Starting point is 00:00:00 I also think it's very easy to have political concussion at this point where, and I actually had a concussion a year ago, one of the side effects was losing depth perception, where you can't see the depth of what is going on. America first. I think people that voted for Trump. I was not one of them. I think you were. Those people wanted America first. She did. Yes, you did. Yes, you did. She's back. I'm not going to do it. It's much easier to fight someone like Donald Trump, isn't it? Because he's obnoxious. I've never fought him. You said nothing, and that's cowardly. No, no, no, no, no. No, no. Nothing, Elizabeth. Do not.
Starting point is 00:00:31 Do not. My favorite view host ever is back on the view for the week. I'm surprised because not too long ago on Fox News, she said this about Joy. You and I know Joy. And I've actually known Carrie as long as I've known Joy. I'm friends with one and have been colleagues with another. You can take the guess, your audience. But I'll say this.
Starting point is 00:00:52 What Joy is up to is nothing more than selfish personal publicity gain right now. She wants to attach her name to Carrie Underwood's name so that she maintains relevance because they know the ship is sinking. Number one, number two, though. At the end of this, towards the end, I'm going to play the best of Elizabeth. I tuned in, it's Clinton Jaws, by the way. Please like this video. It's the only thing I care about. I tuned in to the view today because I knew they were going to have a meltdown over Iran. I didn't expect Elizabeth to be there. And she does not hold back. Elizabeth Hasselbeck returns to the table as a special guest co-hose, Sunny Houston and
Starting point is 00:01:26 Elizabeth Farah Griffin. No. Now let's get things to the table. Such a massive audience, isn't it? Thank you, but it's only an hour show. First of all, happy Monday. I haven't heard that one before. Happy Monday to you all. Let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:01:45 So, you know who. Let's talk about what's going on, because you know who was elected twice, but repeatedly making these promises on the campaign trail. Take a look. Take a look. We're going to stop the reckless and costly policy of regime change.
Starting point is 00:02:01 For decades, our politicians, spend trillions of dollars rebuilding foreign nations, right? Let's hear what they have to say about it. Because these are minds you want to hear from. I am furious that we are going into war yet again without congressional approval. She was for the other one. I am furious that the American people have not been brought into this. I am furious that we are doing this alone.
Starting point is 00:02:26 Yes, Israel is part of it. But I, you know, I look at Donald Trump and I look at Netanyahu, and I see two leaders who I think, think politically, they benefit from war. Netanyahu is facing criminal charges for corruption back home. Donald Trump is facing very low numbers and Epstein files that will not, are not, and we will not let go away. And so... So good. So good.
Starting point is 00:02:52 I think that's where a lot of Americans are, that we, you know, we were happy that the Ayatollah is dead. He's brutal, brutal regime. And let me just say one more thing. Say it. Trump has, I think, changed since Venezuela. I think Venezuela, I think he thought Venezuela was incredibly successful. And he's been making comparisons with what happened in Venezuela, with what's happening in Iran. I don't know Iran. I know Venezuela.
Starting point is 00:03:19 Maduro was a piddly little third world dictator. Venezuela is not Iran. Iran has terrorist cells all over the world that they can activate. Venezuela was won and done. They went in there. They extricated Majoro, and that was the end of that. This certainly is not that. He's already told us it could be four or five more weeks of strikes. We are seeing retaliation by the Iranians that the Venezuelans didn't have the ability to do. So I think that he's in love with his idea of being the conqueror and the emperor after Venezuela.
Starting point is 00:03:53 He's got this Napoleonic complex. He thinks he's Alexander the Great. But Venezuela is not doing great things. I mean, I respect. Come on. Bring it. I still respect where you come from, Anna, on this and your ability to broadly think about it and have a part in it. But.
Starting point is 00:04:08 I also think it's very easy to have political concussion at this point where, and I actually had a concussion a year ago, one of the side effects was losing depth perception, where you can't see the depth of what is going on because you're just being constantly barraged by information or political opinion and now war. So I don't like that. Understandably the Americans are fatigued with the idea of war. We get that, right? sit here and we know the repercussions of it, including the death, and I do want to say our hearts are
Starting point is 00:04:32 with the families of those fallen soldiers. Your sacrifice will not be squandered. This war will be won. I do think it's threefold. One, we have 47 million Iranian women who now have a hope of freedom. That's a good thing. Okay, we have an disgusting, disgusting terrorist regime ended. And the people finally have hope to create their own nation again. Okay, so that's the hope. When we zoom out in geopolitical realm, okay, which is not my specialty either, but we have a ton of friends in the military who specialize in this. We see that this is actually avoiding a boots on the ground war with China when we are able to choke their oil supply. And the president and our military are exemplary in doing so right now. They've cut the oil supply from Venezuela, and they've now reduced it and choked the oil supply to China.
Starting point is 00:05:21 Now they'll just get oil from Canada. Iran. And now what that does is presumably prevent China from having an absolute stronghold on the globe. So this is a strategic move geopolitically that we may not fully understand, but I absolutely trust that this is best for our nation. And we should be America first. What makes you think that the regime has ended? Let's say that was the leader is the absolute Ayatollah is dead. But I'm old enough to remember, indeed.
Starting point is 00:05:49 Okay, let's not do this cross talk thing. Right. Finish your sentence. I was just going to say... We all know what Sunny's going to say. It's unlawful. The law is the law. It is an unlawful thing that we did in Venezuela,
Starting point is 00:06:01 and it would be unlawful for us to do it in Greenland. It can be lawless now. Is that illegal? A law doesn't matter. Everybody's okay. We're breaking the law. Law should never be a moot point. You know, the bottom line is that this is an illegal war.
Starting point is 00:06:15 This is an unconstitutional war. Only Congress can wage war and declare war. Why is he keep on doing it then? I think we have to call a thing of thing. So this is an illegal war. This is a presidential war. I will also say, I think what Anna was about to say, did the regime really change? No. At this point, Donald Trump has come out and said, I had some choices for who would lead, but they are dead now too. And so now you have people that are in Iran picking their own people. So you don't have a regime change, just like you don't have a regime change in Venezuela. Also, what I'll say is it's very easy to start a war, right? without a plan. It's very difficult to end a war. We've seen in Russia invading Ukraine thinking that it was going to be over. It's five years later, 610,000 Russians are either maimed or killed.
Starting point is 00:07:05 No, 1.2 million Russians maimed or killed. We've got 600,000 Ukrainians maimed or killed. That war is not over. I thought this was going to be the president of peace. I thought this president wanted to win a Nobel Peace Prize for Peace. That is not what I'm seeing. I am not seeing America first. I think people that voted for Trump, I was not one of them, I think you were. Those people wanted America first. Hold on. Prattly voted for Trump because the alternative was not great and we would absolutely be under the wrong power. Well, let me just finish.
Starting point is 00:07:36 I'm going, no, I'm going to stop everybody. Cut to commercial. And we can continue the conversation. Finally gets good. And they cut to commercial. Unbelievable. 60% of women experienced leaks with bladder protection pads. 60%?
Starting point is 00:07:57 Where do I find one of them? That's a sexy commercial. Okay, I've got a lot more to show you guys, but it's commercial time. And this one is a great commercial. Do you owe back taxes, or maybe you have unfiled tax returns? Or you file every year, but still keep on owing.
Starting point is 00:08:15 Maybe you just retired and got hit with a tax bill that you did not see coming. That happened to me. Whatever's going on, the outcome is always the same. Your balance ain't going down, penalties are going up, and many of you are about to owe again for this upcoming tax year. With no plan in place, stop what you're doing and call Tax Network USA. I'm telling you, I have had my wages garnished.
Starting point is 00:08:38 The IRS, they're not waiting. This is where Tax Network USA comes in. There hasn't been a tax case they haven't seen or resolved. They will resolve back taxes and unfiled returns once and for all, whether you owe a couple of thousand dollars or a couple of million. They can do this for you and here's the best part. They are offering a free investigation call with the IRS. After that investigation, they put a plan in place for you
Starting point is 00:09:02 to get you back on track. Guys, don't wait for a frozen bank account. Call them now at 866-686-0014. Again, 866-686014. Or visit TNUSA.com slash Clinton. Link is in the description. Don't love you. I just want to help.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Scared me. I just starts showing the commercials on this thing. Kind of entertaining. Hey, we are back and we're talking about this weekend's U.S. military strike on Iran. Yeah, so much depends on what happens next. I mean, right now, I think there's probably not a lot of popular support here in this country, purely because it's a bit shocking. Obviously, no one was brought in on this decision.
Starting point is 00:09:46 I do think... You know, I'm all for getting rid of evil in the world. If it's not going to start a war, if it's not going to be a prolonged war, I'm all for getting rid of evil. So I like it. That having the Supreme Leader killed and not in Iran is a good thing. This is the largest state-sponsored terrorist nation that has forever fueled China, Russia, as you pointed out, Elizabeth.
Starting point is 00:10:10 And I think the protests that I've been going on for months, the thousands of Iranians who have lost their lives, this is the largest protesting since 1979, which is a big deal. Now, I don't know if the handing over their country is as clean as it sounds. oftentimes when you wipe out regimes, which we don't know for sure, Sonny. Although 40 of the top leaders. They want it to be messy. Well, I just think we all have to remember that because we don't know what's coming next. We don't know how safe women are going to be.
Starting point is 00:10:38 We don't know. They're not going to be safe. The key here is we don't know. Because it would be great if it happened and it happened the way we wanted to happen and people found that freedom. But I'm not, I'm not optimistic because, you know, when you have, when you throw in with, You throw in religion and you throw in male dominance and sometimes when you, you know, all kinds of stuff, you have to surf a lot of this. And if you don't know what's going on, all you can do is talk, all we can do is talk about
Starting point is 00:11:08 what we see. But I am cautiously watching to see who is going to end up becoming the leader. And it is not somebody I think we need to appoint. This is up to the Iranian people to make the people. that decision. We can't just drop somebody in because then we're back with a shot. Without a doubt, and I think, if you emphasize the point that even the president himself has said and Secretary of War Pete Hegeseth has said that this is now the time for the Iranian people to stand and do what they need to do. And when you look at what women looked like and were treated like,
Starting point is 00:11:44 we have a before and after. Watch this. Before this regime and after. She brought this. This is before and here's after. And right now, these women have hope. 47 million women have hope. Women, people who are gay are not being thrown off buildings. Women will not be mutilated and murdered. Don't we, isn't this what the view needs? Somebody with common sense. Alyssa doesn't do it.
Starting point is 00:12:10 She's not a conservative. She's a full-blown liberal. It's so nice to hear this. They would have so many more viewers. But they're so brain dead. There's such hope and it takes strength to find peace. And America should be first at that all. Well, there's a lot that Donald Trump has to say and do, and I think it starts with Congress.
Starting point is 00:12:30 I just think that they are our elected representatives. And we need to give them the respect of giving them the information and making them part of the decision. And that is why at this point, this is an unconstitutional war. It's an illegal war. He didn't go to Congress. He didn't go to the U.N. I'm glad she's back. I'm looking forward to the week.
Starting point is 00:12:49 This is the best of Elizabeth right here. Here's how it gets spun in the media. Rosie, big, fat, lesbian, loud Rosie, attacks innocent, pure Christian Elizabeth. And I'm not doing it for the rest of the only. Just things. And I gave you an opportunity two days ago to clarify the statement that got you in trouble on all of those stations. I did that as a friend. As a friend, you gave me the opportunity.
Starting point is 00:13:18 That was very, why don't you clarify that? That was very sweet of you. What I was asking is you, who actually knows me. Yes. Do you believe I think our troops are terrorists, Elizabeth? Yes or I don't think that you. Do you believe that? Yes or no.
Starting point is 00:13:29 Excuse me. Let me speak. You're going to double speak. It's just a yes or a no. I am not a double speaker, and I don't put suggestions out there that lead people to think things and then not answer my own question. Do you believe that I think our troops are terrorists? And you would not even look me in the face, Elizabeth, and say, no, Rosie. I can understand how people might have thought that.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Why don't you take this opportunity like I'm six? Because you are an adult and I am certainly not going to be the person for you to accept. Explain your thoughts there. Your thoughts. Defend your own insinuations. I defend my thoughts. You know, every time I defend them, Elizabeth, it's poor little Elizabeth that I'm picking on. You know what? Poor little Elizabeth does not poor little Elizabeth, okay? That's right. That's why I'm not going to fight with you anymore because it's absurd. So for three weeks you can say all the Republican crap you want. I'm not going to do it.
Starting point is 00:14:21 It's much easier to fight someone like Donald Trump, isn't it? Because he's obnoxious. I've never fought him. He fought me. I told a fact about him. He didn't like this conversation. You said nothing, and that's cowardly. No, no, no, no, no. Nothing, Elizabeth. Do not, do not call me a coward because, number one, I sit here every single day, open my heart and tell people exactly what I believe. So do I, do not call me a coward, Rosie.
Starting point is 00:14:44 It was cowardly estimate. It was not cowardly. It was honest. What is cowardly? Is there no commercial in the show?
