Starting point is 00:00:00 Where are you going with this? Why would you say that? I'm going with my eyes, ears, and logic. Hold on. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. I think the general. Good morning. Happy Wednesday. It's four in the morning. Yeah, it's four in the morning. Please like this video. It's the only thing I care about. Clinton Jaws here. CNN. When Kevin O'Leary goes on CNN, I love watching them. I love watching the performance. I focus on policy. You get to be above it.
Starting point is 00:00:25 It's nothing to do with wealth. It's policy, policy, policy. I've never seen it to be Air Force. about the plane. Abby, you have to distance yourself from Trump derangement syndrome. It's irrelevant to policy. It doesn't matter. What matters is, why are all the... I'm so...
Starting point is 00:00:43 Thank goodness I'm here. Never. That guy is dumb. Only a moron. I'd beat him with us. And he does it again last night. He shuts people up. Let's watch.
Starting point is 00:00:54 I mean, they lied when it was so clear they were lying. And I think that. That is unfortunately the effect that this MAGA cult movement has. We saw the same thing with Renee Good. We all saw what we saw, but all it took was enough of them to say, oh, no, no, she was trying to run him over with her car. And then across the board, you saw people presented as though it's a debate. Well, what did you see?
Starting point is 00:01:19 And what did you see? And it blatantly was not. I want to commend CNN Sarah Seidner for being on the ground because she was one of the first people that I heard. Maybe other people did, but she was one of the first people to blatantly. say they are lying. It is clear they are lying. We saw, and that is so important to the credibility here. Furthermore, there is a reason why we have not seen a resurgence of the proud voice. And that is because I believe a lot of them are likely made ICE officers. Again, I've said this on the show before. I've not seen any deep dive reporting into who these people are, but they certainly adopt a lot of
Starting point is 00:01:54 the ideology, a lot of the tactics, a lot of the violent tactics, a lot of the wearing masks. And it sounds a lot like their founder, what they initially put out. And so because Stephen Miller backtracks, I don't really care. I wonder about all the incidents that are not caught on videotape. I wonder about all the people who are sitting in detention centers right now as we sit here, who are malnourished, who are without life-saving medication, children who have been kidnapped. So did you just say ICE officers are militia? Yes, have you not been paying attention?
Starting point is 00:02:24 Yeah, they certainly mirror the Gestapo. I don't think I'm stretching anything. I think we have seen, but we have not seen our gang members committing violence. But we have seen our eyes aging, you're pushing that a little bit there. But Tiffany, you're saying that, you're just making a supposition here. There's no concrete evidence of actual public members. There's a way offside. There was some supports.
Starting point is 00:02:46 There was some support. Well, actually, we have seen white supremacist tattoos. Risking their lives, serving the government. Risking their lives. You're calling a proud boy militia. Did you say that? I did not call you. but I think it's disgraceful that you're way outside I'm actually not but I think
Starting point is 00:03:04 there are white supremacists uh tattoos on their white supremacist federal officers white supremacist federal officers where are you going with this why would you say I'm going with my eyes ears and logic there have been multiple ice agents who have white supremacet men and women working for the federal government risking their lives carrying out a mandate and their white supremacists yeah and you're a member of a cult Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I think the generalizations here are a bit of an overreuse. That means said that Tom.
Starting point is 00:03:36 It gets good with O'Leary. Listen, this guy, the jury is still out on this guy. I don't know what this guy's all about. Tom Holman being put in charge now of what's being on the ground in Minnesota. You've also heard reporting that some of the ICE officers, a lot of the ICE officers are feeling a bit relieved now that he's in charge. So I think that goes to the people who think they understand policing. Believe me, all those ice agents love Bovino.
Starting point is 00:04:02 I love the guy because they brought back 1980s policing. Let me tell you something. No leader, no police leader ever sticks up for a constable for a police officer. Obviously what happened was an accident. What did Bevino do? He went to the media and stuck up for that caught. That does not happen. Nobody wants to see Tom Holman.
Starting point is 00:04:24 They want to see Bovino. Lots of reports, guys. Isn't it amazing? She calls the ICE agent white supremacist, but there's two white people that have died. This gets so good, but we just have to listen to this twat for a second. Listen to what he says here.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Well, he knows. Now, look, I've worked with cops. My whole career as a prosecutor, state and federal, as in charge of supervising state police, feds, whatever. What you're seeing on the ground from these DHS officers, many of whom are Border Patrol people, as you know, Abby, is not high-level policing. And I'll just give you one example.
Starting point is 00:04:59 Please. I think what you're going to hear out of this investigation is the reason that we decided that lethal force was necessary because we saw he had a firearm in his waistband, right? It looks like in the back. Do you know how many NYPD officers stop somebody every day in this city who's got a firearm on them, sometimes illegally? That does not open up the floodgates to shoot that person, right? That's why he got shot, guys. Because he had a firearm on him. It's not why he was shot.
Starting point is 00:05:25 He was shot because they feared death and grievous bodily harm. I'll get into it more later. Idiot stick. Simple question. Why is all this happening in Minneapolis? Such a great question. Omar just got sprayed with some sort of fart spray last night. Everybody's going to be talking about it.
Starting point is 00:05:44 I'm not going to get into it. Lerry wants to know, why is this all happening here? Can you answer? Why? Why has this become the domestic war zone? What is the reason? Is there a specific area that has caused this?
Starting point is 00:06:01 Why? Can I, can I offer a... Can I offer a... Can I offer a answer to... Why is that not a regional question? Let me just ask you. Why this place? Let me offer some possibilities.
Starting point is 00:06:10 Minneapolis is a city of fewer than 500,000 people. The Trump administration decided to send 3,000 federal officers to that one city. Why did they send? Which they, which is more than they have sent anywhere else, including Chicago, of 3 million, Los Angeles. Why? anywhere why well according to trump it's because they're going after fraud but again what there be fraud maybe Minneapolis is you is not unique what about that don't let but they have you're going to have you send thousands of federal officers on the front that is the
Starting point is 00:06:43 well why don't we just talk about fraud for a minute what it's not fraud can like that is what is he's saying a lot of money missing a lot of money missing these unless is taxpayers are asking sending them, he is targeting Minnesota because he keeps claiming he wanted. He has not. And they are already trying to sell discord. I think you're deflecting the issue of the money that's missing. What we're talking about is a congresswoman who got a tax tonight. You know what I like about fraud?
Starting point is 00:07:06 It's binary. Let me just answer your question. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was attacked tonight. That is the actual issue. What does that have to do with fraud? That's not the topic that we're talking about. Oh, I'm talking about. What I'm talking about?
Starting point is 00:07:18 No, I'm asking about fraud. Well, right now, why don't you let me finish my point? We have to start a. acknowledging that the side of people, the out loud racist, the people who are saying all these awful things, they are in solidly in the MAGA camp. And as long as we don't acknowledge that, we're trying to sweep it under a rug, it doesn't seem like we're ever going to reach me. I take your point. And when it comes to the threats against public figures, you can make the argument both ways that right-wing violence is predominantly the problem. but in this particular moment, you could argue that both parties run the risk of their rhetoric leading to violence.
Starting point is 00:08:00 What about if you're not left or right? You're just a taxpayer like me, a lowly taxpayer, and I'd like to investigate fraud. I want my money back that was stolen for me. Is that okay or is that not okay? Listen, that I want my money back. Well, hold on. I mean, look, Kevin, the fraud is being invested, has been investigated, is being investigated. Why are we talking about that? People are being prosecuted. the DOJ could be talking about that, but what they decided to do instead was send immigration officials into Minnesota, presumptively because they thought that the fraud was coming only from foreigners when most of the Somalis who they were targeting.
Starting point is 00:08:35 I don't care where it's coming from. I want my money back. I get it. I get it. But the point is nothing they are doing, nothing they have done is helping you get your money back. I represent taxpayers and I want my money back. Then if you represent taxpayers, then tell the president that he's spending a ton of money to terrorize. Let me circle back with Jim on this one thing.
Starting point is 00:08:57 Love watching Kevin O'Leary on CNN. I'm going to give you guys my opinion on this incident, but stay with me. I want to set this up. This is important. They had this lunatic police chief on CNN yesterday. You have to see the words that come out of his mouth. It feels like the numbers just don't add up. groceries are expensive, insurance premiums are going up, everyday costs, they add up fast.
Starting point is 00:09:22 Even with a steady job, a lot of families, they're leaning on credit cards to cover your normal expenses. And if you're like my woman, guess what happens when you do that? You max out the credit cards. Some of those interest rates are in their 20s, some are even in their 30s. Now what do you do? You can no longer lean on credit cards, guys, I've been there. I've been there a bunch of times in my life. And that's why I partnered with today's sponsor, American Financing. If you're in a little bit of trouble, they can help you like that. They're, on average, they're saving people over $800 a month. There's no obligation, there's no upfront fees. You can contact these people and they will help you. They will tell you what option works best for
Starting point is 00:10:02 you. They help homeowners use the equity that they already have to pay off high interest credit card debt. Right now, mortgage rates are really low. They can help. you refinance with a rate in the low fives. I remember I had a maxed out line of credit. It was insane. Two credit cards that were maxed out. Every month I was just paying off the interest. I was broke. American financing can help you reset. They might even help you delay up to two mortgage payments. You can call them right now at 866-889 424 or visit Americanfinancing.net slash Clinton. America's home for home loans is America. in financing. Before I show you the police chief, I want to set something up. I had the view on
Starting point is 00:10:47 in the background yesterday. And then it finally, two days ago, I'm like, that's why. And when it was on, I just listened. I just want you guys to listen. Don't turn off. I want you to hear this. We're not going to watch it. We're just going to listen. Take a look and be warned. This is disturbing. Take a look. Just listen. I can't hear anything. How is supposed to work? Gun, gun, gun. Screaming, whistles, horns. CNN interviews this police chief, but before they do that,
Starting point is 00:11:42 they show six minutes of video. Please, let's just listen for it, just for a little while. I don't want to lose you guys, but I'm trying to set this up. This is right before it happened. Can you even hear me? Uh-oh.
Starting point is 00:12:00 You're all right, Hucker. Could you imagine? That's called obstruction, guys. It goes on. forever you can't even hear yourself think there's no communication going on you can't even have a single conversation no police officer can have a single conversation I'm gonna say I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that communication is kind of important when it comes to policing right John I see a gun what
Starting point is 00:12:45 what you want to have fun no I think he has a gun what he's he's shooting a gun There's a gun and a sound. That's a cell phone. You said gun. A police chief, and I guarantee you, any cop that worked for this guy hated his guts. I interviewed a Republican congressman Pete Sessions and he said, well, what would help here is if the local police were able to get involved and sort of separate the ICE and CPP agents from the protest. to create a barrier. What do you think about that? What do you think?
Starting point is 00:13:35 Well, I think that first off, you know, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara only has 600 officers for the 450,000 residents he has. You know, they have to still maintain 911 service. They have to go to those calls 24-7. They do not have the personnel, in my opinion,
Starting point is 00:13:56 to assist the 2,000 or 3,000-plus. us federal agents that are there on the ground. He just described every single police force on the planet, all understaffed. But when you're understaffed, you figure it out. But they refuse to. They refuse to cooperate. Absolutely do believe communication needs to occur. Notice how he uses the word communication?
Starting point is 00:14:23 It needs to occur. Why? Because communication is kind of important in it. Hopefully that communication will, we'll, lend itself to bear some fruit in terms of the efficiency moving forward. But I just don't think that they have the capacity to do that. I wonder, I mean, you see those minutes leading up to the shooting of Alex Preti. Yeah, we heard it.
Starting point is 00:14:44 Tensions are rising. There's yelling at the ICE officers. What do you suspect is going through the officer's minds in that video leading up to the fatal? Shut up? Turn down the noise? Arrest everybody? arrest everybody for obstruction who's blowing a whistle because that's obstruction and you don't even have local police helping out. Every single whistle that you heard, every horn that you heard is obstruction.
Starting point is 00:15:12 But we don't police like that anymore. I don't know why. That is why he got shot because of them, because of those civilians. From a tactical standpoint, is any of the standard operating procedure? I know, obviously, you were from a different agency, but just from a law enforcement perspective here. What's that? At least from the videos that I have seen, the tactics in this, it looks very disorganized. Disorganized. It's unclear. Who, if any, was giving commands?
Starting point is 00:15:48 Who's giving commands, guys? Would it have mattered? You're not going to hear commands? Hey, Tom, you go high, I'll go low. Um, me and my, my, my good friend, uh, John Miller, uh, with CNN, we're talking about. John Mill, of course his good friend is from CNN. No other cop is talking to this guy. He's an idiot. Um, you know, did anyone yell gun? Um, and by the way, could miss.
Starting point is 00:16:15 We all, did you not watch the video? You could barely hear it, but they yelled at three times. And believe me, it confused every single police officer there. They couldn't hear nothing. Did anybody yell gun? Wow. Preddy even hear those commands. Oh, my God. Many of these could Mr. Prady even hear those commands? Of course not. There's whistles going on and
Starting point is 00:16:36 horns honking and people screaming their lungs out. He's actually making a defense for the police officers, for the ICE agents. You know, many of these agents were wearing masks. It's wintertime. It's very
Starting point is 00:16:52 difficult to articulate when you're muffled, you know, with wearing these masks. And so the Tactics, all of these things are going to be called into question here. It was the masks, guys. That was the noise pollution. The masks on the agents. Oh, watch her face.
Starting point is 00:17:11 Good point, police chief. When you're muffled, you know, with wearing these masks. And so the tactics, all of these things are going to be called into question here. And it just, it just seemed very disorganized, confusing. Why? And who was actually in charge at that scene? Nobody. That's an interesting point about wearing the masks and how that can make it sort of muffled, difficult to hear.
Starting point is 00:17:39 And you see one of the agents in the video, take the gun away that Mr. Preddy had. He was lawfully carrying a permit to carry a gun. We want to note that. Was the onus on that officer, you think, to make it clear to everyone there at the same look? How? I have his gun. Oh, hey, John, there's no issue on that front. I just wonder about that.
Starting point is 00:18:05 Yeah, Pamela, and training throughout law enforcement in the country, you know, they're trained when an officer spots a weapon, spots a gun, removes the gun. As soon as they observe a weapon on the person, it could be a knife. They're communicating that immediately with their fellow partners who are there. Once that gun is now no longer a part or take. to that person, that also has to be communicated too. It is very unclear once that agent removed the weapon of Mr. Prattie that, you know, what was said,
Starting point is 00:18:39 what was acknowledged and why? Hey, guys, I got a gun. What the hell are you saying, Clint? He thinks he's kicked it out of the park. You want to see what happens when there's no whistles, nobody's screaming and yelling, and police find a gun on somebody? This is how it actually works. Let's go over.
Starting point is 00:19:02 Uh-oh, what do we got here? Arms around the neck? Choking him. Should he be charged with assault now? Put your hand on your back. You're quiet? Just the cops talking? You hear that?
Starting point is 00:19:18 He just said he can't breathe. That's because they all say it, guys. Okay, Clint. It's not supposed to be comfortable. Get to the point. We're protecting. ourselves just like Eric was doing. Put your hand on your back.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Okay, let's grab it. Put your hand behind your back. Let's get him to f***. Back off. Back off. Back off. Don't touch me, man. Guess we shouldn't be doing that, right?
Starting point is 00:19:43 Watch. Don't touch me. Back off my ass. He's grabbing something. He's grabbing something. Gun. Gun. Cuff him.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Just a gun, guys. We're more, we care more about the bad guy, don't we? That's a good point. Just grab those fucking guys. You're the communication guys? That's how it goes down when people, when you don't have people obstructing you. This is 1980s policing. And that's what we got to bring back.
Starting point is 00:20:15 For people, we're a little scared of cops. But we've become so woke that it's not like that anymore. When I was younger, I never disresolved. respected a cop you never did either but everybody does now why do you think the leaders have done this you're told once you don't leave we get you you come up to a cop the cop tells you to go you don't you take your time you're arrested that's one they tell this guy to leave don't Derek cook tells this guy to guy to leave but he won't watch what Derek cook does and listen to what the bad guy says as he's walking away let's go let's go
Starting point is 00:20:55 The pigs back in England are a lot more under arrest. Okay. Just called him a pig. Gave him chance to leave. You're under arrest. Here's the word pig. Well, that's it. You know what I'm done.
Starting point is 00:21:08 Can't do that anymore, right? No, you can't. Excuse me. We got to give the bad people the power. Yeah, good point, Jaws. That's it. That's it. What happened?
Starting point is 00:21:22 What happened that night? That incident? I guarantee you they're going to be justified because they feared death and grievous bodily harm. They can hear anything that's going on. Somebody yells Gunn, they look. He's got a cell phone in his hand. Just pretend you're there. You hear Gun and you think you see one in his hand.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Thanks for watching. Bye-bye. Thanks for watching. Subscribe. Bye-bye. Guys like us are trying to bring people like them together. No, no, no. You see, these guys gotta come out here and deal with this element that belongs out in Surrey here.
Starting point is 00:22:00 You see, with the local problem with drugs and prostitution and everything. These guys don't have the backing through legislation. Now, if they had the proper legislation, they would have the power to control such situations. And that would make a lot more sense. You see, the problem with Canada today is, we don't have the right legislation. You see now it's not the local police that are the problem, it's the legislators. You see if you were paying all these guys to make up this legislation that's pretty much useless, especially in Canada.
Starting point is 00:22:39 I mean you can, take for instance, I mean you can grow dope in Canada, I mean, check out the profits it is. You don't want to tell them what you're doing. You know, I mean, well, that was a long time ago. But I mean, if they were to legalize it, the possibility of taking the profit out of it, Then they'd have a big problem. I'll let him go. He speaks his mind, right?
Starting point is 00:22:58 So. He's a confused individual. Ha ha ha ha ha. I love that.
