Turns out he used her car that was involved in a shooting. That was the confusion. The vehicle was flagged on the hotsheet because the vehicle and the male passenger in the car were wanted in connection with a recent report of gunfire in New Britain, Cicero said. But during the tumult of the woman’s arrest, that man slipped away from the scene with the woman’s daughter and was not arrested. Its possible the man they are speaking about is the man who was irate with police wearing a red baseball cap.

Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey guys, Hartford Police, September 21st, 2020. They're driving around. They come across a car. The car comes up on their computer system as stolen. So they want to talk to the driver. They just want to have a conversation with the driver. See what's going on, right? Take a look at this video. She's a dream come true.
Starting point is 00:00:21 Lying bitch? Because I never bitch in the way. You really going to sit there and lie? Everything I do is legit. Everything I do is legit. I'm ma'am, ma'am, you need to relax the fuck out of here I don't want to talk to you
Starting point is 00:00:57 I want your fucking badge number I want your badge number Why do they always want the badge number? She's not going to memorize it And I love it when that guy goes You dropped a dollar man I know what he was doing Sometimes you got to do that
Starting point is 00:01:14 This is already insane Do you know how many times I pulled over a vehicle in my career well, not too often, but do you know how many times I have come across vehicles that come up on our system is stolen? For a lot of reasons, sometimes they are stolen. Sometimes they're not removed from CPIC or they're not removed from the computer system. All the police want to do is have a conversation with her about it. Moist.
Starting point is 00:01:43 That's all they want to do. A quick conversation. Ma'am, can we talk to you? Ma'am, ma'am, please. Ask yourself, why is she losing her mind? Might have something to do with that crowd around. Dramatic. Maybe she could become famous.
Starting point is 00:02:00 She knows people are videotaping. I don't know. Doodle. How does she know? A fact of immediately. I love that. I don't know. I was a reported stolen,
Starting point is 00:02:29 but I guess she's the registered on. So how's it? How's the registered stolen? I don't know. That's what I'm trying to figure out. I like that cop. He's just trying to figure it out. He's just just.
Starting point is 00:02:39 trying to figure it out. Let me figure it out. It's coming up stolen. He knows by her reaction that maybe there's some kind of mistake, just by her reaction alone. But he's just not his fault that the vehicle's coming up stolen. He can't let the car go. He just wants to have a conversation with her. You got the hot sheet. Can we show her that, can we just show her that it's on the list of stolen? Yeah, she wants, what's her name? What's her name? What's her name? Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am.
Starting point is 00:03:51 Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. I did you to step over here. Come here. I don't have to talk to you. I want to show you. I'm not under a red.
Starting point is 00:04:00 I'm trying to show you. Listen. You see your car right here, ma'am? See it's on red. There's no possible way. You just did that in the system? No. There's no fucking possible way.
Starting point is 00:04:11 My car has never ever ever. She's literally not going to know it. Ever! Ever! Ever! Ever! tell you. No, you fucking hasn't. Leave me alone. No, it hasn't. Never in life has it ever. Everything is in my name.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Listen, I'm trying to, we're trying to show you why we stopped it. That's the bookshed. System you did. Did you make up the numbers? No, listen. Where'd you get the numbers from? I'm done. There's no fucking way. There's no fucking way. There's a lot. I'm the past it. I'm the owner. Give me my stuff back so I can go.
Starting point is 00:04:49 It's reported a stone. Okay, but it's mine. You see I'm the owner. Would you let me talk? No, I'm not gonna let you talk to me. The owner will take it out of the system and we'll have you out of the way. What are you going to do it? What else do you need? What else do you need?
Starting point is 00:05:06 What else do you need? What else do you need? I'm getting the fuck off. All right? Give me my fucking registration and my insurance. Now. Man, stay, ma'am. Relax.
Starting point is 00:05:15 Can we? Can we? Alright, Jenga. You're not gonna give it to me. You're not gonna give it to me? Ma'am. You're not going to me? Ma'am, can you please come over here?
Starting point is 00:05:31 Sure. Just let me do what they got to do. And then you'll be on your way. Give me my shit. What's your name? You cops. Tire to you cops suckers. I hope y'all all go to hell.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Who? I said I love Jesus, so that's not happening. He loves Jesus because he's not happening. I wish I was there. Because in a weird way, it's kind of fun seeing people freak out for no reason. I like that a part about the job. job. Them screaming and yelling and calling you every name in the book. That didn't bother me.
Starting point is 00:06:06 I didn't mind. I didn't mind that. I like that part. So you got to have a little fun with it, right? You got to have a little fun when you go to work. You got to come up with witty comebacks because it just makes you feel good inside. Although that comeback. Now, dude. George Burns called. He wants his joke back. I don't have the registration. Step bar four. Her car's in the system is stolen. I don't care. You see it's me.
Starting point is 00:06:54 You see I'm the owner. What are we doing? What are we doing? That's a good question. What are we doing? We have to run. We have to do a phone call. What are you doing?
Starting point is 00:07:05 No, I don't want to talk to you. I'll just leave. No, you can't leave. You can't. It's my car. I can absolutely. Ma'am. Do you have the keys?
Starting point is 00:07:15 Man, man, man, get out of a car! What are you doing? Okay, now it's getting silly, right? It's getting stupid. What happens when people go into a car like that and there's police all around? It becomes a deadly weapon. You can shoot her.
Starting point is 00:07:27 She has the potential of being shot here. Why? All because of why? Because she doesn't want to have a conversation with the police. This is what the world's come to. Do it! Stay over there. Stay over there.
Starting point is 00:07:53 Holy shit. If he didn't have COVID before, He's definitely got it now. She is doing all this while her daughter is in the backseat. If she backs up, bad things can happen to her. If she backs up, if she puts this car in reverse right now, bad things are going to happen to her. The police don't want any, they don't want any more issues. They know what's going on in the world.
Starting point is 00:08:30 They are scared to touch people, especially certain groups. That's the last thing they want. Leave my sister. Back on. I'm not telling you, get back. Let's see you. Let's see it. What do you?
Starting point is 00:09:39 Fine. We're trying to, listen. We're trying to run the photo. Back on. They have to pull her out. Of course they do. All because of her. And now they have a small mob forming.
Starting point is 00:09:57 The police have to fight the driver. They have to fight the mob. Everybody's angry. For what? For what? Please stay back. Get back. Get back.
Starting point is 00:10:42 Get back. You're not listening. Get back. I'm not worried about it. I'm not. Stay over there. Stay over there. Back up.
Starting point is 00:11:20 You don't need that many. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. So these two wing nuts show up. He's saying, we're the,
Starting point is 00:11:30 she's saying, where are the female officers? He's saying you don't need that many officers. Yeah, you do. Yeah, you do. When somebody's fighting, you need that many officers. officers. It's not easy getting control of people sometimes. And it's very difficult
Starting point is 00:11:45 getting control of this lady. Why did they not a female officer? Look out. Guys, guys, back off. Listen, listen. She can't, listen. They got to calm me down. Relax. So you need to tell them that she can't breathe, man. They need to help her. They're doing what you got to do. Step back. Step back. That's fine. That's fine. That's fine. Record all you got once. But stay. Record. Stay on the curve. Stay on the curve. So the cop says, Stay on the curb. She says, I'm staying right here. Nobody listens to police anymore. Well, I'm sure some do. This mob's not listening to police. They have to fight the mob. They have to fight the driver. Police are fighting everybody.
Starting point is 00:12:30 And these two morons coming in at the end of it, given their advice, there's not enough women police officers or there's too many men police officers. Record both, stay on the curve, stay on the curve. Okay, I'm right. We're going to be good. I'm an officer too, bro. It's not right. It's not right. Hey, brough.
Starting point is 00:12:56 I'm an officer too, he says. It's not right. He's an officer, my ass, okay? Security officer, maybe. But you notice how he didn't say, police? And I'm not putting down security officers. A lot of cops retiring that become security officers. I don't know why they do that.
Starting point is 00:13:14 Why would, why even bother retiring? Anyways, I'm not putting down security officers, but don't say you're an officer when you're not. There's no way this dude's a police officer when you ask that stupid question, why isn't there a female police officer on scene? It's pretty obvious why. There's more male police officers than there are females. I was once on a watch for two years without a female police officer on the watch,
Starting point is 00:13:44 because we didn't have enough female police officers in the detachment. More males apply to become a cop than females. do. A lot more. Way more. If this guy was a cop, he would know that, you idiot. A couple of morons. Just stand in there and videotaping it in their face. Like, let them do their job. Why won't you let them do their job? It's not needed for all this extra stuff. I'm an officer too. It's not needed for all this. It's for this kind of down. Why is there no female cop here? It's not needed.
Starting point is 00:14:35 What's needed then? Just one female cop? This lady, they don't even know what's going on. This is what happens all the time now. They don't have a clue of what's going on. They don't even want to understand what's going on. There's people come on seeing this ain't needed. You don't need to do this.
Starting point is 00:14:53 Yeah, they do. They had no choice. Why would we even answer, you idiot stick? Go away. Look at their fucking arms sticking out. I'm sorry, I hate this shit. Relax, relax, relax. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:15:17 I think police need to fight back. I think we need to just say, you know, in New York, people are getting peppered with rocks and bottles, frozen bottles. Way before even all this, all these protests started. Even last year,
Starting point is 00:15:32 people were getting sprayed on with water. I think the police need to take back control because police have lost all control and it's not their fault. That's how they're being run. Why is it not a female cop out here? Why are they not a female cop out of him? All of these men and not a hell out of out.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Step back. Step back. Step back. Just relax. Just relax. Just relax. Anyone else? Sit down and stay still.
Starting point is 00:15:59 Oh, he's going to help out now. He thinks he can help out now. Sit down and thank you for showing up and providing your wisdom. Just sit down. Oh, fuck off. You're going to report this. She's definitely going to report this. She's going to get as many badge numbers as she can. Don't talk so stupid.
Starting point is 00:16:54 What the hell is all this badge number talk? When somebody asked for my badge number, I just went, nah. Now you're not getting it. I'm trying to do my job here. You don't ask me the questions. I ask the questions. Sometimes I said that when it was appropriate to say. ask me any questions. I'm asking you the questions, man. But these people, this mob is,
Starting point is 00:17:17 they can't understand why there's so many police officers. It's pretty obvious. Because you idiots stand in getting in their way with your dumb phones out in front of your face, trying to record, record it, and trying to, and demanding, demanding answers. They're actually, they're going to be calling more cops because the group is getting larger. That's why there's so many police Amen, brother This is so fucking ridiculous
Starting point is 00:18:14 Isn't it? It's disgusting actually It's gross I know how he feels Oh fuck He's thinking Man I can't even talk to people anymore Vehicle comes up stolen
Starting point is 00:18:28 We just want to have a conversation With her a quick conversation And She could go off and about Probably And what's going on? Is the vehicle stolen? We don't even know.
Starting point is 00:18:41 It might be. They just want to have a conversation, figure it out, get in touch with dispatch, get to the bottom of it, review some files. But this mob would rather her just go on her way with a possible stolen vehicle. People are interfering with police work. I'm telling you, if somebody, you got to put your foot down. That couple that said,
Starting point is 00:19:13 no, we're not going on the curb, we're going to stand right here. One chance, one warning, if you don't go on the curb, I'm going to arrest you right now. You need to start clearing this shit out. People need to start getting arrested for obstruction. Or it's going to get really bad.
Starting point is 00:19:29 It's already really, really bad. It's going to get really, really, really bad. Right now, a female officer wouldn't even work because she's not even cooperating. He's finally getting it. Stupid. If you were a police officer, you know what's going on. Within one second of seeing what's going down.
Starting point is 00:20:02 Are you, are you, are you, are you, a relative? I thought you said you were her sister. That is my sister. So, the little girls in the car. And that your brothers? That's my sister. There's a little girl in the car. Whoa, did you say that's your sister?
Starting point is 00:20:15 So I would suggest go over it. What fuck, man. A whole kid in the car. A whole kid in the car. Man, I've talked him first. Supervisor! Oh, the fucking supervisor comment. This ain't Walmart, guys.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Fuck it. Supervisor ain't gonna do shit. Leave the supervisors alone. Are you guys for real right now? She can't breathe, guys? Are you for real? Do you know how many people said to me they couldn't breathe? I'm not even gonna...
Starting point is 00:21:36 I'm not even gonna get into that one. Stay back, stay back, stay back, stay back. We want y'all bath, man. You want your bad numbers. What's your bad numbers? What's your name, sir? The ones that's doing it, we want their back. Yeah, we want the names and bad numbers. Y'all got a problem. I don't give a flying fuck what you want, weirdo.
Starting point is 00:22:19 Fuck off. I'm back, stay back, get on the curb. Boss, get on the curb. I'm not going to tell you one more time. You arrest her. You're a rester. That's what you do. You arrest her, but you can't, right? Police need to be given the authority back. their power back. So they can deal with this shit.
Starting point is 00:22:55 People need to start getting arrested for this stuff. Smart. A fighter jumped on her. We want your bad numbers. Oh, fuck. People won't let police fight the fight anymore. They won't. They won't let you.
Starting point is 00:24:13 They fight the crowd. They fight the bad guy. It's dangerous. It's impossible. Look at this fucking mess. Over what? It's like trying to get away from a nest of flying moss. You got the bad guy, you got the crowd.
Starting point is 00:24:32 I don't even know if the vehicle was stolen. By fluke, I found another video of her in cells. This explains a little bit. It's in there? Eye lashes, that's disgusting. You're going to give me that stuff? I'm sorry for acting, I'm totally getting charged for a stolen car that was never stolen.
Starting point is 00:25:07 A car was involved in some shit. Then I'm here, and then come to find out this is something totally different. Right. So I'm sorry you for asking crazy. but I was fucking pissed. Just have a seat on that bench for me, okay? I'm sorry for acting crazy. I thought I was getting charged for a car that wasn't...
Starting point is 00:25:39 I thought I was getting charged for a stolen car that wasn't stolen. I'm sorry for acting crazy. Is that what you thought? You thought they were going to charge you for a stolen vehicle? Is that why you freaked out? I don't know. Now I found out my car was involved in some shit. Now you find out?
Starting point is 00:25:54 They just wanted to explain that to you on scene. So there was some shit that happened with her car We don't know what it is But something Something was going on She's sorry for freaking out Why would she act like that? I don't know, I don't get it
Starting point is 00:26:23 I don't get it anymore I don't get it I don't know I don't know I just thought I'd show you that video I feel weird without my headphones I don't know I just thought I'd show you that video
Starting point is 00:26:36 I don't know We're in for a weird weird year, aren't we? Yes, we are. Bye-bye.
