Starting point is 00:00:08 Clinton Jaws, I don't know how to start this one. Here we go again. Let's talk about Chief Kinsela or Chief Kins, whatever. Just call them Chief Kins. Mr. Wonderful. How does this guy, honestly, and I changed my shirt, it's Red Day. How did this guy, how do any of these people keep their jobs? They never resign.
Starting point is 00:00:30 Do you notice? They never resign. They stick it out. They stick around. I would have ran away a long time ago if I was having. but no, he's just like, he's kicking around. Nobody wants them to be a police officer. These numbers that you're about to hear are,
Starting point is 00:00:47 they might be shocking to you. They're not shocking to me, because we knew about these numbers back in 2019. Then I'm going to get into that. Who's Chief Kinsella? Halifax Regional Police, he's the big boy, he's the big wig. He works with another fellow who's a big wig. Dean Simmons, I'm going to talk about him too.
Starting point is 00:01:06 They're working together to destroy the Halifax Regional Police Station. And boy, have they ever done a good job of that. I started this YouTube channel. And by fluke, I came across Chief Kins. Because somebody, a viewer sent me a video. Maybe I'll put the video up as I'm talking about it. But I watched this video. And I watched what happened to this police officer, this police officer pulls over
Starting point is 00:01:38 bad guys that have drugs and guns. Bad guy's not listening to him, so this police officer is chasing this bad guy around a vehicle. Police officer thinks has good reason to believe that bad guy has a firearm. And bad guy's not listening to him. It was a pretty scary situation. Police officer says to the bad guy something like, hey man, if you don't stop, I'm going to put a bunch of lead into your body. Well, that was horrific. That was horrific that you would talk to a group of people that way.
Starting point is 00:02:15 Chief Kins, he wasn't going to have any of it. Do you know what Chief Kins said about it? I'll refresh your memory. This is what Chief Kins said about it. We recognize that any such incident can be deeply damaging to police community relations. That's what he says. He finds what the officer said, unacceptable. And it can be deeply unacceptable.
Starting point is 00:02:38 Why is it unacceptable? Why is that unacceptable? Because Kins hasn't been on this, he hasn't been a street cop. He hasn't been on the road in years. Unacceptable language. Unacceptable what this police officer did. We got to investigate the police officer.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Not the bad guy. You know, actually what he said about the bad guy is, we'd like to talk to him. The guy that ran away. We want to have a conversation with him. Not that we're going to, we need to arrest this scum bucket. No, we would like to talk to him and hammer the cop for using those words. When an actual fact, the police officer did an amazing job by himself, Kins.
Starting point is 00:03:23 Why is he by himself? Kins. Because nobody wants to work for you, Kins. Nobody. You punish everybody. He's not the only member that you can't stop but punish people. members, police officers, you can't help yourself. There's something weird inside your body that tells you that you have to go after your own for no good reason to make yourself look good in front of the media and the community of Halifax.
Starting point is 00:03:56 What did Rankin say when this happened? As you know, systemic racism is something that I campaigned on tackling. Yeah, guys, that's how he started it out. He was asked the question and he started it out with systemic racism. What else did he say? And again, it's disappointing to hear those remarks on a video. Rankin's disappointed, guys. He's disappointed to hear the comments on the video.
Starting point is 00:04:28 He's not disappointed in the bad guys. Issues. What would you say to those who want to see more action? There'll be more action, and I'll be speaking to the justice minister. There's going to be more action. He knows nothing about policing. The only way you're going to know anything about policing is if you go to police. training. So you got Rankin saying this. You got Kinns saying this. And it all revolves around one thing,
Starting point is 00:04:53 racism. They viewed this police officer as racist because the guy, the bad guy was black and the cop was white. And that's what caught my attention. I thought, oh, this guy's a lunatic. This chief Kinns, that's my opinion, but he's a little bit loony. Because what does he do to that police officer. He takes his gun away, basically suspends him. He's at home. He might still be at home, guys. This was back in, I don't know, 2021 March. Hell of a long time ago. I don't even know if the police officer still working. He's not the only police officer sitting at home. There's a lot of them. So this is what happens. The Halifax Regional Police Association, finally they wake up a little bit and they go, you know what, we're going to send a survey to all the members in Halifax,
Starting point is 00:05:48 and I'll put that up on the screen. And we're going to ask them, do you have confidence in chief Daniel Kins' ability to lead Halifax Regional Police? Guys, 83.7% of people, they completed this survey. That's almost an unheard of number. Police don't complete surveys. Okay, we're too busy to complete surveys. But it was that important to them that they 83% completed this survey. When asked, I have confidence in Chief Kin's ability to lead the Halifax Regional Police, an overwhelmingly 96.6%, let's just say 97, indicated that they did not have confidence in the chief's ability to lead HRP.
Starting point is 00:06:35 This association feels this is very serious, and they've got to do something about it. 97% have no confidence in this fella. Let that sink in. And I heard it was something like 18 people do have confidence in him. You know, 97% guys. That's basically zero. Zero percent of people have confidence in him. I don't know who these 18 people are that said they had confidence in him.
Starting point is 00:07:13 I mean, who are those people? How wrong can you be? Why would you... I don't know. Maybe they're his buddies. But that makes you scratch your head a little bit, doesn't it? So that's the result of the survey. And I started thinking,
Starting point is 00:07:29 hmm, well, it's not just Chief Kins. What about Dean Simmons? What about the other ones? That have helped ruin that police station. Don't just stop with Chief Kins. Remember what Dean Simmons? did. Good evening once again. A long-time member of the Halifax police force, who is black, has filed a complaint against the RCMP. This, after he says he and his wife were pulled over
Starting point is 00:07:56 and officers drew their guns as they were on their way to get groceries. In July 2021, Dean Simmons and his wife, Angela, are driving down the street. They match a vehicle, a suspect vehicle involved in a shooting. To a T. The police, RCMP in Halifax, they pull them over and they confirm that they're not the suspects, okay? What does, what does Dean Simmons, and especially his wife Angela? What do they do? They form a complaint against the Halifax RCMP, basically calling them racist, driving while black, they said. That's why they were pulled over.
Starting point is 00:08:42 They were pulled over because they were black people, because the same thing. skin, their skin was black. That's why they were pulled over. An utter complete lie. Angela said they treated us as inhumane treatment, as dangerous, dishonest, guilty criminals. That's coming from Angela and Dean Simmons. They said that Halifax RCMP had them at gunpoint.
Starting point is 00:09:13 held at gunpoint they put in they put in this complaint Halifax RCMP are doing an investigation how's that investigation going because that was a hundred years ago is it still going or is it over guess what they find during the investigation they pull a video there's video of the Halifax RCMP people on these guys over and guess what their guns weren't at gunpoint no guns at gunpoint which leads me to believe that that what they said, their statement was a lie. And when you lie to police, guess what's that?
Starting point is 00:09:50 That's called public mischief, guys. The mayor in Surrey is in court right now for lying to the police. He was charged, arrested, might get convicted of public mischief. So why isn't Dean Simmons being charged with public mischief? Kind of makes you wonder, right? Why? Why aren't you? And how hard is it to find out if you lied or told the truth?
Starting point is 00:10:19 They had us at gunpoint. Video shows that they didn't have them at gunpoint. So what now? Why have we heard anything about this? We were going to get to the bottom of this, weren't we? Where's the complaint? How are those members doing that are under investigation at Halifax RCMPP? Is it these two?
Starting point is 00:10:41 Now, why am I talking about this guy? There's a reason why I'm talking about this guy, too. This is why I'm talking about Dean Simmons. They do a managerial review in Halifax in 2020. Like we're talking three years ago. This is why it's not a surprise. This 97% against Kins. This is why it's not a surprise, guys.
Starting point is 00:11:03 They knew this way back. They knew this in 2019. They knew this in 2020. And I did a video on it. The results of the 2020. How did they feel about Kins and people like Dean Simmons? Things are going great for you, Simmons, over there with Chief Kins, isn't it? You guys are doing a great job, aren't you?
Starting point is 00:11:23 If you attack the Halifax, RCP? Now here's the kicker. You got to hear this one. Listen to this one. I have confidence in the job being done by senior management. Him, Simmons. I have confidence in senior management. The job that they're doing,
Starting point is 00:11:45 and the chief of police, chief kins. How many people agreed with that comment? 7%. That's what your police station thinks about you guys. The numbers haven't changed. They've gotten a little bit worse, but not much. It's been going on forever. So it's not a surprise.
Starting point is 00:12:08 What are we going to do about it? I don't know. I guess you're doing something about it. But what were the problem? I just want to show you guys a couple of the issues that led to this survey. Let's read a couple of the issues. They're pretty amazing some of these issues.
Starting point is 00:12:26 These are the ones that stand out my mind, guys, because I used to be a cop. Multiple unjust suspensions. That's a big one. That's gross. Changing priorities driven by social media. No kidding. I got to follow what social media wants.
Starting point is 00:12:46 Look at this one, guys. This one is sick. Forbidding members to pay respect to constable Heidi Stevenson on Wear Red Day. Did that really happen? Could you imagine? Apparently it did. He didn't want his outfit to wear Red on that day. Oh, I love the last one.
Starting point is 00:13:07 He returned $3.5 million. Oh, don't you love members that do that? I've seen that happen so many times. You know, the inspectors, the chiefs are like, I'm going to return money back into the city, guys. We don't need it. If there's any outfit that needs money, it's the Halifax Regional Police Station.
Starting point is 00:13:29 I mean, who would want to be a police officer there? It would be so difficult to be a cop. And he made mention about a while back. He's got to staff the front line. He was really concerned about the front line. A few days ago, this is what Chief Kin says. He's talking about his police department. We are in a crisis because of you.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Of course you're in a crisis. What'd you expect? We are in dire straits. Yeah, no kidding. No kidding. We need to be able to make sure that we staff the front line. Why? So you can punish them? Who wants to work on the front line?
Starting point is 00:14:14 Kins. Nobody wants to work on the front line. Not as you as a leader, and why are you a leader? Pretty difficult staff. Pretty difficult staff in the front line, isn't it? Guys, policing starts with the front line. Policing starts with general duty. There's not a more important section. If I'm the chief of Halifax, any chief that goes into Halifax can fix it.
Starting point is 00:14:37 Instantly. Instantly make it better. It's pretty easy. You go there and you dissolve the sections and you put those members back on front line, back into GD because GD is the most important. If you're having that big of a problem, which you obviously are, that's how you do it.
Starting point is 00:14:57 You rebuild, starting with the front line, saturate the front line, get rid of a, I don't know, you got some kind of hate crime section. I know that, oh my God,
Starting point is 00:15:12 that'd be controversial, right, getting rid of that section. Just ban it. Get rid of the sections. Get rid of a street crime section. do you do what you have to you protect and save your outfit by saturating your watches it's not very hard i don't know i come down here i say stuff that you guys already know it's already been reported and i thank the members that give me this information what else do you say like this has been going on
Starting point is 00:15:46 since my channel started and it's still the same he's still saying the same stuff and he came out the other day. Hey, I got six. Hey guys, we got 16 recruits coming. Oh, goody. Wow. That's what we need. 16 recruits. When are they going to become effective? And if you see them doing their training, make sure you say hi. That's what he said. That's what he wrote. Like, what? Funny though, it takes a survey. Guys, you did a man. You already did the survey. You did it in 2020. Like how many more surveys do you need to do? Well, I, why stop with Kins? What about Dean Simmons?
Starting point is 00:16:34 He's in there too. Accusing the RCMP of being racist. You pulled us over, driving while black. Where's the public mischief charge? Am I out of whack? Am I way off? But if they lied to police, is that not a public mischief charge?
Starting point is 00:16:54 I'm not saying they did lie to police, but the police came out and said, no, we didn't hold you at gunpoint. We didn't point our guns at you. They said, apparently, that you did point our guns at us. The video clearly shows that that didn't happen. Is that not public mischief? I don't know how you get away with that. Well, yeah, I do.
Starting point is 00:17:21 Yeah. I don't know. Overhaul, you need an overhaul. A complete overhaul. That includes kins and the rest of them. I guess we'll stop there. You just continue to see things never get better. They actually get worse.
Starting point is 00:17:40 It's actually worse. In 2020, they asked the same question, but they include kins with senior management. And I actually said, well, just get rid of, I think I actually said this. Why not just ask the question with kins? And that's what they did. And it's a few more percent higher.
Starting point is 00:18:02 But it's also, it's, apparently it's, there's, there's, uh, they're just not like them. And what do you do, right? What do you do when you have a liberal dude trying to run a police station that's not for the police? He doesn't have your back. He doesn't support you. He's for the public. He's for the, the, the minority of people that are complaining. The small group of people that are complaining.
Starting point is 00:18:32 He's for them. That's what keeps people elected. That's what gets people elected. He cares more about himself than any member. He doesn't care about police officers. It's obvious. It's evident. It's gross.
Starting point is 00:18:48 And that's all I'm going to say. Thanks for watching. Bye-bye.
