I was on campus when y'all went to two back-to-back national championship games, and you was a very big part of that, bro. That's one of the best runs in college basketball history. For sure. Which run was crazier, the first one or the second one? To me, I would say the second one. The first one, we was actually really, really good

with Gordon on the team. I think we won like 20 games in a row. The second one, snuck in like an AC, just thugged it out, you know how to win, close games. John, you're Matt Howard.

And we won every game, the second one, by like last second play. Remember the foul I had against Pittsburgh at half court? It was like one of the worst fouls in NCAA history. Facts, I'll tell you that. Bull.

Ugly game. And to be fair, y'all ran into one of the best runs in basketball here in history. Kimba Walker's run through the Big East to the National Tournament. That was one of the best runs you will ever see in basketball.

You got to stay ready. You never know what's going to happen. And, you know, you just got to be up and ready to move in a second.

But when I got there, the team was kind of, wasn't the best team ever put together. I can say that. And I just kind of had to figure out and fly out some great vets

to help me together because the team, I'm telling you, the team was like, wow. Started off 0-18 and then we was playing Philly because the lockout was very close. We was playing Philly like every other week. Three times when they had Lou, L and Drew, Dre.

It was just, it wasn't a good matchup for us. Yeah. You had some good nights in D.C., though. Definitely had some good nights. You know, as a rookie, going in, I'm pretty sure y'all

haven't heard some stories especially about that team. Yeah. I'll leave it at that. Who was your vets on that team? On that team? So, I had Roger Mason
