Discussion (0)
Starting point is 00:00:00 I used to be a police officer. I worked for the RCMP for a number of years. I'm now retired. I'm a little bored. And I get to discuss issues. I couldn't discuss them before because as a cop apparently we're not allowed to. But they can't stop me now. And I got lots to say. RCMP arrested Chief L and Adam in Fort McMurray. I'm going to show you the video. It was back in March 2020. The guy acted like a complete moron, ended up getting arrested by police. after the video came out, which was perfect, in my view, after the video came out, Trudeau got up and talked about white privilege and systemic racism. Because it turns out he's First Nations and apparently the police were racist when they interacted with them. So keep that in mind when you watch the video. The commissioner came out and said, yes, their systemic racism. Trudeau came out and said, I'm sure everybody has seen the video, the shocking video.
Starting point is 00:01:03 He called the video shocking what the police did. Adam Shear, no, Andrew Shear came out, called it troublesome, troublesome, worrisome. CTV came out and called it horrific. They said what the police did was horrific. So keep that in mind when you watch this. Chief Adam came out afterwards and said he just wanted to discuss with the RCMP. wanted to discuss things with the RCMP. Chief Adam also said that he was never intoxicated. So when you watch this video you're you're watching a non-intoxicated
Starting point is 00:01:38 Chief Adam act like this. He did everything wrong. It's about 12 minutes long. If you're already seen the video fast forward 12, 13 minutes. I'm going to come back and break it down. You're going to see it again and yeah enjoy it. Your sergeant, fucking, what's her name? Lorna Dix? You tell her chief, I don't fucking tell you. I'm part of being harassed by the R.S.P. Sir, where's this going for?
Starting point is 00:02:45 Well, don't fucking, goddress me. Sir, just return to you a vehicle. I'll come talk to a minute. Okay, just fucking leave us alone. Sir, return to... Sir, don't fucking stop behind us like you're fucking watching us. Sir, return to your vehicle. I'll come back to in a minute.
Starting point is 00:02:57 Okay, you're fucking right. Fucking awful. One five, one five. How's what that's going home? Sir, return to a vehicle. I'll come back to an minute. You got the problem? Could you return your vehicle, sir?
Starting point is 00:03:43 Fucking light over. Fucking do it now. Fucking problem. Right here, right, fucking, yeah. Yeah, that's the 10-11-4 going down. We're gonna go. We're gonna go.
Starting point is 00:04:22 You guys gave you back that fucking vehicle two fucking days ago. How come you guys did permit this fucking one meal? Uh-huh. Come away. You hate, bastard. You fucking pick. Get to the fucker. Come on, bring them out here.
Starting point is 00:11:15 You tell him you if you got cheeses and I'm looking at him. What's that look? What? Huh? You're a son of a bitch. What the fuck you going to come this? Fuck you, you bitch. Don't fuck off back here around, you bastard.
Starting point is 00:11:37 Fucking housecrumble, fucking night for you. Fuck off. Eight, okay? No fucking late. I don't feel this is going to be on the fucking news to the old. She's all the name's not be up for a hosk of a hushin'clock you, you, you, you're bastard? What you said you?
Starting point is 00:11:58 Stop. What I? Fucking stretch, my bastard! Shocking, okay? Shocking, troublesome, worrisome, terrible. Horific, terrifying. Let's jump right into this.
Starting point is 00:13:06 I got so much to say. Right off the bat, this police officer, he's being proactive. A good police officer, they're proactive. If they got time, they're proactive. He has time in the night. He wants to make sure everybody's safe. He cruises in the casino, sees a vehicle, sees a bunch of people getting in. Are they drinking?
Starting point is 00:13:24 Let's check it out. Let's make sure everybody gets home safe. Chief Adam immediately comes up to the police vehicle. You can't hear. There's no audio. But he has a conversation with a police officer. I'm sure it's not a good conversation. Chief Adams upset because they,
Starting point is 00:13:42 officer is being proactive. Isn't that weird? Don't you find that a little strange that he's angry? That the cop is doing his job? Your sergeant fucking, what's your name? Lorna Dix? You tell her chief, I don't fucking tell you I'm part of being harassed by the arts of me. Sir, where's it going for? Well, don't fucking go around me. Sir, just return to him people. I'll come talk to a minute. Okay, just fucking leave us alone. Sir, return to you.
Starting point is 00:14:15 Okay, don't fucking stop behind us like you're fucking watching us. So return to your vehicle. I'll come back to you in a minute. Okay. You're fucking right. You're fucking awkward. Well, nobody's talking about that, are they? Bam, right off the bat.
Starting point is 00:14:32 Nobody's talking about that. CTV's not bringing it up. Trudeau didn't bring it up. Commissioner didn't bring it up. Nobody's talking about his behavior. Who in their right mind walks up to a police car and talks to probably one of the sweetest cops in the world like that? Who does that?
Starting point is 00:14:49 And why would they do that? that. Don't stop behind us and watch us. That sounds a little lunatic, doesn't it? He's telling the cop that he's not allowed to pull them over. He's not allowed to put on his emergency lights because that's harassment. Chief Adam thinks he's being harassed. Oh, not only that. I got to, you make sure you talk to your sergeant, you pass on a message. Yeah, he's going to get right on that, isn't he? You tell Sergeant. What was it? I don't know. Something goofy. He's tired of being harassed. Who gets that angry? Who gets that mad? With emergency lights? Why didn't Trudeau bring this part up? You fucking asshole.
Starting point is 00:15:40 You fucking asshole. That's what he says to the cop. The cop. Sir, sir, where's this coming from? Couldn't be any nicer. Says twice. Please just go back to your vehicle, man. There's some things I got to do. Okay. When police turn on their emergency lights, it means you're detained. You're not allowed to leave. He asked him to go back to the vehicle.
Starting point is 00:16:03 He's going to do some sort of investigation. You're not allowed to leave. I see so many videos nowadays. Civilians saying, Am I being detained? Am I being detained? Yeah, you are. You are being detained.
Starting point is 00:16:16 You can't leave. Okay? You can't go. Leave us alone. Leave us alone, you fucking absolutely. asshole. Nobody's talking about this. Shocking? Oh, yeah. Yeah, you're right. It is shocking. That's shocking. Let's keep going. Let's see what he's doing. He went back to the truck. Maybe he was just blowing off some crazy steam. What was that? He, was that a baby seat? He's deciding to clean up his truck now.
Starting point is 00:17:11 Puts a baby seat in the back? That's weird. Isn't that odd? And he's coming back to the police officer. I don't know how many times a police officer has already asked him to return to your vehicle. But here he comes again. He's coming back to the police officer. Why don't people just stay in their vehicle? Stay in your vehicle. And when the police officer says, go back into your vehicle, why not just listen?
Starting point is 00:17:42 If you have a problem with it, complain about it later. But just listen, there's a reason why police officers do what they do. This police officer, this guy is borderline obstructing now. This police officer is running the plate and he wants to get checks back. He wants to know if the vehicle's stolen. Maybe the people, the driver, he wants driver details. Maybe the people are murderers. Maybe they murder people.
Starting point is 00:18:06 He wants to have these checks before he goes up and talks to the driver sitting in the driver's seat. It's important. It's safety. Do they have weapons? Do they have a history of weapons? He wants to run his checks. That's what they do. That's why police officers freak out when people jump out of the vehicle.
Starting point is 00:18:31 Because they have no control. They have no control. The only control they have is if they stay in their vehicle. Just stay in their vehicle. Chief Adam? I don't know. Is this three or four times now? Now he's walking back to the police officer.
Starting point is 00:18:48 And they have a conversation. Chief Adams still upset and he says to the police officer you got a problem with us going home yes Gretzky he's got a problem with you going home he's doing an investigation right now you can't go home right now
Starting point is 00:19:10 okay you're being detained but I promise you that I'll probably only be about four minutes long you just go back to your vehicle and everything's going to be fine and everybody's going to have a great night that's probably what's going to happen Nobody's talking about this. What else did he say? I wrote it down.
Starting point is 00:19:29 Return to your vehicle. What does Adam say? Fucking do it now. Like hurry the fuck up. Fucking do it now. And then he goes to the front of the police vehicle. And let's hear what he says next. Shocking.
Starting point is 00:19:49 Troubleson. You and I are going to have a fucking problem. Right fucking here. Right fucking now. No one's talking about this. No one's talking about it. What is that? What is that?
Starting point is 00:20:20 And guess what? They had a problem. He followed through with that threat. Is that uttering threats? Some police officers say, no, that's way too weak. I say it is. That's why it's in the Criminal Code of Canada, uttering threats.
Starting point is 00:20:33 I once arrested somebody. I won't get into it, but well, maybe I will a little bit, but my corporal wanted me to do it. I arrested somebody. They threatened the person. All they said was, you better watch your back. I arrest them. Crown went with a peace bond. I was surprised. But that's uttering threats. You and I. What is the cop done? How many times now has he not obeyed the police officer? The police officer, sweet as pie. You couldn't be any nicer, sir, sir, please go back to your vehicle he says it again he doesn't chief adam doesn't stands in front of the police vehicle and threatens him shocking this is shocking troublesome worrisome definitely racist in nature
Starting point is 00:21:25 hey oh man what is he done well he's he's not going back to his truck just a little bit ago he's rifling around which had me worried too he was trying on i don't know what he's doing in the backseat I guess he was unbuckling the car seat, but as a police officer, as a former police officer, if I'm watching that from my vehicle, I'm going to be worried. Because what's he grabbing onto? What's he loading up?
Starting point is 00:21:57 That's what I would be thinking. You got to think that stuff as a police officer. Is he preparing a gun? Just sit your ass in the car. You have to do that. Just do that. If you don't do that, there's going to be problems. But who's the problem right now? He's the problem. Chief Adam is the
Starting point is 00:22:15 problem. But nobody's talking about this. Police, it's obstruction now. I would warn him for obstruction if I was still a police officer. You're going to be arrested for obstruction if you don't go back to your vehicle. The police officer hasn't even gotten out of his car. What has he done wrong? He hasn't done anything wrong. He can't even do his job. Adam's not letting him. It's called obstruction, uttering threats. Let's see what else we got. Okay, I didn't show you the next clip.
Starting point is 00:22:56 Because there's no point. Adam stands in front of the police car after he says, we're going to have a fucking issue and problem right fucking here, right fucking now. He stands there in front of the police vehicle. For 60 seconds, I counted. And gives a police officer a death stare. If I wasn't concerned before as a police officer, I am now. I'm calling for backup.
Starting point is 00:23:19 I'm not criticizing that police officer on what he did. Maybe he did call for backup. I just didn't hear it. I think he's doing a great job. I think he's doing a great job. After his checks, after the police officer does his checks, this is the part that I'm confused at. Everybody's saying it's,
Starting point is 00:23:44 he had a, Chief Adam had an expired decal. I don't know what they're talking about. It sounds like no insurance, but maybe I'm wrong. No insurance, $600 fine, arrestable offense. And he wants to talk to the driver about it. So he gets out of the car. he convinces Adam to go into the vehicle. Adam goes into the vehicle,
Starting point is 00:24:06 the police officer talking to the driver. Adam flips the fuck out, goes bananas because he doesn't like what the police officer is saying to the driver, which turned out to be his wife. He doesn't like what he's saying. So he jumps out of the car. And I want you to look at
Starting point is 00:24:25 what Adam does with his hands. He's all over the place. And when I first saw this, video I thought he's going for something he's going for a weapon and if I was his backup by the way every member every member should have two in a vehicle none of this probably would have happened if there was two members but anyways that's a different story but if I was his backup and I seen what he was doing with his hands and I would have pulled my gun gun out I would have pointed it at him and who knows what would have happened from there but I would have done that I would have did it onward they had a
Starting point is 00:25:13 protest for Chief Adam. Okay. What the fuck is right? Why is he so angry? Who gets that angry? It's not normal. It's insanity. Come on. What the fuck. Come on. Come on.
Starting point is 00:25:39 What the fuck? Yeah. It is shocking. Troublesome. Worrisome. Come on. Rips off. his jacket. He wants to fight. He wants to fight. He always wanted to fight. He said he was going to fight. He said, you and I are you going to have a fucking problem? That's what he wants to do. He wants to
Starting point is 00:26:05 fight the police. He's in a bad mood that night. He's seen the police car and he just wanted to unload on them. What do we got so far now? Uttering threats? Cause a disturbance, maybe. Obstruction. 100% obstruction. 100%. Nobody's talking about this. CTV called this video
Starting point is 00:26:30 horrific. Definition of horrific is terrifying. What the police did was terrifying and horrific. The only person that should be terrified right now is that police officer. Believe me, Chief Adam does not feel
Starting point is 00:26:46 terrified. at all. He wants to fight. He wants to get into a fight. Could you imagine if Trudeau showed up to this call? Oh my God. You know he would have hopped in his vehicle, pissed off, went back to Sophie and started crying. He was being mean to me.
Starting point is 00:27:04 He swore at me, wanted to fight me. People don't understand when they watch, people don't understand why police do what they do. Trudeau sees this video and says there's absolutely systemic racism in the RCMP. what they did was shocking. We've all seen the shocking video. What's shocking is his behavior, Adam's behavior. Need body cams.
Starting point is 00:27:34 Body cams aren't the answer. Police aren't the problem. You can't even, Trudeau can't even accept a dash cam where police did everything right. He can't even accept that footage. He's not going to accept. Who the hell is he
Starting point is 00:27:48 telling police what to do about use of force? He's teaching police use of force techniques. He's a drama teacher. That's what he is. He knows how to direct play and take kids on school trips, field trips. I would never lecture him on the proper procedures and policies of playtime. You only understand police use of force if you go to police school and you do it over and over and over.
Starting point is 00:28:28 It's ingrained in your brain. Engrained in your brain. my wife has been with me a lot of years she'll never fully understand police use of force or powers of arrest and she's not supposed to understand she never went to cop school judges will never understand it which is scary because they dictate how things go you only understand it if you go to school wife is a nurse I never went to school for it I don't know what to do as a nurse
Starting point is 00:28:55 I don't know what it's like Commissioner I don't know what the hell she's doing what she say Nobody likes to see anybody get hurt? What the fuck are you... What are you talking about? I was... Early, I said there wasn't any systemic racism in the RCMP. I was wrong.
Starting point is 00:29:20 Fruitcake. That's what she's going to go down as. She had an opportunity to finally stick up for the RCMP. Took all the power away from every single RCMP member and gave it to the bad guy. Because what's going to happen next time, Chief Adams. He's just going to act like this again. More people are going to act like that. Protests are fine.
Starting point is 00:29:43 Systemic racism. Systemic racism. Oh, I'll tell you one thing right now. There's no systemic racism in the RCMP. There isn't. It doesn't exist. It's just a word that they made up that they like to, that they like to,
Starting point is 00:29:58 it makes them look important if they say it. The commissioner, no, the commissioner's lying. She knows there's no systemic racism in the RCMP. She knows. She knows that's not true. true. Have you ever asked them? I probably said this before, but have you ever asked them? Give me an example of systemic racism. Can you give me an example? They can't give you an example. They can't give me an example. Because it doesn't exist. I think the cop is doing an amazing job. I think he's doing
Starting point is 00:30:34 a great job. Verbal commands. Yeah, he can arrest him. But he doesn't want to roll around the ground with this dude. A bunch of people on the vehicle. It's not easy taking somebody down that doesn't want to be taken down and it's not easy to arrest somebody when they don't want to arrest chief adam wants to fight okay combative wants to fight he doesn't want to have a rayshard brooks incident two members show up to that call rayshard brooks is intoxicated they take him down to the ground rayshard brooks steals their weapon steals their weapons steals their taser stands up violently punches the cop in the face goes to use a Hazer on him, shot, he was shot and killed by police. Cop gets arrested.
Starting point is 00:31:25 He's facing the death penalty. The world has gone insane. And that's what Canada, what's happening to Canada. Anyway, needs to be arrested. It needs to be arrested now. Because total chaos is about to happen. That's what happens sometimes. If you don't arrest people right away, it's total chaos.
Starting point is 00:31:48 But I'm not criticizing the police officer. Let's keep it moving. Fucking do it. Fucking do it, man. Do it now. can do it. Does this seem sensible to you? Does it? What is he angry at? He's mad at a traffic stop. This is just a traffic stop. The cop hasn't done anything. What did he say afterwards? He just wanted to discuss with the police officer. He just wanted to, does that sound like somebody that wants to
Starting point is 00:32:48 have a discussion? Takes a take one do stance, a combative stance. I don't, I forget what they call it nowadays assaultive behavior? I can't even say that word. I call it combative. It's easier. I don't know why they changed it. He's compatible. Clinch fist. Compative. Cop could have done a bunch of things there. It's called police use of force. Clenched fist. Could have took his baton out. Slapped him around a little bit with a baton. Could have. Could have pepper sprayed him. Could have tased him. Could have went hands on. Could have took him down hard. Could have punched him in the face. The cop doesn't do any of that. I don't blame him.
Starting point is 00:33:39 Cars are coming. That's what he's waiting for. He wants the cars to come. No one's talking about this. I don't know who's more of a fool. Chief Adam, the fool. Or Trudeau with a stupid comments. Calling what the police did, shocking. Horrific.
Starting point is 00:34:04 This is horrific. We need to have a protest. The cop. There's absolutely nothing wrong with what the police are doing. How many chances do you give a crazy person? I guess we're going to find out. Touch my wife. Touch her.
Starting point is 00:35:15 Touch my wife. Touch her. Takes another UFC stance. Combative again. Could have pepper sprayed him, punched him in the face, tasered him. Chooses not to do that. I mean, I'm talking. I don't even know what to say.
Starting point is 00:35:39 Police officer wants to arrest the driver. Who gives a shit? Why? It doesn't matter. Let's tack on another criminal charge. Touches a police officer assault. Let's throw that on there. Huge obstruction.
Starting point is 00:35:56 I don't know why he was when he was arrested, why he was only arrested with a couple of charges. Because there's a lot there. the evidence of this guy being a criminal is incredible. It goes to court. He's being convicted. After what Trudeau said, maybe not. Goes to court.
Starting point is 00:36:19 He's convicted. And did you see that? Did you see that lady? There's another person. What's with people cleaning up with the back of the truck? What was that? Put something in the back of the truck? We'll never check there.
Starting point is 00:36:39 Who knows? Maybe they did. That's odd, isn't it? That's odd behavior. They finally go back into the vehicle. I know I'm rambling on here. Driver gets back in, and if you look closely, she rolls up the window. Why does she roll up the window? Because she's not staying, she's leaving.
Starting point is 00:36:55 Peace, it's a good time to get going. I'm allowed to leave, right? I'm allowed to get going. Let's watch. Gets back in the truck, rolls up the window, throws it in gear, starts driving away. You don't really hear it on the video, but the police officer is yelling at the driver. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. She doesn't. That's obstruction. She's arrestable for obstruction. Chaotic. I hear sirens. Yep, hers. He shoots these scores. Thank God. Thank God. Great takedown. That's how you do it. You do it hard. You do it once.
Starting point is 00:38:16 I think we would all agree that's what needed to happen, Trudeau. There was nothing wrong with that takedown. Nothing wrong with it at all. How can you call that horrific? The only person that was horrific was Chief Adam. When I was watching that, I enjoyed that part of the video. Who wouldn't naturally enjoy that? He needed that.
Starting point is 00:38:50 He came out of that truck and he was combative. If you slow it down, you see it. And that's exactly what Saguin's seen, if that's how you say his last name. He's seen a combative male. What do you do? You take him down hard. You can't take him down lightly. If you try to take him down lightly, it becomes a silly pushing match. You got to take him down hard. And it's not easy taking somebody down. That doesn't want to be taken down. Look at the Rayshard Brooks, right? Two officers had trouble with one person. don't mess around get him down hard takedown how can you have a problem with that sherry benson can't remember
Starting point is 00:39:38 her last name but it's something like that she goes on ctv far left ctv and says that that seguin crossed the line he was fully controlled he had chief he had chief adam fully controlled arms behind his back fully controlled i know i've already talked about that but i'm glad sherry didn't to didn't show up to that call. No, you got it. I'll grab some names. I'll talk to some witnesses. You got them.
Starting point is 00:40:13 You got them under control there. Oh, you're doing good. Any witnesses? I'll take some statements. You take care of him. You got him. He's complying. He's good to go.
Starting point is 00:40:26 I don't mean to pick on her. But I think she does need to go back on CTV and say, oops. Can't people say oops? Can't people do that? Nobody does. it in this world? Nobody says I made a mistake. Can't the commissioner come and say, hey, you know what? I said there was systemic racism. No. Went to bed last night, thought about it. I only said that because Trudeau wanted me to say it. My boss wanted me to say it. I was talking to my buddy,
Starting point is 00:40:54 who's also a cop the other day. Don't know if it's true, but this is what he told me. He said that Vancouver Police Chief came out, spoke to the media and said, no, there's no systemic racism in or department? That's a leader. Of course there isn't. Everybody knows it. Canada's never been better. Never been better. How do I end it?
Starting point is 00:41:29 I mean, we all know he struck him. Do I show that? Sure. Why not? Let's show the strike. Struck him in the head, don't resist. He's resisting. He's not putting his arms via on his back. Cock sucker. Fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you. Cock sucker. I'm not putting... You know he's not going to put his arms behind his back. You hit him. You have to. There's so many examples.
Starting point is 00:42:10 It's so important when you have somebody, you only have control of somebody when they're in handcuffs. You have to put your arms behind your back. Police officers that are on top of you don't want their hands all over the place, okay? Down by their belt. I don't know why I'm so worked up. I don't know. Watch it and it's people got a problem with this. Rayshar Brooks stole the guy's taser.
Starting point is 00:42:37 He says, arms were not behind his back. I don't even know how to end it. Fort McMurray police did a great job. They did. They gave them all the chances in the world. They did a great job. Why can't the RC&P just come out and say that? Who runs that detachment?
Starting point is 00:43:06 Why can't they come out and just say it? Why can't the commissioner just come out and say it? Instead, there's an investigation against those police officers on how they handle it. They never stick up for their members. Look at Jeff Mantler, and I probably got the last name wrong in Colonna. They fired him. Kicking a guy in the head. The guy was shooting with a shotgun on a golf course in Kelowna.
Starting point is 00:43:40 Jeff finds him, knows he has weapons, kicks him in the face. Kicks him in the face for a reason, but we never really know what that reason is. They just fire him. And he has to plead guilty to assault. He wants to be a cop, becomes a cop, does all that hard work. Inspector of that detach. through him on their bus within days. I could go on, I want to do a video about that one.
Starting point is 00:44:04 Robert Zzakansky running around the airport looking for his mummy, where's my mummy? All those members, lives destroyed. And they follow training. That was a taser call back then. That's how we were trained to use a taser. Sometimes it's better to tase somebody quickly and get them the health, the care that they needed, because it was obviously. having some kind of mental breakdown. They did nothing wrong. We are so quick to just throw
Starting point is 00:44:39 people under the bus. Just take members and where's the bus? I'm throwing you under the bus. Bye-bye.
