Clinton Jaws, I got a cigar and what is the trick to get this open?
There it is.
Guys, can you subscribe?
Can you like my stuff?
Even if you don't like this video, which you might not.
Can you like it anyways?
Because when you like it, it does something to the algorithm on YouTube and it makes it,
YouTube says, okay, these people like it.
So I'm going to start showing it to people.
And that's what I want.
I want YouTube, which they don't, to recommend and show my stuff so a lot of people could see them.
That's why I'm here.
So you can watch me lots.
I know I've brought this up before.
But I've been on the computer lately and there has been nothing but police shootings involving bad guys with knives.
Have you noticed?
All summer.
In the past week, I think there's been.
10 videos released.
Bad guy has knife.
Police have to shoot bad guy.
And it got me thinking again.
It got me thinking again.
It was around 2017, I think.
And I had to go for taser retrainian.
All this de-escalation.
All this de-escalation, it's kind of getting to me.
I'm rethinking the whole taser thing.
Man with knife, get the taser.
heard on the videos. I used to say it. You got the taser? We need the taser. Who's lethal
Overwatch, assuming that their gun isn't going to have a stoppage? I'm rethinking this,
how police are training police, how the RCMP are training police deesculate, deesculate, deesculate.
And I'm thinking, where's this coming from? Who makes these decisions? I guess it's lucky,
the RCMP commissioner, people like that. They were on a huge.
huge kick back in, I don't know, 2015, 16, 17, teaching members to deesculate. Deesculate.
It comes up, it comes up that I have to get retrained on the taser. I can't remember.
It's like something like, I think every year, you got to get, it's ridiculous. You got to get
retrained on the taser. And they changed that because of the Dazansky incident at the airport.
And I know I've told the story before, but I've been thinking about it again. And I, I can't get
it out in my head. I got to get retrained. So all the cops, they go to a school in Port
Albury. There's nobody there. It's abandoned school. And we run around for the day and we play
games and scenarios. And it's supposed to be a live, supposed to be somewhat like a live situation.
The instructors, they come up with these scenarios and then you got to enter a room with bad guy.
They play bad guy.
The instructors play bad guy.
Okay.
Now, because they came out with,
because they went heavy-handed with a de-escalation
that they were trying to ingrain to every member,
it was de-escalation scenarios.
Taser training de-esculation scenarios.
Where they don't really want you to use your taser, okay?
The scenario is designed that you don't even have to use the taser.
They're teaching you to not use a taser.
Be verbal. De-esculate it.
And after a while, the instructor is to drop the knife.
So I go into the room. I have a partner and man with knife.
If it was a real situation, I would hope I wouldn't even have a taser.
Okay?
But I pull out the taser. I tell my partner to pull out their gun for lethal Overwatch, because I know that's what they want.
So I got my gun and there's a guy in the back of the room and he's holding a knife.
He's holding a knife.
And drop the knife, right?
Drop the knife, drop the knife, drop the knife, drop the knife.
We get closer.
We get closer to him.
And I'm about from here to you away and there's a table between us, one of those school tables.
That kid's sit up.
and 15 times, I don't even know.
But I was a broken record.
I'm like, drop the knife, drop the knife, drop the knife.
And he's like, why?
Why? I don't want to drop the knife.
I don't want to drop the knife.
And I'm thinking in my head, they don't want me to taste.
But then I started thinking,
if I was out on the field and this is a real situation, maybe I would taste.
And I kind of look at him like, man, all he has to do is throw that knife at me.
I know, but I went through my head.
Not only that, he could hop and skip and jump across that table.
And so I say, fuck it.
And I taser him.
And after the scenario, and I know I'm in trouble, the instructor.
Oh, my God.
It's amazing that the RCMP tell the instructors how to instruct police officers,
and they just automatically agree with it.
They go along with it.
And he's upset with me that I taser.
Why did you taser me?
I was just holding a knife.
I was just holding a knife.
That's all I was doing.
I was just holding a knife.
Not a big deal.
And I said, I don't know.
Maybe you throw it at me.
He's all, yeah, well, yeah, right.
I said, oh, how about you jump over at the table?
What are you talking?
But you got lethal Overwatch.
That ain't going to happen.
There's a table between us.
He says that.
There's a table between us.
Wow.
A little school table.
between us. Like that's protection, right? Anyways, I never liked the fact that they didn't like my
decision. And I always made good decisions on the field. I did. I was gifted that way, okay? And I only
tasered, I think, one person, and he had a knife, and he wouldn't drop it. He was cutting himself
with it. So we let him have it. I've been involved in a lot of taser incidences, but I think I only
used mine once, maybe twice. I can't remember the second time.
But now that I'm retired and I'm watching these videos and I'm rethinking my training,
I can't believe that police go to a call.
And one of the first things they think is, where's a rubber bullet?
Where's my taser?
I've got to pull out my taser.
I'm not saying, of course, somebody just walking down the street with a knife,
you're not going to run up to them and taser them.
That's not what I'm saying.
but when you ask a guy 15 times and they don't drop the knife well you've already given me my choice
the choice that the bad guy made why would i waste my time why would i give them because that's
what they want you to do they want you to deescalate more don't you think it's getting a little bit
dangerous out there all this deescalation we're doing what is wrong with the call that i made
by tasering the guy.
He's too close to me.
It's not my fault he's deranged in the head,
and he won't drop the knife.
Police aren't ninjas.
We have the right to go home at night after shift.
But yet we're expected to be nurses now.
Not even, nurses don't even do that.
But they want you to be social workers.
They want bad guy to get closer to you.
They want bad guy.
to be able to jump over the table, then I'll taser them.
You only taser me if I jump over the table.
And then what happens then, right?
I got my taser out.
I'm a little screwed, aren't I?
One in four fail?
Probably 50% of them fail.
I don't know.
It seems like a lot fail.
So who am I relying on now?
I'm relying on now.
I'm relying on my partner to shoot this person, a moving target,
hoping that my partner doesn't have a stoppage?
I'm putting myself at risk having that,
stupid-ass taser out.
I don't think you guys should go to your taser.
Really?
At all.
Barely.
It's ridiculous thinking, actually.
We should have walked in there with our guns out, both of us.
And we should have stood there until he made a move.
And if he makes a move, then we shoot him.
Okay?
Taser him?
He's got a deadly weapon and I got a less lethal option?
Why are we going to the less lethal option so quickly?
Because that's what they want you to do.
They're teaching police to be unsafe.
That's my honest opinion.
That's what I honestly believe.
Of course, it's just my opinion.
The training is usually awesome, of course.
I think police training is awesome.
But, man, they really want us to go backwards.
San Antonio Police, this just happened.
That just came out today.
man with a knife, right?
Man with a knife.
What happens?
June 3rd.
He's got a knife.
Hey, stop reaching.
Get your hands up, bro.
It's just a knife.
Settle down, guys.
It's just a knife.
Who's got the taser?
Just a man walking with a knife.
Just a man walking with a knife, guys.
Just a man walking with a knife, right?
Just a knife.
Put it down, bro.
Put it down.
We want to help you.
Somebody got less lethal.
You hear that?
Somebody got less lethal.
I want you to hear that.
Somebody got less lethal?
I'd be like, fuck off.
Why?
Why?
We want to help you.
Somebody got left lethal.
Yeah, could you imagine pulling out less lethal?
What?
They shoot him?
Because he just has a knife?
All he was doing was walking fastly.
It's uncalled for?
According to my instructor.
According to my instructor,
put it up there, bro.
It's the right, bro.
Hey, I'm here to help you, bro.
What's your name?
What's your name, bro?
What's your name?
Put it down, dude.
Put it down.
Come on this way, Sylvester.
He's not coming that way.
You know why he wanted to come this way?
Well, it doesn't matter.
You want to be together, not far apart.
Because you've got crossfire happening right here.
It's down, bro.
We want to help here.
Somebody got left lethal.
Husband,
husband is really drunk.
And he's not being very nice to his wife.
He's got a knife.
He has a knife right now.
Just a knife.
Say.
How many kids?
Five.
Stay.
Just a guy with a knife walking towards another cop, right?
Maybe he's eating a carrot.
He's cutting up a carrot.
That's how my...
That's what my instructor.
After the shooting, the officer walked the victim back to her apartment and verified that the children were safe.
Officer some might...
Could you imagine having a taser out at that moment?
Ridiculous.
Okay, you might not want to watch this one.
But there's a good ending.
There's a good ending.
Okay, the victim lives.
But I guess he's mad at his mom because he's got a knife and he's laying with mom on a chair or a couch or something.
Just came out today.
It's been crying.
She's crying.
She's crying.
She's saying no, no, no, no.
Like he's, like, she's being hurt.
They've been sitting out there for an hour.
They decide to go in.
Now, isn't that amazing, right?
He's got, you see,
makes me angry.
Look what the guy,
look what bad guy's doing with the knife.
It's come to a point where
police don't even want to shoot a bad guy anymore
because they might face jail.
They might face prison.
They don't want to shoot.
But it's just a knife.
Trying to.
Thank you.
Watch what happens next.
Look at this.
Idiot.
Good God.
Trying to stab it.
Cops didn't de-escalate enough, I guess.
Should have been more de-escalation.
It's just the knife.
Wait until the bad thing happens.
That's what they want you to do.
I don't know why we're watching this again.
Like a fish out of water here.
Trying to get at her.
She got a knife.
Got... She got a knife.
This again happened the other day.
She's got a knife.
Let's talk about less lethal.
Stop, stop right now.
Stop right now.
Stop you.
It's just a knife.
Settle down, dudes.
Drop the knife.
Stump back.
Stumbass.
Didn't turn out well for him.
Austin Police, August 19th.
Man with knife.
Put the knife down.
Just walking to a knife.
Just a knife down.
Put the knife down.
Put the knife down.
Just a knife.
It was just walking, Clint.
He was just walking.
It had the knife down.
They're training police to wait.
That's what it told me that day at Taser Class.
You want me to jeopardize my...
You're putting me at risk.
You're teaching the job in an unsafe way with all this de-esculation.
It's overkill.
Tennessee, not too long ago.
Man with knife.
Put the knife down.
Put the knife down.
Bro.
Put the knife down.
Put the knife down, bro.
It's not worth it, man.
It's not worth it.
Put the knife down, man.
Put it down.
Shut off your siren.
Bro, come on, man.
Put the knife down.
Put the knife down.
I just want to check on you.
Put your knife.
down put the knife down hey drop the knife don't drop it drop good thing you didn't have his taser out right
yeah possibly hey shots fired shots fired different angle lapd not too long ago
man with knife one cop has taser one cop has lethal
Lethal Overwatch.
They get mom out of the hall, into the hallway.
You come on here.
Send here.
Come here.
Come here.
Come here.
Move, move, boop, moose.
You want to have your taser out in that situation?
He did.
Lucky that his buddy didn't have a stoppage.
I know.
And some people say, well, that's what you signed up for.
You know what?
No cop is signing up for it to be unsafe.
No cop signs up for that.
Here's another one crazy guy.
Happened over the summer.
Has a knife.
Watch how quickly they can get to you.
He's got more than a knife.
It's a machete, I think.
Open the door.
Hey, let me see your hands.
Open knock.
Look at this.
Just a knife.
Open up.
He gets so close to that cop.
And if that cop has his taser out, he's dead.
June 10th.
Man in a Park with a knife.
Watch?
Just watch this.
Just watch it.
Hey, he's got the knife in his hand.
Yo, put the knife down.
Put it down.
Put the knife down.
Put it down.
Taser.
You hear that part?
Hear that?
Taser.
Telling his partner to pull up the taser.
They're not even close together.
His lethal Overwatch, if this guy decides to run, which he's going to, right?
It's going to be a crossfire situation.
I don't know why they're not close together.
Taser, I'd be like, go fuck yourself.
He's got a knife.
Why would I pull out my taser?
I don't know if the cop pulls out its taser or not, but it takes forever to shoot this guy.
And watch how close he gets.
Put the knife down!
Put the knife down now!
Put the knife down!
Look at that.
Look at that.
Feed away from that police officer.
I don't know.
I have a feeling he transitioned from his taser.
to his gun and that's why he took so long to shoot him.
But look where his partner's pointing that.
Towards his office, towards his partner, right?
Stick together.
Put the knife down now!
I will never show you guys an incident where police are shot or killed.
Well, I shot, yes.
But I'll never show you an incident where police are killed.
But I seen a video that I came across.
I wish I never watched it.
These two cops are following this guy down a road
who's holding a knife and he refuses to drop it.
they walk for about half a mile and bad guy walks up to one of the cops and just start stabbing the living shit out of them.
Just a knife though, right?
He's just holding on to a knife.
If they're not going to listen after, I don't know, 15 seconds, I don't even know what you got to feel it out.
But if they're, you know, they're not going to listen.
Act.
Don't wait for them to act.
They got the upper hand if they act.
Yeah.
I'll be up in five minutes.
Don't touch anything.
I'm recording right now.
What's the letter?
I'll tell you.
I'll tell you all about it.
I'll be up in five minutes.
I'm almost done.
Yeah?
Yeah, I'll tell you about it
when I get up, okay?
Smoking a cigar.
Love you.
You guys have to watch this one.
This is the last one.
Elbequerque Police, February 20th.
Man with Knife.
Just has a knife.
Watch how close he gets to the cops.
this flight down.
That'd be my trainer.
My taser trainer?
Right there.
Just a guy with a knife client, okay?
No big deal.
I'm just going to follow him.
We're going to wait for him to react.
Idiot.
It's been a tim of tail on grant.
Going to get tased.
See, I probably would have thought the same thing.
Oh, it's a taser call.
No, it's not.
It's not a taser call.
Hey, Albuquerque, police, sir.
You need to get out of the road.
You can get tased.
You get out of the road.
Watch us.
Hey, put down the knife.
Drop the knife.
Drop the knife.
Drop it.
I think that's a taser.
Yep, he's got the taser.
He's got a taser in his hands.
Crazy dude walking down the street, not dropping it, he's got a taser.
Train to do that, right?
Tail, crats.
What would happen if the guy turned around and started chasing him?
The taser's going to be ineffective.
Look what he's wearing.
The taser ain't gonna work.
Hey!
What the fucking knife?
Ends up throwing the knife at the cop.
I think it hit the cop.
Let's just leave it there.
You know why the other cop ran away?
Because he had a taser.
He had at least lethal weapon out.
That's why.
Less lethal weapon out.
It's just a knife, right guys?
It's just a knife.
No such thing.
Just a knife.
No, it's dangerous.
And it can kill me.
And I deserve to go home after shift.
I deserve to act first.
That's what I deserve to do.
