Yeah. And you just... Parasites really like coffee.
Starting point is 00:05:37 That sugar. And yeah, sugar and yeah. So I eliminated it and I feel fine. I'm good. If you work out literally, it'll just like tie everything else together. Mentally, spiritually, physically. A word.
Starting point is 00:05:51 I will, oh, mother freaking word. I do like 50 squats today. Okay. That's right. She can get them bun them diggily, jiggly, bow bow. She's giggling, bow. Just digging out there.

Out of nowhere. We just randomly in the room talking. I look up, she got this little thing. I'm like, okay, Kiki.
Starting point is 00:06:15 That was my workout for the week. I love that. Listen, I'm not professional yet like her. We're going to get into it. I can. Somewhere in the mix, we're about to be somewhere in the gym, somewhere in the field. We're about to get it right because summertime is over. It's cuddling season, but we ain't about to be the bear.
Starting point is 00:06:32 We ain't got to be that hibernating bear, baby. I'm trying to be the little spoon. Get it right. Get it tight, baby. Because these back rows, a lot of flubber to love them. Oh, my gosh. And I don't want to go under the knife anymore, so I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it.

Starting point is 00:10:35 and send it to the text message. I don't want to see Chris's penis. They don't post shit like that, but they add you to their close range. You might not even be following them back. You'll see a green button. They follow you, see a green button and then they enter posting some money
Starting point is 00:10:51 or something like that or some desire. I forgot. I follow Big Chaw's. Baby, he'd be in there. He'd be trying to get people to go to his only friends Is that his real name? No, it's not his real name. He'd be trying to get people to go to his only fans
Starting point is 00:11:04 And he'd be in there going. You can post stuff like that on close. Did you sign up for a month? Don't lie. No, I ain't signed up for nothing. I'll just be in the only fans. I mean, only fans are close friends watching it for the free. Free.
Starting point is 00:11:16 It would be going down. Okay. Do y'all have many of your close friends? I don't even have close friends, honestly. I need to get one now that I like my job. You don't be posting in close friends. I just be listening. It's listen.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Everybody, what you need to see, come see it. I don't have men in mind, but it's just like my close friends, I feel like ever since I, like, started posting nurse content, I started putting people on my close friends that I would just, I'm not posting this to the public, but it's not like super juicy close friends shit. Yeah. I might start removing motherfuckers once I do that because I'm about to turn my shit up.
Starting point is 00:11:52 So did you take people out when you posted the little dance flick or they didn't see it before? No, but I used to dance That's what I'm saying They didn't seem to be for it Yeah What you're about to say key Shout out to them

I love to tear up the photo booth, baby. I swear. Honey, that was our thing, but it was like too many pictures of this one, so I'm like, I'm not going to do it. Speaking of cameras. Speaking of.
Starting point is 00:13:13 Oh, yeah, my girlie got caught in 4K. In 4K. That nigga had the intel for real. Y'all, but the thing is, we were going through TSA, boom. Starting point is 00:13:47 I'm like, you a motherfucking lie. I'm trying to sneak and geek. Just not even sneak and geek, but just keeping something private. You gotta keep something private. I couldn't believe it. Y'all, I was just like, this is. At least we couldn't see his face. And that's why I said shout out to bro.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Like, I ain't even gonna be mad at you because you didn't show his face. But by the way, he's taller than I thought he was. Yeah, I know. I was fucking right. I don't know why. I thought like on the fact. I thought he was short.
Starting point is 00:14:16 No, I thought he was short. Okay. Oh my gosh. Now he don't pull the video up. But yeah. They said that the B-Hantel niggins said that that wasn't him. That said it was up to you. Oh, they said that wasn't him?
Starting point is 00:14:31 Yeah, he said that wasn't wrong. We're leaving Montico Bay. The camera, they got a good-ass camera. We're leaving Montico Bay. And I run into two people? And bitch, girls, brightest forms. A tropical baby. You was not trying to get away with shit, bitch.
Starting point is 00:14:51 Girl. What? I would have had a hood. I don't have that my fucking COVID-19. You underestimate how known Club 520 is, bro. No, I know Clare 520 is worldwide, but me? I'm just, you, bitch. Also, I feel like their viewers are such trolls.
Starting point is 00:15:10 Like, they be trolling, they be roasting, they be doing all the things. The funny thing is the sweatshirt that was tired around my waist was the, it's 520-some-war sweatshirt. But my bootback was covering it up. You can't even see it. But I'm just. mind of my business trying to help my cousin through TSA. Right.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Damn. Couso. My cousin. Oh, my God. Hey, that sucks because, bro, we'd be looking a mess going through an airport. I'd be looking a mess. What?
Starting point is 00:15:36 Does that make you want to move different or do different? Like, you know. I do. It did. It definitely was. But I was just like, I'm, yeah, I'm just barby. I'm just regular, you know, regular, why I got to move different?
Starting point is 00:15:49 He was like, you about to put all that hat, a hood, some glasses. I'm like, I'm nobody, though. To do all that is crazy. It is crazy, and that was, like, kind of intrusive. But my auntie, she texted us in a group chat the other day. And she was like, I love the show. I'm enjoying it so much.
Starting point is 00:16:06 And she was, like, you know, giving us her, like, feedback on you, me, and Trap or whatever. And she's like, and I just want to let you girls know, y'all need to be careful because there are, there are sickos, and there are our stockers out there. That's true. And you know, carry and blah, blah, blah, or whatever. And she said,
Starting point is 00:16:21 tell Barbie 2 that auntie says she needs to be careful. I got auntie. I'm lack. We're stressed. I was lacking, but I was, listen, I keep it. But no, that is really true. And I'll be thinking about stuff like that. Like, I'm about to order random as hell.
Starting point is 00:16:35 But I'm ordering a dresser off of Walmart. And they have where you can pay somebody to come and build it. But I'm like, damn, do I really want a random person in my house? You know me. I'm as paranoid for real. So I'm being thinking like that. But it's like, literally I bought like so many tools I ordered a drill yesterday. and everything because I thought about
Starting point is 00:16:53 booking someone to do some things around my house and I'm just looking at it. I'm like I can do this shit myself before I have somebody come over there. I don't know. And that's for all the girlies though. Behind every night spent making the kids lunches, there's a lot of suspense. Will they finally eat the veggies? Will the pesto

Starting point is 00:17:31 Bell, connection is everything. When I was 14 years old, I was kidnapped and held captive for nine months. I survived, and I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart, and these are the Survivor Files. I just remember... This low, taunting voice next to my ear saying, shut up, don't say anything. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable. I knew if he woke up, without a doubt, he was going to hurt me.
Starting point is 00:18:06 I started feeling that there was someone at the end of my bed, and I just started screaming. They are abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. But these aren't stories about what's taken from them. There's stories about what it takes to make it out alive. Listen to The Survivor Files with Elizabeth Smart on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If your bookshelf and your For You page are equally important to your personality, welcome home. This is Prose Society, the weekly podcast that's part book club, part group chat for thought daughters, pop culture obsessives, and anyone who thinks Pride and Prejudice and Love Island deserve the same level of discourse.
Starting point is 00:18:51 course. I'm Eli Rallo and every week we're connecting the dots between books, the internet, and the conversations everyone can't stop having. I'm going to have to look up this story. I'm obsessed. Someone says. From bestselling authors and your favorite book talk creators to the latest pop culture moments, nothing is off the table. It's like if you can hide some real messages inside compelling characters, then that is a Trojan horse. Whether you're looking for literary deep dives, smart pop culture conversations, or a community of readers who love to think a little too much, you're in the right place. Listen to Pro Society on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
Starting point is 00:19:30 podcasts. See you between the pages. Hi, this is Kylie Breakman. Angel Geratana. Jeremy Colhain. Patrick McDonald. And we're the hosts of the Artists on Artists on Artists on Artists Podcast. The Improvised Character Comedy Podcast where each week a new panel of artists discuss their
Starting point is 00:19:46 craft. Join us for a panel of wellness influencers. What I try to do is faux journal. I don't know. Have you guys heard of faux journaling? Yeah, it's reading. It's called reading. So we don't like to use that word anymore.
Starting point is 00:19:59 Okay. A panel of New Yorker cartoonists. Have you guys done Terry Gross's Peloton class? No! I've been dying too. I'm so sorry. I'm seeing a reading of Sadako in the Thousand Paper Cranes by Audra McDonald's at the Wonderland Bookstore on 14.
Starting point is 00:20:15 That's crazy. I went to the Wonderland Bookstore yesterday, and I heard Nora Jones do a reading of Zero Dark Thirteen. No way. You have to come to the last bookstore, though. Kim Cottrell is reading the guitar tabs of yesterday. A panel of Eurovision participants. And we do a little Halloween sometimes.
Starting point is 00:20:32 Does the Pope dress up? He winks on Halloween. He gets right up next to the microphone. I hear you can almost hear the eyelashes hit each other. You never seen Italy so quiet as when the Pope gets up to wink on Halloween. Listen to artists on artists on artists on the IHeard radio app. Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. Self Care September is here, which means it's time to rethink what self-care actually means.
Starting point is 00:20:58 Yes, self-care can be a long walk. It can be in everything shower. It can be putting your phone on, do not disturb, but sometimes it's actually about sitting with the uncomfortable stuff. And understanding your patterns, your boundaries, finally figuring out while you keep doing things that you swore you would never do again. I'm Gemma Spag, the host of the Psychology of Your 20s podcast. And each week we unpack the psychology behind the experiences that shape your 20s, from relationships and friendships to money, anxiety, confidence, attachment, just becoming more comfortable with who you are. Unlike the quarter life crisis, which is depicted as the collapse,
Starting point is 00:21:33 the quarter life reinvention is the expansion and growth of something. When we develop the ability to be happy by ourselves, nobody else can take that from you. So this self-care September, don't just take care of yourself, get to know yourself as well. Listen to the psychology of your 20s on the IHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. By age 11 or so, at least 70% have a phone.
Starting point is 00:21:57 Middle School is a different world than the one we grew up in. I'm Dr. Joy, and this is therapy for black girls. We spend real time on it in our surviving middle school run, bringing in a child psychologist and a psychiatrist who's raising two black girls of his own to talk about what's really going on with our kids right now. So it's literally physiological and neurological and psychological and psychological chaos happening all the same time. We got into group chats and gaming, friendships and bullying, and how to tell the difference
Starting point is 00:22:25 between healthy monitoring and the kind of surveillance that erodes trust. There's belonging. You could think of belonging as I can be myself and I can still be accepted. And then there's fitting in. Spitting in says I have to change who I am in order to avoid rejection. Then we turn the conversation toward the fathers, sitting down with therapist Keer Gaines on Black fatherhood and what it means to raise a daughter through this stage. You don't have on shorts, so you can't do flips.
Starting point is 00:22:51 You have on the dressy up across your legs. That's the range of this run, from screen time to identity to the father's doing the work at home. You have to get off her device. But the reality is there's a lot of life out there that we don't want you as your adults in their lives to miss out on. This has been our surviving middle school run. Brought to you by the people who spend their careers thinking about exactly this. I'm Dr. Joy. Listen to therapy for black girls on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get
Starting point is 00:23:19 your podcast. Hey, this is Robert Lamb. And this is Joe McCormick, and we're the hosts of the Stuff to Blow Your Mind podcast. This week on the show, it's Star Trek. So we're going to be talking about the Borg all week long. Are you ready to get some probes put in your flesh? That's right. Tune in. Resistance is futile.
Starting point is 00:23:37 We're going to talk science, the culture of the Borg, various interpretations, and we're going to talk about Star Trek First Contact on Weird House Cinema on Friday. Listen to Stuff to Blow Your Mind on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Just being careful on social media. Leaving the club, you know, you're a little buzz that night. If you work, like, just be careful, ladies.
Starting point is 00:23:58 It's the world that we live and we just got to be careful. Literally. Because I literally going to any, taking my son to the park, going to the store, people are recognizing me. And it's, it's, it's, yeah. I've seen somebody in, um, Coles yesterday because I went to Sephora or whatever. And his dude, I thought y'all, y'all know how, I'm like, damn, I can't be, like, rude like that anymore because this dude, he was like,
Starting point is 00:24:19 excuse me, you know, I'm just like trying to ignore him because I'm not trying to get hollered that. I was looking amiss. So anyway, he said it again or whatever. And then I finally turned around and he came up to me and he said, I didn't want to, I didn't want to bother you or call you out or nothing like that. But I just wanted you to know you were doing such a great job on, it's $5.20 somewhere. I was like, oh, thank you.
Starting point is 00:24:40 Somebody said that to me at Blaze Pizza. It's fire. It's everywhere. Oh, no. So I'm like, I can't be bitchy and just be like, we can't be like. we can't be like that anymore, y'all. To where, you know, try to, like, ignore niggas and stuff. And they might be trying to be nice.
Starting point is 00:24:55 That's true. And speaking of that, though, this might be a different little thing. But we got to be careful about the things we stay on here because y'all know we be pushing people buttons on here. And seeing what happened with the Texas Roadhouse scandal. At this point, I just want to go to Trop House and eat. Trap House, Trap House, Trap House, Trap House, and eat. At this point.
Starting point is 00:25:16 Because, well, hey, hey, What are you going to do? And this is so crazy. I've thought about this before. Like, just being a nurse, like, I didn't give plenty of people food, something to drink, they meds, helped them with all their activities of daily living, just, you know, in the hospital or whatever. And people then cussed at me, talk down.
Starting point is 00:25:40 You know, people be doing the most in the hospital. But never have I ever in my life thought of tampering. with someone's food or they shit period like what the fuck i really be like bro what the fuck is wrong with y'all y'all just what was going on with the texas what was they doing they were spitting in people's food what were they just based off the fact that they were black they even will do it like in your black child's food type of shit but also it's not just limited to texas royal house though neither it's like a thing like across all the all establishments or whatever but they say that back in the day, like, black people used to say,
Starting point is 00:26:21 like the older black folks used to be like, don't, like, watch out eating out at certain restaurants or whatever. Like, that used to be a thing, and I feel like we kind of got away from that and got super comfortable or whatever. I swear I was eating at the one place I asked you about last night or whatever. I was eating there last night,
Starting point is 00:26:39 and I swear I was just, I was trying to be so super nice to the server. But that don't even matter. It really don't. But I swear I was, I literally, really had to make myself eat the food. Not saying that they did anything or tamper with it or anything, but it just literally makes me sick to my stomach to even think like, and it was in a predominantly white area.
Starting point is 00:26:58 So I'm just like... I feel like that's probably the nastiest thing that I do is eat from fast food restaurants and stuff like that. The people that be in there be looking disgusting. And then they don't be changing their gloves. And then just... I think that eating out is very, very disgusting. We spend all this money.
Starting point is 00:27:16 I have cooked. Let's get back to cooking. Let's get back to growing up. I'm getting back to it. No, literally I've cooked so much in the past, like, what, three, four weeks since that shit came out or whatever to the point where I'm even about to pick my favorite nigger to be like, hey, we can hang out and we can cook and make drinks over here because. Because it's that season too, though. That season. Ladies, let's get back in the kitchen.
Starting point is 00:27:41 I know some of y'all may have never left, but I know I slack. Like, just being busy, quick to grab some quick food. but let's get back in the kitchen. Men ought to cook too. Yeah. And I... Listen, Y'all had a man cook for y'all?
Starting point is 00:27:54 Damn, Dad, Dad. No. Yes. It's amazing. Oh, no, yeah, I did, but it was like some noodles. It was me. Yeah. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Yeah, like that's fake lobster tail, pasta, lamb chops. Yes, they're so attractive. So I see why men love when a woman cook for him because it's like, damn, like you made this with love. Like, yeah. You got me ten of them. I don't love us in anything.
Starting point is 00:28:17 Play, girl. I'm just sitting on the couch or in the bed and they bring you the plate. Now it's my term to serve you. Shit. Let's get into sweet. I love it. Let's get back into women in the kitchen, men in the kitchen, and let's get away from all this scamming ass shit that's going.
Starting point is 00:28:34 You make the meat. I make the size. We can't even agree on something as small as Sunday dinners. Like, come on, we got to do better. It's that season to be in the house. And then y'all, we don't got to argue about how much you got to spend. on a date, nothing like that. Let's go to the grocery store.
Starting point is 00:28:49 Let's cook. Let's do. And it can be little simple stuff, ladies. Football season is here. Make that man some chicken wings. Make that dicket. Chili. Chilly.
Starting point is 00:28:59 Y'all don't be eating chili. I do. I'm a soup girl. I love soup. Belly game. What do you say? He wanted some rotel dig. Make that man something to get out of his way and let him enjoy the game, you know?
Starting point is 00:29:13 I don't know. I think I'm annoying a lot because I want to be on the couch with you. Are you watching the game? Absolutely. I want to. After I get done whipping up this food. What are you going to be doing? I'll probably be watching it from the kitchen or like peeking my head around or whatever.
Starting point is 00:29:27 Like, I mean, I'll be on the couch probably like the second half once all the hosting is over. I'm so clean. Like, I want to be in your, I want to be in your ball stick. Listen, I want the, I like the kind of, my kind of guys are the ones that be all over. The ones that choke you, put you on the motherfuck. And you could be watching the game and just rubble my butt. You know? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:48 No, that's cool. I'm just saying I don't got to be by you the whole game. I need to be. I need to be in your skin. My preference. That feeling, though, I haven't felt this in so long, so it tricked me out the other day. Like, feeling yourself falling for somebody. That shit's scary, y'all.
Starting point is 00:30:03 It is scary. I was like, who no. Whoa, no, no, no. Wait, what could go wrong? What could go wrong? Because when I say I don't care, I do not care about shit. And that's how I did. Until I love you.
Starting point is 00:30:17 And then I'm cool with a cupola plus. Like when I say I turn just from like this super nonchalant-ass, cold-ass bitch to like super tender, crash-out-bound-ass crazy lady. And it's scary. I don't want to do that no more. That is a mad black woman. Speaking of love, Dejan Love. Oh, Lord. Oh, my gosh. Ugly ass.
Starting point is 00:30:38 It's old. White bulb head looking ass. Like, I'm confused. How? How do you get? am ladies how do you why am i sending you money dad girl i'm confused send you dry
Starting point is 00:30:54 you money huh yeah i'm not that thirsty to be with some athlete famous person bro look at that head sir fucking god damn uncle's first time
Starting point is 00:31:09 his head looks like a the head looks like caspar the friend he goes corn ball jama Yeah. Corn, all the videos, all the... Sir, I wouldn't give a fuck. Then he was sending those videos instead of, like,
Starting point is 00:31:24 being on FaceTime and stuff like that. Like, so, you know, you were sending these to multiple women, but it's just like, nigga, you're ugly. And y'all, bitches, I would be embarrassed to come out. Like, you don't even, shouldn't even come out and watch your little cloud, little 15 seconds.
Starting point is 00:31:39 Like, I would be embarrassed if I got by this thing. I'm sorry, they're too green, mind you. But they said that a lot of them were not our kind. Because we ain't going for that. Yeah. So when we said scamming ass niggas, this is not what we were talking about.
Starting point is 00:31:55 That nigger looked like Mojo-Jo-Jo. Mojo fucking Jojo. Like, you know how like, when you don't really like somebody or you get into know them and they get to doing corny shit, like why are you sending them? Cut, cut, cut, cut, cut the track, nigga. And we can't forget, though.
Starting point is 00:32:14 The females is on here scamming. too. They ain't scamming people out of their money, but they don't hear lying. It's so many fake doctors, fake nurses, fake this. Girl, how old are we living a double life? Bro, somebody commented on, well, people used to comment on my content when I would make nurse content and be like, you're not a real nurse. I'm just like, what are they talking about? And your nurse anniversary just passed?
Starting point is 00:32:37 Tell me how long you've been in the game, truck? 11 years. 11 years. I started selling dope back in 9-9-9. In 1996, I got a kettle of like And put some things on that bitch Finger putting things on that bitch Oh, rest in peace to this gentleman
Starting point is 00:32:55 That lost his life Trying to get a dick BBL. She don't heard DJ shit. Yeah, it's very misfortune. And when I seen it, I was also on an airplane when I seen that as well. And I was just like That has to be so embarrassing.
Starting point is 00:33:13 Yes. And he was a wealthy man. so it's just like when you got money people don't care about your big big bro you better learn how to work it no for real I barely care
Starting point is 00:33:26 I barely care she wants me to stop saying this she wants me to stop saying it because it makes it look like every nigga that I dealt with you guys got a little swancing but they don't except my baby daddy he don't only want to who shit
Starting point is 00:33:39 a little bit I'm just funny you got him fucked up bitch he got me fucked up I'm going to take this show. Get it down. Get them off the neck. It's stylish disease.
Starting point is 00:33:52 He was her. Only one. No, I'm joking. I swear that. She wants me to stop saying that I don't care. I don't care. It's not that big of a deal. So my thing is, with the Dick BBL.
Starting point is 00:34:04 Don't take your ass. So, y'all want, would you care if your man went? You're going to support that? No, because I'm going to be worried about the after effects. Like, is that thing still going to get it? Is it going to feel like I'm coming down on a pole? It's not going to get that much bigger. Like he was adding like three inches or something.
Starting point is 00:34:22 Three inches is a lot to add. I want 12. That's like a 4-14. No, I did not fucking say that. A nipple 21. But, and then the thing is made. They buried this being a gold casket. Sir, you did not need that.
Starting point is 00:34:45 So I am so sad that he loved. us his life. Prays up to him. He won in three inches and got six foot. Six feet. That is not funny. No, I'm some real shit, y'all.
Starting point is 00:34:56 No, dad-ass. I'm not laughing at him. This is the thing. Like, first of all, if you was born with a little dick and then you think you're about to go get a fat dick and you with me, like, I'm going to break up with you. Because you're going to come on me, you're going to cheat on me. I do not need anybody that's...
Starting point is 00:35:11 That little dicks, I'm stopping him for cheating. No, that I don't. It would stop me if I had a little dick. Men do we not can't. I'm not sharing this little-ass dick with everybody. I'm going to get my rider-dye-ass bitch who's not going to judge me. They don't care. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:35:25 I had a-like, bro, I can't be showing everybody I got a little dick. No, but dead ass. I had a man, y'all. Man, stop. And he was going around telling people. I'm like, that's embarrassing. Telling people his dick was. No, that he cracked me.
Starting point is 00:35:40 That he cracked me and I'm like. I'll work with you. Baby. I'll work with you. Barely. Baby, baby, we was rubbing clint. Why are you telling everybody that? Girl, what?
Starting point is 00:35:50 We were scissoring. Why are you telling people that? Hey, tampon did. Listen, I don't want nobody who started out one way and went and got a surgical procedure to go a whole nother. This is the thing. We all went and got our bodies done, but we've always been cute. You've always been, you know, confident, them girls. Yeah, and even then, debatable, you know.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Well, not too. Mom just flat, flat. your shit was like... No, my shit. I always had thick-ass thigh. I had hips and thighs, but nothing behind. Hips matter. They do.
Starting point is 00:36:24 But do not think that you're about to go and get some shit and you wasn't like that before you come back a whole new person. Like, bitch, fuck you. Bye. Because you're going to try and live your best lies. You got to try and pass that dick out. I feel like if it can work... I don't know.
Starting point is 00:36:37 What are the odds of it, like, working out? Can you give me any statistics on this? I really need to know. I just feel like, you know, because with the BBA, you know, it's a fat transfer. It's our natural fat going to our ass. It's not like ass shots. What happens in the procedure?
Starting point is 00:36:51 What do they do? Do you know? I think he died because they injected, I think they basically was injecting filler in his dick. And they injected it into like a vein or a blood vessel. Oh, goodness gracious. So he basically died from a pulmonary embolism. Malele penis surgery generally falls into the main ground.
Starting point is 00:37:12 Functional medical treatments, cosmetic, and, uh-uh. I used to treat severe. I can't see that shit. Gearth enhancement. Procedures like silicon block. GERTH or length, y'all? GERTH. I'll take girth.
Starting point is 00:37:25 But then just a fat little stubby one is also kind of weird because then I feel like you're just going to be like, poop. He got their thumbs on the spa kids. Boop, bro. I need you to hit something. I need you to be able to hit something. So he's getting a silicone filler. So that ain't a BBL.
Starting point is 00:37:43 He got a boob job. Oh, his fucking penis. right he got an implant they said silico filler filler he he got oh wait having a bad reaction having a bend or kinking it we like a crook now that ain't nothing bad loss of sensation or painting or pennies erectile dysfunction we love a good hook need an addition yeah that's just too much uh it's not needed it's not and he's married bro you all are already with your wife so that's another thing like yeah that's if my nigga just up and like like Like, I'm married, or I'm in a long-term relationship,
Starting point is 00:38:20 and my nigga just up and be like, oh, I'm trying to go get my dick enlarged. I'm going to be like, who are you feeling like? For who? The whole time, what if she was the main one telling him? Like, oh, researching the doctor like, oh, baby, you should go get this. And he didn't cropped. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:38:39 And females be dying off of the BPL, so I mean, I'm just like. But it's not as embarrassing if you die from a BBL, than if you die. Man. She said it's like, hey. Listen, do y'all research, do your homework, get healthy before y'all try to go and get these surgeries. Because, yeah. That is crazy to me.
Starting point is 00:39:02 So if you got a little penis, somebody will love you. Kiki, she'll love you. So you don't, you don't have to do that, okay? No, not little. Well, I don't know. Okay, what's little? Little? What's little?
Starting point is 00:39:17 I don't know. I never had no little dick, so I don't know. Because now everybody thinks you're the little dick taker. Oh, my God. I just don't discriminate with one girl. She said. That's right. Pleasure.
Starting point is 00:39:31 Pleasure, treasure. They might have said that he had her little dick, and I'm like, really? I thought it was cool. It looked fine to me. I had a time. No, baby. Y'all should be. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:39:46 All right. Then we can stop talking about. me in because yeah real quick sorry go ahead pet peeves y'all go okay I hate sorry go ahead go ahead go one I hate it when dogs fart that shit gets on my fucking nerves because it be smelling so fucking bad like I don't dogs are a pet peeve honestly I don't want to I used to love dogs but I don't know more because I don't want to clean up no shit and also when dogs come in the room and they go why are you licking your nuts by my head like boom bro? Like, that shit's just so annoying.
Starting point is 00:40:21 You do not, you could have been in any room. You want to come in the room with me and lick your nuts. Bro, go look them. Go look them things somewhere else. The sound that dogs make when they lick their nuts is so cringy. It makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck. I don't want a dog in my house. One time I had this dog and it was my dude dog.
Starting point is 00:40:41 It was eating your panties. Hell, no, no, no. But no. Me too. The dog was pissing me off. Tell my pennies up. But anyway, so he knew. So he knew that the dog would be pissing me off or whatever.
Starting point is 00:40:52 But one day I had put him out on the patio, so there was like a glass-side door, right? Or whatever. And he's just like barking, barking, barking, looking at me. I'm looking at him. I'm like, no, you're not getting in, right? Tell me why this nigga, he looks at me. And then he goes and charges at the door, right? With the shades off the door, y'all, he broke his leg.
Starting point is 00:41:14 Dumbass. Dinky. Oh, my God. Dogs are so dumb. No. Behind every night spent making the kids' lunches, there's a lot of suspense. Will they finally eat the veggies? Will the pesto survive the first bite?
Starting point is 00:41:27 Will the lunchbox come home empty, half full, or come home at all? And will you finish episode 8 before you're done slicing the cucumbers? Starting point is 00:42:01 I'm Elizabeth Smart, and these are the Survivor Files. I just remember this low, taunting voice next to my ear saying, shut up, don't say anything. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable. I knew if he woke up. Without a doubt, he was going to hurt me. I started feeling that there was someone at the end of my bed, and I just started screaming. They are abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. But these aren't stories about what's taken from them.
Starting point is 00:42:37 There's stories about what it takes to make it out alive. Listen to the Survivor Files with Elizabeth Smart on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If your bookshelf and your for-you page are equally important to your personality, welcome home. This is Prose Society, the weekly podcast that's part book club, part group chat for thought daughters, pop culture obsesives, and anyone who thinks pride and prejudice and love island deserve the same level of discourse. I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed. From bestselling authors and your favorite book talk creators to the latest pop culture moments, nothing is off the table.
Starting point is 00:43:24 It's like if you can hide some real messages inside compelling characters, then that is a Trojan horse. Listen to Pro Society on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. See you between the pages. Hi, this is Kylie Breakman. Angel Geratana. Jeremy Colhain. Patrick McDonald.
Starting point is 00:43:53 And we're the hosts of the Artists on Artists on Artists on Artists Podcast. The Improvised Character Comedy Podcast where each week a new panel of artists discuss their craft. Join us for a panel of wellness influencers. What I try to do is faux journal. I don't know. Have you guys heard of faux journaling? Yeah, it's reading. It's called reading.
Starting point is 00:44:12 So we don't like to use that word anymore. Okay. A panel of New Yorker cartoon. Have you guys done Terry Gross's Peloton class? No! I've been dying, too. I'm so sorry. I'm seeing a reading of Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes by Audra McDonald's at the Wonderland Bookstore on 14th.
Starting point is 00:44:30 That's crazy. I went to the Wonderland Bookstore yesterday, and I heard Nora Jones do a reading of Zero Dark 30. No way. You have to come to the last bookstore, though. Kim Cottrell is reading the guitar tabs of yesterday. A panel of Eurovision participants. And we do a little Halloween sometimes. Does the Pope dress up?
Starting point is 00:44:49 He winks on Halloween. He gets right up next to the microphone. I hear you can almost hear the eyelashes hit each other. You never seen Italy so quiet as when the Pope gets up to wink on Halloween. Listen to artists on artists on artists on artists on the IHard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Self-Care September is here, which means it's time to rethink what self-care actually means. Yes, self-care can be a long walk. It can be in everything shower, it can be putting your phone on Do Not Disturb, but sometimes it's
Starting point is 00:45:20 actually about sitting with the uncomfortable stuff and understanding your patterns, your boundaries, finally figuring out while you keep doing things that you swore you would never do again. I'm Gemma Spegg, the host of the Psychology of Your 20s podcast, and each week we unpack the psychology behind the experiences that shape your 20s, from relationships and friendships to money, anxiety, confidence, attachment, just becoming more comfortable with who you are. Like the quarter life crisis, which is depicted as the collapse, the quarter life reinvention is the expansion and growth of something. When we develop the ability to be happy by ourselves, nobody else can take that from you. So this self-care September, don't just take care of yourself,
Starting point is 00:46:00 get to know yourself as well. Listen to the psychology of your 20s on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. By age 11 or so, at least 70% have a phone. Middle school is a different world than the one we grew up in. I'm Dr. Joy, and this is therapy for black girls. We spent real time on it in our surviving middle school run, bringing in a child psychologist and a psychiatrist who's raising two black girls of his own to talk about what's really going on with our kids right now.
Starting point is 00:46:30 So it's literally physiological and neurological and psychological and psychological chaos happening all this same job. We got into group chats and gaming, friendships and bullying, and how to tell the difference between healthy monitoring and the kind of surveillance that erodes trust. There's belonging. You can think of belonging as I can be myself and I can still be accepted.
Starting point is 00:46:50 And then there's fitting in. Spitting in says I have to change who I am in order to avoid rejection. Then we turn the conversation toward the fathers, sitting down with therapist Keer Gaines on Black fatherhood and what it means to raise a daughter through this stage. You don't have on shorts so you can't do flips. You have on the dress. You have to cross your legs.
Starting point is 00:47:09 That's the range of this run. From screen time to identity to the father's doing the work at home. You have to get off her device. But the reality is there's a lot of life out there that we don't want you as your adults in their lives to miss out on. This has been our surviving middle school run. Brought to you by the people who spend their careers thinking about exactly this. I'm Dr. Joy. Listen to Therapy for Black Girls on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Starting point is 00:47:36 Hey, this is Robert Lamb. And this is Joe McCormick. And we're the hosts of the Stuff to Blow Your Mind podcast. This week on the show, it's Star Trek. So we're going to be talking about the Borg all week long. Are you ready to get some probes put in your flesh? That's right. Tune in. Resistance is futile.
Starting point is 00:47:52 We're going to talk science, the culture of the board, various interpretations, and we're going to talk about Star Trek First Contact on Weird House Cinema on Friday. Listen to stuff to blow your mind on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. And then it was like, you was trying to be funny. That's what the fuck you get. No, but what? He was mad at you. with me.
Starting point is 00:48:16 Bitch you hurt my dog. I kicked his dog. That was trying to be funny. He was barking, barking, barking, and then he looked at me and he said,
Starting point is 00:48:29 you know what? I got something for your ass. Kiki. I'm like, now look at your stupid for like a week straight. Niko-on-lawed what I'm like,
Starting point is 00:48:42 well, why would I lie? Why would I step on your fucking dog? I wish it would have been a ring camera to get that dog. Oh, my goodness.
Starting point is 00:48:49 My goodness. Also, I also don't like it when people use the word, mainly women, bitches, when they like use the words. Because this, bitches do this, not women, bitches. When they use the word ugly so loosely, like, they'll be like, she's ugly, she's ugly, and then they'll get mad if you don't agree with them. I'll be like, no, I don't really, I'm not ugly.
Starting point is 00:49:16 I call everybody ugly, but not in a hate away. No, yeah. Yeah, like, yeah. He's ugly. Old people ugly. My son ugly. No, I'm talking about dad-ass. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:26 Talking about you really acting like this lady ugly. And that's why I said bitches do that shit because I'm sorry, bro. I'm not no hater. I ain't hating and I ain't waiting, bro. I'm not. I'm not agreeing with you saying this lady ugly if she's not ugly. Like, bro, why are you using that term so loosely? Also, I hate it when my kids get out the car is slow as fuck.
Starting point is 00:49:46 But just, please, get your. Who, don't give me started on kids. Come on. My pet peeve is when somebody starts saying something and be like, never mind, never mind. Or I'll tell you later, no, bitch, tell me right now before I charge it. You like that goddamn dog. What's up?
Starting point is 00:50:00 I'm about to crash. That is the easiest way for me to crash out. Say what you had to say. I don't want to hear later. You already started it. Say it. That's one of my biggest pet peeves. It's like, whew!
Starting point is 00:50:11 You're trying to be funny, you know? No. You just wanted to have me on a cliffhanger. You wanted my attention. You wanted me to be like, no, no, no. Like. I'd be like, for real. Girl, don't say what you're going to beg you.
Starting point is 00:50:22 I'm not going to hold you. Oh, the nosiness in me, I can't let it die. Like, tell me. I believe you, too. I mean so fucking irritated. What's your puppy? I don't like, I do not like people with bad posture, especially girls. And I ain't trying to straighten up, I swear.
Starting point is 00:50:38 Like, bro, sit up, bro. You look like Uncle Fester. Can you stop doing that? Literally, Quasimodo. I mean, I'll be at work. Look at you. I love people that have good posture. Everybody I know that a good passion was in the Army.
Starting point is 00:50:53 What did they do to y'all? I need it. Or they be wearing waist trainers. And I'm like, no, nigger go get food without me, especially seafood. Now I feel like you want to, you want to be into it. We definitely get into it. Because what? And give me that boil.
Starting point is 00:51:11 Why would you go get food without me? I don't care. Like, that is just. And when I had a man, if I go out to eat, like, say I'm at a birthday dinner. Or with my friends or something like that. You get in the doggie bag. I'm calling my, I'm calling my niggins. Like, babe, you want something?
Starting point is 00:51:27 They have this, this, that, that, that. Like, I'm taking something to go every time. Like, what are you doing? Men are so inconsiderate. September is a national take-a-man on the date month. Now, y'all know we'd be going back and forth for how much a date should cost. They said for these men, we need to spend $300 to $500 to $500.
Starting point is 00:51:46 That's the budget range, so these men can feel appreciated. Hmm. What does a $300 to $500 date look like for a man? Like a dinner? A dinner? Okay, a dinner, what, about $200 or $100, depending on where you go? Probably if y'all getting drinks, you're probably going to get drinks. You might get an appetizer.
Starting point is 00:52:05 Monefuck's going to get, I don't know, lamb chops filet, ribbi or something like that. Probably be like $300, $350, $300. I'm the type of, like, I like to do, fun dates. So, yeah, we're going to go out to eat, but I want to do some. I'm trying to do laser tag. I'm trying to be rolling around doing all this other stuff. So I guess between dinner and something fun, like where we're getting up and moving around, I guess that would be within the 300.
Starting point is 00:52:30 500, how, wait, what we doing? 500 is a little steep. 500 is crazy. What are we doing? Literally, what are we doing? What are we doing for $500? We're going to Chicago? Because the only way you can rack up $500, even if you go to, like, fine dining, for real.
Starting point is 00:52:46 Like, you're just getting drink after drink after drink. We bought a bottle of a bottle of time. No, no, it can still, it can still cost, but literally. For two people? For two? I had dead ass paid like 400 and something for a dinner, but it was the nigga birthday, though. Yeah. So, y'all went crazy.
Starting point is 00:53:01 Tell us what y'all ate. So you get an oysters. I mean, we got an appetizer. We both got, like, entrees and stuff like that, and we got drinks, but I want to say we each got, like, what, two drinks a piece? Well, drinks be about $30 a piece at a certain restaurant. It was literally, like, four something. So it's like, but it was at, like, a very, very nice restaurant, too. So that's what I'm seeing.
Starting point is 00:53:20 Where y'all was in the city? No, we was in Atlanta. So where y'all got? I don't remember the name, girl. I'm not romantic anymore. You not? No. You not?
Starting point is 00:53:30 Fuck these niggas. I'm trying to be in love. I don't want to be in love too, but it's just so vulnerable. So vulnerable. It feels good. No, I'm going to get back in my mode one of these days, but I just feel like ain't nobody got me there. I'm trying to get there.

Starting point is 00:56:32 I don't know who it was, but it was one person because the fart smelled the same the whole four-hour motherfucking flight. Take a gas pill before you get on the plane with your funky, stanky, ass. Oh, that's so inconsiderate. Hey, you know what? I used to fart on the plane
Starting point is 00:56:48 and now after that shit, I'll never do it again. That's torture. That lady, with that funky-ass breath? Oh, my God. A flight one day, this lady was sitting in front of us

I knew if he woke up, without a doubt, he was going to hurt me. I started feeling that there was someone at the end of my bed, and I just started screaming.

Self Care September is here, which means it's time to rethink what self-care actually means. Yes, self-care can be a long walk. It can be in everything shower, it can be putting your phone on do not disturb, but sometimes it's actually about sitting with the uncomfortable stuff and understanding your patterns, your boundaries,
Starting point is 01:07:43 finally figuring out while you keep doing things that you swore you would never do again. I'm Gemma Spegg, the host of the psychology of your 20s podcast, and each week we unpack the psychology behind the experiences that shape your 20s, from relationships and friendships to money, anxiety, confidence, attachment, just becoming more comfortable with who you are. Unlike the quarter life crisis, which is depicted as the collapse, the quarter life reinvention is the expansion and growth of something. When we develop the ability to be happy by ourselves, nobody else can take that from you. So this self-care September, don't just take care of yourself.
Starting point is 01:08:19 Get to know yourself as well. Listen to the psychology of your 20s on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. We spent real time on it in our surviving middle school run, bringing in a child psychologist and a psychiatrist who's raising two black girls of his own to talk about what's really going on with our kids right now. So it's literally physiological and neurological and psychological and psychological chaos happening all this
Starting point is 01:08:53 time. We got into group chats and gaming, friendships and bullying, and how to tell the difference between healthy monitoring and the kind of surveillance that erodes trust. There's belonging. You could think of belonging as I can be myself and I can still be accepted. And then there's fitting in. Spitting in says I have to change who I am in order to avoid rejection. Then we turn the conversation toward the fathers, sitting down with therapist Keer Gaines on Black fatherhood
Starting point is 01:09:20 and what it means to raise a daughter through this stage. You don't have on shorts so you can't do flips. You have on the dress. You have to cross your legs. That's the range of this run. from screen time to identity to the father's doing the work at home. You have to get off her device. But the reality is there's a lot of life out there that we don't want you as your adults in their life to miss out on.
Starting point is 01:09:40 This has been our surviving middle school run. Brought to you by the people who spend their careers thinking about exactly this. I'm Dr. Joy. No for her I don't even like being when we be on flyers. I don't even like that shit. Not going to hold you. Who put us on a flyer? We've been on a few. Starting point is 01:13:04 What are y'all doing? I ain't going to lie. I ain't going to lie. I don't like an outside-ass nigger. I don't. And I don't like a strip club-ass nigger, neither. Because you're just too cool with these holes. And then, like, and I'm not saying, like, we go outside here and there or whatever.
Starting point is 01:13:23 I'm not saying we're just the most inside-ass. We're not. We didn't put up. You know, but like, if you're like the type of guy where you can just like count on the fact that he's going to be outside. Like I said, he's on the flyer.
Starting point is 01:13:35 No, thirsty. I'm cool. I don't want you. Yeah, like, I don't want me. And it's one guy in particular that I was talking about. And I was just like, sit down, hoochie, mama.

Starting point is 01:14:41 because all his people turned on him, got to run in their mouth, and look. All that for nothing. The one dude was facing three years. Now he's facing a life sentence because he just overly wanted to talk. How was these people able to be around him? it took for this is for him to see that they ain't solid like
Starting point is 01:14:58 I feel like it had to be for them to tell that easily I feel like it had to be other signs you can't take everybody with you we're losing the plot y'all like if you're not gonna be a dedicated street nigger then just don't do it I mean really is a dying and I don't I feel like that too it's just like if you know that you're gonna fold when she but people want to have a cake and eat it too and everybody's doing it now so that's just like

Starting point is 01:17:35 Would you rather have a rich nigger or a normal nigger with, like, a genuine relationship? Genuine relationship, normal nigger or a rich nigga? Normal and genuine. A normal. Okay, yay. We're not as tampered as they thought we were. No.
Starting point is 01:17:54 I think that it comes in with us saying that we just want to go all in and just get the rich nigga outside of everything else is because if that normal nigger is going to still play with my heart, then. That's the thing. You just shoot for the moon. It's just hard to find something genuine nowadays. So you just opt for.
Starting point is 01:18:12 I told you, I'm on my lover girl shit now, and it's just like, how lucky did I get that his dick big, his money big, ain't he fine? Like, I know that's right. Yeah, but so now. How do you get some of that, too, girl. But now, but I see like, when they be talking about like, just get somebody that's your genuine like, because I genuinely like him outside of everything else.
Starting point is 01:18:30 So it's like, it's not a money thing at all or nothing like that. That's just a plus. Yeah, we have a good time. Like, we could be doing nothing. We could go grocery shopping. We could be just sitting there talking. We could do anything. And I just like genuinely enjoy his company, his energy and shit like that.
Starting point is 01:18:46 But I love that for you. Yeah. But I still stick by. I would never date a broken. I mean, when your requirements are your requirements, you're not even going to get to the point to where you can see like, oh, do I like this nigga or not?
Starting point is 01:18:58 Because he doesn't meet the requirement. So now that he do, it's just like, oh, damn, I really like this nigga. Because if I could be, I just think, like, they'd be like, yeah, this poor man treats you like Princess Diana. Bro, you'll never catch me. I ain't even about to be with a poor man.
Starting point is 01:19:14 Because I'm about to waste my time and my energy and my fucking stress and shit. And it's not even on no go digger shit for real. It's just like girls want to be stable, comfortable. Exactly. Like, you gotta come with your own because I come with my own. And I'm not even about to be on your line begging. Like, I'm not a begging ass bitch.
Starting point is 01:19:32 I really, you know, it's just like you gotta be, have some stability about yourself. Because my thing is with it. And we gotta have fun. We gotta do stuff. But my thing is like, why are you broke? I have such a drive. You know?
Starting point is 01:19:46 Yeah, you know, so like we won't. You're not equally yote. Like, if you broke, bro, you're not going to understand. You broke, you'll joke. You don't fucking tell me. You're not going to understand me picking up extra shit or you're not going to the podcast. You're not going to understand.
Starting point is 01:20:04 And what are you doing when I'm doing on the podcast? You can joke. If you're broke, you can croak, niggas. But that's the only thing. Nobody's saying, like, you know, I just want, like you say, somebody equally yoke. Like, you got to have that drive that I had. What are you doing?
Starting point is 01:20:21 I still want to go, but I'm not. Go ahead. Get one more. No, no, no. I'm just kidding. No, because that one wasn't even that good. All right, let's wrap this up. I'd rather sell coke than go broke.
Starting point is 01:20:36 Gee, what are those guys? You need a cell Coke. Oh, my goodness. And that's how niggas end up telling. If you ain't poking me in the streets, no, no, no. You know what? Just say on the sidewalk. Y'all don't persuade to this man to sell coke.
Starting point is 01:20:48 Now he's about to take down the whole goddamn operation to tell on everybody, because he's not really with that life. Get a job. You could get a job. If you got a job. If you both, stay woke. Just get a job. Get a job and live within your means.
Starting point is 01:21:00 Ain't nothing wrong with that. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Amen. A word, sister. All right. Let's get on out of here, guys. Do the outro then. Do it.
Starting point is 01:21:12 Hit us with it, Kiki. Yeah, so that just about does it for us, and it's 520 somewhere. Make sure you tap in. Wait, no, wait, wait, no. Oh, the outro? I mean, a topic? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:25 Okay, yeah, let's do it. Okay, no, because since we were talking about, you know, the white folks spending people food and stuff, we're going to white in the mood. I just want to know, what are y'all? Why do you keep on driving? Get your hands up. Go ahead and his with a kid.
Starting point is 01:21:43 Y'all, I got to pee. All right, okay, what are some white people saying that y'all feel like kind of ate? Get a load of this guy. Bucco Buddy Yeah, bub You're cruising for a bruising
Starting point is 01:21:55 Cruising for a bruising Cruising for a bruising Bro, I say that to my kids So much Do you? You're barking up the wrong tree pounds Yeah, that's a good one I remember you're a glue

Starting point is 01:22:19 so I was watching the old movies, the fall movies, the craft, the crazy girl. I can't remember her name, Vicki or some shit. The craziest one. She said something about the other girl. She was like, yeah, like a hole in the head. I'm like, oh, my God, that's the first time. Is that a white people sing? I don't know.
