Have you no shame? No shame at all? You ain't my president, man. Now, if I'm that cop, ABC, Whoopi, they're getting sued. Now Whoopi realizes because the producer obviously stepped in. And when I was watching the words coming out of Whoopies and Sonny's mouth, I'm thinking, if I'm that police officer, I am suing you for defamation without a doubt. When you see something, you have to source it. You have to check and then check again. So when you see something that really pisses you off, you should triple check that one. As it turns out yesterday, apparently, you know who put his condolences out to the people who are looking down at us from heaven and the folks at Brown. But now she's gone too far. Let's watch. We're going to start with them showing a clip from Jake Tapper. She weaponized her vehicle to conduct an act of violence against a law enforcement officer and the public. How could he was... doing that. How can you assert with certainty that she

was trying to hurt the officer as opposed to she was trying to flee the scene? Isn't that something? It doesn't matter if she was trying to hurt the officer. It doesn't matter if she didn't mean to. What matters is the cop feared for his life? That's it. Well, she's just trying to flee the scene.

Well, she hit me while she tried to do it. I didn't mean to hit him in the head with a rock. I meant to just scare him. I don't know what she just said. What's the word, Sally? Okay. Okay. It's just so, interesting to me. How can, I don't know, there were, there are a zillion perspectives of this.

Yeah. And it's like that old joke, do you know? A woman comes home, walks into her bedroom, here's noises happening, walks and there's her husband having sex with somebody else. Oh, my goodness. And she goes, oh my, what are you doing? I can't believe you're doing this.

And he said, what are you talking about? Look at what you're doing. You're having sex with this woman. And he says, who are you going to believe? me or your lying eyes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what this is. You know what you saw.

Yeah. Maybe there's something wrong with me. Yeah, I know what I saw. Now you can keep saying she was aggressively running people. She wasn't, we know what we saw. So how can people, it's a dumb question, but I'm going to ask it anyway. Watch the same footage and see things so differently. Well, I feel like we're losing our collective humanity.

Because what I keep going back to is, what's that? I've talked about on this show. Members of my family have had interactions over the years with law enforcement. I've had people I love who've served time in jail, who've turned their lives around. And I keep thinking, thank God when they were in those situations, they dealt with law enforcement who looked to de-escalate, who look to take the tone down and the temperature down. How do you de-escalate a woman that is about to take off?

You can't. So we looked up. What are the punishments for evading law enforcement or even fleeing police in a motor vehicle? You forgot about the punishment of murder. Or how about aggravated assault? Look up that one. These are serious crimes, but I want to be abundantly clear. The response is not death.

It is not being shot three times in the face with your dog and your partner. Your scenario is cracker jack, because that's not what happened. Federal law says that interfering with federal law officers a serious crime, penalties range from a few years in jail or up to 20 years. But you get your day in court and you get to live. What about hitting a cop with a deadly weapon? We have to have peaceful protest because I think any time you have someone

that is obstructing or cutting people off, they, she does not deserve to be dead. Then why is she? If she didn't deserve it, why is she dead? I don't know why she was, from my understanding, she had just dropped her kid off and was trying to. She's an angel.

The bottom line is the officer's actions were unlawful. That was an unlawful killing. From a legal perspective. That's very black and white for me. Not allowed to shoot out of vehicle, guys. Did you know that? Sonny just told you. Sergeant, I'm in the back of an alley.

and we don't know the status of the investigation. So that does feel like there's a lack of accountability and transparency. You are very kind, and I appreciate it. So moving forward, you know who has... I wouldn't have shot. I would have spent my time getting out of the way. But that doesn't mean that cop was wrong doing what he did.
