Clinton Jaws - Police Covid Enforcement Embarrassing
Episode Date: December 21, 2020Police Covid Enforcement Embarrassing and a joke. ep 58. Former police officer disagrees with upholding covid rules. I love the police and I know their role is hard. I have to talk about the current e...vents and what I would do in a situation. I disagree with covid enforcement. Not a police issue. I talk about Langley RCMP issuing a pastor a 2 thousand dollar ticket; I don’t agree. A cop In New Brunswick issues an old guy a 300 find for sucking on a coffee and eating a muffin. I don’t agree. Two cops in Calgary who I’d have over for a hot tub take down an ice skater. I know I don’t the the full story but currently I don’t agree. If I find out more Information about this case I will come back and say I’m wrong. Sorry Calgary police. https://open.spotify.com/show/3hWntbop6gLEg6RFR0aOzJ https://www.clintonjaws.com/

The province is enabling police and other enforcement officers to issue $2,000 violation tickets.
No cop in the right mind is ever going to issue that ticket.
Hey guys, Clint here.
Former cop talking retired cop, okay?
Talking about life and cop stuff sometimes.
How's everybody doing?
Hey, you know what?
Right off the bat, I'm going to apologize for my face and my body.
I know. I've let myself go, but I will get it back in the new year.
What's going on here? There we go.
Oh, let me tell you something.
Why'd I say it like that?
I haven't been on here for a while, and it's kind of hard to talk right now.
You know how I have to warm up, right? This is me warming up.
Last weekend went up to Mount Washington, ski hill on Vancouver Island.
We're going up Mount Washington.
me and the whole family.
And we start up, we start at the bottom of the mountain.
It's green and gross.
There's a lot of greenery.
And we go up just a little bit and we can start seeing the snow on the side of the road.
And we kind of, my kids freaked out.
Look at the snow.
Look at.
And each time we'd go up another mile, the snow would get thicker and thicker and thicker.
And my kids would get more excited and more excited.
At one point, my son said, put on some rap music.
This is like a movie.
I want to listen to some rap music while I'm watching this.
And then it starts snowing a little.
It's hitting the windshield.
And my daughter, she's seven.
Yeah, I started late.
And she's like, she says, am I dreaming?
And as we get higher and higher, it gets more wintry.
Don't want to use the word beautiful, but I'm going to.
It was beautiful.
It was beautiful.
We get to the top.
Everybody is excited.
It's like there was no COVID.
COVID wasn't even entering your mind.
There was no Dr. Tammy or Mike Farnworth in your head.
We get out and kids are playing in the snow.
I looked at my wife.
I'm like, she looked happy and I'm like, are you happy right now?
Yeah.
Why wouldn't I be?
It was like a beautiful moment.
We finished our cigarettes and we walked to the lodge,
walk to the lodge,
ski hill, and hold on.
It takes a sip.
Who wouldn't be happy?
You don't think I'm happy?
Of course I'm happy.
And she truly was.
Yeah.
We get, okay.
There's a chair left.
There's two chair left that are open.
Now I'm getting into it.
There's two chair left that are open.
I've never seen anything like it.
I've never seen so many people.
The mountain was packed to the nuts.
People were fighting in this lineup,
but it was a happy fight.
They're trying to get the chair.
We've got to get the chair.
Get to the chair.
People were cutting in front of people.
It was a happy sexual aggression that you can see on the guys.
There was three girls in the lineup and they were just like a pack of
wild sexual bees that haven't been out in about in wool, year.
I can't use any of that because that didn't even make sense.
There was just a lot of, a lot of happy aggression in that lineup.
And they were sardines.
They were packed in there like sardines.
Everybody's nearly smooching.
Nobody's thinking about COVID.
Nobody's thinking about the virus.
Go into the restaurant.
I shit you not.
You got to go up to Mount Washington, guys.
It was weird to be out and about around people.
We went into the restaurant.
It is fucking packed.
You can't even get a table.
All tables taken.
We ordered food.
Some deep fried pickles.
Food was a shits, but it was just nice.
It was nice to be there.
Deep fried pick.
I don't know why she ordered that.
About four grand later, I shit you not, about four grand.
we went home we went home we felt refreshed we felt good we turned on the TV and there's
bonnie henry oh my god and i'm like i actually thought bonnie henry she's still talking like she's
actually speaking still i wasn't even thinking about bonnie henry and i start getting acquainted with the
rules the covid rules again and i learn son of a bitch is
cold in there. Just a few of the rules, guys. I know you already know it, but people who live
alone can see only one or two people. Did you know that? You can only social socialize with people
in your household. Outdoor gatherings. Bad. Right? Bad. And then Bonnie Henry. Oh, for fuck
sakes. Oh, maybe I'm just getting annoyed talking about it. Why are we listening to these people?
We're actually listening to these people. To holding the line. We need to hold the line. We need to hold the
These are the people running our country.
And they all say the same shit.
Enough is enough.
Enough is enough.
Can't you get some new material?
They're running our country.
I come home to Bonnie Henry teaching me how to fuck.
It's insanity.
This is insane.
Bonnie Henry is encouraging.
They're encouraging all of them.
Glory holes.
Like, what the fuck?
I had to Google Gloryhole.
It's not a pretty thing.
I'm thinking, holy shit.
My kids were 18, you'd be encouraging them to build a glory hole in your home.
I'm trying not to get worked up.
I'm refreshed.
But when I hear say no to the party, just say no to...
I lose my shit.
It means that I can say without qualms, no, I'm sorry, I can't come.
There are some people that don't understand it.
Excuse me?
You probably can't.
Well, no.
You look like you can.
Do you?
I don't know.
I need to edit it that out.
People in my life who maybe don't quite get it.
What is so funny?
What about people in your life?
Maybe you don't get it.
You ever think of that?
Has she ever thought of that?
Maybe you don't get it.
B.H.
Speaking of B.H.
You know what we can't say?
BP. They don't want to, that's another rule coming up, I think. You can't say B, you can't say
bad pussy. Okay, that, that, you can't say that. You can't sing bad pussy. So it is partly
about making it okay to not have people over this year to say let's try something different.
Let's try something different guys. Glory holes, right? Well, that'd be different. I knew it.
knew that was going to happen.
Saturday night, by the way.
Okay.
Settled down.
Let's try to support each other in a way that doesn't have those expectations of us having to come to,
or us not having, but us coming together in a way that could put people at risk.
So, yes, you can say no to the party this year.
Can I?
Can I, Mommy?
Can I say no to the party?
Did you guys know?
I just want to tell you something.
If someone's having a party, you can say,
say no to it. God, she thinks she's Mrs. Reagan. They think they're celebrities. She's doing
commercials, guys. Dr. Tam is talking to Santa. Like Santa would talk to Dr. Tam. You must say no
to the party. Oh, must die. Must die, Bonnie? Oh, what if I don't? Hmm? We'll get back to that.
I think the vast majority of people in British Columbia, who I hear from, who I talk to, understand that this is a most challenging and year that we've ever experienced.
Because of you.
Because of people like you.
I don't know.
She goes on to talk about hold virtual parties on rap gifts on the video, on the Skype and the Zoom.
I'm fucking doing that.
Are you kidding me?
I'm not doing that.
Hold.
No, that was back in March.
I'm not going to do no Zoom party.
And I'm not going to talk to my parents on Skype.
I swear to God, if my wife on Christmas
grabs a computer and starts Skyping and Zoom and everybody
and tells me to come over to talk to them on the computer.
No.
Who wants to do that?
I can't get it through my head.
I can't make sense of this, guys.
I was up at Mount Washington.
I've never seen so many people gathered.
But I can't gather with my...
own parents that live up the alley one block away for Christmas.
I can't have them over on my deck that I just built outside
and have like a Christmas drink with them on Christmas.
They're not allowed to come over.
I'm not allowed to go over to their house.
She went on to say,
it doesn't mean we can't celebrate.
That's exactly what it means.
I really don't know what to think anymore.
I don't know what to think anymore.
Am I the wrong one?
You know what's all right to be wrong.
right unless you're in the RCMP. You're not allowed to fail at anything. But now I can be wrong
and I can admit it, even though I admitted it back then. I think I was only one that admitted it when I was
wrong. But it's all right to be wrong and maybe I'm wrong voicing. Maybe my opinion's wrong.
Opinions can't be wrong. Yeah, they can't. Opinions can be wrong all the time. And maybe mine is.
I had a conversation with a buddy when I got back. And I don't know how we got on the topic.
but we start talking about COVID
and he's like oh god am I really having this conversation with you
you're one of those guys
and I'm like well dude like
I don't know like who are we doing this for it
three people under the age of 18
in all of Canada
died from it if I have that correct I think
New York
two people under the 18
It's either New York or California, two people under 18.
And they got more, California's got more people in all of Canada.
Two people under the age 18 died from it.
In Canada, it's like 50 people have died from it from the age 40 and under.
And this is what we're doing.
He makes a good point.
Clint, we're doing it for the old people.
How do you even argue that, right?
Okay.
We don't want the old people getting it.
I get you.
I don't, but when I brought up those things,
stats, they don't want to hear it.
It means nothing to them.
99.5% survival rate, 99.9.9.
None of that makes survival rate.
Makes no difference to them.
Some people just don't want to hear it.
No, I believe in what I believe, and I'm not going to, you're not going to change my mind.
I won't let you.
I could have said, I could have said, the only people that are dying from it are 70 and up.
I could have said that.
It still wouldn't have mattered.
yeah but they're still dying for them well then they stay home right don't punish all the age groups
focus on saving 70 and 80 you don't have enough hospitals build some more hospitals you've had
eight months Jesus Christ I don't like saying that word but I shouldn't have said that word and then he says
and I say what are you doing this weekend and he's like uh well I'm going to Victoria with a bunch of friends
I'm like, what?
You're...
How can you say everything that you just said?
You're not even following the rules.
I think it'd be different if people were actually listening.
Are we listening?
Are you listening?
I don't feel like anybody's...
If you were really listening, I think you'd be really angry.
Rules are gay.
I think he said.
I don't think we're listening.
I'll tell you who's listening, though.
Langley, R.C.N.P. are listening?
Oh, my God.
I said months ago that nobody would write a ticket.
Cops aren't lunatic.
ticks. That was my words. When Mike Farnworth came out with this $2,000 ticket. What does Langley
RCMP do? They give a pastor a ticket. $2,300. So this guy. Oh, the bylaws. Buy loss.
Buy loss. Hi, bylaws. You know what they do? They like to call the police and say,
hey, can you, RCMP, can you assist us or any police service? We got a difficult thing that we
got to go do. Can you come get, you got guns. Can you come help us out?
So that's what Langley RCMP do.
They go to a church.
It's funny because I love the RCMP.
I also love to make fun of them.
And that's what I'm going to do, guys.
Whether you like it or not, I'm going to make fun of you.
I got to make fun of you.
This is Rebel News.
They show up.
And I kind of like the reporter.
Even though she's against the police.
Just being honest.
And I feel for the cops, because I know exactly what they're going through.
Let's just watch a bit of this, okay?
Standing in front of Riverside Calvary Chapel in Langley, BC,
where a group of Christians have gathered,
this is the second service today, deemed non-essential,
by Dr. Bonnie Henry until at least December 7th.
She wants people to hold their breath that in two weeks,
the freedom to practice religion may be possible if cases stop in the midst of cold,
and flu season, but enough is enough.
Oh God, don't use that word, please.
Okay, I said I liked you.
Don't say enough is enough.
They've got signs here.
They've got hand sanitizer.
They've got everything that you would want to see if you're worried about spreading COVID.
But let's take a look.
Yeah, I don't want to interrupt your worship service.
I'm just basically here.
Two says the Bile officer that's here, okay?
So that's why I'm here.
I hate it when they say that.
Sorry, dude.
I know it's a news cameras on you
but now you're not just there
to assist the bylaw
You can see behind me
even though the church has been told
for now they're going to be left alone
They will not be disturbing the service
There's more manpower here now
I think there's about six or seven officers
All in line
Sunday morning during a church service
You guys saw the signs plastic
Langley why are you doing that
If she's telling the truth
I think she has one two three four five six or seven one
We need the corporal up here.
Guaranteed.
Guaranteed.
It's not looking like a super spreader church to me.
But nevertheless, this is the most pressing crime, I guess, right now in Langley, BC.
Let me tell you something.
That reporter's right, it is.
For the most part, Langley.
Man, if you want to live somewhere, you live in Langley.
So what's the plan here today for the Christians?
We're just discussing that right now with my supervisor.
All right.
So what did you tell them so far?
We didn't tell them anything so far.
I just got some information from one of the contacts,
and that was as far as we went.
Right.
I heard one of the things they said was, you know,
not to interrupt a religious service.
Can you speak into that law at all?
I won't be answering any questions right now.
I'll direct you to my supervisor, okay?
Okay.
Sounds good.
Is he here now or he or she?
Yes, one of them is here right now.
Perfect.
Thank you.
Cops fucking.
Sorry, I got to stop swearing.
Cops hate it when the media want to talk to you.
because we're going to say something wrong.
Okay, I just want to show you that church right there.
Oh, for God's sakes, I can't believe I'm talking about churches.
The restaurant up Mount Washington was way busier.
So, yeah, I just want to keep people safe.
So this ain't making any sense to me.
So what's, um...
The blue part's a ticket, guys.
It's a violation ticket.
He's just assisting bylaws, but we're doing the dirty work.
They give a pastor $2,300 fine for breaking COVID rules.
For praying.
They just want to pray.
I can't believe we're listening to...
Why are the RCMP doing this?
Why are they listening?
Donnie Henry.
She's a doctor.
Tam.
Tammy, you're a doctor.
Why are they listening to those people?
Are they even...
They...
They're doctors.
They didn't sign up to run a country.
Do even know who runs B.C.?
I didn't even know who ran BC.
Hold on a second.
I just want to show you something.
Who's the BC Premier?
Like, where's this guy been?
We listen to doctors.
BC Premier backtracks on his own Christmas plans.
What's his name?
I honestly, I don't even know his name.
Isn't that something?
Horgan, yeah.
John Horgan, that's it.
You know what he did, right?
He says to the media.
Ellie and I are planning to get together with my son and daughter-in-law over the holidays.
No.
No, dude.
You're not allowed to.
Don't you know that?
You dummy.
How can he be so stupid?
He doesn't even know the rules.
He's not even doing his job.
He's just letting doctors run the country.
Run British Columbia.
Let's go back to the church.
No, if you want to speed it, have these speeches on the back.
Thank you, sir.
Okay.
Have a good day, guys.
All right.
It seems biased, but I'm not a charter of rights expert, but it does seem like a line has been crossed.
Line has been crossed.
I'm not even a religious guy.
I love religious people.
I do.
I can't believe that we would do something so chicken shit.
Why are we enforcing this?
Why are they enforcing this?
You don't have to.
You don't have to listen.
There's a lot of things that are in the criminal code that you don't have to.
to listen to and that I never did. You can say no, Langley, RCMP. Who's the bigwig running that
place, allowing that? I would like to think if my boss and Langley went up to me and said,
you need to go to the church and you're going to need to issue the pastor $2,300. I would like to think
I would just say, no. I'll give them a warrant, but I'm not. They hated me. They hated me for
not writing tickets. I had a hard time writing tickets. I love speeding on my day.
I had a hard time to write speeding tickets.
Guess how many speeding tickets I wrote?
I wrote zero.
The bosses didn't like me for it.
I wrote warnings.
Maybe a part of the reason is because I remember when my mom got pulled over and I was around
seven or eight and she started crying.
And I thought my mom's going to go to jail.
She got a speeding ticket.
She knew deep down that she couldn't afford to pay for the,
it was either a seatbelt ticket or a speeding ticket.
Maybe that's why I don't.
don't write them. No, no, that's not why. Just because I like speeding. There's some things you don't
have to do as a cop, okay? Just like you don't have to issue a church, a $2,300 ticket. Don't say you're
just doing your job, because you're not just doing your job. If cops are watching this,
how many times have you ever given somebody a $2,000 ticket for littering? Never. But you're going to
give a $2,000 ticket to a church because they're praying inside a building? If we were just
doing her job. Why didn't you arrest anybody for anal sex? Annal sex was in the criminal code
forever. They just removed it. Because the millennials, they just removed it from the criminal code.
If you engage in anal sex, if two guys engage in anal sex, you could have been arrestable,
you could have been facing jail. Ask me how many times I enforce that. Of course, nobody does.
Just because it's in writing doesn't mean, just because it is a law, doesn't mean you have to
force it. The only time you can have sex in the ass is that if you were married, if it was a
husband and wife in their bedroom. That was something like that. Something really weird.
Just changed it. Simple marijuana has been around. Is it simple marijuana? I don't even remember the
lingo. Marijuana has been in the criminal code ever since I was a cop. If you had possession of marijuana,
you're supposed to be arrested, right?
taken to jail, given a court date.
Not once did I, or not once did I ever see another cop,
arrest a kid because he had a couple of joints,
or charge a kid because he had a couple of joints.
You would just take the joints.
A lot of times you go to their house.
I remember confiscating 50 to 75 plants,
illegal marijuana growing plants.
No charges.
No ticket.
No violation ticket.
There's a lot of things.
that you don't have to do.
And I don't know why they're sticking to this one.
Why are they attacking a church?
You should be up at Mount Washington.
You could be sexual bees in a lineup
touching and molesting each other
just to get that chair.
Where's that chair?
I need that chair.
Like a pack of sardines.
But you can't pray in a church.
Eat and drink in a restaurant.
Everybody around you.
TV's on.
I didn't hear it.
anybody say bad pussy or anything like that. I just am not understanding what Canada is doing. I don't get it.
And I don't understand why the RCMP would enforce this. And by the way, they really did hate me for not writing tickets.
They hated me for not writing tickets. I would write warnings. Port-Al-Burney, management, staff sergeant.
hated it. Langley, they hated it that I wouldn't do it. I remember being in Langley at briefing,
20 people at a table, a round table. We're all sitting around, it's not around, but it's square.
Yeah, it's square. We're all sitting around it. We're doing our briefing. Briefing's over. All the bosses
are there, like four corporals, a staff sergeant, a sergeant. They all stayed in the office every single one of them.
and at the end of the thing, one of the senior constables just underneath me,
that was a senior constable on the watch.
He goes, hey guys, tonight, everybody put it in five bucks.
We're going to whoever writes the most bingo tickets on the violation ticket will win the pot.
If you ever look at a violation ticket, guys, there's three areas that you can fill in.
There's three boxes.
If you fill in all three boxes, speedy,
no end, no seatbelt.
It's called a bingo ticket.
And he says to me,
you in Clint?
And I went, no.
Why not?
Because I'm not a fucking asshole?
Why would I spend my night ruining people's
maybe year?
Just to fill in a bingo ticket?
Just to be able to fill out a bunch of violation tickets?
It's sick in the head.
And the corporals and the sergeants, they loved it.
Bring it money in.
Port Alberti.
That's what the staff sergeant wanted you to do.
Just wanted you to bring some money in.
Warnings are just as good as violation tickets.
I'm not saying I never wrote a violation ticket.
What's happening here for the second service?
What do you mean?
So what's the orders here for you coming the second time?
My understanding from what I heard is that there might be some fines issued to the attendees this time around?
No.
No.
Okay, just to the church.
And do you feel like being here?
I know you're doing your job and things like that,
but how does that align with the oath that you took?
Okay.
This fucking corporal.
He's like, just get away from me.
Get away from me.
Members hate talking to the media for so many reasons.
And you just know that they said,
Oh, you.
Ginner Sharp said, hey.
Johnny, you get on down to that church.
How about your members?
They don't want to go, right?
Where's the sergeant?
Where's a staff sergeant?
They're in the office.
It's around 10 in the morning.
They're probably at a restaurant eating.
That's the only time they leave.
You know you do.
They do nothing.
Nothing.
Let me tell you something.
The corporals, they get the shit.
Let's send him.
They'll send the corporal there.
I'm not doing it.
I gotta eat.
At Rickies.
It's all we did.
We'd go to Rickies, and he?
You poor bastard.
Take your hands out of your pocket.
Does that align with the oath that you took?
Do you feel like it's lining up pretty well?
Well, that's not something I'm going to provide a comment on.
Because he doesn't know what the fuck you're talking about.
Just to have one follow-up question.
Sure.
You said you're here by ministerial order.
Which ministerial order is it that you're relying on?
What do you mean?
Okay.
How the fuck is you supposed to know?
Really?
How are you supposed to know?
There's so many orders.
It's so confusing.
Let's hear what he has to say.
Well, there's a number of orders.
Which one are you relying on?
Which one am I relying on?
Yeah.
Well, you're not only to gather is what the rules now say.
So you're relying on the one that says you cannot gather?
Do you know the date of that ministerial order?
Do you want me to go to cover my computer and do you?
Do you want me to go to cover my computer and do you?
And provided to you?
That would be helpful.
Thank you.
He's like, oh, fuck, I don't know.
And how was he supposed to know?
It doesn't even matter.
I would just say, you know what?
There's so many orders.
I don't know exactly.
I just know that they're breaking a real rating them a ticket.
That's all I would say.
And get your stupid phone away from his face.
That!
That is rude.
I hate that shit.
Karen, don't do that.
I mean, they go to the cup of my computer and provide it to you?
That would be helpful.
Thank you.
Do you want me to?
Yeah, he can't wait to get the hell out of there.
I'll tell you that right now.
That's what I would have done.
Well, no, I wouldn't have.
But that's what he's doing.
Let me get the hell out of here so I can come up with the correct answer
because the video cameras are on me.
But if I was a cop now, I would just say, I don't know.
What, you don't know what order you're following?
They're just breaking a rule.
I'm just here to write a ticket for it.
Really?
So you don't know.
You don't even know.
No, I don't.
I just told you I don't.
Comes from somewhere.
It's a rule.
My boss has told me it's a rule.
So I'm here to write a ticket.
Yeah.
What are you going to say now?
They're not going to say shit.
Just be honest.
He doesn't got a clue.
He just knows that they're breaking some sort of rule.
But he was told, and he's going to write a ticket for it.
It's obviously an order that has to do with gathering.
I don't think I want to watch us anymore.
I don't want to hear Karen or Carrie.
Well, let me tell you.
I don't, you know, I don't blame them.
I don't blame them.
They just want to pray some shit, right?
They just want to say, I love God.
Just let him do that shit.
You could go up Mount Washington and ski and talk and drink and laugh and eat,
but you can't go in a church and
pray for goodness
I don't know why the RCMP
are supporting this law
$2,000 ticket for praying too closely
Oh God guys
What's up next? What's this?
I know
Oh fuck this
New Brunswick
These cops go to
Is it New Brunswick or Calgary?
I think it's Calgary
I don't know
But they go to a skating rink
I feel like I'm on the other side
These two female cops show up
Because apparently there's people on the outside skating rink
Breaking COVID rules
I don't want to I don't want to I don't want to let's just watch it for a bit
Oh shit
Oh shit
Shut up let's go
Let's just go
Hey let's go
What's his name?
We're just going to go
You're welcome to go but you might want to help your friends
What's his name?
Okay there's so much we didn't see beforehand
but the point is they want to arrest this kid
he's breaking some sort of COVID rule
on the outside rink
I don't know what he's under arrest for
I didn't know it was an arrestable charge
it's possibly he won't give his name
so that's obstruction
you know what I'd do I know you don't give a shit
what I do
I'm not doing anything
I don't give a rat's ass
that kids are skating outside
sometimes you just leave
It's not a gun, it's a taser, and he's under arrest, and I have the authority to use force to protect an arrest.
We'll just leave it alone.
Let's go.
Let's go.
Osh, osh.
What are you doing?
What are you doing?
Yeah, like videotape.
Hey, what are you doing?
What are you guys doing?
Here's the thing.
The kid is being a punk, but he's also just being.
a kid. He's probably sick and tired
of this. Could you imagine being
kids right now?
And they just want to play some hockey outside.
They're not going to die from COVID,
okay, guys, I promise you.
And so
they've been locked. I assume he's
a kid. I don't even know.
But sometimes you just want to be like,
fuck this.
What are you doing? Hey,
what are you doing? What are you guys doing?
What are you doing? What are you guys
grabbing me?
Like, why are they grabbing me?
What are you doing?
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
What are you doing?
Go to do it?
Go to do it.
Okay.
We're not.
I'm going to tell you right now, cops don't have enough ground training.
We should be training that once a week.
Okay, maybe twice a month.
Ground training.
They don't have enough ground training.
And it's hard to watch.
Why do you guys?
You guys just need to talk about.
You guys just need to go.
Hey, orcs, orcs.
Ocean, get on the fucking ground.
Why would you name your kid Ocean?
Get on the ground!
Get on the fucking ground!
Or!
Ocean!
Get on the ground before I fucking teaser you.
Ocean!
Why are you teasering?
Ocean, just get off the ice.
Ocean, just get off the ice.
Just get off the ice.
Just get off the ice.
Why am I going on the ground?
Get on the ground!
Why?
Well, you put your taser away, please.
Jesus Christ.
What are you guys doing?
They're trying to get compliance against peace.
Back off, okay?
Hey.
Tease, tease, peace.
What are you wrong with you?
Stop.
Stop.
Just let him go.
Let him take off his skates.
Come on.
They're assisting bylaws, guys.
I think that's a biolars.
officer right there.
Oh, my God.
Maybe we should stop assisting bylaws.
Just because you're assisting bylaws
doesn't mean you have to do what bylaws
wants you to do.
It doesn't mean you have to write the ticket.
It doesn't mean you have to take the kid off the ice.
Peace.
Let him take off his skates.
Come on.
He gave us a warning.
Let him take off his skates.
Get on the ground.
Why?
I haven't done anything wrong.
He gave us a warning, we're all leaving.
He is not leading.
He just asked what you guys were doing to that little kids.
Well, I know, but you gave us the warning and you said we're all looking.
Yeah, this is going on the fucking news for sure.
Just for skating on the outdoor, okay?
I keep leaving with me.
As long as they're finished dealing with them.
You guys ask them to get off the ice.
the ice keep doing what are you guys doing what are you guys doing for what
for what for what for skating on the ocean for what okay okay oh shit don't taser me i'll get
handcuffed get on the fucking what are you doing what do you look
Look at this police brutality!
Police!
Back off!
Back off!
This is why this situation is funny.
Come closer.
Come closer.
Back off, please.
Back off.
Back off.
Back off.
This is why this situation is funny.
This is funny.
If you're not involved in this today,
don't for me here, okay?
Hello Lee.
Sir, hello leaves.
Yeah, look at these.
21, look at these police.
This is their life.
You're not being able to play outdoor hockey.
Don't know.
We're staying here at an outdoor rake.
I dare you.
I'm not doing you take me.
You're playing outdoor hockey.
I'm not being able to play outdoor hockey, okay?
These please are hands up in me.
We're outside.
This is our life.
We're fucking human.
We can fucking do where we're fucking
I've got to do it too, guys.
All because of COVID rules.
Thank you, bylaws, for helping out those police officers.
He calls the police officers.
He stands around if I know what to say about it.
Sometimes you don't have to
You can go
Sometimes you can leave
Common sense has to tell you
I ain't right in a fucking past or $2,000 ticket
I ain't taking a kid off the ice
Because it's COVID rules
You can't teach common sense
And I'm not saying that Langley Corporal didn't have common sense
Guaranteed he does
He was in a tough position
I don't really know what I'm saying
I guess I don't like the video.
And I don't know the full story.
And when I don't know the full story, I shouldn't comment on it, but I am.
And I shouldn't be.
There's more to the story, obviously.
I'm going to give you a small.
And this is a thing to every single cop that comes out of depot.
Remember your common sense.
Your common sense kind of leaves you when you go to depot.
You learn rules, rules, rules.
You're a hardcore cop.
You're hardcore.
You get out. The first thing you think is, what's my power arrest?
I remember I was three weeks in. My trainer called in six and I was alone for the first time.
And I'm driving down the street. It's spring. It's beautiful. I got a coffee and somebody passed me a cigarette that I didn't smoke.
I'm driving around and it felt good. And I get a call, one of my first calls, alone.
Kids on a motorbike driving up and down the street. And I'm like,
Bravo five, I'll take that. And I start booting it down Maple Bay Road going to this call.
And I'm going through training. I'm like, okay, Clint, what are your powers of arrest?
Do you have powers of arrest? Yes, you do. You can arrest. What are you arresting for?
No insurance. It's an arrestable offense. And I'm flying. I'm flying. And all of a sudden,
and I don't know why. And I'm glad it did. Common Sense entered my head.
Nobody taught me it.
I taught it myself growing up.
I used to drive a motorbike up and down the street.
How would you feel if a cop showed up and did what you were about to do to those kids?
Then I just calmed down.
I started doing the speed limit.
I'm like, what do I got here?
I got nothing.
Who cares?
Even though I was allowed to arrest for no insurance.
Why would I do that?
Why would I do that?
it's just a kid doing what I used to do so I show up we have a good conversation I have a good
conversation with the parents I tell them that a neighbor called in they were a little bit worried
about them sometimes you don't have to really do anything and I think these two female cops
I think they got I think they got caught they got caught up because sometimes you go to a call
and once you lay down the line,
you say if you don't do it, you're going to be arrested.
For some reason, police think in their head
that they've said it and now they have to do it.
But they don't have to.
You're better looking at the big picture,
like I did, looking at that big picture,
big picture with those kids on the motorbike.
Look at the big picture.
Use your common sense.
Say, really, what is this?
It's a kid on the ice.
Okay.
It's a kid on a motorbike.
New Brunswick, Tim Hortons.
I came across this.
This guy pulls into Tim Hortons, he's having a muffin, he's older, okay?
Almost elderly.
He's having a muffin and a coffee.
He's in the parking lot.
He gets it.
I don't want to, I'll just tell you what, I'll just show you what happens, okay?
Not too bad.
Good, good.
Tim Hortons has asked me to move people from the parking lot here.
Really?
I know you're by yourself and all that, but what it does is it's letting the teens see what happens,
and then they all start hanging out here later on.
Tim Horton's called the cop because he doesn't like him idling his vehicle in the parking lot
because the teens see it.
They see what happens and they all start hanging out there later on.
Have you ever heard of it?
This has to do with COVID rules.
Do you fucking believe this?
What it does is it's letting the teens see what happens and then they all start hanging out here later on.
Tim Horton's, pardon me?
See, I just love it.
I don't believe that.
This guy, he's not being a dick.
The driver's not being a dick.
But that's something I would say.
I don't believe that for, you know what?
I don't believe that for one bit.
And you could say it nicely like he did.
He said it nicely.
Nah.
But keep on going.
Nah, I don't believe that.
But keep on going.
That's all the driver has done so far.
See what happens?
And then they all start hanging out here later on.
I don't believe.
I don't believe that.
You don't believe the team will do that?
That's their opinion.
No, that's true, but they have ass and it is up to them to do it.
This country is still a free country.
Okay, if you don't move, I'm going to give you a $292 ticket.
Oh, Jesus.
Really?
Okay, fair enough.
Fair enough.
Okay.
I'll move.
I don't want a $300 ticket.
I'll move.
Just trying to enjoy my day, sucking on a coffee, and eating a muff in.
Okay, if you don't move, I'm going to give you a $292 ticket.
Is that right?
Yes.
For doing what?
For not moving and completely.
compliance to what I'm saying. I'm trying to be nice to you. License, please.
Okay, now the cops.
Sad enough. This driver has talked too much.
I can't believe I'm going down this road, but I have to.
License, please, license please.
For not moving in compliance to what I'm saying. I'm trying to be nice to you.
License please. License please.
No, I'll hold you.
Then leave now.
Okay.
Okay. No, okay. I'll leave. No, no, I'll leave. Then leave now. I'll leave. Then leave now.
They've come to an agreement, right? The cop said, I'm going to give you a ticket if you don't leave. He says, okay, fuck it. This is something I don't want to go down. I'll leave. The cop says, then leave now.
They've come to an agreement. It's over. Okay.
Oh my fuck
Okay he starts this car
I was nice to you
I gave you a chance
Get out
If I catch you back here
It will be a $290
What's your name sir
Constable John Thompson
Okay thank you John
Okay
I would still like to see your driver's license though
Okay so he threw it in reverse
You heard it
Driver asked for the
Constable's name
Now he wants to see his driver's license
Why
Why not just call it a day
Let him go
He has it in reverse
You just ask for your name
You can leave now.
You can go.
That could be the end of it.
No.
Constable John Thompson.
Okay, thank you, John.
Okay.
I would still like to see your driver's license, though.
Well, I'm okay.
No, I would like to see it, sir.
He would like to see it, sir.
Stop right there.
You stop it right there, sir.
Well, I'm okay.
No, I would like to see it, sir.
Stop right there.
Driver's license.
Just a minute, I'll back up.
Doesn't matter.
You don't have to.
Stop right where you are.
How long is this going to go on?
I have no idea.
No idea.
I don't like it any more than you do, but I'm doing a job.
Are you doing your job, dude?
Are you doing your job?
If you're doing your job, you would have just let the guy go.
But you need a year off because you hate your job.
You're done mentally.
You need a break.
I'll be right back.
It was nice to you.
I asked you to leave.
You gave me a hard time.
So now you're getting a ticket under the failure to comply with the direction of the emergency measures act.
you did sir okay you didn't want to leave don't try arguing now if you want to take it up with
something you can take it up with the sergeant at the office i'm not dealing with you or you can go to
court you can contest it okay when the court 292 50 you can pay it at any service new bronzo
you can pay it online okay do you want it on court do you want to go to court in english or in
french i'm english do you want it in english yes of course i do okay you have a driver's license
back thank you very much you're gonna sign here it's not admitting guilt just i've
explained it to you i'm not going to sign you refuse to sign it still stands
even if you don't sign. Okay? If you come back here, you will now be trespassing.
Excuse me? If you come back, you will not be trespassing. Does that include every Tim Horton's in town?
No, that's just one here in Hampton. Just this one. So if you come back, you're trespassing. There's your ticket.
Leave the park on now, sir. Let's get another one. Next one goes up to $1,000. Really? Yes. You can get up to $10,000.
How many of you give it out today? You're the first. Well, I feel so good about that.
You're the first. You're the first asshole.
Thank you very much.
Do you know why the cop did this, right?
Because he's a cunt.
That's why.
And you need time off.
You're the first asshole today that I've given a ticket to.
That's nothing dealing with the public.
That driver was pretty damn good.
He didn't cause the officer any grief.
But because his mind is so full, the cop's mind is so full.
You gave me a hard time.
So, sir, you gave me a hard time today.
And now you're getting a ticket.
You're giving him a ticket because he gave you a hard time today.
COVID rules, guys.
This is what COVID is doing.
Why can't you look the other way?
You could have gave him a warning.
You could have just left.
You guys had an agreement.
But no, you didn't like it when he asked for your name.
I understand being a cop you don't want to fiddle-dattle with people.
You just want to end it quickly.
But you can't.
You can't do that. You can't. What a stupid rule. You can't sit at a parking lot and Tim Horton's.
That's probably what he does every morning. And he looks forward to it. I'm going to have my coffee. I'm going to have my muffin.
He's not bugging anybody. Except for a Tim Horton's employee. The cop thinks he's got to nail him to the wall with that. Why?
And why am I so rattled? Do we even want to look at any more?
Do we?
I think that's it.
What are you guys going to do in New Year's?
Well, I'm going to jerk off and say bad pussy.
Create a one of those glory holes.
That's not even funny.
That is, that is realism, though.
Is anybody listening?
I don't know.
The cops are.
Some of the cops are.
I wish you'd stop.
You don't have to write those tickets, guys.
And don't you love that part with a pastor where she asked that, I think it was a bylaw officer?
Nah, we can't go in.
Yeah, how many people are in there right now?
I haven't counted.
I don't know.
Is it okay if I just take a look?
Yeah, we don't do it on.
Okay, that's fine.
If you guys don't want us to enter, we can't.
That's fine.
Let's go back.
Okay.
Think about that for a second.
Think about that for a second if you're going to have a New Year's party, and I shouldn't be saying this.
I built a deck.
Maybe you built a deck.
Maybe you haven't attached the stairs yet.
You haven't a party.
The cops come to your front door.
They knock on the door.
It's locked.
They can't get in.
They go to the rear of the back of the backyard.
There they are underneath the deck, but they can't get up here.
There's no stairs.
If you let them in your house, they're going to see that you have broken COVID rules.
If you let them up the deck,
they're going to see that you broke COVID rules.
If they can't get into your house and they can't get up your deck,
you haven't broken anything.
And then they leave.
Yes, they're not allowed in.
They're not allowed inside the house unless you invite them inside the house.
And I don't want any cops at my house on the ears, okay, by the way?
Don't do it.
Guys, subscribe to my channel.
I am so rusty because I haven't done this for a while,
but I've hit a milestone.
I've hit nearly 240,000 minutes.
watch time minutes on my YouTube and I'm not going to get into why that means something but it
means a lot I need a thousand subscribers and my far cry from it I appreciate everybody that has
subscribed keep on subscribing I'm going to get better there are so many good things I want to
talk about but I have to talk to my I have to talk to some lawyers first I'm going to do another

a hot tub party, let's say.
Disconnect the stairs.
Okay.
That's it.
Bye-bye.
