get to questions. I want you guys to hear this question. The reporter refers to the suspect as he. And this guy corrects her.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Officer Romina Day from Global News, could you please expand a little bit on the suspect? Was he known to police? Was he known? Were there any red flags regarding his mental health? So a suspect is identified as an 18-year-old female. I don't know how he does it with a straight face. A freak wakes up one day and decides that he's going to be a woman.
Starting point is 00:05:52 And this higher-up cop respects that. Let me tell you something, guys. We're all about facts. And the fact is he's a man. This was a man. So I don't know why he's not speaking facts. Maybe he tells you here. Is mental health?
Starting point is 00:06:11 So a suspect is identified as an 18-year-old female. Why? By the name of Jesse. Says who? We have a history of police attendance at the family residence. Some of those calls are, were, pardon me, related to mental health issues. Mental health issues. I'll tell you exactly what those calls were.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Arms length of calls to that house. Uttering threats, assault, MHA. mental health calls. Because this kid wanted to himself. Do you know how many apprehensions I've been involved in?
Starting point is 00:06:48 Probably a thousand. Maybe 10 after me apprehending them under the Mental Health Act or somebody else on my watch got committed or got admitted into the hospital.
Starting point is 00:07:03 Every single time, basically every single time a cop, the RCMP, pick somebody up because they're, mentally deranged, the doctor releases them. Doctor doesn't have any place to put them. Because of the Canadian government, the liberal government.
Starting point is 00:07:23 And we all know what happens, right? Who suffers? Children. At a school. There's not even any point apprehending people. The Mental Health Act is designed for the mentally ill. Canada has turned into garbage, a landfill, because of the people running it.
Starting point is 00:07:47 And we won't switch governments. I just want you to know he's identified. Okay, we identify him as a girl. Good job. Do you spell the suspect same? Yes. The first name is spelt J-E-S-S-S-E. It's important that we record him as a girl.
Starting point is 00:08:07 In space, capital R-O-O-T-S-E-L-A-A-R. Yes. Listen to this. And why can't you elaborate on the relationship between the victims and I can't elaborate on that. I can't elaborate on that. So it is believed the victims of that residence and the suspect are family members. Can you say what parents are what relationship that is?
Starting point is 00:08:38 Yes, the female adult victim is the mother of the suspect and the youth male is the brother of the suspect or stepbrother. Stepbrother that he didn't like obviously. And one of the sisters got away. Probably his real sister. Police had attended that residence on multiple occasions over the past several years. Dealing with concerns of your main call with respect to our suspect. I can say that on...
Starting point is 00:09:12 We don't help. Canada doesn't help. them. The only interest the hospital is, is we got to, we need, we need a bed. We don't got a bed for you. You got to get out. Different occasions. The suspect was apprehended for assessment and, and follow up. And immediately released. So apprehended under the mental health act? Yes. Multiple times. In some circumstances, yes. Any in case you said. In, so apprehended under the mental health act? Yes. In some circumstances, yes.
Starting point is 00:09:46 Or sometimes just going to the drunk tank. That's what he means. No hospital, just the drunk tank. Indication whether or not the suspect was receiving any help for their mental health situation. Of course he wasn't receiving help. Counseling. No counseling. Any of those services that are involved?
Starting point is 00:10:05 No. I don't have that information at this time if the suspect was currently receiving care. Answers. I don't have that information at this time. Why would he receive help? He seemed completely normal to me. And that's exactly what the doctor would say. So they come in.
Starting point is 00:10:21 What happens is these guys come in after you apprehend them, they come in. I've seen it a thousand times. Well, a thousand, let's say a thousand. The doctor says, how you doing? Are you a harm to yourself? No. Are you a harm to anybody else? No.
Starting point is 00:10:38 He's good to go home. But police have attended that residence. the past approximately a couple of years ago where firearms were seized under the criminal code. I can say that at later point in time, the law... What he means is they show up as uttering threats or assault or mental health act. The first thing the cop asks them, is there any firearms in the house? They say yes. The cop sees them.
Starting point is 00:11:06 Guess what happened here? Seize them. I can say that at later point in time, the lawful owner of those firearms petitioned for firearms to be returned and they were probably the father probably the guy it's probably the guys the father's firearms asked to get them back and that's what happened and he knows that information because those were the firearms that were used that's why he's talking like this listen to this why is the RCMP hiding the fact that he's transgender listen our US with FYI media my question is we heard all around the world reports that
Starting point is 00:11:43 coming up to the media, not look for the world, and we've heard people from Tungler Ridge, ask for people that know the shooter, and they are all saying that this person is transgender. Why is the RCP not speaking about this? Why are we hiding this from the country? Yeah. Well, first off, thank you for your question. We're not hiding it. In fact, you're the first media to ask the question. I will say this. We identify the suspect as they chose to be identified in public and in social media. I can say that.
Starting point is 00:12:09 What if he's a zebra? I'm a zebra, sir. Oh, well, I guess I have to refer to you as a zebra. That's not true. I will say this. We identify the suspect as they chose to be identified in public and in social media. I can say... Social media? Hey, Tim.
Starting point is 00:12:26 Gordon a soul. Facebook says he's a giraffe. I better refer to him as a giraffe. Hey, guys, we're on the lookout for a giraffe. I can say that Jesse was born as a biological male who approximately, the information that I have. Then be on the lookout for a guy wearing a dress. I mean, when I was a cop, we're all about facts,
Starting point is 00:12:50 I don't know why we're not, why are we pretending? It's like, we don't write fairy tales. It's a guy. It's facts. We're just, we don't put opinion in it, nothing. I don't care if he likes spaghetti on Facebook. I'm not going to mention it in my report to Crown Counsel. I'm going to tick off mail.
Starting point is 00:13:13 I'm just wondering, can you tell you when he was prior to yesterday and last in contact with Jesse? That's a good question. I probably have that answer somewhere here in my papers. When did you last have contact with their accused? Don't call him Jesse. Okay. He's a scum fucking killer. Nothing in the last few days.
Starting point is 00:13:31 That's correct. Last year. He talked about he was quite known. Did he have a license? Oh, yeah. I can say that she had a license that had expired. Did he? I can say that she...
Starting point is 00:13:47 I'm going to get this taken away. He's going to see this. He's going to take this away. I guarantee you. I guarantee you. She, dude? Oh, my God. Can we just end it?
Starting point is 00:14:08 I don't know if I want to watch it anymore. Oh, she. I had a license that had expired. I believe it was in 20. 24. She did not have any firearms registered to her. Didn't she? Can you talk about, sir, any location and the information you have regarding... I have a question here from Jared from the Western Standard.
Starting point is 00:14:36 They wanted to just know why we waited until now to confirm the identity of the suspect. The identity is male. confirmed. And I can't believe they broadcasted it out. Looking for a female. When we just, I just showed you a clip, all of them
Starting point is 00:15:00 still look male. When they're trying to look female. Concerns. Okay, we'll take two final questions. We'll take two final questions, guys. Why? Why? Maybe we got 25 more.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Like, who are you? We'll take two more questions, guys. Sergeant Sass. Anyways, guys, you know what? It rips me to the core thinking about this. I've been in such a mood. It just takes me back. Because I know what those cops, the families of these children.
Starting point is 00:15:37 Oh, my God. And what these cops are going to go through. I don't even know if I'm going to post this. Because it's way too long and it's, I don't got a title. Hard to have a good mood after that, right? I don't know what he's doing. I guess he has to talk like that? I certainly wouldn't. Thanks for watching, bye-bye.
