Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey guys, Clint here. Let's talk domestics. I've been to a lot of domestics. I don't even know how many. How many I've been to? How many I've been involved with? Thousands? I don't even know. I don't even know. Domestic every night, at least, sometimes 10 domestics in an evening. That's what we respond to. Domestics are one of the most popular calls for police. I was told in Depo, RC&P training. I was told all the way through my career that the most dangerous call you can attend is a domestic. If I'm being honest, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:00:47 I don't know if that's the most dangerous call. Did I say difficult? I don't know if that's the most dangerous call because I've never had, I haven't really had a terrible experience going to a domestic. I've been spat on, spat in the face, I had to go in the cocktail. That was bad. People freak out when you're arresting the significant other. I don't know why because they're the ones calling the police.
Starting point is 00:01:15 But I've had way more dangerous calls than domestics. But that's what I'm told. Maybe it's true. I don't know. I'm going to talk about domestics today. I got a video I want to show you, but first I got to tell you what happened to me. I spent two hours on another video, two hours on this video. It was a girl.
Starting point is 00:01:36 and the reason I came across it was because the girl was attractive. And she was getting arrested by police. She had stolen a vehicle. She went shoplifting, stole a bunch of stuff. Police located her vehicle. And she told police, San Diego, that, San Diego police, that she wasn't, when she's done her bottle of wine, then she will let police arrest her.
Starting point is 00:02:02 I spent over two hours on this video. And I'm talking about, I'm talking like she's a, a girl. She was. She is a girl. And then I realize I see something in the video that makes me think, what? Something's not right here. Turns out she's a man girl. And everything I said, I was referring to her. I can't show the video because of the comments that I made in it. So I had to scrap that one. This is what she looked like. Looked like she was posing. Posing for the camera. I thought it was badass because she's telling the police,
Starting point is 00:02:46 hey, you can arrest me after and finish my bottle of wine. I thought it was kind of funny. Kind of humorous. The police officer said later on, you know, no, hey, no problem. Yeah, we're going to wait for her to finish her bottle of wine, then we were going to arrest her. And I thought that was badass.
Starting point is 00:03:05 You don't always have to be quick to arrest people. Anyways, I can't show that one because of the shit I said in it. and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with a man. It's not man woman. Okay, this person was once a man and then turned into a girl. And when I first saw the picture, anyways, this man did a good job. I thought did a great job turning himself into a girl.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Okay, domestic time. This happened in Columbus. police get called to a domestic. I don't really know what I'm going to say about it, but I'm sure I'm going to be saying lots about it. So let's watch it. And yeah, I'm going to interrupt it. Hey guys, chill out. Hey, what's going on?
Starting point is 00:04:10 Leave me a load. Stop screaming. Hey, bro. I'm not your bro. That is true, by the way. They're not brothers. So he's got a point. He's got a point.
Starting point is 00:04:25 Okay. Stand here and talk to me. This is my house. I'm not your bro. Okay. Right now, I have a pretty good reason to be here. So you need to relax. Okay. You need to give me space. Back off. You need to listen. What's your name, man? No. My name is go fuck yourself. Okay, so now we know the guy's name. It's go fuck yourself. Let's keep on going. You know what? Can I be honest? I think I like this guy. I love that answer. Leave me alone.
Starting point is 00:04:59 They're going to send you to jail. You're fucking stupid. I don't just listen to me. I don't have anything to say. I don't have anything to say, dude. Relax. No. Look, I'm not touching.
Starting point is 00:05:13 Relax. Don't touch me. Relax. Taylor. I didn't touch her. I'm not touching her. I saw you touching her. Listen.
Starting point is 00:05:19 She's my wife. I'm trying to talk to her. Okay. Relax. Stop. Don't. Okay. I didn't break the law.
Starting point is 00:05:25 Please don't touch me. Okay, turn around. I didn't break the money. Turn around. Turn around. I'm not doing anything. Put your poems together. Are you serious right now?
Starting point is 00:05:36 This is what you want? Classic. This is what you want? This is what you wanted? Always say that. They always say that. I love that the guy's white. Okay?
Starting point is 00:05:50 I love that. And I love that. They put him in handcuffs right away. They didn't mess around. They got control of the guy right away. Now they can breathe. Cops can breathe. This is what you want.
Starting point is 00:06:00 Dude, I want you to stop. Look, please. Look, we're going to walk out to the street. What's in your hand? What's in my hand? All right. Nothing's in my hand, you stupid bitch. Okay, so bad guy is go fuck yourself, and the cop is stupid bitch.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Now we know the names. We know everybody's, all the characters. Let it go, man. Thanks. Go over to my car. Are you serious? Are you serious? Dude, you need to relax.
Starting point is 00:06:36 No, you need to fucking shut the fuck up, you punk-ass bitch. Okay. I'll make everything fucking worse. You did this- All the time to do is talk to you. All the time is, take me to fucking jail. I don't give a fuck! Stop it, dude.
Starting point is 00:06:54 There ain't no. Fuck you, man. I didn't fucking do shit. This is in my fucking house. I didn't fucking assault nobody. There ain't no fucking nothing. You can't. Okay, just chill out.
Starting point is 00:07:06 Okay, I'm chill. Listen. We have to make sure there's out of his pockets. Let's do our job. Go back up there. I hate it when other people interrupt when you go to a call. Hey, and this guy, witness, whatever you want to call him. He doesn't have anything on him.
Starting point is 00:07:20 Oh, then we won't check. Oh, he doesn't? Okay, thanks for that. No, you're fucking yanking my fucking wrist. Stop moving. I'm not moving if you quit yanking my wrist. Like, listen. Stay still.
Starting point is 00:07:32 Okay, listen. There we go. As easy as that, right? As easy as that. Listen, chill. Can I put my hands down? You know what's funny. It's not funny.
Starting point is 00:07:41 Well, yeah, it is. Do you know how many times I've rested bad people and they're bad? They are bad mother effers. You get them in the patrol car. First thing they do, they start crying. I don't know why I'm telling you that. I just, I found that interesting. Can I fucking hands down?
Starting point is 00:08:02 Can I please put my, you're fucking just yanking my wrist, dog. Yanking. It fucking hurts, man. Listen. Whatever happened. I'm trying to explain something. What's your name? I'm just trying to put my hands down.
Starting point is 00:08:16 What's your name? Please, will you tell your body to please stop your, the cuffs are pulling on me? What's your name? I don't know why he keeps on asking him his name. We already know it's go fuck yourself, right? How many times can I say that? I just love that. What's your name?
Starting point is 00:08:31 Go home? Let's go fuck yourself. Braw? I'll answer that when you let me, like, put my hands being on my back. Please, I'm not fighting. I'm not fighting. Will you please just let me put my hands down without fucking pulling these cuffs? They're hurting.
Starting point is 00:08:48 You need to lock them? I'm not struggling. I'm not fighting. Go ahead and have a seat. For what? You need to sit in the car. Why? Because I told you to tell me why?
Starting point is 00:09:11 Because right now you're being detained under, it's a domestic violence investigation. Do police have grounds to arrest him, detain him for domestic of violence? 100%. 100% have reasonable grounds. Just from the witness alone. The witness called it in and said it looked like a male was beaten on a girl. So yeah. I haven't been...
Starting point is 00:09:33 Okay, sit in the car. It's an investigation. You're not under arrest, but you're being detained. Listen, no, you're going to sit in the car and then we're going to get to you, okay? Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car. Are you kidding me right now?
Starting point is 00:09:50 Fucked you. I can do nothing. Get in the car. This is fucking assault you, you stupid. bitch. Get the fuck of your big ass on me, Jenny. This is fucking what you do. Please stop. Please. Please. I don't know. The girl shouldn't be around right now. She's got to edit that part out. I don't really understand why the female is still mingling around him. You want to separate the two so they don't have a conversation whatsoever. I don't know. The girl shouldn't be around right now. She should be inside the house talking to the other cop or in a vehicle.
Starting point is 00:10:29 He started crying. Did you see that? Did you see that? That's when a domestic can be dangerous. If one of the persons have a gun and they don't like seeing the significant other being arrested, that's when it can be dangerous. Go back to the house.
Starting point is 00:10:56 I'll come back to a second. You get the bag for it? You got one? I should. I don't think so. Yeah, yeah. Oh. I'll sit down.
Starting point is 00:11:27 I'll sit down. I ain't trying to be in the back. to your car, man. I didn't do shit. I didn't fucking touch her. I didn't fucking hurt her. We'll talk to her. Jenny, all I was trying to do is fucking dogs to you! I didn't see him hitting her. I saw him pushing her around and hold on to her.
Starting point is 00:11:47 I just... Dude, relax. Are you fucking... You're acting like a child. I'm not escalating this. So cut it out. You guys are trying to fucking manhandle me and fucking... Nobody's doing anything to you.
Starting point is 00:11:58 Tighten my cuss. I asked you to fucking just chill out. We locked your cuffs. Ask you to fucking stop putting them on. Then you slam your head in the cruiser. That's real smart. Okay, so go fuck yourself was slamming his head in the cruiser.
Starting point is 00:12:10 Classic, this is classic guys. You put him in the back, they start banging their head against the bars, or they start kicking the window with their feet. A lot of times you got a hog tie them. This guy's drunk, intoxicated, and the police officer is going to try and reason with him.
Starting point is 00:12:29 I hated it when other cops tried to reason with drunk people. You can't reason with. crazy. You can't. It's impossible. Why would you even try? There's not even any point. I don't even know why I shared that. It's just bringing me back. I'd be like, I would actually look at other cops like, man, you're actually going to try to have a normal conversation with somebody? You're actually going to try to have a normal conversation when the guy is just whacked out of his head. Can't reason with crazy. All I did was actually to just fucking... You're by yourself in the car and you're slamming your head in the window.
Starting point is 00:13:08 Yeah. That's really smart. I'm crazy. See? Told you he was crazy. Okay. All I did was ask you to fucking sweat pulling on my fucking cups because it hurt. And I calm down.
Starting point is 00:13:20 You don't fucking crazy. You were in the car and nobody else is in the car and you started acting crazy. Because I don't need to be in the fucking car. I didn't break any laws. I didn't assault anybody. I didn't do shit. So fuck you. We're still trying to figure out what's going on and we can't because you're acting all nuts.
Starting point is 00:13:33 Yeah. You can suck my motherfucking dick. You faggot-ass bitch. So you're not helping things? No, then you fucking tell him that I was just trying to talk to you. Fucking faggot-ass cops. I'll see if his ID was in the wallet. Take me to fucking jail.
Starting point is 00:13:54 I don't give a fuck. I got warrants. Take me to jail. Yeah. We had a fucking argument. I didn't fucking hit her. You walked up. Restraining somebody, I already know.
Starting point is 00:14:07 It's not assault. It's not assault. Because I've been restrained. restrained people I've tackled people it's not assault I don't how come whenever we restrained you you try to say we were assaulting you you were restraining you not bullshit restrain is not an assault I get shut up shit Jenny you know all I was you did this is all you did everything here I'm not talking to you am I fucking you that's such your fucking you are talking to me because I'm not
Starting point is 00:14:36 I'm not just to you let's see I love that part shouldn't say it the He's not being a smart ass. It's just so easy when they're drunk and dumb. You can't not comment on their dumb comments. Because as a cop, your comment is always smarter than their comments. So you sit there, you listen to the dumb ass talk to you that way. And the comebacks are just so easy. And I love good comeback.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Good comebacks. Like that cop just gave a good comeback. I like that. That was funny. But you know what sucks? He's wearing a body camera. And when you wear a body camera, you gotta watch what you say. It takes the fun out of it.
Starting point is 00:15:24 You know what I mean? I'm talking to my fucking wife. I'm talking to my fucking wife. You know what? If I would have come up. I'm not talking to you. Then stop screaming. You know what you're doing?
Starting point is 00:15:34 You're screaming at the whole neighborhood. No, I'm screaming at the whole goddamn neighborhood. Fuck the police! Fuck you! Okay. I'm trying to talk to my wife. Are you my wife? Huh?
Starting point is 00:15:49 Are you my wife? No. Now you don't want to talk to me, because you're a little faggit. Okay. A little dick-sucking little bitch. All I was trying to do is talk to you, Jenny. Jenny? I just wanted to talk to you, Jenny.
Starting point is 00:16:06 I talked into the bedroom, calm, cool and collective and try to talk to you. Jenny! Jenny! I can't help it. You're not going to accomplish anything. Huh? I'm not talking to you. Is your name Jenny? Is your name Jenny?
Starting point is 00:16:22 Was I talking to you? Was I talking to you? Jenny? I'm the one that's got control of you right now. Is your name Jenny? No, his name's not Jenny, it's bitch. He knows that. Is your boy...
Starting point is 00:16:34 Hey. Hey. You're fucking little fucking gay ass, fucking trash stash and shit like that. Turn your fucking camera on. It's been on the whole time. Fucked you, good. It's been on. It's gonna make you look really good and cool.
Starting point is 00:16:47 I'm cool. I don't give a fuck. Send me to jail. Fuck you. I'm trying to talk to my fucking wife. I'm in assault her. Did I assault you? Did I punch you? Did I hit you?
Starting point is 00:17:00 Did I do anything but try to restrain you? No. She put her hands around my throat. What about that? Why is the dude always the one who gets in fucking trouble? Because there's a double standard, and it feels so good to finally admit that. There's a double standard.
Starting point is 00:17:17 When police go to domestics, 90% of the time the guy gets arrested. I hated arresting women. When a guy would call police, this is not going to be popular, but it's a truth. The first thing that goes into your mind is, oh, chicken shit. Really, man. Domestics are different. You almost have to arrest in every single instance.
Starting point is 00:17:45 It's not like if you've gotten a fight with your buddy, and it's a consensual fight, we wouldn't be arresting anybody. But if you get in a fight with your spouse, else, usually somebody's going to jail. And I hated it when guys, I've been to, I don't know how many, 2,000, 3,000 domestics. I've never met a true male victim, a man victim. I'm not saying that it doesn't happen, okay? I'm talking about girl on man, girl on boy, okay, and I'm not, I'm not talking about domestics like boy on boy, okay? I'm talking about girl boy, boy, boy, girl.
Starting point is 00:18:30 Never went. I've never seen a true male victim. I've never seen a true male victim when it came to domestic assault. Guys, guys call police usually because they wanted revenge against their girlfriend. I remember going to a call. Chicken shit call. and I said to the guy, I said, do you realize if you give me a statement? He didn't want charges. But I said, if you give me a statement, you know I have to put her in jail for the night.
Starting point is 00:19:10 And he's like, yeah, like he used the break. That's why they call the police so they can have a me day. No shit, I'm not exaggerating. Every cop would agree with if they're... It's funny, you know, you're retired, you can tell the truth now. Double standard, of course there is. There has to be. 200 pounds versus 90 pounds. He's six feet tall.
Starting point is 00:19:40 She's four feet tall. It's different. It's 100% different. In just about every single case, the males are stronger than females. Most men are double the size. Men and women are not equal in strength. So you look at it differently.
Starting point is 00:20:02 I remember going to call. calls like this identical. I remember going to a call. Me and my asshole partner attend. The guy called the police. She threw a phone at him, hit him in the head. Fears for his life, right? He fears for his safety.
Starting point is 00:20:23 The girl's kicking the shit out of him, right? You go there? He's not outside the residence. He's inside. Still talking to... The man victim is inside talking to... the accused. Revenge. It's always been, it's always about revenge when guys call the cops on their girlfriends or their wives. And I don't know why I'm telling you this. It just, and yeah,
Starting point is 00:20:55 I remember thinking in my head, piece I hated arresting girls and I know they didn't deserve it. Most of the time they were beaten. They've been beaten by the guy. Finally, she reacts on him. he wants us to take her to jail because he's already been to jail seven times for domestic. Now it's his turn to get even, right? And I hated arresting girls. I would do whatever. I would try to think of my, I would try to come up with reasons to arrest him.
Starting point is 00:21:35 How about that? Instead of her. That didn't come out right. What am I trying to say? I'm trying to say men are not victims of domestic assault. I'm sure you could find. some. I'm just telling you, in my career, I never met one. I never, and I was a watch commander, and I reviewed all the domestics. You know, I say, probably 5,000 domestics.
Starting point is 00:22:13 So yeah, dummy, there is a double standard. And what do you say to the cop? She wrapped her hands around his neck. Well, of course she did. She's got to do something. The guy is aggressive. you've seen them in the garage. He's acting like an idiot. What is she supposed to do? She's got to do something. She's half his size. I kind of went off there.
Starting point is 00:22:45 Huh? Why is it? I got full custody of my fucking children, but I'm the one who fucking gets the fucking dirty look because I'm fucking angry and upset over some bullshit. I need to talk to my wife. Are you my wife?
Starting point is 00:23:03 Are you my wife? Hey, you faggot-ass bitch, I'm talking to you. Are you my wife? Huh? See, you can't answer me. Are you arresting me? Are you arresting me? Probably am.
Starting point is 00:23:24 Are you arresting me? Yeah, she just answered your question for you. I didn't ask her. I asked you. Well, yes, you are going to jail for your warrants. Let's go to jail. Come on, let's take me then. No, you stay right there.
Starting point is 00:23:37 Stop moving around. Are you going to sit in the car and not beat your head? No, I need to talk to my wife. Look, I need to come cool collectively, talk to my wife, please? Please. You need to sit in the car and show me you can be an adult. All right, so look. Then we'll think about it.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Hold on, let me. No, I'm not sitting here to make deals with you. This isn't how this works. Listen, listen, listen, listen. Listen, I'm cool. Okay, can I turn around and face you and talk to you like a man? No. Please.
Starting point is 00:24:03 No. You can go sit in a car and be an adult. No, please just let me turn around and talk to you. No. Eye to eye. Nope. Why? Because I don't trust you.
Starting point is 00:24:12 Well, I'm not. Everything you showed me so far makes me believe that I should not trust you. So you expect me to all of a sudden start trusting you? No, that's not how this game works. Okay, so come sit in the car, be an adult, and we'll figure out if I'm going to do anything nice for you. You're going to take, you're going to ride in the car on the way to jail anyway. Okay, but can I turn around and talk to you? No.
Starting point is 00:24:31 No. I'm not going to yell. I'm not going to yell. No. You don't get what you want just all of a sudden because you're changing your eyes. All you've done this whole time, it's all on video, the way you've been treating me. So if I was treating you that way, would you do me any favors? Yeah, I would.
Starting point is 00:24:47 No, you wouldn't. Honestly, I would. Because look, I understand people get angry, people get upset and everything and everything and everything else. Please, let me turn around and look you in your eyes. No. Jenny, Jenny, please cannot talk to you. Please. Before they take me to jail, can I please talk to you? can I please talk to you.
Starting point is 00:25:09 Anyways, it goes to jail. What can I say about domestics? I think I already said it. Why do I feel like I'm going to be in trouble for what I said? I told the truth. Double standard. Yep. I remember going to calls. I remember my member saying, man,
Starting point is 00:25:27 there is no way I'm going to arrest her. Members said that to me. I can't arrest her, Clint. He called police. I can't arrest her. He's the asses. asshole. He's the guy that has been making her life miserable for years, beaten on her, hurting her. She reacts one day, and we're supposed to arrest her. Technically, we're supposed to arrest her. But anyway, I guess my point is we would do everything we could to protect the girls because they were really the victims.
Starting point is 00:26:05 the women were really the victims even when they lashed out. Am I even making sense? I feel like I'm not making sense. Even if that girl, even if that girl said, yeah, I admit, I did put my hands around his neck. I'm not arresting her. He's the asshole. He's the abusive asshole you can tell. I'm not saying she's a peach.
Starting point is 00:26:37 Anyways, I feel like I'm not coming across properly. I'm not coming to. I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to say. I might have to clean this up. I don't know. I might have to edit it some of the things. But classic domestic. Classic.
Starting point is 00:26:56 Separate the two for the evening. The cop's got a good excuse. He's got warrants. He's going to jail. They're probably still together. Could you imagine living with that guy? I hated going to domestics. I hated them, hated them, hated them.
Starting point is 00:27:14 because it was always so much paperwork. Hours upon hours of paperwork. Especially, even if there wasn't an arrest. But when there was an arrest, oh my. Domestics ruined the job, actually. Really, if I think about it? If domestics did not exist, the job would be 30% better, I think. But really, that's why we had a job.
Starting point is 00:27:47 Alcohol and domestics. That's why there's so many police. Subscribe. Bye-bye.
