Starting point is 00:00:00 Who is the sole head of the executive branch. Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. I will answer the question happily. But look, when you have these kinds of lazy assumptions built into questions, it makes it hard to have a constructive dialogue. What is a lazy assumption? I said, no.
Starting point is 00:00:12 You said, no, you said, is it my expectation? I'm speaking because now you said, you said, is it my expectation. It's not just you. It's the whole media. In other words, to steal our jobs, to steal our livelihood, to steal our benefits. Oh, he's on track. There's nothing more on track than talking about the fact that the constitutional crisis of our Stephen, this is my show.
Starting point is 00:00:32 It's how the law works and the Constitution works. No, the law says, the law says explicitly that individual immigration cases fall underneath the Attorney General. And I don't. And. Clinton Jaws, I've decided, you know what I can't stand? You know what makes my life so hard? Editing.
Starting point is 00:01:02 I've decided I'm not going to edit this video. I'm, to tell you guys the truth, I'm actually a slow talker. So I edit a lot. And man, the time it takes me to put a video together with all the edits and all the pauses that I do that I cut out, it ruins it. So I don't want to do this anymore. I don't want to do the editing anymore. I just want to speak. I want you to see my mistakes.
Starting point is 00:01:34 See? Hello? Red plaid shirt is. I think he needs to wear it for questions. I couldn't tell you where the red plaid shirt is. What? Every time I do the voice, she knows I'm on air. And yeah, I'm going to leave that cap in there just to bug you.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Today, guys, please like this video. It's all I care about. And I'm going to say something that no other YouTuber ever says. There's an ad in this video, I think. Can you do me a favor and just watch it? That's the second thing that I really care about. Stephen Miller, I wake up this morning. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:02:25 I wake up at 5. I'm going through my TV and it's early. It's like 7. I might even be 6 in the morning. Stephen Miller comes on, CNN. And oh my God. What he does to the CNN host, I just love watching stuff like this.
Starting point is 00:02:42 That's what I live for. And then I watch the view, which is so pain. but I watch it and they have a weiner on. Literally have a weener on. They have stooped. They have hit rock bottom. They put this guest on. And I'm going to tell you what this guest did,
Starting point is 00:03:04 what his criminal history is, and they put him on. They won't put Joe Rogan on, but they'll put this guy on and they'll talk highly about him. Let's watch Stephen Miller. See, I can't edit that out. And I know you want me to. Because who wants to hear that?
Starting point is 00:03:33 Oh, really? I forgot to plug it in. Just to be clear, so you're saying the revoking of those visas as part of the response to the violation of this agreement, it sounds like. Is there anything else on the table? Will the president raise those tariffs back up to what it was before 145 percent? Is that on the table? Look. Well, I'm not going to detail for you right now. The entire hand that the president is willing to play.
Starting point is 00:03:55 I would just put it this way. There are measures that have already been taken. There are measures that are being taken. There are measures that are being considered. It would be incredibly unwise for China to continue down this path and not seek instead the path of cooperation and simply honoring the terms of the deal they entered into in the United States. Put this on TV, people.
Starting point is 00:04:18 China for years has violated one agreement after another after another. Beginning again with its entry into the World Trade Organization, There is not a trade lawyer, a trade expert, or a foreign government in the entire world that believes that China has for a single day upheld its obligations under the World Trade Organization, not one. Girl's not bad looking either. The whole world is tolerated while at the same time China has gone all throughout the West pinpointed specific industries that China needs for its own national security and targeted those for destruction to make the West supply chains. I'm not editing this was an economic, industrial, and military strategy from China. I know, I know. And they've been using these massive trade deficits they run with the United States to finance their own military expansion.
Starting point is 00:05:07 This is a fundamental core issue of national security. And again, President Trump interrupt him. I gave you. I gave you. I gave you. Thank you. We have other topics. But yeah, we do.
Starting point is 00:05:16 Sure you said what you wanted to say. And I hope that you got your response out there on China. I want to go to what is a big one today for the administration. from the Supreme Court. I mean, it handed you all a win on ending deportation protections for a certain group of migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. So you have these wins. I think it was the second one on this particular issue just in the last few weeks. Yet, even just yesterday we saw it. Whenever a judge rules against this administration, you say they're going rogue. Do you think a judge should just rubber stamp what your White House
Starting point is 00:05:50 does? If not, what checks and balances do you think should be in place for this White House? The is not the job of a district court judge. Did you see his ears there? Can I rewind? Green light or your White House does. Watch his ears. Not what checks and balances do you think should be in place for this White House? The is not the job of a district court judge.
Starting point is 00:06:14 To perform an individual green light or red light on every single policy that the president takes as the head of the executive branch. Just think about the premise. into your question respectfully Pam you're saying that when the American people elect a president of the United States of America I'm not saying the the the sounds like you are implication who is the sole head of the executive branch let me finish let me finish I will answer the question happily but look when you have these kinds of lazy assumptions built into questions it makes it hard to have a constructive dialogue what is a lazy assumption I said you all had to win meaning the you said no you said is it my expectation I'm speaking you said is it my expectation it's not just you it's not just you it's
Starting point is 00:06:55 the whole media. In other words, when you hear a sentence like, it is a completely clear question. You say, no, no, no, no, no, and I will gladly answer it. When you say, do we think district court judges should rubber stamp each action? There is a premise that is built into that that is absurd. The president is the sole head of the executive branch. She's the only officer in the entire government that's elected by the entire American people. Democracy cannot function. In fact, democracy does not exist at all. If each action the president takes, foreign policy, different. diplomatic, military, national security has to be individually approved by 700 district court judges? I hear you.
Starting point is 00:07:32 That's democracy. So there's 15 communist crazy judges on the court that each of them as a team working together can block and freeze each and every executive action. Joe Biden was allowed by the same court system. Some of them are Trump judges, though. Why did Trump put these crazy communist judges, as you call them, on the bench? You heard, you heard President Trump himself say that the federal. Society and Leonard Leo has created a broken system for judicial vetting. And God knows this time
Starting point is 00:08:02 around, we are not going to be using, we are not going to be using, we are not going to be using. What it means is simply this and nothing more, we're not going to be using the Federal Society to make judicial nominations at all going forward. But let me tell you about these rogue judges. This is the most litigated issue over the last 10 years, over the last 10 years, whether or not to deport the foreigners who invaded our country illegal. That is the most litigated issue. You want a democracy in this country when Americans vote, when they cry out and they beg for a president to come and save them from this invasion. And some district court judge in San Francisco or Manhattan or Los Angeles tries to shut it down and shield these foreigners from deportation.
Starting point is 00:08:45 He's not the president. Of course, did nothing to stop Joe Biden from and his administration and his officers, the Mayorkas from overseeing this invasion. And of course, we celebrate the fact the Supreme Court stepped down. and actually celebrate what the Trump administration, the previous one with Biden. But just I just want to follow. Nobody stopped Joe Biden from flooding this country with foreign invaders. And I will say to you. So let me follow up with that.
Starting point is 00:09:08 And we celebrate the fact that 500,000 of those can now be deported because the Supreme Court justly stepped in and stopped these crazy lower court injunctions. Congress has reserved to the president by law the authority to conduct immigration enforcement. And the argument you're making. It's certainly shared by many Americans. The Supreme Court right now is looking at whether judges can issue a nationwide injunction. That issue in particular is certainly valid to be discussed. But there are several lower court judges that have raised the idea that this White House isn't following its court order. Is this administration committed to following the court rulings and the legal process?
Starting point is 00:09:47 We are committed to following and obeying the laws of the United States, and the President has complied with all court orders. with all court orders. I love this. Am I going to sit here today and say, for example, that if a district court judge ordered us to, say, take 1,000 troops from Iraq and move them to Afghanistan, tell him to stick it up their ass. If a district court judge ordered us, for example, to reveal a secret location of a CIA base to the entire world, and then all the CIA officers in that base would be murdered and killed, am I going to sit here today and engage in radical hypotheticals? This administration has religiously complied with even the most unlawful court orders,
Starting point is 00:10:29 but it completely upends the constitutional system to have a single judge in Boston assert the same powers of the President of the United States is such an offense to democracy. And on this network, we heard the word democracy, democracy, democracy. For God knows how many years during the Biden administration, when they were trying to throw President Trump in jail, claiming somehow that was what democracy required, when in fact the Democrat Party has been waging war against democracy. They should be renamed the Communist Party and district court judges that are trying to keep millions of
Starting point is 00:11:02 illegal aliens here to steal our jobs, to steal our livelihood, to steal our benefits. Oh, he's on track. There's nothing more on track than talking about the fact that the constitutional crisis of our time, our district court judges keeping illegal aliens on our soil who have no right to be here. Stephen, this is my show. I want to hear what you have to say. I've been respectful and given you the opportunity. but I also need to jump in because time is of the essence.
Starting point is 00:11:24 And I want to ask you about our CNN reporting that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem posted a stunning allegation saying that an undocumented migrant sent a letter threatening to kill the president, promising to self-deport after the assassination. CNN reporting shows that investigators believe the migrant was set up, it was a victim of a setup. What is the administration going to do now? And this is an undocumented immigrant.
Starting point is 00:11:46 I do want to note that, but this was someone who came forward was a victim of a crime, and now law enforcement believed, believes he was set up. Go ahead. I want to clarify what you mean, so we're talking with the same thing. Are you saying this immigrant was here illegally? Yes, but I am and that's why I said that. I clarified that. You said undocumented, and I wasn't clear what that means.
Starting point is 00:12:06 I'm assuming they have a fake ID. I'm assuming they have a fixed social security number. That's neither here or there. I'm assuming they have a passport in their home country. I want this to be, and call me naive, a good faith discussion about what's happening right now. When we use language that's designed to obscure the truth, that's not good faith. And illegal alien is an illegal alien. They're not an undocumented migrant.
Starting point is 00:12:26 Okay, that's fine. That's another discussion for another day. I don't know the details of the assassination threat. All I can say, based on what you're telling me, is there's an illegal alien in our country who's making menacing threats. Regardless of the facts or circumstances, we don't want them here. We're going to get to the bottom of it. And I would gladly come back on what I have more information to share with you. They were set up.
Starting point is 00:12:45 They were set up, just to be clear. But quickly, where is the White House on habeas porpof? Yes, I'm sure the legal illness was treated very unfairly. Where is the White House on revoking habeas corpus? Because you said a couple weeks ago you were looking at suspending that. Where does that stand right now? Well, as you know, what I said is that under the Constitution, the government has the authority to suspend habeas in a time or circumstance of invasion.
Starting point is 00:13:13 Now, what we are talking about in this context is solely with respect to a subset of illegal aliens, who are already subject to deportation and expulsion under the laws. So what are you going to do? Will the White House suspend the Hades Corpus from? But it is our hope and expectation that the court system, and in particular the Supreme Court, will end the practice of district court judges unlawfully interfering in the immigration enforcement of the United States. Under the Immigration and Nationality Act, it's a very important point. Congress stripped the district courts of jurisdiction in matters of immigration. So each and every time a district court, in other words, they created Article 2 immigration
Starting point is 00:13:52 courts in the executive branch and stripped Article 3 courts of jurisdiction. So every time a district court is setting national immigration policy, that district court judge is violating the law. That's not true. You're talking about a law that specific to temporary protected status. No, no, no, no, no, no. They're not saying that the judges can't weigh in on immigration. Are you familiar?
Starting point is 00:14:13 Are you familiar? Well, unfortunately, it's true. Are you familiar with the differences in Article 2 immigration courts? in Article III judicial courts? Yeah. Absolutely, I am. But what I'm saying is, why do you think Congress, hold on a second.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Why? Why? Can't step in and do anything? Let up talk. There is no long. A district court judge has no authority in this space whatsoever. Not even a little bit. Not even a small amount, let alone it is true.
Starting point is 00:14:37 So why did answer me this? Why did Congress create Article 2 immigration courts? Because they didn't want Article 3 courts and in fact prohibited Article 3 courts from adjudicating individual cases. Okay. With your belief, as if it is, that's breathtaking to me, that when we're deporting an illegal alien, we have to get permission from an Article 3 district court judge. Okay. Like a trial judge? Is that your view?
Starting point is 00:14:59 It's how the law works and the Constitution works. No, the law says explicitly that individual immigration cases fall underneath the Attorney General of the United States under Article 2. And the Article 3 courts have been stripped of jurisdiction wholly in this area. There is a law. It's a temporary protected status that says it's not subjected. to judicial route, but that does not apply to all immigration issues. It's one law from Congress. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Elon. Conceding the TPS rulings are unlawful. But the entire structure of the INA. Stephen. I am giving, I am saying yes, the Supreme Court said the Trump administration was right on that issue. One of many examples. We are always right. But let me ask you, okay, well, not every judge agrees with that, but let me go to Elon Musk.
Starting point is 00:15:46 Trump is hosting him in the Oval Office this afternoon. as his time as a special government employee, Christine Doge comes to a close. The New York Times has new reporting that Musk's alleged drug use was more serious than previously known. I do want to note your wife is going to work with Elon Musk, but I want to give the White House a chance to respond to this.
Starting point is 00:16:04 Did you have any concerns about it? Before I keep on going, I want you guys to know what's important to me, and that's honesty. Cutting through the media bias, ground news is the only outlet out there that helps me do that. With each story, you get a visual breakdown of the story's political bias, and reliability. Check it out for yourself at ground. news slash jaws. Get this, Trump wants to build
Starting point is 00:16:25 a golden dome and apparently Canada wants in. This story has been covered by nearly 108 sources around the world, with 40% of the coverage coming from left-leaning outlets. For me, it's important to get two very different takes. The left frames a story around the months of bad blood over the trade war. Meanwhile, the right focuses on the massive 175 billion price tag. And you have to check out the blind spot feed. It shows you the stories one side talks about and the other side ignores. Like this Golden Dome story that has been barely mentioned by outlets on the right, use the link in the description, ground.news slash jaws or scan the QR code that you see on this screen and get 40% off the vantage plan, which gives you everything and much more. That's what I use. And you know
Starting point is 00:17:08 what, guys? It supports the channel, which is almost everything I care about. I do want to know your wife is going to work with Elon Musk, but I want to give the White House a chance to respond to this. Did you have any concerns about it? I don't know if I like that. I don't have any concerns. But also, I believe there's a press conference today with Elon Musk. So everyone will be having an opportunity to ask these questions themselves. By the way, they do ask Ileon Musk, Ileon.
Starting point is 00:17:35 And this is what he said. The president mentioned that you had to deal with all the slings and arrows during your time at Doge. There's this. Some of the people, you know, some of the media. reperquisitions in this room were the slingers. Well, so I, there is a New York Times report today that accuses you of blurring the line between. Is the New York Times, is that the same publication that got a Pulitzer Prize for false reporting on the Russia Gate? Is it the same organization?
Starting point is 00:18:03 I got to check my Pulitzer counter. I think it is. It is. So I think the judge just ruled against New York Times for their lies about the Russia hoax and that they might have to give back that fluid surprise that New York Times let's move on okay then that's question I got one for president Trump uh president Trump all I can say is that Doge has done an extraordinary job rooting out systemic waste graft grift and corruption from the federal government and you're going to hear from the president today his thanks to Elon Musk for leading that effort
Starting point is 00:18:35 to save taxpayers billions of dollars I don't know maybe I'm a weirdo I love that stuff I love watching it let's watch the view the You is about to get canceled. Can we have a cigarette on here? Am I allowed to smoke a cigarette? Because I don't smoke anymore and I really want one. But I know I'm going to get in big trouble if I light one up right now. Because I'm in the motorhome and I'm not allowed to do it.
Starting point is 00:19:01 But I've had a glass of wine. I think I'm going to. No, I won't do it. I'm not going to have one. I can't. That'd be wrong. This is the downfall of the view. They have this guy on.
Starting point is 00:19:20 I'm not a... He was on... TBD podcast. I get that. But for the view to sink to this level, to have this absolute criminal, the worst kind of criminal on their show just blows my mind. They are desperate. Desperate. They won't have Joe Rogan on. They complain about Trump in his criminal convictions, but they have this weiner on. And I started looking around, I realized because the candidates that were running even in local offices. We're doing everything possible to run like a frictionless campaign where they don't say or commit to anything that might antagonize anyone. And if there was anything
Starting point is 00:20:04 we learned in 2024 is that voters were letting out a try. Listen to this. They were letting out a cry that they wanted things to change. And so when I was going around my neighborhood, just as it's a shut up, Wiener. Listen to what joy has to say here. Billions saying someone should run for office who's doing something different. People would say to me, you're right. Why don't you do it? Yeah. And the are kept being, because people would be mean to me. They'd say nasty things or they talk about my past. That's not a good enough reason I didn't think, not to get off the couch and try.
Starting point is 00:20:31 Because you were out there. You really spoke to the people in a very good way. And I was very unhappy that you got yourself into hot water because you would have been a very good person, the Democratic thing last time when he was running. Yeah, I mean, look, one of the things that I always tried to do when I was in office was not just... I can't believe they're given one of the worst people on this planet
Starting point is 00:20:53 a platform to speak. It blows my mind. And I'm not for the cancellation of anything, but they got to go. You go to places that I would have a friendly reaction. I would go on Fox News. I would go on the View and take tough questions. I mean, you never got invited to the View.
Starting point is 00:21:09 I didn't tell me I'd have a giant scandal to get invited to the view. Because I always thought that even if you're only going to persuade one and a hundred people, the conversation is what defines the party. Let's talk about some of these giant scandals. You've had numerous of them. Watch how they just kind of flip through the scandals like it's nothing. Listen to this. You resigned from Congress in 2011 over a sexting scandal.
Starting point is 00:21:35 Two years later, you stepped down from the mayoral race after sexting again under the alias Carlos Danger. And then in 2016, you sent lewd texts to a minor and served 15 months in prison. Psycho! In addition to becoming a registered sex offender. So with all that... That's what he is. and they have him on there. Do you guys even understand the details of what this guy did?
Starting point is 00:22:01 Should I say it? I said, why do you think, or why should New Yorkers give you a chance at a political comeback? Well, let me just say this. I mean, all of that happened, and I accept responsibility for it. You won't hear me do what some other people in public life have done Donald Trump or Andrew Cuomo or Eric Adams. I'm a victim. They persecuted me for no reason. I was talking about, dude.
Starting point is 00:22:26 You can't compare Trump to yourself. Trump nailed a hot hooker. She was an adult. You are a pedio. Can't say it. I was dealing with what I now understand to be addiction. I lost my own addiction. That's what it is.
Starting point is 00:22:45 That's what it is. When you lure a 15-year-old child, somebody's daughter, he's the victim. He's suffering. Blows my mind. I accepted. I did it for no reason. I was dealing with very serious problems. I was dealing with what I now understand to be addiction. I lost my brother's sex addiction. And I accepted. I didn't ask for a trial. I pled guilty. Serve my time in prison. Served in a halfway house. Serve probation. Went to try to do good work for the formerly incarcerated.
Starting point is 00:23:17 And you're still a bastard. You're a sicko. Okay. You'll never get well. And I guess what I'm saying to people is. What are you saying? Maybe don't vote for me in spite of what they know about me, but maybe consider that journey, that idea that we all go through things and we come out the other side. And also, what does it mean, you know? Do you know the pictures, the videos that he sent to this girl? I have kids that are 15 years old. I can't believe it.
Starting point is 00:23:42 It makes me sick. He asked the girl. He arranged for the girl to fly to him because he wanted to meet her. And now we're listening to his words on the view. and they back him up. I'm Jewish, but they have this notion in Catholicism around you suffer for a reason so you can be of service at the other end. So I'm not asking people.
Starting point is 00:24:04 I'm doing the opposite of what a lot of politicians do when they're in my position. Oh, the hero. Ignore that problem, pretend it didn't happen, blame someone else. I am saying, yes, I did these things. I got into recovery. I try to make my life better. And now if I can be of service, and I'm a damn good politician, I come up with answers, I talk to people directly.
Starting point is 00:24:23 We are. I don't try to butter over things. I try to be directed. Look at Joyce. And why shouldn't I? And if it's just because I had bad things in my past, that's not a good enough reason. I mean, look, all I can be, all I can ever be is who I am right now. And that brought me to this.
Starting point is 00:24:40 Oh. They clap. There's a growing sense of just, do you understand why so many Americans just feel so disillusioned with politics? Yeah, I mean, and Donald Trump is a 34-times felon. And look, I think. You cannot compare this guy to Donald Trump. What Donald Trump did was nail a hot hooker. There's no victim there.
Starting point is 00:25:07 She got paid. A little girl in the audience is clapping for him. And I think that I think what politicians sometimes don't realize is voters don't expect you to be some kind of paradigm of greatness. They want you to be an honest, authentic, full person, okay? Authentic. Guys, the pedophile is authentic. Did you not know that? And I don't think that voters are like, I like Donald Trump because he was a felon.
Starting point is 00:25:40 They're just prepared to overlook it for whatever reason. I think if Donald Trump or Cuomo or Adams would say, you know what, I messed up. I made a mistake. I had whatever motivation. They're not in the same. Lane is here. And from that, I am here. If they would say that, I think voters would embrace them. I don't think it is... He's comparing himself to Donald Trump. Hey, Donald made a mistake. Aren't I allowed to make this simple mistake? It's not that big of a deal. You're a sick freak show.
Starting point is 00:26:12 You don't even deserve to be walking around freely. What you did, you don't deserve to have a career. You don't deserve to have a life. is the way, you know, Anna knows, you know this. We are very often told by consultants, never say the word, I'm sorry. Because it becomes an ad and it becomes, no, I think that in all of our lives, we've had moments where, like, I think I should go say, I'm sorry. And so that's what I think politicians should do more often. Well, you call yourself a sex addict and I've been open about the fact that you're still in recovery. So if sexting is your drug of choice, so to speak, have you been able to stay clean?
Starting point is 00:26:51 Well, here's what I. I've come to believe not knowing all throughout the period that Anna described, I had no idea what was going on. He did have no idea. Dozens and dozens and dozens of people I was interacting with. Sometimes it would be about how to fix their cars, sometimes about something going on in Washington, and sometimes it was something inappropriate. And when it turned out, when my lawyers went through all my phones and everything else, they turned out I was involved myself with all kinds of people, 84 people in total.
Starting point is 00:27:15 And one of them turned out to be forever to my detriment, someone who was not of age. but here's what I know. By chance by fluke, it was somebody not of age. He just told you that he didn't know. When there's evidence, complete factual evidence 100% that he knew. He asked her how old she was. To my mistake, I found out later she was 15. The guy's a liar.
Starting point is 00:27:48 He's a pig. He should be behind bars for the rest of his life. And the view should be shut down. And the audience, I don't want to tell you what I want to do to the audience right now. I've given this a lot of thought. As you know, I was married for a long time to Huma Abidon, who, by the way, sat in,
Starting point is 00:28:06 I think she sat in this chair. Yes, she's amazing. She's amazing. And I would watch the standard, and she and she had our courtship during the 2008 campaign. So I was right there up close to watch. The standards that women have to live up to,
Starting point is 00:28:19 and everything from what they wear to how they talk, to the intonation, to the inflection. Very difficult. The number of time I heard someone comment about Hillary Clinton's laugh. Wow. Wow. Why is it wow to me?
Starting point is 00:28:34 It's probably not wow to you. Do you see how they do it? They take, they put the guy on there and they give him back character that he doesn't deserve. Disgusting. I've met these guys. When I was a cop, I worked with these guys. They never get better. they will always be sick
Starting point is 00:28:56 they don't deserve to be on TV where an audience is clapping for them and encouraging them he needs to go away in a good way for everybody
Starting point is 00:29:12 okay I don't even know if I'm going to air this I had some wine I said I wasn't going to edit makes me very uncomfortable I had a cigarette I'm in trouble. I got a window open.
