and say Merry Christmas
Wife's not happy with me for being down here
I don't know
I'm going to do that right now
and I want to give you a gift
First of all I want to say
Thank you for working
if you're working tonight, it's Christmas Eve.
If you have to work tomorrow, thanks for working.
It sucks for most.
It sucks when you work Christmas.
It does.
But hopefully, you have a boss that said,
guys, work from home.
You don't have to work from home.
Put your uniform on at home, grab a radio,
go home, be home, hang out at home.
If we need you, well, we'll call you on the radio.
Hopefully, why not?
do that.
Might not do that.
And if you can't do that, hopefully you're making some turkey sandwiches at work and maybe
you've got a dinner going on.
Or how about sleeping?
Bosses need to start letting members sleep.
Hello, union.
Would that be so terrible?
Firefighters do it.
I know a firefighter who's in the family.
Sometimes he goes to bed at 10 and he doesn't wake up till 6.
Why can't police do that?
and you should be able to do that tonight and tomorrow night.
Why not work below minimums?
You do it every other night, right?
Why not work below minimums?
Is that so terrible?
Is that so crazy to think?
We're all about mental health, right?
Right?
We want good mental health.
We don't want to have mental illness.
But yet they want you to stay up at night.
You will not sleep.
You're not going to bed.
Stay awake.
feel drunk all night long make mistakes
why can't we sleep at night
to this day I still don't understand it
have beds
firefighters have beds why can't police
why don't we
you guys really deserve
to have a cot at work
where you can crash for a couple hours
maybe four hours
how about that I got a gift
and I really don't know
what to say about this but uh but uh i thought what can i give you guys for christmas some of you know

he told me about it and i went and did it i'm gonna show it to you see this mother effort
that these are my my health records from e-div health authority i don't know from e-div okay
You can get a copy of your health records.
Did you know this?
From before you were a cop, it starts when you were an applicant.
I got my health records.
I couldn't believe.
I went through it.
I couldn't believe what I had seen in it.
I compared all my hearing, audiograms.
I think they're called audiograms.
From before I was a cop to the last day I was a cop.
Turns out my hearing's gone down.
Anyways, get your health records.
I'm flipping through it.
I had no idea.
I'm flipping through it and I had no idea.
I was shocked when I found this out.
There's one little piece of paper in here.
And I remember back when I worked a mission,
for whatever reason, I think I wanted my bunions knocked off.
And they wanted, in order to do that,
I needed to get some tubes down my...
I was getting checked to see if,
a tube could go down my nose and stuff like that.
If you got bunions, get some, and you want some time off, get your bunions done, okay?
I wish I would have did it while I was a cop.
If you got a bunion on each foot, that's like, that could be up to two years off, paid.
I shouldn't have said that.
Anyways, so I ended up, I never got my bunions done, but I went to this doctor and they took a scan
of my head.
I never followed up with the doctor after the scan.
I just assumed the scan was fine.
years later I get a copy of my health records I got a deviated septum how did I get the deviated septum
I remember I got in a bar fight at the sh-not a bar fight I broke up a bar fight I was the first one in at the shark club
in langley man I wish I saved that video I broke a rip and might have got a deviated septum
anyways get your health records you go through this shit and you're like what my hearing really is bad do i have a
veterans affair claim what how did i get that deviated septum maybe that's a veterans affairs claim
but the main event and this is really my gift this is my gift here this is the main event and i didn't
expect this 11 pages of juice 11 pages 11 pages
ages, guys, of emails.
Emails.
About you.
You get to read what other people are saying about you.
You get to read what your bosses think about you and what they have said about you.
And when I flip through it, I got to tell you, I was pretty shocked.
I was pretty shocked to see dishonesty from an inspector.
dishonesty from a sergeant
dishonesty from
e-div
health
what the hell are they called anyways I don't know
occupational health
files
I was shocked
they don't even know
bosses don't even know
a lot of them don't even know
when they write shit about you
it's saved
get your copy maybe don't get your copy
some of it's hard to read
but when I'm flipping through it, I'm like, oh, that's a lawsuit.
Oh, there's another lawsuit.
But I'm retired, and I don't feel like fighting the fight anymore.
Maybe you do.
Maybe you do.
How do you get a copy of your health records?
I'm going to tell you.
It's really easy.
You can do it tonight.
Open up your group-wise.
And email e-div-end
underscore medical underscore file room at RCMP-GRC.GC.GC.C.C.C.C. It's juicy. It is juicy.
It's guaranteed there's going to be something that you don't like in there. Retired members.
Get a copy. You can still do it. That's my gift. I don't know if it's much of a gift.
I shit my pants when I seen this. I shit my pants when I read the emails. I'm like, you little.
And we're all about integrity and honesty, but yet I got to go upstairs.
Wife is mad at me because I'm spending Christmas Eve on here.
Anyways, guys, have a great Christmas.
Stay enclosed.
Don't visit anyone.
Don't sing.
For God's sake, stay away from your parents and in some cases your own offspring.
Stay home, wear a mask, masturbate, but wash your hands after.
Hold the line, Canada, flatten that curve.
Do your part.
Christmas is not about family.
The sooner you realize that,
that less selfish you become.
Enough is enough.
Merry communist Christmas.
Our CMP's keeping you saying.
