Starting point is 00:00:00 But you guys are the ones accusing him. So I think it's only fair to ask you, do you have any evidence he promoted the Piscate theory? I will find it right now. Okay, but you don't have any at the moment. Oh. No, he did not. Show me to prove and I'll give you $1,000.
Starting point is 00:00:19 I'm going to check actually in real time whether Charlie Kurt did say. So I will... Why are you changing the goalposts? Wait, wait, wait, wait. I'll do something to do something to do. Take the loss with Gian. Do you apologize? Clinton Jaws. Why is Charlie Kirk no longer with us? I'll tell you why. Because a nut job on the left
Starting point is 00:00:37 thought he was evil. Why did they think he was evil? Because of CNN. Because of MSNBC. Because of these guys on the left that Pierce Morgan has on his show today. This clip blew my mind. Two conservatives against two liberals. It speaks for itself. You got to watch. Real time. Fact check. Had to say sorry at the end. Spewing lies. We're talking talking about conspiracy theories, how they can get you killed. Conspiracy theories are the currency of the internet right now. And I think why I've brought up a great point, which is that we have a panel on this very panel who did exactly that. Jack, with the Pizza Gate conspiracy theory, is an example of somebody peddling. I would love to talk about all your Russia episode, Brian.
Starting point is 00:01:21 How many times did he be done an episode talking about how Donald Trump is controlled by Russia? Why can't you stand up for the word of Russia gate that you have pushed for absolute years? words that you've said. Do you stand behind Pizza Gate? Who shot up a Republican keep of... You can't... If you're willing to say these things, why can't you stand behind them? Because he's not a manned... Why can't you just stand up for your own words? You said that why can you stand up for your own words instead of filibus?
Starting point is 00:01:47 Well, okay, look, look, in the interest of fair play, I like to call out everybody, but look, they put a direct thing to you, Jack. Do you, you were part of that Pizza Gate conspiracy theory era? do you now regret that? Well, for one, I never said that it was true, ever. People have put words in my mouth, and people have claimed things I never said. Did you believe it might be true?
Starting point is 00:02:09 No. Then why did you promote it? Again, see, he's saying promoted. He can't actually point to anything I've said. Did you ever promote it? No. Never? Wow.
Starting point is 00:02:18 No, we went there to have dinner and to show people that it was a regular shop. And I've said that from the very start. You also promoted stops the steel. See, again, see, here we go. So I'm explaining something. It's amazing. He explains it.
Starting point is 00:02:35 And then they just go on to the other thing. They have no evidence. They provide no argument. I just wonder, do either of you guys actually have any evidence? He did promote the Pizza Gate theory as a theory. Google. He is lying. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:48 He was so many evidence. What do you mean? The evidence is his entire career. What are you talking about? No, that's not good enough. No, but John, you can't be that. If you guys are going to have to use. If you guys are going to accuse him directly of promoting one of the most outrageous conspiracy theories in modern history, at least provide some evidence.
Starting point is 00:03:06 I mean, tell me where he has promoted it. Jack Posobag's in time. They're on chat CBT right now trying to find something. Why don't you make a claim like that against Jack if you don't have evidence right away. I don't know if you didn't. I'm relying on you two who made the charge to provide evidence. For you making a claim like that. You should be right off top of your head.
Starting point is 00:03:24 You shouldn't have to look down and do your research on the show. I don't mind if they even, to be honest, Brandon, I don't mind if they do want to check it. But I just, I don't know the answer for certain. But you guys are the ones accusing him. So I think it's only fair to ask you, do you have any evidence he promoted the Patergate theory? I will find it right now. Okay, but you have you don't have any at the moment. Jack, wait, wait, Jack, hold on second, Jack.
Starting point is 00:03:52 So what you're saying on live television is you never, you have never ever in your entire career promoted the PisaG conspiracy. You are not in any way, shape, or form responsible for mainstreaming it, promoting it, in any way, shape, or form making it famous, injecting into the right-wing ecosystem. Is that what you're saying on television? I am saying the exact same thing that I have said since day number one to anyone who asked. You can go and look up my statement to the Washington Post back, I believe it was December of 2016, and I compared it to Iraq WMDs. And what does that mean? Well, what do you think? It means they were fake. Okay. So, all right, if that's what you're saying, interesting.
Starting point is 00:04:32 This is what they do. They just say things. They have no evidence. Why do they do this to make money? Simple question. Do you condemn the murder of Charlie Kirk? At the baseball field in D.C. and about the murder of Charlie Kirk that were done by the violent left. Are you willing to say that as well? There's an investigation happening right now. There's a trial. Look at these guys. Let me, let me say some, Pierce. Let me say some, Pierce. Yes, he said that black people were better after in slavery. No, no, do you think that Charlie This is so good from Tatum.
Starting point is 00:05:03 He gets them like, I've never seen Tatum like this. I don't even think Tatum understood what he did here. He proves in real time what is wrong with that side. Let me say some, Pierce. Let me say some, Pierce. Yes, he said that Black people were better off during slavery. No, no, no, no, do you think that Charlie Kirk spew hatred? Yeah, I'll say to you, he thought you as a black man were better off during slavery.
Starting point is 00:05:25 The exact same foolery that you're saying right now is what got him killed. The leftist nut job is pushing the same stupidity that you're. saying right now is the reason why Tyler Robinson killed Charlie this exactly the same thing you got what you're saying you can't criticize something silly so you're saying you can't lie you cannot lie about you can't lie about it words got him killed people like this and they know they're lying any criticism if you level any criticism of somebody then you are responsible for their death you can't lie about them the lies is what caused a person like Tyler Robinson to kill Charlie lies he was not racist. He was not hateful. He did not spew hate. He was a man of courage. He had integrity. And he was
Starting point is 00:06:08 fair. If you disagree with him. He let you want him to the front of the line. And you can have your disagreement. Brandon, Charlie Kirk said black men like you were better off during slavery. Did you guys know that? You got to see what's coming. You agree with him. Now, listen, after slavery, there was an explosion of success in the black community. We had Black Wall Street. We were married to the women we had children with black people had a tremendous amount of success our success was growing faster than white people during that period of town time now look at us now go look at any inner city in the in this country and you see people get murdered every weekend the leading cause of murders in this country is by black people violent crimes black people abortion and disproportionate rates
Starting point is 00:06:48 black people a lot of things that were going well in our communities is going downhill fast after the 60s and it's because we've been vote for these sorry Democrats for so many years and they've done nothing for black people. And you cannot tell me as somebody who knew Charlie that he was a racist. He wasn't. So don't you say nothing about Charlie being a racist unless you have, unless you have evidence. Outside of that, you're lying and you're pushing conspiracies that got Charlie Kirk killed. Yes. Charlie Cook said, that's exactly what they do. That's exactly what they did. They spewed lies. They spewed hatred. They are the problem. Charlie Kirk said what he said. He tweeted it. He put it on TikTok. He put it on YouTube. He stood
Starting point is 00:07:27 10 toes down. He goes, I'm saying all. these hateful things, racist things like black people were better off during slavery. Here we go. I believe in this. I have the courage of my convictions. That's what I respect about Charlie Kirk. He said it. He didn't backtrack from it.
Starting point is 00:07:39 Brandon, Charlie Kirk, your friend, said you as a black man were better off during slavery. Do you agree with that statement? 100% I understand what he was saying. I just articulate to you the perspective that he had. Just because you don't understand history and you look at everything in the lens as black people are the ultimate victims in perpetuity don't mean that Charlie Kirk can have an expression of something I agree with him on. Now, you're sitting here trying to tell a black man that I can't agree with Charlie Kirk on the fact that I think that black people were in a better trajectory when we were in a 30th
Starting point is 00:08:15 after slavery. You're lying. He said after slavery. You're lying. He said you were better off during slavery. Oh. No, he did not. Show me to prove and I'll give you a thousand dollars. This guy goes around. How many times has he said this thing? statement, you got to watch what Pierce Morgan does. But how many times has he gone around spewing this? He's the problem. All right, let's go.
Starting point is 00:08:36 You don't have it. Ain't no way in the world Charlie said we're better in slavery. He said after slavery. It's a whole sentiment around it. I'm going to check actually in real time whether Charlie Kurt did say that black people were better in the time of slavery. Let's find out now. So we're going to find that out as we talk.
Starting point is 00:08:54 We've checked this. Charlie Kurt did not say that black people were better off in slavery. There was a manipulated video clip circulating on social media that created that false impression. This originated from a September 24 debate hosted by Jubilee Media. During the debate, he discussed historical periods of subjugation specifically pointed to black communities under Jim Crow laws in the 1940s. What he actually argued, he said that during the 1940s, black communities had lower crime rates and greater family stability than they do today. He used this rhetorically to argue against the idea that systemic oppression or poverty are the only drivers of crime.
Starting point is 00:09:33 He asserted that if oppression directly caused high crime, crime rates would have been sky-hydrored areas of severe oppression. Now what? Which he claimed historical data did not show. So he's not saying that black people were better off in slavery, clearly. But during segregation. So during segregation and he was also against the civil rights. You said slavery.
Starting point is 00:09:52 So I will. Why are you changing the goalposts? Wait, wait, wait. I'll do something. Take the loss with John out. You literally spewed a conspiracy theory that came from a manipulated video, which perpetrated a false impression of what Charlie Kirk actually said. I'll do it in real time, something that Jack and Brandon could do.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Thank you for fact-checking. I saw that video. You fact-checked it. I stand corrected. Okay, good. But the fact show that you said black people are better off during segregation. Don't change your goal, base. Do you apologize?
Starting point is 00:10:26 Absolutely. You fact-checked it. Thank you so much. But he did say black people were better off during segregation and he opposed the civil rights movement. You actually have to say, I'm sorry. I would not leave. I'm sorry. I probably saw that same video. This is what happens on the internet. Thank you for fact-checking. Thank you for fact-checking. Let me- Okay. Now go to every single network that you said that on and every single podcast that you said that on and say sorry. They won't. Tatum just proved to everybody. What is wrong in the world? That's it right there. That's why I have a podcast. And did they learn anything, guys? Do you think they learned anything? Watch this.
Starting point is 00:11:06 I want to, because Brian, we haven't got to your book the day after I had a wheelpower in a post-Trump world. Use label ICE, Trump's secret police. You call Maga Neo-Fascist. Trump is repeatedly referred to as a dictator. I guess I would ask the same question to you. Is that a lot of people on the left have very happily called Trump a Nazi, fascist and so on and so on.
Starting point is 00:11:27 Does that help in the general level of discourse in America? Or could that all be tempered as well? But I am arguing that he does engage in fascist behavior. Conspiracy theories are... Go out and buy his book. These guys are so good.
Starting point is 00:11:45 So credible. Caught lying in real time. They don't care about truth. They don't care who they hurt. This is how they make a living.
